THE DOCTRINE OF THE N.A.F.T.A. GLOBALIST DEMOCRATS IS TO SERVE THE BILLIONAIRE CLASS WITH ENDLESS WAVES OF INVADING 'CHEAP' LABOR SUBSIDIZED WITH WELFARE FUNDED BY TAXES ON MIDDLE AMERICA.
In many speeches, Mayorkas says he is building a mass migration system to deliver workers to wealthy employers and investors and “equity” to poor foreigners. The nation’s border laws are subordinate to elites’ opinion about “the values of our country,” Mayorkas claims.
“She should be charged for the crime. She’s also responsible for the crime,” Keaira Bennefield’s mother said of Gov. Kathy Hochul.
Hochul, widely blamed by the families of crime victims for the wave of terror sweeping over the state, had numerous opportunities to slam the brakes on the move by her former boss, Gov. Andrew Cuomo, and the Democrat legislature to eliminate bail and free criminals.
Instead, despite pleas from mayors, law enforcement officers and crime victims, she cruelly doubled down on it leading to countless beatings, robberies, rapes and murders.
Including the murder of Keaira Bennefield.
Gov. Hochul claimed that her refusal to lock up criminals and hold them accountable was done to help black people. Keaira Bennefield, like many of the state’s crime victims, was black.
Earlier this year, Mayor Eric Adams of New York City, who is black, along with State Dem Chairman Jay Jacobs, had pleaded with Gov. Hochul to bring back bail. All Adams and Jacobs had been asking for was giving judges some authority to keep dangerous criminals behind bars.
And Gov. Hochul had refused, “I don’t cave to pressure.”
She wasn’t alone. The Democrat legislative leadership refused to consider locking up criminals.
Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie sneered, “Can we stop blaming bail reform when the sun comes out?”
Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins claimed that bringing back bail would hurt, “black and brown and poor defendants.”
One of those was Keaira Bennefield’s estranged husband.
Adam Bennefield, who had abducted another ex at gunpoint, had been arrested for punching and kicking her on camera. He was let go in less than 24 hours because Cuomo, Hochul and Dem leaders had eliminated bail.
Keaira was wearing a bulletproof vest to drop off her kids at school. It didn’t help her. Her husband rammed her car and then killed her with a shotgun in front of their children.
“The kids had blood all over their clothes,” her mother said.
“Three kids are going to grow up without a mother, because she was just murdered on a Wednesday by someone released from custody the day before due to cashless bail,” Lee Zeldin, who is running to replace Hochul, charged. “Hochul’s pandering to her pro-criminal allies just cost three kids a mother.”
“She failed me. She let me down and my daughter down, and she needs to make a change with the bail reform,” the deceased woman’s mother demanded.
Gov. Hochul has continued to insist that she’s protecting black people by pandering to criminals.
But in one poll, 60% of white people, 44% of Latinos, and 46% of black people came out against eliminating bail. Only 30% of white people, 41% of Latinos, and 39% of black people thought Hochul’s plan of letting criminals out as soon as they were arrested was a good idea.
When it came to the question of whether the bail law increased crime, 46% of black people said that it did increase crime, only 34% disagreed.
Women, 56%, were more likely than men, 52%, to say it was bad. Female crime victims, like Keaira Bennefield, are much more vulnerable to the violence unleashed by the Democrats.
NYPD Commissioner Keechant Sewell, the first black woman to hold that office, once again urged “changes to the bail reform law” especially allowing “judges to be able to consider whether the person is a public safety threat.”
It was a bold move for a career official in the final stretch before Election Day.
Keaira Bennefield’s murder was the culmination of a horrifying pro-crime experiment enacted by Democrats after being vocally funded by think-tanks and pressure groups most notoriously, the Brennan Center funded by George Soros, Tides and the Joyce Foundation under Obama.
Democrats who implemented the pro-crime agenda destroyed cities, states and the country.
Gov. Hochul’s obliviousness to the horrors that she had unleashed on innocent victims like Keaira’s children came to the fore during the gubernatorial debate when she snapped at Zeldin that she didn’t understand why locking up criminals was so important to him.
Keaira’s mother understands. So do the family members of so many other Hochul victims.
Bui Van Phu, a convicted sex offender on parole, put a man in a coma and then was let out with no bail again.
Frank Abrokwa smeared his feces on a woman in the subway, was arrested, released, and then committed an anti-semitic hate crime, and then was released again. He had punched a man on the subway in January and another man at a bus station in February.
Donny Ubiera was busted by police while waving a large knife. He had threatened and assaulted multiple employees. He was let go and stabbed two people.
Afterward, “There was so much blood in the train car that it had to be taken out of service.”
“We keep arresting him,” NYPD Commissioner Keechant Sewell said of his 14 previous arrests. “His record demonstrates that each time he is involved in unprovoked violence against innocent victims, the criminal justice system has him back to the streets.”
Instead of ending his wave of terror, Gov. Hochul doubled down on her pro-crime policies, renaming criminals, “incarcerated individuals”.
“Our criminal justice system is insane. It is dangerous. It’s harmful. And it’s destroying the fabric of our city,” Mayor Eric Adams charged.
And he’s right.
“We never said that the cause of crime in the state is because of bail reform,” Gov. Hochul whined. “That is too simplistic. That is a political slogan.”
But Hochul is the one mouthing political slogans while New Yorkers are beaten, stabbed and killed. 10 career criminals alone accounted for 500 arrests: 6 of them were still on the street.
Some accuse Gov. Hochul of being soft on crime. That’s not true. She’s not soft on crime, she’s pro-crime. While claiming to help black people, she got a black woman killed. And the skyrocketing murder rates show that Keaira Bennefield is not alone.
There’s blood on Hochul’s hands and whatever the election results are, it will not wash away.

Report: Chicago Man on First-Time Gun Probation Accused of Robbing Delivery Driver
A Chicago man on first-time gun offender probation allegedly robbed a pizza delivery driver with a gun.
Lorenzo Clark was previously charged with a felony for allegedly having a gun in a car in the city and was later granted the probation, CWB Chicago reported Wednesday.
“If he did well, the charge against him would be dismissed,” the outlet said, noting the man has no additional criminal history and manages a fast-food restaurant.
The article detailed the events that happened Sunday when Clark allegedly targeted the pizza delivery driver:
A little after 11 p.m., a bicyclist was robbed of their phone and a white Mongoose bike with distinctive accessories in Chicago Lawn. Minutes later, someone riding a similar bike rode up to a pizza delivery driver who had just returned to his car after dropping off an order in the 7100 block of South Washtenaw.
The cyclist, who was wearing a ski mask and glasses, tried several times to sell the driver pot, according to prosecutor Rhianna Biernat.
However, the driver said no and placed the vehicle into gear but the suspect then pointed a gun at him and demanded he hand over his property. When the driver hit the accelerator, the suspect allegedly fired twice and one bullet reportedly struck the dashboard while another missed the driver.
Authorities tracked the bicyclist’s stolen phone to a nearby residence and a white Mongoose bike was reportedly spotted inside.
A man at the scene was identified as Clark, who was wearing a white hoodie and jeans, an outfit reportedly similar to the suspect’s.
Officials brought the deliveryman to the scene and he identified Clark as the suspect involved. Now, the results of a gunshot residue test taken from the suspect’s hands are outstanding.
“Prosecutors charged Clark with attempted first-degree murder but not with trying to rob the pizza driver. No one has been charged with robbing the bicyclist,” the article said.
A judge eventually granted the state’s no-bail request in the case.
Meanwhile, 35 individuals were shot and five of them died over the weekend in Mayor Lori Lightfoot’s (D) Chicago, Breitbart News reported Monday.
In addition, fourteen people were shot during a Halloween night vigil in Chicago, and the victims included three children.
A mid-year survey found violent crime across cities in President Joe Biden’s (D) America grew by over four percent during the first six months of this year, Breitbart News reported in September.
Mark Kelly Says He’s a Criminal Justice Moderate. His Campaign Took $350K From a Soros-Backed Defund Group.
A dark money group that wants to defund police and abolish federal immigration agencies has poured hundreds of thousands of dollars into the Arizona Senate race, providing a last-minute boost for Democratic senator Mark Kelly, whose once-sizable lead has evaporated ahead of Election Day.
Living United for Change in Arizona has spent nearly $350,000 since Oct. 21 to help the Kelly campaign, according to Federal Election Commission records. The expenditures have gone to pay wages for canvassers to knock on doors in the Grand Canyon State to turn out the vote for Kelly.
The donations create an uneasy alliance for Kelly, who fashions himself a moderate criminal justice reformer. Living United, which has received funding from left-wing billionaire George Soros, has called for defunding the Phoenix Police Department, saying, "The police do not protect or serve us." The group, which has held protests outside Immigration and Customs Enforcement facilities, made national headlines in October 2021 after its members filmed Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D., Ariz.) in a bathroom on the campus of Arizona State University and grilled her over her opposition to ending the filibuster to pass a voting bill.
The group's support comes at a pivotal moment for Kelly, whose double-digit lead over Republican Blake Masters has disappeared amid growing concerns about crime and the economy. A recent poll from the progressive Data for Progress found Kelly tied with Masters. The poll also found that Latino voters favored Kelly by a 58-37 margin, down considerably from Kelly's support among the group in the 2020 special election.
While the Kelly campaign does not directly work with Living United on the canvassing effort, Living United has paid $210,000 to FieldCorps, a consulting firm with links to Kelly. Francisco Heredia, a Mesa city councilman who owns FieldCorps, has campaigned this year for Kelly. The Kelly campaign lists Heredia as a member of its "Latinos for Kelly Coalition." Living United paid another $138,546 to ADP Payroll to cover wages for canvassers, according to campaign finance disclosures.
Living United's political action committee received around $1 million in funding in the 2020 cycle from the left-wing voter mobilization groups Civic Participation Action Fund and the Movement Voter Project. The group's activist arm, which organizes anti-police and anti-ICE rallies, has been funded by numerous dark money progressive groups. The Sixteen Thirty Fund and the New Venture Fund, neither of which is required to disclose its donors, in 2019 gave $165,000 and $40,000, respectively, according to the Capital Research Center. Soros's Open Society Foundations in 2019 gave $1.5 million to Living United "to support policy advocacy led by communities of color in Arizona."
Living United campaigned last month for Democratic gubernatorial candidate Katie Hobbs, Fox News reported.
The Kelly campaign and Living United did not respond to requests for comment.'

ALEXANDRIA, La. (AP) — A reputed drug dealer accused of raping a woman police informant sent into his house alone in an unmonitored sting has skipped bail and was a no-show Monday at what was supposed to the start of his trial.
Antonio D. Jones’ alleged attack in which he was caught on video forcing the woman to perform oral sex on him twice was reported in an Associated Press investigation last month that exposed the perils such informants can face seeking to “work off” criminal charges in often loosely regulated, secretive arrangements.
“I guess I need to address the elephant that’s not in the room,” Assistant District Attorney Brian Cespiva said during a brief court hearing, adding that federal marshals were actively searching for Jones and “he will be here eventually.”
Jones, a 48-year-old career criminal known as “Mississippi,” had attended previous hearings in the case but was discovered last week to have jumped his $70,000 bail and fled the central Louisiana area. Prosecutors told AP the amount of Jones’ bail had been “pre-set” and was not unreasonably low despite the violent nature of the charges and his extensive criminal history.
But Jones’ disappearance deepened the scandal over law enforcement’s handling of the case and their treatment of the informant, who was sent into the suspect’s dilapidated house in January 2021 to buy meth with hidden video recording equipment that could not be monitored by law enforcement handlers in real time.
“We’ve always done it this way,” Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Lt. Mark Parker, the ranking officer in the operation, told AP. “She was an addict and we just used her as an informant like we’ve done a million times before.”
Despite the woman’s cooperation and the alleged attack, she was still charged with possession of drug paraphernalia stemming from an arrest that happened about a month before the sting.
The informant, who declined interview requests and is not being named because the AP does not typically identify victims of sexual assault, is expected to testify against Jones if he is ever found.
The case turns in large part on the footage of the attack, which Jones’ own defense attorney argued was “extremely graphic” and too prejudicial to show to jurors, conceding it depicts “forced oral sex.”
According to interviews and confidential law enforcement records obtained by AP, the dealer threatened to put the crying woman “in the hospital” and even paused at one point during the attack to conduct a separate drug deal.
In court papers that baffled prosecutors, defense attorney Phillip M. Robinson even offered to stipulate that “Mr. Jones had specific intent to rape” the woman, contending it would be “difficult for a jury to maintain neutrality and non-bias” after viewing the “violent sexual intercourse.”
Prosecutor Cespiva told the AP that Jones’ charges were recently reduced from forcible second-degree rape to third-degree rape, or simple rape, to make a conviction more likely. He said prosecutors intend to seek consecutive 25-year terms on each count.
“We want to convict this guy” for the informant, said Rapides Parish District Attorney Phillip Terrell. “She wants this to be behind her.”
Black Voters Say They’re Concerned About Violent Crime. White Liberals Think It’s a GOP ‘Conspiracy’ Fueled by ‘Data Deniers.’
Democrats aren't just out of touch with America, they're out of touch with their own voters
Black voters are concerned about violent crime. Most Americans agree, with one notable exception: White liberals.
According to a recent Pew survey of registered voters, 82 percent of black Democrats said violent crime was a "very important" issue in the 2022 election, compared with just 33 percent of white Democrats.
Overall, 61 percent of registered voters described violent crime as a very important factor when deciding who to vote for in the upcoming midterm election. The groups least likely to agree with that assessment were Democratic voters (49 percent), voters under 30 (44 percent), voters with graduate degrees (44 percent), and self-described liberals (34 percent).
Gov. Kathy Hochul (D., N.Y.) is a white liberal running in a state President Joe Biden won by 23 points. Nevertheless, her Republican challenger, Rep. Lee Zeldin, is within striking distance thanks in part to his campaign's focus on violent crime. "Mr. Zeldin could win because independents are siding with Republicans on crime and inflation rather than with Democrats, whose concerns over protecting democracy take precedence," former Clinton adviser Mark Penn wrote in the New York Times this week.
The Democratic Party's increasingly radical approach to crime in recent years has already provoked a backlash from voters. Even the liberal residents of San Francisco were outraged at District Attorney Chesa Boudin's attempt to create a "fair" justice system by refusing to punish criminals. Boudin was recalled in June by a vote of 55 percent to 45 percent. The following month, voters in deep-blue Maryland voted to oust Baltimore state's attorney Marilyn Mosby, who adopted similar "reforms" even as murder rates soared.
Generally speaking, journalists and other Democrats have struggled to address or even acknowledge voter concerns about crime. They repeatedly attack Republican efforts to highlight crime in campaign ads as "racist dog whistles." They occasionally point to charts and graphs to explain that voters are wrong to be concerned. They have already started blaming voters for destroying democracy by prioritizing inflation and crime over the latest revelations from the January 6 select committee.
Hochul's response during an interview with Al Sharpton on MSNBC epitomized her party's flippant approach. "These are master manipulators," she said of Republicans. "They have this conspiracy going all across America trying to convince people in Democratic states that they’re not as safe. Well guess what? They’re also not only election deniers, they’re data deniers."
That doesn't sound like a winning message.
Star High School Football Player Shot Dead in Gun-Controlled California
Seventeen-year-old high school player Richard Reed was shot dead over the weekend in gun-controlled California.
TMZ Sports reported San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department deputies responded to a call on October 30, 2022, and found Reed lying in the street in Victorville around 11 p.m.
Reed, described as “a standout football player from Silverado High School,” was pronounced dead at the scene. He had a gunshot wound and his death was ruled a homicide.
ABC 7 noted Reed “played offense, defense and special teams for the Silverado Hawks.”
A home security camera in the area in which Reed’s body was found “captured the sound of what appeared to be dozens of rounds of gunfire.”
The Victor Valley UHSD superintendent Carl Coles released a statement on Reed’s death, which said, in part: “This is a heartbreaking loss for the students, staff, and families of Silverado High School. On behalf of the Board of Trustees and the entire VVUHSD community, we will keep Richard’s family, friends, teammates, coaches and teachers in our thoughts and prayers. We will continue to support each other as we face this devastating tragedy.”
On June 5, 2022, Breitbart News observed California is ranked No. 1 for gun control by Mike Bloomberg-affiliated Everytown for Gun Safety, and the state is also ranked No. 1 for “active shooter incidents.”
California has universal background checks, an “assault weapons” ban, a “high capacity” magazine ban, a 10-day waiting period on gun purchases, a red flag law, gun registration requirements, a ban on carrying a gun on college campuses for self-defense, a ban on K-12 teachers being armed on campus for classroom defense, a background check requirement for ammunition purchases, and a limit on the number of guns a law-abiding citizen can purchase in a given month, strict regulations on firearm advertisements, and numerous other gun controls.
Additionally, Californians are only allowed to make ammunition purchases from state-approved vendors.

Poll: Black Voters Overwhelmingly See Violent Crime as Very Important Issue for Midterms
Black voters are significantly more concerned about violent crime than other racial and ethnic groups, according to a Pew Research Poll released just over one week before the midterm elections.
Pew Research Center found 61 percent of American voters believe violent crime is “very important” when deciding who to vote for in next week’s midterm elections.
However, Pew found 81 percent of black voters believe violent crime is a very important issue when considering who to vote for, compared to 65 percent of Hispanic voters and 56 percent of white voters.
Interestingly, 82 percent of black Democrats think crime is very important to their vote next week, while only 33 percent of white Democrat voters feel the same.
Pew Research Center surveyed 5,098 U.S. adults, including 3,993 registered voters, from October 10 to October 16.
If Pew’s poll numbers are any indication, Republicans, who have emphasized crime in their pitch to voters this midterm cycle, could be in for record levels of support from black voters.
While Democrats are trying to pivot away from anti-law enforcement policies like defunding the police or abolishing ice, the GOP is presenting themselves as voters’ tough-on-crime choice in next week’s election.
For example, House GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) pledged to hold federal funds from local prosecutors and “woke district attorneys” who refuse to prosecute crimes as part of House Republicans’ Commitment to America plan.
In the upper chamber, National Republican Senatorial Committee chairman Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL) released an 11-point plan that, among other things, similarly calls on Republicans to focus on reducing the country’s rising crime rates. Point three in Scott’s plan strives to reduce crime by increasing police funding and imposing tougher penalties for criminals.
Scott told Breitbart News that the way to end the crime wave is to “enforce the law.”
The Republican Party is also focused on securing our southern border, which would reduce crime and the fentanyl influx by cracking down on those who enter the country illegally.
Black voters’ emphasis on crime could also be the reason why they are increasingly supporting the Republican Party and Republican candidates at record levels.
Recently, an October USA Todaypoll found that 21 percent of black Americans support the GOP. If the Republican Party can gain 21 percent of the black vote in next week’s midterms, that would nearly double the 12 percent of black voters who supported former President Donald Trump in 2020, which was a record for a GOP presidential candidate in recent years.
Georgia, which has a 33 percent black population, could be a preview of what Republicans can expect nationwide from black voters.
For example, Georgia Sen. Raphael Warnock (D) is performing 12 points worse among black voters than he did in last year’s special election, according to recent polls. Further, Georgia Democrat gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams is also struggling to get the same amount of black support in this cycle as she did in her 2018 loss to Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp (R).
Abrams is polling at less than 80 percent among black voters, which is a decline from the 85 percent she earned in 2018.

Officers remain on the scene and are investigating the cause of the fatal incident in the early hours
Officers confirmed that his mother had flown in to Houston to speak to them, with the police chief urging anyone with information or footage to come forward.
At a press conference on Tuesday, Finner said: 'There were at least 40 people in that private party. Someone knows who the actual shooter or shooters are.
'Anyone with that information should provide that information to us, and let us solve this situation, and bring justice to this family.
'It doesn't matter how famous you are, anybody who loses his or her life is a life lost.
Similar attacks have become increasingly common on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean in New York City, with the New York Post recently reporting there have been 25 such incidents on NYC’s venerable subway system so far in 2022.
Khan’s London: Police Arrest Suspect After Man Shoved Onto Underground Tracks
The British Transport Police (BTP) have arrested a suspect after releasing footage of a man they were seeking in relation to a member of the public being shoved onto the tracks of the London Underground on October 27th.
The force released video footage of a black male who they were “seeking to identify in connection [with the incident] after he was seen behaving aggressively at Marylebone station on Saturday 29 October” on their website and on social media.
On Thursday, the London Underground, often referred to as the Tube, saw a “series of assaults”, with one man allegedly assaulted at Baker Street station at 11:50 a.m., another allegedly shoved onto the railway tracks at around 12 p.m., and a third coming forward to say he was allegedly “assaulted by the same man on a train from Finchley Road” later on.
Announcing they had found the man they believed to be a suspect, the BTP said: “We’re pleased to update that a 37-year-old man has been arrested after a man was pushed on the tracks and two others assaulted on the Underground last week,” in an update on the case shared on social media.
“He was identified by two off duty officers on the Central Line this afternoon. Thanks to everyone who shared our appeal,” they added.
Similar attacks have become increasingly common on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean in New York City, with the New York Post recently reporting there have been 25 such incidents on NYC’s venerable subway system so far in 2022.
These shoving attacks sometimes prove deadly, as in January of this year when Michelle Alyssa Go, a 40-year-old East Asian heritage woman, died after being pushed into the path of an oncoming train by Simon Martial, a 61-year-old black male.
They have also taken place in Continental Europe, with a Moroccan migrant pushing a woman onto railway tracks in Hamburg, Germany in 2017, and a Tunisian migrant pushing a man onto railway tracks on the Paris Metro in France and yelling “Allahu Akbar!” in January of this year, for example.

6 injured in shooting outside funeral in Pittsburgh
Federal prosecutors have indicted a violent convicted drug trafficker for fentanyl distribution after a Virginia prosecutor boosted by the left-wing billionaire George Soros released the felon without bail just a day after his arrest.
Alpha Kamara last week was charged and taken into federal custody for conspiracy to distribute 400 grams or more of fentanyl, according to a Justice Department filing unsealed on Monday. The indictment supersedes charges brought by Fairfax County commonwealth's attorney Steve Descano (D.), who on June 27 filed charges against Kamara for the same case, only to release the offender without bail one day after his arrest.
The Justice Department's decision to charge Kamara ensures Descano's office won't mishandle the case. Descano has a history of releasing offenders before trial, dropping charges, and reducing sentences—sometimes with deadly consequences. His office last year dropped felony charges for a man who was charged later for killing two homeless men and wounding three others in New York City and Washington, D.C. In June, the prosecutor released on probation a violent repeat offender who went on to beat an elderly homeless woman to death at a bus stop.
Descano's soft-on-crime approach is typical of Soros-backed prosecutors, who have in the past decade received more than $40 million in donations from the Democratic megadonor. Soros contributed more than half-a-million dollars to Descano's campaign, along with fellow far-left Virginia prosecutors Buta Biberaj in Loudoun County and Parisa Dehghani-Tafti in Arlington County, dwarfing any other donation amounts in the races and helping to oust veteran prosecutors. Fueled by citizens' concerns over rising crime and lenient prosecution, recall efforts have spawned in each of the three Virginia counties, as well as in major cities like San Francisco and Los Angeles. In the Bay Area, city residents in June voted out far-left prosecutor Chesa Boudin by double digits. Top Democrats in Virginia are similarly courting candidates to challenge Biberaj.
Virginia State Police arrested Kamara on June 26 following a high-speed chase involving a stolen vehicle that ended in a crash on a highway interstate. State troopers seized a loaded 9 mm handgun and more than two kilos of fentanyl pills from the wrecked car, and Kamara was charged with driving without a license, failing to stop at the scene of an accident, resisting arrest, eluding police, grand larceny auto theft, and possession with intent to distribute a schedule I substance. He had been out of federal prison and on supervised release for just three days before his June joyride, having served slightly less than the length of his five-year sentence.
Descano's decision to release Kamara before his trial surprised prosecutors who spoke with the Free Beacon, given his criminal record. Virginia Republican attorney general Jason Miyares said the release was "just another example of the criminal-first, victim-last mentality pushed by far-left prosecutors."
"Fentanyl has rapidly become one of the most dangerous opioids to infect neighborhoods across our country," Miyares said. "Nationally, we've lost 105,000 Americans to overdoses from opioids, most commonly fentanyl. Continually letting repeat offenders get back onto the street only encourages more crime and creates even more victims. I am grateful for our partners in the DOJ stepping up when these local prosecutors fail to do their jobs."
The 25-year-old felon's first brush with law enforcement came in 2018, when he was sentenced to five years in prison as part of a major federal crackdown on Blood gang members and violent drug dealers in Northern Virginia. Operation Tin Panda, a joint effort between the FBI and ATF, resulted in 36 convictions and seized scores of firearms and hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash and assets, as well as hundreds of pounds of drugs, including cocaine, methamphetamine, and heroin. The federal agencies greenlighted the operation following a series of murders and violent incidents in Prince William County.
After publication of this article, Descano's office told the Free Beacon it is not able to participate in the arraignment process for defendants—a fact that former members of the Fairfax County commonwealth's attorneys office disputed—and Kamara's release was decided by a county magistrate. The office also said it learned of the release too late to file a motion to apprehend Kamara before he was in federal custody.
"We have always believed that this individual represented a danger to the public and should be held," a spokeswoman for the office said. "We were therefore dismayed that he was released prior to the point in the proceedings at which our office can be involved and pleased to learn from our partners in federal law enforcement, with whom we were coordinating throughout, that they were taking action to get him off the streets. We will pursue our charges in this case vigorously."
A preliminary hearing for the county charges is scheduled in August.
Descano during his tenure has abolished cash bail, told his attorneys to avoid mandatory minimum jail sentencing, and declined to prosecute many misdemeanors. A policy memo he distributed in his first year as Fairfax County's top prosecutor urged assistant commonwealth's attorneys to seek misdemeanor charges over felonies whenever appropriate. He has reportedly told his staff that they "will never get in trouble for prosecuting light." In one fraught meeting, Descano reportedly told one of his prosecutors to reduce a 20-year sentence by 5 years and to not "listen to victims" because they tend to be "overly dramatic."
In Fairfax, Virginians for Safe Communities has gathered more than half of the roughly 30,000 signatures necessary to trigger a special election.
"It is stunning that Steve Descano would cut loose a fentanyl-dealing gun felon after Kamara endangered the lives of the public and law enforcement," said Sean Kennedy, the president of Virginians for Safe Communities. "The citizens of Fairfax need to know that the single biggest threat to public safety is the chief prosecutor and his disregard for the laws and lives of this commonwealth."
Drug overdose deaths have risen nationwide since 2019, driven by new synthetic opioids like fentanyl, according to the CDC. The Drug Enforcement Administration reported synthetic opioid-related deaths shot up 56 percent from 2020 to 2021.
Fairfax County has yet to release its annual police report. Preliminary data show homicides were up 40 percent last year and are on pace to be higher in 2022.
Kamara is in the custody of the U.S. Marshals and being held without bond pending trial.
Update 7/14/2022 at 4:38 p.m.: This story has been updated with a comment from the Fairfax County commonwealth's attorney's office.
Democrat Senate Candidates Across America Reject Border Security
Democratic Senate candidates across the country have fought against border security measures amid an unprecedented border crisis.
Senator Raphael Warnock
Senator Warnock of Georgia is just one Democrat who has fought against border security measures amid our border crisis. The incumbent Senator has voted against Title 42, a policy that allows authorities to expel migrants on the basis of public health.
Warnock has also voted to fund deadly sanctuary cities, prompting National Republican Senate Committee Spokesman Priscilla Ivasco to remark ”In the face of a growing migrant crisis at our Southern border, Senate Democrats once again chose to side with radical, liberal activists instead of with the vast majority of Americans.”
She also said that their policies will lead to a “permanent cycle of illegal immigration.”
National Republican Senate Committee Spokesman Jonathan Turcotte said in a statement that Warnock and other Democrat Senators “failed their most basic duty to secure the border and keep Americans safe” after they voted against legislation that would’ve ensured that the border wall continued to receive funding.
Warnock’s opponent, Herschel Walker, is endorsed by the U.S. Border Patrol Union, as well as various other law enforcement organizations.
Warnock has benefited from mass immigration, with the Democrat incumbent receiving massive swaths of the vote from Georgia’s foreign-born population in his 2020 race.
The New York Times contends that the Senator’s victory in 2020 was “fueled by the state’s changing demographics,” which could “mean that Georgia has finally achieved battleground status.”
The Washington Post also asserted that Warnock has been given a competitive advantage due to “demographic changes that are transforming the state” as a result of mass immigration. Leftist activists have boasted that they are mobilizing immigrant populations for the upcoming election.
Senator Mark Kelly
Meanwhile, Democrat incumbent Mark Kelly from Arizona has a history of voting against border security. Although he comes from a border state that is disproportionately affected by the crisis on our southern border, Kelly voted to end Title 42, just like Warnock.
In addition, the Democrat incumbent voted against an amendment that would have prohibited the Biden administration from canceling border wall contracts for which funds had already been appropriated.
Kelly even lied about this record during his opening statement in his debate against Republican Blake Masters, falsely claiming that he has stood up against the Democratic Party in favor of border security.
Additionally, the Democrat Senator from Arizona voted against a measure that would have prohibited the Internal Revenue Service from hiring any new agents until the U.S. Border Patrol doubled its forces. Kelly’s opponent, Republican Blake Masters, has been endorsed by the National Border Patrol Council.
Representative Tim Ryan
Democrat Senate candidate Tim Ryan of Ohio waffled on the issue of illegal immigration before becoming a stalwart opponent of border security. In 2018, Ryan voted for a resolution that signaled opposition to allowing illegal immigrants to vote.
But just six months later, Ryan voted against a motion to recommit to the resolution against allowing illegal immigrants to vote. Since then, Ryan has repeatedly voted against border security measures that would make America safer.
While in Congress, Democrat Tim Ryan voted to defund the border wall. Ryan also voted to increase the number of immigrant visas and to fund the transportation of migrants deeper into America, thereby making it more difficult for them to be deported.
John Fetterman
Democrat John Fetterman, who is running for Senate in Pennsylvania against Mehmet Oz, falsely claimed that sanctuary city policies that prevent the deportation of illegal immigrants make “everybody safer.” The Democrat candidate noted, “sanctuary cities is another policy that I very much support.”
Senator Maggie Hassan
Citizens for Sanity blasted Democrat Senator Maggie Hassan of New Hampshire in a newspaper advertisement that read “Thank you Senator Hassan for keeping the border open” and “Sex traffickers could never succeed without friends like you.”
The Senator has called for increased personnel on the border, though she has ignored Biden’s policy of catch and release, which has fueled illegal immigration.
Senator Catherine Cortez Masto
Incumbent Democrat Senator Catherine Cortez Masto of Nevada has been accused of feigning concern over the border by her Republican opponent Adam Laxalt. Cortez Masto has supported amnesty and opposed the construction of the border wall.
But the Democrat incumbent spoke out against the Biden Administration’s decision to end Title 42, telling Politico that ending the measure “is the wrong way to do this and it will leave the administration unprepared for a surge at the border.”
Laxalt told Breitbart News that Cortez Masto is “desperately trying to fool Nevadans into thinking she cares about protecting our border,” because she is “trailing in the polls.”
Laxalt also asserted, “The truth is that she’s spent her time in the Senate opposing common sense border security efforts, supporting lawless sanctuary cities, and undermining efforts to stop criminal illegal immigrants.”
Immigration and border security have taken center stage in races across the country as America grapples with a truly unprecedented crisis on our southern border. Roughly 5 million illegal immigrants have crossed our border according to a report from the Federation for American Immigration Reform.
According to one poll, 47 percent of Independent voters say that they trust the Republican Party to handle issues surrounding illegal immigration more than they trust the Democrats. Only 40 percent say they trust the Democrats to handle the issue.
Republicans also hold a two-point advantage when voters are asked who they trust more to handle illegal immigration.
A poll from earlier this summer found that an increasing share of Americans want a decrease in immigration. Forty-one percent of respondents said that they wanted immigration to decrease. A whopping 67 percent of Republican voters want immigration decreased, the poll found.
Recent polling from NBC News found that immigration was one of the top issues for likely voters in the midterms while a poll from Morning Consult also found that it is a top issue.
Encouraging both legal and illegal mass immigration continues to be a primary aim for both politicians and organizations on the left. Breitbart News previously revealed that the wealthy Ford Foundation poured an astonishing $114 million into organizations that push for mass immigration and amnesty.
Breitbart News also revealed that George Soros’s Open Society Foundation dumped millions of dollars into organizations that encourage illegal immigration and amnesty.

2021 VIDEO: John Fetterman Tells Abolish-the-Police Advocacy Group About His ‘Fastest’ Pardon Process in ‘History of Pennsylvania’
Pennsylvania Democrat Senate candidate John Fetterman appeared on an abolish-the-police advocacy group’s show in 2021 to tout his “fastest” pardon process in the “history of Pennsylvania.”
1Hood Power, a “movement” that advocates for political power through “electoral organizing, issues advocacy, and civic education efforts,” hosted Fetterman on its show in January, 2021. Two days before the interview, the group pushed for defunding the police:
1Hood Power markets itself to listeners as supporting the voices of “every black freedom fighter, protester, abolitionist, and activist,” according to its website.
Fetterman, who is the Lt. Gov. of Pennsylvania, appeared on the show to brag about his ability to expedite pardons for felons. “If I had a couple minutes I’d love to talk about pardons. I’m chair of the Board of Pardons and Julie’s joining us, she’s our pardons coordinator for Western Pennsylvania,” he said. “I really want to sell that, because I’m Lieutenant Governor for two more years, and we have expedited pardon processes now. And they’re free, there’s no application fee.”
Fetterman highlighted that the pardons under his supervision have been the “fastest that it has ever” been in “the history” of the state.
“So Julie is an expert on the process and we are sending more and more people through and giving more and more – you know, uh – Just is faster than it’s ever happened in the history of Pennsylvania, quite frankly,” Fetterman said. “So I would just like anyone who’s watching that might need something taken off their record, especially a stupid marijuana conviction from years ago, ridiculous kind of conviction, that now is the time to apply.”
Fetterman continued by suggesting there has “never been a better chance” of getting pardoned under his leadership. “Please don’t waste money on an attorney, like don’t let this process intimidate you or put you off, there’s never been a better – there’s never been a better chance.”
Doubling down, Fetterman again encouraged listeners to “free yourself” of the punishment received for wrongdoing. “I just want to make one last shameless pitch for pardons. Please, you know like, again, truly, in the history of the commonwealth there has never been a better time to get this – to free yourself of something from years ago.”
Fetterman is one of the most radical Senate candidates in the 2022 cycle. Polling shows he is losing to Republican challenger Dr. Mehmet Oz by a few points after Tuesday night’s debate. The betting odds are squarely in Oz’s favor.
Pennsylvania is one of eight Senate swing states that will determine which party controls the upper chamber. Election day is just 11 days away.

Kanye West Attacks ‘Jewish Media’ and Jewish ‘Control of the Black Voice’ in Latest Antisemitic Rant
Kanye West went on yet another antisemitic rant this weekend as he targeted what he called, “Jewish media,” while blaming Jews for a host of other ills in his life.
In his recent interview on Revolt TV’s Drinks Champs podcast hosted by rapper Noreaga, aka N.O.R.E and DJ EFN, West ranted about how the “Jewish media” has silenced him from speaking out.
“Could you even really run this interview? Because Mav didn’t run my interview, you know what I’m saying? They blocked me out. The Jewish media blocked me out. This shit lit, right? I’m lit, right? I’m lit. JP Morgan — I put $140 million in JP Morgan, and they treated me like shit. So, if JP Morgan Chase is treating me like that, how are they treating the rest of y’all?” he asked.
As Breitbart News reported last week, J.P. Morgan Chase severed its ties with rapper Kanye West before he issued his antisemitic tweets in which he vowed to go “death con [sic] 3 on JEWISH PEOPLE.” According to the Daily Mail, Kanye West had actually been informed in late September — before his “White Lives Matter” moment and his antisemitism — that J.P. Morgan would be severing ties with him. The letter was sent after he gave an interview to CNBC in which he openly considered taking his business elsewhere.
“I’m moving my money over from J.P. Morgan over to Bank of America, possibly, because I go and move $140 million over to J.P. Morgan and [CEO] Jamie Dimon never calls me,” West said.
“I find out Jing Ulrich is one of the heads of the board at Adidas and one of the heads of the board at J.P. Morgan, and they already treat me a certain way at Adidas. It doesn’t matter how much money you move over there,” he added.
In another section of his interview with Revolt TV, West perpetuated other antisemitic tropes by suggesting that “Jewish people control the black voice”
“Jewish people have owned the black voice. Whether it’s through us wearing a Ralph Lauren shirt, or it’s all of us being signed to a record label, or having a Jewish manager, or being signed to a Jewish basketball team, or doing a movie on a Jewish platform like Disney,” he said.
“I respect what the Jewish people have done and how they brought their people together. You know they came into money through the lawyers. After Wall Street, when all of the Catholics, they wouldn’t divorce people, so the Jewish people came in they were willing to divorce people and that’s when they came into their money,” he added.
West also repeated sentiments shared by the Black Hebrew Israelites claiming that black people are the “darker Jews” and that they are part of the lost tribes of Israel.
“We’re Jewish also. We’re from Africa also. We’re the blood of Christ. We’re not just black,” he added.
West used this rhetoric as a deflection from charges of antisemitism.
“The funny thing is I actually can’t be antisemitic because black people are actually Jew also. You guys have toyed with me and tried to blackball anyone whoever opposes your agenda,” he said.

The face of the NFL's newest social justice initiative is an anti-Semitic rapper who in his songs has called for violence against Jews and Asians.
Ice Cube, whose real name is O'Shea Jackson, has in his songs referred to a Jewish music producer as a "white Jew" and "cracker" and Asian shopkeepers as "little Chinese motherfucker[s]." He is also an admirer of Louis Farrakhan, the Nation of Islam leader who has called Jews wicked and compared them to "termites."
Now, Ice Cube will lead the NFL's "economic equity" program to spur partnerships with black–owned businesses. The partnership is through the rapper's Contract With Black America Institute, which supports reparations and affirmative action for secondary schools and colleges.
The move comes as the NFL faces intense criticism over its handling of race issues. Former Miami Dolphins head coach Brian Flores earlier this year sued the league and three of its teams for alleged racial discrimination. Social justice activists have criticized the NFL for failing to hire more black head coaches.
Ice Cube has an extensive history of anti-Semitic, anti-white, and anti-Asian rhetoric. He came under fire in 2020 for a series of social media posts with anti-Semitic tropes and for praising Farrakhan.
"The Honorable Louis Farrakhan continues to warn America to this very second and he's labeled one of your ‘evil names' and you turn your ears off," Ice Cube tweeted in June 2020.
The rapper, who has posted photos with Farrakhan, later that month chided CNN anchor Jake Tapper for calling the preacher a "vile, anti-LGBTQ, anti-Semitic misogynist."
"Watch your mouth, Jake," Ice Cube warned Tapper, who is Jewish.
Ice Cube at the time denied allegations of anti-Semitism, but the scandal renewed scrutiny of songs from earlier in his career that urge violence against Asians and Jewish music executive Jerry Heller.
In the track "No Vaseline" from the 1991 album Death Certificate, Ice Cube called Heller a "white Jew" and "cracker."
"Get rid of that devil real simple. Put a bullet in his temple," he rapped.
In "Black Korea," the rapper threatened to "burn" Asian-owned stores "to a crisp" over perceived racial profiling. He referred to the store owners as "little Chinese motherfucker[s]" and "Oriental one penny countin' motherfuckers."
Rioters in Ice Cube's South Central Los Angeles neighborhood looted and burned thousands of Asian-owned convenience stores the year after the Rodney King verdict.
The associate dean of the Simon Wiesenthal Center called for a boycott of the album at the time, saying that Ice Cube's lyrics "threaten and promote violence" against Asians and "call for the murder" of Heller.
The NFL and Ice Cube's group did not respond to requests for comment.
Alice Walker, the author of The Color Purple, has been disinvited from a book festival when the organizers discovered her long history of antisemitic remarks about Jews and Israel, the Jewish state that she often compares to Nazi Germany. A report on the reasons for her being uninvited is here: “California Book Festival Rescinds Invitation to Author Alice Walker Over Past Antisemitic Comments,” by Shiryn Ghermezian, Algemeiner, March 29, 2022:
A book festival in California has disinvited Pulitzer Prize-winning novelist and poet Alice Walker from its event due to the author’s history of making antisemitic remarks about Jews and Israel, The Jewish News of Northern California reported on Friday.
Organizers cancelled Walker’s participation in the festival on Thursday after being informed about her past hateful comments, according to The Jewish News of Northern California. Jeffers subsequently pulled out of the festival in response, the festival’s publicist Julia Drake told the outlet.…
Walker, who was the first Black woman to win a Pulitzer Prize for fiction for “The Color Purple” in 1983, has repeatedly compared Israel to Nazi Germany and is an avid supporter of the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement. In 2011, she claimed, “I think Israel is the greatest terrorist in that part of the world. And I think in general, the United States and Israel are great terrorist organizations themselves.” That same year she said Israel is “as frightening to many of us as Germany used to be.” Walker has also made antisemitic claims about Jews and Israel in her poetry.
Walker has been obsessed with Jews and Israel for years. She frequently compares Israel to Nazi Germany, and attacks the Talmud as an evil and racist document. In 2018, she promoted a book by British antisemite and conspiracy theorist David Icke, And the Truth Shall Set You Free, during an interview with The New York Times. In the book, Icke claims that Jews control the world and quotes frequently from the Protocols of the Elders of Zion. Icke, whose work Alice Walker so admires, describes the Talmud as “among the most appallingly racist documents on the planet,” and claimed that Jewish organizations are secretly behind various racist groups, including the Ku Klux Klan.
Walker’s hatred of Israel is extraordinary. She told an Israeli publisher in 2012 that she does not allow The Color Purple to be translated into Hebrew because “Israel is guilty of apartheid and persecution of the Palestinian people, both inside Israel and also in the Occupied Territories.”

When it comes to the Taliban, Nancy Pelosi is delusional
Showing a bizarre disassociation from facts, senility, or a feminist obsession that overrides all other things, Nancy Pelosi issued an utterly ludicrous statement on Afghanistan. Its entire focus is on women and girls. There’s no mention of the thousands or tens of thousands of men who have been and will be slaughtered in cold blood. There’s also no recognition that the Taliban is a medieval Islamic sect that believes women and girls (including little girls) belong in the home cooking for and satisfying the sexual needs of their Taliban husbands – and that’s it.

Virulent Anti-Semite Maher Abdel Qader Campaigns with Multiple Democrats
Maher Abdel Qader of the Palestinian American Congress is the Leonard Zelig of the modern Democrat Party; he seems to know everyone, has appeared in photos with most of them, and is connected to everything. He has hosted numerous fundraisers for New York City Mayor Eric Adams; he was part of a committee putting together a fundraiser for Jesse Jackson’s son Jonathan Jackson, who is running for the House in Illinois; and he is close to Reps. Rashida Tlaib (D-Ramallah) and Cori Bush (D-Race Hate), as well as a prominent former congressman, Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison. Abdel Qader is also a virulent anti-Semite, which should surprise no one, given the bent of today’s Democrat Party.
It is odd, however, that Adams, who has courted New York’s Jewish community and appointed two Orthodox Jews to his administration, would have close ties to Abdel Qader. Early in 2021, Abdel Qader was one of only six community leaders to speak with Adams on a Zoom call and talk over the then-candidate’s “campaign vision [and] issues,” as well as to “engage in his campaign.” Abdel Qader noted in an Instagram post that has apparently been removed that Adams was “on board with our community and will stand to support us.” Then in September 2021, Abdel Qader posted on Instagram in another post that was later removed or concealed: “Arab and Muslim community leaders met at Marriott hotel - LaGuardia and held a
Report: Chicago Sex Offender on Bail for Alleged Groping Is Accused of Molesting Another Woman
A man in Democrat-controlled Chicago with a long history of sexual misconduct is accused of grabbing and groping an 18-year-old woman on the Loyola University campus Wednesday.
David Buckner was previously charged with four felonies after targeting four women in 2017 but was later found not guilty by reason of insanity and ordered to register as a sex offender, CWB Chicago reported Friday.
The outlet continued:
In June, a prosecutor in the Cook County State’s Attorney’s office refused to file felony charges against Buckner after two women accused him of licking, kissing, squeezing, and groping them on the Magnificent Mile. With felony charges denied, Chicago police had to charge Buckner with misdemeanor battery. He was released from jail a few days later to await trial.
On October 9, while he was still on bail for the June allegations, two more women accused Buckner of touching them inappropriately at the Roosevelt CTA station. He walked out of the local Chicago police station a few hours later on his own recognizance, charged only with misdemeanor battery again. Records that would show if prosecutors rejected felony charges for the new allegations have not been posted in public records.
Most recently as he was still on bail, the suspect was accused of assaulting the young woman on the Loyola campus by grabbing her body and buttocks, according to prosecutor Jeff Allen.
Buckner was charged with a misdemeanor in the case. Meanwhile, Allen also noted that allegations filed against him by the women in the October incidents were not in the Clerk of Court’s case management system.
The allegations did not have a case number, so he was unable to file a violation of bail bond against the suspect.
Buckner reportedly lives with his wife and children, served in the Marines, and takes medication for mental health issues.
“Judge Kelly McCarthy ordered Buckner to pay a $5,000 deposit toward bail to be released on electronic monitoring in the Loyola case. She set a temporary bail amount of $3,000 in the June case until Buckner sees the judge overseeing that matter on Monday,” the CWB Chicago article said.
In July 2017, Buckner reportedly admitted to “probably” molesting 75 women on the CTA over a two-month period.
Meanwhile, citizens in Chicago and across the state of Illinois are worried about Gov. J.B. Pritzker’s (D) SAFE-T Act’s upcoming implementation in January, according to Breitbart News.
“The legislation is set to eliminatecash bail for most crimes, which may result in many criminals who have allegedly committed major crimes being released onto the streets. As Breitbart News reported, criticssaythat police stations and jails will become revolving doors for alleged criminals come the new year,” the outlet said.
The majority of American voters lay blame at the feet of “woke politicians” for the crime wave plaguing citizens in President Joe Biden’s (D) America, according to a recent poll.
“The latest Harvard/Harris Poll shows that 64 percent of voters say woke politicians are responsible for an increase in crime across American communities, while only 36 percent blame ‘other factors,'” Breitbart News reported October 20.
In addition, soaring crime was among the top three issues on voters’ minds as they look toward the midterm elections, an August Rasmussen Reports poll found.
The graphic video of Takeoff's death and what it says about our desensitization to trauma
Jenna Ryu
On Tuesday morning, Migos rapper Takeoff was killed during a Houston shooting – a moment that was recorded, posted and even shared by media outlets, like TMZ.
When it comes to celebrity deaths, the instinct for some people is to treat the news as entertainment.
We've seen this exploitation before, particularly when it comes to Black celebrities. Think back to the leaked photos of Kobe Bryant's helicopter crash, and more recently to the bystander-recorded video of rapper PnB Rock's death, which circulated on Instagramin September.
Takeoff was an influential and popular musician, but he was also a human being who deserves respect and compassion, says trauma-informed psychotherapist Lizandra Leigertwood.
"It's quite disgusting that (video is) being circulated, because it's a horrific thing for a family to experience and a traumatic thing for people to bear witness to," Leigertwood says.
"It's dehumanizing. It's as if it's not a big deal, when really it's showing a murder that is horrific."
The video of Takeoff's death and what it says about those who watch it
Most people would never record the death of a stranger, let alone someone they know. So why do we feel more comfortable consuming famous people's tragedies?
Since the video was released, search trends have been rising on Google in relation to footage and photos of Takeoff's killing. Carla Manly, a clinical psychologist who specializes in trauma, says social media is partly to blame for our desensitization to real-life trauma. The modern fixation on likes, views and clicks often drives people to "do more egregious, unwholesome things for attention," she says — at the expense of others' feelings.
"We don't pause to look at the individual or how it impacts their friends, family and followers. Instead, we get caught up in the sensationalized aspect of it. The commercial aspect of commodifying their experiences in order to make a profit," Manly, author of "Joy from Fear," says.
As of Wednesday morning, the footage, which blurs Takeoff's body, remained on TMZ's website. TMZ did not immediately return USA TODAY's request for comment.
When it comes to high-profile stars, Leigertwood explains, "people sometimes have this idea that because (celebrities) put themselves out there, they owe us inside information about their lives."
However, these videos have consequences. For the general public, repeated exposure to violence desensitizes us, Manly warns, making it even more difficult to extend empathy. And for a victim's loved ones, this adds an additional layer of stress: Now, they have to worry about their trauma living on via the Internet.
"I live in fear every day of being on social media and these popping up," Vanessa Bryant testified in the recent trial over gruesome photos from the helicopter crash that killed her husband. "I live in fear of my daughters being on social media and these popping up."
'This is the real dehumanization of Black people'
On Twitter, the footage of Takeoff's death fueled grief, but also outrage from Black Americans who have repeatedly expressed frustrations over the exploitation of Black deaths, including Bryant, Nipsey Hussle (whose shooting was shared online in 2019) and now, Takeoff.
"People don't necessarily always realize how much they're perpetuating this idea of Black trauma and pain by reposting things without really thinking about it," Leigertwood says, calling it "generational trauma."
"It's been relived and rehashed in the public eye. This is real dehumanization of Black people, their feelings and their experiences that they have to go through all the time."
As human beings, we have a responsibility to know better, to show respect and to grant privacy, Manly says. While the users who circulate these images and clips will likely move on, experts say the trauma for victims' families is lifelong – especially if it's commodified for millions to watch.
A Chicago woman is accused of murdering her landlord, whose body was found dismembered on Monday as crime continues plaguing the nation.
The remains were eventually found inside the home’s freezer, CWB Chicago reported Wednesday.
Thirty-six-year-old Sandra Kolalou is charged with first-degree murder, concealing a homicidal death, and misdemeanor aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after Chicago law enforcement said she “participated in the murder” of 69-year-old Frances Walker, the outlet stated.
Officers found the suspect once she left the elderly woman’s home, located on North Washtenaw, where she was in a hired tow truck.
The driver transported Kolalou to Foster Beach where the woman was accused of putting a large bag in a garbage can, according to WGN News.
Officers immediately went to the scene and put the suspect in custody for “pulling a knife on the tow truck driver,” according to CPD Chief of Detectives Brendan Deenihan:
Police said Walker rented rooms in the house and Kolalou was a tenant.
“Many of the tenants who lived in this house were afraid of this individual,” Deenihan said of Kolalou.
“The deceased, the person who owns the residence, had actually served the defendant with a notice to leave or eviction notice. And that was done very recently,” he added.
Tenants reportedly heard a scream at approximately 2:30 a.m. Monday and it was believed Walker was killed in her bedroom before Kolalou allegedly dismembered her. The suspect possibly used large butcher knives, per Deenihan.
“The other residents, increasingly concerned on Monday that something had happened to Walker, tried to reach her by phone. Deenihan said some residents received text message responses from Walker’s phone that Kolalou may have sent,” the CWB Chicago report stated.
Earlier this year, a woman in her 80s claimed Kolalou tackled her in the hallway of a condo building in Uptown. The woman did not show signs of being hurt and explained she was not familiar with the suspect.
“Police said the older woman refused to file felony charges, so they filed a charge of misdemeanor battery against Kolalou. She was found not guilty in July, according to court records,” the CWB Chicago article read.
Walker was apparently well known in her community, according to CBS Chicago anchor Audrina Bigos:
“The victim, Frances Walker played organ at several churches and played piano at a ballet school in Evanston,” she wrote in a social media post Thursday.
A recent survey found violent crime in cities across President Joe Biden’s (D) America rose by more than four percent during the first six months of this year, Breitbart News reported September 14.
“Compared to 2019 crime rates, some cities have seen a doubling in murders and a 36 percent increase in aggravated assaults,” the outlet said.

NYC Crime Statistics: Rape Up 10.9 Percent, Robbery Up 32.4 Percent, Burglary Up 29.1 Percent, Grand Larceny Up 38.5 Percent
Crime in New York City increased over the past year but New York Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) claims data did not show bail reform as being the problem.
The New York City Police Department’s (NYPD) recent crime statistics show that year to date, rape was up 10.9 percent, robbery up 32.4 percent, burglary up 29.1 percent, and grand larceny up 38.5 percent.
During an interview Friday on CNN, Hochul asserted that “the data is not showing” that bail reform is causing the surge in crime, and “There are individual cases, but compared to pre-pandemic and when this was passed, I don’t think there’s a real disparity.”
Meanwhile, a recent poll found the majority of American voters lay blame at the feet of “woke politicians” for the crime wave sweeping across President Joe Biden’s (D) America, Breitbart News reported October 20.

New York Republican gubernatorial candidate Rep. Lee Zeldin said during a recent debate he is running for the governor’s seat to fight rampant crime plaguing the state, according to Breitbart News:
Kathy Hochul supports cashless bail. As soon as it got implemented, she was out there bragging about it. She chose the champion of the defund the police movement and the architect of cashless bail Brian Benjamin [to be her lieutenant governor]. Yeah. That guy who got arrested and had to resign. That was her first big decision to make as governor.
We need to repeal cashless bail. We need to make our streets safe again. I’m running to take back our streets and to support unapologetically our men and women in law enforcement. This is about all of us together — Republicans, Democrats, independents, as New Yorkers — to make sure streets are safe again, to make sure subways are safe again.
Zeldin has taken the lead in the gubernatorial race as he fights to unseat Hochul, per a recent Trafalgar Group poll.
“The poll found that of the 1,198 likely general election voters, 48.4 percent would vote for the Zeldin, while 47.6 percent would vote for Hochul. With four percent undecided, Zeldin leads the Democrat incumbent by less than a point and within the margin of error,” Breitbart News reported Monday, adding Election Day is November 8.
Heartbroken fans watched as medical examiners removed the body of Migos rapper Takeoff after he was shot in the 'head or neck' in a dispute, as police launch a manhunt for his killer.
The 28-year-old member of the hip hop trio was shot at a 'private party' as a group gathered outside 810 Billiards & Bowling Houston, in Texas, at 2.34am.
Police confirmed that the artist died at the scene of the incident, and investigators have launched a manhunt for the shooter or shooters behind the attack.
Troy Finner, Houston police chief, said they believe the assailant was at the party with Takeoff, who he described as 'very peaceful and loving'.
Authorities say they have 'no reason to believe he was involved in anything criminal' and confirmed that two firearms were used in the incident.
They are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with information to come forward so they can apprehend his killer.
A 23-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman were taken to hospital in private vehicles suffering from gunshot wounds, which are not thought to be life threatening.

A study published by the Heritage Foundation’s Edwin Meese III Center for Judicial and Legal Studies shows that 27 of the 30 cities with the highest murder rates are controlled by Democrats.
FOX News noted that the study indicates “27….[of the 30 cities] have Democratic mayors. Within those cities, there are at least 14 “rogue prosecutors” either backed or inspired by billionaire Democrat supporter George Soros.”
The Daily Signal reported that the authors of the study–Charles Stimson, Zack Smith, and Kevin D. Dayaratna–noted, “Those on the Left know that their soft-on-crime policies have wreaked havoc in the cities where they have implemented those policies.”
Stimson, Smith, and Dayaratna added:
It is not hard to understand why ‘reforms’ such as ending cash bail, defunding the police, refusing to prosecute entire categories of crimes, letting thousands of convicted felons out of prison early, significantly cutting the prison population, and other ‘progressive’ ideas have led to massive spikes in crime—particularly violent crime, including murder—in the communities where those on the Left have implemented them.
The study undercuts Hillary Clinton’s claim that Republicans’ emphasis on crime and violence in Democrat-run cities was not valid.
On November 3, 2022, CNN quoted Clinton suggesting Republicans were “just trying to gin up all kinds of fear and anxiety in people.”
She added, “[The Republicans] are not dealing with it. They are not trying to tackle it. So I view it as an effort to scare voters.”

NYC Crime Wave: Teen Attacked, Stabbed by Masked Suspects on Manhattan Subway Platform
\A Democrat's dream: Commonsense knife and hammer control!
Kiernan Brown, 30, was recently charged with the hammer killings of two women after he showed cellphone photos of their beaten bodies to sheriff's deputies during a traffic stop. He was arrested on Interstate 69, about 108 miles northwest of Detroit, after an ex-girlfriend reported that he had been violating a personal protection order by banging on her door and sending disturbing texts. Brown pleaded guilty — but mentally ill — to second-degree murder in the deaths of 26-year-old Kaylee Ann Brock and 32-year-old Julie Ann Mooney in May 2019.
Paul Pelosi — the husband of House speaker Nancy Pelosi — was recently attacked by a man with a hammer at the couple's home in San Francisco. Pelosi required emergency surgery, and his full recovery is apparently still not guaranteed.
Deashe Calhoun, 20, recently attacked Hubert Meulens, 82, with a machete in lower Manhattan. She had previously been arrested seven times in roughly the past seven months for infractions involving knives and subsequently the machete.
There have been a staggering number of knife attacks in recent years, both in the United States and abroad. In fact, stabbings account for well over 1,000 homicides each year in the U.S. alone.
Knife violence in places like Britain is even more prevalent and shocking. In Britain in 2020, a knife crime was reported every 11 minutes, with the bulk of them occurring in London.
I am sick and tired of innocent people being stabbed by all forms of cutlery, from Swiss Army Knives to machetes. (Pocket knives are obviously a gateway weapon to swords and machetes.) And I am sick and tired of innocent people being hammered to death.
What can be done about the scourge of non-gun violence? To paraphrase progressives: "Do not blame the perp! Blame the implement!"
It is obvious we need commonsense knife and hammer control!
We must demand that the manufacture, sale, and possession of all knives, cutlery, hammers — and other blunt instruments — be banned immediately.
It matters not that progressive policies create envy, hate, and despair. Or that they make crime a low-risk, high-reward activity to those with no moral compass. The fact that criminals, even violent ones, are being booked and almost immediately released, time after time, with little or no (cashless!) bail, has nothing to do with the problem. Nor, obviously, does our society's descent into hyper-secular amorality.
No, it is the fault of the tools that seemingly once served us so well.
And, speaking of tools, remember to vote Democrat on November 8. Our democracy depends on it!
Hochul, widely blamed by the families of crime victims for the wave of terror sweeping over the state, had numerous opportunities to slam the brakes on the move by her former boss, Gov. Andrew Cuomo, and the Democrat legislature to eliminate bail and free criminals.
The Kelly campaign and Living United did not respond to requests for comment.
New York governor Kathy Hochul is a case study in denial. The unelected Democrat is in trouble because she won't acknowledge the danger of rising crime. When challenger Lee Zeldin, a Republican congressman from Long Island, brought up public safety during last week's debate, Hochul scoffed. "I don't know why that's so important to you," she said. She might as well have stuck her tongue out at voters. Support for Zeldin has surged in recent days.
Hochul may yet win. New York hasn't voted for a Republican governor since 2002. Whatever the outcome—and Zeldin has a path to victory—the takeaway is clear: Crime is once again a matter of national concern.
Look at the polls. Sixty-one percent of registered voters told the Pew Research Center this month that violent crime is very important to their midterm vote. An October Gallup poll had crime in third place, after the economy and abortion. The October Fox poll showed that crime was second only to inflation in voters' minds. According to another recent Gallup survey, a record 56 percent of Americans say there is more crime in their area than there was last year.
Hochul blames this sentiment on mass delusion. "These are master manipulators," she told MSNBC on October 30. "They have this conspiracy going all across America trying to convince people in Democratic states that they're not safe." Hochul didn't say who "they" are. She meant Republicans.
The truth is that Hochul is the one who's out of touch. The reason voters are worried about crime is that crime has been rising. Sensational stories of subway murders, carjackings, kidnappings, and shoplifting are not isolated events. Murder and assaults have increased nationwide since 2019. Murder has dropped off somewhat since the beginning of this year, but the decline has been unevenly distributed and other forms of violent crime are going up. The lawlessness that spread across the country in 2020 hasn't abated.
Nor do voters believe that Democrats can restore order. An ABC News-Ipsos poll from October showed that a measly 22 percent of registered voters trust Democrats to handle crime. Thirty-seven percent trust the GOP. Republicans also had a 15-point advantage over Democrats on crime in the October Fox poll.
The trend is visible in individual campaigns. In September, Mandela Barnes was tied with Republican senator Ron Johnson of Wisconsin. Then Johnson's campaign and Mitch McConnell's Senate Leadership Fund began running ads that attacked Barnes's positions on crime. Johnson has been in the lead since. Also in September, John Fetterman was ahead of Mehmet Oz in the race for Pennsylvania's open Senate seat. Then the crime ads went up. Oz began to gain.
The attacks work because Progressive Democrats like Barnes and Fetterman hold views on crime that are outside the mainstream. Over the past decade, the movement for criminal justice reform radicalized into advocacy for emptying prisons, or decarceration. Progressive prosecutors such as Kim Foxx in Chicago, Larry Krasner in Philadelphia, George Gascón in Los Angeles, Chesa Boudin in San Francisco, and Alvin Bragg in New York City refused to press charges for many crimes and sought light sentences for the infractions they did pursue. In 2019, New York ended cash bail for most felonies and misdemeanors. In 2020, Progressive Democrats began slashing police budgets.
Criminals maneuver easily within such permissive environments. Most cities are sanctuaries that do not cooperate with Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Nonprofits and local governments subsidize alcohol and drug addiction. Homeless encampments dot the landscape. The scent of highly potent legal marijuana fills the air. In Baltimore, squeegee kids harass motorists. In New York, turnstile jumping is rampant. Major retail chains have closed locations in downtown San Francisco, Philadelphia, and D.C. Antisocial behavior has flourished.
The Progressive Left rejected the lessons of the past. They repudiated the legacy of the tough-on-crime 1990s, when Democrats and Republicans alike built prisons, imposed harsh sentences on criminals, hired more police officers, used the death penalty, and adopted "broken windows" and community policing techniques. Progressives continued to pursue their false notion of social justice even as the body count went up. They ignored the voters yelling stop.
In the spring of 2020, left-wing data scientist David Shor shared research on his social media account that showed Republicans deriving electoral benefit from voter backlash against riots. He was fired from his job. In November 2020, Republicans proved Shor's point by unexpectedly picking up 14 House seats. The Left didn't bat an eye.
True, President Biden avoided the "Defund the Police" slogan. He promised to spend more money on law enforcement while cracking down on guns. His message was drowned out by the apostles of the cultural Left in politics, education, and the media, who condemn policing and sentencing as racist and the criminal justice system as irredeemable. The ineffectual Biden has little sway over the pandering governors and loopy prosecutors behind the crime surge.
The commitment to decarceration and decriminalization persists. Neither Eric Adams's election as mayor of New York nor the recall of Chesa Boudin in San Francisco has halted it. New York's bail reform may be responsible for Kathy Hochul's defeat, yet Illinois governor J.B. Pritzker wants a similar measure to take effect in the Prairie State next year.
The New York Times expresses wonderment that voters in Kenosha, Wis., blame incumbent Democratic governor Tony Evers for presiding over the riot that turned their city into a burned-out husk—the nerve! The scourge of crime may elect Oz to the U.S. Senate, yet District Attorney Krasner is focused more on potential election interference. "We have handcuffs, we have jail cells, and we have juries who will be here," he said at a press conference on extremism this week. That news might come as a surprise to anyone who's followed his career. Now that Krasner has acknowledged the existence of cuffs and jails, maybe he can use them to lock up the crooks terrorizing Philadelphia?
He won't. Krasner and company are ideologues who believe that they are insulated from the destructive consequences of their own agendas. Voters are about to teach Progressive Democrats a lesson: Crime doesn't pay.

Police Informant Sexual Assault
Andrew Stiles • November 1, 2022 2:20 pmSHARE

Recently, an October USA Today poll found that 21 percent of black Americans support the GOP.

The “Walk It Talk It” hitmaker, whose real name is Kirshnik Khari Ball, died soon after Houston Police and fire officials arrived on the scene at around 2:40 a.m. following multiple reports of a shooting.
Houston Police Lt. Ronnie Willkens said the man appeared to have been shot in the head or neck, AP reports.

Feds Scoop Up Violent Fentanyl Trafficker Let Loose by Soros Prosecutor
SHARE

Alice Walker Disinvited From Book Festival
Can you guess what the organizers discovered?
Hugh Fitzgerald
Walker, 78, was scheduled to interview writer Honorée Fanonne Jeffers, at the latter’s request, at the headlining event of the annual Bay Area Book Festival, which will take place May 7-8 in downtown Berkeley and is set to feature over 250 authors. The festival is the main project of the Foundation for the Future of Literature and Literacy, a California non-profit organization.
Walker’s interview of the writer Honorée Fannone Jeffers was to have been the headline event at the Bay Area Book Festival. Jeffers, as the writer being honored in this fashion, had insisted that Walker be her interviewer. Jeffers must have known, when she chose her, Walker’s history of antisemitism, her repeated denunciations of Jews, Judaism, and Israel. She would have known Walker’s work, including the very long 2017 poem Walker wrote in which she called Israeli rule “demonic to the core,” and suggested that to understand “the inspiration for so much evil,” one must “study The Talmud” and “its poison.” Jeffers apparently was not bothered by any of this; she wanted Walker and no one else to interview her. And when Walker was disinvited because of her history of antisemitism Jeffers, in a sign of solidarity with Walker, refused to appear at the Book Festival.
The organizers of the Bay Area Book Festival had apparently not known the extent of her demented antisemitism, when they chose her to interview Honorée Fannone Jeffers at the headline event, did not know the full extent of her hatred of Israel – “demonic to the core” — the Jewish state that she compares to Nazi Germany, nor her deep hatred of Judaism, and that Talmud whose “poison” she denounces. But when it was brought to their attention, the organizers of the Bay Area Book Festival did the right thing, and at once disinvited the disgraceful Alice Walker. It is heartening that there was no wobbling on the issue, once the evidence of her malignant obsession was presented, no attempt to explain away or hide her spittle-flecked hatred. She won’t be an honored guest; she won’t be anything at all, at the Bay Area Book Festival. That’s as it should be.

When it comes to the Taliban, Nancy Pelosi is delusional
By Andrea Widburg

Birds of a feather.
Thu Jun 30, 2022
Robert Spence
“The legislation is set to eliminate cash bail for most crimes, which may result in many criminals who have allegedly committed major crimes being released onto the streets. As Breitbart News reported, critics say that police stations and jails will become revolving doors for alleged criminals come the new year,” the outlet said.
Think back to the leaked photos of Kobe Bryant's helicopter crash, and more recently to the bystander-recorded video of rapper PnB Rock's death, which circulated on Instagram in September.
More on this: Takeoff, one-third of influential rap group Migos, killed at 28 in Houston shooting

Police: Chicago Woman Accused of Dismembering Landlord with Butcher Knives
As violent crime soars in Democrat-run cities, Senate and House Republicans are highlighting the Democrats’ soft-on-crime policies in their campaign messaging.

NYC Crime Wave: Teen Attacked, Stabbed by Masked Suspects on Manhattan Subway Platform
A 17-year-old was stalked and brutally beaten by a group of masked suspects before he was stabbed on a subway platform in New York City.
According to police, the teen entered the subway system at East 53 Street and Lexington Avenue in Midtown Manhattan at around 4:22 p.m. on Saturday. He was coming off a shift working at Shake Shack, the New York Post noted.
One minute later, six individuals entered the subway station through the same location and approached the victim waiting on the northbound ‘6’ line platform.
The group of individuals proceeded to start punching and kicking the 17-year-old multiple times in the head and body. During the beating, one of the individuals pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim multiple times.
The gang of attackers then fled the station to parts unknown. New York Police Department (NYPD) officials believe that the victim and the attackers had known each other previously.
“He said he had a beef with them,” a police source told the Post, but it was unclear what the dispute was over.
EMS attended to the victim at the station and then transported him to New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center. While the teen received multiple staples, he was listed in stable condition.
The NYPD is searching for approximately six black males who were last seen wearing black hooded jackets, black pants, and surgical masks.

According to NYPD crime statistics, major crime in Democrat Mayor Eric Adam’s New York City has increased by 32.7 percent since last year. Assaults are up by 15.9 percent, and crime on the city’s transit system has jumped 41.6 percent.
Breitbart News recently reported that rising violent crime has emerged as a deciding issue for most American voters with the 2022 midterm elections approaching. Recent polling shows that 77 percent of voters believe violent crime is a serious issue.
As violent crime soars in Democrat-run cities, Senate and House Republicans are highlighting the Democrats’ soft-on-crime policies in their campaign messaging.

The Current Crime Wave Is Unlike Any Ever Experienced In America
This past week New Orleans reclaimed the title of America’s deadliest city after seeing murders jump 141% over the last couple of years. In New Orleans, the murder rate is a staggering 52 per 100,000 people. That compares to the national average of 6.9, the highest it’s been in a quarter century, and the 50 per 100,000 in Venezuela, the most dangerous country in the world.
If New Orleans were an outlier, it would be a shame; the fact that it’s not is a tragedy. Instead, New York, Chicago, Portland, LA, San Francisco, Philadelphia, and other American cities are part of the club. Crime has been up across America over the last two years, in most cases dramatically.
We’ve always had crime in America—such is the price of freedom—but what we are experiencing today is something altogether different. It’s not just crime. America can sometimes be a dangerous place. Everyone knows working the midnight shift at a convenience store is riskier than working the day shift at your local library, just as common sense tells you the odds of getting into a fight in a bar on a Saturday night are far higher than at church on Sunday morning.
And to be clear, this is not Antifa thugs and BLM cultists burning down cities. Protest, even violent protest, has been part of American history since its founding and is mainly event-driven, like Shay’s Rebellion, the Vietnam War protests, the riots after MLK’s assassination, or the acquittal of the police in the Rodney King video.
Image: Criminal (edited) by h9images.
No, this is something different. It’s one thing to rage against the machine; it’s another to commit violence against citizens, particularly when they are unsuspecting innocents or compliant victims. This is today’s issue, which we see taking place across the county, from urban jungles like New York City to Midwestern communities like Salt Lake City.
What America’s experiencing today is exponentially worse than the typical crime that America is used to—and the truth is, young Black men and, increasingly, young Black women are perpetuating most, although far from all, of it.
Violence is not only going to a new level in terms of frequency but also its locales. It’s no longer limited to dark corners or deserted parking lots. It now occurs in the middle of the regular hustle and bustle of Americans’ daily lives. It’s taking place in broad daylight, in full view of video cameras—often with others videoing the carnage to share on social media. Violent crime occurs on Main Street USA, in schools, drugstores, fast food restaurants, subway platforms, high-end retail stores and, of course, homes.
We see large groups of young people blitzing stores, grabbing merchandise off shelves, and running out with smiles on their faces. We see “shoplifters” methodically clear store shelves of merchandise and simply stroll out the door, unconcerned about getting stopped or arrested and often assaulting employees along the way.
Moreover, an element of violence seems unprecedented in its scale. Almost daily, we see random innocent people on subways or stairs or in restaurants getting shoved, kicked, or punched. We see fast food workers attacked as customers come over or around counters and spark mayhem. We see bus drivers attacked, shop owners beaten, and cops spat upon. Indeed we see countless instances where robbers beat or shoot victims even after taking whatever they were after. We also read daily of innocents of all ages killed in the crossfire while sleeping in their beds, standing in a bar, or sitting in their cars.
There also seems to be a racial element to this new crime wave, with black perpetrators targeting a disproportionate number of White or Asian victims. Make no mistake, though. Now, as always, the single largest group of victims of this crime wave is black citizens.
The question is, why is this happening? What has caused an increasing number of black Americans to believe they can rob, beat, and even kill their fellow citizens with impunity?
No doubt, there are countless contributing factors, from missing fathers to failing schools to social media, but those problems (at least the first two) have existed for quite some time. No, the reason for the sharp jump in violent crime and unhinged behavior on the part of large numbers of primarily young Black Americans is the Democrat proposition that everything bad that happens to Blacks results from racism. As such, Blacks are not responsible for their choices. Therefore, they should not be held accountable for their actions.
Ronald Reagan once said, “If you want more of something, subsidize it.” That is precisely what the Democrats have been doing with violent crime. While they are not yet directly paying criminals to attack their fellow citizens and rob local businesses, they are subsidizing crime nonetheless.
On the one hand, George Soros-backed Democrat prosecutors from coast to coast are demonstrating their pro-criminal empowerment bona fides by refusing to seek bail for most arrestees, refusing to prosecute countless misdemeanors, and simultaneously undercharging countless violent crimes as said misdemeanors. On the other hand, you have Democrats effectively decriminalizing an entire swath of crimes or eliminating bail for almost every offense.
Indeed, the lunatics running Illinois have just passed a law that eliminates bail for virtually every offense below 1st-degree murder and prohibits police from arresting or removing trespassers caught in the act while burglarizing a home or business. That means that, if someone breaks into your house in the middle of the night and you call the police, first, you’ll be lucky, given the Democrat “Defund the police movement” if police respond while the trespasser is still there and, second, police are literally no longer allowed to remove them from your home.
All of this is happening exactly when America’s cultural and political elites are telling young Black Americans that the system is rigged against them; that they’re incapable of succeeding when playing by the rules; that most white people hate them; and that, if they break the law, there are no consequences to be had. That is literally a recipe for societal collapse.
Today in Democrat-run America, only the criminals’ rights matter, never the victims…and the fact is that most of the victims of this American renaissance of violence are, in fact, Black Americans. That is, the new rules victimize the very people about whom Democrats pretend to care.
To accumulate power, Democrats have leveraged the fictions of “systemic racism” and millions of “White supremacists” running wild, and Americans of all races are paying the price. But this is exactly what happens when politicians pursue policies of balkanization and victimization, setting groups of Americans against one another to achieve power. The Democrats and their grifter partners thrive, while all of America’s citizens suffer.
America was founded on the principle that all men were created equal in the eyes of God and in the laws of man. While the execution of those truths has been imperfect from the beginning, it has consistently improved for over 200 years, bringing Americans freedom and prosperity unmatched in human history. Those benefits include black Americans, who make up fully 8% of American millionaires.
In just half a generation, Democrats have undone 200 years of progress and created a violent cage match between demographics in the public square. The result has been a body blow to civil society, mayhem in cities, and blood on the streets (most of it Black). Yet somehow, Black America continues to vote Democrat in Stalin-like numbers. Perhaps they should reconsider..
18 Shot During Weekend in Mayor Lori Lightfoot’s Chicago
Eighteen people were shot, two of them fatally, during the weekend in Mayor Lori Lightfoot’s (D) Chicago.
ABC 7 reports the first of the two shooting fatalities was discovered around 7:50 a.m., when a man was discovered shot to death in East Garfield Park.
FOX 32 notes the man had been shot 16 times. He was transported to a hospital and pronounced dead.
The second fatal shooting occurred Sunday morning just after 1:30 a.m. “in the 400 block of South Wells Street,” where a 24-year-old and a 38-year-old got into an argument that turned physical.
The 24-year-old pulled a gun and shot the 38-year-old, who was rushed to a hospital, where he died. The 24-year-old was taken into custody.
ABC 7 observed that the violent weekend was followed by three people being shot Monday morning “on a downtown feeder ramp to the Kennedy Expressway.” The victims’ injuries are non-life-threatening.
The Chicago Sun-Times points out that 527 people were killed in Chicago January 1, 2022, through October 9, 2022.

Fetterman Opposed ‘Tough on Crime’ Policies in Bid for Anti-Cop Group’s Endorsement
While courting an anti-police group’s endorsement in 2018, Senate hopeful John Fetterman said he opposed "tough on crime" policies and was "very excited" for the reforms proposed by a Philadelphia district attorney now facing impeachment over a massive spike in violent crime in the city.
Fetterman laid out his views of a "progressive agenda" in a questionnaire for Reclaim Philadelphia, a left-wing activist group that claims Philadelphia’s police budget is derived from money "stolen from communities." Fetterman, who was seeking an endorsement in the race for lieutenant governor, told the organization he would use the office "as a bully pulpit for the larger issue of criminal justice reform."
"There is a real opportunity to build a statewide platform that elevates and exposes the damage created by the school-to-prison pipeline, the prison industrial complex, and ‘tough on crime’ policies like ‘Stop and Frisk’ and cash bail," said Fetterman, who expressed support for sanctuary cities and Philadelphia district attorney Larry Krasner, one of the left-wing prosecutors backed by Democratic billionaire donor George Soros.
Fetterman’s past embrace of progressive criminal justice reform could hurt his chances as crime spikes across the country. Republicans have highlighted Fetterman’s positions on the issue as well as his tenure on the Board of Pardons in a series of blistering ads aimed at portraying the Democrat as soft on crime. A GOP group affiliated with Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R., Ky.) has aired ads highlighting the Washington Free Beacon’s report that Fetterman cast the lone vote to free a man serving a life sentence for the first degree murder of a man he killed for money to buy heroin.
Republicans have also emphasized Fetterman’s endorsement of Krasner, who faces impeachment in the Pennsylvania legislature for "dereliction of duty" after violent crime skyrocketed in the city. Murders in Philadelphia have skyrocketed from 353 when Krasner took over in 2018 to 562 last year.
The GOP onslaught appears to have narrowed Fetterman’s lead over Republican Mehmet Oz. Fetterman has aired a series of ads defending his record on crime. He has also flipped his support for universal drug legalization, a reversal from his comments in 2016 that he supports "decriminalizing across the board."
Current and former law enforcement officials have also criticized Fetterman’s progressive views. Thirteen Pennsylvania sheriffs opposed Fetterman in July over his criminal justice positions, saying his support for the release of up to one-third of state inmates and his backing of Krasner would "add to already rising crime rates in Pennsylvania, particularly in Philadelphia."
Fetterman’s call to end "tough on crime" policies like cash bail are "a huge mistake," according to James Gagliano, a retired FBI supervisory special agent who serves as mayor of Cornwall-on-Hudson, N.Y.
"For those of us who study crime trends, we immediately sensed the causal relationship between releasing criminal recidivists and the glaring uptick in crime—especially violent crimes," Gagliano told the Free Beacon.
Another "tough on crime" policy Fetterman opposes—"Stop and Frisk"—has gained renewed attention in Philadelphia amid surging gun crime in the City of Brotherly Love.
Philadelphia city council president Darrell Clarke said this summer that there needs to be a "conversation" about the policing tactic, in which police officers question people they suspect have committed or are about to commit a crime.
"At the end of the day there are a lot of citizens on the streets of Philadelphia that talk about, ‘When are we going to look at stop and frisk in a constitutionally enacted way?'" said Clarke.
Fetterman’s opposition to the police use of "Stop and Frisk" appears at odds with his use of a similar tactic as mayor of Braddock in 2013. Fetterman chased down and pulled a shotgun on an unarmed black jogger he falsely thought had fired a gun near his home. Fetterman has declined to apologize for the incident.
While Fetterman says he opposes the movement to defund police, he has sought the support of several activists that support the cause. In 2020, Reclaim Philadelphia urged supporters to pressure Philadelphia mayor James Kenney (D.) to pull $120 million in funding for the police department, claiming the money "has been stolen from communities and put towards policing." In June 2021, Reclaim Philadelphia organized a sit-in at Kenney’s office to urge cuts to the police budget.
The organization has not officially endorsed Fetterman, but the group holds voter canvassing events for the Democrat in Philadelphia each weekend.
Fetterman campaigned on the anniversary of 9/11 with abortion activists who support the defund movement. Fetterman also campaigned last month with three Philadelphia city council members who back the movement. Fetterman’s appointee as secretary of the Board of Pardons has called to "disarm the police" and calls cop killer Mumia Abu-Jamal a "friend," the Free Beacon reported.
Fetterman’s campaign did not respond to a request for comment.
High Life: Oregon Dem Governor Candidate Wants Safe Havens for Meth Users
SHARE
The Democratic candidate for Oregon governor wants to create safe havens for meth users in Portland, even as drug overdoses spike statewide.
Tina Kotek called for the construction of a "meth stabilization center" in Oregon’s largest city during a gubernatorial debate Tuesday night. These "sobering centers" let people stay indoors while they come down from their high on methamphetamines and other dangerous drugs. Portland’s first meth stabilization center, Central City Concern, closed in 2019 because it was not providing much-needed medical treatment to addicts, according to its senior medical director.
Kotek’s comment could further hurt her chances against Republican Christine Drazan, who in the last week has taken the lead in four consecutive polls. During her tenure as Oregon House speaker, Kotek approved a sweeping drug decriminalization bill and sided with rioters over law enforcement during Portland’s George Floyd-inspired 2020 protests.
Methamphetamine has killed more Oregonians than fentanyl or heroin in the past three years.
Kotek’s push for the controversial sobering center is in line with other left-wing approaches to a growing nationwide drug problem. In Boston, drug users are allowed to freely shoot up outside so-called harm-reduction facilities. The Washington Free Beacon has also reported on the Biden administration’s $30 million grant program to distribute free crack pipes to addicts.
"Tina Kotek's only solution is to further normalize this lethal epidemic that has claimed far too many lives," Drazan campaign spokesman John Burke told the Free Beacon. "Harm reduction will only further enable this crisis."
Kotek’s campaign did not respond to a request for comment.
Both Kotek and Oregon’s independent gubernatorial candidate Betsy Johnson voted for the state’s drug decriminalization bill in 2021. Initially passed on the 2020 ballot, Measure 110 permits possession of any drug in small amounts statewide. Oregon had the highest rate of methamphetamine use of any U.S. state in 2020, according to the National Survey on Drug Use and Health.
During the last gubernatorial debate, Drazan and Johnson pledged to repeal Measure 110. Kotek acknowledged it "may be imperfect" but should not be thrown out.
As violent crime soars in Democrat-run cities, Senate and House Republicans are highlighting the Democrats’ soft-on-crime policies in their campaign messaging.
Johnson spars with Barnes over crime in Wisconsin debate

Sen. Ron Johnson (R., Wis.) and Democratic challenger Mandela Barnes sparred over crime issues during a debate on Friday night, with Johnson saying Barnes’s anti-police rhetoric "incited" the deadly riots against law enforcement in Kenosha in 2020.
Johnson slammed Barnes, the state’s lieutenant governor, for his response to the riots in Kenosha, which erupted after police officers shot and wounded Jacob Blake, a wanted domestic violence suspect who was armed with a knife in 2020. In the wake of Blake’s shooting, anti-police activists flooded into Kenosha, burning buildings and engaging in violent scuffles that led to multiple deaths.
Crime has become a leading issue in the competitive Wisconsin Senate race, as Milwaukee’s homicide rate has spiked by 20 percent since last year. Throughout the campaign, Barnes has been fighting to distance himself from perceptions he is anti-police and soft on crime.
"Instead of trying to settle things down," said Johnson during the debate on Friday, "the lieutenant governor gave a press conference and said it felt like a vendetta was carried out [by the police] against one of our community members. He incited the riot."
While Barnes accused police of misconduct at the time, subsequent investigations found no evidence that they acted inappropriately.
"This was not an accident," said Barnes during a news conference after the shooting. "This wasn’t bad police work. This felt like some sort of vendetta being taken out on a member of our community. The officer’s deadly actions attempted to take a person’s life in broad daylight."
Barnes did not comment on his response to the riots during the debate. He said he believes the best way to combat rising crime is by " fully funding our schools" and "making sure there are good paying jobs in our communities."
Johnson and Barnes also debated mandatory minimum wages, climate change, and federal student loan relief. Barnes argued that Wisconsin should increase its minimum wage to $15 an hour, while Johnson said government-mandated wage minimums would lead to fewer available jobs.
On climate change, Barnes said the United States needs to take stronger action to address climate issues while Johnson criticized him for supporting the Green New Deal, a massive government spending bill that could cost as much as $93 trillion, according to estimates.
Johnson and Barnes disagreed over President Joe Biden’s executive order to use federal funds to pay off student loans. Johnson called the policy "grotesquely unfair for people who never went to college or [who
Elementary School Teacher Allegedly Solicited Sex with 2-Year-Old
A Florida elementary school teacher was charged for allegedly soliciting sex with a two-year-old and traveling to meet the toddler.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement that Xavier Donte Alexander, 28, was arrested on Thursday on felony counts of soliciting sex with a minor and traveling to meet up with a minor for sex.
Alexander teaches fourth grade at Grove Park Elementary School in Palm Beach Gardens and also advertises his services as a babysitter on multiple websites.
A judge ordered Alexander to be held on $1 million bond at a court hearing Friday. The Palm Beach County Public Defender’s Office is representing him in court.
If convicted of both counts, Alexander could face up to 20 years in prison.
The Palm Beach County School District said in a statement that it is “shocked and appalled” at the accusations and is cooperating with local law enforcement.
The district added that Alexander has been suspended pending the investigation’s outcome and that none of Alexander’s alleged crimes took place at the school.
Parents have also been notified, and families have been offered support services.
Suspect in attack on Asian American woman in NYC is arrested
NEW YORK (AP) — A parolee convicted of killing his mother nearly two decades ago was arrested on assault and hate crime charges in an attack on an Asian American woman in New York City, police said Wednesday.
Police said Brandon Elliot, 38, is the man seen on surveillance video kicking and stomping the woman near Times Square on Monday. The woman was attacked in front of an apartment building.
Two lobby workers witnessed the violence but no one intervened or called 911, police said. Their union said Wednesday they told a union representative that they waited until the attacker left because he had a knife and then flagged down a police car.
Elliot, who is Black, faces charges of assault and attempted assault as hate crimes. He made an appearance in court via video Wednesday night, and was remanded into custody, with the next court date scheduled for Monday.
Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. said Elliot faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted.
The Legal Aid Society, which is representing him, said in a statement, “We strongly urge the public to reserve judgment until all the facts are presented in court."
Elliot lived at a hotel that serves as a homeless shelter a few blocks from the attack scene, police said. He was taken into custody at the hotel around midnight. Tips from the public led to his apprehension, police said.
Elliot was convicted of stabbing his mother to death in the Bronx in 2002, when he was 19. He was released from prison in 2019 and is on lifetime parole. The parole board had previously twice denied his release. His record also included an arrest for robbery in 2000.
“For the life of me, I don’t understand why we are releasing or pushing people out of prison — not to give them second chances, but to put them into homeless facilities or shelters, or in this case a hotel — and expect good outcomes,” Police Commissioner Dermot Shea said at a news conference Wednesday. “We need real opportunities. We need real safety nets.”
A law enforcement official identified the victim as 65-year-old Vilma Kari. The official was not authorized to speak publicly and did so on condition of anonymity. Kari’s daughter told The New York Times that she emigrated from the Philippines several decades ago.
Kari, who was repeatedly kicked and stomped, suffered serious injuries including a fractured pelvis, the law enforcement official said. She was discharged from the hospital on Tuesday, a hospital spokesperson said. Kari has been speaking to police, Shea said.
Philippine Ambassador to the U.S. Jose Manuel Romualdez said the victim is Filipina American.
The country’s foreign secretary, Teodoro Locsin Jr., condemned the attack, writing on Twitter: “This is gravely noted and will influence Philippine foreign policy.” He didn’t elaborate how.
The Philippines and United States are longtime treaty allies, but Philippine leader Rodrigo Duterte is a vocal critic of U.S. security policies who has moved to terminate a key agreement that allows largescale military exercises with U.S. forces in the Philippines.
“I might as well say it, so no one on the other side can say, ‘We didn’t know you took racial brutality against Filipinos at all seriously.’ We do,” Locsin said.
Kari was walking to church when police say Elliot kicked her in the stomach, knocked her to the ground, stomped on her face, shouted a curse and anti-Asian slurs and told her, “You don’t belong here” before casually walking away as onlookers watched. Shea called it a “completely unprovoked violent attack on an innocent, defenseless woman.”
Monday’s attack, among the latest in a national spike in anti-Asian hate crimes, drew widespread condemnation and concerns about the failure of bystanders to intervene. New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio called the attack “absolutely disgusting and outrageous” and said it was “absolutely unacceptable” that witnesses didn’t help the woman.
The attack happened just weeks after a mass shooting in Atlanta that left eight people dead, six of them women of Asian descent, and just a few days after a 65-year-old Asian American woman in the same midtown Manhattan neighborhood was threatened and heckled with anti-Asian slurs.
The surge in violence has been linked in part to misplaced blame for the coronavirus pandemic and former President Donald Trump’s use of terms like “Chinese virus.”
“This brave woman belongs here,” Vance said. “Asian American New Yorkers belong here. Everyone belongs here.”
The late morning attack happened in front of a luxury apartment building in Hell’s Kitchen, west of Times Square. Two lobby workers, described by their union as doormen, were seen on video witnessing the attack but failing to help Kari. One of them was seen closing the building’s door as she was on the ground.
The building’s management company said the workers were suspended pending an investigation. The workers’ union, SEIU 32BJ, initially said that they immediately called for help. A spokesperson clarified Wednesday that the workers waited until the assailant walked away to check on Kari and flag down a nearby patrol car.
Residents of the building also defended the workers, saying in a letter Wednesday that a widely seen video clip focusing on the assault cut off before they could be seen giving the victim aid and alerting medics.
Detective Michael Rodriguez said Wednesday that patrol officers driving by came upon the victim after she was assaulted.
The Associated Press has requested the full video from the building’s management company. The company has not responded.
This year in New York City, there have been 33 hate crimes with an Asian victim as of Sunday, police said. There were 11 such attacks by the same time last year. The NYPD last week said it was increasing patrols in Asian neighborhoods, including using undercover officers to prevent and disrupt attacks.
Joo Han, the deputy director of the Asian American Federation, called the plainclothes patrols a “knee-jerk response” that ignored misgivings she said many people in Asian communities have about law enforcement.
“That wasn’t something that was done in conversation with community leaders,” Han said. “That’s not something that we would have recommended. That’s not safe for a lot of folks who may not have status, who don’t have comfortable interactions with NYPD.”

Teen arrested after videos of attack against Asian couple surface online
A 15-year-old boy was arrested Friday in connection with an assault against an Asian couple in Washington state that was caught on video and shared widely on social media this week.
Footage shows a person wearing a red hoodie running up to the couple and swinging at the man as the woman cries out. In another video clip, the man is being cursed at and seems to be pushed or struck by the person recording the video, who also said he punched the victim in the mouth.
The man, 56, suffered a broken rib during the attack, KING-TV, the NBC affiliate in Seattle, reported. While videos of the attack were shared on social media this week, the incident took place last November.
The attack was reported to Tacoma police at the time, police spokesperson Wendy Haddow told NBC News in an email.
"At that time the only suspect information was two black males aged 13 to 17 years," she said. "There was no known video at that time."
However, the victim’s family contacted authorities after they saw the resurfaced video on the news this week, Haddow said.
Police did not release the identity of the 15-year-old who was taken into custody. The teen has been charged with second-degree assault, police said in a statement.
Tacoma police said earlier this week that they were investigating the attack as a hate crime, but authorities couldn't say if it would be prosecuted as such, KING-TV reported.
While police don't have a motive for the attack, the Asian couple was assaulted amid a recent uptick in racially-motivated attacks against Asian Americans nationwide.
Anti-Asian hate crimes across 16 of the nation's largest cities increased 149 percent in 2020, according to an analysis of official preliminary police data by the Center for the Study of Hate & Extremism at California State University, San Bernardino. This surge took place amidst an overall decline in hate crimes.
The first spike in hate crimes occurred in March and April of last year at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic amid "negative stereotyping of Asians relating to the pandemic," the report said.

Joe Biden Fails to Condemn Farrakhan Follower Capitol Hill Attack in Statement
President Joe Biden expressed his sorrow over the death of a Capitol Hill police officer after a violent attack at the Capitol Friday, but he did not condemn the suspect, who identified himself on social media as a follower of Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan.
Biden said in a statement he was “heartbroken” to learn Officer William Evans of the U.S. Capitol Police was killed in the attack, and that a second officer was severely injured. But the president made no mention of the ideology that likely inspired the attacker.
Noah Green described himself as a “Follower of Farrakhan” on his Facebook page, according to reports. Green hit two police officers with his car and rammed a security barrier. Green was shot and killed by law enforcement after he exited the vehicle and drew his knife.
“However, the path has been thwarted, as Allah has chosen me for other things,” Green wrote on his Facebook page. “Throughout life, I have set goals, attained them, set higher ones, and then been required to sacrifice those things.”
Instead of condemning Green’s attack, however, President Biden alluded to the mob that stormed Capitol Hill in January to protest his election.
“We know what a difficult time this has been for the Capitol, everyone who works there, and those who protect it,” he wrote, and added, “As we mourn the loss of yet another courageous Capitol Police officer, I have ordered that the White House flags be lowered to half-mast.”
The White House did not respond to a request from Breitbart News for comment.
