At least 11 illegal alien men are accused of having been involved in a house of horrors in the small town of Bemidji, Minnesota, where at least three young girls were drugged, tied up, and gang raped, according to local law enforcement.

Late last month, an 11-year-old girl presented herself at the Sanford Bemidji Medical Center’s Emergency Department to report that she had been sexually assaulted. The case was then turned over to the Bemidji Police Department where officers began looking for the residence where the alleged sexual assault occurred.

Police soon identified a residence at 1821 America Court NW in Bemidji as the location of the alleged sexual assault. The victim said she was staying with an adult male relative when he put her in a car with other men and she had a bag put over her head.

The men allegedly brought the victim to the residence at 1821 America Court NW, pushed her down a flight of stairs, forced her to consume alcohol, and tied her up. The victim alleges a man nicknamed “Panda,” later identified as 22-year-old Oscar Ernesto Luna of Mission, Texas, raped her while four men watched.

The victim said she was then gang raped by an unknown number of men.

Police said the victim described a house of horrors where another young girl was tied up and unconscious in a closet of the bedroom and that a 16-year-old girl was also tied up. Two other girls were also tied up, the victim said, as she was gang raped.

Luna, whom police identified through specific tattoos, was arrested on a warrant out of Hennepin County and also charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct.

In addition, police said many men were found at the residence when they raided it — including 11 illegal aliens who were turned over to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Police have said the investigation is ongoing.

Michael Savage: Alex Marlow’s ‘Breaking Biden’ Is a ‘Mindblower,’ ‘Frightening’

Conservative talk radio legend Michael Savage lavished praised on Breitbart Editor-in-Chief Alex Marlow’s new book Breaking Biden: Exposing the Hidden Forces and Secret Money Machine Behind Joe Biden, His Family, and His Administrationdescribing the painstakingly-researched manuscript as a “mindblower.”

Savage made the laudatory remarks ahead of a wide-ranging interview with Marlow about the book.

“It’s an important book, and I’m going to read you something from the book jacket about ‘Breaking Biden: Exposing the Hidden Forces and Secret Money Machine Behind Joe Biden, His Family, and His Administration.’ It’s a mindblower,” Savage declared.

“We learn over [Biden’s] 50-year career lifer, Joey-boy Biden, has become known for his gaffes, lies, and general creepiness. But Marlow says it’s not his policies failing or his absolute lack of accountability that has lead to his historically-low poll numbers,” the radio veteran continued. “It’s the presumption that something more insidious is lying under the surface, and this book is a crash of lighting exposing the Biden political machine in a way that was previously unknown. I can’t wait to learn what [Marlow] exposes. The secret cadre of consultants running Joe’s world, how Joe sold America’s intellectual property to Communist China, how the whole Biden family bagged cash off the family name.”

“This is unbelievable, this is unreal,” he concluded.

Listen to Savage’s complete interview with Marlow here.

On Tuesday, Marlow released a report detailing one of the book’s revelations: that the China-linked University of Delaware’s partnership with President Joe Biden was known as the “baby” of the president’s embattled son Hunter Biden and was part of the family’s “wealth creation” strategy.

Marlow writes:

While media reports have focused University of Pennsylvania’s Biden Center, less attention has been paid to University of Delaware’s Biden Institute, even though these two “institutes” were opened on the same day and meant to serve a shared goal of being incubators of advancing globalism and leftism. The UPenn Biden Center became a pipeline for longtime Biden allies into his administration, and, as previously reported by Peter Schweizer, proceeded a suspicious influx in Chinese donations to the university.

[…]

On December 11, 2018, the University of Delaware announced that it was naming its public policy school after Vice President Biden. Emails show that this move was orchestrated by members of UD’s Biden Institute. It was on the day of the announcement that Hunter Biden received a text message from his aunt and former Joe Biden campaign manager, Valerie Owens (who chairs the Biden Institute), crediting him for the deepening partnership with between the Biden family and the university: “Bravo Hunter—UD was your baby and you made sure I was part of it.”

Even before the release of Breaking Biden, the book was already raising eyebrows from high-profile figures in the media, including Fox News’ Sunday Morning Futures host Maria Bartiromo.

Speaking with Bartiromo, Marlow implied that a Chinese firm getting our strategic oil reserves makes little or no sense save for the fact that there is a connection with Hunter Biden.

“There is no reason for Chinese to get U.S. [strategic] oil aside from to benefit the commercial interest of the Biden family,” Marlow judged.

“This is so stunning, Alex,” Bartiromo responded.

Breaking Biden is available now in hardcover, eBook, and audiobook read by the author.

TRUMP'S STOLEN EMPIRE ABOUT TO BE SOLD OFF! - Exclusive: John Kelly goes on the record to confirm several disturbing stories about Trump

Exclusive: John Kelly goes on the record to confirm several disturbing stories about Trump

John Kelly, the longest-serving White House chief of staff for Donald Trump, offered his harshest criticism yet of the former president in an exclusive statement to CNN.

Kelly set the record straight with on-the-record confirmation of a number of damning stories about statements Trump made behind closed doors attacking US service members and veterans, listing a number of objectionable comments Kelly witnessed Trump make firsthand.

“What can I add that has not already been said?” Kelly said, when asked if he wanted to weigh in on his former boss in light of recent comments made by other former Trump officials. “A person that thinks those who defend their country in uniform, or are shot down or seriously wounded in combat, or spend years being tortured as POWs are all ‘suckers’ because ‘there is nothing in it for them.’ A person that did not want to be seen in the presence of military amputees because ‘it doesn’t look good for me.’ A person who demonstrated open contempt for a Gold Star family – for all Gold Star families – on TV during the 2016 campaign, and rants that our most precious heroes who gave their lives in America’s defense are ‘losers’ and wouldn’t visit their graves in France.

“A person who is not truthful regarding his position on the protection of unborn life, on women, on minorities, on evangelical Christians, on Jews, on working men and women,” Kelly continued. “A person that has no idea what America stands for and has no idea what America is all about. A person who cavalierly suggests that a selfless warrior who has served his country for 40 years in peacetime and war should lose his life for treason – in expectation that someone will take action. A person who admires autocrats and murderous dictators. A person that has nothing but contempt for our democratic institutions, our Constitution, and the rule of law.

“There is nothing more that can be said,” Kelly concluded. “God help us.”

In the statement, Kelly is confirming, on the record, a number of details in a 2020 story in The Atlantic by editor-in-chief Jeffrey Goldberg, including Trump turning to Kelly on Memorial Day 2017, as they stood among those killed in Afghanistan and Iraq in Section 60 at Arlington National Cemetery, and saying, “I don’t get it. What was in it for them?”

Those details also include Trump’s inability to understand why the American public respects former prisoners of war and those shot down in combat. Then-candidate Trump of course said in front of a crowd in 2015 that former Vietnam POW Sen. John McCain, an Arizona Republican, was “not a war hero. He was a war hero because he was captured. I like people who weren’t captured.” But behind closed doors, sources told Goldberg, this lack of understanding went on to cause Trump to repeatedly call McCain a “loser” and to refer to former President George H. W. Bush, who was also shot down as a Navy pilot in World War II, as a “loser.”

CNN reached out to the Trump campaign Monday afternoon, telling officials there that a former administration official had confirmed, on the record, a number of details about the 2020 Atlantic story, without naming Kelly, and seeking comment. The Trump campaign responded by insulting the character and credibility of retired Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman General Mark Milley, who had nothing to do with this story. An updated statement from a Trump campaign spokesperson on Tuesday said, “John Kelly has totally clowned himself with these debunked stories he’s made up because he didn’t serve his president well while working as chief of staff.”

The Atlantic article also described Trump’s 2018 visit to France for the centennial anniversary of the end of World War I, where, according to several senior staff members, Trump said he did not want to visit the graves of American soldiers buried in the Aisne-Marne American Cemetery near Paris because, “Why should I go to that cemetery? It’s filled with losers.” During that same trip to France, the article reported, Trump said the 1,800 US Marines killed in the Belleau Wood were “suckers” for getting killed.

And Kelly’s statement adds context to a story in the book “The Divider: Trump in the White House, 2017-2021,” by Susan Glasser and Peter Baker, in which Trump, after a separate trip to France in 2017, tells Kelly he wants no wounded veterans in a military parade he’s trying to have planned in his honor. Inspired by the Bastille Day parade, except for the section of the parade featuring wounded French veterans in wheelchairs, Trump tells Kelly, “Look, I don’t want any wounded guys in the parade.”

“Those are the heroes,” Kelly said. “In our society, there’s only one group of people who are more heroic than they are – and they are buried over in Arlington.”

“I don’t want them,” Trump said. “It doesn’t look good for me.”

The story squares with another recent story from Goldberg in The Atlantic, a profile of retired Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley, in which Trump does not react well to seeing severely wounded Army Captain Luis Avila singing “God Bless America” at a welcome event for the new chairman. “Why do you bring people like that here? No one wants to see that, the wounded.”

Kelly’s statement also refers to a remark Trump made in response to that same article, which describes Milley, in the closing days of the Trump presidency in 2020, receiving intelligence that the Chinese military feared Trump was about to order a military strike on it. Milley, in a call authorized by Trump administration officials, reassured his Chinese counterparts that such a strike was not going to happen.

That call was first reported in 2021 in the book “Peril” by Bob Woodward and Robert Costa, but Trump said this past week on his social media site that the call was “an act so egregious that, in times gone by, the punishment would have been DEATH.”

Asked for reaction to the suggestion that he deserves execution, Milley told Norah O’Donnell of “60 Minutes” that he wouldn’t “comment directly on those, those things. But I can tell you that this military, this soldier, me, will never turn our back on that Constitution.”

Kelly’s statement to CNN comes days after former Trump White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson sat down with CNN in an interview promoting her new book, “Enough,” and warned the public that “Donald Trump is the most grave threat we will face to our democracy in our lifetime, and potentially in American history.”

“Enough,” interestingly, contains a scene in which Hutchinson and then-White House communications director Alyssa Farah Griffin push back against Goldberg’s 2020 story. Griffin issued a statement to The Atlantic after that story posted denying the report.

Reached for comment over the weekend, Griffin said, “Despite publicly praising the military and claiming to be the most pro-military president, there’s a demonstrable record of Trump bashing the most decorated service members in our country, from Gen. Mattis to Kelly to Milley, to criticizing the wounded or deceased like John McCain. Donald Trump will fundamentally never understand service the way those who have actually served in uniform will, and it’s one of the countless reasons he’s unfit to be commander in chief.”

No other presidential candidate in history has had so many detractors from his inner circle. His former secretary of defense, Mark Esper, told CNN in November 2022, “I think he’s unfit for office. … He puts himself before country. His actions are all about him and not about the country. And then, of course, I believe he has integrity and character issues as well.”

Trump’s former attorney general, Bill Barr, told CBS in June that “he is a consummate narcissist. And he constantly engages in reckless conduct. … He will always put his own interests, and gratifying his own ego, ahead of everything else, including the country’s interests. Our country can’t, you know, can’t be a therapy session for you know, a troubled man like this.”

This story has been updated with additional reaction.

Trump fraud trial opens in Manhattan

On Monday, the first of seven civil and criminal cases against ex-president Donald Trump began in Manhattan, with Trump facing a lawsuit by the New York attorney general Letitia James, seeking $250 million in damages for the Trump Organization systematically overvaluing major real estate properties in order to gain more favorable loan and insurance rates.

According to the opening statement by Kevin Wallace, an attorney in James’ office, Trump and his business gained $1 billion from deliberate fraud. Wallace said: “Year after year, loan after loan, the defendants misrepresented Mr. Trump’s net worth to maintain those favorable interest rates.”

The state attorney general seeks to bar Trump and his sons from ever conducting business in the state of New York, and the Trump Organization, which they control, from engaging in real estate transactions for five years. Ivanka Trump, Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump are codefendants with their father.

Trump’s lead attorney, Christopher Kise, argued that the valuation of real estate is subjective and cited the standard disclaimer in bank loan and insurance agreements that the valuations are estimates only, and should not be relied on. He also argued that no financial institution actually lost money doing business with Trump.

The examples of deliberate fraud in the valuation of Trump properties are so egregious that last week New York State Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron granted summary judgment to the state, ruling that the allegations of fraud had been proven, leaving only the questions of the impact of the fraud and the penalties to be imposed to be decided in the trial.

Among these examples, many of them publicized in previous media exposures, but consolidated in the indictment, are the following:

  • Estimating Trump’s apartment in the Trump Tower in midtown Manhattan as 30,000 square feet, three times its actual size.
  • Reporting the Trump Tower itself as 68 stories high, when it has only 58 stories.
  • Estimating the value of his estate in suburban New York at $291 million, when a bank previously valued it at $30 million.
  • Putting the value of his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida at $739 million when a local covenant limited it to $28 million.

All told, Trump exaggerated his wealth by anywhere from $2.2 billion to $3.6 billion. Judge Engoron singled out the gross disparity in reporting the size of Trump’s own residence: “A discrepancy of this order of magnitude, by a real estate developer sizing up his own living space of decades, can only be considered fraud,” he wrote.

The purpose of inflating the value of these holdings was twofold: to obtain more favorable terms from banks for loans and from insurance companies, saving hundreds of millions on interest rates and premiums; and boosting Trump’s social and political profile as a supposed billionaire, when his fortune may well have been in nine figures rather than ten or even eleven, as he once claimed. In that case, the $250 million judgment, together with the forced selloff of many of his properties, could be a devastating blow to the Trump Organization.

The remaining six claims by the prosecution, including insurance fraud, falsification of documents and conspiracy, will be determined at the trial. Judge Engoron said the state had to prove that the false valuations were deliberately fraudulent and caused actual damage.

The case will be heard and decided by the judge alone, because Trump’s attorneys did not request a jury trial. This makes all the more noteworthy Trump’s continued vilification of Engoron. He wrote on his Truth Social platform, “I have a Deranged, Trump Hating Judge, who RAILROADED this FAKE CASE through a NYS Court at a speed never before seen.”

It seems likely that Trump has calculated that the case will be tied up on appeal for  years and that portraying himself as a victim of persecution by a judge who is a liberal Democrat is the best course of action for his political fortunes. It is also possible that his attorneys were simply negligent: the ex-president has had difficulty obtaining competent lawyers in the two and a half years since he led a failed coup on January 6, 2021, seeking to overthrow the Constitution and retain power despite losing the 2020 presidential election.

During the lunch break on the opening day of the trial, Trump continued with his unrestrained denunciations of Judge Engoron, denouncing him as a “political hack.” He called him “a Democrat operative” and “a disgrace to people that call themselves judges … This is a judge that should be disbarred. This is a judge that should be out of office. This is a judge that some people say could be charged criminally for what he’s doing. He’s interfering with an election, and it’s a disgrace.”

As in other diatribes by Trump, there is an incitement to violence embedded in his language. His fascist supporters have already responded with a torrent of antisemitic messages, apparently driven by the location of the trial in New York City, since it is not clear that Engoron is Jewish.

The judge had already dealt a series of blows to Trump before last week’s ruling on the overvaluation of his properties. He ordered Trump to sit for a deposition, which the ex-president initially refused to do, until the judge found him in contempt and imposed escalating fines which ultimately totaled $110,000.

At the same hearing where he gave summary judgement on the fraud charge against Trump, he ordered each of Trump’s lawyers to pay a fee of $7,500 to the court in sanction for their conduct in the courtroom, a highly unusual action.

Trump also complained Monday, “I think it's very unfair I don't have a jury,” although his own lawyers did not request a jury trial. He continued, seeking to mislead his own supporters about the supposed unfairness of the legal proceeding, saying, “we’re not entitled to a jury, which is pretty unusual in the United States of America.”

The civil trial in Manhattan is only the first of a whole series of criminal and civil cases in both state and federal courts. Two more civil cases are set for early in the New Year: January 15 for a lawsuit brought by retired writer E. Jean Carroll, who previously won a $5 million defamation judgement against Trump, after he denied her claims of a long-ago sexual assault. He has continued to vilify her publicly, sparking the current case.

On January 29, a federal class action case against Trump and his children is scheduled to begin charging them with promoting a pyramid scheme involving investing in fly-by-night companies that were secretly paying for Trump’s endorsement. A similar lawsuit by those defrauded by his bogus Trump University was settled for $25 million, but the current suit is set to go to trial.

On March 4, 2024, the federal case against Trump for inciting the January 6 attack on Capitol Hill is set to go to trial. The criminal trial on charges of illegal payoffs to porn actress Stormy Daniels, brought by the Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, begins March 25.

Trump faces another trial in federal court May 20 on charges of illegally retaining and withholding classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago estate.

The Georgia case over Trump’s efforts to steal the state’s electoral votes, the most sprawling of all the indictments, has not yet been scheduled for trial, but the first two of nineteen defendants indicted, former Trump attorneys Sidney Powell and Kenneth Chesebro, are set for trial only three weeks from now, on October 23.

Blabbering Donald Trump Essentially Admits to Fraud in New York Trial

kicked off the second day of his fraud trial in New York on Tuesday by essentially admitting to the crimes.

New York Attorney General  sued Trump in September 2022 for fraud, accusing him and his associates of gaining more than $100 million by fraudulently inflating the value of their real estate assets. State Supreme Court Judge Arthur Engoron issued a partial summary judgment last week, ruling that Trump committed business fraud and ordering all his New York business certificates to be canceled, a move that could effectively kill the Trump Organization as it exists today. The trial, which began Monday, is to determine how much Trump and his co-defendants owe in damages.

Trump insisted Tuesday that his organization’s financial documents were not the least bit fraudulent—but even if they were, he couldn’t be held responsible because it was up to the lenders and insurers to fact-check that.

“Many, many warnings. Page one, page two, and many pages, it says, ‘Please, you must understand that you have to do your own due diligence.… Do not rely on anything, do not rely on the financial statements,’” he told reporters at midday.

“Also, the financial statements are very strong in terms of cash, liquidity, and everything else. This case is a scam,” Trump continued. “There can’t be fraud when you’ve told institutions to do their own work.”

One jokester on X (formerly Twitter) compared Trump’s comments to saying, “Hey, if [your] bank doesn’t have good security, it’s all legal and cool to rob it.”

James’s lawsuit alleges that Trump claimed his Trump Tower apartment in Manhattan was three times its actual size and worth $327 million. No New York City apartment has ever sold for that much. He also valued Mar-a-Lago at $739 million, about 10 times its actual worth.

Trump has responded by accusing James, who is Black, of being racist against him, and Engoron of being a Democratic political operative.
