But the imported Indian workplace culture is increasingly dominant in U.S. Fortune 500 companies, in part, because it matches the ruthless worldview of Wall Street investors, one U.S.worker told Breitbart News. “The fact of the matter is, the people on Wall Street don’t care — they want the bottom line.”

Immigration Studies (CIS) finds that about 72 percent of households headed by noncitizens and immigrants use one or more forms of taxpayer-funded welfare programs in California — the number one immigrant-receiving state in the U.S.

Federal Trade Report: Globalization Cripples American Towns as Free Trade Moves Jobs Overseas, Crushes Wages

By failures of border security, a lack of the enforcement of our immigration laws from within  the interior of the United States and huge numbers of visas for high tech workers, the lives and livelihoods of Americans and their children, are being stolen by America’s corrupt political elite who are doing the bidding of those who provide them with huge “Campaign Contributions” (Orwellian euphemism for bribes) pursue legislation that is diametrically opposed to the best interests of America and Americans.

DOJ: Outsourcing Firm for Fortune 500 Companies Hired Foreign H-1B Visa Workers over Qualified Americans

An outsourcing firm with Fortune 500 clients hired foreign H-1B visa workers for Information Technology (IT) jobs over qualified Americans, a Department of Justice (DOJ) settlement reveals.

Federal prosecutors announced a settlement with Secureapp Technologies, whose Fortune 500 clients include Pfizer, Comcast, Deloitte, JPMorgan Chase, FedEx, and Nike, after the outsourcing firm was found to have discriminated against qualified American professionals for IT jobs by seeking to hire foreign H-1B visa workers.

The settlement states:

… from at least January 10, 2019, to April 6, 2020, Secureapp posted at least 12 job advertisements that solicited applications for IT positions only from non-U.S. citizens seeking sponsorship for a temporary work visa or with immigration statuses associated with certain employment-based temporary visas, and, in so doing, harmed protected U.S. workers by unlawfully deterring them from applying to the job advertisements. [Emphasis added]

As part of the settlement, Secureapp will have to pay just $26,000 in civil penalties to the federal government and be briefly monitored by DOJ officials. The settlement does not ban the firm from using the H-1B visa program. Secureapp has brought more than 100 foreign H-1B visa workers to the U.S. since 2019, records show.

In fiscal year 2021, the top six H-1B visa employers — Cognizant, Amazon, Tata Consulting Services, Google, Microsoft, and Facebook — sought to outsource nearly 57,000 American tech jobs to foreign H-1B visa workers, primarily from India and China.

For years, Breitbart News has chronicled the abuses against white-collar American professionals as a result of the H-1B visa program. There are about 650,000 H-1B visa foreign workers in the U.S. at any given moment. Americans are often laid off in the process and forced to train their foreign replacements, as highlighted by Breitbart News.

Nearly all H-1B visa reforms imposed by former President Trump have been reversed by President Joe Biden. Last year, for example, Biden allowed corporations that had been denied foreign H-1B visa workers by the Trump administration to reapply.

Biden’s State Department Teams Up with Multinational Corporations to Funnel Refugees into American Jobs

President Joe Biden’s State Department is partnering with hundreds of multinational corporations to open a jobs program for refugees arriving in the United States as the nation’s labor force participation rate remains at historical lows.

This week, Secretary of State Antony Blinken signed a memorandum entering the agency into a partnership with the left-wing Tent Partnership for Refugees group, founded by Chobani CEO Hamdi Ulukaya and representing more than 300 corporations, to fill U.S. jobs with newly arrived refugees.

“The Department of State’s Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration is pleased to announce a public-private partnership with the Tent Partnership for Refugees to support employment opportunities and economic integration for refugees and other forcibly displaced people around the world,” the announcement states:

This partnership seeks to mobilize U.S. and international businesses and corporations to connect refugees to work opportunities – a critical pathway to the long-term economic and social resilience of both refugees themselves and the communities which host them. [Emphasis added]

Ulukaya’s Tent Partnership for Refugees includes corporations such as Accenture, Adidas, American Express, Amazon, AT&T, Deloitte, General Electric, IBM, Microsoft, Tata Consulting Services, and Visa, among others, that routinely outsource American jobs to low-wage foreign countries

Earlier this year, a group of House Republicans noted that the federal government’s refugee resettlement program funnels tens of millions of American taxpayer dollars annually to nine contractors.

These contractors’ annual budgets rely on the federal government resettling as many refugees in American towns and cities as possible — giving them a major financial stake in the process.

The jobs program for refugees comes as roughly 11.6 million Americans remain jobless, all of whom want full-time employment, and another few million are underemployed, stuck in part-time work but hoping to land full-time jobs.

Washington, DC, has responded with silence to the nation’s growing labor force participation crisis, as possibly 100 million working-age Americans are sitting on the workforce sidelines.

In particular, as Breitbart News has noted, American men are dropping out of the workforce at an alarming rate as wages have remained stagnant in working class jobs and in many cases, have fallen.

(Chart via Bloomberg)

At the same time, the Biden administration is hoping to increase the number of refugees arriving annually in the United States. Next year, Biden hopes to import some 125,000 refugees.

Americans, mostly working and middle class, ultimately foot the bill.

Refugee resettlement costs American taxpayers nearly $9 billion every five years, according to research, and each refugee costs taxpayers about $133,000 over the course of their lifetime. Within five years, an estimated 16 percent of all refugees admitted will need housing assistance paid for by taxpayers.

Poll: Overwhelming Majority of Americans ‘Concerned’ About Biden’s Economy

Most Americans “remain concerned” about the economy under President Joe Biden, despite his claims that he is “building the economy of the future,” a new Rasmussen Reports poll found.

Out of 1,000 likely voters surveyed between December 12-13, 86 percent say they are concerned about the economy, including 60 percent who are “very concerned,” reflecting an overall increase in concern since August. Only 13 percent are “not concerned” about the economy. The margin of error is ±3 percentage points at the 95 percent level of confidence:

Voters across every political category report being at least “somewhat concerned about the economy,” Republicans at 93 percent, Democrats at 81 percent, and unaffiliated voters at 85 percent. However, Democrats (45 percent) are much less likely to be “very concerned” about the economy compared to Republicans (77 percent) and unaffiliated voters (60 percent).

A majority of likely voters (61 percent) also believe the U.S. economy has gotten worse, compared to 18 percent who think it has improved. Seventeen percent say the economy has stayed roughly the same over the past year.

Again, Republicans (79 percent) and unaffiliated voters (66 percent) are more likely than Democrats (44 percent) to believe the economy has tumbled over the past year. Roughly a third (35 percent) of Democrats actually think the economy has improved, compared to 10 percent of GOP voters and 9 percent of unaffiliated voters.

By racial category, “63 percent of whites, 52 percent of black voters and 62 percent of other minorities – say the economy has gotten worse over the past year. Black voters (43 percent) are more likely than whites (34 percent) or other minorities (36 percent) to give Biden a good or excellent rating on his handling of the economy,” according to the poll report.

Women are also more likely than men (66 percent to 56 percent) to think the economy has gotten worse over the past year. Young voters and voters with annual incomes of more than $200,000 are more likely to have a positive view of Biden’s economy.

Overall, only 36 percent of likely voters rate Biden as “good or excellent” on his handling of the economy. Nearly half (47 percent) give him a “poor rating” on the economy, which is unchanged since Rasmussen Reports polled in August.

Unsurprisingly, a strong majority of Democrats (66 percent) rate Biden as either good or excellent on the economy, compared to 13 percent of Republicans and 25 percent of unaffiliated voters.

“Majorities of both Republicans (78 percent) and unaffiliated voters (51 percent) give Biden a poor rating on the economy, as do 13 percent of Democrats,” the poll report states.

JOE BIDEN IN BED WITH HIGH TECH BILLIONAIRES

The United States of Fascist America

Fascism is a political ideology which, unfortunately, is mischaracterized by both media and academia. For example, Wikipedia describes fascism as, "A far right, authoritarian, ultra-nationalist political ideology and movement characterized by a dictatorial leader, central autocracy, militarism, forcible suppression of opposition, belief in a natural social hierarchy, subordination of individual interests for the perceived good of the nation and race, and strong regimentation of society and the economy."

The definition is mostly correct, except for the first words, claiming fascism is a “far right” ideology. Hitler was considered a fascist but his party, contrary to the political science experts (disguised as journalists), was far left. The Nazi Party is the Nationalist Socialist German Workers’ Party. Note the name “socialist,” an ideology of the left, not the right.

Another famous fascist, Benito Mussolini further clarified, “Fascism should rightly be called corporatism, as it is the merger of corporate and government power.”

That’s where America is now, corporate and government power merging into a totalitarian behemoth, crushing any and all dissent. Note that this isn’t nationalizing private corporations as in Venezuela and Cuba, but it’s the government still controlling corporations through coercion and collaboration.

YouTube screen grab.

Take for example the recent Twitter File revelations. The federal government took control of big tech and social media giants to control free speech and dissent. It was more than simply the Biden campaign pressuring Twitter. The FBI had weekly meetings with social media corporations to warn them of “Russian interference” or “hack and leak operations,” which they knew very well were nothing of the sort.

And despite denials, Biden administration officials may still be meeting with media executives. Who is on President Biden’s guest list during the many weeks he is at one of his Delaware vacation homes?

The result was social media suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story, which would have likely altered the 2020 presidential election outcome. Specifically, “16% of Biden voters would have voted differently if Hunter Biden laptop story was not suppressed by media, big tech.” In an election decided by about 50,000 votes in a few swing districts, this was obvious election interference. And it wasn’t only the FBI, but also the Department of Homeland Security.

Executives from Facebook and Twitter, including the recently fired head of Trust & Safety Vijaya Gadde, held regular meetings with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to discuss censorship on a wide range of topics, including the withdrawal from Afghanistan, coronavirus, and “racial justice,” according to leaked documents.

Further revelations from Twitter Files part two noted, “Teams of Twitter employees build blacklists, prevent disfavored tweets from trending, and actively limit the visibility of entire accounts or even trending topics—all in secret, without informing users.”

This is called “shadow banning”, a practice that Twitter executives, under oath before Congress, denied. Elon Musk, opening the windows at Twitter headquarters, discovered that the social media giant was “visibility filtering,” a euphemism for shadow banning.

Will any former Twitter executives be prosecuted for lying to Congress? Fat chance. The DOJ practices its own form of shadow banning, only prosecuting Trump supporters and opponents of the ruling class, emulating the “justice” systems of banana republics.

Rep Adam Schiff provided a recent illuminating example of government controlling a private organization by demanding censorship, in violation of the First Amendment. As tweeted by his colleague Rep Diana Harshbarger,

Government, through big tech and social media, is using banning, algorithms, or censorship to push its political world view while suppressing all dissent. This is one of many ways to rig an election, by controlling the campaigns and narratives by blocking or promoting information and news.

Elon Musk discovered and acknowledged, “US political candidates were blacklisted while running for office.” Anyone want to guess which political party these candidates belonged to? Did it extend internationally, as in Brazil? Musk believes that is “possible.” Government in bed with corporations.

Twitter is the only social media giant shining a light on the tech sector’s willing participation in government fascism. What about Facebook, Google, YouTube, and Instagram? Will any sunlight shine on their similar practices?

No way, unless Elon Musk or someone else who supports American liberty and the US Constitution purchases these companies. Most elected Republicans have no interest in this entire topic as they too benefit from this new American fascism. Any bets that Mitch McConnell, Liz Cheney, Kevin McCarthy, or their staff told social media giants who to “visibility filter”?

It is not only Twitter and Facebook, but other big media organizations that have merged with the government, at least the Democrats and Republican establishment. Think of the leaks from the FBI, CIA, and DOJ to favored reporters at the New York Times or Washington Post, all to advance a favored narrative.

This would include the myriad bogus stories about candidate or President Trump as a Russian asset. How many leaks came from the Mueller Special Counsel team, a government entity, colluding with big media to shape public perception and the news narrative? Or from past and present government employees, all receiving either a government salary or pension, given an open forum on cable news shows to gaslight the public that the Hunter Biden laptop story was “classic Russian disinformation” when these former intelligence directors and agencies knew otherwise. Again, the merger of government and corporate power.

What meetings and influence have the CDC and NIH had on the COVID narrative, banning and shaming anyone who dared to question COVID dogma of vaccines being “safe and effective,” or that vaccines prevent infection and transmission, or that masks and distancing were effective, and that young healthy individuals dropping dead in record numbers is all “disinformation”?

Did Doctors Fauci and Walensky or their underlings, also meet with Twitter censors? Or did the FBI and DHS handle this for them? What role did Dr Fauci’s daughter play in any of this as she conveniently worked at Twitter? Just as the FBI’s general counsel and Spygate attorney James Baker conveniently moved to Twitter, obstructing the recent Twitter releases, shielding the FBI from scrutiny. The swamp indeed runs deep.

We may soon find out about COVID collusion as Elon Musk just tweeted, “My pronouns are Prosecute/Fauci”, suggesting another Twitter release focusing on COVID narrative manipulation.

Lastly there are other corporations bowing to the government agenda. Investment entities such as BlackRock, are pushing ESG and “stakeholder capitalism,” pet projects of Democrats and some Republicans. How many corporations are pushing the ruling establishment’s doctrine on climate change, guns, or LGBT? How many banks have cancelled the accounts of those who do not share the political beliefs of the ruling class? Are those corporations being pressured by the government to promote these political positions, even if detrimental to their business interests?

It’s clear that the US government, both on the federal and state level, worked with social and traditional media to censor and suppress free speech, push favored agenda, punish political opponents, and influence elections, all in violation of the First Amendment.

This is fascism, the merger of government and corporate power. Twitter is only the tip of the iceberg. Will those in charge probe other media and corporate collusion? Doubtful as they have no interest in exposing their own malfeasance.

Elon Musk and Donald Trump are the two lone voices shining a light on the growing American fascism. Will anything change beyond Twitter becoming more of a fair and honest platform? Will Republicans push for more transparency, or do they enjoy the censorship as much as Democrats?

Is their hope for America, freedom of speech, and fair elections? Or are we turning into the United States of Fascist America?

Federal Trade Report: Globalization Cripples American Towns as Free Trade Moves Jobs Overseas, Crushes Wages

Signage stands in front of the closed General Motors Co. (GM) plant in Lordstown, Ohio, U.S., on Sunday, Oct. 13, 2019. GM announced it would cease production at plants in Ohio, Maryland, Michigan and Ontario by the end of this year, including ending production of the Chevrolet Cruze in Lordstown …

Globalization of the United States economy has had a crippling impact on American towns as free trade makes it easier for companies to move production and jobs overseas, a report from the U.S. International Trade Commission details.

The report, which assembled union representatives, economists, and others to discuss the impact of decades-long U.S. free trade policy, was requested by U.S. Trade Representative Katherine Tai and conducted in March and April of this year.

Among other findings, the report found that U.S. free trade policy has allowed companies to more readily move American jobs overseas and keep wages low for jobs that remain in the U.S.

“Participants identified trade policy as the cause of job losses. One union representative noted that trade policies often have loopholes or are manipulated by China and other countries so that the policies are not operating as intended,” the report states:

Another union representative stated that current trade agreements allow for more capital mobility than the agreements prior to the 1980s, enabling auto, electronics, and steel manufacturers to move overseas for any number of reasons. Various union representatives explained that companies are able to use the threat of moving jobs overseas for various reasons — such as better tax implications and lower wages — to limit the power of labor unions and keep domestic wages down. [Emphasis added]

When U.S. free trade policy enables companies to offshore production, the report states, American employees are not the only ones directly impacted by such moves. Towns and communities as a whole, along with Americans in supporting industries, feel the devastating impact as well.

“Participants noted that, when jobs are lost, local businesses — such as gas stations and restaurants — that rely on affected workers as customers and clients, as well as other businesses in the industry’s supply chain, suffer as a result,” the report states. “A retired steelworker also noted that company bankruptcies can have effects beyond job loss, such as lost pensions.”

Societal impacts as a result of companies offshoring U.S. production, the report finds, include rising mental health issues, suicide, lower life expectancy, divorce, domestic violence, higher crime rates, and worse off public schools.

In particular, when a plant closed in Beaver County, Pennsylvania, the report states, because of U.S. free trade policy, neighboring mom-and-pop shops, local businesses, and grocery stores suffered tremendously to stay afloat. Many ended up closing as well.

“Another union representative noted that, when General Motors Company shut down production in Lansing, Michigan, jobs throughout the local community suffered as a result,” the report states:

Two other union representatives spoke about the impact of plant closures and production cutbacks on employees. An academic and a business owner reported that plant closures can lead to the loss of opportunity for upward career mobility and a shift to services jobs that tend to have lower wages and fewer benefits. Other union representatives, including one who is retired, said that the closure of the General Motors plant in Lordstown, Ohio, in 2019, and the threat of offshoring has been used to suppress worker wages and benefits. Another union representative spoke about Cooper Tire in Finley, Ohio, which reportedly faced competition from dumped imports from China in 2007. Employees at this facility were reportedly scheduled for shifts that were two days on and two days off and could not file for unemployment. [Emphasis added]

In Rep. Tim Ryan’s northeast Ohio district, nearly 25,000 manufacturing jobs have been lost over the last two decades. At the same time, drug overdose deaths in the area have skyrocketed by 400 percent in some communities.

“A retired union representative said that families and neighborhoods in the Mahoning Valley and Youngstown, Ohio, are still being affected by manufacturing job losses that occurred over 40 years ago, as well as more recent plant closures,” the report states. “She described a cycle of decline, decay, and blight, as the population has dropped to one-third of its previous size and homes lay vacant as children and grandchildren move away.”

The economic and social decay of Ryan’s district is partially why Ohio’s Senator-elect J.D. Vance explained to Breitbart News last month that tariffs on foreign imports must be the center of the nation’s industrial policy to “rebuild the industrial heartland of America.”

Offshoring, spurred by U.S. free trade policy, is not letting up.

This month, for example, executives with technology parts manufacturer Jabil Inc. announced that they would be laying off about 1,400 of their American employees in California and closing six plants across the state.

Similarly, a 125-year-old plant Avon plant in Suffern, New York is shuttering and laying off nearly 140 of its American employees. Avon executives said those U.S. jobs will be sent to Brazil and Poland where the price of labor is substantially lower.

Also this month, medical device company Vapotherm announced that it is closing its Exeter, New Hampshire manufacturing plant, laying off nearly 50 of its American employees, and sending production to low-wage Tijuana, Mexico.

Executives with Norcold, the refrigerator manufacturer, are laying off nearly 360 of their American employees at two Shelby County, Ohio plants and sending all production to foreign countries.

Democrats’ EAGLE Act Explodes Indentured Service Workforce

The media-magnified focus on Indian workers and immigration “country caps” is hiding a massive corporate giveaway in the House’s pending EAGLE Act, now scheduled for a committee review on Monday and a House vote on Tuesday.

The bill “just blows the limits [on the hiring of temporary visa-workers] out in the water and makes all of these temporary worker programs permanent, so that all of these jobs will be permanently removed from American workers,” Rosemary Jenks, the director of government relations at NumbersUSA.

“Congress is using an immigration ploy to lock Americans out of a growing part of the labor market … They’re dead serious about it,” she said.

The bill allows corporations to pay foreign workers with permanently renewable work permits in exchange for several years of uncomplaining, l0w-wage work in the U.S.

Those “Employment Authorization” permits are extremely valuable because they allow the workers to hold U.S. jobs until they can receive their promised green cards. The green cards can then be traded to get the deferred mega-bonus of American citizenship for themselves, their families, grandchildren, and all of their descendants.

Corporations that can pay workers with government-provided work permits and green cards will be more likely to hire foreigners than Americans because Americans want to be paid fair-market wages.

The work-for-work-permits bill will dramatically expand the “indentured service” labor market, said Jenks.

Commercial contracts for Indentured Service were made unconstitutional by the 13th amendment after the Civil War.

The work-for-work-permits bill is numbered H.R.3648, and is titled the “EAGLE Act of 2022.” It has 83 sponsors, including eight Republicans.

The chief sponsor of the bill is Rep. Zoe Lofgren D-CA), who represents Silicon Valley investors and companies. Those investors — such as FWD.us — stand to gain from an expanded ability to recruit foreign workers with dangled offers of fast-track work permits and green cards, so they are eager to spotlight the subsidiary “country caps” aspect of the bill and to hide the work-for-work-permits expansion.

The leading GOP backer is Rep. John Curtis (R-UT), whose home-state establishment has pushed for similar bills for more than a decade. Utah advocates expect their support for the bill will spur investment by Indian subcontractors in the state, so creating a wave of new revenue for home builders, landowners, and retail outlets.

The corporate giveaway bill is also backed by Rep. Tom Emmer (R-MN). He was elected party whip for the 20223 Congress, after running a partly successful 2022 election campaign that suppressed GOP debate about the huge and growing pocketbook impact of migration on American families.

The bill is being reviewed by the House rules committee today prior to a floor debate, which may take place on Tuesday.

In the Senate, the chief GOP supporter for the bill is Sen, Kevin Cramer (R-ND). He is under pressure from major corporations that want to recruit more visa workers for jobs in the Dakotas, even though the bill will also sideline many U.S. graduates and will redirect job-creating investments out of North Dakota.

The bill is opposed by immigration reform groups, such as Jenks’ NumbersUSA. The bill is also opposed by other groups of migrants from Iran and China who fear their access will be blocked by the huge inflow of Indian workers.

The Work Permit Giveaway

The work-permit giveaway is hidden in Section 7

The section creates the permanent work permits — dubbed the “green card lite” — and then covertly expands eligibility to many visa-worker programs beyond the H-1B program.

Instead of waiting several or more years for green cards, permanent work permits would be provided just two years after each foreign worker is approved for a green card.

The corporate giveaway is also buried underneath much legalese about the award of more green cards to roughly 300,000 Indians who now hold H-12B and L-1 visas, and usually, work for Fortune 500 companies and their vast pyramids of subcontractors.

The debate over Indian green cards has grabbed most of the coverage of the bill, partly because of the extremely aggressive lobbying by the Indian contract workers. That lobbying features many claims of entitlement by Indians, much tweet contempt towards Americans, and a flowering diversity of “Racism!” claims directed against opponents and sympathizers, such as Sen. Dick Durbin D-Ill.

The federal government already operates a huge variety of little-known temporary work programs for many types of jobs, alongside the inflow of legal and illegal immigrants. These temporary workers are not immigrants — they are just contract workers who can be sent home by middle-manager in the HR department.

‘The government sets no annual limits on the number of H-2A agricultural visa workers, or L-1 visa corporate-transfer workers, on H-1B white-collar workers, E-2 investor visas, or F-1/OPT work permits given to foreign graduates of U.S. universities. There is a limit of roughly 150,000 H-2B workers used in non-agricultural labor and service workers.

But only about 70,000 workers per year can get green cards via this process, so most of those temporary workers go home after a year or several years. Many others overstay their temporary visas to work illegally in white-collar or blue-collar jobs.

Most foreign nationals who are approved by their employers for green cards quickly get their green cards in the mail.

The huge crush of Indians who want green cards ensures that a subset of Indians must wait several years or even a decade. That wait has prompted much lobbying by the Indian contract workers — and a myriad of sympathetic articles and lobbyist visits. But the “queue exists because U.S. employers sponsor more foreign nationals and their family members for EB1, EB2, and EB3 employment-based green cards each year than can be issued under current INA annual limits,” according to a July 2022 report by the Congressional Research Service.

There is also a growing green card backlog among workers from Central America, many of whom have been hired at very low wages for jobs at U.S. chicken-processing janitorial and transport companies.

The overall population of visa workers, including the waiting Indians, hold about 1.5 million white-collar jobs, and about 400,000 blue-collar jobs.

The work-for-work-permit section is likely to expand the use of foreign workers in place of Americans and to steer more job investments toward the big coastal states.

In 2022, a lawsuit against the H1B program described how corrupt Indian managers sold multiple tickets for the H-1B lottery to their fellow Indian nationals:

phony companies created a pay-to-play scheme where they charge individuals to submit multiple registrations on their behalf. See Exhibit. A (compilation of advertisements promoting H-1B abuse). For example, one individual selected in this year’s lottery reported that the consultancy he used for H-1B registration purposes was seeking $4,500 from him in order to submit an H-1B petition on his behalf.

For example, one entity, which calls itself “Fluxtek Solutions,” advertised that they “will place you on H-1 lottery from multiple companies so that the probability of picking cap process is high.” … Fluxtek Solutions was also promising its customers “100% job Guaranteed with H1B Visa Sponsorship.”

In October, a federal court also approved the expanding and uncapped OPT work-permit program, even though it was not created by Congress. The program awards work permits to roughly 300,00 foreign graduates each year.

The H-1B and other visa programs allow Fortune 500 companies and their subcontractors to recruit and import low-wage, mid-skill foreign professionals for a very wide variety of jobs needed by American graduates, including in scienceSilicon Valleyjournalismfashion, and healthcare.

That huge population of indentured visa workers has had a huge impact on many white-collar and professional workplaces rarely visited by media outlets.

‘If immigrants compete with and can substitute for native-born workers, immigration may put downward pressure on wages and employment of native-born workers,” said the CRS report, which was titled “U.S. Employment-Based Immigration Policy.”

The replacement of free-speaking American professionals with indentured foreign labor also allows executives to discard important civic priorities. These priorities — such as security, privacy, and durability of high-tech infrastructure — are sacrificed to lower costs and raise stock prices. The resulting damage was exposed by losses at IntelBoeing, and Theranos.

In conversations with Breitbart, immigrant workers from Indian and other countries have described the damaging impact of CEOs’ use of indentured workers.

“I have seen the system in the backend, and it is so appalling to see that there is so much [resume] forgery being done, there’s so much of corruption being done, that it is almost to the level back in India,” said Aabha, an Indian in North Carolina. Aabha continued:

I have met so many [American] people who are graduates and so much more knowledgeable than the Indians that I see in my regular [work]day — and they are [saying] like “Okay, because we are not experienced, we are not getting [technology] jobs.” So they decide to do a blue collar job. They’re walking into Walmart, they’re walking into Best Buy. And these Indians, the team that I work with, they cannot even speak a single sentence in English without making any mistakes.

Indian-run subcontractors and visa workers can forge resumes and technical credentials because U.S. employers “do not really do background verification unless and until they hire you as a full-time employee,” Aabha said, adding:

Just in case the [U.S.] employers need to check, the [Indian subcontractors] create one small office in India, they take a rental apartment in India, they put poor people there, they [instruct them to say]  “If you get any calls, tell them that this person has experience.” That it. It’s as simple as that.

Indian managers also duplicate the DHS’s H-1B visas to import additional, kickback-paying Indian workers, Aabha said:

They have been doing it openly and it’s all Indians, only Indians, because they are so desperate to move to the states. They’re so desperate to leave their country because they know they cannot work there. They know that they’re not going make so much money as they do here.

Once hired at U.S. wage rates, untrained Indian software workers pay qualified Indians in India to do the actual work on their U.S. computer at Indian wage rates, regardless of U.S. privacy and secrecy laws, Aabha said:

I’ve seen people working [for the] Bank of America [as] they take support from India. I’ve seen people working [for] Wells Fargo taking support from India …The person there in India will guide [them] via Zoom or by via video call and they will get the work done.

Many government reports, lawsuits, and articles say that India’s workplace culture is far more distrustful and grasping than Americans’ ideal of high-trust, dispassionate professionalism. Breitbart News has covered these developments herehereherehere, and here.

In 2021, a corporate-backed think tank said President Donald Trump’s short-term freeze on the inflow of more H-1B workers denied $100 billion in stock wealth to investors.

The Most Dangerous President in American History

A new book highlights the ways Biden is putting us at risk.

Prior to Joe Biden’s ascension to the White House in early 2021, it would have been difficult for many American patriots to believe that a worse president than Jimmy Carter or Barack Obama could sit in the Oval Office. Then Biden wasted no time proving those patriots wrong. From Day One he has been such an unmitigated disaster for the country that only 19% of Americans said in a poll last Sunday that they want Biden to run again in 2024. A July poll revealed that only 13% of Americans believe the country is on the right track. Apparently few believe that Biden is building back better, much less making America great again.

His incompetence (or conversely, his competence in carrying out a destructive agenda) has done more than just bring the country to the brink of a failed state after only half a term, though; it also has endangered Americans in many ways, and its legacy will continue to do so for generations. Indeed, bestselling author Nick Adams, in his new book from Post Hill Press, labels Joe Biden The Most Dangerous President in History.

Adams, 38, Australian-born but a naturalized American citizen and proud of it, is the author of several bestselling books such as Retaking America, Green Card Warrior, and Trump and Churchill: Defenders of Civilization. He is a tireless public speaker and social media influencer, as well as a frequent commentator in the news media such as at Fox News. In addition to having been appointed by President Trump as a scholar to the Smithsonian, Adams also runs a nationwide nonprofit called FLAG, the Foundation for Liberty and Greatness, whose mission is to educate Americans about the values and principles that make our country exceptional.

His new book, The Most Dangerous President in History, lays out some of the principal ways in which our Divider-in-Chief Biden is running the ship of state aground. In chapters on shutting down the economy instead of the coronavirus; on flooding our southern border with migrants and flooding cities across the U.S. with Afghan refugees; on demonizing concerned parents at school board meetings as domestic terror threats; on undermining our military; and on demonstrating weak leadership regarding China and Ukraine, Adams makes the case that Biden is creating crises that threaten our national security and put American lives at risk.

On Biden’s border policy, for example: the Left likes to paint anyone concerned about the open floodgates of our southern border as racist and anti-immigration. In fact, conservatives simply think it’s sensible to have a system in place for the vetting of people who want to come here, and to have reasonable restrictions or guidelines about the flow of people we let in. There isn’t another country in the world that doesn’t do that. But Biden’s party isn’t satisfied with anything less than an unlimited number of potential Democrat voters streaming across the border – and drug cartels, human traffickers, and terrorists along with them.

As Adams points out in his book, instead of policing our borders, the Department of Homeland Security is instead obsessed with a domestic terror threat that the Biden administration is greatly concerned about: parents expressing their outrage at school boards over the Critical Race Theory indoctrination and gender ideology sexualization of their children. The branding of these rightly-concerned citizens as violent terrorist threats is one of the most disgusting smears the Left has ever used against its political opponents.

But potentially the most serious threat Biden and his administration present is in its subversion of our military – through diversity/equity/inclusion wokeness, the mandating of COVID vaccines to weed out potential dissidents, and the leadership’s focus on climate change and “whiteness” as our greatest existential enemies. Adams addresses this in a chapter that details, among other things, the debacle of our withdrawal from Afghanistan, and Gen. Mark Milley’s treasonous warning to China during the Trump years.

The book concludes with a chapter about Biden being compromised on China and Ukraine, a national security threat that our complicit media don’t want to talk about, much less investigate. And then of course, there’s Joe’s embarrassment of a son, Hunter. The Biden family has no compunctions about selling America out to our enemies or dragging us into a nuclear war with Russia.

Adams notes that Biden is dangerous not only not only on his own, but also because of the people with whom he has surrounded himself in his administration, such as the Secretary of Transportation diversity hire Pete Buttigieg, the epically incompetent Vice President Kamala Harris, and Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, who infamously declared before Congress that she couldn’t define the word “woman” because she isn’t a biologist. There doesn’t seem to be a single appointee in the administration that is there because of actual merit and qualifications.

The Most Dangerous President in History, like Nick Adams himself, is a bracing shot of patriotic common sense. If the book has a failing, it is that it does not include more of the ways in which the grouchy old radical Biden and his administration are putting this country at serious risk (admittedly, doing so would have made the book too unwieldy to lift for anyone but bodybuilders).

But to add one more reason to the mix – one Adams couldn’t have included because it arose just after the publication of his book – consider the recent, treasonous prisoner exchange of the billionaire Russian arms dealer Viktor “Merchant of Death” Bout for women’s basketball star Brittney Griner, who was serving a nine-year sentence in Moscow for drug possession. Besides the fact that the Biden administration left retired U.S. Marine Paul Whelan, unjustly-imprisoned in Russian custody since 2018, this shocking capitulation to Russian demands demonstrated to both our allies and our enemies that America under Biden is pathetically weak, and it exposes Americans to an increased threat of being kidnapped by foreign powers again.

Only the most ideologically deluded Democrat sincerely believes that Joe Biden is anything but a catastrophic failure, both domestically and abroad, as the Leader of the Free World. Nick Adams’ new book demonstrates this abundantly well, but also points the way optimistically forward to the presidential election of 2024 – if we are as committed to taking our country back as the Left is to fundamentally transforming it.
