Officials found the remains of the four kidnapped municipal police officers on Wednesday morning. A team of cartel gunmen in the Mexican border state of Chihuahua kidnapped them on July 14. The four municipal police officers responded to a disturbance call at “La Presa El Tigre” — the Tigre Dam — when the group of cartel gunmen carried out the kidnapping.

Government authorities in the state of Chihuahua confirmed that the four municipal police officers from the Municipality of San Francisco de Conchos who were kidnapped on Sunday night were found murdered on Wednesday morning in a ravine known as Las Torres. The ravine is located in the municipality of Valle de Zaragoza, located in the southern section of the state near the city of Parral. According to initial media reports and Breitbart law enforcement sources, the four murdered officers displayed signs of torture and suffered gunshot wounds.
Government authorities in the state of Chihuahua launched an intense security operation in an attempt to locate the four kidnapped municipal police officers. The kidnapping occurred late Sunday night between 10:30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., according to media reports and an article by Breitbart’s Cartel Chronicles.
The four municipal police officers responded to a disturbance call in two marked police trucks. Two of the officers were reportedly from San Francisco de Conchos and the other two from La Boquilla. The four officers were identified as Gustavo Ramírez Jiménez, Ángel Carrillo Rey, Salvador Omar Araiza Lozoya, and Ramón Horacio Galindo Castrellón
According to Breitbart’s local government sources, the area where the kidnapping occurred is plagued by cartel activity and related violence. The area is known to have heavy presence of cartel operators of “La Línea,” the armed wing of the Juarez Cartel, which is in a turf war against the Sinaloa Cartel and affiliated gangs due to the valuable smuggling routes the area provides to the north and U.S. drug market.
On Wednesday, Jaime Ramírez Carrasco, the municipal president of San Francisco de Conchos, requested the additional presence of state and ministerial police during a meeting with Chihuahua Attorney General César Augusto Peniche. The municipal president said that the citizens of the municipality are fearful to go out from their homes after Sunday’s kidnapping and subsequent murder of the four officers.

Illegal Immigrants Drive Child Sex Crime Charges in North Carolina

North Carolina data indicates massive hidden problem nationwide
July 17, 2019 Updated: July 18, 2019

In North Carolina, during the past 18 months, more than 331 illegal aliens have been charged with 1,172 child rapes and child sexual assaults, according to incomplete data collected by an independent researcher.
James Johnson, who tracks the data on his website NCFIRE.info (North Carolinians For Immigration Reform and Enforcement), says he is only able to gather data from 30 of the state’s 100 counties, which means it’s likely the statewide count is significantly higher.
Johnson has tracked rapes and sexual assaults on children by illegal aliens since 2013, using original police reports and calling arresting agencies to verify immigration status. His data doesn’t cover every month, but for the 54 months he has recorded, an average of 34 illegal aliens per month were charged with 151 counts of raping or sexually assaulting a child in North Carolina.
Further, a study shows that only 12 percent of child rapes are reported, according to the National Sexual Violence Resource Center—meaning the total number could be almost 10 times higher.
“It’s happening in every state—we just happen to be compiling the information. It’s a mess,” Johnson told The Epoch Times.
“The ones that I cannot confirm as being illegal aliens, I do not put in the reports. So, our reports are obviously on the low side every month because we can’t get around to every county, every arrest report, and we can’t verify every one that we come across.”
He said that in the last six years, he has only had to pull three reports off the site due to receiving incorrect information from the arresting agency.

National Issue

No federal database exists publicly for illegal alien crime against children, so it’s difficult to get a handle on the severity of the issue nationally.
But Texas has almost three times the population of North Carolina, and California has almost four times, according to Census estimates.
If the monthly rate of reported child sexual offenses committed by illegal aliens in North Carolina is estimated to be 113 illegal aliens charged with around 503 child sexual crimes, that would put Texas at roughly 330 illegal aliens charged with 1,500 child sex crimes per month, and California at 450 illegal aliens charged with more than 2,000 crimes against children every month.

Many Cases

The crimes listed on the NCFIRE website range from rape to indecent exposure.
In May, Jeremias Rafael Deleon-Sales was arrested in Hanover County and charged with statutory rape of a 4- to 6-year-old child.
Just last month, in Orange County, Reyes Rivera-Zapata was arrested and charged with first-degree kidnapping, two counts of first-degree statutory sex offense, and two counts of indecent liberties with a child.
Ignacio Cortez Macedo was convicted in Mecklenburg County in April of three counts of forcible sex offense on a 13-year-old girl, among other charges.
A man in Guilford County, Miguel Alberto Guerra-alba, was arrested in April and charged with seven counts of first-degree rape by a guardian.
In January, two illegal aliens were charged with rape of a child under 6 years old; another was charged with 60 felonies, 14 counts of rape with an under-15-year-old and 19 counts of crimes against nature; another man was charged with molesting five girls aged between 4 and 12.
The impact of sexual abuse on children is usually lifelong and profound, according to a research report by the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine.
Sexually abused children often exhibit symptoms including fear, nightmares, post-traumatic stress disorder, withdrawn behavior, neurotic mental illness, cruelty, delinquency, sexually inappropriate behavior, regressive behavior, running away, general problem behaviors, and self-injurious behavior, the report states.

‘A Lot Worse Than What People May Think’

Johnson, a retired electrician, said when he first launched the website, he attempted to record all crimes committed by illegal aliens after he noticed the prevalence.
“It just got to be incredibly difficult and impossible to do. And I wasn’t getting much traction with it as far as our North Carolina legislators were concerned,” he said. “So I started to think, ‘Well, you know what? These child rapes, that’s about as bad as it gets. I can’t think of a worse crime. If this doesn’t get their attention, I don’t know what will.’”
He switched focus in 2013 to sex crimes against children and has spent at least 40 hours a week since on finding and verifying his information.
Every month, Johnson sends out a report to North Carolina legislators and more than 350 media outlets, “and it’s crickets—nothing, nobody.”
Johnson said the problem is a lot worse than what people may think, and he blames the government and media for not highlighting the issue enough.
“If the public knew how much this was actually happening, first of all, they’d be just shocked. And secondly, I think there would be a revolt,” he said.
He said after six years of sifting through arrest records, he has noticed that illegal aliens rape children four times more often than U.S. citizens.
“Just from my observations, this specific crime of child rape, illegal aliens tend to commit child rapes at a rate of four to one, compared to citizens,” Johnson said. He also said more Mexicans are charged with sex crimes against children in North Carolina, which he puts down to there simply being more illegal aliens from Mexico in the state.
“We have a lot of agriculture and farms in North Carolina. And that’s where they initially started coming from,” he said.
Johnson said the goal of documenting the crimes is to put enough pressure on legislators to enforce immigration laws. “Just plain and simply. Immigrants are fine, illegal aliens are not.”
In June, more than 3,100 illegal immigrants were apprehended each day by Border Patrol along the southern border, according to statistics from Customs and Border Protection.
A caravan of around 3,300 individuals that traveled to the U.S.-border from Honduras in January contained at least 860 criminals who had been convicted in the United States, according to ICE data provided to House Oversight and Reform Committee Republican members on May 17.
The individuals’ criminal histories included almost 30 convicted of sexual offenses, 20 convicted of assault or aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, two convicted of violence against law enforcement, and one convicted of attempted murder.
Rep. Mark Walker (R-N.C.) said he’s concerned about all threats to the security of children and families in North Carolina, which is partly why he sits on the House Homeland Security Committee.
“The lawlessness that we are seeing at our border, matched with radical calls to abolish our immigration law enforcement agencies is dangerous and threatens all of our communities,” Walker said via email on July 16. “Congress needs to secure the border and fix our immigration system, while calling out Democrats who are completely and irresponsibly absent from those efforts.”
The remainder of North Carolina’s 11 federal representatives and two senators didn’t respond to requests for comment.

Sanctuaries

Six counties in North Carolina have enacted sanctuary policies, which shield illegal aliens from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), according to the Center for Immigration Studies, which tracks sanctuary jurisdictions nationwide. The counties are Buncombe County, Durham County, Forsyth County, Mecklenburg County, Orange County, and Wake County.
Forsyth County Sheriff Bobby Kimbrough said in February that he won’t honor ICE detainers that request correctional facilities to hold an illegal alien for up to 48 hours longer so ICE can take custody.
Mecklenburg County Sheriff Garry McFadden goes one step further and also refuses to notify ICE when the jail is releasing an inmate with a detainer. He says ICE still has access to the jail database and can find that out for themselves.
So far, during McFadden’s tenure, three illegal aliens have been released from jail despite ICE placing detainers on them, according to a report released by ICE.
A 40-year-old Guatemalan was arrested and charged in October 2018 for multiple counts of indecent liberties with a child, rape, and other sex offenses. He was released from the Mecklenburg County Jail in Charlotte, North Carolina, in March, despite a detainer from ICE being placed soon after his arrest in 2018. ICE has since tracked him down and detained him.
The jail also arrested a 30-year-old Mexican man for child sex crimes in December 2018 and released him in January, despite an ICE detainer being placed.
A third case occurred in May, when the Mecklenburg County Jail ignored another ICE detainer and released a 19-year-old Honduran man charged with indecent liberties with a child. He is still at large.
A bill that is currently moving through the state legislature aims to require all local law enforcement to cooperate with ICE. However, Democratic Gov. Roy Cooper has indicated he will veto the bill, HB370, if it gets to his desk.

America Vs Mexico:
Clashing Civilizations
By Frosty Wooldridge
Anyone understand why Mexicans fail miserably at creating a successful civilization? Ever wonder why millions of them invade the United States in search of a better life? Have you noticed that once they arrive, they create the same kind of 'society' in the United States? Unconsciously, they create the same conditions they left behind. You can take the boy out of the ghetto, but you can't take the ghetto out of the boy.
For example, in Denver in December, illegal alien Navi dragged his girlfriend to death behind his car. Illegal alien Cruz shot his girlfriend dead in the back because she wouldn't reconcile with him. Illegal alien Ruizz ran over and killed Justin Goodman, but Ruizz drove away from the scene leaving Goodman to die. In Greeley, Colorado they suffered 270 hit and run accidents in one year. Over 80 percent of hit and run wrecks in Denver involve illegal aliens. Denver boasts the drug smuggling capital of the West as well as the people smuggling mecca of the country. Illegals cheat, distribute drugs, lie, forge documents, steal and kill as if it's a normal way of life. For them, it is.
Mexico's civilization stands diametrically opposed to America's culture. Both countries manifest different ways of thinking and operating.
With George Bush's push to create the "Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America" by dissolving our borders with Mexico, he places all Americans at risk.
Would you become friends with neighbors who throw their trash on city streets and parks, create ghettoes wherever they enclave their numbers, promote corruption, deal in violence, encourage drug use, manifest poverty, endorse sexism and downgrade education?
America's culture and Mexico's culture remain diametrically opposed to one another. America's fought Mexico and won. Today, Mexico invades America with sheer numbers of poor.
However, cultures rarely change and neither do their people.
As you can see from the ten points below, everything about Mexico degrades everything about America. For further information, you may visit
www.immigrationshumancost.org  and www.limitstogrowth.org  where you will find a plethora of information by a brilliant journalist Brenda Walker. Her original report may be viewed on www.Vdare.com on January 17, 2007 under the title: "Ten Reasons Why America Should Not Marry Mexico." I suggest you read more of her work.  She exemplifies incisive, sobering and shocking information.
These ten point stem directly from Brenda Walker's work. Let's examine why America must not entangle itself by merging with Mexico.
The legal age of sexual consent in Mexico is 12 years old. Sex with children at this age and younger is socially acceptable in Mexico. For example: A Mexican Lopez-Mendez pleaded guilty to sexual assault on a 10 year old girl in West Virginia. His excuse: sex with young girls was common with his people. He said, "I was unaware that it was a crime."

Mexicans remain the most sexist males next to Islamic men. Both boast the most misogynous cultures in the world. Rape and other violence toward women are not treated as serious crimes. In Mexico, a custom known as "rapto" whereby men kidnap women for sex is regarded as harmless amusement. Mexican society regards women little more than objects.
Crime and violence remain mainstays of Mexican culture. Drug cartels and the Mexican army coordinate their massive efforts to promote drug distribution not only in Mexico but into the USA. Mexico City suffers the second highest crime rate in Latin America. Kidnapping remains second only to Columbia for ransom money. Beheadings, killings and gun fire erupt at drug distribution points on the US/Mexican border.
Spontaneous hanging continues in Mexico. A mob beat up and burned to death two policemen on live television in 2004 in Mexico City. As Brenda Walker wrote, "Mexicans do not have the same belief as Americans that the law is central to the equitable functioning of a complex nation. It's the Third World."

Mexicans abhor education. In their country, illiteracy dominates. As they arrive in our country, only 9.6 percent of fourth generation Mexicans earn a high school diploma. Mexico does not promote educational values. This makes them the least educated of any Americans or immigrants. The rate of illiteracy in Mexico stands at 63 percent.
Drunk driving remains acceptable in Mexico. As it stands, 44,000 Americans die on our nation's highways annually. Half that number stems from drunken drivers. U.S. Congressman Steve King reports that 13 American suffer death from drunken driving Mexicans each day. Alcoholism runs rampant in Mexican culture. They suffer the most DUI arrests.
Mexicans set the benchmark for animal cruelty. Mexicans love dog fighting, bullfighting, cock fighting and horse tripping. Those blood sports play in every arena and backyard in Mexico. They expand into America as more Mexicans arrive. They also engage in "steer-tailing" where the rider yanks the animal's tail in an attempt to flip it to the ground. In horse tripping, they run the animals at full gallop around a ring, then, use ropes to trip them at full speed. It's a death sentence as the horses break their legs, teeth, shoulders and necks-all to the delight of the cheering Mexican fans.
As La Raza confirms, Mexicans maintain the most racist society in North America. "For the Hispanic race, everything; for anyone outside the race, nothing!" Guadalupe Loaeza, a journalist, said, "Mexican society is fundamentally racist and classist. The color of your skin is a key that either opens or shuts doors. The lighter your skin, the more doors open to you."
Corruption becomes a mechanism by which Mexico operates. Corruption remains systemic. The Washington Post wrote, "Mexico is considered one of the most corrupt countries in the hemisphere." They feature drug cartels, sex slave trade, people smuggling, car theft cartels, real estate scam cartels, murder for money and, you must bribe your mail man to get your mail.
Last, but not least, Mexicans are Marxists. They promote a one-party government. As with any kind of Marxism, brutal totalitarian rule keeps the rich in power and everyone else subservient.
As we allow millions of Mexicans to colonize our country, we can't help but be caught up in these ten deadly cultural traits of Mexicans. With over 12 million Mexicans here today, the predictions grow to as many as 20 even 40 million Mexicans in a few decades as they come here for a better life.
The fact remains, as they come to America for a better life, they make our lives a living hell.
Speaking of violations of our laws:

Bank of America goes too far by giving credit cards to illegal aliens! This endangers everyone in this country. All they care about is profit. If you bank with them, stop it and tell them why. The word is boycott. I guarantee you will have an effect. Bank of America selling out Americans safety, etc. This is an open invitation to fraud and TERRORISTS. Why are US citizens held to a higher standard than illegal aliens?

llegal Alien Teen Released into U.S. Charged with Raping 7-Year-Old Girl

An illegal alien teenager who was released into the United States has been charged with raping a 7-year-old girl in Marietta, Georgia.

Baudilio Salomon Diaz Ambrosio, a 17-year-old illegal alien from Guatemala, was arrested and charged by the Marietta Police Department with rape, aggravated child molestation, and aggravated sexual battery.
Ambrosio, according to FOX 5 Atlanta, is accused of being alone with a 7-year-old girl in her parents’ home and forcing her to have sex with him. Police said the rape was so brutal that the girl had to be hospitalized and undergo surgery.
A law enforcement official confirmed to Breitbart News that Ambrosio entered the U.S. on March 2, 2018, and was released into the country to a sponsor with the promise that he show up to his immigration court hearing on November 6.
The illegal alien is currently being held without bond in Cobb County, Georgia and the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency has placed a detainer on him so that should he be released, he will be turned over to them for arrest and deportation.
Every year, tens of thousands of child border crossers, deemed Unaccompanied Alien Children (UACs), arrive at the U.S.-Mexico border and are released into the interior of the country where they are placed with relatives, the vast majority of whom are illegal aliens.
Between October 2018 and May 2019, the federal government released more than 46,300 UACs into the country. The year before, nearly 35,000 UACs were released into the country. The majority are released in Texas, California, Florida, New York, New Jersey, Virginia, Maryland, and Georgia.

Twice Deported Illegal Alien Accused Of Triple Homicide Day After Appearing In Court For Hit-and-Run

Authorities say that an illegal alien who had been twice deported from the U.S. is responsible for the gruesome death of a mother and her two children in Des Moines, Iowa. The shocking murder occurred just one day after the suspect, Marvin Oswaldo Esquivel-Lopez, 31, appeared in court regarding a hit-and-run from May 2019 as well as driving without a license and insurance.
Esquivel-Lopez, 31, allegedly shot and killed Rossibeth Flores-Rodriguez, 29, Grecia Daniela Alvarado-Flores, 11, and Ever Jose Mejia-Flores, 5, on Tuesday night.
Apparently, Esquivel-Lopez is not the man's real name. "Escobar-Orellana, aka, Marvin O. Esquivel-Lopez, was previously (deported) from the United States in 2010 and again in 2011," ICE spokesman Shawn Neudauer told the Des Moines Register. "He has a prior federal conviction for illegal entry into the United States in 2010. He is not currently in ICE custody."
It is unclear why the illegal alien was living with Flores-Rodrigues and her two children, but police do not suspect the two had a romantic relationship.
"We may never know what the motive was," Sgt. Paul Parizek said Wednesday afternoon. "All we know is there was some sort of dispute between this man and the victim and he ended up, allegedly, shooting three people because of it. It's just sad."
Authorities had ample opportunity to apprehend Esquivel-Lopez and take him off the streets. According to the Des Moines Register, "Iowa court records show a handful of traffic tickets for Esquivel-Lopez. He had appeared in court Monday, a day before the shootings, and agreed to pay more than $1,400 in fines and fees related to a May traffic incident" for a hit-and-run in which he was cited for failure to maintain control and driving without a license or proof of insurance.
Grecia Daniela Alvarado-Flores was going to start middle school next fall and her brother, Ever, was going to start kindergarten.
The children's principal issued the following statement to their school following the announcement of their death:
"It goes without saying how horrible this tragedy is and we are all devastated by this news. Please keep Daniela’s extended family in your heart and prayers plus all the people here at Moulton that got to know and love Daniela."
Immigration and Customs Enforcement has placed a detainer on the suspect.
