JOE BIDEN - WE'VE GOT TO GET OUR ILLEGALS REGISTERED TO VOTE DEMOCRAT FOR MORE! - THAT'S WHY WE HAVE OPEN BORDERS AND BILLIONS IN WELFARE FOR ILLEGALS!

Biden's racist irony

Biden traveled to Georgia on January 11 2022, to speak about great Republicans. Well, not exactly… but sort of. He spoke about racist reprobates in the Democrat Party who abused and withheld rights from Black Americans. Biden seemed to cherish the idea of going to “the cradle of civil rights,” as he called it, to discuss “democracy’s future.” Biden’s speech was not only interspersed with historical untruths and typical levels of incoherence we’ve come to expect from “Biden-speak,” but it was also wrought with rich irony.

Biden, the top Democrat, tried to inflame spectators’ emotions by making historical comparisons to Democrat racists. He compared the actions and intents of Democrat, racist, White supremacist George Wallace to Republican Dr. Martin Luther King. He even compared the actions and intentions of Democrat racist, White supremacist Jefferson Davis to the pioneer of the Republican Party, Abraham Lincoln!

To be fair, Biden can’t be blamed for this jarring level of irony. The truth is, to make historical arguments citing American racist White supremacists, you automatically must include Democrats because they were the sole purveyors of racism, slavery, and White supremacy through most of American history. Democrats were committed to using government coercion to immorally and unconstitutionally enshrine the enslavement of Blacks for as long as possible. The infamous “Jim Crow” laws were just one of the many inhumane outcomes due to Democrats’ grotesque, deep-seated hatred.

Historical truth compelled Biden to make contrasting arguments favoring liberty, justice, and freedom by referring to Republicans since they were the ones who had committed their lives and livelihoods to set Blacks free. Republicans’ commitment to righteousness went beyond platitudes; they relied on the U. S. Constitution and the principles of the Declaration of Independence as their guides. The Constitution stood on the truth that “all men are created equal,” with the ideal pursuit being “liberty and justice for all.”

The contrasts between the two parties remain today. Democrats still deploy government power unconstitutionally to force conformity to its diktats, while Republicans still strive to look for constitutional governance to assure liberty and justice for all. This foundational difference between the political worldviews is the fundamental issue with the John Lewis Voting Rights Act.

This Act is poised at a critical point. Mouthing his arcane and deceptive pabulum, Biden declared he would get this passed by any means necessary (including abolishing the filibuster). Americans must understand the Act isn’t designed for “fairness.” It isn’t designed to mitigate “racism” nor to neutralize “voter disenfranchisement.” The John Lewis Voting Rights Act is designed to undermine existing election integrity laws and implement new government tools and levers to maintain power unconstitutionally. Unfortunately, the Act would fully enshrine voter disenfranchisement as law; every voter is disenfranchised with this legislation.

If the Act takes effect:

  1. Ballot harvesting would be legalized nationally.
  2. There would be no voter ID requirements (meaning non-citizens could vote).
  3. And there would be unlimited mail-in voting, expanded un-manned ballot box placements, online voting, and any number of new Federally-mandated and monitored changes.

The federal government would deprive the state governments, of the authority to manage and control elections in the states. As the Act dumps the states’ checks and balances, dead voters would vote, and any number of illegal votes would somehow count.

That’s how legal votes are nullified. When illegal ballots are counted, and especially when that happens system-wide, the result is systemic voter disenfranchisement.

The slogans for the John Lewis Voting Rights Act sound like perfect democracy until you realize the Act rejects election integrity laws and instead opens the door to systemic voter disenfranchisement. Make no mistake: If passed, the Act installs a corrupted, nonconstitutional, non-compliant way of conducting U.S. elections. Citizens will still go through the motions of voting but actually no longer have a voice or true freedom in America. Instead, America will be a hollowed-out caricature of its former self.

Ironically, Biden mentioned poignant examples as he railed against racist segregationist Democrats of the past who used instrumentation of government to force diabolical agendas; his examples were ironic and prescient. They indeed raise questions we should sincerely ponder. Do we harken back to the tactics and intents of unconstitutionally using government as did George Wallace, Bull Connor, and Jefferson Davis? Or, do we stand with unwavering resolve with Constitutionally and liberty-minded Abraham Lincoln and Dr. MLK?

Every Black Life Matters (EBLM) believes that the U.S Constitution is a common denominator we must rely on to deliver liberty and justice in America. We can maintain our freedom, but it will take unified and unwavering resolve. Due to its pervasive voter disenfranchisement, we must reject the John Lewis Voting Rights act.

Biden's Immigration Policy Should Infuriate Hispanics

Emma Lazarus lived only to age 38, but she composed one of the greatest poems on the topic of American immigration.  In "The New Colossus," she spoke of a "world-wide welcome" for the "huddled masses yearning to breathe free."  Those words are engraved in the base of the Statue of Liberty, and for the most part, that sentiment has guided American policy on immigration for centuries.  But that policy works only if immigration is conducted in a legal and orderly manner.

Believing they can gain votes needed for a permanent majority, Democrats engage in a cynical practice of open borders that is harmful to those who attempt the trip.  At least 650 individuals died while attempting to cross the U.S.-Mexico border in 2021, with hundreds others either unaccounted for on land or lost attempting to reach Florida by sea.  Many thousands suffered abuse, including rape, at the hands of gang members.  Even after arriving, illegals may be forced into indentured service of some kind.  A border policy constructed around vote-getting is bound to fail, and Biden's border policy is a catastrophe.

Under President Trump, the border was quickly secured and the flood of illegal migrants halted.  Even the liberal Pew Research Center notes that "migrant encounters at the U.S.-Mexico border are at a 21-year high."  Encounters have risen from 16,182 in April 2020, not long after Trump left office, to almost 200,000 in the month of July 2021 alone, and those figures don't count "gotaways."  Trump's policies worked, and not just for American citizens; they prevented the victimization of millions of helpless individuals.  They were humane rather than politically cynical and calculated.

At the same time, President Trump increased opportunities for legal immigration and sought to shift policy in favor of merit.  A merit-based system would afford legal immigrants with better opportunities once they arrive.  More than 35 million immigrants live in the U.S. legally, and these  immigrants have more readily assimilated to the general population.  Unlike Biden's brutal tactics, Trump's well reasoned immigration strategy served the interests of both the U.S. and potential immigrants.

In return, President Trump garnered 38% of Hispanic voters in his 2020 re-election bid, far more than previous GOP candidates, but his percentage among legal Hispanics was likely considerably higher.  JustFactsDaily.org estimated the number of illegal alien votes that went for Biden in the 2020 election, and the results show that Trump would likely have won the election on this aspect of election fraud alone.  Legal immigrants voted for Trump because they understood the importance of a regulated and orderly system of immigration.  Those same immigrants, presumably, will be voting against Democrats in even greater numbers in 2022 and 2024.

Now is a good time to remind 2022 voters of just how successful and humane Trump's border policy was, and to offer a plan built on that policy.  Biden's "dumping" policy relies on midnight flights to disburse illegal immigrants. Trump's policy avoided this chaos by shutting down migrant caravans in the first place and, before the arrival of COVID and despite tightening the rules, increasing the number of slots for legal immigration above those in Obama's second term.  This emphasis on legal immigration is clearly the better approach for existing U.S. citizens and for potential immigrants as well.  It eliminates the extortion, abuse, and servitude imposed by gangs on immigrants, and it guarantees an orderly number and vetting of immigrants.

Biden believes that his skewed policies will align Hispanics with progressives, a group whose  values they do not share, but this ruthless political calculation may backfire.  Hispanics are overwhelmingly pro-life Christians who favor small government, low taxes, and less regulation, and their natural alignment is with conservatives.  Conservatives should welcome those who are entering legally, and they should expand opportunities for more legal immigration of deserving candidates, and not just for political reasons.

Increased immigration based on merit strengthens America.  Among the most important factors in the future economic and military power of a nation is the number, educational level, and age of its workforce.  Without immigrant labor, the U.S. would find itself in the same position as Europe, Japan, and China — nations burdened with an aging population dependent on a shrinking number of workers.  Immigration makes the difference between a strong nation and one unable to project military power and to prosper at home, but only if immigrants are young, healthy, educated, and legal.

The irony of Biden's open border policy is that Hispanics, by the time they earn the right to vote, may strengthen the hand of Republicans.  And the opportunity for conservatives is immense.  Hispanics constitute 40% of California's population, 32% in Arizona, 29% in Nevada, 26% in Florida, 22% in Colorado, 21% in New Jersey, 19% in New York, and significant numbers in a dozen other states.  With just 50% of these votes, Republicans could take most of these states.

Winning over a majority of Hispanic voters would not be so difficult.  It's hard to believe that Hispanics, most of whom have established or work in small businesses, support Biden's tax and regulation policies, and every American, but poorer residents to a greater extent, is harmed by inflation.  One of Trump's great lines, aimed at minorities, in the 2016 election was, "Why not give us a try?"  A similar line aimed at legal immigrants would increase the GOP candidate's numbers in 2024, but only if the line is forceful and repeated.

There is a great deal of evidence that reaching out to legal immigrants would be an effective strategy.  Approval ratings for Florida's Gov. Ron DeSantis are higher among Hispanics (62% approve, 20% disapprove) than among the general population (60% approve), and there is no reason why that trend should not go national in the coming years.

Biden has made a mess of immigration, and that mess presents conservatives with an opportunity to embrace legal immigrants, especially Hispanic immigrants, and to gain their loyalty in return.  Many developed nations like Japan are committing demographic suicide by failing to reproduce while opposing immigration.  With the help of merit-based immigration, America can continue to be dominant militarily and economically for another century at least.

We must immediately secure our southern border, but the idea of America as a place of comfort and refuge for the huddled masses remains a central tenet of our national identity.  There is every pragmatic reason to support increased legal immigration — economic, political, and military — but there is a lofty and high-minded reason as well: America is a compassionate nation, and conservatives are compassionate people.  Let the huddled masses come, let them enjoy the blessings of freedom, and let them make America strong.

Democrats Block Plan to Remove Foreign Nationals from Voter Rolls

House Democrats this week blocked a plan that would have required states to remove foreign nationals from voter rolls.

On Wednesday, Democrats voted down an amendment by Rep. Rodney Davis (R-IL) that would have kicked likely hundreds, and potentially thousands, of foreign nationals off state voter rolls.

The amendment would have been tacked onto the Democrats’ “Freedom to Vote: John R. Lewis Act” which seeks to federalize all local and state elections with prohibitions on requiring photo identification when voting by mail and weakens current requirements that mandate states routinely clean their voter rolls.

“Common sense will tell you that combining noncitizens and eligible American voters on the same voter rolls is ripe for abuse,” Davis said on the House floor:

All of this could be prevented if states were actually maintaining accurate voter rolls, which has been required by federal law for nearly 30 years. Whether intentional or not, we know this is happening, it’s undermining the integrity of our elections. This amendment would simply ensure those who are noncitizens, who do not have the right to vote in federal elections, are removed from states’ voter rolls. This is especially critical as my friends on the other side of the aisle push for a federal takeover of elections. [Emphasis added]

House Democrats last blocked the amendment in December 2021.

Blue states have a history of foreign nationals on their voter rolls. In 2020, for instance, Illinois officials admitted that nearly 600 foreign nationals were on the state’s voter rolls. Similarly, in 2018, California’s DMV admitted that it had registered about 1,500 non-eligible voters, including foreign nationals, over six months.

Most recently, Democrats in New York City approved a plan to give voting rights to nearly a million foreign nationals in the city, who only have to prove that they have resided in the U.S. for 30 days. Republicans, Democrats, and naturalized citizens are now suing the city.

RNC Warns Against Democrat Election Reform: ‘Freedom to Cheat Act’ Will ‘Eviscerate’ Voter ID Laws

Republican leaders warned against the latest Democrat push for federal election reform on Tuesday, pointing specifically to bill measures about voter ID and same-day voter registration.

Republican National Committee chairwoman Ronna McDaniel and National Republican Senatorial Committee chairman Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL) ripped into the federal election reform proposals pending before Congress during a call with reporters, just ahead of President Joe Biden visiting Georgia on Tuesday afternoon.

“We call it the Freedom to Cheat Act,” McDaniel said of the Freedom to Vote Act, which Senate Democrats are hoping to pass against Republican wishes by changing the 60-vote filibuster rule.

“It eviscerates state voter ID laws, which 36 states have passed,” the chairwoman said. “This bill eliminates states’ more secure voter ID requirements, replacing them with a process that is rife with fraud.”

The sweeping bill would order states with voter ID laws to widen their accepted forms of voter identification to allow for several alternatives, including forms of identification that do not contain a photo.

The influential conservative thinktank Heritage Foundation, which has actively been lobbying states to tighten their election processes, deems “model” voter ID rules to be those that require voters to present a government-issued ID that contains a photo and makes clear that the voter is an American citizen when they go to cast their ballot. In December, Heritage scored states on this metric and found six states, including Georgia — a state that has become ground zero in the fight over election laws — received perfect scores in regard to voter ID laws specifically. Another 22 states received at least partial credit or more for their voter ID laws.

McDaniel cited Atlanta’s recent municipal elections, which took place well after Gov. Brian Kemp (R) signed into law Georgia’s high-profile Election Integrity Act last year. Despite Democrats and some corporations attacking the overhaul bill, claiming it amounted to voter suppression of racial minorities, the major Georgia newspaper the Atlanta-Journal Constitution reported the city elections ran smoothly for voters.

“Most voters reported they didn’t face any obstacles at the polls,” the AJC wrote. McDaniel also noted voter turnout in Atlanta increased by 17 percent.

The chairwoman added that boycotts that took place, namely by Major League Baseball, over the election bill happened because Democrats like Biden and voting rights activist Stacey Abrams publicly misrepresented it. She noted the Washington Post fact-checking Biden at the time, awarding the president “four Pinocchios” for his remarks on one of the bill’s provisions.

“Georgians lost out on $100 million in projected revenue. Businesses that had been struggling through the pandemic who were counting on that revenue lost out because of lies told by Joe Biden and Democrats about the Georgia law,” McDaniel said. “Everything they said was a lie.”

McDaniel also noted the Freedom to Vote Act “would force 29 states to adopt same-day voter registration. It forces [states] to let violent felons vote. I mean, the list goes on and on about how bad, how truly bad this bill is.”

Senate Democrats, led by Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), have conveyed serious interest in voting on changing Senate rules as early as sometime in the next week to push through election reforms, despite two Democrats remaining opposed to changing the 60-vote filibuster rule, the key rule that — if changed or circumvented — would allow Schumer to pass election reforms with a simple majority of senators rather than 60.

Scott charged that “Democrats don’t want free and fair elections. They want elections only Democrats can win.”

“We’ve watched this last year, they’ve had a difficult time, the Democrats, passing their radical agenda so they want to change the rules,” Scott said. “They want to change the rules so they can ban voter ID, even though it’s very popular around the country.”
