DALLAS (AP) — A Houston man accused of killing his two children told authorities his 8-year-old son said "daddy, I'm sorry" before having his throat cut, according to court documents obtained Tuesday.
Jean Pierre Ndossoka is charged with two counts of capital murder in the deaths of his children, Marcel Ndossoka and 1-year-old Anna-Belle Faith Ndossoka.
The father told police the toddler "just kept crying," court documents said.
Sabine Ntongo, the children's mother and Ndossoka's estranged wife, found the children dead Saturday inside Ndossoka's Houston apartment.
Court records show the mother reported that Ndossoka had called her multiple times throughout the day. When they spoke, she said, Ndossoka said he killed the children and had left her a "present." He also told her she needed to come to his place and said there was a key under the mat, according to court documents.
Ntongo went to the apartment and called 911 when she found the children dead, the records show. Police reported finding a bloody knife at the apartment and a handwritten note on the bed near the 8-year-old boy.
The note, which appeared to be written in French and signed by the suspect, was translated and indicated that Ndossoka had planned to die with his children, according to court documents.
On Sunday, Ndossoka was found with a self-inflicted gunshot wound in Pasadena, southeast of Houston. He was taken to a hospital in stable condition.
Talking with police, the father at first said he did not remember what happened to his children. Ndossoka then said he "did something bad" and reported having high blood pressure.
"The defendant then admitted that he had done something to his children and when asked 'What?' he motioned towards his neck," according to the court documents.
Ndossoka first said he had choked the children, the documents said, but then reported using a knife and confirmed he wrote the note found at the apartment.
Online jail and court records list no attorney for Ndossoka.

Shooting Up Chicago

Thugs terrorize their neighbors in the Windy City.
August 6, 2018

Cities

An explosion of drive-by shootings erupted on Chicago’s South and West sides this weekend. At least 74 people were shot, and 11 killed, between 3 p.m. on Friday and 6 a.m. on Monday. In one seven-hour stretch, starting around midnight on Saturday, at least 40 people were shot, four fatally, as gunmen targeted a block party, the aftermath of a funeral, and a front porch, reports the Chicago Tribune. Over two and a half hours that morning, 25 people were shot in five multiple-injury shootings, including a 17-year-old who died after being shot in the face. An 11-year-old boy, a 13-year-old boy, and a 14-year-old girl were also hit over the course of the weekend’s bloodbath. Mt. Sinai’s emergency room shut down for several hours due to the overload of bodies; in May, the entire hospital went into lockdown following a virtual riot in its lobby among gangbangers, reported Tribune columnist John Kass.
Meantime, Chicago mayor Rahm Emanuel and Illinois attorney general Lisa Madigan recently celebrated the issuance of a 232-page draft consent decree for the Chicago Police Department, possibly the longest police consent decree ever written. Among numerous other red-tape-generating provisions, it requires the CPD to revise its protocols regarding “transgender, intersex, and gender non-conforming individuals,” to make sure that the CPD policies properly define these terms and that officers address intersex, transgender, and the gender non-conforming with the “names, pronouns and titles of respect appropriate to that individual’s gender.” Last Thursday, a so-called anti-violence march shut down Lake Shore Drive to demand that the CPD hire more black officers and that City Hall spend more on social programs in the black community. Few voices, in other words, are tackling the actual cause of Chicago’s violence: the breakdown of the black family structure and a demoralized police department.
If the mayor signs the consent decree, the police department will have to divert further resources from on-the-ground enforcement toward collection of racial data and training in the phony theory of implicit bias. A court granted the ACLU of Illinois and Black Lives Matter Chicago permission to intervene in the consent decree negotiations. This is the same ACLU that muscled the CPD into introducing a new three-page stop, question, and frisk form in January 2016 that contributed to Chicago’s shooting spike, already accelerating due to Black Lives Matter-driven anti-cop hatred. The ACLU and BLM Chicago will also be able to enforce the new consent decree in court, spelling further trouble for professional policing.
To be sure, shootings are down this year, compared with the high-water marks of 2016 and 2017, but that’s cold comfort for the 1,700 people—more than eight daily—shot through the end of July. But while shootings have crested at least temporarily, other indications of chaos and disorder are up. Carjackings have nearly tripled since 2015, with an increasing share committed by juveniles, thanks to a law exempting young carjackers from adult penalties. In downtown Chicago, youth mobs have been running riot. Large groups of teens regularly swarm across major intersections, jumping on the tops of cars caught in the stampede. Over the 2018 Memorial Day weekend, teens ran down Michigan Avenue, punching people and vandalizing stores; a group of eight to ten boys knocked a fifteen-year-old boy to the ground, then stomped on his head and kicked his ribs, back, and face, before emptying his pockets and taking his shoes. The police made almost no arrests during the melee, preferring to avoid confrontation. In March, gunfire erupted during a fight between two groups of youths in the Water Tower Place mall.
“The city is lost,” a federal prosecutor tells me. “We have never had crimes like this downtown—people getting shoved and robbed at 3 p.m. It’s just brazen.” This prosecutor has started avoiding the Magnificent Mile on Saturday afternoons. “I’m scared to be downtown,” she says. A Chicago police detective with 24 years on the job observes: “The kids who are mobbing downtown are the same ones doing the carjackings. This generation of kids has grown up with no one daring to touch them.”
Chicago’s mayoral contenders seized on this weekend’s violence to further their campaigns. Sadly for Chicago, a leader in Black Lives Matter, Ja’Mal Green, is one of those mayoral candidates. If Green has ever seen a police officer whom he supports, he is not letting on. Black Lives Matter was front and center during the protests against the CPD following an officer shooting of an armed man last month. Predictably, Green called for more government “investment” in inner-city neighborhoods.
Garry McCarthy, who headed the CPD when Laquan McDonald was infamously shot in 2014, blasted Emanuel for ignoring the violence in favor of downtown development. (The McDonald shooting triggered the consent-decree process, initially prosecuted by the Obama Justice Department but thankfully halted by U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions, only to be resurrected by Madigan and Emanuel.) But McCarthy engaged in some fake news, suggesting that the public should not buy the fact that the murder rate is actually down, in light of this weekend’s violence. McCarthy ran Compstat (the revolutionary police-accountability system) for the New York Police Department; he of all people should know that both facts can be true: murder and shootings can be down from the 2016 and 2017 rates and still be unacceptably high.
McCarthy should be talking about two things on the campaign trail: getting out of the street-stop agreement that he himself signed with the ACLU, and halting the impending consent decree. Until the shooting of McDonald, the academic Left had celebrated the CPD as a model of progressive policing. It still is. What it needs is support from the public and Chicago’s political class and the confidence to go back to proactive enforcement.
But policing is only a second-best solution to the anarchy in inner-city communities. The best solution is a culture of marriage that expects boys to take responsibility for the children they conceive. As long as more than three-quarters of Chicago’s inner-city children are raised without their fathers, black-on-black violence will continue. And the national press will take notice only when the numbers are too egregious to ignore.

Report: At Least 40 Shot in Chicago on Sunday
The Chicago Police Department reports that at least 40 people have been shot today in the city in what appears to be a barrage of gang-related activities. The total number of people shot this weekend is currently at 59 with 10 fatalities.
"We know that some of these incidents were targeted and are related to gang conflicts in those areas," said Chicago Police Chief of Patrol Fred Waller said Sunday afternoon.
As reported by ABC7, police  “said a group of people, three teens and five adults, were standing in a courtyard in the 1300-block of West 76th Street at about 12:40 a.m. when several people approached on foot and opened fire at the group. The victims range in age from 14-years-old to 35 years-old.”  This attack in the Gresham neighborhood left all eight people severely wounded.
Other victims from shootings across the windy city include an 11-year-old boy, a 17-year-old girl, and a “32-year-old man who was shot four times and was pronounced dead at Stroger Hospital.”
More than 4,000 people were shot in Chicago in 2016. This led President Trump to declare that he would send in the federal government to fix the problem if Chicago's city government was unable to handle it.
In an interview with ABC, President Trump said, "Chicago is like a war zone. Chicago is worse than some of the people that you report in some of the places that you report about every night in the Middle East."
"I want them to fix the problem. You can't have thousands of people being shot in a city, in a country that I happen to be president of. Maybe it's okay if somebody else is president. I want them to fix the problem. They have a problem that's very easily fixable," the commander-in-chief added. "They're gonna have to get tougher and stronger and smarter. But they gotta fix the problem. I don't want to have thousands of people shot in a city where essentially I'm the president. I love Chicago. I know Chicago. And Chicago is a great city, can be a great city."
But, President Trump said if the city cannot fix the gun problem then "It can't be a great city. Excuse me. It can't be a great city if people are shot walking down the street for a loaf of bread."
This weekend's events come just days after Chicago Super Intendant of Schools Edde Johnson called for better cooperation amongst authorities and communities to address violence.
"I think some of our more challenging, communities, it's just imperative that police and the community work together to reduce this gun violence. We just have too many guns on the streets of Chicago," Johnson said.

OBAMA: SERVANT OF THE 1%

Richest one percent controls nearly half of global wealth

The richest one percent of the world’s population now controls 48.2 percent of global wealth, up from 46 percent last year.

The report found that the growth of global inequality has accelerated sharply since the 2008 financial crisis, as the values of financial assets have soared while wages have stagnated and declined.

Millionaires projected to own 46 percent of global private wealth by 2019

By Gabriel Black
18 June 2015
Households with more than a million (US) dollars in private wealth are projected to own 46 percent of global private wealth in 2019 according to a new report by the Boston Consulting Group (BCG).

This large percentage, however, only includes cash, savings, money market funds and listed securities held through managed investments—collectively known as “private wealth.” It leaves out businesses, residences and luxury goods, which comprise a substantial portion of the rich’s net worth.

At the end of 2014, millionaire households owned about 41 percent of global private wealth, according to BCG. This means that collectively these 17 million households owned roughly $67.24 trillion in liquid assets, or about $4 million per household.

In total, the world added $17.5 trillion of new private wealth between 2013 and 2014. The report notes that nearly three quarters of all these gains came from previously existing wealth. In other words, the vast majority of money gained has been due to pre-existing assets increasing in value—not the creation of new material things.

This trend is the result of the massive infusions of cheap credit into the financial markets by central banks. The policy of “quantitative easing” has led to a dramatic expansion of the stock market even while global economic growth has slumped.

While the wealth of the rich is growing at a breakneck pace, there is a stratification of growth within the super wealthy, skewed towards the very top.

In 2014, those with over $100 million in private wealth saw their wealth increase 11 percent in one year alone. Collectively, these households owned $10 trillion in 2014, 6 percent of the world’s private wealth. According to the report, “This top segment is expected to be the fastest growing, in both the number of households and total wealth.” They are expected to see 12 percent compound growth on their wealth in the next five years.

Those families with wealth between $20 and $100 million also rose substantially in 2014—seeing a 34 percent increase in their wealth in twelve short months. They now own $9 trillion. In five years they will surpass $14 trillion according to the report.

Coming in last in the “high net worth” population are those with between $1 million and $20 million in private wealth. These households are expected to see their wealth grow by 7.2 percent each year, going from $49 trillion to $70.1 trillion dollars, several percentage points below the highest bracket’s 12 percent growth rate.

The gains in private wealth of the ultra-rich stand in sharp contrast to the experience of billions of people around the globe. While wealth accumulation has sharply sped up for the ultra-wealthy, the vast majority of people have not even begun to recover from the past recession.

An Oxfam report from January, for example, shows that the bottom 99 percent of the world’s population went from having about 56 percent of the world’s wealth in 2010 to having 52 percent of it in 2014. Meanwhile the top 1 percent saw its wealth rise from 44 to 48 percent of the world’s wealth.

In 2014 the Russell Sage Foundation found that between 2003 and 2013, the median household net worth of those in the United States fell from $87,992 to $56,335—a drop of 36 percent. While the rich also saw their wealth drop during the recession, they are more than making that money back. Between 2009 and 2012, 95 percent of all the income gains in the US went to the top 1 percent. This is the most distorted post-recession income gain on record.

As the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) has noted, in the United States “between 2007 and 2013, net wealth fell on average 2.3 percent, but it fell ten-times more (26 percent) for those at the bottom 20 percent of the distribution.” The 2015 report concludes that “low-income households have not benefited at all from income growth.”

Another report by Knight Frank, looks at those with wealth exceeding $30 million. The report notes that in 2014 these 172,850 ultra-high-net-worth individuals increased their collective wealth by $700 billion. Their total wealth now rests at $20.8 trillion.

The report also draws attention to the disconnection between the rich and the actual economy. It states that the growth of this ultra-wealthy population “came despite weaker-than-anticipated global economic growth. During 2014 the IMF was forced to downgrade its forecast increase for world output from 3.7 percent to 3.3 percent.”

As in previous budget crises under the Obama administration, the events are being stage-managed by the two corporate-controlled parties to give the illusion of partisan gridlock and confrontation over principles—in this case, whether to go forward with the implementation of the Obama health care program—while behind the scenes all factions within the ruling elite agree that massive cuts must be carried through in basic federal social programs.

Federal Reserve documents stagnant state of US economy

Federal Reserve documents stagnant state of US economy

By Barry Grey
21 July 2015

The US Federal Reserve Board last week released its semiannual Monetary Policy Report to Congress, providing an assessment of the state of the American economy and outlining the central bank’s monetary policy going forward. The report, along with Fed Chair Janet Yellen’s testimony before both the House of Representatives and the Senate, as well as a speech by Yellen the previous week in Cleveland, present a grim picture of the reality behind the official talk of economic “recovery.”
In her prepared remarks to Congress last Wednesday and Thursday, Yellen said, “Looking forward, prospects are favorable for further improvement in the US labor market and the economy more broadly.”

She reiterated her assurances that while the Fed would likely begin to raise its benchmark federal funds interest rate later this year from the 0.0 to 0.25 percent level it has maintained since shortly after the 2008 financial crash, it would do so only slowly and gradually, keeping short-term rates well below historically normal levels for an indefinite period.
This was an expected, but nevertheless welcome, signal to the American financial elite, which has enjoyed a spectacular rise in corporate profits, stock values and personal wealth since 2009 thanks to the flood of virtually free money provided by the Fed.

"But as Yellen’s remarks and the Fed report indicate, the explosion of asset values and wealth accumulation at the very top of the economic ladder has occurred alongside an intractable and continuing slump in the real economy."
In her prepared testimony to the House Financial Services Committee and the Senate Banking Committee, Yellen noted the following features of the performance of the US economy over the first six months of 2015:
* A sharp decline in the rate of economic growth as compared to 2014, including an actual contraction in the first quarter of the year.
* A substantial slackening (19 percent) in average monthly job-creation, from 260,000 last year to 210,000 thus far in 2015.
* Declines in domestic spending and industrial production.
In her July 10 speech to the City Club of Cleveland, Yellen cited an even longer list of negative indices, including:
* Growth in real gross domestic product (GDP) since the official beginning of the recovery in June, 2009 has averaged a mere 2.25 percent per year, a full one percentage point less than the average rate over the 25 years preceding what Yellen called the “Great Recession.”
* While manufacturing employment nationwide has increased by about 850,000 since the end of 2009, there are still almost 1.5 million fewer manufacturing jobs than just before the recession.
* Real GDP and industrial production both declined in the first quarter of this year. Industrial production continued to fall in April and May.
* Residential construction (despite extremely low mortgage rates by historical standards) has remained “quote soft.”
* Productivity growth has been “weak,” largely because “Business owners and managers… have not substantially increased their capital expenditures,” and “Businesses are holding large amounts of cash on their balance sheets.”
* Reflecting the general stagnation and even slump in the real economy, core inflation rose by only 1.2 percent over the past 12 months.
The Monetary Policy Report issued by the Fed includes facts that are, if anything, even more alarming, including:
* “Labor productivity in the business sector is reported to have declined in both the fourth quarter of 2014 and the first quarter of 2015.”
* “Exports fell markedly in the first quarter, held back by lackluster growth abroad.”
* “Overall construction activity remains well below its pre-recession levels.”
* “Since the recession began, the gains in… nominal compensation [workers’ wages and benefits] have fallen well short of their pre-recession averages, and growth of real compensation has fallen short of productivity growth over much of this period.”
* “Overall business investment has turned down as investment in the energy sector has plunged. Business investment fell at an annual rate of 2 percent in first quarter… Business outlays for structures outside of the energy sector also declined in the first quarter…”

The report incorporates the Fed’s projections for US economic growth, published following the June meeting of the central bank’s policy-setting Federal Open Market Committee. They include a downward revision of the projection for 2015 to 1.8 percent-2.0 percent from the March projection of 2.3 percent to 2.7 percent.

That the US economy continues to stagnate and even contract is indicated by two surveys released last week while Yellen was testifying before Congress. The Fed reported that factory production failed to increase in June for the second straight month and output in the auto sector fell 3.7 percent. The Commerce Department reported that retail sales unexpectedly fell in June, declining by 0.3 percent.
These statistics follow the employment report for June, which showed that the share of the US working-age population either employed or actively looking for work, known as the labor force participation rate, fell to 62.6 percent, its lowest level in 38 years.
During the month, some 432,000 people in the US gave up looking for a job.

The disastrous figures on business investment are perhaps the most telling indicators of the underlying crisis of the capitalist system. The Fed report attributes the sharp decline so far this year primarily to the dramatic fall in oil prices and resulting contraction in investment and construction in the energy sector. But the plunge in oil prices is itself a symptom of a general slowdown in the world economy.
Moreover, a dramatic decline in productive investment is common to all of the major industrialized economies of Europe and North America. In its World Economic Outlook of last April, the International Monetary Fund for the first time since the 2008 financial crisis acknowledged that there was no prospect for an early return to pre-recession levels of economic growth, linking this bleak prognosis to a general and pronounced decline in productive investment.
The American phenomenon of record stock values fueling an ever greater concentration of wealth at the very top of society, while the economy is starved of productive investment, the social infrastructure crumbles, and working class living standards are driven down by entrenched unemployment, wage-cutting and government austerity policies, is part of a broader global process.
The economic crisis in the US and internationally is not simply a conjunctural downturn. It is a systemic crisis of global capitalism, centered in the US.
A defining expression of this crisis is the dominance of financial speculation and parasitism, to the point where a narrow international financial aristocracy plunders society’s resources in order to further enrich itself.

While the economy is starved of productive investment, entirely parasitic and socially destructive activities such as stock buybacks, dividend hikes and mergers and acquisitions return to pre-crash levels and head for new heights. US corporations have spent more on stock buybacks so far this year than on factories and equipment.
The intractable nature of this crisis, within the framework of capitalism, is underscored by the IMF’s updated World Economic Outlook, released earlier this month, which projects that 2015 will be the worst year for economic growth since the height of the recession in 2009.

Chicago's Blacks Turn against Rahmbo

When President Trump announced that the unconstitutional DACA program, put in place by President Obama after Congress refused to pass it into law, would be allowed to expire unless Congress took action on border security, former White House chief of staff and current Chicago mayor Rahm Emanuel (aka “Rahmbo”) announced that Chicago would become a “Trump-free zone,” a sanctuary city welcoming and protecting any and all illegal aliens.
"To all the Dreamers that are here in this room and the city of Chicago: you are welcome in the city of Chicago. This is your home and you have nothing to worry about."
He added: “Chicago, our schools, our neighborhoods, our city, as it relates to what President Trump said, will be a Trump-free zone. You have nothing to worry about. And I want you to know this, and I want your families to know this. And rest assured, I want you to come to school… and pursue your dreams.”
The problem is that he forgot the beleaguered African-Americans in his city burdened by debt and high taxes as its citizens fight poverty, joblessness, and high crime rates.  They have dreams too, such as getting to school alive or being able to do their homework with a bullet piercing their bedroom window. On Thursday, this key and long-taken-for-granted part of the Democrat constituency, took to Chicago’s streets, and one expressway, to ask where they must flee to find the sanctuary Rahm Emanuel promises for illegal aliens:
An anti-violence march in Chicago briefly closed Lake Shore Drive on Thursday afternoon, as protesters demonstrated against the city's spiraling crime crisis and called for Mayor Rahm Emanuel to step down.
A spokesman for Chicago police said Lake Shore Drive was closed for about 35 minutes on Thursday afternoon, as demonstrators marched toward Wrigley Field, where the Cubs were scheduled to play later in the evening…
The demonstrators waved signs demanding Emanuel's resignation and chanted "one city, one Chicago" and "Rahm has to go," as fans watched from inside the park…
Ahead of the march, protesters made clear they didn't want the Democratic mayor's support or blessing -- they were urging him to resign over what they called his inability to get gun crime under control.
Demonstrators said they took that route because if they had protested in their neighborhoods the city’s cultural and political elites and the national liberal media would have paid little heed to what was really a protest of Rahm Emanuel’s indifference to his citizen constituents as he embraces illegal aliens. Certainly the media would have ignored the calls for Trump’s help and demands for Emanuel to resign:
"Rahm Emanuel is a con man. His whole job is to keep black folks divided," one man told Fox News' Gianno Caldwell, who covered the march.
More than 1,600 people have been shot in Chicago this year, including three children who were recently wounded while playing basketball. Residents said after the shooting that the situation is so bad, children are being kept indoors for their safety.
One woman said Thursday that Emanuel "doesn't care about anybody" except his own neighborhood and his own family, while another woman said Emanuel seems to care more about illegal immigrantsin the city.
“African-Americans, we're citizens, and our ancestors built this country," she told Caldwell, whose younger brother survived a shooting last year that killed his best friend.
State Rep. La Shawn Ford, a Democrat who represents the West Side of Chicago, called on President Trump to help the city.
"Not everyone believes Chicago is a Trump-free zone. If he's serious about helping the people... I accept his help. We can't turn any help away," said Ford, adding that seniors and children need to have safe streets and federal authorities need to help the local police.
As noted, Caldwell has personal knowledge of Chicago’s murder and crime spree from which its citizens can find no sanctuary. As he wrote at the end of July onFox News Opinion:
During Memorial Day weekend last year, my younger brother and two of his friends were sitting in a car on the south side of Chicago when two men walked up to the window and fired 25 times. With his bloodied best friend dead in his arms, it was only through God's grace and mercy that my younger brother made it out alive…
Right now, Chicago is going through another bloody summer of gun violence. In fact, at the beginning of this month more than 23 people were shot in one weekend -- including three who were killed. The wounded included girls ages 5, 14 and 15.
The next weekend things were even worse, as the local CBS affiliate headlined on its website: “4 Killed, 24 Wounded in Weekend Shootings Across Chicago.” And just last Monday, reporting on the shootings of the weekend, the local ABC affiliate headlined: “Chicago weekend violence: 7 killed, 38 shot.”
Much of Chicago’s violence stems from gang bangers, particularly those imported from south of the border, and from the steady supply of illegal drugs that are a consequence of the open borders and sanctuary city policies Rahm Emanuel supports. It is called “gun violence” when it is in fact gang violence fueled by drug trafficking. As Katie Pavlich writes at TownHall:
As the violence in Chicago's gang plagued neighborhoods rages on, the underlying cause of the Windy City's murder rampages can be found thousands of miles away along a porous border. According to a report from Breitbart's Jeremy Segal, Mexican drug cartels are "allowed" to run Chicago's streets and young African-American men are killing each other as a result.
Harold “Noonie” Ward, a former high-ranking member of the Gangster Disciples, one of America’s largest street gangs, claims the deadly violence that is plaguing Rahm Emanuel’s “world class city” of Chicago is because Mexican drug cartels are being allowed by “the powers that be” to operate freely and “run” Chicago’s streets.
In an interview with Breitbart News outside of his childhood home, a now-condemned apartment in Altgeld Gardens, one of Chicago’s most well known housing projects, Ward explained that there are a number of issues leading to the bloodshed in the city. The greatest reason, Ward says, is drugs and how they are being brought into the city. “Where the drugs are coming from is Mexican cartels,” Ward said. “From Mexico to Chicago, they make $3.5 billion dollars a year. And the majority of violence in Chicago, comes from the Mexican cartels.”
Rahm Emanuel faces another tough reelection bid in 2019. He and other mayors not only believe we should have open borders but that those who cross them to enter sanctuary cities such as his should be allowed to vote. Coincidence? I think not. He and his ilk are willing to trade American lives for votes. If you can’t find enough voters, you import them in the form of undocumented Democrats.
Meanwhile, blacks in Chicago are getting wise. It may be time for regime change in Chicago. As President Trump said in the campaign as he actively called for black votes, what do you have to lose?

Left-Wing Protesters Demand Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s Resignation Ahead of March

A group of Chicago activists is calling for the resignation of Chicago’s Democrat mayor, Rahm Emanuel, ahead of an anti-violence march aimed at shutting down another of the city’s busiest streets.

Last week, several groups, including the Coalition for a New Chicago and Violence Interrupters, announced plans for a march set to start on August 2 at 4 pm. The groups say they will shut down the city’s busy Lake Shore Drive, starting out on the Drive near Belmont. Then they plan to head toward Wrigley Field, the stadium where the Chicago Cubs will be playing, according to the Chicago Tribune.
The march is ostensibly meant to bring more attention to the growing gang violence and the rising murder rate infesting the city, but one of the main goals announced by march representative Dr. Gregory Livingston is the resignation of Mayor Emanuel, a former Barack Obama chief of staff.
Livingston also said his group does not want city hall’s support for the march.
“The call of the people is ‘Resign Rahm,'” Livingston said, according to Fox News. “So how, then, can you back your own regime change? How do you sanction your own termination? How dumb, naive and self-hating do you think we are?”
Likely in a backhanded slap at an anti-violence march organized by activist Chicago Catholic priest Father Michael Pfleger, another organizer of the coming march, Rev. Ira Acree, scoffed, “Honestly when the mayor endorses a protest, it’s no longer a protest. It becomes a parade, and we’re on serious business.”
Early in July, when Father Pfleger led a march that shut down one of the major highways feeding into the city, Windy City Mayor Emanuel quickly jumped to support the march and backed the protest.
The group planning this week’s march is also demanding the exit of Chicago police Superintendent Eddie Johnson, another figure who prominently supported Pfleger’s march down the Dan Ryan Expressway.

Black Lives Matter, ACLU stay lawsuits, promote Chicago police “reform”

By Jessica Goldstein and George Marlowe
25 April 2018
On March 21, Black Lives Matter (BLM), the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and other community groups accepted a seat at the table in a court-enforced consent decree to promote illusions in police reform in Chicago.
As part of an ongoing exercise in damage control, the City of Chicago under Democratic Mayor Rahm Emanuel and the Illinois State Attorney General Lisa Madigan and various community groups including BLM entered into a 10-page Memorandum of Agreement to work out a framework of “reform” for the Chicago Police Department (CPD).
A draft of the consent decree will be released after the city of Chicago hears grievances and proposals from various community and activist groups over the next several weeks. Groups such as BLM, the ACLU, and the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) will be putatively involved in an advisory role in the formulation of the decree.
The involvement of groups such as BLM and the ACLU—deemed “Coalition Founders” in the agreement—in such an agreement is intended to provide further cover for the political establishment while giving middle class activists a “piece of the action.” This latest arrangement will do nothing to ease the decades-long reign of police violence overseen by the Democratic Party in the third largest city in the United States.
BLM and other pro-Democratic Party activist groups have framed the issue of police violence in purely racial terms without any regard for the fact that whites make up the largest number killed by police nationwide and that victims of police violence are overwhelmingly working class.
In April 2017, BLM reaped the benefits of misdirecting social opposition to police violence when it was awarded a $100 million grant from the Ford Foundation, one of the most powerful philanthropic organizations in the world, which also has intimate links to the Central Intelligence Agency.
In return for their participation in this agreement, BLM and the various community groups as well as Madigan have agreed to stay all lawsuits they have brought against the city for police violence.
The coalition of community groups have 60 days from the signing of the agreement to provide their input into the framework of a court-enforced consent decree. If a consent decree is enacted this year, the coalition of community groups which entered into this framework will be able to have quarterly meetings with a court-appointed independent monitor that will oversee the “reform” process. However, if a consent decree is not filed with the court by September 1, they can potentially resume their lawsuits.
Lawsuits were brought by Madigan and other groups in late 2017 against the Emanuel administration as part of an effort to stem a political crisis in the wake of the 2015 release of video footage of the police murder of Laquan McDonald, an African-American teenager, by police officer Jason Van Dyke. Since the release of the video, the city’s political establishment has been confronted by growing public anger over police violence and brutality in Chicago and across the country.
Various sections of the Democratic Party and the community organizations in their orbit have attempted to misdirect and defuse public outrage over the coverup of the murder of McDonald by the Emanuel administration.
In January 2017, the US Department of Justice (DoJ) under the Obama administration—which funneled military weaponry to police departments and whitewashed the nationwide reign of police murders—released a scathing repor t that detailed systemic abuses and a pattern of constitutional violations throughout the CPD.
Then Attorney General Loretta Lynch recommended that the city of Chicago enter into a consent decree as part of the recommendations of the DoJ report. In reality, the proposal for a consent decree and proposals for reforms was yet another exercise in damage control. Emanuel even feigned support for such limited oversight over the police.
The incoming Trump administration, however, provided further cover for the Emanuel administration to sidestep the pretense of a court-enforced oversight of the CPD. Once the Trump administration took office, US Attorney General Jeff Sessions immediately opposed any plans that required a federal judge to monitor departments across the country, which the previous Justice report claimed was necessary to enact reforms which would supposedly reduce police violence.
With the backing of the Trump administration, Emanuel initially sought a toothless Memorandum of Agreement with federal authorities which did not require any court enforcement or independent oversight. Emanuel claimed that the CPD was carrying out reform measures on its own with its own police accountability task force and its newly formed organization of police oversight, the Civilian Office of Police Accountability (COPA).
In fact, all previous reform measures and internal oversight bodies established over the last two decades—such as the Office of Professional Standards (OPS) and its replacement, the Independent Police Review Authority (IPRA)—functioned as adjuncts of the CPD in covering up police crimes and acts of brutality. Since the release of the McDonald video the police have continued to function as the armed bodies of the state, meting out violence and brutality on a regular basis.
A report from 2016 showed that Chicago police shoot someone every five days. Emanuel has presided over the escalation of police violence and murders in Chicago along with the arming of the police force with new heavy weaponry. Last year, Emanuel vowed to hire 1,000 new cops, mainly from minority neighborhoods in the city.
Emanuel’s decision to backtrack in mid-2017 on the working out of a consent decree was met with nervousness within sections of the Democratic Party as well as opposition from groups like BLM. That Emanuel would so flagrantly oppose even the appearance of reform signaled to Madigan that the only way to defuse public anger was to sue the city of Chicago in order to force the negotiation of court-ordered initiatives.
Madigan and other groups filed the lawsuit against the city of Chicago on August 29, 2017. It cited the findings of the Department of Justice report against the CPD, including “the unconstitutional use of deadly and excessive force by officers; inadequate training on appropriate tactics, lack of supervision; a failure to adequately investigate officer misconduct and discipline officers and inadequate wellness and counseling programs to support officers.” Responding to the lawsuit, Emanuel and CPD Superintendent Eddie Johnson both tepidly voiced their willingness to work with Madigan on a consent decree.
Emanuel is seeking reelection for mayor in 2019 and no doubt calculates that the inclusion of groups such as BLM in such a fraudulent framework of police “reform” will give him a certain political cover to embellish his deeply unpopular public image.
Court-enforced consent decrees have been implemented in cities like Baltimore and Cleveland, which have had high-profile police shootings in the news since 2015. These measures, among other “reform” efforts by individual police departments, have done nothing to stop police in the US from murdering with impunity. According to killedbypolice.net, a website that tracks police killings in the US, police have killed more people during the first four months of 2018 (394) than in 2017 (365).
Ultimately the purpose of the consent decree in Chicago is to give legal and political cover to the CPD and the Democratic Party as plans are carried out to further militarize and deploy the police against the working class in the coming struggles against the state.

AMERICAN GHETTO BLACKS ARE THE MOST VIOLENT, RACIST, HOMOPHOBIC, ABORTED AND IGNORANT SUBCULTURE IN THE WORLD.

Black Crime Gets Crazier

Whatever you thought crazy was, put it aside.  Because no matter what you think is the craziest story of black violence – and the denial, deceit, and delusion surrounding it – this recent story out of Oakland is way past that.
It began simply and sadly enough on a BART system in the Oakland area.  Two younger black people killed two older white guys.  The reaction from BART was as predictable as it was lame: BART is safe; murder and violence are isolated; and no, you cannot see the videos from any of the hundreds of cameras in the stations.
Then, over the weekend, John Lee Cowell, a white guy, met two black women, Nia Wilson and her sister, on BART.  He cut their throats, killing Nia.
Soon the streets of Oakland were full of black protesters, wondering why white people are able to get away with so much murder against black people.  Many took to Twitter as well.  "White supremacy slashes throats, it stabs, it lynches, and continues to kill our people in horrific ways," said one Twitter poster.  It isevil.  "Don't tell us to play patty-cake with it."  And on and on this went by the thousands: black people bitterly complaining about white-on-black crime and how cops in places like Oakland never do anything about it.
The only other explanation is one that just

happened to be true: crime in Oakland, one of

America's most dangerous cities, is a black

thing, wildly out of proportion.  Anyone who

cannot see that is in full denial, deceit, and

delusion.
BART commuters are often its keenest witnesses.
In 2015, the crime on BART trains was so bad that BART created an app where riders could document any chaos or violence or lawlessness, then automatically send it to BART.

BLOG: ANYONE WHO HAS RIDDEN A LOS ANGELES METRO BUS KNOW THAT 95% OF THE ISSUES, VIOLENCE, INAPPROPRIATE AND MENACING CONDUCT IS BY BLACK MEN. THE OTHER 5% BY BLACK WOMEN!!!
After a year, the geniuses at the East Bay Express ascertained that black ridership on BART was about 11 percent, but complaints against black people made up about 70 percent of the info from the app.  It did not take long to figure out that the app was racist, and it was soon never heard from again.

Flash forward to less than a year ago: 50-70 black people rampaged through a BART station, beating and robbing a few white passengers – just the latest in a series of black mob violence at BART trains and stations.  Some fatal.  Most ignored.  All treated as a symptom of white racism.
All with videotape that BART executives refused to share for the craziest of reasons: BART executives said doing so would be "embarrassing to minorities."  And no, I do not expect you to believe that unless you see it for yourself.  So here's an excerpt from a recent video I did.  Just click here: BART refuses to release videos.
If that is not enough, try this on for size: an article I wrote about it at the time for American Thinker with lots of links.  Just click here.
Just a few weeks ago, BART was back in the news when it was revealed that 66% of the people banned from BART for criminal behavior are black.  More racism, of course, said the people who were loath to consider, even for a second, that black people on BART create holy Hell six times more than their ridership should.
It is not just Oakland.  Even as black people in Oakland were revving up their protests to remember Nia Wilson and protest this tsunami of fictitious white-on-black crime, black-on-white murder proceeded apace around the rest of the country the same way it always does: wildly out of proportion.
In Atlanta, a middle-aged white restaurant manager, Christian Broder, was visiting his home town for a wedding when a black person recently out of jail killed him.  The killer was supposed to be staying in a "diversion program" instead of finishing a sentence for violent crime.  But even after he was caught brandishing guns and drugs on social media with some of his bros before the murder, he was soon free again.  Free to kill Christian.
In Natchitoches, Louisiana, Felicia Marie-Nicole Smith, a black woman, is under arrest for kidnapping, murdering, then burning a six-month-old white child, Levi Cole Ellerbe.
So far, no protests.  Not even an angry Twitter stream.
This is a long list from just recently.  In North Portland, Oregon, a black man killed a white woman and burned her.  I guess that's a black thing, too.
In Bradenton, Massachusetts, a black person is wanted for killing a couple of white kids.
From Baltimore to Oakland, a common reaction to black-on-white crime is that only white privilege gives white people living near black people an expectation of safety.  Besides, everyone knows there is no difference between black crime rates and white crime rates.
White people do it, too.
Just because something is easily shown to be the greatest lie of our generation, that does not mean that lots and lots and lots of people refuse to say it over and over and over again.

Colin Flaherty is just about the worst person on this planet, said CNN a few days ago.  That's because he wrote a scintillating bestseller titled Don't Make the Black Kids Angry, which documents black violence wildly out of proportion.  Worse still, lots of people read it.  Sorry, not sorry, CNN.

The girlfriend of a man who was shot and killed during a heated row over a handicapped parking space in Florida last week has called for justice in the father's death in a new interview.
Markeis McGlockton, 28, was shot in front of his girlfriend Britany Jacobs and the couple's three young children on Thursday afternoon after gunman Michael Drejka picked a fight with the mother for parking in a handicap spot without tags.
Jacobs described how the argument over proper parking etiquette took a deadly turn in an emotional interview with Good Morning America on Monday.
'He wanted somebody to be angry at. He just wanted someone to fight him,' Jacobs said.

McGlockton and the couple's five-year-old son were inside the convenience store when Drejka approached Jacobs, who was sitting in the car with her infant and three-year-old children.
'He was picking a fight. I'm just sitting, waiting for my family to come back to the car,' she said.
The mother said she started feeling 'scared' as the argument quickly escalated.
'By this time a witness pulls up and everybody hears us going back and forth with one another. [The witness] let the owner know that there was somebody out there messing with a woman in a car,' she said.
'My man hears what's going on, sees the guy yelling at me and I'm sitting in the car. My man is defending me and his children, so he pushes him down.'
'The guy is on the ground and he pulls the gun out. My dude steps back 'cause my dude is fearing for his life - all of us were.'
Within seconds of pulling the gun, Drejka fired a shot directly into McGlockton's chest.
'Everybody is panicking, my son is screaming, but it was too late,' she said. 'It's hard for a four- or five-year-old to witness what he saw. It's really tough for him.'

'He was a good man and all he was trying to do was protect his family,' Jacobs said.
'I just want justice. I need something to be done because this is not right.'
Drejka has been cleared by police because of Florida's 'stand your ground' law, which authorizes deadly force in self-defense with no duty to retreat from an attacker.
The shooting 'is within the bookends of stand your ground and within the bookends of force being justified,' Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri said at a press conference Friday.
'No matter how you slice it or dice it that was a violent push to the ground.
'[Drejka] told deputies that he had to shoot to defend himself. Those are the facts and that's the law. I'm not saying I agree with it, but I don't make that call.'
Drejka remained on the scene until police arrived and was confirmed to have a concealed carry license.

Last Sunday, a 59-year-old woman on the West Side of Chicago was killed by a would-be carjacker. The felon walked up to the driver’s side of the car, which was being driven by a 71-year-old man, and pulled his gun. The senior citizen refused to surrender the vehicle and kept driving. The would-be carjacker opened fire at the car, striking the woman in the head and killing her.
The night before, on the South Side, a Chicago officer killed a 37-year-old man whom the officer’s patrol partners had observed behaving in a manner suggesting that he was carrying a gun. The officers tried to question Harith Augustus, and he appeared to pull something from his wallet, according to police body-camera footage, possibly his firearms owner-identification card. One officer tried to grab Augustus (the police report said that he became combative), but he pulled away and ran into the street, where he appeared to reach for the gun holstered on his right hip. One of the officers opened fire and killed him. Augustus’s gun was recovered at the scene.
True to script, the officer-involved shooting sparked violent street anarchy on Saturday night, instigated by Black Lives Matter, the Chicago Alliance Against Racist and Political Repression, and other anti-cop activist groups. Protesters threw rocks and bottles, some filled with urine, at officers. Four officers were injured. Chants included “How do you spell racist? CPD [Chicago Police Department],” and “Murderers.” Protests have continued, drawing intense local media and political attention. “This department is racist . . . and we’re tired of it,” said one of the organizers.
There were no protests against the taking of the carjacking victim’s life. Carjackings have nearly tripled in Chicago since 2015, averaging two per day in 2017 and close to that in 2018. In August 2016, officers tried to pull over a car involved in an earlier carjacking; someone inside the car opened fire and hit one of the officers in the face. The shooter was on parole for attempted armed robbery. In January 2017, a teen carjacker ambushed a 34-year-old mother in an alleyway where she had been parking her car. His initial blow to her head with his gun was so severe that it temporarily blinded her. “Quit trying to kick back, you white bitch,” the assailant said as he pistol-whipped her. Before the attack, the mother had noticed a van suspiciously idling in the alleyway, but decided to continue about her business, likely second-guessing herself about “racial profiling.” In March 2017, a man with a gun forced a 24-year-old woman into the trunk of her car and raced it around the South Side until crashing into a tree. In August 2017, a 28-year-old entrepreneur and student was fatally shot in his car when he refused to hand it over to the carjacker. In November 2017, a pair of thugs accosted an 88-year-old man and stole his Lincoln at gunpoint. They almost immediately crashed into a semitrailer truck and retaining wall; one of the two felons died in the crash.
In the first six months of 2018, more than 60 children under 15 have been shot in Chicago. In June alone, an 11-year-old boy was shot in the head; a 12-year-old girl was killed as she was carrying her baby cousin; and a 14-year-old boy was gunned down by a passing car. Black Lives Matter activists have nothing to say about this violence because it does not involve police officers. Officer-involved shootings are a minute fraction of Chicago’s ongoing carnage—in 2016, they made up 0.5 percent of all shootings in the city. The foot patrol that accosted Augustus was in the neighborhood—the CPD’s Third District—because the local alderman, residents, and business owners had requested greater police protection. The area had seen an increase in open-air drug deals. So far this year, there have been 69 shootings in the Third District, a little under a dozen a month, 15 of them fatal. A witness reported to the Chicago Sun-Times that Augustus was selling “loosies”—single untaxed cigarettes—a practice that shop owners loathe for its contribution to an atmosphere of street lawlessness.
Black Lives Matter has thankfully lost its sounding board in the White House. But at the local level, away from the Resistance-obsessed national media radar screen, its anti-cop poison continues to distort policing and police-community relations. It is a tragedy for Augustus’s family and acquaintances that he lost his life; the shooting must be thoroughly investigated. If any tactical changes are needed to lessen the risk that a police encounter escalates into the use of lethal force, they should be implemented through rigorous hands-on training. But the officers were right to approach an apparently armed man, especially given the area’s record of shootings. Such proactive policing has dropped precipitously in Chicago, resulting in a sharp rise in violent crime since 2014. (Law professors Paul Cassell and Richard Fowles empirically connect the drop in stops to rising crime in this 2018 paper.)
The anti-cop violence against the CPD for a shooting that, though deeply unfortunate, appears to be justified will further lessen officers’ willingness to intervene in suspicious behavior. A Chicago detective told me, in the wake of Saturday’s violence: “Those who care about law enforcement and a civil society cannot win against willful blindness and straight-up lies. This is an open civil war that goes quite beyond Chicago.” The demoralization of law enforcement continues, and it is the law-abiding residents of high-crime areas who will continue paying the price.

A young mother from Missouri has been charged with letting men repeatedly rape her two-year-old daughter, who then contracted a sexually transmitted disease.
Azzie Watson, 25, of Independence, was charged on Tuesday with child abuse and endangerment. Her bond was set at $75,000.
According to court documents, Watson's boyfriend recorded the mother-of-two  talking about repeatedly taking her eldest daughter to a house where the toddler was raped by two men about five times.

She says on the recording that she watched the sexual assaults and called herself 'a coward.'

A TALE OF TWO KILLINGS

Chicago erupts in violence over a police shooting, but no outrage attends the far more typical killing of a bystander by a murderous felon.

BERKELEY (KPIX) – New video shows a group of women swarming through Lululemon, a popular athletic clothing store and yanking clothes off the shelf before taking off.
More than a dozen Lululemon stores in the Bay Area have been hit in the same way and police say the suspects are still on the loose.
The Lululemon store on Fourth Street in Berkeley is having an unlucky July. Police say this group of thieves has struck four times here since July 2nd, stealing thousands of dollars’ worth of merchandise.

Surveillance video shows the latest crime on July 18.
The group of women enter the store, move right for the shelves and begin shoveling yoga gear into bags. Police say these thefts all happened in the early afternoons between 1 pm and 4 pm.
“They take the merchandise, put it in a bag and walk out. Most of these thefts are happening within a minute,” said Berkeley Police Department spokesman Byron White.
It’s not just Berkeley. This weekend at a LuLulemon store in Fresno, police said a group of women walked in together, went directly over to the yoga pants shelves, and quickly emptied them.
Each pair of yoga pants at Lululemon costs from $100 to $150 dollars The thieves stole 148 pairs. Police say the Fresno crew got away with $17,000 dollars in athletic gear.
Police believe both crimes are possibly related.
Fresno police say the thefts fit the pattern of similar crimes in some Bay Area Lululemon stores, in Berkeley, San Jose, Palo Alto, San Mateo and Gilroy. Most of the crimes are caught on video. The criminals have not been caught.
“It seems that they already know exactly what it is that they want,” said White. “But in some of the videos you just see that they are just grabbing everything that they could fit into their bags.”
Anyone who recognizes the women in the video should contact Berkeley Police right away.

CHICAGO MAYOR RAHM EMANUEL FACING BACKLASH FOR PRIORITIZING ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS OVER CITIZENS

Nick Givas | Media And Politics Reporter
Democratic Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel received backlash, on “Fox & Friends” Friday, for favoring illegal immigrants over American citizens.
Fox News political analyst Gianno Caldwell attended a Thursday protest in Chicago, where citizens marched against gun violence and demanded Emanuel’s resignation. (RELATED: Chicago Tribune Trashes Melania Trump, Claims She ‘Runs For Cover And Acts Like A Victim’)
“Honestly, the residents of Chicago are fed up with Rahm Emanuel’s inaction,” Caldwell said. “In addition they are fed up with the violence. They don’t see any change.”
WATCH:
Caldwell interviewed protesters in the crowd and one of them called Emanuel a “con man” who wants to “keep black folks divided.” Another protester said the city is headed for financial ruin, while another took issue with Emanuel giving preferential treatment to illegal immigrants.
Caldwell said he found it surprising so many Illinois Democrats were willing to work with President Donald Trump to help the city of Chicago, given the current atmosphere of political division.
“I found it to be particularly interesting that there are leaders within the Democratic Party in Illinois who are seeking the help of outside resources such as President Trump,” Caldwell concluded.
Fox News reached out to Emanuel for a statement, but he did not respond to their request for comment.

Chicago Marchers: Why Would We Want the Mayor at Our Rally?

Chicago Marchers: Why Would We Want the Mayor at Our Rally?
Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel has done little to address the violence in his city, his critics say. That's why the organizers of an upcoming non-violence rally want him to have nothing to do with it. In fact, the demonstrators are planning to call for Emanuel and police Superintendent Eddie Johnson to step down. One of the leading organizers, Rev. Gregory Livingston, even compared Johnson to infamous figures like Gov. George Wallace, the former Alabama governor who spewed racism, promoted segregation and resisted civil rights.
“The call of the people is ‘Resign Rahm,’” Livingston said. “So how, then, can you back your own regime change? How do you sanction your own termination? How dumb, naive and self-hating do you think we are?”
“The protest route has been well publicized. We have no need to talk with Superintendent Johnson,” Livingston added. “Did Dr. King talk strategy with Bull Connor? With Gov. George Wallace?” (Chicago Tribune)
Emanuel has been condemned for his inaction as Chicago experiences more shootings and homicides. This past weekend, 42 people were shot, 5 of whom were killed. Almost 300 people have been killed in the city this year. The Chicago Tribuneoffered some possible causes for the bloodshed, including increased gang warfare, access to guns, police morale, and poverty.
On Thursday, protesters plan to walk along Lake Short Drive and end up at Wrigley Field during a Chicago Cubs game. Livingston admitted that arrests will be likely at the "non-violent" march and marchers may force their way into the baseball stadium. Another organizer, Rev. Ira Acree,
