U.S. Prosecutor Says $10M Biden Bribe Was Credible, Contradicting Democrat Jamie Raskin
Former Pittsburgh U.S. Attorney Scott Brady told the House Judiciary Committee on Monday the FD-1023 file that alleges Hunter and President Joe Biden each received a five-million-dollar bribe was credible and ripe for investigation in 2020, but the FBI was reluctant to investigate, a testimony which contradicts Democrats who allege the FD-1023 file was not credible and therefore the probe was shut down, Breitbart News learned Thursday.
The federal prosecutor, who investigated Hunter Biden’s deals with Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings, said that his team corroborated the FBI informant’s allegations of the Biden bribes and that they warranted further investigation by three U.S. Attorney’s offices in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Delaware.
Brady’s testimony broadly confirms Sen. Chuck Grassley’s (R-IA) Wednesday speculation the FBI maintained more than 40 confidential sources with “criminal information” on Hunter, James, and President Joe Biden before political pressure might have caused an FBI investigation into the Bidens to be shut down “subject to foreign disinformation.” Grassley released the FD-1023 file in July that alleged Mykola Zlochevsky, the founder of Burisma Holdings, paid Joe and Hunter Biden after then-Vice President Biden withheld aid to Ukraine until then-President Petro Poroshenko fired a prosecutor investigating Burisma.

C-SPANThe testimony directly contradicts House Oversight Ranking Member Jamie Raskin’s claims the FD-1023 form was not credible and therefore the U.S. Attorney’s office in Pittsburgh terminated the probe. “My understanding of Mr. Raskin’s public statements is that, based on the determination that I, and my team, found the allegations in the 1023 not credible or other information not credible, we did not escalate the assessment to a limited or full investigation,” Brady told House investigators. “That’s not true.”
“Once again, Ranking Member Jamie Raskin is playing fast and loose with the facts as he moonlights as the Biden family defense lawyer,” House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) posted on X. “His lies about the FBI’s Biden Bribery Record have been debunked by former Attorney General Bill Barr & now U.S. Attorney Scott Brady.” In July, Former Attorney General William Barr dispelled Raskin’s claim that the Justice Department ended the $5 million bribery probe. “On the contrary, it was sent to Delaware for further investigation,” he told the Federalist.
In addition, Brady said the Justice Department ordered now-Special Counsel David Weiss, who has investigated Hunter Biden for five years, and Assistant U.S. Attorney Lesley Wolf to cooperate with his investigation. Brady said his communication with Weiss was “problematic” and noted Wolf was aware of the FD-1023 form, but IRS agents working the case with the Justice Department were not made aware of it, which surprised Brady because “you want your team to know about everything.”
IRS whistleblowers alleged in June that Wolf refused to allow investigators to ask about Joe Biden being “the big guy,” and that the DOJ twice prevented Weiss from bringing stronger charges against Hunter Biden.
Moreover, Brady told investigators he was not aware of the FBI’s possession of Hunter Biden’s “laptop from hell” and was surprised when the New York Post broke the story of its existence. Brady said the FBI should have made him aware of its existence when he asked the Bureau to search their internal databases for information related to Burisma or Hunter Biden.

James Comer Demands Joe Biden Provide Loan Docs, IRS Filings of $200K ‘Loan’ to James Biden
House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) demanded on Thursday that President Joe Biden provide applicable loan documents and IRS filings regarding the $200,000 “loan repayment” James Biden claims he repaid Joe in 2018.
The White House and James Biden, Joe Biden’s brother, denied the $200,000 check James gave Joe Biden was due to a pre-existing business relationship. They insist the money was a return payment for money Joe Biden lent him but have not provided the committee any evidence to prove their claims.
Comer believes the $200,000 payment is suspicious because the money flowed through a distressed entity, Americore, which loaned James Biden a total of $600,000. On March 1, 2018, Americore wired James Biden $200,000. That same day, James Biden sent Joe Biden a $200,000 check.
In a letter to White House Counsel Edward Siskel, Comer, a former bank board member, requested the loan agreement, along with any applicable IRS tax filings:
As you may know, the Internal Revenue Code has specific requirements for delineating and reporting “below-market [rate] loans” from gifts. While there are some exceptions, for example loans of $10,000 or less, the payment in question would not appear exempt from such requirements if it is a loan. Indeed, there appears to have been no interest paid on the “loan” based upon the White House’s own representations. The current lack of documentation leaves reason to doubt claims that this transaction was repayment for a legal loan. We request documentation clarifying the nature of this payment and whether all applicable documentation and IRS filings were properly made.
Comer said regardless of if the $200,000 check to Joe Biden was a loan repayment, Joe Biden benefited from his family cashing in on the Biden name:
The White House has claimed Joe Biden loaned James Biden $200,000, and this check was repayment. Records obtained by the Committee do show numerous large incoming transactions into the personal account of James and Sara Biden from various entities. Some of these transaction records may have obscured the identity of the true payer, but no records in the Committee’s possession state that Joe Biden made a large loan payment to his brother.

Whether it was a loan or not, James Biden’s March 1, 2018, check to Joe Biden aptly demonstrates one way he personally benefited from his family’s shady influence peddling of his name and their access to him. Even if the transaction in question was part of a loan agreement, we are troubled that Joe Biden’s ability to recoup funds depended on his brother’s cashing-in on the Biden brand.

Comer previously described the Biden business as a classic influence scheme. He believes the Biden family opened over 20 shell companies to hide payments and launder money. Comer’s analysis is especially relevant because he previously served as a bank board member before serving in Washington, DC.
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), a member of the Oversight Committee, exclusively told Breitbart News on Friday that “we finally have direct evidence of money laundering.” She continued, “It was a $200,000 check made out to Joe Biden, directly from Jim Biden, on the exact same day that Jim Biden had received $200,000 from a foreign investment.”

Peter Schweizer with ‘Breaking Biden’ Author: The Bidens ‘Run a Very Sophisticated Criminal Enterprise’
Despite Joe Biden’s mumbling and stumbling, the checkered pasts of brothers Frank and James Biden, and the lurid, embarrassing details found on Hunter Biden’s laptop documenting his drug addictions and frequenting of prostitutes, the Biden family “actually run a very sophisticated and, I would argue, criminal enterprise that is designed to extract wealth and to leverage Joe’s power, but to keep him at arm’s length so that it is harder to connect him to it,” says investigative journalist Peter Schweizer.
The Biden family got rich by leveraging Joe’s rising political power while keeping him at arm’s length from the lucre, Schweizer says on the most recent episode of The Drill Down podcast.
Their far-flung enterprise made them millions by doing influence deals in countries not known for their ethical hang-ups — places like Kazakhstan, Iraq, Russia, Ukraine, and of course, China. Some see this as just a symptom of a larger problem of corruption within the permanent governing class in Washington, but today’s guest, Alex Marlow, the senior editor of Breitbart News, disagrees.
“Joe Biden is not a ‘symptom’ of the problem. He is the problem,” Marlow tells Schweizer and co-host Eric Eggers of the Government Accountability Institute.
Marlow is most recently the author of Breaking Biden, a New York Times bestseller that extends Schweizer’s own earlier research on Biden. Inc. and breaks new ground in the ongoing investigation of Joe Biden that has now become an impeachment inquiry in the U.S. House of Representatives.
Brother James, who was previously a nightclub owner, managed to become a partner in a company bidding on reconstruction projects around the world. Marlow quotes from Schweizer’s 2020 book, Profiles in Corruption: “James Biden remained with Hill International, which accumulated contracts from the federal government for dozens of projects, including projects in the United States, Puerto Rico, Mozambique, and elsewhere.”
Joe’s other brother Frank meanwhile was turning deals with the government of Costa Rica, when he wasn’t dodging the $450,000 settlement of a wrongful death lawsuit after his speeding Jaguar XK8 car killed a pedestrian in California in 1999. Schweizer notes on the podcast that brother Joe actually helped Frank hide from the investigators who were looking into that incident at the time.
Marlow’s new book goes further, explaining the secret cadre of consultants who are running Joe Biden’s Washington, how Biden sold America’s intellectual property to communist China, and the many ways Bidens bag cash using the family name.
He remains guardedly optimistic about the current investigation by the House Oversight Committee, because while it has spent a lot of time getting testimony from the lower bosses of the Biden Inc. syndicate, what he calls “the capos,” he believes there are many more answers to get from the principals if Congress gets serious about hauling them before the committee.
“I have a million questions to ask, if anyone out there wants to reach out,” Alex said. “I’d be asking, ‘What did you do for these companies, James? What did you do for these companies, Frank? What did you do for these companies, Hunter?’” he added.
Schweizer agreed with that, complimented Marlow for “out-researching me,” and noted that the answers to these questions on the Biden family business empire have been hanging loose for more than five years.
“These are insane loose ends for this country,” Marlow concluded.

Chuck Grassley: FBI Had 40 Confidential Sources with ‘Criminal Information’ on the Biden Family
The FBI had more than 40 confidential sources with “criminal information” on Hunter, James, and President Joe Biden before political pressure might have caused an FBI investigation into the Bidens to be shut down “subject to foreign disinformation,” Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) wrote in a Tuesday letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray.
The FBI ran the confidential human sources from multiple FBI field offices across the nation, including the FBI Seattle Field Office, FBI Baltimore Field Office, and FBI HQ holdings, Grassley stated.
“Based on the information provided to my office over a period of years by multiple credible whistleblowers, there appears to be an effort within the Justice Department and FBI to shut down investigative activity relating to the Biden family,” Grassley wrote.

Grassley noted that Justice Department whistleblowers say one of the investigations into the Bidens entailed an FBI informant FD-1023 file that alleged Hunter and Joe Biden were each bribed $5 million.
Grassley released the FD-1023 file in July that alleged Mykola Zlochevsky, the founder of Burisma Holdings, bribed Joe and Hunter Biden after then-Vice President Biden withheld aid to Ukraine until then-President Petro Poroshenko fired a prosecutor investigating Burisma.

“An essential question that must be answered is this: did the FBI investigate the information or shut it down?” Grassley wrote, raising the question that if those sources were “improperly shut down, it wouldn’t be out of the ordinary for the FBI.”

Mike Johnson Strongly Supports Impeachment Inquiry into Joe Biden
Newly elected Speaker of the House Mike Johnson (R-LA) is a strong advocate of the House’s impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden for his involvement in the Biden family business.
During a September House floor speech, Johnson eloquently articulated three reasons to justify the inquiry initially launched by former Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA):
There are three irrefutable facts that have taken us to this point: Number one, President Biden lied directly to the American people. Number two, President Biden’s family and their associates profited millions through shell companies. Number three, President Biden’s federal agencies are stonewalling our legitimate congressional inquiry.
Johnson, who served as vice chairman of the House Republican Conference and on the House Judiciary Committee, noted those facts are “just the tip of the iceberg”:
There are so many scandals; there’s so much corruption that’s been uncovered. Every stone that we overturn leads to more and more corruption. And because of that, Mr. Speaker, a lot of the American people are simply getting lost in the barrage of evidence, in the barrage of allegations of corruption and the evidence itself.
After defining key points in the investigation, Johnson also slammed the media for covering up the scandal. “And as expected, the D.C. and the national press corps have blindly accepted the White House’s spin, and they’re trying to convince the American people that our inquiry, even the impeachment inquiry, is illegitimate.” He then mocked several headlines written by establishment media outlets about the sandal:

Most recently, Johnson drew attention to the latest development in the probe, slamming Joe Biden for accepting a $200,000 check from James Biden, who claims the money was not a part of a business agreement with his brother.
“.@JoeBiden received $200k payment from his brother James— Hunter Biden’s business partner. My friend @RepJamesComer is taking the next steps for us to hold the President accountable for his influence peddling scheme,” Johnson said. “No one should get away with this— especially a President.”
Johnson also had the opportunity to question Attorney General Merrick Garland in September about IRS whistleblowers who claimed political appointees influenced the Justice Department’s probe into Hunter Biden. “Whistleblowers are lying to us under oath — those whistleblowers are lying?” Rep. Mike Johnson (R-LA) questioned Garland.
“Their description of the process, Congressman, is an opinion, not a fact question,” he replied.
“Have you had personal contact with anyone at FBI headquarters about the Hunter Biden investigation?” Johnson asked Garland.
“I don’t recollect the answer to that question, but the FBI works for the Justice Department,” he replied.
“I’m sorry. I’m sorry,” Johnson interrupted. “You don’t recollect? You don’t recollect whether you’ve talked with anybody at FBI headquarters about an investigation of the president’s son?”
“I don’t believe that I did,” Garland affirmatively replied. “I promised the Senate when I came before it for confirmation that I would leave Mr. Weiss in place and that I would not interfere with his investigation.”
Among the allegations, the IRS whistleblowers alleged Assistant U.S. Attorney Lesley Wolf refused to allow investigators to ask about Joe Biden being “the big guy,” the DOJ twice prevented now-Special Counsel David Weiss from bringing stronger charges against Hunter Biden, and the IRS recommended charges against Hunter Biden that were not approved by Garland.

House investigators probing President Joe Biden have Hunter and James Biden’s financial statements, which reveal that Joe Biden received a $200,000 payment from James Biden, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) exclusively told Breitbart News.
The House Oversight Committee subpoenaed Hunter and James Biden’s financials on September 28 to further link Joe Biden to his family’s foreign deals.
The committee released evidence on Friday that James Biden wrote Joe Biden a $200,000 check in 2018. “This came from his financial statements — from Jim Biden’s financial statements,” Greene told Breitbart News.
“We also have Hunter Biden’s financial statements, and we look forward to putting out subpoenas on a lot more bank accounts that we have uncovered,” she said.
Greene characterized the payment as a “money laundering scheme” by “petty criminals who belong in jail.”

“The important thing for people to know is regardless of this Speaker battle that we’re having, committees can keep doing their work, and they should,” she said. “They shouldn’t stop. And that’s why we’ve kept going on oversight because we feel this investigation is above the Speaker’s fight.”

‘Breaking Biden’ Author—Meet Jim Biden: Nightclub Owner, International Business Mogul, Joe’s Bagman
Seemingly his entire life, Joe Biden’s brother James “Jim” Biden has benefitted from his brother’s political status. At various moments, he has been a campaign finance maven, a nightclub owner, and a hedge fund mastermind. Jim appears to be a man who wears many hats; but in actuality, he only wears one: Joe Biden’s brother.
I detail many of the ways he has lived large thanks to his big bro in my new New York Times bestselling book Breaking Biden.
One place where James clearly leveraged his proximity to power for money was with Americore Health. Near the end of the Obama administration, James Biden joined Americore, which operated hospitals in several states.

James Biden’s experience in healthcare seems to be nonexistent (are you surprised?), but his value was still clear. Promoting himself as his brother Joe’s chief fundraiser, James Biden promised he could open doors and raise money from companies across the world, a including major Turkish conglomerate.
But the promised investments never materialized. In December 2019, Americore declared bankruptcy. Weeks later, the FBI raided an Americore office in Pennsylvania as part of an investigation into “white collar crimes.”
Politico reported in 2020 that Americore has been plagued with legal troubles due to mismanagement. Investors and partners in the company have sued over management, alleging false promises and the misappropriation of money. Most notably, James Biden is accused of fraudulently transferring funds from Americore “outside of the ordinary course of business.” In 2018, James took over a half-million dollars in personal loans from the company, according to a former executive, which may or may not have ever been repaid.
Last week, House Oversight Committee Chair Rep. James Comer (R-KY) revealed that in 2018, James Biden sent the now-president Joe Biden a $200,000 payment. The same day, James had received a $200,000 wire transfer from Americore.
“On March 1, 2018, Americore wired a $200,000 loan into James and Sara Biden’s personal bank account — not their business bank account,” Comer explained. “And then on the very same day, James Biden wrote a $200,000 check from this same personal bank account to Joe Biden.”
What a wild coincidence. Could these payments possibly be related?
One crucial detail is that these funds James got from Americore were quite possibly illicit.
“James Biden wrote this check to Joe Biden as a ‘loan repayment.’ Americore — a distressed company — loaned money to James Biden who then sent it to Joe Biden,” Comer said.
Getting the exact dollar amounts and dates of the transfer is significant. We independent investigators who look into the Bidens do not have access to bank records. You need government subpoena power to do that, which Comer has.

Despite Joe Biden’s repeated insistence that his personal finances and his family’s businesses are not intertwined, it’s patently obvious thats a flat out lie.
Next up: the committee ought to ask James exactly what he did for Americore and to explain the transfers both to him and to Joe.
Hopefully they broadcast the questioning. It could fetch a pretty penny on Pay-Per-View.
Naturally, this is not James Biden’s only blatant attempt to capitalize on the family name to bag cash. I document several others in Breaking Biden.
Inexplicable Business Ties to Iraq, Saudi Arabia, and Beyond
On November 4, 2010, a longtime Biden family friend from Delaware, Kevin Justice, had a meeting in D.C. with the Office of the Vice President. At the time, Justice was the president of a construction company called HillStone International. A couple of weeks after the meeting, HillStone hired James as an executive vice president, despite the fact that James had no experience in the housing construction industry.

James’s company profile touted his only experience that really mattered: “James Biden was the finance chairman of his . . . brother’s bid for a U.S. Senate seat in Delaware and successfully enlisted the support of national unions, political leaders and financiers across the country.”
James joined HillStone at a fortuitous time: the firm was negotiating a massive contract in war-torn Iraq to build 100,000 homes. This was part of a $35 billion, 500,000-unit project, as Schweizer reported in Profiles in Corruption. HillStone also got a $22 million construction contract from the U.S. State Department. The company’s founder, David Richter, told investors at a private meeting that it really helps to have “the brother of the Vice President as partner.” For the years James worked with HillStone, the firm “accumulated contracts from the federal government for dozens of projects, including projects in the United States, Puerto Rico, Mozambique, and elsewhere.”
Yes, Mozambique… and “elsewhere.”
On February 14, 2023, the Daily Mail reported that James Biden admitted in legal filings that he was hired by Hill International, the parent company of HillStone, to “negotiate with Saudis over a secret $140 million deal” because of his relationship to Vice President Joe Biden, who at the time was leading delegations to Saudi Arabia.

The case documents reveal that on at least two occasions, “Jim told a former senior U.S. Treasury official working as a private investigator” that he was “often sent to meetings to represent Hill because ‘of course, the [Biden] name didn’t hurt.’” Hill CEO Irvin Richter further confided “that he selected Biden because KSA [the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia] would not dare stiff the brother of the Vice-President who would be instrumental to the deal.”
Jim’s wife, Sara, also claimed in official affidavits that “Joe and his brother ‘told each other everything.’”
Lamentably, this influence peddling is as legal as it is flagrant.
In the system Joe Biden built, influence peddling is legal for anyone willing to put in a little effort to find one of any number of loopholes.
A Shocking Ukraine Connection
Despite being able to book gigs all over the world thanks to his last name, James, like many of the Bidens, is constantly in and out of financial trouble. He fell deeply into debt to the Internal Revenue Service, but conveniently received a half-million-dollar loan in 2015 from Biden donor and Ukrainian-American car dealer John Hynansky. Three years earlier, Hynansky’s company had received a $20 million federal loan to build a new dealership near Kyiv, Ukraine.
For all these deals, Joe Biden is in the room—figuratively, if not literally. None of them would have happened without Joe. Joe, a known plagiarist, has lied about everything from driving a big rig to his son’s death.
Of course, he is willing to lie about his family’s financial dealings.

Joe has made business boom for the Bidens. They didn’t have to talk to him about every deal. They merely had to talk about him.
Besides, only a fool would trust the Bidens’ word and not his or her own eyes.

‘Breaking Biden’ Author: Five Takeaways from Joe’s Duplicitous Oval Office Address About Ukraine
Joe Biden gave a rare Oval Office address Thursday night that began with a clear condemnation of Hamas terror, but quickly shifted focus to cynical politicking and narrative setting, even while Americans are still being held hostage.
Here are a few essential takeaways:
1. The Address Was About Ukraine, Not Israel
I spent over a year trying to get inside Joe Biden’s brain while researching for my New York Times bestselling book, Breaking Biden, and in that time, I learned a few of his moves. One of them is that he tries to shift the political focus to something more favorable for him when his back is against the wall.
That’s what he tried to do tonight.
The dominant news cycle right now – radical Islamic terror directed at Israel – is a terrible one for Joe. As I noted in an article earlier this week, Joe Biden has harmed Israel in numerous ways over his presidency and vice presidency while simultaneously enabling terrorists and their funders. He is also clearly perceived as a weak target by our adversaries around the world; so, the longer the media is focused on Israel, Jews, Hamas rockets, decapitated babies, and American hostages, the worse Joe is going to look. His political instincts told him to try to switch gears.
He did that in his speech tonight. It was not only clumsy, it was offensive.
Actually, it was an attempted hoodwinking. The world thought the speech would be about Israel. And he did talk about Israel. But the speech was really about Ukraine.
He tried to connected Israel and Ukraine in order to suggest to Americans that if you support Israel’s war for its own survival, you must also support limitless taxpayer resources being sent to Ukraine – after those funds make a pit stop in the bank accounts of U.S. defense contractors, of course.
He ended up saying nothing newsworthy about Israel or Hamas, yet he revived the Ukraine funding discussion.
Yes, duplicitous Joe used dead Jews as an excuse to give a speech about Ukraine funding — from the Oval Office, no less.
2. Earth To Joe: Ukraine And Israel Are Not the Same
My colleague Joel Pollak beat me to the punch on this one:
Israel is not Ukraine. Israel is a much closer ally. It is a democracy, and has been for far longer than Ukraine. Its intelligence assists U.S. counter-terror operations; its technology, like the Iron Dome, keeps American troops safe.
Israel has taken bullets — or, rather, Scud missiles — for the U.S., allowing Iraq to attack it during the Gulf War without retaliating, because the U.S. needed to keep Arab allies in its wartime coalition. And millions of Americans — Christian and Jewish — love Israel, visiting in the millions.
The last point is crucial. Israel has been exemplary stewards of the Holy Land, a place where Jews and Christians alike make pilgrimages by the millions. This is fortunate for America, itself a Judeo-Christian nation. If Israel is wiped off the map—the stated objective of those who are at war against it right now—then the Holy Land will be in jeopardy.
I would also add that Ukraine is one of the most corrupt countries in the world, and Israel is not. That counts!
3. Joe’s False Construct: Tying Israel’s Survival to Ukraine Spending
Joe wants his Ukraine agenda to continue to get funding. His base really likes sending stuff to Ukraine. And he needs his base happy if he wants to get reelected.
His ultimate goal appears to be to tie funding for Israel to funding for Ukraine in subsequent spending packages.
This is a false construct, and Americans should reject it.
The thought that helping Israel stave off extinction is conditional on sending another bag of goodies to grifters in Ukraine isn’t just totally bogus, it is, again, offensive. If we’re going to tie anything to Israel funds, it should be other issues of urgent national security importance like solidifying our border; but we know Joe doesn’t actually want a secure border.
4. Joe Wants More Cash for the Military-Industrial Complex
As I document in Breaking Biden, Joe Biden and his cabinet are in league with the military-industrial complex, none more so than his Secretary of State, Antony Blinken. Blinken, whom I refer to as the “Secretary of Boeing,” was the managing director of the Penn Biden Center (home of Joe’s infamous classified documents) and co-founded WestExec Advisors, a boutique D.C. consultancy focused on “advising companies on geopolitical risk and emerging opportunities.” He also helped orchestrate the “Russian disinfo” hoax letter that got the Hunter Biden “Laptop from Hell” censored before the 2020 election, along with 50 of his Deep State buddies.
Blinken is one example of many in Biden’s administration. Joe loves to fund the defense industry because that’s where past and future cabinet officials go to bag cash between stints running our government.
In his Oval Office address, Joe Biden specifically called for “missiles for air defense, batters made in Arizona,” and “artillery shells made in 12 countries [sic] in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Texas, and so much more.” He then went on to suggest that it is patriotic to funnel unlimited amounts of your tax dollars to the ever-expanding security state.
The same security state that bankrolls people like Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, who famously sat on the board of Raytheon. The list goes on.
Using the death of Israelis and Americans, especially children, to shake the can for the defense industry was not mereley a little too on the nose, it was grotesque.
5. Joe Is Thinking About a Two-State Solution and Islamophobia
The fact that he is even bringing up the “two state solution” debate right now, days after babies were murdered in their homes by Hamas, and while Americans are still hostage, is seemingly wildly out of touch. Sadly, it’s probably not. These comments were likely a sop to the pro-Hamas faction of our society (a group of people who seemingly control many of our major newsrooms).
In what was another low point for the night, Joe scolded Americans for Islamophobia from two decades ago, despite the fact that radical Muslims targeted Jews for torture, rape, and murder just this month. “I know many of you in the Muslim American community are outraged saying to yourself ‘here we go again’ with Islamophobia and distress we saw after 9/11,” Joe said.
The timing would seem a bit off, unless you see it as a dog whistle to extremists in his political base.
Can we at least try to free the hostages before we get a lecture on why we need to be careful not to hurt people’s hypothetical feelings?
Despite his constant haranguing about unity, Joe Biden rarely misses an opportunity to divide so long as he believes it advances his political position.

‘Breaking Biden’ Author—Meet Jim Biden: Nightclub Owner, International Business Mogul, Joe’s Bagman
Seemingly his entire life, Joe Biden’s brother James “Jim” Biden has benefitted from his brother’s political status. At various moments, he has been a campaign finance maven, a nightclub owner, and a hedge fund mastermind. Jim appears to be a man who wears many hats; but in actuality, he only wears one: Joe Biden’s brother.
I detail many of the ways he has lived large thanks to his big bro in my new New York Times bestselling book Breaking Biden.
One place where James clearly leveraged his proximity to power for money was with Americore Health. Near the end of the Obama administration, James Biden joined Americore, which operated hospitals in several states.

James Biden’s experience in healthcare seems to be nonexistent (are you surprised?), but his value was still clear. Promoting himself as his brother Joe’s chief fundraiser, James Biden promised he could open doors and raise money from companies across the world, a including major Turkish conglomerate.
But the promised investments never materialized. In December 2019, Americore declared bankruptcy. Weeks later, the FBI raided an Americore office in Pennsylvania as part of an investigation into “white collar crimes.”
Politico reported in 2020 that Americore has been plagued with legal troubles due to mismanagement. Investors and partners in the company have sued over management, alleging false promises and the misappropriation of money. Most notably, James Biden is accused of fraudulently transferring funds from Americore “outside of the ordinary course of business.” In 2018, James took over a half-million dollars in personal loans from the company, according to a former executive, which may or may not have ever been repaid.
Last week, House Oversight Committee Chair Rep. James Comer (R-KY) revealed that in 2018, James Biden sent the now-president Joe Biden a $200,000 payment. The same day, James had received a $200,000 wire transfer from Americore.
“On March 1, 2018, Americore wired a $200,000 loan into James and Sara Biden’s personal bank account — not their business bank account,” Comer explained. “And then on the very same day, James Biden wrote a $200,000 check from this same personal bank account to Joe Biden.”
What a wild coincidence. Could these payments possibly be related?
One crucial detail is that these funds James got from Americore were quite possibly illicit.
“James Biden wrote this check to Joe Biden as a ‘loan repayment.’ Americore — a distressed company — loaned money to James Biden who then sent it to Joe Biden,” Comer said.
Getting the exact dollar amounts and dates of the transfer is significant. We independent investigators who look into the Bidens do not have access to bank records. You need government subpoena power to do that, which Comer has.

Despite Joe Biden’s repeated insistence that his personal finances and his family’s businesses are not intertwined, it’s patently obvious thats a flat out lie.
Next up: the committee ought to ask James exactly what he did for Americore and to explain the transfers both to him and to Joe.
Hopefully they broadcast the questioning. It could fetch a pretty penny on Pay-Per-View.
Naturally, this is not James Biden’s only blatant attempt to capitalize on the family name to bag cash. I document several others in Breaking Biden.
Inexplicable Business Ties to Iraq, Saudi Arabia, and Beyond
On November 4, 2010, a longtime Biden family friend from Delaware, Kevin Justice, had a meeting in D.C. with the Office of the Vice President. At the time, Justice was the president of a construction company called HillStone International. A couple of weeks after the meeting, HillStone hired James as an executive vice president, despite the fact that James had no experience in the housing construction industry.
Do you notice the pattern?

James’s company profile touted his only experience that really mattered: “James Biden was the finance chairman of his . . . brother’s bid for a U.S. Senate seat in Delaware and successfully enlisted the support of national unions, political leaders and financiers across the country.”
James joined HillStone at a fortuitous time: the firm was negotiating a massive contract in war-torn Iraq to build 100,000 homes. This was part of a $35 billion, 500,000-unit project, as Schweizer reported in Profiles in Corruption. HillStone also got a $22 million construction contract from the U.S. State Department. The company’s founder, David Richter, told investors at a private meeting that it really helps to have “the brother of the Vice President as partner.” For the years James worked with HillStone, the firm “accumulated contracts from the federal government for dozens of projects, including projects in the United States, Puerto Rico, Mozambique, and elsewhere.”
Yes, Mozambique… and “elsewhere.”

‘Breaking Biden’ Author: ‘Biden Crime Family’ Would Be in ‘Handcuffs’ if U.S. Had a ‘Responsible Department of Justice’
Breitbart Editor-in-Chief and New York Times bestselling Breaking Biden author Alex Marlow told YouTuber Stephen Gardner the Bidens would be in “handcuffs” if the United States “had a responsible Department of Justice.”
In a Tuesday interview, Gardner asked Marlow to explain to his YouTube audience why “crime family” is a fair description for President Joe Biden and his family. Marlow noted that his extensively researched and heavily footnoted new book, Breaking Biden, has “all the receipts” to back up the use of this moniker for the Bidens.
“I’ll
give you a couple examples of known crimes that the Biden family has
pulled off,” Marlow said. “The first one is Burisma, which is one that
you don’t need me to shed much new light on.”
“Perhaps I can distill it down to something a little more simple than some in conservative media have made it seem,” he added. “Some people made it seem more complicated than it is.”
Marlow then summarized Hunter Biden’s Burisma scandal:
Hunter Biden took a job with a Ukrainian energy company for $1 million a year, and he knew nothing about Ukraine or energy, as far as we can know, so that’s very odd. No one has ever asked Hunter what he’s done for this company. That should be the first question he gets when he eventually gets subpoenaed by these various committees that are finally — seems like — unearthing some of the remaining details.
The U.S.’s policy was that there was a prosecutor that was looking into Burisma in Ukraine that was doing a perfectly fine job. The State Department confirmed this: they thought the prosecutor was doing a good job…
…[Despite that] Joe Biden threatened the country of Ukraine that he would withhold $1 billion if they didn’t fire the prosecutor. That is a material change of U.S. policy that goes directly against Barack Obama and Joe Biden’s own State Department — and Hunter got a bag of cash in the process.
“This is clearly bribery, it’s clearly a crime, and you should get the handcuffs out,” Marlow said, adding, “If we had a responsible Department of Justice, then they would have held the Biden’s accountable for this.”
“Crime number two is Hunter Biden’s gun charge, which [appears to be] a clear crime,” the Breitbart News editor-in-chief continued. “It’s all documented in Breaking Biden, and Hunter intended to plead guilty, but then he realized he was gonna get labeled a felon, which he would have been, and I think he decided he’s gonna take his chances on the legal system.”
Marlow went on to say in Breaking Biden he documents at least a half a dozen countries where “the Biden family is doing deals, and in almost all of these instances you see favorable policy from Joe Biden.”
“I don’t have subpoena power,” Marlow noted. “I’m in my home office. I had a team of five part-time investigators help me on the book — I don’t have a big staff and a big Congressional office, and several friends in Congress going through stuff for me, and I was able to track down probably north of 20 international deals.”
Marlow added all of these deals involved “different policies being favorable from either Vice President or President Biden.”
Marlow cited an article he wrote earlier in the week on Frank Biden, who had received support from the Costa Rican government to build a country club — coincidentally when Joe Biden was prioritizing the small country as a strategic partner. “There’s no evidence that Frank Biden knows anything about building a country club,” Marlow said. “There’s no evidence at all that he should be doing that, and we know that taxpayer money goes into it.”
The Obama-Biden administration also authorized a $6.5 million taxpayer-backed loan for one of Frank’s companies, Sun Fund Americas, to operate a solar business in the country, a detail first unearthed by Breitbart Senior Contributor Peter Schweizer in his book Profiles in Corruption.
“Hopefully the book is the catalyst that gets people fired up in Washington,” Marlow said.

Terrorism’s Local Supporters Take Over Downtown Chicago
Getting around downtown Chicago is a challenge at the best of times. Weekdays feature a constant flow of carefully and swiftly moving traffic; weekends all the more so.
But it is a city of 2.5 million people, in a tri-state metro area of 9 million. Back in the days when Chicago was known as “The City that Works” – a generation ago, at least – the city fathers took great care to minimize any event that threatened to jeopardize that title.
We had parades occasionally; we had demonstrations all the time. The Constitution guarantees American citizens’ right to such things.
So the city always allowed them – it had to – but made sure they were kept under control, usually on the front courtyard of the Daley Center or some similar easily-confined location.
The goal of the demonstrators was never to disrupt traffic, in those days. As fellow Chicagoans, demonstrators knew that their own neighbors, parents, or siblings had to get to work. So demonstrators would hold picket signs and recite pithy slogans, and the police would make sure fights don’t break out.
The regular population of downtown – the businessmen and the shoppers, the tourists and suburbanites in town for lunch or a show – could get on with their day unimpeded, but they would receive the message of the demonstrators while walking or driving past. See? The city still works, and the demonstrators reach an audience. Win-Win.
Not anymore.
On the afternoon of Saturday, October 21, A.D. 2023, Gentle Reader, this writer had to venture into the city to see a friend’s world premiere performance in an iconic downtown venue. With the Kennedy under construction and the usual traffic of a Saturday, it was sure to be an unpleasant drive, but nobody knew how unpleasant it was going to get.
There was already a big event scheduled for Saturday– the Halloween Parade, attracting some 50,000 spectators. Back in the days when the infamous Machine still functioned, they would not have granted a permit for a competing event two blocks away on a Saturday afternoon.
But at about 3:00 p.m., thousands of pro-Hamas protesters – both pedestrians and vehicles - converged on Chicago’s downtown, centering around the intersection of Ida B. Wells Drive (named for a famous black Republican journalist of the 19th century) and Michigan Avenue (named for our own Great Lake), mere blocks to the east).
There was no room for this massive, unsanctioned demonstration, so it tied up traffic for hours, as thousands of people carrying full-size flags of the imagined nation of Palestine that the supporters of the terrorist groups Hamas and Fatah hope someday to establish in place of Israel.
I don’t know when people started bringing full-size flags to demonstrations; I certainly don’t recall them in the days when I used to watch (or counterprotest) such things, many years ago. Conservative demonstrations might have two or three full-size American flags to lead a parade and give the crowd a direction to face for the Pledge. Leftist demonstrations would have dozens of picket signs. But it’s not like the demonstrations of the 1970s and 80s had hundreds of Soviet or ChiCom flags flying around. Even those enemy nations’ own paid agitators (and yes, during the Cold War, there were plenty) knew better than to make their allegiance so blatantly obvious.
But in recent years, it has become common enough for people to drive around Chicago with a full size Mexican flag – or flags of other immigrants’ homelands - sticking out of the sunroof of a car, driving down our city streets, or even sticking out of a side window, presumably held in place by the passengers.
So at this pro-terrorist demonstration, there were indeed hundreds of people with these huge flags cluttering the streets and sidewalks of downtown Chicago on a Saturday afternoon. Visibility is never all that great downtown, with the crush of humanity on the sidewalks, and the SUVs and buses and trucks everywhere else. Add in all this random fabric flapping in the breeze, and traffic slowed to a crawl, as even our most confident Chicago drivers had to hesitate at every intersection, taking each turn more slowly than usual, from fear of hitting a car or pedestrian because of such obscured sightlines.
The short demonstration tied up the city for hours, because both before and after the actual speeches or chants, all the participants – with their cars and leaflets and flags and signs – were added to the already dense numbers of people downtown.
One is reminded of an anecdote from the late, great P.J. O’Rourke’s classic work, “Parliament of Whores.”
Not long after Andy (Ferguson) and I met, we were driving down Pennsylvania Avenue and encountered some or another noisy pinko demonstration. “How come,” I asked Andy, “whenever something upsets the Left, you see immediate marches and parades and rallies with signs already printed and rhyming slogans already composed, whereas whenever something upsets the Right, you see two members of the Young Americans for Freedom waving a six-inch American flag?”
“We have jobs,” said Andy.

O’Rourke was making a different point than I am here, since this was a Saturday, making it far easier for even people with jobs to attend a rally. But it is worth noting that a related aspect still applies. This pro-terrorist rally disrupted the commerce of the city of Chicago, the downtown commerce in fact, which – outside of the airports and our various stadiums on game days – is really the commerce that Chicago counts on to survive.
Why wasn’t this protest broken up immediately, as soon as it was clear that it was going to disrupt traffic?
When you add an hour in traffic to the tens of thousands of individuals, couples, and families in downtown Chicago on a Saturday, what you’ve done is shortened their day in town by an hour. You’ve caused them to miss the first hour of a performance they had paid to attend (or that they were to be paid to perform in). You’ve caused them to miss the dinner or drinks or dessert or appetizer that they were planning on enjoying at one of the restaurants or bars on their day’s agenda. Or you’ve caused them to skip one or two or three of the shops they were planning on visiting during their day downtown, likely costing each of those businesses a sale.
Every hour of unnecessary additional traffic in Chicago costs the Chicago business community – that means their proprietors and clerks, cashiers and musicians, bartenders and waitresses – hundreds of thousands of dollars at least, but more likely, millions of dollars.
That’s the real result of this traffic-snarling demonstration. That’s what its organizers costs us, and therefore, what our city leadership cost us by failing to properly enforce the permitting requirements and location limitations traditional for Chicago. This wasn’t a sudden change with Chicago’s rabble-rousing new mayor; Chicago has been careening on a downward track for years. They long ago forgot the importance of smooth traffic flow to the business of the city; they never did really understand how dependent their constituents are on a smoothly operating downtown business and entertainment district.
(Perhaps this tells us something about the supporters of Gaza as well. For generations now, especially for the past sixteen years of self-rule, the leaders and residents of the Gaza Strip itself have concentrated on protests and violence instead of on jobs and commerce. Had their own focus been on seeking honest prosperity instead of blood, we might have found peace by now.)
Perhaps the police were afraid that if they utilized the normal tactics of crowd control and actually tried to enforce the law, violence would erupt. This shouldn’t be a fear, but considering the crowd in question, it can’t be discounted.
This was, after all, a crowd of tens of thousands of Hamas supporters, just two weeks after Hamas committed one of the most horrific pogroms in history (yes, for all intents and purposes, most of the Hamas attacks on October 7 met or exceeded the definition of the worst of history’s pogroms).
Many spectators assumed that after the word came out of the unspeakable horrors of October 7 - the terrorists shooting up a music festival, the tortures and rapes at a kibbutz, the desecration of the bodies of their victims – Hamas would be sure to lose its vocal supporters. Surely nobody would admit to siding with such demonic villains in this day and age. This attack beats most of the barbarity of ancient times.
But no. It is now clear that Hamas supporters know no shame. Still they charged into downtown Chicago, as they have filled demonstrations in other cities as well for the past week, furiously calling for an end to American support of our friend and ally Israel. They have the audacity to call Israel the monsters. To claim that Israel practices apartheid, of all things. Even chanting their ghastly song of genocide against the Jews, calling for clearing the country “from the river to the sea.”
We remember our history books. We know about the Third Reich. We know exactly what “from the river to the sea” means.
Still the supporters of independent nationhood for the Arabs of the Gaza Strip, Judea and Samaria are willing to show their faces in public, even after all that their heroes have done to thousands of innocent victims in Israel in the past two weeks.
And we remember – for we can never forget – that under U.S. Law, those who support terrorists are terrorists themselves. Know your enemy.
