The Democrats and their allies in Big Tech and the media regularly work to make this happen by subverting election integrity laws like requiring an ID, pushing for unregulated and unmonitored mail-in voting, providing support for one-sided ballot harvesting initiatives, repealing or fighting laws intended to allow states to revise voter rolls, and pouring enormous sums of money into Democrat districts to pay for election officials and ballot drop boxes.

Biden’s Migrants Are Displacing Americans from Homeless Shelters
Tens of thousands of economic migrants invited by President Joe Biden are displacing Americans from homeless shelters just before Christmas, according to the Wall Street Journal.
The newspaper reported on December 15 from El Paso, Texas, where the many job-seeking migrants are being released by Alejandro Mayorkas’s easy migration policies. The numbers are so high that many migrants cannot find seats in departing buses and aircraft:
John Martin, deputy director at El Paso’s Opportunity Center for the Homeless … said the Opportunity Center’s five shelters traditionally focus on the city’s local homeless population but since August have routinely housed migrants released in the city. On Wednesday, the group’s Welcome Center housed about 129 people, nearly all of whom were migrants.
“Our ideal capacity is 85,” Mr. Martin said of the Welcome Center. The nearby men’s shelter housed nearly 200 men Wednesday, about 60% of whom are migrants, in a space meant to comfortably house 100 to 120 people, he said.

Meanwhile, with shelters full, some migrants have spent the night sleeping outside as overnight temperatures have been at or below freezing this week. Migrants crowded outside bus stations Wednesday wrapped themselves in blankets provided by the Red Cross and other charities. Hundreds of others have taken to spending the night at the airport while waiting for morning flights.
Most of the migrants are single men, who are eager to take low-wage jobs, share crowded apartments, and compliantly accept abuse from employers. They migrate because U.S. jobs — many of which arebpaid in tax-free cash — pay far more money than they could earn at home and allow them to quickly pay smuggling debts and send money back to their families.
The El Paso migrants are being sent to other cities by the government-backed network of migration-support groups. The TexasStandard.org reported on December 17:
Ruben Garcia, the executive director of Annunciation House, a network of temporary shelters in El Paso for migrants and refugees, told the Texas Standard that his group sent a bus of refugees to a faith community in Kansas City, Mo., on Monday and that he had spoken with some of the people who had crossed.
“I asked them, what were the numbers like? And, you know, I heard words like ‘indescribable,’ the lines longer than you could even see,” Garcia said. “So we’re just seeing many, many refugees that are crossing the border at this particular time. And of course, it’s creating a tremendous challenge.”
The Associated Press reported on December 15:
Mario D’Agostino, a deputy city manager [in El Paso] …. outlined a new strategy that might ferry migrants to large, nearby transportation hubs, such as Dallas, Denver and Phoenix. He said federal immigration authorities are preparing to possibly process and directly release migrants at a bridge that connects Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, and El Paso.
“Two days after the city of Denver opened an emergency shelter to accommodate more than 100 migrants who arrived in the city from the country’s southern border, another 20 arrived on Thursday, city officials said,” according to a December 8 report in Denver Post.
Landlords have responded to the Biden inflow by evicting many single-income American families to make room for larger groups of bunk-sharing migrants that can pay higher rents from multiple jobs. This resulting rise in rents provides an easy guide to the growing cost of migration that is being imposed on Americans, just as rising gas prices tend to display the impact of inflation on Americans.
NBC reported on November 5:
Despite a relatively strong job market and historically low unemployment, nearly 7.8 million Americans said they were behind on their rent in October and 3 million felt they were likely to be evicted in the next two months, according to a census survey the same month. That survey found that 2.5 million people had experienced a rent increase of more than $500 over the past year.
“With inflation and the massive increases in rental prices that we’ve seen over the last few years, it’s much worse for low-income renters than it was before the pandemic when we were already in an affordable housing crisis,” said Daniel Grubbs-Donovan, a researcher at the Eviction Lab at Princeton University.
NBC described the impact on one single-income, fatherless family:
Zenovia Johnson is one of those Phoenix renters who’s been struggling to stay in her home because of rising rents. She said she missed her rent payment at the start of October and received an eviction notice from her landlord just days later. She borrowed money to cover her payment, but now is unsure how she will make November’s rent with the income from her telemarketing job unable to cover her bills. Last month, her car was repossessed because she had been prioritizing her rent over her car payment.
“Everything has gone up, I just can’t keep up,” the single mother of two young children said. She added that she was not sure what she was going to do.
Americans are also facing even more competition for housing in New York, which has long used immigrants to create a low-wage economy dominated by landlords and elites:
Other cities are losing shelter space to Biden’s migrants. In Chicago, The Book Club of Chicago reported on December 7:
By early October, [Noiram] Cardozo had landed short-term work at a car wash and in construction, he said. His top priority was to send money back to his relatives in Venezuela who were struggling to pay for food, water and gas, he said.

Without steady income, Cardozo can’t save up enough money to get out of the shelter, he said.
The Book Club also described the story of Maikel Jose Tineo, a migrant from Colombia, which recently elected a left-wing president:
the 21-year-old was sitting outside the Salvation Army Freedom Center in Humboldt Park, where he lives with hundreds of other young immigrants. He’d been to a doctor, received clothes and a city ID and was able to borrow a bike to visit the neighborhood’s sprawling namesake park.

After days of walking and biking around the city to find work, he landed a part-time job at a Wicker Park restaurant. He washes dishes for minimum wage, he said.
With the money Tineo earned, he bought a bike and started paying off debt he owes from his journey to the United States.
Many of the migrants’ shelters are funded by the federal government with taxpayer dollars.
The shelters are also backed up by corporate donors, eager for bodies and the diversity that fractures the public to the growing concentration of wealth. Together, federal officials and corporate donors have built a massive network of shelters and transport routes to quickly deliver new economic migrants to the jobs and housing needed by Americans.
Ideological progressives also welcome the inflow of poor economic migrants.
Since the 1990s, many progressives have shifted their emotional sympathy for underdogs away from a focus on blacks and blue-collar Americans. The shift comes as those groups blame their loss of jobs, income, and status on progressive policies, and so reject progressives’ preferences and increasingly vote for populist Republicans.
In turn, progressives find emotional satisfaction in helping their new wave of poor and subservient migrants who are grateful for the progressives’ support:

The Feds' 'Misinformation' Scam
The biggest political story of 2022 was not the midterm election. It was the release of the “Twitter Files” by Elon Musk, the new owner of Twitter. In the sixth installment published last week on Twitter in a thread by journalist Matt Taibbi, the headline was “Twitter, the FBI Subsidiary.” The FBI had its own channel of communication for tipping off Twitter executives as to authors of tweets who needed to be censored, if not banned, for posting “election misinformation” during the 2020 election season. What was insidious is that some of the offending tweets were satirical in nature and posted by people with relatively few followers.
At least 80 FBI agents were assigned to a social media task force. The Department of Homeland Security had its own operation. Both were inspired by the alleged foreign interference in the 2016 election, known now as the “Russian collusion hoax.” However, it was just days before Election Day for the 2022 midterms that we learned that censorship has been a secret project for over two years of the DHS, the FBI, and “Big Tech.” Apart from Twitter, that included Facebook, Reddit, Discord, Wikipedia, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Verizon Media.
The mission creep into attacking political speech, which is entitled to the greatest protection under the First Amendment, was inevitable. During the final weeks of the 2020 presidential election campaign, the New York Post was blocked by Twitter and other Big Tech giants from publicizing its story on the incriminating evidence on the Hunter Biden laptop. It was the smoking gun of influence peddling by Hunter Biden to enrich himself, Joe Biden, and his uncle to the tune of millions of dollars. We now know that the FBI joined in that censorship effort. It worked. A poll in 2022 showed that most Americans believe full coverage of the “laptop from hell” would have cost Biden the election.
To its discredit, most of the mass media joined in suppressing the news. Time magazine even ran a story bragging about how the media “fortified” the election to ensure Donald Trump’s defeat.
The other big free speech story of 2020 was the suppression of the doctors and scientists who refused to get with the program for an experimental mRNA therapy that was sold to the public as a vaccine against the SARS-CoV-2 virus. The subjects targeted for suppression have included the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic and the efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines. Facebook created a restricted access portal to facilitate censorship requests from government bureaucrats.
Instead of the FBI and DHS, the culprits in this case were the administrative state, consisted of the CDC, the FDA, and state medical boards. Starting in the Spring of 2020, federal and state authorities decided that “the Science,” as promulgated by the CDC and particularly Dr. Anthony Fauci, was indisputable. No one could dissent from the CDC’s pronouncements and edicts.
This quickly became an effort to censor and persecute any doctors and scientists who (1) Disagreed with the CDC’s theory as to the origins of the virus in Communist China; (2) Argued for repurposing inexpensive prescription drugs for outpatient treatment, thus avoiding hospitalization and death; and (3) Questioned the wisdom of treating everyone with an experimental mRNA gene therapy when only the elderly and people with co-morbidities were at risk of death from the virus.
Again “misinformation” was rolled out as the justification for government authorities suppressing dissent and largely discarding the scientific method which requires empirical validation of theories and computer models.
The case of Dr. Peter McCullough is an illustrative instance of such persecution. He is one of the most published cardiologists in America, with research papers widely cited by scientists everywhere. Unlike Fauci, he has a graduate degree in epidemiology. He published an out-patient treatment protocol for COVID-19. The “authorities” went after him. He was recently stripped of his medical board certifications for the sin of disagreeing with the prevailing wisdom of how to treat a virus that has a minuscule infection fatality rate among people under age 60.
The suppression of dissenting scientists was only part of the program. The subjects targeted for suppression have included: “the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic and the efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines, racial justice, U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan, and the nature of U.S. support to Ukraine.”
Over the past two years our elected representatives in Congress have been missing in action as they failed to defend freedom of speech against the administrative state. Unelected bureaucrats have amassed power to the point that they now resemble the modern mandarins of Communist China. They fear no one in repressing free speech on the subject of how to treat COVID-19 -- all in the name of suppressing “misinformation.” All of them should be investigated by the new Congress. The Federal Bureau of Investigation should itself be investigated. Call for its drastic reform must be seriously considered, even though implementing such reform must wait until a Democrat no longer occupies the White House.
Until we see reforms after such investigations, defenders of free speech should refuse to recognize any “misinformation exception” to the First Amendment.

Plenty of Grievances to Air This Christmas Season
It has been a tough few years, first with COVID then an economy blasted by inflation and recession. Most Americans are hoping for a shiny present under the American Christmas tree this year. But will it be a lump of coal instead? In the spirit of Festivus, let’s air some grievances.
How do Americans feel about the current direction of the United States? Rasmussen Reports asked likely U.S. voters if the country is heading in the right or wrong direction. Only 35 percent think we are going in the right direction, compared to 60 percent who believe we are heading in the wrong direction. Americans say “bah-humbug” to those running the country, both Democrats and Republicans.

What might Americans be concerned about as we enter the holiday season? Plenty. Rather than the 12 days of Christmas, how about the 12 days of discontent? It’s time to air some grievances, in no particular order as “all grievances matter”.
Those illegally crossing our borders can harbor myriad infectious diseases, but those who live in America must be vaccinated, boosted multiple times, wear a mask, and stay six feet away from every other human being in order to participate in society.
Foreigners who want to visit the U.S. to see their families, vacation, and spend their own money must wait years for a visa application appointment, but those crossing the border illegally receive free food, housing, clothing, healthcare, and education immediately.
Doctors and engineers who want to work in America for the benefit of America must take myriad exams, fill out endless paperwork, and wait for years for possible approval. But any illiterate, unskilled migrant or criminal can stroll into the U.S. to hurt and certainly not help America.
We cannot count the number of Americans in America for the census, but our borders are wide open for anyone in the world to enter America and be supported by the same Americans we cannot count.
Russians somehow influencing our elections is wrong, but it’s perfectly fine for Russians, Mexicans, Africans, or anyone else from anywhere else to vote in our elections.
We must pretend a man dressing as a woman is really a woman, and pretend along with him, or risk being called horrible names if we point out the obvious. Those who can’t define “a woman” celebrate a woman Supreme Court justice and eagerly await a woman president.
Friends and family have become hostile and dismissive over differing opinions about Trump, masks, vaccines, election integrity, and all things political. Those who scream the loudest for diversity and inclusion want nothing of the sort in their own lives, preferring no diversity or inclusion, eliminating those with alternative perspectives.
One must be 21 years old to buy beer or cigarettes, but one can vote at age 18, and get an abortion or have gender mutilation surgery as an early teen.
Trump tweeting that he wouldn’t attend Biden’s inauguration was an incitement to violence and sedition, on par with Hitler or the Christchurch, New Zealand shooter, according to Twitter executives, leading Twitter to ban the leader of the free world from one of the world’s largest media platform. But the Ayatollah Khamenei calling Israel “a malignant cancerous tumor…that has to be removed and eradicated” is an acceptable tweet and not worthy of tweet deletion or banning according to the same Twitter executives.
Those who have never owned slaves must pay reparations to those who never were slaves. Along the same lines, those who never attended college should pay the tuition costs of those who went to college but did not learn enough to earn enough to pay back their own loans.
Vice President Joe Biden can threaten and blackmail Ukraine with impunity but when President Donald Trump asked about it, he was impeached.
A few billion dollars to protect the Southern border of America is too expensive, but over $100 billion to protect Ukraine’s border with Russia is still not enough.
Antifa and BLM activists could gather and riot in large groups during the height of COVID-19, but children could not attend school in person.
Children dying of heart attacks is blamed on video games and considered perfectly normal. Hundred of young healthy athletes and non-athletes dropping dead suddenly is attributed to global warming. Anyone questioning this is told to shut up.
Prescription drugs taken by millions of individuals for decades with minimal if any adverse effects were going to kill us, but experimental gene therapy was deemed “safe and effective” and required for work, school, and travel, even in young children at virtually zero risk from the causative virus.
If you are vaccinated and the vaccines work as advertised, then why does it matter if the person next to you is wearing a mask or not? If I had the measles vaccine, I am not concerned whether those around me might have measles. If the vaccines don’t prevent infection, then why are they mandated?
If you are wearing a mask and masks stop viral transmission, then why does it matter if the person next to you is not wearing a mask or is unvaccinated? If the masks don’t stop viral transmission, then why were they mandated in public spaces or on airplanes?
Sam Bankman-Fried was arrested as he “orchestrated a years-long fraud”. He “built a house of cards on a foundation of deception” and created “a limitless line of credit funded by customer assets”. He also used his fund as his “personal piggy bank,” and “He hid from investors and customers that he used the funds to buy luxury condos, support political campaigns, and make private investments.”
Change “SBF” to most members of Congress, Biden cabinet officials, Clinton, Pelosi, or Biden family members, and this behavior is perfectly acceptable, and hardly grounds for indictment or arrest.
Journalists cheered when Twitter banned the New York Post for discussing the Hunter Biden laptop. But when those journalists were themselves suspended from Twitter for doxing Elon Musk’s family, putting them at danger, the caterwauling was deafening, and the Constitution was suddenly important sacrosanct and under threat.
It is indeed an upside-down world with little making sense. In the season of hope and joy, things are more chaotic than ever. While we may wish for an exciting new toy under the American Christmas tree in a few weeks, instead we receive doubletalk, lies, and a big lump of coal. Let’s hope for a Christmas miracle.

Democrat Mayor Declares ‘Emergency’ Over 0.01% of Biden’s Record-Breaking Illegal Immigration Arriving in Denver
Denver, Colorado Mayor Michael Hancock (D) has declared a state of emergency over 0.01 percent of President Joe Biden’s record-breaking number of illegal immigrants arriving in the city.
Days ago, Hancock issued an emergency as fewer than 650 border crossers and illegal aliens have arrived in Denver in recent weeks after being released into the United States interior by the Biden administration.
The influx of illegal immigration to Denver, Hancock said in a statement, has “put an immense strain on city recourses to the level where they’re on the verge of reaching a breaking point at this time.”
“It is at a crisis point right now and cities all over this country are being forced to deal with something we’re not equipped to deal with,” Hancock said.
The roughly 250 border crossers and illegal aliens who have arrived in Denver last week and another 400 that are already in city shelters is a small fraction — just 0.01 percent — of Biden’s record-breaking at least 5.5 million southern border encounters since taking office.
Hancock is only one of many Democrat politicians to complain about rising illegal immigration levels even as they have traditionally championed the plight of illegal aliens.
California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D), a fierce proponent of the state’s sanctuary state policy, recently said that the constant flow of illegal immigration to the U.S. is particularly a “burden” to his state and causing “budgetary pressures.”

San Bernardino County Residents Vote to Study Secession from Far-Left California
San Bernardino County residents voted for officials to study the possibility of seceding from California as more grow increasingly tired of the state’s far-left policies.
The county approved the advisory ballot proposal, which was voted upon in November, earlier this week, the Associated Press (AP) reported. San Bernardino’s Board of Supervisors’ next step is likely to form a committee that will study if state and federal public funds were fairly distributed with local governments within the county.
Curt Hagman, the chairman of the Board of Supervisors, says there is “a lot of frustration” that San Bernardino residents have toward the left-wing governing policies of Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) and the Democrat-controlled state legislature.
Residents in the county, and across the state, pay the highest taxes in the nation while also living under soaring rates of crime, homelessness, and high housing costs.
Many are also irate over the state’s COVID-19 policies, which saw public school students forced into remote learning early in the pandemic, while the state waw one of the last to discontinue the policy. Remote learning caused considerable academic setbacks for K to 12 students within the state, including negatively impacting younger students’ learning skills, Breitbart News reported.
As a result, droves of California residents and businesses have moved to states such as Arizona, Texas, Florida, and Nevada to escape the high taxes and the volatile political climate. From 2020 to 2022, California lost over 352,000 residents, according to the state’s Department of Finance statistics.
While registered Democrat voters outnumber Republican voters by 12 points, Newsom lost San Bernardino County by five points in the November gubernatorial election. Still, the incumbent governor easily went on to win reelection.
The county is the largest by area in California and the contiguous United States, stretching from the urban regions of the City of San Bernardino to the rural areas bordering Arizona and Nevada. Moreover, it is the fifth most populace county in the Golden State, with more than two million residents.
Attempts to secede and become the 51st state in the union are unlikely, as the proposal would require approval from the Democrat state legislature and Congress.
Although Hagman noted that he does not want to secede from California, he says he understands the voters may feel alienated from Sacramento’s policies, telling the AP, “It’s been a rough few years.”
Similar calls for secession from the coastal liberal enclaves of California have been made for years. In 2017, activists filed a lawsuit to create the “State of Jefferson” from 21 counties in the northern part of the state. However, every secession attempt from the state has been unsuccessful.

DOJ: Outsourcing Firm for Fortune 500 Companies Hired Foreign H-1B Visa Workers over Qualified Americans
An outsourcing firm with Fortune 500 clients hired foreign H-1B visa workers for Information Technology (IT) jobs over qualified Americans, a Department of Justice (DOJ) settlement reveals.
Federal prosecutors announced a settlement with Secureapp Technologies, whose Fortune 500 clients include Pfizer, Comcast, Deloitte, JPMorgan Chase, FedEx, and Nike, after the outsourcing firm was found to have discriminated against qualified American professionals for IT jobs by seeking to hire foreign H-1B visa workers.
The settlement states:
… from at least January 10, 2019, to April 6, 2020, Secureapp posted at least 12 job advertisements that solicited applications for IT positions only from non-U.S. citizens seeking sponsorship for a temporary work visa or with immigration statuses associated with certain employment-based temporary visas, and, in so doing, harmed protected U.S. workers by unlawfully deterring them from applying to the job advertisements. [Emphasis added]
As part of the settlement, Secureapp will have to pay just $26,000 in civil penalties to the federal government and be briefly monitored by DOJ officials. The settlement does not ban the firm from using the H-1B visa program. Secureapp has brought more than 100 foreign H-1B visa workers to the U.S. since 2019, records show.
In fiscal year 2021, the top six H-1B visa employers — Cognizant, Amazon, Tata Consulting Services, Google, Microsoft, and Facebook — sought to outsource nearly 57,000 American tech jobs to foreign H-1B visa workers, primarily from India and China.
For years, Breitbart News has chronicled the abuses against white-collar American professionals as a result of the H-1B visa program. There are about 650,000 H-1B visa foreign workers in the U.S. at any given moment. Americans are often laid off in the process and forced to train their foreign replacements, as highlighted by Breitbart News.
Nearly all H-1B visa reforms imposed by former President Trump have been reversed by President Joe Biden. Last year, for example, Biden allowed corporations that had been denied foreign H-1B visa workers by the Trump administration to reapply.

Biden’s State Department Teams Up with Multinational Corporations to Funnel Refugees into American Jobs
President Joe Biden’s State Department is partnering with hundreds of multinational corporations to open a jobs program for refugees arriving in the United States as the nation’s labor force participation rate remains at historical lows.
This week, Secretary of State Antony Blinken signed a memorandum entering the agency into a partnership with the left-wing Tent Partnership for Refugees group, founded by Chobani CEO Hamdi Ulukaya and representing more than 300 corporations, to fill U.S. jobs with newly arrived refugees.
“The Department of State’s Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration is pleased to announce a public-private partnership with the Tent Partnership for Refugees to support employment opportunities and economic integration for refugees and other forcibly displaced people around the world,” the announcement states:
This partnership seeks to mobilize U.S. and international businesses and corporations to connect refugees to work opportunities – a critical pathway to the long-term economic and social resilience of both refugees themselves and the communities which host them. [Emphasis added]
Ulukaya’s Tent Partnership for Refugees includes corporations such as Accenture, Adidas, American Express, Amazon, AT&T, Deloitte, General Electric, IBM, Microsoft, Tata Consulting Services, and Visa, among others, that routinely outsource American jobs to low-wage foreign countries
Earlier this year, a group of House Republicans noted that the federal government’s refugee resettlement program funnels tens of millions of American taxpayer dollars annually to nine contractors.
These contractors’ annual budgets rely on the federal government resettling as many refugees in American towns and cities as possible — giving them a major financial stake in the process.
The jobs program for refugees comes as roughly 11.6 million Americans remain jobless, all of whom want full-time employment, and another few million are underemployed, stuck in part-time work but hoping to land full-time jobs.
Washington, DC, has responded with silence to the nation’s growing labor force participation crisis, as possibly 100 million working-age Americans are sitting on the workforce sidelines.
In particular, as Breitbart News has noted, American men are dropping out of the workforce at an alarming rate as wages have remained stagnant in working class jobs and in many cases, have fallen.

At the same time, the Biden administration is hoping to increase the number of refugees arriving annually in the United States. Next year, Biden hopes to import some 125,000 refugees.
Americans, mostly working and middle class, ultimately foot the bill.
Refugee resettlement costs American taxpayers nearly $9 billion every five years, according to research, and each refugee costs taxpayers about $133,000 over the course of their lifetime. Within five years, an estimated 16 percent of all refugees admitted will need housing assistance paid for by taxpayers.

“Its party wants to destroy the voting system in violation of multiple parts of the Constitution. And yet all weekend long. And even today. We hear about once more. Donald Trump is the problem because he wants to destroy the Constitution. Bipartisan criticism.
“Ladies and gentlemen, the Democrats want to destroy the Constitution. Their media outlets like The New York Times in their ‘1619 Project.’ They want to destroy the Constitution. A new book highlights the ways Biden is putting us at risk.
Prior to Joe Biden’s ascension to the White House in early 2021, it would have been difficult for many American patriots to believe that a worse president than Jimmy Carter or Barack Obama could sit in the Oval Office. Then Biden wasted no time proving those patriots wrong. From Day One he has been such an unmitigated disaster for the country that only 19% of Americans said in a poll last Sunday that they want Biden to run again in 2024. A July poll revealed that only 13% of Americans believe the country is on the right track. Apparently few believe that Biden is building back better, much less making America great again.
His incompetence (or conversely, his competence in carrying out a destructive agenda) has done more than just bring the country to the brink of a failed state after only half a term, though; it also has endangered Americans in many ways, and its legacy will continue to do so for generations. Indeed, bestselling author Nick Adams, in his new book from Post Hill Press, labels Joe Biden The Most Dangerous President in History.
Adams, 38, Australian-born but a naturalized American citizen and proud of it, is the author of several bestselling books such as Retaking America, Green Card Warrior, and Trump and Churchill: Defenders of Civilization. He is a tireless public speaker and social media influencer, as well as a frequent commentator in the news media such as at Fox News. In addition to having been appointed by President Trump as a scholar to the Smithsonian, Adams also runs a nationwide nonprofit called FLAG, the Foundation for Liberty and Greatness, whose mission is to educate Americans about the values and principles that make our country exceptional.
His new book, The Most Dangerous President in History, lays out some of the principal ways in which our Divider-in-Chief Biden is running the ship of state aground. In chapters on shutting down the economy instead of the coronavirus; on flooding our southern border with migrants and flooding cities across the U.S. with Afghan refugees; on demonizing concerned parents at school board meetings as domestic terror threats; on undermining our military; and on demonstrating weak leadership regarding China and Ukraine, Adams makes the case that Biden is creating crises that threaten our national security and put American lives at risk.
On Biden’s border policy, for example: the Left likes to paint anyone concerned about the open floodgates of our southern border as racist and anti-immigration. In fact, conservatives simply think it’s sensible to have a system in place for the vetting of people who want to come here, and to have reasonable restrictions or guidelines about the flow of people we let in. There isn’t another country in the world that doesn’t do that. But Biden’s party isn’t satisfied with anything less than an unlimited number of potential Democrat voters streaming across the border – and drug cartels, human traffickers, and terrorists along with them.
As Adams points out in his book, instead of policing our borders, the Department of Homeland Security is instead obsessed with a domestic terror threat that the Biden administration is greatly concerned about: parents expressing their outrage at school boards over the Critical Race Theory indoctrination and gender ideology sexualization of their children. The branding of these rightly-concerned citizens as violent terrorist threats is one of the most disgusting smears the Left has ever used against its political opponents.
But potentially the most serious threat Biden and his administration present is in its subversion of our military – through diversity/equity/inclusion wokeness, the mandating of COVID vaccines to weed out potential dissidents, and the leadership’s focus on climate change and “whiteness” as our greatest existential enemies. Adams addresses this in a chapter that details, among other things, the debacle of our withdrawal from Afghanistan, and Gen. Mark Milley’s treasonous warning to China during the Trump years.
The book concludes with a chapter about Biden being compromised on China and Ukraine, a national security threat that our complicit media don’t want to talk about, much less investigate. And then of course, there’s Joe’s embarrassment of a son, Hunter. The Biden family has no compunctions about selling America out to our enemies or dragging us into a nuclear war with Russia.
Adams notes that Biden is dangerous not only not only on his own, but also because of the people with whom he has surrounded himself in his administration, such as the Secretary of Transportation diversity hire Pete Buttigieg, the epically incompetent Vice President Kamala Harris, and Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, who infamously declared before Congress that she couldn’t define the word “woman” because she isn’t a biologist. There doesn’t seem to be a single appointee in the administration that is there because of actual merit and qualifications.
The Most Dangerous President in History, like Nick Adams himself, is a bracing shot of patriotic common sense. If the book has a failing, it is that it does not include more of the ways in which the grouchy old radical Biden and his administration are putting this country at serious risk (admittedly, doing so would have made the book too unwieldy to lift for anyone but bodybuilders).
But to add one more reason to the mix – one Adams couldn’t have included because it arose just after the publication of his book – consider the recent, treasonous prisoner exchange of the billionaire Russian arms dealer Viktor “Merchant of Death” Bout for women’s basketball star Brittney Griner, who was serving a nine-year sentence in Moscow for drug possession. Besides the fact that the Biden administration left retired U.S. Marine Paul Whelan, unjustly-imprisoned in Russian custody since 2018, this shocking capitulation to Russian demands demonstrated to both our allies and our enemies that America under Biden is pathetically weak, and it exposes Americans to an increased threat of being kidnapped by foreign powers again.
Only the most ideologically deluded Democrat sincerely believes that Joe Biden is anything but a catastrophic failure, both domestically and abroad, as the Leader of the Free World. Nick Adams’ new book demonstrates this abundantly well, but also points the way optimistically forward to the presidential election of 2024 – if we are as committed to taking our country back as the Left is to fundamentally transforming it.

The Biden complicity in the drug trade. A clearer and more present danger
The film Clear and Present Danger, based on Tom Clancy’s book, was made in 1994.
It featured wide-scale government corruption, and aside from that corruption that we all thought was a fictional creation of Clancy’s, a major part of the story is the illegal drug trade -- from Colombia, in this incarnation.
The set-up is a friend of the president is murdered on his yacht, along with his family. It turns out that the friend-of-the-president launders money for a Colombian cartel but skims off the top to the tune of $650 million. So the cartel kills him and they want their money back.
Surreptitiously of course, the secret powers within the government put together an off-the-books military group (think JFK and Vietnam 1963) to go to Colombia and put a stop to the drug-making and drug-selling operation in order to quash the story that might harm the president. Naturally, that does not go well; best laid plans and all.
Enter good guy Jack Ryan (Harrison Ford), a CIA operative and the one of only two good guys, James Earl Jones being the other. Jones plays Ryan’s boss.
Ryan as the CIA operative is in the dark as to what's happening, for a while, until he’s not.
Then he tries to fix things and the film unfolds as we’ve come to expect. Many people die, some of them the good military guys who believe they are on a righteous mission, which they are, sort of; to blow up the drug operation, which they do.
But the bad guys kill for money and sport so other good folks die as well. Clancy knew of what he wrote; the drug cartels of 1994 were extremely organized and as murderous and diabolical as they are today.
And yet, here we are! It’s 2022 and the Biden administration is virtually in business with the drug cartels of Mexico and submissive to China which in league with the cartels manufactures the fentanyl they transport into the states.
Since Biden took office and opened the border to all comers, the drugs – heroin, cocaine, and tragically, fentanyl – are flowing over the southern border like a tidal wave.
What else is streaming over the border? Unaccompanied children who are assuredly being trafficked in this country with the Biden administration’s full knowledge.
Bottom line? The powers that be in our government have never really wanted to stem the flow of drugs into America. Trump wanted the cartels to be designated terrorists but he got no support for that move; none.
It should be clear to all Americans by now that the “administrative state” likes things the way they are. They know the fentanyl comes from China as surely as they know that COVID was/is a bioweapon. But Biden won’t even address the issue with China nor will any Democrats in Congress. They are all on the wrong side and have been for decades. Perhaps they are all as compromised as Joe and Hunter Biden.
What else explains their doing nothing but planning for and exacerbating the border invasion from day one of this administration?
Do they care about the destruction of our border cities or how the influx of so many migrants into every city in the country is altering the lives of law-abiding Americans? Of course not. The elites of the D.C. uniparty have become a bevy of Marie Antoinettes; whether or not she ever actually said "Let them eat cake."
The Mitch McConnells, Liz Cheneys, Chuck Schumers, Nancy Pelosis of the swamp know, or believe, that the crimes they quite literally promote will never touch them or their bank accounts. The attack on Pelosi’s husband, if that’s what it was, was an aberration, a deviation from the scheme that she never saw coming from inside the bubble she inhabits.
The corruption of our government, no matter which party is in power, is undeniable.
From the assassination of JFK to the open invasion by migrants from all over the world – criminals, pedophiles, rapists, drug dealers, to the treasonous strategies to destroy Trump – is just more overt now.
The radical left controls the DOJ, the FBI, the CIA, and DHS. We must admit now that each of those institutions is corrupt and should be defunded and disbanded.
Do the Republicans have the guts, the will, to do that? No. As long as cowards like Mitt Romney and his fellow quislings sit in the House and Senate of Congress, we are toast, victims of a regime as tyrannous as Stalin’s or Xi’s.
Given what we’ve learned about Twitter’s abuse of their social media power and their capitulation to the will of the Biden regime, we are very nearly a police state. This bunch wants, and fomented, the war in Ukraine; wars make them rich and this one may get bigger and more dangerous. This bunch mandated lockdowns and vaccines to that end. Once serious folks have the time to get through the newly released JFK assassination documents, we are likely to learn more about our government’s lethal corruption of long standing.
In 1994, the Clancy film seemed like terrific fiction, like a James Bond thriller. Little did we know then how true and prescient it was. The war on the drug trade is an utter failure, probably by design. A hundred thousand people die each year now of fentanyl overdose, nearly twice the number that died in the entire Vietnam War.
Does Biden even talk about this genocide? No. He’s letting it happen, making it happen. He’s a tool of China and in partnership with the cartels and the sex traffickers. He is handing over thousands of unaccompanied children to suspicious, unvetted NGOs. And why is he so certain that his agenda cannot be stopped? Because too many of them are in on this ongoing criminal enterprise. If this were not true, every Republican member of Congress would be screaming from the rooftops and the Capitol steps that it must all stop. But they’re not. They are complicit.
Clancy’s film (like countless others) should have been a wake-up call, a dire warning to us all. Instead it was just a preview of what was to come, what is here, what is now much, much worse. The Biden administration is an evil entity and the Republicans in Congress are aiding and abetting its crimes.
Obviously they should not agree to a dime of spending unless the border is closed. We shall see if the new House majority has a spine and a moral core. I am not holding my breath.

(CNSNews.com) - West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey said Thursday that fentanyl should be listed as a weapon of mass destruction because of its potency.
“I don't think that the media wants to acknowledge what’s going on because if you have to point fingers at China, the Mexican drug cartels, then all of a sudden, hey what is Secretary of State Blinken doing? By the way, not nearly enough. What is Mayorkas doing? He should be impeached or fired, and then what’s Merrick Garland doing?” he told Fox Business’ “Mornings with Maria Bartiromo.”
“They’re not increasing the number of fentanyl prosecutions. This has been an unmitigated disaster. The only agency I think that’s trying to some degree is the DEA, but they need a lot of help. That’s why I’ve called for fentanyl to be listed as a weapon of mass destruction, and that’s just the tip of the iceberg of what we need to do,” Morrisey said.
When asked what he expects when Title 42 ends next week, the attorney general said that he’s “concerned we are going to get another stream of people, flooding across the border, and with it of course comes more human trafficking, more deadly fentanyl, more invasion into the heartland, so we’ve been worried.”
“I mean this administration is a disaster in terms of how it’s handling the border, so it’s just going to be another seminal event, gonna flood more people, and that means more drugs, more death, and we have to keep educating Americans as to what is going on,” he said.
When asked how many times he has filed lawsuits against the Biden administration for various issues, like climate change, the border, et cetera, Morrisey said, “I know we're up in at least individually and with my colleagues I think in the high 20s, in terms of original actions. Then we’ve joined other briefs. We’ve sued dozens and dozens and dozens of times.
“Let me tell you, it’s not enough. If I had more lawyers, I would be suing them even more frequently because the reality is, this administration violates the rule of law every day, and it’s nowhere more evident than what’s going on at the border,” the attorney general said.
“Maria, just a few weeks ago I had families of the victims of fentanyl in my office, and they were talking about what was going on what happened to them personally, and the stream of fentanyl flooding from China through the border. This is very real. It is killing West Virginians, and it has to stop,” he said.
Morrisey said that “we pour so much money and time into addressing first responders' needs, because they are the ones on the front line, and the saying is if you touch it, you could die or one pill kills.”
“That is what we're seeing right now. Law enforcement needs to have so many different versions of Narcan available just to avoid having first responders and our brave policemen die. it is a serious problem, and I see this, and my heart goes out to all the families of the victims who have died from this,” the attorney general said.
“As you all know, you touch fentanyl or you have some of it laced, and it could even be through a vaping tool, which we’ve have heard of more and more and then you are going to die in a very short period of time, so I have been getting out to the schools in West Virginia,” Morrisey said.
“We’re trying to educate a lot of people, because a lot of these kids don't realize the potency of it, and we have to educate people. Meanwhile though, half the country doesn't even know about it because other than Fox and few other stations, they’re not covering it. So that’s why I am excited for the House to come in and start doing oversight so that everyone in America knows this crisis,” he said.
Sen. Hawley on Biden's SW Border Chaos: 'This Is Their Plan, and They Are Executing It'
(CNSNews.com) - As the Biden administration blames congressional inaction for the border crisis, Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) says he is among the Republicans who will not support the Democrat plan to give illegal aliens a pathway to citizenship, which seems to be the goal of Democrats who are doing nothing about the current invasion of Texas and Arizona particularly.
Republicans say border security comes before any "comprehensive immigration reform."
"The truth is, we shouldn't have to trade anything to get the enforcement of our laws at our own southern border," Hawley told Fox News's Laura Ingraham.
"I just say, this Biden administration is getting exactly what they want at the southern border. This is a 14,000 a day illegal surge. They've known about this, they have known this would
happen. This is what they want, Laura.
"They don't want a border. They don't want there to be Customs and Border Patrol, they don't want there to be I.C.E., they don't want there to be immigration enforcement. This is their plan and they are executing it."
Ingraham noted the far-reaching effects of allowing unchecked illegal immigration -- on the electoral process, schools, public health system, housing -- and criminal justice, Hawley chimed in:
"And let's not forget, we're talking about hundreds of thousands -- millions of people coming across the border in the space of one year, and what this really says, Laura, is the Democrats are willing to turn over our sovereign southern border to the biggest human trafficking operation in the world. Those would be the border cartels.
"They're willing to let them have it. You're concerned about kids. Well, the Democrats want to give the cartels, who are smuggling children, control of the border. You're concerned about crime. The Democrats want to give the cartels control of the border.
"And I can just say, as a guy who represents the state of Missouri, we are awash in illegal drugs, with fentanyl, methamphetamine in our state. It's not coming from inside Missouri. It's coming across the border. That is all courtesy of Joe Biden.
"And I tell you what. It's time to hold this guy accountable. And it's time for the House of Representatives to do their job and to impeach (Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro) Mayorkas.
White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre says it's up to Congress to solve the problem in a "bipartisan way" -- which means the Democrat way or the highway.
We know how to work with Republicans; Republicans know how to work with us,” Jean-Pierre said on Tuesday. “So why don’t they work with us on this particular issue that is important to — important to Americans across the country? And we’re asking for them to join us on this — on this issue as well."
Hawley said he'd go along with congressional action if it means extending Title 42 by statute, "make it the law."
"I'd be happy to do that," Hawley said. In fact, Republicans have proposed to do that over and over again, Democrats have blocked it. If that's what the White House is saying, that they welcome congressional action on this, great!
“Let's make may Title 42 permanent, let's do it with the force of law. I'm 100 percent delighted to do that. And I look forward to seeing the Democrats line up for that."
Title 42 is the public health measure that allows border agents to immediately expel some illegal aliens. By court order, it will be lifted on December 21, opening the floodgates for even more illegal immigration.

The corruption involves both political parties. Big Tech manipulates search engine results, and takes down "dangerous" websites. With Elon Musk's revelations, we now see that our own FBI is working actively with Twitter to censor conservatives and silence dissenting speech. And the mainstream media are all in on ridiculing, dismissing, or attacking people willing to speak out.

Eric Holder: Coronavirus ‘An Opportunity’ to Permanently Change America’s Voting System
Former President Barack Obama’s Attorney General Eric Holder admitted he saw coronavirus as “an opportunity” to permanently change the way Americans voted.
“Coronavirus gives us an opportunity to revamp our electoral system so that it permanently becomes more inclusive and becomes easier for the American people to access,” Holder said in an interview with TIME magazine.
He called for a “sea change” in voting systems, allowing Americans to vote from home, using prepaid mail-in ballots and unlimited absentee voting. Holder did not discuss concerns about voter fraud in his interview but posited that any special exceptions made to the voting process during the coronavirus should remain permanent.
“It would be foolhardy to take these pro-democracy measures off the table after we get on the other side of the virus,” he said. “These are changes that we should make permanent because it will enhance our democracy.”
Holder’s comments align with former President Barack Obama, who voiced support for mail-in voting and joined forces with former First Lady Michelle Obama and prominent celebrities to press the United States for more mail-in voting.

Both Barack Obama and John McCain will speak this week in San Diego at the annual conference of the National Council of La Raza, the Latino organization whose name is Spanish for, yes, "The Race." Can you imagine Obama and McCain paying homage to a group of white people who called themselves that? No matter. The presidential candidates and the media have legitimized "The Race" as a mainstream ethnic lobbying group and marginalized its critics as intolerant bigots. The unvarnished truth is that the group is a radical ethnic nationalist outfit that abuses your tax dollars and milks PC politics to undermine our sovereignty.
Election-Fraud Corruption Is Deeper than Anyone Can Imagine
Multiple polls conclude that upwards of 70 percent of Americans think our elections are filled with fraud. But we're learning it's deeper and more organized than just a few thousand mules dropping fake ballots into election boxes.
The corruption involves both political parties. Big Tech manipulates search engine results, and takes down "dangerous" websites. With Elon Musk's revelations, we now see that our own FBI is working actively with Twitter to censor conservatives and silence dissenting speech. It's next to certain that Twitter wasn't the only social media giant the FBI was giving orders to. And the mainstream media are all in on ridiculing, dismissing, or attacking people willing to speak out.
Anyone who floats the idea that the Republican red wave disappeared because of poor GOP tactics, or inadequate candidates, is either stupid or part of this conspiracy. In fact, it's an excellent "RINO detector"!
Any "conservative" news organization that is not focusing 100 percent on the corruption that has been unearthed in Maricopa County is complicit.
The left and their RINO allies, along with who-knows-how-many other corporate and foreign actors, have set up the most complicated electoral fraud system in history. Every step of the voting process — from who is allowed to vote, how they vote, how the votes are tallied, to how the results are reported — is compromised. They are so far into their corruption that being exposed is not an option. They will do literally anything to avoid being caught.
A good place to start is with the voter rolls.
They are so rife with inaccuracies, full of outdated and blatantly false information, that no election can be considered safe. The data are completely unsecured and can be manipulated at will. And most efforts to clean up the rolls are either ignored or done so slowly or incompletely as to be useless.
One county in Arizona noted "42,000 changes to the election rolls within weeks of the election — most were illegal. 21,000 new voters added to the election rolls, within 29 days of the election — almost every one is illegal. 8,000 voters appear to live in a business — each one would be illegal. 1,951 people received ballots at one address, and then voted from a different address — every one is illegal. The Republican candidate — with an 11-point lead in the polls — lost by around 21,000 votes to a woman who was afraid to debate her!"
Absentee ballots are the currency of election fraud.
When you can manipulate the voting rolls, you can easily create "floating ballots" in states where absentee ballots are mailed out to every voter. Just change a digit in the ZIP code, and a corrupt postal worker can easily gather up those ballots when they return as undeliverable. All you have to do is line up a buddy at the Post Office and send incorrectly addressed ballots to his ZIP code.
Another method is to change or delete box numbers for apartment buildings or college campuses. Again, when they come back as undeliverable, they can be snapped up to be saved up for Election Day. If it looks as though your candidate is losing by 2,000 votes, just fill in 2,500, and voilà: victory!
The addresses in the voter rolls need only be changed for a single day so the ballots can go to the wrong addresses, and the data are changed back. "In a real-life example, this month, we found a county that changed 31,500 zip codes, yet the voter remained at the same address."
There's no way to know this is happening unless someone happens to download the manipulated data at the right time. An almost undetectable crime.
Another type of phantom voter is someone on the rolls who hasn't voted in the last two or three elections. Send an absentee ballot for him at a wrong address, and vote for him. Heard cases where in-person voters are told on Election Day that they've already voted? Their absentee ballot was filled out by someone else first.

The vote-counting process is completely insecure.
There's a great video from 2020 with over a million views, focusing on Michigan vote-tabulating procedures, which are similar in most of the rest of the country. Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai, MIT Ph.D., explains the issues affecting voting system accuracy and exposes a "Weighted Race Feature" in the actual user manual for "Global Election Systems" software that allows system operators to change votes by any percentage for any candidate.
This "feature" is present in almost all voting systems and is seen as early as 2001.
In one case, Ayyadurai's team analyzed early voting and Election Day voting in four counties in the 2020 Michigan election. They concluded that in three major counties, Trump's votes were decreased by at least 69,000, and Biden's votes were increased by 69,000, using a computer algorithm within the voting machine software.
At the 21:00 mark, they explain how it happened. In Michigan, you can vote by selecting individual candidates or simply choose to vote for one political party or the other. Obviously, a precinct with a lot of Republican-party-line voters would also have a lot of Republicans chosen by the vote-in-each-contest voters. But somehow, 2020 data showed that the more Republican-leaning the precinct, the more votes were different from the one-party voters vs. the individual voters — always in favor of Biden! This demonstrates likely use of the weighted race feature, which was absent in a predominantly Democrat county.
Even more damning is that when the data are charted, the line is perfectly straight, and the slope of the line in each county is very similar to the others. This could not happen without a mathematical formula being applied to the actual number of votes.
So what can be done? Looking up individual entries on voter rolls, comparing them to local property records for non-existing addresses, and submitting changes to the local Boards of Elections would take hundreds of years.
Fractal computing to the rescue.
Now fraud-savvy groups are analyzing voter rolls and using "fractal computing" to compare them to other data — county property records that show the type of building at each address so a voter can't register if his address is a vacant lot or a convenience store, post office databases that show who has moved out of state, or a deceased voter who is listed as alive, then votes, then goes back to being deceased the next day. What if a single house with one bathroom has 35 people listed as living there?

The one thing in common among the candidates victimized by this level of fraud is not that they are Republicans, but that they are MAGA conservatives. It's clear that both parties use these tactics to favor Democrats and RINOs.
We need voter ID and permanent voter registration cards, publically viewable software, hand-marked paper ballots, and all data to be kept for public viewing.
If we expect the RINOs to actively work to end election fraud, we are just plain stupid. We must insist on new leadership for the RNC, support opposition to Kevin McCarthy as speaker of the House, and hope that turtle McConnell is ousted as the Senate minority leader. And do everything we can to support Kari Lake in her lawsuit to overturn the Arizona gubernatorial election.

Yes, my friends, it's time to change the (in)famous phrase at the base of the Statue of Liberty. Open borders are not just a recipe for replacing native-born workers with cheap foreign labor and trading assimilation for multicultural militancy. They're about undermining the historic nation through devalued citizenship and sabotage of the precious right to vote.

These new voters will be granted enormous influence over vital local matters pertaining to everything from education to taxes to crime and only need to show they've been in the city for a measly 30 days. It doesn't matter that these noncitizens will largely have no attachment at all to America as their permanent home but instead see it as a temporary rest stop, a cash cow, or, at worst, hostile territory.
Adams proclaimed in a statement that while he had "some concerns" about the bill, he now believes "allowing the legislation to be enacted is by far the best choice, and look forward to bringing millions more into the democratic process."

Since 1991, six municipalities in Montgomery County, Md. have allowed noncitizens (with no distinction between legal and illegal aliens) to cast ballots in local elections: Garrett Park, Takoma Park, Somerset, Chevy Chase, Martin's Additions, and Barnesville. An additional five Maryland municipalities, two Vermont towns, two U.S. territories, and San Francisco (school board elections only, for now) have also opened their voting booths to noncitizens.
And don't forget: In 1993, the federal "Motor Voter" law "expanded the franchise" for political expediency — exacerbating the perilous trend of lowering the safeguards for voting that continues to undermine the value of U.S. citizenship today. The nationwide granting of driver's licenses to illegal aliens paved the way for untold election theft.
Former Immigration and Naturalization Service Commissioner Alan C. Nelson's warning nearly 30 years ago when Takoma Park passed its noncitizen voting referendum remains more trenchant than ever:
"In many countries of the world, an alien is always an alien. In our country, we are proud that our laws and social policies encourage aliens of all races and cultures to become citizens. In recent years, however, an increasing number of aliens have not pursued citizenship....This trend is disturbing, because it could seriously affect the assimilation process immigrants have pursued in this nation for 200 years....This important value of becoming a citizen is lost if an alien can vote without becoming a citizen. Any legal resident alien can become a U.S. citizen in five years. That is not an unreasonable time to wait to be able to participate in our democracy....The five-year wait emphasizes the value of citizenship as a requirement to vote and to becoming a full member of the community....If local voting by noncitizens is allowed, state and federal voting could be next. Either there is a policy basis for noncitizens to vote, or there is not. If we open the door, it cannot be closed halfway."
It should be as glaring as Lady Liberty's torchlight that election reform begins with a complete, total, and immediate immigration moratorium.

Photo ID Required to Enter Businesses - But, Not to Vote - Due to DC Mayor Bowser’s New Mandate
Democrat D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser’s new COVID mandate requires people to show photo proof of identification in order to enter businesses – but, the Nation’s Capital does not require photo identification to vote, except in rare cases.
“Somehow, the Left wants you to believe it is racist to ask for photo identification to vote, but not discriminatory to ask for photo ID in order to enter restaurants, bars, movie theaters, or gyms in the name of COVID-19 safety,” The Daily Wire reports:
“On Saturday [Jan. 15, 2022], Democratic Mayor Muriel Bowser’s vaccine mandate is set to go into effect in Washington, requiring nearly every business and entertainment venue located in the nation’s capital to verify that patrons are vaccinated against COVID-19 with at least one shot. As part of that mandate for patrons over the age of 18, customers will have to show photo ID as proof their name matches the vaccination card they present for entry. Despite that, the District does not require photo identification for most voters with two exceptions.”
“Before patrons can access the indoor portion of the business, a business is required to check the patron’s proof of vaccination,” the D.C. government website detailing the mandate explains.
“Remember that starting Saturday you will need these three things before heading out: 1. Proof of vaccination (12 years +), 2. Proof of vaccination and Photo ID (18 years +), 3. Mask,” Mayor Bowser tweeted Tuesday.
The following types of businesses will be required to check vaccination status:
• Indoor food and drink establishments, such as:
o Restaurants
o Nightclubs
o Taverns
o Food halls/courts
o Breweries, wineries, and distillery tasting rooms
o Seated dining halls, restaurants, and cafes in museums, libraries, hotels, and other
public venues
• Indoor cultural and entertainment establishments, such as:
o Concert, live entertainment venues
o Sporting venues
o Movie theaters
o Pool and billiard halls
o Bowling alleys
o Cigar bars
o Hookah bars
o Adult entertainment venues
• Indoor exercise and recreational facilities, such as:
o Gyms
o Fitness Studios
• Indoor event and meeting establishments, such as:
o Hotel meeting rooms
o Banquet halls
o Conference center meeting facilities
o Event/banquet halls in museums and libraries
o Convention centers
o Auditoriums
o Shared work facilities when hosting events

People entering the establishment to use the bathroom room or pick up a to-go item are exempt from the proof of vaccination/identification mandate, as long as they were “a well-fitted face covering.”
Ted Cruz, Conservatives to Hold West Virginia
Rally Against H.R. 1, the ‘Corrupt Politicians
Act’
Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) and conservative activists will hold a rally at the West Virginia state capitol Saturday against the “Corrupt Politicians Act.”
The Council for National Policy Act will host a rally at the Charleston, West Virginia state capitol at 1:00 P.M. Eastern.
The rally will feature conservative leaders to rally against H.R. 1/S.1, the For the People Act, which the leaders refer to as the “Corrupt Politicians Act.” The legislation already passed the House. The rally will feature:
· Sen. Ted Cruz;
· Eric Berger, co-founder of FreeRoots;
· Jake Hoffman, president and CEO of Rally Forge;
· Ken Blackwell, board member of CNP Action and former Ohio secretary of state;
· Kelly Shackelford, chairman of CNP Action, and president and CEO of First Liberty Institute;
· Mike Thompson, senior vice president of CRC Advisors.
The rally precedes a hearing on the bill held by the Senate Rules Committee on March 24.
The rally would presumably work to lobby Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV), a moderate Democrat and swing vote in the 50-50 split Senate.
Manchin’s support or opposition to the Corrupt Politicians Act could help pass or tank the legislation as it works its way through the Senate.
The Corrupt Politicians Act is 791-pages long and would enact a massive transformation of America’s electoral system.
The legislation would:
· Federalize control over congressional elections;
· Declare that standard state and local maintenance of elections systems, such as purging ineligible voters from voter rolls, limiting vote-by-mail, requiring voter ID, and establishing rules against felons voting, would erode the right to vote;
· Restrict lawsuits against the rules in H.R. 1 to the federal court system, which is, coincidentally, favorable to Democrats;
· Establish online and automatic voter registration;
· Protect illegal immigrants from prosecution if they vote;
· Establish same-day voter registration;
· Register minors to vote;
· Mandate early voting;
· Establish nationwide vote-by-mail without a voter ID; and
· Allow ballots to be counted ten days after Election Day.
Sen. Cruz said this week the Corrupt Politicians Act is the most “dangerous piece of legislation before Congress.” He explained:
It is the single most dangerous piece of legislation before Congress. What I call H.R.1 is the ‘Corrupt Politicians Act.’ […] It’s the number one bill. It’s not about COVID; it’s not about vaccinations; it’s not about getting people back to work; it’s not about getting kids back to school. It is about ensuring that Democrats remain in power and control for the next 100 years. It is a radical bill. What does it do? It federalizes all elections. It strikes down every election reform protection at the state level. So photo ID laws — right now in a lot of states you’ve got to use photo ID to vote — ‘The Corrupt Politician Act’ strikes that down. It sets up automatic voter registration, which would result in millions of illegal immigrants, and criminals, and felons being able to vote. Mo Brooks: ‘Power Grab’ Democrats Using Non-Citizen Voting to Alter American Electorate in Their Favor
Rep. Mo Brooks (R-AL), running for United States Senate, has signed onto legislation that would ban localities and states from receiving federal funds if they permit foreign nationals to vote in elections.
The legislation, introduced by Rep. Jeff Duncan (R-SC) and now co-sponsored by Brooks and other House Republicans, strips federal funds to states and local governments that allow foreign nationals to vote in any federal, state, or local elections.
Likewise, the legislation requires states and local governments to certify that they do not allow foreign nationals to vote in any elections before they are cleared for federal funds.
“Non-citizen voting in American elections threatens American governments by denying citizens control over their own governments’ destinies … this is the United States, not the United Nations,” Brooks said in a statement:
Socialist Democrats denigrate the sacrifice of countless Americans who have laid down their lives protecting the right of American citizens to vote and control America’s future. Democrats’ giving voting rights to illegal aliens and other non-citizens undermines our Republic and the voting power of American citizens. Brooks said cities and states allowing foreign nationals to vote is merely a “power grab” by elected Democrats in “a brazen attempt to import a solidly socialist Democrat voting bloc.”
“… the Democrat strategy is to try to import as many non-citizens and illegal aliens into America as possible, all the while giving them voting privileges,” Brooks said:
Quite frankly, Democrats don’t like the current make-up of the American electorate. They don’t like the votes of American patriots who prefer, honor and support liberty and freedom while abhorring dictatorial Socialism. The legislation comes after Democrats on the New York City Council approved a plan that gives voting rights in municipal elections to nearly a million foreign nationals. The plan means that foreign nationals who have lived at least 30 days in New York City are now eligible to vote.
Black Americans, as well as the New York State Republican Party, are now suing the New York City Board of Elections for violating the 15th Amendment by imposing a “racially discriminatory” policy that is set to drastically dilute the voting power of American citizens in New York City, and specifically of black Americans.

Can the Democrats Undermine the Midterms?
In late January, President Biden told a national TV audience that he was not prepared to say that the coming midterm elections would be legitimate. This startling admission was quickly walked back, but it shone a white-hot spotlight on Democrat efforts in Congress to federalize elections. The 2022 election promises to be one of significant change in the dynamic in Washington D.C. despite the efforts of Democrats to do more than just cast doubts on the election's integrity.
The Democrats have a demonstrated history of trying to make elections as one-sided as possible and thus enthrone themselves for perpetuity as they have done in cities throughout the country. The Democrats and their allies in Big Tech and the media regularly work to make this happen by subverting election integrity laws like requiring an ID, pushing for unregulated and unmonitored mail-in voting, providing support for one-sided ballot harvesting initiatives, repealing or fighting laws intended to allow states to revise voter rolls, and pouring enormous sums of money into Democrat districts to pay for election officials and ballot drop boxes. The Democrats and their allies make no secret that they intend to use these efforts to cement their place in government because they tell us. You only need to look at the Molly Ball Time Magazine article of February 4, 2021 or writings of the lawyer Mark Elias, arguably the Democrats’ most effective litigant against election integrity laws, in his article "Four Pillars to Safeguard Vote by Mail" to see this. Or perhaps turn on CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS and NBC at any time of the day or night or peruse the pages of the Washington Post, New York Times, or LA Times to see how the Democrats’ media allies beat the drum of “disenfranchisement” to speak openly about using the power of government to suppress the Rights of Americans and silence Republicans.
Congress' efforts to pass the John Lewis Voting Rights and the Freedom to Vote Acts are really thinly veiled efforts by the Democrats to give them the one-party rule they so desperately desire. Among other things, these acts are particularly nefarious in the way they use the potential for voter disenfranchisement, which they have yet to demonstrate, to resurrect oversight of elections and meddling in election laws in Red states that have not been necessary for 30 or more years. Thankfully, these travesties are stalled in Congress.
The frustration Democrats must be feeling because two members of their own party will not support their efforts to impose one-party rule will only increase in the coming months. Voter sentiment is surging against the Biden Administration and its mishandling of, well, everything. Americans are sick and tired of woke and socialist policies and the actions of big tech and academia that support them. They are increasingly frustrated with a domineering and tyrannical, unaccountable administrative state. And the anger and frustration over COVID mandates and restrictions pushed by Democrats is reaching a boiling point. So, what can we expect from the Democrats in the coming months to prevent the collapse of their initiatives?
I believe the Democrats are going to begin to behave even more erratically than they have been, much like a fish out of water thrashes about fighting for its life, gasping for air. They will pull out all the stops to undermine the coming election and we can expect to hear an increase in the screeching, irrational wail of "racism," "fascism," "terrorism," “white supremacy” and accusations that Republicans are opposed to Democracy, the Civil Rights Act, and the Voting Rights Act. They will accuse Republicans of the very things that Democrats are trying to achieve through their lawsuits and passage of their voting rights acts in a demonstration of projection on a massive scale designed to stoke fear in the voting public.
But there is one more thing I believe we can expect, and it will represent the very height of dissembling and lying on the part of the Democrats who see their majority and support for their inane policies evaporating. Specifically, Congress' 
January 6 Commission will release a report accusing key Republicans, including current officeholders and members of the Trump administration, of crimes and will even go so far as to brand some as treasonous. The report will be full of dubious examples that they claim will demonstrate conclusively that what happened on January 6 was an insurrection and that elected Republicans and members of the Trump administration are guilty of sedition and treason. These statements will completely ignore the role of the Capitol Police, the FBI and other organizations that include Mayor Muriel Bowser's office and Speaker Nancy Pelosi's office. It will ignore accusations that they have tampered with evidence and denied access to exculpating information. It will be malfeasance of the highest order.
The focus will be entirely on branding specific Republican officeholders and all Republicans in general as white supremacists supporting an insurrection against a duly elected president. There will be immediate motions pushed by Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Majority Leader Chuck Schumer to remove select Republicans from their committee assignments. The Capitol Police and Sergeant at Arms will be told to deny elected officials access to the Capitol and their offices. A great cry will go out to big tech to censor and deplatform Republicans or all stripes. Financial institutions will be told to scrutinize the transactions of anyone associated with the Republican party or having contributed to it in the past. Given the inability to pass their sham voting rights acts, all normal congressional business will cease, and investigative committees will convene to remove so-called seditionists in the Capitol that threaten the very foundation of Democracy. Directives will fly like rockets from the Speaker and Majority leaders’ offices that will demand that Attorney General Merrick Garland and the Department of Justice begin to prosecute the so-called insurrectionists and seditionists. The major networks will all engage to perpetuate the false narrative and voices of sanity will be drowned out unless you happen to listen to Fox News, watch Joe Rogan, read Substack or visit the pages of American Thinker, among others.
The level of invective and vituperation directed at Republicans will eclipse the hysteria at the height of Trump Derangement Syndrome. It will be ugly. It will be incessant. And it will all be a lie. I will also predict that most Americans will not be swayed by the frenzy of madness the Democrats will fabricate to undermine their inexorable fate in the midterm elections. Americans have lived through five years of claims by Democrats that have all proven to be lies: the Russia Hoax, the masking and vaccine lies, the Russian bounties on American soldiers lie, and many, many others. Americans no longer believe the media, as can be seen by the collapse in ratings at CNN and MSNBC, and have no faith in the government institutions we used to believe had Americans’ best interests at heart.
In the end, Americans will reject the Democrats’ false narratives in a resounding way, but the Democrats and their media and big tech allies will put us all through months of misery as they attempt once again to undermine our elections in their quest to enthrone themselves as tyrants.

(CNSNews.com) - Rep, Chuck Fleischmann (R-Tenn.), who serves on the House Appropriations Committee, said Friday that President Joe Biden has been “a divider” who is “rudderless and confused.”
“I'm shocked really from the inception President Biden has taken this country totally in the wrong direction. I can remember vividly and fondly in the Trump administration every key indicator, the economy, jobs, foreign policy, we were clicking everywhere. The world was looking at us,” he told Fox Business’s “Mornings with Maria.”
“The country was coming back. There was optimism. Sadly, President Biden from the inception has doubled down on zero, and when you double down on zero, you get zero, but how you could blame Republicans is far beyond anything else,” Fleischmann said.
The congressman called Democrats “rudderless.”
“They are confused. They are wrong. I really wish Biden had come out the other day, and said look, he got it wrong in the first year, and he wanted to recalibrate, but I just don't see it,” he said.
When asked what we can expect in terms of priorities if the GOP takes the majority in the midterm elections, Fleischmann said, “First of all, plain and simple common sense, economic common sense, foreign policy common sense, looking at our great constitutional Republicans saying we need to embrace the values that have made this country great.
“Biden has really acquiesced to the radical left of his party and that was the biggest sadness I thought. I really thought Joe Biden, even though I disagreed with him and would never have voted for him was going to try to be a unifier. He's been a divider, he's been rudderless and confused,” the congressman said.
“So what the Republicans are going to do is get back to basics, make sure that our economy gets strong again, attack inflation at its root causes and things like that. Get Americans back to work. Stop the crazy vaccine mandates and things like that - just good-old common sense and guess what, people in the center will embrace that and America will come roaring back,” he added.
On immigration, Fleischmann is one dozens of lawmakers in the House and Senate who are calling on the DHS inspector general to investigate Biden’s actions on the border.
When asked what he would like to see the investigation uncover, Fleischmann said, “I'm the ranking member, highest Republican in appropriation subcommittee we have a porous border. There is no border policy.
“They are just wandering all over the place, millions of illegals are coming in. It's wreaking havoc in this country. I want accountability. I want a policy, and I want to make sure that America has a border policy that is secure. It's border security and immigration, not just immigration,” he said.

The Democrats Freedom to Vote Act will secure the right to vote for millions of Americans the GOP is trying to disenfranchise – Biden said Republicans working for election reform (secure ballots) are on the side of George Wallace not Martin Luther King. So, according to POTUS, to stand with the civil rights icon means supporting ballots mailed out en masse, casting ballots by putting them in drop-boxes, no requirement of signature verification, and no ID of any sort if you vote in person. DC now requires proof of vaccination and a photo ID to enter most indoor venues. That must mean that Mayor Bowser stands with George Wallace.
3. White Supremacy is a threat to democracy – Did white supremacists riot in more than 23 states in 2020, burning whole city blocks? (Actually, that was BLM and Antifa.) Are there hundreds of churches preaching white supremacy? (No, but there are hundreds of mosques preaching jihad.) Are foreign governments supporting white nationalism? (Oh, you must mean the way Iran, Yemen and half a dozen other Islamic states fund jihad here?) White supremacy is the Democrats’ “look-over-here” ploy to distract the credulous from Islamic extremism and leftists subversion.
4. What happened on January 6, 2021 was an insurrection or an attempted coup, if you prefer. – You betcha, struck at the very heart of democracy it did. Except, the only death directly attributable to the riot at the Capitol was an unarmed protestor shot by Capitol police. In fact, none of the rioters had guns. (How do you overthrow a government with supersonic jets by throwing folding chairs?) January 6, 2021 is the Democrats’ Reichstag fire. The goal is to criminalize the conservative movement and the half of the country that agrees with Donald Trump. The real threat to democracy isn’t the non-insurrection of 2021, but using the myth to crush dissent.
5. America does not have a crime problem. In 2021, 12 cities reached new highs for the number of homicides. Police officers intentionally killed in the line of duty hit a 20-year high. Many cities are plagued with smash and grab. In Los Angeles, railroad cars are looted as they stand on sidings. Homeless crazies stab women to death and throw them onto subway tracks. There are mayors who pander to the criminal element, prosecutors who put those arrested back on the streets as fast as they’re processed and a president who all but calls cops racists. A crime problem -- where would that come from?
6. America is racist – We fought a civil war with half-a-million dead to abolish slavery. Segregation would not have ended without the support of the white majority in the 1960s. You can say anything – and I do mean anything – about Caucasians and nobody blinks an eye. But use the “N-word” (even in jest) once and your life is destroyed. POTUS thinks COVID treatment should go to minorities first. We’re racist the way Outer Mongolia is anti-Semitic.
7. Only the rich will pay the administration’s proposed tax hikes – This is a familiar refrain from the party of plunder. Every time they propose a new tax hike, we’re assured that only-the-top-1%, super-rich, multi-millionaires will pay it. How is it then that in 2018 the average filer paid $15,322 in federal income taxes alone – almost $46,000 for a family of three. Democrats use the rich as bait to get the middle class to stick its head in a noose.
8. We can fight inflation with spending – This is like fighting wildfires by spraying gasoline from a crop duster. Spending drives inflation. The U.S. government is now running a deficit of 7.8% of GDP. Of course, it’s just a coincidence that in the same year Washington spent trillions to supposedly fight COVID, stimulate the economy, and repair infrastructure, inflation reached its highest level in almost 40 years.
9. The rising cost of gas has nothing to do with the administration’s energy fantasies. As soon as he took office, President Green set about making America a net energy importer once again – the Keystone XL pipeline cancelled, new oil and gas leases on public land and waters prohibited, an impossible green agenda embraced (promises to cut emissions by as much as 52% from 2005 levels by 2030). We’ve paid for this with a 58% increase in the price of gas in the past year (home heating up 34%). Biden’s policies have worked wonders for the energy sector – Russia’s.

DHS Mayorkas OK’s Citizenship for Migrants Who Rely on Welfare

President Joe Biden’s deputies are rewriting the “public charge” regulations
to let very poor migrants get both welfare and citizenship, and also to let
Wall Street get more low-wage workers and welfare-funded consumers.
“This administration thinks that it’s okay for taxpayers to have to [economically] support any legal immigrant,” said Jessica Vaughan, the director of policy studies at the Center for Immigration Studies. The administration’s progressives believe “immigration is a humanitarian and a social assistance program — the priority is ‘What can we do for immigrants?’ not ‘How does immigration help our country?'”
The public charge rule was mandated by Congress to help deny residency and citizenship to legal and illegal migrants who cannot work enough to stay out of poverty. The resulting regulation was adapted to exclude migrants who rely on government-delivered welfare and other forms of taxpayer charity, which was then described as being a “public charge.”
But the public charge regulation was rarely enforced on migrants and their U.S. sponsors. So President Donald Trump’s deputies issued a regulation that instructed immigration officers on how to decide when particular migrants were dependent on the government’s increasing variety of aid and welfare programs.
Biden’s deputies at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) quickly blocked the Trump rule. The replacement rule will help the officials provide green cards and citizenship to the huge inflow of poor illegal and legal migrants, including to the growing number of global migrants who are too uneducated, old, or ill to support themselves.
“Under this [new] proposed rule, we will return to the historical understanding of the term ‘public charge’ and [migrant] individuals will not be penalized for choosing to access the [taxpayer-funded] health benefits and other supplemental government services available to them,” Alejandro Mayorkas, the pro-migration chief of homeland security said February 17.
The new rule cannot eliminate Congress’s Public Charge law. So it creates many exceptions that essentially make the law meaningless.
For example, the draft regulation exempts many welfare programs from the definition of “public charge.”
DHS proposes that it not consider noncash benefits such as food and nutrition assistance programs including the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), the Children’s Health Insurance Program, most Medicaid benefits (except for long-term institutionalization at government expense), housing benefits, and transportation vouchers. DHS would also not consider disaster assistance received under the Stafford Act; pandemic assistance; benefits received via a tax credit or deduction; or Social Security, government pensions, or other earned benefits.
The draft regulation also exempts many categories of migrants from the public charge rule:
By law, many categories of noncitizens are exempt from the public charge ground of inadmissibility and would not be subject to the proposed rule. Some of these categories are refugees, asylees, noncitizens applying for or re-registering for temporary protected status (TPS), special immigration juveniles, T and U nonimmigrants, and self-petitioners under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA).
GOP legislators in Congress, and elected officials in the states, may try to stop the Mayorkas rules by filing a lawsuit.
These easy-migration rules are a huge subsidy for business and Wall Street, Vaughan added:
Business will no longer have to worry about whether the wages they’re offering [to migrant workers] are enough to support an immigrant. The expectation is that taxpayers will cover the difference between the [company’s] low wage and the [workers] ability to survive …. so business can now get away with keeping wags low.
The lax rules also deliver more taxpayer-funded consumers to retailers and other vendors, she said. “It’s like printing money [for companies]… this is a prop and subsidy” for retailers, she said.
In January 2020, Breitbart reported on a lawsuit by companies against Trump’s update of the public charge rule. The investors’ lawsuit complained that:
Because [green-card applicants] will receive fewer public benefits under the Rule, they will cut back their consumption of goods and services, depressing demand throughout the economy …
The New American Economy Research Fund calculates that, on top of the $48 billion in income that is earned by individuals who will be affected by the Rule—and that will likely be removed from the U.S. economy—the Rule will cause an indirect economic loss of more than $33.9 billion … Indeed, the Fiscal Policy Institute has estimated that the decrease in SNAP and Medicaid enrollment under the Rule could, by itself, lead to economic ripple effects of anywhere between $14.5 and $33.8 billion, with between approximately 100,000 and 230,000 jobs lost … Health centers alone would be forced to drop as many as 6,100 full-time medical staff.
The Trump rule would have denied companies the ability to import replacement workers, the lawsuit complained:
American businesses depend upon an efficient immigration system to ensure that they have access to the talent that they need to grow and succeed … The Rule, however, would restrict American businesses’ ability to hire foreign-born workers, because, under the Rule, many skilled workers who would otherwise have been eligible for permanent residency would now be barred from receiving it.

the talent pool— of both citizens and noncitizens—available to American employers is likely to be drastically reduced, with far-reaching consequences for American competitiveness
Mayorkas’s policy of extracting more foreign workers and consumers from poor countries is just part of the White House’s economic strategy.
The economic strategy was outlined on January 21 by Treasury Secretary Janet Yellon in a speech to the “Virtual Davos Agenda” which was organized by the globalist World Economic Forum.
The administration’s economic policy is a “modern supply side approach” that boosts economic growth with more workers, productivity gains, and tax reforms, she said:

Labor supply has been a concern in the United States even before the pandemic, in part due to an aging population and in part due to a labor force participation rate that has trended downward over the past 20 years. Now COVID and declining immigration have further reduced the workforce …
A second focus of the Biden agenda is to enhance productivity. Over the last decade, U.S. labor productivity growth averaged a mere 1.1 percent—roughly half that during the previous fifty years. This has contributed to slow growth in wages and compensation, with especially slow historical gains for workers at the bottom of the wage distribution.
Many of Biden’s deputies — including his chief of staff, Ron Klain — are entwined with the coastal investors who want more imported cheap workers, high-occupancy renters, and government-aided consumers.
But Biden and some of his East Coast deputies — such as his appointees at the National Economic Council — seem to want a high-wage, high-tech economy.
In a January 22 press event, Brian Deese, who chairs the National Economic Council at the White House, stressed policies that would help unemployed Americans — not migrants — get into the workforce. Government-funded childcare “would be a big benefit to the labor market by allowing more people to work as productively as they — as they choose to,” Deese said. He continued:
The typical people who are working and thinking about their household budgets, for many of them, they’ve never seen a labor market that offers as many job opportunities as they have right now … What we’ve seen over the course of 2021, is that as that — as that tax cut was delivered to families, we actually saw labor force participation and the employment-to-population ratio increase, meaning that we saw more people get into the workforce.
However, Deese’s effort to get more Americans into work is undermined by Mayorkas’s regulatory effort to extract more migrants from poor countries. “The 2019 public charge rule was not consistent with our nation’s values,” said Mayorkas, a Cuban immigrant who insists that the United States must be a “nation of immigrants.”
Mayorkas’s deputies are now arguing that the United States is a “nation of welcome” to global migrants, even as they allow a mass migration across the southern border. In 2021, for example, Mayorjkas and his deputies allowed roughly 1.5 million migrants across the southern border — or roughly one migrant for every two American births.
Migration moves money, and since at least 1990, the federal government has tried to extract people from poor countries so they can serve U.S. investors as cheap workers, government-aided consumers, and high-density renters in the U.S. economy.
That economic strategy has no stopping point, and it is harmful to ordinary Americans because it cuts their career opportunities and their wages while it also raises their housing costs.
Extraction migration also curbs Americans’ productivity, shrinks their political clout, and widens the regional wealth gaps between the Democrats’ coastal states and the Republicans’ Heartland states.
The economic strategy also kills many migrants, separates families, and damages the economies of the home countries.
An economy built on extraction migration also radicalizes Americans’ democratic, compromise-promoting civic culture and allows wealthy elites to ignore despairing Americans at the bottom of society.
Unsurprisingly, a wide variety of little-publicized polls do show deep and broad opposition to labor migration and the inflow of temporary contract workers into jobs sought by young U.S. graduates.
The opposition is growing, anti-establishment, multiracial, cross-sex, non-racist, class-based, bipartisan, rational, persistent, and recognizes the solidarity that Americans owe to each other.

Levin accused those within the Democratic Party of hating America and criticized the party ideology for hurting middle-class Americans.

HANNITY: — you know, the greatest of all time, the guy that paved the way for both of us.
LEVIN: Irreplaceable in so many respects and we need him more now than ever. He was our George Washington quite frankly.
Sean, you’ve asked your guests a lot of questions about what’s going on in this country, I’ll tell you what’s going on in this country. The largest political party in this country hates America. They hate our security. They hate our Constitution. They hate our Founders. They hate our Framers.
They hate our monuments. They hate our history. They hate our family structure.
And there’s so much that they hate about America that we have a vice president who’s probably among the dumbest vice presidents in American history and there have been many stupid ones who makes comments about this country that are just so vile and so repugnant.
And I would say this to Kamala Harris: you need to go over to these military cemeteries and take a look and take a look at all those crosses and those Stars of David and think about all the men and all the women who died for this country that you trash, that made who you are and what you are possible because God knows you haven’t invested into this country what those people did and what those families did.

There was a piece in The New York Times the other day trashing individualism. That’s what the whole country is about.
We now have an individual in Canada who reflects the same ideology. We actually now have a totalitarian regime on our northern border.
Let’s not fool ourselves, what that prime minister — whatever the hell he is — is doing to the people of Canada is a disgusting disgrace. He is the Vladimir Putin of Canada and as soon as they have an opportunity, they need to kick his ass out of that office and make sure they don’t kick it down here.
It wasn’t that long ago when we honored our nurses and our doctors, when we honored our police, we honored our truckers and all the men and women who aren’t millionaires who get dirt under their fingernails, who put their lives on the line to protect us through that pandemic, before there were vaccines, before there were therapeutics.
They would get sick and they would go to their jobs anyway, and they made this country and Canada and all other countries they worked in function. They put food on our tables, they put gasoline in our automobiles. They did what we needed to do to survive as a country, as a country, when the Chinese unleash this virus against us by not telling us about it ahead of time.
Now, because they resist these mandates, because so many of them have natural immunity which the Israelis have said is multiple times more effective than any of these vaccines, now, they’re the enemy.
Sean Hannity and America, have you noticed the Democrat Party base and the left-wing base is never the enemy. The trial lawyers are never the enemy. The teachers’ unions are never an enemy. The front groups that want open borders, they’re never the enemy. The hard left in this country, they’re never the enemy.
No, no, no, today, it’s the truckers. Yesterday, it was the parents. The day before that, it was the nurses. In other words, middle America, the people who make this country work.
The Democrat Party in this country needs to be crushed, and I want the American people to understand something — you have it within your power to take this country back. They will not be crushed unless you crush them.
And I’m talking to people, I don’t care what your race is, I don’t care what you come from. The American people do not hate this country the way that AOC does. They do not hate this country the way Kamala Harris does. We love this country.

Now footnote: we Republicans and I confess, I’m a Republican, we have fossilized leadership too. You had Kevin McCarthy on this program who superbly laid out what the agenda is for the House, when and if they take over the house. Has Mitch McConnell laid out the agenda for the United States Senate if the Republicans take over the Senate?
He was asked about it directly by a reporter and he said — well, we won’t be pushing the Biden progressive agenda. Well, that’s — that’s very heartwarming. And then he says, we want to have bipartisanship, we want to meet somewhere in the center with our Democrat friends so we can get things done.
Mitch McConnell, if he’s not thrown out, Republicans, we’ll never advance. He is fossilized. He’s a disaster. We need smart, new, revolutionary leadership. That’s it!

Soros-Funded Group Vows to Turn Out 6M Hispanic Voters to Defeat Trump

An open borders lobbying group, funded partially by billionaire George Soros, is vowing to defeat President Trump by turning out to vote about six million young and disenfranchised Hispanic Americans.
United We Dream activists said during a press call this week that they are “powering up” their members to turn out millions of new Hispanic American voters to tank Trump’s reelection campaign.
The group has long advocated for an amnesty for all 11 to 22 million illegal aliens and, specifically, the nearly 800,000 illegal aliens enrolled in former President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.
Soros’ Open Society Foundations has been a donor to United We Dream since at least 2015.
“We know that in order to defend immigrants, protect DACA and defend our democracy, that Trump must be defeated this November,” United We Dream Executive Director Cristina Jiménez said, according to NBC News.
Jiménez said United We Dream is targeting about 2.5 million mostly Hispanic Americans who are the family members of DACA illegal aliens.
A whole swath of leftist organizations is involved in the get-out-the-vote effort, including the SEIU, the Sunrise Movement, the Soros-funded Center for Popular Democracy, the Youth Alliance, and LUCHA Arizona.
United We Dream is also trying to get in on the current Black Lives Matter movement’s “Defund the police” campaign. The groups have long claimed that arresting and deporting illegal aliens “are rooted in white supremacy and systemic racism.”

Texas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick (R) sounded the alarm over vote-by-mail and the danger it poses to election integrity during a Friday appearance on SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Daily.
Patrick drew a distinction between voting absentee, as has been done for years, and using coronavirus as an excuse to push voting through the mail as the preferred method to casting a ballot in person.
“In my view, the only way Trump loses in November, is if you have a proliferation of voting by mail in state after state, particularly the swing states,” Patrick said in a clip played during the show, adding that Trump’s campaign team is “on top of it.”
“We have to fight this at all costs,” Patrick told host Alex Marlow, saying the vulnerability could give Democrats advantages in states like Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
Patrick said he rejects the premise that voting by mail would be “safer” during the coronavirus pandemic and believes many Republicans fall into that rhetorical trap.
“Voting is not about being easier, it is about being fair and accessible. To have enough polling places, to have enough time,” he said, and noted Texas has two weeks of early voting.
“It’s part of who we are as America to show up and vote,” Patrick told Marlow.
He said once voting in person is removed, “it is absolute pandemonium. It’s wide open for fraud, and the left will take advantage of that and they will steal every election until the end of time.”
Patrick noted the life circumstances change for many Americans between elections. They move or die; some get divorced.
“What stops you from voting for” the person who used to live at your address if a ballot is mailed to them, he wondered.
The shenanigans that go on “can tip the scales to those who would steal elections so it has to be stopped,” Patrick said.
The lieutenant governor cited the recent appearance of Greater New York Black Lives Matter President Hawk Newsome on Fox News, who said, “if this country doesn’t give us what we want, then we will burn down this system and replace it.”
“If they’re willing to burn the country down, tear a statue down, you don’t think they’re going to go steal some ballots out of a mailbox?” Patrick said.
He added that if Americans have been to restaurants, gone out in public, or protested, that should be a sufficient test to be able to vote in person.
Patrick asserted that counties and cities used money sent by the federal government for coronavirus relief to advance vote-by-mail, and argued that is where the priorities of Democrat-run cities lie.
The situation was similar in the swing state of Michigan, where Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson used $4.5 million of CARES Act funds to send absentee ballot applications to all registered voters, causing chaos for local clerks who normally handle that duty.
Former Michigan Secretary of State and current state Sen. Ruth Johnson (R-Holly) found applications were mailed to hundreds of residents ineligible to vote, including non-citizen, underage, and deceased “voters.”

Michelle Obama’s voter registration organization When We All Vote is stoking fear of racially motivated voter suppression in a new promotion targeting HBCU’s — historically black colleges and universities.
The celebrity-driven When We All Vote launched the campaign Wednesday in an effort to boost young voter turnout in November’s midterm elections. To motivate college students, the former first lady is claiming that voting rights for black people are “under attack.”
In a new video, Michelle Obama teamed up with NBA athlete Chris Paul to sound the race alarm. “There are people out there working day in and day out, to make it harder for communities of color, people with disabilities, and young people like you to cast their ballots,” Paul said.

Michelle Obama and Chris Paul appear to be referring to voter integrity laws being passed in various states to guard against voter fraud and solidify voter identification requirements. Democrats have sought to portray these laws as racist, claiming they are intended to disenfranchise minorities.
The new campaign has been promoted by Hollywood stars including Samuel L. Jackson and Paramount Networks’ Yellowstone actress Piper Perabo. Former Obama administration official Valerie Jarrett also promoted it.
Created by Michelle Obama, When We All Vote is a self-described “nonpartisan initiative” that uses celebrity influencer power to drive voter registration and “change the culture around voting.” Among its celebrity chairs are Tom Hanks, Selena Gomez, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Kerry Washington, and soccer star Megan Rapinoe — all of whom backed Joe Biden in the 2020 presidential race.

Recently, the organization has aggressively pushed Democrat efforts to seize states’ power to oversee their own elections and put it in the hands of the federal government. These Democrat efforts would also weaken voter identification requirements.

Obama: DACA Illegal Aliens Deserve Amnesty During Coronavirus Crisis
Former President Barack Obama says the time is now, during the Chinese coronavirus crisis, to provide amnesty to about 3.5 million illegal aliens who are enrolled and eligible for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.
While about ten million Americans have filed for unemployment in just three weeks, Obama took to Twitter to call for an amnesty for DACA illegal aliens in the midst of the coronavirus crisis.
“Dreamers have contributed so much to our country, and they are risking their lives fighting on the frontlines of this pandemic,” Obama said. “They deserve permanent immigration status and a pathway to citizenship—as they are Americans in every way but on paper.”

Center for Immigration Studies Research Director Steven Camarotta has noted that DACA illegal aliens make up about 0.2 percent of the nation’s nearly 15 million healthcare workers. In New York, where a staggering number of DACA illegal aliens reside, they still only account for about 0.2 percent of the state’s healthcare workers, according to Camarotta.
Obama’s lobbying for a DACA amnesty in the middle of the coronavirus crisis comes as House Democrats — including Congressional Hispanic Caucus Chair Joaquin Castro (D-TX), Rep. Zoe Lofgren (D-CA), and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) — have sent a letter to the Trump administration demanding DACA illegal aliens have their work authorizations extended.
“Support of DACA recipients during the current pandemic is particularly critical as over 200,000 DACA recipients are in occupations and industry groups that render them ‘essential critical infrastructure workers,’ according to DHS guidance,” the House Democrats wrote in their letter.
A DACA amnesty would put more citizen children of illegal aliens — known as “anchor babies” — on federal welfare, as Breitbart News reported, while American taxpayers would be left potentially with a $26 billion bill.
Additionally, about one-in-five DACA illegal aliens, after an amnesty, would end up on food stamps, while at least one-in-seven would go on Medicaid.
Any plan to give amnesty to DACA illegal aliens that does not also include provisions to halve legal immigration levels — the U.S. admits about 1.2 million legal immigrants a year at the expense of America’s working and middle class — would give amnestied illegal aliens the opportunity to bring an unlimited number of foreign relatives to the country.
At the southern border, a DACA amnesty has the potential to trigger a border surge that could triple the number of illegal aliens pouring through the border. Since DACA’s inception, more than 2,100 recipients of the program have been kicked off because they were found to either be criminals or gang members.

Joe Biden: ‘Absolutely Bizarre’ to Suggest Limit on U.S. Capacity to Absorb Immigrants
LAS VEGAS, Nevada — Former Vice President Joe Biden campaigned inside a Chinese restaurant on Tuesday evening, telling supporters it was “bizarre” to suggest a limit on immigration to the U.S.
Biden promised to expand immigration to the U.S. if elected president.
“Folks, look — the idea that there’s some limitation on the capacity of anyone who — on the immigrants in this country is absolutely bizarre! It’s absolutely bizarre.”
Biden, speaking to a packed crowd inside the Harbor Palace Seafood Restaurant on the eve of the next Democratic debate, addressed members of the Asian-American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community, urging them to turn out the vote ahead of Saturday’s caucuses.
Last month, the AAPI Victory Fund super PAC endorsed Biden for president, citing his ability to defeat President Donald Trump and his experience working with immigrant communities from South Asia, East Asia and the Pacific generally.
Though the AAPI immigrant community is politically diverse, it has trended Democratic in recent years.
Last year, Breitbart News reported, another local AAPI organization in Las Vegas expressed opposition to President Trump’s proposed merit-based system for legal immigration.
On Tuesday, Biden promised, if elected, to allow family reunification visas.
“We should be able to increase, to three million people, the people who could come for family reunification. Period, period, period, period.”
He called the idea that the U.S. could not “reunite” more families “absolutely bizarre.”
Biden also reminded his audience that Latinos were not the only beneficiaries of President Barack Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, which applied to those brought to the country illegally as children.
He said there were “thousands and thousands of AAPI ‘Dreamers'” who had benefited from DACA as well.
Afterwards, Biden greeted attendees, some of whom proceeded to the Chinatown Mall to cast early votes before the polling place there closed.
Biden hopes to finish in the top three in Nevada, and to win South Carolina on Feb. 29, to make the case that he is still a top contender for his party’s nomination. Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) now leads national polls, as well as Nevada polls.

ICE ignores California laws and arrests illegal aliens at the courthouse door
In 2018, California implemented the California Values Act, which gave special protection to illegal aliens by mandating that California law enforcement agencies cannot cooperate with federal immigration authorities. Last week, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (“ICE”) thumbed its nose at California and arrested two people in Sonoma County Superior Court.

California has lots of reasons to hang onto its roughly 2.2 – 3.5 million illegal immigrants. They provide cheap, easily-exploited labor. They swell the state’s population, which matters for electors and congresspeople, as well as the distribution of certain federal funds. As illegal immigrants are fed into the system, they provide reliable (legal or illegal) Democrat votes. And they make Californians feel virtuous even as they allow corrupt Latin American states to continue exploiting their own citizens and destroying their economies by relying on remittances from people illegally in America.
For these reasons, California enacted the pompously named “California Values Act.” Although the act refers to “immigrants,” it’s obviously intended to affect only illegal aliens because the Act’s entire purpose is to use the agencies of the state to prevent ICE from gaining access to people illegally in California – including people who have committed crimes in California. This is the type of law that could only come from legislators and other virtue signalers ensconced in comfortable middle- and upper-middle-class enclaves unaffected by felonies that would never have happened but for open borders and sanctuaries.
Throughout the Obama administration, sanctuary cities and states were able to get away with these policies because the Obama administration, despite Obama’s sworn obligation to upload the laws of the United States, approved of open borders. Trump promised to change all that.
During the first three years of his administration, rather disappointingly, Trump was able to have little effect on illegal immigration or on deportation. However, Trump was just getting his ducks in a row. He was hampered by a reluctant Republican Congress, which was superseded by a violently resisting Democrat House. With a judiciary that believes in interpreting the law, not making it, Trump’s administration is able to act in accordance with the Supremacy Clause (Constitution, Art. VI, Clause 2):
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.
In other words, when there’s a direct conflict between state laws and federal laws, federal laws prevail.
Because the critical mass of judges is no longer deliberately inserting itself as an obstacle between federal laws and illegal immigrants, ICE is beginning to carry out its duty as written under the law:
U.S. immigration agents arrested two people at a Northern California courthouse, including a man detained in a hallway on his way to a hearing, flouting a new state law requiring a judicial warrant to make immigration arrests inside such facilities.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents made the arrests Tuesday at Sonoma County Superior Court, prompting an outcry from criminal justice and court officials who said the action undermines local authority and deters immigrants who are in the country illegally from participating in the U.S. justice system.
ICE said California's law doesn't supersede federal law and “will not govern the conduct of federal officers acting pursuant to duly-enacted laws passed by Congress that provide the authority to make administrative arrests of removable aliens inside the United States."
“Our officers will not have their hands tied by sanctuary rules when enforcing immigration laws to remove criminal aliens from our communities," David Jennings, ICE's field office director in San Francisco, said in the statement.
At long last, in Trump’s America, the rule of law matters again. The reliability of law is one of the essential ingredients of a just and successful civilization. In that context, if you don’t like the law, you change it through the democratic process, not through illegal and unconstitutional resistance.

The agency’s own statistics certainly contradict that, showing that the southern border region is as porous and vulnerable as ever. Other entry ports that saw large hikes in Central American illegal immigrants during the first two months of this fiscal year include Del Rio, Texas (269%), El Centro, California (216%) and Rio Grande Valley, Texas (154%). The Border Patrol breaks the stats down by “family unit” and illegal immigrants under the age of 18, referred to as “Unaccompanied Alien Children” or UAC. The Rio Grande Valley port of entry topped the list in both categories with 8,537 family units and 6,465 UACs during the two-month period. In all, the nation’s nine southern border crossings saw an average of 173% increase in family units and a 106% increase in minors during the short period considered.
Some of the illegal immigrants are Mexican nationals, but the overwhelming majority comes from El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras. The government records show that somehow 4,450 family units from El Salvador evaded our topnotch border security and entered the United States in a period of only two months. Guatemala and Honduras had 3,934 and 3,203 respectively. Mexico had 538 family units. Of interesting note is that, during this period, the Border Patrol reports 35,234 apprehensions in the region of foreigners labeled by the government as “Other Than Mexican” or OTM. This is a term used by federal authorities to refer to nationals of countries that represent a terrorist threat to the U.S.

Two recent reports from Syracuse University's Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC) reflect the continued erosion of immigration enforcement under the Obama administration.
On January 20, TRAC reported that criminal prosecution for immigration offenses fell 22.3 percent from November 2014 to November 2015, and more than 36 percent over the course of five years, excluding magistrate court (which deals exclusively with petty offenses).
The following day, TRAC announced that "ICE [Immigration and Customs Enforcement] Detainer Use Stabilizes Under Priority Enforcement Program". The Priority Enforcement Program (PEP) is the replacement to the Secure Communities Program mandated by Homeland Security Security Jeh Johnson as a part of the president's "executive actions" on immigration. It significantly restricts the ability of immigration agents to file detainers against aliens arrested by police on criminal charges.
I have no idea what TRAC means by "stabilizes". A quick look at Figure 1a of their report shows a more accurate state of affairs, if one considers the number of detainers being filed over the course of five years, from a high in April 2011, when Secure Communities became fully effective nationwide and kicked into high gear, versus October 2015. I would use other phrases: "plummeted" or "Dropped like a stone". Or, as my colleague Jessica Vaughan has noted, particularly in relation to detainers filed at county jails, where the lion's share of criminals of any stripes are held after being booked for offenses small and large: "a stunning free fall".

VALERIE JARRETT: Very concerned, in a word. And I think as, you know, earlier this week, Michelle Obama announced “When We All Vote,” an organization she formed, non-partisan organization, I might add, a call on Congress to ensure that we have the ability to have absentee ballots. We shouldn’t have to choose between our health and exercising our most fundamental right to vote.
I think we should make it as easy as possible for people to vote, and unfortunately, we have seen in history now in our country where states have passed laws, practices have been put in place to suppress the vote. We should be doing just the opposite. Technology is our friend. The ability to do absentee balloting is something we could fund and have in place if we get ready right now.

In Part One of this series, we exposed the Chicano Marxist take over of the California legislature and their plans to defy federal immigration laws and expected actions of the incoming Trump administration. Gov. Jerry Brown’s nomination of Xavier Becerra to be California’s next Attorney General was the first of many steps to protect the pervasive lawlessness of the radical left. Becerra has already taken an aggressive and combative stance against President-elect Donald Trump, vowing to fight Trump’s efforts to enforce immigration laws, and even block attempts to deport criminal illegal aliens. Trump’s campaign centered on building a wall along the United States border with Mexico to keep out illegal immigrants, violent gangs, and terrorists posing as immigrants.
Xavier Becerra, currently a 12-year member of Congress, is an admitted member of MEChA, or “Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan,” often likened to a Latino KKK.
Becerra has publicly defended MEChA, even though the Chicano supremacist group evangelizes discrimination against non-Hispanics and calls for the killing of Border Patrol “pigs.” MEChA’s rallying cry is: “For the race, everything; For those outside the race, nothing.”
Becerra’s Radical Plans
Recently, the State Assembly Committee on the Office of the Attorney General asked nominee Becerra to detail his plans on the issues of immigration, civil rights, the environment, policing and consumer protection – apparently the only issues the California Legislature is interested in Becerra defending.
In a letter released Saturday, Becerra praised California’s policies helping illegal aliens get driver’s licenses, free college tuition, and free lawyers to represent them in deportation cases, calling it “national leadership.”
“All of these policies and programs are representative of California’s values as a welcoming state,” Becerra wrote to the Assembly committee.
Becerra also took a shot at Trump for proposing to create a registry of Muslim immigrants during the campaign.”Disturbing statements uttered during the recent Presidential campaign have given rise to legitimate fears that the new federal administration might seek to adopt policies that would discriminate against people based on factors such as their religious belief,” Becerra wrote. “Any such policies would be antithetical to the deepest constitutional values and traditions of this nation — a nation founded in part by men and women fleeing religious persecution.”
“I have no intention of allowing this policy through the doors of California,” he wrote.
Like a good progressive foot soldier, Becerra also vowed to fight for abortion, calling it “reproductive freedom.”
Becerra said he will support California’s recent legislation expanding voter registration and participation in elections. He might want to look into the 650,000 newly registered California voters, registered online only weeks before the election. According to the Los Angeles Times, “98% of all the growth in California’s voter ranks in 2016 happened in just the last 45 days of the registration season.”
As Attorney General, Becerra has vowed to continue enforcing policies to combat climate change and work to “transition Californians to a low-carbon way of life.” Becerra added that a part of environmental protections is safe drinking water and vowed to “pursue the goal of providing safe drinking water to all Californians.” Perhaps Becerra can begin by supporting the safe drinking water bills that Assemblyman Devon Mathis has tried to get passed over the last two years? In Mathis’ district, wells began going dry in East Porterville more than three years ago, with more continuing to dry up every day.
Assemblyman Devon Mathis, R-Porterville, authored the bills to provide $10 million to homeowners (not farmers) to dig deeper wells and clean contaminated ones.
Both bills passed through the Assembly and a state Senate committee without opposition, only to have Senate Appropriations Chairman Ricardo Lara, D-Los Angeles and Mecha activist, put both bills on suspense– one after the other, killing them and depriving 10,000+ low-income individuals access to running water. Sen. Lara was playing politics with this Republican bill, despite the 10,000 poor people who need the clean water.
Sanctuary Cities
California, through its 35 Sanctuary Cities, is clearly violating U.S. Federal Immigration law. Recently, Democrat members of the State Legislature proposed two bills: SB 6 by Sen. Ben Hueso, to create a state program to fund legal representation for illegal aliens facing deportation, and AB 3 by Assemblyman Rob Bonta to create taxpayer-funded training for defense attorneys and public defenders on immigration law for illegal aliens.
And now California is going to try to prevent the new Presidential administration from enforcing federal immigration law despite the fact that the Constitution clearly imposes a duty on the president and the executive branch, to enforce the law.
Hiring Eric Holder… for what?
Democrats in the California State Legislature apparently decided Becerra isn’t enough legal muscle, and recently hired former Obama Attorney General Eric Holder to fight a “clear and present danger” from President-elect Trump… the same former Attorney General Eric Holder who was once blasted for helping to trigger a “war” on police and called America “a nation of cowards” on the issue of race. However, he now says he sees his “younger” self in Black Lives Matter activists… this is who California hired to assist California’s top law enforcement officer?
Since Trump — who is not referring to himself as “The Office of President-Elect,” as his predecessor did — has not yet taken office, nor any official actions, it is hard to see specifically for what purpose Holder has been hired.
There certainly is poetic justice in hiring the failed Attorney General of the failed Obama Administration to defend the failed and deteriorating policies of the Jerry Brown administration and radical Democrats running the state.
Described as a “devious, power-hungry, racial zealot,” Eric Holder is also a dubious choice since he is the only U.S. Attorney General in history to be held in contempt of Congress, when he refused to turn over Operation Fast and Furious documents to Congress. One of the most reckless law enforcement operations ever conducted by the Justice Department, it involved selling guns to Mexican drug cartels, and resulted in the death of a U.S. border patrol agent, Brian Terry, as well as hundreds of Mexican citizens.
Under Holder’s watch at the DOJ Civil Rights Division, more than half of all the lawyers hired were chosen from four radical, anti-American organizations: the ACLU, National Council of La Raza, NAACP, Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund, and the Lawyer’s Committee for Civil Rights, John Fund and Hans von Spakovsky outlined in their 2014 book, “Obama’s Enforcer: Eric Holder’s Justice Department.”
Additionally, the Justice Department under Holder, and now Loretta Lynch, has one of the worst records before the U.S. Supreme Court, losing significantly more cases than either of the Bush or Clinton Departments of Justice. “In most administrations, the department wins about 70 percent of the cases before the Supreme Court; Mr. Holder’s department has a losing record and has lost at least nine cases 9-0–even with Obama appointees Elena Kagen and Sonia Sotomayor on the court,” wrote Jared Taylor of American Renaissance, in a review of “Obama’s Enforcer: Eric Holder’s Justice Department.”

No Shady Banking Buddy Left Behind
First Lady Michelle Obama's latest overseas jaunt is getting all the headlines. But President Obama's money-grubbing junket to Chicago may cost taxpayers far more in the long run. With his Gaultier-clad wife sashaying around the Spanish seaside, the lonely fundraiser-in-chief returned to Illinois to take care of some birthday-week business. Job One: Filling the Senate campaign coffers of his corruption-tainted political protege Alexi Giannoulias.
Mission accomplished. Obama's Thursday afternoon campaign event for Giannoulias, the beleaguered state treasurer of Illinois, reportedly raked in $1 million. Lagging behind his GOP opponent, liberal Republican Rep. Mark Kirk, Giannoulias has coveted one-on-one, grip-and-grin time with Obama for months. In addition to the cash, photo-ops and video of the Obama fundraising event that Giannoulias will milk from now until Election Day, the White House has dispatched Vice President Joe Biden, White House senior adviser David Axelrod and White House campaign management guru David Plouffe to boost Giannoulias' bid. Plouffe proclaimed Democrats "all in" for Giannoulias, whom he described as "a great progressive champion."
Obama gave his own personal seal of ethical approval,
telling deep-pocketed donors this week: "I appreciate his
strong sense of advocacy for ordinary Americans. You
can trust him -- you can count on him." Uh-huh. And I've
got a bridge to Hope and Change to sell you.
What would Giannoulias know about "ordinary Americans"? Giannoulias, 34, befriended Obama during pickup basketball games with an elite group that also included Michelle Obama's brother, Craig; Chicago edu-crat Arne Duncan (now Education Secretary); and hedge fund manager John Rogers (the ex-husband of the Obamas' ex-White House social secretary, Desiree Rogers). He spread his wealth and influence around early and often to support Obama's fledgling political career. He pitched in $7,000 in 2003-2004 to Obama's Illinois State Senate bids. He hosted fundraisers for Obama's U.S. Senate campaign in 2004 and for his presidential campaign in 2007.
Where'd the cash come from? Giannoulias' Greek immigrant family founded Chicago-based Broadway Bank, a now-defunct financial institution that loaned tens of millions of dollars to convicted mafia felons and faced bankruptcy after decades of engaging in risky, high-flying behavior. It's the place where Obama parked his 2004 U.S. Senate campaign funds. And it's the same place where a mutual friend of Obama and Giannoulias -- convicted Obama fundraiser/slum lord Tony Rezko -- used to bounce nearly $500,000 in bad checks written to Las Vegas casinos. This week, the Chicago Sun-Times revealed an additional $22.75 million Broadway Bank loan to a Rezko-owned business in 2006. Giannoulias held an ownership stake in the bank at the time.
Giannoulias served as Broadway Bank vice president and senior loan officer for four years. According to the Chicago Tribune, during Giannoulias' tenure, some $27 million of Broadway Bank's funny money went to mob crooks Michael "Jaws" Giorango and Demitri Stavropoulos. Giorango is a hustler who fronted a nationwide prostitution ring and was sentenced to six months in prison; Stavropoulos is behind bars for operating a multistate bookmaking ring. Giorango ran the $400-an-hour call girl operation out of high-rise luxury apartments in Chicago with the infamous "Gold Coast Madam," Rose Laws. Giorango and Stavropoulos used their Broadway Bank loans to start their own risky lending business for nontraditional borrowers unable to secure traditional bank financing.
Despite Giorango's criminal record exposed by the Tribune in 2004, Broadway Bank approved massive mortgages for him. Giannoulias' brother, Demetris, explained that as a "relationship bank," Broadway wouldn't just throw someone under the bus because of a "bad article." Instead, the bank went ahead and rubber-stamped a September 2005 loan for $3.4 million to buy a 32-unit Los Angeles apartment complex. The application falsely stated that the borrower, Giorango, had "not been convicted of a felony." Giannoulias oversaw the servicing of such shady loans totaling $11 million. Remember: He was no low-level staffer. He was, as he reminded supporters when he needed to deflect attention away from his youth, top management at Broadway Bank.
In January 2010, the bank entered a consent decree with federal and Illinois state regulators. Federal Data: 16.4M Mail-In Ballots Went Missing in 2016, 2018 Elections

About 16.4 million mail-in ballots went missing in the 2016 and 2018 elections, data provided to Breitbart News reveals.
The data from the U.S. Election Assistance Commission and the Election Administration and Voting Surveys for 2016 and 2018, provided by the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF), shows that between the 2016 and 2018 elections, roughly 16.4 million ballots mailed to registered voters went missing.
In the 2018 election, about 42.4 million ballots were mailed to registered voters. Of those mailed, more than one million were undeliverable, more than 430,000 were rejected, and nearly 10.5 million went missing.
The 2016 election showed similar discrepancies. That year, about 41.6 million ballots were mailed to registered voters. Of those mailed, more than 568,000 were undeliverable, nearly 320,000 were rejected, and close to six million went missing.
“Putting the election in the hands of the United States Postal Service would be a catastrophe. In 2018 and 2016, there were 16 million missing and misdirected ballots,” PILF President J. Christian Adams said in a statement. He went on:
These represent 16 million opportunities for someone to cheat. Absentee ballot fraud is the most common; the most expensive to investigate; and can never be reversed after an election. The status quo was already bad for mail balloting. The proposed emergency fix is worse.
Los Angeles County, California, for instance, had nearly 1.4 million mail-in ballots go missing in the 2018 election, while Maricopa County, Arizona saw 408,000 mail-in ballots go missing.
Likewise, Orange County, California, had 374,000 mail-in ballots go missing in 2018 and King County, Washington, had 353,000 mail-in ballots go missing.
San Diego County, Sacramento County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Alameda County, Santa Clara County — all located in California — saw a combined 1.6 million mail-in ballots go missing in the 2018 election.
Left-wing organizations, funded by billionaire George Soros, are spearheading a nationwide effort to hold mail-in state primaries and nationwide mail-in voting for the 2020 presidential election.
Research director of the Government Accountability Insititute Eric Eggers has said nationwide mail-in voting would potentially send ballots to an estimated 24 million ineligible voters — including two million dead voters and nearly three million voters who are registered to vote in more than one state.

Former first lady Michelle Obama and her celebrity-backed voting “rights” group are announcing on Monday support for a Democrat-sponsored bill to increase vote-by-mail options in U.S. elections.
“Launched in 2018 by co-chairs Michelle Obama, Tom Hanks, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Janelle Monae, Chris Paul, Faith Hill and Tim McGraw, When We All Vote is changing the culture around voting using a data-driven and multifaceted approach to increase participation in elections,” the organization’s website states.
“There is nothing partisan about striving to live up to the promise of our country; making the democracy we all cherish more accessible; and protecting our neighbors, friends and loved ones as they participate in this cornerstone of American life,” Obama said in a statement to Axios.
Axios reported on the development, saying that “it comes as Democrats await the Obamas’ return to the political stage to help Joe Biden”:
The legislation was introduced by Reps. Earl Blumenauer (D-OR), Suzan DelBene (D-WA) and Jamie Raskin (D-MD) in the House and Sen. Ron Wyden (D-OR) in the Senate.
The Obamas were staying mostly on the sidelines of the 2020 election through the Democratic primary season, but they spoke out against the Wisconsin Supreme Court decision preventing the state’s voting deadline from being extended.
“We all saw those lines” of Wisconsin voters putting their health at risk to vote, said adviser and family friend Valerie Jarrett, who is board chair of When We All Vote, Axios reported. “It was just deeply, profoundly concerning.”
“Our goal is to just try to make sure we maximize the number of citizens who can participate in that most fundamental and important responsibility,” Jarrett said.
As part of the group’s effort to stay active during the coronavirus outbreak, Obama hosted an online voter registration “couch party” in March with DJ D-Nice, according to Axios, and Jarrett said another online event is planned for April 20.

I'm not anti-immigrant. I came to this country as a child.
But there's a huge difference between a reasonable level of immigration, in keeping with the nation's history and traditions, and a transformative flood that washes everything away. What we've had is effectively open borders migration at a level most people don't understand and can't even comprehend. That helps explain the extreme radicalism that has overtaken the country.
When the population increasingly has little connection to the country's history and traditions, and little investment in it, the national fabric breaks down, politics becomes tribal, and all bets are off.
More than 23 million U.S. immigrants will be eligible to vote in the 2020 presidential election, making up roughly 10% of the nation’s overall electorate – both record highs, according to Pew Research Center estimates based on Census Bureau data.
The number of immigrant eligible voters has increased steadily over the past 20 years, up 93% since 2000. By comparison, the U.S.-born eligible voter population grew more slowly (by 18%) over the same period, from 181 million in 2000 to 215 million in 2020.
Just as in the UK, this was part of a deliberate strategy to transform the country and open the Overton window.
Most immigrant eligible voters are either Hispanic or Asian, though they hail from countries across the globe. Immigrants from Mexico make up the single largest group, at 16% of foreign-born voters.
And thus knowing the name of the current El Presidente becomes a major theme of the Democrat race.
At 7.5 million, Hispanics account for 34% of all immigrant eligible voters in 2018, slightly up since 2000. The 6.9 million Asian immigrant eligible voters make up 31% of the foreign-born electorate, also slightly up since 2000. White immigrant eligible voters (4.8 million) are the third largest racial and ethnic group, making up 22% of the immigrant electorate.
Keep in mind that a lot of the "white" immigrants might actually be Arab Muslims.
Among Hispanic eligible voters in 2016, about half (53%) of immigrants voted, compared with 46% of the U.S. born, a pattern that has persisted since 2000. Among Asian eligible voters in 2016, 52% of immigrants voted, compared with 45% of the U.S. born.
In other words, it's a matter of time until Texas goes the way of California. That's the real reason, and not some of the current obsessions of the conservative movement, that the 2016 election was so urgent. If we don't change this, all the other stuff that makes for great clickbait and talk radio fare really won't matter.
Out of California’s 25.9 million eligible voters, 21% (5.5 million) are foreign born, the highest share of any state through Super Tuesday and in the nation.
This will end up being America. Period.
And no, the South won't hold either.
Since 2000, the states with the fastest growing immigrant eligible voter populations have been Georgia, Minnesota and North Carolina. All three have seen their numbers of immigrant eligible voters nearly triple between 2000 and 2018. Georgia increased by 193% during this time, the nation’s fastest growth.
Notice how few GOP governors were willing to take a stand against refugee resettlement. This should have been the dominant outrage issue for conservatives. Instead, few even know that this happened. But everyone knows the latest conspiracy theories out of Washington D.C. handfed by political operatives to social media stars and bloggers.
This is how we lose America.
Hans von Spakovsky: DOJ Should Sue States Registering Non-Citizens to Vote
Hans von Spakovsky, manager of the Heritage Foundation’s Election Law Reform Initiative and a senior legal fellow of the Meese Center for Legal and Judicial Studies, said Assistant Attorney General Eric Dreiband should sue states illegally registering non-citizens to vote. He offered his remarks in an interview on Friday’s edition of SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Tonight with host Rebecca Mansour and special guest host Rick Manning.
Left-wing and Democrat advocacy for abolition of the electoral college is part of a broader plan that includes registration of non-citizens — including illegal aliens — to vote, explained von Spakovsky.
Mansour noted New York Democrats’ plan to automatically register to vote all residents applying for driver’s licenses — which including non-citizens and illegal aliens — unless they “opt-out.”
“This is part and parcel of that whole system-wide movement to make sure that people who are not citizens are registering [to vote] and not getting caught or prosecuted for it, and [then] switching [presidential elections] a national popular vote system so that all those votes will help win elections.”
LISTEN:
Von Spakovsky added, “Every single U.S. attorney around the country ought to be investigating and prosecuting … aliens who are registering and voting. They’re doing it all over the country. So far, only two U.S. attorneys — one in North Carolina [and] one in Texas — have brought any kind of cases like that. [U.S. attorneys in] the rest of the states … are ignoring these cases and not doing anything about it.”
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) can help improve the accuracy of states’ voter rolls, explained von Spakosvky, by cross-referencing state databases with its own records.
“[DHS} ought to be going through its records and trying to compare its database with state voter registration lists across the country to help the states find, again, non-citizens who are illegally registered to vote. And that’s not really happening, either, that I’m aware of.”
Von Spakosvky advised, “What [Eric Dreiband] can do is use the Motor Voter law — that National Voter Registration Act — to sue states that aren’t properly cleaning up their voter rolls and maintaining the accuracy of their voter rolls those cases they ought to be filing them because there are plenty of states that aren’t doing what they’re supposed to be doing under the law.”

Is Mass Immigration Killing Two-Party Democracy in the U.S.?
It used to be that legal immigrants would divide their votes once they became citizens. But that was then.
Few seem willing to admit it, but mass immigration appears to be killing democracy in the United States. Two-party democracy withstood the unprecedented mass immigration of the 1870-to-1914 period because the European immigrants tended, for one reason or another, to vote for both parties. That is not true today. In the 19th century, newcomers voted along religious lines to a remarkable degree: Irish Catholics 80 percent Democrat and all Catholics 70 percent Democrat. But after the Civil War, Germans and Scandinavians, heavily Lutheran, voted Republican, as English Canadian and British immigrants did. In the famous turning-point presidential election of 1896, urban working-class immigrants tended to vote Republican, organized by the active and powerful political machines in big cities like New York, Philadelphia, and Chicago. Very few in the mass migration of that day moved to the American South, which remained solidly Democrat. The two-party system survived throughout most of the country as both parties had urban political machines that provided social services to immigrants.
The present massive wave of immigration that began in the 1970s, largely as a result of the extended family clause in the 1965 Kennedy immigration reform bill, has had remarkably different results. The new immigrants are voting overwhelmingly Democrat: Hispanics 2 to 1, Asians about 70 percent (all election figures from the Pew Research Center). The children of Asian immigrants voted 82 percent for Barack Obama in 2008. In addition, black Americans who used to vote Republican now vote 90 percent or more Democrat, as do black immigrants.
California not long ago was a state Republicans could win. Two presidents, Richard Nixon and Ronald Reagan, came from California and major offices such as governor were regularly won by Republicans. Today California is a permanently blue state, with its wealth of electoral votes. Its U.S. senators, governor, and most of its members of Congress are Democrats. Democrats have a supermajority in both houses of the Legislature and have changed the constitution so that party primaries have been banned in favor of “open” primaries in which Republicans are likely not to finish higher than third, thus not making the November ballot. In the last two U.S. Senate races, 2016 and 2018, voters were offered Democrat No. 1 and Democrat No. 2 as choices. Unsurprisingly, Democrats won both elections, and one of the winners, Kamala Harris, is now running for president.
The demographic tidal wave of mostly Third World immigrants who vote heavily Democrat is now running legally at a million a year, an all-time record, and is turning red states purple and then blue. Arizona is going, Colorado and Georgia are going, Virginia is gone, North Carolina is tipping, and Florida is a dead heat but the immigration trends (south-of-the-border Latinos and Puerto Ricans) are against the GOP. Even Texas is drifting leftward as Latinos bid to become a solid majority there. There is the myth, of course — offered by members of the Bush family — that Hispanics will see the light and begin voting like Indiana Republicans. In fact, Hispanics have voted Democrat since 1960, and they went for Obama in 2008 by 67-31 percent and for Hillary Clinton in 2016 by 66-28 percent. So much for the Bush theory. Asians voted 77 percent for Obama in 2012 and 79 percent for Clinton in 2016. So much for the two-party system.
Furthermore, the much-quoted estimate of 11 million undocumented aliens in the U.S. may be woefully short of the truth. A new study by Yale University suggests the true number of illegals is probably in the 20-to-30 million range, more than enough to kill the two-party system at one stroke, if they eventually receive the citizenship amnesty promised by Democrats.
The two-party system in the U.S. has been healthy since 1796, when Thomas Jefferson took on John Adams in the presidential contest. They met again in 1800 in a more famous showdown, by which time the earliest political parties had formed and taken on ideological hues that still exist today. The ideal situation for a healthy democracy and a workable two-party system is a stable population. If the population is stable (and growing slowly), each party has an opportunity to persuade the public of its merits. That opportunity is disappearing quickly because the population is not stable. We are not far from the time when the U.S. will have a Latino majority and will, regrettably, be a one-party state. Apparently, that is what Democrats want.

At the current rate of invasion (mostly through Mexico, but also through Canada) the United States will be completely over run with illegal aliens by the year 2025.
I’m not talking about legal immigrants who follow US law to become citizens. In less than 20 years, if we do not stop the invasion, ILLEGAL aliens and their offspring will be the dominant population in the United States. According to US Border Control (see LINK below). “They will have made such inroads into the political and social systems that they will have more influence than our Constitution over how the U.S. is governed. The ugly consequence of an ignored U.S. Constitution is already taking place.” The millions upon millions of illegal aliens streaming into the US are the foundation for what could be another attempt at secession by several US states. Many of them will use ill-conceived programs that reward illegal immigration to become US citizens. Other illegals will simply go to the polls and vote without taking the trouble to apply for citizenship. Together, these groups could form a voting block that could tear our nation apart. They said that Mexicans do not need the permission of the U.S. to enter this territory. 58 percent of Mexican citizens agreed with this statement: "The territory of the United States' southwest rightfully belongs to Mexico." Only 28 percent disagreed with the statement. Listen to what some Mexican government officials and US leaders (including politicians and Professors at taxpayer-funded Universities) have to say on this subject. Remember, 187 is the last gasp of white America in California." Gloria Molina, Los Angeles County Supervisor: "We are politicizing every single one of these new citizens that are becoming citizens of this country...I gotta tell you that a lot of people are saying, "I’m going to go out there and vote because I want to pay them back." These people are serious! They think they are going to take US territory. The Mexican President declared it here in our country, and Bill Clinton signed a Presidential Executive Order that paves the way for at least part of Mexico’s dream. Mexican President Ernesto Zedillo said in Chicago on July 23, 1997, "I have proudly affirmed that the Mexican nation extends beyond the territory enclosed by its borders and that Mexican migrants are an important – a very important – part of this. For this reason, my government proposed a constitutional amendment to allow any Mexican with the right and the desire to acquire another nationality to do so without being forced to first give up his or her Mexican nationality." Translation: It is next to impossible to receive Mexican citizenship unless you can prove you are of Mexican descent. But Mexico knows that the US has soft immigration laws and will grant citizenship to almost anyone. (After all, we grant citizenship every day to immigrants from countries who have sworn to destroy us.) So Mexico wants to take advantage of this ridiculous situation by encouraging their citizens to apply for US citizenship while keeping Mexican citizenship. That way the Mexican government can influence the political process here in the US. Executive Order 13122, signed on May 25, 1999, by the most treasonous president this nation has ever been cursed with, Bill Clinton, established an Interagency Task Force on the Economic Development of the Southwest Border. Part of the Order reads, "The Southwest Border or Southwest Border region is defined as including the areas up to 150 miles north of the United States-Mexican border in the States of Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, and California." According to experts on international law, this sets the stage for a 150-mile-wide “Border Zone” that will neither belong to Mexico or the US. This could then become the first area of a Hispanic Nation that would eventually encompass the areas shown in the map of the proposed Republica del Norte (The Northern Republic). Our government, pushed by liberal Democrats, has been systematically laying the groundwork for such a breakaway republic. Did you know that immigrants from Mexico and other non European countries can come to this country and get preferences in jobs, education, and government contracts? It’s called affirmative action or racial privilege. Some time ago a vote was taken in the U.S. Congress to end this practice. It was defeated. Every single Democratic senator except Ernest Hollings voted to maintain special privileges for Hispanic, Asian and African immigrants. They were joined by thirteen Republicans. Bill Clinton and Al Gore have repeatedly stated that they believe that massive immigration from countries like Mexico is good. They have also backed special privileges for these immigrants. Mexico, a nation that has benefited enormously from American generosity is now working to destabilize our country. Is “destabilize” too strong a word? I don’t think so. Whether or not Mexican leaders think they can actually create enough hatred against “gringos” to accomplish the creation of a new republic made up of mainly US territory, they know that pushing that agenda will cause huge political problems here and allow Mexico to accomplish many of their goals. Is the government of Mexico behind this? You have seen quotes from a Mexican President and a Mexican Consul General in support of it. They have everything to gain and little to lose by pushing it. The Mexican government is also pushing illegal immigration, which destabilizes our economy. The US Border Control website (see LINK below) shows an illustration from a Mexican government publication showing their citizens how to best illegally enter the US. Why? It takes the strain of taking care of unemployed Mexicans off the Mexican treasury and puts it on the US treasury. And when the illegals get on welfare, they send some of their money home, which helps the Mexican economy. All this talk by Mexican and US officials about the US illegally occupying Mexican territory does nothing but breed racial hatred. The sad thing is that none of this is about race. It is about the things that all wars and conflicts are about: Greed, power and money. I don’t like to talk about a problem without offering a solution. The US politicians and professors who advocate taking US territory are guilty of sedition. Remove them from their offices and (hopefully) put them in a federal penitentiary where they can consider the error of their ways. The Mexican politicians who do the same are guilty of inciting sedition. This is very close to an act of war. Immediately cut of all economic aid to Mexico until its government publicly disavows this lunatic plan. Finally, we must realize that we can’t stop this by marching US troops into Mexico. We should use troops to guard our borders, because the US Border Patrol cannot cover the huge US-Mexico border without help. And we need to use pass laws that will stop the government from rewarding illegal immigrants at the expense of those who follow the law. We have a huge immigration problem in this country. Professor Predicts 'Hispanic Homeland' ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — A University of New Mexico Chicano Studies professor predicts a new, sovereign Hispanic nation within the century, taking in the Southwest and several northern states of Mexico. Charles Truxillo suggests the “Republica del Norte,” the Republic of the North, is “an inevitability.” He envisions it encompassing all of California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas and southern Colorado, plus the northern tier of Mexican states: Baja California, Sonora, Chihuahua, Coahuila, Nuevo León and Tamaulipas. After Russia collusion, quid pro quo, “obstruction of Congress” and such, it’s clear that Democrats are still trying to overturn the 2016 election. It’s hard to blame them, given the great success of Donald Trump’s predecessor in the White House.
POTUS 44, formerly known as Barry Soetoro, put time back on the clock for Cuba’s Communist regime and helped Iranian mullahs with their cash flow, in exchange for exactly nothing. On the domestic side, the president’s eponymous health plan took away the right to choose. This prepared the way for his chosen successor, Hillary Clinton, to implement “single payer” and complete the complete transformation prophesied in 2008.
Hillary lost, Trump won, and Democrats still refuse to accept the voice of the people. Long before 2016, this rejection of the people was on display in California.
In 1978, when Jerry Brown was governor, soaring property taxes were literally driving people from their homes. Embattled Californians responded with Proposition 13, the People’s Initiative to Limit Property Taxation. This measure capped property tax rates for residential and commercial properties at 1 percent of the assessed value and prevented assessed value from growing more than 2 percent a year. The initiative also required a two-thirds vote of the legislature to enact any change in state taxes designed to increase revenues.
Proposition 13 mandated no spending or state hires, but Brown called it a fraud and a rip-off. In June of 1978, a full 65 percent of California voters approved the measure, a landslide victory. Governor Brown then proclaimed himself a born-again tax cutter but has since spearheaded a tax counterrevolution, and Proposition 13 remains under relentless attack from Democrats and their allies.
On November 4, 1986, California voters passed Proposition 63, the Official Language of California Amendment. This measure directs the state legislature to “preserve the role of English as the state’s common language” and refrain from “passing laws which diminish or ignore the role of English as the state’s common language.” A full 73 percent of California voters approved the measure, a landslide by any definition, but the people got no respect.

Some level of proficiency in English is a requirement for American citizenship, in turn a requirement for voting. Yet, in 2016, the California voter guide came in English, Spanish, Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Tagalog, and Vietnamese. For 2018, Secretary of State Alex Padilla, a Democrat, added Punjabi, Hmong, Syriac, Armenian, Persian, and Arabic.
The University of California serves the top 12.5 percent of the graduating high-school class. Since the seventies, the UC had been rejecting highly qualified applicants and reserving spots for “minorities” not academically qualified. In 1996, Californians passed the California Civil Rights Initiative, Proposition 209, ending racial, ethnic, and gender preferences in state-college admissions, state employment, and state contracting.
University of California boss Janet Napolitano, a high-profile Democrat and former Arizona governor, derided the measure as a “legal barrier,” to “diversity.” Napolitano hailed a “partnership” with Mexico and made the UC a sanctuary system, founding and funding the UC Center for Undocumented Student Legal Services. The 4,000 or so illegals now in the UC system pay in-state tuition and Napolitano granted them a $25.2 million aid package, with no compensation from the governments of the illegals’ home countries.
In K-12, California had been teaching Mexican students primarily in Spanish, which hurt their prospects in higher education and the job market. In 1998, Californians passed Proposition 227, the English Language in Public Schools statute, which ended so-called “bilingual education.” Democrats have done everything in their power to block the measure and reforms through ballot measures now face more obstacles.

The Democrats give illegals welfare, taxpayer-funded health care, in-state tuition and protect them from deportation through sanctuary laws. In return, the illegals vote for Democrats and the ballot measures the want. The illegals function as the Democrats imported electoral college, canceling the vote of legitimate citizens and legal immigrants, blocking reform and keeping Democrats in power. Maybe that is what Michael Bloomberg had in mind when he called California “a great example for the rest of this country.”
Meanwhile, in 2020, Democrats don’t want the people to select the president. They want their party to remove the president from office, and some never-Trump Republicans will doubtless go along. As President Trump says, we’ll have to see what happens but one thing remains clear.
Under any Democrat running for office, particularly Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren, you wouldn’t get what you want. You would get only what the government wants you to have. That was the plan of POTUS 44’s chosen successor, and that’s why Democrats have never accepted the voice of the people in 2016.
