Joe Biden’s Deputies Create Border Loophole for Millions of ‘Stateless’ Migrants
President Joe Biden’s pro-migration border chief is opening a new loophole for millions of foreigners who say they are “stateless.”
“All over the world, people who are stateless live with fear and uncertainty … With this historic step, stateless individuals will be given the opportunity to apply for [U.S.] immigration protections and benefits,” said Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.
Mayorkas’s statement said that there are “approximately 218,000 people residing in the United States who are potentially at risk of statelessness”
But the Department of State reported, “At the end of 2021, the UN High Commissioner for Refugees … counted 4.3 million stateless persons worldwide but estimated that the actual number may be over 10 million due to underreporting.”
“Every one of these actions that they do with what they believe are the ‘best of intentions’ inevitably end up having the worst of results,” countered Andrew Arthur, a former immigration justice who is now with the Center for Immigration Studies. “The devil is gonna be in the details about how they … define people as stateless,” Arthur told Breitbart News.
Biden has already imported at least six million migrants for economic purposes in less than three years. That economic policy has helped investors by inflating real estate prices and reducing Americans’ wages.
Immigration Experts Claim Biden Admin Abusing the Law to Release Illegals into US
Immigration experts say that the Biden administration is skirting the immigration laws that are on the books in order to release illegal immigrants into the country.
Recently, the Heritage Foundation hosted a panel event called, “Catch, Released, and Then What?” where three different immigration experts discussed how the Biden administration handling of the border crisis is impacting the country in a negative way.
The speakers explained how the Biden Administration is abusing every loophole in the immigration system to release illegals into the country.
“When they release them they release them under two authorities, parole... which is only supposed to be used in the case of somebody who needs emergency medical treatment or is a material witness in a criminal case in the United States - but the Biden administration has paroled 1.4 million people on ca se by case basis completely outside of those parameters” said Andrew Arthur, who is a Resident Fellow in Law and Policy at the Center for Immigration Studies and was a Former Immigration Judge.
“The other way they are releasing them is under section 236a of the INA (Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952), which is the general arrest authority and release authority in federal law with respect to immigration. That only applies in the case of somebody who is arrested on a warrant - its not going to surprise you, those border patrol agents aren’t, you know, there with warrants, you asking, 'hey Simon I got your arrest warrant here.' They are completely abusing that arrest warrant authority and then releasing those people on their own recognizance” he added.
Another panelist, Tomas Homan, former Acting Director of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and a Visiting Fellow at the Heritage Foundation’s Border Security and Immigration Center, said that the Biden administration is purposely not detaining illegal immigrants at the border.
“So nearly 9 out of 10 who claim asylum never get relief from U.S courts because they don’t qualify or they don’t show up, so then they get an order of removal."
"If you're in ICE detention and you get an order of removal you get removed 99% percent of the time but if you’re not in detention, like a family group and you get an order of removal - you leave 6% of the time. So they know what they're doing by not detaining people in an ICE bed” he said.
Homan also says that there needs to be more congressional oversight hearings regarding "Alternatives to Detention” (ATD) and the nongovernmental organizations that are working at the border.
“They need to have oversight hearings on what's going on with detention on what's going on with ATD, what’s going on with all these sole sourced contracts of the NGOs. How are all of these billions of dollars going to these NGOs that are transporting illegal aliens to the United States?”
NGOs have played a massive role in transporting migrants across the border, Including Catholic Charities and George Soros organizations that receive billions of dollars from the US government. This has led to a crisis of illegal aliens being packed in hotels across the United States.
Illegal Alien Arrested for Allegedly Sexually Abusing Child Over a Decade
An illegal alien is accused of sexually abusing a child over the course of more than a decade in Bergen County and Monmouth County, New Jersey.
Jonan Pascasio-Erazo, a 46-year-old illegal alien from El Salvador, was arrested by the Waldwick Police Department on aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, sexual assault by contact, endangering the welfare of a child, and obscenity charges.
According to Bergen County prosecutors, Pascasio-Erazo sexually abused a child in Waldwick, Mahwah, and Belmar, New Jersey from 2012 to this year.
As a result, on August 4, Pascasio-Erazo was charged with four counts of first-degree aggravated sexual assault on a victim under 13 years old, four counts of first-degree aggravated sexual assault on a victim 13 to 16 years old, and four counts of second-degree sexual assault.
Pascasio-Erazo was also charged with four counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child and third-degree obscenity for persons under 18 years old.
The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency has asked New Jersey law enforcement officials to turn Pascasio-Erazo over to its custody if he is released from jail at any time. The state’s sanctuary policy, though, may prevent such cooperation.

4-Time Deported Migrant Pleads Not Guilty to Capital Murder of Honduran Migrants in East Texas
COLDSPRING, Texas — Francisco Torres Oropeza pleaded not guilty in an East Texas court on Capital Murder charges related to the alleged murder of five Honduran migrants. The Hondurans, including a young child, lived next door to Oropeza at the time of the reported shooting deaths.
Francisco Oropeza appeared before 411th District Court Judge John Wells III for arraignment on charges he murdered five Honduran migrants in April who lived next door to his house near Cleveland, Texas. The San Jacinto County grand jury indicted Oropeza on June 28 for the capital murder of two of the five alleged victims.
As Breitbart Texas watched, San Jacinto County District Attorney presented the Capital Murder indictment to the court and Oropeza on Thursday in Coldspring, Texas. Houston defense attorney Anthony Osso contested the spelling of the defendant’s name on the indictment. Mr. Oropeza spoke to the judge and indicated the spelling was “Oropeza” not “Oropesa.” The judge ordered the indictment to be amended to reflect the changed spelling.
Attorney Osso went on to request access to evidence regarding the dispatching records and the GPS locations of all deputies units that were on duty on the night of the alleged mass-murder. At one point, Osso appeared to indicate that the sheriff’s office could have kept the murders from happening if they had arrived sooner.
Osso said the timeline “raises some concerns from a defense standpoint.” “We have reason to believe,” Osso continued, “that this entire incident could have been averted or that action could have been taken to prevent this. It might become a mitigating factor.”
Family members of the five decedents sat in the jury box and watched the proceedings, Breitbart Texas learned from DA Dillon.

A large contingent of law enforcement provided security inside and outside the courthouse. The contingent included the San Jacinto Sheriff’s Office tactical team and special agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives accompanied by K-9 teams.
During the discussions before the judge, Oropeza pleaded not guilty to the single count of Capital Murder. Judge Wells set the next court date for December 7, 2023.

Before the hearing, attorney Osso refused to speak with Breitbart Texas and expressed displeasure over the reporting of Oropeza’s immigration status. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials previously told Breitbart that Francisco Oropeza Perez-Torres had been deported from the U.S. on four separate occasions. The first order of removal came in March 2009. He was deported again in September 2009, January 2012, and July 2016.
Following the hearing, Osso spoke with ABC 13 who reported that Osso said there is a lot more to this case and they hope to use that information to avoid a trial. “Those facts become important when we talk to the state about maybe trying to resolve the case,” Osso said.
After an initial hearing in May, Osso told reporters that there was bad blood between his client and the neighbors he allegedly murdered.
“The initial story about asking him not to shoot his gun in the backyard because a baby was sleeping is probably not going to prove to be an accurate version of the events,” Osso said to the group of reporters, including Breitbart Texas. He said his client was initially friends with his Honduran neighbors, but things “started to go downhill” after the neighbor’s dogs went into Oropeza’s yard and killed his sheep and chickens.

San Jacinto County Sheriff Greg Capers led a multi-agency task force on a four-day manhunt for Oropeza for the alleged murders of five Honduran migrants who lived next door to him.
The victims of the alleged murders were previously identified by Sheriff Capers as:
- Julisa Molina Rivera, age 31
- Sonia Argentina Guzman, age 25
- Diana Velazquez Alvarado, age 21
- Jose Jonathan Casarez, age 18
- Daniel Enrique Laso, age 9
The manhunt for Oropeza ended on May 2 with the arrest of Oropeza in a friend’s house in Cut & Shoot Texas, Breitbart reported.
Oropeza remains in custody in the San Jacinto County Jail, where he is being held without bond.

AMERICA THE LANDFILL: Exclusive Video Shows Heaps of Trash, Pills Strewn Across Southern Border by Migrants
Heaps of trash, clothing, and items such as birth control pills are scattered across the southern border, John Rourke of Blue Line Moving discovered as he went to the Southern border ahead of his annual cleanup, documenting his findings along the way.
Rourke, owner of Blue Line Moving, previously spoke to Breitbart News at the Turning Point Action summit in July, detailing his annual border cleanup, as he heads to the southern border every year on September 11 to clean up trash.
“So I have the great American cleanup where I go to border towns, and I pick up trash on every 9/11. And we raise money and donate it to the sheriff’s department for the town in which I clean up,” he said, describing his findings as “life-changing.”
“There’s clothes everywhere, there’s trash everywhere. There’s wild animals, dogs that are left behind when they cross the border. All the border towns have wild dogs all over the place. It’s really an emergency, and I felt like I could help out. I want to continue to serve. So that’s what I do. I go on every 9/11. And I pick up trash for three days,” he said, describing what he finds during these cleanups.
This year’s cleanup is scheduled for September 9, 10, and 11 in Brownsville, Texas. About a month prior, Rourke headed to Brownsville and previewed some of his findings to Breitbart News.
“Alright guys, here we are. Brownsville, Texas. This is what…it looks like. They did a pretty good job; I’m not going to lie, in some of these other spots, picking up the trash, but it took us about 30 minutes,” Rourke said in a video from his most recent visit, shared with Breitbart News.
“But we sure did find…where they’re coming across here. As you can see, what they do is they just pile the garbage, the trash on top of the razor wire…and then they just step right over it. Always same stuff,” he said, listing off pills, clothing, shoes, backpacks, and IDs.
“You do see lots of birth control pills,” Rourke said as he walked through heaps of trash, zooming in on his findings.
In another video, Rourke pans a distant camp, which he says is full of individuals waiting to cross the border.

John RourkeOne video reviewed by Breitbart News featured a man shouting at Rourke from the distance, begging for help, referencing his children. He can be heard saying he left his country for a better life. In another video, Rourke captured individuals who just crossed the border. They were reportedly from Venezuela and said it took them one month to get there.
