STAGGERING JOBLESSNESS IN AMERICA. STAGGERING POVERTY FOR AMERICANS (Legals). IS HILLARY'S AMNESTY TO LEGALIZE MEXICO'S LOOTING AND PUSH OBAMA'S OPEN BORDERS EVEN WIDER THE ANSWER?

WHAT WOULD BE THE IMPACT OF AMNESTY FOR 40 MILLION LOOTING MEXICANS?

As Presidential Race Heats up, Absence of Jobs Still a Major Problem

48.5 million working-age natives not in the labor force

WASHINGTON, DC (July 27, 2016) — A new analysis of government data by the Center for Immigration Studies shows that the number and share of working-age (16 to 65) natives not in the labor force (not working or looking for work) has remained virtually unchanged in the last four years despite the number and percentage of native-born Americans officially unemployed improving. This is especially true for those without a college education. The official unemployment rate only includes those who have looked for a job in the last four weeks. Those who have not looked for a job recently are considered to be out of the labor force and are not counted in unemployment statistics.

Dr. Steven Camarota, the Center’s director of research and author of the report, said, “Donald Trump’s focus on immigration and jobs has resonated with the American public. Many Americans are experiencing, or are watching others experience, the country’s poor employment situation and are dismissing the official unemployment rate. There is certainly no evidence of a labor shortage, and the public knows it.”

View the entire report at:  http://cis.org/The-Employment-Situation-of-Immigrants-and-Natives-in-the-First-Quarter-of-2016

Among the findings:

  • In the first quarter of this year, 48.5 million (28 percent) of working-age (16 to 65) natives were not in the labor force - not working or looking for work.

  • The 28 percent of working-age natives not in the labor force has changed little from the 28.4 percent not in the labor force in first quarter of 2015 and the 28.5 percent not in the labor force in the same quarter of 2014.

  • Historically, the share of working-age natives not in the labor force has been much lower. In the first quarter of 2007, only 25.3 percent were not in the labor force; in the first quarter of 2000, it was 22.9 percent.

  • The number of working-age natives not in the labor force stood at 48.5 million in the first quarter of this year, well above the 42.1 million in 2007 and the 35.7 million in 2000.

  • In addition to natives not in the labor force, there were also 9.7 million working-age immigrants out of the labor force in the first quarter of this year.

  • In addition to those not in the labor force, there were also 8.2 million natives and immigrants unemployed in the first part of this year.

  • Combining all those not in the labor force, immigrant and native, with all those who are unemployed and those forced to work part time, there were a total 72.6 million natives and immigrants unemployed, not working, or looking for full-time employment in the first quarter of this year.

Comparing the situation for those with and without a bachelor’s degree:

  • Of working-age, native-born adults (18 to 65), 30.4 percent without a bachelor’s degree were not in the labor force in the first quarter of this year, a figure virtually unchanged in the last four years.

  • In contrast to the 30.4 percent of natives without a bachelor’s degree who are not in the labor force, the figure is only 14.8 percent for those with a bachelor’s degree or more.

  • In total, there were 47.4 million working-age adult natives and immigrants without a bachelor’s degree not working in the first part of this year.

It's not just illegal immigration that's the problem. It's immigration in general.

A lot of big government and big business supporters say we have to take in more immigrants for various reasons including the economic benefits they bring.  Let's look at immigration and jobs for the last few years and see what the numbers look like.

First, a nation-state has a sovereign right to allow in immigrants as it sees fit and for the purpose of benefiting the host country, not primarily for the benefit of the immigrants.

According to the Migration Policy Institute, in 1990, the immigrant population of the United States was 19.8 million or 7.9 percent of the population.  By 2014 it had risen to 42.4 million or 13.3 percent.  This chart from the Center for Immigration Studies illustrates the magnitude of the surge, with a historical comparison starting in 1900.

Meanwhile, from 1990 to 2014, the U.S. economy created a little over 31 million new jobs per the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

By extrapolating from the Migration Policy Institute's numbers, we see that from 1990 to 2014, U.S. population growth increased over 68 million people, split between over 45 million citizens and over 22 million immigrants.  Therefore, 31 million new jobs were produced for 68 million new residents.

In the United States today, there are over 90 million people out of the labor force, who have given up looking for jobs.

The United States has added more people than jobs in the last 25 years.  Part of the reason for that is the extremely high immigration numbers.  If the immigration numbers were reduced, it would provide more opportunity for people who already live in America to work and produce.

Why wouldn't immigration be reduced by the federal government so as to allow the people already here, preferably citizens, to fill the jobs?  The U.S. Chamber of Commerce supports higher immigration and politicians who support higher immigration.  That is presumably because many of the Chamber's influential members can make more money hiring immigrants who will work for less than Americans.  Disney, as an example, has been accused of this.
That may be partly why some Republicans support higher immigration.  For them, it's follow the money.  The Democratic Party likely supports increased immigration also because the majority of immigrants who become citizens will become Democrats.  For them, it's follow the power.  Notice the percentage comparison between 1980 and 2012 of party registration changes in Table 4 of this article.  Immigrants who become citizens overwhelmingly vote Democrat.

Republicans should call for lower immigration to stop the Democrat voter recruitment.  But more importantly, all Americans should call for lower immigration in order to offer a better opportunity of finding jobs for those millions of their fellow Americans of all political persuasions who would like to work.

Even if a new administration faithfully enforces border security, the number of immigrants coming in will need to be drastically reduced.  That is one obvious way to provide jobs for Americans who currently can't find work.  Our elected representatives should be made aware of these facts.

LA RAZA SUPREMACIST SENATOR TIM KAINE'S STATE GANGLAND IN VIRGINIA

Criminal gangs

Virginia under Kaine has developed a serious
problem with criminal street gangs consisting
in significant part of illegal aliens, although
law enforcement authorities have made
headway in cracking down.

OF AMNESTY!

The Center for Immigration Studies in 2008
collected the following statistics from
criminal gang suppression efforts in Virginia:

25-50% of all gangsters arrested in
northern and western Virginia are

estimated to be deportable aliens. Gang

investigators estimate that 90% of the

members of MS-13, the most notorious

immigrant gang, are illegal aliens.
•More MS-13 members have been nabbed

in Virginia than any other ICE jurisdiction

in the country (261 arrests out of an

estimated population of 2,000 in the state).

Nearly 80% of the 341 ICE gang arrests in

Virginia were members of MS-13. The

remainder belonged to 28 other gangs.
•Immigrant gangsters are responsible for

serious and often violent crimes in Virginia.

Nine of those arrested by ICE in the last

three years were murderers, and six were

sex offenders. Their most common crimes

were assault and robbery/larceny.

•62% of alien gangsters arrested in Virginia

by ICE were from El Salvador, 12 % were

from Mexico, and 10% from Honduras.S

Protesters at Democratic Convention denounce nomination of Hillary Clinton

By our reporters
26 July 2016
Thousands of protesters took to the streets Monday outside the Democratic National Convention (DNC) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The majority of them were Sanders supporters opposed to the nomination of Hillary Clinton.
Police preparations for the Democratic Convention have been comparable to those for the Republican convention last week. Philadelphia received a federal grant of $43.3 million and a surge of 3,000 federal agents. Police had erected metal barricades around the convention area, and heavily armed squads were stationed at subway stops and major streets.
In order to avoid the bad publicity of the 2000 RNC in Philadelphia, when 400 people were arrested, the city council has made disorderly conduct a $100 fine instead of an arrestable offense. By Monday evening police had arrested 18 protesters and cited 55 more.
The protests as a whole have been significantly larger than those at the Republican National Convention. While several hundred turned out in Cleveland to oppose the nomination of Donald Trump, thousands of Sanders supporters have come to the first two days of the Philadelphia convention.
Inside the DNC, Sanders delegates booed when Sanders told them to support Hillary Clinton, and a similar mood reigned outside.
The World Socialist Web Site spoke to dozens of protesters. The reporting team brought attention to the Socialist Equality Party’s 2016 presidential campaign and distributed hundreds of copies of Jerry White's and Niles Niemuth’s election statement.
Sanders supporters expressed a range of reactions to his endorsement of Clinton. Some hoped it was just a ploy and that he would show his real stance when he spoke at the convention. Others felt betrayed.

FEINSTEIN AND HER PIMP HUSBAND, RICHARD BLUM!

Megan, who was wearing a T-Shirt that read

“Stop War,” said, “I feel that with Hillary in

power we will be in perpetual warfare. [War]

is a real profiteering enterprise for her and her

supporters, most of them defense contractors,

Wall Street guys, Saudi Arabia – who all like

war.”
Megan stated that Hillary “would never be my candidate.”
Asked about the leaked DNC emails showing the campaign against Sanders, Megan said that they “proved that there was a lot of collusion and corruption and absolute disdain for Bernie Sanders.” She continued, “They [the Democratic Party heads] don’t want a change in regime, they want to keep the status quo, keep the rich rich, keep the poor poor. No matter what comes out of their mouth that’s what they are going to continue to do.”
Speaking about the Obama administration she said, “I remember hearing hope and change and all that in 2008, but I didn’t see a whole lot of it! Yeah, we got the ACA [Affordable Care Act] passed, but it actually made a lot of people’s insurance rates go up. And I, as a self-employed person, was able to get health care, but I’m paying an astronomical rate, over 500 dollars a month.”
When our reporter asked her about Sanders’ endorsement of Clinton, Megan said, “I’m really just flabbergasted. I am. I think that he feels that if Hillary isn’t elected we will end up with Trump. But, I’m thinking and wondering at this point, ‘Who is worse? Who is more corrupt? The guy who just spouts off whatever he feels, whatever is in that tiny brain of his just comes out? Or the one who is working behind the scenes to screw us? And not really do what they say they do?’
“Where does it end? The rich are getting richer, the middle class is becoming poor, and the poor are dying.”
Sierra said that Hillary “cares about money and big politics. She is in cahoots with all those bad people.”
Her friend added, “What we need to do is get rid of all those big corporations and [send back] all that money to the people who actually work for it. She [Clinton] tries to preach about all these problems, but she doesn’t live through it and she can’t relate.”
When asked about Sanders’ endorsement of Clinton, he said, “He’s just doing what he is told to do with the hope that we still believe in him.” He added, “I hope that he stands up for himself.”
Liz told the WSWS, “We want to see the DNC change. It’s been undemocratic. We’re not willing to vote for a criminal.”
Her friend stated, “It’s bigger than Watergate, but no one is talking about it. It shows a complete lack of empathy from the establishment for people living on the streets for the corrupt system that encourages poverty, that enslaves us in a system of corruption and immorality and prevents us from realizing our potential as a human being.”
The WSWS spoke to an intergenerational family. Trish said, “Hillary is a warmonger. That’s all she cares about. She’s for intervention, and it’s not our business.”
“I vote my conscience, I think Hillary Clinton is for the big banks and corporations, and she is just as bad as Trump. I think a vote for Hillary is a vote for Trump. Trump, he’s destruction. I’m not going to say that she’s not better than Trump. She is better than Trump, but only in a way… I think either way we are screwed, so what’s the point?” She said that she would vote for Jill Stein if Sanders was not placed on the ballot.
When the WSWS reporter spoke to Trish and Roshell he explained the SEP’s opposition to Bernie Sanders and its call to build an independent political party of the working class, the Socialist Equality Party.
A trucker, Shannon emphatically joined the conversation, “Yes, Yes. Without us [the working class] they [the ruling class] starve.
“I’ve been a truck driver for 23 years; my last trip out was 52 days from home. This is my daughter [Trish] and this is my grandson. And 23 years I have watched Truckers get s--- on. Let me park my rig and my 4 million brethren shut our rigs off. I’d like to see you get toilet paper. I’d like to see you get a gallon of gas… Everything you touch in life comes from us.”
“The backbone of America is the workingman,” Shannon stated. The WSWS reporter added that internationally workers were the backbone of society. Shannon replied emphatically, “Yes, yes, we have a shared common interest.”

Sen. Kaine: Immigration Is ‘Like Transfusion Of Fresh Blood Into The Bloodstream’

By Penny Starr | July 22, 2016 | 2:52 PM EDT

Sen. Tim Kaine (D-Md.)
(CNSNews.com/Penny Starr)
(CNSNews.com) – Sen. Tim Kaine (D.-Va.) today compared immigration to a blood transfusion for the country.
“What immigration has done for Virginia is what it’s done for the nation since its very first days,” Kaine said. “It’s been like the transfusion of fresh blood into the bloodstream that has continued to revitalize us and make us stronger.”
Kaine said that since the Supreme Court’s decision not to uphold President Barack Obama’s executive action giving the parents of children born in the United States, or those of aliens given temporary protection from deportation by a separate executive action, meant that people are living in fear.
Noting that, when he was born in 1958, one in 100 Virginians were foreign-born and that number today is one in nine, Kaine praised immigrants for helping to improve the state’s economy and adding talented people to the population.
“Why is that the case that an increasing number of foreign-born Virginians has combined with an improving economy?” Kaine said. “It’s the case for two reasons: In today’s economy success is about talent.”
“And talent comes in all skin colors, all national origins, irregardless of gender, irregardless of religion, irregardless of sexual orientation--you want talent,” he said.
“And what immigration has done for Virginia is what it’s done for the nation since it’s very first days,” he said. “It’s been like the transfusion of fresh blood into the bloodstream that has continued to revitalize us and make us stronger.”

(AP)
“Just as education is about growing talent, immigration is about growing talent,” Kaine said.
He added that the second reason is because the United States is part of a global economy.

OBAMA'S SABOTAGE OF HOMELAND SECURITY TO BUILD HILLARY CLINTON'S PARTY BASE OF LOOTING ILLEGALS

Immigration Court Backlogs and the Smuggling of Alien Women and Children

By Dan Cadman

CIS Immigration Blog, July 22, 2016
. . .
Our government policy not only makes a mockery of law, but it puts thousands of the most vulnerable members of any society — women and children — at risk of violence and abuse (see here, here and here). How ironic, then, that once they've arrived and been handed over to relatives, courtesy of Uncle Sam (often having been physically or sexually abused, or extorted for additional funds by the smuggling cartels), the administration then pulls out all the stops to declare each and every one of them part of the protected class described by the William Wilberforce Anti-Human Trafficking Act. What is worse, there are few checks — and none involving DNA matches — on the individuals who arrive to claim these people as “family”, and so they may even be getting handed over to human traffickers and shady opportunists on this side of the border as well. There have been documented instances of this having happened already, and the federal government's shoddy hand-overs and follow-up are, or at least should be, a source of national shame.

The hypocrisy is breathtaking, and tells us a lot about the phony humanitarianism of White House officials, cabinet officers and agency leaders; particularly in the Department of Homeland Security, but also within DOJ and EOIR.
