A RARE VICTORY FOR LEGALS! - GOV DeSANTIS SIGNS BAN ON ILLEGALS ABOVE THE LAW SANCTUARY CITIES IN FLORIDA!

Gov. Ron DeSantis is set to sign a ban on sanctuary cities in Florida that shield criminal illegal aliens from deportation in a historic victory for his administration.

For years, Florida Republicans have attempted — but failed — to ban sanctuary cities across the state, which has one of the largest illegal alien populations in the U.S. with at least 775,000 illegal aliens.
When DeSantis swept to victory last year in the state’s gubernatorial election against the pro-open borders Democrat candidate Andrew Gillum, he promised to crack down on illegal immigration, an initiative opposed by many of the state’s Republican establishment, including former Gov. Jeb Bush (R).
Now, less than a year after his election, DeSantis is set to sign into law a ban on sanctuary city jurisdictions in Florida, whereby if a county or locality is implementing sanctuary policies, the governor will be able to bring judicial proceedings against sanctuary city officials.
DeSantis said Florida is a “stronger” state when American citizens are protected:

I thank the Florida Legislature for presenting me with a bill that upholds the rule of law and addresses sanctuary cities and counties in Florida. We are a stronger state when we protect our residents, foster safe communities and respect the work of law enforcement.

2,031 people are talking about this

For years, establishment Republicans and Democrats in Florida have falsely claimed that there are no current sanctuary cities in the state that protect criminal illegal aliens from being deported from the country.
Currently, Alachua County, Florida, refuses to turn illegal aliens over to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) even after a national is accused of a crime. Likewise, West Palm Beach County, Florida, bans local officials from aiding ICE with investigations into criminal illegal aliens. Miami-Dade County was formerly a sanctuary city before reversing its policies following threats from President Donald Trump’s administration.
DeSantis’s historic victory in gaining support for his sanctuary city ban is particularly significant in a state like Florida. Once being signed into law, it will be only the second state in the country with one of the largest foreign-born populations to outlaw the protection of illegal aliens. The first state with a large foreign-born population to implement a sanctuary city ban was Texas.
Today, Florida has the fourth largest foreign-born population in the county, with more than 4.1 million illegal aliens, legal immigrants, and foreign-born naturalized citizens. California, Texas, and New York continue to have the largest foreign-born populations in the county. California, a sanctuary state, has almost as many foreign-born residents as New York, Texas, and Florida combined, with more than 10.5 million illegal aliens, legal residents, and foreign-born naturalized citizens living in the state.

Trump Fraud on Immigration Issues Handing Permanent Power to Democrats

Trump Fraud on Immigration Issues Handing Permanent Power to Democrats

May 1, 2019

by William Gheen
President of Americans for Legal Immigration PAC
www.alipac.us

As unprecedented numbers of fake asylum seeking illegal immigrants flood America due to President Donald J. Trump's Catch and Release Presidential directives and
numerous broken campaign promises on immigration issues, the Democrats are now gaining enough illegal voters to take full and permanent control of the White House, US Senate and House, Supreme Court, and all future US laws and policies.

President Trump campaigns like a populist but governs like a globalist, and he has conducted a great bait and switch fraud upon the American public regarding the immigration issues American voters list as their greatest concern.

Each night, the thousands of illegals being assisted into America by the US Border Patrol and Department of Homeland Security increase the chances Trump loses in 2020 and Republicans lose control of the US Senate because there are no safeguards to prevent illegals and non-citizens from voting in US elections.

Most Americans Still Don't Know That Our Border Patrol Agents and Troops are Escorting Illegals Into America under Trump's orders!

There is simply a Yes or No box on the voter registration forms, and DMV display screens asking, "Are you a US Citizen?" and anyone who says "yes" gets a voter registration card because no government agency checks the federal citizenship databases on the county, state, or federal level.
Non-Citizen voters are already putting Democrats in power in many states, counties, and districts without the slightest hindrance or knowledge of government employees and elected officials.

We know from the example of Reagan's disastrous 1986 Amnesty how non-citizen illegal Democrat voters turned the once Republican state of California into a permanent socialist Democrat hell-hole. We also know from numerous surveys and observations that non-citizens vote overwhelmingly for the Democrat Party candidates due to race-based identity politics and access to government benefits from our zombie federal government.

Our zombie federal government should have ceased to exist financially sometime before the year 2001. No American individual or business would be allowed to go into the levels of debt our government has entered where they now print more money through the process they call "quantitative easing." Our American zombie government is still alive, animated by printing money and foreign global socialist debt masters who keep the corpse animated as we the people of America read in horror each day about how our zombie government fails us and doesn't do the things we want, like protecting our borders and repelling illegal immigrants, while doing lots of things we hate like lying to us and spying on us all the time.

Donald J. Trump has become the latest liar in chief to occupy the White House after conducting what is perhaps the greatest fraud of all upon the American public who tried desperately to elect someone who says the things which are needed to save America and Americans.

And while many American patriots are fighting hard to educate more Americans about Trump's broken campaign promises, hold Trump accountable and pressure him to honor his promises, and stop the soon to be released Jared Kushner crafted Amnesty bill, many Trump supporters fill the cybersphere with excuses for Trump.

Lower Court Judges Do Not Rule America

Lots of Ever-Trumpers claim that President Trump's hands are tied by Democrats and lower court judges. While it is true that some lower court judges have made wild political rulings directing the President to release illegals with minors in their care after three weeks, there are not court orders mandating the Presidential directives of catch and release.

Catch and Release is an insane Presidential directive from the Bush and Obama administrations which Donald Trump promised to end if elected. Trump could end Catch and Release today with a phone call simply ordering our Border Patrol to stop releasing illegals and quickly repatriate them to Mexico or their country of origin.

America is not under the rule of lower courts, and the Executive Branch under Donald J. Trump is under no onus to honor lower court rulings when it comes to his execution of the existing immigration and border laws passed by Congress.

Only the US Supreme Court and a two-thirds vote by Congress have the power to override Presidential policies, and it is time for us to all end this pretense that America's laws, policies, and citizens are subject to Obama appointed activist judges.

Catch and release is not a law and is not a court order. It is a Presidential directive sustained by President Donald J. Trump.

At this point, Americans should seriously consider demanding the US Border Patrol be withdrawn from the border because that might slow illegal immigration down since the Border Patrol is currently acting like Uber drivers, picking up illegals from where the drug cartels drop them off.

There are even reports that illegal aliens are getting angry at how long they must wait for Border Patrol to come and carry them into their new lives, work permits, and socialist state benefits in America.

Trump's Illegal Caravans and Catch and Release Directives

More and
larger illegal alien caravans are forming because President Donald J. Trump is letting them into America while attempting to mislead his followers on the issues.

Trump falsely told America he was ordering DHS to repel the caravans.. He later claimed they had stopped the caravans, and while this is true, the caravans were only stopped at the Mexican border so they could take them into America in groups of 60-100 at a time.

I believe this was done because cameras catching a large group of illegals proudly breaking through the gates into America, as they did on Mexico's southern border, could be enough to finally ignite a political revolt against Trump and the globalist agenda he serves.

These illegal caravans are Trump Caravans coming to America for Trump's Catch and Release Amnesty policies.

If you listen to Trump carefully or read his numerous Tweets, you will see Trump blaming Mexico, Democrats, judges, anyone and everyone but himself for these outrages at our border. Trump wants us to believe it is everyone else's fault and responsibility but his own, when in truth the illegal immigration buck stops with Trump!

The President of the United States is commanded by Article IV of the US Constitution to protect all states from invasion, and President Donald J. Trump is obviously not doing that!

Top 10 List of Trump's Broken Campaign Promises
1. Trump reversed his campaign position of reducing legal immigration levels and now supports raising legal immigration levels according to his State of the Union Speech of Feb 5, 2019. Trump also signed a legal immigration increase of unskilled H2B visas in the Amnesty containing secret budget billH.J.Res. 31. New reports indicate his son-in-law Jared Kushner's new immigration legislation will contain more legal immigration increases that will harm American workers.
2. Trump promised caravan illegals could not come into the USA. (
Caravan illegals allowed to enter the US under Trump's Catch and Release directives.)

3. Trump promised to end Obama's unconstitutional DACA Amnesty on his first day in office. (Trump continues DACA Amnesty giving deportation protection and jobs to more than 700,000 illegal aliens in violation of existing federal laws!)

4. Amnesty Don: Trump promised to oppose Amnesty. (Trump endorsed Amnesty legislation HR 4760, signed Amnesty for illegal immigrant minors in the secret budget bill H.J.Res. 31
Tweeted he is open to larger Amnesty on Jan 20, 2019, and has deployed his son-in-law Jared Kushner to cut a deal with Democrats to give Amnesty to millions of illegals.)

5. Trump promised an Executive Order to end birthright citizenship for illegals to rally his base just before the 2018 elections. (No Order Issued.)

6. Trump promised all illegals, including DACA recipients, would go home. (Trump now supports Amnesty via HR 4760 and HJ Res 31 which allows most illegals to stay.)

7. Trump promised DHS would clean up elections fraud when he canceled the Kris Kobach led Commission On Elections Integrity. (No DHS Action.)

8. Trump promised to end Sanctuary Cities. (No Action on that and now Trump delivers more illegal aliens to Democrat strongholds where they receive maximum taxpayer benefits and protection from deportation.)

9. Trump promised to end catch and release of illegals. (Catch and release continues.)

10.
(UPDATE FEB 18, 2019 TRUMP SIGNED EMERGENCY ORDER)-- Trump said he would declare an emergency and have the military build the wall. (No action till Feb 18, 2019) Trump's border wall promise remains 90% broken because a wall will not work as long as Border Patrol catches and releases illegals and escorts them into the USA.

As you can see from these ten painful facts above, President Donald J. Trump is conducting the largest fraud ever committed upon the American public.

We thought we were electing another President Dwight D. Eisenhower, but we got another GW Bush because Trump's immigration policies and legislative agenda are very similar to the Bush administration.

We need all Americans to come to terms with these betrayals and begin to organize rapidly to defend against these policies and the new legislative Amnesty push coming from the White House.

We are going to need Laura Ingraham, Tucker Carlson, Ann Coulter, Michelle Malkin, Kris Kobach, Rush Limbaugh, and Michael Savage to fight harder than ever before.

We need NumbersUSA, Center for Immigration Studies (CIS), and the Federation of Americans for Immigration Reform (FAIR) and their surrogates Roy Beck, Dan Stein, Rosemary Jenks, Mark Krikorian, and Stephen Camarota to stop conducting "listening sessions" with Jared Kushner in the White House to aid his efforts to cut a deal on Amnesty for millions of illegals.

We all need to fight illegal immigration, Amnesty, and the
North American Union, harder than ever before and inform as many remaining Trump supporters as possible about how they have been used and lied to by a Republican once again.

With lifelong Democrats like Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump running the show in the White House and espousing plans to run for President as Democrats one day it makes many of us wonder... Was Trump ever really a Republican at all or merely an actor playing the role of a Judas Goat leading conservatives to our doom?

The unemployment rate for Hispanics and Latinos in the U.S. fell to its lowest level on record in April of 2019, data from the Labor Department show.

In April, the seasonally adjusted unemployment rate for Hispanics and Latinos declined to 4.2 percent, a sharp decline from 4.7 percent in March. That beat record its previous record lows of 4.4 percent hit in October and December. The government began tracking Hispanic employment data in 1973.
The number of Hispanics and Latinos employed in the U.S. in April was 27.3 million, a slight dip from the record high set in December.
The unemployment rate for the entire U.S. workforce fell to 3.6 percent in April, the lowest level since 1969.

PARTNERED WITH MEXICO, the LA RAZA DEMOCRAT PARTY and the PRO-BUSINESS GOP to keep wages for LEGALS depressed (today they are depressed to 1973 levels).

But you will still get the tax bills for the Mex welfare state and crime tidal wave!

Trump’s labor department moves to designate gig economy workers as “independent contractors”

The Trump administration is moving rapidly to back so-called Gig Economy companies, which deliberately misclassify their employees as “independent contractors” in order to circumvent minimum wage, overtime and other longstanding federal labor laws.

In an open opinion letter released Monday, the US Department of Labor (DOL) sided with an unnamed company, which connects consumers to house cleaners. The company asked the Labor Department’s Wage and Hour Division for clarification on whether it could designate its employees as independent contractors.
The letter, signed Keith E. Sonderling, the acting administrator for department’s Wage and Hour Division, provides a series of specious arguments to justify classifying the company’s workers as independent contractors. The letter claims the housekeeping workers essentially “work for themselves” and are not employees because there are no limitations or restrictions from the company on the hours they can work or to prevent them from working for competitors.
It also said the workers were not “permanent” because they were free to leave the company as they choose and free to use their own “facilities and equipment.” The letter also cited the “lack of integration” between the unnamed company in question and the workers who use the company to find work.
“This DOL opinion letter is a cynical interpretation of employment law,” said Rebecca Smith, a spokesperson for the National Employment Law Project, which has exposed wage theft and other abuses of contract and temporary workers. “Whatever gig company sought the opinion will likely use the letter as a free pass to argue that it acted in good faith in classifying its workers as contractors—even when its actions fail to satisfy the traditional legal test for determining employment status.”
Smith further stated, “The effort to secure a DOL opinion letter may be just one more piece of a coordinated industry campaign to strip gig workers of minimum wage and other employee protections.” The Labor Department, she said, relied on information solely from the company and ignored key facts in the case. The company that initiated the case “assigns workers to jobs, sets their pay, and disciplines them when they fail to meet the company’s rigorous performance standards. Under those facts, how can the workers be in business for themselves?”
The Labor Department letters provides a greenlight to for the greater exploitation of these already vulnerable workers, which in turn will be used to drive down wages and conditions of the whole working class. The Trump administration has stacked various regulatory agencies with former corporate executives and lobbyists while the right-wing majority of the Supreme Court has repeatedly made ruling that block workers access to class action lawsuits by tying them up in arbitration proceedings that inevitable favor corporations.
In a recent report NELP revealed how “intermediary software” companies like Uber and in particular Handy (a home services provider) work with right-wing corporate lobbyists to rewrite labor laws making it easier for them to mislabel workers as contractors. By falsely portraying themselves as merely “intermediaries” between consumer and worker these companies are free to pump out more surplus value from workers by paying them less than the already abysmally low federal minimum wage.
While not legally binding, the opinion letter has far reaching consequences for the potentially millions of workers who currently work “Gig” jobs, driving for Uber or Lyft, and other such part-time jobs made possible through intermediary software apps. If a company can designate its employees as an independent contractor, they are not required to pay the federal minimum wage or overtime, and they are under no legal obligation to provide benefits or workers compensation to injured workers.
Although it is difficult to determine at any moment exactly how many gig workers there are, the best estimates on the matter put the number anywhere from one to five million.
Indeed, for most of these workers the job is not some part-time “gig” but a full-time job with many working for competing apps simultaneously. Nor is it true, as the Labor Department letter claims, that workers are “free to set their hours.” Instead workers are often forced to compete against each other for the most profitable hours.
Minimum wage, overtime hours, workers compensation and other federal protections were signed into law with the passage of the Fair Labor Standards Act in 1938. The law was part of a series of reforms enacted by the Roosevelt administration in response to political radicalization of the working class and wave of militant strikes and plant occupations that sparked fears in the ruling class that America was heading towards a socialist revolution.
The decades-long decline of American capitalism and the transformation of the trade unions into the direct instruments of corporate management has resulted in a decay in the social position of the working class and the reemergence of the most brutal forms of exploitation.
This was accelerated after the 2008 global financial crash, which was used by capitalist governments everywhere, led by the United States, to further restructure class relations and overturn gains won by workers through generations of struggle. After bailing out Wall Street, the Obama administration restructured the auto industry, slashing wages in half for new hires and sharply increasing the number of part-time and temporary workers.
During Obama’s two terms in office, 95 percent of all the new job growth were temporary, part-time positions, including work obtained through independent contracts and “gigs.” Under the Democratic president and now Trump, these conditions are being transferred to the “real” economy.
Truck drivers are increasingly designated as independent contractors by their firms, freeing them from any obligation to pay minimum wages and shifting the costs of fuel, insurance, lease payments and maintenance costs onto drivers. In California in 2011, truck drivers filed over 800 wage theft claims against freight carriers charging that they had been robbed of millions of dollars in wages and overtime pay due to being misclassified as independent contractors.
In 2018 food delivery service app Grubhub was brought to trial in a wrongful termination lawsuit. The judge in that case ruled that Grubhub was merely a software platform for connecting drivers and dining establishments and therefore the drivers were not eligible for workplace protections or benefits.
One former Grubhub driver, Candice Roberts, commented at the time, “One of the biggest issues I had with attempting to work for these app-based delivery companies is car insurance! They simply deny any proper coverage for car insurance (some don’t cover any at all!) if you’re in an accident on the job and tell you to rely on your own car insurance.” The cost of personal business insurance is often more than the company pays them, she said. “They are putting their drivers’ lives at risk! They don’t care about their drivers at all!”
In a perfunctory response to the opinion letter, an AFL-CIO spokesperson told the Wall Street Journal, “The labor movement embraces advances in technology. But we reject the use of 21st century breakthroughs as an excuse for 19th century labor practices.”
In fact, the unions have been complicit in the decades-long war against the working class, which has made the very concept of “job security” inconceivable to whole generation of workers.

“Increasing immigration is the one thing that can wipe out all the wage gains, all the employment gains for those blue-collar workers who switched parties to vote for him,” Jenks said. “I hope someone in the White House has his interest in mind who is telling him this.”

Cheating Our Way to 4 Percent Growth

https://www.nationalreview.com/corner/cheating-our-way-to-4-percent-growth/?utm_source=E-mail+Updates&utm_campaign=7c5d5b8f80-

Adding more people certainly adds to total GDP, but it’s something of a statistical “cheat” because almost all of the gains go to the immigrants themselvesSince GDP is such a common measure of the nation’s economic health, most Americans expect that a higher GDP means the unemployment rate is going down and their incomes are going up. For example, Fox News recently described a 1 percent gain in GDP as “about $500 per American.” But expanding the population through immigration has little overall effect on the incomes of the people already here. Total GDP will always increase with population growth, but per capita GDP is much more stubborn.
Although the distinction between gains to GDP and gains to natives seems like a simple one, the media are frequently confused by it. CNN once warned that the Cotton-Perdue RAISE Act — which would reduce immigration over the long term by eliminating chain migration — would lead to “4.6 million lost jobs by the year 2040.” The claim is tautological. It simply restates the fact that a smaller population will have a smaller number of workers than a larger population. It implies nothing about the effect of the RAISE Act on Americans.
If the president does attempt to sell immigration-inflated GDP numbers as proof of prosperity, I suspect ordinary Americans will not buy it. The working-class voters who elected him are bound to notice that their own financial situations don’t match the rosy economic numbers. They may end up feeling even more left behind than they do now.
Enjoy that raise. This might be as good as it gets
By MARK WHITEHOUSE

U.S. workers have finally been seeing some decent raises in recent months, after suffering through nearly a decade of meager wage gains. Unfortunately for them, this might be as good as it gets.
The behavior of wages has long been a central mystery of the U.S. labor market. Even as employers kept hiring and the unemployment rate fell to multidecade lows, the demand for workers failed to translate into higher pay. For most of the period starting in 2010 and ending in 2013, wage growth hovered below 2%.
Lately, though, things have started to move. Year-over-year growth in average hourly earnings reached 3.4% in February, roughly matching the pace that prevailed ahead of the last recession, before retreating a bit to 3.2% in March.
In terms of actual dollars, average weekly pay now ranges from a low of $357 for those in leisure and hospitality and $500 for retail workers up to $1,553 for utility employees, $1,366 for miners and loggers, and $1,013 for finance workers on the high end.
Could wages accelerate further? It wouldn’t be unreasonable to expect some payback after all those years of relative stagnation. Yet considering one of the most important contributors to wage growth — workers’ productivity — it doesn’t seem likely to be all that big.
In the longer run, two factors determine how much employers can and should pay. One is inflation: Wages must keep pace with prices lest workers end up worse off. The other is productivity: The more employees produce each hour, the more companies can afford to pay them.
The sum of the two — inflation plus productivity growth — sets a sort of limit on how fast pay can increase without causing economic problems.
So what’s the limit? As of December, the Federal Reserve’s preferred measure of inflation, at 1.95%, was very close to the central bank’s target of 2%. It could go a little higher, but a lot would be undesirable and attract a justified response from the Fed.
Meanwhile, productivity growth remained pretty slow, up just 1.77% from a year earlier. Altogether, that adds up to about 3.7% — a low ceiling that wage growth was already close to hitting.
In other words, greater gains in workers’ living standards will require faster productivity growth. To some extent, higher wages might provide a boost of their own. Beyond that, though, it’s hard to see where the growth will come from.
Corporate tax cuts haven’t resulted in the kind of investment that could drive a breakthrough. President Trump hasn’t followed through on promises of infrastructure spending — which, done right, could make the whole economy work better. And his immigration policies have not been conducive to bringing in highly skilled foreigners.
That leaves workers to hope for a miracle. It could happen, but don’t count on it.
Mark Whitehouse writes a column for Bloomberg.

"In a state like Florida, where immigrants make up about 25.4 percent of the labor force, American workers have their weekly wages reduced by perhaps more than 12.5 percent. In California, where immigrants make up 34 percent of the labor force, American workers’ weekly wages are reduced by potentially 17 percent." JOHN BINDER

"In the last decade alone, the U.S. admitted ten million legal immigrants, forcing American workers to compete against a growing population of low-wage foreign workers. Meanwhile, if legal immigration continues, there will be 69 million foreign-born residents living in the U.S. by 2060. This would represent an unprecedented electoral gain for the Left, as Democrats win about 90 percent of congressional districts where the foreign-born population exceeds the national average."

Trump Abandons ‘America First’ Reforms: ‘We Need’ More Immigration to Grow Business Profits

6 Mar 201910,245
7:16

Ahead of the 2020 presidential election, President Trump is abandoning his prior “America First” legal immigration reforms to support increases of legal immigration levels in order to expand profits for businesses and corporations.

For the fourth time in about a month, Trump suggested increasing legal immigration levels. With Apple CEO Tim Cook sitting next to him at the White House on Wednesday, Trump said he not only wanted more legal immigration but that companies needed an expansion of new arrivals to grow their business.
“We’re going to have a lot of people coming into the country. We want a lot of people coming in. And we need it,” Trump said:
It’s not a question of do we want [more immigration], these folks are going to have to sort of not expand too much. And if we tell them … these are very ambitious people around this table. They don’t like the concept of not expanding. We want to have the companies grow and the only way they’re going to grow is if we give them the workers and the only way we’re going to have the workers is to do exactly what we’re doing. [Emphasis added]
The comments are a direct rebuttal of the president’s commitments in 20152016, and 2017, where he vowed to reduce overall legal immigration levels to boost the wages of U.S. workers and reduce the displacement of America’s working and middle class.
In 2017, for instance, Trump touted Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) and Sen. David Perdue’s (R-GA) RAISE Act legislation, which would have cut legal immigration down to about 500,000 arrivals a year rather than the current admission of more than one million legal immigrants annually who compete against working-class Americans for jobs.
Trump, at the time, said legal immigration levels needed to be trimmed to “reduce poverty, increase wages, and save taxpayers billions and billions of dollars,” arguing that the current importation of more than a million legal immigrants every year “has placed substantial pressure on American workers, taxpayers, and community resources.”
“Among those hit the hardest in recent years have been immigrants, and very importantly, minority workers competing for jobs against brand new arrivals,” Trump said in 2017 of current legal immigration levels. “And it has not been fair to our people, to our citizens, to our workers.”
NumbersUSA’s Rosemary Jenks said Trump supporters must remind the White House of the commitment that the president made on the campaign trail when it comes to legal immigration reforms.
“We need to remember all of the promises that candidate Trump made on immigration. Which included, most importantly, putting Americans first,” Jenks told Breitbart News.
“I would certainly hope, that in order to keep his campaign promises that before even talking about expanding legal immigration, he would work with employers to recruit the 50 million working-age Americans who are outside the labor market,” Jenks said. “Or work with these companies to hire laid-off GM workers. They’re Americans, they should come first.”
Trump’s newfound support for increasing legal immigration levels has become part of his stump speech on the issue, repeating the same sentiment most recently at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC).
There, Trump said the country needs more foreign workers to help corporations.
“We need an immigration policy that’s going to be great for our corporations and our great companies … we need workers to come in but they’ve got to come in legally and they’ve got to come in through merit,” Trump said.
Trump’s shift in legal immigration views has coincided with the White House giving accessto a myriad of globalist business groups, including the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the George W. Bush Center, and a number of libertarian organizations funded by the pro-mass immigration billionaire Koch brothers.
Spokespeople for the Chamber of Commerce, LULAC, George W. Bush Center, and Koch Industries dominate the immigration talks in White House currently. https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2019/02/26/globalist-business-immigration-talks-white-house/

Globalist Business Groups Dominate Immigration Talks at White House

Increasing legal immigration beyond their already historically high levels would crush the wage and job gains that Trump’s “Hire American” economy has made possible thus far. Nationwide, wages rose 3.0 percent in 2018. For Americans who switched jobs, wages rose by 4.6 percent and by 5.2 percent in Minnesota where few migrant workers choose to live.
Though unemployment has remained low, there continues to be at least 13 million working-age Americans who are either unemployed, not in the labor force but want a job, or who are working part-time jobs but want a good-paying full-time job.
“Increasing immigration is the one thing that can wipe out all the wage gains, all the employment gains for those blue-collar workers who switched parties to vote for him,” Jenks said. “I hope someone in the White House has his interest in mind who is telling him this.”
Out of those 13 million Americans who are available for U.S. jobs, about 6.5 million are unemployed. Of those unemployed, close to 13 percent are American teenagers who are ready for entry-level U.S. jobs — the exact jobs that low-skilled foreign workers generally tend to take.
About 1.6 million Americans are not in the labor force at all, but they want a job, including about 426,000 discouraged American workers who are demoralized by their job prospects. Also, there are 5.1 million Americans who are working part-time jobs but who want full-time jobs. More than 1.4 million of these U.S. part-time workers said they had looked for full-time jobs but could not find any.
Mass immigration, whether legal or illegal, puts downward pressure on Americans’ wages, researchers have repeatedly noted.
Every one percent increase in the immigrant composition of an American workers’ occupation reduces their weekly wages by about 0.5 percent, researcher Steven Camarotta has found. This means the average native-born American worker today has their weekly wages reduced by perhaps 8.5 percent because of current legal immigration levels.
In a state like Florida, where immigrants make up about 25.4 percent of the labor force, American workers have their weekly wages reduced by perhaps more than 12.5 percent. In California, where immigrants make up 34 percent of the labor force, American workers’ weekly wages are reduced by potentially 17 percent.
Likewise, every one percent increase in the immigrant composition of low-skilled U.S. occupations reduces wages by about 0.8 percent. Should 15 percent of low-skilled jobs be held by foreign-born workers, it would reduce the wages of native-born American workers by perhaps 12 percent.
The mass importation of legal immigrants — mostly due to President George H.W. Bush’s Immigration Act of 1990, which expanded legal immigration levels — diminishes job opportunities for the roughly four million young American graduates who enter the workforce every year wanting good-paying jobs.
In the last decade alone, the U.S. admitted ten million legal immigrants, forcing American workers to compete against a growing population of low-wage foreign workers. Meanwhile, if legal immigration continues, there will be 69 million foreign-born residents living in the U.S. by 2060. This would represent an unprecedented electoral gain for the Left, as Democrats win about 90 percent of congressional districts where the foreign-born population exceeds the national average.

Trump’s DHS Extends ‘Temporary’ Amnesty for 300K Foreign Nationals

President Donald Trump’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen is extending a temporary amnesty status for more than 300,000 foreign nationals, a notice from the agency states.
In an announcement on Thursday, Nielsen said DHS would not only continue to complywith a preliminary injunction from last year — in which a federal judge in California blocked Trump’s rescinding of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) — but that the agency would be extending TPS for hundreds of thousands of nationals of Sudan, Haiti, Nicaragua, and El Salvador through January 2020.
Sudanese nationals have had their TPS extended since 1997, while Nicaraguans have enjoyed TPS since 1998. Likewise, El Salvador’s nationals have had TPS since about 2001, and Haitians have had their TPS renewed since about 2010.
Trump sought to end TPS for the more than 300,000 foreign resident population in the U.S., prompting a lawsuit from the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). Now, though, Nielsen’s decision to extend TPS will allow the foreign nationals to stay in the country until at least January 2020, a reversal of the administration’s initial plan.
About 200,000 of the nationals protected by TPS in the latest DHS decision are from El Salvador, while another 50,000 are from Haiti. The remaining more than 50,000 nationals are from Sudan and Nicaragua.
TPS has become a quasi-amnesty for otherwise illegal aliens created under the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1990 (INA) that prevents the deportation of foreign nationals from countries that have suffered through famine, war, or natural disasters. Since the Clinton administration, TPS has been transformed into a de facto amnesty program as the Bush, Obama, and now Trump administration has continuously renewed the program for a variety of countries.
Pro-American immigration reformers like former Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach have argued that the TPS program has been abused by the open borders lobby and DHS officials.
At the beginning of 2020, DHS will announce whether the agency will once again renew TPS for the more than 300,000 foreign nationals or terminate their status.

Only a complete fool would believe that Trump is any more for American Legal workers than the Democrat Party for Billionaires and Banksters!

“Trump Administration Betrays Low-Skilled American Workers.”

The latest ad from the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) asks Trump to reject the mass illegal and legal immigration policies supported by Wall Street, corporate executives, and most specifically, the GOP mega-donor Koch brothers.
Efforts by the big business lobby, Chamber of Commerce, Koch brothers, and George W. Bush Center include increasing employment-based legal immigration that would likely crush the historic wage gains that Trump has delivered for America’s blue collar and working class citizens.

Mark Zuckerberg’s Silicon Valley investors are uniting with the Koch network’s consumer and industrial investors to demand a huge DACA amnesty

A handful of Republican and Democrat lawmakers are continuing to tout a plan that gives amnesty to nearly a million illegal aliens in exchange for some amount of funding for President Trump’s proposed border wall along the U.S.-Mexico border.

"The amnesty activist also said that the “border has been a crooked proposition from the beginning, and it will continue to be twisted to meet political ends,” adding that many open-borders activists still insist that “people didn’t cross the border, the border crossed them.”

“At some point we will have to accept the fact that the border between Mexico and the United States is nothing more than an invention. It was demarcated in 1848, following a war that cost Mexico about half its territory (it’s no coincidence that cities like Los Angeles, San Antonio and San Francisco have Spanish names),” Ramos said. “Also, it’s been said a thousand times that many people didn’t cross the border, the border crossed them. And the cultural and commercial ties between the two sides remain in place to this day. Look at the fellowship exhibited by cities like El Paso, Texas, and Ciudad Juárez, Mexico even if barbed wire and concrete barriers have been erected in some places along the divide.” LA RAZA SUPREMACIST JORGE RAMOS

ANN COULTER: WILL THE GLOBALIST DEMOCRAT PARTY FOR BANKSTERS AND BILLIONAIRES DESTROY AMERICA?
I would also go to all of the working class that are in America, construction workers in particular. Their salaries have not just stagnated, they have gone down in the last 20 years. These are the least among us. We are the only ones not speaking out of self-interest. …
Most of the people who are advocating for open borders … they have a vested in interest in having either the cheap labor or the Democratic voters. Their neighborhoods aren’t the ones being overwhelmed. They get the cheap maids, the cheap nannies, and then they strut around like they’re Martin Luther King.
No, you are talking in your self-interest, Chamber of Commerce, and Koch brothers, and Nancy Pelosi, and Chuck Schumer. It’s Donald Trump and our side who are actually caring about our fellow Americans — the kids who are getting addicted to black tar heroin. …
The heroin problem in this country is 100 percent a problem of not having a wall on the border. And 70,000 Americans are dying every year. That’s more that died in the entire Vietnam War. That is a national emergency.  ANN COULTER

“Sessions is the only one doing something about illegal immigration!” Ann Coulter… AND THAT IS WHY TRUMP FIRED HIM!

THE MOVE TO MAKE AG JEFF SESSIONS PRESIDENT is denounced by the Narco state of Mexico which relies on the wholesale looting of America.

ANN COULTER EXPOSES TRUMP’S “WALL” HOAX

In fact, Trump is steadily moving in the precise opposite direction of what he promised.

Illegal immigration is on track to hit the highest levels in more than a decade, and Trump has willfully decided to keep amnesty advocates Jared, Ivanka, Mick Mulvaney, Marc Short, and Mercedes Schlapp in the White House. For all his talk about immigration, did he ever consider hiring people who share his MAGA vision?
