SELL BIDEN AND THE BIDEN BRIBES BOYS TO RED CHINA FOR ENSLAVEMENT!
Five Reasons to Impeach Joe Biden
American has a two-tiered justice system. If you are liberal and vote Democratic, you can get away with anything. Hillary Clinton is proof of that. If you are conservative, Republican, and a Trump supporter, you can’t even get away with scratching your own behind. But for argument’s sake, let’s suppose we have a single standard for justice. In that case, here are five unassailable reasons that justify impeaching President Biden. This is not meant to be a complete list, but it will do for starters.
1. Biden’s corrupt activities constitute treason.
Evidence exists that during Joe Biden’s tenure as vice president, access to his office was sold by Biden’s son Hunter to China, Russia, Ukraine, and others willing to cough up huge sums of money. American foreign policy was impacted by those transactions. Biden himself bragged openly that he stopped Ukraine from investigating Hunter in return for a billion dollars in U.S. aid.
Where is the evidence of Biden’s corruption? First there is the New York Post article that broke the story. Then there is Peter Schweizer’s well-researched book, Secret Empires, that traces the Biden Crime Family’s complicity with the corrupt Ukrainian energy company Burisma. Next, we have the incriminating emails from Hunter Biden’s laptop. Let’s not forget the video where Biden brags about extorting favors from Ukraine. And finally, there is the testimony of former Biden business partner, Tony Bobulinski.
Bobulinski’s testimony refuted Joe Biden’s denial that he was aware of Hunter’s slimy business ventures. Joe knew about his son’s dealings, participated in them, profited from them, and lied to the American people about it.
2. Biden’s violation of U.S. immigration law constitutes treason.
Biden has abused his office by violating the laws he has sworn to defend. He has undermined national security by opening the southern border to millions of unvetted, low-skilled, uneducated, third-world economic migrants, many of whom are known terrorists, criminals, and people infected with COVID.
The open border policy “is an inside attack on our democracy,” said former Trump policy adviser Stephen Miller. “The president is working systematically to allow people to invade our country against our laws to consume public benefits, to take American jobs, and to threaten public safety.”
Adding insult to injury, Biden is shipping hordes of illegals to secret destinations without informing the American public. The Pentagon has confirmed that it is using Laughlin Air Force Base in Texas to fly illegal immigrants to undisclosed parts of the country. We don’t know where they are going or what happens to them when they get there.
If millions of aliens are allowed to enter the U.S. illegally, and sanctuary cities and states can openly disregard federal statutes, we no longer have a country. The economic and social costs of Biden’s policy will tear the country apart.
Article III of the U.S. Constitution states: “Treason against the United States shall consist... in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort.” By supporting sanctuary jurisdictions and refusing to pay for the wall, Biden is giving aid and comfort to aliens who show contempt for our laws and sovereignty and who, by definition, are enemies of the United States.
China Admits Campaign Against Uyghur Slave Cotton Is Working
China’s state-run Global Times on Tuesday railed at length against the alleged “unilateralism, protectionism, and bullying” of America’s Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) – but also admitted the law is working as intended, even before it officially went into effect on Tuesday.
The UFLPA was passed by Congress and signed into law in December 2021 with a 180-day grace period, so enforcement did not begin until June 21, 2022. The law requires importers to certify their products and supply chains are free from the taint of forced labor in Xinjiang province, where China herded millions of Uyghur Muslims into brutal concentration camps and forced them to work for various industries, notably including Xinjiang’s huge cotton fields.
Analysts for the clothing industry noted that UFLPA sets a high bar for textile manufacturers to clear, so many of them began seeking alternatives to Xinjiang cotton even before the law went into effect. Other international operations with supply chains that stretch through Xinjiang followed suit.
Mixed in with the Global Times’ ranting about the supposed unfairness of punishing China for its abuse of the Uyghurs were several firsthand accounts from Chinese textile industry sources who said orders for Xinjiang cotton are collapsing and finished yarn is piling up in warehouses.
The Chinese Communist paper struggled to reassure its readers that Xinjiang cotton’s woes are only “marginally” affected by UFLPA. Instead, it blamed China’s coronavirus lockdowns, shipping problems, and market price fluctuations for lost cotton sales:
Zhang Jie, who runs a textile plant in Xinjiang and a clothing export company in Shanghai, told the Global Times on Tuesday that the recent epidemic flare-ups in megacities including Shanghai and Beijing sapped Chinese consumers’ purchases of products including clothes, leading to rising clothes stockpiles that reduced manufacturers’ demand for cotton and cotton fabric.
“Raw material exports to third-country markets have also been affected by delayed logistics networks and port congestion, which weighed on upstream chains,” Zhang said, but the situation is expected to improve in the coming months.
On May 30, the Xinjiang regional government held a meeting on promoting the stable and sound development of the cotton industry. The meeting proposed to accelerate the establishment of cotton and yarn transaction centers and digital platforms to enhance the digitalization of the industry, while inducing large textile firms to increase jobs as well as their economic contribution, according to a press release on the local government website.
The Global Times smugly predicted the U.S. ban on Xinjiang cotton would collapse as worldwide cotton prices rise, pressing its point with a huge infographic that emphasized Xinjiang supplied 89.5 percent of China’s cotton last year, so its products are indispensable.
“Other countries couldn’t fill the supply gap,” a Chinese cotton mill owner told the Global Times. Early word from international buyers says that, on the contrary, other cotton suppliers are stepping up and making do without the 20 percent of the worldwide cotton supply produced by Xinjiang might not be that difficult or costly.
Uyghur Human Rights Project (UHRP) Executive Director Omer Kanat said UFLPA implementation was a “huge win” for human rights and predicted other countries would follow the U.S. example.
Kanat’s group and its partners in the Coalition to End Forced Labor in the Uyghur Region called on companies around the world to “end business ties to the Uyghur Region, and ensure they are not sourcing products from workplaces across China where Uyghurs are subject to forced labor and atrocity crimes.”
UHRP also asked international corporations not to “dump goods linked to the Uyghur Region into other markets and to not re-export tainted goods.”
“We have seen the way corporate greed can motivate businesses to go to great lengths to obscure their reliance on forced labor and other unethical practices to create their products,” Kanat said.
“Any company that is truly committed to ending forced labor must implement a single global standard across its supply chain that bans products originating in the Uyghur Region,” he urged.
“We will see if any corporation is brazen enough to take garments or solar panels rejected from the U.S. because they are tainted with forced labor and try to sell those same goods to unsuspecting consumers in the United Kingdom or Japan. The reputational risk would be huge,” said Scott Nova, executive director of the Worker Rights Consortium, another member of the anti-forced labor coalition.
China Propaganda Outlet Uses UN Human Rights Chief as Tool To Whitewash Beijing’s Genocide
Philip Caldwell •U.N. high commissioner for human rights Michelle Bachelet closed out her six-day visit to China last week with a speech that praised Communist Party officials, failed to acknowledge evidence of state-orchestrated repression and torture against Uyghurs, and mimicked CCP framing of China's detainment of Uyghurs as counterterrorist measures.
The Global Times, a state-run tabloid, celebrated Bachelet's speech for dismissing "the rampant disinformation on the Xinjiang region" and being a "slap to the U.S. and some Western countries, their media, and anti-China forces."
The Global Times‘s coverage of Bachelet's speech mentioned her comments on supposed human rights violations in the United States, with the outlet suggesting America is deflecting from its own ethical failures by accusing China of genocide. The Global Times said this month's school shooting in Uvalde, Texas, that killed 19 children "exposed the severe racism and human rights violations" of the United States.
Bachelet is the former president of Chile, representing the Socialist Party.
Human-rights advocates denounced Bachelet's visit and called on her to resign for legitimizing China's policies toward Uyghurs.
The trip is "bringing the entire UN into disrepute," said Azeem Ibrahim, head of the Newlines Institute for Strategy and Policy.
"Bachelet neglects the duties of her office, her mandate to the world to stand up for human rights, and the UN's founding principles," said the Campaign for Uyghurs.
Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act – Meant to Keep China Slave Cotton Out of U.S. – Goes into Effect
Tuesday marked the implementation of the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA), which passed Congress last year and was signed into law by President Joe Biden in December 2021.
The law is expected to deal a major blow to the Chinese cotton and textile industries and perhaps to the wobbling Chinese economy as a whole.
The law establishes a presumption that all products from China’s Xinjiang province are tainted with forced labor, a crime against humanity perpetrated by the Chinese government against the Uyghur Muslims, and bans importing such products into the United States. Importers are required to document their supply chains in detail to prove their components and raw materials were not made with forced labor.
The Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act theoretically allows products and materials sourced to Xinjiang, but only if importers can provide “clear and convincing evidence” they were not made or harvested with forced labor – a hurdle Human Rights Watch (HRW) approvingly described as “near impossible” to clear.
“The new U.S. law means it’s no longer business as usual for companies profiting from forced labor in China, and Xinjiang especially. Companies should swiftly identify any supply chain links to Xinjiang and exit the region or risk violating U.S. law and seeing their goods detained at the U.S. border,” HRW senior researcher Jim Wormington said on Monday.
“We are rallying our allies and partners to make global supply chains free from the use of forced labor, to speak out against atrocities in Xinjiang, and to join us in calling on the government of the PRC [People’s Republic of China] to immediately end atrocities and human rights abuses, including forced labor,” Secretary of State Antony Blinken said on Tuesday when announcing the implementation of the UFLPA has begun.
Voice of America News (VOA) noted the new U.S. law predictably “upset the Chinese government,” which insists all accounts of Uyghur oppression are “vicious lies.”
“But the act is also causing concern among some U.S. businesses, which say the federal government has not provided sufficient guidance on steps they must take to avoid having imports seized at the U.S. border,” VOA added.
A common complaint from those business managers and analysts is that supply chains are complicated, and vetting every link in them for products linked to Xinjiang – and then perhaps undertaking the Herculean task of certifying that materials sourced to Xinjiang were not produced with forced labor – will add huge costs to imports at a time when consumers are already reeling from sky-high inflation.
“Other third-party certification schemes have been at least partially successful at proving negatives – for instance, that diamonds were not sourced from active conflict zones or mined with forced labor. But those certification schemes typically weren’t being implemented in places like Xinjiang, which is perhaps the world’s most restrictive information environment,” Cullen Hendrix of the Peterson Institute for International Economics pointed out.
Hendrix doubted third-party auditors would be “allowed to do their jobs,” a fair observation given the absolute and unrelenting hostility of the Chinese government to investigations of the Uyghur genocide.
VOA noted U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued a pamphlet of “operational guidance for importers” that covered “cotton, tomatoes, and polysilicon used in solar panels,” and some more guidance is expected from the Forced Labor Enforcement Task Force, but many importers will be nervous about complying with the new law. Automakers, in particular, are uneasy about any link of their enormously complicated supply chains that run through Xinjiang.
The fashion industry is also on pins and needles, as the UK Guardian noted on Tuesday that “about 20% of the world’s cotton comes from China, and 84% of that comes from Xinjiang.”
Fashion houses from around the world will be required to certify garments imported to the United States were not made with forced labor – an especially difficult task given that cotton from different sources tends to be mixed together during processing.
Several tech firms are setting up blockchain systems that will help clothing brands provide a “complete digital chain of custody” for their cotton, as TrusTrace chief executive Shameek Ghosh put it.
Optimistic analysts suggested the cost of this secure digital tracing might be offset by increased sales to consumers sensitive about human rights, as a certain cachet will be attached to items certified free of forced labor. Pessimistic analysts wondered how secure the blockchain tracing system will be in practice, as everyone from importers to Chinese agents will have major incentives to manipulate the system.
The South China Morning Post (SCMP) reported on Monday that UFLPA has already “crippled China’s cotton industry” during the 180-day grace period after it was signed into law because “downstream clients” are nervous about getting stuck with tainted cotton that cannot be used in products for the American market.
“Xinjiang cotton used to be the most expensive cotton in the world. Now it has become the cheapest, and still no one buys it,” said a disgruntled Xinjiang cotton mill owner.
“Even though the law targets only Xinjiang, there’s been a domino effect on global supply chains, with shock waves rippling through China’s economy, which is already facing multiple headwinds. Thus, the pain at a single cotton mill in southern Xinjiang is felt across China’s entire textile industry,” the SCMP noted.
Fortunately for the fashion industry, and unfortunately for China, other countries are ramping up cotton production as they emerge from the Wuhan coronavirus pandemic, so avoiding China entirely is both feasible and cost-effective for international buyers. Chinese companies reported double-digit declines in orders from around the world before UFLPA even went into effect.
“In the textile and apparel export industry, the European and American markets bring considerable profits. If orders from Europe and the American market continue to contract, it means that China’s textile and apparel export enterprises will no longer be profitable,” supply-chain specialist Liu Kaiming told the SCMP.
“It will just result in a growing number of Chinese enterprises reducing their production capacity or even shutting down. This has a huge and terrible impact on China,” Liu predicted.
Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin insisted “the allegation of forced labor in Xinjiang is a huge lie made up by anti-China forces to denigrate China” in his press conference on Tuesday.
Wang said UFLPA is “built on a lie” and an “escalation of U.S. suppression of China under the pretext of human rights.”
“The act is a clear indication that the US is seeking to engender forced unemployment in Xinjiang through legal form of actions, and to make the world decouple with China,” he fumed.
Schweizer added, “We also now know that Hunter Biden did these deals, but the larger family benefited. We know that James Biden, Joe Biden’s brother, got at least $2 million of that money from China.

JOE BIDEN = CHINA'S PUSSY BOY!
“In December of 2013, Vice President Joe Biden flies to Asia for a trip, and the centerpiece for that trip is a visit to Beijing, China,” said Schweizer. “To put this into context, in 2013, the Chinese have just exerted air rights over the South Pacific, the South China Sea. They basically have said, ‘If you want to fly in this area, you have to get Chinese approval. We are claiming sovereignty over this territory.’ Highly controversial in Japan, in the Philippines, and in other countries. Joe Biden is supposed to be going there to confront the Chinese. Well, he gets widely criticized on that trip for going soft on China. So basically, no challenging them, and Japan and other countries are quite upset about this.” HARIS ALIC

Yellen is wrong again
A couple of weeks ago, Secretary of the Treasury Janet Yellen admitted she was wrong last year when she said the inflation experienced back them was temporary or transitory. Recently she said that a recession was not inevitable. She is wrong again.
Yellen has made a number of incorrect forecasts about the economy. She admitted she was wrong when, early in 2021, she said inflation was “not a problem,” a “small risk,” and “manageable.”
She was also wrong when she said that large increases in the money supply will not lead to inflation. She said that classic monetary theory says that vast increases in the money supply are indeed inflationary. But she said we now have Modern Monetary Theory, which disagrees with the classic theory. She was proven wrong as inflation skyrocketed.
Then she tried to justify the large increases in government deficit spending that the Biden Administration wanted. Biden convinced Congress to pass his now obviously inflationary American Rescue Plan and the Infrastructure bill. That spending totaled nearly $3 trillion.
Since the economy was growing at a 6% rate, that huge increase in excess demand was obviously inflationary. Yellen tried to justify it by saying we have Modern Supply-side Economics. She reasoned, somehow, that the increase in spending would increase supply and therefore not be inflationary.
She knows that increases in government spending add to aggregate demand not supply. When inflation skyrocketed that position was proven wrong.
Now she says that a recession is not inevitable. There are some less than objective economists that agree with her. Unbiased economists know that position is wrong and that a recession will be here shortly. We may, in fact, be in a recession right now.
As inflation continues at a forty-year high and interest rates rise, consumers are spending more for necessities like food, gasoline, and rent or mortgage payments. That leaves less to spend on non-necessities, which reduces demand. Eventually business produces less and the economy declines.
The other factor is that productivity has turned negative. That resulted in the first quarter of 2022 showing a growth rate of -1.5%. Most economists are forecasting a growth rate of 2% to 3% for the second quarter. However, if productivity remains negative, the second quarter will show negative growth.
Although government officials will not declare a recession, because they say they look at other factors, like unemployment, that will be a recession. The classic definition of recession is two successive quarters of negative growth in GDP.
Even if the second quarter shows slightly positive growth, as the Federal Reserve continues to aggressively raise interest rates, demand will decline, and a recession will follow by the end of the year.
The unemployment number will not rise as is typical during recessions. That’s because we have a severe labor shortage, meaning the recession will eliminate the shortage but will have only minimal effects on the unemployment rate.
Yellen continues to be wrong on other matters. She was asked if she supported a federal gas tax holiday to reduce gasoline prices and help the consumer. The tax is 18.4 cents per gallon. Eliminating the tax for a short time period will do little, if anything to reduce the price of a gallon of gasoline.
Most of the gas price inflation is due to excess demand, which resulted from the government giving free money to all Americans whether they were negatively impacted financially by COVID or not. Once the economy fully reopened Americans were eager to start driving again regardless of gas prices.
There was a reduction in supply of gas mostly because Biden discouraged domestic production. But most of the inflation had to due with excess demand. Since Russian is exporting more oil and gas today than before the boycott from Western countries, the reality is that Putin has little to do with the inflation. China and India are buying all the oil that the West won’t buy.
Eventually the gas tax would have to be reinstated, leading to higher prices. Also, this tax is used to fund infrastructure projects which have increased because of Biden’s infrastructure bill. The tax revenue is needed.
Secretary Yellen is continuing her streak about being wrong on just about everything she forecasts.

The office thing might have been improper, but at this point, who cares? More at issue is the extraordinary run Holder just completed as one of history’s great double agents. For six years, while brilliantly disguised as the attorney general of the United States, he was actually working deep undercover, DiCaprio in The Departed-style, as the best defense lawyer Wall Street ever had.
ERIC HOLDER HAS long insisted that he tried really hard when he was attorney general to make criminal cases against big banks in the wake of the 2007 financial crisis. His excuse, which he made again just last month, was that Justice Department prosecutors didn’t have enough evidence to bring charges.
Many critics have long suspected that was bullshit, and that Holder, for a combination of political, self-serving, and craven reasons, held his department back.
A new, thoroughly-documented report from the House Financial Services Committee supports that theory. It recounts how career prosecutors in 2012 wanted to criminally charge the global bank HSBC for facilitating money laundering for Mexican drug lords and terrorist groups. But Holder said no.

The close collaboration between the US Treasury, the Federal Reserve and the multi-billion dollar asset management firm Blackrock in devising the March 2020 rescue operation for Wall Street has been revealed in an article published in the New York Times yesterday.
According to the article, Larry Fink, the CEO of Blackrock, the world’s biggest asset management firm, was “in frequent touch” with US Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin and Fed chair Jerome Powell “in the days before and after many of the Fed’s emergency programs were announced in late March.”
The Mysteries of Hunter Biden’s Laptop
Has the identity of Joe Biden’s Puppet Master just been revealed?
The whole world knows that Old Joe Biden is not really the man in charge. Biden himself has made this clear on numerous occasions, with his many oblique references to getting in trouble if he deviated from the instructions he was given. But it has never been fully clear who is running this dumpster fire known as the Biden administration; speculation has run to chief of staff Ron Klain, Barack Obama, and others. Now, however, another name must be added to the mix: that of none other than Hunter Biden. In a Dec. 3, 2018 recording that has just been found on Hunter’s notorious laptop, Hunter Biden boasts about Old Joe: “He’ll talk about anything that I want him to, that he believes in.”
To be sure, Hunter’s statements may amount to nothing more the grandiosity of a crack haze, but he was quite convinced of his influence over his father, adding: “If I say it’s important to me, then he will work a way in which to make it a part of his platform. My dad respects me more than he respects anyone in the world, and I know that to be certain, so it’s not going to be about whether it affects his politics.”
Hunter was proud of how much Old Joe admired him: “All those fears you think that I have of people not liking me or that I don’t love myself…I don’t fear that. You know why I don’t fear that? Because the man I most admire in the world, that god to me, thinks I’m a god. And my brother did, too. And the three of us, it was literally — I had the support to know I can do anything.” At another point, Hunter said: “Everyone thinks it, talks about how — ‘How can you be as good as your dad?’ ‘I’m better than my dad. You know why I’m better than my dad? Because my dad tells me I’m better than him, since I was 2 years old.”
Is Hunter Biden calling the shots in the White House? Someone is. Joe Biden has many times intimated that he is not the one who is doing so and that he knows this. In June 2021 at the G7 Summit, he said, “I’m sorry, I’m going to get in trouble with staff if I don’t do this the right way.” Which staff member would upbraid the president of the United States? He didn’t say. At a press conference in Nov. 2021, Biden gave the impression that someone had directed him not to take too many questions: “I can take…I’m going to get in real trouble…this is the last question I’m taking.” Again, who would he get in trouble with? The press was unsurprisingly incurious about this question.
On Sept. 8, 2021, Joe announced, “I‘m supposed to stop and walk out of the room.” On Aug. 30, 2021, he told a reporter, “I’m not supposed to take any questions, but go ahead.” But when the question turned out to involve his catastrophic mishandling of the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan, he said: “I’m not gonna answer Afghanistan now,” and summarily walked away.
There is also evidence, provided by Joe Biden himself, that his press conferences are scripted and carefully directed. On June 19, 2021, he said, “I’ll take your questions, and as usual, folks, they gave me a list of the people I’m going to call on.” Who gave him the list? No one asked. He has referred to his list of reporters on other occasions as well; apparently, he knows what questions he is going to be asked, and has prepared answers ready.
During the same recorded discussion recovered from Hunter’s laptop, Hunter is asked if Joe Biden as president will discuss drug reform. Hunter answered with maximum bravado: “He’s going to talk about drug reform and any other things that I want him to.” He boasted about “my presence if my dad becomes president of the United States” and spoke about what it would involve “if you’re going to be involved in politics the way that I am, which is to choose to engage with my father in that life because I believe in what he does.”
Empty bravado? Maybe. But on Dec. 16, 2018, Hunter texted his psychiatrist, Keith Ablow: “Been on calls with Dad most of day. Talking what’s next with political team.” On Jan. 16, 2019, Hunter texted Ablow: “My dad asked me to be in a call at 7:30 re political decisions.” Three days later, Hunter entered this search item into Google: “I think I put too much baking soda in my mix with cocaine to make crack how do I fix it.”
Is this crackhead the real power in this administration? That would explain a lot
Yellen: Trump China Tariffs Serve ‘No Strategic Purpose,’ ‘Raise Costs to Consumers’
Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen said Sunday on ABC’s “This Week” that tariffs the Trump administration imposed on China “serves no strategic purpose and raise costs to consumers.”
Anchor George Stephanopoulos said, “Several in Congress are calling for gas tax holidays. Is that on the table?”
Yellen said, “Well, look, you know, President Biden wants to do anything he possibly can to help consumers. Gas prices have risen a great deal, and it’s clearly burdening households, so he stands ready to work with Congress, and that’s an idea that certainly worth considering.
Stephanopoulos said, “How about lifting — this is separate from gas prices, but for broader consumers spending, how about lifting the tariffs on imports?”
Yellen said, “President Biden is reviewing tariff policy toward China. He inherited a set of tariffs from the Trump administration, many of which were put on as retaliation for China’s failure to respond to abuses that weren’t covered in an investigation. We all recognize that China engages in a range of unfair trade practices that it’s important to address, but the tariffs we inherited. Some serve no strategic purpose and raise costs to consumers, and so we reconfiguring some of those tariffs and reduce unnecessary burdens is something that’s under consideration.
Report: Joe Biden’s Globalists Suggest Cutting U.S. Tariffs on China to Score Political Points
The globalist wing of President Joe Biden’s White House is reportedly suggesting that the administration cut United States tariffs on China solely to score political messaging points with voters, regardless of whether a move would reduce inflation.
For months, Biden has been considering cutting U.S. tariffs on billions of dollars worth of China-made products that were first imposed by former President Trump and have been applauded by American union workers and domestic manufacturers.
According to Politico, discussions inside the Biden White House are “ratcheting up” as the administration grapples with soaring inflation, even though research has extensively shown there is no correlation between U.S. tariffs on China and current inflation.
Still, the globalist wing of the Biden White House, represented by Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen and Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo, is continuing to push the president to cut U.S. tariffs on China. Raimondo, Politico reports, has even gone as far as to suggest that China tariffs get cut solely to score political messaging points.
Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo, meanwhile, has focused her arguments on messaging — that its good politics to cut tariffs even if the actual impact on inflation is not that large. [Emphasis added]
Yellen, meanwhile, has continued citing a study that claims cutting U.S. tariffs on China could save nearly every American household about $800 every year. The study, though, was blasted by U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) Katherine Tai — a fixture of the economic nationalist wing of the Biden administration.
“The issue is that if you look at their methodology, and you look at how they think that, you know, inflation can be addressed through using trade tools, they are assuming a world, and U.S. economy, that has zero tariffs,” Tai said of the study that Yellen keeps citing as evidence to cut U.S. tariffs on China.
“So here’s the thing: For as long as we have been regulating commerce, we’ve had tariffs in some form, right? Every country still has tariffs,” Tai continued. “We haven’t always had inflation. And so I really have to challenge the premise of that study. And I think it’s either something between fiction or an interesting academic exercise.”
In the New York Times, Kim Glas with the National Council of Textile Organizations noted that there has been no evidence that tariffs have raised prices on American consumers, as is often claimed by free trade advocates and economic globalists.
Last week, the United Steelworkers (USW) wrote to Biden, pleading with him not to cut U.S. tariffs on China:
Too many U.S. companies have failed to take needed actions to address the threat posed by Chinese Communist Party policies. Many continue to outsource production, and research and development, undermining U.S. competitiveness and national security interests. They have failed to respond to the signals clearly and continuously sent by the CCP that it is not interested in competing, but in winning and dominating key industries. Our government must act in the national interest to strengthen our economy for the future. [Emphasis added]
From 2001 to 2018, U.S. free trade with China eliminated 3.7 million American jobs from the economy — 2.8 million of which were lost in American manufacturing. During that same period, at least 50,000 American manufacturing plants closed down.
Those massive job losses have coincided with a booming U.S.-China trade deficit. In 1985, before China entered the WTO, the U.S. trade deficit with China totaled $6 billion. In 2019, the U.S. trade deficit with China totaled more than $345 billion.
Meanwhile, a study from 2019 found that permanent U.S. tariffs of 25 percent on all Chinese imports would create more than a million American jobs in five years. American manufacturing is vital to the U.S. economy, as every manufacturing job supports an additional 7.4 American jobs in other industries.

‘A Win for the CCP’: Biden Waives Tariffs on Suspected Chinese Solar Panels
President Joe Biden on Monday announced a 24-month exemption of tariffs on solar panels from four southeast Asian nations that the Commerce Department suspects are actually made in China.
Solar panel imports from Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia were frozen after the Commerce Department opened an investigation in March on whether Chinese solar producers were illegally circumventing tariffs by routing their operations through those countries.
Reuters first reported that Biden has decided to exempt those solar panel imports from tariffs in order to get stalled solar-power projects back on track. The move will benefit U.S. solar developers and utilities that rely on imported solar panels, but hurt American solar panel manufacturers.
Auxin, a California-based solar panel manufacturer that prompted the Commerce Department’s probe through a complaint, slammed Biden’s decision.
“President Biden is significantly interfering in Commerce’s quasi-judicial process,” Auxin Chief Executive Officer Mamun Rashid said in a statement, according to Bloomberg. “By taking this unprecedented — and potentially illegal — action, he has opened the door wide for Chinese-funded special interests to defeat the fair application of US trade law.”
The White House “opened the door wide for Chinese-funded special interests to defeat the fair application of U.S. trade law,” Rashid said, according to Reuters.
Biden also on Monday invoked the Defense Production Act to expand U.S. manufacturing of solar panels and other clean energy technologies, with a goal of tripling domestic solar manufacturing capacity to 22.5 gigawatts by 2024.
The tariffs on imported solar cells and modules made in China were first imposed by the Obama administration in 2012, according to Reuters.
Last year, Republicans pushed to ban all Chinese imports suspected of being made with Uyghur slave labor, to include solar panels.
Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL) tweeted Monday, “@JoeBiden bows to Communist China & ignores human rights AGAIN.”
He added, “This will likely increase U.S. imports of solar panels made through Uyghur forced labor in Xinjiang. The Biden admin must stand against forced labor & prevent tax dollars from funding this horrific abuse.”
Republican Study Committee Chairman Jim Banks (R-IN) tweeted, “By lifting tariffs on solar energy imports from China, Biden is endorsing the industry’s heavy reliance on Uyghur slave labor.”
“This is a win for the [Chinese Communist Party] and a major loss for human rights and American producers,” he added.
The investigation will continue, and depending on the outcome of the probe tariffs could be levied, but not for at least 24 months, according to the report.
The freeze on imports had prompted concern by both Democrats and Republicans, who urged Biden to act.
Sens. Martin Heinrich (D-NM) and Thom Tillis (R-NC) said the investigation was “causing massive disruption in the solar industry,” and would “severely harm American solar businesses and workers and increase costs for American families as long as it continues.”
The solar industry cheered Biden’s tariff exemption.
President and CEO of the Solar Energy Industries Association Abigail Ross Hopper said in a statement to Reuters, “The president’s action is a much-needed reprieve from this industry-crushing probe.”
The U.S. International Trade Commission in December recommended a four-year extension of the solar tariff. The recommendation followed a determination that solar imports remain a threat to U.S. manufacturers.
Jesse Watters: The Biden family business
Schweizer added, “We also now know that Hunter Biden did these deals, but the larger family benefited. We know that James Biden, Joe Biden’s brother, got at least $2 million of that money from China. We also now know that Hunter Biden was subsidizing his father’s lifestyle. He was paying for his bills. He was paying for renovations on his home up in Delaware while Joe Biden was Vice President of the United States. It’s not only illegal according to ethics laws. It also shows that Joe Biden is now a beneficiary of the foreign dealings that Hunter Biden has had. It’s no longer good enough for him to say, well, I didn’t have anything involved. He was a beneficiary.”

China Praises Cuba for Defending Uyghur Genocide at U.N. Human Rights Council
The communist government of Cuba hijacked this week’s ongoing U.N. Human Rights Council session to deliver a statement, signed by 69 countries, in support of China’s genocide of Uyghur and other non-Han ethnic groups in occupied East Turkistan.
Cuba and China, in addition to several other dictatorships and human rights abusers, enjoy seats on the Council, regularly using them to undermine the mission of the Council by forcing it to focus on Israel or America. Under President Donald Trump, America vacated the Council in protest of the disproportionate representation that human rights abuses have on the U.N. body, but President Joe Biden reversed that decision, making America a participant in the Council’s activities.
The Council recently expelled Russia in response to the eight-year-old invasion of Ukraine, which is also on the Council, but has made no similar moves against Cuba, China, Venezuela, Qatar, and other serial human rights violators.
Cuba’s intervention to defend genocide at the Human Rights Council was a response to 47 countries, including the United States, issuing a statement on Tuesday directed at U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights Michelle Bachelet, who recently visited East Turkistan and concluded that the extensively documented Chinese concentration camp system had been dismantled and praised China’s atrocious human rights record.
Bachelet’s visit prompted global condemnation, particularly her effusive praise for China’s “tremendous progress” in human rights, and calls for her resignation. Last week, Bachelet said she would not seek reelection to the post when her first term expires in August.
“We urge China to ensure full respect for the rule of law, to comply with obligations under national and international law with regard to the protection of human rights and to ratify the ICCPR [International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights],” the statement read. “In addition, we urge the Chinese government to provide meaningful and unfettered access for independent observers to Xinjiang [East Turkistan] , including Special Procedures. In view of the severity of the situation in Xinjiang, we call on all countries to respect the principle of non-refoulement.”
The statement omitted the word “genocide” despite multiple signatory states having officially found China guilty of genocide in East Turkistan. It also demanded more information on human rights abuses in Tibet and Hong Kong.
The Chinese government began a genocide campaign in East Turkistan against the majority Uyghur population of that region, trapping as many as 3 million people into concentration camps, forcibly sterilizing entire villages of women, and using gruesome torture practices such as rape with electric batons to subdue the population. Evidence also suggests that China is harvesting live organs from political prisoners to sell on the black market.
China dismissed the statement as primarily signed by “developed” European countries, but among the signatories were African states Eswatini and Liberia, as well as Pacific island states Palau and Marshall Islands and Latin America’s Guatemala and Honduras.
Cuba’s statement defending China from genocide concerns, in contrast, was signed by some of the world’s most notorious abusers of their own people: North Korea, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Zimbabwe, Venezuela, Russia, Belarus, and Turkmenistan, among others. Also appearing on the list are Nayib Bukele’s El Salvador, Chinese military base host Djibouti, and Myanmar, itself facing years of evidence that it is committing genocide against its ethnic Rohingya Muslim population.
“Respect for sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of states and non-interference in internal affairs of sovereign states represent basic norms governing international relations. Hong Kong, Xinjiang and Tibet related issues are China’s internal affairs that brook no interference by any external forces,” the statement read in part. “We oppose politicization of human rights and double standards.”
“We also oppose unfounded allegations against China out of political motivation and based on disinformation, and interference in China’s internal affairs under the pretext of human rights,” the statement read, referring to the heavily documented genocide.
China’s Foreign Ministry applauded Cuba and its allies for defending its genocide of the Uyghur people on Wednesday.
“Once again, nearly a hundred countries at the Human Rights Council spoke up for justice. And once again, the attempt of a handful of Western countries to attack and smear China on Xinjiang, Hong Kong and Tibet has been thwarted,” Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin declared in his regular briefing on Wednesday. “This fully shows that political manipulation through human rights issues and interference in other countries’ internal affairs will find no support and will never succeed.”
Wang went on to claim that “those few Western countries” that signed the initial statement (including, presumably, Palau and Liberia) “ignore and trample upon human rights.”
“They are the No.1 origin of human rights tragedies in the world,” Wang claimed.
The Chinese state newspaper Global Times similarly celebrated Cuba and the other dictatorships supporting it in a column featured on its home page on Friday, declaring, “no country wants to be subject to US hegemony when it explores its own path of human rights.” The initial anti-genocide statements was submitted by the Netherlands.

JOE BIDEN = SOCIOPATH!

Try to imagine a President doing a worse job than Joe Biden. Think about how that would even be possible. Would they have to set the White House on fire while vomiting on Boris Johnson? Maybe a President in a Nyquil-induced stupor trying to start a nuclear war with Canada? Jimmy Carter on his worst day couldn’t hold a candle Joe Biden on his best, provided Biden ends up having a best day.
Remember this one: “I’m gonna ask the public for 100 days to mask, just 100 days to mask. Not forever, 100 days. And I think we’ll see a significant reduction if we occur that, if, if, if, if that occurs with vaccinations and masking to drive down the numbers considerably, considerably”? That was Joe Biden 1 year ago Friday, part of his “plan” he swore he had to “shutdown the virus.” How’d that work out again?
Has there ever been a bigger disconnect between what a candidate for President promised and what they delivered? It’s not even that Biden tried and failed, it’s that the entire premise of his campaign was a lie. He had no plan, he had no clue. All he had was an objective and handlers determined to get him there, for their own reasons.
It’s unclear to me that Joe Biden ever wanted anything more than the trappings that go with being President of the United States – the house, the being waited on hand and foot, and most importantly to a career politician with wild insecurity and unrivaled narcissism like Joe, the guarantee of being remembered. Senators are forgotten, quickly, Presidents are remembered forever. Someone who loves themselves as much as Joe does, who desperately needs others to love him just as much, that matters.
There’s also the added bonus that former Democratic Party Presidents are showered with money after their term, often times by the industries they pretended to “fight” when they were running. And Joe Biden loves money. He made a bunch after his stint as Vice President on the prospect that he would run in 2020 (leftists hedge their bets and spread their money around). That’s, of course, in addition to the millions his family raked in through Hunter’s string of jobs and contracts for which he was wildly unqualified. Joe pretends he isn’t, but he’s all about the money.
But to get to the rewards of being a former Democrat President, those Presidents tend to want to accomplish some things; they usually believe in things. Joe Biden believes in nothing. His biggest, and really only accomplishment in the Senate was the 1994 crime bill and he had to denounce it because Democrats had gone from being against crime and supporting police to supporting criminals and wanting to defund police.
On abortion, Biden changed his tune completely as well. There isn’t a person serving his administration, either in the White House or the media, who won’t insist Joe labored between running for President or becoming Pope, such a devout Catholic is he. And in his time in the Senate he used to pretend to be personally against abortion, but refused to allow his religious beliefs to dictate his policy positions. It was and is BS, but many politicians play this game (looking at you, Nancy Pelosi).
Now, he’s no longer pretending. The party of “safe, legal, and rare” abortions is now the party of abortions for everyone, on demand, with no restrictions on when. It won’t be long, maybe 5 years, before they start advocating post-birth abortions, taxpayer funded, of course. That’s where Democrats are now, so that’s where Joe Biden is now. Biden is such a weathervane on everything, and always has been, that he’d perform abortions in the White House if that’s what the fringe of his party demanded.
With no moral code, no center, nothing matters. You just read what’s in the teleprompter and hit the sack by 7:00 while your degenerate son collects piles of cash for the family until you’re free to do it on your own. All you have to do is what you’re told, your handlers and the media will take care of the rest.
That Joe Biden hasn’t come close to fulfilling any campaign promises, or even that those promises were made, is a testament to what he was willing to do to get the job. Just imagine what he’s willing to do to keep it. Even scarier, just imagine how much worse things have the potential of getting as he works to do just that.

Xi Jinping Offers Russia Economic Support After Zelensky Warns World to Defend Taiwan
Chinese dictator Xi Jinping called his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin on Wednesday to offer financial support and backing on Russia’s “respective core interests,” Chinese state media revealed, just days after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky warned the world to defend Taiwan now before China decides to invade it.
Russia invaded Ukraine in 2014, colonizing its Crimean Peninsula that year and fueling an eight-year-old war between Kyiv and Russian-backed “states” in the eastern Donbas region. In February, Putin expanded the war by bombarding Kyiv, its suburbs, the southern port city of Mariupol, and other key areas, launching a full-scale assault. As a result, much of the Western world has called for a boycott of Russian products and divestment from the country.
China has abstained from any major role in the latest chapter of the Ukraine war, instead vaguely calling for a diplomatic resolution and rejecting any comparisons between Russia’s colonization of Ukraine and a potential Chinese invasion of Taiwan.
Taiwan is a sovereign, democratic island state off the coast of China. The Chinese Communist Party insists that Taiwan is a province of China seized by rogue separatists – despite the Taiwanese government having no historical ties to Beijing – and forces its allies to vow never to formally accept Taiwan’s sovereignty, a policy the Party calls the “one China principle.”
China’s Xinhua news agency, a government outlet, reported on Wednesday that Xi told Putin that he was pleased with the “steady progress” of China-Russia economic ties.
“The Chinese side stands ready to work with the Russian side to push for steady and long-term development of practical bilateral cooperation, Xi said,” according to Xinhua. “China is willing to work with Russia to continue supporting each other on their respective core interests concerning sovereignty and security, as well as on their major concerns.”
Xinhua did not elaborate on any conversation involving Ukraine, but stated that Xi was eager to work with Putin on the “development of the international order and global governance towards a more just and reasonable direction.”
Russian state news outlets largely coincided with the Chinese version of events in the Putin-Xi phone call. While Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov reportedly told journalists Moscow would have more details later, confirming only that the call took place, state propaganda outlet Sputnik reported Xi’s alleged comments on the Ukraine invasion specifically.
“The two presidents also addressed the issue of the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, with Xi Jinping telling Putin that all parties concerned should work towards ending it,” Sputnik claimed. “The Chinese leader, in turn, promised that Beijing will continue to play its constructive role in this process.”
Xi called Putin less than a week after the Washington Post published comments by Zelensky not to leave Taiwan “at the mercy of another country” – the way, he implied, the world abandoned Ukraine.
“No one benefits from [war], apart from certain political leaders who are not content with the present level of their ambitions. Therefore, they keep growing their appetites, their ambitions,” Zelensky reportedly replied to a direct question about Taiwan. “The world enables these leaders to grow their appetites for now, therefore we need a diplomatic resolution to support countries that are in need of help.”
Referring generally to smaller states, Zelensky said, “we must not leave them behind at the mercy of another country which is more powerful… if there is a way out diplomatically, we need to use the diplomatic way. But it must be a preemptive way, not the one that comes after the war has started.”
The Chinese government, through its Global Times propaganda newspaper, condemned the Washington Post for publishing the remarks, calling the newspaper “pathetic” and its report “false.” The Times emphasized that Zelensky never used Xi Jinping’s name or said “China,” even though the question he was responding to was exclusively about Taiwan’s relationship with China.
“Zelensky understands the issue concerns China’s core interest,” the Global Times claimed, while chiding the Ukrainian president for a “lack of full knowledge of the Taiwan question.”
Zelensky has attempted to maintain friendly relations with communist China as Ukraine signed onto the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), China’s global infrastructure debt trap plan, before he became president. Last month, Zelensky defended China for not taking any strong stances on Russia’s invasion, even as China strengthened its economic ties to Russia.
“China has chosen the policy of staying away. At the moment, Ukraine is satisfied with this policy. It is better than helping the Russian Federation in any case,” Zelensky told the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. “We are satisfied with this status quo, to be honest.”
Prior to the war, however, Zelensky antagonized China by blocking Chinese companies from attempting to buy Motor Sich, an aeronautics company that makes, among other key military items, jet engines. Zelensky imposed unilateral sanctions on China last year and nationalized Motor Sich to block the Communist Party from seizing the corporation.
While abstaining from a major role in the Ukraine invasion, Chinese officials have pressured the world not to compare a potential Chinese invasion of Taiwan to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine – emphasizing, to Zelensky’s approval, that Ukraine is a sovereign country in China’s eyes, while Taiwan is a rogue province hijacked by “separatists.”
“Taiwan is for sure not Ukraine,” Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying said in February in the immediate wake of Russia’s assault on Kyiv. “Taiwan has always been an inalienable part of China’s territory. This is an indisputable historical and legal fact.”
Hua did not offer any evidence for the claim, as Taiwan has never been governed by a regime headquartered in Beijing and the latter has no power over the current Taiwanese government.
