NARCOMEX - JOE BIDEN'S PAID PARTNER FOR THE MASS INVASION OF AMERICA TO KEEP WAGES DEPRESSED - Mexicans know a stupid gringo when they see one: Here comes Feckless Joe

GETTING DOWN TO THE FACTS, NO ONE IS GOING TO VOTE FOR NAFTA JOE BUT HIS ILLEGALS!

How stupid are these people running our country?

Our friends the Mexicans can see it, and they are speeding them on in, loading the conveyor belts to get them out of their own country and into Joe Biden's sanctuary nations, and the efficiency of the whole Mexican operation is encouraging more to come as a result. That likely explains why the border surge is so big in Del Rio. More migrants in, more that can come in.

NAFTA JOE’S OPEN BORDERS: They want billions for foreign countries, but refuse to halt Biden's open-borders policies, which have created untold misery on city streets as migrants are dumped, human traffickers are empowered, cartels are growing so rich they are driving Mexicans out of their homes, families are being broken up and kids sold into slavery based on Joe's immigration incentives, migrants are die en route. Dem city see crime up & budgets blown and services cut. MONICA SHOWALTER

IS N.A.F.T.A. JOE REALLY FECKLESS? JOJO HAS BEEN WORKING ON HIS INVASION OF UNREGISTERED DEM VOTERS SINCE HE AND BILLARY CLINTON PERPETRATED N.A.F.T.A!

ON JOE'S PRESIDENTIAL TRANSITION TEAM WAS LA RAZA V.P. CECILIA MUNOZ WHO OPERATED LA RAZA FROM THE OBAMA WHITE HOUSE FUNDED BY U.S. TAX DOLLARS!

Mexicans know a stupid gringo when they see one: Here comes Feckless Joe

The illegal migrant inflow is hitting record highs at Eagle Pass, Texas, and it's out of control at entries across the southern border.

Anyone ask what Mexico is doing about it?

We know they're trying to keep them from flooding Tijuana by building a border fence in that area.

But in that, they aren't stopping the migrants -- they're essentially just pushing them to cross into the U.S. from further down the desert, where migrants, once they get in, complain about a lack of five-star accommodations from the Border Patrol, who by U.S. law are supposed to jail them. They only don't because ... Biden border policy.

In reality, the Mexicans are helping the migrants cross into the U.S. for the exact same reasons that red border states are busing and flying illegal border crossers into their sanctuary cities of choice. They don't want this problem. Illegal migrants cause as many problems in Mexico as they do in the U.S. And by the Mexicans' logic, Joe's the one holding out the sanctuary dinner triangle to them, so it's going to be his problem.

The Daily Mail did some reporting and found out it was really bad.

Here are some details about just how helpful these Mexican officials are in speeding migrants to the best illegal crossings into el norte:

Migrants flooding across the southern border claim that Mexican officials are visiting migrant shelters in the country and instructing them on how to illegally cross into the United States.

record 14,000 migrants have crossed into Eagle PassTexas since Sunday night, according to figures by the US Border Patrol, causing chaos and straining resources in the small town.

...

But, migrants waiting in Mexico on Thursday for their chance to cross into Eagle Pass told the DailyMail.com they believe the most recent surge has to do with Mexican officials, who have released thousands of them from shelters.

Here's how very helpful they are:

Migrants who have been in the shelter for a longer period of time explained that once migrants arrive, those who have plans to cross into the US are told to wait at the shelter for a few hours.

On Wednesday night, about 700 migrants were gathered at the shelter.

Video obtained by the DailyMail.com shows Mexican officials telling the migrants they would be walked down to a certain part of the river, where they would be told where the water was shallow so they could cross.

The group left and by 6 am Thursday, another mob of 600 were also walked down to the river so they could illegally enter the US.

Fresh migrants continued to arrive at the shelter throughout the morning Thursday.

'By this evening, another group will be escorted down to the river so they can cross,' a migrant staying at the shelter explained.

When you have a government that helpful and organized to migrants and their illegal aims, you can get a lot of people across, which is obviously what is happening now.

Meanwhile, back on the Biden ranch, things aren't quite so organized.

In a separate story from the Daily Mail, here is their state of affairs:

President Joe Biden held urgent phone consultations with Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador Thursday to discuss the running border crisis, as migrants overwhelm facilities along the southern border and shatter daily records.

The president is dispatching top administration officials to Mexico City to hammer out new ways with the Mexican president to grapple with the issue, as White House national security spokesman John Kirby spoke to the intractable nature of the problem.

'There's probably more we can be doing,' Kirby admitted to reporters at the White House while describing the outlines of the conversation.

He said the two men discussed the efforts to 'manage the unprecedented migratory flows in the western hemisphere,' and described the issue as part of a global problem, not just one that impacts the U.S.

The only thing missing from that Kirby statement is the opening word "Duh."

Biden, of course, is clueless on this matter and the only reason he's suddenly making his day-late, dollar-short appeal to the Mexicans is the impact of illegal border crossings on his own polling numbers. Recent surveys show that illegal migration is the number one concern of American voters after Bidenflation, and you can bet that if the Mexicans are acting this way, there's a problem they need to get rid of and hand over to Feckless Joe, too.

Back in the days of President Trump, the Mexicans under the exact same government of Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador responded quickly to Trump threatening to shut down the entire border if illegal crossings weren't controlled.

Trump also muscled them into a "remain in Mexico" agreement to disincentivize illegal border crossings and as a result, illegal crossings went down.

Trump got results quickly with his firm hand, laying down the law with Mexico, and pretty amazingly, cordial relations with them resulted, given that he was nice and clear with them about how it was going to be.

Biden? The Mexicans are reading him as a fool, seeing clearly his mixed messages to both migrants and themselves -- an open border and a huge benefit package with no deportation to those who get across, and complaints that people are taking him up on his offer. No wonder Mexicans are speeding them along.

They know an idiot who can be rolled, they've seen thousands of them among the drunks from the U.S. who get rolled in Mexican towns at the border. They know a stupid gringo when they see one.

Joe's the stupid gringo and he won't get far with any panicky phone calls complaining about the consequences of his own stupid decisions. He will get what he gets, same as the drunks do, too bad if he doesn't like it.

Joe Biden’s Immigration Plan to Accelerate Chain Migration Inflow

NEIL MUNRO

Democrat Joe Biden’s immigration plan contains hard-to-see policy changes that would dramatically accelerate the inflow of roughly four million chain migrants.

Biden’s promise is included in his 6,600 immigration platform, titled, “The Biden Plan for Securing Our Values as a Nation of Immigrants.” The document says:

As president, Biden will support family-based immigration by preserving family unification as a foundation of our immigration system; by allowing any approved applicant to receive a temporary non-immigrant visa until the permanent visa is processed;

“This is the equivalent to issuing temporary driver’s licenses to anyone who sends in an application,” said Jessica Vaughan, policy director for the Center for Immigration Studies. “They can have the temporary license until they come back for the road test,’ she said.

If Biden’ plan is adopted, “the sky would be the limit … and besides blowing up the numerical limits on annual immigration [it] would be an enormous boost to the fake-document and fake-marriage industry,” she said, adding:

We don’t (or at least we try not to) let people come live here before they have completed the entire [immigration] application and vetting process … Under the Biden-Harris system, people would simply create fake relationships to get the [initial immigration] petition approved, and then get their temporary visa to come here and just [quit] the application, knowing there is very little interior enforcement to make them go home later, when or if the fraud is discovered.

Each year, roughly four million Americans turn 18 and begin using their skills and diligence to earn wages and salaries.

But the federal government slashes their ability to earn wages and buy homes by delivering roughly one million legal immigrants — including about 600,000 workers — to employers around the United States.

The federal government also allows companies to import and keep roughly 1.3 million foreign contract workers in myriad white collar jobs. Those jobs, including many well paying Silicon Valley jobs, are needed by U.S. graduates to advance in their careers.

Congress and the White House also allows companies to keep roughly 600,000 foreign workers in blue collar seasonal jobs. This inflow allows companies to avoid building a recruitment business to help young people find a variety of decent jobs around the United States.

Congress also does little to deport illegals — or even to deter companies from employing roughly eight million illegal migrant workers.

These federal economic policies help companies and investors by inflating the labor supply, so raising the price of housing, and spiking government spending.

Yet at least 150 million more foreigners want to migrate into the United States.

The federal government does not set any limits on the annual inflow of legal immigrants’ minor children and elderly parents.

But there are limits — and so, waiting lines — for other categories of immigrants, such as adult children, married children, and siblings.

Overall, roughly 3.6 million would-be migrants are waiting in multiple lines, according to a November 2019 report by the Department of State.

For example, more than two million additional people are waiting in the “Fourth Preference” — or F4 line — for the adult siblings of U.S. citizens, but only 65,000 are given green cards each year.

Similarly, the federal government awards 23,400 green cars for the married sons and daughters of green card and citizen immigrants. This “Third Preference,” or “F3,” waiting list includes 647,236 foreign sons and daughters — many of whom will also try to bring in their children and relatives once they are admitted into the United States.

Also, the government provides green cards to 23,400 adult children of new legal green card immigrants, who are not yet citizens. But federal data in November 2019 showed that this F2B  waiting list of 282,551 adult sons and daughters of green-card holders.

Donald Trump's labor & immigration promises for a 2nd term are vague but useful.
They are also better for ordinary Americans than Joe Biden's business-backed, open-ended inflow of wage-cutting & rent-raising blue-collar workers & college-graduates. https://t.co/OmE4tRPf4T

CALIFORNIA: THE ONCE GOLDEN STATE NOW IN MELTDOWN DUE TO GLOBALIST DEMOCRAT PARTY POLICIES FAVORING ILLEGALS.

“The state of California is home to more illegal aliens than any other state in the country. Approximately one in five illegal aliens lives in California, Pew reported.”

California’s homeless population was estimated to be about 150,000 in 2019, a number widely believed to be a drastic underestimation. The homeless population increased by 21,000 in 2019 and is expected to grow by another 30,000 this year as a result of the mass unemployment and economic devastation caused by the pandemic. The homeless, many of whom suffer from preexisting medical conditions, are among the most vulnerable to infectious disease.

With 154 billionaires and more wealth than all but the four wealthiest countries in the world, California is at once the richest and the poorest state in the country. According to the United States Census Bureau, after adjusting for the cost of living, California has the highest poverty rate in the nation, with an average of 18.2 percent of its 39.5 million residents living in poverty over the last three years. While the median income in the state is slightly above the national median, costs for housing, electric power and essential goods are far higher than the national average.

Texas Begins Migrant Relocation Flights to Chicago

Texas Governor Greg Abbott stepped up the process of moving migrants out of the state to sanctuary cities by starting migrant flights to Chicago. The escalation follows actions by the Chicago mayor to interfere with migrant buses sent from the Lone Star State.

A chartered jet flew 120 immigrants from El Paso to Chicago on Tuesday, Governor Abbott revealed in a post on X. “Sanctuary city Chicago started obstructing and targeting our busing mission,” the governor stated.

Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson implemented a new city ordinance targeting migrant transportation buses dropping off without a permit or outside of approved hours and locations, WTTW reported. The ordinance includes a fine and the authority to impound or tow buses.

The Chicago mayor told the Chicago PBS station that Governor Abbott was determined to “create chaos throughout the entire country.”

The Chicago mayor’s comments turn a blind eye to the chaos of the Biden administration’s border security and immigration policies that created record-setting illegal border crossings into Texas and Arizona.

“Because Mayor Johnson is failing to live up to his city’s ‘Welcoming City’ ordinance by targeting migrant buses from Texas, we are expanding our operation to include flights to Chicago, like the Biden Administration has been doing across the country,” Press Secretary Andrew Mahaleris said in a statement. “Governor Abbott launched the border bus mission in April 2022 to provide support to our overrun and overwhelmed border communities as the Biden Administration leaves thousands of migrants in their towns.”

“Until President Biden steps up and does his job to secure the border, Texas will continue taking historic action to help our local partners respond to this Biden-made crisis,” Mahaleris added.

Texas began busing migrants to Chicago in August 2022, Breitbart Texas reported. As of December 15, Abbott’s busing program delivered more than 23,800 migrants to the Windy City, Texas Division of Emergency Management spokesman Seth Christiansen told Breitbart.

The White House commented on the new Texas strategy, saying, ” Yet again, Governor Abbott is showing how little regard or respect he has for human beings.”

“Governor Abbott leaves migrants on the side of the road in the dead of winter,” White House spokesman Angelo Fernández Hernández added.

The comments stand in stark contrast to the chaotic and inhumane treatment of migrants by the federal government along the southern border — a direct result of Biden administration policies.

Currently, migrants in the Del Rio (Texas) and Tucson (Arizona) Sectors are being camped outdoors in winter conditions along the border as detention and processing centers are packed at more than 250 percent of capacity, sources told Breitbart.

Sanctuary city mayors previously claimed Abbott’s migrant busing policies were inhumane and racist. However, Texas officials told Breitbart that all of the migrants chose their destination cities and voluntarily signed agreements for free transportation.

The busing of more than 80,000 migrants from Texas to New York, Chicago, Washington, D.C., Denver, Philadelphia, and Los Angeles pales in comparison to the millions of migrants released by U.S. Customs and Border Protection into Texas border towns and transported via NGO’s in cities across the nation.

At the Tucson International Airport, the Biden administration’s TSA set up a special screening line for “Non-U.S. Citizens without Passports.” Breitbart reported. Migrants carrying a laser jet-printed Notice to Appear and no other photo I.D. are allowed to clear the security line.

During the first 15 days of December, approximately 121,000 migrants were apprehended along the southwest border, Breitbart reported. According to unofficial Border Patrol reports reviewed by Breitbart Texas, this brought the Fiscal Year 24 numbers to approximately 504,000. An additional 70,000 migrants are listed as known got-aways.

EDITOR’S NOTE: Apprehension numbers for November and December come from unofficial Border Patrol reports reviewed by Breitbart Texas. The numbers are subject to change in official reports when they are released. The November Southwest Land Border Encounters report is due to be released any day. The December report should be released in mid-January.

Chicago Alderman: Biden Admin. Is Letting in Asylum Seekers Under ‘False’ Pretenses with Court Dates in a Decade

On Wednesday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Hannity,” Chicago Alderman and Democratic U.S. House candidate Raymond Lopez reacted to Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson attacking Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) for sending migrants to the city by stating that the blame should really be on the Biden administration “for letting asylum seekers come to this country under false pretense and then giving them court cases ten years from now.”

Lopez said, “We’ve walked down this path before, Kellyanne, when we saw Lori Lightfoot try to blame the Governor for the failure to protect and secure the border of the United States. My Mayor is blaming everyone except the person who needs to get the blame, and that is President Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, who are responsible for protecting and securing our borders and for having a functional immigration system. They’re not calling out Secretary Mayorkas for letting undocumented — for letting asylum seekers come to this country under false pretense and then giving them court cases ten years from now. They’re calling on the Governor, who’s clearly frustrated, who even has Democratic city mayors begging for help as they are being overrun on a daily basis.”

Judge Bars Biden Admin From Cutting Razor Wire on Texas Border

(John Moore/Getty Images)
December 20, 2023

An appeals court on Tuesday blocked the Biden administration from cutting razor wire along Texas's border with Mexico.

The administration must refrain "from damaging, destroying, or otherwise interfering with Texas’s c-wire fence in the vicinity of Eagle Pass, Texas, as indicated in Texas’s complaint," the order of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals reads.

The court granted a temporary injunction that stops the Biden administration from cutting the razor wire while it hears the case, in which the State of Texas is attempting to stop federal immigration authorities from taking down the barriers. Both the state and the federal government agreed that the administration can cut the wire in the case of a migrant facing a medical emergency.

Texas has fought with the administration over its razor wire barricades for months. A judge in late October issued a temporary restraining order, stopping the Biden administration from taking the wire down after Texas sued the Department of Homeland Security and Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, as well as other agencies and their heads, over the issue.

A month later, however, that same judge allowed federal authorities to cut the wire again, though she criticized the administration for its "utter failure" to stop illegal immigration. The state then appealed the decision to the Fifth Circuit.

Another legal feud between Texas and the Biden administration concerns the state's construction of a floating barrier in the Rio Grande. The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals earlier this month ordered the state to remove the buoys.

FUK JOE BIDEN AND HIS CUBAN ALL THE WAY TO GITMO!

JOE BIDEN IS A PIG GAMER LAWYER UNABLE TO BE TRUTHFUL ON ANYTHING. THE DEMOCRAT PARTY HAS LONG PRACTICED A DOCTRINE OF OPEN BORDERS, AMNESTY OR NO ENFORCEMENT. WHAT EVER COMES UP, MAYORKAS WILL BE DOWN AT THE BORDER HOLDING THE FLOODGATES OPEN FOR JOE'S UNREGISTERED DEM VOTERS!

Joe Biden has said that he is willing to make “significant concessions” on border security in order to pass tens of billions of dollars in aid to war-torn Ukraine and Israel.

Joe funded Hamas, using Iran as a financial cutout. Hamas then committed the single largest one-day killing of Jews since the Holocaust. Hamas’ Bidenbucks facilitated murder, gang rape, kidnapping, and infanticide. While the world watched in horror, Joe went on another beach vacation.

Biden's Party is Over… and the Hangover Has Begun

As we approach the last year of Joe Biden’s term, it’s an opportune moment to reflect back on January of 2021. Our new President had been inaugurated (though we still don’t know that he was elected). Democrats believed the evil Trump had been vanquished from the body politic forever. We were assured that blue-collar Joe from Scranton was going to return normalcy to Washington -- as if that were a good thing.

Biden was riding high in the polls. His “wingmen” were in control of the executive branch. His allies were in power in Congress and his media lapdogs would guarantee that all news was good news. It was a heady time for team Biden.

The Left was giddy too. In Joe Biden, they had found that one kid in the gang who would act on any suggestion and accept any dare. Nothing could stop them now. This would be their opportunity complete the “fundamental change” that Barack Obama had started, but not finished -- because he had a sense of self-preservation that Joe lacks.

So, the Left unleashed their man-child in the candy store without adult supervision. Joe did what any spoiled child would do. He indulged his every wish -- and he wished to play king. He plundered the candy store like a Viking raider, with complete disregard that the sugar-high would be followed by a stomachache. The man-child was oblivious to the notion that in the adult world, choices come with consequences. That’s a lack of wisdom universal to immaturity regardless of whether one is 8 or 80.

Biden’s first year in office was a time of historic action -- and not in a good way.

Goaded by the Left, Joe unleashed his inner id, using his pen and phone to fulfill his lusts, and those of his radical toadies. With every action he considered, his gallery of sycophants remained behind him chanting: Go ahead Joey. Do it. We double dog dare you. And Joe did it -- consequences be damned.

He bragged about beating the tyrant Trump, and signed executive orders at a rate of dozens per day -- to cancel any accomplishment of Trump. It was irrelevant to him if Trump’s achievements were beneficial to Americans. If Donald did it, Joe undid it because… well, just because.

He threw our borders open to foreign invasion, simply because Trump had closed them. Joe’s policies added an additional 3.8 million criminals to our society. That’s enough people to populate Los Angeles -- admitted with no vetting, no control, and no apology.

Joe added $5 trillion to our national debt -- enough $100 bills to reach the Moon and back 10 times. The spending drove inflation to a 40-year high. Interest rates reached a 20-year high, as the Federal Reserve struggled to tame the mess. In so doing, Joe placed home mortgages out of reach for many Americans.

He choked domestic energy production, making us again dependent on foreign oil. Prices for gas and electricity skyrocketed. In the process, he enriched Russia (a producer of oil) and China (a producer of solar and wind technology). We’re expected to pay no attention to the little issue that the Biden family received millions of dollars from Russia and China, for no apparent service.

Joe surrendered unconditionally to the Taliban in Afghanistan. As we fled, 13 soldiers were killed, Joe broke our word to our allies, and he armed a global threat. It was done because he wanted a talking point on the twentieth anniversary of the attack on the World Trade Center.

Joe shipped billions of dollars of our war material to Ukraine -- which coincidentally was another multi-million-dollar benefactor of the Biden family. While he armed Ukraine, our own military has fallen to its lowest level of preparedness since before WWII. But our soldiers do get their pronouns correct now.

Joe used the power of the executive branch to infringe on our rights of assembly, religion, speech, property, due process, and self-defense. When stopped by the courts, he didn’t comply but pursued workarounds -- showing utter contempt for the Constitution that he is sworn to defend.

He weaponized our criminal justice system, breaking all legal precedents in a childish tantrum to punish anyone whom he disliked. Actual criminal wrongdoing was irrelevant. Political adversaries, pro-life protesters, election deniers, and non-compliant members of the press had their homes raided and faced criminal prosecution via creative application of laws, for purposes that were never intended.

Biden gave a national address standing before a satanic red backdrop with symbols of his military power standing at attention. He dehumanized half of the Americans whom he is sworn to represent, calling them semi-fascists. In other comments he has repeatedly threatened military force against anyone who challenges his government.

Joe Biden’s first year in office was a time of great hubris, for which I’m sure he felt entitled, given his 46 years of “government service.” But Greek philosophy frowns on hubris for a reason:

Hubris was not something you wanted to be accused of if you were in ancient Greece. It was thought to be behavior outside the norm. Most specifically, that behavior in which one would attempt to defy -- or challenge -- the gods. To display such arrogance meant that you became a target of Nemesis and she is inescapable.

So, has Joe:

  • Acted outside the norm in weaponizing the government against its people? Check.
  • Defied God by infringing on God-given rights? Check.
  • Displayed arrogance by ignoring his oath and the courts? Check.

Joe dared Nemesis, the Greek Goddess of Divine Retribution, to pay him a visit. It seems that Nemesis has now arrived, signaling that the party has ended, and the hangover has begun.

As we near the end of Joe’s first term, his last year looks very different from the first.

  • Biden’s approval is down to 34 percent, and that doesn’t appear to be the floor.
  • The party he leads is losing the minority vote, and tearing itself apart over its hatred of Jews.
  • His son is facing felony charges for being the collections guy in the family bribery business.
  • The House of Representatives has opened an impeachment investigation, because the corruption became too great to ignore.
  • Biden faces the possibility that his legacy will be as America’s most corrupt President.
  • The public is ridiculing him for his inability to navigate stairs or stages.
  • His friends are abandoning him.
  • His nemesis Trump is poised to exact revenge in 11 short months.

If Biden were an adult, he might reflect on the last three years and wish that he’d simply exercised a bit of self-control. But that’s not who Joe Biden is. President “Man-Child” will spend his last year stamping his feet, denying any wrongdoing, and demanding more candy.

Congress must hold Biden’s feet to the fire on immigration

As Congress considers a bargain with the Biden administration on immigration, they must proceed with extreme caution.

Right now, a bipartisan group of senators are engaged in negotiations with the administration to enact border security policies in exchange for a foreign aid package. Joe Biden has said that he is willing to make “significant concessions” on border security in order to pass tens of billions of dollars in aid to war-torn Ukraine and Israel.

Biden’s public willingness to concede that new security measures are needed at the southern border is a step forward, but the devil is in the details, and so far the reported details leave much to be desired. While no legislation has been officially proposed and no framework has been unveiled publicly, CBS News reported earlier this month on the concessions the White House apparently has in mind.

The administration is reportedly mulling a proposal that would reinstate the use of Title 42 at the border if daily illegal crossings at the border exceed a certain threshold, while also promising to ramp up the detention and deportation of illegal aliens. While no details have officially been proposed, one Senate negotiator floated an automatic reinstatement of the Title 42 order if illegal crossings exceed 3,000 a day. Earlier this month, more than 14,000 illegal aliens crossed the U.S. southern border, shattering a single-day record for illegal crossings. The ideas being considered are generally good ones, but they are inadequate to quell the historic crisis we are facing.

The major problem with these proposals is it still gives the administration too much discretion over enforcing immigration law.

Giving the administration expanded authority to close the border and deport illegal aliens is fine if you have an executive willing to enforce these laws, but this administration has consistently demonstrated a willingness to disregard federal law and the Constitution in order to facilitate the arrival of millions of illegal aliens. Enacting more laws that the administration can just brush aside will not do anything to fix the border. If Congress is serious about solving the crisis, they will have to essentially put Biden and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas in proverbial straitjackets, and enact new laws that limit the administration’s discretion.

Admittedly, this is a difficult thing to do considering how much enforcement authority is vested in the executive branch over border security. One idea that could be effective is allowing border states such as Texas and Arizona to deport aliens who cross into their territory illegally. This would remove significant authority from the Biden administration and place it in the hands of state governments much more willing to enforce the law. Any deal must also restrict the administration’s parole authority, which they have abused to resettle large numbers of illegal aliens across the country in what can accurately be described as a stealth amnesty.

Another major problem with these ideas is the proposal to allow 3,000 illegal aliens to cross the border daily before triggering the Title 42 order. This would be a major decline from the 10-12,000 illegal aliens who are currently entering the country on a daily basis, but would still be unacceptably high. Former DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson, who served in the Obama administration, once said that 1,000 apprehensions of illegal aliens at the border constituted a “bad” day. There is no reason Congress should tolerate or normalize 3,000 illegal border crossings on a daily basis, even if that would be a steep decline from the current numbers. Three thousand illegal crossings per day amounts to 1,095,000 illegal entries per year, or about the same number of legal immigrant admissions to the U.S. each year. The standard for border security should be much higher than that.

Of course, the House of Representatives has already passed legislation that would mostly solve the border crisis. This Spring, the House passed the Secure the Border Act, which would reinstate the Remain-in-Mexico program, mandate E-Verify at the national level, and require DHS to resume construction of the border wall, among other policies. These ideas should be the cornerstone of any effective border security legislation.

The current negotiations may represent the last chance for a course correction at the border for the foreseeable future. The ultimate outcome will have high stakes for the trajectory of the country, which puts all of the pressure on the negotiators to secure a good deal. A token border security effort or simply creating new laws that the administration can ignore is insufficient. Congress must assert its authority and bring this unprecedented crisis to a conclusion.

Biden Admin Promises Not to End Mass Release of Illegal Alien Invaders

This is treason.

Immigration compromises always end one way. And yet the Lucy and the football game keeps going as Democrats offer over and over again to trade “border security” or “immigration security” for “immigration reform” that leads to a mass invasion.

Trading domestic immigration security for amnesty for the aliens already here ended with no security and more illegals. Every previous immigration compromise would have been more of the same.

Now the mini-compromise being negotiated by the Biden administration won’t compromise on the invasion.

Biden officials have told Hispanic lawmakers that they are resisting GOP demands to limit the administration’s authority to release migrants through the legal tool known as parole, according to people familiar with the matter…

Officials told senators they were not backing down on parole.

The Biden administration has made unprecedented use of parole — both to release people into communities when Border Patrol is overwhelmed and as the basis for new, legal pathways into the country for select nationalities.

Parole is the whole problem since it means the mass release of illegal aliens into the country.

The Biden admin won’t stop doing that. Republicans are proposing some version of Title 42 and higher asylum request standards, but those all assume that the Biden administration actually wants to stop the flow of illegal aliens. It does not. Some Dems do, but the administration has its eye on the bigger picture of transforming America.

A version of Title 42 with a capacity trigger would slow down the rate of the invasion rather than stop the invasion.

Raising asylum standards would provide discretion and that is likely to have limited impact.

Republicans are insisting on parole because it’s the real issue here. If the Biden administration had to house the invaders in government detention centers, it would be motivated to stop them from entering the country. Instead, it’s the cities that are struggling to house them. Parole is the reason why NYC, Chicago and D.C. are flooded with illegal aliens. Urban Democrats should be demanding an end to parole. Because parole shifts the housing burden to them.

As long as Biden can keep releasing illegal aliens and then inviting more to come through “new pathways”, the invasion continues.

This is treason.

Media Give Biden a Pass on Border Detention Facilities They Called 'Concentration Camps' Under Trump

The media for years savaged former president Donald Trump for holding migrants in detention facilities they compared to concentration camps. The same outlets are giving President Joe Biden a pass for flirting with the same facilities.

Biden, whom the media feted for supposedly undoing his predecessor's "harsh and extreme" immigration policies, could soon revive those policies to secure emergency funding for Ukraine in the Senate. One policy in particular stands out: forced detention, where those apprehended crossing the border are held in government facilities indefinitely for immigration violations. Democrats have acknowledged that the policies are reminiscent of those implemented under Trump.

But the media's Trump-era invective is nowhere to be found in reports on the Senate's negotiations, replaced with descriptions of a "compromise" and "major changes." The Washington Post called the proposed moves "restrictions," while NBC News praised Biden for his willingness to "take the heat" to "get the deal done." Only CNN mustered a bit of criticism, lamenting that Biden's openness to "stricter" policies "puts him at odds with key allies tasked with selling his reelection."

Flashback: The media railed against indefinite holdings under Trump, calling them "concentration camps" and trodding out talking heads to decry the "callous" and "racist" policy.

New York Times, Aug. 21, 2019: "Migrant Families Would Face Indefinite Detention Under New Trump Rule":

The administration’s goal with the new rule is deterrence, and its message to families fleeing Central America is blunt: Come here and we will lock you up. Critics say it is the latest in a series of policies by President Trump meant to close off the United States from the rest of the world.

Washington Post, July 19, 2019: "How Migrant Detention Became American Policy":

And why comparisons to concentration camps failed to shut them down.

The Atlantic, July 3, 2019: "A Crime by Any Name":

The horrors detailed in the press were hard to believe. ...

If these acts do not represent animus toward those human beings the president has described as murderers, terrorists, and rapists, whom he declares an infestation, whom he identifies as the enemy by sending the U.S. Army to the border, whose families he has destroyed in a bid to inflict sufficient agony so as to deter future newcomers—if all of this does not make American immigration detention facilities concentration camps, it makes them far too close to the concept for any American to find acceptable.

This is, perhaps, the most daunting element of this entire conversation. If these facilities even vaguely resemble concentration camps, then American society has failed in ways many Americans do not want to contemplate.

CNN, June 18, 2019: "Ocasio-Cortez Compares Migrant Detention Facilities to Concentration Camps":

Ocasio-Cortez also referenced how some migrant children were being held in facilities formerly used to detain Japanese Americans during World War II. Last week, the Department of Health and Human Services, which is tasked with caring for unaccompanied migrant children, said it would use facilities at Fort Sill Army Base in Oklahoma to house minors.

Newsweek, June 20, 2018: "Trump Detention Centers Listed Alongside Nazi Concentration Camps on Wikipedia":

The Wikipedia entry "List of concentration and internment camps" has seen the addition of the Trump administration's child detention centers which are being used to house immigrant children. The extensive list includes concentration camps used by the Nazi regime.

MSNBC has yet to call Biden racist:

And the president likely won't be on the receiving end of a critical homily this Christmas:

But don't call it hypocrisy. To the New York Times, Biden's about-face is simply a reflection of "how drastically the politics of immigration have shifted to the right in the United States."

It appears the media's perspective has "shifted" along with it:
