JOE BIDEN - FOLKS, THE RICH DO NOT PAY TAXES AND WE BIDENS ARE FILTHY RICH EVEN IF IT'S ALL DIRTY MONEY AND BRIBES!

I can no longer remain in today’s Democratic Party that is now under the complete control of an elitist cabal of warmongers driven by cowardly wokeness, who divide us by racializing every issue and stoke anti-white racism, actively work to undermine our God-given freedoms, are hostile to people of faith and spirituality, demonize the police and protect criminals at the expense of law-abiding Americans, believe in open borders, weaponize the national security state to go after political opponents, and above all, dragging us ever closer to nuclear war.                                                        TULSI GABBARD

Both political sides know the DoJ is corrupt. However, while one side timidly admits it, the other vehemently denies it. The Dems are lying because they like the DoJ playing on their team, but they’re losing the narrative battle (53 percent of the public thinks the FBI is Joe Biden’s Gestapo). The Republicans are sick of their base being demonized, but lack the political power to do anything about it. Donald Trump challenged the DoJ and FBI. Look how that turned out for him. JOHN GREEN

JOE BIDEN = A POLITICAL LIFE OF BRIBES SUCKING LIES AND GAMING THE LAWS THAT MIGHT BRING HIS GIG TO AN END!

The Democrats’ angst about the FBI potentially being held in contempt comes as Comer’s probe into the Biden family uncovered damning information. The probe uncovered that the Biden family business, over the course of several years, received at least $10 million from business schemes in Romania and China in return for what appears to be influence peddling. In addition, nine Biden family members received payments from the family foreign business ventures, including two of Joe Biden’s grandchildren, Comer revealed.

Democrats Latest Plan: Target Middle Class Americans with IRS Audits, Keep Billionaire Loopholes Open

A bill backed by Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and Joe Manchin (D-WV) would unleash the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) on middle class Americans while keeping tax loopholes open for billionaires and their multinational corporations.

The plan, which Schumer and Manchin have agreed to, would massively bulk up IRS audits and criminal investigations to the sum of tens of billions of dollars — nearly all of which will be dedicated to going after middle class Americans squeezed by inflation.

The Wall Street Journal editorial board details the scheme:

The bill earmarks $45.6 billion for “enforcement,” including “litigation,” “criminal investigations,” “investigative technology,” “digital asset monitoring” and a new fleet of tax-collector cars. The result will be far more audits, civil suits and criminal referrals. [Emphasis added]

The main targets will by necessity be the middle- and upper-middle class because that’s where the money is. The Joint Committee on Taxation, Congress’s official tax scorekeeper, says that from 78% to 90% of the money raised from under-reported income would likely come from those making less than $200,000 a year. Only 4% to 9% would come from those making more than $500,000. [Emphasis added]

The IRS knows the super-wealthy employ lawyers and accountants who make litigation time-consuming and risky. It also knows that Democrats would howl if the agency pursues fraud in the earned-income tax credit program, despite what the IRS has estimated are $18 billion in improper payments each year. [Emphasis added]

At the same time, tax provisions hugely benefitting billionaires and their multinational corporations would go untouched.

The Schumer-Manchin plan includes billions in green energy tax credits that would be swooped up by billionaires to cut their corporations’ annual tax burdens. Jeff Bezos’s Amazon notoriously employs this strategy to pay close to zero in corporate income taxes.

Breitbart News’s John Carney writes:

Amazon’s tax bills were part of the inspiration for a minimum tax. The company faced no federal corporate income tax liability in 2017 and 2018. In the years since, it has had an effective tax rate that is just a fraction of the 21 percent rate put in place by the Trump administration’s tax reforms. According to the calculations of Matthew Gardner of the Institute on Taxation and Economic Policy, over the past four years Amazon’s effective aggregate tax rate was just 5.1 percent. [Emphasis added]

While the alternate minimum tax would prevent companies from using deductions for capital investments or stock-based compensation, it continues to allow them to use tax credits, Daniel Bunn of the Tax Foundation told us. In fact, the bill includes hundreds of billions of dollars worth of new tax credits aimed at fostering green technology adoption. And Amazon plays in beast mode when it comes to using tax credits to reduce its tax bill. [Emphasis added]

Jeff Bezo’s retail giant said in its annual report that tax credits reduced the taxes it would have otherwise owed by $1.1 billion. The company has said that most of those tax credits are federal research and development credits, although it does not give much detail in its annual reports. The Manchin-Schumer tax bill would not touch this. Amazon will lose the benefit of the write-off for stock-based compensation, but the company will most likely at least partially offset that by using the green tech tax creditsThe end result could be no change in Amazon’s tax rate. [Emphasis added]

President Joe Biden and House Democrats tried to pass a similar tax plan last year as part of the administration’s “Build Back Better” agenda that has failed to catch on in Congress.

That plan would have targeted an additional nearly 600,000 working and middle class Americans earning less than $75,000 a year with IRS audits. Of those new IRS audits, more than 313,000 would have targeted the poorest of Americans who earn $25,000 or less a year.

Similar to the Schumer-Manchin bill, Biden’s plan would have provided a $625 billion tax cut for the wealthiest Americans living in blue states — paid for by working and middle class Americans.

'We'll Get The Last Laugh': Hunter Biden Rallied to Buddy’s Side in Massive Indian Tribal Bond Fraud Scheme

Devon Archer is headed for prison after losing an appeal earlier this month

Hunter Biden’s world was crashing down on him in 2018. He was the target of a federal tax investigation, in the throes of drug addiction, and had just fathered a child with whom he wanted no contact. But one thing brought the troubled first son joy: a temporary legal reprieve for a longtime business partner who defrauded a Native American tribe out of $60 million.

"Im [sic] smiling for the first time in a year," Hunter Biden wrote his partner, Devon Archer, on Nov. 18, 2018, after a judge overturned Archer’s conviction months earlier for defrauding the Wakpamni tribe in a massive bond scheme, according to text messages from Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.

"Thank fucking god! First good news in way too long my friend. I am so happy for you," continued Hunter Biden, who also appeared to criticize the justice system that had come down hard on his friend.

"Motherfuckers," wrote Hunter Biden. "I swear to god we’ll have the last laugh."

The celebration over Archer's reprieve was short-lived. An appeals court in October 2020 reinstated Archer's conviction, and the disgraced businessman was sentenced to one year in prison last year. He will soon begin serving time after losing an appeal earlier this month.

Five years after Hunter Biden's excitement at his business partner escaping Justice Department charges, he has found himself in the agency's crosshairs. The U.S. attorney’s office in Delaware has since 2018 investigated Hunter Biden’s taxes and foreign business dealings, many of which were carried out through Rosemont Seneca, Hunter Biden’s and Archer’s investment firm. House Oversight Republicans subpoenaed Archer this week to testify about his dealings with Hunter Biden as part of their probe into the Biden family’s business activities—it was through Rosemont that the longtime friends had investments in China and Ukraine.

While Hunter Biden was not implicated in Archer’s Indian bond scheme, one of Archer’s co-conspirators touted connections to Hunter Biden in order to give the bond proposal a veneer of legitimacy.

"Hunter Biden works for [Archer]. So we’ve got the top-level politicos with us," Bevan Cooney, who was convicted alongside Archer, said in a secretly recorded phone conversation disclosed at trial.

The younger Biden had reason to be relieved at the time of his friend’s legal victory. Archer’s legal troubles had been a thorn in Biden's side ever since he learned he was named as a witness in the case.

"I am receiving calls from the Southern District of New York. From the district attorney himself. My best friend in business, Devon, has named me as a witness, without telling me, in a criminal case," Hunter Biden said in a May 2018 voice memo with an unknown woman. "I’m talking about a fucking criminal case in which Devon has me named as a witness."

Eight months later in January 2019 Biden copied the recording to his iTunes folder on his laptop and renamed it "Most Genius Shit Ever."

Archer appears to have harbored some bad blood with the Biden family over the fact that Hunter Biden’s father was a leader in the administration that arrested him and put him in jail in the first place, texts show. Archer confronted Hunter Biden in March 2019, saying their Chinese business associates at the private equity firm BHR Partners keep asking why his family didn’t even try to help.

"Why would they try to ruin my family and destroy my kids and no one from your family’s side step in and at least try to help me," Archer asked in a March 2019 text. "I don’t get it. And I’m depressed. Bunch of these Asians getting in my head asking me the same."

Hunter Biden said it was the cost of doing business with his family.

"Every great family is persecuted prosecuted in the us — you are part of a great family," Hunter Biden said. "You are a Biden. Its the price of power.and the people questioning you truly have none whereas you do through perseverance and poise… The powerful are targets in this country the more powerful they become."

"It’s unfair at times but in the end the system of justice usually works and like you we are redeemed and the truth prevails," Hunter Biden added. "The unfairness to us allows for the greater good."

Hunter Biden's elation at the prospect of a friend getting away with defrauding a Native tribe starkly contrasts with President Joe Biden’s purported championing of tribal communities. The White House claims that President Biden has "deployed record investments" to Native communities and made "the largest single investment in infrastructure for Indian Country ever."

Comer: Oversight Committee Will Continue Investigation into the Bidens Despite ‘Sweetheart Deal’ for Hunter

Representative James Comer, a Republican from Kentucky and ranking member of the House Oversight and Reform Committee, speaks during a hearing in Washington, D.C., US, on Wednesday, June 22, 2022. House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) vowed Tuesday the committee would continue to investigate President Joe Biden and Hunter Biden despite the “sweetheart plea deal” announced for the latter.

He said in a statement:

Let’s be clear: the Department of Justice’s charges against President Biden’s son Hunter reveals a two-tiered system of justice. Hunter Biden is getting away with a slap on the wrist when growing evidence uncovered by the House Oversight Committee reveals the Bidens engaged in a pattern of corruption, influence peddling, and possibly bribery. These charges against Hunter Biden and sweetheart plea deal have no impact on the Oversight Committee’s investigation. We will not rest until the full extent of President Biden’s involvement in the family’s schemes are revealed.

The younger Biden, 53, on Tuesday agreed to plead guilty to two federal tax violation charges and one violation of gun laws, as reported by Breitbart News’ Joel Pollak.

He agreed to plead guilty to willful failure to pay federal income tax — most likely on his foreign earnings — and will enter a “pretrial diversion program” regarding his gun crime, indicating that he will face no jail time.

The plea deal will likely involve Hunter Biden admitting to misdemeanor charges that will keep him from jail — and will avoid a trial. President Biden could pardon his son at any point, voiding any criminal consequences.

The plea deal comes just weeks after the Justice Department indicted former President Donald Trump on 37 felony charges related to his handling of allegedly classified documents that amount to 400 years in jail.

The Oversight Committee recently unearthed an FBI document that memorialized a conversation in June 2020 with an FBI informant who alleged that the then-CEO of Ukrainian natural gas company Mykola Zlochevsky said he paid Joe and Hunter Biden $5 million each for help on a corruption investigation and other issues between around 2015 and 2016.

This allegedly occurred around the time the elder Biden was responsible for Ukraine as then-vice president, and Hunter was given a position on the board of Burisma for $80,000 a month despite having no experience with natural gas. The informant relayed to the FBI that Zlochevsky said he had 17 audio recordings of phone calls with the Bidens — 15 with Hunter Biden, and two with Joe Biden.

The committee also unearthed 20 shell companies it said was wired money from foreign entities to nine Biden family members.

Hunter Biden Plea Deal Excludes Alleged Biden $10M ‘Bribery’ Scheme

Hunter Biden’s plea deal with United States Attorney David Weiss appears to exclude the alleged Biden $10 million “bribery” scheme an FBI informant documented and that Weiss reportedly obtained from former Attorney General William Barr.

Hunter Biden on Tuesday agreed to plead guilty to two federal tax violation charges and one violation of gun laws, per reports Tuesday morning.

The decision of whether to ultimately charge Hunter Biden was up to Donald Trump-appointed United States Attorney David Weiss. In March, Attorney General Merrick Garland said he would personally have to authorize any potential charges against Hunter Biden.

But notably, the plea deal with Weiss appears to exclude any charges related to the alleged Biden “bribery” scheme in which Hunter and President Joe Biden accepted $5 million each from a Ukrainian energy company executive, Mykola Zlochevsky, according to an FBI informant file reviewed by the House Oversight Committee.

In June, Barr said the informant file was sent to Weiss during the Trump administration. At the time, Weiss had an ongoing investigation into Hunter Biden.

“It was sent to Delaware for further investigation,” Barr told the Federalist.

Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) on Tuesday ripped the Justice Department for appearing to ignore the bribery scandal.

“If the DOJ thinks this dismisses the $5 million alleged bribery scheme or the years of reported Biden family corruption, they are mistaken,” she posted on Twitter.

According to recent polling, 83 percent of voters believe the FBI should make public its informant file that alleges Joe Biden accepted a $5 million bribe from Ukrainian oligarch Mykola Zlochevsky. In addition, a majority of voters believe Joe Biden took the $5 million bribe.

Fake President Mocks Real Reporter For Asking Him Why He’s Called ‘the Big Guy’

What is this, Joe, third grade?

[Editor’s note: Make sure to read Robert Spencer’s masterpiece contributions in Jamie Glazov’s new book: Barack Obama’s True Legacy: How He Transformed America.]

What is this, Joe, third grade? In Old Joe Biden’s dementia-addled mind, it could be. On Thursday, the alleged president responded to an important question from a genuine reporter with aplomb more suited to the playground than the presidency. The New York Post’s Steven Nelson asked the doddering corruptocrat, “Why did the Ukraine/FBI informant file refer to you as the ‘big guy’?”

Mustering all the braggadocio of the man who led the high-tech lynching of Clarence Thomas so long ago, Old Joe sneered, “Why’d you ask such a dumb question?” Tell ‘em, Joe! The worst part was that there were no other real reporters in the room to follow up and hold the old liar’s feet to the fire.

Old Joe has apparently decided to use ridicule and derision to brush aside all tough questions about his corruption. Nelson also asked the putative president, “Are there tapes that you accepted bribes, President Biden? Is that true?” BizPac Review reported Thursday that “instead of answering, Biden stopped, turned around to face the reporter, and was seen grinning. He also appeared to be chuckling to himself but did not actually give any sort of answer. He shook his head as he headed back on his way out of the room.”

It’s an effective tactic that Leftist politicians favor; Hillary Clinton has made copious use of it as well. Faced with an uncomfortable question, the idea is to shake one’s head in disbelief, chuckle (or cackle, in Hillary’s case) at the outlandishness and absurdity of these right-wing attacks, and offer nothing of substance. Far-Left guru Saul Alinsky made it explicit: “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon. There is no defense. It’s irrational. It’s infuriating. It also works as a key pressure point to force the enemy into concessions.”

Nowadays, with the Left utterly bereft of rational arguments and determined to demean, demonize, and destroy all opposition, ridicule is the only response patriots can expect when they challenge Leftist politicians. Nelson’s question, however, was deserving of a more serious response.

Fox News reported Thursday that “according to a source familiar with the FBI-generated FD-1023 form, a confidential human source told the FBI in a June 2020 interview that Biden, while serving as vice president, was paid $5 million by an executive of the Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma Holdings, where his son Hunter Biden sat on the board… The Burisma executive reportedly told the confidential source that he ‘didn’t pay the Big Guy directly.’”

We have seen Old Joe called the Big Guy before. Back in July 2022, the New York Post reported that “one of Hunter Biden’s former business partners referred to Joe Biden as ‘the Big Guy’ in a panicked message the same day The Post broke the news of the infamous laptop from hell left behind by the president’s son.” That would be James Gilliar, whom the Post describes as a “former British special forces officer with ties to UK intelligence services.” He sent a message reassuring someone else involved in Old Joe’s dirty dealings that Hunter’s laptop wouldn’t do much damage.

Maybe Gilliar knew about the 51 top intelligence officials who were ready to lie that the whole thing was Russian disinformation. In any case, speaking about the 2020 election, Gilliar said of the Biden camp: “If they lose, honestly, I don’t think that the Big Guy really cares about that because he’ll be too busy focusing on all the other s–t he is doing.”

Gilliar is the one who, back in May 2017, stipulated that Hunter would receive 10% of the proceeds from a joint venture “for the Big Guy.” Meanwhile, one of Hunter’s other ex-business partners, Tony Bobulinski, “publicly declared in October 2020 that ‘big guy’ was a reference to President Biden.”

Anyway, just imagine for a moment how convulsed with self-righteous rage the establishment media would have been if President Trump had asked any reporter why he or she or xe asked such dumb questions. There would have been new calls for impeachment and for the invoking of the 25th Amendment, along with dark warnings about the authoritarian president’s attacks on the freedom of the press constituting a serious threat to “our democracy.” Yet now we have a genuinely authoritarian president who has had his chief opponent arrested and whose disdain for the loyal opposition and the rule of law are obvious, and he is so secure in the knowledge that he will remain unchallenged that he can ridicule with absolute impunity reporters who dare to ask genuine questions.

Really, Joe, why did your corrupt former business partners refer to you as the Big Guy? Your insult of Steven Nelson is a clear demonstration of your absolute contempt for the American people and our genuine concerns. But the question is still awaiting your answer.

Hunter Biden’s plea deal will see him walk away from gun and tax felonies

A short time ago, news broke that Hunter Biden, who blatantly violated gun and tax laws, is getting a laughably lax plea deal. The lack of real justice for a series of real crimes highlights how despicably biased the American legal system is. It’s become a two-tiered system with no punishment for real criminals and over-the-top punishment for conservatives.

According to the Washington Post:

The court papers indicate the younger Biden has tentatively agreed to plead guilty to two misdemeanor tax charges of failure to pay in 2017 and 2018. The combined tax liability is roughly $1.2 million over those years, according to people familiar with the plea deal, who spoke on condition of anonymity to describe details of the agreement that are not yet public. Prosecutors plan to recommend a sentence of probation for those counts, these people said. Biden’s representatives have said he previously paid back the IRS what he owed.

[snip]

The second criminal information is about the gun charge. In that case, the letter says, “The defendant has agreed to enter a Pretrial Diversion Agreement with respect to the firearm Information."

Handling the gun charge as a diversion case means Biden will not technically be pleading guilty to that crime. Diversion is an option typically applied to nonviolent offenders with substance abuse problems.

Image: Hunter Biden selfie from BidenLaptopMedia.com.

Laughably, Hunter’s lawyer writes, “I know Hunter believes it is important to take responsibility for these mistakes he made during a period of turmoil and addiction in his life.”  In fact, those minimal hand-slaps for felonies (not mistakes) reveal that Hunter’s taken no responsibility whatsoever. Tom Fitton sums up nicely what just happened to a man who committed serious felonies, including tax crimes tied to his father’s alleged bribery crimes:

The left will not punish those who support its policies or advance its push for power. A truly tragic example of that refusal to punish wrongdoers emerged in Minneapolis, where the highly criminal son of a hard-left, BLM state politician just murdered five women with his car:

Horrifying video shows the moment Derrick John Thompson, 27, smashed into the car carrying Sabiriin Ali, 17, Sahra Gesaade, 20, Salma Abdikadir, 20, Sagal Hersi, 19, and Siham Adam, 19, officials said.

Thompson has a criminal record that includes a 2018 hit-and-run in California that gave the woman life-changing injuries. She spent several weeks in a coma.

He was given an eight-year sentence, with 502 days as credit for time already served and another 75 days credit for good behavior.

Thompson was freed and on Friday is suspected of being behind the wheel of a speeding car that tried to flee a police officer when it crashed into a vehicle with the five women on Lake Street as they were getting ready for a friend's wedding the next day.

When contacted as to why he was out of prison, the Santa Barbara County District Attorney could not give any specific reason but suggested that California's proposition 57 gave the state 'wide latitude to award additional custody credits, as well as, early parole opportunities.'

Under the law as they saw it, Thompson should've had to spend another five-and-a-half years in prison.

The vehicle Thompson was driving at the time had over 17 pounds of marijuana and $20,000 in cash, according to Fox News.

This video, which is horrifying without being graphic, gives you a sense of the speed with which Thompson was traveling on a city street:

It’s possible that Thompson will finally face real consequences now, but the issue is that he hasn’t previously faced them, despite the above-referenced conviction in California, plus myriad driving offenses in Minnesota.

Thompson’s shield has been his father, who is a real piece of work. We wrote about him here, in a post accurately titled Minnesota’s Rep. John Thompson and third-world style political corruption. Rep. Thompson was eventually expelled from the state legislature. It’s reasonable to believe that young Thompson’s race, plus his father’s political connections and ideology, had a great deal to do with young Thompson’s life of crime without consequences.

Thompson is just the latest example, of course. The news is filled with stories of people terribly harmed or killed by criminals with endlessly long records who revolve through the doors of our criminal justice system, especially when Soros-funded prosecutors are in charge.

Meanwhile, people who walked through the Capitol after the police opened the doors for them are having their lives destroyed. Another example is Dinesh D’Souza, a conservative Trump supporter who was sent to prison for a political fund-raising charge that’s usually addressed with a fine and nothing more.

America no longer has justice. It has a two-tiered system in which leftists and their political allies (and pawns) are above the law, while conservatives from Trump on down are below the law. Not only does this reveal the true death of our constitutional republic, but it’s also, ironically, damaging most of all the people on whom the left relies for political power: namely, blacks. After all, it is they who are in the line of fire when violent criminals keep being released to America’s streets.

IRS Agent Uses Fake Name and Reason to Enter Taxpayer’s Home and Demand Money Not Owed

CRAIG BANNISTER | JUNE 20, 2023
Font Size

The Committee on the Judiciary and the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government is investigating the case of an IRS agent who used a fake name and false pretense to gain access to an Ohio taxpayer’s home, Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) announced Friday.

In a press release, Rep. Jordan reported that he has sent a letter to Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Commissioner Daniel Werfel revealing “new information that an IRS agent visited an Ohio taxpayer on April 25, 2023, using a fake alias and deceptive tactics to secure entry into the taxpayer's home.”

The incident raises concerns that the IRS is abusing the civil liberties of American taxpayers, Jordan explains.

Jordan’s letter to IRS Commissioner Werfel lays out the details of the taxpayer’s ordeal, beginning in April, when an IRS agent using the fake name “Bill Haus,” gained access to an Ohio woman’s home by telling her he was there to discuss issues concerning an estate for which the taxpayer was the fiduciary.

“Haus” told the woman that the estate owed a substantial amount of money. Then, when she showed him proof that she had paid all taxes for the decedent’s estate, “Haus” changed his story and claimed the decedent allegedly had several delinquent tax return filings.

At this point, the woman called her attorney who repeatedly told Agent “Haus” to leave the woman’s house – prompting the agent to respond:

“I am an IRS agent; I can be at and go into anyone’s house at any time I want to be.”

Before leaving “Haus” said he threatened to free all of the woman’s assets and put a lien on her house, if she didn’t pay up.

Worried that she was the victim of a scam, the woman then contacted the Marion, Ohio Police Department (MPD), which used the license plate number of “Haus” to discover his true identity. MPD verified that he was, indeed, an IRS agent who had used a fake name to gain entry into the woman’s house and harass her. MPD warned “Haus” that he would be arrested, if he returned to the woman’s house.

The taxpayer met with the IRS supervisor, who assured her that nothing was owned. But, the next day, the woman received a letter from the IRS claiming that several tax returns were delinquent.

Finally, after speaking with the supervisor again, the woman received a letter from the IRS saying that the case had been closed.

The woman’s troubling IRS ordeal is not an isolated incident, Chairman Jordan says in his letter, explaining that his committee is currently looking into another suspicious, unannounced visit by an IRS that may have been an effort to intimidate a whistleblower who was about to testify before Congress:

“On March 27, 2023, the Committee previously wrote to you and Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen about an IRS agent visiting—unannounced and unprompted—the home of journalist Matt Taibbi. Incredibly, at the time of the visit, Mr. Taibbi was testifying before the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government about how the federal government pressured, coerced, and even directed technology companies to take certain actions related to digital content.

“The Committee is continuing to investigate the IRS’s reasons for visiting Mr. Taibbi’s home and whether the visit was conducted in an attempt to intimidate a witness before Congress.”

Meanwhile, the Biden Administration plans to use $80 billion from the “Inflation Reduction Act” to hire 87,000 more IRS employees - potentially doubling its current staff of about eighty thousand.

It’s Not Just the FBI: The IRS goes into ‘Beast Mode’

We have seen for some time how off-the-rails the FBI has become, a danger to a free society. More and more evidence now shows it’s not just the FBI. Every federal employee with a badge and gun seems to think he’s a law unto himself. This week the spotlight is on the IRS, and the Congress has to step up and rein the agency in.

While Matt Taibbi was testifying before Congress on the administration’s extensive censoring of social media content, the IRS appeared at his door, ostensibly to question him about his taxes, but obviously to intimidate him for showing up government censorship.

Mr. Taibbi has told Mr. Jordan’s committee that an IRS agent showed up at his personal residence in New Jersey on March 9. That happens to be the same day Mr. Taibbi testified before the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government about what he learned about Twitter. The taxman left a note instructing Mr. Taibbi to call the IRS four days later. Mr. Taibbi was told in a call with the agent that both his 2018 and 2021 tax returns had been rejected owing to concerns over identity theft.

Mr. Taibbi has provided the committee with documentation showing his 2018 return had been electronically accepted, and he says the IRS never notified him or his accountants of a problem after he filed that 2018 return more than four-and-a-half years ago.

He says the IRS initially rejected his 2021 return, which he later refiled, and it was rejected again -- even though Mr. Taibbi says his accountants refiled it with an IRS-provided pin number. Mr. Taibbi notes that in neither case was the issue “monetary,” and that the IRS owes him a “considerable” sum.

The bigger question is when did the IRS start to dispatch agents for surprise house calls? Typically, when the IRS challenges some part of a tax return, it sends a dunning letter. Or it might seek more information from the taxpayer or tax preparer. If the IRS wants to audit a return, it schedules a meeting at the agent’s office. It doesn’t drop by unannounced.

But that was just the beginning of a series of outrageous actions.

As Congressman Jim Jordan detailed in a letter to IRS Commissioner Daniel Werfel this week:

We have recently received allegations that an Internal Revenue Service Agent provided a false name to an Ohio taxpayer as part of a deception to gain entry into the taxpayer’s home to confront her about delinquent tax filings. When the taxpayer rightfully objected to the agent’s tactics, the IRS agent insisted that he “can …go into anyone’s house at any time” as an IRS agent.”

The Wall Street Journal provides more details of this civil rights intrusion. The taxpayer was a fiduciary for an estate:

Mr. Haus claimed she had not properly filled out estate forms and owed the IRS “a substantial amount.” Only when the taxpayer presented proof of paying all taxes on the estate did the agent reveal that his visit wasn’t about the estate at all. It was about several supposed delinquent tax returns related to the decedent of the estate.

The letter says the taxpayer called her attorney, who insisted Mr. Haus leave the house, only to be told by Mr. Haus: “I am an IRS agent, I can be at and go into anyone’s house at any time I want to be.” Mr. Haus finally left, but not before threatening to freeze the taxpayer’s assets and put a lien on her house if she didn’t satisfy the balance in a week. Fearing a scam, she called the local police, who ran Mr. Haus’s license plate to verify his identity.

When an officer called Mr. Haus, Mr. Haus identified himself as an IRS agent but said Haus wasn’t his real name. He had used an alias. The officer, also suspecting a scam, warned that if he returned to the taxpayer’s home he’d be arrested. Mr. Haus then filed a complaint against the Marion police officer with the Treasury Department inspector general.

The House letter says the taxpayer on May 4 spoke with Mr. Haus’s supervisor, who clarified that she owed nothing and said -- in the understatement of the year -- that “things never should have gotten this far.” Yet the following day, the taxpayer received a letter -- addressed to the decedent -- stating that the decedent was delinquent on several 1040 filings. This was the first and only mail notification the taxpayer received. The taxpayer was again told by the supervisor that nothing was owed and was notified on May 30 that the case was closed.

If true, this is something else. An agent of the Treasury, wielding the power of tax enforcement, shows up unannounced at a taxpayer’s home. He lies about his identity and his purpose to get inside, then threatens the taxpayer with punishment if she doesn’t pay a tax bill that she doesn’t owe. The IRS agent leaves only after an intervention by her lawyer, and when local police call the agent, he sics the Treasury Department on the officer.

The overreach by armed IRS agents didn’t stop after these two incidents. Twenty armed IRS agents raided a gun store in Great Falls, Montana, earlier this week. The owner reports that these agents confiscated all the 4473 forms, none of which contain any financial information. David Paulides tweeted: “20 armed IRS agents raided his store in Great Falls earlier this week. Tom [the shop owner] informed me that these agents confiscated all the 4473 forms, none of which contain any financial information; instead, the IRS now has access to these forms with sensitive personal details of every customer who purchased a firearm from Highwood Creek Outfitters.”

Does any of this bother you? The debt deal on the Inflation Reduction Act did cut $21 billion out of the IRS’ $80 billion budget, but did not reduce or eliminate the Administration’s plan to hire 87,000 more of these armed, over-the-top Fearless Fosdicks. Forbes dismissed the objections to retaining this expense.

“The Inflation Reduction Act past [sic] last year, gave the IRS billions to go into what the Wall Street Journal at the time called “beast mode.” That law was doling out about $80 billion to the IRS for increased enforcement, operational improvements, customer service, and systems modernization. That stands at more than six times the 2022 annual IRS budget of $12.6 billion. Of the $80 billion, a whopping $45.6 billion was for enforcement. Earlier reports had suggested that the IRS would hire 87,000 new agents. Unfortunately, the ‘87,000 new IRS agents’ line because [sic] a rallying cry for some groups, and some of those lines may resurface again now.”

You can bet those massive new hires will remain a rallying cry.

IRS Whistleblower Says Biden Admin Interfering in Hunter Tax Fraud Probe

Two Biden administration political appointees within the Justice Department are working to block charges against Hunter Biden for tax violations against recommendations, an IRS whistleblower alleged Wednesday, saying the appointees are engaging in “preferential treatment and politics.”

Hunter is under investigation by the DOJ for tax fraud, money laundering, and violation of lobbying laws. Trump-appointed U.S. prosecutor David Weiss for months has been weighing if there is sufficient evidence for the grand jury to indict him.

According to the whistleblower’s attorney, Mark Lytle, his client wishes to speak with congressional investigators to corroborate his claims of political interference in the probe, which he has reported to the Justice Department’s top watchdog, according to a report.

In a letter obtained by Just the News, “The IRS agent has … disclosed his concerns to both the Treasury Department Inspector General for Tax Administration and Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz.” The letter goes on to say:

Specifically, the agent has provided evidence that at least two Biden DOJ political appointees in U.S. attorneys’ offices have declined to seek a tax indictment against Hunter Biden despite career investigators’ recommendations to do so and the blessing of career prosecutors in the DOJ tax division.

In addition, the whistleblower alleges Weiss asked to be named as a special counsel in the probe to provide a degree of separation between the probe and Joe Biden. That request was apparently turned down.

The allegations come as the grand jury appears to have convened as far back as May 2019, a confidential subpoena served to JPMorgan Chase bank reveals. The subpoena sought bank records of Hunter and James Biden.

According to the New York Times, Hunter has tried to settle the DOJ’s probe. In 2021, Hunter paid an outstanding $1 million IRS tax bill to evade conviction or a long sentence. The payment could benefit Hunter’s defense.

The probe into Hunter could implicate President Joe Biden. A witness who testified before the jury was reportedly asked to identify the “big guy.” The “Big Guy” is a reference to a joint venture between the Biden family, associates, and CEFC China Energy Co., in which Joe Biden would receive a ten percent equity stake. CEFC also paid Hunter a $1 million legal retainer.

In March 2018, James Biden demanded the legal services payment and provided CEFC “wiring instructions” to transfer the funds to Hudson West III LLC, an entity James and Hunter controlled.

House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) revealed in March the Biden family received a collective $1.3 million cut in 2017 from a Biden family business associate, who was sent a $3 million wire transfer from CEFC. Hunter has confirmed the $1.3 million China payout, while Joe Biden falsely denied it.

Comer believes Biden family members received the $1.3 million in return for favors from Joe Biden. “We believe the reason the family was receiving this money is because of favors that Joe Biden did as vice president and or as president,” Comer told Bloomberg in March.

Comer’s investigation into the Biden family for nine violations, including tax evasion, money laundering, and wire fraud, is a separate probe from the DOJ’s.

Comer’s investigation has encompassed subpoenaing four major U.S. banks and one individual. The subpoenaed banks are Bank of AmericaCathay Bank, JPMorgan Chase, and HSBC USA N.A. The banks have complied with the subpoenas.

Comer also subpoenaed the Biden family’s CEFC partner, Mervyn Yan. As a former CEFC official, Yan was an integral member of the Chinese energy conglomerate with strong ties to the Chinese Communist Party. Yan appears to be one of the few top CEFC officials who has not been detained or arrested.

“We’ve been wondering all along where the heck the DOJ and the IRS have been. Now it appears the Biden Administration may have been working overtime to prevent the Bidens from facing any consequences,” Comer told Breitbart News. “The House Oversight Committee will work to hold accountable anyone in the Biden Administration who may be covering up this criminal activity.”

In 2018 and 2020, Breitbart Senior Contributor and Government Accountability Institute President Peter Schweizer published Secret Empires and Profiles in Corruption. Each book hit #1 on the New York Times bestseller list and exposed how Hunter Biden and Joe Biden flew aboard Air Force Two in 2013 to China before Hunter’s firm inked a $1.5 billion deal with a subsidiary of the Chinese government’s Bank of China less than two weeks after the trip. Schweizer’s work also uncovered the Biden family’s other vast and lucrative foreign deals and cronyism. Breitbart Political Editor Emma-Jo Morris’s investigative work at the New York Post on the Hunter Biden “laptop from hell” also captured international headlines when she, along with Miranda Devine, revealed that Joe Biden was intimately involved in Hunter’s businesses, appearing to even have a ten percent stake in a company the scion formed with officials at the highest levels of the Chinese Communist Party.

Hunter Biden to Plead Guilty in Deal: 2 Tax Counts, 1 Gun Charge

Hunter Biden, 53, son of President Joe Biden, has agreed to plead guilty to two federal tax violation charges and one violation of gun laws, per reports Tuesday morning.

Biden will plead guilty to willful failure to pay federal income tax — most likely on his foreign earnings — and will enter a “pretrial diversion program” regarding his gun crime, indicating that he will face no jail time.

Biden’s dubious business exploits came to light during the Obama administration, after he was discharged from the Navy for drug use and immediately found employment on the board of Ukrainian energy company Burisma.

Reporters briefly questioned the White House about Hunter Biden’s role, given that his father, then-Vice President Joe Biden, had been placed in charge of Ukraine policy under President Barack Obama. State Department officials complained about the conflict of interest, but were told that the Vice President was grieving for his other son, Beau Biden, who died after a battle with brain cancer. The issue was never resolved.

President Donald Trump raised the question of Hunter Biden’s role with then-newly-installed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in 2019 — an overture for which House Democrats impeached the president.

Trump’s concerns were vindicated by the discovery and publication in 2020 of a laptop apparently belonging to Hunter Biden, which contained emails and other records documenting his business interests. But Silicon Valley social media companies, and the mainstream media itself, suppressed and censored the story, and intelligence figures created the false impression that it was Russian propaganda. After the election, Hunter Biden admitted that he had been under investigation for tax violations, but the Bidens continued to deny claims of corruption.

Critics also pointed out that Hunter Biden had likely lied on a federal gun purchase form when lying about his addiction to drugs. The topic surfaced periodically as President Biden vowed to take executive action on guns.

The plea deal will likely involve Hunter Biden admitting to misdemeanor charges that will keep him from jail — and will avoid a trial. President Biden could pardon his son at any point, voiding any criminal consequences.

News of the plea deal emerged less than two weeks after the Department of Justice indicted former President Donald Trump on felony charges with lengthy prison terms related to his handling of presidential documents.

This story is developing.

House Oversight Committee chair Rep. James Comer (R-KY) predicted Thursday that newly subpoenaed Biden bank records will show the family accepted up to $30 million from its foreign business dealings.

In March, Comer’s probe identified three Biden family members who collectively received $1.3 million, wired through a Biden associate from a Chinese energy company two months after Joe Biden left the vice presidency.

In May, Comer discovered that over the course of several years, the Biden family business received at least $10 million from business schemes in Romania and China in return for what appears to be influence peddling. In total, nine Biden family members received payments from the family foreign business ventures, including two of Joe Biden’s grandchildren.

“We have more bank records coming in going to exceed $10 million, this week. And I think we will get between $20 and 30 million,” Comer told Fox News.

Last week, Comer subpoenaed two more banks related to the Biden family’s business schemes in Ukraine.

Ukraine Biden

In addition, he subpoenaed Hunter Biden’s business partner, Devon Archer, for deposition this week. Archer served in 2014 with Hunter on the board of Burisma, a Ukraine-based energy company. He was photographed in 2014 playing golf with Joe Biden. In 2022, a judge sentenced Archer to a year and a day in prison.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) told Breitbart News on Friday the subpoenas were triggered by an FBI informant document that alleged Joe Biden accepted a $5 million bribe from a Ukrainian oligarch.

According to Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), the document also says the founder of Bursima, Mykola Zlochevsky, who allegedly paid Joe Biden and Hunter, kept 17 audio recordings of his conversations with them as an “insurance policy.”

On the evening of September 24, 2019, Democratic Speaker of the House from California, Nancy Pelosi announced that six committees of the House of Representatives would undertake a formal impeachment inquiry against President Trump. The impeachment inquiry has been initiated following a whistleblower complaint over allegedly dealings of US President Donald J. Trump with Ukraine. The whistleblower report claimed that President Trump had "pressured" Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky during a July 2019 phone call to launch investigations into the actions of former vice president and 2020 presidential candidate Joe Biden and involvement of his son Hunter Biden in the Burisma Holdings Company. The FBI is Now a Democrat SuperPAC

The FBI’s mission is “To protect the American people and uphold the U.S. Constitution.” Their motto is “Fidelity, Bravery, and Integrity”.

How is the FBI doing on these fronts?

What are they protecting the American people from? Are they upholding the Constitution? Who is their fidelity to? Do they act with integrity?

The current FBI fails on all these counts. They have morphed from the premier law enforcement agency in the world to a Democrat party superPAC.

Start with revelations from the Durham, and previously the Weissman/Mueller reports. The FBI knowingly and deliberately used bogus and unverified opposition research from the Clinton campaign to spy on Donald Trump’s presidential campaign, his transition, and then his administration.

The FBI lied to FISA courts to obtain warrants to spy on those within Trump’s orbit. Some were entrapped, as was Gen. Michael Flynn, and prosecuted. Others received visits by FBI agents or SWAT teams, such as Steve Bannon, Roger Stone, and Rudy Giuliani, to intimidate and harass them for the sin of supporting Donald Trump.

Have any Democrats been treated similarly?

The FBI conspired with suspected Russian agent Igor Danchenko who, along with British agent Christopher Steele, concocted the bogus “Steele Dossier” used as the basis of spying and undermining the Trump campaign and administration.

Cornell Law school defines, “Treason refers to the betrayal of one’s own country by attempting to overthrow the government through waging war against the state or materially aiding its enemies.”

Isn’t Russia considered our enemy?

Since the CIA knew that “Russia and its president, Vladimir Putin, wanted Hillary Clinton to win the 2016 election,” treason accurately describes the FBI's activities, preventing Trump’s election and stopping his presidency to serve the wishes of and aiding America’s enemy Russia.

YouTube screengrab

Then there is the Hunter Biden laptop, in FBI’s possession since 2019, but hidden away and not investigated.

According to Yahoo News, “A whistleblower claims FBI officials instructed agents not to investigate Hunter Biden’s laptop ahead of the 2020 presidential election.”

Of course, Democrats and the FBI wanted to suppress such a story, just as their FBI superPAC smothered the Hillary Clinton email scandal? This was blatant election interference by the FBI.

The FBI, by ignoring the laptop in their possession, altered the 2020 election, “16% of Biden voters would have voted differently if Hunter Biden laptop story was not suppressed by media, big tech.” They left out the original suppressor, the FBI.

Voters agree that the FBI actions interfered in the 2020 election: “79% say ‘truthful’ coverage of Hunter Biden’s laptop would have changed 2020 election.”

Additional confirmation came from a Twitter file release last December, “Evidence shows FBI, Biden campaign and Twitter worked together to suppress Hunter story.” In other words, the FBI and Twitter were part of the Democrat campaign.

At least in Twitter’s defense, it is a private company. The FBI is not, instead it is a taxpayer funded agency under the Department of Justice. Yet here they are as a Democrat party superPAC.

Who was in charge of the FBI during this time? An honest guy like the Efrem Zimbalist Jr character in the 1960 series “The FBI”? No, it was James Comey, who doesn’t hide his hyper-partisanship and political activism.

In a recent MSNBC interview Comey asserted, “Trump poses a near-existential threat to the country if he gains a second term.” In another interview he was in full campaign mode saying, “It has to be Biden in 2024.” He also predicted, "He could be wearing an ankle bracelet while accepting the nomination at the Republican convention."

It's extremely likely that Comey held these views as FBI director, when Trump ran for and was elected president. After Trump’s election, Comey, along with his wife and daughters marched through Washington, D.C. wearing “pink pussy hats,” protesting the election of the president he purportedly served. So much for fidelity or integrity.

Not only Comey, but two senior FBI officials, Lisa Page and Peter Strzok had this exchange in August 2016,

“[Trump’s] not ever going to become president, right? Right?!” Page texted Strzok in August 2016.

“No. No he won’t. We’ll stop it,” Strzok responded.

I’m sure similar conversations took place in the DNC headquarters. Is there any difference between the DNC and FBI?

The FBI has hunted Trump supporters anywhere near the U.S. Capitol on January 6, arresting them and serving them up to the other Democrat superPAC, the DOJ, for draconian prosecution. Meanwhile they can’t seem to identify the January 5 pipe bomber and are keeping Ray Epps and his role on January 6 hidden and buried as deeply as Hunter Biden’s laptop.

The FBI raided the home of a former Republican president over supposed classified documents, which he has declassification authority over, and which were in locked in his home under Secret Service protection.

While a Democrat senator and vice president, Joe Biden, without declassification authority, stored classified documents in garages, homes and offices, in multiple states, under no specific security protection, and the FBI yawns and instead pursues parents exercising their right of free speech at school board meetings.

Our FBI shields firms tied to the Chinese communist party that hold U.S. voter data in mainland China while they pressured Twitter to suppress information critical of the Biden family.

The FBI celebrates Democrat priority Pride Month while targeting Catholics as domestic terrorists. Just as any Democrat operative would have done.

As Rep. James Comer said, “The FBI is attempting a coverup, and Democrats are doing their bidding by lying to the American people” regarding supposed DOJ investigations into the Biden Family selling influence to foreign countries.

Then there is last week’s Trump indictment, after an unprecedented FBI raid and fishing expedition, seizing thousands of Trump’s personal items having nothing to do with national security. The FBI played tag team with the DOJ, indicting Trump for flimsy interpretations of the Espionage Act.

Trump was indicted over so-called classified documents that remain hidden. As Sundance described, “They cannot tell anyone, even the court, what the nature of the documents are that underpin their assertion.  Remember, they wouldn’t even let a court appointed “special master” review the documents.”

I predict that if there is a trial, it will drag out through campaign season, only to be dropped on election day, having served its original intent of election interference by the Biden administration.

On the same day as the indictment, the FBI, under Congressional pressure, finally coughed up documents verifying their slow-walked investigation into an alleged $5 million bribe to then Vice President Biden from a Ukraine energy company.

Joe Biden has been confirmed as “the big guy” by a Burisma executive, after a few years ago being called the same over peddling his vice presidential status and influence to China. The FBI is “investigating” a $5 million bribe paid to “the big guy” but are sure keeping the investigation quiet.

No swat raids. No indictments. No arrests. Senate Republicans had to drag this out of the agency charged with monitoring and prosecuting foreign influence peddling by U.S. officials. The FBI is protecting one of its own fellow Democrats.

What’s the solution? Few Republicans seem to care, and the Democrats are happy to have the FBI as one of their most influential superPACs. If wrongdoing by the FBI is uncovered, nothing will happen, as evidenced after the Durham Report release.

The U.S. House has the power of the purse and could defund the FBI if they don’t reverse course but that will never happen. Instead, the FBI thumbs its nose at Congressional subpoenas, comfortable in the assurance that the DOJ would never prosecute such contempt of Congress. That’s reserved only for Republicans.

Fortunately House Speaker Kevin McCarthy found his spine and tweeted,

Today is indeed a dark day for the United States of America.

It is unconscionable for a President to indict the leading candidate opposing him. Joe Biden kept classified documents for decades.

I, and every American who believes in the rule of law, stand with President Trump against this grave injustice. House Republicans will hold this brazen weaponization of power accountable.

Talk is cheap though. Let’s see of Speaker McCarthy follows through.

The American people stand with Trump though. Following his indictment, Trump’s poll numbers went up, giving him a nearly 40 point lead over the rapidly diminishing Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.

Fifty years ago, many feared a politicized and weaponized FBI under the reign of J. Edgar Hoover. Now those fearing a tyrannical government are in charge and running these agencies.

We now have a federalized police agency targeting political opponents of the party in power. Biden is now in good company with other tyrants who acted similarly including Mao, Stalin, and Hitler.

From Reagan’s “Shining city on a hill” we have Biden’s Banana Republic of America, thanks to the unethical and unscrupulous FBI. The Democrat party, with the able assistance of the FBI and DOJ, is attempting to take out the leading 2024 election opponent to assist their very own Big Guy. So much for the will of the people electing their president.

Welcome to the Banana Republic of America.

Grassley: ‘I Believe the FBI Is Covering for President Biden’

Wednesday, during an appearance on FNC’s “Jesse Watters Tonight,” Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, accused the FBI of covering for President Joe Biden.

Grassley was referring to the FBI’s alleged stonewalling regarding House inquiries into potential wrongdoing by Biden and members of his family.

“Senator Chuck Grassley, you’re a resolute guy,” FNC Jesse Watters said. “You are patient. You’ve done this before. You know how this works. Do you feel like the Department of Justice and the FBI are playing games?”

“Absolutely,” Grassley replied. “First of all, I want to compliment Congressman Comer because he has been very helpful with working me on this issue. And we wouldn’t be where we are with the FBI if he hadn’t been involved.”

“So, let me answer your question this way,” he continued. “We have an unclassified document. We have what the FBI calls a credible source because they paid this person over the years, six figures. And I’ve got a reputation for protecting whistleblowers, and we’re going to keep going until we get this document. But, yes, I believe the FBI is covering for President Biden. And the information that’s in this is from a credible source, from credible whistleblowers, people that are protected by the Whistleblower Protection Law, and we just got to get to the bottom of it, and we’re not going to give up until we get this document.”

“Senator Grassley, we’re hearing the FBI says they can’t protect this whistleblower if this document drops, he might wind up dead,” Watters asked. “How does that make you feel?”

“Well, let’s put it this way,” Grassley replied. “Look at — compared to the way they’re treating Congress as a second-class citizen. They gave the New York Times on May 18 a classified document. We have an unclassified document, and they gave them the name of a human source. Did they worry about that person being assassinated? I think that’s all blue smoke.”

Exclusive: GOP Lawmakers Question Who Gave Joe Biden’s Corporation Nearly $10M in 2017

Republican lawmakers are demanding transparency from President Joe Biden regarding his 2017 tax returns in which his entity, “CelticCapri Corp,” listed nearly $10 million without specifying revenue line items, raising concerns about who paid the entity and for what in the wake of Joe Biden’s alleged link to a $5 million Ukrainian “bribery” scheme.

Before the 2020 election, USA Today published a “fact check” article that tried to support the claims that the Bidens earned “$15.6 million … from speaking fees and book deals” from 2017 to 2019, and that “more than $10 million of that total income was profits from Biden’s memoir ‘Promise Me, Dad’ and $3 million in profits from Jill Biden’s book.”

But a closer look at Joe Biden’s 2017 tax returns raises eyebrows. “Follow the source link provided to that $10 million number, though, and you’ll end up at Joe Biden’s campaign website with financial disclosure links to only their individual returns — no S-corporation tax returns,” the Federalist critiqued USA Today. “So, in reality, readers were left with a smokescreen.”

The so-called “smokescreen” raised alarm for Republican lawmakers, causing them to demand transparency about the nearly $10 million sum from the passthrough entity.

Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI), a co-author of the 2020 Senate report on the Bidens, told Breitbart News Joe Biden should openly disclose the source of the revenue. “Biden should disclose and every member of the press ought to hound him until he does,” he said.

Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) told Breitbart News Joe Biden should produce unredacted bank records to provide transparency.

“The President seems to find selling out our country funny. We don’t,” she said. “If he’s serious about proving our allegations wrong he should release his and his family’s unredacted bank records and show the American people where all this money is coming from. The FBI can’t protect him forever.”

Rep. Eli Crane (R-AZ), a successful businessman in his own right, told Breitbart News Joe Biden should come clean about the money in lieu of the alleged pay-for-pay scheme.

“The fact that there are credible claims signaling that a foreign national bribed the President of the United States with cash in exchange for influence over U.S. policy decisions is appalling. The American people deserve to know who paid the Bidens and what exactly they were paid for,” he said.

“Now that we know there are recordings of conversations Joe Biden and his degenerate son had with a Burisma executive, it’s becoming more and more obvious how the indictment of President Trump is meant to be a distraction,” Crane added. “It would shock no one in this town if Joe Biden received millions of dollars from selling out the country in a bribery scheme and then hid that money in shady shell companies.”

It is apparently “common” for personal tax returns to not list line item income of S Corporations entities, according to Jerry Allison, a CPA of Allison Financial Services who practiced accounting for over 30 years. However, the lack of detail should raise concern for House investigators, he noted, as allegations against Joe Biden arose last week about receiving a foreign bribe while he was vice president.

Upon reviewing Biden’s personal tax return, which includes an entity controlled by first lady Jill Biden, Allison explained the entity’s revenue is likely much higher due to expense deductions.

“The point I am making here is that the $9.5M income and the $557K income on Schedule E are after expenses have been subtracted, so the original income is much more than these numbers,” he told Breitbart News.

“It is my opinion that both S Corporation returns should be examined to find the actual amount of income and to obtain clues as to where the income may have originated,” he added. “The S Corporation returns might reveal other entities from which the income may have originated.”

Poll: Majority of Voters Say FBI Covered Up Alleged Joe Biden Bribery Doc

A majority of voters believe FBI officials tried to cover up a bureau informant file that allegedly details a $5 million bribery scheme involving an exchange of money for policy decisions between now-President Joe Biden and a foreign national, a Rasmussen Reports poll found Wednesday.

The FBI’s informant file allegedly linked Joe Biden to the family’s business deals in Ukraine, House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) revealed Tuesday. The FBI file originated from an interview the bureau conducted with an informant, who is reportedly a “highly credible” FBI source with a history dating back to the Barack Obama administration.

The FBI refused to comply with Comer’s subpoena for nearly a month. Eleven hours before the House Oversight Committee planned to assemble to vote on holding FBI Director Wray in Contempt of Congress, the FBI agreed to permit all members of the Oversight Committee to review an unclassified file.

The bureau’s capitulation came on the same day polling revealed that 60 percent of voters believe it is likely that top FBI officials helped cover up any alleged wrongdoing the document might detail by Joe Biden or his family, including 48 percent who believe it is “very likely.”

“Thirty-three percent (33%) don’t believe an FBI cover-up is likely, including 16% who say it is Not At All Likely,” the poll found.

The poll surveyed 999 likely voters from June 4-6 with a +/- three percent margin of error.

The committee stated Wednesday:

After weeks of refusing to even admit the FD-1023 record exists, the FBI has caved and is now allowing all members of the Oversight and Accountability Committee to review this unclassified record that memorializes a confidential human source’s conversations with a foreign national who claimed to have bribed then-Vice President Joe Biden.

“Allowing all Oversight Committee members to review this record is an important step toward conducting oversight of the FBI and holding it accountable to the American people,” the committee added.

FBI Deputy Director Paul Abbate stonewalled Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) during Tuesday’s Judiciary Committee hearing about if the bureau possesses the alleged 17 recordings between a Burisma Holdings executive and President Joe Biden and his son, Hunter Biden.

On Tuesday, Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) revealed the Burisma executive who allegedly paid Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden $5 million each kept 17 audio recordings of his conversations of them as an “insurance policy.”

“Do you have the 17 recordings? Yes or no?” Cruz drilled Abbate.

“I’m not going to get further into that,” he replied after admitting the FBI possesses a form that alleges the 17 recordings.

“That’s the problem the FBI has right now, an unlimited hubris that you believe you are unaccountable,” Cruz slammed the FBI agent. “You don’t believe you’re accountable to the United States Congress, and you don’t believe you’re accountable to the American people.”

“You’re sitting there happily erecting a wall to protect Joe Biden,” he added.

Cruz again pressed Abbate to disclose the alleged audio recordings. “Will you provide the 17 recordings so we can assess what is the evidence, the specific credible evidence, that Joe Biden personally took a $5 million bribe from a foreign national?”

“Senator, we will work with this committee, you, and other members to provide the information within the parameters of the process,” Abbate said, providing an indefinite answer.

Cruz also noted that if Joe Biden wanted to disprove the allegations, he could call for the release of the unclassified FBI informant form.

“And to be clear, if the allegations are false, you know who could disprove them?” Cruz rhetorically asked. “Joe Biden.”

“He could call for this to be released publicly. But the FBI is stonewalling. Would you agree?” Cruz questioned.

“Senator, no one’s stonewalling,” Abbate claimed.

The FBI’s refusal to be forthcoming about the alleged “bribery” scheme comes as Republican lawmakers demanded transparency from Joe Biden regarding his 2017 tax returns in which his entity, “CelticCapri Corp,” listed nearly $10 million without specifying revenue line items.

The lack of transparency raises concerns about who paid the entity and why in the wake of Joe Biden’s alleged link to the $5 million Ukrainian “bribery” scheme.

While it is apparently “common” for personal tax returns to not list line item income of S Corporations entities, the lack of detail should raise concern for House investigators, according to Jerry Allison, a CPA of Allison Financial Services who practiced accounting for over 30 years.

Upon reviewing Biden’s personal tax return, which includes an entity controlled by first lady Jill Biden, Allison told Breitbart News that the entity’s revenue is likely much higher due to expense deductions.

Top members of the House Oversight Committee will review two more FBI informant documents related to the Bidens’ business, a spokesperson for the Committee confirmed to Breitbart News.

The FBI holds at least two more FD-1023 forms referenced in the FBI informant document reviewed by the Committee Thursday.

The FBI will allow House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) and Ranking Member Jamie Raskin (D-MD) to review the two new forms this week.

The original FBI informant file revealed the alleged existence of two pieces of evidence showing President Joe Biden received $5 million from Ukrainian energy company Burisma, Committee Republicans told reporters.

When a reporter questioned Joe Biden Thursday about the alleged $5 million payment, he jokingly responded, “Where’s the money?”

In 2015, Burisma was under suspicion of money laundering and public corruption. Prosecutor Victor Shokin investigated the case before his termination due to pressure applied by then-Vice President Joe Biden, who threatened to withhold $1 billion in U.S. aid from Ukraine if the Ukrainian government did not fire the prosecutor investigating Burisma.

In exchange, the informant file alleges Joe Biden and Hunter Biden received $5 million each in small sums through separate bank accounts.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) on Friday exclusively told Breitbart News the FBI held two more informant files on the Biden family’s business ventures, triggering the House Oversight Committee on Friday to subpoena two more banks.

The Committee did not respond to a request for comment about the bank subpoenas.

Greene told Breitbart News the House Oversight Committee issued two subpoenas Friday to compel information about the Bidens’ Ukrainian transactions. Greene did not comment on which banks Comer subpoenaed.

Before Friday, the Committee subpoenaed at least four banks — Bank of AmericaCathay Bank, JPMorgan Chase, and HSBC USA N.A. — and one individual.

GOP Lawmakers: FBI Informant File Confirms Joe Biden Is the ‘Big Guy’

Republican lawmakers confirmed President Joe Biden is the so-called “big guy,” an alias that whistleblower Tony Bobulinski originally revealed as Joe Biden from his dealings between the Bidens and a Chinese entity.

Last week, Republican members of the House Oversight Committee reviewed an FBI informant file. Their review concluded the FBI informant file indicated that Ukrainian oligarch Mykola Zlochevsky, the owner of Ukrainian energy company Burisma, referred to Joe Biden as the “big guy.”

“In this document, this confidential human informant absolutely also specified he understood that [big guy] to be Joe Biden,” Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) told Fox News.

“The ‘big guy,’ that is quoted in the documents,” Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) told Benny Johnson about the informant file.

The Burisma owner’s alleged reference to Joe Biden as the “big guy” was reportedly in relation to an alleged $5 million payment Joe Biden received after threatening to withhold aid to Ukraine until a prosecutor probing the Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings was fired, according to House Oversight Committee Republicans.

He later bragged about the firing during a 2018 appearance at the Council of Foreign Relations. “I said, I’m telling you, you’re not getting the billion dollars. I said, you’re not getting the billion. I’m going to be leaving here in, I think it was about six hours,” Biden told the audience. “I looked at them and said, ‘I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money.’ Well, son of a bitch. He got fired.

The alias of the “big guy” as Joe Biden is not a new claim. At least two additional people described Joe Biden as the “big guy” in the Biden’s family deals.

Hunter Biden’s business partner, James Gilliar, dubbed Joe Biden ‘the big guy’ in a 2017 email, and later called Joe Biden “the Big Guy” again in a text conversation the day the “Laptop from Hell” series began publishing in the New York Post in 2020.

Gilliar’s “big guy” monicker for Joe Biden was used in his May 13, 2017, email to Tony Bobulinski. The 2017 email revealed that a business deal between Bobulinski, the Biden family, and high-ranking members of the Chinese Communist Party would include 10 percent “held by H for the big guy ?”

“The reference to ‘the big guy’ in the much publicized May 13, 2017 e-mail is in fact a reference to Joe Biden,” Bobulinski confirmed.

The identity of the “big guy” reportedly formed part of the grand jury investigation by Trump-appointed U.S. prosecutor David Weiss. Hunter Biden is under investigation by Weiss for potential tax and gun violations.

The Biden family is also under investigation by the House Oversight Committee for nine violations. Since November, the probe revealed some results.

In March, the probe identified three Biden family members who collectively received $1.3 million, wired through a Biden associate from a Chinese energy company two months after President Joe Biden left the vice presidency.

In May, it found the Biden family business over the course of several years received at least $10 million from business schemes in Romania and China in return for what appears to be influence peddling. In total, nine Biden family members received payments from the family foreign business ventures, including two of Joe Biden’s grandchildren.

Exclusive — Marjorie Taylor Greene: FBI Holds 2 More Informant Files on Biden Business, 2 More Banks Subpoenaed

The FBI holds two more informant files on the Biden family’s business ventures, triggering the House Oversight Committee on Friday to subpoena two more banks, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) exclusively told Breitbart News.

Greene, a member of the House Oversight Committee, said the FBI holds at least two more FD-1023 forms referenced in the FBI informant document reviewed by the Committee Thursday. Greene expects the Committee will work to review those forms next week.

On Thursday the committee viewed an FBI informant file that revealed the alleged existence of two pieces of evidence showing President Joe Biden received $5 million from Ukrainian energy company Burisma, Committee Republicans told reporters.

“He requested it, he and Hunter Biden requested $5 million each,” Greene said. “‘Pay me $5 million, pay my father $5 million, and we will take care of your problems for you,'” Greene described the alleged  request the Bidens made of Burisma.

In exchange for that, the informant file alleges, Joe Biden and Hunter Biden received $5 million each in small sums through separate bank accounts.

Joe Biden bragged about the firing during a 2018 appearance at the Council of Foreign Relations. “I said, ‘I’m telling you, you’re not getting the billion dollars.’ I said, ‘You’re not getting the billion. I’m going to be leaving here in,’ I think it was about six hours,” Biden told the audience. “I looked at them and said, ‘I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money.’ Well, son of a bitch. He got fired.”

In connection with Biden’s Burisma business deal, Greene told Breitbart News the House Oversight Committee issued two subpoenas Friday to compel information about the Bidens’ Ukrainian transactions. Before Friday, the Committee subpoenaed at least four banks — Bank of AmericaCathay Bank, JPMorgan Chase, and HSBC USA N.A –and one individual.

“We’re giving out subpoenas for two more banks. And this has to do with bank accounts related to Ukraine. So, we’re digging deeper into this,” she said. “We were hoping to find, you know, actual transactions that relate to this 1023 form.”

Greene described Thursday’s inspection of the 1023 form. She told Breitbart News she took notes inside the secured area but had to leave the notes inside the secured room per FBI policy. Once she finished reviewing the documents and taking notes, she made a second batch of notes outside the secure area.

“But as soon as I filed my notes, it was really fresh in my mind, because I read it a couple times,” she said. “So I made my own notes separately — in a separate room, not in the SCIF, but in a separate room.”

“The form references two separate 1023 [forms],” she said, referring to two additional FD-1023 forms mentioned in the FBI informant document.

“It’s on white paper, printed paper, eight by 11 normal paper. It looks like just a report,” she said.

“The form is written in chronological time,” Green continued. “The date of the 1023 that I read yesterday is June 30, 2020. But it tells chronological order, starting in 2015, 2016.”

Greene believes the form is credible because the FBI believes the informant is credible. The informant is reportedly a “highly credible” FBI source with a history dating back to the Barack Obama administration.

“The FBI told us [that] they just think he’s their best one,” she said. “Everything he hands over is true. Everything he hands over is valuable. Everything he hands over is accurate.”

In addition, Greene revealed the form indicated Hunter Biden’s position on Burisma’s board, in which he received about $80,000 per month, were monthly installments of a $5 million total cut owed Hunter Biden in the deal with his father.

“The reason why he was on the board, taking a ridiculous salary, and getting paid these side bribes was literally because his father is the Vice President of the United States. And Hunter and [Joe] Biden have a business partnership, where Hunter goes out —and he does the groundwork — in order for his father to make the decisions and the policy changes for — to get payment.”

“He’s [Joe Biden] on a telephone call talking about it, he’s on video and an interview talking about it, where he literally withheld the U.S. aid from Ukraine and demanded that they fire Victor Shokin,” Green said. “And it happened. It happened.”

When a reporter questioned Joe Biden Thursday about the alleged $5 million payment, he jokingly responded, “Where’s the money?”

AND YOU WONDERED WHY BIDEN SEEMED TO BE PERPETUALLY KISSING RED CHINA'S ASS???

“Of the nine Biden family members profiting off Communist China, let the American people decide,” Cruz said about Comer’s investigation. “If this is benign, release the reports.”

He added, “China is our biggest enemy, and I think you would have every Democrat that would go on your show say the same thing. We need to worry about China. Why is China is our biggest enemy, sending millions and millions of dollars to the Biden family and not just the president’s son and brother? Now we’ve got multiple family members here.”

Ted Cruz Demands Janet Yellen Release Biden Family’s Suspicious Bank Records to Public

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) on Wednesday demanded U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen publicly release the Biden family’s suspicious activity reports (SARs) or be complicit in coving up the “Biden family business profiting off Communist China.”

SARs “often contain evidence of potential criminal activities, such as money laundering and fraud,” according to a 2020 Senate report. U.S. banks have flagged over 150 SARs from Hunter and James Biden that included “large” amounts of money tagged for further review by the Treasury.

“The US Department of Treasury needs to release every single suspicious activity report on the Biden family,” Cruz said on his podcast. “Janet Yellen, you have a choice: You are either actively covering up potential evidence of corruption or release every one of them to the American people.”

In March, the Treasury gave House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) access to the SARs — only after months of stonewalling and delay. Upon review of the SARs, Comer (R-KY) announced Monday that a total of nine Biden family members may have profited from the family’s international business schemes.

In addition, Comer’s inspection of the SARs found that a Biden associate received a $3 million wire transfer from a Chinese energy company, CEFC. In turn, four Biden family members — Hunter, James, Hallie Biden, and an unidentified “Biden” — received a collective $1.3 million cut from the $3 million wire transfer. It is unknown who the six outstanding Bidens are who may have profited from the business.

Cruz demanded Yellen come clean about the reports stashed away in the Treasury and provide the information for public inspection.

“Of the nine Biden family members profiting off Communist China, let the American people decide,” Cruz said about Comer’s investigation. “If this is benign, release the reports.”

“Janet Yellen has a choice right now,” Cruz added. “If she doesn’t release those reports, she is complicit in the cover up.”

“So Secretary Yellen, release every single suspicious activity report on the Biden family. There’s no national security reason to keep them private,” Cruz said. “There’s no reason whatsoever other than if you want to be part of a political cover up.”

JOHN GREEN

Levin: The DOJ is covering up for the Biden crime family

Christopher Wray and the Politicization of the FBI

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has shocked many Americans by becoming a politicized law enforcement arm of the Democrat party. As the target of one of the FBI and Department of Justice political attacks -- solely because I had been talking to Ukrainian whistleblowers about Biden family corruption in that country -- I want to discuss the problem.  It starts with the most political Director of the FBI, Christopher Wray.

3. CORRUPTION IN THE FBI: The malicious and ethics-free raid on Mar-a-Lago is viewed even by many Democrats and all Republicans as vicious political intimidation, with the goal of destroying any followers of Donald Trump. This began in earnest during the "Russia collusion" case and saw its culmination in midnight raids of innocent conservatives revealing a hateful, vengeful vigilantism on the part of the radical left. In the hope that supporters of Trump and other conservative candidates would drop out of politics in fear of similar reprisals, these Gestapo tactics have not only solidified Trump's support and the support of even moderately conservative candidates, but have shown the Left to be petty children in a deranged, red-haze temper tantrum.

DOJ's arrest policies

When Merrick Garland was questioned about why excessive force was used in the arrest of Mark Houck, an anti-abortion activist who had offered to turn himself in, the Attorney General evaded responsibility for the policy by saying,

“The determinations of how to make arrests under arrest warrants are made based by the tactical operators in the district. They made the decision on the ground as to what was safest and easiest.”

Garland did not comment on the enormous expense of sending a SWAT team to arrest a father of seven.  Also not mentioned was the fact that this early morning raid tactic, first developed by the Soviet KGB, is frequently used to arrest non-violent targets.

Early morning or pre-dawn raids are designed for maximum humiliation and intimidation. Dozens of federal agents with automatic weapons, armored vehicles, and sometimes a helicopter and amphibious watercraft are used intimidate the target, as was the case with Roger Stone. In the raid on Thomas Caldwell’s home, Caldwell’s 61-year-old wife was covered in red dots from the weapons aimed at her. She begged to put on her socks before they forced her outside in the cold. Caldwell himself, clad only in his underwear, was dragged through the grass. James O’Keefe claims he was partially clothed in front of his neighbors when he was dragged out of his apartment.

The federal government has a constitutional right to arrest people for certain offenses. When it goes to enormous expense to arrest cooperating subjects, there is another motive to their actions. Intimidation and humiliation are not proper components of an arrest. There is also the factor that SWAT raids can go terribly wrong. Innocent people have been killed in their homes. The federal government has a history of heavy-handed attacks. It paid Randy Weaver $3.1 Million for the murder of this wife and son. There was also the Waco siege resulting in 75 deaths, including 25 children.

The Justice Department may be overzealous in some areas while in other areas they are reluctant to enforce the law. Merrick Garland claimed he was not aware of guidelines given to the U.S. Marshals Service to "avoid" arresting protesters outside the homes of Supreme Court justices. These protesters were in violation of 18 USC § 1507, which prohibits picketing with the intent of influencing any judge. Pro-abortion protesters have publicized the justices’ home addresses, the schools attended by their children, and their houses of worship. The protesters posed a serious threat to the justices and their families. Nicholas John Roske was arrested because he traveled to D.C. to assassinate Judge Kavanaugh. Garland’s response to these protests seems to contradict his claim that, “Threats against public servants are not only illegal, they run counter to our nation’s core values.”

How Could a Democrat Voter Learn the Truth?

I'm a lifelong Republican voter, born and raised in Massachusetts.  My Dad is a well informed, outspoken, rock-ribbed conservative republican.  I remember him putting a Barry Goldwater bumper sticker on our station wagon in 1964, when we lived in tough, blue-collar Worcester.  This man is afraid of nothing.

I was afforded many opportunities to listen to lively political discourse at family events while I was growing up.  These people loved one another, so the discussions were never nasty or hurtful.  Most of the younger members of the family watching these discussions eventually gravitated toward being Republicans.  Family fights and ugly words would not have produced that result.  That was an important lesson.

It's no secret that deep-blue Massachusetts breeds rabid leftist ideologues — it's the state's chief export (and I do mean chief).  However, those people aren't anywhere near the majority in Massachusetts, even though they run the place.  The fact is, these people aren't the majority anywhere, though they try to convince us otherwise.

Here is the problem in a nutshell.  Most Democrat voters don't realize that leftist idealogues have hijacked the Democrat party, actively pushing traditional Democrat politicians out.  They don't yet understand that the Democrat party they knew doesn't exist anymore.  Almost all of the major news organizations work together to lie to Democrat voters and feed them misinformation constantly.  Corrupted government entities like the FBI and the DOJ, and the leftists running all social media, have worked together to censor and silence any dissenting voices.  The goal is to create a false reality in the eyes of Democrat voters and shield them from the truth.  This is vital to ensure their continued support on Election Day.

Most Democrat voters I talk to up here are comparatively normal, although deceived and misinformed.  Most of them don't seem to like leftists very much, though.  Many of them can't identify with their own party anymore and feel like displaced persons politically.  When he was voted in as House minority leader, Hakeem Jeffries received 100% of the vote from his party.  It's interesting that he had only a 35% approval rating among Democrat voters at the time.  That left 65% who disapproved.  That tells me that, yes, the leftists have hijacked the Democrat party, and it tells me that there's a large pool of Democrat voters who aren't on board with their party right now.  Quite a few of them are starting to tune out, too.  Have you seen CNN's ratings lately?

We have a rare opportunity.  Shocking levels of malfeasance and corruption from leftist Democrats have recently been revealed to the public.  They can no longer hide what they really are and what they're doing to this country.  Let's dialogue with that disillusioned 65% and show them the evidence.  They have no one else to tell them the truth.  It's the only way to undermine the stranglehold leftists currently have on the Democrat party.

I'm not saying we should waste our time trying to talk to people who wear "pussy hats" and take their toddlers to Drag Queen Story Hour.  Only a psychiatrist can help people like those.  I'm saying that we can, and we should, try to engage positively with reasonable Democrat voters about the current state of the country.

First, we need to get the idea out of our heads that every democrat voter is a Marxist.  Many are, there's no doubt.  However, the guy next door mowing his lawn and taking his kids to Little League is not a Marxist.  He's a guy who never hears the truth, doesn't know where to find it, is probably part of the 65% who aren't Hakeem Jeffries fans, and is likely to have tuned out of current events to keep from losing his mind.  He just doesn't know enough to stop pulling the "D" lever on election day.  If the truth can find Naomi Wolfe, then we can reach this guy.

Below are a few subject ideas, with some information links to show people.  As you see below, try to ask non-confrontational questions, and know your facts.  Remember, we're trying to expose reasonable Democrat voters to truths the lying media never let them see, not win an argument.  Try to guide them to good-quality, well sourced information on sites like American Thinker, Breitbart News, American Greatness, etc.  If you can expose them to the truth, they won't be able to unsee it.

Right Track, Wrong Track

Did you know that nearly 70% of Americans polled think the country is on the "wrong track" at this point?  That's 7 out of 10 Americans.  Do you agree with that majority?  Do you think most Democrats you know agree with the majority?  Who do you think makes up the small group who feels like everything is just fine?

Government Censorship

Have you heard any information from the so-called "Twitter Files" on the news?  Are you comfortable with the idea of the FBI, and even the White House, censoring free speech on social media?  It's clear now that the federal government worked to eliminate all opposing political views, tried to remove people who disagreed with the Democrat party, and hid important medical information from the public.  Are you aware that it is a violation of the U.S. Constitution for the federal government to engage in censorship of any kind?  Have you ever seen the government behaving like this before?

Untrustworthy Media and Politicians

President Bidenvarious Democrat politicians, and the media keep repeating that President Trump said white supremacists were "very fine people" at Charlottesville.  They also say he never condemned the white supremacists.  These people are knowingly lying.  Did you ever actually see the transcript of President Trump's full remarks at Charlottesville

We've been told for two years that the protest on January 6 was an "armed insurrection."  That claim has been used to justify the arrest and incarceration of hundreds of people, and used to justify the censorship of those who disagree with the Democrat party.  No one outside the January 6 Committee was allowed to see any of the supposed evidence supporting all this government activity.  Recently, hidden security tapes were seized and finally made public by the speaker of the House, who allowed Tucker Carlson to play them on his news show.  Did you see any of the revelations from these security tapes?  If so, what did you think when you saw that we've been lied to by our government?  Do you still trust President Biden, Democrat politicians, or the mainstream media to tell you the truth about important issues?

Enemies of the State?

President Biden repeatedly says that he considers conservative Republicans "enemies of the state" (here and here), as do other Democrat politicians.  Do you agree that fully half the country's voters are "enemies of the state," simply because they don't agree with President Biden and current Democrat policies?  Are you comfortable with President Biden recklessly taunting American citizens (here and here) during speeches, saying that they would "need F-15s" to prevent the federal government from basically trampling our guaranteed constitutional rights?  Have you ever heard a U.S. president saying things like these before?

Report: Informant Alleging a Joe Biden Bribery Scheme Is ‘Highly Credible’ FBI Source from Obama Era

An informant alleging a $5 million bribery scheme involving President Joe Biden is reportedly a “highly credible” FBI source with a history dating back to the Obama administration era.

The FBI possesses a document from an interview the FBI conducted with the informant, which allegedly details an arrangement involving an exchange of money for policy decisions between now-President Joe Biden and a foreign national.

After weeks of stonewalling a congressional subpoena, FBI Director Christopher Wray finally agreed to allow members of Congress to view the unclassified document next Monday. A House Oversight Committee spokesperson told CNN the committee still plans to move forward with holding the FBI in contempt of Congress.

A source told Fox News the informant was a “pre-existing” FBI source with a long track record dating back “at least several years” to the Obama era before generating the file detailing allegations against then-Vice President Biden.

In addition, the source claimed the informant was previously “found to be highly credible” and was “consistently reviewed by the FBI.”

In May, James Comer issued a subpoena to obtain the document from the FBI following legally protected disclosures to Sen. Chuck Grassley’s (R-IA) office.

Elements of a potential bribery scheme involving Biden and his family members’ overseas business interests have been evident for years. Breitbart News’s Joel Pollak wrote in March that there was evidence supporting the impeachment of President Biden for bribery:

Hunter Biden’s overseas business ventures had been recognized as early as 2015 as a potential conflict of interest for his father. Diplomats and journalists questioned Hunter Biden’s appointment to the board of Ukrainian energy company Burisma, where he earned $83,333 per month, despite lacking relevant expertise, while his father was in office.

Those concerns were brushed aside, however, by the vice president’s office, and the issue was never resolved. Hunter Biden also connected other foreign business associates with his father, including Chinese associates.

Biden could be impeached retroactively, following a precedent set by Democrats in their second impeachment trial of President Donald Trump in 2021.
