Iran: ‘Hard Revenge’ for Soleimani Killing Will Come From ‘Within’ the U.S.

The Islamic Republic finds its perfect moment,

Last Thursday was the second anniversary of the killing of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) Quds Force commander Qassem Soleimani; while the date passed virtually unnoticed in the United States, it was a major event in the Islamic Republic of Iran, featuring numerous threats of revenge from enraged Iranian leaders. One of these stood out from the others: Soleimani’s successor as Quds Force commander declared that the revenge would come from inside the United States.

Iran’s state-controlled Tasnim News Agency reported that Brigadier General Esmaeil Qaani was “delivering a speech to a ceremony in Mashhad” for the anniversary of the “martyrdom” of Soleimani. Qaani was in no mood to be conciliatory. He thundered: “We will prepare ground for the hard revenge against the US from within their homes, as we do not need to be present as supervisors everywhere, wherever is necessary we take revenge against Americans by the help of people on their side and within their own homes without our presence.”

“From within their homes.” It’s not an implausible threat, thanks to Old Joe Biden’s essentially nonexistent Southern border. U.S. Customs and Border Protection reported on Feb. 3, 2021, that Border Patrol agents near Yuma, Ariz. “arrested a group of 11 Iranian citizens who illegally crossed the border into the United States.” Nor was this a singular incident:

“For the last two fiscal years, Yuma Sector Border Patrol agents have led the nation in apprehending illegal crossers from Iran. Yuma Sector agents apprehended eight Iranian nationals in FY2020, compared to just 14 from all other border patrol sectors combined. So far in FY2021, Yuma Sector agents have apprehend [sic] 14 nationals from Iran.”

It’s unlikely, unfortunately, that Border Patrol agents apprehended every last one of the Iranians who tried to enter the United States illegally across the border from Mexico. It’s entirely possible that agents of the Islamic Republic are in the country now, ready to execute this “revenge.” Qaani offered a chance to avoid the specter of the revenge playing out on American soil: he “went on to say that it would be much wiser for the US to deal with the criminals who assassinated General Soleimani on their own, as it would be much costlier for them if ‘the children of the Resistance Front’ are to take the matter in their own hands and take revenge from the Americans by themselves.”

The “children of the Resistance Front.” Who might they be? They don’t have to be Iranians who crossed the border. Far-Left Antifa rioters have already taken up the notorious Iranian slogan, “Death to America.” Journalist Andy Ngo reported in late August 2020 that “around 700 black bloc militants and their supporters rampaged through Oakland, Cal. They chanted ‘death to America’ while starting fires and smashing cars and buildings.” The week before that, according to Townhall’s Julio Rosas, “An American flag was just burned outside the Kenosha County Courthouse. One woman screams, ‘Death to America!’ and kicks the fence.” An Antifa rioter who is already screaming “Death to America” would be a perfect candidate for carrying out Iran’s “hard revenge” inside the United States.

The Islamic Republic has found the perfect moment, should it wish to carry out terrorist attacks in America. The Left’s relentless indoctrination of American youth has begun bearing fruit, such that there is a large number of people in the country now who hate their culture and heritage and believe that the United States of America is the primary force for evil in the world today. That coincides neatly with the foreign policy perspective of the Islamic Republic of Iran. What would have been an empty threat just a few years ago is now all too plausible, because there are so many people in the United States now who think that whatever the country gets, it deserves.

If the threat is made good and there is a jihad carnage inside the United States, instigated by someone acting at the behest of the Islamic Republic of Iran, it is also true that many people inside the United States now will be pleased and will applaud openly. The Left’s campaign to shame Americans into being sorry they’re Americans will increasingly manifest itself in an unwillingness to defend this country or stand up against its enemies. Esmaeil Qaani and his friends and allies will find a great deal of comfort in what the Left has wrought.

Laredo Sector Border Patrol agents continue to find migrants being transported by human smugglers in dangerous situations. In one incident, agents found six inside a tanker truck.

Laredo Sector Acting Chief Patrol Agent Carl E. Landrum tweeted images of a tanker truck with a group of migrants hiding inside. Laredo Police Department officers called the Laredo South Station Border Patrol agents on January 8 to assist after a traffic stop.

Once on scene, the agents found a group of six migrants hiding inside the tank of the truck, Landrum reported.

Elsewhere in the sector, Cotulla Station Border Patrol agents attempted to stop a white Ford pickup truck, Chief Landrum noted in another tweet. The driver of the truck refused to stop and drove off the road and crashed through two ranch fences near Dilly, Texas.

After processing the scene, the agents learned the truck had been reported stolen out of Pearland, Texas.

Laredo North Station agents also found migrants being transported in dangerous conditions. Chief Landrum tweeted images of a sedan that appeared to be smuggling migrants.

The images show the vehicle with flattened tires and the apprehension of four migrants illegally present in the United States. Some of the migrants were found locked inside the trunk of the sedan.

85 Per Cent Of Sweden’s Fatal Shooting Suspects Come From Foreign Backgrounds I.E., MUSLIMS!

Nearly nine in ten suspects involved in fatal shootings in Sweden are either born abroad or are from migrant backgrounds, statistics reveal, as the country continues to deal with record levels of fatal shootings.

In 2021, Sweden saw another record high number of fatal shootings as the country continues to see fatal gun violence largely driven by criminal gang activity across the country.

According to statistics obtained by the French newspaper La Croix, the average age of suspects in fatal shootings in Sweden is 23 years old and claim that 85 per cent of the suspects are either born aboard or come from immigration backgrounds.

Swedish police claim that there are as many as 2,500 members of gangs in the city of Stockholm alone and that the dismantling of prior gangs made of up migrants from the Balkans who came to Sweden in the 1990s, has led to the formation of smaller and more violent gangs.

The gangs often operate in so-called “vulnerable areas” also known as no-go areas, with Swedish authorities noting that in around sixty neighbourhoods, gangs have an influence on the local community.

The statistics cited by the French newspaper echo statement made last year by Greater Gothenburg police commissioner Erik Nord who commented on the connection between mass migration and fatal gun violence.

“It is no longer a secret today that much of the problem of gang and network crime with the shootings and explosions have been linked to migration to Sweden in recent decades,” Nord wrote in an opinion article for Swedish newspaper Goteborgs Posten.

“When, like me, you have the opportunity to follow matters at the individual level, you see that virtually everyone who shoots or is shot in gang conflicts originates from the Balkans, the Middle East, North or East Africa,” Nord added.

Nord has not been the first to connect migration to gang crime and gun violence. In October of 2020, Linda Staaf, head of the intelligence unit of the National Operational Department (NOA) of the Swedish police force, noted that second-generation migrants had created a new form of gang culture in some no-go areas.

“Overall, we have three types of criminal structures: criminal organisations, such as criminal motorcycle gangs; family-based criminal networks in clan structures; and a new type of culture and network – that is, loose networks that are mainly gang criminals in vulnerable areas,” Staaf noted.

“The loosely composed networks often consist of second-generation immigrants. Parts of the clan structure are brought with them like honour and blood vengeance,” she said.

DHS Cannot Account for 50K Migrants Released in 2021

Data released by the Department of Homeland Security show more than 50,000 migrants released by the agency with instructions to report to ICE once at their desired U.S. location have failed to do so. The Notice to Report (NTR) process was instituted to help the Border Patrol ease detention facility overcrowding in 2021.

The federal disclosure covers the period between March and August 2021. Of more than 270,000 migrants released by DHS, roughly 104,000 were placed in the NTR system which trusts the migrant to voluntarily report to ICE at their intended U.S. destination to begin the deportation process.

The DHS report issued in response to an inquiry by U.S. Senator Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) notes more than 50,000 migrants — greater than half of those released under NTRs —failed to make formal contact with ICE.

In an exclusive report by Breitbart Texas, the policy change relying on the honor system of self-reporting to ICE went into effect in March 2021. Data released by DHS only addresses the first six months of the procedure in place.

Historically, when detention space is scarce, a Notice to Appear (NTA) specifies a date and time for a migrant to appear before an immigration judge. The migrant can be ordered for removed even in absentia.

Migrants may also be released in a parole status which may allow lawful employment within the United States. It provides an incentive to stay in contact with ICE to renew work authorization.

Under the Notice to Report, of which 104,000 were issued during the study period in 2021, migrants are free to travel within the United States but must report to the nearest ICE office within 60 days under an honor system. In March 2021, a CBP source told Breitbart Texas this policy change would likely result in many migrants failing to report.

Of those migrants who did report to an ICE office, only 16,296 of 49,859 were issued the required Notice to Appear, establishing a court date and initiating the removal process. The issuance of the Notices to Appear for those that did report accounted for only 15 percent of migrants who reported to ICE.

Biden Admin Unable To Locate 50,000 Migrants Released Into US in 2021

Numbers contradict testimony by DHS chief Alejandro Mayorkas

Nearly half of all migrants that Border Patrol released into the United States in 2021 cannot be located, according to data from the Department of Homeland Security.

More than 100,000 migrants were released into the United States from the southern border between March 21 and Aug. 31, 2021, and given a notice to report to Immigration and Customs Enforcement within 60 days, according to the data. Nearly half of those—47,705—did not check in, making their status and location unknown to immigration authorities.

The release of the data comes after Sen. Ron Johnson (R., Wis.) in August pressed Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas for an accounting of all migrants released into the United States. Mayorkas responded to the letter on Jan. 11, nearly three months after Johnson’s request.

Following a March 2021 policy directive from President Biden, migrants were given "Notices to Report" to an immigration office rather than "Notices to Appear" at an immigration court. Proponents of the change in policy say it was necessary due to the 1.5 million backlogged cases at the nation's immigration courts. But critics say report notices made it easier for migrants to dodge Homeland Security.

The distinction between a "Notice to Report" and "Notice to Appear" is crucial, with the latter holding "real legal effect," according to Center for Immigration Studies immigration expert Andrew Arthur. Should a migrant miss an order to appear in court, an immigration judge could order that person's immediate removal. "Notices to Report," however, effectively operate on an honor system, with little recourse for the federal government to punish the offender.

According to the data provided by the Department of Homeland Security, just 15.6 percent of the over 100,000 migrants released into the country were issued removal proceedings.

The migrant numbers released contradict statements by Mayorkas in September, when he appeared in front of the Senate. During an exchange with Sen. James Lankford (R., Okla.), Mayorkas said that a vast majority of migrants given "Notices to Report" had checked in with immigration officials following their apprehension.

"Approximately 75 percent have indeed reported within the time frame or within their reporting time frame," he said. "And as to those who have failed to report, that would qualify as an enforcement priority of ours."

The Department of Homeland Security earlier this month released a report that details the number of foreigners who overstayed their visas in 2020. That report found that 2020 saw the highest number of suspected visa overstays on record, with 584,886 foreign nationals living in the United States longer than federal law allows.

The Washington Free Beacon revealed earlier this month that the Biden administration has yet to release a report that outlines the number of illegal immigrants removed from the United States in 2021.

Border Patrol agents in the Rio Grande Valley arrested five criminal migrants in a span of 30 hours Tuesday and Wednesday. Post-arrest investigations revealed two to be convicted murderers. One of the five was a sex offender and two were Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13) members.

Early Tuesday, Border Patrol agents arrested on migrant crossing the Rio Grande with seven others from El Salvador and Mexico near Mission, Texas. One member of the group was arrested in 2005 for first degree murder. The 35-year-old man was subsequently convicted and sentenced to six years confinement. The man was also identified as an MS-13 member.

Within an hour, a Border Patrol agent in Brownsville was processing a Mexican national listed as a sex offender for criminal intent to commit felony rape, aggravated assault, cruelty to children in the first degree, and obstructing persons making an emergency phone call in Dekalb County, Georgia. In that case, the migrant was ultimately convicted of sexual battery and hindering a person making an emergency call. In addition to these charges, agents discovered the migrant had a lengthy criminal history to include arrests for theft, assault, and drug/alcohol offenses.

Later Tuesday morning, agents near McAllen arrested a group of 19 migrants consisting of family units, unaccompanied migrant children, and single adults. One member was ultimately identified as an MS-13 member deported in 2015.

Early Wednesday, agents in Rio Grande City apprehended four men who crossed near the port of entry. The man was convicted of murder after a 2010 arrest in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Later Wednesday morning, another Salvadoran migrant was arrested with six other migrants near McAllen. The group was joined by an MS-13 member.

The migrants face criminal and administrative charges for illegally entering the United States. In the case of those convicted of murder and sexual battery, a conviction can lead to a 20-year prison term.
