Illegal immigration costs each American taxpayer $1,156 per year ($957 after factoring in taxes paid by illegal aliens), a new analysis by the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) finds.

The annual gross cost (state and federal) of illegal immigration is now $183 billion, up more than thirty-five percent since 2017, according to the FAIR report released this week:

“In total, the gross cost of illegal immigration now total $183 billion, up more than 35.7 percent since 2017. The cost incurred per illegal alien (including their U.S.-born children) has increased as well, now totaling $8,776 annually.”

Even after the tax contributions of illegal aliens is deducted, the average American taxpayer is on the hook for nearly a thousand dollars, the study shows:

“When the taxes paid by illegal aliens are factored in, the net cost of illegal immigration to U.S. taxpayers is now $150.7 billion. This means that each American taxpayer shells out a net average of $956 (or $1,156 before the taxes paid by illegal aliens are factored in) due to illegal immigration.”

“Taxes paid by illegal immigrants only covered around 17.2 percent of the costs they created for American citizens.”

The report provides the following breakdown of annual federal, state and local government expenditures:

  • Total Federal Expenditures $66,449,136,000
  • Total State and Local Expenditures $115,608,729,000
  • Total National Expenditures $182,057,865,000
  • Total Net Tax Contributions $31,391,635,00
  • Total Fiscal Cost of Illegal Immigration on U.S. Taxpayers: $150,666,230,000

“Most of the additional costs have been added in the past two years, as the Biden administration’s de facto open borders policies have triggered a historic surge of new illegal migrants pouring across our borders,” the study concludes.

But, it’s not just the Biden Administration that’s to blame, since new state and local policies have also encouraged the influx of illegal aliens, FARI President Dan Stein said in a press release introducing the study:

“Not only is the Biden administration refusing to rein-in illegal immigration or remove the people who are breaking our laws, they are promulgating policies that actually encourage more of it while offering new protections and benefits to those who settle here illegally.

“Likewise, a growing number of states and localities create their own costly magnets for illegal aliens by declaring themselves sanctuaries and offering new benefits and services.”

FAIR’s analysis breaks down the cost of illegal immigration by type of government expenditure: medical, education, law enforcement and welfare.

Mark Levin: Biden and the Democrat Party Are ‘Tolerating’ a ‘Very Ugly’ Antisemitism

Conservative radio host Mark Levin slammed the Democrat Party for “tolerating” antisemitism, saying the left would sooner call former President Trump a white supremacist than address its own history of Jew-hatred.

On his Fox news show, Life, Liberty & Levin, the TV host on Sunday highlighted a speech by Nation of Islam cult leader and rabid antisemite, Louis Farrakhan, in which he attacked the Jewish people but praised members of the so-called Squad, Reps Ilhan Omar and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

“Jewish power has all of our people the knowledge, wisdom, and talent afraid. But just look at what these people control. And every door that leads to power, they have a sentinel on watch. Somebody has to take on the synagogue of Satan. And here we are. What good is your vote if the man you voted for has to go to somebody that you never elected? Behind the door to get instructions. And the Jews have become wealthy just by loaning money, charging you interest and the stranglehold the Jews have on this government,” Fox News cited Farrakhan as saying at the Saviors Day event.

Farrakhan has a “significant impact” on the Democrat Party, Levin said, and called out President Joe Biden for not condemning the speech or Farrakhan.

“Is there a reason Joe Biden didn’t condemn this? Is the reason Kamala Harris didn’t condemn this? Is a reason why nobody at the White House has mentioned it? Is there a reason why the Washington press corps blows this off? Yeah, there are reasons for this,” he said.

He went on to note that Farrakhan was invited to the Congressional Black Caucus for lunch on Capitol Hill.

“Why did they invite this man? Because the Democrat Party has a problem,” the host argued.

Citing an article from Kevin Williamson at the National Review, he said Democrats have a “minor socialist problem.” Williamson wrote:

They have a major problem in the form of Jew-hating weirdos. Prominent among them, the Reverend Louis Farrakhan of the so-called Nation of Islam. Farrakhan has been out and proud, Jew-hating weirdo for many decades. But Democrats still feel the need to make gestures of obeisance before him. Anti-Trump leaders such as Tamika Mallory or Linda Sarsour of the Women’s March, have embraced Farrakhan and courted his favor. Barack Obama came a-calling in 2005 when he was ramping up his political career. The Congressional Black Caucus has consulted him. Bill Clinton stood alongside him at Aretha Franklin’s funeral, implicitly elevating the cult leader. California Democrats Barbara Lee, now wants to be a senator, and Maxine Waters attended Farrakhan’s public events, and Obama administration veteran, Eric Holder, posed for a picture with him.

Farrakhan is an anti-Semite. About that there is no real debate. Eric Holder. Maxine Waters. Others who confer status and influence on Farrakhan and his gang. Maybe they aren’t anti-Semitic. They certainly are collaborators.

Levin charged the Democrats with unbridled hypocrisy, accusing Biden of racism.

“This effort to try and turn conservatism into the KKK, into neo-Nazi ism is really amazing, especially considering the history of the Democrat Party and its embrace of the KKK and slavery and segregation and Jim Crow. Despite its history of filibustering the 1964 Civil Rights Act and the 1965 Voting Rights Act, despite its current president, Joe Biden being a racist and segregationist early in his career opposing public school integration, calling it a jungle,” he said.

Antisemitism is quickly spreading, Levin continued, and it’s becoming “very, very ugly.”

“The President of the United States is saying almost nothing about any of this. The Democrat leadership is tolerating anti-Semitism.”

Lawmakers Mum As Ticketmaster Doles Out Tickets For Farrakhan Hate Rally

Ticketmaster makes money off event where Farrakhan assailed 'stranglehold that Jews have on this government'

The ticketing giant hated by Taylor Swift fans and everyone else who has ever tried to buy concert tickets is now under fire from Jewish activists for selling tickets to a Louis Farrakhan event in which the minister defended Adolf Hitler and predicted another Holocaust against Jews. But many of Ticketmaster's biggest critics on Capitol Hill don't seem to care.

Ticketmaster, which charges service fees on each ticket it sells, raked in money selling tickets to Farrakhan's annual Saviours' Day conference in Chicago last weekend. During his speech at the event, Farrakhan assailed the "stranglehold that Jews have on this government" and claimed "Jewish power is what has all of our people of knowledge and wisdom and talent afraid."

The event was met with crickets on Capitol Hill, with almost no one in Congress speaking out against Ticketmaster for making money off of the Farrakhan event. The reaction is a stark contrast to lawmakers' response when Ticketmaster bungled sales last year for Taylor Swift's much-anticipated concert tour. That fiasco was in the news cycle for weeks and led to a Department of Justice investigation as well as a Senate hearing. Lawmakers on both sides of the aisle say Ticketmaster and its parent company, LiveNation, have a monopoly over the ticket industry, leading to price-gouging and a failure to crack down on automated scalping.

"Daily reminder that Ticketmaster is a monopoly, it’s merger with LiveNation should never have been approved, and they need to be reigned in [sic]," wrote Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D., N.Y.) in a Twitter post in November. Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R., Wash.), now the chairwoman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, sent a letter to Ticketmaster last year raising concerns about its practices, while Sens. Richard Blumenthal (D., Conn.) and Amy Klobuchar (D., Minn.) called on the Department of Justice to investigate. None of their offices responded to a request for comment on Ticketmaster's Farrakhan sales.

Only Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R., Tenn.)—who also spoke out about the Taylor Swift debacle—weighed in on the Farrakhan controversy when contacted by the Washington Free Beacon.

"It is extremely concerning that Ticketmaster is choosing to use its platform to elevate and promote a well-known anti-Semite. The targeting of the Jewish people has gone on far too long and must stop," she said.

Entertainment industry leaders and Jewish groups had urged Ticketmaster to drop the Farrakhan event from its sales platform, but Ticketmaster did not waver. The Anti-Defamation League also sent a letter to Ticketmaster on Friday to "note that the Nation of Islam’s annual Saviors’ Day event regularly serves as a platform to amplify this hate and bigotry." The group said it was not calling on the company to halt ticket sales.

The event came as anti-Semitism is on the rise in the United States. Hate crimes against Jews have surged in major cities, while celebrities like Kanye West and Kyrie Irving have promoted anti-Jewish conspiracy theories on social media. Farrakhan during his speech praised West as a "very great brother" and "genius."

"Ye broke into the fashion industry, that’s controlled by Jews," said Farrakhan. "Don’t be mad with them. They’re in every avenue that leads to power."

"Somebody has to take on the synagogue of Satan, and here we are," he said. "We cannot let them take the country."

Farrakhan criticized Jews who use the phrase "Never Again" when discussing the Holocaust.

"You can say that to men, but you can’t say that to God. Because the Bible says, behold, the day cometh that shall burn—as a what?—as an oven. And those who do wickedly, He will slay them."

"God is not unjust; when he kills you, you know you deserved it," he added.

Farrakhan also defended the Nazis by citing an argument he supposedly heard from a Jewish rabbi on TV.

"Usury is what has made [the Jews] strong. I heard a Jewish rabbi, maybe about six weeks ago, he came on television talking about Adolf Hitler," said Farrakhan. "And he said Hitler was right. He said Hitler went against usury and Hitler attacked pornography that the Jews had put on the Germans."

Farrakhan and his group, the Nation of Islam, promote numerous conspiracy theories about Jews, including that Jews control the government, the media, and global financial institutions.

Last week, a group of entertainment industry leaders sent a letter to Ticketmaster CEO Michael Rapino calling on the company to drop the sales of the Farrakhan event and citing the preacher’s long history of anti-Semitism.

India: Muslim Leader Claims the Country Will Be Under Islamic Rule Within Twenty Years

From political leaders to business people, Muslims have a roadmap.

Some Muslims appear angry with the crackdown of Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma of the Indian state of Assam upon illegal madrassas (Islamic seminaries), as well as upon the child marriage rackets of some Muslim leaders. Reacting to the latest incidents in the state during a public meeting, a prominent Muslim leader, Badruddin Ajmal, boasted that Muslims would establish Islamic rule in India within 20 years. “After 20 years,” said Ajmal while addressing a public meeting held after his party meeting in the Dabaka area of the Nagaon district of Assam, “India will be governed by boys and girls belonging to the Muslim community.” Ajmal is the chief of the All India United Democratic Front (AIUDF); since 2009, he also holds a seat in Lok Sabha, the parliament of India, from Dhubri.

Various sources have confirmed that the Islamic organization led by AIUDF and the All India Majlis-E-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) plan to set up numerous training and career education institutions for Muslim students that would produce large numbers of Muslim officers in the Indian Administrative Services (IAS), the India Police Services (IPS), and allied services in state cadres. These organizations would also support the education and training of engineers, doctors, advocates, and business entrepreneurs from their community that would help establish an Islamic regime in India in an institutionalized way.

Although Hindus dominate the primarily white-collar professions, they will be dependent on the Muslim population for the basic needs of life, and the presence of Sharia-compliant Muslims in the administrative ranks will further the revision of laws so that they favor Muslims.

The fact that there are institutions that support free training for Muslim students who are preparing for administrative services is well known. Young Muslims are opting for this route in order to get a share of administrative power. Some Muslim-owned corporations use funds from their welfare trusts to provide scholarships to Muslim students. From political leaders to business people, the Muslims have a roadmap to an Islamized India, and many of them are collectively following this path while the majority slumbers. Hence, when a Muslim leader such as Badruddin Ajmal asserts that he sees Islamic control of India in 20 years, the state machinery shouldn’t just laugh it off and dismiss it as wishful thinking.

It is said that the Islamic outfit also plans to capture and influence Indian social systems through love jihad (luring gullible Hindu women into relationships with Muslim men, forcing them to convert to Islam, and killing them or forcing them to commit suicide if they refuse), population jihad (giving birth to a large number of children per couple while people of other religions generally limit themselves to two), land jihad (capturing land nationwide and claiming it under the authority of the Waqf Board), and conversion as four tools to neutralize the control of Hindus in India.

The halal industry has successfully penetrated the Indian markets, and with a scarcity of choices, non-Muslims are made to consume halal products. Almost every eatery and restaurant serves dishes made with halal meat. The retailers selling raw meat take pride in declaring that they exclusively sell halal meat, even in Hindu-majority cities and towns. Markets are full of halal-certified spices and grocery items that are not even meat products. The market now has halal-certified make-up brands promoted by Hindu influencers. Most Hindus remain unfazed by all this and are shelling out money for their own destruction.

This is not the first time that Badruddin Ajmal has courted controversy for his outrageous comments. A few months ago, he said that Hindus “should follow Muslims and get their children married at an young age. Get the boys married at 20-22 and the girls at 18-20 and see how many children are born.” His comments attracted sharp criticism from BJP MLA Diganta Kalita. The leader of the Congress, Debabrata Saikia, filed a complaint against Ajmal, accusing the latter of targeting the Hindu community. Saikia also claimed that the AIUDF chief’s comments had triggered disharmony or enmity towards Hindus, especially Hindu women of India.

Apart from the above, Ajmal has incurred several charges of promoting enmity between different groups and doing things that are prejudicial to the maintenance of harmony. He is also accused of criminal intimidation, cheating, and other malicious acts that appear to have been intended to provoke outrage among those who oppose him.

Terror in Tel Aviv: Three Israelis Shot by Palestinian Terrorist

Three Israelis were shot and wounded by a Palestinian terrorist while sitting in a cafe in downtown Tel Aviv on Thursday night.

Two of the victims remained in critical condition on Friday morning. The third was listed as being in moderate condition.

The terrorist, identified as Mutaz Salah al-Khawaja from the Palestinian town of Ni’lin, was shot and killed by security forces at the scene. He was known to the police as having affiliations with the Hamas terror group and had previously served time in an Israeli prison twice for owning and using illegal weapons.

Hamas released a statement calling the attack a “a natural response to the crimes committed by the Israeli occupation forces in the West Bank and Jenin.”

Al-Khawaja recorded a video hours before Thursday’s attack, calling for jihad and saying that he wished to die as a martyr.

On Friday morning, the terrorist’s father was arrested. IDF soldiers mapped al-Khawaja’s home ahead of its expected demolition, a policy Israel says deters attacks.

“I saw a terrorist and I hid,” an eyewitness told the Ynet news site. “I saw policemen running towards the corner of the building. A firefight broke out between them. He came and they neutralized him.”

The shooting came amid ongoing protests against the government’s plans for judicial reform. Tel Aviv Mayor Ron Huldai called on anti-government protesters to leave the area to allow police to secure it.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu broadcast a brief message from an official visit to Rome.

“There has been another terror attack in the heart of Tel Aviv tonight. We send, first of all, our hopes and our wishes for the speedy recovery of the wounded, and we strengthen the security forces and the police who are fighting terrorists this night and every night,” he said.

“We will continue to build our nation and deepen our roots, and to build our common future as brothers and sisters.”

Hamas released a statement calling the attack a “a natural response to the crimes committed by the Israeli occupation forces in [Judea and Samaria] and Jenin.”

Switzerland Tries to Deal with its Immigration Disaster

What could possibly account for the exhaustion of Swiss financial reserves for education, health, and transportation?

Switzerland is a prime destination for Muslim economic migrants. And they have been flooding into the country, which last year had 200,000 migrants – equal to the population of Basel. Now the Swiss are trying to figure out how to prepare a referendum on immigration restrictions that will appeal to young Swiss who, while they are still insufficiently alarmed about Muslim immigration, are definitely worried about environmental degradation in their country. More on how to connect worry over the climate to worry over the Muslim migrant invasion of Europe can be found in this article from December that retains its relevance: “Swiss national referendum will limit population to 10 million through strict immigration control to save environment,” by John Cody, Remix News, December 30, 2022:

The most popular party in Switzerland, the Swiss People’s Party (SVP), known for its agrarian roots and opposition to mass immigration, is set to pursue a referendum calling for the renegotiation of international treaties, or even their complete abandonment, if the Swiss population hits 10 million.

The proposed referendum comes at a time when Europe increasingly faces environmental catastrop he, a housing crisis, and huge strains on public resources due to soaring immigration levels. Many European nations are among the most densely populated nations in the world and life in them is only expected to become more crowded in the near future unless dramatic action is taken. Switzerland is no exception.

“Our country is cracking in every corner. We are going through the debacles of recent years. If we don’t intervene, we will be overtaken by events,” said Marcel Dettling, the SVP’s campaign manager.

Dettling warns that economic migration remains high, especially from groups known for their difficulty integrating into Switzerland, a fact highlighted by Switzerland’s alarming prison population data.

Those “groups known for their difficulty integrating into Switzerland” is an obvious allusion to Muslims; it is they who have been flooding into Europe; they are economic migrants who claim to be asylum seekers.

In 2020, the last year for which figures are available, two-thirds of prisoners held in Swiss prisons were foreigners. The majority of those foreigners were Algerian Muslims.

“Today, there is very strong economic migration,” says Dettling. “Whoever has set foot in Switzerland will never leave the country. Migrants from Africa have welfare rates of 34 percent.”

Those African migrants – almost entirely Muslims from North Africa – when once they have been admitted to Switzerland, are determined never to leave. They are given housing, medical care, education, family allowances, and more by the generous Swiss state. They can’t believe their luck. More than one-third remain on the welfare rolls; why work when so much is given to you? The remaining two-thirds, who do work, also continue to qualify for some benefits, as they are fit only for low-paying jobs as manual laborers, drivers, and construction workers.

The Swiss People’s Party (SVP), of which Marcel Dettling serves as campaign director, had been working on a new referendum featuring the working title “initiative for sustainability.” Now that work is finished.

The text for the referendum has also already been completed and would stipulate that Switzerland’s population should not exceed 10 million until 2050. After 2050, this limit could be slightly increased but only due to organic, surplus births, according to the Le Temps new outlet.

SVP National Councilor Thomas Matter says he must sound a “red alert” over Switzerland’s rising population, adding that “this is the last moment when we can still change something for Switzerland.”

The migration figures are hair-raising,” he said. “In 2022, Switzerland had 200,000 more inhabitants, the population of the canton of Basel-City.”

The country is already rapidly approaching 9 million residents. In 2022, 145,958 people arrived [another 54,000 added to the population were Swiss babies], raising the population to 8.89 million. It is now only a matter of time until the population hits 9 million.

Over the past 20 years, Switzerland’s population has increased by 21 percent.

“If Switzerland grows so strongly again over the next 20 years, everything will collapse,” said Matter, who serves as a national councilor. According to him, the country’s financial reserves for education, health and transport are exhausted….

What new development could have brought about the “exhaustion” of Swiss financial reserves for education, health, and transportation? Surely it is the benefits now being lavished on hundreds of thousands of immigrants who never paid into the Swiss system, but are now making terrific demands on the welfare state, constituting a significant drain on the country’s finances. Tens of thousands of foreigners’ children are now in Swiss schools, causing classes to overflow, creating a need both for new school buildings, and for more teaching personnel. These foreign-born pupils also require special language classes, which are a considerable expense to adequately staff. The health needs of these foreigners who, again, never paid into the Swiss medical system, are also a financial drain on hospitals. These immigrants are overwhelmingly Muslim; marriage to a family member – ordinarily a cousin, is encouraged in Muslim countries. But the consequence of such a predilection for cousin-marriages is a high incidence of congenital diseases and malformations, which makes medical care for the Muslim migrants in Europe unusually expensive.

Almost all of the Muslim economic migrants who manage to enter Switzerland posing as “asylum seekers,” are uneducated, illiterate in the languages of the country, and ill-prepared to take their place in an advanced Western economy. They are not going to be the high-tech immigrants, industrious and entrepreneurial, whom Switzerland wants to encourage but instead, they will –if employed at all –find work only as manual laborers and drivers.

Just like the country’s debt brake, the referendum would serve as a brake on immigration. The text stipulates that if certain population limits are reached, the government must take certain steps to inhibit population growth. For example, if Switzerland’s population reaches 9.5 million, the Swiss Federal Council will have to take steps with new laws to counteract this growth.

The text of the proposed referendum on immigration to Switzerland specifies population levels that would act as brakes on immigration. When there are 9.5 million people in the country, the Swiss Federal Council — the country’s legislative branch — will be obligated, should the referendum be adopted, to pass laws to end immigration, and then to reduce, by expelling, certain categories of foreigners who are already in the country.

However, if the country reaches 10 million, the government must respond with “rigorous measures,” including the Federal Council abandoning international agreements, such as the UN migration pacts or EU treaties relating to free movement.”

If the measures undertaken when the population hits 9.5 million prove insufficient, and the Swiss population goes on to hit 10 million, then Switzerland will be required to take more drastic measures, including backing out of any international agreements that would limit its ability to decrease the number of migrants by such measures as expelling all migrants who have been convicted of a crime, no matter how minor, or putting a time limit on the receipt of welfare benefits by foreigners, so as to encourage them to leave. Switzerland will treat as null and void its previous adherence to the UN pacts on migration, and any other international agreements it may have signed in the past about immigration and the free movement of peoples.

It is important to note that Switzerland has featured a number of referendums on the topic of immigration in the past, including the famous 2014 referendum “against mass immigration,” which won with 50.3 percent of the vote. The SVP-backed referendum was designed to place strict quotas on immigration, but despite winning the vote, the referendum was more or less made toothless by the Swiss parliament.

In 2014, when the referendum against mass immigration was passed by a hair, immigration to Switzerland had not yet attained the alarming numbers – up to 200,00 each year, and a total of more than 1.5 million immigrants in the country since 2014 – that it has today.

Switzerland was threatened by the EU over any attempt to restrict free movement, with the EU warning Switzerland that any abandonment of free movement would have meant that all EU agreements became null and void, which would have presented severe economic consequences for the country.

When the EU threatened Switzerland in 2014 with “severe economic consequences” if it enforced the referendum on immigration that had passed that year by a razor-thin margin of 50.3%, the EU members had themselves not yet felt the full effects of the mass immigration by Muslims. But like Switzerland itself, the 27 countries of the EU have undergone a transformation in their views over the past nine years, as it has become clear that Muslim migrants have brought nothing but trouble to the indigenous, once welcoming and now chastened Infidels throughout the EU. Today, the EU would be unlikely to try to stop Switzerland from instituting any anti-immigrant measures that its voters approved. Some EU members, in fact, will no doubt look longingly at those Swiss measures, and wish that their own countries would do as much to stop the Muslim immigrant invasion.

White Lies: Fake Muslim Activist Who Rubbed Shoulders With 'Squad' Members Resigns in Disgrace

March 1, 2023

A white diversity consultant who cozied up to prominent Democrats while pretending to be an Arab Muslim is out of a job after it was revealed that she was "white as the driven snow."

Raquel Evita Saraswati resigned from her position as chief equity, inclusion, and culture officer at the American Friends Service Committee on Monday after her mother revealed in February that she was born Rachel Elizabeth Seidel. The committee, a Quaker group that works for a "just, peaceful, and sustainable world free of violence, inequality, and oppression," confirmed that Seidel had made the "difficult" and "deeply personal" decision to resign from the group in a statement.

"Raquel Saraswati, who is facing public allegations that she misrepresented her background and past associations, has informed us of her intention to separate from the organization," AFSC spokesman Layne Mullett told USA Today.

The transracial grifter, who since 2004 claimed to be of Latin, South Asian, and Arab descent,  is a prominent activist in the Philadelphia area and has rubbed shoulders with Democratic Reps. Ilhan Omar (Minn.) and Rashida Tlaib (Mich.), and attended an event at the Obama White House in July 2016, according to photos from her deleted Flickr album.

Before she tendered her resignation, Seidel faced a revolt from her former colleagues at the committee, who penned an anonymous open letter on Feb. 10 accusing her of lying about her racial heritage and serving as a mole for right-wing interests. The letter prompted the human resources professional who hired Seidel in 2021 to say he felt "conned" and "deceived" for believing she was a queer woman of color who happened to be a Muslim.

Seidel’s mother, Carol Perone, confirmed her daughter is white in an interview with the Intercept in February.

"I call her Rachel. I don’t know why she’s doing what she’s doing," Perone said. "I’m as white as the driven snow and so is she. … I’m German and British, and her father was Calabrese Italian. She’s chosen to live a lie, and I find that very, very sad."

Seidel said she was not fired from the committee and maintained that she was honest with the group during her hiring process in a statement to Fox News.

"I was … honest and completely transparent in securing my role, which I have found extremely fulfilling," Seidel said. "Regarding details of my personal life: I am currently taking the time I need both with loved ones as well as with professional counsel to ensure my concerns and interests are addressed comprehensively while maintaining discretion and care for the personal lives of others."

Seidel, who promoted herself as a "vegan, Muslim, queer feminist," has drawn comparisons to Rachel Dolezal, a former NAACP chapter president who resigned in disgrace after it was revealed that she was white and had been pretending to be African American. In Sept. 2022, TMZ reported that Dolezal had started an OnlyFans page.

Muslim clerics promote pedophilia over adoption

A little known, though highly controversial, Islamic teaching is back in the news.  According to a Feb. 21, 2023 report, Diyanet, Turkey’s highest religious (and therefore Islamic) institution:

...opened a special section on its fatwa website about earthquakes and answered the question of “Can children of earthquake victims be adopted?” The fatwa stated that it is not right for foster families to treat adopted children like their own children and that “there is no barrier to marriage between the adopter and the adopted child.”

The fatwa mounted criticism on social media and many public figures reacted against the Diyanet’s response.

Journalist Fatih Altaylı also reacted to the Diyanet's fatwa on his Twitter account, saying: “We understand that you are really perverts, but what are you doing in an institution like the Diyanet? Perverts. Go into the porn industry. Don't pollute the institution established by (founder of modern Turkish Republic) Atatürk to give people proper religious knowledge with your perverted imagination.”

Diyanet responded by opening a lawsuit against the journalist for “insulting our presidency and its employees with derogatory expressions.”

The controversy amounts to this: Islam bans adoption; and Islam’s clerics, as they often do, are trying to find a loophole.  Rather than adopt, a man may “marry,” concluded Diyanet, a destitute child of his choosing, and that is halal -- a win-win for all involved, and in keeping with Islam’s ban on adoption.

This ban is more prevalent, and negatively impacts more lives, than might be assumed.  In fact, just one week after the above report from Turkey appeared, on Feb. 27, 2023, Coptic Solidarity, which focuses on the plight of Christian minorities throughout the Middle East, especially Egypt’s indigenous Copts, launched an “online grassroots campaign” dedicated to arguably the most infamous adoption-related case in modern times in the Muslim world.

Nearly five years ago, a Coptic priest heard cries emanating from inside his empty church.  He discovered a newborn baby boy, apparently abandoned by a mother who bore him out of wedlock.  The priest entrusted the babe to a childless couple from his congregation.  Considering that they had for nearly 30 years been praying for a child, they joyously embraced the boy as their own and baptized and named him Shenouda, a popular Coptic name.

For the next four years everything went well.  Shenouda became the pride and joy of his adoptive parents’ lives. Seeing him as a “gift from God,” they spared no care or expense on his upbringing.

Then the Egyptian state learned about this otherwise happy development and seized the four-year-old child from his loving parents’ arms and sent him to an orphanage.

As with Turkey’s Diyanet, although adoption is illegal in Egypt, there are state-approved ways -- loopholes -- for families to take custody of orphan children.  In this case, however, the primary argument used by the state against Shenouda’s adoptive parents’ legal attempts to reclaim the boy revolves around religion.  Because Islam teaches that every human is born as a sort of prototypical Muslim (until their parents conform them to their own religion), and because the religious identity of Shenouda’s biological parents is unknown, he must, therefore, be considered Muslim; and entrusting Muslim children to non-Muslim parents is strictly forbidden.

Since being transferred to an overcrowded and underfed orphanage, the child was “returned” to -- that is, forced into -- Islam.  He was issued a birth certificate marked “Muslim” under religion and stripped of his formerly Christian name and given an acceptable Muslim one, Yusuf.

Meanwhile, logic suggests that Shenouda was born to a Christian mother -- or at least to a mother who thought Christians would best know how to raise her unwanted child.  Otherwise, why abandon the babe in a church?

Such are the unknown casualties of Islamic law: whether destitute children from earthquake-ravaged regions must be turned into “spouses” before they are taken care of in Turkey, or whether destitute orphans must be stripped away from loving adoptive parents because they are “infidel” Christians, here is yet another example of human suffering in the name of sharia.

Broward Sheriff Attends Award Ceremony Hosted by Muslim Group Linked to Terror, Bigotry

Anti-Gay Imam honors Sheriff Gregory Tony and his Executive Officer.

Normally, it would be a surprise to see a Sheriff show up to a radical Muslim event, but in Broward County, for years, it has been the norm. Sheriff Scott Israel did it, while accompanied by his Deputy liaison and then-representative for CAIR, Nezar Hamze, and Israel’s replacement, Gregory Tony, does it with the help of his second-in-command, Executive Officer Munib Ahmed. This month, though, it was Sheriff Tony that accompanied Ahmed, as Ahmed received an award from the Darul Uloom Institute (DUI), a past haven for high-profile al-Qaeda terrorists run by an anti-gay imam. This is the shocking state of affairs at the Broward Sheriff’s Office (BSO).

On February 11th, DUI held its 40th Anniversary Annual Award Ceremony and Fundraising Dinner. One of this year’s award recipients was BSO Colonel Munib Ahmed. Ahmed, who previously (and ironically) served as a supervisor in a counter-terrorism unit, enjoys the lofty position of Executive Officer to the Sheriff. Sharing the stage with him were DUI’s founder and imam Shafayat Mohamed, who was donning a lapel pin resembling a Sheriff’s badge (the same pin that the Sheriff wears on his tie), and Sheriff Tony, who received a gift from the mosque, himself. All three were arm-in-arm with big smiles for the camera.

Ahmed spoke glowingly about Shafayat Mohamed and the organization he represents. Ahmed told the crowd that he remembers watching Mohamed’s sermons, “as a young man growing up.” He stated about Mohamed, “To see him today perform in front of us, after 40 years, is amazing. He’s done amazing work not only for this community, but for all of us. We are a better people, because of him, because he gave voice to the people that could not speak. He brought light to situations and current situations that we would never have found out about, so I appreciate you sir, for all your hard work and dedication to this community, and I wish you all the best.”

Part of Mohamed’s work was as an Islamic teacher. One of his students at DUI was soon-to-be convicted terrorist “Dirty Bomber” Jose Padilla. Padilla, a convert to Islam, had met with senior al-Qaeda operatives to discuss his involvement in terrorist operations, including a plot to set off a radiological bomb inside the US.

Another terrorist related to DUI was future al-Qaeda Commander Adnan el-Shukrijumah, who was a prayer leader at DUI. Prior to him being killed in 2014 by the Pakistan Army, el-Shukrijumah had ordered the bombing of the New York subway system. DUI Arabic teacher Imran Mandhai, along with mosque goers Hakki Aksoy and Shueyb Mossa Jokhan, hatched a plot at DUI to blow up different South Florida structures, including electrical power stations, Jewish businesses, and a National Guard armory. Shafayat Mohamed has also admitted that one of the 9/11 hijackers was rumored to have prayed at DUI.

Mohamed has used his pulpit to target homosexuals with the worst of bigotry. In February 2005, DUI published an article written by Mohamed, titled ‘Tsunami: Wrath of God,’ in which he claimed gay sex caused the 2004 Indonesian tsunami. In the piece, he quotes the Quran, saying “most” Jews and Christians “are perverted transgressors.” During an August 2015 DUI sermon, Mohamed lamented the existence of gay Muslim communities. His deeds caused him to be thrown off several Broward County boards. He complained he “got sacked,” because “a lot of gay people” spoke out against him. He said, “I had a choice to sit in paradise or go to hell.”

In his youth, Mohamed was a proud student of now-deceased bigot Ahmed Deedat, author of the anti-Christian screed, Crucifixion or Cruci-Fiction? who, according to The New York Times, was “a vocal anti-Semite and ardent backer of Osama bin Laden,” and who would callously refer to gays as “Sodomites.” On the DUI website, one can find a photograph of Mohamed shaking hands with Deedat in Deedat’s facility, what was at the time known as the Bin Laden Centre. Following Deedat’s death, Mohamed traveled to Deedat’s home, in Durban, South Africa, to meet with Deedat’s son and zealous Adolf Hitler fan, Yusuf Deedat, and to pray by his grave.

This was not the first time Sheriff Tony and his BSO came in contact with a radical mosque. This past April, Sheriff Tony and a number of BSO officers showed up to the Islamic Center of South Florida (ICOSF) for a Ramadan ‘Break the Fast.’ In June, it looked as if the entire BSO showed up to ICOSF’s 2022 Summer Camp. In October, the ICOSF Sisterhood sponsored a BSO event at the mosque, where the female BSO representatives donned hijabs.

ICOSF is owned by the North American Islamic Trust (NAIT), a group named by the US a co-conspirator to Hamas financing. ICOSF’s Imam Hasan Sabri has cursed America as an “enemy” and threatened Muslims who accept her help. ICOSF regularly brings controversial imams Monzer Taleb and Fadi Kablawi to the mosque to give khutbahs (sermons). Taleb is a self-professed member of Hamas, who posted on Facebook that Jews in Israel “should be relocated to Germany.” Kablawi, who the FBI says is a member of ISIS, has called Jews “the lowest of the lowest”; blamed women for rape; and said gays should thank him for their continued existence.

This was, as well, not the first time Sheriff Tony came in contact with DUI’s Shafayat Mohamed. A photo from Sheriff Tony’s September 2022 ‘Unity in Faith Prayer Breakfast and 9/11 Memorial,’ has the Sheriff bowing has head in prayer with Mohamed. Furthermore, Mohamed recently interviewed Tony for his Al-Hikmat TV program. During the interview, Mohamed mentioned that, two weeks prior to the taping of the show, the BSO called him to request 250 copies of the Quran to be presented to BSO prisoners.

The Sheriff told Mohamed, who said he was astonished that the BSO contacted him for Qurans, “We’ve totally changed our cultural awareness here. Broward County is one of the most diverse counties in every facet… We have to be able to engage with the community to make sure we’re not leaving any facet out. Having so much control and being in contact with so many parts of our community, it’s important that we don’t ostracize anyone. I was surprised when I’ve had dialogue with members of our Muslim community how disengaged they were from this organization, not having any type of inclusion, and that’s a problem…”

It is a much bigger problem that Sheriff Tony and the BSO are engaging with radical Muslims. In doing so, they have abandoned their motto ‘to protect and serve,’ and, instead, they are embracing extremism and endangering the community.

Anti-Semitism is First and Utmost a Danger to America and its Values

Heed our warnings.

At a summit held by the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) in November, FBI Director Christopher Wray spoke about “the tragic reality that the Jewish community uniquely ends up on the receiving end of hate-fueled attacks from all sides.” He referenced the white supremacist attacks in recent years in Poway and Pittsburgh, and the 2022 attack at the synagogue in Colleyville, Texas, motivated by “violent Jihad”. But it’s not just white supremacists and radical Muslims.

There are myriad of groups espousing Jews-hatred – the far-right, the far-left, radical Muslims, and black supremacists, such as Louis Farrakhan, to name a few. The reality is that these groups and their individual members and supporters pose a danger not only to the Jewish community, but to all Americans. Antisemites target Jews first, as they see the Jewish people as easy prey, but what they are really after is changing America beyond recognition, according to their distorted and extreme ideologies.

The tragic reality is that America as a whole is on the receiving end of hate-fueled attacks from all the radical elements of societyThe fabric of America is disintegrating in front of our eyes at the hands of the sworn enemies of the American and the Jewish people.

The Mounting Threat for Jewish Americans

In recent years, the threat against American Jews, and consequently the American people, has been mounting. Per FBI Director Wray, “A full 63% of religious hate crimes are motivated by antisemitism—targeting a group that makes up just 2.4% of our population.”

Interestingly, this hate is one of the sole common threads between far-right, far-left, radical Muslim, and black supremacist ideologies. These groups are united by familiar antisemitic tropes of a nefarious and powerful Jewish or “Zionist” cabal that allegedly seeks to dominate and subjugate individuals, societies, and nations through behind-the-scenes scheming.

More and more, these hate groups, who at their core are enemies to each other, are coalescing and cooperating in their hatred of the Jewish people and the Jewish State.

How did we arrive to this point, and is Antisemism just a Jewish problem?

The Threat from the Far Right

Jew hatred from the far-right has grown in recent years with the popularization of the Great Replacement conspiracy theory, in which Jews are commonly held responsible for a plot to subjugate if not eliminate the white race through promotion of non-white mass immigration, feminism, transgenderism, and other supposedly devious schemes.

Hence, at the notorious white supremacist “Unite the Right” rally held in Charlottesville, Virginia in August 2017, marchers feverishly chanted, “Jews will not replace us”.

Within the year, this unfolded into real world violence against Jews. In March 2018, 46-year-old white supremacist Robert Gregory Bowers killed 11 Jews at the Tree of Life synagogue in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania during Shabbat services, the deadliest attack on Jews in America’s history. Blaming the Jews for mass migration to the U.S., Bowers posted on social media before the attack, “I can’t sit by and watch my people get slaughtered. Screw your optics, I’m going in.”

A little over a year later in April 2019, 19-year-old John Timothy Earnest burst into the Chabad of Poway synagogue outside San Diego, killing one congregant in a burst of gunfire, again during Sabbath services. In his manifesto, Earnest wrote, “Every Jew is responsible for the meticulously planned genocide of the European race. They act as a unit, and every Jew plays his part to enslave the other races around him—whether consciously or subconsciously.”

As I’ve warned, the Jews were just the first, most attractive target. Soon these attacks spread to the rest of America. In August 2019, a far-right shooter targeted Latinos in an El Paso, Texas Walmart, killing 23. In May 2022, a far-right shooter targeted black Americans at a supermarket in Buffalo, New York, killing 10. Both cited the “Great Replacement” theory as motivations for their attacks.

The Threat from Black Nationalists

Jew hatred doesn’t only come from white nationalists, but also from black nationalists, who since the 1960’s have been advocating for a major national influence through the Nation of Islam (NOI) and their co-hordes through race pride for African Americans and black separatism.

Hatred of Jews has long been brewing in the black community. Louis Farrakhan, the leader of the antisemitic Nation of Islam (NOI), has been a prominent voice in the community for decades.

Farrakhan spews hateful venom at Jews, alleging that the Jewish people were responsible for the slave trade and that they conspire to control the government, the media and Hollywood, as well as various black individuals and organizations. He frequently denies the legitimacy of Judaism – or the Jewish claim to the Land of Israel – arguing that “Judaism is nothing more than a ‘deceptive lie’ and a ‘theological error’ promoted by Jews to further their ‘control’ over America’s government and economy.”

The severity of this problem burst onto the national scene in December 2019, with a spate of attacks against the Jewish community in the New York metropolitan area. On December 10, two heavily armed individuals connected to the Black Hebrew Israelite (BHI) movement murdered three people at a kosher supermarket in Jersey City, New Jersey. Weeks later, on December 28, a BHI-inspired individual attacked a Hanukkah gathering in Monsey, New York with a large knife, killing 72-year-old Rabbi Josef Neumann.

Once again, this hate then reared its head from Jews to the rest of society. In November 2021, Darrell Brooks, a black nationalist drove his SUV into a crowd of Christmas parade attendees in Waukesha, Wisconsin, killing six people and wounding dozens. In April 2022, another black nationalist Frank Robert James perpetrated a mass shooting on the New York City subway during rush hour, injuring 29. James’s online incitement and bigotry included antisemitic diatribes.

Farrakhan’s views are echoed in the recent antisemitic outbursts of famed rapper Kanye West, who now goes by “Ye”. Kanye is now claiming, “Somehow our country has been taken over by, you know, maybe about 300 Zionists.” Farrakhan and Kanye have actually been publicly connected for years, with West referring to him as “sensei” in one of his songs.

When Kanye talks about blacks being the real Jews, he mimics the beliefs of the Black Hebrew Israelites (BHI). While white supremacists say “Jews will not replace us”, BHI followers say they are us. Just this past month, a group of BHI marchers in Brooklyn ominously chanted, “we are the real Jews”.

And now Kanye has united with the far right, bringing white supremacist Nick Fuentes along with him when dining with former President Donald Trump in Mar-a-Lago on November 22.

The “Red-Green” Alliance: The Threat from the Radical Left & Radical Muslims

Not to be outdone, the radical left has been ramping up its Jew hatred for decades, disguising it using hatred for the homeland of the Jewish people, the State of Israel. This radical group new kind of new antisemitism initially gained intellectual currency in universities and other leftist intellectual circles. Today, modern anti-Semitism can be found among members of the radical Left, who are inherently anti-American and  see Israel as a symbol of American and Western imperialism, aggressive military rule and the violation of human rights.

Similarly, radical Muslims have long sought Israel’s destruction and promulgated conspiracies of Jewish Zionist global domination. Despite the fact that radical Muslims and leftists are naturally completely misaligned in their belief systems and ideologies, they have joined forces and as the Reut Group warns, “The strategic partnership between the radical left and political Islam, known as the red-green or Islamo-Left alliance, emerged in Europe, but it has migrated to the US in recent years.” Despite their hatred and intolerance to each other they have a shared agenda that is anti-Western, anti-American, and anti-Zionist.

The New Antisemites Report by StopAntisemitism.org and Zachor Legal Institute in which anti-Zionism or hatred of Israel is utilized as an acceptable stand-in for the classical hatred of Jews documents how this contemporary hate, as disseminated by the Islamo-Left so-called “Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions” (BDS) Movement, is negatively influencing large segments of the United States’ population and creating a dangerous environment that normalizes vilification of Jews, as well as inciting violence against Jews, something that history has shown to have deadly consequences.

The radical left have also been promoting Critical Race Theory (CRT) and the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) programs on universities and high schools contributing to antisemitism in the American education system. However, antisemitism is not just a Jewish problem – it is an American problem and while CRT and DEI policies may disproportionately target and harm Jewish students, their agenda ultimately seeks to undermine and replace fundamental American values and replace it with its own radical vision.

The trend of intersectionality has accelerated the Islamo-Left collaboration.

The strange alliance between the radical Left and radical Muslims – two groups that, despite their seemingly incompatible worldviews, happily collaborate against Israel and the Jews, can be explained by the theory of intersectionality adopted by many in the far Left. According to this theory, groups that consider themselves neglected and discriminated against must come together to fight against each of those groups’ supposed enemies.

This new partnership was on full display during the last major conflict between Israel and the Palestinians in May 2021, when terror groups Hamas and Islamic Jihad launched more than 4,000 rockets and mortars at Israeli civilians. Back in America, we witnessed stunning and unprecedented scenes in New York, Los Angeles, and other major progressive urban centers of Jews being assaulted by mobs of anti-Israel activists. This surge of anti-Jewish hate also included harassment, vandalism and online abuse.

Few could have imagined that such a wave of violence against Jews in major American cities would be possible within living memory of the Holocaust. Jews in America often fear walking the streets wearing Jewish symbols, congregating outside Jewish community buildings, or even speaking Hebrew or Yiddish in public. This is a growing threat to American society. Street violence and hate speech is replacing the American principles of reasoned discourse and debate.

Through intersectionality, the Red-Green alliance seeks to replace the universal virtues of tolerance, pluralism, freedom of speech, and rule of law with racialized “anti-racism”, hierarchical critical race theory, discriminatory diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) policies, intolerant “cancel culture”, and the censorship of “de-platforming”.

Danger at Our Doorstep

As I’ve repeatedly warned, defining antisemitism as a Jewish problem is a lose-lose proposition. Antisemitism is a threat to America, as it is a harbinger of rising violent extremism that will soon consume us all.

Together, those who foremost target Jews – white and black nationalists as well as the Red-Green alliance of the left and Islamists – are a fundamental threat to America and its values. These radical groups are spearheading efforts to erode the core principles that make our country exceptional, replacing America’s commitment to individual rights and equality, meritocracy, rule of law, tolerance, pluralism, due process, freedom of speech, and free-market capitalism with a racialized and violent world steeped in conspiracy theories and political polarization.

The Jewish people have long been portrayed as the sacrificial “canary in the coal mine”, a powerless creature that will warn others of danger through its demise. But here we are, not a canary, but as an eagle, warning Americans of the looming threats on the horizon. Heed our warnings.

Rep. Mike Waltz Slams Biden’s ‘Callous, Incompetent’ Afghan Withdrawal: ‘Never Been More Disgusted with My Own Government’

The Biden administration’s “callous, cold-hearted, incompetent” withdrawal from Afghanistan was a “failure at leadership at the most senior levels,” according to Republican lawmaker Mike Waltz, who claimed he had “never been more disgusted with my own government” which he accused of having “betrayed” veterans, as he argued that neither the Taliban, al Qaeda, nor ISIS has yet to “get the memo” the war is over.

During Wednesday’s House Foreign Affairs Committee hearing on the Biden administration’s 2021 emergency evacuation from Afghanistan, Congressman Mike Waltz (R-FL), a member of the House Armed Services Committee, heard testimony from veterans and Afghan evacuation groups concerning the “disastrous” withdrawal of American troops from the area.

Waltz, who served as a Special Forces commander in Afghanistan and currently serves on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, described the “deeply personal” events, relaying how a personal interpreter of his whom he fought alongside was executed by the Taliban.

“I know this is painful,” he began, “and it’s deeply personal. It’s deeply personal to many of us.”

“I have here pictures of one of my interpreters, Spartacus, who was beheaded by the Taliban,” he continued. “A young man of 19 years old who only wished to one day come to America as he was literally saving my life.”

Waltz, a colonel in the National Guard as well as a former White House and Pentagon policy adviser and the first Green Beret to be elected to Congress, also presented a picture of an interpreter who was able to escape through the Special Immigrant Visa (SIV) program for Afghans.

“I have here a picture of Rahim who we did manage to get out on the SIV program; I’m standing next to him building a well for his village,” he said.

However, Waltz explained the reality for such escapees remains difficult.

“What did the Taliban do when we ‘successfully’ — since this was such an outstanding ‘success’ — get these people out? They’re hunting down his family,” he said, noting:

They’ve captured his cousin, tied him up behind a Taliban truck, [dragged] him through the village, and killed him, [all in order] to say: ‘Don’t you dare ever work for America or work with America, or work with the West again.’ And they’ve also beaten his brothers nearly to death.

“So even when we’re ‘successful,’ they start targeting and going after the families,” he added.

Addressing Allied Airlift 21 executive chairman Francis Hoang and Task Force Pineapple founder Lt. Col. (Ret.) David Scott Mann, who both worked to help evacuate Americans and allies from Afghanistan, Waltz suggested the two had to become their “own state department.”

“You had to charter international flights, you had to arrange country clearances, [and] you had to deal with international borders because the State Department failed,” he said.

“Is that an accurate statement?” he asked. “Do you disagree with that statement?”

“I don’t disagree with that, congressman,” replied Mann.

“The State Department found itself in a very difficult situation with very little guidance, as far as we can tell, no advanced planning for this exact scenario and unclear lines of authority,” replied Hoang.

“And so while many individuals at the State Department tried their best to help us, they found themselves hamstrung by the bureaucracy,” he added.

As a result, Waltz asserted that the evacuation was a “failure at leadership at the most senior levels of the [Biden] State Department and the White House.”

He then asked Mann if American veterans of his Task Force Pineapple — founded by Mann to rescue Afghan allies in danger — had “exhausted their personal savings trying to help these Afghans.”

“I do,” replied Mann, noting a friend in the veteran-run Moral Compass Federation who claimed “so many of our veterans have basically taken on an Uncle Sam-size problem with their pension funds.”

He also noted members that “exhausted their children’s 529 plans,” some whose marriages “survived multiple deployments” but are now heading to divorce, and others who have committed or considered committing suicide as a result.

Waltz mentioned his own operations officer who was “now dead because of this moral injury,” adding that “there’s been a 40 percent increase just in the last anniversary in texts to the suicide hotline.”

When asked by Waltz if it was “fair to say these veterans feel betrayed by their own government,” Mann responded in the affirmative, adding that it was quite “hurtful” that President Biden did not even mention the “successful” Afghanistan operation in two State of the Union addresses.

Waltz questioned whether the war in Afghanistan had indeed reached its conclusion:

Is this war over? Does anybody think this war is over? Because we’ve had members of this committee, the House Foreign Relations Committee, Foreign Affairs Committee, the United States government, United States House of Representatives and the President of [the] United States and the Secretary of Defense and Secretary of State celebrate the fact that the war is over. Did the Taliban, al Qaeda, ISIS, get the memo that we decided — that the president decided — the war was over?

Referencing the over 80,000 people still “trapped behind enemy lines,” Waltz described a “desperate e-mail” he received from an interpreter that morning.

“Today, this morning at 9:23 AM, I received a desperate e-mail from one of my interpreters who was formerly a school teacher but decided to work for a better future for women and children in Afghanistan,” he said. “He’s now being hunted; he’s been in hiding for two years.”

“Do you think he thinks this war is over?” he asked. “Are the Taliban systematically hunting these people down? Anybody disagree with that; that this is top down, top driven?”

Arguing that “what happens in Afghanistan does not and will not stay in Afghanistan,” Waltz recalled how “members of this committee celebrated when President Obama pulled us out of Iraq in 2011 with no follow-on plan [and then the] ISIS Caliphate comes roaring in three years later and we now have more military members back dealing with that than when we left in 2011.”

“They were wrong then, and they’re wrong now,” he stated.

Waltz concluded by simultaneously expressing pride in Americans, and this group of veterans in particular, and “disgust” in the Biden administration.

“I’ll just close with saying I have never been more proud of my fellow Americans and veterans as I am with this group,” he said. “But I’ve also never been more disgusted with my own government.”

“This was a callous, cold-hearted incompetent episode on the part of this administration, and it is not worthy of the men and women that we all carry on these bracelets and their sacrifice,” he added.

Previously, Waltz accused President Biden and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin of “selling this country a fiction” that the U.S. could manage a resurgence of al-Qaeda in Afghanistan “with nothing” there, following the U.S. pullout of troops.

The Biden administration has continuously come under fire for a lack of coordinated planning in the 2021 summer withdrawal of U.S. troops and the swift Taliban takeover of the country despite the billions of dollars spent by the U.S. and NATO over nearly two decades to build up Afghan security forces.

Last month, top House Oversight Committee Republicans launched a probe into the president’s deadly Afghanistan withdrawal, demanding all associated documents and communications from the Biden administration, including the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Military Could Have Stopped Afghanistan Bomber Who Killed 13 Americans, Service Member Testifies

Leaders would not authorize sniper to take shot during botched withdrawal

March 8, 2023

U.S. military snipers stationed at the Afghanistan airport in 2021 prior to a deadly terror attack that killed 13 Americans had an opportunity to kill the suspected bomber but were not given authority from military leaders, according to one of the American service members on the ground that day.

Tyler Vargas-Andrews, a sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps who was dispatched to Kabul during the Biden administration's bungled evacuation, on Wednesday told lawmakers on the House Foreign Affairs Committee that his sniper team was stopped from taking out the suspected terrorist bomber. Vargas-Andrews also recounted how the Biden State Department turned Afghans away from the airport, "condemning them to death" at the Taliban's hands. The Aug. 26 bombing left 13 U.S. military members dead and Vargas-Andrews severely wounded.

Vargas-Andrews's sniper team was provided with detailed information about the suspected bomber, including what he looked like. "I asked the intel guys why he wasn't apprehended sooner since we had a full description," the military veteran testified before the Foreign Affairs Committee during its first public hearing on the bungled withdrawal operation. "I was told the asset could not be compromised."

Soon after, Vargas-Andrews and his team spotted the bomber but were told to stand down by a commander in charge. "We reassured him of the ease of fire on the suicide bomber," Vargas-Andrews said. "Pointedly, we asked him for engagement authority and permission. We asked him if we could shoot. Our battalion commander said, and I quote, 'I don't know.'"

"Plain and simple, we were ignored," Vargas-Andrews testified. "Our expertise was disregarded. No one was held accountable for our safety."

Soon after that exchange, the suicide bomber attacked. Vargas-Andrews recounted "a massive wave of pressure. I'm thrown 12 feet onto the ground, but instantly knew what had happened. I opened my eyes to Marines dead or unconscious lying around me." Vargas-Andrews lost multiple organs and two of his limbs. He has had 44 surgeries to date as a result of the attack.

Following the explosion, Vargas-Andrews said that "no one wanted my report post-blast. Even [the Naval Criminal Investigative Service] and the FBI failed to interview me." The withdrawal, he said, "was a catastrophe and there was an inexcusable lack of accountability and negligence."

Vargas-Andrews laid a large portion of the blame on the Biden State Department, which he said turned away scores of Afghans seeking refuge from the Taliban.

"Some Afghans turned away from [Hamid Karzai International Airport] tried to kill themselves on the razor wire in front of us that we used as a deterrent," the veteran said. "They thought this was merciful compared to the Taliban torture that they faced."

The State Department would not process those seeking to board American evacuation planes during the evening, according to Vargas-Andrews, creating a backlog. The State Department pulled Marines from their security posts to help remove Afghans whom the department was unable to process, Vargas-Andrews said, accusing the administration of "condemning [these Afghans] to death."

Under questioning from committee chairman Michael McCaul (R., Calif.), Vargas-Andrew said, "both myself and team leader asked for engagement authority and [the commander] responded [by saying] he does not have that authority."

"As a result we have 13 dead service men, woman, 170 afghans killed, and 35 including yourself injured because that threat could not be taken out because your commanding officer could not give you the order," McCaul said.

Retired Lt. Col. David Scott Mann, who also helped coordinate civilian-led evacuation efforts after the Biden administration stopped chartering flights for those still trapped in the country, said the suicide bombing reignited mental health issues for scores of American veterans who fought in the Afghanistan war.

Mann described a "mental health tsunami" in the year after the bungled evacuation, saying that "73 percent of our Afghan war veterans say they feel betrayed by how this war eneded." Calls to veterans hotlines spiked 81 percent in the year after the withdrawal.

"My friend Brad was found dead a few months ago in a Mississippi hotel room," Mann said. "His wife, Dana, confirmed to me that the Afghan abandonment reactivated all the old demons he managed to put behind him from our time in Afghanistan together, and he just couldn’t find his way out of the darkness of that moral injury."

"We might be done with Afghanistan but it’s not done with us," Mann warned. "The enemy has a vote."

He said the administration's failure to implement a follow-up plan after removing U.S. troops resulted in the country becoming a safe haven for dozens of violent extremist groups.

"This colossal foreign policy failure," Mann said, "will follow us home and ultimately draw us right back into the graveyard of empires where this all started."

Taliban Using Fingerprint and Gun Records to Hunt Down Afghans Who Worked for the U.S.

Thanks, Joe!

Some Afghans put their lives, and the lives of their families, on the line by aiding U.S. troops during our two-decade misadventure in their country, and now the very thing they risked everything to prevent has come to pass: the Taliban is back in power, and according to a new report, they are being hunted down in Afghanistan every day. The desperate situation in which these people find themselves is yet another terrible result of the fecklessness and indifference of Old Joe Biden and his handlers.

Fox News reported Tuesday that a new report from the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction “detailing the chaos in Afghanistan following the American troop withdrawal in 2021 says the Taliban is now using fingerprint and gun records to hunt down Afghans who worked with the U.S. government.” According to a former officer of the fallen Afghan national government’s military intelligence apparatus, this is happening “on a daily basis.” The officer added: “They search their homes and if they cannot find the individual they will go after their family members. They punish their family until the person they are looking for surrenders. They will arrest someone at their home and beat them all the way to the police station.” This is, of course, because “the Taliban fear these forces because they think these people might be against them one day or have connections to the opposition fighting the Taliban.”

The Taliban is carrying out a sophisticated operation, “using biometric devices to detect and find former ANDSF,” that is, Afghan National Defense and Security Forces. “They take fingerprints and if there is a match, they take the individual to the police station.” As a result, “a lot of National Directorate of Security, Afghan National Army, and Afghan National Police officers were arrested through the use of biometric devices. Some are still in prison right now. Their families have no food or money. If the Taliban continue with this [these families] won’t last, they will collapse.”

The former officer who has revealed all this is still in Afghanistan; he says that he has moved four times since the Taliban returned to power, and if the Taliban jihadis find him, “will be executed.”

Gen. Besmullah Taban, who was previously the director of the Afghan National Police’s criminal investigative division, confirmed all this, saying that his mother has told him “that the Taliban sent people to my family’s house asking for my gun. They are looking for everything now, because there were systems showing which pistol or whatever belongs to whom,” thus alerting the Taliban to the identities of people who worked with American troops. “They are going through and trying to get that stuff.”

Meanwhile, a U.S. Marine infantry officer observed that “you’ve got guys who certainly do deserve to come to the U.S. who aren’t able to, and they’ve got a target on their back. The Taliban knows where they are and how to find them. It’s like we gave this guy a rope and noose around his neck and then kicked the chair out from under him.” Exactly. And why did we do that, except that Biden’s handlers seem intent on choosing to do what is absolutely the worst thing to do for Americans and their allies?

It would have been impossible to get everyone who helped us out of Afghanistan, but the Biden regime didn’t just leave a few of our friends behind. It actively brought other people who didn’t help U.S. forces out of Afghanistan, rather than those who did help. Special Immigrant Visas (SIV) were issued to people who aided the U.S. military in Afghanistan. Back in September 2021, Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas explained that most of the Afghans who were brought over here after the catastrophically botched withdrawal from Afghanistan weren’t SIV holders at all: “Of the over 60,000 individuals who have been brought into the United States” at that time, Mayorkas said, “and I will give you approximate figures and I will verify them, approximately 7 percent have been United States citizens. Approximately 6 percent have been lawful permanent residents. Approximately 3 percent have been individuals who are in receipt of the Special Immigrant Visas.”

Three percent? Why so low? Neither Mayorkas nor anyone else in the Biden regime has ever offered a satisfactory explanation of this. It’s clear that the U.S. military was too busy implementing Critical Race Theory programs and enforcing vaccine mandates to formulate a coherent plan for an orderly withdrawal from Afghanistan. Now those who stood by us there are paying the price. Chalk up another reason why Old Joe will be remembered as the worst president in American history.

Ex-Soldier Gets 45 Years Behind Bars for Plotting ‘Jihadist Attack’ on Unit: ‘He Betrayed the U.S. Military’

An ex-soldier from Louisville, Kentucky, will spend the next 45 years behind bars for planning an attack on other soldiers, the Hill reported Saturday.

The United States Department of Justice (DOJ) detailed the case in a press release on Friday:

Ethan Phelan Melzer, aka Etil Reggad, 24, of Louisville, pleaded guilty to attempting to murder U.S. service members, providing and attempting to provide material support to terrorists, and illegally transmitting national defense information on June 24, 2022, before U.S. District Judge Gregory H. Woods, who imposed today’s sentence. According to court documents, Melzer planned a jihadist attack on his U.S. Army unit in the days leading up to a deployment to Turkey and sent sensitive details about the unit — including information about its location, movements, and security — to members of the extremist organization Order of the Nine Angles (O9A), a white supremacist, neo-Nazi and pro-jihadist group.

Woods described his crimes as “repugnant,” adding, “He betrayed the United States of America. He betrayed the US military,” he said in court moments before imposing the sentence, according to the New York Post.

Meanwhile, Melzer said he regretted everything, stating, “I wish I could say I’m sorry to my platoon.”

Per the DOJ’s news release, Melzer is a member of O9A, a group that espouses Neo-Nazi, antisemitic, and Satanic beliefs. The organization also “promotes extreme violence to accelerate and cause the demise of Western civilization” and has voiced admiration for Adolf Hitler and jihadists such as now-deceased former head of al-Qaeda, Osama bin Laden.

In May 2011, then-President Barack Obama (D) announced the United States conducted an operation resulting in bin Laden’s death, describing him as “a terrorist who is responsible for the murder of thousands of innocent men, women, and children.”

Melzer joined the Army reportedly in 2018. The following year, he deployed to Italy with the 173rd Airborne Brigade Combat Team. At that time, he consumed propaganda from several extremist groups.

In May 2020, Melzer was reassigned to a unit preparing for deployment. The unit was supposed to guard an isolated, sensitive military base.

During his training for the assignment, Melzer learned details about the base. He eventually started sharing that information with O9A.

“Melzer secretly used an encrypted messaging application to propose, advocate for, and plan a deadly attack on his fellow service members,” the DOJ’s press release said.

IRS Allows PFLP Terrorists to Fundraise Through Leftist Nonprofit

The IRS investigates waiters, but won’t touch Islamic terrorists.

Rabbi Eitan Shnerb was hiking to a spring with his son Dvir and his daughter Rina when the bomb went off. For a moment, as he described it in the hospital, everything went black. Then, badly wounded, he saw that the two teenagers were bleeding. Rabbi Shnerb was a trained paramedic. He saw that Rina, his 17-year-old daughter, had absorbed most of the blast. He kissed her on the forehead. And then he turned his Tzizit, the biblical garment that Orthodox Jewish men wear, into a tourniquet for his 19-year-old son to stop the bleeding.

Dvir told his father that he couldn’t breathe and passed out. His daughter was already dead.

“I wanted to believe it was just a dream,” Rabbi Shnerb said from his hospital bed. “I have experienced several bombs in my life and been saved, thank God, but this one got us,..I immediately called to Rina, shouting ‘Rina, Rina,’ I looked down and saw that she was not alive.”

Rabbi Shnerb had stopped a terrorist attack earlier this year by two armed attackers. This time he had not seen the explosion coming.

The terrorist group behind the 2019 terrorist attack was the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine. And the IRS is accused of allowing it to fundraise through a leftist nonprofit group.

One name that keeps coming up in the Freedom Center’s investigations of nonprofits is the Alliance for Global Justice. AFGJ was spun off from the Nicaragua Network which had been set up to support the Sandinista Marxist terror regime. It went on to operate the Venezuela Solidarity Campaign in support of the narcosocialist Maduro regime in that country.

While the IRS has harassed pro-Israel groups and interrogated them about their views, it has apparently never found the time to ask the AFGJ about its support for enemy nations. It currently features a commemoration of Chavez’s legacy in support of a regime whose bosses are wanted criminals for their role in a cartel smuggling cocaine into the United States.

AFGJ’s backers include George Soros, Tides, the Ben and Jerry’s Foundation, and other wealthy leftists, and it has used its status as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit to offer fiscal sponsorship to some of the worst of the worst close to home. The 130 groups it sponsors include several Black Lives Matter chapters, the Free Mumia Abu-Jamal Coalition in support of a cop killer, pro-illegal alien groups, as well as several brail funds whose mission is freeing rioters and criminals.

Some of these groups might not be able to obtain nonprofit status on their own, but benefit from the fiscal sponsorship of the Alliance for Global Justice.which allows them to accept tax-deductible contributions. When Refuse Fascism, a group linked by some to Antifa and which has defended Antifa violence, solicits donations, it does so using the Action Network, a platform utilized by both Antifa and the DNC, and directs tax-deductible donations through AFGJ.

The same is true of the Samidoun Palestinian Prisoner Solidarity Network which asks supporters to direct checks to AFGJ. Samidoun does not bother to disguise what it is. It describes terrorists as “resistance fighters” and “martyrs”, and urges support for the “resistance”. The cheerleading for terrorists is accompanied by a call, “Make your US tax-deductible donation today, and donate safely and securely from around the world.”

The AFGJ states that, “Fiscal sponsorship services are offered to grassroots non-profits that agree with the AFGJ vision and mission statements.” Does that include terrorists?

After the murder of Rina Shnerb, Israel arrested members of a PFLP terror network embedded inside nonprofit groups. Israel designated Samidoun as a subsidiary of the PFLP terrorist organization. Multiple PFLP figures have been accused of serving leadership roles in Samidoun including its executive director, former vice chair, and multiple coordinators.

PayPal, MasterCard, Visa and other financial services have cut off access to Samidoun and the latest also cut off AFGJ. Currently, AFGJ and its various sponsorees warn donors that they can only take paper checks.

“AfGJ cannot accept credit donations—and neither can the 140 organizations that rely on AfGJ to provide them with fiscal sponsorship,” the leftist group cautions.

While AFGJ is running low on online sites willing to process donations to them, the IRS has yet to take any action. The Zachor Legal Institute, a pro-Israel group fighting BDS, filed an IRS complaint and directed a letter to the DOJ noting that the “PFLP has built a financial system supported by an infrastructure of the Seven PFLP Proxies who raise money on various humanitarian pretexts” while “directing money to the PFLP.”

And yet the odds of the IRS taking action are slim. Even though the PFLP was designated as one of the terrorist groups listed by President George W. Bush after September 11, it was less difficult for Zachor and conservative media to persuade financial services companies to stop processing donations for AFGJ than to get the IRS to enforce tax code regulations and the law.

AFGJ informed the IRS that its mission is to “achieve social change and economic justice”. In reality it has helped unleash violence at home and abroad. The beneficiaries include BLM’s Louisville Community Bail Fund which bailed out Quintez Brown, a Black Lives Matter activist, who walked into the campaign office of a Louisville political candidate and opened fire.

While payment processors have cut off the Alliance for Global Justice, the IRS has yet to act. After over two decades, the IRS has shown no interest in taking action even as the AFGJ continues to act as a fiscal sponsor for groups that would not qualify for nonprofit status. The fiscal sponsorship loophole continues to be abused to fund everything including terrorism.

The Freedom Center’s pamphletInternal Radical Service by David Horowitz and John Perazzo, has exposed how the IRS routinely allows leftist nonprofits to violate tax codes and the law. The fiscal sponsorship loophole is widely used by radical leftists to make illegal activity tax deductible. Tax code regulations state that “exempt purposes may generally be equated with the public good, and violations of law are the antithesis of the public good”. They warn that, “violation of constitutionally valid laws is inconsistent with exemption under IRC 501(c)(3)” and that “planned activities that violate laws are not in furtherance of a charitable purpose”.

Terrorism is one of the most blatant possible examples of behavior at odds with the public good.

While the IRS is warning waiters to report their tips, it allows terrorists to benefit from tax deductible money. Payment processors have shown that they have a higher level of compliance with the law than the IRS. When the IRS refuses to enforce the law while demanding that everyone abide by it, that is a culture of lawlessness and, in this case, it’s costing lives.

Biden Admin Awards Grant to Palestinian Activist Group Whose Leaders Hailed Terrorist as 'Hero Fighter'

The Biden administration gave a $78,000 grant to a Palestinian activist group whose leaders attended an anniversary event celebrating the founding of a terrorist group and praised the murderer of a U.S. military attaché as a "hero fighter," according to a funding announcement.

The Community Development and Continuing Education Institute (CDCEI), an activist group based in the West Bank of the Palestinian territories, received the grant to promote "youth participation and accountability in local governance," the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) announced in November.

But an anti-terrorism watchdog group is raising concerns about the funding, after finding that the activist group's board chairman participated in a celebration for the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine terrorist group, while other board members lauded convicted terrorists as "heroes" and applauded Hamas missile attacks on Israel.

NGO Monitor, a watchdog group that investigated the CDCEI funding, questioned the federal government's vetting process for grantees. The news of the USAID grant comes as the Biden State Department has faced criticism from lawmakers for funding a Gaza-based journalist training program run by another charity, Fares Al-Arab, that has worked with terrorists and has promoted anti-Israel views.

"These findings reinforce the need for USAID to consult a wide array of publicly available sources when vetting potential grantees, to ensure that taxpayer funds are not provided to organizations led by individuals that glorify violence, espouse anti-Semitic rhetoric, or embrace anti-normalization," NGO Monitor said. "USAID grantees should align with U.S. goals and values."

USAID did not respond to a request for comment. CDCEI did not respond to a request for comment.

CDCEI is a "nonprofit organization established in Bethlehem in 2010" that "promotes the values of human rights, pluralism, equality, good governance, and civic participation within the Palestinian society," according to its website. But Arabic-language news articles and social media posts provide a different image of the group's leadership, according to an NGO Monitor investigation shared with the Washington Free Beacon.

Imad Al-Zeer, who has served as chairman of CDCEI's board of directors since 2012, in Dec. 2019 attended a Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine event celebrating the 52nd anniversary of the terrorist group's founding, according to an Al-Hadaf news report translated by NGO Monitor. Photos from the event showed Al-Zeer posing next to Popular Front signs.

In social media posts, senior board members also indicated their support for terrorists.

Mike Salman, the deputy chairman of CDCEI's board, in an April 2, 2020, Facebook post translated by NGO Monitor praised "hero fighter" George Abdallah and called for Abdallah's release from prison. Abdallah is serving a life sentence in France for the 1982 murder of U.S. military attaché Charles R. Ray, as well as an Israeli diplomat.

"Together, with one another, to support the release of George Abdallah," wrote Salman. "One of the idioms used by the hero fighter George is 'I shall never compromise, I shall keep resisting.'"

In a 2021 post, Salman also celebrated six escaped Palestinian prisoners as "heroes"—including Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigade terror chief Zakaria Zubeidi and a Palestinian Islamic Jihad member convicted of killing an Israeli teenager in 2006.

After the Israeli military killed five members of a Hamas terrorist cell in Sept. 2021, Salman wrote, "May Allah have mercy on the spirits of Palestinian hero martyrs, including the five martyrs that rose to the supreme companion yesterday."

Yasser Shaheen, a CDCEI board member, in a May 10, 2021, Facebook post translated by NGO Monitor applauded Hamas missile attacks on Israel as "rockets of the Palestinian resistance." He also mourned "hero martyr Omar Abu Layla," three days after Layla killed a rabbi and an Israel Defense Forces soldier.

Board member Jiries Abu Ghannam published a Facebook post in "solidarity with the prisoner fighter Marwan Al-Barghouti in his 19th year in Israeli prison." Barghouti is a convicted murderer who helped instigate the first and second intifadas.

Rana Abu Farha, another board member, in a post last March translated by NGO Monitor celebrated the "44th anniversary of Dalal Al-Mughrabi and 11 Palestinian revolutionaries' martyrdom" and praised the female terrorist as a "beautiful and brave fighter."

The post was a reference to Al-Mughrabi's 1978 bus hijacking and massacre of 38 Israelis, including 13 children. Al-Mughrabi also killed American photographer Gail Rubin, the niece of a then-U.S. senator, in the attack.

CDCEI isn't the only Palestinian group funded by the Biden administration to come under scrutiny in recent weeks. Rep. Darrell Issa (R., Calif.) sent a letter this week calling on the State Department to suspend funding to the Gaza-based charity Fares Al-Arab, following a Free Beacon report that found the group has worked with terrorists.

The group worked with the Hamas government as recently as 2021 on a housing project. The charity also gave a media award to a radio network run by the Islamic Jihad Movement, honored a self-described journalist who belonged to the Popular Front, hosted a press freedom event that featured a spokesman for Islamic Jihad, and co-led a human rights training course with a convicted terrorist.
