KEVIN McCARTHY MEETS JOE BIDEN'S MASSIVE ORCHESTRATED INVASION AT THE BORDER - One trip to the border and Kevin McCarthy can only say 'no amnesty'

For starters, let's define the "fentanyl crises" for what it really is: Chemical warfare, effectively perpetrated on the American people by the Chinese communist government and their Mexican-cartel allies.  This administration's open border, which is clearly an intentional policy, marks Biden and Harris as co-conspirators in what's arguably the CCP's chemical-weapons assault on U.S. citizens.                         RICHARD MORSE

IT'S REALLY MOOT AS THE NAFTA DEMOCRATS HAVE ALWAYS PRACTICED NON-ENFORCEMENT AND WILL FIGHT TOOTH AND NAIL FOR NO E-VERIFY.

THERE ARE 50 MILLION ILLEGALS IN THE BORDER AND THEY'RE BREEDING ANCHOR BABIES FOR 18 YEARS OF WELFARE AND VOTING DEM FOR MORE. TAKE A LOOK AT WHAT HAPPENED TO NARCOMEX NORTE MEXIFORNIA!

"Mexican president candidate Andrés Manuel López Obrador called for mass immigration to the United States, declaring it a "human right". We will defend all the (Mexican) invaders in the American," Obrador said, adding that immigrants "must leave their towns and find a life, job, welfare, and free medical in the United States."

GAMER PIG LAWYER JOE BIDEN:

Border security might stop it, but there's no sign Joe Biden is going to make any good faith effort to secure the border. He's out for getarounds, loopholes, catch-and-release, and the broadest possible reading of U.S. law on asylum to get as many border crossers across into the states as possible.

One trip to the border and Kevin McCarthy can only say 'no amnesty'

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy is thought to be soft on a number of issues, but so far, he's shown a lot of backbone.

We see that now, with his trip to the border, according to Fox Digital:

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy on Thursday again ruled out any form of amnesty for illegal immigrants already in the U.S., after the Biden administration renewed calls for an inclusion of a pathway to citizenship as part of any immigration deal.

McCarthy spoke to Fox News during his visit to the border in Arizona. He was asked about past statements he has made where he has ruled out any form of pathway to citizenship for illegal immigrants as part of an immigration deal. On Thursday he reiterated that stance.

"That is the case, because you can't have immigration reform without first securing the border," he said. "How can you trust? You find people coming one after another and when you ask them why they’ll tell you ‘the president told me to come.’"

The Biden administration and congressional Democrats have called for citizenship for millions of illegal immigrants as part of a reform to fix what they say is a broken immigration system.

While he's actually always been against amnesty, he underscored pretty well what he learned on that border trip, that the border is out of control and illegals are rolling in for taxpayer benefits and to benefit Democrats as voters.

It came as new amnesty noises are being heard from Washington.

According to a different story on Fox Digital:

FIRST ON FOX: The Biden administration is considering a rule that would open the door to allow temporary agricultural and seasonal workers to be able to apply for permanent residency in the United States, Fox News Digital has learned.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) previously announced it intends to issue a notice of proposed rulemaking to "modernize and reform" the H-2A and H-2B visas — which are used for temporary agricultural workers and temporary seasonal workers.

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has said that rule will incorporate policies to address exploitation and abuse, protect workers and increase program efficiencies.

Fox has now learned that the rule process, which is still going through the consideration process at USCIS, would allow workers on those visas to take steps to become permanent residents and obtain a green card.
That sounds like a backdoor amnesty for thousands of future indigent migrants who are especially prized by Democrats as voters. Come to the U.S. illegally, get a farmworker visa, pick lettuce, or say you are picking lettuce, and get your green card fast. Who needs to wait in line to migrate to the states legally through the official line when the green card is automatically there for the low-skill farmworkers?

While those farmworkers are needed in the U.S. economy and there should be no problem issuing visas to authentic farmworkers, there's no need to attach a green card at the end of them, particularly since the slots fill rapidly without that sweetener, and because legally, only Congress can set immigration quotas, which should be done after debate and consent by the will of the majority, not by executive order. The green card attachment will become a dinner triangle, making every migrant crossing the border suddenly a farmworker whether they are or not. Meanwhile, the fact that it's not necessary to dangle a green card in order to obtain foreign farmworkers signals that this proposed change is little more than a bid to conveyor-belt those foreign workers into Democrat votes. Nice try, lefties.

Meanwhile, we are hearing nonsense like this from Joe Biden's Homeland Security secretary, Alejandro Mayorkas, who's decided to rewrite the Constitution to supercede Congress:

According to Breitbart News:

The 1950s “Nation of Immigrants” narrative is more important than Congress’s laws, according to Alexandro Mayorkas, who is President Joe Biden’s pro-migration border chief.

“Our goal is to achieve operational control of the border, to do everything that we can to support our personnel with the resources, the technology, the policies that really advance the security of the border, and do not come at the cost of the values of our country,” Mayorkas said in an interview with CNN’s Chris Wallace, on the cable TV show, Who’s Talking to Chris Wallace.”

“The law needs to be changed if it does not either meet our highest ideals or actually proves to be functional in the service of those ideals,” said Mayorkas, a lawyer who has opened many loopholes to smuggle more economic migrants into Americans’ economy and society.

Translation: Mayorkas has no intention of controlling the border, not with that sly little effort to circumvent congressionally established U.S. law, which the Constitution requires.

Not only is that destabilizing to the border, it shows is that Joe Biden's claim that illegal border crossings have dropped based on his order to bring illegals in as bogus refugees and asylees before they cross is nonsense. The illegal border crossings are still going strong.

We don't know precisely what McCarthy saw or who he spoke to or what he said on this border trip. But whatever it was -- the talks with the Border Patrol, the visuals from the helicopter of thousands still pouring into the U.S., or the sight of illegals setting up camps in border cities waving their nations' flags as if it was an invasion pretty well left him firm in the feeling that any amnesty wasn't going to solve any border-crossing problem. If anything, it intensified his view, and that tells the rest of the country that something pretty strong is happening there that isn't getting out in the press and which needs to stop.

Border security might stop it, but there's no sign Joe Biden is going to make any good faith effort to secure the border. He's out for getarounds, loopholes, catch-and-release, and the broadest possible reading of U.S. law on asylum to get as many border crossers across into the states as possible.

Biden can't be believed, but the people on the border can. McCarthy has visited them, and their voices too are being heart. McCarthy is right to have done this, and should be sending as many congress members to the border after him as he can.

Joe Biden takes Nicaraguan dictator's dissidents off his hands for him

For communists, such as Nicaragua's "little dictator," Daniel Ortega, there's nothing like having a yanqui imperialista friend up in el norte to help out with the old consolidation of power.

Which brings us to Joe Biden, whose open borders and lax asylum laws provided just that perfect window of opportunity for the thug running the battered Central American country to get his nation's bothersome protestors out of his hair.

According to the New York Times:

The government of Nicaragua has stripped more than 300 political opponents of their citizenship over the past week, in another sign that the country’s authoritarian president has no intention of easing his grip at home despite a deal, completed days earlier, that freed hundreds of political prisoners and sent them to the United States.

An appeals court justice announced the latest move, to revoke the citizenship of 94 people, on Wednesday, just after the government did the same to the 222 people who were sent to the United States last week.

Though Washington had welcomed last week’s prisoner release, officials in the Biden administration condemned the Nicaraguan government’s latest moves.

Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken, in a statement, called the stripping of citizenship “another step backward for the Nicaraguan people and a further step toward solidifying an autocratic regime.”

For years, President Daniel Ortega has methodically crushed dissent, cracking down violently on protesters, undermining democratic institutions and making sweeping arrests.
Ortega pulled a fast one on Biden, who, instead of offering something to strike fear into his dictatorly heart in response to his vile and nasty dictatorship, helpfully extended the gates of U.S. asylum to all of Ortega's jailed political prisoners, taking them off his hands.

No protestors, no problemo. That was convenient -- for Ortega, at least, at least as convenient as the Cuban Castro regime and the Venezuelan Maduro regime emptying their prisons of their worst criminals and sending them on their way up to el norte's open border, where the Biden administration has gladly released hundreds of thousands of such entrants into the interior of the country without so much as a court date.

And sure enough, the Biden administration naively "welcomed" Ortega's means of leveraging that open-borders policy for his own benefit, too.

Ortega, who knew what he was doing, releasing the prisoners and then doing something Joe didn't suspect would happen: He pulled up the drawbridge, yanking the Nicarguan citizenship of the released prisoners so that they can never legally come back to challenge him -- and so that America would have them forever and ever, unable to deport any who might turn out to be not such brave freedom fighters but perhaps criminals instead, a la Venezuela and Cuba. It's likely that most were true dissidents and authentic candidates for asylum, unlike most illegal border crossers, and we know they didn't ask to come here, but don't expect any purity from Ortega, whose guile and hatred for the U.S. is bottomless. Who knows who he really sent?

Gotcha, Joe!

There's no fool like an old fool. And Dan, the designer-sunglass-loving little creep the great Ronald Reagan once branded "the little dictator," got what he wanted from Joe.

While that certainly makes a busy dictator's life easier, it's another cost and expense for America's taxpayers, who get stuck with the bill to ensure that Ortega gets to entrench himself into power with no backtalk from dissidents.

It's an artificial propping up of the Ortega regime, now that it has no dissidents to stir up trouble as he systemically runs his country into the ground. There's nothing like oppressing without a dissident to protest it.

Ortega could see that Biden was no Ronald Reagan, whose response to his shambling and corrupt communist regime was to fund the Contra War and rain hell on Ortega at the United Nations, bestowing upon the designer-sunglass-loving thug the famous monicker "the little dictator."

Biden, by contrast, is a dotard so stupid Ortega had no trouble leaving him holding the bag.

It has significant implications for freedom movements abroad, now that word is out to the world's dictators that Joe encourages the dumping of dissidents into America so that communist dictatorships can flourish without them. Does that sound like a smart move for America, that Ortega can demonstrate for all dictators that Joe is there to take the domestic "pressure valve" off for them?

It actually portends some ugly stuff as dictator after dictator can see that it's a wide-open field for getting away with election fraud, internal repression, expropriation, and every other act that impoverishes and renders unsustainable a sovereign state with no consequences whatsoever. Protestors can simply be jailed and expelled to America now, with their citizenship pulled, meaning, no refunds. Joe's there to help.

If you're a brave dissident who refuses to leave the country, as a prominent Nicaraguan bishop, Rolando Alvarez did, woe unto you, because not only are you the only thing standing between Ortega's total consolidation of power and the increasingly debilitated and depopulated democracy movement, your punishment will be that much harsher. Alvarez, who refused to board the plane to the U.S., was handed down a prison sentence of 26 years for his impertinence.

Joe Biden can pat himself on the back for that one, too. The brave bishop facing the goons alone is paying the price thanks to Joe.

This is astonishingly mishandled diplomacy. Ortega deserves no favors, no goodwill gestures, and no U.S. enabling. He deserves only hell from us -- of the kind the great Ronald Reagan gave him, the kind that by 1990 actually got Ortega thrown from power.

Instead, he's got a feckless gringo pal in Joe.

Suggesting that only Congress could solve the problem by passing "comprehensive immigration reform" and providing a pathway to citizenship for DREAMers, Biden was essentially calling for Congress to come together to pass another amnesty for some 40 million illegal aliens currently residing in America.

Biden Can't Explain Away the Chaos on the Border

It doesn't matter that many illegal aliens are good and decent people when they are breaking U.S. law and jumping in front of millions of others, who are attempting to come to America legally. So many thousands more are committing well documented rapes, assaults, robberies, and murders by the thousand each year, at a rate that has grown exponentially with the Biden regime's immediate reversal of President Trump's effective border policy.  And to hear Joe Biden tout his actions on the border during the recent State of the Union address was sickening, dishonest, and evil to the core, as he attempted to convince the American people that an extremely out-of-control and serious problem doesn't exist on the southern border, a problem of his making that continues to be facilitated by Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.

Speaking to the L.A. Times in June of 2017 about her husband's murder, which occurred thirty miles from the border in southeast Arizona in 2010, Sue Krentz stated, "It wasn't a U.S. resident who shot him.  You show me which U.S. resident it was.  Give me their name and address. ... There's not a house for seven miles."

In his book Far Beyond the Border Fence, George Alan Kelly makes the following observation:

Stopping construction of the Border Wall was just a ploy taken by Washington politicians trying to buy the votes of Hispanics living legally and illegally in the U.S.

Kelly also just happens to be a seventy-three year old rancher from Kino Springs, Arizona, a mile and a half from the Mexican border, who shot and killed Gabriel Cuen-Butimea, an illegal alien with a long history of deportations from the U.S.  Kelly asserts that he took fire, which more than likely prompted him to return fire.  Cuen-Butimea's body was found a little over 100 yards away from Kelly's house, and if one of the two rifles confiscated by the Santa Cruz County Sheriff's Department prove to have been the illegal alien's, there isn't a jury in Arizona that will convict Kelly in good conscience, especially with Arizona law providing for lethal action to protect one's life and home.

Rather than charge Kelly with murder, arrest him, and hold him on a million dollar bond, authorities should have shaken his hand and let him get on with his life and back to his elderly wife, who is now left to fend for herself on a dangerous section of border.

Make no mistake: many of these people trying to make it to America are already illegal aliens by the fact that they entered Mexico illegally, too, and they're often dangerous criminals or terrorists.  And if they truly are asylum-seekers fleeing political or religious persecution or a sex-slave situation, international law and treaties agreed upon by the U.S. and most nations of the United Nations demand that they seek asylum in the first nation they enter where the threat no longer exists.

Some have taken exception to my referencing illegal aliens as "illegal aliens" before they ever cross the Rio Grande, but if they are Other-Than-Mexican in Mexico without proper papers and authorization, they are illegals.  If they cross the U.S. southern border without going through an official port of entry and without a valid passport or visa, they are illegal aliens, pure and simple.

As I observed in 2013:

Under Article 32 of the Mexican Constitution, a person cannot immigrate Amnesty by any Other Name - American Thinker to Mexico without first demonstrating a particular skill or potential usefulness; Article 34 requires immigrants to have the means to support themselves; applicants for legal immigrant status are screened for mental illness and prior criminal acts as outlined by Article 37. And, entering Mexico illegally is a felony punishable by 5 years in prison and a 5,000 peso fine; more importantly, only citizens of their republic can take part in the politics of the country, according to Article 133.

Why aren't these "asylum-seekers" seeking asylum in Mexico?  It's because they aren't asylum-seekers.  They are simply looking for the economic opportunities afforded people in the U.S. and all the free stuff they can collect.  And even then, we have seen them reject American charity as not being good enough, as they trashed $500-a-night rooms in the Watson Hotel in Hell's Kitchen and threw away perfectly good food and supplies they had been provided by various NGOs and the federal government, after being told they were being moved to a regular, perfectly good shelter facility.

Ranchers and many average citizens all along the border are worried and often frightened by the massive groups that seemingly appear from nowhere on their properties, and although many pass by without incident, far too many stop and do great harm to Americans like Krentz and Kelly, or they glide out of the border areas to create chaos and carry out their deadly mayhem in the interior of America.  The proof is found in a well documented exponential increase in drug cartel activity throughout the country.

Suggesting that only Congress could solve the problem by passing "comprehensive immigration reform" and providing a pathway to citizenship for DREAMers, Biden was essentially calling for Congress to come together to pass another amnesty for some 40 million illegal aliens currently residing in America.  He also called for more equipment to be used to help the Border Patrol secure the border, although he full well knows that his policy has been a massive program and mission to facilitate more illegal immigration and flood the country with millions of illegal aliens, as seen through Mayorkas's orders to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the U.S. Border Patrol.

Nearly six million illegal aliens have entered the U.S. under Biden's watch, and it is ludicrous for him or anyone in his regime to state that they have the border situation "under control" when they so obviously don't, and millions of more illegals are already on the way.  These Democrats aren't pursuing or advocating some minor difference on governance regarding immigration policy.  They are maliciously abandoning all legal restrictions on immigration and actively refusing to enforce standing U.S. immigration law, in a manner that can only be called treasonous at the least, Machiavellian and evil to its core.

One need not be surprised when the country starts witnessing many more illegals shot along the border, or in the interior in the commission of a crime, as tensions rise across the country and Americans do what the federal government refuses, defending their own lives and property, in the same manner as George Alan Kelly did.

None of this would be happening if Joe Biden would actually enforce existing U.S. immigration laws and fully, completely, and properly secure the border, through the wall and any manpower necessary to get the job done right.  This mess is his doing, it's intentional, and he and other Democrats may soon reap what they have sown.

* The 5.5 million illegal aliens entering the U.S. since Biden took office was reported in October 2022. It includes over a million  (so-called) "gotaways" -- those who didn't bother to check in with U.S. Border patrol and just disappeared into the interior of the country.

Is it all that different from his open borders policies, where millions of unvetted foreign migrants are flooding into this country without authorization, bringing crime, drugs, and costs, yet there too nothing is done about it? Joe offers an absurd excuse for that decision, as well claiming that all migrants who can utter the magic word 'asylum' are entitled to a free ride inside the U.S. for years or more, amounting to an all-expenses paid trip for thousands.

House Democrats are asking President Joe Biden’s administration to allocate another $20 million in American taxpayer money to provide illegal aliens facing deportation from the United States with social services.

Reps. Pramila Jayapal (D-WA), Jerry Nadler (D-NY), and Nanette Diaz Barragan (D-CA), joined by 33 other House Democrats, have asked Biden to expand its Case Management Pilot Program (CMPP) which contracts with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to provide mental health services, legal services, and other social services to illegal aliens.

Late last year, as part of a $1.7 trillion year-end spending package, House and Senate Democrats funded CMPP to the sum of $20 million in taxpayer dollars. Much of the money will end up in the hands of Church World Service, an NGO with ties to the “Abolish ICE” movement.

Now, Jayapal, Nadler, and Barragan are asking Biden to fund CMPP with another $20 million to continue providing social services to illegal aliens who are in the process of being deported from the U.S.

The goal, the lawmakers write, is to ultimately phase out immigration detention of illegal aliens facing deportation and instead focus on providing them services via NGOs:

We appreciate that the FY23 appropriations bill included $20 million for CMPP. Investment in case management is crucial to reduce our reliance on immigration detention while ensuring that individuals who lack community ties and would benefit from additional assistance have assistance to comply with immigration proceedings. [Emphasis added]

CMPP has been accused of serving as a slush fund for left-wing NGOs.

California Makes History: First State in U.S. Giving Food Stamps to Illegal Aliens

JOHN BINDER

The sanctuary state of California will make history by becoming the first state in the nation to give food stamps to illegal aliens.

This week, Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) announced a budget deal with Democrat state legislators that includes providing food stamps, paid for by California’s taxpayers, to illegal aliens 55 and older — the first initiative of its kind in the United States.

An executive with the group Nourish California told the Fresno Bee that the policy is historic for the state, saying, “California is once again making history by removing xenophobic exclusions to our state’s safety net.”

Expansion of the state’s CalFresh food stamps program will cost California’s taxpayers more than $35 million and about 75,000 illegal aliens are expected to enroll every year.

The move comes as Newsom’s budget deal will also ensure that California is the first state in the nation to provide taxpayer-funded health insurance to all of its 3.3 million illegal aliens.

Offering taxpayer-funded health insurance to its entire illegal alien population, the largest in the nation, is expected to cost California’s taxpayers about $2.4 billion annually. The plan is scheduled to begin in 2024.

Breitbart Business Digest: Why Immigration Will Not Bring Down Inflation

Will Migration Bring Down Inflation?

Trying to bring down inflation by opening the U.S. to more immigrants is a bit like trying to bail out a boat with a sieve. You can increase the amount of work done, but it will not do anything to stop the flooding.

The notion that an increase in the level of immigration might help tame inflation has been receiving some attention, in part because the Federal Reserve frequently cites the tightness of the labor market as one of the factors pushing inflation higher. The number of job vacancies is extremely high in the U.S. right now, especially compared with the number of unemployed people. In January, the ratio of openings to unemployed people climbed to 1.9 to one, more or less matching the all-time high.

Standard textbook economics suggests that this tightness in the labor market will contribute to inflation. Fed chairman Jerome Powell has described the labor market as severely imbalanced between supply and demand. Given this situation, it’s not a surprise that some people are asking if increasing the number of immigrants permitted to enter and work in the U.S. would help alleviate our inflation problem.

Unfortunately, immigration is unlikely to bring down inflation—and may actually exacerbate rising prices, especially in supply-constrained parts of the economy like housing and food.

Greater Labor Supply Lowers Wages and Increases Inequality

Immigrants do add to the supply of labor in the United States. They typically arrive unemployed and seek out work relatively quickly. They may even be quicker to find jobs than unemployed native workers because they have fewer resources to support a prolonged job search. They are willing to accept lower wages than natives for the same work, in part because they view residency in the United States as compensation for working here. Natives, who already reside here, demand higher wages and benefits. As an aside, this means immigration is a subsidy for employers.

All other things being equal, the additional labor supply would hold down wages. Indeed, there is evidence that immigration has acted to depress wages in recent decades, especially for workers at lower income levels. Of course, all other things are not equal.

In the first place, there is some offset between native and immigrant labor. Some natives will not accept lower wages — and often poorer working conditions associated with jobs in which large numbers of migrants work — and will leave the labor force. So, there’s some leakage out of the labor force as the number of immigrants in it increases.

WELLINGTON, CO - SEPTEMBER 03: A migrant farm worker from Mexico harvests organic zucchini while working at the Grant Family Farms on September 3, 2010 in Wellington, Colorado. The farm, the largest organic vegetable farm outside of California, hires some 250 immigrant workers during the peak harvest season. Owner Andy Grant lamented that the issue of illegal immigration has become politicized nationally. "They feed America," he said. "They should not be victimized." Grant said his workers start at $7.25, which is the minimum wage in Colorado. (Photo by John Moore/Getty Images)

Pay attention to the way immigration adds slack to the labor market. It increases the number of unemployed people looking for jobs, first the immigrants themselves and then the natives they displace. It increases the number of Americans who would like to work but cannot find work at a suitable wage. It lowers wages, especially in jobs that are already at the lower end of the income ladder. This tends to increase economic inequality in the U.S. as employers and shareholders benefit from the lower labor costs. So while slack is added to the labor force, there is considerable social cost.

Migrants Need Food, Housing, Education, and Everything Else

Secondly, and arguably more importantly, immigration acts on the economy not just through the labor supply channel but also through the demand channel. That is, the new immigrants add to demand for goods and services through the economy. They need food, clothing, shelter, and all the rest. Since immigrants, like most workers, consume almost all of their production, once public goods (like education) and subsidized goods (like health insurance and public transportation) are accounted for, the newcomers tend to add more to demand than to supply.

The Peoples Rose Parade protests for more affordable housing in Pasadena, California, on January 2, 2023. (Sarah Reingewirtz/Getty Images)

This is particularly the case because newly arrived workers tend, on average, to have lower skill levels and are less productive than natives. Lower productivity puts upward pressure on employment costs, leading to higher prices. So, inflation moves up even though there is more slack in the labor market because of fewer vacancies.

These two effects more or less balance out in standard economic models. The result is that immigration does not do anything to reduce inflation. And when it comes to prices of supply-constrained goods like housing and food — two of the biggest sources of inflation right now — the additional demand effect dominates supply, worsening inflation.

Progressive Policies Make Immigration More Inflationary

It does not take much, however, for the effects to become imbalanced. Aggressive policies aimed at suppressing immigrant wages — like, for example, forcing migrants into guest worker programs where they lose their right to residency if they quit their jobs or maintaining a very high level of immigration for several years — can tip the balance against inflation. Of course, this greatly increases social costs such as increased inequality.

On the other hand, progressive policies like raising the minimum wage and organizing immigrant workers into unions are likely to tip the balance in the other direction. These policies contain the downward pressure on wages while often increasing the upward pressure on demand. This means additional immigration leads to more inflation, not less.

The biggest lesson here is that immigration policy should not be regarded as an inflation tool at all. Fiscal and monetary policy are far better tailored to deal with inflation than meddling with the size of the migrant population.

Impeaching Mayorkas is a Waste of Time

"FAIR Analysis5.5 Million Illegal Aliens Have Crossed our Borders Since Biden Took Office — How is Secretary Mayorkas Still Employed?" -- Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) October 25, 2022.*

House Speaker, Kevin McCarthy and other House Republicans are floating a motion to impeach Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, as if that would end the invasion of millions of foreign nationals at our Southern border.

How does that work, exactly, when this open-border agenda goes right to the top.  If Mayorkas is removed, wouldn't President Biden just appoint another open-borders guy to fill his slot?

If House Republicans do any impeaching, to stop the lawless flood of foreigners into the United States, it seems they would need to impeach the official Border Czar and her Boss -- both of them, together.

While it may be a first, 'dual impeachment' of both president and vice president is not such an outlandish idea when you consider that the Democrats impeached Donald Trump twice.  During Trump's first impeachment, over the supposed quid pro quo telephone call with Volodymyr Zelensky, Democrats actually toyed with the idea of impeaching Vice President Mike Pence as well.  So, there is something of a precedent.  The second time they impeached him and held a Senate trial, President Trump was already out of office.  Now, if anything passes for 'outlandish', that's it.

Unlike the flimsy cases presented in the Trump impeachment trials, the case against Biden and Harris, on their mismanagement of our border, is rock solid.

Let's summarize:

For starters, let's define the "fentanyl crises" for what it really is: Chemical warfare, effectively perpetrated on the American people by the Chinese communist government and their Mexican-cartel allies.  This administration's open border, which is clearly an intentional policy, marks Biden and Harris as co-conspirators in what's arguably the CCP's chemical-weapons assault on U.S. citizens.

(By the way, the partnership between Red China and the Mexican cartels, for the purpose of smuggling drugs and humans into the U.S., is straight out of the playbook: Unrestricted Warfare; written by CCP generals Qiao Liang and Wang Xiangsui.)

Bidden and Harris are not only complicit in the crimes taking place at the border, they are accomplices.  The Biden administration covertly transports millions of illegal aliens, by bus or plane, to every state in the union and re-settles them.  Other perks for being an illegal invader are free smart phones, food stamps, medical, etc.  ...all compliments of American taxpayers.

Violent criminals, cartel thugs, pedophiles, and international terrorists trickle into our country amidst this chaos; posing a clear and present danger to all American citizens.

November 2022, saw a record-breaking 233,740 border crossers who registered with Border Patrol agents, plus an estimated 73,000 gotaways; a total approaching 400,000 illegal immigrants.

December broke that even that record with an official 251,487 Border Patrol encounters (a 7% increase from the previous month) plus Lord knows how many "gotaways."  You do the math.  The point is: this is not a compassionate immigration policy.  It is an outright invasion of the United States promoted by a rogue government seated in the White House.

The perils of the Biden/Harris open border are not limited to American citizens.  According to CBS News reports: "At least 853 migrants died trying to cross the U.S.-Mexico border unlawfully in the past 12 months, making fiscal year 2022 the deadliest year for migrants recorded by the U.S. government."  This CBS report points out that these are only the deaths that were discovered; and that there are likely many more uncounted.

We see horrific reports of young women and girls, as young as nine years old, repeatedly raped by Mexican-cartel monsters and forced into sex slavery in our country.

Finally, and perhaps most disturbing, one can only imagine what is happening to the thousands of unaccompanied children being trafficked in, who just vanish.

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris bear the blame for all these evils.  The scope and depth of the crimes to which they are accomplices, with respect to their open border, go far beyond those mentioned above, though these obvious ones should be plenty to warrant the introduction of articles of impeachment for both.

In a nutshell: President Biden and Border Czar Harris violate every immigration law on the books to initiate and facilitate the invasion of the United States by millions of foreign nationals -- some of whom pose a serious danger to all U.S. citizens; and some whom have already caused the deaths of tens of thousands of U.S. citizens through smuggled narcotics.  If this does not meet the standard of "high crimes and misdemeanors," nothing does.

The case for impeachment against the president and vice president is compelling just on its surface. Their ouster in the Senate would be completely plausible if/when the facts are laid out before senators -- both Republican and Democrat, especially under scrutiny of the public.  If it does reach that point, the House Speaker, now with presidential powers, could simply fire Secretary Mayorkas; and then go about the business of restoring law and order along the U.S./Mexico border.

"We have a real Constitutional crisis of an Executive Branch seeking to wage war against the American people,"  said former House Speaker, Newt Gingrich, who is clear on the predicament we are in. Texas Congressman, Chip Roy gets it too. He has stated openly that the Biden administration "is at war with the people of the United States." Both men have expressed their views to various news commentators.  Surely each man is aware that Biden and Harris are only figureheads of a vast, international consortium, which is highly influenced by, or otherwise in league with, communist China.  This unholy confederacy has been at silent war with the United States for decades.  And today, it is on the verge of winning that war.

In November 2022, the American people fought back and elected a Republican majority in the House; if only by a slim margin.  With that small victory, the people would be well justified to want this president, who is at war with them, removed from office as soon as possible.  Waiting two years--until the next election--is not an option for the people if that election is going to be rigged against them.  Impeachment, in this Congress, is the only viable answer if we are to preserve the blessings of liberty for those who come after us.  Though, impeaching Mayorkas would be satisfying, it would also be a waste of time and energy.  And impeaching President Joe Biden yields nothing if it leaves us with Kamala Harris.  To get it right, both heads must roll.

Now in the majority, House Republicans hold hearings on the trove of nefarious circumstances surrounding this administration: Hunter's laptop; 'Document-gate'; COVID origins; Biden family money; Afghanistan; IRS mischief; balloons; China, China, China....  While it is important to get to the bottom of these matters, these probes may take months to bear fruit; particularly with the contentious obstruction of evidence that Republicans are likely to encounter from Democrats.  In a way, these investigations are distractions from the one case of this administration's criminality where all the incriminating facts are readily visible--the "border crises."   Little or no discovery is required.   And it is the one case that could depose both President Biden and Kamala Harris in one pop.

House Republicans might be apprehensive about dual impeachment of a president and vice president, with fears that it won't pass muster in the Senate.  There are, however, sound reasons to proceed with it anyway:

A Harvard-Harris poll, conducted between April 27 and 29 (2022) with 1,872 registered voters, found that most Americans polled were unaware of the severity of the invasion occurring at their Southern border.  This due, in part, to the lack of coverage of the story by prominent news sources.  But when told the true facts by the pollsters, eighty percent of respondents became strongly opposed to the Biden/Harris border policy.  If nothing else, the high-profile public hearings of dual impeachment of president and vice president, with all the facts laid out on the table, would sound the alarm across the nation.  Public opinion, (let's hope), still carries formidable weight in this nation.

House Republicans might want to take a lesson from the Democrats.  Two can play that game.

Constant Government Lies Spark Resistance Movements

In the digital public square of social media, I have seen a noticeable uptick in biting memes and political cartoons calling out the U.S. government for its constant lies.  In one example, a cyber-billboard screams, "I don't know if I'm being distracted by vaccine deaths so I don't notice inflation, or if inflation is the distraction to Ukraine money laundering, or if Ukraine is a distraction for rampant pedophilia, or if pedos are distracting me from election fraud."  Clearly, that was produced before the great balloon scare gripped the nation.

Ah, but no sooner had China Joe proven once again how unsecured our open borders are by allowing a Chinese surveillance balloon to float above the continent's nuclear silos than I ran into a cartoon divided into four squares in which the same man was being hypnotized — first by a dangling coronavirus in 2020, then an mRNA "vaccine" shot in 2021, then a Ukraine flag in 2022, and finally an extraterrestrial spaceship in 2023.

Well done, meme masters and internet freethinkers!  Actually, corrupt Senator Harry Reid had started to play the UFO card a decade ago, so perhaps this cycle is just starting up once again.  Uff da.

If you want to know what's really going on within a society, you don't run to the national newspapers or interview people with titles.  You get out and talk to the people nobody else would dare seek.  In the Internet Age, you look at what's being said by ordinary people on unremarkable chatrooms whose opinions are routinely overlooked.  What I see today is a bubbling movement of frustration and anger that is as acidic as anything I've come across.  Americans are furiously mad — but noticeably not in despair.  People are not throwing their hands up in desperation; they're venting their rage at a corrupt system of government that has gotten out of control.  They're not hiding in the shadows, whispering in hushed tones; they're screaming at the top of their lungs, just daring the Big Tech censors to blot out their (un)free speech.  They're not allowing the State's "politically correct" priests and purveyors of officially sanctioned disinformation to shame them into silence; they're laughing in the spin doctors' faces and calling out the government's mass propaganda for what it is.  That's refreshing!

One of my favorite lines from Martin Scorsese's The Departed comes from hard-nosed cop Mark Wahlberg when he says, "My theory on Feds is they're like mushrooms...feed 'em s--- and keep 'em in the dark."  The unfortunate truth is that that zinger perfectly encapsulates the federal government's philosophy regarding the American people.  Whether it is White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre claiming that Slow Joe is the "best communicator" around; Treasury secretary Janet Yellen insisting for over a year that skyrocketing inflation would be "transitory"; government economists redefining words to avoid admitting that we're in a recession; Homeland Security secretary Alejandro Mayorkas flat-out lying about the southern border being "secure"; or former chief of staff Ron Klain preposterously labeling the disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal, in which thirteen U.S. servicemembers lost their lives for no reason, a "tremendous humanitarian achievement," the people occupying the highest positions of power and authority in the U.S. government do not bat an eye while telling the American people the most outrageous falsehoods drenched in risibly nauseating sanctimony.  It is we, the American people, who are constantly left in the dark and fed foul-smelling filth.

To a certain extent, this is nothing new.  Governments lie and abuse their powers all the time.  Anyone who says otherwise either is from the government or benefits directly from the government's monopoly on creating official public "narratives."  Not so long ago, people allied with the political left understood this fundamental truth.  They railed against the "weapons of mass destruction" rallying cry that catapulted the U.S. into two concurrent wars; they called out the PATRIOT Act as an obvious violation of civil rights; they lambasted Wall Street, Big Pharma, the military-industrial complex, and government's petty regulation regime.  They could never admit it to themselves, but deep down, most would have agreed with President Reagan's quip about the nine most terrifying words in the English language being "I'm from the government, and I'm here to help."  In their hearts, most Americans of whatever ideological persuasion understood and appreciated Lord Acton's famous warning that "all power tends to corrupt; absolute power corrupts absolutely."

After seeing how effectively the communist vanguard of "woke" warriors have used carrot-and-stick "intersectionality" to co-opt culture, finance, industry, the Intelligence Community, the FBI and DOJ, the courts, and even the military, one thing is abundantly clear: Lord Acton was right!  Also clear is that now that political leftists have control over essentially all levers of administrative, economic, and cultural power, they've become amnesiacs when it comes to the great British historian's ardent warnings against centralized government's eternal threat to personal liberty.  How quickly the left's mantra on gay "marriage" went from "love is love" to "you must bake the cake!"  How brazenly the left's pro-choice jingles went from "safe, legal, and rare" to "shout your abortion!"  How cognitively dissonant the left's favorite new tactic of vilifying political enemies as "Russian appeasers" appears when played next to decades of leftist outcry against Senator Joe McCarthy's "red scare."  When people without principle secure power, then power alone is worshiped as the highest principle.

Where does that leave us?  Well, if we're being honest, it should leave us with a shared understanding that the system as it exists today cannot hold.  We cannot be a nation whose rights and liberties are guaranteed by a governing constitution when lawmakers, presidents, bureaucratic agencies, and federal courts have redefined the Constitution's plain meaning into a whole new document.  We cannot be a free people with a cherished Bill of Rights when freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of assembly, freedom from unreasonable search and seizure, the right to self-defense, due process, and other supposedly secured rights are thrown out the window every time government agents declare a "health emergency" (especially now that "health" has been redefined to include everything under the sun, including "climate change" and "systemic racism").  We cannot pretend to have representative government when two private corporations posing as political parties exclude most Americans from office while promoting their own lackeys.  We cannot feign to have a functioning Congress when most every member is a bought-and-paid-for stooge for some corporate special interest.  We cannot profess to be wed to "democratic" principles when millions of unelected bureaucratic agents defended by an authoritarian and secretive national security Deep State run the show.  We cannot make believe that we live with anything remotely like "free markets" when the value of the U.S. dollar continues to crumble, Congress spends more and more money it does not have, the private Federal Reserve bank of financial titans keeps printing currency, and the apologists for multinational behemoths claim that blue-collar towns across America must be destroyed in order to pay proper tribute to international treaties posing as bulwarks for "free trade."  All these things are lies, and people of goodwill and conscience must call them out as such.

Believe it or not, that is what "the powers that be" fear the most: a self-assured population willing to see through all the poppycock and call it what it is.  You didn't think our government just woke up one morning and decided to start an unprecedented mass-censorship campaign targeting "harmful" language" and "disinformation," did you?  They did so because they noticed that the people have noticed that they're nothing but self-serving propagandists and liars.  When people wake up in raw anger, real change is never far behind.

Mexican President Calls on U.S. Voters to Reject Border Security Candidates

Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador (AMLO) praised President Joe Biden’s soft approach to immigration Tuesday, adding that his government plans to press American voters to not support candidates promising increased border security investments.

During his Tuesday morning news conference, AMLO congratulated Biden for not “mistreating” migrants and claimed the Hispanic population would remember at the polls the way that politicians treated migrants.

“We have a lot of respect for President Biden, among other things because he is the only one of the United States presidents of recent years who did not propose building walls,” Lopez Obrador said. “We give him credit for that, and we give credit to President Biden for no [immigration] raids.”

Lopez Obrador also criticized U.S. Congressmen for blocking Biden’s efforts to “regularize migrants” as had been promised during his campaign. The president also criticized the approach of Republicans calling for stronger border security.

“Because it is very easy to say, ‘We are going to militarize the border, we are going to put up walls,’ seeking easy applause,” AMLO said. “This policy will no longer work.”

Despite previously claiming that he follows a non-intervention approach, AMLO said his government would pressure U.S. voters to fight in favor of migrants.

“Because if there is the mistreatment of migrants and especially Mexicans, we are going to call not to vote for those parties and for those candidates — in the exercise of our freedoms,” Mexico’s president said.
