Former President Donald Trump now has an eight-point lead over His Fraudulency Joe Biden, per the latest poll from Rasmussen.

Currently, Trump sits at 49 percent, while Hunter’s Dad earns just 41 percent support.

In a three-way race that includes Independent candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Trump still comes out on top by six points—44 percent for Trump, 38 percent for Biden, and 10 percent for Kennedy.

With the two third-party candidates added, Trump leads by a healthy seven points — Trump: 45 percent; Biden: 38 percent; Kennedy: 9 percent; Cornel West: 2 percent; Jill Stein: 1 percent.

The internals offer up the best news for Trump.

In a two-way race, Biden earns just 48 percent of the black vote, while Trump sits at 39 percent. That should be closer to 80/20 in Joe’s favor.

Trump beats Biden among Hispanics, 48 to 37 percent. That should be closer to 70/30.

Among younger voters in the 18-39 age group, Biden is up only by a single point: 43 percent to 42 percent.

With all five candidates competing, the numbers still look terrible for Biden.

Joe (“Old Yeller”) Biden earned only 44 percent of the black vote, 29 percent of the Hispanic vote, and 37 percent of the 18-39 vote. Trump won 26 percent of the black vote, 48 percent of the Hispanic vote (+19 over Biden), and 37 percent of the 18-39 vote.

Rasmussen Reports surveyed 1,099 likely voters between March 31 and April 2 and found no change from their poll in early March, which showed Trump with the same eight-point lead, 49 to 41 percent.

In the RealClearPolitics poll of 2024 general election polls, not much has changed over the last month. On March 4, Trump was up two points. Today, he leads by 0.6 points, 46.7 to 46.1 percent. Keep in mind that throughout the 2020 election, Trump never came closer than four points behind Biuden in this same poll.

Trump is also polling better in the swing states than he ever did in 2020 or even in 2016.

Add to that the fact that in 2016 and 2020, Trump way outperformed the polling, and you can see why the fascist Democrats and fascist media are so eager to put Trump in prison.

These bubbled freaks, like Blackface-N-Word-Spewing Jimmy Kimmel, just can’t understand how this could be happening to them. I have no idea if Trump will win in November, so I’m enjoying all this pain while I can.

Hagerty: Democrats Will Win Elections by Inflating Census with Illegal Immigrants in Blue States

Wednesday, during an appearance on Fox Business Network’s “Mornings with Maria,” Sen. Bill Hagerty (R-TN) explained how he believed Democrats plan to strengthen their chances at maintaining a hold on Congress.

According to the Tennessee Republican, by allowing illegal immigrants to migrate to blue states that are losing population and counting them in the next census, Democrats will gain an advantage over Republicans.

“I think, I think it all gets back to something that I was able to get every Democrat on the record. I put forward legislation three weeks ago suggesting that we not be allowed to count illegal migrants in the census, because right now, these illegal migrants are used to apportion congressional seats, and therefore electoral votes. If you look at the number of people that have flooded into our country just under Joe Biden, that would account for 13 congressional seats, Maria, congressional seats and therefore that many congressional — that many electoral votes.”

“But will those people ultimately vote? Do they want them to vote in the presidential election?” host Maria Bartiromo asked.
“The Democrats win regardless because they still retain congressional power. If you look at the states that are losing population, New York, Illinois, California, where the sanctuary cities located again, New York, Chicago, Illinois, Los Angeles, San Francisco, they just need the people there. In fact, the Congressional Representative from Brooklyn, the same district of James Madison High School where they turned the kids out, so they could put illegal migrants in for housing. She said it on the air, she said I need these illegal migrants for the purposes of redistricting. She doesn’t want to lose her district.”

“And she’s going to repopulate her district with these people that have come here illegally,” he added. “[T]he point here is that they’re taking what had been called a conspiracy theory. And they’re confirming the fact that this is a real conspiracy to basically inflate the votes of those people in these blue districts, and we can dampen the votes in places like states like mine, we don’t have that many illegal migrants. Think about it, you have twice as many illegal migrants in your district, your voters get twice as much vote. It’s a leverage opportunity that’s on America.”

Citizen Groups Stepping Up to Demand Honest Elections

In any contest between two or more parties, an impartial referee is often necessary to ensure that the rules are followed fairly.

This includes sports and competitions of all kinds, debates, and yes, even spelling bees in elementary school. Without impartial judges, there is no confidence that the victories were legitimate.

This is why it is such a scandal whenever it is alleged that a referee in a hotly-contested college football championship has made a questionable game-changing call, or when a judge is found to have ties to the defendant that seemingly slants his ruling.

Local, state, and national news reporting is also a contest about which facts in a story are most relevant. Reporters would be impartial, relate the basic facts, and let viewers decide for themselves. It used to be impossible to determine whether the evening news announcer was liberal or conservative. Investigative reporters bravely sought to expose scandals from both political sides.

Since the 1970s, the “Fourth Estate” has largely slanted the news from one perspective. This bias has risen to such an absurd level that we had a reporter during a riot with a fire raging in the background saying the protests were “mostly peaceful.”

In 2016, Hillary Clinton and the media claimed the election was stolen by Trump and the Russians. The Democrats cried foul and tried to change the electors. But in 2020, any who suggested possible election fraud were branded by the media as “election deniers.”

Political contests, often called “races,” are refereed by election officials who are required to follow very specific federal and state laws. As government has become an ever-increasing force in our daily lives, the results make a huge difference at the local, state, and national level. What will your child be taught in school? Will your state encourage or deny abortion? Will congress enact laws to raise your taxes? Will the president get us into a war, or try to tell you which kind of car you must drive?

When the irregularities of the 2020 election were ignored by the justice system and the media, average citizens came forward to figure out what might have happened.

In upstate New York, Marly Hornik, a goat-herder and homeschool mom, teamed up with election and cybersecurity expert Harry Haury, and formed New York Citizens Audit to investigate their state voter roll database.

The group released peer-reviewed statistical reports that exposed alarming errors in the data for 2020 and 2022. Among their findings for 2022:

1,467,399 illegal duplicate registrations with 449,856 votes cast.

16,623 votes cast by voters with a blank address.

“35,312 more votes counted than voters who voted” — an impossibility in a properly-conducted election.

They founded a nationwide group, United Sovereign Americans, (USA) to share their legal and statistics expertise with over 25 state groups investigating their own databases.

The organization is 100% non-partisan; both sides need to be certain that election results are fair and honest.

In a recent interview on Red Pill News with Zak Paine, Hornik explained the necessity of impartial election officials:

Hornik: The only job of an election official is to follow the law. Why? You have an election system that is inherently a zero-trust system. You have naturally adversarial parties, they have no reason to trust each other, and they actually have quite a lot of reasons not to trust each other. And they have all these supporters, they have donors, there’s this whole machine backing each one of these adversaries.

So how is it, that at the end of the day, we maintain domestic tranquility, we maintain continuity of government, and everybody hears the election result and goes home in peace? That’s because the election official has to walk a tightrope between those two adversaries.

That tightrope is the exact procedures required by law for the administration of the election that everyone will end up feeling is fair, and believing in and trusting as fair. If they step off that tightrope, the Supreme Court says there’s only one reason.”

Paine:  Fraud.

H: That’s it, why else would you take all those risks, why would you disrupt the harmony of a nation?

Without media or congressional action on election validity, citizen groups like USA are now the only way to demand that elections follow established federal law.

USA groups from other states have been completing their analyses too — the results are just as alarming as those found in New York. In Illinois, the team found:

Over 300,000 votes from the 2020 election missing or improperly deleted from the Illinois voter data.

Over a four-year period, Illinois’s population decreased by 150,000, while the voter roll increased by 650,000.

Over 2.5 million people had votes cast prior to their registration dates.

They also conducted an informal study of Illinois voting history with over 1,300 Illinois residents across the state and uncovered over 57% irregularities, including votes cast when the voter did not vote, votes missing when they did vote, voters registered and voting at addresses where they did not live.

Most shocking, 11% of the voters they interviewed had votes cast in their name for elections in which they did not participate.

From the database the day after certification in 2022, the Ohio team found:

158,209 voters resided in an apartment or in a mobile home lot but had no unit number as required on their voter registration application. This means mail-in ballots would be undeliverable.

4,143 were older than the oldest person in the US at the time or were too young to legally register.

6,348 had a date of birth that was different in 2022 than it was in 2020.

539,400 voters supposedly registered on days when Ohio boards of elections and state offices are closed.

120,094 had registration dates in the 2022 state voter file changed.

243,583 had state identification numbers that had changed.

34,233 had 2 to 5 registration records with multiple state identification numbers, making it possible for them to vote more than once.

On February 27, 2024, United Sovereign Americans joined with Maryland Election Integrity, LLC, in filing a lawsuit in Maryland Federal Court against the Maryland State Board of Elections.

The suit cites multiple federal laws regarding election conduct, including Article 1, Section 2, of the U.S. Constitution, Sections 1 and 2 of the Fourteenth Amendment, the National Voter Registration Act, and the Help America Vote Act.

They allege:

79,392 current apparent registration violations.

1,699 duplicate registrations.

3,366 instances of active registrations without a certified U.S. Post Office mailing address.

5,680 instances of active registrants who moved at least 4 years ago.

605 instances of registrations with no residential address.

296 instances of active registrants with a nonstandard address.

1,218 instances of active registrants who are deceased.

883 instances of “age discrepant registration” (younger than 18 or older than 115).

They seek an injunction to force the state Board to keep accurate voter rolls and to enjoin it from certifying any future elections unless voter rolls are updated, registration records are corrected, and the entire voting process is reformed to follow all applicable federal and state laws. They also seek the decertification of the electronic voting system currently in use.

Finally, they ask the court to establish a Special Master to guide the Board, among other things, to ensure changes are implemented prior to the November 2024 election to verify voters are U.S. citizens, and the ballot custody process is corrected and auditable.

More state reports are forthcoming and confirm that these issues are substantial and pervasive across the entire country. They involve millions of database errors that can lead to absentee ballots being mailed to undeliverable addresses, only to be picked up by postal workers or nearby residents and filled out and submitted with minimal or zero signature verification. A recent Rasmussen poll revealed that 20% of Americans have filled out a ballot for someone else or voted more than once.

Most local and state Boards of Elections seem unwilling to clean up their data, and unafraid of any legal repercussions for failing to follow multiple federal laws that require very specific standards. Improperly certifying an election is perjury and a serious federal crime.

USA will be filing more lawsuits in multiple states and, if the rulings conflict, the Supreme Court will be required to take up the issue.

This strategy is the surest and fastest way to force changes prior to the 2024 election.

The group has completed millions of dollars worth of meticulous research, and is now asking for contributions, large and small, for the funds needed to file in multiple states.

Attorney General Garland promises election lawfare

Who can forget October of 2020, when Joe Biden committed a gaffe? He certainly does that more or less constantly, but this one was a classic, because a gaffe is properly defined as what happens when a politician accidently tells the truth:

‘We have put together, I think, the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics,’ Biden said in the video.

It certainly worked for Biden in 2020, and his Attorney General, Merrick Garland, arguably the most corrupt and weaponized in history—that’s saying something with Obama’s “wingman,” Eric Holder in the running—is working hard to keep that organization up and running:

Speaking [in March of 2024] to a predominantly African-American crowd at a Black Selma church service, [AG Merrick Garland] said:

The right to vote is still under attack, and that is why the Justice Department is fighting back. We are challenging efforts by states and jurisdictions who implement discriminatory, burdensome, and unnecessary restrictions on access to the ballot, including those related to mail-in voting, the use of drop boxes and voter ID requirements.

No, AG Garland, the right to vote is NOT under attack. Georgia, which passed its reform laws after the 2020 election and invited a boycott of woke companies, including Major League Baseball (which canceled the All-Star game in Atlanta), reported that more voters and more minority voters participated in the 2022 elections than at any time in Georgia history. Even Stacey Abrams, the losing candidate for governor in 2018, who never conceded her defeat and became a media darling, accepted that she lost her rematch against Brian Kemp.

How is it possible the chief law enforcement officer in America doesn’t know drop boxes, refusing to enforce ID laws and mail-in ballots are among the best methods of cheating?  Or perhaps he does…

Is it possible AG Garland is unaware of the Supreme Court’s 2008 Crawford .v Marion County Election Board decision? NBC was aware, and disappointed:

The Supreme Court ruled Monday that states can require voters to produce photo identification without violating their constitutional rights, validating Republican-inspired voter ID laws. [skip]

The law "is amply justified by the valid interest in protecting 'the integrity and reliability of the electoral process,'" Justice John Paul Stevens said in an opinion that was joined by Chief Justice John Roberts and Anthony Kennedy.

Is it possible AG Garland, and the entire DOJ is unable to use Internet search engines, like the engine that provided the URLs I’ve embedded? Or is it more likely they’re simply ignoring the Supreme Court, which they’ve proved more than willing to do? Not every state has voter ID laws. Is Garland worried there aren’t enough states without them to provide the necessary margin of voter fraud for 2024?

Beyond experience and common, adult, sense, there is substantial evidence drop boxes and mail-on balloting are primary sources of virtually untraceable vote fraud. How can it be Garland and the DOJ Voting Rights Section don’t know that?  And if that’s so, if they really are that incompetent, that unaware of human and political nature, how is it there are apparently no other attorneys in the entire DOJ who have not set them straight?

Obviously, Garland and his cronies know exactly what they’re doing. They’re enabling vote fraud, surely to ensure illegal immigrants can vote in the millions to put over the electoral finish line a man most legal Americans know is demented.  In the process, they’re insulting America’s poor and black citizens, branding them too stupid to obtain identification necessary for daily life. Reasonable people might call that racist.

Reasonable people might also think our republic is better off if people who can’t get identification, and can’t be bothered to get to the polls on election day, don’t vote. Obviously, people who have legitimate reasons for being unable to be present on election day, like our military serving overseas and the handicapped, must be allowed absentee ballots, but with effective safeguards and verification.

Using taxpayer resources and the power of the federal government to violate Supreme Court decisions and enable vote fraud on a never before imagined scale is among the most un-American, anti-republican acts of a thoroughly corrupt administration. Reasonable people might call that tyrannical. And they’d be right, and consistent. They’re absolutely perpetuating “the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.”

That’s great for “our democracy—a permanent, one-party, Democrat/socialist/communist state, but terrible for our constitutional, representative republic. I wonder if Garland has heard about that?

Ketanji Brown Jackson is a fascist who should be removed from the Court

Ketanji Brown Jackson, is concerned the First Amendment is “hamstringing the government.”

That’s a 5-alarm fire of a pull-quote from a sitting Supreme Court justice, and she should absolutely be impeached and removed from the Court over it. I’m as serious as a heart attack here. Nearly every sentence of this single thought of hers adds up to textbook fascism, (a hybrid economic system in which the private economy exists but under strict state regulations, and must give way to the national interest, which is whatever the government says it is.) So, let’s go. First the full quote, directly from the SCOTUS transcript, followed by seven handpicked doozies worth analyzing:

JUSTICE JACKSON: So my biggest concern is that your view has the First Amendment hamstringing the government in significant ways in the most important time periods. I mean, what would -- what would you have the government do? I’ve heard you say a couple times that the government can post its own speech, but in my hypothetical, you know, kids, this is not safe, don’t do it, is not going to get it done. And so I guess some might say that the government actually has a duty to take steps to protect the citizens of this country, and you seem to be suggesting that that duty cannot manifest itself in the government encouraging or even pressuring platforms to take down harmful information.  So can you help me? Because I’m really -- I’m really worried about that because you’ve got the First Amendment operating in an environment of threatening circumstances from the government’s perspective and you’re saying that the government can’t interact with the source of those problems.

  1. “My biggest concern is that your view has the First Amendment hamstringing the government….”

Really? Your biggest concern is how the First Amendment hamstrings… the federal government? No, honey. No. Your biggest concern should be the federal government hamstringing the First Amendment. You have it exactly backwards. The “charter of negative liberties” is exactly that for a reason, intentionally crafted to restrict the government’s ability to deprive the people of their essential liberties. The entire point of the Bill of Rights is to “hamstring” the federal government; how does she not understand this down to her bones?

Also, what do we not understand about censoring ideas here? Suppressing tweets is the new book burning, and how’d that work out?

2.  “What would you have the government do?”

Are you kidding? Government has the biggest microphone imaginable to make her case; granted, it’s hard to make a case against the very legal foundation of the United States, but persuasion is a big part of the job one asks for when one asks to do the people’s work. Because what comes after persuasion? That’s right: force. So you’d better be good at the former. that’s the job she asked for when she asked to do the people’s work. Now if it’s compelling, the people will heed it; if it’s not, then it’s a weak argument. Don’t ask for such an awesome responsibility if you’re not up to the task, and definitely don’t ask for it if your first impulse is to suffocate it until it stops bothering you.

3. “In my hypothetical, you know, kids, this is not safe, don’t do it, is not going to get it done.”

That’s what parents are for. The end.

4. “Some might say that the government actually has a duty to take steps to protect the citizens of this country….”

Yes, from each other. From murder and mayhem. Not from ourselves. I’m a born-free American. I don’t need you to babysit me. I’m perfectly capable of sorting through information to make a reasoned decision. The solution to “dangerous” speech is more speech, not less, as Justice Brandeis so famously intoned when he said, “To expose through discussion the falsehood and fallacies, to avert the evil by the processes of education, the remedy to be applied [to speech one does not like] is more speech, not enforced silence.”

Image created by author using public domain photo.

5. “You seem to be suggesting that that duty cannot manifest itself in the government encouraging or even pressuring platforms to take down harmful information.”

Damned right. Government is force. The simplest ask from the federal government to (any company, but in this case) a social media company to police opinions it does not like carries with it an implicit — if not explicit — “or else.” How does this have to be explained? To anyone?

6. “I’m really worried… you’ve got the First Amendment operating in an environment of threatening circumstances from the government’s perspective…”

Good. When the government feels threatened, when it fears the people, there is Liberty. And once again, we have to notice her baseline impulse is to protect government—not you, not me, and not the people. It’s not like the Feds are lacking any kind of influence whatsoever or at risk of being tyrannized by... tweets. Opinions. Good grief.

7.  “You’re saying that the government can’t interact with the source of those problems.”

Girlfriend’s got the “source” wrong. It’s not social media; it’s us. In her mind, whether she knows it or not, or would admit it or not, we, the people, are “the source of those problems.” Us and all our messy Liberty. Talking to each other. Debating. Arguing. Over this, over that. Ew. No wonder she’s upset.

Sarcasm aside, that really is her problem here. We the people. Until social media came along, the institutional left had near monolithic operational control of every information dispensing organ in the country: television, print, movies, education, and the federal bureaucracy. If they wanted to propagandize us, they could quite literally go full court press, with every quarter singing from the same songbook. But with Twitter and Facebook? Our opinions could be widely shared in a nationwide town square, and maybe even go viral—the left couldn’t have that!

So what did they do? Well, as was revealed in The Twitter Files, the Feds had a 21st Century “bat phone” they could pick up anytime they saw a post they didn’t like to “encourage” and “pressure” those agreeable companies into doing the government’s bidding. Tony Soprano would’ve loved that bat phone.

Because that’s textbook mafia fascism. For reals. The real thing. F-A-S-C-I-S-M. How KBJ does not understand this, all of this — down to her bones — is breathtaking.

Americans, freedom-loving Americans, who have been properly raised to understand our Constitution and cherish our inherent liberties would never, ever, in a million years, lament that the First Amendment had “hamstrung” government.

I would suggest that Ms. Jackson be brought in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee and asked to clarify her views on the First Amendment, but we don’t want to set an abusable precedent.  We don’t want justices afraid to ask questions during argument, and we don’t want them hauled before the very committee which was supposed to have vetted them thoroughly simply for asking one — albeit alarming — question.

However (and this is a big however), when that question exposes a foundational, fundamental, bedrock ignorance, dare we say inversion, of our first, most cherished principle, our soul’s right to breathe, that’s absolutely impeachable.

They’ll never do it of course. The entire Republican conference put together lacks the testicular fortitude of one Nancy Pelosi all by her diminutive self. So I guess all we can do is wag a finger and say shame on the Senate for not doing the due diligence we just did here. They could have mined her thoughts on every amendment. They didn’t. It’s too late for that, but it needs to be noted, for the record, that they gave us a Supreme Court justice whose first impulse is to worry about the federal government, and since they won’t remove her, every senator who voted for her must be removed, held accountable to us, those unruly, opinionated people.

WATCH: Hillary Clinton Scolds Voters Complaining About Trump vs Biden ‘24 Choice: ‘Get over Yourselves’

Hillary Clinton, former US secretary of state, speaks during the Clinton Global Initiative

“Get over yourselves.” That is the intemperate advice from two-time failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton who has scolded voters complaining about the likely prospect of a Donald Trump versus Joe Biden rematch in the 2024 presidential election campaign.

She delivered her blast Monday night during an interview on The Tonight Show with host Jimmy Fallon, saying:

Get over yourselves, those are the two choices … And, you know, it’s one of, like, one is old & effective & compassionate, has a heart & really cares about people, & one is old & has been charged with 91 felonies.

I don’t understand why this is a hard choice, really.

WATCH: Hillary Clinton on voters complaining about picking between Trump/Biden

This is not the first time Clinton has indicated she is all in for Joe Biden in 2024.

As the former Secretary of State prepares to launch her first Broadway show as a producer, she is teaming up with Hamilton star Lin-Manuel Miranda for a Broadway-themed fundraiser to back Biden’s reelection campaign, as Breitbart News reported.

Clinton and Lin-Manuel Miranda will host the April 3 fundraiser in New York, with tickets priced at $500 to $5,000, according to an invite obtained by Deadline. Proceeds will go to the Biden Victory Fund and the Women’s Leadership Forum.

The fundraiser will feature a performance from Hillary Clinton’s new show Suffs — a musical about the suffragette movement, featuring a cast comprised entirely of women and gender “non-binary” performers.

On the other hand, Schweizer and Eggers note that Hillary Clinton actually violated federal election rules in 2016, in a case directly related to the work of G-A-I. Schweizer’s 2015 book, Clinton Cashexposed Hillary Clinton’s involvement with the takeover of an American uranium mining company by Russia. That revelation so terrified Clinton’s presidential campaign they decided to pay for the infamous Steele Dossier, with its lurid, unsubstantiated claims that Donald Trump was a Russian stooge. Hillary’s campaign essentially accused the Trump campaign of doing what they were, in fact, guilty of themselves.Peter Schweizer

How will blacks vote in November?

Having switched from a three-month aggregation of blacks’ “voting intentions” subset of polls, because some were outdated, to now monthly, the number of such polls will of course be less, and open to the criticism that such lower numbers would not be correctly representational.

That is a fair comment.  On the other hand, the March aggregate is almost the same as the previous quarterly number of 20.9% across 27 polls, so that may be viewed as a continuum.

The March numbers include extremes at both the high (Rasmussen, 35%) and low levels (Daily Kos/Civiqs, 8%), which again could reflect the small number of polls available, but the aggregation smoothes these out — most gratifyingly, in my opinion.

If on Election Day Trump receives anywhere near these levels of support from black voters, it is hard to see how he would not sweep the core states of Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

Here are six polls with a subset of black voters’ intentions/support for Trump, March 2024, aggregate  19.1%.

March 1, CBS, 23%

March 24–26, Economist/YouGov, 14%

March 9–12, Daily Kos/Civiqs, 8%

March 5–7, Rasmussen, 35%

GLOBALIST FOR BIDEN AND WIDER OPEN BORDERS

Biden, an underachieving, sleazy career politician from Delaware with no notable achievements despite a half century in office, has claimed victory and the transition process is underway even though President Trump continues to contest the election.

‘Goodbye, Zuckerbucks!’: Wisconsin Voters Ban Private Funding of Elections

Wisconsin voters approved an amendment on Tuesday night, banning the private funding of elections in the swing state.

The amendment directs that “donations and grants may not be applied for, accepted, expended, or used in…connection with the conduct of any primary, election, or referendum,” according to the question phrasing that the Wisconsin State Legislature listed. Associated Press election results showed the ballot question passed by a 54.4 percent to 45.6 percent vote.

Wisconsinites also voted in favor of a second part to the amendment on ballot question two, mandating “that only election officials designated by law may perform tasks in the conduct of primaries, elections, and referendums.” That question passed with 58.6 percent of support.

The votes come four years after the Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL), gave more than $10 million in grants in Wisconsin in the 2020 election, as Capital Research Center reported.

“Mark Zuckerberg and wife Priscilla Chan notoriously poured hundreds of millions of ‘Zuckerbucks’ into” the CTCL “for the purpose of getting out the vote in Democrat-leaning areas in the 2020 election,” Breitbart News previously noted.

The Badger State went for President Joe Biden in that year’s presidential election by just 20,682 votes. In 2021, the state had an opportunity to ban the private funding of elections, but Gov. Tony Evers (D-WI) vetoed a bill that the state legislature passed that would have done so.

Former President Donald Trump encouraged voters at a rally on Wednesday evening in Green Bay — while polls were still open — to “ban Zuckerbucks” by voting for the ballot questions, and Republicans celebrated the outcome.

“Victory! Wisconsin has spoken and the message is clear: elections belong to voters, not out-of-state billionaires,” said Wisconsin Republican Party Chairman Brian Schimming in a statement.

“Thanks to the efforts by the Republican Party of Wisconsin and grassroots organizing, Wisconsinites have turned the page on Zuckerbucks and secured our elections from dark money donors,” he added.

The Wisconsin GOP celebrated with a post on X, reading, “Goodbye, Zuckerbucks!”

Turning Point USA Founder Charlie Kirk cheered the new amendment in a post on X.

Wisconsin “voters, by a large margin, just rejected the oligcarch [sic] takeover of our elections.”

GOP Strategist and Wisconsin native Alex Brusewitz, who is considering a bid for Wisconsin’s Eighth Congressional District, called the moment a “HUGE WIN FOR ELECTION INTEGRITY!”

Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and his wife helped buy the presidency for the increasingly frail and feeble former Vice President Joe Biden by improperly influencing election officials as they strategically flooded left-wing activist groups with more than $400 million during the 2020 election cycle.

Those groups, in turn, gave huge grants to election administrators in order to create “a two-tiered election system that treated voters differently depending on whether they lived in Democrat or Republican strongholds,” Phill Kline, director of the Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society, a public interest law firm focused on religious freedom, wrote in a new report.

Part of the lesson here is that not all privatization is good. Some things need to be done by government alone.

“This privatization of elections undermines the Help America Vote Act (HAVA), which requires state election plans to be submitted to federal officials and approved and requires respect for equal protection by making all resources available equally to all voters,” according to Kline.

And this illicit collusion between pro-Biden funders like Zuckerberg and government officials that outsourced election administration to the activist Left helped Democrats prevail in battleground states. It may end up installing a puppet of the Communist Chinese in the White House in the terminal stage of the rolling coup attempt against President Donald Trump that began before he was inaugurated.

This year there was “an unprecedented and coordinated public-private partnership to improperly influence” the election in swing states, which “effectively placed government’s thumb on the scale to help these private interests achieve their objectives and to benefit” Barack Obama’s former vice president, according to Kline, a former attorney general of Kansas.

Biden, an underachieving, sleazy career politician from Delaware with no notable achievements despite a half century in office, has claimed victory and the transition process is underway even though President Trump continues to contest the election. Trump’s lawyers filed a new appeal with the Supreme Court Dec. 20 in hopes of reversing the Democrat-dominated Pennsylvania Supreme Court rulings that they say unconstitutionally modified the state’s voting-by-mail laws, opening the door to massive election fraud.

Election experts have long said that mail-in voting is fraught with problems because it gives wrongdoers greater opportunities for fraud compared to in-person balloting.

The bipartisan U.S. Commission on Federal Election Reform, chaired by former President Jimmy Carter and former Secretary of State James A. Baker III, determined in 2005 that “absentee ballots remain the largest source of potential voter fraud” and that “vote-buying schemes are far more difficult to detect when citizens vote by mail.”

“The consensus among people who study fraud carefully is that voting by mail is a much more fertile area for fraud than voting in person,” Charles Stewart, a professor of political science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, said in 2018.

Pennsylvania’s official 20 presidential electors voted for the Biden-Harris ticket Dec. 14 while a completing slate of Republican electors voted for the Trump-Pence ticket. The Democrat electors in Pennsylvania and other contested states may be challenged in Congress on Jan. 6 when the electoral votes are officially tabulated.

Kline’s report comes as presidential advisor Peter Navarro released his own 36-page report detailing voting irregularities.

“The observed patterns of election irregularities are so consistent across the six battleground states [i.e. Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin] that they suggest a coordinated strategy to, if not steal the election outright, strategically game the election process in such a way as to ‘stuff the ballot box’ and unfairly tilt the playing field in favor of the Biden-Harris ticket,” Navarro said during a Dec. 18 conference call with reporters.

According to the Amistad Project’s report, Zuckerberg and his wife made $419.5 million in donations to nonprofits this election cycle –“Zuckerbucks,” as some have called the money— $350 million of which went to the “Safe Elections” Project of the Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL). The other $69.5 million went to the Center for Election Innovation and Research.

Contrary both to federal law and state legislature-endorsed election plans, Zuckerberg’s money “dictated city and county election management,” Kline wrote in the report’s executive summary.

In addition, “executive officials in swing states facilitated, through unique and novel contracts, the sharing of private and sensitive information about citizens within those states with private interests, some [of] whom actively promote leftist candidates and agendas.”

This sharing of data “allowed direct access to data of unique political value to leftist causes, and created new vulnerabilities for digital manipulation of state electronic poll books and counting systems and machines.”

The Amistad Project, which began investigating the digital vulnerabilities of state election systems in spring 2019, learned that state and local elections officials did not preserve the legal right to access computer logs on the machines counting ballots.

“The first step to engage any computer forensic examination is to gain access to machine logs, yet scores of election officials failed to maintain the right to even review such information, much less establish a method for bipartisan review. In effect, America purchased a complex ballot box (computer) into which its votes would be deposited, but didn’t have the right to open the box and review the count.”

As the COVID-19 crisis worsened in March 2020, more and more lawsuits were filed by left-wing organizations aimed at weakening laws designed to protect the integrity of absentee ballots, the report noted.

Kline is correct.

Democrats aiming to make mail-in balloting mandatory for all Americans in the 2020 election attacked electoral integrity laws in well over a dozen in the courts in an attempt to overturn restrictions on voting-by-mail.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) told MSNBC May 20 that going forward it would be called “voting at home,” after Democrats discovered that the idea of “voting-by-mail” didn’t excite actual voters. Voting in person is “a health issue” in the era of the pandemic, she said.

Democrats and other voting-by-mail advocates claimed voters shouldn’t have to risk their physical well-being to vote. Republicans countered that mail-in voting should not be expanded because it is so susceptible to fraud and that Democrats were using the pandemic as an excuse to rig the election.

The attorney leading the legal onslaught against fair elections was Marc Elias of the high-powered Democratic law firm Perkins Coie. Elias has a long history of successfully fighting electoral integrity policies in court, eliminating or weakening signature-matching requirements and ballot-receipt deadlines.

Elias is also an important figure in the “Russiagate” conspiracy, which aimed to overturn the result of the 2016 presidential election. A lawyer who represented the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and Hillary Clinton’s campaign in the 2016 election cycle, Elias hired Fusion GPS in April 2016 to conduct opposition research against then-candidate Trump. That research effort culminated in the laughable, thoroughly discredited 35-page dossier written by former British spy Christopher Steele that purported to tie Trump to the Russian government.

While the leftist litigation was ripping electoral safeguards to shreds, battleground state governors began issuing emergency executive orders restricting in-person voting, which has many anti-fraud safeguards, while putting state resources into promoting high-risk, fraud-prone voting-by-mail.

“[T]his coordinated assault on in-person voting generally favored Democrat Party voters who preferred to vote in advance, while placing Republicans, who preferred to vote in person, at a disadvantage,” Kline stated in the report.

Combined, these actions helped to create “a two-tier election system favoring one demographic while disadvantaging another demographic.”

Infused with hundreds of millions of Zuckerbucks, the Center for Tech and Civic Life, “a previously sleepy 501(c)(3) organization … whose previous annual revenues never exceeded $1.2 million,” suddenly began asking Democratic Party strongholds to seek strings-attached grants that imposed strict conditions on the way recipient jurisdictions ran their elections.

CTCL gave $100,000 to Racine, Wisconsin, in May of this year, and asked its mayor to recruit four other cities (Green Bay, Kenosha, Madison, and Milwaukee) to develop a joint grant request. The bloc of cities submitted a “Wisconsin Safe Election Plan” on June 15 to CTCL and, in turn, got $6.3 million from the nonprofit to implement the plan.

The plan treated state election integrity laws “as obstacles and nuisances to be ignored or circumvented,” as CTCL “retained the right, in the grant document, to, in its sole discretion, order all funds returned if the grantee cities did not conduct the election consistent with CTCL dictates.”

In effect, CTCL managed the election in the five affected Wisconsin cities.

The report stated that the CTCL-engineered plan also went around voter ID requirements for absentee ballots by defining all voters as “indefinitely confined” due to COVID-19, and later, after criticism from the Wisconsin Supreme Court, by directing election clerks not to question such claims.

The plan also ushered in the use of drop boxes for ballot collection, a move that disrupted the chain of custody of the ballot, and consolidated counting centers, “justifying the flow of hundreds of thousands of ballots to one location and the marginalization of Republican poll watchers such that bipartisan participation in the management, handling, and counting of the ballots was compromised.”

Electoral integrity watchdogs got wise to CTCL’s pro-Biden game early on.

A group of Wisconsin voters filed a complaint with the Wisconsin Election Commission against the group, claiming that election-assistance grants it gave to Democrat-dominated cities violated state law.

The complainant, Wisconsin Voter Alliance, based in Suamico, Wisconsin, claimed in the legal complaint that CTCL grants violated state law prohibiting the provision of monies to election officials to induce persons to vote or influence an election outcome.

Zuckerberg’s saturation-bombing of CTCL with money allowed the group to hand out so much cash that Democratic strongholds spent around $47 per voter, compared to $4 to $7 per voter in traditionally Republican areas of Wisconsin, according to Kline.

Zuckerberg-underwritten CTCL grants also found their way to election officials in Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Texas.

CTCL grants in Pennsylvania were used to pay election judges in Philadelphia and other election officials. CTCL directed Philadelphia to increase its polling locations and to use drop boxes and eventually mobile pick-up units.

Zuckerbucks allowed Philadelphia to “cure” improperly completed absentee ballots in a manner not provided for in Republican-leaning areas of the state, the report stated.

For example, in Democrat-dominated Delaware County, Pennsylvania, one drop box was placed every four square miles and for every 4,000 voters. In the 59 counties Trump won in 2016, there was one drop box for every 1,100 square miles and every 72,000 voters.

“Government encouraging a targeted demographic to turn out the vote is the opposite side of the same coin as government targeting a demographic to suppress the vote,” Kline wrote.

“This two-tiered election system allowed voters in Democrat strongholds to stroll down the street to vote while voters in Republican strongholds had to go on the equivalent of a ‘where’s Waldo’ hunt.”

“These irregularities existed wherever Zuckerberg’s money was granted to local election officials. In effect, Mark Zuckerberg was invited into the counting room, and the American people were kicked out.”

If Biden ends up being sworn in Jan. 20, take a wild guess who will be receiving a presidential Medal of Freedom.

Most of Biden’s 221,000 Vote Margin Gain in Georgia in 3 Counties that Received $15 Million from Zuckerberg-Funded ‘Safe Elections’ Project

Most of Joe Biden’s 221,751 vote margin gain in Georgia, compared to Hillary Clinton’s performance in 2016, came from three metropolitan Atlanta counties that received more than $15 million from the Mark Zuckerberg-funded Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL) “safe elections” project.

Those three counties — Cobb, Fulton, and Gwinnett–accounted for 168,703 of Biden’s 221,751 vote margin gain, or 76 percent.

In 2016, Donald Trump defeated Hillary Clinton in Georgia by 211,141 votes, 2,089,104 to 1,877,963, according to the Georgia Secretary of State’s election website.

With 99 percent of precincts reporting as of 2:00 p.m. Eastern time on Monday, November 9, Democratic nominee Joe Biden was leading Donald Trump by 10,610 votes, 2,466,540 to 2,455,930, according to Real Clear Politics.

This currently represents a 221,751 vote gain in margin of votes cast for Joe Biden over Donald Trump in 2020 compared to the margin of votes cast for Donald Trump over Hillary Clinton in 2016.

The $15.8 million in “safe elections” grants these three counties in the Metropolitan Atlanta area–Fulton, Cobb, and Gwinnett- received from CTCL are a little more than four percent of the funding provided by Zuckerberg through CTCL to county and city election departments around the country in 2020.

“Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced on Tuesday that he and his wife have donated an additional $100 million to a “safe elections” project run by the non-profit Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL), bringing their total contributions to that project to $350 million since September 1,” Breitbart News reported in October.

“Critics say the CTCL project’s grants look a lot more like Democratic “Get-out-the-Vote” (GOTV) efforts in major cities around the country than good government efforts to protect the integrity of the electoral process of all Americans, regardless of their party affiliation,” Breitbart News reported:

An analysis by the Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society suggests a [partisan element to the CTCL project]. Since September 1, 2020, the CTCL has made at least $63.7 million in grants to election commissions in 18 counties and two cities for what the CTCL calls the coronavirus “safe elections” project.

More than 99.5 percent of this funding — $63.4 million — went to election commissions in 17 counties and two cities won by Hillary Clinton in 2016. Less than one half of one percent of the funding — a mere $289,000 — went to a county Donald Trump won in 2016, Hays County, Texas, which the president barely won by a margin of 50.4 percent to 49.6 percent.

A significant portion of these grants — more than $13.9 million — went to election commissions in areas Hillary Clinton won with more than 80 percent of the vote. Ten million dollars went to the city of Philadelphia in Pennsylvania, which Clinton won with 84 percent of the vote, $3.5 million went to Wayne County, Michigan, which Clinton won with 96 percent of the vote, and $467,000 went to the election commission in the city of Flint, Michigan, which Clinton won with 84 percent of the vote.

In September, the Rome News-Tribune reported that Cobb County’s Election Department  “was recently awarded a $5.6 million grant from a national nonprofit, the Center for Tech and Civic Life.”

The Center for Tech and Civic Life grant will help pay for:

♦ Almost 700 partitioned, secure voting system carriers to house the 2,258 ballot marking devices and optical scanners at all polling locations

♦ Hazard pay for roughly 2,300 workers at a rate of $100 per worker, per election.

♦ Additional temporary employees who will help prepare, process and tabulate absentee-by-mail ballots.

♦ Ballot mailing

♦ Advertising to promote absentee and early voting. (emphasis added)

Also in September, the Atlanta Journal Constitution reported Fulton County’s Election Department received “$6 million in a grant from the Center for Tech and Civic Life.”

In October, the Journal Constitution reported that Gwinnett County commissioners accepted a $4.1 million grant from CTCL “intended to be used for elections security.”

The grant is intended to be used for elections security and also allows the county to use some of the funds to cover costs from the June primary, county spokesman Joe Sorenson said.

“We are currently evaluating where the funds will be sourced to,” Sorenson said.

In the 2016 presidential election, Hillary Clinton received 297,051 votes in Fulton County, compared to 117,783 for Donald Trump, a net vote margin of 179, 268 for Hillary Clinton.

In Cobb County, Hillary Clinton received 160,121 votes compared to 152, 912 for Donald Trump, a net vote margin of 7,209 for Hillary Clinton.

In Gwinnett County, Hillary Clinton received 166,153 votes compared to 146, 989 for Donald Trump, a net vote margin of 19,164 for Hillary Clinton.

In those three counties combined, Hillary Clinton’s net vote margin over Donald Trump was 205,641. (Notably, in the rest of the state of Georgia, Donald Trump’s net vote margin over Hillary Clinton was 416,782.)

In the 2020 presidential election, Joe Biden received 379,095 votes in Fulton County, compared to 136,716 for Donald Trump, a net vote margin of 242,379 votes for Joe Biden.

In Cobb County, Biden received 221,746 votes, compared to 165,195 for Donald Trump, a net vote margin of 56,551 votes for Biden.

In Gwinnett County, Biden received 241,827 votes, compared to 166,413 votes for Donald Trump, a net vote margin of 75,414 votes for Biden.

In those three counties combined, Joe Biden’s net vote margin in 2020 over Donald Trump was 374,344, an increase of 168,703 over Hillary Clinton’s net vote margin of 205,641.

That 168,703 vote net margin increase for Biden in 2020 in the three counties that received $15.8 million in grants from the Zuckerberg-funded CTCL was 76 percent of the 221,751 net vote margin improvement for Biden that powered him to a 10,610 vote lead in Georgia with 99 percent of precincts reporting.

Between September 1, 2020 and October 30, 2020, the CTCL contributed more than $16.6 million for “safe elections” in six Georgia counties, as Ballotpedia reported.

All six counties voted for Hillary Clinton in 2016. Based on currently available public reports, it appears that no Georgia county that voted for Donald Trump in 2106 received a CTCL grant in 2020.

Breitbart News contacted CTCL and requested a list of all the counties in Georgia that received grants from CTCL in 2020, and specifically asked if CTCL provided grants to any county in the state that Donald Trump won in 2016, but has not yet received a response from CTCL.

In addition to the three metropolitan Atlanta counties of Cobb, Gwinnett, and Fulton, three counties outside of metropolitan Atlanta received CTCL grants in 2020.

Dougherty County, which received a $300,000 grant from CTCL, went overwhelmingly for Joe Biden over Donald Trump in 2020, 69.6 percent to 29.6 percent. Biden’s net margin in the county was 24,579 votes, compared to Trump’s 10,449. a differential of 14,130 votes in favor of Biden.

The Macon-Bibb County Board of Elections, which administers elections for Macon County and Bibb County, received a $557,000 grant from CTCL. Both counties went overwhelmingly for Biden over Trump in 2020.

In Bibb County, Joe Biden received 61.4 percent of the vote to Donald Trump’s 37.6 percent. In terms of vote total, Biden received 43,460 votes while Trump received 26,583 votes, a margin of 16,887 for Biden. In the less populous Macon County, Biden received 2,857 votes compared to Trump’s 1,783, a net vote margin of 1,070 in favor of Biden.

THE NUMBER OF ILLEGALS IN AMERICA EXCEEDS 50 MILLION. JOE HAS ADDED 1.5-2 MILLION IN THREE YEARS. NOW DO THE MATH!

They must start the deportations with construction workers here illegally in the U.S. According to conservative estimates, 25-30% of all construction workers in the U.S. are illegal immigrants. That thirty percent amounts to 3.3 million illegal workers in construction alone.

Start With Construction

When a future administration someday deals sternly with this nation-dividing issue of illegal immigration, they’ll need to begin by removing the job thieves imported here by cartels from South America and elsewhere. They’ll also have to heavily fine, if not bankrupt, some of the companies hiring these illegals.

They must start the deportations with construction workers here illegally in the U.S. According to conservative estimates, 25-30% of all construction workers in the U.S. are illegal immigrants. That thirty percent amounts to 3.3 million illegal workers in construction alone.

People who empathize with the imported job thieves misplace their sympathy at the expense of their friends, neighbors, kin, and themselves. Save your sympathy for people who are from here, please.

The “latecomers” don’t get a pass on the law because they have a sob story and are from a foreign country.

BLOG EDITOR: THE MEXICAN TAX-FREE UNDERGROUND ECONOMY IN LOS ANGELES COUNTY IS ESTIMATED TO BE IN EXCESS OF $2 BILLION YEARLY. THIS SAME COUNTY HANDS ILLEGALS $1.5 BILLION IN WELFARE, PRIMARILY 'FREE' HEALTHCARE AND ANCHOR BABY WELFARE.

They need to be blamed for depressing wages across the board and for further dividing this nation racially, fined (many of these grifters are driving new trucks which many Americans could never afford, so they are getting paid and their cash sent back to foreign countries could be taxed at 80% to dissuade the job thievery), and deported.

They need to pay back all U.S. government funds they’ve wrongly slurped up as if they somehow deserve them when people who are from this country legally and all their lives cannot make a decent living.

In my town -- “Smokytown,” which aint so smoky for decades since two-thirds of the industrial jobs were exported -- mafias control redevelopment of the city. They prefer mostly Latin American crews who can’t tell you the time if you ask them in English.

I didn’t know this until I asked a crew the time early one summer morning last year and three out of four muchachos didn’t even comprehend “Do you have the time?” while I pointed at my wrist in a common hand gesture.

So I said, “Que hora es?” while still pointing at my wrist and the three looked to their foreman (I suppose) and asked Que hora? He responded initially whilst looking at his phone that the time was two hours later than it was, then corrected himself and gave the right time, all in English, thankfully.

“They’re not sending their best people…” someone once said to great scorn. They are not sending the cream of the crop, and I’m not even sure they are sending mostly adults to the U.S. to steal jobs, from what I have seen in this city.

And it sure aint just about sending men to take men’s jobs in construction and elsewhere -- I have seen Latina women on some of these crews and frankly, they tend to be very short, overweight women so I am not sure how handy or skilled they could be.

Why are we doing this? Why are we allowing our own workforce to be undercut in wages and salaries by lower-achieving, lower skilled immigrants who came here illegally, however long ago? Do we worship rich people so much -- since only they stand to make out on the current deal -- that we allow ourselves to be sold into abject slavery, over a bogus racial grudge trip?

And teens stealing the rightful jobs of U.S. adult citizens? Why not? It aint just for the pork processing industry pal, and it’s what’s for dinner. Like it or not.

Back to construction, and the construction trades -- work I was raised doing and which kept me alive over the past decades as a freelance writer. When we charge these illegals money out of their own pockets to be peaceably returned to their point of entry country (be it Mexico, Canada, or another), when we first cut off whatever public benefits they get and shut down construction jobsites on which they work (and the companies that employ them), we the people will start to see the juice.

It will pave the way for much development (due to more people being able to buy homes and other stuff), a tighter job market, and higher wages for U.S. workers in construction and in every trade.

We need to treat these folks who aid and abet these invading job thieves as what they are -- traitors. They don’t believe in fairness or the American Way of fair competition. They must be labeled, prosecuted, and scorned. They must be made to forfeit their ill-gotten gains, which were based on job theft.

These traitors must pay for what they have done to tear this country apart and encourage an invading workforce of lawbreakers. All government pensions for such folks should be rescinded and when possible, the guilty should have to pay back pension monies already received.

There’s an oft-repeated lie in the construction trade press that goes like this: Why does construction have such trouble keeping good workers? The answer is the sector hasn’t any trouble retaining good workers, they just generally don’t really care about their workers.

Many employers want to pay their construction workers the equivalent of slave wages, which are not livable wages. People are still paying construction laborers $12-$16 per hour to start, which is a complete insult to those doing hard labor.  (A friend of mine worked for a construction company 40 years ago making $13/hour.)

By my count, construction union wages have even lost 7% to 15% in spending power over the past four decades, due to an inability of the unions to negotiate raises that merely kept pace with inflation!

It's not just a blue-collar depression. Schoolteachers with two master’s degrees and 25 years experience often don’t make $75,000/year, and they are just one white-collar example. Depressing wages in construction, or meat processing, or agriculture and in other sectors, depresses wages overall in an economy. It’s an inescapable fact, for those of us hemmed in by low rates of pay.

But having tens of millions of illegal workers in this nation is not an inescapable fact, it can be changed, and it can be reversed.

So, let’s start by cleaning house in the construction industry, then agriculture, then meat processing, and then IT. Enough of the turncoats doing business in our country and rejecting our people for the work, preferring to hire foreigners. Make them pay heavily.

Big Tech, Koch Network Cheer Biden’s Amnesty to Flood U.S. Labor Market

JOHN BINDER

Big tech’s lobbying arm and the Koch brothers’ network of donor class organizations are cheering on President Joe Biden’s amnesty plan that would pack the United States labor market with more foreign visa workers for business to hire over American graduates and professionals.

This week, Biden’s amnesty plan was introduced in Congress by Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ) as Democrats look to increase foreign competition in the U.S. workforce while more than 17 million Americans are jobless.

Among other things, the plan would:

· Put nearly all illegal aliens in the U.S. on an eight-year path to citizenship

· Provide $4 billion in foreign aid to Central America

· Expand the U.S. labor market with more foreign visa workers

· Expedite green cards for foreign relatives, otherwise known as “chain migration”

· Potentially add 52 million foreign-born residents to the U.S. population

· Eliminate per-country caps, ensuring India monopolizes employment green cards

· Increase the Diversity Visa Lottery program where visas are given out randomly

· Provide green cards to foreign students who graduate in advanced STEM fields

· Bring already deported illegal aliens back to the U.S. to provide them amnesty

For Amazon, millions of newly legalized illegal aliens, foreign visa workers, and chain migrants who would be added to the U.S. labor market as a result of the plan are a boon to multinational corporations’ profits.

“Today’s immigration reform bill marks an important step in reducing the green card backlog, creating a pathway to citizenship for Dreamers & making our immigration system more efficient,” Amazon officials wrote in a statement. “We look forward working [with] the administration and Congress to advance these proposed solutions.”

Specifically, aside from providing Amazon with more foreign visa workers to hire, the plan includes a green card giveaway that would create a green card system where only H-1B foreign visa workers are able to obtain employment-based visas by creating a backlog of seven to eight years for all foreign nationals.

The process would reward outsourcing firms and tech corporations for the decades of outsourcing American jobs to H-1B foreign visa workers.

Executives with the Libre Initiative, a Koch-funded organization, also praised the Biden amnesty plan as “an important first step” to securing the green card giveaway for corporations that they have also long lobbied for.

“There is broad support for proposals like a permanent solution for Dreamers, workforce visa reform, removing per-country caps, efficient border security measures and much more,” Daniel Garza with the Libre Initiative wrote in a statement:

Lawmakers should seize the opportunity and demonstrate that partisan gridlock will not keep the American public waiting another 30 years for congress to enact sensible, permanent solutions. We look forward to working with lawmakers to ensure that we can get nonpartisan, sensible solutions past both chambers and enacted into law.

Todd Schulte with FWD.us, a group that Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg created to lobby on behalf of tech corporations, called the amnesty plan a “critical moment for immigration policy” and a “substantial step forward.”

“Congress has a once-in-a-generation opportunity to transform a long-failed and too easily weaponized immigration system,” Schulte wrote in a statement. “The time is now and we will seize this moment.”

Despite the business lobby’s insistence that there is a labor shortage, millions of Americans are out of work today and hundreds of thousands of U.S. graduates enter the labor market every year looking for white-collar professional jobs with competitive pay and good benefits.

Already, the U.S. admits about 1.2 million legal immigrants every year. Another 1.4 million foreign visa workers are brought in annually to take American jobs, many in white-collar professions. The latest data reveals that nearly 6-in-10 workers in Silicon Valley, California — the tech industry’s hub — are foreign-born.

Billionaire Mark Zuckerberg Funds Groups Staging Amnesty Marches

NEIL MUNRO

Mark Zuckerberg has funded many of the pro-migration groups now staging street marches for amnesties that would redirect more wealth and power to billionaires.

The Facebook CEO and his wife, Priscilla Chan, funneled their pro-amnesty donations via their Chan Zuckerberg Initiative and the FWD.us advocacy group of wealthy West Coast investors.

Some of the donations went to groups in the WeAreHome campaign, which organized many of the street protests on May 1.

The deputy leader of FWD.us, Alida Garcia, sat on the campaign’s steering committee until she took a White House job in mid-March. The campaign announced March 19:

FWD.us Vice President of Advocacy and We Are Home Steering Committee member Alida Garcia is taking temporary leave to serve as the White House’s Senior Adviser for Migration Outreach and Engagement.

At least four of the 22 groups on the campaign’s steering committee have received money from the Zuckerbergs or FWD.us, including America’s Voice, CASA, the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights of Los Angeles (CHIRLA), and United We Dream.

Many of the groups were also supported during FWD.us’ expensive campaign to sway the Supreme Court’s 2020 decision on whether to let President Donald Trump end the DACA work-permit program.

On May 1, the We Are Home campaign announced:

Nationally, FIRM Action and We Are Home partners, including Faith in Action/LaRed, United Farm Workers (UFW), SEIU and others held more than 65 events, including marquee events in D.C., Chicago, Milwaukee, Seattle and Los Angeles.

Todd Schulte, the president of the FWD.us group, declined to answer questions from Breitbart News. But Schulte retweeted flattering images of May 1 marches that featured the We Are Home campaign, even though many of  the events were so small that organizers were reluctant to show widescreen images:

Given the massive elite support for the campaign, the turnout in Washington D.C. was small:

The Zuckerberg-supported amnesty, worker importation, and population-expansion agenda is very unpopular outside the progressive movement, recent legal immigrants, and media newsrooms.

In an FWD.us polling memo by three Democrat polling companies, released March 2021, nervous legislators were advised:

It is better to focus on all of the aforementioned sympathetic details of those affected [by an amnesty] than to make economic arguments, including arguments about wages or demand for labor. As we have seen in the past, talking about immigrants doing jobs Americans won’t do is not a helpful frame, and other economic arguments are less effective than what is recommended above.

If successful, the billionaire-backed amnesty and immigration-expansion campaign would spike Wall Street valuesshrink wagesdiscard U.S. graduatesboost housing prices, further skew job-creating investments towards the coastal states, reduce companies’ use of American-run labor-saving technology, and cement billionaires’ control over the technology sector.

The Zuckerbergs’ Facebook-created wealth is roughly $100 billion, according to Forbes.com. The variety of investors who founded and funded FWD.us was hidden from casual visitors to the group’s website sometime in the last few months.

As investors, Zuckerberg’s investors gain from immigration because it provides investors with more lower-wage workershigh-occupancy renters, and government-funded consumers, ranging from children in K-12 classes to underpaid workers seeking food stamps to old people in government-run healthcare.

From 2013 to 2018, the Zuckerbergs have given at least $30 million to FWD.us and its non-profit education spin-off.

In January, the Zuckerbergs’ charity group reported that it would provide $100 million over the next three years for advocacy by FWD.us on immigration issues:

FWD.us has played a critical role in the past few years in successfully protecting the DACA program, as well as fighting family separation and reuniting families, and will help lead the charge in 2021 to transform America’s immigration system into one that’s fair, modern and humane, and centered on a pathway to citizenship.

FWD.us reveals little about how it spends the money it gets from the Zuckerberg couple or from its own investor members. But on April 25, it acknowledged its support for the We Are Home campaign.

A coalition of immigration advocacy groups today announced a new $50 million campaign aimed at pressuring lawmakers from both parties to pass a pathway to citizenship. The effort, which comes as the White House is previewing how President Biden will recommit to passing a pathway to citizenship for Dreamers, PS holders, farm workers and other essential undocumented workers in Joint Address to Congress, includes a $30 million commitment from the “We Are Home” campaign led by advocacy organizations, as well as a $20 million commitment from a handful of other immigration groups including FWD.us.

On May 6, FWD.us announced a pro-amnesty campaign ad, saying:

The ad is running on TV as well as on digital platforms, and it is the first in a series of spots backed by a seven-figure buy – part of a $50 million effort by immigration advocacy groups to urge the swift passage of citizenship legislation.

The funding support from the super-wealthy Zuckerberg couple — and from FWD.us members — is complemented by indirect donations from other wealthy billionaires.

The New York Times outlined spending by Hansjörg Wyss, a Swiss billionaire who lives in the United States. His money flows into several dark money funds, which are then distributed to election campaigns and to street groups:

Between the spring of 2016 and the spring of 2020, [Wyss’] Berger Action Fund donated more than $135 million to the Sixteen Thirty Fund, which has become among the leading dark money spenders on the left, filings from the Internal Revenue Service and Federal Election Commission show.

One of the nonprofit groups managed by a for-profit consulting firm called Arabella Advisors, Sixteen Thirty donated more than $63 million to super PACs backing Democrats or opposing Republicans in 2020, including the pro-Biden groups Priorities USA Action and Unite the Country and the scandal-plagued anti-Trump group Lincoln Project, according to Federal Election Commission filings.

Another nonprofit managed by Arabella, the New Venture Fund, which is set up under a section of the tax code barring it from partisan political spending, received more than $27.6 million from the Wyss Foundation from 2016 through 2019.

The “We Are Home” campaign’s website says that “We Are Home is a project of the New Venture Fund. It is associated with a separate project, We Are Home Action, which is a project of Sixteen Thirty Fund.”

GOP Rep. Cammack Details How Cartels Are Using Facebook to Smuggle Illegal Immigrants — ‘It’s Absolutely Nuts’

TRENT BAKER

Friday on FNC’s “Fox & Friends,” Rep. Kat Cammack (R-FL) discussed her recent letter scolding Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg for allowing human smugglers and cartels to “openly” operate on the social media platform.

Cammack said while visiting the border, she found a “disturbing trend” from immigrants that they coordinated the logistics of entering the United States illegally through Facebook.

“It’s wild. It is absolutely unconscionable to think that it is happening,” Cammack emphasized. “But I have got to tell you my very first border trip we had just gotten to the Donna processing facility, and there was a busload of very young children and parents with children under the age of six. And I spoke to a 15-year-old girl. I said, where are you from? She said Guatemala. I said, how did you know to come here? And she said Facebook. I hadn’t been but five minutes in the Donna processing facility when I heard the term Facebook. And as I went through the facility, I kept hearing from kids, from adults — Facebook. Yes. We coordinated logistics through Facebook. We paid through Facebook. We talked on WhatsApp, which is owned by Facebook. And it was a disturbing trend. And when I started talking with HSI and some of the Border Patrol agents, they themselves have seen this firsthand.”

She continued, “I figured hey, I’m a millennial, I’m pretty savvy with Facebook. I will do a quick search. And just this morning, you know, at 6:00, as I’m sitting down to do this interview with you guys, I pull up Viaje a Estados Unidos. And, lo and behold, a page with directions, with routes, prices — six grand to come to the United States, $9,300 to get to San Antonio. It takes a simple search of ‘get to the frontera,’ and that is all it takes to find out exactly who to pay, how to get here, and how you’re going to get smuggled across. And they even talk about in these ads how you can take a six-year-old or under, or if you are a single adult, what they dual to help get you across. It’s absolutely nuts.”

According to Cammack, Facebook profited from ads for pages promoting how to cross the border while at the same time silencing conservative pages.

“Instead of targeting conservatives, maybe we should focus on the cartels instead, right?” she posed to Facebook.

Amnesty Axis: George W. Bush Touts Cheap Migrant Labor with Zuckerberg Group

NEIL MUNRO

Americans’ immigration laws can be changed in “bite-sized pieces” to let employers hire foreign workers instead of Americans, former President George W. Bush told an advocacy group backed by Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg.

“We’re working with a big coalition here in the Bush center,” Bush said in a May 6 interview arranged by the National Immigration Forum (NIF), which has been funded by Zuckerberg:

Can we get something done? I think so, but it’s going to have to be in bite-sized pieces … We don’t recognize the fact that there are jobs that need to be done and [foreign] people willing to do them and that needs to be part of a reform.

That “willing worker” goal would destroy Americans’ right to their own national labor market where American employers and American employees can compete on a level playing field for work and wages.

The “willing worker” goal pushed by Bush and his right-of-center Koch network is also being pushed by Zuckerberg’s left-of-center amnesty campaign.

The goal is hidden inside the January 20 amnesty and cheap-labor bill that was introduced by Joe Biden and cheered by Zuckerberg’s coalition. The bill creates an easy way for companies to hire an unlimited number of mid-skill foreign graduates in exchange for the promise of getting green cards in just ten years.

The plan builds on the existing pipelines of visa workers, which are imported via the H-1B, Optional Practical Training (OPT), L-1, TN, B-1/B-2, and other visa worker programs. Even though only about 80,000 foreign graduates get green cards per year, this green-cards-for-work labor system has allowed companies to build a foreign workforce of at least 800,000 mid-skilled foreign contract workers.

That huge mid-skill, no-rights workforce displaces hundreds of thousands of young Americans. This displacement slows technology growth, but it spikes profits by reducing pay, and it also reduces the chance that groups of U.S. or foreign tech workers can split off to create their own novel technologies and companies.

The NIF arranged the interview with Bush. It is part of a larger coalition of Zuckerberg-backed left-wing groups that are using street protests and lobbying to push Congress to pass multiple amnesties in 2021. George Soros has also supported the NIF’s spinoffs.

Bush explained that his personal low-profit, old-economy business on his estate could not survive if he had to rely on higher-wage, blue-collar American labor:

I’m a tree farmer — live oaks, red oaks if you need any … It’s not a very profitable business I want you to know, but it works because there are eight H-2B visa holders who come up [from Mexico] and work for us. They’re skilled, big family people, they send their money home to their families, but [the H-2B visa program requires] they have to go home every year for two months.

Then there’s a question as to whether or not the government let him back in after the two-year hiatus. That creates enormous uncertainty and if at some point, the government says “You can’t come back in,” then all of a sudden, we got a real problem.

“We’d benefit economically when people come to do work that needs to be done … and yet the system doesn’t recognize that now [because] it’s antiquated and broken, and it complicated, and it’s confusing,” Bush complained.

Bush explained why he does not favor Americans over migrants. “It depends on where you start your philosophy from. I started mine from ‘All life is precious, and we’re all God’s children.'”

Bloomberg: "On Immigration, George W. Bush Is a Portrait of Failure."
(We can never resist an excuse to post another article describing Bush's "Any Willing Worker" fundamental betrayal of every American family)https://t.co/8UQkglcUyc

While president, Bush’s poll ratings dipped to 33 percent in 2008 after he pushed amnesties in 2006 and 2007. Those amnesties included his “Any Willing Worker” plan, which would give American citizenship to foreigners if they agree to undercut Americans by taking jobs where employers offered meager wages.

“New immigration laws should serve the economic needs of our country,” Bush announced on January 7, 2004. “If an American employer is offering a job that American citizens are not willing to take, we ought to welcome into our country a person who will fill that job,” he said.

In April, the Cato Institute released a survey that showed that strong majorities of Americans believe U.S. immigration policy should first serve the interests of their fellow Americans, not of employers or investors.

“Nearly two-thirds (63%) of Americans say it’s more important when making immigration policy to consider what ‘benefits the United States and its current citizens,’” said the April 27 survey of 2,600 U.S. adults. The survey also showed that 60 percent of Americans want to reduce immigration by at least half.

Bush acknowledged the unpopularity of his plans. “There’s been a lack of leadership on the issue because … it is a very hot political issue,” Bush admitted to the NIF group. “Once an issue becomes politically hot, it’s very difficult to, you know, paint a positive picture.”

For many years, a wide variety of pollsters have shown deep and broad opposition to labor migration and the inflow of temporary contract workers into jobs sought by young U.S. graduates.

This opposition is multiracialcross-sexnon-racistclass-basedintra-Democraticrational, and recognizes the solidarity Americans owe to each other.

The voter opposition to elite-backed economic migration coexists with support for legal immigrants and some sympathy for illegal migrants. But only a minority of Americans — mostly leftists — embrace the many skewed polls and articles pushing the 1950’s corporate “Nation of Immigrants” claim.

The deep public opposition to labor migration is built on the widespread recognition that legal and illegal migration moves money away from most Americans’ pocketbooks and families.

Migration moves money from employees to employers, from families to investors, from young to old, from children to their parents, from homebuyers to investors, from technology to stoop labor, from red states to blue states, and from the central states to the coastal states such as New York.

Zuckerberg & his FWDus investors are funding many of the pro-amnesty groups doing street protests.
The funding is rational b/c the amnesty bills also inflate the population of consumers, renters, & blue- and white-collar workers. https://t.co/eF9iVlQBeW
