Mo Brooks: ‘Power Grab’ Democrats Using Non-Citizen Voting to Alter American Electorate in Their Favor
Rep. Mo Brooks (R-AL), running for United States Senate, has signed onto legislation that would ban localities and states from receiving federal funds if they permit foreign nationals to vote in elections.
The legislation, introduced by Rep. Jeff Duncan (R-SC) and now co-sponsored by Brooks and other House Republicans, strips federal funds to states and local governments that allow foreign nationals to vote in any federal, state, or local elections.
Likewise, the legislation requires states and local governments to certify that they do not allow foreign nationals to vote in any elections before they are cleared for federal funds.
“Non-citizen voting in American elections threatens American governments by denying citizens control over their own governments’ destinies … this is the United States, not the United Nations,” Brooks said in a statement:
Socialist Democrats denigrate the sacrifice of countless Americans who have laid down their lives protecting the right of American citizens to vote and control America’s future. Democrats’ giving voting rights to illegal aliens and other non-citizens undermines our Republic and the voting power of American citizens. Worse yet, Socialist Democrat dilution of the voting rights of American citizens is motivated solely by their desire for political power. [Emphasis added]
Brooks said cities and states allowing foreign nationals to vote is merely a “power grab” by elected Democrats in “a brazen attempt to import a solidly socialist Democrat voting bloc.”
“… the Democrat strategy is to try to import as many non-citizens and illegal aliens into America as possible, all the while giving them voting privileges,” Brooks said:
Quite frankly, Democrats don’t like the current make-up of the American electorate. They don’t like the votes of American patriots who prefer, honor and support liberty and freedom while abhorring dictatorial Socialism. So, Democrats seek to change the American electorate in their thirst for even more dictatorial power over the lives of American citizens. [Emphasis added]
The legislation comes after Democrats on the New York City Council approved a plan that gives voting rights in municipal elections to nearly a million foreign nationals. The plan means that foreign nationals who have lived at least 30 days in New York City are now eligible to vote.
Black Americans, as well as the New York State Republican Party, are now suing the New York City Board of Elections for violating the 15th Amendment by imposing a “racially discriminatory” policy that is set to drastically dilute the voting power of American citizens in New York City, and specifically of black Americans.

Thursday, conservative talker Mark Levin railed against the Democratic Party during an appearance on FNC’s “Hannity.”
Levin accused those within the Democratic Party of hating America and criticized the party ideology for hurting middle-class Americans.

HANNITY: Here with reaction to all the big news tonight is the host of the number one show Sunday night, “Life, Liberty and Levin,” nationally syndicated radio host, the number one books — best bookseller of last year, “American Marxism,” I call him the great one Mark Levin.
I’ll let you start anywhere, but I — at the end of the show is going to remember our dear friend Rush. It’s one year ago today, Mark, that we lost —
LEVIN: Yeah.
HANNITY: — you know, the greatest of all time, the guy that paved the way for both of us.
LEVIN: Irreplaceable in so many respects and we need him more now than ever. He was our George Washington quite frankly.
Sean, you’ve asked your guests a lot of questions about what’s going on in this country, I’ll tell you what’s going on in this country. The largest political party in this country hates America. They hate our security. They hate our Constitution. They hate our Founders. They hate our Framers.
They hate our monuments. They hate our history. They hate our family structure.
And there’s so much that they hate about America that we have a vice president who’s probably among the dumbest vice presidents in American history and there have been many stupid ones who makes comments about this country that are just so vile and so repugnant.
And I would say this to Kamala Harris: you need to go over to these military cemeteries and take a look and take a look at all those crosses and those Stars of David and think about all the men and all the women who died for this country that you trash, that made who you are and what you are possible because God knows you haven’t invested into this country what those people did and what those families did.
The Democrat Party hates our military, hates our cops. The Democrat Party is selling us out to the communist Chinese, the fascistic Russians, the fascistic Iranians, and the inbred over there in North Korea.
The Democrat Party is a force for bad in this country. They never promote liberty. They never promote individualism.
There was a piece in The New York Times the other day trashing individualism. That’s what the whole country is about.
We now have an individual in Canada who reflects the same ideology. We actually now have a totalitarian regime on our northern border.
Let’s not fool ourselves, what that prime minister — whatever the hell he is — is doing to the people of Canada is a disgusting disgrace. He is the Vladimir Putin of Canada and as soon as they have an opportunity, they need to kick his ass out of that office and make sure they don’t kick it down here.
It wasn’t that long ago when we honored our nurses and our doctors, when we honored our police, we honored our truckers and all the men and women who aren’t millionaires who get dirt under their fingernails, who put their lives on the line to protect us through that pandemic, before there were vaccines, before there were therapeutics.
They would get sick and they would go to their jobs anyway, and they made this country and Canada and all other countries they worked in function. They put food on our tables, they put gasoline in our automobiles. They did what we needed to do to survive as a country, as a country, when the Chinese unleash this virus against us by not telling us about it ahead of time.
Now, because they resist these mandates, because so many of them have natural immunity which the Israelis have said is multiple times more effective than any of these vaccines, now, they’re the enemy.
Sean Hannity and America, have you noticed the Democrat Party base and the left-wing base is never the enemy. The trial lawyers are never the enemy. The teachers’ unions are never an enemy. The front groups that want open borders, they’re never the enemy. The hard left in this country, they’re never the enemy.
No, no, no, today, it’s the truckers. Yesterday, it was the parents. The day before that, it was the nurses. In other words, middle America, the people who make this country work.
The Democrat Party in this country needs to be crushed, and I want the American people to understand something — you have it within your power to take this country back. They will not be crushed unless you crush them.
And I’m talking to people, I don’t care what your race is, I don’t care what you come from. The American people do not hate this country the way that AOC does. They do not hate this country the way Kamala Harris does. We love this country.
You know how I know it? Or we’d all pack up and we go somewhere else. Our borders are overrun with people who want to escape their lousy cultures and their lousy countries to come here.
We have a Democrat Party that hates this country that wants to centralize power, that wants to destroy our voting system, that wants to eliminate the importance of citizenship, eliminate the importance of state sovereignty. We know exactly what we’re dealing with now. They’ve exposed themselves and they have this fossilized leadership in Nancy Pelosi.
Now footnote: we Republicans and I confess, I’m a Republican, we have fossilized leadership too. You had Kevin McCarthy on this program who superbly laid out what the agenda is for the House, when and if they take over the house. Has Mitch McConnell laid out the agenda for the United States Senate if the Republicans take over the Senate?
He was asked about it directly by a reporter and he said — well, we won’t be pushing the Biden progressive agenda. Well, that’s — that’s very heartwarming. And then he says, we want to have bipartisanship, we want to meet somewhere in the center with our Democrat friends so we can get things done.
Mitch McConnell, if he’s not thrown out, Republicans, we’ll never advance. He is fossilized. He’s a disaster. We need smart, new, revolutionary leadership. That’s it!

Exclusive: Congressmen to Lobby Joe Biden for Cheaper Foreign Farmworkers
Two congressmen, a Republican and a Democrat, are currently whipping up support for a lobbying effort that urges President Joe Biden’s top officials to make foreign farmworkers cheaper to hire for American farms, Breitbart News has exclusively learned.
Reps. Scott Franklin (R-FL) and Salud Carbajal (D-CA) have drafted a letter, obtained by Breitbart News, that asks Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Labor Secretary Marty Walsh to ditch plans that increase fees U.S. farms must pay to import foreign workers.
Currently, U.S. farms must pay a $190 fee per foreign H-2A visa worker that they import. A regulatory rule change, proposed in December 2021, would increase that fee to $310.
Franklin and Carbajal are asking House Republicans and Democrats, behind the scenes, to sign onto their letter that boasts of the H-2A visa program as “a crucial tool for U.S. employers to sponsor foreign laborers to work in the U.S. agricultural industry if employers verify there were no U.S. workers ‘who are able, willing, qualified, and available to do the temporary work.'”
The congressmen’s letter is being backed by the Florida Citrus Mutual (FCM), the California Citrus Mutual (CCM), and the Florida Fruits and Vegetables Association (FFVA), among others.
FCM’s political action committee (PAC) has already donated $1,000 to Franklin this election cycle and gave $2,500 to his campaign in 2020. Similarly, FFVA’s PAC has donated $1,000 to Franklin this year and $1,000 to him in 2020.
Meanwhile, Carbajal raked in $5,000 worth of donations in 2020 from the California Farm Bureau, which is closely linked to CCM.
The H-2A program, which remains limitless, has been used to replace Americans.
Black Americans, who previously worked on farms along the Mississippi Delta, filed a lawsuit late last year alleging that they had been fired and replaced by imported farmworkers from South Africa via the H-2A visa program.
Likewise, a federal indictment last year detailed allegations that accused a transnational criminal network of operating a “modern-day slavery” scheme that used the H-2A visa program to traffic foreign nationals into U.S. farm jobs — raping, kidnapping, and threatening them in the process.
In 1997, a little more than 16,000 foreign H-2A visa workers were imported to take American agriculture jobs. By 2021, that number had exploded to more than 258,000.
About 93 percent of all H-2A visas go to Mexican nationals.
The H-2A visa program, much like the H-2B visa program for non-agricultural work, has been proven to undercut working class Americans who rely on manual labor jobs but who are forced to compete against a growing number of cheaper, foreign workers.

The Democrats and their allies in Big Tech and the media regularly work to make this happen by subverting election integrity laws like requiring an ID, pushing for unregulated and unmonitored mail-in voting, providing support for one-sided ballot harvesting initiatives, repealing or fighting laws intended to allow states to revise voter rolls, and pouring enormous sums of money into Democrat districts to pay for election officials and ballot drop boxes.

The viewpoint also represents a departure from the business and corporate-backed pushes for more immigration overall, and seems to further indicate an ongoing shift among Republicans away from special interests toward the interests of American workers—a trend that has rapidly intensified in recent years.
Joe Biden’s DHS Frees 62,500 Border Crossers into U.S. in a Single Month
President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released more than 62,500 border crossers and illegal aliens into the United States interior in January, court records reveal.
The figure, exclusively reported by Bill Melugin at Fox News, unveiled the extent to which the Biden administration is releasing and transporting border crossers and illegal aliens into the U.S. interior.
According to the court records, DHS released 62,573 border crossers and illegal aliens into the U.S. interior in January, alone — a foreign population more than twice the size of Princeton, New Jersey; nearly twice the size of Lexington, Massachusetts; and more than six times the size of Jackson, Wyoming.
The figure includes nearly 47,000 border crossers released by the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agency and the more than 16,300 border crossers released by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency in that month.
As Breitbart News previously reported, the cost to American taxpayers for Biden’s expansive Catch and Release operation is upwards of $6.6 billion annually.
The last figure disclosed by the Biden administration revealed that from January 2021 to August 2021, more than 530,000 border crossers and illegal aliens had been released into the U.S. interior — a foreign population nearly the size of Tucson, Arizona.
In January, newly released U.S.-Mexico border figures show that Border Patrol agents apprehended nearly 154,000 border crossers. It is estimated that thousands more successfully crossed the border, undetected by agents.
