TYSON HAS LONG BEEN IDENTIFED WITH THE DEMOCRAT PARTY FOR OBVIOUS REASONS.

Nearly 200,000 illegal aliens living in New York will soon receive $2.1 billion in taxpayer-funded stimulus checks and unemployment benefits thanks to a budget agreed upon by Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D).
While more than a million jobs have been lost in New York and an estimated 80,000 New York businesses may not make it to the end of the Chinese coronavirus pandemic, Cuomo and elected state Democrats agreed on a budget deal that provides billions to illegal aliens at the taxpayer’s expense.
Specifically, according to the New York Times, the state budget includes $2.1 billion in taxpayer-funded one-time payments in the form of stimulus checks and unemployment-style benefits for about 187,000 illegal aliens — about $1.1 billion more than small businesses are set to get in grants and tax credits after being forced to close by Cuomo’s economic lockdowns.
The budget also provides about $2.3 billion in federal funds for tenants who have been behind on rent as a result of Cuomo’s lockdowns, just $200,000,000 more than what illegal aliens will receive.
Previous estimates suggested illegal aliens could receive up to $28,600 a year thanks to the taxpayer-funded benefits approved by Cuomo. Weekly, illegal aliens could receive $500. For those unemployed since March 2020, illegal aliens could receive, on average, $12,600.
New York Republican Party Chairman Nick Langworthy called the New York state legislature “even more radical than the Biden-Harris administration” and said the budget deal “has replaced any last semblance of common sense with woke insanity.”
“Democrats are about to pass a budget that raises taxes on New Yorkers and businesses by $4 billion while enacting a $2 billion fund that will provide $25,000 payouts to illegal immigrants,” Langworthy said in the statement:
The few brave Democrats who have dared to speak out against this outrageous proposal are being called racists by their own party. While many will appreciate the irony in Democrats turning on each other, the terrifying truth is our state has been hijacked by extreme leftists where racism is cheapened and once again, those who break the law are given priority.
New York, and particularly New York City, has been ravaged by Cuomo and Mayor Bill de Blasio’s (D) economic lockdown measures that have now been in place for more than a year. Historic venues, hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, and local neighborhood spots have had to close their doors for good as a result of the lockdowns.
Those forced to close include The Roosevelt hotel in Midtown East, which opened in 1924; the Copacabana nightclub, which opened in 1940; The Paris Cafe, which opened in 1873; and Empire Coffee & Tea, which opened in 1908 among hundreds of others.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection announced in a press release on Wednesday that Border Patrol agents apprehended a confirmed MS-13 gang member who had just illegally crossed into the United States.
The press release said the agents in the San Diego Sector were patrolling near Forest Gate Road early Wednesday morning and were searching for "a group of illegal entrants" when one of the agents encountered six men near the border wall. They admitted to him they had illegally entered the country.
When they were arrested and brought back to the station for processing, one man, a 28-year-old El Salvadorian national, was revealed to be a documented MS-13 gang member. He, along with the five other men, will be processed for removal from the United States.
“I’m proud of the great work by our agents arresting this gang member,” said Chief Patrol Agent Aaron Heitke. “Their hard work keeps our neighborhoods safe.”
The arrest highlights that while the current surge of illegal immigrants at the U.S.-Mexico border does mainly consists of family units and unaccompanied minors, those are not the only types of people trying to enter the country. While Border Patrol and their law enforcement partners have been bogged down by the massive number of people turning themselves in, it has lead to an increase of "got aways," which are individuals who are known to have illegally crossed but were able to avoid apprehension by Border Patrol. The current number of "got aways" is estimated to be around 1,000 people a day.
On Wednesday, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said the United States is under good leadership with President Joe Biden in office to handle the ongoing crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border because the situation was much worse under President Trump.
Texas, Louisiana Sue Joe Biden for ‘Sanctuary Country’ Orders Freeing Illegal Aliens into U.S.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry (R) have filed suit against President Joe Biden for his implementation of “sanctuary country” orders that prevent Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents from arresting and deporting most illegal aliens.
In February, top ICE officials announced sanctuary country orders that prevent agents from arresting and deporting about 9-in-10 illegal aliens who would otherwise be deported.
The orders require that ICE agents only prioritize arrest and deportation for illegal aliens who have been recently convicted of aggravated felonies, terrorists, or known gang members. As a result, convicted illegal alien felons are being released into American communities.
Subsequently, Florida, Montana, and Arizona have filed lawsuits against the Biden administration, while Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) has directed state agencies to alert local law enforcement every time a criminal illegal alien is released into their community due to the orders.
Paxton and Landry have filed a similar lawsuit to that of Florida, Montana, and Arizona, arguing that the Biden orders are ensuring that criminal illegal aliens are being “released in local communities” in Texas and Louisiana.
The lawsuit states:
The Biden Administration is refusing to take custody of criminal aliens despite federal statutes requiring it to do so. Instead, Defendants have issued and implemented unlawful agency memoranda that allow criminal aliens already convicted of felony offenses to roam free in the United States. Such aliens belong in federal custody, as Congress required. [Emphasis added]
…
Federal law requires Defendants to take custody of many criminal aliens, including those with final orders of removal, those convicted of drug offenses, and those convicted of crimes of moral turpitude. By refusing to take these criminal aliens into custody, Defendants have disregarded non-discretionary legal duties. [Emphasis added]
“The President’s refusal to enforce the law only worsens an already dire border crisis,” Landry said in a statement. “Law and order must prevail; dangerous and violent criminal aliens must not be allowed to roam free in our communities.”
The lawsuit is asking a federal judge to prevent the Biden administration from enforcing the orders and rule that they are a violation of federal immigration law.
Paxton said in a statement:
President Biden’s outright refusal to enforce the law is exacerbating an unprecedented border crisis. By failing to take custody of criminal aliens and giving no explanation for this reckless policy change, the Biden Administration is demonstrating a blatant disregard for Texans’ and Americans’ safety.
Florida’s lawsuit against the Biden administration revealed seven cases where convicted illegal alien felons, in prison for burglary, cocaine trafficking, grand theft auto, heroin trafficking, credit card fraud, and money laundering had either been released into communities or are going to be released thanks to the Biden orders.
The case is State of Texas, State of Louisiana v. the United States of America, 6:21-cv-00016 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas Victoria Division.

Terror Suspects Caught Crossing Mexico Border
Two Yemeni migrants on FBI terror watch list apprehended
Federal authorities in recent months detained two Yemeni men on terror watchlists as they attempted to cross the U.S.-Mexico border.
The two men, whom authorities did not name, crossed the border in the last three months and were apprehended in southwest California. Customs and Border Protection said both men were on a no-fly list and a federal terror watch list.
Gregory K. Bovino, chief patrol agent of the border sector where the men were apprehended, said in a statement that has since been deleted from CBP's website that the arrests highlight how important the mission of securing the border is for the safety of all Americans.
"Part of the Border Patrol's mission states we will protect the country from terrorists," Bovino said, according to an archived copy of the statement. "These apprehensions at our border illustrates the importance of our mission and how we can never stop being vigilant in our everyday mission to protect this great country."
The Biden administration has not said why the statement, as well as a tweet on the arrests from Department of Homeland Security, were deleted. Neither CBP nor DHS responded to requests for comment.
The news of terror suspects trespassing at the border comes weeks after the media downplayed such allegations. In March, a delegation of House Republicans visited the Mexican border during a historic surge beginning at the start of the Biden administration. Republicans told the Washington Free Beacon terrorists had approached the U.S.-Mexican border and endangered national security. Critics in the media, however, rated such claims "Dubious" and said the government provided "Conflicting" disclosures about the number of suspected terrorists.
Rep. John Katko (R., N.Y.), ranking member of the House Homeland Security Committee, was part of the delegation of Republicans that visited the border, where, he said, the Biden administration's lax border security policy is "quickly becoming a national emergency."
"When I was at the border a few weeks ago, border patrol agents shared with me a firsthand account of encountering known or suspected terrorists on the terrorism watch list attempting to exploit President Biden’s weak and reckless border security policies," he said. "This is quickly becoming a national emergency with impact well beyond border communities alone."
Katko also said the CBP's deletion of the press release showed a "troubling" lack of transparency from the Biden administration.
"Even worse, in a troubling move, CBP removed the press release from their website disclosing two Yemeni men on the terrorism watch list were apprehended crossing the border into the United States. A word to the wise to the Biden administration: Transparency in name alone is not transparency."
EXCLUSIVE VIDEO: Tentacles of Mexican Cartels Reach into U.S., Says Rep. Chip Roy
The tentacles of criminal organizations like the Gulf Cartel or the Cartel Del Noreste faction of Los Zetas do not end at the Texas border, said U.S. Congressman Chip Roy.
Congressman Roy made those statements during a series of exclusive interviews with Breitbart Texas as he traveled the Texas border in a fact-finding effort amid the current border crisis, which he attributed to the policies of the Biden Administration. Roy stepped away from the formal congressional delegations to border hotspots like McAllen, Laredo, Carrizo Springs, Eagle Pass, and others.
One of the largest takeaways of those visits is that Mexican cartels have real operational control of the border as Mexico’s government remains unable to do anything about it, Roy said.
“That’s something that the American people don’t fully understand,” he said. “The Mexican government–they can’t have their force mean anything in that area. The cartels have control there.”
However, according to Congressman Roy, the power of the cartels does not end at the border. In some cases, U.S. agencies in San Antonio and others have turned a blind eye to the presence and power of cartels, he said.
In the Rio Grande Valley, the Reynosa faction of the Gulf Cartel has been benefiting from the lack of enforcement at the border, while in Laredo the CDN-Los Zetas are the ones reaping the benefits, Roy said.
“They are the ones making a lot of money moving human beings for profit,” he said.
During those visits, Roy has encountered several groups of migrants, some of those who had been trying to run away from authorities such as in Laredo, while in the Rio Grande Valley, migrants became lost in the brush after crossing the river after not being able to find any agents.
“The word has gotten out that Border Patrol is now distracted,” Roy said, explaining that agents from other sectors have been moved to the Rio Grande Valley to man detention and processing facilities. “What does that mean? You don’t have patrols going out and stopping the flow between the ports of entry. So now we have fentanyl up, pounds of marijuana up, human smuggling between ports of entry up, and that is kind of where your bad guys are generally coming. This is the state of our border.”
