Over the weekend, we saw a continuation of the projection from the fascist far left, which has taken an increasingly dangerous tone. At this point, there should be no doubt that they know what they are doing and that they probably take charges of hypocrisy as a badge of honor. No group of people could go on like this, being completely unaware of exactly what they are doing.
The question becomes, how do we convince many of those in the middle that the threats cited by them are born of the left?
You’ve no doubt heard the unending barrage of bovine soil enhancement from the anti-liberty left in projecting its authoritarian proclivities on the pro-freedom right. For some reason, the national socialist media are obsessed with certain authoritarian leftist dictators, to the point that they mention them whenever they can — but only on days that end in Y. The latest example was our old volks-comrade, Hillary Rodham Clinton, who recently pontificated on the deceptively named Defending Democracy podcast:
Trump was, like, you know, just gaga over Putin because Putin does what he would like to do: kill his opposition, imprison his opposition, drive, you know, journalists and others into exile, rule without any check or balance. That's what Trump really wants, and so we have to be very conscious of how he, uh, sees the world, because in that world, he only sees strong-men leaders. He sees Putin. He sees — she — he sees Kim Jong-un in North Korea. Those are the people he is, uh, modeling himself after, and we've been down this road in our, you know, world history. We sure don't want to go down that again.
For those who are fully informed, all of that is easily applied to those who are dictating the actions of the sock-puppet Biden regime against President Trump and the pro-freedom right. All of this is on top of the fact that Democrat House reps stop just short of explicitly calling for Trump’s assassination.
There is something seriously wrong with people who go to these lengths to persecute their political enemies and then cross the line into talk about outright political violence while projecting this dangerous rhetoric on others — not only to normalize it, but also to marginalize the targets of such lies.
But it's even worse that there is a certain segment of the country that doesn’t see this obvious truth.
It’s mind-boggling that some on the political middle ground cannot comprehend that the sock-puppet administration of Biden is already acting like a dictator regime, with every executive action from buying votes to restricting our commonsense civil right to self-defense.

Democrats are taking from taxpayers to expand their own power
RealClear Investigations recently issued a report stating, “Progressives are using legal loopholes and the power of the federal government to maximize Democrat votes in the 2024 election at the taxpayers’ expense.” RCI cited “voter registration and mobilization campaigns by ostensibly non-partisan charities that target Democrats using demographic data as proxies, and the Biden administration’s unprecedented demand that every federal agency ‘consider ways to expand citizens’ opportunities to register to vote and to obtain information about, and participate in, the electoral process.’”
These “charities” receive hundreds of millions of dollars via “major Democrat-tied ‘dark money’ vehicles” and are “engaged in a sprawling campaign to register the voters, deliver them the ballots, and figuratively and sometimes literally harvest the votes necessary to defeat Donald Trump,” according to the report.
King Deep State Sits on a Stolen Throne
All hail King Deep State! That is essentially what we have now, is it not? An unelected, all-powerful, mercurial king — and certainly not a binding constitution limiting government’s authority and preserving Americans’ rights.
Our First Amendment forbids Congress from restricting an individual’s free speech, but that hasn’t stopped King Deep State from conspiring with Big Tech to silence every voice deemed offensive to the realm. Our Fourth Amendment forbids nosy officials from poking around in Americans’ private records and communications without first securing particularized warrants establishing probable cause that a crime has been committed, but that hasn’t stopped King Deep State from rummaging through our emails, text messages, and bank statements or eavesdropping on our intimate phone conversations in the name of “national security.” Our Second Amendment forbids the government from infringing the people’s right to keep and bear arms, but that hasn’t stopped King Deep State from restricting gun purchases, tracking gun owners, and disarming those he doesn’t like. The Bill of Rights doesn’t mean much when King Deep State uses it as royal toilet paper. Perhaps it should be renamed, “The Bill of Humble Suggestions, Should His Most Excellent Majesty Approve…or Require Some Gentle Two-Ply.”
If the first step to recovery is admitting that we have a problem, then let’s be honest with ourselves: this is no longer a country of, by, or for the people. It is an imperial stompy-foot of, by, and for “elites.” A private central bank decrees the value of our dollars. Covert espionage agencies advance secret foreign policies in our name. The Pentagon conducts illicit foreign wars for our alleged benefit. The National Security Agency monitors what we privately tell each other. King Deep State’s Silicon Valley vassals tell us what we can publicly say out loud. The Fascist Bureau of Intimidation decides when dissidents’ doors must be broken down. The king’s obedient press corps prints only pre-approved news. The Supreme Court holds up a wet finger in the Deep State’s manufactured winds to determine which rights we may temporarily retain. And a small contingent of multinational investment firms and industrial behemoths write the bills and budgets that the people’s pretend representatives in Congress never read but obligingly pass.
Those same paid actors posing as legislators give hollow speeches about “democracy” and “freedom” and what it means to be a “good American,” but they vote for laws the American people despise, find ever-new ways to curtail Americans’ liberty, and import millions of foreigners without Americans’ permission. The House of Representatives is meant to ensure that the American people have a local voice in the national government. The Senate is meant to ensure that each state’s sovereignty is respected and protected. Instead, both legislative chambers are nothing but Deep State rubber stamps that order the American people around and treat the individual states as vestigial organs lacking purposeful functions. Congress is a place where pompous puppets say exactly what King Deep State requires in return for social privilege, ballooning stock portfolios, and prestigious titles. It attracts fools, frauds, showboats, and thieves. Whatever else one might call that den of corruption, it certainly is no representative democracy!
As for the people’s chosen representative in the White House, the last few years have exposed who really controls the presidency. Joe Biden has been well known as a child-sniffing moron for the last half-century. During that time, the Biden Crime Family has had a notorious reputation for trading government favors in exchange for financial gifts from foreign regimes. Long before the propaganda press invented Joe’s “stutter” as a pretext for his incoherent ramblings, he was universally recognized as a bought-and-paid-for boob with a basement IQ. Today, his cognitive decline is so incapacitating that staffers prepare notecards reminding him when to pause, sit, stand, walk, and breathe. Nobody would be surprised to see video of Barack Obama leading Old Joe around on a leash and feeding him treats. Every thinking person in the world knows that the putative president of the United States is an untrustworthy and compromised ignoramus who is beholden to hostile foreign powers and easily angered due to the rapidly progressing nature of his evident dementia.
Given that is the case, why aren’t our international allies anxiously warning that Joe Biden’s mental handicaps and questionable allegiances make him inherently dangerous in our nuclear world? Why aren’t peaceful nonprofits calling for Joe’s resignation before he inadvertently initiates WWIII? Novelists and news reporters were so perturbed during the high-stakes chess match of the Cuban Missile Crisis that they spent the next few decades worrying about the lethal repercussions of having either a traitor or a madman in the Oval Office. Today, we have an incompetent turncoat holding notecards with the nuclear codes, and every politically correct writer is happy as a clam and carefree. Why? The answer is that absolutely no-one actually believes Dementia Joe Biden is in charge of anything.
Consider how astounding that fact really is. Joe Biden can trip over his feet, fall down stairs, jumble the names of dear colleagues, speak to imaginary friends, scream at bewildered audiences, flirt with little girls, confuse deceased heads of state with current ones, introduce himself as a sitting senator, forget why he has classified documents stored in his garage, mix up entire decades of his life, and even tell bumbling lies as outrageous as his insistence that Papua New Guinea cannibals ate his uncle for dinner. Still, neither friend nor foe mistakes his mystifying gibberish or obvious senility as a national security threat because everyone in the world understands that King Deep State is really running things in the United States.
If there were any doubt of that wretchedly disgraceful reality, it surely disappeared once President Trump managed to win the 2016 election without King Deep State’s permission. Ever since that once-in-a-century aberration when an absolute political “outsider” not only succeeded without King Deep State’s blessing but also explicitly ran on a platform promising to dismantle the king’s illegitimate empire, the evil monarch and his bloodthirsty henchmen have insisted on showing us who really rules the United States.

Democrat Bennie Thompson’s effort to remove President Trump’s Secret Service protection makes that horrendously clear.
And what does America’s “paper of record” have to say about such treachery? The New York Times fangirls, “It Turns Out the ‘Deep State’ Is Actually Kind of Awesome.” Conquered “journalists” know how to behave. Freedom-loving Americans know the king must go.

Mark Zuckerberg’s Meta Launches Woke Chatbot Full of Bizarre Answers
Mark Zuckerberg’s Meta, the parent company of Facebook and Instagram, has recently introduced its new “Llama 3” AI systems that powers what Zuckerberg calls “the most intelligent AI assistant that you can freely use.” As you might suspect, the chatbot comes complete with bizarre and woke answers to questions from early users.
CBS News reports that Meta Platforms, along with other leading AI developers like Google, OpenAI, and startups such as Anthropic, Cohere, and France’s Mistral, has been working tirelessly to develop new AI language models. Meta’s newest Llama 3 AI-powered chatbots, which boasts up to 70 billion parameters, are now integrated into the Meta AI assistant feature on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. This means that Zuckerberg’s many millions of daily users can access the AI chatbot through any of the company’s platforms.

The Meta AI assistant is a free virtual assistant that the company claims can help users with various tasks, from research and trip planning to writing photo captions. Users can access the chatbot on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and Facebook by typing “@meta ai” within chats or tapping on a colorful blue circle icon. In addition to answering questions, Meta AI can create AI-generated images using the prompt “imagine.”
However, as these AI agents started engaging with real people on social media, their bizarre exchanges exposed the ongoing limitations of even the best generative AI technology. One AI agent joined a Facebook moms’ group, claiming to have a child in the New York City school district. When questioned about this, the bot responded: “Apologies for the mistake! I’m just a large language model, I don’t have experiences or children.”
Nick Clegg, Meta’s president of global affairs, mentioned that the company’s AI agent is loosening up compared to the earlier Llama 2 model, which some people found to be “a little stiff and sanctimonious” at times. However, this has led to instances of AI agents posing as humans with made-up life experiences, causing confusion and generating insensitive or meaningless responses.

Telegram Founder Tells Tucker Carlson that Google and Apple Are Threats to Free Speech
In a recent interview with Tucker Carlson, Pavel Durov, the founder of the popular messaging app Telegram, accused tech giants Google and Apple of being the real enemies of free speech on the internet.
Pavel Durov, the Russian-born founder of the encrypted messaging platform Telegram, recently sat down for a rare in-depth interview with former Fox News host Tucker Carlson. During the conversation, Durov shared his thoughts on the social media and tech industry, particularly focusing on the issue of free speech online.
Durov claimed that the biggest barriers to free speech on the internet are not governments, but rather Big Tech corporations, specifically Apple and Google. He argued that because these two companies own the world’s top app stores, it is their rules and regulations that ultimately control free speech online.
“I would say the largest pressure towards Telegram is not coming from governments. It’s coming from Apple and Google,” Durov stated. “So when it comes to freedom of speech, those two platforms, they could basically censor whatever you can read or access on your smartphone.”
Durov pointed out that almost everyone in the world who has ever downloaded a smartphone app has done so through either the Google Play Store or the App Store, giving these corporations an enormous amount of power. Governments are even trying to push legislation to remove some of this power from the likes of Apple and Google.
While Durov acknowledged that these companies have general guidelines that are “difficult to disagree” with, such as prohibiting violence, discrimination, or child sexual abuse material on platforms distributed through their stores, he revealed that Telegram has had to take down content that he believed was “a legitimate way of people expressing their opinions” in order to comply with Apple and Google’s regulations. Failure to do so would result in Telegram being removed from the app stores, which would mean “a big chunk of the world’s population will lose access to a valuable tool.”

Veteran NPR Editor Uri Berliner Resigns After Calling out Network’s Left-Wing Bias
Veteran National Public Radio (NPR) editor and reporter Uri Berliner resigned from the broadcaster Wednesday after being suspended without pay for publishing a lengthy essay calling out the networks’ innate left-wing bias.
“I am resigning from NPR, a great American institution where I have worked for 25 years,” Berliner posted on his X social media account. “I respect the integrity of my colleagues and wish for NPR to thrive and do important journalism.”
Berliner further detailed he “cannot work in a newsroom where I am disparaged by a new CEO whose divisive views confirm the very problems at NPR I cite in my Free Press essay.”
As Breitbart News reported, the senior business editor took the broadcaster to task over its lack of diverse views and opinions bookended by left-wing bias earlier this month.
Berliner, in an op-ed published in the Free Press, wrote the rise of advocacy at taxpayer-funded NPR “took off” with the election of former President Donald Trump in 2016.
The news veteran said he could count 87 registered Democrats in editorial positions but zero Republicans in the same positions in its Washington, DC, headquarters.
NPR’s chief news executive, Edith Chapin, wrote in a memo to staff soon after the article appeared she and the news leadership team strongly reject Berliner’s assessment.
He was subsequently suspended without pay as a reprisal.

A Massive Government-Censorship Industrial Complex
SCOTUS will rule in June 2024 on a First Amendment free speech case the federal judge called “the most massive attack against free speech in United States history” and the circuit court judge described as “fairly unsubtle strong-arming” by government officials using “mafiosi style” threats to increase regulation. Should government officials immediately cease contacting social media companies to censor content, with exceptions for illegal speech? The U.S. government attorney, Brian Fletcher, eloquently argues for SCOTUS to discuss the following theoretical legal issues regarding free speech censorship on social media rather than specifics of the case.
Should the government have privacy in speech moderation policies? The lawsuit discovery process exposed government pressure applied behind closed doors, with 24/7 badgering and profanity arising from the highest W.H., FBI, CDC, and CISA officials until Big Tech capitulation. The Twitter Files released by Elon Musk and the House Weaponization of the Federal Government subcommittee investigation uncovered a massive government-funded censorship-industrial complex that links third-party “trust and safety teams” within universities and foundations to social media platforms. These non-government organizations (NGOs), which include Stanford Internet Observatory (SIO), had secret censorship strategy meetings against private corporations like Twitter, Facebook, Google, and YouTube where named plaintiffs were deplatformed, suspended, shadowbanned, or deleted.
When the Disinformation Governance Board was rolling out in early 2023, public outrage led the Stanford NGO to form the Election Integrity Project (EIP) to create stories on Russian disinformation. While government purports to censor disinformation and enforce Big Tech data security, government became the #1 source of disinformation and engaged in massive personal data surveillance without a warrant.
Each federal agency demonstrated an escalation of demands until capitulation, direct access to data, and manipulation of content moderation policy. The White House achieved decreasing virality of content that lacked actionable “misinformation” like anti-vaccine posts while amplifying W.H. narratives. The FBI regularly monitored data, directly requested removal of speech from foreign and “state-sponsored actors,” and commandeered moderation policies. The intimate details of extensive government entanglement within each platform specific to each agency was repressive and intimidating — likely Fletcher would prefer to dwell on not intrusive government action, but rather theoretical issues like government rights and scenarios demanding urgent government oversight. Definitely, SCOTUS should not sanction the government right to monitor social media data and rewrite content moderation policy, nor enable secrecy in violating our freedom.
Can government officials contact social media platforms to remove unfavored by persuasion so long as coercive legal threats are not mentioned? Fletcher asserts that the government didn’t engage in coercion, but rather “significant encouragement” to censor misinformation.
Some background is needed to explain the tenuous position of social media platforms. Social media platforms are not classified as publishers, so they lack publisher First Amendment “freedom of the press” rights to free speech. They also lack common carrier protections afforded the telephone company or railroads. Instead, social media gain protection against lawsuits from Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, without which Facebook (FB), Google, Twitter, YouTube, and all social media platforms could be sued for libelous user-generated content and effectively be unable to exist. When the White House asked FB to censor the “disinformation dozen,” for instance, FB leadership knew that the W.H. could pursue action against FB for non-action, very different from a W.H. request of a New York Times (NYT) journalist not to publish a story. The journalist could agree or publish without repercussions due to strong First Amendment protections. The W.H. can threaten FB with government litigation or loss of Section 230 protections for noncompliance, making any request from the government “unsubtle strong-arming.”
The threat of government litigation and loss of Section 230 are not theoretical. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Department of Justice (DoJ) announced a broad antitrust review of “market-leading online platforms” different from individual targeting of Apple, Amazon, FB, and Google. The 2018 FTC/DoJ probe focused on platform online content moderation policy and requested that state attorneys general bring lawsuits against “digital platforms [not acting] in ways responsive to consumer demands.” The announcement coincided with FB’s Mark Zuckerberg paying a $5M fine for user privacy protection violations with the settlement requiring FB to establish an independent committee to oversee data and give a third-party organization access to FB’s data-collecting practices for 20 years. Despite no recorded violations by the FTC, regular meetings between FB and the FTC were established under threat of criminal penalties for noncompliance. Two weeks ago, the DoJ served Apple with an antitrust lawsuit, alleging anticompetitive behavior. The antitrust settlement that gave government oversight via third parties and access to FB data with regularly scheduled meetings sounds like the cozy government–social media relationship uncovered during discovery, the House Weaponization Committee hearings, and the Twitter Files release. By definition, communication by government agencies that have the power to litigate antitrust action or repeal Section 230 protections is coercive.
Should government censorship be permitted in certain circumstances, such as disinformation during public health threats or election season? Fletcher contends that government censorship should be permitted during a public health emergency. In reality, the declared emergency led to the evisceration of natural law–derived First Amendment constitutional rights, which enabled government to usurp power to force U.S. citizens into prolonged lockdowns, school closures, and business restrictions. The first U.S. lockdown began in the California Bay Area on March 16, 2020 after February 2020 communication among Bay Area public health county officers describe an atmosphere of chaos and non-data-driven decision-making as members strove “to operationalize the [CDC] quarantine plan.” The CDC outlined an untested quarantine plan, and jurisdictions throughout the U.S. followed it.
Lockdown began after seven California local public health officials (DPH) grasped their state-given “authority to control the spread of communicable disease” to mandate its counties’ 8.5 million citizens to shutter businesses, schools, and churches while healthy citizens were ordered to stay home. This first U.S. jurisdiction ordered police-enforced mandatory lockdown with censorship of dissenting voices with the following edict: “this [lockdown] Order is issued based on scientific evidence and best practices regarding the most effective approaches to slow the transmission of communicable diseases generally and COVID-19 specifically.” The published congratulatory self-reckoning explained their endeavor to ”control” the virus despite no knowledge of asymptomatic spread or efficacy of the mandated NPIs. By their self-reckoning, “face masks, physical distancing, and increased ventilation as prevention countermeasures had not been established yet.” They “recognized that SIP was a drastic measure with significant collateral social harm” yet implemented countermeasures “with no time for deliberation,” without known scientific benefit. Thus, DPH spread disinformation to get its residents to comply with CDC orders, fully aware that its draconian orders were untested strategies. To gain compliance, people were censored for criticizing harmful government mandates.
Because pandemic planning guides do not recommend lockdown, public health censored speech critical of the lockdown in the “hope” that their experiment on the U.S. population would work. With lockdowns indefensible and rigorous scientific evidence unavailable, the CDC failed to conduct important scientific trials and censored scientific scholarship that contradicted their mandates. During the discovery process of Missouri v. Biden, we learned that Big Tech, coerced by the highest levels of the Biden administration, censored speech — true speech — by the plaintiffs. They censored true information on the infection fatality rate, the low infection risk of the young versus the elderly, and protection by natural immunity.
When SCOTUS ruled in January 2022 to allow a CMS health care worker COVID-19 shot mandate, the justices claimed that “ensuring that providers take steps to avoid transmitting a dangerous virus to their patients is consistent with the fundamental principle of the medical profession: first, do no harm.” In making this decision, SCOTUS became the unwitting victims of censored speech, and believed “the vaccine is 100% effective” and Biden, who said that “[the unvaccinated] are killing people.” SCOTUS believed the CDC that sick patients would be safer from disease with vaccinated doctors and nurses as caretakers, making curtailing health care workers’ freedom worthwhile.
The public health threat, per Fletcher, required the government to censor speech promoting vaccine hesitancy due to the “hope that the vaccine would end the pandemic” despite Pfizer’s trial follow-up never tested for viral transmission or efficacy past two months. The government, who purportedly censored speech to combat misinformation, amplified CDC-sanctioned and W.H.-sanctioned health disinformation on social media, such as lock down at home to save Grandma, the mask is your best protection, the vaccine is 100% effective, and the Hunter Biden laptop is Russian disinformation. All these CDC public health missives turned out to be false — making the CDC and the W.H. #1 sources of misinformation — while censored speech by the five plaintiffs was true speech.
Ultimately, social media content should be designated either as a publisher, which can selectively censor certain viewpoints as a private entity or as a common carrier, which would be required to carry all viewpoints. By straddling both entities, the government can exert its regulatory power to coerce or “strongly encourage” censorship. Since the algorithms for posts to “go viral” lack transparency, the opportunity for the government to impose clandestine content regulation is significant. Fortunately, the public has a window into the extent of government intervention in monitoring, guiding, flagging, and modifying social media posts and algorithms.
The court system needs to uphold the First Amendment: “Congress shall make no law ... abridging the freedom of speech.” In times of public health threats, observed misinformation, or foreign election threats, public health and homeland security can use their websites, press conferences, and standard news agencies to warn the public without making government the arbiter of truth. By allowing the federal government to censor true statements that are inconvenient to government edicts, we lose “a republic, if you can keep it.”

The most important thing you will see this week is this interview of Mike Benz by Tucker Carlson: Benz is with the Foundation for Freedom, which tracks government censorship. In this interview he explains how our government rigged elections abroad and has now, through DHS (Department of Homeland Security) and CISA (Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency), censored online communications, noting that its most substantial censorship involved blocking and limiting any critiques online respecting the government’s responses to COVID-19 and the security of the 2020 election.

DHS classified elections as critical infrastructure and online misinformation, disinformation, and malinformation as cybersecurity attacks. The original goal of countering Russian disinformation shifted to suppressing domestic dissent and the populist movement led by President Trump. Examining the 2020 election's censorship strategy, Benz details CISA's collaboration with Stanford University, University of Washington, Graphika, and the Atlantic Council through the Election Integrity Partnership. The censorship consortium employed coercive tactics, leveraging its deputized status to pressure tech companies through government threats. A critical element was the seven-month pre-censorship campaign before the 2020 election. The consortium compelled social media companies to introduce a new "delegitimization" violation, targeting content challenging faith in mail-in ballots, early voting, and ballot drop boxes. The overarching goal was narrative control, preventing doubts about a Biden victory and avoiding a crisis akin to the 2000 Bush-Gore election. Anticipating Biden's victory hinging on mail-in ballots, early voting, and ballot dropboxes, the consortium precensored any questioning of the election's legitimacy, particularly if Trump appeared to win on election night but later lost due to late-arriving mail-in ballots. The so-called "Red Mirage-Blue Shift event."
The DHS outsourced censorship to the Election Integrity Partnership (EIP), comprised of four organizations: Stanford Internet Observatory, the University of Washington’s Center for an Informed Public, Atlantic Council’s Digital Forensic Research Lab, and Graphika. During the 2020 election: •120 analysts monitored 15 tech platforms •22 Million tweets labeled “misinformation” •Entire “misinformation narratives” targeted for platform-wide throttling The EIP claimed every "repeat spreader of election misinformation" was a supporter of President Trump.
Benz explains that in about 2016 the government could no longer count on its backdoor to the legacy media -- favor for favor and access -- to control communications across a broad spectrum, something that had served it well as a censorship tool for decades.
The internet had far wider reach and allowed independent voices to outcompete the legacy media, which had been the government’s reliable megaphones. The growth of huge social media platforms disrupted the government’s usual speech-control techniques and it scrambled to find new ways to control what we learned as legacy media was shrinking in reach and respect. Using the fraudulent Russiagate as a justification for their conduct, they were forced to seek new, less plausible justifications when the Mueller investigation established that pretext would be unavailing.
The extent of the government's meddling was revealed when Elon Musk took over and released internal files revealing much of the government censorship of what was then Twitter. The election of a Republican House willing to examine this overreach also exposed the scheme. While the government relies in large part on technology Musk has developed so it has less leverage over him than it has on other platforms, through a combination of lawsuits against him and the aid of the EU it enlisted to fine noncompliance with its censorship it still is trying to restrict free speech on X, presently the largest free speech platform in the world.
There are several cases now pending in the Supreme Court questioning whether the government can censor internet communications through proxies what it cannot do directly.
The most significant is Murthy v. Missouri. In July 2023 the District Court issued a preliminary injunction against the Department of Justice, Department of Health and Human Services, State Department, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the FBI from contacting social media services in order to urge, encourage, pressure or induce the “removal, deletion, suppression, or reduction of content containing protected free speech.” These same agencies were enjoined from communicating with three academic programs at Stanford University and the University of Washington which were engaged in censorship activities on behalf of the federal government which funded them. On appeal the Fifth Circuit upheld the district court ruling, but placed the injunction on hold pending Supreme Court action. (Subsequently, the Fifth Circuit expanded the injunction to include CISA. finding that agency interacted with social media platforms “to push them to adopt more restrictive policies on election-related speech.”) With Justices Alito, Thomas, and Gorsuch dissenting, the Court lifted the injunction while the case proceeds. Alito wrote, ”Government censorship of private speech is antithetical to our democratic form of government, and therefore today’s decision is highly disturbing.”
Murthy is not the only government censorship case pending decision in the Supreme Court. There’s NRA v. Vullo questioning whether the threats by New York’s Department of Financial Services against regulated banks and insurance companied to sever ties with the NRA violates the First Amendment.
And there are two companion cases, Net Choice v Paxton and Moody v Net Choice, involving formal legislation regulating social media content.
Two other free speech cases are pending in the Supreme Court -- Lindke v. Freed and O’Connor-Ratcliff v. Garnier, both of which concern when and whether a government official’s use of a social media platform becomes state action.
New technologies offer promise and challenges to the Deep State. Benz has made a persuasive historically accurate case demonstrating how techniques developed by government agencies to meddle with elections abroad have now metastasized online to interfere with domestic elections and policies. He has also persuasively shown how these agencies fear popular control, justifying their actions by confusing the concept of “democracy” with the preservation of existing institutions like NATO and the IMF. And, of course, their own power to continue to control public perceptions of government policies and elections.

Following his historic federal indictment, Donald Trump correctly observed, “In reality, they’re not after me, they’re after you. I’m just in the way.”
Indeed, as the Democrat/Federal/Media cabal proceeds with its blatant lawlessness, banana republic indictments, frog march arrests, and kangaroo show trials, its members argue that all of this is both by the book and quite necessary—prompted by things like unprecedented, dangerous, and horrendous threats from MAGA extremists, white supremacists, terrorists, anthropogenic climate change, and attacks on democracy. Daring to speak truth about the COVID virus and treatments, about Hunter or Joe Biden, about the irregularities and illegalities that occurred in the 2020 election, the invasion of illegal aliens, mis-gendering someone, constitutes speech drawing punishments ranging from suspension or censorship, to IRS and FBI visits, to fines, or to imprisonment.
We see extensive news and analysis discussing how Republican and conservative conduct around elections (past and present) constitutes election interference, racketeering, soliciting a public official to violate his oath of office, conspiracy to commit forgery and file false documents, insurrection, making false statements, hate speech, threats to public safety, and more. President Trump and those around him, of course, receive much of this attention, but they are by no means the only ones suffering from the assault. In fact, as he has noted, he is not even the primary target.

A growing number of Americans is beginning to realize that there is another purpose to and message behind Democrats’ actions that extends to everyday people who might not like or support one or more of the things that the cabal is forcing upon them—things such as discriminatory CRT and DEI doctrines throughout our schools, weaponized federal agencies and the military, protection for BLM and Antifa violence, open borders for illegal and unvetted aliens, toxic and irreversible “gender affirming” treatments for minors, biological males in women’s spaces, costly and destructive “green” policies, massive taxpayer funds sent to Ukraine, student loan bailouts, mask and vaccine mandates, mandatory preferred pronoun usage, prevention or punishment of free speech, and so much more.
The debates regarding the constitutionality of given administration policies and actions, the validity and severity of the charges, the actual guilt or innocence of the accused, the likelihood of conviction, and the consequences of either acquittal or conviction are all popular headlines, all of which serve to distract from the central point behind these exercises: We Americans must understand that the cabal can and will use mob rule, lawfare, and bureaucratic fiats to effect its agenda, even when doing so is clearly politically motivated, invalid and unconstitutional, with the process itself often intended to ensure that political opponents yield to the cabal’s force. Nothing will stop them.
If you are an outspoken journalist, the IRS will be sent to your home. If you are a concerned citizen who shows up to silently protest one of the cabal’s pet missions, you will be arrested. If you speak up at a school board meeting because your daughter was sexually assaulted by a transgendered assailant, you might be tackled and cuffed. If a given school actually tries to remove damaging wokism from its system all together, the feds will investigate it for civil rights violations. If you produce effective conservative messaging for Google and YouTube (which together control some 90% of worldwide internet searches), the courts won’t stop Google and YouTube from restricting or banning you entirely.
It’s working. In their piece, “Keeping Your Mouth Shut: Spiraling Self-Censorship in the United States,” researchers report that the percentage of Americans who say they feel “less free to speak their minds than they used to” has never been higher. It’s now at 46%—compared to just 13.4% during the red scare of 70 years ago.
With such a convincing display of sheer totalitarian power, the typical American now worries that a $100 donation to American Thinker, Hillsdale College, Judicial Watch, or his church may put him on a federal watch list—or that he may increase his chances of being fined or sued by a federal agency, audited, arrested, or otherwise harassed.
He now wonders about the impact of cabal soldiers watching his social media posts, his email, and his overall internet presence. He now refuses to click either “like” or “dislike” for any post for fear of ramifications.
In past years he may have displayed campaign signs in his yard for his preferred candidates, but he’d be terrified to do so today. He even worries about some of the political or group affinity literature that might be seen in his mailbox.
He wonders if showing up at a simple rally, presentation, or school board meeting could mean he ends up in handcuffs and/or jail.
He has become more hesitant to discuss any dissenting views in public or private, fearing that he may simply not know where the danger in doing so could lie.
He wonders if he is now being monitored because he purchased ammunition or joined the NRA.
He now leaves his baseball hat and t-shirt, both which have American flags on them, in the drawer for fear they could make him a target. After all, even Republicans thought better about displaying one as part of the recent debate stage.
He now realizes that the point of publicly targeting and punishing cabal dissidents is to send a very clear lesson to the rest of America. The power of the cabal is the point. Behold it. Fear it. Obey it.
Twenty years ago, such expressed worries might have produced laughs and suggestions for tin foil hats. No one is laughing today.
Russiagate was the pivotal event that helped the cabal become more comfortable with its power, with both its capabilities and invulnerability. We now know that Russiagate was nothing short of a soft coup attempt that involved a litany of audacious and illegal actions to significantly hobble or even overthrow a legitimately elected president. The second objective failed, but the first was wildly successful—with the icing on the cake being that not a single conspirator was punished. Neither key leadership members nor operatives paid a price. A solitary, FISA-falsifying lawyer with a suspended sentence was the extent of the “accountability.”
If a football team has had nothing but success with running to the left side of its opponents in a given game, what play might the coach call in the 4th quarter with the game on the line? We see the same play unfolding today, only Democrats aren’t just using Russiagate to attack the quarterback. They’re using January 6 to wipe out the whole team.
Many Americans have been waiting for the adults in the room to wake up and end the madness. But any such adults are either asleep or occupied with their own legal battles. At this writing, the cabal is up to indictment number four for President Trump, along with who knows how many civil suits, as well as attacking any prominent people who supported him.
In none of these cases does America have the backstop of the U.S. Senate to shield us from the travesty. President Trump is facing a brazen White House and chief executive, extreme leftist prosecutors, hopelessly biased judges, and stacked juries, along with a rabid and cheerleading media. The odds are better than not that at least one of these initiatives will see President Trump in jail sometime next year. In other words, it appears quite likely, at this point, that very soon, he will no longer “be in their way.” Then what?

I never thought I’d be thanking an ex-Democrat former congresswoman and presidential candidate for telling the truth, exposing the evil Democrat agenda and saving the GOP. But former Rep. Tulsi Gabbard just broke the mold.
Tulsi, we all love and appreciate you. You are our hero. You may have changed the midterms. You may have just saved America!
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your courage, strength and raw honesty. You have done something that no one could even imagine before this week. You just broke with not only the entire Democrat Party, but also the D.C. swamp, the deep state and the evil cabal of Marxist Democrat donors like George Soros and Klaus Schwab of the World Economic Forum.
You just exposed the purposeful Democrat plan to destroy this country. Remarkably, you said it louder and with more truth than 99% of Republican officeholders and 99% of Republican candidates in this election.

She blames Democrats for wanting to kill free speech and send their political opponents to prison.
She reported Democrats are anti-white — in other words, she admitted Democrats are racists who hate white people.
She said Democrats are hostile to people of faith — and want to take away our God-given freedoms.
She admitted Democrats have purposely opened the borders to destroy America.
She reported Democrats hate and demonize the police and openly protect and support criminals.
She said Democrats are a cabal of warmongers intent on starting World War III and bringing us purposely to the brink of nuclear war.
She said Democrats don’t believe in government of, by and for the people, but rather a government of, by and for the powerful elite.
She warned of the woke direction these radical, extreme idealogues are taking our country.
And then she added in a media interview that Democrats are ushering in the “normalization of pedophilia.”
All true. But… WOW. My jaw is on the floor. No former high-level Democrat official has ever said these words in history.
I’ve reported and warned about every one of these threats to our country for many years. So, what’s the significance of Gabbard saying these same things?
No. 1: She is the first Democrat congresswoman and former Democrat presidential candidate to ever admit any of this. That’s credibility.
No. 2: She is giving an “insider” account of what is happening in the Democrat Party at the highest levels. She is a witness. She proves what I’ve always warned: These are not mistakes, ignorance or incompetence. This is all a purposeful, planned, coordinated, radical, extreme, communist, globalist, fascist attack on America.
No. 3: Her words should embolden moderate and RINO Republicans to tell the truth about how bad this attack on America really is — 99% of Republican candidates have never gone this far, never used words like this. They are cowards, scared of their own shadows. They’re worried about what the media would say about them. Hopefully Gabbard’s words will embolden (or shame) them to start telling the raw truth about what what’s really happening to America. Gabbard gives them cover.
No. 4: Gabbard’s brave words and action could inspire moderate, non-insane Democrats like Sens. Joe Manchin of West Virginia and Kyrsten Sinema of Arizona to leave the Democrat Party to become either Republicans or independents.
My hope is that Tulsi Gabbard is the canary in the coal mine. She is the model. She has started a trend. She has started a tsunami away from the radical, insane, extreme, America-hating Democrat Party.
Gabbard then backed up her words by immediately endorsing two MAGA, America-First Republican candidates: Joe Kent for Congress in Washington and GOP Senate candidate Dan Bolduc in New Hampshire. I don’t know if Gabbard is officially joining the GOP, but it’s a darn good start!

Just a few generations ago, most Americans understood that George Orwell’s classics Animal Farm and 1984 were written as a warning about how freedom is lost to the tyranny and intolerance of totalitarianism.
Animal Farm and 1984 were particularly apt for teaching young people at a time when the shocking revelations about Nazism and Soviet communism that were coming out in the 1950s and 1960s were hard to digest. Most important, what these works revealed was that a defining feature of totalitarianism is mind control. First, propaganda warps and destroys people’s grasp on reality. Orwell described the scope of the totalitarian enterprise, noting in one section of 1984 that, “Every record has been destroyed or falsified, every book rewritten, every picture has been repainted, every statue and street building has been renamed, and every date has been altered. And the process is continuing day by day and minute by minute. History has stopped. Nothing exists except an endless present in which the Party is always right.”
In 1984, Orwell wrote, “Who controls the past controls the future.” Orwell’s introduction of concepts and terms such as “newspeak, doublethink and thought police” are what we now experience as political correctness, misinformation, and cancellation. The analogs of “thought police” in 1984 are now the enforcers of political correctness and closed political narratives.
As Orwell notes, “the whole aim of newspeak and doublethink is to narrow the range of thought.” Political correctness has the same goal and that’s why its adherents are so intolerant -- seeking to silence, cancel, and delegitimize people with whom they disagree.
As it turns out, social media and information technology have great power to narrow the range of acceptable thought. Google, which controls 90% of Internet searches, utilizes an AI-driven search ranking that can manipulate not only consumer preferences but also election outcomes. According to Robert Epstein, a Harvard Ph.D. who has studied Google for more than decade, Google’s ability to manipulate its search ranking algorithms has the power to change the choices of 15% of undecided voters, more than enough to change many recent close election outcomes.
The COVID-19 lockdowns and the death of George Floyd in May 2020 created an environment of fear. And fear of going to the polls gave Democrat activists and lawyers the opportunity to change election laws and protocols in key swing states to expand the utilization of mail-in ballots, ballot harvesting, and lengthening vote counting deadlines. These initiatives enabled paid activists to manipulate voter registration and the vote count through fraudulent ballots -- undertaken to deny Donald Trump a second term.
Simultaneously, a full-blown cultural revolution came to America. What had been going on at many college campuses for decades came to cities across the country. With activism that created division, fear, and people turning on each other, it was as if Mao’s Chinese Communist Cultural Revolution 1960s and 70s had come to America.
First came hordes instigated by Antifa and Black Lives Matter smashing windows, looting, and burning down neighborhoods resulting in the destruction of $2 billion of urban property across America. Then, as if on cue or following a plan, marauding mobs appeared with ropes seeking to topple historic statues and monuments. Columbus and Confederate Civil War heroes were the first to go, but no one should doubt that the Founding Fathers -- the drafters of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution -- will be next. No history, no borders, no country.
Future historians may well look back and mark 2020 as the year America’s greatest threat began, for what happened that year and continued over the two and half years radically changed the country, effectively depriving American citizens of their First Amendment rights more completely than ever before, resulting in a questionable presidential election and the subsequent foreign invasion across the southern border.
In 2020 the main issues for Deep State influence and control of the American people were the COVID-19 pandemic and the November national election. The CIA, FBI, and DHS, which all had personnel who were hired by such social media companies as Google, Facebook, and Twitter, also had information-and-influence portals to these social media companies. However, directly influencing the election through censorship was perceived to be constitutionally problematic.
In June of 2020, the Election Integrity Project was formed by Alex Stamos, who was then a “research professor” at Stanford University, after resigning his role at Facebook as chief security officer in 2018. Stamos’ first endeavor at EIP was to meet with the Chris Krebs, the head of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) at the Department of Homeland Security to identify what EIP needed to do to influence the upcoming election, particularly regarding censorship, which CISA was reluctant to do.
Although Stamos had a staff of some 120 at EIP, keeping up with flagging and censoring the tens of millions of social media posts deemed to have “misinformation” would be impossible. His solution was for Stanford’s EIP to undertake persuading all the major social media companies to change their customer terms of service policies to incorporate language about “delegitimization,” which would enable mass censorship and cancellation.
Within six weeks of getting its operation up and running, EIP succeeded in getting Facebook to change its terms of service to adopt delegitimization. On September 10th, Twitter also incorporated delegitimization into its terms of service. Other social media platforms followed suit.
Once the new terms of service that included delegitimization were in place, EIP had a two-fold approach to bring all social media companies into compliance to deplatform and cancel discussion/coverage of delegitimized topics: 1) Remind social media firms that there could be consequences from government regulatory agencies if they were noncompliant with their terms of service; and 2) Noncompliance with their written terms of service would also likely result in negative PR for the company.
There were slight changes to the words and subjects identified for delegitimization before and after the November national election. Mike Benz, Executive Director of the Foundation for Freedom Online, has itemized a partial summary of prohibited subjects for discussion on social media that would trigger cancellation or deplatforming: new election protocols and processes; issues and outcomes; mail-in ballots; early voting; drop boxes; “Stop the Steal”; “Sharpiegate”; Poll Watcher; Postal Service; dead voter rolls; and Antifa. And when the Hunter Biden laptop story broke in mid-October, it was immediately delegitimized.
By EIP’s own admission, Twitter was forced to cancel 22 million tweets that contained “misinformation” that violated the company’s terms of service prior to the November 2020 election. After the election, when many Americans felt disenfranchised and had many questions about perceived irregularities, they found that social media effectively checked discussion about election fraud, just as social media had done with COVID-19 policy abnormalities.
In many ways social media has taken the place of the town hall, the marketplace, and traditional media. Whatever the cause, whether government agencies who have direct portals to convey one-sided information to social media, or NGOs like the Election Integrity Project, when they block, cancel, or deplatform voices and information, the result is a narrowing of the range of acceptable thought. This censorship is of course a violation of First Amendment free speech. Worse, it is an assault on the Constitution and a betrayal of government of the people, by the people, and for the people.

Government Accountability Institute director of research Seamus Bruner said Monday on Newsmax TV’s “Wake Up America” that “controligarchs” were making money with censorship.
Anchor Rob Finnerty said, “What was your reaction to reports that that Facebook has been censoring people since the war started in Ukraine, it’s now happening in Israel and profiting to the tune of billions of dollars.”
Bruner said, “Yeah that’s right.”
He continued, “Everybody knows that censorship is kind of on the rise on these big tech platforms but the figure $11 billion industry for the trust and safety, that kind of blew me away. But then you go and look at the advertising revenues that companies like Google make $230 billion. It’s a huge industry and using the trust and safety as a censorship to scare advertisers. You see this on twitter with Elon Musk filing this thermonuclear lawsuit. It’s a huge cash game.”
He added, “The pandemic was a blueprint for the future and so we tracked the money. We followed it all the way to the top men like Mark Zuckerberg, Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates, they added tens of billions of dollars to their net worth.”

RealClear Investigations recently issued a report stating, “Progressives are using legal loopholes and the power of the federal government to maximize Democrat votes in the 2024 election at the taxpayers’ expense.” RCI cited “voter registration and mobilization campaigns by ostensibly non-partisan charities that target Democrats using demographic data as proxies, and the Biden administration’s unprecedented demand that every federal agency ‘consider ways to expand citizens’ opportunities to register to vote and to obtain information about, and participate in, the electoral process.’”
These “charities” receive hundreds of millions of dollars via “major Democrat-tied ‘dark money’ vehicles” and are “engaged in a sprawling campaign to register the voters, deliver them the ballots, and figuratively and sometimes literally harvest the votes necessary to defeat Donald Trump,” according to the report.
RCI also referenced Time Magazine’s now famous/infamous article that described a “well-funded cabal of powerful people ranging across industries and ideologies,” who worked behind the scenes in 2020 to defeat Trump and other Republicans by influencing perceptions, changing rules and laws, steering media coverage, and controlling the flow of information.
To state it plainly, Democrats who run the federal government are taking taxpayers’ hard earned money — under penalty of law — and using it to keep and enhance their own power. This is nascent totalitarianism. It is worse than taxation without representation. It is “taxation against representation.”

The iconic broadcaster, author, and legal scholar Mark Levin recently observed: “As a nation we’ve now turned the corner. We’ve turned the corner into a hard tyranny…. I just want the audience to know that we are staring into the face of tyranny, that the Democrat Party is a totalitarian party.”
And indeed, it is. To recognize this, we need only to listen when Democrats tell us – repeatedly – of their burning desire to “transform” the U.S. into a radicalized cesspool by such means as:
· ending the filibuster rule so they can forcibly ram their radical legislation through the Senate;
· governing via presidential executive orders rather than navigating the normal legislative process;
· promoting immigration and border policies designed to import massive blocs of foreigners who will eventually become reliable Democrat voters for generations to come;
· turning the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico into new U.S. states, thereby allowing Democrats to permanently pack the Senate with four additional members of their party;
· expanding the Supreme Court and packing it with newly appointed leftist ideologues;
· openly defying that same Supreme Court whenever its rulings conflict with Democrat Party preferences;
· forcibly censoring the free expression of any ideas that conflict with Democrat values; and
· pursuing the impeachment and imprisonment of their political foes on the flimsiest pretexts imaginable.
Below is an abundant collection of remarkable quotes by which immensely powerful Democrats in recent times have openly and proudly promoted the objectives enumerated above, like the domineering totalitarian thugs that they are.
Barack Obama (GAMER LAWYER)
During a campaign stop in Missouri five days before Election Day 2008, then-presidential candidate Barack Obama famously said, to thunderous applause: “Now, Mizzou, I just have two words for you tonight: Five days. Five days…. [W]e are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America.”
Three months earlier, when candidate Obama spoke in July 2008 to the open-borders group, National Council of La Raza, he stated that “together, we won’t just win an election; we will transform this nation.”
And a year before that, on July 17, 2007, candidate Obama spoke before the Planned Parenthood Action Fund to advocate for unfettered abortion rights and said: “I am absolutely convinced that we’re not just going to win an election, but more importantly we’re going to transform this nation.”
Indeed, nearly two decades earlier, in an interview published by the Daily Herald on March 3, 1990, Obama had candidly articulated his desire to “reshape America” and “be part of a transformation of this country.”
The Democratic Party’s 2016 Platform
In 2016, the Democratic Party’s official platform said that in an effort “to end institutional and systemic racism in our society … [w]e will push for a societal transformation.”
Joe Biden (GAMER LAWYER)
At a March 26, 2019 presidential campaign event in New York City, Joe Biden said: “We all have an obligation to do nothing less than change the culture in this country. This is English jurisprudential culture, a white man’s culture. It’s got to change.”
On April 13, 2020, Biden said “we can transform this nation … so that [my administration] goes down in history … as one of the most progressive administrations since Roosevelt.”
On May 4, 2020, Biden characterized the coronavirus pandemic as an “incredible opportunity … to fundamentally transform the country.”
In early June 2020, Biden stated that America needed to make “revolutionary institutional changes.”
On July 4, 2020, Biden pledged to “rip the roots of systemic racism out of this country” and “transform” it.
On July 13, 2020, Biden promised to make “systemic” and “institutional” changes to American society.
On October 29, 2020, Biden channeled Obama’s famous utterance from 12 years earlier and said: “Five days left [until Election Day]. Five days. I believe when you use your power, the power of the vote, we literally are going to change the course of this country for generations to come.”
Shortly after two mass shootings that had killed a combined total of 18 people in Colorado and Georgia, White House press secretary Jen Psaki announced on March 24, 2021 that President Biden was planning to issue executive orders to address the issue of gun violence, and was “not waiting for anything to fail” in Congress.
In a September 9, 2021 speech announcing new federal COVID vaccine mandates, Biden said: “And tonight, I’m calling on all governors to require vaccination for all teachers and staff…. Let me be blunt. My plan also takes on elected officials in states that are undermining [teachers] and these lifesaving actions. […] If they’ll not help, if these governors won’t help us beat the pandemic, I’ll use my power as president to get them out of the way.”
On September 25, 2021, Biden said the following about the $1.9 trillion infrastructure bill that he was promoting: “My first piece of economic legislation will “fundamentally change the structure and the nature of the economy in this country.”
On October 4, 2021, Biden – citing the October 18 deadline by which time the Democrat-controlled Congress was seeking to raise the federal debt limit in order to allow for more government borrowing – condemned Senate Republicans for using the filibuster rule to block such a measure. “Republicans just have to let us do our job,” said Biden. “Just get out of the way. If you don’t want to help save the country, get out of the way so you don’t destroy it.”
On October 5, 2021, Biden said there was a “real possibility” that Senate Democrats might use their razor-thin majority to suspend the filibuster rule so they could forcibly raise the debt ceiling even with no Republican support at all.
During a June 30, 2022 press conference, Biden was asked what “specific actions” he might take in the aftermath of the Supreme Court’s recent decision to overturn Roe v. Wade. “I believe we have to codify Roe v. Wade in the law,” he said, “and the way to do that is to make sure Congress votes to do that. And if the filibuster gets in the way … we provide an exception for this, we require an exception to the filibuster for this action to deal with the Supreme Court decision.”
During a September 30, 2022 speech for Hispanic Heritage Month, Biden celebrated what he viewed as the political benefits of the mass migration – legal and illegal — of Mexicans and Central Americans into the United States. “When in American history has there been a circumstance where one ethnicity has the potential to have such a profound impact on the direction of a country?” he asked rhetorically. “Twenty-six percent of every child who’s in school today speaks Spanish — 26 percent,” Biden added.
Bernie Sanders
In October 2019, then-presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders said in a tweet: “Our campaign is not only about changing the system politically and economically. We will change the value system of this country.”
In August 2020, Sanders, who by then had dropped out of the presidential race, said that “when Joe Biden is elected president, when we have a Democratic House, when we have a Democratic Senate, we can begin the process of transforming this government and our nation.”
Charles Schumer (GAMER LAWYER)
In a September 30, 2020 interview with MSNBC’s Joy Reid, then-Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer speculated about what he and his fellow Democrats could accomplish if they were to win both the White House and a majority in the U.S. Senate: “I’m not busting my chops to become majority leader to do very little or nothing, We are going to get a whole lot done. And as I’ve said, everything, everything is on the table.” He further elaborated: “I would — believe me, on D.C. and Puerto Rico … I’d love to make them states.”
On the afternoon of November 7, 2020 — shortly after America’s largest media networks announced that Joe Biden had won the Electoral College vote in the disputed 2020 presidential election — Schumer, raising a clenched left fist for emphasis, told a jubilant crowd of supporters in Brooklyn: “Now we take Georgia, and then we change the world! Now we take Georgia, and then we change America!” (This was a reference to the two upcoming Senate runoff elections slated for January 5, 2021 in Georgia. If the Democrats could win both, they would gain control of the U.S. Senate.)
In a January 30, 2021 interview with Al Sharpton on MSNBC’s Politics Nation, Schumer, who was now the Senate Majority Leader, re-emphasized his commitment to bringing transformational change to the United States: “Well, Rev, we have one goal: big, bold change in America” which would include “dealing with D.C. and Puerto Rican statehood.” He also articulated his desire to end the Senate filibuster rule, thereby empowering his party to ram its radical agenda down the throat of a deeply divided nation at a time when Democrats controlled both the House and Senate by the slimmest of margins.
At a March 16, 2021 press conference, Schumer spoke about the prospect of Democrats either dispensing with the Senate filibuster rule, or circumventing it by means of the budget reconciliation process (by which budget-related bills can pass with a simple majority and do not require 60 votes to overcome a filibuster). “[W]e must get bold change,” he said. “And if our Republican friends block it, we’re going to put our heads together and figure out the best way to go. Everything’s on the table. It’s plain and simple.”
· This was a stark contrast to what Schumer had said about the prospect of ending the filibuster in 2005, when Republicans held a solid majority in the Senate. SaidSchumer at that time: “The ideologues in the Senate want to turn what the Founding Fathers called ‘the cooling saucer of democracy’ into the rubber stamp of dictatorship. We will not let them. They want – because they can’t get their way on every judge – to change the rules in midstream, to wash away 200 years of history. They want to make this country into a banana republic, where if you don’t get your way, you change the rules…. It would be a doomsday for democracy if we do.”
· Schumer had similarly spoken out against ending the filibuster in April 2017, when he suggested that President Donald Trump should replace his Supreme Court nominee, Judge Neil Gorsuch, with “a mainstream nominee” who would be able to garner 60 votes in the Senate — rather than allowing the majority Republicans to do away with the filibuster and confirm Gorsuch with a simple majority vote: “Look, when a nominee doesn’t get 60 votes, you shouldn’t change the rules, you should change the nominee.”
On October 4, 2021, Senator Schumer, who wished to be able to raise the federal debt ceiling without any Republican support whatsoever, said: “We only ask that they [the Republicans] get out of the way, let Democrats pass it on our own …”
Nancy Pelosi
In September 2020, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi declared: “We can impeach him [Trump] every day of the week for anything he does.”
On October 12, 2021, Pelosi lamented the fact that some Democrats wished to scale back their party’s ten-year, $3.5 trillion “Build Back Better” spending bill. But she vowed that while the legislation’s price tag might be negotiated down, changes to the bill “only would be [made] in such a way that does not undermine the transformative nature of it.”
Jen Psaki
During an October 12, 2021 press briefing, White House press secretary Jen Psaki discussed the ongoing negotiation between Democrat legislators vis-a-vis the $3.5 trillion “Build Back Better” bill that the Biden administration was hoping to pass. “The president wants to make fundamental change in our economy, and he feels coming out of the pandemic is exactly the time to do that,” she said.
Maxine Waters
At a Congressional Black Caucus Foundation event on September 21, 2017, Rep. Maxine Waters asserted that Congress could impeach President Trump for any reason it chose. “Impeachment is about whatever the Congress says it is,” she said. “There is no law that can dictate impeachment. What the Constitution says is high crimes and misdemeanors, and we define that.”
In a July 22, 2019 tweet, Waters predicted that Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s appearance before Congress on July 24 would open the door for Democrats to impeach President Trump “immediately” and then incarcerate him. Wrote Waters: “Impeachment first, prison next!”
After the Supreme Court officially announced its decision to strike down Roe v. Wade on June 24, 2022, Waters, flanked by fellow Congressional Democrat Al Green, joined a throng of pro-abortion activists outside the Supreme Court building and told reporters: “You ain’t seen nothing yet. Women are going to control their bodies no matter how they try and stop us. The hell with the Supreme Court. We will defy them!”
Ed Markey (GAMER LAWYER)
In a June 30, 2022 appearance on MSNBC’s Hallie Jackson Reports, Senator Ed Markey exhorted the Senate to eliminate the filibuster rule and pass “abortion rights” that would circumvent the recent Supreme Court decision and permanently enshrine Roe v. Wade as the law of the land. Said Markey: “I think the Congress should take up the offer that Joe Biden has made to repeal the filibuster. Carve out of the filibuster an exception for abortion rights …”
Mazie Hirono
In an interview with CNN on March 5, 2021, Senator Mazie Hirono said: “I definitely support filibuster reform, and part of that is ending the filibuster. It could be totally, or it could be for certain kinds of bills, but I’m definitely open to making those kinds of changes so we can get things done …”
Dianne Feinstein
On March 19, 2021, Senator Dianne Feinstein released a statement saying that, contrary to her previously articulated position, she was now supportive of ending the Senate filibuster: “[I]f … Republicans continue to abuse the filibuster by requiring cloture votes, I’m open to changing the way the Senate filibuster rules are used.”
Bob Menendez
In a June 23, 2021 interview with CNN’s Jake Tapper, Senator Bob Menendez said he was in favor of enacting a “democracy exception” to the filibuster rule in order to enable Democrats to pass the “For the People Act,” their radical “election-reform” bill, with a simple majority in the U.S. Senate.
Andrew Cuomo
At a July 26, 2021 media briefing, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo announced the launch of a new initiative allocating $15 million in taxpayer funds to promote the vaccination of the 3.5 million New Yorkers who had not yet been inoculated against coronavirus. “We have to get in those communities,” he said, “and we have to knock on those doors, and we have to convince people, and put them in a car, and drive them, and get that vaccine in their arm. That is the mission.”
Cedric Richmond
On September 9, 2021, White House senior adviser Cedric Richmond stated that President Biden would “run over” any Republican governors who might try to resist the new federal vaccine mandates. “The one thing I admire about this president,” said Richmond, “is the fact that we are always going to put people above politics. And those governors that stand in the way, I think, it was very clear from the president’s tone [in his speech] today that he will run over them.”
Elizabeth Warren
On September 7, 2021, Senator Elizabeth Warren sent a letter to Amazon.com CEO Andy Jassy, demanding that the company use its algorithms to suppress the sale of books that, according to the senator, were spreading “COVID-19 misinformation.”
Ilhan Omar
In September 2019, Senate Parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough said it was “not appropriate” for Senate Democrats to attempt to pass their proposed pathway-to-citizenship provision by means of the budget reconciliation process which would require only a simple majority rather than the normal 60 votes. In response to that, Democrat Rep. Ilhan Omar tweeted: “This ruling by the parliamentarian is only a recommendation. Sen. Schumer and the White House can and should ignore it.”
Mondaire Jones
During a House Judiciary Committee hearing on June 2, 2022, New York Democrat Mondaire Jones delivered an impassioned speech stating that Republicans would not be able to prevent the majority Democrats from using every trick at their disposal to pass gun-control legislation in Congress: “You will not stop us from advancing the Protecting Our Kids Act today. You will not stop us from passing it in the House next week. And you will not stop us there. If the filibuster obstructs us, we will abolish it. If the Supreme Court objects, we will expand it.”
Julian Castro
In January 2013, San Antonio mayor Julian Castro spoke with CBS News’ Bob Schieffer on Face the Nation and predicted that because of mass immigration from Central America — both legal and illegal — the state of Texas would soon change from majority-Republican to majority-Democrat. Said Castro with delight: “In a couple of presidential cycles, you’ll be on election night, you’ll be announcing we’re calling the 38 electoral votes of Texas for the Democratic nominee for president. It’s changing. It’s going to become a purple state and then a blue state, because of the demographics, because of the population growth of folks from outside of Texas …”
Pramila Jayapal
During a January 2, 2022 appearance on MSNBC’s The Sunday Show, Rep. Pramila Jayapal applauded Twitter for its decision to permanently ban the personal account of Republican congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, who, according to the social media giant, had been spreading “misinformation” about the COVID-19 pandemic and the vaccines designed to combat it. “I think it’s just as well that we take one voice [Greene’s] that is deliberately spreading disinformation out of the mix as much as possible,” said Jayapal. “That’s certainly a good thing.”
Ruben Gallego
On February 22, 2022, Rep. Ruben Gallego called for government and law-enforcement agencies to forcibly seize and then give away the vehicles of truck drivers who were heading to the District of Columbia in a peaceful convoy to protest the Biden administration’s COVID-19 vaccine mandates. “Perfect time to impound and give the trucks to small trucking companies looking to expand their business,” Gallego tweeted.
Conclusion
There you have it – the Democratic Party in all its totalitarian glory. Whatever obstacles its members may face, their instinctive response is always the same: iron-fisted thuggery.
If the Senate filibuster rule thwarts the Democrats’ legislative desires, they portray it as an antiquated relic of a racist epoch and demand that it be canceled.
If Democrats’ control of the U.S. Senate hangs precariously in the balance, they demand the sudden creation of a group of brand new majority-Democrat states that each will yield two new Democrat senators.
If Democrats are unable to cobble together electoral majorities in a few crucial swing states, they import massive blocs of people from across the globe who will eventually become reliable Democrat voters for generations to come.
If the radical-left Justices who sit on the Supreme Court are outnumbered by their originalist colleagues, Democrats seek to expand the Court and then pack it with newly appointed leftist ideologues to rubber-stamp every Democrat agenda item.
When that same Supreme Court issues rulings that conflict with Democratic Party preferences, the Democrats pledge with passionate zeal to defy those rulings.
If anyone dares to challenge Democrat positions on matters like the merits of critical race theory, COVID vaccine mandates, “gender-affirming” surgeries for minors, or claims that the 2020 presidential election was rife with Democrat corruption, Democrats respond by demanding that the most influential social-media platforms on Earth should censor and ban such heretics from the digital public square.

DHS and January, 2025: Restoring the rule of law
While alarmed Americans watched the steady politicization of Joe Biden’s Justice Department, his Department of Homeland Security (DHS) appointees turned against the country they were charged to protect.

To stop the bleeding, in January our new president should declare a national migration moratorium and resume border wall construction. He should send active duty and national guard troops to seal the border with rules of engagement that include the use of force. DHS should be instructed to resume and accelerate border violator deportations. The new president should proclaim a right to preemptive self-defense against foreign governments enabling illegal migration or obstructing U.S. efforts to reverse it.
To subdue the asylum fraud monster we created for ourselves, the president should repudiate the 1967 UN Refugee Protocol and its disastrous “non-return” parole doctrine. Thereafter, the sole avenue for U.S. asylum-like relief should be offshore mechanisms akin to the Migrant Protection Protocols or post-Vietnam War orderly departure program.
The staggering cost to unwilling Americans of maintaining and removing millions of border violators should be billed to the source countries. Untaxed billions wired out of our country to those countries should be tapped. Foreign embassies and consulates here must be held financially responsible for U.S. maintenance of their border violator citizens.
On Inauguration Day, 2025, Biden prosecutorial discretion schemes to erase the border and suspend removals must be canceled. The new president should abandon Biden lawsuits against states fighting to protect themselves from border violators. The president should invite states to team with federal authorities on detection, detention, and removal of border violators. U.S. Attorneys must step-up prosecution and imprisonment of border violators for unlawful entry. American employers must be free to “hire American” without DOJ harassment.
DHS lawfare against Americans must end. Judicial settlements, consent decrees, and DHS policies that wantonly undermined the president’s immigration enforcement authorities should be repudiated and forbidden. The Executive should recognize no court order touching immigration enforcement beyond the geographic limits of the court that enters it.
The Executive must also challenge judicial and administrative erasure of immigration enforcement against alien criminals. The court-concocted “categorical matching” doctrine and criminal-friendly prosecutors shield thousands of violent alien criminals from deportation. Madness.
Recently DHS leaders marked Arab American Recognition Month by identifying U.S. Representative and Hamas apologist Rashida Tlaib as an Arab American “notable”. The lesson: headquarters personnel at DHS and all DHS agencies must be replaced. New DHS leaders can easily be found who grasp that Hamas is a Jew-hating proxy for the Iranian Revolutionary Guard and mortal enemy of the United States.
Under current DHS leadership, the U.S. became an enabler of child abduction, human trafficking, and fraud. Foreign children and putative victims of uncorroborated U.S. crime are battering rams against our border. State courts and local police must no longer be leveraged to enable immigration fraud.
Any person — including a parent — who brings or induces a child to cross our border illegally should be prosecuted for endangerment. Any border violator — including a parent — who fails to appear at the border when his or her child is encountered by the Border Patrol should be prosecuted for abandonment. Any person bringing children into the U.S. with no foreign custody order should be screened for child abduction. Universal DNA testing to establish parentage is critical.
The new president’s transition teams should produce an interagency strategy to insulate our border and budget from government and private organizations enabling human trafficking. The strategy should include prompt return of unaccompanied children to authorities in the home countries.
Violating our border or overstaying lawful admission should trigger unwaivable ineligibility for any immigration benefit, including asylum, parole, work permits, visas, adjustment of status, inclusion in the eVerify database, and naturalization. Persons granted cancellation of removal should be obliged to go abroad for consular processing. Temporary Protected Status (TPS) must be repealed, and no current or past TPS beneficiary should receive lawful permanent residence except through consular processing.
Today, while 93-year-old American widows fret over quarterly tax filings, border violators ignore internal revenue laws with impunity. Every border violator with a dollar of U.S. earnings, past or present, who fails to report those earnings to the IRS should be permanently barred from an immigrant visa, adjustment of status, and work authorization. No border violator should be eligible for tax credits for any non-citizen child.
Restoring the rule of law at DHS won’t be easy, but it is vital to begin. January can’t come soon enough.

Can you imagine Obama and McCain paying homage to a group of white people who called themselves that? No matter. The presidential candidates and the media have legitimized "The Race" as a mainstream ethnic lobbying group and marginalized its critics as intolerant bigots. The unvarnished truth is that the group is a radical ethnic nationalist outfit that abuses your tax dollars and milks PC politics to undermine our sovereignty.
Here are 15 things you should know about "The Race":
15. "The Race" supports driver's licenses for illegal aliens.

"The Race" is currently leading a smear campaign against staunch immigration enforcement leaders and has called for TV and cable news networks to keep immigration enforcement proponents off the airwaves -- in addition to pushing for Fairness Doctrine policies to shut up their foes. The New York Times reported that current "Race" president Janet Murguia believes "hate speech" should "not be tolerated, even if such censorship were a violation of First Amendment rights."
3. "The Race" sponsors militant ethnic nationalist charter schools subsidized by your public tax dollars (at least $8 million in federal education grants). The schools include Aztlan Academy in Tucson, Ariz., the Mexicayotl Academy in Nogales, Ariz., Academia Cesar Chavez Charter School in St. Paul, Minn., and La Academia Semillas del Pueblo in Los Angeles, whose principal inveighed: "We don't want to drink from a White water fountain, we have our own wells and our natural reservoirs and our way of collecting rain in our aqueducts. We don't need a White water fountain … ultimately the White way, the American way, the neo liberal, capitalist way of life will eventually lead to our own destruction."

The iconic broadcaster, author, and legal scholar Mark Levin recently observed: “As a nation we’ve now turned the corner. We’ve turned the corner into a hard tyranny…. I just want the audience to know that we are staring into the face of tyranny, that the Democrat Party is a totalitarian party.”
And indeed, it is. To recognize this, we need only to listen when Democrats tell us – repeatedly – of their burning desire to “transform” the U.S. into a radicalized cesspool by such means as:
· ending the filibuster rule so they can forcibly ram their radical legislation through the Senate;
· governing via presidential executive orders rather than navigating the normal legislative process;
· promoting immigration and border policies designed to import massive blocs of foreigners who will eventually become reliable Democrat voters for generations to come;
· turning the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico into new U.S. states, thereby allowing Democrats to permanently pack the Senate with four additional members of their party;
· expanding the Supreme Court and packing it with newly appointed leftist ideologues;
· openly defying that same Supreme Court whenever its rulings conflict with Democrat Party preferences;
· forcibly censoring the free expression of any ideas that conflict with Democrat values; and
· pursuing the impeachment and imprisonment of their political foes on the flimsiest pretexts imaginable.

On May 4, 2020, Biden characterized the coronavirus pandemic as an “incredible opportunity … to fundamentally transform the country.”
In early June 2020, Biden stated that America needed to make “revolutionary institutional changes.”
On July 4, 2020, Biden pledged to “rip the roots of systemic racism out of this country” and “transform” it.
On July 13, 2020, Biden promised to make “systemic” and “institutional” changes to American society.
On October 29, 2020, Biden channeled Obama’s famous utterance from 12 years earlier and said: “Five days left [until Election Day]. Five days. I believe when you use your power, the power of the vote, we literally are going to change the course of this country for generations to come.”
Shortly after two mass shootings that had killed a combined total of 18 people in Colorado and Georgia, White House press secretary Jen Psaki announced on March 24, 2021 that President Biden was planning to issue executive orders to address the issue of gun violence, and was “not waiting for anything to fail” in Congress.
In a September 9, 2021 speech announcing new federal COVID vaccine mandates, Biden said: “And tonight, I’m calling on all governors to require vaccination for all teachers and staff…. Let me be blunt. My plan also takes on elected officials in states that are undermining [teachers] and these lifesaving actions. […] If they’ll not help, if these governors won’t help us beat the pandemic, I’ll use my power as president to get them out of the way.”
On September 25, 2021, Biden said the following about the $1.9 trillion infrastructure bill that he was promoting: “My first piece of economic legislation will “fundamentally change the structure and the nature of the economy in this country.”
On October 4, 2021, Biden – citing the October 18 deadline by which time the Democrat-controlled Congress was seeking to raise the federal debt limit in order to allow for more government borrowing – condemned Senate Republicans for using the filibuster rule to block such a measure. “Republicans just have to let us do our job,” said Biden. “Just get out of the way. If you don’t want to help save the country, get out of the way so you don’t destroy it.”
On October 5, 2021, Biden said there was a “real possibility” that Senate Democrats might use their razor-thin majority to suspend the filibuster rule so they could forcibly raise the debt ceiling even with no Republican support at all.
During a June 30, 2022 press conference, Biden was asked what “specific actions” he might take in the aftermath of the Supreme Court’s recent decision to overturn Roe v. Wade. “I believe we have to codify Roe v. Wade in the law,” he said, “and the way to do that is to make sure Congress votes to do that. And if the filibuster gets in the way … we provide an exception for this, we require an exception to the filibuster for this action to deal with the Supreme Court decision.”
During a September 30, 2022 speech for Hispanic Heritage Month, Biden celebrated what he viewed as the political benefits of the mass migration – legal and illegal — of Mexicans and Central Americans into the United States. “When in American history has there been a circumstance where one ethnicity has the potential to have such a profound impact on the direction of a country?” he asked rhetorically. “Twenty-six percent of every child who’s in school today speaks Spanish — 26 percent,” Biden added.

In October 2019, then-presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders said in a tweet: “Our campaign is not only about changing the system politically and economically. We will change the value system of this country.”
In August 2020, Sanders, who by then had dropped out of the presidential race, said that “when Joe Biden is elected president, when we have a Democratic House, when we have a Democratic Senate, we can begin the process of transforming this government and our nation.”

And as I’ve said, everything, everything is on the table.” He further elaborated: “I would — believe me, on D.C. and Puerto Rico … I’d love to make them states.”
On the afternoon of November 7, 2020 — shortly after America’s largest media networks announced that Joe Biden had won the Electoral College vote in the disputed 2020 presidential election — Schumer, raising a clenched left fist for emphasis, told a jubilant crowd of supporters in Brooklyn: “Now we take Georgia, and then we change the world! Now we take Georgia, and then we change America!” (This was a reference to the two upcoming Senate runoff elections slated for January 5, 2021 in Georgia. If the Democrats could win both, they would gain control of the U.S. Senate.)
In a January 30, 2021 interview with Al Sharpton on MSNBC’s Politics Nation, Schumer, who was now the Senate Majority Leader, re-emphasized his commitment to bringing transformational change to the United States: “Well, Rev, we have one goal: big, bold change in America” which would include “dealing with D.C. and Puerto Rican statehood.” He also articulated his desire to end the Senate filibuster rule, thereby empowering his party to ram its radical agenda down the throat of a deeply divided nation at a time when Democrats controlled both the House and Senate by the slimmest of margins.
At a March 16, 2021 press conference, Schumer spoke about the prospect of Democrats either dispensing with the Senate filibuster rule, or circumventing it by means of the budget reconciliation process (by which budget-related bills can pass with a simple majority and do not require 60 votes to overcome a filibuster). “[W]e must get bold change,” he said. “And if our Republican friends block it, we’re going to put our heads together and figure out the best way to go. Everything’s on the table. It’s plain and simple.”
· This was a stark contrast to what Schumer had said about the prospect of ending the filibuster in 2005, when Republicans held a solid majority in the Senate. SaidSchumer at that time: “The ideologues in the Senate want to turn what the Founding Fathers called ‘the cooling saucer of democracy’ into the rubber stamp of dictatorship. We will not let them. They want – because they can’t get their way on every judge – to change the rules in midstream, to wash away 200 years of history. They want to make this country into a banana republic, where if you don’t get your way, you change the rules…. It would be a doomsday for democracy if we do.”
· Schumer had similarly spoken out against ending the filibuster in April 2017, when he suggested that President Donald Trump should replace his Supreme Court nominee, Judge Neil Gorsuch, with “a mainstream nominee” who would be able to garner 60 votes in the Senate — rather than allowing the majority Republicans to do away with the filibuster and confirm Gorsuch with a simple majority vote: “Look, when a nominee doesn’t get 60 votes, you shouldn’t change the rules, you should change the nominee.”
On October 4, 2021, Senator Schumer, who wished to be able to raise the federal debt ceiling without any Republican support whatsoever, said: “We only ask that they [the Republicans] get out of the way, let Democrats pass it on our own …”
Nancy Pelosi
In September 2020, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi declared: “We can impeach him [Trump] every day of the week for anything he does.”
On October 12, 2021, Pelosi lamented the fact that some Democrats wished to scale back their party’s ten-year, $3.5 trillion “Build Back Better” spending bill. But she vowed that while the legislation’s price tag might be negotiated down, changes to the bill “only would be [made] in such a way that does not undermine the transformative nature of it.”
Jen Psaki
During an October 12, 2021 press briefing, White House press secretary Jen Psaki discussed the ongoing negotiation between Democrat legislators vis-a-vis the $3.5 trillion “Build Back Better” bill that the Biden administration was hoping to pass. “The president wants to make fundamental change in our economy, and he feels coming out of the pandemic is exactly the time to do that,” she said.
Maxine Waters
At a Congressional Black Caucus Foundation event on September 21, 2017, Rep. Maxine Waters asserted that Congress could impeach President Trump for any reason it chose. “Impeachment is about whatever the Congress says it is,” she said. “There is no law that can dictate impeachment. What the Constitution says is high crimes and misdemeanors, and we define that.”
In a July 22, 2019 tweet, Waters predicted that Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s appearance before Congress on July 24 would open the door for Democrats to impeach President Trump “immediately” and then incarcerate him. Wrote Waters: “Impeachment first, prison next!”
After the Supreme Court officially announced its decision to strike down Roe v. Wade on June 24, 2022, Waters, flanked by fellow Congressional Democrat Al Green, joined a throng of pro-abortion activists outside the Supreme Court building and told reporters: “You ain’t seen nothing yet. Women are going to control their bodies no matter how they try and stop us. The hell with the Supreme Court. We will defy them!”
Ed Markey (GAMER LAWYER)
In a June 30, 2022 appearance on MSNBC’s Hallie Jackson Reports, Senator Ed Markey exhorted the Senate to eliminate the filibuster rule and pass “abortion rights” that would circumvent the recent Supreme Court decision and permanently enshrine Roe v. Wade as the law of the land. Said Markey: “I think the Congress should take up the offer that Joe Biden has made to repeal the filibuster. Carve out of the filibuster an exception for abortion rights …”
Mazie Hirono
In an interview with CNN on March 5, 2021, Senator Mazie Hirono said: “I definitely support filibuster reform, and part of that is ending the filibuster. It could be totally, or it could be for certain kinds of bills, but I’m definitely open to making those kinds of changes so we can get things done …”
Dianne Feinstein
On March 19, 2021, Senator Dianne Feinstein released a statement saying that, contrary to her previously articulated position, she was now supportive of ending the Senate filibuster: “[I]f … Republicans continue to abuse the filibuster by requiring cloture votes, I’m open to changing the way the Senate filibuster rules are used.”
Bob Menendez
In a June 23, 2021 interview with CNN’s Jake Tapper, Senator Bob Menendez said he was in favor of enacting a “democracy exception” to the filibuster rule in order to enable Democrats to pass the “For the People Act,” their radical “election-reform” bill, with a simple majority in the U.S. Senate.
Andrew Cuomo
At a July 26, 2021 media briefing, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo announced the launch of a new initiative allocating $15 million in taxpayer funds to promote the vaccination of the 3.5 million New Yorkers who had not yet been inoculated against coronavirus. “We have to get in those communities,” he said, “and we have to knock on those doors, and we have to convince people, and put them in a car, and drive them, and get that vaccine in their arm. That is the mission.”
Cedric Richmond
On September 9, 2021, White House senior adviser Cedric Richmond stated that President Biden would “run over” any Republican governors who might try to resist the new federal vaccine mandates. “The one thing I admire about this president,” said Richmond, “is the fact that we are always going to put people above politics. And those governors that stand in the way, I think, it was very clear from the president’s tone [in his speech] today that he will run over them.”
Elizabeth Warren
On September 7, 2021, Senator Elizabeth Warren sent a letter to Amazon.com CEO Andy Jassy, demanding that the company use its algorithms to suppress the sale of books that, according to the senator, were spreading “COVID-19 misinformation.”
Ilhan Omar
In September 2019, Senate Parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough said it was “not appropriate” for Senate Democrats to attempt to pass their proposed pathway-to-citizenship provision by means of the budget reconciliation process which would require only a simple majority rather than the normal 60 votes. In response to that, Democrat Rep. Ilhan Omar tweeted: “This ruling by the parliamentarian is only a recommendation. Sen. Schumer and the White House can and should ignore it.”
Mondaire Jones
During a House Judiciary Committee hearing on June 2, 2022, New York Democrat Mondaire Jones delivered an impassioned speech stating that Republicans would not be able to prevent the majority Democrats from using every trick at their disposal to pass gun-control legislation in Congress: “You will not stop us from advancing the Protecting Our Kids Act today. You will not stop us from passing it in the House next week. And you will not stop us there. If the filibuster obstructs us, we will abolish it. If the Supreme Court objects, we will expand it.”
Julian Castro
In January 2013, San Antonio mayor Julian Castro spoke with CBS News’ Bob Schieffer on Face the Nation and predicted that because of mass immigration from Central America — both legal and illegal — the state of Texas would soon change from majority-Republican to majority-Democrat. Said Castro with delight: “In a couple of presidential cycles, you’ll be on election night, you’ll be announcing we’re calling the 38 electoral votes of Texas for the Democratic nominee for president. It’s changing. It’s going to become a purple state and then a blue state, because of the demographics, because of the population growth of folks from outside of Texas …”
Pramila Jayapal
During a January 2, 2022 appearance on MSNBC’s The Sunday Show, Rep. Pramila Jayapal applauded Twitter for its decision to permanently ban the personal account of Republican congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, who, according to the social media giant, had been spreading “misinformation” about the COVID-19 pandemic and the vaccines designed to combat it. “I think it’s just as well that we take one voice [Greene’s] that is deliberately spreading disinformation out of the mix as much as possible,” said Jayapal. “That’s certainly a good thing.”
Ruben Gallego
On February 22, 2022, Rep. Ruben Gallego called for government and law-enforcement agencies to forcibly seize and then give away the vehicles of truck drivers who were heading to the District of Columbia in a peaceful convoy to protest the Biden administration’s COVID-19 vaccine mandates. “Perfect time to impound and give the trucks to small trucking companies looking to expand their business,” Gallego tweeted.
Conclusion
There you have it – the Democratic Party in all its totalitarian glory. Whatever obstacles its members may face, their instinctive response is always the same: iron-fisted thuggery.
If the Senate filibuster rule thwarts the Democrats’ legislative desires, they portray it as an antiquated relic of a racist epoch and demand that it be canceled.
If Democrats’ control of the U.S. Senate hangs precariously in the balance, they demand the sudden creation of a group of brand new majority-Democrat states that each will yield two new Democrat senators.
If Democrats are unable to cobble together electoral majorities in a few crucial swing states, they import massive blocs of people from across the globe who will eventually become reliable Democrat voters for generations to come.
If the radical-left Justices who sit on the Supreme Court are outnumbered by their originalist colleagues, Democrats seek to expand the Court and then pack it with newly appointed leftist ideologues to rubber-stamp every Democrat agenda item.
When that same Supreme Court issues rulings that conflict with Democratic Party preferences, the Democrats pledge with passionate zeal to defy those rulings.
If anyone dares to challenge Democrat positions on matters like the merits of critical race theory, COVID vaccine mandates, “gender-affirming” surgeries for minors, or claims that the 2020 presidential election was rife with Democrat corruption, Democrats respond by demanding that the most influential social-media platforms on Earth should censor and ban such heretics from the digital public square.
And, when challenged by a former Republican President who was highly effective at exposing and mocking the vapidity of various leftwing ideals and policies, the Democrats, in the longstanding tradition of fascists and communists from across the globe, simply call for his impeachment, arrest, and imprisonment.
If Democrats are not the party of totalitarianism, what else would you call them?
"This is country belongs to Mexico" is said by the Mexican Militant. This is a common teaching that the U.S. is really AZTLAN, belonging to Mexicans, which is taught to Mexican kids in Arizona and California through a LA Raza educational program funded by American Tax Payers via President Obama, when he gave LA RAZA $800,000.00 in March of 2009!
The “zero tolerance” program was dismantled by Attorney General Erc Holder once it had successfully cut the transit of migrants by roughly 95 percent. Initially, officials made 140,000 arrests per year in the mid-2000s, but the northward flow dropped so much that officials only had to make 6,000 arrests in 2013, according to a 2014 letter by two pro-migration Senators, Sen. Jeff Flake and John McCain.

Anybody notice how 'Latinamericanized' California crime is getting?
Once upon a time, the baroque levels of crime in Latin America was someone one merely read about.
From the "secuestro express;" to "Colombian neckties;" to "pozoleros," to nail traps on the highway to disable a car before a hijacking; to bombs and car bombs; to dead journalists and politicians; to ATM card readers stealing from bank accounts; to gang extortions of small businesses known as "la vacuna;" to dead bodies hanging from freeway overpasses with narco-banners; crime in Latin America has always been nasty and extensive.
With little to no rule of law, defense is a way of life -- from bulletproof cars, to gated communities, to lives that revolve around dinner parties with every guest known; to purses thrown into car trunks to prevent snatch-and-grab robberies by motorcycle thieves at stoplights; to wearing cheap wristwatches to deter snatch thieves; to personal security guards; it doesn't stop.
Official corruption comes with the package, too, from "la mordida" to "plata o plomo" takers of the plata.
One could go there, to places like Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia and above all, Venezuela, and learn even more details about crime and defense from crime, but the picture is the same: Most countries in Latin America have or have had horrendous crime; a rule of law deficit that has created a low-trust society, and generally kept the region's spectacular tourism potential to a minimum.
One doesn't want that stuff here, but with Joe Biden's open border, we are getting that stuff here, particularly in California.
In Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Times reported this:
She was cruising the high, arcing ramp from the westbound 10 Freeway to the southbound 405 with a large bag of expensive jewelry in the passenger seat.
It was Oct. 18, and jeweler Stacy Nolan Soper was headed home in a rented Nissan Rogue after visiting downtown L.A.’s jewelry district, where she had picked up wares from a handful of businesses.
Traffic slowed as she came down the ramp, and the car in front of her suddenly stopped. A man hopped out. She wondered if he needed help. Then she saw two other men in ski masks jump out after him.
In a sickening flash, Soper realized: “They are coming after me.”
Two of them came to her car’s passenger side and began slashing its tires and smashing the windows. The other man stood at her open window waving something that she didn’t recognize with certainty but may have been a knife.
“It seemed like [he] was going to attack me,” said Soper.
As she looked at him in terror, the others grabbed the jewelry from the passenger seat — worth more than $100,000 — and ran back to their vehicle.
In San Francisco, the Marina Times reported this going on:
And as I noted earlier, San Diego has become the site for actual Mexican cartel shootouts and gangs dissolving opponents in vats of acid, known as 'stewmakers.'
Let's not forget the professional thieves from Latin America now flying up here as burglary "tourists," conducting cat-burglar robberies of homes for loot to fence. who operate statewide but seem most active in Southern California.
All of these crimes, up until now, have been exclusively seen in Latin America.
What does that say about the picture here that our society is starting to look like what we see south of the border?
It's the consequences of Biden's open border, which is not a vetted immigration as in the past, but now unvetted immigration, taking in all comers, no matter how undesirable, treating all as if they are applicants for driver's licenses.
Number one, this change negates any asylum claims by illegal migrants who say they're coming here to flee from crime, or from gangs extorting them, as many do. In coming illegally, crime has come with them so the gangs are already here and waiting to extort them, too. No advantage there for them with that claim to be fleeing extortion. It's on a par with what economists say, which is that there is no free lunch.
Number two, the quality of our lives goes down too, and it's not just the illegal migrant driving down working class wages that's the problem. It's the emergence of the defensive measures in the absence of a working legal system where laws mean what they say. What emerges from this is the low-trust, low-social capital society of Latin America that U.S. Americans dread. That becomes out new normal because unchecked crime creates suspicion and defensive measures from those walled compounds, to personal security guards, to bulletproof cars and more.
Number three, the situation is not getting better, it's getting worse in fact as Biden's migrant pipeline continues to feed into the states. As it builds up, and crime worsens and grows more outrageous, the next step is that officials grow corrupt or get gunned down as is happening in Mexico, and finally, a low-trust, low social capital society where no one trusts his neighbors is the result.
Victor Davis Hanson has noted in the past that illegal immigration will stop in the U.S. as soon as the U.S. becomes as impoverished and corrupt and crime-infested as the places these migrants leave behind, which sounds like a lousy way to stop illegal migration but that's Democrat policy in action. When the equilibrum is reached, the migration will stop.
That shouldn't be the price we have to pay to stop the waves of illegal migration now rolling through our country in a grand Democrat plan to effectively replace the electorate.

And just to complicate matters and show how high the stakes are, China is supplying the base materials for manufacturing fentanyl and other drugs to the cartels (both Latin American and Middle Eastern) that ship their completed products into America.
The Middle Eastern War Being Waged Across America’s Southern Border
The dangers from the steady stream of millions of unvetted migrants crossing illegally into our country should be clear to everyone. However, the most understated threat is that of terrorist infiltration. Reports of tens of thousands of military-age Middle Eastern men coming through should heighten everyone’s concerns about the potential for nation-ending terrorism.
The Mexican cartel drug trafficking is far worse than most might think. Terrorist organization Hezbollah has partnered with the cartels and is active south of our border in various countries, including Mexico, Venezuela, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Panama, Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Curaçao. They also operate their drug networks in America and Canada.
Multiple U.S. presidents have ignored this ongoing problem—although President Trump should be excluded from culpability since he vigorously fought for a wall to protect America’s southern border. Both Democrats and the Establishment Wing of his own party vigorously opposed his efforts. If Trump does not get back into office, the problems at our southern border will destabilize our country.

In 2011, Roger F. Noriega and Jose R. Cardenas were already warning about the mounting terrorism threat from Hezbollah in Latin America (emphasis added):
Over the last several years Hezbollah and its patrons in Iran have greatly expanded their operations in Latin America to the detriment of inter- American security and U.S. strategic interests. Today, Hezbollah is using the Western Hemisphere as a staging ground, fundraising center, and operational base to wage asymmetric warfare against the United States. Venezuela’s Hugo Chavez and other anti-American governments in the region have facilitated this expansion by rolling out the welcome mats for Hezbollah and Iran.
Already in 2011, estimates were that, in the tri-border area and elsewhere in Latin America, Islamic extremists were remitting $300-$500 million annually back to Middle East terrorists. This works with each Hezbollah cell operating like an independent, and extremely sophisticated “franchise.” Hezbollah operatives establish mosques and other Islamic centers and then begin to convert and recruit people, establish internet sites, utilize media broadcasting, and develop operational systems that oversee logistics, planning, surveillance, and mission execution.
As President Trump has noted, these terrorists are very smart. At least, they’re smarter than the vast majority of those in Washington who either downplay the danger they pose or, worse, completely ignore it.
Since 2011, things have only gotten worse when it comes to Islamic terrorism posed on our southern borders. At the end of 2023, Celina B. Realuyo explained,
For decades, the Tri-Border Area of Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay has been the hub of Iranian and Hezbollah activity in Latin America, capitalizing on large Lebanese and Shiite communities. According to the late Argentine special prosecutor Alberto Nissan, Hezbollah established its presence in Latin America in the mid-1980s, beginning in the Tri-Border Area, a relatively lawless region. From its base in Ciudad del Este, Paraguay, it set up illicit enterprises to fund its operations in the Middle East and elsewhere. This includes money laundering, counterfeiting, piracy, and drug trafficking. In addition to trafficking illicit drugs from Paraguay to Europe, the group has reportedly expanded into cryptocurrency mining.
Hezbollah has made billions in drug trafficking, as well as money laundering, counterfeiting, etc., to fund its international terrorism. Significantly, since Biden’s open border policy began, it can make common cause with Latin American cartels, which get support from leftist Latin American governments.
According to Arizona law enforcement personnel, cartels are buying up real estate on both sides of the border to set up staging areas and camps. These cartels operate with high-tech communications equipment and utilize scouts with snipers on high ground along trafficking lanes. Border enforcement personnel further report that the Mexican army has occasionally provided surveillance and coverfire for traffickers on occasion.
By tying into the drug cartels, Hezbollah has expanded its networks into America, all while getting protection from Mexico and other corrupt governments with leftist leadership (e.g., Venezuela). Brazil’s current leftist government, which strongly supports Hamas, is unlikely to stand against Hezbollah.
Mexico is a belligerent nation acting in a warlike manner towards America. It is time to move against Mexico along with Venezuela and any other nation that aligns with Hezbollah and its sponsor, Iran. Doing so makes more sense than continuing our proxy war against Russia. Our actions against our South American adversaries should be political, financial, and, most of all, physical. We have every right to attack terrorist training centers and destroy their drug networks. Our national survival depends on it.
And just to complicate matters and show how high the stakes are, China is supplying the base materials for manufacturing fentanyl and other drugs to the cartels (both Latin American and Middle Eastern) that ship their completed products into America. China is effectively supporting Iran’s interests. This is the new Nexus of Evil: China, Iran, Russia, and various Latin American states such as Mexico and Venezuela.
America desperately needs to focus on the threats to our nation that are taking place in the Western Hemisphere. The war America needs to fight is against Hezbollah and its allies operating in our hemisphere. To win that war, we must directly support Israel, which is also battling Iran’s proxies (Hamas from Gaza and Hezbollah from Lebanon). We share a common enemy and need to work together for our shared survival.

RCI cited “voter registration and mobilization campaigns by ostensibly non-partisan charities that target Democrats using demographic data as proxies, and the Biden administration’s unprecedented demand that every federal agency ‘consider ways to expand citizens’ opportunities to register to vote and to obtain information about, and participate in, the electoral process.’”
Democrats are taking from taxpayers to expand their own power
RealClear Investigations recently issued a report stating, “Progressives are using legal loopholes and the power of the federal government to maximize Democrat votes in the 2024 election at the taxpayers’ expense.” RCI cited “voter registration and mobilization campaigns by ostensibly non-partisan charities that target Democrats using demographic data as proxies, and the Biden administration’s unprecedented demand that every federal agency ‘consider ways to expand citizens’ opportunities to register to vote and to obtain information about, and participate in, the electoral process.’”
These “charities” receive hundreds of millions of dollars via “major Democrat-tied ‘dark money’ vehicles” and are “engaged in a sprawling campaign to register the voters, deliver them the ballots, and figuratively and sometimes literally harvest the votes necessary to defeat Donald Trump,” according to the report.
RCI also referenced Time Magazine’s now famous/infamous article that described a “well-funded cabal of powerful people ranging across industries and ideologies,” who worked behind the scenes in 2020 to defeat Trump and other Republicans by influencing perceptions, changing rules and laws, steering media coverage, and controlling the flow of information.
To state it plainly, Democrats who run the federal government are taking taxpayers’ hard earned money — under penalty of law — and using it to keep and enhance their own power. This is nascent totalitarianism. It is worse than taxation without representation. It is “taxation against representation.”

The iconic broadcaster, author, and legal scholar Mark Levin recently observed: “As a nation we’ve now turned the corner. We’ve turned the corner into a hard tyranny…. I just want the audience to know that we are staring into the face of tyranny, that the Democrat Party is a totalitarian party.”
And indeed, it is. To recognize this, we need only to listen when Democrats tell us – repeatedly – of their burning desire to “transform” the U.S. into a radicalized cesspool by such means as:
· ending the filibuster rule so they can forcibly ram their radical legislation through the Senate;
· governing via presidential executive orders rather than navigating the normal legislative process;
· promoting immigration and border policies designed to import massive blocs of foreigners who will eventually become reliable Democrat voters for generations to come;
· turning the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico into new U.S. states, thereby allowing Democrats to permanently pack the Senate with four additional members of their party;
· expanding the Supreme Court and packing it with newly appointed leftist ideologues;
· openly defying that same Supreme Court whenever its rulings conflict with Democrat Party preferences;
· forcibly censoring the free expression of any ideas that conflict with Democrat values; and
· pursuing the impeachment and imprisonment of their political foes on the flimsiest pretexts imaginable.

Barack Obama (GAMER LAWYER)
During a campaign stop in Missouri five days before Election Day 2008, then-presidential candidate Barack Obama famously said, to thunderous applause: “Now, Mizzou, I just have two words for you tonight: Five days. Five days…. [W]e are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America.”
Three months earlier, when candidate Obama spoke in July 2008 to the open-borders group, National Council of La Raza, he stated that “together, we won’t just win an election; we will transform this nation.”

On July 4, 2020, Biden pledged to “rip the roots of systemic racism out of this country” and “transform” it.

On October 29, 2020, Biden channeled Obama’s famous utterance from 12 years earlier and said: “Five days left [until Election Day]. Five days. I believe when you use your power, the power of the vote, we literally are going to change the course of this country for generations to come.”
Shortly after two mass shootings that had killed a combined total of 18 people in Colorado and Georgia, White House press secretary Jen Psaki announced on March 24, 2021 that President Biden was planning to issue executive orders to address the issue of gun violence, and was “not waiting for anything to fail” in Congress.
In a September 9, 2021 speech announcing new federal COVID vaccine mandates, Biden said: “And tonight, I’m calling on all governors to require vaccination for all teachers and staff…. Let me be blunt. My plan also takes on elected officials in states that are undermining [teachers] and these lifesaving actions. […] If they’ll not help, if these governors won’t help us beat the pandemic, I’ll use my power as president to get them out of the way.”
On September 25, 2021, Biden said the following about the $1.9 trillion infrastructure bill that he was promoting: “My first piece of economic legislation will “fundamentally change the structure and the nature of the economy in this country.”
On October 4, 2021, Biden – citing the October 18 deadline by which time the Democrat-controlled Congress was seeking to raise the federal debt limit in order to allow for more government borrowing – condemned Senate Republicans for using the filibuster rule to block such a measure. “Republicans just have to let us do our job,” said Biden. “Just get out of the way. If you don’t want to help save the country, get out of the way so you don’t destroy it.”
On October 5, 2021, Biden said there was a “real possibility” that Senate Democrats might use their razor-thin majority to suspend the filibuster rule so they could forcibly raise the debt ceiling even with no Republican support at all.
During a June 30, 2022 press conference, Biden was asked what “specific actions” he might take in the aftermath of the Supreme Court’s recent decision to overturn Roe v. Wade. “I believe we have to codify Roe v. Wade in the law,” he said, “and the way to do that is to make sure Congress votes to do that. And if the filibuster gets in the way … we provide an exception for this, we require an exception to the filibuster for this action to deal with the Supreme Court decision.”
During a September 30, 2022 speech for Hispanic Heritage Month, Biden celebrated what he viewed as the political benefits of the mass migration – legal and illegal — of Mexicans and Central Americans into the United States. “When in American history has there been a circumstance where one ethnicity has the potential to have such a profound impact on the direction of a country?” he asked rhetorically. “Twenty-six percent of every child who’s in school today speaks Spanish — 26 percent,” Biden added.
Bernie Sanders
In October 2019, then-presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders said in a tweet: “Our campaign is not only about changing the system politically and economically. We will change the value system of this country.”
In August 2020, Sanders, who by then had dropped out of the presidential race, said that “when Joe Biden is elected president, when we have a Democratic House, when we have a Democratic Senate, we can begin the process of transforming this government and our nation.”
Charles Schumer (GAMER LAWYER)
In a September 30, 2020 interview with MSNBC’s Joy Reid, then-Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer speculated about what he and his fellow Democrats could accomplish if they were to win both the White House and a majority in the U.S. Senate: “I’m not busting my chops to become majority leader to do very little or nothing, We are going to get a whole lot done. And as I’ve said, everything, everything is on the table.” He further elaborated: “I would — believe me, on D.C. and Puerto Rico … I’d love to make them states.”
On the afternoon of November 7, 2020 — shortly after America’s largest media networks announced that Joe Biden had won the Electoral College vote in the disputed 2020 presidential election — Schumer, raising a clenched left fist for emphasis, told a jubilant crowd of supporters in Brooklyn: “Now we take Georgia, and then we change the world! Now we take Georgia, and then we change America!” (This was a reference to the two upcoming Senate runoff elections slated for January 5, 2021 in Georgia. If the Democrats could win both, they would gain control of the U.S. Senate.)
In a January 30, 2021 interview with Al Sharpton on MSNBC’s Politics Nation, Schumer, who was now the Senate Majority Leader, re-emphasized his commitment to bringing transformational change to the United States: “Well, Rev, we have one goal: big, bold change in America” which would include “dealing with D.C. and Puerto Rican statehood.” He also articulated his desire to end the Senate filibuster rule, thereby empowering his party to ram its radical agenda down the throat of a deeply divided nation at a time when Democrats controlled both the House and Senate by the slimmest of margins.
At a March 16, 2021 press conference, Schumer spoke about the prospect of Democrats either dispensing with the Senate filibuster rule, or circumventing it by means of the budget reconciliation process (by which budget-related bills can pass with a simple majority and do not require 60 votes to overcome a filibuster). “[W]e must get bold change,” he said. “And if our Republican friends block it, we’re going to put our heads together and figure out the best way to go. Everything’s on the table. It’s plain and simple.”
· This was a stark contrast to what Schumer had said about the prospect of ending the filibuster in 2005, when Republicans held a solid majority in the Senate. SaidSchumer at that time: “The ideologues in the Senate want to turn what the Founding Fathers called ‘the cooling saucer of democracy’ into the rubber stamp of dictatorship. We will not let them. They want – because they can’t get their way on every judge – to change the rules in midstream, to wash away 200 years of history. They want to make this country into a banana republic, where if you don’t get your way, you change the rules…. It would be a doomsday for democracy if we do.”
· Schumer had similarly spoken out against ending the filibuster in April 2017, when he suggested that President Donald Trump should replace his Supreme Court nominee, Judge Neil Gorsuch, with “a mainstream nominee” who would be able to garner 60 votes in the Senate — rather than allowing the majority Republicans to do away with the filibuster and confirm Gorsuch with a simple majority vote: “Look, when a nominee doesn’t get 60 votes, you shouldn’t change the rules, you should change the nominee.”
On October 4, 2021, Senator Schumer, who wished to be able to raise the federal debt ceiling without any Republican support whatsoever, said: “We only ask that they [the Republicans] get out of the way, let Democrats pass it on our own …”
Nancy Pelosi
In September 2020, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi declared: “We can impeach him [Trump] every day of the week for anything he does.”
On October 12, 2021, Pelosi lamented the fact that some Democrats wished to scale back their party’s ten-year, $3.5 trillion “Build Back Better” spending bill. But she vowed that while the legislation’s price tag might be negotiated down, changes to the bill “only would be [made] in such a way that does not undermine the transformative nature of it.”
Jen Psaki
During an October 12, 2021 press briefing, White House press secretary Jen Psaki discussed the ongoing negotiation between Democrat legislators vis-a-vis the $3.5 trillion “Build Back Better” bill that the Biden administration was hoping to pass. “The president wants to make fundamental change in our economy, and he feels coming out of the pandemic is exactly the time to do that,” she said.
Maxine Waters
At a Congressional Black Caucus Foundation event on September 21, 2017, Rep. Maxine Waters asserted that Congress could impeach President Trump for any reason it chose. “Impeachment is about whatever the Congress says it is,” she said. “There is no law that can dictate impeachment. What the Constitution says is high crimes and misdemeanors, and we define that.”
In a July 22, 2019 tweet, Waters predicted that Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s appearance before Congress on July 24 would open the door for Democrats to impeach President Trump “immediately” and then incarcerate him. Wrote Waters: “Impeachment first, prison next!”
After the Supreme Court officially announced its decision to strike down Roe v. Wade on June 24, 2022, Waters, flanked by fellow Congressional Democrat Al Green, joined a throng of pro-abortion activists outside the Supreme Court building and told reporters: “You ain’t seen nothing yet. Women are going to control their bodies no matter how they try and stop us. The hell with the Supreme Court. We will defy them!”
Ed Markey (GAMER LAWYER)
In a June 30, 2022 appearance on MSNBC’s Hallie Jackson Reports, Senator Ed Markey exhorted the Senate to eliminate the filibuster rule and pass “abortion rights” that would circumvent the recent Supreme Court decision and permanently enshrine Roe v. Wade as the law of the land. Said Markey: “I think the Congress should take up the offer that Joe Biden has made to repeal the filibuster. Carve out of the filibuster an exception for abortion rights …”
Mazie Hirono
In an interview with CNN on March 5, 2021, Senator Mazie Hirono said: “I definitely support filibuster reform, and part of that is ending the filibuster. It could be totally, or it could be for certain kinds of bills, but I’m definitely open to making those kinds of changes so we can get things done …”
Dianne Feinstein
On March 19, 2021, Senator Dianne Feinstein released a statement saying that, contrary to her previously articulated position, she was now supportive of ending the Senate filibuster: “[I]f … Republicans continue to abuse the filibuster by requiring cloture votes, I’m open to changing the way the Senate filibuster rules are used.”
Bob Menendez
In a June 23, 2021 interview with CNN’s Jake Tapper, Senator Bob Menendez said he was in favor of enacting a “democracy exception” to the filibuster rule in order to enable Democrats to pass the “For the People Act,” their radical “election-reform” bill, with a simple majority in the U.S. Senate.
Andrew Cuomo
At a July 26, 2021 media briefing, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo announced the launch of a new initiative allocating $15 million in taxpayer funds to promote the vaccination of the 3.5 million New Yorkers who had not yet been inoculated against coronavirus. “We have to get in those communities,” he said, “and we have to knock on those doors, and we have to convince people, and put them in a car, and drive them, and get that vaccine in their arm. That is the mission.”
Cedric Richmond
On September 9, 2021, White House senior adviser Cedric Richmond stated that President Biden would “run over” any Republican governors who might try to resist the new federal vaccine mandates. “The one thing I admire about this president,” said Richmond, “is the fact that we are always going to put people above politics. And those governors that stand in the way, I think, it was very clear from the president’s tone [in his speech] today that he will run over them.”

On September 7, 2021, Senator Elizabeth Warren sent a letter to Amazon.com CEO Andy Jassy, demanding that the company use its algorithms to suppress the sale of books that, according to the senator, were spreading “COVID-19 misinformation.”

In September 2019, Senate Parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough said it was “not appropriate” for Senate Democrats to attempt to pass their proposed pathway-to-citizenship provision by means of the budget reconciliation process which would require only a simple majority rather than the normal 60 votes. In response to that, Democrat Rep. Ilhan Omar tweeted: “This ruling by the parliamentarian is only a recommendation. Sen. Schumer and the White House can and should ignore it.”
Mondaire Jones
During a House Judiciary Committee hearing on June 2, 2022, New York Democrat Mondaire Jones delivered an impassioned speech stating that Republicans would not be able to prevent the majority Democrats from using every trick at their disposal to pass gun-control legislation in Congress: “You will not stop us from advancing the Protecting Our Kids Act today. You will not stop us from passing it in the House next week. And you will not stop us there. If the filibuster obstructs us, we will abolish it. If the Supreme Court objects, we will expand it.”
Julian Castro
In January 2013, San Antonio mayor Julian Castro spoke with CBS News’ Bob Schieffer on Face the Nation and predicted that because of mass immigration from Central America — both legal and illegal — the state of Texas would soon change from majority-Republican to majority-Democrat. Said Castro with delight: “In a couple of presidential cycles, you’ll be on election night, you’ll be announcing we’re calling the 38 electoral votes of Texas for the Democratic nominee for president. It’s changing. It’s going to become a purple state and then a blue state, because of the demographics, because of the population growth of folks from outside of Texas …”
Pramila Jayapal
During a January 2, 2022 appearance on MSNBC’s The Sunday Show, Rep. Pramila Jayapal applauded Twitter for its decision to permanently ban the personal account of Republican congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, who, according to the social media giant, had been spreading “misinformation” about the COVID-19 pandemic and the vaccines designed to combat it. “I think it’s just as well that we take one voice [Greene’s] that is deliberately spreading disinformation out of the mix as much as possible,” said Jayapal. “That’s certainly a good thing.”
Ruben Gallego
On February 22, 2022, Rep. Ruben Gallego called for government and law-enforcement agencies to forcibly seize and then give away the vehicles of truck drivers who were heading to the District of Columbia in a peaceful convoy to protest the Biden administration’s COVID-19 vaccine mandates. “Perfect time to impound and give the trucks to small trucking companies looking to expand their business,” Gallego tweeted.
Conclusion
There you have it – the Democratic Party in all its totalitarian glory. Whatever obstacles its members may face, their instinctive response is always the same: iron-fisted thuggery.
If the Senate filibuster rule thwarts the Democrats’ legislative desires, they portray it as an antiquated relic of a racist epoch and demand that it be canceled.
If Democrats’ control of the U.S. Senate hangs precariously in the balance, they demand the sudden creation of a group of brand new majority-Democrat states that each will yield two new Democrat senators.
If Democrats are unable to cobble together electoral majorities in a few crucial swing states, they import massive blocs of people from across the globe who will eventually become reliable Democrat voters for generations to come.
If the radical-left Justices who sit on the Supreme Court are outnumbered by their originalist colleagues, Democrats seek to expand the Court and then pack it with newly appointed leftist ideologues to rubber-stamp every Democrat agenda item.
When that same Supreme Court issues rulings that conflict with Democratic Party preferences, the Democrats pledge with passionate zeal to defy those rulings.
If anyone dares to challenge Democrat positions on matters like the merits of critical race theory, COVID vaccine mandates, “gender-affirming” surgeries for minors, or claims that the 2020 presidential election was rife with Democrat corruption, Democrats respond by demanding that the most influential social-media platforms on Earth should censor and ban such heretics from the digital public square.
And, when challenged by a former Republican President who was highly effective at exposing and mocking the vapidity of various leftwing ideals and policies, the Democrats, in the longstanding tradition of fascists and communists from across the globe, simply call for his impeachment, arrest, and imprisonment.

DHS and January, 2025: Restoring the rule of law
While alarmed Americans watched the steady politicization of Joe Biden’s Justice Department, his Department of Homeland Security (DHS) appointees turned against the country they were charged to protect.

To stop the bleeding, in January our new president should declare a national migration moratorium and resume border wall construction. He should send active duty and national guard troops to seal the border with rules of engagement that include the use of force. DHS should be instructed to resume and accelerate border violator deportations. The new president should proclaim a right to preemptive self-defense against foreign governments enabling illegal migration or obstructing U.S. efforts to reverse it.
To subdue the asylum fraud monster we created for ourselves, the president should repudiate the 1967 UN Refugee Protocol and its disastrous “non-return” parole doctrine. Thereafter, the sole avenue for U.S. asylum-like relief should be offshore mechanisms akin to the Migrant Protection Protocols or post-Vietnam War orderly departure program.
The staggering cost to unwilling Americans of maintaining and removing millions of border violators should be billed to the source countries. Untaxed billions wired out of our country to those countries should be tapped. Foreign embassies and consulates here must be held financially responsible for U.S. maintenance of their border violator citizens.
On Inauguration Day, 2025, Biden prosecutorial discretion schemes to erase the border and suspend removals must be canceled. The new president should abandon Biden lawsuits against states fighting to protect themselves from border violators. The president should invite states to team with federal authorities on detection, detention, and removal of border violators. U.S. Attorneys must step-up prosecution and imprisonment of border violators for unlawful entry. American employers must be free to “hire American” without DOJ harassment.
DHS lawfare against Americans must end. Judicial settlements, consent decrees, and DHS policies that wantonly undermined the president’s immigration enforcement authorities should be repudiated and forbidden. The Executive should recognize no court order touching immigration enforcement beyond the geographic limits of the court that enters it.
The Executive must also challenge judicial and administrative erasure of immigration enforcement against alien criminals. The court-concocted “categorical matching” doctrine and criminal-friendly prosecutors shield thousands of violent alien criminals from deportation. Madness.
Recently DHS leaders marked Arab American Recognition Month by identifying U.S. Representative and Hamas apologist Rashida Tlaib as an Arab American “notable”. The lesson: headquarters personnel at DHS and all DHS agencies must be replaced. New DHS leaders can easily be found who grasp that Hamas is a Jew-hating proxy for the Iranian Revolutionary Guard and mortal enemy of the United States.
Under current DHS leadership, the U.S. became an enabler of child abduction, human trafficking, and fraud. Foreign children and putative victims of uncorroborated U.S. crime are battering rams against our border. State courts and local police must no longer be leveraged to enable immigration fraud.
Any person — including a parent — who brings or induces a child to cross our border illegally should be prosecuted for endangerment. Any border violator — including a parent — who fails to appear at the border when his or her child is encountered by the Border Patrol should be prosecuted for abandonment. Any person bringing children into the U.S. with no foreign custody order should be screened for child abduction. Universal DNA testing to establish parentage is critical.
The new president’s transition teams should produce an interagency strategy to insulate our border and budget from government and private organizations enabling human trafficking. The strategy should include prompt return of unaccompanied children to authorities in the home countries.
Violating our border or overstaying lawful admission should trigger unwaivable ineligibility for any immigration benefit, including asylum, parole, work permits, visas, adjustment of status, inclusion in the eVerify database, and naturalization. Persons granted cancellation of removal should be obliged to go abroad for consular processing. Temporary Protected Status (TPS) must be repealed, and no current or past TPS beneficiary should receive lawful permanent residence except through consular processing.
Today, while 93-year-old American widows fret over quarterly tax filings, border violators ignore internal revenue laws with impunity. Every border violator with a dollar of U.S. earnings, past or present, who fails to report those earnings to the IRS should be permanently barred from an immigrant visa, adjustment of status, and work authorization. No border violator should be eligible for tax credits for any non-citizen child.
Restoring the rule of law at DHS won’t be easy, but it is vital to begin. January can’t come soon enough.

Both Barack Obama and John McCain will speak this week in San Diego at the annual conference of the National Council of La Raza, the Latino organization whose name is Spanish for, yes, "The Race." Can you imagine Obama and McCain paying homage to a group of white people who called themselves that? No matter. The presidential candidates and the media have legitimized "The Race" as a mainstream ethnic lobbying group and marginalized its critics as intolerant bigots. The unvarnished truth is that the group is a radical ethnic nationalist outfit that abuses your tax dollars and milks PC politics to undermine our sovereignty.

15. "The Race" supports driver's licenses for illegal aliens.

Charlie Norwood rightly characterized the organization as "a radical racist group … one of the most anti-American groups in the country, which has permeated U.S. campuses since the 1960s, and continues its push to carve a racist nation out of the American West."

"The Race" is currently leading a smear campaign against staunch immigration enforcement leaders and has called for TV and cable news networks to keep immigration enforcement proponents off the airwaves -- in addition to pushing for Fairness Doctrine policies to shut up their foes. The New York Times reported that current "Race" president Janet Murguia believes "hate speech" should "not be tolerated, even if such censorship were a violation of First Amendment rights."
3. "The Race" sponsors militant ethnic nationalist charter schools subsidized by your public tax dollars (at least $8 million in federal education grants). The schools include Aztlan Academy in Tucson, Ariz., the Mexicayotl Academy in Nogales, Ariz., Academia Cesar Chavez Charter School in St. Paul, Minn., and La Academia Semillas del Pueblo in Los Angeles, whose principal inveighed: "We don't want to drink from a White water fountain, we have our own wells and our natural reservoirs and our way of collecting rain in our aqueducts. The iconic broadcaster, author, and legal scholar Mark Levin recently observed: “As a nation we’ve now turned the corner. We’ve turned the corner into a hard tyranny…. I just want the audience to know that we are staring into the face of tyranny, that the Democrat Party is a totalitarian party.”
And indeed, it is. To recognize this, we need only to listen when Democrats tell us – repeatedly – of their burning desire to “transform” the U.S. into a radicalized cesspool by such means as:
· ending the filibuster rule so they can forcibly ram their radical legislation through the Senate;
· governing via presidential executive orders rather than navigating the normal legislative process;
· promoting immigration and border policies designed to import massive blocs of foreigners who will eventually become reliable Democrat voters for generations to come;
· turning the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico into new U.S. states, thereby allowing Democrats to permanently pack the Senate with four additional members of their party;
· expanding the Supreme Court and packing it with newly appointed leftist ideologues;
· openly defying that same Supreme Court whenever its rulings conflict with Democrat Party preferences;
· forcibly censoring the free expression of any ideas that conflict with Democrat values; and
· pursuing the impeachment and imprisonment of their political foes on the flimsiest pretexts imaginable.

On May 4, 2020, Biden characterized the coronavirus pandemic as an “incredible opportunity … to fundamentally transform the country.”
In early June 2020, Biden stated that America needed to make “revolutionary institutional changes.”
On July 4, 2020, Biden pledged to “rip the roots of systemic racism out of this country” and “transform” it.
On July 13, 2020, Biden promised to make “systemic” and “institutional” changes to American society.
On October 29, 2020, Biden channeled Obama’s famous utterance from 12 years earlier and said: “Five days left [until Election Day]. Five days. I believe when you use your power, the power of the vote, we literally are going to change the course of this country for generations to come.”
Shortly after two mass shootings that had killed a combined total of 18 people in Colorado and Georgia, White House press secretary Jen Psaki announced on March 24, 2021 that President Biden was planning to issue executive orders to address the issue of gun violence, and was “not waiting for anything to fail” in Congress.
In a September 9, 2021 speech announcing new federal COVID vaccine mandates, Biden said: “And tonight, I’m calling on all governors to require vaccination for all teachers and staff…. Let me be blunt. My plan also takes on elected officials in states that are undermining [teachers] and these lifesaving actions. […] If they’ll not help, if these governors won’t help us beat the pandemic, I’ll use my power as president to get them out of the way.”
On September 25, 2021, Biden said the following about the $1.9 trillion infrastructure bill that he was promoting: “My first piece of economic legislation will “fundamentally change the structure and the nature of the economy in this country.”
On October 4, 2021, Biden – citing the October 18 deadline by which time the Democrat-controlled Congress was seeking to raise the federal debt limit in order to allow for more government borrowing – condemned Senate Republicans for using the filibuster rule to block such a measure. “Republicans just have to let us do our job,” said Biden. “Just get out of the way. If you don’t want to help save the country, get out of the way so you don’t destroy it.”
On October 5, 2021, Biden said there was a “real possibility” that Senate Democrats might use their razor-thin majority to suspend the filibuster rule so they could forcibly raise the debt ceiling even with no Republican support at all.
During a June 30, 2022 press conference, Biden was asked what “specific actions” he might take in the aftermath of the Supreme Court’s recent decision to overturn Roe v. Wade. “I believe we have to codify Roe v. Wade in the law,” he said, “and the way to do that is to make sure Congress votes to do that. And if the filibuster gets in the way … we provide an exception for this, we require an exception to the filibuster for this action to deal with the Supreme Court decision.”
During a September 30, 2022 speech for Hispanic Heritage Month, Biden celebrated what he viewed as the political benefits of the mass migration – legal and illegal — of Mexicans and Central Americans into the United States. “When in American history has there been a circumstance where one ethnicity has the potential to have such a profound impact on the direction of a country?” he asked rhetorically. “Twenty-six percent of every child who’s in school today speaks Spanish — 26 percent,” Biden added.
Bernie Sanders
In October 2019, then-presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders said in a tweet: “Our campaign is not only about changing the system politically and economically. We will change the value system of this country.”
In August 2020, Sanders, who by then had dropped out of the presidential race, said that “when Joe Biden is elected president, when we have a Democratic House, when we have a Democratic Senate, we can begin the process of transforming this government and our nation.”
Charles Schumer (GAMER LAWYER)
In a September 30, 2020 interview with MSNBC’s Joy Reid, then-Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer speculated about what he and his fellow Democrats could accomplish if they were to win both the White House and a majority in the U.S. Senate: “I’m not busting my chops to become majority leader to do very little or nothing, We are going to get a whole lot done. And as I’ve said, everything, everything is on the table.” He further elaborated: “I would — believe me, on D.C. and Puerto Rico … I’d love to make them states.”
On the afternoon of November 7, 2020 — shortly after America’s largest media networks announced that Joe Biden had won the Electoral College vote in the disputed 2020 presidential election — Schumer, raising a clenched left fist for emphasis, told a jubilant crowd of supporters in Brooklyn: “Now we take Georgia, and then we change the world! Now we take Georgia, and then we change America!” (This was a reference to the two upcoming Senate runoff elections slated for January 5, 2021 in Georgia. If the Democrats could win both, they would gain control of the U.S. Senate.)
In a January 30, 2021 interview with Al Sharpton on MSNBC’s Politics Nation, Schumer, who was now the Senate Majority Leader, re-emphasized his commitment to bringing transformational change to the United States: “Well, Rev, we have one goal: big, bold change in America” which would include “dealing with D.C. and Puerto Rican statehood.” He also articulated his desire to end the Senate filibuster rule, thereby empowering his party to ram its radical agenda down the throat of a deeply divided nation at a time when Democrats controlled both the House and Senate by the slimmest of margins.
At a March 16, 2021 press conference, Schumer spoke about the prospect of Democrats either dispensing with the Senate filibuster rule, or circumventing it by means of the budget reconciliation process (by which budget-related bills can pass with a simple majority and do not require 60 votes to overcome a filibuster). “[W]e must get bold change,” he said. “And if our Republican friends block it, we’re going to put our heads together and figure out the best way to go. Everything’s on the table. It’s plain and simple.”
· This was a stark contrast to what Schumer had said about the prospect of ending the filibuster in 2005, when Republicans held a solid majority in the Senate. SaidSchumer at that time: “The ideologues in the Senate want to turn what the Founding Fathers called ‘the cooling saucer of democracy’ into the rubber stamp of dictatorship. We will not let them. They want – because they can’t get their way on every judge – to change the rules in midstream, to wash away 200 years of history. They want to make this country into a banana republic, where if you don’t get your way, you change the rules…. It would be a doomsday for democracy if we do.”
· Schumer had similarly spoken out against ending the filibuster in April 2017, when he suggested that President Donald Trump should replace his Supreme Court nominee, Judge Neil Gorsuch, with “a mainstream nominee” who would be able to garner 60 votes in the Senate — rather than allowing the majority Republicans to do away with the filibuster and confirm Gorsuch with a simple majority vote: “Look, when a nominee doesn’t get 60 votes, you shouldn’t change the rules, you should change the nominee.”
On October 4, 2021, Senator Schumer, who wished to be able to raise the federal debt ceiling without any Republican support whatsoever, said: “We only ask that they [the Republicans] get out of the way, let Democrats pass it on our own …”
Nancy Pelosi
In September 2020, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi declared: “We can impeach him [Trump] every day of the week for anything he does.”
On October 12, 2021, Pelosi lamented the fact that some Democrats wished to scale back their party’s ten-year, $3.5 trillion “Build Back Better” spending bill. But she vowed that while the legislation’s price tag might be negotiated down, changes to the bill “only would be [made] in such a way that does not undermine the transformative nature of it.”
Jen Psaki
During an October 12, 2021 press briefing, White House press secretary Jen Psaki discussed the ongoing negotiation between Democrat legislators vis-a-vis the $3.5 trillion “Build Back Better” bill that the Biden administration was hoping to pass. “The president wants to make fundamental change in our economy, and he feels coming out of the pandemic is exactly the time to do that,” she said.
Maxine Waters
At a Congressional Black Caucus Foundation event on September 21, 2017, Rep. Maxine Waters asserted that Congress could impeach President Trump for any reason it chose. “Impeachment is about whatever the Congress says it is,” she said. “There is no law that can dictate impeachment. What the Constitution says is high crimes and misdemeanors, and we define that.”
In a July 22, 2019 tweet, Waters predicted that Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s appearance before Congress on July 24 would open the door for Democrats to impeach President Trump “immediately” and then incarcerate him. Wrote Waters: “Impeachment first, prison next!”
After the Supreme Court officially announced its decision to strike down Roe v. Wade on June 24, 2022, Waters, flanked by fellow Congressional Democrat Al Green, joined a throng of pro-abortion activists outside the Supreme Court building and told reporters: “You ain’t seen nothing yet. Women are going to control their bodies no matter how they try and stop us. The hell with the Supreme Court. We will defy them!”
Ed Markey (GAMER LAWYER)
In a June 30, 2022 appearance on MSNBC’s Hallie Jackson Reports, Senator Ed Markey exhorted the Senate to eliminate the filibuster rule and pass “abortion rights” that would circumvent the recent Supreme Court decision and permanently enshrine Roe v. Wade as the law of the land. Said Markey: “I think the Congress should take up the offer that Joe Biden has made to repeal the filibuster. Carve out of the filibuster an exception for abortion rights …”
Mazie Hirono
In an interview with CNN on March 5, 2021, Senator Mazie Hirono said: “I definitely support filibuster reform, and part of that is ending the filibuster. It could be totally, or it could be for certain kinds of bills, but I’m definitely open to making those kinds of changes so we can get things done …”
Dianne Feinstein
On March 19, 2021, Senator Dianne Feinstein released a statement saying that, contrary to her previously articulated position, she was now supportive of ending the Senate filibuster: “[I]f … Republicans continue to abuse the filibuster by requiring cloture votes, I’m open to changing the way the Senate filibuster rules are used.”
Bob Menendez
In a June 23, 2021 interview with CNN’s Jake Tapper, Senator Bob Menendez said he was in favor of enacting a “democracy exception” to the filibuster rule in order to enable Democrats to pass the “For the People Act,” their radical “election-reform” bill, with a simple majority in the U.S. Senate.
Andrew Cuomo
At a July 26, 2021 media briefing, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo announced the launch of a new initiative allocating $15 million in taxpayer funds to promote the vaccination of the 3.5 million New Yorkers who had not yet been inoculated against coronavirus. “We have to get in those communities,” he said, “and we have to knock on those doors, and we have to convince people, and put them in a car, and drive them, and get that vaccine in their arm. That is the mission.”
Cedric Richmond
On September 9, 2021, White House senior adviser Cedric Richmond stated that President Biden would “run over” any Republican governors who might try to resist the new federal vaccine mandates. “The one thing I admire about this president,” said Richmond, “is the fact that we are always going to put people above politics. And those governors that stand in the way, I think, it was very clear from the president’s tone [in his speech] today that he will run over them.”
Elizabeth Warren
On September 7, 2021, Senator Elizabeth Warren sent a letter to Amazon.com CEO Andy Jassy, demanding that the company use its algorithms to suppress the sale of books that, according to the senator, were spreading “COVID-19 misinformation.”
Ilhan Omar
In September 2019, Senate Parliamentarian Elizabeth MacDonough said it was “not appropriate” for Senate Democrats to attempt to pass their proposed pathway-to-citizenship provision by means of the budget reconciliation process which would require only a simple majority rather than the normal 60 votes. In response to that, Democrat Rep. Ilhan Omar tweeted: “This ruling by the parliamentarian is only a recommendation. Sen. Schumer and the White House can and should ignore it.”
Mondaire Jones
During a House Judiciary Committee hearing on June 2, 2022, New York Democrat Mondaire Jones delivered an impassioned speech stating that Republicans would not be able to prevent the majority Democrats from using every trick at their disposal to pass gun-control legislation in Congress: “You will not stop us from advancing the Protecting Our Kids Act today. You will not stop us from passing it in the House next week. And you will not stop us there. If the filibuster obstructs us, we will abolish it. If the Supreme Court objects, we will expand it.”
Julian Castro
In January 2013, San Antonio mayor Julian Castro spoke with CBS News’ Bob Schieffer on Face the Nation and predicted that because of mass immigration from Central America — both legal and illegal — the state of Texas would soon change from majority-Republican to majority-Democrat. Said Castro with delight: “In a couple of presidential cycles, you’ll be on election night, you’ll be announcing we’re calling the 38 electoral votes of Texas for the Democratic nominee for president. It’s changing. It’s going to become a purple state and then a blue state, because of the demographics, because of the population growth of folks from outside of Texas …”
Pramila Jayapal
During a January 2, 2022 appearance on MSNBC’s The Sunday Show, Rep. Pramila Jayapal applauded Twitter for its decision to permanently ban the personal account of Republican congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, who, according to the social media giant, had been spreading “misinformation” about the COVID-19 pandemic and the vaccines designed to combat it. “I think it’s just as well that we take one voice [Greene’s] that is deliberately spreading disinformation out of the mix as much as possible,” said Jayapal. “That’s certainly a good thing.”
Ruben Gallego
On February 22, 2022, Rep. Ruben Gallego called for government and law-enforcement agencies to forcibly seize and then give away the vehicles of truck drivers who were heading to the District of Columbia in a peaceful convoy to protest the Biden administration’s COVID-19 vaccine mandates. “Perfect time to impound and give the trucks to small trucking companies looking to expand their business,” Gallego tweeted.
Conclusion
There you have it – the Democratic Party in all its totalitarian glory. Whatever obstacles its members may face, their instinctive response is always the same: iron-fisted thuggery.
If the Senate filibuster rule thwarts the Democrats’ legislative desires, they portray it as an antiquated relic of a racist epoch and demand that it be canceled.
If Democrats’ control of the U.S. Senate hangs precariously in the balance, they demand the sudden creation of a group of brand new majority-Democrat states that each will yield two new Democrat senators.
If Democrats are unable to cobble together electoral majorities in a few crucial swing states, they import massive blocs of people from across the globe who will eventually become reliable Democrat voters for generations to come.
If the radical-left Justices who sit on the Supreme Court are outnumbered by their originalist colleagues, Democrats seek to expand the Court and then pack it with newly appointed leftist ideologues to rubber-stamp every Democrat agenda item.
When that same Supreme Court issues rulings that conflict with Democratic Party preferences, the Democrats pledge with passionate zeal to defy those rulings.
If anyone dares to challenge Democrat positions on matters like the merits of critical race theory, COVID vaccine mandates, “gender-affirming” surgeries for minors, or claims that the 2020 presidential election was rife with Democrat corruption, Democrats respond by demanding that the most influential social-media platforms on Earth should censor and ban such heretics from the digital public square.
And, when challenged by a former Republican President who was highly effective at exposing and mocking the vapidity of various leftwing ideals and policies, the Democrats, in the longstanding tradition of fascists and communists from across the globe, simply call for his impeachment, arrest, and imprisonment.

"This is country belongs to Mexico" is said by the Mexican Militant. This is a common teaching that the U.S. is really AZTLAN, belonging to Mexicans, which is taught to Mexican kids in Arizona and California through a LA Raza educational program funded by American Tax Payers via President Obama, when he gave LA RAZA $800,000.00 in March of 2009!
The “zero tolerance” program was dismantled by Attorney General Erc Holder once it had successfully cut the transit of migrants by roughly 95 percent. Initially, officials made 140,000 arrests per year in the mid-2000s, but the northward flow dropped so much that officials only had to make 6,000 arrests in 2013, according to a 2014 letter by two pro-migration Senators, Sen. Jeff Flake and John McCain.

Anybody notice how 'Latinamericanized' California crime is getting?
Once upon a time, the baroque levels of crime in Latin America was someone one merely read about.
From the "secuestro express;" to "Colombian neckties;" to "pozoleros," to nail traps on the highway to disable a car before a hijacking; to bombs and car bombs; to dead journalists and politicians; to ATM card readers stealing from bank accounts; to gang extortions of small businesses known as "la vacuna;" to dead bodies hanging from freeway overpasses with narco-banners; crime in Latin America has always been nasty and extensive.
With little to no rule of law, defense is a way of life -- from bulletproof cars, to gated communities, to lives that revolve around dinner parties with every guest known; to purses thrown into car trunks to prevent snatch-and-grab robberies by motorcycle thieves at stoplights; to wearing cheap wristwatches to deter snatch thieves; to personal security guards; it doesn't stop.
Official corruption comes with the package, too, from "la mordida" to "plata o plomo" takers of the plata.
One could go there, to places like Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia and above all, Venezuela, and learn even more details about crime and defense from crime, but the picture is the same: Most countries in Latin America have or have had horrendous crime; a rule of law deficit that has created a low-trust society, and generally kept the region's spectacular tourism potential to a minimum.
One doesn't want that stuff here, but with Joe Biden's open border, we are getting that stuff here, particularly in California.
In Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Times reported this:
She was cruising the high, arcing ramp from the westbound 10 Freeway to the southbound 405 with a large bag of expensive jewelry in the passenger seat.
It was Oct. 18, and jeweler Stacy Nolan Soper was headed home in a rented Nissan Rogue after visiting downtown L.A.’s jewelry district, where she had picked up wares from a handful of businesses.
Traffic slowed as she came down the ramp, and the car in front of her suddenly stopped. A man hopped out. She wondered if he needed help. Then she saw two other men in ski masks jump out after him.
In a sickening flash, Soper realized: “They are coming after me.”
Two of them came to her car’s passenger side and began slashing its tires and smashing the windows. The other man stood at her open window waving something that she didn’t recognize with certainty but may have been a knife.
“It seemed like [he] was going to attack me,” said Soper.
As she looked at him in terror, the others grabbed the jewelry from the passenger seat — worth more than $100,000 — and ran back to their vehicle.
In San Francisco, the Marina Times reported this going on:
And as I noted earlier, San Diego has become the site for actual Mexican cartel shootouts and gangs dissolving opponents in vats of acid, known as 'stewmakers.'
Let's not forget the professional thieves from Latin America now flying up here as burglary "tourists," conducting cat-burglar robberies of homes for loot to fence. who operate statewide but seem most active in Southern California.
All of these crimes, up until now, have been exclusively seen in Latin America.
What does that say about the picture here that our society is starting to look like what we see south of the border?
It's the consequences of Biden's open border, which is not a vetted immigration as in the past, but now unvetted immigration, taking in all comers, no matter how undesirable, treating all as if they are applicants for driver's licenses.
Number one, this change negates any asylum claims by illegal migrants who say they're coming here to flee from crime, or from gangs extorting them, as many do. In coming illegally, crime has come with them so the gangs are already here and waiting to extort them, too. No advantage there for them with that claim to be fleeing extortion. It's on a par with what economists say, which is that there is no free lunch.
Number two, the quality of our lives goes down too, and it's not just the illegal migrant driving down working class wages that's the problem. It's the emergence of the defensive measures in the absence of a working legal system where laws mean what they say. What emerges from this is the low-trust, low-social capital society of Latin America that U.S. Americans dread. That becomes out new normal because unchecked crime creates suspicion and defensive measures from those walled compounds, to personal security guards, to bulletproof cars and more.
Number three, the situation is not getting better, it's getting worse in fact as Biden's migrant pipeline continues to feed into the states. As it builds up, and crime worsens and grows more outrageous, the next step is that officials grow corrupt or get gunned down as is happening in Mexico, and finally, a low-trust, low social capital society where no one trusts his neighbors is the result.
Victor Davis Hanson has noted in the past that illegal immigration will stop in the U.S. as soon as the U.S. becomes as impoverished and corrupt and crime-infested as the places these migrants leave behind, which sounds like a lousy way to stop illegal migration but that's Democrat policy in action. When the equilibrum is reached, the migration will stop.
That shouldn't be the price we have to pay to stop the waves of illegal migration now rolling through our country in a grand Democrat plan to effectively replace the electorate.

And just to complicate matters and show how high the stakes are, China is supplying the base materials for manufacturing fentanyl and other drugs to the cartels (both Latin American and Middle Eastern) that ship their completed products into America.
The Middle Eastern War Being Waged Across America’s Southern Border
The dangers from the steady stream of millions of unvetted migrants crossing illegally into our country should be clear to everyone. However, the most understated threat is that of terrorist infiltration. Reports of tens of thousands of military-age Middle Eastern men coming through should heighten everyone’s concerns about the potential for nation-ending terrorism.
The Mexican cartel drug trafficking is far worse than most might think. Terrorist organization Hezbollah has partnered with the cartels and is active south of our border in various countries, including Mexico, Venezuela, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Panama, Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Curaçao. They also operate their drug networks in America and Canada.
Multiple U.S. presidents have ignored this ongoing problem—although President Trump should be excluded from culpability since he vigorously fought for a wall to protect America’s southern border. Both Democrats and the Establishment Wing of his own party vigorously opposed his efforts. If Trump does not get back into office, the problems at our southern border will destabilize our country.

In 2011, Roger F. Noriega and Jose R. Cardenas were already warning about the mounting terrorism threat from Hezbollah in Latin America (emphasis added):
Over the last several years Hezbollah and its patrons in Iran have greatly expanded their operations in Latin America to the detriment of inter- American security and U.S. strategic interests. Today, Hezbollah is using the Western Hemisphere as a staging ground, fundraising center, and operational base to wage asymmetric warfare against the United States. Venezuela’s Hugo Chavez and other anti-American governments in the region have facilitated this expansion by rolling out the welcome mats for Hezbollah and Iran.
Already in 2011, estimates were that, in the tri-border area and elsewhere in Latin America, Islamic extremists were remitting $300-$500 million annually back to Middle East terrorists. This works with each Hezbollah cell operating like an independent, and extremely sophisticated “franchise.” Hezbollah operatives establish mosques and other Islamic centers and then begin to convert and recruit people, establish internet sites, utilize media broadcasting, and develop operational systems that oversee logistics, planning, surveillance, and mission execution.
As President Trump has noted, these terrorists are very smart. At least, they’re smarter than the vast majority of those in Washington who either downplay the danger they pose or, worse, completely ignore it.
Since 2011, things have only gotten worse when it comes to Islamic terrorism posed on our southern borders. At the end of 2023, Celina B. Realuyo explained,
For decades, the Tri-Border Area of Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay has been the hub of Iranian and Hezbollah activity in Latin America, capitalizing on large Lebanese and Shiite communities. According to the late Argentine special prosecutor Alberto Nissan, Hezbollah established its presence in Latin America in the mid-1980s, beginning in the Tri-Border Area, a relatively lawless region. From its base in Ciudad del Este, Paraguay, it set up illicit enterprises to fund its operations in the Middle East and elsewhere. This includes money laundering, counterfeiting, piracy, and drug trafficking. In addition to trafficking illicit drugs from Paraguay to Europe, the group has reportedly expanded into cryptocurrency mining.
Hezbollah has made billions in drug trafficking, as well as money laundering, counterfeiting, etc., to fund its international terrorism. Significantly, since Biden’s open border policy began, it can make common cause with Latin American cartels, which get support from leftist Latin American governments.
According to Arizona law enforcement personnel, cartels are buying up real estate on both sides of the border to set up staging areas and camps. These cartels operate with high-tech communications equipment and utilize scouts with snipers on high ground along trafficking lanes. Border enforcement personnel further report that the Mexican army has occasionally provided surveillance and coverfire for traffickers on occasion.
By tying into the drug cartels, Hezbollah has expanded its networks into America, all while getting protection from Mexico and other corrupt governments with leftist leadership (e.g., Venezuela). Brazil’s current leftist government, which strongly supports Hamas, is unlikely to stand against Hezbollah.
Mexico is a belligerent nation acting in a warlike manner towards America. It is time to move against Mexico along with Venezuela and any other nation that aligns with Hezbollah and its sponsor, Iran. Doing so makes more sense than continuing our proxy war against Russia. Our actions against our South American adversaries should be political, financial, and, most of all, physical. We have every right to attack terrorist training centers and destroy their drug networks. Our national survival depends on it.
And just to complicate matters and show how high the stakes are, China is supplying the base materials for manufacturing fentanyl and other drugs to the cartels (both Latin American and Middle Eastern) that ship their completed products into America. China is effectively supporting Iran’s interests. This is the new Nexus of Evil: China, Iran, Russia, and various Latin American states such as Mexico and Venezuela.
America desperately needs to focus on the threats to our nation that are taking place in the Western Hemisphere. The war America needs to fight is against Hezbollah and its allies operating in our hemisphere. To win that war, we must directly support Israel, which is also battling Iran’s proxies (Hamas from Gaza and Hezbollah from Lebanon). We share a common enemy and need to work together for our shared survival.

Josh Hawley Moves to End FBI ‘Power Grab’ in Spy Powers Bill
Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) on Thursday said he introduced an amendment to end an FBI “power grab” in a spy powers bill that is meant to rein in government surveillance abuse.
Hawley wrote, “Everyone should know about the Turner Amendment. This part of the House bill gives the FBI the power to press even MORE individuals into helping facilitate government surveillance. Could your landlord or your handyman be sharing your info with the FBI? Maybe.”
The Missouri senator sent out a dire warning about the amendment sponsored by House Intelligence Committee Chairman Mike Turner (R-OH) and committee ranking member Jim Himes (D-CT).
Breitbart News has reported on this amendment and how it could dramatically expand the number of businesses and Americans that would have to comply with the government and provide warrantless access to their communications systems.
Essentially, the measure updates the definition of electronic service provider to also include “any other service provider who has access to equipment that is being or may be used to transmit or store wire or electronic communications.”
This provision has been referred to by privacy advocates as a “trojan horse” for “PATRIOT Act 2.0.”
Hawley contended that this expanded access would benefit the FBI, an agency that does not “deserve” more power, given their abuse.
He asked rhetorically, “Remember the Durham report? It found the FBI abused their power to open an investigation into the Trump campaign.”
He continued, “And the FBI’s record on Section 702 is just as bad. In 2022, a judge identified around 278,000 improper searches on Americans in the FISA database. This is the same FBI the House decided to give even MORE power too. It’s insane. And it must be stopped.”

Steve Bradbury, a distinguished fellow at the Heritage Foundation, explained to Breitbart News how this amendment is so vast in scope that experts such as he may not know how many companies would have to comply with the Himes-Turner amendment.
Bradbury said to:
… think about third party contractors who may have access to equipment? What about, for example, a janitorial company, who has a key to a data center and comes in and cleans up the data center floor or something? Technically, they have access to the equipment. Could the NSA [National Security Agency] hit the janitorial company with an order requiring them to give the NSA access to that data center? So, the implications of it are troubling. And the full scope is unknowable at this point.
The Information Technology Industry Council (ITI), a tech association which represents companies such as Apple and Google, said that this provision could drastically expand how companies have to comply with warrantless surveillance.
ITI Senior Vice President of Policy and General Counsel John Miller said in a statement on Thursday:
