WOKE FASCISM AND THE ASSAULT ON FREE SPEECH - ERIC GELLER IS ASSAULTED BY POLITICO

WHAT IS GELLER HAD COMMENTED ON THE CATHOLIC CHURCH'S LONG HISTORY OF PEDOPHILE PRIESTS? IS THAT OFF TOPIC AS WELL? ASK THE VICTIMS OF PRIESTS. THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF THEM!!!

DURING BENEFICT'S REIGN, THERE WERE NO SERIOUS PROSECUTION OF THOUSANDS OF CASES OF PRIEST MOLESTATION.

THE BLOG'S POSITION IS THAT THE CATHOLIC CHURCH SHOULD BE BANNED! OR, IN THE LEAST, HAVE THEIR CENTURIES LONG CRIMES EXPOSED!

Far-left Politico appears to have fired one of their left-wing hacks after said hack described the recently deceased Pope Benedict XVI as a “Homophobic pedophile protector and Hitler Youth alumnus.”

Nolte: Politico Hack Fired After Calling Pope Benedict a ‘Hitler Youth Alumnus’

Far-left Politico appears to have fired one of their left-wing hacks after said hack described the recently deceased Pope Benedict XVI as a “Homophobic pedophile protector and Hitler Youth alumnus.”

Eric Geller is the hack’s name. The Daily Mail reports that Politico is no longer part of Geller’s LinkedIn page. Nor does he describe himself as a Politico employee on his verified Twitter page. Instead, he’s simply a “Journalist focused on cybersecurity and technology.”

“Journalist.” Lol.

Geller’s Twitter bio used to read, “Cybersecurity reporter at @politico.”

“Reporter.” Lol.

The Daily Mail reported:

When asked if Geller was fired, Politico’s vice president of marketing and communications Brad Dayspring declined to comment but pointed to a tweet of his own suggesting Geller’s comment violated company policy and could lead to termination.

Hours after Geller posted the tweet he removed it, saying: ‘I deleted the tweet about Pope Benedict that was offensive and in poor judgment.’

Since then, his personal website, according to internet archives, has gone from describing him as ‘a cybersecurity reporter at Politico’ to a ‘cybersecurity journalist in Washington, D.C.’

Geller did not return emails from the Daily Mail inquiring about his employment status.

Don’t you just love the transparency we get from the corporate media, from the “democracy dies in darkness” crowd? They’ll harass and investigate everyday Americans just going about the business of living their lives — Politico is infamous for this, just ask Joe the Plumber — but then refuse any and all transparency about their corrupt selves.

On December 31, when this all went down, Dayspring tweeted of Geller’s tweet: “The tweet is a clear violation of our social media policy and was both inaccurate and offensive.”

“Violations of company policy – including social media policy – are subject to an internal review process.”

“Without commenting further on this specific matter (as it is under review), violations of company policy could result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.”

But now Dayspring is saying, “As a matter of policy, we do not comment on personnel or disciplinary matters.”

And yet, Politico is all kinds of willing to dig into the personal lives of private citizens to aid the Democrat party.

I wonder why Politico really fired him? Smearing dead Christians usually results in a promotion in the corporate media. Had to be another reason. We’ll never know, though, because democracy dies in darkness or something.

Toronto Catholic School Teacher Brags of ‘Trans Jesus’ Icon In Class Prayer Space

A teacher in the Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB) has bragged on social media about having a Pride flag and depictions of Jesus Christ as transgender in a prayer space in his class.

Toronto, Ontario Catholic school board teacher Paolo De Buono made a post on Twitter on Monday showing off a “prayer table” in the Catholic school in which he teaches displaying a rainbow LGBT Pride flag and depictions of Christ as half man and half woman:

Reacting to another user named Chanel Pfahl, Mr De Buono, who is said to teach at St. Anne’s elementary school, stated that pupils “should see themselves reflected, & because we need to dismantle systemic homophobia & transphobia, in our schools & classrooms.”

“That’s why my prayer table in a Catholic school in Toronto includes at times a Pride flag & inclusive images of Jesus & Mary,” he added.

Many social media users reacted negatively to the post, some declaring that the images in question are blasphemous.

Mr Du Buono has a history of controversy in his position as a Catholic school teacher in Toronto, and reportedly last year emailed a local priest instructing the clergyman not to talk about gender issues in their classroom or mention certain basic Catholic teachings, such as the fact that only men can join the priesthood.

“When you visit my classroom, you are not permitted to make comments that marriage is only for a male-female couple, that there are only two genders, and that only males can be priests,” De Buono ordered.

“You are not permitted to make negative comments about the Pride images or the non-cisgender image of Jesus,” he added.

“[M]y class is a part of a Catholic school board that is fully public, not private, and I have an obligation to protect their Ontario- and Canada-based human rights as much as possible,” De Buono said.

Campaign Life Coalition (CLC), a Canadian pro-life group, have previously highlighted instances in which Mr De Buono has openly taught against Catholic social teachings on abortion and contraception.

“His employer, the Board of Trustees, has legal justification to terminate his employment. De Buono’s actions represents total defiance towards the moral teachings that he is ethically, spiritually, and contractually obligated to uphold as an employee of the Board, which is itself an arm of the Catholic Church,” the group said.

Mr Buono is not the only controversial Ontario teacher to attract attention in recent months. Last September, a male teacher identifying as female in the city of Oakville stirred controversy after photos emerged of the person wearing gigantic prosthetic breasts in the classroom around children.

The teacher, who goes by the name Kayla Lemieux, was defended by the Trafalgar High School after photos of the teacher went viral on social media.

“We strive to promote a positive learning environment in schools consistent with the values of the HDSB and to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all students, staff and the community, regardless of race, age, ability, sex, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, cultural observance, socioeconomic circumstances or body type/size,” the school said.

It later emerged that the Ontario school was threatening pupils with suspension for taking photographs of the teacher.

(CNSNews.com) -- In his Jan. 8 sermon on the Holy Family and the necessity of marriage in civil society, Fr. Chad Ripperger, a Catholic priest and exorcist, defined what marriage is and dismissed "gay marriage" as an "abomination," a "disordered" practice for which God will punish us.

Fr. Ripperger spoke at St. Mary of Pine Bluff Catholic Church in Madison, Wisc.

Today, "there’s a complete, all-out assault on the very nature of marriage," said Fr. Ripperger. "The definition of marriage is that it’s a solemn contract between a man and a woman for the sake of having children. The primary end is having children. That’s what it is ordered towards."

“This is something which, unfortunately, has not been understood today,"' he added. "People think marriage is just a license to engage in the conjugal act. But that’s not what we are talking about here."

"It’s true that they now have rights over each other’s bodies in relationship to that and therefore can licitly [engage in the conjugal act] – and actually it’s a morally good thing for them to do so, provided the natural law is followed," he said.

“But in point of fact, today, people don’t even understand that it [marriage] is between a man and a woman," said Fr. Ripperger.

"The fact that there is gay marriage – perhaps put marriage in quotes because it’s not true marriage -- it doesn’t meet the definition of marriage," he said.  "It’s an abomination. There’s no way that God isn’t going to afflict us in some manner, as a result of taking on something that is that disordered."

"In fact, their acts are so disordered that St. Catherine of Siena said that even the demons find it repulsive," said Fr. Ripperger. "And yet today it’s glorified."

In her writings, St. Catherine of Siena (1347-1380) claimed that Jesus Christ Himself had remarked pitifully on some of the clergy who had engaged in homosexual behavior.

"Like the blind and stupid, having dimmed the light of their understanding, they [practicing homosexuals] do not recognize the disease and misery in which they find themselves," she wrote. "For this not only causes Me [Christ] nausea, but is disgusting even to the devils themselves whom these depraved creatures have chosen as their lords."

"It is disgusting to the devils not because evil displeases them or because they find pleasure in good," wrote St. Catherine, "but rather because their nature is angelic and flees upon seeing such a repulsive sin being committed."
