MARK ZUCKERBERG'S OWN NEO-FASCISM

ZUCKERRUNT IS A MAJOR DONOR TO THE MEX FASCIST PARTY OF LA RAZA 'THE RACE' AND AN ADVOCATE FOR OPEN BORDERS TO KEEP WAGES DEPRESSED.

JOE BIDEN HAS SPENT HIS FIRST 100 DAYS OF CORRUPTION SABOTAGING AMERICAN JOBS TO PUT MORE 'CHEAP' LABOR INDIANS INTO RUNT ZUCKERBERG'S MONSTER OPERATION OF FAKEBOOK

Even as about 17 million Americans remain jobless, all of whom want full-time work, President Joe Biden has ended former President Trump’s executive order that paused visa programs like the H-1B visa to shore up jobs for unemployed Americans.

Biden’s restarting the visa program came after corporate interests had lobbied the administration to let the Trump order expire. Many of those corporations who lobbied Biden will now more easily be able to outsource American jobs.

This is because despite all its declarations, the Democratic Party is not a party of workers. It, as Biden’s transition team attests, is a party of Wall Street, big banks, Amazon, and the military-industrial complex.

Michelle Malkin: Silicon Valley Bans Patriots, But Permits Human Smuggling Apps

The mainstream media is slowly catching on to the "Open Borders, Inc." racket. Just this week, NBC News reported that smugglers are using Facebook to advertise their services in violation of Facebook's policy ban on human exploitation and trafficking. The news network appears shocked, shocked, shocked that coordinated illegal activity is booming on Facebook — one of the world's biggest and most influential globalist platforms.

Maybe if the bleeding-heart libs in the Fourth Estate hadn't been so busy carrying water for Mexican cartels and Big Business through endless anti-Trump propaganda pieces defending the mass illegal immigrant invasion over the past four years, they might have blown the whistle sooner on Silicon Valley's co-conspirators with ruthless coyotes.

Only now has NBC News seen fit to enlighten the public about Spanish-language posts on public Facebook pages advertising "Travel to Mexico to the United States. Costs $8,000. 100 percent safe" or "Make your dream a reality in the United States. We are here to help you. The journey is safe and reliable and the price is $4,500 leaving from Monterrey to San Antonio, Texas."

That's the tip of the iceberg. In 2019, I reported how smugglers and their clients worldwide have used Facebook and WhatsApp (owned by Facebook) to coordinate their journeys. Pueblo Sin Fronteras, the most notorious sponsor of illegal immigrant caravans, still maintains a public Facebook page where its leaders taunt America, announce their border-breaching activities and post solicitations for supplies and donations.

Nongovernmental organizations, advocacy groups, and financial institutions have created an additional array of free apps to "help." The U.N.'s International Organization for Migration offers MigApp on Google Play and Apple's App Store with information and "assistance to migrate safely." The app features weather and crime alerts, medical clinic appointment scheduling and money transfer services (more on that in a moment).

Similarly, the International Committee of the Red Cross's WhatsApp alerts provide "advice on how to avoid and prevent accidents, illness, and being separated from family members," as well as a means "to share the geolocation of a shelter or send specific advice or alerts in the event of unexpected situations."

United We Dream's "Notifica" app is also available on Google Play and the Apple App Store. It gives illegal immigrant travelers a "help button" to alert friends, family, lawyers, media propagandists, and others in case of detention or encounters with law enforcement.

Border saboteurs have used technology for decades to help undermine immigration enforcement. Ricardo Dominguez created a crowdsourced website-jamming network in the 1990s called the FloodNet system, which allowed anyone with an Internet connection to interfere with the communications of the U.S. Border Patrol, White House, G8, Mexican embassy, and others. He then introduced the Transborder Immigrant Tool in 2009, using cheap $30 Motorola cellphones equipped with a free GPS applet to help illegal immigrants navigate desert routes, locate water stations, and determine their proximity to highways. An expert consulted by the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees lauded "how smartphones and social media have revolutionized" migration, allowing illegal immigrants to bypass "legal means" of finding agents that "take a long time" and instead use the "dark digital underworld" for "facilitating access to agents and smugglers" through encrypted Facebook and WhatsApp channels.

Add to all this a new boom of peer-to-peer apps that facilitate illegal immigrant money transfers known as "remittances." In 2017, the aggregate cost of sending remittances was about $30 billion. Old-line money transfer operators charge steep fees averaging about 7% of the amount sent. Among the plethora of competitors and disrupters jockeying in the migrant money market to peel away customers with lower transaction fees are Wells Fargo, MoneyGram, Paypal/Xoom, Wise, and WorldRemit. Many of these apps integrate with Facebook's Messenger Chat, Viber, and WeChat. WorldRemit, a start-up founded by a Somalian former United Nations official with venture capital backing from Facebook, Spotify, Netflix, and Slack, is closing in on 600,000 transfers per month, according to Fast Company.

Just to make Silicon Valley's allegiances clear: Apps owned or backed by Facebook, Google, and Apple that aid and abet illegal immigration and human smuggling operate with impunity, while those same globalist companies have banned law-abiding, free-speech apps such as Gab and Parler. Untold thousands of nationalists have been deplatformed for defending our homeland, while cartels and coyotes exploit the Internet and corporate oligarchs' cheap labor appetites to sabotage our borders and attack American sovereignty.

Who needs foreign enemies when domestic blind worship of the "free market" is destroying us from within?

Indiana Attorney General Begins Probe into Five Big Tech Corporations for Conservative Censorship Involving Biden’s Nominee Vanita Gupta

Indiana Attorney General has begun investigations into five Big Tech corporations for censorship of conservative content involving Joe Biden’s nominee, Vanita Gupta.

The probe includes companies Amazon, Apple, Facebook, Google, and Twitter over whether they have “harmed Indiana consumers through business practices that are abusive, deceptive and/or unfair.”

Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita said, “In a free society, few assets are more important to consumers than access to information and the opportunity to express political viewpoints in meaningful forums.” Adding, “It is potentially harmful and unfair for these companies to manipulate content in ways they do not publicly discuss or that consumers do not fully understand.”

The Attorney General also said he is investigating Vanita Gupta over suspected actions to foster the five Big Tech companies to censor conservative viewpoints. “Gupta, who is President Joe Biden’s nominee to be associate U.S. attorney general,” Rokita writes, “has allegedly met with Facebook and Twitter executives to urge ‘more rigorous rules and enforcement,’ to use her own words as quoted in Time.”

“Gupta, according to the Time article, stressed that it was important for social media platforms to be ‘tagging things and taking them down,'” Rokita concludes.

Breitbart News reported that 11 Republican Senators demanded a second committee hearing for Gupta over “her misleading statements, and for her refusal to respond to our written questions.” But Judiciary Committee Chairman Dick Durbin (D-IL) hurriedly rushed Gupta to a vote in a second committee meeting, cutting off Sen. Tom Cotton’s (R-AR) statements in a show of hardball partisan politics.

Indeed, many questions remain about Gupta’s stock holding in a family enterprise that sold acetic anhydride to Mexican cartels, which is used to make high-grade ‘china white’ heroin and methamphetamine. Gupta has also been a proponent of raising the minimum wage to $15 per hour while also owning stock in her family’s company which pays its Mexican labor force $1.30 an hour.

The head-turning headlines have raised concerns for Judicial Crisis Network, which has urged Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) to vote “no” on her confirmation. However, Manchin has indicated he will likely vote to confirm Gupta. “I have spoken to Merrick Garland — and he is very high on her,” Manchin said. “And I have all the respect in the world on his decision-making. I will be leaning towards because of his support.”

Lawsuit: Joe Biden Unlawfully Inflating U.S. Labor Market with Foreign Workers

American professionals who were replaced by H-1B foreign visa workers are asking a federal court to strike down an Obama-era regulation that allows companies to outsource United States jobs to the spouses of H-1B foreign visa workers.

Save Jobs USA, made up of American professionals who were fired and forced to train their H-1B foreign visa replacements in 2015 by Southern California Edison, is asking the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia for summary judgment to prevent an Obama-era regulation governing H-4 visa holders, the spouses of H-1B visa holders, which allows them to take U.S. jobs.

In 2015, the Obama administration implemented a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) regulation that allowed H-4 visa holders to obtain work permits to take U.S. jobs. In 2017, the Trump administration had sought to eliminate the regulation, but it was never finalized.

President Joe Biden, last month, announced that his administration would not seek to eliminate the regulation allowing H-4 visa holders to take U.S. jobs after lobbying from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and other corporate interests.

Save Jobs USA’s lawsuit, in which plaintiffs are represented by the Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI), alleges that “the statutory terms of the H-4 visa do not authorize employment” and ultimately that the Biden administration is unlawfully inflating the U.S. labor market.

The lawsuit states:

These American workers bring this action under the Administrative Procedure Act to challenge a DHS regulation designed to increase the amount of foreign labor in the United States and circumvent statutory protections for American workers by allowing — without authorization in the statute that governs the visas for both H-4 dependents and their spouses — certain aliens with H-4 visas to work in this country. The issue in this case is whether, as DHS claims, Congress has validly conferred on DHS a work-authorization power so sweeping and general that it permits DHS to issue the H-4 Rule even without any authorization in this governing statute. [Emphasis added]

Because Congress has not conferred upon DHS general authority to define classes of aliens eligible for employment through regulation, and because any such delegation of power would be unconstitutional, the H-4 Rule is in excess of DHS authority. Therefore, the Court must set it aside. [Emphasis added]

“The media has largely ignored the problem of DHS creating guestworker programs through regulation,” IRLI counsel John Miano said in a statement. “The Constitution gives Congress authority over the immigration system, but more labor now enters the U.S. job market through regulation than under laws passed by Congress.”

Today, there are nearly 100,000 H-4 visa holders who are eligible to obtain work permits to take U.S. jobs.

Meanwhile, the H-1B visa program allows companies to bring 85,000 foreign workers to take U.S. jobs each year and likely thousands more as universities and nonprofits are exempt from this annual cap.

There are about 650,000 H-1B visa foreign workers in the U.S. at any given moment. Americans are often laid off in the process and forced to train their foreign replacements, as highlighted by Breitbart News.

The case is Save Jobs USA v. U.S. Department of Homeland Security, 1:15-cv-00615-TSC in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

Data: Multinational Corporations Kept Outsourcing American Jobs in Pandemic

A number of multinational corporations and outsourcing firms continued outsourcing American white-collar jobs in Fiscal Year 2020 to H-1B foreign visa workers, data reveals.

Thirty multinational corporations, big banks, and outsourcing firms were awarded approval by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) agency to outsource more than 33,000 American white-collar jobs to H-1B foreign visa workers, according to data compiled by Economic Policy Institute (EPI) researchers.

“Members of Congress and Presidents from both parties over the past 14 years — who have been well-informed that the H-1B program has morphed into a corporate scam to offshore U.S. tech jobs and underpay migrant workers — have turned a blind eye to fixing it,” the EPI researchers write.

The H-1B visa program allows companies to bring 85,000 foreign workers to take American jobs each year and likely thousands more as universities and nonprofits are exempt from this annual cap.

There are about 650,000 H-1B visa foreign workers in the U.S. at any given moment. Americans are often laid off in the process and forced to train their foreign replacements, as highlighted by Breitbart News.

The data from October 2019 to September 2020 shows that Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Facebook, Apple, Qualcomm, Oracle, Cisco Systems, Walmart, and McKinsey, as well as big banks such as Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase, and Goldman Sachs, and outsourcing firms like Infosys, Tata Consulting Services, Tech Mahindra Americas, IBM, Deloitte, Cognizant, and Capgemini were among the firms that were approved to outsource more than 33,000 American jobs.

In total, these 30 corporations, banks, and outsourcing firms were approved to import nearly 4-in-10 of all the H-1B foreign visa workers allowed to take American jobs last year.

Of the 30 top outsourcers, more than half are outsourcing firms whose business model relies on widening profit margins by outsourcing and eventually offshoring American jobs.

“Many of the outsourcing firms on this list have been reported to use the H-1B program to replace U.S. workers in cases that garnered national attention,” the researchers noted.

Despite the decision, the latest survey from Rasmussen Reports finds that 66 percent of likely U.S. voters say it is better for businesses to raise wages and provide better benefits to recruit Americans rather than importing foreign workers — 73 percent of Republicans, 63 percent of Democrats, and 62 percent of swing voters.

Likewise, 65 percent of voters said the nation’s labor market “already has enough talented people to train and recruit for most of those jobs” and does not need more.
