Daring to speak truth about the COVID virus and treatments, about Hunter or Joe Biden, about the irregularities and illegalities that occurred in the 2020 election, the invasion of illegal aliens, mis-gendering someone, constitutes speech drawing punishments ranging from suspension or censorship, to IRS and FBI visits, to fines, or to imprisonment.
Citizens demand COVID justice from attorneys general
Seeking justice for their deceased loved ones and believing that another pandemic is likely, citizens in Florida and Texas (and possibly other states) are requesting that their state attorneys general investigate alleged crimes committed by numerous high-level officials (identified below) prior to and during the COVID-19 pandemic for violations of state criminal statutes.
Attorneys with the Vires Law Group, headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida, have prepared extensive legal briefs pro bono, soon to be filed with each state’s attorney general. For various reasons, it is believed that federal prosecutors will not pursue the actions requested herein.
The citizens believe that it is important to conduct these investigations and, if warranted, indict and prosecute persons found guilty of violations of state criminal laws. Such action may be instrumental in deterring the same or similar crimes by health care personnel and other officials during a future pandemic or other health emergency.
In Florida, an investigation has been requested by 32 families of loved ones lost during the COVID-19 pandemic. In Texas, 40 families are requesting the same type investigation.

Administrators and health care providers of various hospital systems and facilities providing care to patients in Florida and Texas.
In Florida, alleged crimes per Florida criminal statute include a) 1st- and 2nd-degree murder while committing acts of terrorism; b) 1st- and 2nd-degree murder while committing aggravated abuse of the elderly and disabled; c) aggravated manslaughter of the elderly, disabled, or children; and d) racketeering under the Florida RICO Act.
In Texas, alleged crimes per Texas penal code include a) capital murder; b) murder; c) manslaughter; d) trafficking of persons; e) participation in enterprise through racketeering or unlawful debt collection; f) engaging in organized criminal activity; g) injury to a child, elderly individual, or disabled individual; h) abandoning or endangering a child, elderly individual, or disabled individual; and i) unlawful restraint.

One Doctor’s Fight for COVID Justice
A physician with more than 25 years of experience, Dr. Mary Talley Bowden is board-certified in otolaryngology and sleep medicine. In 2019, she founded BreatheMD in Houston. Educated at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University, and the University of Texas Medical Branch, Dr. Bowden completed her residency at Stanford University. She is one of the few direct care specialists in the U.S. who does not contract with any health insurance companies and strives to offer affordable care with clear pricing.
Dr. Bowden was targeted after speaking out against prescribed protocols for treating COVID-19 and the experimental COVID vaccine. She has been a target of the Texas Medical Board, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and Houston Methodist Hospital for her early treatment of over 6,000 patients with COVID-19, despite her record including no deaths.
Her results highlight the effectiveness of her protocol in direct contrast to the protocols hospitals were using. The hospital protocols are using are connected with countless deaths, hospitalizations, and adverse effects, according to the government data found on the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS).
Following Dr. Bowden’s success with her protocols, the Texas Medical Board filed a formal complaint against her for violations of the Texas Medical Practice Act. Now, after a couple of appeals, her next hearing is scheduled to take place April 29, 2024.
From early on in the pandemic, Dr. Bowden, and other doctors, were using ivermectin, the Nobel Prize–winning medication, in their extremely effective treatment protocols. In response, the FDA initiated an aggressive campaign against using ivermectin in treating COVID-19. The FDA used the famous “horse” message stating, “Why You Should Not Use Ivermectin to Treat or Prevent COVID-19,” emphasizing that it is a horse dewormer and should not be used on people. This message can still be found on the FDA website.
Dr. Bowden and two other doctors sued the FDA for overstepping their authority and making suggestions for patient treatments. Judge Don Willett agreed, declaring in his ruling that the “FDA is not a physician. It has authority to inform, announce, and apprise — but not to endorse, denounce, or advise.” Currently, this case is going back to the U.S. District Court in Galveston for further debate.
Dr. Bowden has also sued Houston Methodist for defamation. Although her case was dismissed, she appealed, and the judge reviewed the case on Dec. 12, 2023. She does not expect to hear anything back on this case for over a year.
In the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Bowden started using monoclonal antibodies to treat her patients and had great success. She explained that whenever she needed more, she could order them, and they would be delivered the next day. However, the government took over the distribution of the monoclonal antibodies. When this happened, it became harder and harder for her to get them until the government just stopped shipping them. Dr. Bowden says this was in order to push the COVID-19 vaccine.
The monoclonal antibodies were effective, and she said patients would turn the corner the next day if they were treated early. She emphasized that early treatments lead to better outcomes.
When she could not get any more monoclonal antibodies delivered by the government, she worried there would not be anything else as effective. However, she discovered that ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine worked just as well.
In 2021, the attacks on ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine increased exponentially. Dr. Bowden and others believe that the more ivermectin, a generic prescription drug, threatened the lucrative pharmaceutical industry, the more enemies it accumulated.
At present, there are more than 17,000 physicians who support early treatment and the protocol Dr. Bowden uses.
Additionally, Dr. Bowden explained that there is now overwhelming data showing that the spike proteins in the COVID-19 vaccines are causing four major domains of disease: cardiovascular, neurological, blood clots, and immunological abnormalities.
Because of this, her priority is to do everything she can to get the COVID-19 vaccine off the market. She is working with elected officials and political candidates to pull these dangerous vaccines. She said she is happy to report that every day, more and more are joining the initiative.
Dr. Bowden is also concerned about and focused on the pediatric vaccine schedule, which currently includes the COVID-19 vaccine. This is scary, she explained, because most parents trust the government and do what they are told. However, she is hopeful that more parents will wake up to the dangers of the COVID-19 vaccine.
In Dr. Bowden’s opinion, “there is no reason for children to get these shots. ... We have no long-term safety data.”
Dr. Bowden went on to say when she looked at her new patient appointments, over seven percent are for ongoing chronic debilitating health issues that developed following individuals taking the vaccine. She went on to say it is very hard to diagnose myocarditis in a nonverbal child. How can a child communicate that he has chest pain, the primary symptom of myocarditis?
Dr. Bowden fears that these babies will get myocarditis — permanent scarring of the heart — and then one day they will collapse on the soccer field. This is what we are looking at, she emphasized.
Any other vaccine with this record would have been pulled off the market a long time ago, according to Dr. Bowden. She explained that in the 1976 swine flu outbreak, they stopped giving the vaccine after 25 deaths. Currently on VAERS, there are more than 36,000 deaths reported, which is believed to be only one percent of the real number due to underreporting. Yet they are still advertising this vaccine.
There is also significant concern with the protocol the hospitals are using to treat COVID-19 patients. The CARES Act provides incentives for hospitals to use treatments directed solely by the federal government with the backing of the National Institute of Health. These incentives are financial and provide payments to the hospitals for the following: a diagnosis of COVID, admission to the hospital, use of Remdesivir (a drug shown to cause kidney failure in 25 percent of the people who take it), a patient being put on a ventilator, and if the patient dies and the cause of death is listed as COVID-19.
These incentives were not designed to treat patients and facilitate their health, but to aid in their demise, warned Dr. Bowden.
Last week, the FDA warned of a catastrophic drop in life expectancy, and in just the last nine months of this year, more than 158,000 more Americans died unexpectedly than in all of 2019, before the COVID-19 vaccine was introduced. To put that number in context, that is more casualties than in all wars since Vietnam, combined.
Dr. Bowden expressed deep concern about what is happening to the medical industry. Doctors have lost their autonomy and are now employees taking orders from the government and administrators on how to treat their patients, she explained. Many are sheep, she said, who sit quietly and do what they are told, rather than what is right by the medical doctrine “first do no harm.” She sympathized that they have families and mortgages but said they cannot allow themselves to be controlled by nefarious forces.

Do not apologize for saying the COVID virus came out of China, with the help of Fauci, and that the Deep State tried to cover up America’s involvement in the COVID creation and China’s involvement. Do not apologize for saying that those in Washington care very little for the average normal American, who works five to six days a week in a forty- to fifty-hour work week. Do not apologize for wondering if the CIA/FBI were involved in the assassination of JFK. Stop apologizing when someone calls you a “conspiracy theorist,” since most of these theories eventually become facts. Stop apologizing for wondering if FOX News has become the “controlled opposition” since Tucker was fired. Stop apologizing for wondering if our two distinct and disparate cultures can remain one country. Stop apologizing for wondering out loud if God has taken his hands off of America.
Do not apologize for believing that the 2020 election was stolen. Do not apologize for wondering if FOX News was in on the steal. Do not apologize for pointing out that FOX News anchor Chris Wallace thought it normal to stop the counting of votes at 11:30 that night (when that had never occurred before). Do not apologize for pointing out that January 6 was probably a fed-surrection inside job by the FBI/CIA/NSA, with Deep State personnel used to entrap law-abiding American citizens. Do not apologize for pointing out that the ACLU remains silent and a co-conspirator in the denying of 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th Amendment rights of law-abiding citizens. Stop apologizing for wearing “Make Orwell Fiction Again” t-shirts. Stop apologizing for worrying that “America” cannot be clearly seen or mentioned in the Book of Revelation.
Do not apologize for believing that people live happier, more productive lives by governing themselves by the Gospels, rather than following the tenets of the Communist Manifesto. Stop apologizing for stating how many millions of citizens were murdered by their own governments in communist China, Russia, and Cuba. Do not apologize for pointing out that cultures, norms, and customs that are governed by applying Jewish and Christian values are usually more prosperous, more safe, and much more free. Do not apologize for believing that man’s best hope was born in the manger in Bethlehem over 2,000 years ago. Do not apologize for stating our own government has practically declared war on the Christian faith. Do not apologize for condemning the FBI for putting moles inside Catholic churches to spy on pro-life parishioners. Do not apologize for believing that God’s judgment will not be held back forever.
Do not apologize for asking where Epstein’s client list is. Do not apologize for wondering if many Republicans are being blackmailed in D.C. because of Epstein, his client list, and flying on the Lolita Express. Do not apologize for believing that San Francisco is getting exactly what it deserves. Do not apologize for stating that blue cities are crumbling and falling apart because of the bad seeds that they themselves have sown. Do not apologize for now believing that Hillary’s Pizzagate could be real. Do not apologize for being suspicious about where these thousands of unaccompanied children have disappeared to. Do not apologize for believing that Biden and blue-city district attorneys are operating under tyrannical rules today. Do not apologize for refusing to take the untested, untried, and apparently unhealthy vaccine.
Do not apologize for believing that unborn babies should have just as much of a right to birth as unborn alligators, owls, and turtles. Do not apologize for stating that unborn lives matter. Do not apologize for believing that with the millions of aborted babies since 1973, there really is a “replacement theory” because there are no longer enough American workers. Do not apologize for believing that the moms who spoke at school board meetings should not have been put on the FBI’s watchdog list of domestic terrorists. Stop apologizing for believing that Dr. Martin Luther King was not a racist, but Joy Reid and Al Sharpton most assuredly are. Stop apologizing for loving Jackie Robinson but not at all liking LeBron James. Stop apologizing for refusing to believe that Washington and Jefferson invented the idea of slavery.
Do not apologize for believing that American tax dollars should be going to protect America’s borders from foreign invasion. Do not apologize for believing that Deep State politicians who value Ukraine’s borders more than America’s border are treasonous. Do not apologize for now believing that Ukraine is simply being used to “wash” American tax dollars for corrupt oligarchs and also the enemies of the American people. Do not apologize for believing that there must be bio labs in Ukraine for the Deep State to care so much about this undemocratic and oligarchial government. Do not apologize for now understanding that Trump Impeachment 1 was all about covering up crimes by Obama, Biden, and the Deep State inside Ukraine.
Do not apologize for believing that the new “kill switch” in cars made after 2025 is just another way to control the American citizens seeking fairness from D.C. Do not apologize for stating that “15 minute cities” are yet again another way to control the American citizenry. Do not apologize for wondering if “15 minute cities” sounds so much better than concentration camps. Do not apologize for thinking environmental species laws are just a ruse to take away private property rights.
Do not apologize for believing that children being raised in a conventional nuclear family have a better chance of success than the ones who do not. Do not apologize for believing that teens having babies makes it extremely hard on those children to succeed. Do not apologize for believing that if blue cities do not clamp down on violent crimes, then these cities will become unlivable and virtual ghost towns. Do not apologize for wondering what happens in blue cities (sanctuary cities) when a fourth of their population is made up of illegal aliens. Do not apologize for knowing that countries without borders really aren’t countries anymore. Do not apologize for believing in American sovereignty.
Do not apologize for feeling that Mr. Biden’s and General Milley’s disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan emboldened America’s enemies throughout the world. Do not apologize for believing that Biden has committed treasonous acts against our country. Do not apologize for believing that Biden has taken bribes from America’s enemies. And do not apologize for believing that China and Ukraine are blackmailing the Biden family. Do not apologize for believing that Obama committed crimes worse than Watergate when he illegally spied on the Trump transition team after the 2016 election. Do not apologize for believing that the Obama disciples are pulling the strings of the Biden regime.
Do not apologize for believing that the Second Amendment and the American citizens’ right to bear arms might be one of our last best hopes of remaining free. Don’t apologize for knowing that the Deep State, including those in the CIA/FBI/NSA, do not want the American citizens to enjoy the rights stated in the Bill of Rights. Do not apologize for wondering: if Reagan and Goldwater were alive today, would they be incarcerated via made-up crimes from their political opponents?
Do not apologize for believing that the “climate change” hoax is all a part of the New World Order. Do not apologize for knowing that inflation is not going down, but keeps trending higher. Do not apologize for wondering why the pope appears to be so liberal, communist, and anti-American. Do not apologize for beginning to believe that there are major players outside America who are now making the decisions for America. Do not apologize for wondering if most Republicans in D.C. are corrupt, cowards, or compromised. Do not apologize for wondering if the majority of the Supreme Court are corrupt, cowards, or compromised.
Do not apologize for wondering what the Deep State and the NWO will do to President Trump before Election Day in November. Do not apologize for wondering what will happen to President Trump after he wins on Election Day but before he is sworn in in January 2025. Do not apologize for wondering what “worldwide calamity” might intentionally befall us over the next year. Do not apologize for thinking something terribly, terribly wrong is going on in America today. Do not apologize for wondering who is ultimately pulling the strings. Stop apologizing for seeking God’s grace.
In other words, stop apologizing for believing you are right. Stop apologizing for being correct. Stop apologizing for wondering. Stop apologizing for thinking. Stop apologizing for being historically accurate. Stop apologizing for having unsanctioned thoughts and values. Stop apologizing.

From Trump On Down, Democrats Are Silencing The Opposition
Following his historic federal indictment, Donald Trump correctly observed, “In reality, they’re not after me, they’re after you. I’m just in the way.”
Indeed, as the Democrat/Federal/Media cabal proceeds with its blatant lawlessness, banana republic indictments, frog march arrests, and kangaroo show trials, its members argue that all of this is both by the book and quite necessary—prompted by things like unprecedented, dangerous, and horrendous threats from MAGA extremists, white supremacists, terrorists, anthropogenic climate change, and attacks on democracy. Daring to speak truth about the COVID virus and treatments, about Hunter or Joe Biden, about the irregularities and illegalities that occurred in the 2020 election, the invasion of illegal aliens, mis-gendering someone, constitutes speech drawing punishments ranging from suspension or censorship, to IRS and FBI visits, to fines, or to imprisonment.
We see extensive news and analysis discussing how Republican and conservative conduct around elections (past and present) constitutes election interference, racketeering, soliciting a public official to violate his oath of office, conspiracy to commit forgery and file false documents, insurrection, making false statements, hate speech, threats to public safety, and more. President Trump and those around him, of course, receive much of this attention, but they are by no means the only ones suffering from the assault. In fact, as he has noted, he is not even the primary target.

A growing number of Americans is beginning to realize that there is another purpose to and message behind Democrats’ actions that extends to everyday people who might not like or support one or more of the things that the cabal is forcing upon them—things such as discriminatory CRT and DEI doctrines throughout our schools, weaponized federal agencies and the military, protection for BLM and Antifa violence, open borders for illegal and unvetted aliens, toxic and irreversible “gender affirming” treatments for minors, biological males in women’s spaces, costly and destructive “green” policies, massive taxpayer funds sent to Ukraine, student loan bailouts, mask and vaccine mandates, mandatory preferred pronoun usage, prevention or punishment of free speech, and so much more.
The debates regarding the constitutionality of given administration policies and actions, the validity and severity of the charges, the actual guilt or innocence of the accused, the likelihood of conviction, and the consequences of either acquittal or conviction are all popular headlines, all of which serve to distract from the central point behind these exercises: We Americans must understand that the cabal can and will use mob rule, lawfare, and bureaucratic fiats to effect its agenda, even when doing so is clearly politically motivated, invalid and unconstitutional, with the process itself often intended to ensure that political opponents yield to the cabal’s force. Nothing will stop them.
If you are an outspoken journalist, the IRS will be sent to your home. If you are a concerned citizen who shows up to silently protest one of the cabal’s pet missions, you will be arrested. If you speak up at a school board meeting because your daughter was sexually assaulted by a transgendered assailant, you might be tackled and cuffed. If a given school actually tries to remove damaging wokism from its system all together, the feds will investigate it for civil rights violations. If you produce effective conservative messaging for Google and YouTube (which together control some 90% of worldwide internet searches), the courts won’t stop Google and YouTube from restricting or banning you entirely.
It’s working. In their piece, “Keeping Your Mouth Shut: Spiraling Self-Censorship in the United States,” researchers report that the percentage of Americans who say they feel “less free to speak their minds than they used to” has never been higher. It’s now at 46%—compared to just 13.4% during the red scare of 70 years ago.
With such a convincing display of sheer totalitarian power, the typical American now worries that a $100 donation to American Thinker, Hillsdale College, Judicial Watch, or his church may put him on a federal watch list—or that he may increase his chances of being fined or sued by a federal agency, audited, arrested, or otherwise harassed.
He now wonders about the impact of cabal soldiers watching his social media posts, his email, and his overall internet presence. He now refuses to click either “like” or “dislike” for any post for fear of ramifications.
In past years he may have displayed campaign signs in his yard for his preferred candidates, but he’d be terrified to do so today. He even worries about some of the political or group affinity literature that might be seen in his mailbox.
He wonders if showing up at a simple rally, presentation, or school board meeting could mean he ends up in handcuffs and/or jail.
He has become more hesitant to discuss any dissenting views in public or private, fearing that he may simply not know where the danger in doing so could lie.
He wonders if he is now being monitored because he purchased ammunition or joined the NRA.
He now leaves his baseball hat and t-shirt, both which have American flags on them, in the drawer for fear they could make him a target. After all, even Republicans thought better about displaying one as part of the recent debate stage.
He now realizes that the point of publicly targeting and punishing cabal dissidents is to send a very clear lesson to the rest of America. The power of the cabal is the point. Behold it. Fear it. Obey it.
Twenty years ago, such expressed worries might have produced laughs and suggestions for tin foil hats. No one is laughing today.
Russiagate was the pivotal event that helped the cabal become more comfortable with its power, with both its capabilities and invulnerability. We now know that Russiagate was nothing short of a soft coup attempt that involved a litany of audacious and illegal actions to significantly hobble or even overthrow a legitimately elected president. The second objective failed, but the first was wildly successful—with the icing on the cake being that not a single conspirator was punished. Neither key leadership members nor operatives paid a price. A solitary, FISA-falsifying lawyer with a suspended sentence was the extent of the “accountability.”
If a football team has had nothing but success with running to the left side of its opponents in a given game, what play might the coach call in the 4th quarter with the game on the line? We see the same play unfolding today, only Democrats aren’t just using Russiagate to attack the quarterback. They’re using January 6 to wipe out the whole team.
Many Americans have been waiting for the adults in the room to wake up and end the madness. But any such adults are either asleep or occupied with their own legal battles. At this writing, the cabal is up to indictment number four for President Trump, along with who knows how many civil suits, as well as attacking any prominent people who supported him.
In none of these cases does America have the backstop of the U.S. Senate to shield us from the travesty. President Trump is facing a brazen White House and chief executive, extreme leftist prosecutors, hopelessly biased judges, and stacked juries, along with a rabid and cheerleading media. The odds are better than not that at least one of these initiatives will see President Trump in jail sometime next year. In other words, it appears quite likely, at this point, that very soon, he will no longer “be in their way.” Then what?
