The Four Horsemen of the Biden Apocalypse

In the waning days of the Trump administration, the country was showing signs of economic improvement, people were feeling more confident about battling COVID, and the border was relatively secure as the wall was finally being constructed.
What a difference seven months can make. It has been a horrific 207 days since President Joe Biden and his radical administration were unleashed on the country.
In effect, a political apocalypse is approaching. In the New Testament Book of Revelation, the four horsemen of the apocalypse are revealed to be "Conquest, War, Famine, and Death." In the Old Testament Book of Ezekiel, the four horsemen are referred to as "sword, famine, wild beasts, and plague."
In the era of Joe Biden, the four horsemen of our political apocalypse are the border invasion, the economic catastrophe, the assault on our families, and the use of the COVID plague to eliminate our constitutional rights.
1. Invasion. Biden inherited a secure border and immediately decided to destroy the progress of President Donald Trump and create an unmitigated disaster for Americans. The border wall was foolishly stopped, the policy of "catch and release" was reinstituted, the "Remain in Mexico" policy was ended, and illegal aliens were given an invitation to enter the United States.
As a result, the flood of illegal aliens has been unprecedented. The number of new apprehensions is increasing each month at the border, reaching the highest level in 25 years in July. Over 210,000 illegal aliens were apprehended on the southern border last month. Simultaneously, an untold number of people have been entering the country without detection. Coupled with ongoing legal immigration efforts, the United States of America is being radically and quickly transformed.
These illegal aliens are not being tested for COVID, are not being vaccinated, and are being sent all over the country. This is spreading the virus across the country while cynically changing the demographics of many "red" states. Although most citizens living in these areas are opposed to this resettlement, they have been powerless to stop it.
2. Catastrophe. Upon entering office, Biden should have continued Trump-era economic policies that were working. Instead, he stopped the construction of the Keystone XL pipeline and displacing thousands of workers from their jobs. Biden also placed a moratorium on the issuance of new oil and gas drilling leases on federal territory, both onshore and offshore.
As a result, America is transitioning from being energy independent for the first time in decades, under President Trump, to being energy-dependent once again. Ironically, Biden is now asking OPEC members to increase their oil production.
Biden has also happily supported radical legislation in Congress that will add to the national debt while spending trillions of dollars that will create severe inflationary woes in our county. During the Biden administration, prices on a wide range of items such as gasoline, lumber, and groceries are rapidly escalating. This has created the sharpest rise in inflation in 20 years.
If it passes in the U.S. House of Representatives, the new $1.2-trillion "infrastructure" bill that just was approved in the U.S. Senate will be an economic disaster. It includes very little real infrastructure, but it does include tax increases, at least $256 billion in additional federal debt that will exacerbate inflationary pressures, and a grab bag of liberal proposals. The bill advocates zero-emission vehicles, combats "racist" highways, and for good measure uses the word "equity" 64 times.
It sets the stage for an even bigger monstrosity, the "human infrastructure" bill that will cost over $3.5 trillion. It is being advertised as a de facto "Green New Deal" that will include a staggering number of climate change initiatives. The economic chaos that such a bill will institute is mind-boggling to contemplate.
3. Assault. Across America, our cities are on fire as crime is exploding. An increasing number of innocent Americans are being victimized each day. Incredibly, liberal politicians have used the opportunity to demand the defunding of police departments. This has only increased the number of police officers resigning and retiring. As a result, police departments are understaffed, and recruitment is becoming extremely difficult in urban areas that are viewed as being anti-police.
The answer, according to Biden and the Democrats, is always more gun control and never more criminal control.
Citizens are unsafe on the streets of our cities, and our children are unsafe in our public-school classrooms. Families are facing hostile environments in schools as teachers are using Critical Race Theory to educate students about American history. Instead of celebrating the greatness of our founding documents and the uniqueness of our system of government, teachers are demonizing our Founding Fathers and casting blame on white Americans for racism and unfair treatment of minorities. In many schools, students are being separated by race, and white students are being made to feel guilty for the color of their skin. While parents are expressing their anger, too many school boards remain committed to the divisive curriculum.
4. Plague. Schools are also one of the focal points of the insane battle over how to deal with the COVID pandemic. Teacher unions and Biden officials are touting masks in classrooms, while a growing number of parents are fighting this nonsense at school board meetings across the country.
The Biden administration is not stopping at mask mandates but is considering COVID vaccine requirements for all Americans. The Defense Department will be requiring vaccines for all the members of the respective branches. This obligation will be enforced starting in mid-September.
The president has also mandated vaccinations for members of the United States Department of Veterans' Affairs. Surely other government agencies will face similar mandates in the foreseeable future.
Whenever he addresses the media, Biden pushes vaccinations on the public. He implies that unvaccinated Americans are not only unpatriotic but also contributing to the deaths of their fellow citizens. In addition, the president is actively encouraging businesses to implement vaccine mandates at their workplaces.
All these initiatives are quite disturbing, as Americans should have medical privacy and the right to make their own health decisions. In a "free" country, a citizen should not be forced to inject any sort of experimental vaccine into his body. Americans should have the freedom to say "no," without any negative repercussions.
Individually, each of the four horsemen of the Biden apocalypse is extremely worrisome. Unfortunately, Americans are facing all four of them simultaneously.
In addition, we must deal with a mentally incompetent president; a biased press; social media sites that censor conservatives; and a "woke" corporate, entertainment, and Big Technology culture that are promoting these dangerous trends in our country.
It is crunch time for America, and "We the People" must stand up to protect our rights, our families, and our futures. This Biden agenda must be stopped immediately. Otherwise, we can say goodbye to America and say hello to Venezuela.

Six months of the Biden administration—A balance sheet

Six months ago, Joseph Biden was inaugurated president of the United States, under conditions of unprecedented crisis of US capitalism and the entire social and political order.

His predecessor, Donald Trump, did not attend the ceremony, signaling his refusal to accept the outcome of the 2020 election. Only two weeks before, on January 6, Trump’s supporters had stormed the Capitol and temporarily halted the congressional certification of state electoral votes. The aim of the attempted coup was to stop the transfer of power and establish a personalist dictatorship. In the words of Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley, it was Trump’s “Reichstag moment.”
When Biden took office, 400,000 people were dead from the COVID-19 pandemic, while millions were unemployed. Just months earlier, every city, town, and village in America had seen protests in opposition to police violence.
Biden marked the six-month anniversary with brief remarks presenting American society in glowing terms. “For all those predictions of doom and gloom six months in, here’s where things stand,” he said. “Record growth, record job creation, workers getting hard-earned breaks.” He added, “Put simply: Our economy is on the move, and we have COVID-19 on the run.”
Summing up his prognosis, the US president proclaimed: “It turns out capitalism is alive and very well.” The truth is that the policies of the Biden administration have entirely failed to resolve the social crisis in America and they cannot, because they are based on the framework of American capitalism.
The pandemic, far from being “on the run,” is undergoing a new resurgence. Since Biden took office, an additional 225,000 people have died from the pandemic. All indications are that by the winter, with the new surge accompanying the spread of the Delta variant, the death toll under Biden will have exceeded that under Trump.
The policies of the Biden administration have been driven by the interests of Wall Street and the super-rich. This is why, despite occasional criticisms of Trump’s callous and anti-scientific response to the coronavirus pandemic, Biden has pursued the same policy of restoring corporate profit-making by forcing workers back to work and children back to school as quickly as possible, regardless of the dangers to their lives and health.
Trump’s response to the economic depression that accompanied the onset of the pandemic was to pour trillions into bolstering the banks, hedge funds and corporations, with bipartisan bills like the CARES Act. Biden pursues essentially the same policy, although with less support from the Republicans than the Democrats gave Trump. He boasts of success on the economic front, although seven million fewer workers have jobs today than before the pandemic began, and millions face wage cuts, poverty, eviction and foreclosure.
Only in foreign policy is there a significant shift from Trump to Biden, and this in tactics only, not strategy. Biden has placed more emphasis on the US utilization of NATO and the “Quad,” a de facto alliance with Japan, Australia and India. Significant sections of the military-intelligence apparatus backed Biden against Trump because they sought a more effective mobilization of US power against Russia and China.
And if Biden’s statement that “capitalism is alive and very well” were true, it begs the question: Why is there a mounting fascist threat to American democracy?
In the six months since Biden’s inauguration, the Republican Party has maintained its intransigent opposition to any serious investigation into the events of January 6. Half-hearted Democratic proposals, first for an “independent” bipartisan commission to investigate the attack, then for a bipartisan congressional investigation, have been blocked outright or endlessly delayed.
Meanwhile, evidence continues to emerge of the central role played by Trump and his allies in Congress in seeking to carry out a political coup d’état to overturn the results of the election and maintain himself in office. But neither Trump nor his accomplices have even been questioned, let alone tried, convicted and jailed.
Instead, Trump has renewed his agitation against the election, seeking to transform the Republican Party into an openly fascistic movement subordinated to his personal authority. And his supporters in the Republican Party are using their control of state legislatures to enact unprecedented and sweeping attacks on the right to vote.
Biden himself acknowledged something of the reality of the crisis of American capitalism in a speech last week in Philadelphia, when he declared “We are facing the most significant test of our democracy since the Civil War.” But he offered no way forward, except to appeal to “my Republican friends in the Congress, states and cities and counties to stand up” against this assault—although they are the very ones carrying it out.
In an effort to prop up illusions in the Democratic Party, the representatives of its “left” wing, portray Biden’s policies in extravagant terms. Last week Senator Bernie Sanders claimed that Biden’s “reconciliation” bill on social spending amounted to “the most consequential piece of legislation for working families since the 1930s.” Or, like Bhaskar Sunkara of Jacobin, affiliated with the Democratic Socialists of America, they express disappointment in what has been achieved so far, but express the hope that “Biden has shown a willingness to think big,” and that additional pressure should be brought to bear on congressional Democrats.
For his part, Biden uses every possible occasion to make clear he has no intention of implementing any measures that challenge the interests of the financial oligarchy, declaring last weekend, “Communism is a failed system, universally failed system. I don’t see socialism as a very useful substitute.”
The truth is that the Biden administration is based on Wall Street and the military, mobilizing behind it sections of the upper middle class through the utilization of identity politics. Well aware of the explosive social conditions developing in America, moreover, the administration supports the union “organization” campaign at Amazon and the PRO Act, to make it easier to install unions at work locations where they otherwise would have difficulty convincing workers to pay dues for the privilege of having their wages and benefits cut.
It is telling that when workers engage in genuine anti-corporate struggles, like the strikes waged by autoworkers against Volvo Trucks in Dublin, Virginia, the supposedly “pro-labor” president falls completely silent. Biden is for the unions, not for the workers, because he correctly sees the unions as an instrument of the US ruling class in policing the working class.
Workers must draw the lessons of six months of the Biden administration. None of the problems confronting the working class, from the disastrous pandemic response to unparalleled levels of social inequality, to the danger of imperialist world war and fascist dictatorship, can be addressed without breaking the grip of the financial oligarchy over every aspect of society.

Mark Levin says it is time to start talking about using impeachment or the 25th Amendment against Joe Biden to remove the "most disastrous president in modern American history" from office.
The conservative commentator, who commands a large following on the Right, took aim at Biden's handling of the border situation and the coronavirus pandemic, making the case to fellow Fox News host Sean Hannity on Wednesday that the Democratic commander in chief violated the Constitution.
After a series of insults, Levin said Biden has "the border wide open in violation of our immigration laws" and invoked the administration's eviction moratorium, which came this week despite a Supreme Court decision in June ruling an earlier eviction moratorium could only be extended by Congress.
He also raised concerns about the health of the U.S. population, alluding to a Justice Department legal fight against Texas over an order by Gov. Greg Abbott to restrict the transportation of migrants, some of whom tested positive for COVID-19, from being dumped into communities by federal officials as they await immigration proceedings.
"Isn't it time to remove this guy from the Oval Office or at least make an effort? So you tough guy Republicans who come on here, you tough guy Republicans on radio, how about it? The 'I' word, impeachment, let's start to talk about it. Or the 25th Amendment," Levin said.
Section 4 of the 25 Amendment states: "Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President."
Levin, who suggested Democrats weaponize impeachment to "chase" Republican presidents such as Donald Trump, seemed to acknowledge the long odds of removing Biden from office, at least right now, but encouraged people to start talking about it.
"It will never happen, but let's start to talk about it. He's doing more damage to this country, as far as I'm concerned, than any single one of our enemies," he said of Biden.

“President Biden gets a mixed job approval rating, with 46 percent of Americans approving and 43 percent disapproving,” reports the fake pollster. “This compares to a positive 49 — 41 percent job approval in May.”
Quinnipiac — Quinnipiac! — has His Fraudulency at 46 percent approval.
Quinnipiac is one of the most biased and fraudulent pollsters the world has ever seen.

In 2020, Quinnipiac had Biden winning Florida by 5; Trump won by 3. In Ohio, they had Biden up by 4; Trump won by 8. In South Carolina, they predicted a tie between Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham and his Democrat opponent; Graham won by 11. Finally, they said Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) would lose re-election by 12; she won by 8.

Quinnipiac is the most rigged poll I’ve ever come across — rigged in favor of Democrats, naturally — and Quinnipiac has Biden’s approval rating crashing to 46 percent. This is very, very bad news for His Fraudulency.
For context, Biden’s overall approval rating in the RealClearPolitics poll of polls is right on the bubble at 50.7 percent, a drop from 54 percent in just six weeks. Biden’s disapproval rating has climbed from 41 to 44 percent during this same time.
For right now, at least, Biden appears to be defying political gravity. The economy is a shambles, with inflation eating away at any wage gains. The border is not only a disaster, Biden is allowing tens of thousands of illegals to swarm our country without knowing their vaccination status. Violent crime continues to explode in Democrat-run cities. And on the one issue that once held good news, his handling of the virus, the decrepit old fart has lost total control of the messaging, which allowed the Deep State Bureaucracy — in this case, the far-left CDC — to override his message that the pandemic is over.

Although the numbers do not justify the current freak out over “breakthrough” infections for the vaccinated, the anti-science CDC and the fake media have so muddied the water with their fake news and fake hysteria; people have no idea what’s going on. Does the vaccine work? Then why am I being told to put on a mask? They told me the vaccine worked, but everyone’s freaking out!!
So not only has Biden lost control of the messaging, the guy who told us on July 4 that the pandemic was over now looks like a liar and fool. And for no reason, because nothing in the numbers shows he wasn’t correct on July 4.
In worse news for His Fraudulency, Quinnipiac has Biden upside on his handling of the economy by 5 points: 43 percent approve, 48 percent disapprove.
On foreign policy, he’s upside-down by 2 points: 42 percent approve, 44 percent disapprove.
On gun violence, he’s upside down (not a typo) 23 points: 32 percent approve, 55 percent disapprove.
On his handling of the virus, Biden is still above water with 53 percent approval and 40 percent disapproval, but this is a steep decline from the 65 – 30 number he enjoyed in May.
The bottom is falling out of the Biden presidency, and there is nothing on the horizon that tells me he can reverse the trend. With the 2022 midterms looming, Democrats are about to face a referendum, and it will not be pretty. Tee hee.
But migration damages ordinary Americans’ career opportunities, cuts their wages, raises their rents, curbs their productivity, shrinks their political clout, and fractures their open-minded, equality-promoting civic culture.
In general, legal and illegal migration moves wealth from employees to employers, from families to investors, from young to old, from children to their parents, from homebuyers to investors, from technology to stoop labor.
Biden’s decision to restart the economic extraction of valuable consumers, renters, and workers from poor countries also helps move wealth — and social status — from heartland red states to the coastal blue states. Within each state, the extraction policy also helps to move wealth and status from GOP rural districts to Democrat cities.
Time to file articles of impeachment for Biden and Walensky

The outrageous and facially unconstitutional imposition of an extension of the ban on eviction for non-payment of rent merits impeachment. In fact, a failure of the Republican caucus in the US House to offer up such articles against President Joseph Biden, who admitted that the action was unconstitutional according to most scholars, and Dr. Rochelle Walensky of the CDC, who signed the order, would signal acquiescence to what can only be termed a post-Constitutional political order.
Mark Levin, a national treasure in this hour of dire straits for the constitutional Republic we enjoy as our birthright, explains in no uncertain terms the magnitude of this challenge to our political order.
Of course, Nancy Pelosi will refuse to let this even be debated. But that is on her and her caucus. They are complicit in a true insurrection of the constitutional order that has protected Americans for two and a quarter centuries. She and her accomplishes need to be on the record for their complicity in this crime.
The Democrats twice passed articles of impeachment for President Trump, the second time comically seeking to throw him out of office after he had left office. They have no standing at all to object to such articles against Biden.
So, who will be the first Republican(s) to offer up the articles? The answer to that question will tell us a lot about who our real leaders are.

The impeachable lawlessness is part of a pattern. After a federal judge ruled this month that DACA was illegal and issued an order to the Biden administration to stop processing applications, Biden officials blithely continued processing applications as if the judge had never made the ruling. The other impeachable issue is the unguarded border, a clear violation of Biden's sworn vow to faithfully uphold the laws of the U.S. as well as protect and defend the country. Apparently there is no law nor judicial ruling, nor respect for separation of powers that stops this president from doing what he wants to do. There are a lot of reasons to impeach.
What the heck is going on in this country?

As the Biden administration continues to peel away the accomplishments of his predecessor, what I hear most from family, friends, and social media posters is a fear that Democrats have become power-mad with their recent ascendancy to a majority position in the House and Senate. They wonder if the current crop of radical officials is hell-bent on weakening, and ultimately destroying, the country that gave them those positions. Beginning with reversing President Trump's southern border policies, which has led to an invasion of illegal aliens unprecedented in our history, to the shutdown of the Keystone pipeline, taking away our energy independence, and several other policy changes that adversely affect our safety and our economy, one has to suspect the motives of those in charge.
The wisdom of Occam's Razor seems to apply in this context. Watching our country being led by folks who appear to be more concerned with getting revenge on Trump than with solving the problems facing this great republic meets the requirement of O.R. — that the simplest explanation is usually the best one. How can Americans come to any other conclusion when almost daily we hear another swipe at the former chief executive by one of Biden's Cabinet members, or someone on his staff, each time an additional Trump achievement is overturned? Moreover, as we watch in horror as potentially millions of migrants from all over the world walk casually into our country, Democrats will look us in the face and say things are getting better.
It reminds me of the comment by Seattle mayor Jenny Durkan as sections of her city were being looted and burned. When asked by a CNN anchor how long she thinks the mayhem will continue, the left-wing troglodyte smirked and said, "I don't know. We could have a summer of love." This is an example of the perverted mentality that has no concern for the innocent residents of a city under siege by criminals who have no fear of local authorities. While people are being beaten and killed on city streets, the people elected to protect them were calling for the defunding of police and the hiring of social workers to enforce the law.
Every time we think the delusional left can't get any crazier, these people come up with more abysmal notions that defy common sense and imperil more lives. How about telling us how imperative it is for us to get vaccinated, wear masks, and engage in social distancing while they invite hundreds of thousands of untested migrants into our country and transport them to cities from coast to coast? Does it take a conspiracy theorist to suggest that Democrats are distributing the virus throughout our country in order to keep us infected and locked down? How else can the Biden administration explain why they are suing Texas to block Governor Abbott's executive order that allows state troopers to stop vehicles suspected of carrying illegal aliens because they may be spreading COVID-19?
Keep in mind that Texas is among the reddest states in the union, and Abbott is one of the most severe critics of Biden's handling of the southern invasion. Biden wasted no time in stopping the construction of the border wall, another attempt to destroy a Trump campaign pledge. It's become evident that Democrats have hatched a plot to create a constitutional crisis between the federal and state governments, but only against those states that didn't vote for Biden. Has vengeance become the driving force behind every tactic employed by Democrats? Has political rivalry reached a stage in which the winning parties are hell-bent on destroying their opponents?
In the middle of all this political hostility, the American people are captively watching a vindictive ping-pong match among the power elite who seem to have relegated us to insignificant victims of collateral damage. Congressman Chip Roy (R-Texas, 21st District) said it best on the floor of the House a few days ago: "The speaker says we must wear masks in the people's house, while we've got thousands of people pouring across our border, many of them heavily infected with COVID, and Democrats don't do a damn thing about it! Mexican cartels are raping, pillaging, and transporting infected migrants into our country, and what does this institution do? Tell us to wear masks in this chamber."
The congressman is expressing more than outrage. He, like millions of other Americans, is wondering out loud what the heck is going on in this country. It's clear that we're not being governed according to constitutional principles; we're being ruled by a despotic gang of venal socialist thugs who plan to hold onto their power in perpetuity, even if it means using the increasingly left-wing-indoctrinated military to accomplish their nefarious goals.
Exclusive — Mark Morgan: ‘White House and Democrats Are Trying to Pass Through a Mass Amnesty as Part of Infrastructure’

Mark Morgan, former chief operating officer and acting commissioner for Customs and Border Protection (CBP), told Breitbart News on Wednesday that the Biden administration and Democrats intend to include a “mass amnesty proposal” for illegal aliens in an appropriation bill marketed by the White House as a “Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill.”
“The White House and Democrats are trying to pass through a mass amnesty proposal as part of infrastructure,” Morgan warned on Wednesday’s edition of SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Daily with host Alex Marlow. “That in and of itself is ridiculous, but they’re also doing it through a complicated, seldom-used reconciliation process. It’s an end-run around needing a 60-vote requirement to get a bill passed [in the Senate].”
He continued, “This is unconscionable. I believe it’s illegal. I believe it goes against the reconciliation requirements, that [the legislation must] have some tangential relationship to spending. That’s the only way it can be part of an appropriations bill, [in this case] specifically infrastructure. It’s absolute lunacy.”
Americans “should have their voices heard” on an issue “so critical to our national security, public health. and our public safety,” Morgan remarked.
“The White House and Democrats [are] trying to do a back door, midnight, cloak of darkness deal to further their agenda,” he added. “It’s unconscionable.”
CBP cannot adequately secure the border while its resources are consumed by processing and housing illegal aliens, Morgan stated.
“Border patrol agents [are processing] 210,000 illegal aliens [in July],” he noted. “Guess what’s happening? They’re being pulled off the line. Large areas of the border are wide open. It’s why you’re seeing fentanyl [trafficking] skyrocket, criminal aliens are getting past them, gang members are getting past.”
Morgan said approximately 300,000 migrants — which he described as a “conservative” estimate — evaded Border Patrol agents in the current fiscal year for the federal government, which ends in October.
“[We’ve seen] 300,000 got-aways this fiscal year,” he said “That’s shattering all records. That’s 300,000 individuals that have snuck into the country, gotten past, our front-line defenders, and made their way to every town, city, and state.”
Illegal immigration affects the entire country, Morgan warned.
He stated, “What happens on the southwest border does not stay at the Southwest border. The illegal aliens — right now, [by] this administration — are being released into the United States and being flown to every state in this country.”

Morgan said the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is not screening migrants for coronavirus.
He said, “DHS, up to this point, is not doing anything with respect to COVID. They’re not testing. They’re sure as heck not giving out vaccines.”
The Biden administration has released about 300,000 unaccompanied minors, Morgan shared.
“I’m being conservative when I say this administration has released around 300,000 … unaccompanied minors, as well as families into the country. … They’re not testing the families, not a single one,” he added.
Morgan highlighted how lawful travelers — both U.S. and Mexican citizens — seeking access to the U.S. across ports of entry along the southern border are subjected to greater travel restrictions than migrants illegally crossing the U.S.-Mexico border.
He concluded, “Right now, a family can walk up — illegally enter our borders — walk up to a Border Patrol agent, a family of four [or] five and say, ‘Hey, I just walked into your country, and oh, by the way, we all have COVID.’ Guess what they’re going to [say] under this administration? ‘No problem, come on in, we’re going to release you into the interior of the United States.'”

Lawsuit: Biden’s DHS Hiding Crimes Committed by Released Migrants

President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is failing to disclose crimes, if any, committed by migrants that the administration has released into the United States interior, a newly filed lawsuit alleges.
After taking office in January, Biden ended the Remain in Mexico program, which had proven remarkably effective in eliminating the Catch and Release policy whereby border crossers are apprehended and subsequently released into the U.S. interior while awaiting their asylum hearings.
Biden announced in February that his DHS, with the help of the United Nations, would start releasing about 25,600 migrants enrolled in the program into the U.S. interior. Breitbart News exclusively reported that the migrants are being released in Brownsville and El Paso, Texas, as well as San Diego, California.
On Wednesday, the government watchdog group Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against DHS for allegedly failing to disclose the number of Remain in Mexico migrants who went on to commit crimes after the agency released them into the U.S. interior.
According to the lawsuit, Judicial Watch had first requested the information on March 18. DHS officials responded to the request on April 5 confirming that they had received it.
While the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) agency responded to the FOIA request, stating that they had found no criminal records on Remain in Mexico migrants, other sub-agencies at DHS like the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) have yet to respond to the request, the lawsuit claims.
“The Biden administration should come clean about crimes committed by aliens as a result of its reckless decision to end [Remain in Mexico], a commonsense measure put in place by the Trump administration to try to control the border,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said in a statement.
The lawsuit asks a federal judge to order DHS to make available all criminal records, if any, on Remain in Mexico migrants.
As of early May, more than 8,300 Remain in Mexico migrants had been released into the U.S. interior — many headed to Florida, Texas, and California.
The lawsuit is Judicial Watch v. DHS, No. 1:21-cv-01927 and was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

DHS Mayorkas Dangles TPS Amnesty for 6 Million Migrant Venezuelans

President Joe Biden’s border chief is encouraging many Venezuelans to migrate illegally into the United States by dangling a partial amnesty with a September 2022 deadline.
Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas included the encouragement in a supposedly routine August 3 extension of the deadline for Venezuelans who are in the United States to apply for Temporary Protected Status (TPS), which allows migrants to stay and work in the United States. The invite said:
The Department of Homeland Security today published a Federal Register notice (FRN) announcing extensions of the registration periods from 180 days to 18 months for initial (new) applicants for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) under the designations of Venezuela … The 18-month registration period for initial applications under the TPS designation of Venezuela now runs through Sept. 9, 2022.
But “the only reason that you do this is to reward as many people as possible with work permits and, basically, all but a guarantee that you’ll never be returned home,” responded Rob Law, a former top official at the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services agency.

Since 2009, the migration flow has expanded as rational migrants have used coyotes — and U.S. immigration advocates — to zig-zag through a series of loopholes dubbed catch-and-release, Flores, and the 2008 TVPRA law.
Formally, the announcement extends the TPS-application deadline for Venezuelans who are now in the United States, said Law, who now works for the Center for Immigration Studies. In reality, the 13-month delay gives roughly six million Venezuala who are now living in South American countries the incentive and the time to walk across the Mexican border using fake identities, knowing they can file for the TPS asylum with their true name and valid documents by September 2022, he said.
Most of those migrants who arrive after this week will get TPS because Mayorkas and his deputies will pressure agency officials to approve the applications, said Law.
The decision comes a week after Mayorkas awarded TPS status to 100,000 additional Haitian migrants, including many thousands who recently walked through the southern border.
Mayorkas — a Cuban-born, pro-migration zealot — and his deputies are turning the TPS program into a political weapon, Law said. “They are exploiting the TPS statute to do what Congress is unable or unwilling to do, which is to provide fully loaded amnesty [to migrants], so they’re providing amnesty-lite in the form of TPS work permits,” he said.
Since Biden’s inauguration, the eligible population of TPS recipients has exploded from roughly 320,000 to 746,000, not counting the Venezuelans who will arrive by September 2022.
The Associated Press reported June 28:
7,484 Venezuelans were encountered by Border Patrol agents along the U.S.-Mexico border [in May]— more than all 14 years for which records exist.
The surprise increase has drawn comparisons to the midcentury influx of Cubans fleeing Fidel Castro’s communist rule. It’s also a harbinger of a new type of migration that has caught the Biden administration off guard: pandemic refugees.
Many of the nearly 17,306 Venezuelans who have crossed the southern border illegally since January had been living for years in other South American countries, part of an exodus of nearly 6 million Venezuelans since President Nicolás Maduro took power in 2013.
The Mayorkas announcement also extends the same encouragement to people from Myanmar and Syria. Young men in those two distant populations can get to the United States by flying to South America and then taking the arduous route through the dangerous Darien Gap to get their TPS application on Mayorkas’s desk 13 months from now.
The TPS program was created to shelter foreigners who were temporarily in the United States and who are unable to return home safely because their home country suffered a catastrophe, such as a war or a natural disaster.
But the program has gradually been widened by deputies for GOP and Democratic presidents. For example, it was used to aid illegal migrants working in the United States, and many grants to people from El Salvador, Honduras, and other counties have been “redesignated” long after their home country has recovered from disasters.

“This whole notion of rededication is a legal fallacy which just rewards the legal aliens who came to the United States after the original event, which is not at all how GPS statute is supposed to be constructed,” Law said.
Mayorkas and his aides are “are simply not adhering to the statute at all,” said Law:
The statute requires not only that the conditions exist — whether they’re extraordinary and temporary, or armed conflict — but also that those specific conditions prevent that alien from being returned to the home country in safety … They ignore the second part of the statute which requires that these conditions prevent a return in safety … What they do is they find any excuse — any bad news that exists in one of these countries is good enough for them to designate or to continue on the [re]designation.
“One of these state attorneys general needs to step up and just take a shot at it,” Law said, adding:
The more opportunities they get to violate our immigration laws, they will continue to push the bounds further, further, and further to the point where there is no longer immigration laws, there is no longer a border, and there’s certainly is no longer national sovereignty.
So far, Mayorkas has helped to bring 700,000 migrants over the Mexican border into the United States. That huge inflow is boosted by the TPS expansion and is lowering nationwide pressure on employers to raise Americans’ wages. Yahoo News reported July 30:
Job switchers saw their wages grow 5.8% year over year in June, while job holders experienced a 3.1% gain, according to a report by ADP derived from payroll data of 18 million workers. Overall, wage growth decelerated from the first quarter, while still growing 2.3% in June compared with a year earlier.
In contrast, wages grew much faster in Trump’s low-migration economy. In September 2020, the U.S. Census Bureau reported:
Median household income was $68,703 in 2019, an increase of 6.8 percent from the 2018 median of $64,324 … Real median household incomes increased for all regions in 2019; 6.8 percent in the Northeast, 4.8 percent in the Midwest, 6.1 percent in the South, and 7.0 percent in the West.
Overall, businesses want to import more migrants — even destitute migrants — because they spike consumer sales, boost rental rates, cut wages, minimize concessions to labor, and so raise profits and stock values. They also serve as clients for welfare agencies, and eventually, as voters for Democrat activists.
But migration damages ordinary Americans’ career opportunities, cuts their wages, raises their rents, curbs their productivity, shrinks their political clout, and fractures their open-minded, equality-promoting civic culture.
In general, legal and illegal migration moves wealth from employees to employers, from families to investors, from young to old, from children to their parents, from homebuyers to investors, from technology to stoop labor.
Biden’s decision to restart the economic extraction of valuable consumers, renters, and workers from poor countries also helps move wealth — and social status — from heartland red states to the coastal blue states. Within each state, the extraction policy also helps to move wealth and status from GOP rural districts to Democrat cities.

After having appointed a special counsel, or in place of it, under 5 U.S. Code §1212 — Powers and functions of the Office of Special Counsel, specifically under (a) (aB), (a3), Congress must act to impeach this president for high crimes and misdemeanors, gross mismanagement, violating the nation's laws, and endangering the public health and safety of citizens.
(a) The Office of Special Counsel shall—

in accordance with section 1214(a) and other applicable provisions of this subchapter…
(B)
file a complaint or make recommendations for disciplinary action under section 1215;
(3)
receive, review, and, where appropriate, forward to the Attorney General or an agency head under section 1213, disclosures of violations of any law, rule, or regulation, or gross mismanagement ... an abuse of authority, or a substantial and specific danger to public health or safety[.]
Congress must begin impeachment proceedings against President Joe Biden, V.P. Kamala Harris, Attorney General Merrick B. Garland, and his deputies, who likely have knowledge of the events that squashed investigations into the nation's murderous governors.
The investigations should include the governors, secretaries of state, and attorneys general of New York and Michigan. Charges include, but are not limited to, obstruction of justice, abuse of authority, abuse of power, abuse of office, covering up criminal activity, conspiracy, and criminal self-dealing. Considering allegations of potential collusion among these individuals and associates to cover up crimes that resulted in the deaths of citizens, provisions of the RICO Act for fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud shall be attached.
Investigative subpoenas to the staffs of these politicians must be prepared immediately to protect the integrity of the nation's justice and political systems, primarily its national security to protect America's citizens from harm.
This administration's corruption of Department of Justice investigations into the COVID deaths of thousands of innocent Americans at the hands of negligent and profiteering Democrat governors is an unconscionable violation of the standards and norms of governance. The EOs and fraudulent reports signed by these governors were designed to keep them, and other Democrats allied with them, in power. These COVID deaths are the documented results of the official malfeasance, mismanagement, and self-aggrandizement of the Democrat politicians who had control of and misgoverned their respective health care systems. They placed their political interests first, the health, welfare, and lives of their citizens last.
Behind mismanaging their respective health care systems that wasted billions of taxpayer dollars while killing, rather than curing patients, these politicians opportunistically used the tragedy of the pandemic to campaign for themselves seeking higher office (the same assisted by partisan media soft money). Negligently having created the health care debacle to begin with, they avoided accountability for their lethal decisions.
These Democrats not only were committing criminal fraud against the people, but have blood on their hands.
Blocking investigations across several blue states is a criminal shirking of presidential responsibility and duty worthy of impeachment. Biden covered up for self-dealing Democrats Gretchen Whitmer and Andrew Cuomo, who deliberately, solely for political advantage, made choices to endanger their state's citizens, and then filed deceitful, fraudulent reports on the number of deaths. All for political advantage.
The civil rights of American citizens were first violated by Cuomo and Whitmer, whose negligence took their lives, and their survivor's civil rights were violated again by Biden's blocking the only path to accountability and justice.

Overview
Someone obstructs justice when that person has a specific intent to obstruct or interfere with a judicial proceeding. For a person to be convicted of obstructing justice, that person must not only have the specific intent to obstruct the proceeding, but that person must know (1) that a proceeding was actually pending at the time; and (2) there must be a connection between the endeavor to obstruct justice and the proceeding, and the person must have knowledge of this connection.
§ 1503 applies ... to federal judicial proceedings. Under 18 USC §1505 a defendant can be convicted of obstruction of justice by obstructing a pending proceeding before Congress or a federal administrative agency.
This president, as well as the former president who enacted a coup to save his broken legacy and destroy the pro-American legacy of his successor, has been corrupting the justice bureaucracy to benefit himself and his agenda of malfeasance and corruption.

Journalists Must Stop Covering the Biden Presidency Like It’s Normal
'Politics as usual' approach to reporting won't cut it, will only enable our norm-defying commander in chief

Every American, especially the ones with journalism degrees, understands the critical role journalists play in sustaining our democracy. If politics is the moral equivalent of war—and most experts agree that it is—journalists are the elite commandos operating behind enemy lines, risking it all so the rest of us don't have to.
One shudders to imagine the wretched authoritarianism that might have befallen our great nation if, for example, CNN chief media correspondent Brian Stelter had lacked the courage to spellcheck former president Donald Trump's tweets. Nevertheless, the threat to American democracy persists.
Political journalists have yet to prove they are up to the challenge of covering Joe Biden's norm-defying presidency. Instead, they cling bitterly to "objectivity," the arcane notion that defined the journalism industry in the years before its largely blue-collar workforce could be replaced by educated intellectuals.
As Margaret Sullivan writes in the Washington Post: "Mainstream journalists want their work to be perceived as fair-minded and nonpartisan. They want to defend themselves against charges of bias. So they equalize the unequal. This practice seems so ingrained as to be unresolvable."
Given the unique challenge Biden and his allies pose to the American democratic experiment, a "politics as usual" approach to journalism is not only inadequate—it is downright dangerous. Effective immediately, our nation's journalists—whose heroism is beyond dispute—must stop covering this moment in history as if there's anything "normal" about it. There isn't!
Biden promised to put an end to the COVID-19 pandemic, yet the virus continues to decimate the population. Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard, elite enclaves frequented by Biden supporters, have become hotbeds of contagion. Democratic politicians have waged biological warfare on Washington, D.C., where the Democratic mayor continues to put lives at risk by ignoring safety protocols.
Journalistic convention might suggest there are "two sides" to a story about Democratic politicians behaving with a reckless disregard for human life. Common sense suggests otherwise.
Speaking of Martha's Vineyard, that's where former president Barack Obama is hosting a super spreader event later this week. He's throwing himself a 60th birthday bash at his $12 million mansion, where nearly 700 people are expected to attend. George Clooney, Oprah Winfrey, and Steven Spielberg are among the invited guests.
Journalistic convention might suggest this frightening example of pathological narcissism is merely a "quirk" that Obama's base—Ivy League grads with multiple homes—finds relatable. Common sense suggests that if it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.
Biden continues to humiliate himself in public, while U.S. athletes embarrass their country at the Olympics. To be fair, we can't really expect them to project American greatness abroad when their commander in chief is drooling all over himself at home. Leadership starts at the top.
Journalistic convention might suggest that invoking the 25th Amendment—by which a president can be removed if deemed "unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office"—is an extreme measure that doesn't deserve serious consideration. Think again!
Meanwhile, Biden's adult son Hunter, a former
crackhead, is poised to make a fortune selling
his "artwork" to patrons who will
remain anonymous, except to the "artist"
himself. Hunter's paintings, which have been
panned by critics, are expected to sell for as
high as $500,000 a piece. He was previously
paid $2 million to fabricate stories in a memoir
about his crack addiction and is presumably
still "working to unwind" his investment in a
shady Chinese investment firm.
Journalistic convention might suggest this isn't normal—that a president's son so blatantly seeking to cash in on his father's name is a scandal worth reporting as such. In this case, journalistic convention would be right, but for some reason, our typically fearless journalists have expressed little interest in doing so. Common sense suggests their passion for investigating Democrats is not as intense as their passion for investigating Republicans.
