Tulsi Gabbard Endorses J.D. Vance, Blasts ‘Warmongering’ Tim Ryan

Former Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, who has since left the Democrat Party, is endorsing Republican J.D. Vance against Rep. Tim Ryan (D-OH) in Ohio’s Senate race.

On Tuesday, Gabbard gave Vance her endorsement, writing on Twitter that Ryan “represents everything that is wrong with the warmongering Washington Establishment.”

“I’m endorsing [J.D. Vance] because he knows the cost of war, and that our government exists to serve the people, not the other way around,” Gabbard, a United States Army Reserve officer, said.

In response, Vance said he was thankful for Gabbard’s support.

“Grateful to have the support of the last person to clean Tim Ryan’s clock on the debate stage. Thanks Tulsi! And thanks for putting country over party,” Vance said.

Vance’s reference to Gabbard’s “clean[ing] Tim Ryan’s clock on the debate stage” recalls the Democrat presidential primary debate in 2019 when Gabbard grilled Ryan for his suggestion to leave U.S. Armed Forces in Afghanistan indefinitely rather than bringing American troops home.

“We must have our State Department engaged, we must have our military engaged to the extent they need to be,” Ryan said during the debat, to which Gabbard responded, “Is that what you will tell the parents of those two soldiers who were just killed in Afghanistan — ‘Well, we just have to be engaged?'”

While Ryan has continuously supported U.S. military intervention across the globe, most recently helping President Joe Biden send billions in American taxpayer money to Ukraine, Vance has backed a restrained foreign policy that focuses on bringing American troops home and reducing the amount taxpayer money that is sent off to foreign countries annually.

“… we have a leadership in this country that is constantly focused on stuff that has nothing to do with citizens in our country, has nothing to do with the middle-class citizens in my state of Ohio or all across this country, and ladies and gentlemen, it has to stop,” Vance said at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) this year.

“I’m sick of it. I’m sick of being told that we have to care more about people 6,000 miles away than we do people like my mom, my grandparents,” Vance said.

Exclusive–J.D. Vance: New Congress Must Go After Corporations Replacing Americans with Foreign H-1B Visa Workers

CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — Republican J.D. Vance says a new Congress must reverse a policy that allows corporations to replace American professionals, often in high-paying STEM jobs, with cheaper foreign workers on the H-1B visa program.

In an exclusive interview with Breitbart News on Saturday, the Ohio Senate candidate blasted a plan by OhioHealth where nearly 640 American tech and finance employees are being laid off and having their jobs sent to Accenture — a Fortune 500 multinational corporation notorious for importing foreign H-1B visa workers to replace Americans in white-collar jobs.

The interview took place over lunch after Vance’s second campaign stop for the day in Chillicothe — roughly 100 miles outside of Cincinnati, Ohio.

The Buckeye State Republican was making a swing through the southeast part of the state to channel his Appalachian roots with two weeks left in the race. Throughout the day, Vance, vying for the open United States Senate seat, visited Gallipolis in Gallia County, Chillicothe in Brown County, and Mt. Orab in Ross County.

While speaking with Breitbart News over a Mad Dog sandwich at 7 Mile Smokehouse, Vance spoke on a number of issues including what he calls the “bipartisan … big mistake” of shipping American jobs to China and, in some cases, Mexico, as well as crime, the U.S.-Mexico border, and inflation, which he attributes mainly to the Democrats shutting down American energy.

On the OhioHealth layoffs, set to occur early next month and continue through the beginning of 2023, Vance said federal law must be overhauled to ensure corporations like OhioHealth are not allowed to replace their American employees via third-party outsourcing firms like Accenture.

“Generally speaking, a lot of the H-1B abuse we see is in the interests of the people hiring the [foreign visa] worker, who can undercut the wages of Americans, but is it in the interest of the 700 Ohioans who lost their jobs? Absolutely not,” Vance told Breitbart News.

“This is one of these issues where you actually need public policy to solve this problem because they’re taking advantage of a visa system that’s meant to ensure that American companies have the workers that they need, it’s not meant to undercut the wages of American workers in this country,” Vance continued. “Unfortunately, that’s what the H-1B visa is just being used to do right now.”

Rep. Tim Ryan (D-OH), whom Vance is running against, has for years voted to increase foreign competition in the labor market that working and middle class Americans are forced to compete against.

“My argument to [Tim] Ryan is the legislature creates these policies that allow these companies to take advantage of American workers, the only real solution is for the legislature to make different policies,” Vance said. “I really think we have to cut down on the abuse of the H-1B visa system.”

The outsourcing-offshoring business model has proven extremely lucrative for Fortune 500 companies like Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Apple, JP Morgan Chase, and others as they often contract with “body shop” firms like Cognizant, Tata Consulting Services, Infosys, Accenture, IBM, and Capgemini to lay off their American employees and replace them with tens of thousands of foreign H-1B visa workers primarily from India.

Accenture, for instance, sought to import more than 3,800 foreign H-1B visa workers this year alone. In 2021, Accenture sought to bring 6,200 foreign H-1B visa workers to the U.S. to take white-collar American jobs.

While being laid off, Americans are often forced to train their foreign H-1B visa replacements. If they do not, in most cases, their employer withholds their severance package. There are about 650,000 foreign H-1B visa workers in the U.S. at any given moment.

In Ohio, alone, firms and corporations including Cognizant, Tata Consulting Services, Accenture, and JP Morgan Chase were allowed to fill more than 9,700 American white-collar professional jobs with foreign H-1B visa workers this year.

Vance said “the first principle” of national immigration policy ought to “be about defending the interests of America and America’s workers” rather than corporate special interests.

“The question when we allow a new person to come to America should be, ‘Is this in the interests of the people who live here? Or is this in the interests of some narrow, multinational corporate interests?'” Vance told Breitbart News.

Economic Policy Institute research has shown that most corporations importing foreign H-1B visa workers are making significant savings in wages paid by doing so.

Likewise, internal documents from the India-based HCL Technologies body shop firm have detailed how the company grows its profit margins by hiring cheaper foreign H-1B visa workers over American professionals who have worked in the tech industry for years.

Last year, Facebook reached two settlements with the federal government after it was sued for discriminating against qualified American professionals and graduates in favor of imported foreign H-1B visa workers.

Though Vance is one of only a couple of Republicans to speak on H-1B visa abuse this election cycle, the GOP base, swing voters, and a majority of Americans — for years — have said U.S. employers should boost wages and offer better benefits to attract Americans for jobs rather than being allowed to import foreign visa workers whenever possible.

The latest Rasmussen Reports survey on the issue shows that 57 percent of American adults, 65 percent of Republicans, and nearly 6-in-10 swing voters say companies should raise their pay and try harder to recruit Americans for blue-collar and white-collar jobs over the federal government subsidizing them with foreign labor year after year.

Democrat incumbent Sen. Mark Kelly is campaigning with Sen. Alex Padilla of California, who proposed amnesty for illegal immigrants.

Kelly, who is facing off against Republican Blake Masters on November 8th, has been campaigning alongside Padilla, who recently proposed amnesty for illegal immigrants.

One event with the two senators was titled “South Phoenix Canvass Launch with Senator Alex Padilla & Senator Mark Kelly.”

new bill proposed by Padilla would “expand a pathway to permanency for millions of long-term U.S. residents.”

The press release regarding the bill also notes that “The very first bill Padilla introduced as a U.S. Senator would create a pathway to citizenship for the immigrant essential workers.”

Immigration and border security have become central issues of the Arizona Senate race between Kelly and Masters. Since President Biden took office, 5.5 million illegal immigrants have been encountered on our southern border.

A report from the Federation for American Immigration Reform estimates that a startling 2.4 million illegal immigrants have either entered our country undetected or were willfully released into our country.

Despite representing a border state that is severely impacted by the crisis, Kelly has consistently voted against border security.

Kelly voted against border security at least three times in 2021 alone. In February of 2021, Kelly voted against an amendment that would have kept the Biden administration from being able to cancel existing border wall contracts.

Kelly has also voted to end Title 42, which allows the government to suspend entry of immigrants into the United States for reasons of public safety. Kelly was previously critical of the Biden administration’s plan to end Title 42, saying that “it’s going to be a crisis.”

Additionally, the Democrat Senator from Arizona voted against a measure that would have prohibited the Internal Revenue Service from hiring any new agents until the U.S. Border Patrol doubled its forces. Meanwhile, the deadly fentanyl crisis has gotten worse in Arizona.

But despite his record of supporting open borders policies, Kelly tried to convince voters that he had fought for border security, claiming in the debate with Blake Masters that “When Democrats are wrong, like on the border, I call them out on it, because I’m always going to stick up for Arizona.”

Pentagon: United States Military Personnel Operating in Ukraine to Track Weaponry

YAVOROV, UKRAINE - SEPTEMBER 16: Members of the U.S. Army 173rd Airborne Brigade demonstrate urban warfare techniques as Ukrainian soldiers look on on the second day of the 'Rapid Trident' bilateral military exercises between the United States and Ukraine that include troops from a variety of NATO and non-NATO countries …

United States Military personnel have been deployed to Ukraine to, it is claimed, keep track of weaponry and ammunition supplied at the expense of the American taxpayer, the Pentagon says.

In order to alleviate concerns that American military equipment will end up on the black market, a U.S. “defence attaché” of military personnel has been sent under the command of Brig. Gen. Garrick Harmon to conduct arms inspections of weaponry supplied to the Ukrainians.

The military operation, which is being conducted alongside the Office of Defense Cooperation operating out of the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine, will also seek to bolster the ability of Kyiv (Kiev) to set up border checks for weapons smugglers, step up training for Ukrainian inspectors and guards, as well as providing training on how to properly dispose or destroy weapons and munitions.

Speaking at a no-names Pentagon briefing, the transcript of which has been published, a “senior defense official” said “There have been several of these inspections”.

Describing the “proactive steps” taken to keep American arms out of the hands of smugglers and criminals in Ukraine — emphasising the Department of Defence had not yet seen evidence of equipment being “diverted” — the unnamed official said “ensuring accountability of advanced weapons donations is a top priority”.

Confirming that U.S. forces were officially deployed inside Ukraine, the unnamed official said: “U.S. personnel have recently resumed on-site inspections to assess weapon stocks in country whenever and wherever the security conditions allow. The return of our defense attaché and Office of Defense Cooperation personnel in country has allowed us to resume this critical function.”

American troops officially left Ukraine on February 14th, ten days before the full-scale invasion of the country by the Russian military, in order to prevent potential conflict between the world’s two largest nuclear powers.

However, while American military personnel have not been acknowledged to have been operating in the country until now, intelligence operatives from the CIA have allegedly been on the ground to provide training as well as logistical support to the Ukrainians, the New York Times reported in July. The paper went on to claim that a “few dozen commandos” from NATO nations, including Britain, Canada, France, and Lithuania were also still operating in the country.

In April, Pentagon Press Secretary John F. Kirby also revealed that the United States Armed Forces were actively training Ukrainian soldiers “in Germany and at other locations in Europe“.

President Joe Biden initially vowed that American troops would not be engaging in Ukraine, saying in February: “Our forces are not and will not be engaged in the conflict with Russia in Ukraine. Our forces are not going to Europe to fight in Ukraine but to defend our NATO Allies and reassure those Allies in the east.”

Yet, the 79-year-old Democrat later caused controversy when he supposedly misspoke during a March address to soldiers stationed in the Polish city of Rzeszow. Suggesting they would be going to Ukraine, Mr Biden said: “You’re going to see, when you’re there, and some of you have been there, you’re going to see women, young people, standing in front of a damn tank.”

The White House was later forced to walk back the statement, claiming that the president meant soldiers interacting with Ukrainians in Poland.

The revelation report that American troops are operating in Ukraine comes as the Biden administration is said to be preparing another $50 billion aid package to Ukraine. Since the February invasion, the American government has so far approved  $65 billion in aid to the country.

National Border Patrol Council President: Guatemalan President Offered Biden a Chance to Deport Migrants Before They Reach Mexico, But Biden Refused

(CNSNews.com) – National Border Patrol Council President Brandon Judd said Monday that Guatemalan President Alejandro Giammattei offered President Biden a chance to deport migrants before they even got into Mexico, but Biden refused.

He said that Border Patrol agents aren’t even patrolling the southwest border anymore, because they’ve all been assigned to “administration duties.”

“This administration is clearly set on allowing this to continue. A very disturbing report came out today that the president of Guatemala offered president Biden a chance to deport these individuals before they even got into Mexico, let alone the United States,” he told Fox News’ “Your World with Neil Cavuto.”

“The president of Guatemala said, ‘All you have to do is provide us with planes, and we will deport them back,’ taking the burden off the United States altogether if we would have done that, but, this is something that the Biden administration has continued to refuse. All solutions, every single one of them that have been presented to this administration, they continue to refuse to implement -- no new policies, no new programs,” he said.

“What’s very devastating about what you are seeing with all these people right now, it’s DPS, it’s Texas DPS that are taking these people into custody. It's not the Border Patrol. It’s not even us that are out there patrolling the border,” Judd said.

“I just had Senator Tuberville on the border on Friday, and we drove along for 30 minutes and did not come across one Border Patrol agent. Not one of my fellow agents were out there patrolling the border, because all of us are assigned to doing administrative duties, and that makes this situation a lot worse and a lot more dangerous for everybody,” he said.

When asked whether the Biden administration will consider a third country option for migrants looking to travel to the United States, Judd said, “That would be a solution, but again this administration is not working towards solutions. They would have to negotiate this with a partner country. That's something the Trump administration was already doing when it negotiated Remain in Mexico.

“Then of course it was negotiating TPS. They were negotiating several different programs that would allow to control the border, and this organization scrapped everything, and if they were working on something, that would be something that we could hold hope to and say, hey, at least they’re working toward something, but there is nothing in the works, and that report again that just came out with the Guatemalan president just lambasted President Biden because he refused to act,” he said.

“That's just another example that this administration does not care about border security. They’re going to continue to let the border be completely be wide open. Border Patrol agents, we’re going to continue to have the handcuffs on us -- rather than bad guys, and people are going to continue to get away, and we’re not going to feel the effects until the future, but we will ultimately feel the effects of everything that is currently going on, on the border,” Judd added.

(CNSNews) – On October 28, the Department of Defense (DoD) announced the drawdown of $275 million worth of military equipment to be shipped to Ukraine, which raises the total value of equipment sent to $17.9 billion since Russia’s invasion in February.

According to a DoD press release, the Biden Administration’s drawdown will include the following equipment:

  • “Additional ammunition for High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS);”
  • “500 precision-guided 155mm artillery rounds;”
  • “2,000 155mm rounds of Remote Anti-Armor Mine (RAAM) Systems;”
  • “More than 1,300 anti-armor systems;”
  • “125 High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles (HMMWVs);”
  • “Small arms and more than 2,750,000 rounds of small arms ammunition;” and
  • “Four satellite communications antennas.”

“To meet Ukraine’s evolving battlefield requirements, the United States will continue to work with its Allies and partners to provide Ukraine with key capabilities,” reads the press release, adding that air defense capabilities “will continue to be a U.S. priority for Ukraine.”

Additionally, the DoD announced that, over the next few weeks, it plans to fulfill its commitment to deliver two National Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile Systems (NASAMS).

This is the 24th drawdown of DoD equipment to be sent to Ukraine since August 2021.

This latest drawdown of $275 million worth of equipment comes just 14 days after the DoD drew down $725 million worth of equipment on October 14.

The Biden Administration has drawn down a total of $18.5 billion worth of equipment to Ukraine since January 2021, $17.9 billion of which has been sent over since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in February 2022.

CBS Poll: Voters Say Democrats Favor Migrants over Americans

A majority of American voters believe Democrats put the interests of migrants ahead of Americans, while Republicans put Americans first, according to a CBS poll of 2,119 registered voters.

“What an absolute terrible poll result for Democrats,” Republican consultant Ryan Girdusky tweeted on October 30:

The poll also showed that 59 percent of all voters, and 61 percent of independents, say Democrats will “open the U.S.-Mexican border” if they keep control of Congress in 2023. Twenty percent of liberals and 27 percent of Democrats say their party will open the borders.

The pre-election poll comes after President Joe Biden’s deputies imported at least 3 million foreign workers, immigrants, and illegal immigrants.  In 2022, for example, he imported at least seven migrants for every 10 births. Biden’s migration is unfairly pressuring down Americans’ wages. It is also boosting rents and housing prices, and is pushing up inflation for a wide variety of goods, such as used autos and food.

CBS News reported the results of the October 26-28 poll:

Republican messaging on immigration is resonating with some voters. By three to one, [polled] voters think Democrats put the interests of recent immigrants first rather than prioritizing the interests of current U.S. citizens, among those who think the party takes a side between the two. And a majority [of voters] think the Democrats would “open the U.S. Mexico border.” Those holding this view are voting Republican in big numbers.

The poll’s cross tabs also show that independents think Democrats favor migrants over Americans:

Fifty-two percent of election-deciding swing-voting independents told CBS that Democrats put immigrants ahead of Americans. So did 10 percent of Democrats and 77 percent of Republicans.

In contrast, just 5 percent of independents say that Republicans put immigrants ahead of Americans. Just 9 percent of Democrats, and 6 percent of Republicans, say the GOP puts immigrants ahead of U.S. citizens.

Extraction Migration

It is easier for government officials to grow the economy by immigration than by growing exports, productivity, or the birth rate.

So the federal government deliberately stimulates low-wage business by extracting millions of migrants from poor countries to serve as extra workers, consumers, and renters.

This Extraction Migration policy shifts vast wealth from ordinary people to investorsbillionaires, and Wall Street. It makes it difficult for ordinary Americans to advance in their careers, get married, raise families, buy homes, or gain wealth.

Extraction Migration slows innovation and shrinks Americans’ productivity. This happens because migration allows employers to boost stock prices by using stoop labor and disposable workers instead of the skilled American professionals and productivity-boosting technology that earlier allowed Americans and their communities to earn more money.

Many polls show the public wants to welcome some immigration. But the polls also show deep and broad public opposition to labor migration and to the inflow of temporary contract workers into the jobs needed by the families of blue-collar and white-collar Americans.

This “Third Rail” opposition is growinganti-establishmentmultiracialcross-sexnon-racistclass-basedbipartisan,   rationalpersistent, and recognizes the solidarity that American citizens owe to one another.

Republican Blake Masters: The Democrats ‘Don’t Believe in Borders’

The “modern radicals” in the Democrat Party “don’t believe in borders,” Republican Senate candidate Blake Masters said in a sit-down interview with Fox 10’s John Hook.

The Republican Senate candidate from Arizona told Hook, “I don’t think the modern left and modern radicals running the Democratic Party, the people who tell Mark Kelly what to think, the people who are really running Biden’s White House, I don’t think they believe in America.”

Masters added, “I think they’re ashamed of it. That’s why they pushed the 1619 history curriculum on our children. They don’t believe in borders, they don’t believe in sovereignty.”

When asked why he was qualified to be the next U.S. Senator from Arizona, Masters discussed his business record, saying “I’ve succeeded in business. You know, I wrote the number one best selling book on startup entrepreneurship innovation this century, actually. … I’ve worked with Peter Thiel. So I’ve seen innovation firsthand.”

He also said that he’s seen “how the government can get in the way and really just destroy things. Now it’s something that we’re experiencing every day under Joe Biden and Mark Kelly’s so-called leadership.”

“But really, I think we need to get back to the citizen statesman model,” Masters contended.

“I think Arizona, we’re all going in the wrong direction in the last two years. I mean, crime is up, open borders, inflation, fentanyl … double digit inflation. And I knew that I could get in this race and beat Mark Kelly, and actually put a check on Joe Biden,” Masters went on to say.

“I think that’s qualification enough. I’m actually going to care about the people of Arizona. That’s not something I see in so many of our leaders today,” Masters added.

Masters is running against Democrat incumbent Mark Kelly in the midterm elections. Kelly has consistently voted against border security despite representing a border state that is disproportionately affected by illegal immigration.

400 Migrants Cross Border into Texas — 60 Arrested for Trespassing

Texas Department of Public Safety troopers arrested 60 migrants for trespassing on a ranch near the border. The arrested migrants came from a group of 400 who illegally crossed near Normandy, Texas, over the weekend.

Texas DPS spokesman Lt. Christopher Oliverez tweeted photos from a group of 80 migrants arrested by troopers for criminal trespass. The arrests came as a group of more than 400 migrants forced their way under a border fence along the Rio Grande.

Included in the Olivarez tweet is a link to a report from Fox News reporter Nate Foy. Foy’s video shows the carnage left behind where a group of 400 migrants used a belt to pull back the border barrier so they could crawl under the fence and enter the U.S.

The video includes dramatic nighttime drone video showing the stream of more than 400 migrants coming across the river and entering Texas. By breaking though the border fencing erected by Texas National Guardsmen under Governor Greg Abbott’s Operation Lone Star, the migrants committed a state crime of criminal trespass.

This is the legal basis for DPS troopers to arrest the 80 migrants taken into custody. Olivarez implied that more would have been arrested but for overcrowding in local jails due to the large number of arrests of migrants violating state law.

The video also illustrates the smugglers’ tactic of engaging DPS troopers in high-speed pursuits.
