Illegal Alien Rapist Among Nearly Two Million Known ‘Got-Aways’ Under Biden

Since President Joe Biden took office, nearly two million “known got-aways” have successfully crossed the United States-Mexico border. Among them is an illegal alien convicted of raping a woman in Connecticut in 2016 and deported in 2021 but who crossed the border again, undeterred by Border Patrol.

In July 2016, according to FOX 45 News, 40-year-old illegal alien Jose Pavon-Fermin of Honduras followed a woman onto a Norwalk, Connecticut, public bus and eventually got off at her stop.

The woman said Pavon-Fermin lured her into his apartment and then raped her. Two years after the rape, he was convicted of third-degree sexual assault and first-degree unlawful restraint.

Pavon-Fermin was ordered to serve four and a half years of his 10-year prison sentence and, once released from prison, made to register as a sex offender in the U.S. for the rest of his life.

In June 2021, after serving his sentence, Pavon-Fermin was turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents and deported to his native Honduras. Sometime later, he again successfully illegally crossed the U.S.-Mexico border and traveled back to Norwalk.

In January 2023, Pavon-Fermin was arrested in Norwalk for disturbing the peace but instead of being turned over to ICE agents, he was released from police custody. Despite a requirement to register as a sex offender, Pavon-Fermin had not.

After being on the run in the U.S. for over a year, Pavon-Fermin was captured by law enforcement in Lynchburg, Virginia, after being featured on Maryland’s Most Wanted.

This week, a federal grand jury in New Haven, Connecticut, indicted Pavon-Fermin on charges of illegally re-entering the U.S. after being deported and failing to register as a sex offender.

Pavon-Fermin faces up to 30 years in federal prison.

DHS Chief Mayorkas Pressed to Answer How Terrorists Were Reportedly Freed into U.S.

Republicans on the House Homeland Security Committee are pressing Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas to explain how migrants on the federal government’s “Terrorist Watch List” have been reportedly released into the United States.

In a letter to Mayorkas on Wednesday, Committee Chairman Mark Green (R-TN), as well as Reps. Clay Higgins (R-LA) and August Pfluger (R-TX), who chair subcommittees, asked Mayorkas to provide them with a classified briefing on several reported cases of migrants on the Terrorism Watch List getting released into the nation’s interior.

The congressmen write:

The first case involves a member of the U.S.-designated foreign terrorist organization alShabaab. According to a news report, the alien was “caught illegally crossing the southern border near San Ysidro, California on March 13, 2023;” however, he was deemed a “mismatch” and was subsequently released into the interior. Almost one year later, the Terrorist Screening Center “made a redetermination” and confirmed the alien as a terrorist member of al-Shabaab, and then Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) located and arrested him. [Emphasis added]

The second case involves a Pakistani man allegedly on the terrorist watch list who illegally entered the United States but was apprehended by the Border Patrol the following day. Less than two weeks later, the Terrorist Screening Center confirmed his status on the “terror watchlist;” however, ICE eventually released him through the Alternatives to Detention program. [Emphasis added]

In addition to these unanswered requests for information, we are now facing a consistent stream of cases highlighted in the news of aliens allegedly on the terrorist watchlist either being apprehended at the border or discovered in the interior. [Emphasis added]

The congressmen noted Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Director Christopher Wray’s testimony last month before the Senate Intelligence Committee where he warned he is “very concerned” over the possibility of human smuggling networks to the U.S. with ties to the Islamic State (ISIS).

“The Committee is concerned with DHS’s current practices in processing and releasing known or suspected terrorists encountered at the Southwest border,” the congressmen write.

Mayorkas has been accused of withholding information related to migrants caught crossing the border who matched for suspects on the Terrorist Watch List.

A lawsuit filed last October by the Center for Immigration Studies alleges that Mayorkas has refused to comply with Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests regarding hundreds of migrants on the Terrorism Watch List.

Since President Joe Biden took office, more than 300 migrants on the Terrorism Watch List have been caught crossing the southern border.

140K Migrants Apprehended in March Along Southwest Border

U.S. Border Patrol agents assigned to the southwest border apprehended nearly 140,000 migrants during March, according to an unofficial report reviewed by Breitbart Texas.  The number of migrant apprehensions at the southwest border remains virtually unchanged from February.

Agents assigned to the nine southwest Border Patrol sectors apprehended just under 140,000 migrants in March, the unofficial Border Patrol tally revealed. This is nearly unchanged from the just over 140,000 migrants apprehended in February.

The apprehension report for March brought the total for the first six months of FY24, which began on October 1, 2023, to more than 1,034,000. This marks the third year in a row where agents apprehended more than one million migrants in the first six months of the year.

Despite a slowdown in the number of apprehensions during the last two weeks of the month, the Tucson Sector reported the largest number of apprehensions in the March report. Tucson Sector agents apprehended approximately 42,000 migrants in March, bringing the sector to approximately 342,000 migrant apprehensions in the six-month total.

The march Tucson Sector total is down from the nearly 50,000 migrant apprehensions reported in February. The February report indicated an increase of approximately 110 percent over the prior year.

The San Diego Sector reported the second-largest number of migrant apprehensions in March. The just-over 33,000 apprehensions are up from approximately 31,560 apprehensions in February. The February apprehensions were up by more than 85 percent from one year earlier.

The El Paso Sector reported the apprehension of approximately 30,000 migrants. This is up from the 24,000 apprehended in February.

The Del Rio Sector reported a decline in the number of apprehensions between February and March. Del Rio agents apprehended just over 11,000 migrants in March. This was down from the 14,000 apprehended in February.

Apprehensions in the five Texas-based border sectors remained virtually unchanged from February to March, with approximately 53,000 reported apprehensions each month.

Florida Police: Illegal Migrant from Haiti Admits Sexually Abusing 10-Year-Old Girl Multiple Times

An illegal migrant from Haiti has reportedly admitted to Florida law enforcement he inappropriately touched a 10-year-old girl.

The suspect, identified as 37-year-old Nivenson Sarazin, was arrested on Friday in Pembroke Park, according to an article published Monday by the National Desk. The outlet cited an incident report in the matter.

Officials charged the man with sexual battery on a minor, battery on a child by throwing, tossing, projecting or expelling certain bodily fluids or materials, and possession of child pornography.

The alleged victim in the case is related to the suspect’s girlfriend, the National Desk article said.

The illegal immigrant on Saturday appeared in bond court in Broward County regarding the accusations, according to the Post Millennial.

The outlet said Sarazin is under a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement hold.

The National Desk article detailed the case regarding the child:

The report states Sarazin denied the accusations at first, but later admitted to the actions after several hours of questioning. He admitted to police he had pulled the victim’s pants down and sexually abused her on multiple occasions, while also noting “it is not normal to touch a minor,” but he “loses control” around the girl, according to the report.

The confession came after a detective told Sarazin the 10-year-old videotaped him during an incident, something the police report describes as a “false statement.” When presented with the false claims, Sarazin responded “I should’ve just asked for a lawyer,” according to the report.

The suspect also claimed that during some of the incidents the child had told him to stop, refused him, and reportedly told the man, “don’t put it inside me” in reference to his genitals.

The Millennial report said the girl was hospitalized on Wednesday, and police confiscated Sarazin’s phone as evidence once they arrested him.

“Broward County Circuit Judge Elijah Williams in Fort Lauderdale ordered Sarazin not to have any ‘contact whatsoever’ with the victim and denied him bond after originally setting it at $540,000,” the outlet said.

He is now being held in Broward County’s Main Jail, the National Desk report noted.

Meanwhile, Dan Foote, who previously served as President Joe Biden’s special envoy for Haiti in 2021, told Breitbart News in March that Biden’s rushed policies to get a handle on the migrant crisis a few years ago has helped collapse the Haitian state.

“In 2021, more than 15,000 Haitian migrants approached the Del Rio river crossing in Texas, creating a TV-magnified political crisis for Biden,” the report said.

“At the time, American officials were helping Haiti elect a new government to replace Prime Minister Ariel Henry, who took on the role days before the assassination of the nation’s last president, Jovenel Moïse, that year,” it noted.

In a report on March 25, Breitbart News detailed what has occurred in Haiti:

Haiti has been overwhelmed by an outburst of gang violence ever since Prime Minister Ariel Henry left the country on a trip to Kenya in early March to negotiate a deal for Kenya to spearhead an international security intervention. Henry, whom much of the Haitian population views as illegitimate, was unable to return after his Africa trip due to escalating violence.

On March 11, Henry said he would resign “immediately” after the creation of a “transitional council” to establish a new government. Efforts to establish such a council have been unsuccessful so far, in part because the gangs have threatened to kill many of the prospective members.

Another Migrant Crime Ring, This Time in Wealthy, Biden-Voting Oakland County, Michigan

One of Michigan’s wealthiest counties, which voted heavily for Joe Biden in 2020, has become the target of organized migrant gangs of home invaders, according to the county sheriff.

Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard is warning residents that the gangs of illegals are targeting high-end homes, especially of those who are out of town on spring break vacations, according to WXYZ-TV Detroit.

This is not the first time the area has been beset by a spree of home invasions by migrants. A similar wave of break-ins occurred last spring and Bouchard’s office launched a special task force that netted several arrests.

Criminal gangs based in Chile and other developed countries are increasingly flying gangs of trained burglars into wealthy suburbs throughout the United states. Typically, the criminals fly fin from countries that are waived from normal visa rules, quickly hit their planned targets, and fly home before the local cops get on their trail.

The sheriff warned homeowners to keep up their guard in a state Biden must win to earn a second term.

“People ask what community or what neighborhood. It’s not community or neighborhood specific. It is target-homes specific. Very high-end homes with probably high worth valuables in the home that back up to an obscure golf course, wooded area, pond. Whatever gives them access to come in unobserved,” Bouchard said.

Oakland County is Michigan’s fourth wealthiest county, according to a 2023 report at MLive.com and has a median household income of nearly $93,000 a year. Meanwhile, the state’s median household income is about $68,000.

Oakland also voted heavily in favor of Joe Biden in 2020, giving Biden 56.36% of the vote, or 433,982 total votes for the Democrat.

Former President Donald Trump is set to appear at a campaign rally in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on Tuesday where he will likely continue pounding Joe Biden on the crisis at the southern border, a message that many liberal media outlets fear is making inroads among Democrat voters.

The Washington Post, for instance, worried that Trump’s narrative blasting Biden for the border crisis is beginning to resonate “beyond his base” and among those who might otherwise vote Democrat, writing, “But in a potentially worrying sign for Biden, Trump’s message appears to be resonating with key elements of the Democratic coalition that Biden will need to win over this November.”

The paper added that two-thirds of Americans disapprove of Joe Biden’s record for handling border security and that number is rising monthly. It is also rising among Democrat voters with 55 percent of blacks and 73 percent of Hispanics disapproving of Biden’s border record.

Other states have also been dealing with rings of criminal gangs made up chiefly of migrants, including deep blue Illinois and New York.

Sheriff: ‘Well-Trained’ Chilean ‘Ninjas’ Robbing Rich Americans After Getting into U.S. through Visa Waiver Program

“Well-trained … ninjas” from Chile are burglarizing wealthy Americans in the Detroit, Michigan, suburbs after using the Visa Waiver Program to get into the United States, Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard says.

In an interview with FOX 2 Detroit, Bouchard sounded the alarm yet again on the rise of foreign burglary gangs from South America operating across the U.S. — including in the Detroit suburbs where wealthy residents are being targeted for their money, jewelry, and designer handbags.

“The Chilean gangs have been hitting us very hard. Cash, jewelry, very high-end purses, that’s the target,” Bouchard said:

They’re super well-trained when they get here, highly organized, they look like ninjas. They’re all masked up, gloves, they each have a backpack with each particular set of tools for their job in the burglary. [Emphasis added]

The issue has become such a rising problem in the Detroit suburbs that Bouchard has created a task force dedicated to weeding out foreign burglary gangs.

“In the last three or four days, we’ve had a number of super, super similar … [cases],” Bouchard said. “The home is empty, very large, upscale homes, the area is backed up to little-or-no observation from neighborhoods.”

In one instance, a Chilean burglary gang stole $800,000 worth of jewelry and cash from a home in the Detroit suburbs. Bouchard said no particular location is being targeted. Instead, the gangs target mansions when wealthy occupants are out of town.

“All the intelligence estimates suggest from Chile. We have 100+ teams in operation right now in America, teams of four and six,” Bouchard said.

The foreign burglary gangs, as Breitbart News has chronicled, often use the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) to get into the U.S. The VWP allows these foreign nationals to bypass having to obtain a visa to secure entry to the U.S., instead getting to stay in the country for up to 90 days visa-free.

Bouchard said lawmakers in Washington, DC, ought to remove Chile from the VWP. In Fiscal Year 2022, nearly 85,000 foreign nationals who arrived in the U.S. on the VWP had overstayed their allotted 90 days — including more than 10,300 from Chile.

Since 1986, every presidential administration has continued expanding the VWP despite security warnings detailed in the 9/11 Commission Staff Report. In 2019, for instance, former President Trump expanded the VWP to include Poland. In 2021, President Joe Biden expanded the VWP to include Croatia and in 2023, allowed Israel into the VWP.

Report: Hundreds of Thousands of Migrants Fly into Miami to Score Joe Biden’s Parole Benefits

Hundreds of thousands of migrants have been authorized to fly into Miami, Florida — among dozens of other United States airports — as part of a parole pipeline that President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) created and implemented.

The airports where migrants are flying into the U.S. were revealed in a report from Todd Bensman with the Center for Immigration Studies.

As Bensman notes, Biden’s DHS launched the parole pipeline, known as Advance Travel Authorization, in October 2022. It has since permitted 386,000 migrants to book their flights to the U.S. to secure “humanitarian parole.”

The parole is particularly enticing for migrants because, as opposed to crossing the southern border, it can include eligibility for work permits that can be renewed.

Analysis of DHS data, according to Bensman, shows that Miami is the top airport where parole migrants are flying in at their own expense, followed by airports in Houston, Texas; Los Angeles, California; San Francisco, California; Atlanta, Georgia; Boston, Massachusetts; Baltimore, Maryland; and Chicago, Illinois.

Bensman reports:

Whether those hundreds of thousands stay in those areas or fly on after their initial landing and release is not shown in this data. Many of the landing Cubans, Venezuelans, and Haitians will obviously choose to stay in Florida, where expatriate communities are already large. But some percentage of the newly “legalized” aspiring border crossers who land there and in Texas, New York, and California likely transfer to domestic flights to their final destinations across the nation. [Emphasis added]

The Center for Immigration Studies unveiled that the nation’s foreign-born population has surpassed 51 million — the highest in American history. Put another way, the foreign-born population is 15.5 percent of the total U.S. population.

Through legal immigration, as well as illegal immigration, Biden’s policies have worked to explode the foreign-born population to levels never seen before.

“Since President Biden took office in January 2021, the foreign-born population has grown by 6.4 million — larger than the individual populations of 33 states,” researchers Steven Camarota and Karen Zeigler write:

Growth in the foreign-born population is being driven primarily by immigration from Latin America, which has grown 4.2 million since January 2021, with South and Central America up 1.7 million and 1.4 million, respectively. Also, immigration from the Indian subcontinent is up 819,000 and from the Middle East is up 654,000. [Emphasis added]

Without a reduction in immigration, Camarota and Zeigler project that the foreign-born population will hit an unprecedented 60 million by the end of 2028.

Mexico Wants More Rewards for Guarding Joe Biden’s Border in 2024 Election

The flow of migrants at the border rose by 15 percent in February after President Joe Biden outsourced U.S. border security to Mexico’s pro-migration president.

Biden’s border agents registered 142,000 illegal migrants in February, up from 125,000 in January.

That border inflow was in addition to the invited inflow of 114,000 economic migrants through several quasi-legal doorways announced by Biden’s deputies.

That 15 percent jump in illegals is not what Biden’s deputies wanted when they asked Mexico in December to slash the northward flow of illegals during the 2024 election year.

They asked “for us to try and contain the flow of migration,” Mexico’s president, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, told the 60 Minutes TV show in a March 24 broadcast.

But “the flow of migrants will continue” if Biden does not cooperate with Mexico’s ambitions, Obrador told 60 Minutes.

“AMLO knows he has Biden over a barrel,” said a tweet from Mark Krikorian, the director of the Center for Immigration Studies.

AMLO has Biden over a barrel because Biden fears he will lose left-wing voters — and wealthy donors — if he tries to enforce Americans’ border laws, but will lose even more centrist votes if Obarador allows more migrants over the border.

The tempting fix for Biden is to let Obrador’s police guard the U.S. border by arresting and clubbing migrants as they head north through Mexico.

In December, Biden’s border deputies agreed to Obrador’s deal — and Mexico began arresting more migrants in January.

During December, Obrador let a record-breaking flood of 251,000 illegal migrants cross the U.S. border far from the official border gates. Once the December deal was signed, Obrador suddenly slashed the illegal January inflow by 50 percent.

“We were more careful about our southern border,” Obrador told 60 Minutes, adding:

We spoke with the presidents of Central America, with the president of Venezuela, and with the president of Cuba. We asked them for help in curbing the flow of migrants. However, that is a short-term solution, not a long term.

The sudden Mexican policy shift reveals what has been obvious for decades: The flow of illegal migrants across the U.S. border is protected and concealed by both the U.S. and the Mexican governments.

The hidden government approval means the illegal inflow is better described as a government-run, cartel-taxed, off-the-books, unofficial economic and migration policy that works alongside the legal immigration system.

The resulting huge inflow of illegal migrant workers, consumers, and renters is mostly used as an economic stimulant for Wall Street’s consumer-economy investments, regardless of the massive harm inflicted on ordinary Americans.

Many Wall Street leaders — and many politicians — asked for the consumer-economy inflow in 1990 just as they were outsourcing much of the Midwest’s manufacturing and consumer economies to Asia and Mexico.

Since 2021, Biden has invited at least 7 million more migrants to pass through the official border gates, often under the claim of having created new “legal pathways.”  That quasi-legal inflow of migrants dropped slightly in February, down to 114,000.

But Mexico gets a lot from the unofficial migration system.

For example, it has moved perhaps 15 million Mexicans into the United States, giving it a growing — but limited — political influence, plus a huge flood of valuable remittances.

Biden has made the deal sweeter for Mexico as he relies on Mexico to help bring more global migrants across the southern border.

For example, Biden and his deputies rarely comment on Mexico’s massive exports of fentanyl drugs into the United States, despite the huge death toll of roughly 70,000 young Americans each year.
“Mexico First — our home comes first,” Obrador said at his March 22 news briefing:

We are not going to act as policemen for any foreign government … Of course, we are going to cooperate in fighting drugs, above all because it has become a very sensitive, very sad humanitarian issue, because a lot of young people are dying in the United States because of fentanyl.

“The drug cartels provide jobs in regions where the Mexican government can’t provide economic development, they encourage social mobility, and generate revenue through drug sales to balance trade and investment deficits.”David Saucedo, a security analyst, told the Associated Press.
Similarly, U.S. government data shows that since April 2023, Biden’s deputies have given migration papers to roughly 15,000 Mexicans a month.

But those concessions are not enough for Obrador. He is a Latino nationalist, he favors more Latino migration into the United States, and he wants to create a coalition of Latino states against the United States.

Deliberately or not, Obrador let the January inflow rise by 15 percent during February, so reminding Biden that he has the power to damage vulnerable Biden during the 2024 election season.

Biden’s staff was silent about the greater inflow — but House Speaker Mike Johnson blasted both Obrador and Biden:

“The Marxist President of Mexico blackmails America,” said a tweet from Steve Cortes, a former spokesman for Donald Trump and Ron DeSantis. He added:

AMLO wants Americans to give $20 billion a year to Latin America PLUS give amnesty to millions of illegal aliens from Mexico who are living in America. Zero respect for the US!

When asked by 60 Minutes, if Mexico will continue to curb the migration, AMLO replied, “We do and we want to continue doing it.”

60 Minutes described his price:

Obrador proposed his fix: that the United States commit $20 billion a year to four countries in Latin America and the Caribbean, lift, sanctions on Venezuela and the Cuban embargo, and legalize [amnesty] millions of law-abiding Mexicans living in the US.

“I’m speaking frankly,” Obrador told 60 Minutes. “We have to say things as they are, and I always say what I feel. I always say what I think.”
