A 29-year-old woman fought off a man attempting to rape her aboard a Manhattan subway train Friday night.

The J train pulled into the Chambers St. station at 9:10 p.m. Police say the victim was stepping onto the platform, but then the assailant pulled her back onto the train, NY Daily News reported.

His genitals were exposed, and he attempted to force her to perform oral sex on him.

“He punched her, pinned her to the floor and grabbed her jacket, ripping it, in an attempt to undress her, cops said,” NY Daily News reported.

He stole her keys, $60, and her cell phone.

The woman was able to fight him off and escape the car just before the doors closed and the train took off. She received treatment at a nearby hospital.

The assailant was 5’6” tall and between the ages of 30 and 40. At the time of the assault he was wearing a white face mask, navy blue hoodie and pants, and black and white sneakers.

“Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.”

In January, police arrested a man for the attempted rape of an 18-year-old woman aboard a Subway train on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, Fox 5 NY reported.

The perpetrator, with 11 prior arrests, & who had an active bench warrant, now faces charges of attempted rape,” NYPD Chief of Transit tweeted.

Last September, a 21-year-old tourist from St. Louis was raped on a platform by a man she befriended on the train, the New York Post reported. The suspect is still at large.

Angel Dad: Biden’s DHS Chief Alejandro Mayorkas Sought to Protect My Son’s Illegal Alien Killer from Deportation

Alejandro Mayorkas, secretary of the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), speaks during a news conference in the James S. Brady Press Briefing Room at the White House in Washington, DC, US, on Thursday, May 11, 2023. Mayorkas said Wednesday the Biden administration has been constrained by outdated and broken …

Angel Dad Don Rosenberg said President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas tried to shield his son’s illegal alien killer from deportation when he headed the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) under then-President Obama.

On November 16, 2010, second-year law student Drew Rosenberg, 25 years old, was killed in the sanctuary city of San Francisco, California, by Roberto Galo, an illegal alien from Honduras who had been granted Temporary Protected Status (TPS) to stay in the U.S.

Galo hit Drew, who was riding his bike, and ran him over twice before attempting to flee the scene of the crash. Galo stopped his car on Drew’s abdomen, prompting a group of bystanders to help lift the car off of him.

In an interview on the Immigration Reform Law Institute’s (IRLI) “No Border, No Country” podcast, Rosenberg said Galo spent just 43 days in jail for killing Drew and was subsequently released by then-San Francisco Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi, who had also released the illegal alien who went on to be accused of murdering Kate Steinle.

Mayorkas, then-Director of USCIS under Obama, tried desperately to keep Galo from being deported from the U.S., according to Rosenberg:

After [Galo] was convicted, I met with Henry Waxman who was my congressman at the time. I just said ‘Look, I want to make sure this guy is detained and deported’ and this is now into 2012. I wouldn’t say [Waxman] was enthusiastic about helping me but he did write to USCIS and got a response back that the guy would not be detained and would not be deported because, and this is an exact quote, ‘he’s only committed one crime of moral turpitude’ — [that’s] government speak for ‘he’s only killed one person, what’s the big deal?’ [Emphasis added]

I didn’t find out until later … who’s policy was that? Who was in charge of USCIS at the time? Mayorkas. And the one thing I would say, this issue, it’s the same crappy, disgusting people from Gavin Newsom to Kamala Harris to George Gascon to Alejandro Mayorkas. It’s the same people you see over and over and over again that contributed to my son’s death … Gascon was police chief at the time, Newsom was the mayor of San Francisco, and Kamala Harris was district attorney. They basically rewarded the guy for breaking the law so why wouldn’t he continue to do that? It took me eight months to get the guy deported. [Emphasis added]

Then, in 2014, Rosenberg said he met with Mayorkas — who was serving as deputy secretary of DHS — and asked him if he considered crimes committed by illegal aliens to be “serious offense[s]” to which he said Mayorkas would not answer the question.

“Liar, scumbag, psychopath, he’s all of those things,” Rosenberg said of Mayorkas. “I left that meeting with him, I almost had the shivers … there’s something wrong with him.”

Since Drew’s death, cities and counties across California have dramatically expanded their sanctuary policies.

Most recently, as Breitbart News reported, the Los Angeles City Council officially declared the city a sanctuary jurisdiction that codifies its policy to refuse Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) cooperation.

In April, as Rosenberg noted, San Mateo County approved a sanctuary county policy that shields criminal illegal aliens from arrest and deportation by ICE agents even in the most horrific cases of murder, child sex crimes, and rape.

Poll: Biden’s Border Policy Breaks Public Support for Immigration

A growing plurality of citizens alongside almost two out of three Republicans say immigration makes the nation “worse off,” according to a YouGov poll.

The June 3-6 poll of 1,500 citizens asked, “In general, do you think immigration makes the U.S. better off or worse off?”

A 36 percent plurality of all respondents said immigration — legal and illegal — makes the country “worse off,” while just 31 percent said immigration makes the nation “better off.” Registered voters split 37 percent worse off, and 35 percent better off.

The “worse off” plurality also debunks the Cold War-era narrative that the United States is a “Nation of Immigrants.”

The poll was taken amid President Joe Biden’s loose borders policy, which has imported at least 4 million illegal southern migrants into Americans’ communities and workplaces.

Biden and his allies import more poor migrants for economic and “equity” reasons, amid abundant evidence of the huge pocketbook and civic damage they cause to blue-collar and white-collar Americans and their communities.

The poll’s 36 percent to 31 percent plurality against migration is a big 25-point shift from a prior YouGov poll in June 2021. In 2021, only 20 percent of adults said “worse off,” while 40 percent said “better off.”

Other polls show similar results.

The “worse” and “better” views may gain strength because many voters shrugged their shoulders at the question. Eighteen percent said immigration “does not make much difference,” and 14 percent said, “not sure.” Establishment media provides little information on migration to citizens, but much sympathetic coverage of migrants.

Among Republicans, 62 percent said “worse off,” while just 16 percent said “better off,” according to the poll. Just 25 percent were unconcerned.

That is a huge 36-point shift from June 2021, when the GOP supporters split 32 percent “worse off” and “22 percent” better off. Since the near-even split in 2021, the GOP’s “worse off” voters are now four times as numerous as the “better off” voters.

This shift is a coalition headache for the GOP leadership because most of the party’s major donors and local leaders strongly prefer the continued inflow of immigrant consumers, renters, and workers. The result is that nearly all GOP politicians zig-zag between voters and donors.

Since June 2021, Democrats have shifted towards “worse off.” In June 2021, 60 percent of Democrats reported a positive view and just 11 percent had a negative view. This May, Democrats were 47 percent positive and 16 percent negative. That adds up to an 18-point shift toward “worse off.”

Independents have shifted since June 2021 from 42 percent positive and 20 percent negative to 29 percent positive and 33 percent negative in May 2023. That marks a 26-point shift toward “worse off.”

Blacks split 33 percent better off, 22 percent worse off.

Hispanics split 39 percent better off, 21 percent worse off.

The poll also shows a modest class difference. Migration is slightly favored by voters who earn above $100,000, and distinctly unfavored by people who earn less than $50,000.

A plurality of young people are optimistic about migration. A small majority, 51 percent, of people older than 65 say migration makes the nation worse off.

Biden’s Post-Title 42 Border: Two Million+ Migrants Per Year

President Joe Biden’s deputies welcomed at least 107,000 more southern migrants in the three weeks after the removal of the Title 42 border barrier on May 12.

If continued all year, this official southern inflow across the Mexican border would deliver roughly 1.7 million migrants in 2023 — or roughly one wage-cutting, rent-spiking migrant for every two American births. The number rises above two million if the stealthy inflow of so-called “gotaways” is counted.

Yet Democrats insist Biden’s semi-open border policy is supposedly working — mostly by comparing the new data to the chaotic rush of 10,000 migrants per day just before the Title 42 barrier was lifted.

“Unlawful entries between ports of entry along the Southwest Border have decreased by more than 70 percent since May 11,” said a June 6 statement from the Department of Homeland Security, headed by pro-migration Alejandro Mayorkas. The statement did not discuss the rush of migrants in early May.

“Unlawful border crossings are down, they’re down by 70 percent,” White House spokeswoman Karine Jean-Pierre claimed on June 7.

“We have seen a month where border numbers are down over 70 percent from their peak,” said Indian-born Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-Wa) said in a June 7 hearing.  “As Politico put it, it is “The migrant crisis that still hasn’t arrived.'”

The Democratic chorus is echoed by the compliant media. “As border crossings dip, Biden admin crows about the fiasco that never happened,” Politico repeated.

The Democrats’ spin helps their allies hide the continued inflow of migrants via the various quasi-legal loopholes that are being created by pro-migration Mayorkas.

During the 22 days from May 11 to June 2, the border agency registered 3,700 “unscheduled encounters” per day. That is a new term for people who are arrested as they cross the border. That daily inflow added up to 81,400 migrants in 22 days.

Another 1,070 economic migrants signed up each day for scheduled arrests via the “CBP One” cellphone app. That added another 23,540 economic migrants in 22 days.

Mayorkas also welcomed another 23,000 illegal migrants via the “airport parole” route. These migrants were flown in from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela.

The inflow adds up to 107,000 registered and released migrants in the 20 days since May 12. If that rate remains stable, the administration will welcome 1.7 million southern migrants in one year.

That jury-rigged inflow delivers one migrant for every two American births during the same period. Nearly all those entry routes rely on shaky legal claims that are losing in court.

After releasing the migrants, Mayorkas’ agency also uses taxpayer funding to operate bus networks to move the usually poor migrants to the jobs and homes also sought by Americans.  “The Administration’s plan is working as intended,” DHS declared on June 6.

The core issue is that Mayorkas and his allies want to import more poor, diverse migrants for economic and “equity” reasons.

They ignore the abundant evidence of the huge pocketbook and civic damage that they are causing to blue-collar and white-collar Americans and their communities — and their inflow numbers are scheduled to go up.

For example. Mayorkas has already announced that he will increase the CPB One inflow to 1,250 people per day, or an additional 72,000 people per year.

Mayorkas has also announced he plans to bring in 100,000 left-behind children and spouses of illegal migrants from Central America. Officials have not explained the legal justification for recruiting illegal migrants under a so-called “family reunification” plan.

He also opened the first of 100 planned foreign sites where would-be migrants can apply for resettlement or temporary work in the United States. Many of these migrants may be welcomed via the legal — and uncapped — refugee program funded by Congress.

Also, the official figures do not include any numbers for job-seeking illegals who sneak across the desert, or who use B-1/B-2 visitor visas to slide through cursory inspects at U.S. airports.

DHS Chief Mayorkas Claims Border Is NOT OPEN Despite Biden Ending Title 42

On June 2, for example, Breitbart News reported that roughly 51,000 “got-away” migrants sneaked past the thinly-guarded border during May. That suggests 35,000 gotaways sneaked through during a 22-day period, so boosting the 22-day southern inflow to roughly 140,000. That southern got-away number also boosts the southern inflow to roughly 2.2 million, or almost two migrants for every three U.S. births, if the numbers stay stable.

The federal agency does not release any data for the number of illegally working B-1/B2 visa holders. However, Breitbart News has tried to track the growing population of B-1/B-2 illegal workers.

The DHS also claimed it deported 38,400 migrants from May 12 to June 2. But it did not say how many were sent back to Mexico, where they will likely try to get across the border.

But the low number of 38,400 deportations means that the agency completed just two new deportations for every nine southern arrivals. Those odds suggest that the next wave of poor migrants have a 72 percent chance of getting across Mayorkas’ border — and winning the huge prize of getting U.S. jobs and homes.  Those success odds are far greater than the changing of winning jackpot lotteries in their home countries.

In addition to the southern inflow, Mayorkas is also welcoming roughly 1 million legal immigrants.

He is also welcoming roughly 1 million temporary visa workers, such as H-2A agricultural workers, H-2B laborers, and H-1B, L- and J-1 white-collar workers. Many of those temporary workers never leave.

The various inflows are delivering roughly one migrant — legal, quasi-legal, temporary, or illegal — in 2023 for every one of the 3.66 million American births in 2022.

Extraction Migration

The federal government has long operated an unpopular economic policy of Extraction Migration. This colonialism-like policy extracts vast amounts of human resources from needy countries, reduces beneficial trade, and uses the imported workers, renters, and consumers to grow Wall Street and the economy.

The migrant inflow has successfully forced down Americans’ wages and also boosted rents and housing prices. The inflow has also pushed many native-born Americans out of careers in a wide variety of business sectors and contributed to the rising death rate of poor Americans.

The lethal policy also sucks jobs and wealth from heartland states by subsidizing coastal investors with a flood of low-wage workers, high-occupancy renters, and government-aided consumers.

The population inflow also reduces the political clout of native-born Americans, because the population replacement allows elites to divorce themselves from the needs and interests of ordinary Americans.

In many speeches, Mayorkas says he is building a mass migration system to deliver workers to wealthy employers and investors and “equity” to poor foreigners. The nation’s border laws are subordinate to elite opinion about “the values of our country” Mayorkas claims.

Migration — and especially, labor migration — is unpopular among swing voters. A 54 percent majority of Americans say Biden is allowing a southern border invasion, according to an August 2022 poll commissioned by the left-of-center National Public Radio (NPR).

The 54 percent “Invasion” majority included 76 percent of Republicans, 46 percent of independents, and even 40 percent of Democrats.

Watch: Republicans, Democrats Argue Legality of Biden’s ‘Catch and Release’ Border Policy

The Republicans’ judiciary panel is forcing Democrats to defend President Joe Biden’s catch-and-release policy that has allowed at least 4 million illegals into U.S. society.

The catch-and-release drama can be watched here at 2.00 pm when committee chairman Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) will invite three GOP-aligned experts to explain how Congress’ immigration laws are being violated by Biden’s deputies — principally, the pro-migration border chief, Alejandro Mayorkas.

Republican Reps. Andrew Biggs (R-AZ), Tom McClintock (R-CA), and Chip Roy (R-TX), will likely offer some tough, coordinated questions, marking a big change from prior years when GOP legislators postured for the cameras.

The Republican witness will likely face criticism from the panel’s block of pro-migration representatives, including India-born Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-WA), and New York’s Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY). As before, the Democrats likely will push the Cold War era “Nation of Immigrants” claim that Americans are no longer allowed to exclude migrants from their society.

The GOP-invited witnesses are Joseph Edlow, former Acting Director of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Steven Bradbury, of the Heritage Foundation, and Chad Wolf, the former chief of the Department of Homeland Security. Wolf is now the executive director of the America First Policy Institute.

The Democrats have invited Aaron Reichlin-Melnick, an advocate at the pro-migration American Immigration Council, to defend the Mayorkas’ catch-and-release programs.
