During his Wednesday national radio show Sean Hannity told listeners that the forthcoming book by Government Accountability Institute (GAI) President and Breitbart News senior contributor Peter Schweizer is going to be another bombshell-filled blockbuster.

“I hear Peter Schweizer’s book is going to be massive!” Hannity said about the soon-to-be-released book Red-Handed: How American Elites Got Rich Helping China Win.

Hannity’s comments came just hours after news broke, first reported by Politico Playbook, that publishing giant HarperCollins plans to launch Red-Handed on January 25. Later in the day Schweizer said the book is the “scariest” investigation he has ever conducted in his quarter-century as one of the nation’s leading nonpartisan investigative journalists and a six-time New York Times bestselling author.

While the book remains under a strict embargo, an updated book listing on the HarperCollins website states that Red-Handed will present Schweizer’s “most alarming findings to date by revealing the secret deals wealthy Americans have cut to help China build its military, technological, and economic might.” The investigation also reportedly took Schweizer and his team of GAI forensic investigators more than a year to scour “a massive trove of global corporate records and legal filings to expose the hidden transactions China’s enablers hoped would never see the light of day.”

The book’s cover includes images of President Joe Biden shaking the hand of Chinese Communist Party Leader Xi Jinping, NBA star LeBron James, former House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH), current House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, and tech billionaires Elon Musk and Bill Gates.

Schweizer’s bipartisan track record of following the money and exposing cronyism and corruption has included Republicans and Democrats alike. His past exposés like Profiles in CorruptionSecret EmpiresClinton Cash, and Throw Them All Out have sparked ethics investigations of members of Congress, spearheaded the passage of bipartisan anti-corruption legislation like the STOCK (Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge) Act which banned insider trading by members of Congress, and even led to an FBI investigation.

As for the author’s upcoming book, HarperCollins states that Red-Handed is “exhaustively researched, crisply told, and chilling” and will “expose the nexus of power between the Chinese government and the American elites who do its bidding.”

Red-Handed is set to be released on January 25.

“Protect and enrich.” This is a perfect encapsulation of the Clinton Foundation and the Obama book and television deals. Then there is the Biden family corruption, followed closely behind by similar abuses of power and office by the Warren and Sanders families, as Peter Schweizer described in his recent book “Profiles in Corruption.” These names just scratch the surface of government corruption.

What’s Biden Hidin’?

The press conferences and interviews that weren't.

Old Joe Biden has been pretending to be president of the United States for almost a year now, and he has pretty much mastered, with some difficulty, walking up the steps of Air Force One. However, one aspect of his presidential act could still use some work: in his first year, he has held fewer press conferences and interviews than Trump, Obama, George W. Bush, Clinton, and George H.W. Bush. Biden’s handlers clearly don’t want him out there in front of the cameras talking, and it’s easy to see why.

Biden’s handlers have clearly taken Obama’s dictum seriously: “Don’t underestimate Joe’s ability to f*** things up.” They’re clearly determined to give him as few opportunities to do so as possible. Even at the press conferences he has held, Biden has on several occasions made it clear that the people who are really in charge were keeping him on a short leash. Last June at the G7 Summit, Biden said: “I’m sorry, I’m going to get in trouble with staff if I don’t do this the right way.” At a press conference in November, the obliging presidential puppet gave the impression that he was not supposed to take too many questions: “I can take…I’m going to get in real trouble…this is the last question I’m taking.”

Biden’s handlers have limited his press conference access severely. He has only given nine during his first year as president, and three of those were with foreign leaders who were visiting the United States. In contrast, Trump gave 22 press conferences his first year. Barack Obama gave 27. Clinton gave 38, and George H.W. Bush 31. George W. Bush was the least press-conference-accessible president besides Biden, with 19.

Old Joe is hardly more available for press interviews than he is for press conferences. He gave 22 during his first year in office; Trump gave 92, and Obama 156, according to an analysis by Martha Joynt Kumar of Town University, director of the White House Transition Project. Biden has taken questions at other events that are not press conferences or interviews, but this enables him to give brief and cursory answers: “While President Biden has taken questions more often at his events than his predecessors, he spends less time doing so. He provides short answers with few follow-ups when he takes questions at the end of a previously scheduled speech.”

Steven Portnoy of CBS News Radio, president of the White House Correspondents’ Association, observed that “fleeting exchanges are insufficient to building the historical record of the president’s views on a broad array of public concerns. We have had scant opportunities in this first year to learn the president’s views on a broad range of public concerns. The more formal the exchange with the press, the more the public is apt to learn about what’s on the man’s mind.”

Of course. But what if there isn’t much of anything on the man’s mind, other than what’s for breakfast and when can I get a nap, and can’t you keep that pesky dog from biting everybody? Then you have to keep him under wraps as much as you can possibly get away with, and here we are.

Biden’s White House, however, insists that it is as open as the day is long. White House principal deputy press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said: “I think that we have been very transparent. I don’t think you can just piecemeal and I think you have to look at it as a whole.”

Very well. And looking at it as a whole, it’s clear that Joe Biden isn’t really running things and is just a frontman for the shadowy cabal that really is in charge. If Biden, a man whose dementia becomes more apparent by the day, really were running things, that would be even worse, and no one knows that as intimately as do his handlers. Missouri State University professor Brian Ott suggests that Biden’s approval ratings are so shockingly low because he hasn’t been out there making his case before the American people: “The presidency has always been a predominantly rhetorical enterprise,” according to Ott. “You can’t drive an agenda without vision casting and part of that has to go through the mainstream press.”

And if you’re not even the man with the vision but are just playing his role before the cameras, the situation is even worse.

Politico Playbook exclusively reported Wednesday that publishing giant HarperCollins is preparing to release the next investigative bombshell book by six-time New York Times bestselling author Peter Schweizer titled Red-Handed: How American Elites Get Rich Helping China Win.

Red-Handed remains under a strict embargo until its January 25 release date.

The book’s cover, which Politico obtained a copy of, features photos of President Joe Biden and Chinese Communist Party Leader Xi Jinping, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), former House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH), LeBron James, Elon Musk, Henry Kissinger, and Bill Gates. According to PoliticoRed-Handed will “expose bad actors on both ends of the political spectrum and their willingness to do China’s bidding.”

Given the bestselling author’s investigative track record, the book’s subjects may have cause for concern. Peter Schweizer’s Clinton Cash sparked an FBI investigation into the Clinton Foundation. His last two books, Profiles in Corruption and Secret Empires, each hit #1 on the New York Times bestseller list and exposed how Hunter Biden and Joe Biden flew aboard Air Force Two in 2013 to China before Hunter’s firm inked a $1.5 billion deal with a subsidiary of the Chinese government’s Bank of China just 10 days after the trip.

Schweizer, who is the president of the nonpartisan Government Accountability Institute (GAI) and a senior contributor to Breitbart News, also authored Throw Them All Out, which, according to left-leaning Slate, was “the book that started the STOCK Act stampede.” The bipartisan STOCK Act (Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge) banned insider trading by members of Congress and was signed into law by President Barack Obama on April 4, 2012. The legislation received overwhelming support from both parties. One of the main figures featured in Schweizer’s Throw Them All Out, then-chairman of the House Financial Services Committee Spencer Bachus (R-AL), announced he would not seek reelection after the book’s reporting. CBS’s 60 Minutes did an investigative report on Schweizer’s revelations that won them the Joan Shorenstein Barone Award for excellence in Washington-based journalism.

According to Amazon, Red-Handed: How American Elites Get Rich Helping China Win numbers 352 pages in length.

Biden, for instance, had sought to include tax cuts for his billionaire donors in a Chinese coronavirus relief package earlier this year. The plan was ultimately cut from the package. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), in May 2020, also tried to include the plan in a coronavirus relief package.
