President Trump recognized the risk of Tik Tok years ago but Biden reversed his executive orders that banned them. Now the Biden administration supposedly cares.
Trump set up a program to investigate Chinese spying but the Biden administration stopped it because they apparently didn't want to hurt Xi’s feelings.
The China Initiative is being cast aside largely because of perceptions that it unfairly painted Chinese Americans and U.S. residents of Chinese origin as disloyal.
Trump stopped travel from China early in the COVID pandemic and Biden and others accused him of being xenophobic. They said it was racist to call it the Chinese virus even though it came from China. When Trump and others wanted the Wuhan lab to be investigated as the source of the virus, the media, Dr. Fauci, and others colluded to call that a disproven conspiracy theory. All the people that called it a debunked or disproven conspiracy intentionally lied to protect China from investigations and to intentionally mislead the public.
They certainly didn't want people to see that America, under Fauci, funded the labs and their research.
As soon as Biden took office, he signed executive orders which were meant to destroy the oil industry. That substantially increased prices of energy, contributed significantly to high inflation, and greatly helped Russia and other oil producing countries make a great deal of money. Those increased prices allowed Putin to build up his military and have helped him to survive in the war against Ukraine.
Biden even removed Trump's sanctions on Russia's pipeline to Germany.
It is a true shame that Germany and other countries laughed off Trump's warnings about being dependent on Russia.
And remember, no matter how tough Trump was on Russia, the narrative of the Democrats and the compliant media was Trump was in collusion with Russia and Putin, a blatant lie that was used to intentionally mislead the public as they campaigned for Democrats and set out to destroy Trump.

President Barack Obama was caught on camera on Monday assuring outgoing Russian President Dmitry Medvedev that he will have “more flexibility” to deal with contentious issues like missile defense after the U.S. presidential election.
Of course, one of the things Obama did when he was first elected was to back out of our agreement to put missile defense shields in Poland and the Czech Republic to appease Putin.
Barack Obama has abandoned the controversial Pentagon plan to build a missile defense system in Europe that had long soured relations with Russia.
And when Putin attacked Ukraine in 2014, Obama repeatedly refused to give Ukraine weapons to defend themselves.
When Trump was running in 2016, the public was told he would be very disruptive to the world and denounced him for having no foreign policy experience.
What we got was a pretty peaceful world. Russia did not attack Ukraine during Trump's term as they did while Obama was President and have again while Biden is President.
We got the Abraham Peace Accords during Trump's term. Now we get China bringing Iran and Saudi Arabia together.
Why do the media and other Democrats have so little interest in investigating all the kickbacks to the Biden family from Ukraine, Russia, and China while seeking to destroy Trump every day? Don't they care about the truth?
The media clearly have made China and Russia stronger, with their blinders on about Biden and Obama. They should be embarrassed. They have certainly made America weaker.

A bill that would make declawing cats illegal outside of an established therapeutic purpose passed the Illinois House on Thursday, advancing the bill to the Illinois Senate for further consideration.
The legislation amends the "Humane Care for Animals Act", with the amendment outlawing "surgical claw removal, declawing, or a tendonectomy on any cat or otherwise alter a cat's toes, claws, or paws to prevent or impair the normal function of the cat's toes, claws, or paws."
In the Russo-Ukrainian war, Ukraine is the victim, and Russia is the aggressor. However, the victim and the aggressor are not acting alone. Who made Ukraine the victim? Who helped Russia make the blunder of aggression?
While analyzing the current Russo-Ukrainian war, the media tend to overlook one thing. Namely, President Biden and President Putin are — for the lack of a more appropriate word — vassals to China's triple-emperor, Xi Jinping. From that perspective, the notion of "a proxy war with Russia in Ukraine" evaporates. The WWIII scare disappears, too, if one recalls two main China objectives: Taiwan and South Siberia.
The occupation of Taiwan requires a weak United States, and the annexation of South Siberia demands a powerless Russia.
It looks as though everybody overestimated Biden and Putin, treating them as independent players and not as order-takers on the Chinese payroll, which they are. For example, the American surrender to the Taliban must not be evaluated as a separate event; it was just one of Xi's commands to Biden. While Xi Jinping assumes a peacemaker role in Asia, the Chinese Politburo has chosen Europe as a theater of the next conflict. This is a prerequisite to the global power-grab by Chinese communists. The Russian "minor incursion" into Ukraine was supposed to do the trick of weakening the United States and NATO allies — and Russia herself.
In January 2022, one month before the full-scale Russo-Ukrainian war, Biden asserted that there is a difference between a "minor incursion" and a "major invasion." Putin interpreted it as a green light for an incursion (not a full-scale war) sanctioned by Biden. During the initial operational success, Russia captured more Ukrainian territory than Xi decreed, and Putin had to order a humiliating retreat from Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Kherson.
The positive thing is that WWIII is not in any country's plan, including China's. Xi's goal is not a military confrontation with the West, at least not just yet. Instead, his goal is to exhaust the West so that no country will ever consider opposition to China's global appetites. Unfortunately, Xi's lackeys, Putin and Biden, are up to the task — at the expense of Ukrainian men, women, and children.
Comrade Xi's peacemaking efforts in Moscow could be compared to Comrade Stalin's peace initiatives during the first two years of WWII. After conquering Poland and dividing her between the Soviet Union and Germany, Stalin encouraged European countries to fight Germany until fatigue set in. The plan was to crush all participants then. In other words, Biden and Putin are not working 24/7 to bring on nuclear Armageddon, for their assignment is quite limited.
According to Putin (and Russian domestic propaganda), "the war is going according to plan." Unfortunately, the assumption that it is the Russian plan is wrong.
On the contrary, it is a Chinese plan. It is a Chinese proxy war.
One of the conclusions is that everybody overestimates Russia. The Kremlin, in fact, does Beijing's bidding, preparing the conditions for Taiwan's and South Siberia's annexation. (Note that modern maps of Russia printed in China already have Chinese names for Russian cities in Siberia. From China's point of view, they are considered "temporarily abandoned territories.") Unfortunately, it looks as if the Russians are still slaves in spirit.
Meanwhile, China is still feasting on Ukraine. China intends to return a giant aircraft engine manufacturer, "Motor Sich," which was taken from the Chinese in 2021. The Russians have not bombed China-owned or China-controlled businesses in the Dnipropetrovsk Region, Chernihiv Region, Mykolaiv Region, Kherson Region, and Odessa Region during the entire war.
Some untouchable objects in Ukraine have a co-owner: the Chinese corporation COFCO. COFCO entered Ukraine a few years ago and began building facilities for the Belt and Road Initiative project, promoted by China in 2013. This giant infrastructure project was supposed to connect China with Europe through more efficient ways of supplying goods and touching many countries along the way. This is a plan on a truly planetary scale, in which the Chinese issued loans for the construction of ports, warehouses, railways, and roads to establish themselves as the world hegemon with the help of the new Silk Road. The "peace agreement" between Iran and Saudi Arabia, orchestrated by China by twisting Saudi's hands and expelling the Biden administration from the region, is part of the Belt and Road Initiative.
At the beginning of the invasion, Beijing agreed with Moscow that it would continue independently operating its interests in Ukraine regardless of the war's outcome. Chinese communists envision the conflict's most likely outcome as transforming Ukraine into a protectorate of Russia.
To conclude, President Biden is not a "lightweight," an "idiot," or anything in between. He does what he is told to do by his Chinese Politburo masters. Likewise, President Putin is not a "nuclear warmonger," a "Russian patriot," or the like. He plays in an ensemble orchestrated by Xi Jinping. Besides weakening NATO (and Russia), Putin also focuses on a secondary issue China faces: demographics.
Due to communist policies such as "one child" in the past, there is a deficiency of millions of young females in China. As it is known, Putin's mobilization efforts concentrate on Siberia. The way things are shaping up, most Siberian conscripts will not return, thus making Russian women available to young Chinese men.
Under President Biden's leadership, everything is done in the international arena at America's expense. The Chinese game he plays is as dirty as it could be. Due to the poor performance of the Russian army, Xi felt that Putin's throne was shaking. It allows us to treat his visit to Moscow as a Putin rescue mission. Unfortunately, the Chinese plan requires the continuation of the bloody stalemate. Thus, Xi will support Putin — until he does not.

(CNSNews.com) - As subpoenaed financial records start rolling in to the House Oversight Committee, Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) says he may be about to uncover "public corruption at the highest levels we've ever seen in the history of America."
Comer said he recently learned that four members of the Biden family -- not three, but four, and the fourth family member still not named -- "were receiving money from various influence-peddling schemes around the world."
Comer said on Tuesday that he recently received the bank records of three former Hunter Biden business associates, showing how they dispersed various payments to members of the Biden family "for services unknown."
Comer said he now expects to get ahold of suspicious activity reports involving Hunter Biden from the U.S. Treasury Department, which flags questionable financial transactions.
But Democrats on the committee are balking, accusing Comer of subpoenaing documents that "go well beyond any business deal with Hunter Biden."
Ranking Member Jamie Raskin (D-Md.), in a March 12 letter to Comer, said the bank records "intrude" into the private lives of Hunter Biden's former business associates.
"I fear this wildly overbroad subpoena suggests that your interest in this investigation is not in pursuing defined facts or informing public legislation but conducting a dragnet of political opposition research on behalf of former President Trump," Raskin wrote.
"While I concur that the ethics and disclosure laws governing Executive Branch officials demand reform, as the actions of the Trump Administration have demonstrated, the actions you have taken are inconsistent with a good faith interest in this matter."
Raskin wants the committee to investigate what he called "the flagrant and well-established transgressions and failures of the Trump Administration, including the actions of former President Trump and Jared Kushner who, together, have collected billions of dollars from foreign governments, princes and kings."
"I was very disappointed in what Ranking Member Raskin said," Comer told Newsmax on Tuesday night.
"I mean, here's money coming from China directly to the Biden family -- to members of the family that have absolutely no business or background and in energy or any other type of international business dealing. And yet he wants to discount it and say we're meddling, and we're -- we're going where we shouldn't go.
"I mean, where should we go? Part of the primary function of the House Oversight committee is to investigate public corruption. This has the potential to be public corruption at the highest levels we've ever seen in the history of America. So this is evidence that we need to continue to pursue other avenues.
"We're going to subpoena more bank records. We're going to try to follow the money. That's what I said in November when we flipped the House, I said, I'm going to follow the money. I've been very transparent on what we're going to investigate. We've got the first link, and there are at least 11 or 12 more links that we believe go from China to the Biden family."
Comer said, "There are a lot of different ways the Bidens have been trying to disguise the money that they've been receiving from China.
“Remember none of this money from China ever went, that we found, directly to the Biden family. It always went through another pass-through or two pass-throughs or three pass-throughs, and that's one reason they probably got a lot of those bank violations because it looked like they were laundering money.
"But in my opinion, they weren't laundering money. They were just trying to hide the source of the money, which was the CCP (Chinese Communist Party).”
Biden on Million-Dollar Distribution to His Family Members: 'That's Not True'

(CNSNews.com) - On Friday evening, as he prepared to leave the White House, a reporter asked President Biden if he had "any reaction" to the allegations about his "family's dealings":
"My family dealings?" Biden asked.
"Yes, your (inaudible) that Hunter Biden’s business associate sent over a million dollars to three of your family members," the reporter said, over the roar of the Marine One helicopter. "Any reaction to that?"
"That’s not true," Biden said.
And that's all he said on that topic.
"I don't think the White House ever dreamed we would get bank records," Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.), chairman of the House Oversight Committee, told "Sunday Morning Futures" with Maria Bartiromo.
"I have got bad news for the White House. This is just the beginning. We're going to get a lot more bank records, and they're going to have to continue to backpedal and come up with some type of reason why the Biden family has received millions and millions of dollars from our adversaries."
The House Oversight Committee has asked John “Rob” Walker, a Biden family associate, to appear for a transcribed interview.
The committee noted in a press release that bank records show that from 2015-2017, "Biden family members -- Hunter Biden, James Biden, Hallie Biden, and an unknown 'Biden' -- and their companies collectively received over $1.3 million in payments from accounts related to Rob Walker. Most of the payments to the Biden family came after Rob Walker received a $3 million wire from a Chinese energy company."
Comer told Bartiromo on Sunday that "the Biden family had agreed to help China...get their foot in the door in the American energy industry, not just purchase liquefied natural gas, but also purchase interest in drillers for natural gas, as well as trying to do things like help China buy farmland.
"Remember, this is something that every American's outraged over," Comer continued:
"There's bipartisan support in Congress to try to block China from coming in and taking over various interests of our American economy.
"And now we learn that the Biden family was directly involved with helping China navigate the federal bureaucracy and the sanctions involved with the U.S. government.
"So this is very concerning. And this is why we're going to continue this investigation of Joe Biden. And, remember, it's an investigation of Joe Biden."
Comer's committee has obtained Rob Walker's bank records, but that's just "one deal," Comer said:
"We think there are as many as 11 more deals. Now, we don't know what those deals are. With the Bidens -- in the beginning, the White House denied having any knowledge or the fact that their family was involved in any sort of way, shape, or form with the CCP.
"But now we have bank records that reveal otherwise. We don't know what the Bidens did in return for this money. The lawyer said that it was seed capital for a business. We haven't been able to find a business, Maria. We're going to have an opportunity to ask people about that that were closely aligned with the Biden family.
"We have talked to them privately. I'm not going to reveal what they say privately. But, very soon, they will either be talking to everyone in the form of a deposition or, even better, in a committee hearing.
"But, right now, it looks like the Biden family just pocketed this money. This is one deal. We have 11 more to go. And I'm pretty confident we will be getting more bank records in very soon."
GOP Rep. Perry: ‘Criminal’ CCP Needs to Be Blocked from U.S. Financial Markets, Buying Businesses
On Monday’s broadcast of the Fox Business Network’s “Varney & Co.,” House Freedom Caucus Chairman Rep. Scott Perry (R-PA) called for the United States to have parity with China and block China from participating in U.S. financial markets and buying up American businesses and farmland.
Perry said, “China has called the United States an enemy for some time. Now, we’ve got to make the differentiation between the Chinese people and the Communist Party of China, but I think it’s very clear, the Communist Party of China, which is essentially a criminal organization running a country, has called the United States of America an enemy for some time now and I think that America needs to just acknowledge that fact and start getting to the business of dealing with them as though they are an enemy, because they, indeed, are.”
He added, “Look, we should be taking all measures right now, at least to parity. So, what’s parity? All of the things we let the Chinese Communists do in America should be what they allow us to do in China, yet they don’t. So, look, we ought to even the playing field and just say, look, if it’s not good enough for the Chinese Communist Party, then it’s not good for America. So, we’re not going to allow you to participate in our financial markets. We’re not going to allow you to continue to buy up our businesses and farmland. We’re not going to continue to allow you to send all your students here and your intellectual talent to steal our intellectual property. These are some pretty simple and basic things and concepts that all Americans understand, what’s good for the goose is good for the gander, and if they’re going to play like this, well, then we’re going to have to have something to say about it, but more importantly, something to do about it.”
Russian leader Vladimir Putin lavished praise on visiting Chinese dictator Xi Jinping on Monday as Xi began his visit to Moscow.
While Xi’s public statements upon arrival were mostly about the growing partnership between China and Russia, Putin played his part as the junior partner in the new axis of tyranny, gushing over the Chinese leader and promising “clarification” for why Putin made things awkward for Beijing by invading Ukraine.

The Kremlin said Putin would offer Xi “exhaustive clarifications” on Russia’s plans for Ukraine, giving the Chinese dictator a “first-hand view of the current moment from the Russian side.”

This seems like a polite way for Putin to tell Xi that China’s “12-point peace plan” is not good enough to end the fighting in Ukraine. Putin claimed he has “thoroughly studied” China’s proposals and was prepared to discuss them with Xi, but Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov flat-out dodged questions about if China would be welcomed as a peacemaker and intermediary between Russia and Ukraine’s supporters in the West.
Peskov would say only that China is wasting its time attempting to mediate because the U.S. is “sticking to its position, which is aimed at further provoking the conflict, preventing any decrease in the intensity of hostilities and pumping weapons into Ukraine.”

Xi is clearly still hoping to build on momentum from the China-brokered rapprochement between Iran and Saudi Arabia, perhaps hoping that China could cement its position as the new dominant global power by negotiating an end to Putin’s Ukraine war while the Biden administration glares sullenly from the sidelines.
Xi said when he landed in Moscow that his regime is ready to “stand guard over the world order based on international law” and “resolutely defend the U.N.-centric international system,” which seems like a hollow boast for a leader who refuses to denounce an invasion the U.N. has resoundingly condemned on several occasions over the past year.

It is also darkly comical for Xi to boast of his respect for “the unity of the world community’s views” when the International Criminal Court (ICC) swore out a warrant for Putin’s arrest as a war criminal three days ago — and Xi’s Russian partner not only ignored the action but opened a sham “criminal investigation” of the ICC.
For their part, the Ukrainians have signaled a willingness to accept China at the negotiating table, perhaps even at the head seat, but only if Beijing modifies its sketchy “peace plan” to require that Russia vacates Ukrainian territory.
“The formula for the successful implementation of China’s ‘Peace Plan’. The first and main point is the capitulation or withdrawal of the Russian occupation troops,” Ukrainian national security secretary Oleksiy Danilov said on Monday.
Great Reset: EU Vote to Implement Digital ID Latest Step in the ‘Chinaficaton of Europe’ – MEP
A European Parliament vote for bloc-wide digital IDs is the latest step towards the “Chinafication of Europe”, an MEP has claimed.
Cristian Terhes, a Member of the European Parliament (MEP) for the Christian Democratic National Peasants’ Party, has described the European Union’s latest push for cross-border digital IDs as another move towards the “Chinafication” of the bloc.
Although bureaucrats in Brussels have insisted that the measure is in the interests of average citizens, the parliament’s vote to see digital IDs adopted appears to be one of the latest attempts by EU institutions to pull power away from member-states’ national governments.
According to a report by Euractiv, the vote to see negotiations for a European Digital Identity Framework (eID) to go forward was approved by the bloc’s parliament on Thursday — though the publication describes the process as a mere formality.
Romana Jerkovic, the parliament’s rapporteur for the digital ID programme, heralded its approval of the plans, claiming that they will enable individual EU citizens to have “full control over their own data” while accessing facilities across the bloc.
Such a claim has been heavily disputed by Terhes, however, who instead sees the measure as a dangerous erosion of the rights of those living within the European Union.
“The loss of our freedoms and liberties to the Big State is normally done incrementally, but the passing of the eID Wallet is a big step towards the Chinafication of Europe,” the parliamentarian told Breitbart Europe, repeatedly warning that the measure could give authorities China-like oversight over people’s private lives.
“This Digital Wallet will allow the EU and national authorities (like the Chinese Communist Party) to have technical tools so they can know what the people are doing and to impose control,” Terhes said.
“Something similar to a Chinese style Social Credit System is now made available in the EU, because this eID Wallet is a necessary technology to its implementation,” he alleged.
The Romanian politician went on to compare the coming digital ID measure to the bloc’s system of bloc-wide COVID certificates, which were used to prevent people who had not been vaccinated, recovered from the coronavirus recently, or received a negative test for the disease from travelling to different countries.
“We have already a bad experience with the EU’s Digital Covid Certificate, which was advertised as ‘facilitating’ freedom of movement, but it was, in fact, used to restrict and control people’s movement if their status or behaviour did not please state authorities,” he explained.
At the height of the bloc’s lockdown hysteria such controls were not enough for many in Brussels, with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen at one point pushing for the Union to adopt a bloc-wide forced vaccination mandate requiring people to get jabbed against the disease.
“How we can encourage and potentially think about mandatory vaccination within the European Union, this needs discussion,” the Commission President said in late 2021, adding that she wanted a “common approach” to the issue across the bloc.
The measure would have likely been similar to those enshrined in law by Austria, for example — although the German-speaking nation’s attempts to actually implement the policy eventually failed miserably.
Large majorities of Americans say that China poses an economic threat and that they are concerned U.S. businesses rely too much on the Communist regime to produce products, according to a new poll.
Eighty-four percent of those surveyed identified China as an "economic threat," according to a poll conducted by the CRC Advisors public relations firm on behalf of the 85 Fund, a conservative advocacy organization. Just 10 percent of those polled did not view China as a threat to American businesses, while 6 percent said they were unsure.
The poll—which was conducted from Feb. 16-20, just after a Chinese Communist Party spy balloon was shot down traversing the United States—details increasing American skepticism toward China and its economic practices. In addition to stealing American research and spying on private companies, the Communist regime has forced many of its U.S. business partners to move their manufacturing plants into China. Many in Congress have labeled the CCP's control over American supply chains a national security threat.
The findings indicate that self-identified Republicans and Democrats both view China as a threat and want to see America unravel its economic reliance on the country.
Eighty-seven percent of those polled expressed concern "that many U.S.-based businesses rely on China to produce their products," including 50 percent who said they are "very concerned" over the issue. Just 10 percent of those polled did not view this as a problem.
Eighty-nine percent of those polled said the "U.S. should enact new laws and policies that reduce our dependence on Chinese manufacturing." And 73 percent said they would purchase an American-made product over a Chinese-made product if given the choice.
A majority of Americans would pay more money for an American-made product. Fifty-eight percent of those polled said they would shell out anywhere from 5 to 25 percent more for products not made in China. Just 15 percent said they would not pay more for something made in America.
Similarly, 62 percent said they are "less likely to purchase goods and services from a company that partners with China."
The findings comport with similar polls about American attitudes toward China. A 2022 Pew survey, for instance, found that 82 percent of Americans have an unfavorable view toward the CCP government.

Fact-Check on the Biden Family's Money Trail | China In Focus
Silicon Valley Bank spent billions on green energy, millions on Black Lives Matter and other leftist causes, until it finally ran out of ‘other people’s money’.
That’s when the Biden administration decided to bail out its depositors.
At a dinner hosted by Peter Orszag, Obama’s former budget director, Wally Adeyemo, Obama’s Nigerian assistant treasury secretary and Biden’s deputy treasury secretary, chatted with Blair Effron, an influential Biden donor, serving on Biden’s Intelligence Advisory Board, who had been hired as an advisor by SVB to deal with its financial crisis. The outcome was inevitable.
“Because of the actions that our regulators have already taken, every American should feel confident that their deposits will be there if and when they need them,” Biden lied.
The deposits of ordinary Americans were already protected up to $250,000.
But unlike banks that serve ordinary customers, the vast majority of SVB’s clients held over $250,000 and were not protected by FDIC insurance. Rather than risk its political donors and allies having to take a 10% loss on their funds, the Biden administration illegally bailed them out while unilaterally transforming FDIC insurance into a protection plan for its political allies.
The Biden bailout was not there to protect Americans, but leftist and even Chinese interests.
SVB was the embodiment of Environmental, Social, and Governance or ESG investing which prioritizes leftist politics over profitability. The Biden administration recently announced that it would allow 401(k) pension plans to be put into ESG instead of reliable investments potentially endangering the retirements of tens of millions of Americans which might also get ‘SVB’d.’
While SVB focused on “climate change” and “diversity”, it ignored rising interest rates. The woke bank was too busy with its politics to deal with the math. SVB had no risk officer for 8 crucial months, but its risk officer for Europe, Africa and the Middle East focused on sharing her “experiences as a lesbian of color” and “moderating SVB’s EMEA Pride townhall.”
CEO Greg Becker led quarterly diversity, equity and inclusion town halls instead of figuring out that startups squeezed by rising interest rates would need money that the bank didn’t have.
Silicon Valley Bank directed over $73 million to Black Lives Matter and other causes. It put millions into, among others, the Accion Opportunity Fund which describes its mission as advancing “racial, gender and economic justice”. It focused on “building a culture of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion” and advancing the “transition to a low-carbon world.”
SVB’s mission was to force 100% of its employees to participate in DEI indoctrination.
Newsweek named SVB one of “America’s Most Responsible Companies”: not because the woke bank managed its money well, but because it had the right politics.
Now one of “America’s Most Responsible Companies” is responsible for economic devastation.
SVB mastered wokeness, but failed economics 101. And that was by design. Its real business was politics. By financing leftist causes, SVB had become politically too big to fail. While its own finances are wrecked, the Biden administration quickly stepped in to protect its woke depositors.
The SVB bailout was an announcement that the Biden administration would stand behind woke financial institutions and instruments, socializing the pain by spreading it to more stable financial systems, no matter how irresponsibly they put funds at risk in the pursuit of their politics.
SVB’s clients included California Gov. Newsom’s wine companies as well as assorted politically connected figures, and “1,550 climate tech and sustainability” companies and churned out billions in loans for the woke companies pitching government-subsidized ‘green’ tech.
The woke bank hoovered up subsidies and tax breaks to worthless wind and solar programs and its collapse will leave a “hole” in the green industry. The intersection between the Biden administration’s special interests and SVB was made clear in the Washington Post’s headline, “Biden Boosted Clean Tech. How Much Will SVB Set It Back?”
Last year, Pink Energy, a solar company, shut down after multiple complaints about lying to customers about how much money they would save by switching to worthless solar. The Ohio Attorney General finally issued an injunction against Pink. And Pink’s financing came through Sunlight Financial Holdings which kept the majority of its money in an SVB account.
That’s the sort of junk ‘green’ businesses that the Biden bailout was meant to reward.
SVB was a key element in a woke economy that moved money to political causes with no fiscal responsibility. Its board of directors was short on banking officials, but included major Democrat donors, including a Pelosi neighbor, as well as Janet Yellen’s protege: Mary J. Miller, who had implemented the Dodd-Frank reform package and also chaired the San Francisco Fed’s Diversity and Inclusion Council. Meanwhile, SVB CEO Greg Becker sat on the Fed’s board.
The San Francisco Fed should have monitored SVB’s books and spotted the trouble, but instead it focused instead on fighting “systemic racism” and making banking more “inclusive”.
Going out of business is inclusive.
Not satisfied with bailing out their own supporters, the Biden administration also set out to bail out our enemies.
One of SVB’s major client bases was in China. Chinese companies were able to open an account in a week while “mainstream traditional banks, such as Standard Chartered, HSBC, Citi have strict compliance and it takes a long time to start a bank account with them.”
It’s unclear how many of these Chinese businesses, some likely linked to the Communist Party, Biden has chosen to bail out at the expense of bank customers and while further feeding the inflation that is destroying American families and wiping out the remains of the middle class.
Silicon Valley Bank also maintained a joint venture with China’s Communist state owned
Shanghai Pudong Development Bank which has been under investigation for aiding North Korea’s nuclear program meant to kill millions of Americans. That venture however does not appear to be affected by SVB’s collapse or the illegal Biden bailout of woke capital.
Like SVB, Signature Bank, the second ESG bank that failed, had social impact reports and provided climate disclosures. Its boss led a seminar on gender neutral pronouns and former Rep. Barney Frank (half of Dodd-Frank’s regulatory regime) served on its board. Meanwhile, the DOJ was conducting a criminal investigation involving money laundering by its clients.
ESG is a disaster causing the third largest bank failure in America in just two days.
But ESG is too big to fail because it is at the heart of the leftist scheme to divert money into its causes and to fund its activism. The SVB disaster revealed how fiscally unsound these economic schemes are and how the Democrats will abuse their power to protect them anyway.
Even as the Fed pushes interest rates higher to slow down the economy and inflation, the Democrats have plenty of money on tap for their political allies. American families may not be able to afford to buy eggs, but the cash keeps on flowing for woke capital.
Go woke, go broke and if you support him, Biden will still bail you out.

Under Joe Biden, our corruption is becoming Africanized
The Republican chairman of the House Oversight Committee published a memo Thursday alleging that Hunter Biden and at least two relatives were paid $1.3 million from an associate of the president's son who had links to a Chinese energy company.
They are alleged to have been paid after the associate, Rob Walker, was wired $3 million in March 2017 from a Chinese energy company affiliated with another company that Biden had been doing business with. The recipients of the $1.3 million in payments were Biden, his uncle James Biden and Hallie Biden, the widow of Hunter's brother Beau Biden, Comer said.
"It is unclear what services were provided to obtain this exorbitant amount of money," Comer said.
Some of it was dolloped out in packets, as if they were paychecks, some went to people with no possible merit utility to China's giant energy company, and in every transaction, Joe Biden took his cut. He was, according to the emails found on son Hunter's abandoned laptop, "the big guy."
Biden was asked about these payments, and in a reflexive way, claiming they never happened:
But they did happen, and Congress has the receipts on it. He's convinced he can lie his way out of it, but the receipts don't lie.
My question: What kinds of amounts are these? $1.3 million at one pop? When in U.S. history have we seen these kinds of payouts to an extended family group for what's obvious corruption. And how many more of these payments were there?
Most political scandals in the U.S. involve four- five- and six-figure cash amounts. A random walk down political corruption road in the U.S., to read the news, has snippets like these:
Prosecutors say Nuru's ranch on 20 acres in Colusa County "is truly a monument to his grifting," that it was built and furnished by those vying for city contracts, and that bribes helped pay his mortgage. He also received a $36,000 "Rolex, luxury international vacations, envelopes of cash, and splashy holiday parties for City VIPs."
Also charged in the case -- developers, contractors, a restaurant owner, two recology executives, and Nuru's girlfriend, the former director of the Mayor's Office of Neighborhood Services.
Mayor London Breed, who dated Nuru more than 20 years ago, was not charged with any crimes but admitted to receiving $5,528 for car repairs and a rental car in 2019 from him.

Prosecutors contend that in exchange for Ridley-Thomas' efforts on behalf of the then-dean of the social work school, Marilyn Flynn, the politician's son was given admission to USC with a full tuition scholarship and a paid professorship.
Flynn admitted helping to disguise and funnel $100,000 from Ridley-Thomas' campaign account through the school to another nonprofit, United Ways of California, for the benefit of the Policy, Research & Practice Initiative, a new nonprofit initiative founded by Sebastian, according to her plea agreement.

Former Republican Rep. Duncan Hunter was sentenced Tuesday to 11 months in prison and three years of parole for corruption charges stemming from his misuse of more than $200,000 in campaign funds for a slew of personal expenses.

In October 2012, federal prosecutors and FBI agents in Washington, D.C., investigated Jackson for alleged financial improprieties, including possible misuse of campaign funds.[115][116] Sixteen days after being re-elected to another term, Jackson resigned effective on November 21, 2012, citing his health problems and acknowledging the ethics investigations.[117]
Jackson and wife Sandi signed plea agreements in early February 2013. Jackson Jr. agreed to plead guilty to charges of fraud, conspiracy, making false statements, mail fraud, wire fraud, and criminal forfeiture—having used about $750,000 in campaign money for over 3000 personal purchases that included a Michael Jacksonfedora and cashmere capes.[118]
The higher amounts generally involved corruption or misuse of money extended over a number of years. None are a million-dollar amount.
What were the Chinese buying for this kind of money and were the Bidens delivering it? It seems to be corruption on an untold scale, most shockingly because it comes as news about a sitting American president. Perhaps there's an innocent explanation here, but it's not obvious now and the Bidens aren't helping things. We know the Clintons became a fountain of corruption in Bill's post-presidency, but when did the price go up to the kinds of levels last seen in third-world countries? When did it cross the line from post-presidencies to accusations directed at sitting presidencies?
Overseas, the amounts have long topped million-dollar amounts -- from the millions stolen from Venezuela's $1 trillion oil largesse, which has left that country a pit of corruption, a narcostate, an impoverished smoking ruin, with no serious oil production to speak of; to the millions stolen by Soeharto and his cronies in Indonesia; and the millions stolen by the first Marcos family in the Philippines; to the corruption of Vladimir Putin in Russia, where millions were stolen to construct palaces and yachts while millions ordinary Russians make do without heating, running water, or flush toilets; to the astronomical corruption seen in sub-Saharan Africa, by strongman-dictators such as Mobutu Sese Seko, who left the People's Republic of Congo not exactly a good place for the people, but plenty good for him.
Andrea Widburg pointed out an important distinction between the levels of corruption seen in Africa and Asia, citing Keith Richburg's extraordinary memoir of his time spent in Africa as an African-American foreign correspondent for the New York Times called "Out of America: A Black Man Confronts Africa" -- That there is a such thing as functional corruption, and dysfunctional corruption -- and while the functional kind seen in Asia is bearable until an economic downturn comes (see: Soeharto) based on public money skimmed, but nevertheless spent, the really bad kind is what's seen in Africa, where the roads and bridges are budgeted for, but never built at all because the entire cache of allocated money is stolen. Venezuela under this arrangement had the Asian kind until Hugo Chavez, and then the corruption began to resemble what's seen in Africa, leaving the entire nation a dysfunctional shambles.

How's the U.S. doing these days on the functional front? One can only think of the bust of the Silicon Valley Bank for lending out money to companies to build useless products no one wants to buy. While only our cities have come to resemble the shambles seen in Africa, it appears that with the corruption "fees" rising to astronomical levels, it won't be long before we start seeing the dysfunctional African kind of corruption across broader swathes of the U.S. to go with it.
That's the africanization of American corruption and it's Joe Biden's doing. What a legacy that leaves as we watch corruption in the states reach these untold levels, the global standard, the end of our neat, ethical, little law-abiding republic, and certainly the end of American exceptionalism. We all know that this was what Democrats since the days of Barack Obama have wanted -- but who knew that by ending American exceptionalism that they meant this?
China Hires the Biden Administration
And gets the “resistance” thrown in with the deal.
Whenever SKDK sends out a press release, it makes sure to mention that Politico had once called it “the loyal opposition where powerful Democrats plot the anti-Trump agenda” and that the Holmes Report had described the firm “the hub of the resistance.”
The “loyal opposition” now works for Communist China. And the “hub of the resistance” is being employed on behalf of a company operating out of one of the world’s most totalitarian regimes.
Faced with a possible ban on its destructive social media app, TikTok has gone out and hired the Biden administration and its “resistance” apparatus. And it probably even got a good deal.
SKDK’s managing director, Anita Dunn, is Biden’s senior advisor and unofficial campaign manager who took control and steered him through the Democrat primaries.Dunn, an Obama vet, is now in charge of crafting the response to Biden’s classified documents scandal.
SKDK people became Biden’s campaign comms and they’ve continued to fill that role in the administration. White House Deputy Communications Director, Herbie Ziskend. was an SKDK veep. As was Biden’s deputy communications director Kate Berner. Biden’s special assistant and senior adviser Jordan Finkelstein was an SKDK associate. Biden’s former press secretary and current Pentagon Deputy Press Secretary Sabrina Singh was a senior SKDK associate.
TikTok had previously hired a Pelosi senior adviser and another senior adviser to Rep. James Clyburn: the third highest ranking Democrat. Now it decided to go all the way to the ’big guy’.
Biden’s messaging apparatus consists of SKDK vets. Hire SKDK and you get insights into what the Biden administration thinks and how to best influence its thinking.
During the Obama administration, a senior Democrat warned that, “it’s an open secret in the Dem consultant community that SKD has been signing up clients based on ‘perceived White House access’ tied to prior relationships and employment.”
There’s no reason to believe that the game is any different at SKDK.
Under Trump, SKDK was the “hub of the resistance”, fighting to keep government bureaucrats at their jobs, opposing travel restrictions for terrorist states and fighting to save Obamacare while cashing in on Planned Parenthood and the Rockefeller Foundation and also working for Disney, Google and AT&T. The “resistance” was about getting its own people into power so that the company could benefit from even more lucrative contracts. Including overseas money.
Ukraine had signed up with SKDK and the firm helped draft some of Zelensky’s UN speeches with the Ukrainian leader benefiting from the services of one of Obama’s former speechwriters.
Why not China?
The “Hub of the Resistance” has gone to work for a company that has an internal Communist Party committee and which covers up China’s slave labor and persecutions of minorities.
SKDK dumped Starbucks because opposition to unions was against its “principles”. But like most Communist countries, China bans independent unions. The only legal union is a Communist government organization that exists to pressure foreign companies. That, like the forcible abortions, political prisoners, mass murders and political terror doesn’t bother SKDK.
But maybe that’s also a matter of principle.
Anita Dunn was forced to step down as Obama’s communications director after a video surfaced of her describing Mao as one of her favorite political philosophers. Dunn’s lesson from one of the twentieth century’s greatest mass murderers was, “You’re going to make choices; you’re going to challenge; you’re going to say, ‘Why not?’; you’re going to figure out how to do things that have never been done before.”
SKDK is still making its choices and doing things that have never been done before. Why not?
In June 2021, Biden revoked Trump’s TikTok executive order and his people began reaching out to TikTok influencers to build an “influencer army”. Among the other horrifying results was the deaths of seven children who strangled themselves to death after TikTok promoted the “blackout challenge” to them. Their blood is on Biden’s hands and that of his comms people who prioritized using TikTok to boost his image over protecting the lives of American children.
Now after the latest round of revelations exposed the fact that TikTok’s American mouthpieces lied, that the company is run out of China and sends information back into that Communist dictatorship, and with bipartisan momentum gathering to ban TikTok, the company has gambled that Biden can still be bought. And with his track record, there’s every reason to think so.
SKDK is intertwined with the Biden administration. Its winning argument will be that keeping TikTok open in America will be crucial for any 2024 campaign. TikTok was already proven to be a very effective tool for recruiting and mobilizing younger voters and pre-voting activists. A ban on TikTok would weaken Democrats and strengthen Republicans. And the same SKDK comms people inside the White House who no doubt talked the administration into its TikTok outreach may be in a position to make the case and close the deal for Communist China on the inside.
SKDK is a corporate brand that knows how to look like the woke grass roots. Take the “Princess of the Resistance”, dubbed as such by another SKDK employee, whose real name is Danielle Moodie-Mills, a former SKDK VP of Public Affairs, who hosts WokeAF Daily and is constantly on TikTok. The “resistance” is full of consultants who sound like edgelord influencers.
They’re a crucial element in making the Democrats seem like an insurgency rather than the corrupt authoritarian oligarchy with strong corporate elements that they actually are.
What works for corporate clients like AT&T and Pfizer can also work for Communist China.
TikTok will undergo another makeover. New faces will be trotted out to promise that this time the company can be trusted. Ex-FBI and NatSec types will be drafted to claim that they will oversee data handling and that this time, unlike before, it really will stay in America. All these lies will really come down to the interconnections between Biden,SKDK and TikTok.
The Left and China both want power over America: SKDK has gotten big by offering it to them.

But Biden has made no effort to deter the Chinese from poisoning Americans citizens by, for example, ending the subsidies we provide to their economy or revoking China’s Most Favored Nation trade status, or closing all the Confucius Institutes in our universities set up to steal our technologies. I take Comer at his word that the Biden camp assumed the bank records would never come to light. They know what kind of money is involved, and they must realize how toxic this could become.

Last week another shoe dropped on the Biden crime family. James Comer, chairman of the committee investigating the most disturbing scandal in the history of the White House finally received the records from a bank – one of twelve – that the Bidens have used to stash their payoffs from China’s Communist dictatorship. Comer had previously been stone-walled for two years by the corrupt and incompetent Biden Treasury head, Janet Yellen.
This first Biden bank record to be surrendered showed that three members of the Biden family including Beau Biden’s widow Hallie and one person identified only as “Biden” received payments amounting to $1 million from a Chinese Communist State energy company.
What were the payments for? Forget asking the Bidens who have a long history of silence and denial on such material questions. When asked, Joe Biden denied that he ever even discussed Hunter Biden’s Chinese business affairs with him, even though he flew with Hunter on Air Force Two to China and met with his business associates. Never at a loss for brazen lies to extricate himself from difficult circumstances, Biden without a second thought denied that the bank records were “true.”
To date there hasn’t been one attempt by the Biden camp to try to explain what service the Bidens actually supplied to the Chinese Communists to earn such ample rewards. At the lowest levels of this corruption, Hallie Biden, who is a school counselor, received $25,000 from the Chinese Communist Party. For what?
When you have no answers to such material questions, when you lie continually about the operations themselves (“I never discussed Hunter’s business with my son!,”) when you suborn your intelligence services to carry out an elaborate and expensive effort to suppress the story of an incriminating laptop, and do it right before a presidential election, you are in fact telling us that you are guilty of the obvious crime you are covering up. In this case, treason. Colluding with an enemy power to hurt your own country.
Consider the simple fact that though pieces of this story have become objects of public concern over the last half dozen years, the Biden camp has constructed no narrative to provide a plausible explanation of these extraordinary payoffs from the Chinese Communist dictatorship; in other words to provide an alternative explanation to the apparent one of personal greed and national betrayal.
I ask readers to put themselves in the position of the president. You are taking massive payments from a government that deliberately sent millions of its subjects from the Wuhan center of a deadly pandemic to countries around the world to celebrate the Lunar New Year. This criminal action resulted in the deaths of 9 million people globally, including a million Americans. You then backed this same criminal dictatorship’s efforts to cover up its origins in a Chinese Communist military lab which was running “gain of function”research paid for by your government on the deadly virus at the heart of the pandemic.
At the same time, the dictatorship from which you were receiving payments making your family rich beyond its wildest dreams was organizing alliances with America’s deadly enemies, Russia and Iran. And thanks to your deliberate destruction of America’s southern border, which effectively put its control in the hands of Mexico’s drug cartels, you created a new mortal threat to the safety of American citizens in the form of a new drug – fentanyl – which is produced by the Chinese Communists and distributed to Americans by the Mexicans.

Either Biden is so influenced by the radicals in the Democrat Party who hate America that he – or the people guiding him are ready to collude in its destruction in the name of a progressive future. Or perhaps he has been so insulated from the consequences of his destructive policies by a corrupt and kept media that he and his influencers have convinced themselves that they can get away with anything. Whichever the case, rest assured that there are limits to how willing Americans may be to remain silent in the face of their destruction. A day of reckoning is coming.

It comes as no surprise that the propaganda arm of the Democrats called the “mainstream media” has no interest in informing the American people of the gravity of the evidence piling up that Joe Biden has been bought off by the Chinese Communist Party. Thanks to the efforts of James Comer, we already have bank records of $1 million flowing to Biden family members through a cutout named Rob Walker, shortly after Biden left office as VP.
There is no indication of any particular services performed for this treasure, nor is there any expertise among the recipients, who include the current POTUS’s son Hunter, his brother James, Hunter’s mistress-at-the time Hallie Biden (who is also his brother’s widow and Biden’s daughter-in-law) and an entity simply named “Biden.”
Rep. Comer, appearing on Maria Bartiromo’s Sunday Morning Futures program on Fox News, said that this is “only the beginning.” There are “as many as 11 other deals” that are being examined by his committee.
Comer emphasizes that his investigation is of Joe Biden, not his family. The family members are intermediaries (my term) in the flow of money from Beijing-controlled entities to Biden entities.
The key moment came six and a half minutes into the interview that is embedded below.
“The White House hasn’t been truthful about this from Day One. I don’t think the White House ever dreamed we would get bank records. I’ve got bad news for the White House. This is just the beginning. We’re gonna get a lot more bank records and they’re going to have to continue to backpedal and come up with some kind of reason why the Biden family has received millions and millions of dollars from our adversaries.”
Needless to say, if Trump or any Republican officeholder were similarly found to have received major funding via family members from our principal adversary, and had a history of softness toward that adversary, an interview like Comer’s would lead every television newscast and would be on the front pages of most newspapers. The word “treason” would be a major feature of the conversations Americans would hear on cable news.
But the media silence won’t stop the flow of records, and won’t stop the depositions and testimony to come. I take Comer at his word that the Biden camp assumed the bank records would never come to light. They know what kind of money is involved, and they must realize how toxic this could become.
Whether or not the case of Alvin Bragg against Trump is an attempted distraction – a very successful one so far – doesn’t really matter. An enemy funding a president with millions of dollars is a story that can’t be contained.

GOP House Opens Probe into Biden Family for Potential Tax Evasion, Money Laundering, Human Trafficking Violations
Members of the newly controlled Republican House on Thursday announced an investigation into the Biden family business and whether President Joe Biden is compromised by the family’s business schemes.
Rep. James Comer (R-TN), the top Republican on the Oversight Committee, announced during a press conference that the Biden family will be investigated for the following violations:
1. Conspiracy or defrauding the United States
2. Wire fraud
3. Conspiracy to commit wire fraud
4. Violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act
5. Violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act
7. Violations of the Victims of Trafficking and Violence Protection Act of 2000
8. Tax evasion
9. Money laundering
10. Conspiracy to commit money laundering
“I want to be clear, this is an investigation of Joe Biden,” Comer stated. “The Biden family’s business dealings implicate a wide range of criminality from human trafficking to potential violations of the constitution.”
“In the 218th Congress, this committee will evaluate the status of Joe Biden’s relationship with his families foreign partners and whether he is a president who is compromised or swayed by foreign dollars or influence,” he said.
“We are also sending letters to the Biden administration and Biden family associates renewing our request for voluntary production of documents relevant to this investigation,” Comer continued before stating Joe Biden lied about having knowledge about his family’s business dealings.
“This is an investigation of Joe Biden, the president of the United States, and why he lied to the American people about his knowledge and participation in his family’s international business dealing schemes,” Comer said. “National security interests require to conduct an investigation and we will pursue all avenues – avenues that have long been ignored.”
Comer then listed a number of crimes that members of the Biden family may have committed, according to uncovered evidence by House Republicans.
“These include conspiracy or defrauding the United States, wire fraud, conspiracy to commit wire fraud, violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act, violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, violations of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act, tax evasion, money laundering, and conspiracy to commit money laundering,” Comer said.
Comer added that additional evidence suggests the Biden family tried to aid the Chinese’s purchase of American assets.
“We find evidence that Hunter Biden and Joe Biden were involved in a scheme to try to get China to buy liquified natural gas,” Comer said. “People are in outrage over China buying farmland in the Dakotas. What about China starting to buy into our American energy industry?”
Joe Biden and his staff have claimed at least seven times that the president has not been involved in the family business, yet more than 17 pieces of evidence suggest Joe Biden has played an influential role in his son Hunter and brother James’s activities.
Fifty-eight percent of voters believe that Joe Biden has played a role in his family’s business dealings. Sixty percent say Hunter Biden has sold “influence and access” to the president.

Despite Joe Biden’s claims, Hunter admitted on Thursday the family business did accept China money in 2017. Hunter not only admitted the Biden family business received China money, but he also acknowledged he, along with James, Hailie, and unknown “Biden,” all received $1.3 million collectively.
“Hunter received his portion of good faith seed funds which he shared with his uncle, James Biden, and Hallie Biden, with whom he was involved with at the time, and sharing expenses,” Hunter’s spokesperson acknowledged.
The White House on Friday refused to respond to a request for comment when Breitbart News inquired whether Joe Biden still believed Hunter did not receive China cash, as he previously said.

Comer’s investigation, launched in November, has begun to yield results. This week, Comer revealed the Biden family business received a $3 million wire transfer and subsequent payments from a Chinese energy company between 2015 and 2017 upon receiving Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) from the Treasury and subpoenaed records from Bank of America. The $3 million payment was in turn split between four Biden family members — Hunter, James, Hallie, and an unidentified “Biden” — from State Energy HK Limited. The family members received $1.3 million collectively.

Comer has also caused Hunter to finally admit he made money from China. He had previously denied the evidence provided by the New York Post’s “laptop from hell” reporting by Emma-Jo Morris, as well as reporting by Breitbart News senior contributor Peter Schweizer.
But the establishment media has defended against and diminished Comer’s investigation, claiming it’s a Republican “obsession” and consists of “conspiracies and made-up scandals.”

The Washington Post’s Jennifer Rubin has claimed the whole investigation was already debunked as a “fantastical conspiracy theory … Obviously, there is no legitimate basis for congressional ‘oversight’ of the matter,” Rubin claimed:
Right-wing House Republicans have left little doubt that they want to spend the bulk of their time and energy investigating phony conspiracies and made-up scandals. Their main obsession appears to be Hunter Biden, whose very name has become a buzzword in right-wing media. The contents of one of his laptops, revealed in 2020, have inspired a fantastical conspiracy theory that has been comprehensively debunked by, among others, Asha Rangappa, a senior lecturer at Yale University’s Jackson School of Global Affairs and former FBI agent.

The New York Times’sAna Marie Cox, a political reporter and columnist, insisted the investigation is as “wild” as the “accusations against” Hunter and the family. “Of course, cheating on your taxes and lying on a form are nothing compared with the operatic tale of corruption at the highest levels spun out by Tucker Carlson et al,” she said.
“All Republicans want to do is conjure the clingy atmosphere of deviousness that Hillary Clinton never escaped,” Cox added before noting Hunter will never be scathed. “Hunter Biden has endured considerable scrutiny, but he has advantages that most people don’t: No matter what happens, he is unlikely to find himself destitute or without opportunities,” she said.

Vanity Fair’s Caleb Ecarma even downplayed the “suspicious” activity reports as “not necessarily indicative of criminal activity.”
“Tens of thousands of general suspicious activity reports are filed every year,” he wrote, despite the 154 billion transactions processed in 2022 by commercial automated clearinghouses.
U.S. banks have flagged over 150 SARs from Hunter and James Biden that included “large” amounts of money flagged for further review. According to a 2020 Senate report, SARs “often contain evidence of potential criminal activities, such as money laundering and fraud.”

“I’ve never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings. Here’s what I know — I know Trump deserves to be investigated,” Joe Biden claimed in 2019.
Breitbart News requested comment from the White House about Hunter’s acknowledgment of the China funds and whether Joe Biden still believes Hunter did not receive China cash, as Joe Biden once denied. The White House did not respond.
Breitbart News also requested comment about whether the president still stands by his statement that he has never spoken to Hunter about the Biden family business, even though congressional whistleblowers claim Joe Biden indirectly benefited financially from the Biden family business, raising questions about whether Joe Biden is written into the family’s business deals off the books, such as the deal where a Biden family associate mentioned Joe Biden as the “big guy” who would receive 10 percent, The White House did not respond to the request for comment.
Concerning the unknown “Biden” who received payments from China, the White House did not respond to a request for comment about who the unknown “Biden” might be or if the “Biden” was Joe Biden.
Breitbart News also questioned the White House if Joe Biden’s aides still stood by their claims that Joe Biden has not been involved in the family’s business. Again, Breitbart News received no response.
These days, we are learning about just how corrupt and criminal a sitting president canbe, what with "the big guy" taking his cut of millions of dollars of cash from China's government-linked firms like a mafia don, as greedy famiglia members gathered around for the spoils.
Bank records newly obtained by his House Oversight Committee show that Hunter Biden associate Rob Walker transferred north of $1.3 million in 2017 not only to usual suspects Hunter and presidential little brother Jim but also to daughter-in-law Hallie (son Beau’s widow; Hunter’s brief fling) — plus an unknown simply tagged as “Biden.”
The family that gets paid together stays together, it seems.
Most of that big chunk of change came from a $3 million transfer from an affiliate of Chinese energy outfit CEFC to Walker. CEFC, now defunct, was one of China’s biggest private companies and a main target of Hunter Biden’s operations back in 2017, with the First Son angling for a ultra-high-paid board seat and equity stakes for him and Jim and an unnamed “big guy” widely thought to be Joe.
Those are the House revelations coming out now about Joe Biden and his family's activities around influence-peddling with China, which was far from the only country they were in such "business" with. That's what the House committee investigating this is currently rolling out, as the media yawn, the prosecutors refuse to touch this, and nothing is expected to be done about it.
It's also far from the only corruption associated with House Biden.
There also have been revelations about classified documents found on Hunter Biden's abandoned laptop and sales of those classified documents done through rewritten "consultant" reports. There was a report of the Bidens sharing an office at Sweden House in Washington D.C. with office keys issued for Joe Biden, Jill Biden, Jim Biden, Hunter -- and a communist party-linked Chinese official. All about "business" of course, although the only product being sold was Biden's office. They didn't actually make stuff.
Nobody prosecuted there.
But wait: There is a crime! They've finally got what they claim is proof of hush money paid by President Trump back in 2016 and they're going to make a "historic first" arrest:
NEW YORK (AP) — Donald Trump said in a social media post that he expects to be arrested Tuesday as a New York prosecutor is eyeing charges in a case examining hush money paid to women who alleged sexual encounters with the former president. Trump provided no evidence that suggested he was directly informed of a pending arrest and did not say how he knew of such plans.
But in a Saturday morning message on his Truth Social network, Trump noted “illegal leaks” from the Manhattan district attorney’s office that he said indicate “THE FAR & AWAY LEADING REPUBLICAN CANDIDATE & FORMER PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, WILL BE ARRESTED ON TUESDAY OF NEXT WEEK.”
That's what passes for "crime" among these guys, even as far bigger crimes involving the unprecedented sale of public office for millions of dollars bring no fear of legal consequences for House Biden.
The irony and cynicism this picture invokes is amazing.
Justice has now been reduced to Getting Trump, in this case, for paying off a whore to keep quiet about whatever it was they were doing together in his long ago so he could run for president.
At the same time, the House is revealing that Joe Biden and virtually all his relatives acted like a mafia, peddling influence, consorting with America's enemies, living like kings without any visible source of income, and kicking back cash to "the Big Guy."
What's wrong with this picture?
Trump is the one who needs to go to jail here? Yes, he shouldn't have been associating with a filthy porn star like Stormy Daniels, particularly since he was married to the beautiful Melania -- dumb, dumb, dumb. Yes, he shouldn't have been involved in even trying to repress the story of his fling with Daniels, which didn't sound much like sex actually, given that he'd endured far more damaging revelations, from his self-own attack on John McCain, to Melania Trump's softcore porn pictures in her long ago, without so much as a political scratch on him. None of these things had any impact on voters' willingness to vote for him given that they could see that Trump was a fighter -- for them -- and they were hungry for that. The voters already knew what they were getting with Trump and they were saying 'yes,' so one more crappy story about some crummy people he'd associated with in the past would have been an utter nothingburger he should not have worried about.
But bad judgment is not a crime the way taking cash from China in exchange for doing what it wanted and then not disclosing it, is. That's called bribery and treason, the real kind.
Meanwhile, the prosecutor's case against Trump looks flimsy. Details about whether Trump really knew about the piddly hush money payment point to an acquittal -- Trump never signed the hush-money agreement, which is why Daniels felt free to not hush, though that didn't stop her from taking the hush money anyway, being a whore. Trump's sleazy fixer (pity he couldn't get anyone better), Michael Cohen, testified that he couldn't get Trump on the phone to even tell him that he paid the hush money, and all he could do was get an intermediary to say she'd tell him, and who knows if she did? That too, could exonerate Trump as instigating or even knowing about this. We know that Trump might have benefited from the hush money paid had Stormy done what she was paid to do, but there's no evidence that Trump launched or even knew about this stupid caper.
In any case, it was piddly stuff, it wasn't stolen money and it wasn't government money here, it was just a foolish episode of private money badly spent to repress an unimportant news story.
That stinks not just in proportion to the Biden revelations, it stinks compared to the other level of repression of news we have thus far seen:
Where's the prosecution of the FBI, Twitter, Facebook, the intelligence honchos, the Democrats and all the other illegally acting actors who conspired together repressed the very valid New York Post story of Hunter Biden's abandoned laptop and all the revelations it contained? Once again, it's only bad if Trump tries to repress a story with private money and we should pay no attention to the democracy-threatening specter of the government itself acting in naked violation of the First Amendment to repress a far bigger story with no fear of consequences.
That's the real scandal.
What's coming out now not presents a twisted distortion of judicial priorities, rendering the whole thing a 'witch hunt' as Trump claims, you can bet that this oddly prioritized pursuit of 'justice' is sure to be noticed by the American voters.
Trump has called for large demonstrations by the public should he be arrested and you can bet he will get them. (The chief risk here is that the government will seed provocateurs in the large groups, which the Trump team should be ready for.)
What we have here is nothing but the giggly prosecutors long-held wet dream of Getting Trump, putting him in handcuffs, parading him in a perp walk, and releasing a mugshot, claiming they're treating him no differently from any other criminal in this age of Soros-backed D.A.s Letting Muggers Go.
The hypocrisy piled upon hypocrisies is astounding. One can only hope that it backfires, badly, onto them as it effectively rallies the public to Trump. Two-tiered justice is repellent upon a targeted political opponent and the public is not going to miss this. I know that that was the dynamic with many voters in the 2016 election -- they voted for Trump not because they particularly wanted him but because the establishment's reaction was so virulent and unfair. There's a reason for this too -- they can see that it's not only a bid to Get Trump, it' a message to the voters that any one of them could be treated just as capriciously and unfairly by a left-wing juggernaut exercising power illegitimately through politicized justice.
That will be what drives the public to rallying around Trump. One can only hope it backfires on these miscreants worse than it ever did and this is their last mistake.
President Joe Biden's daughter-in-law Hallie Biden received $35,000 in payments from a Chinese energy company while she was dating her late husband's brother, Hunter Biden, the New York Postreported on Thursday.
House Oversight Committee chairman James Comer (R., Ky.) disclosed the transaction in a memo to committee members, according to the Post. News of the previously unknown payment comes as the committee has been investigating whether members of Biden's family were running an influence-peddling operation with the president's knowledge. Comer said earlier this week that the probe, which has focused on Biden's son Hunter's foreign business dealings, could ensnare six or seven members of his family.
The committee reportedly discovered the payment to Hallie Biden while examining suspicious activity reports this week from the Treasury Department, which flag potentially illegal transactions. There are reportedly over 150 reports related to Hunter and James Biden.
The transaction reportedly took place in March 2017, after a company called Chinese State Energy HK Limited—an affiliate of another Chinese energy company that Hunter Biden worked with—sent a $3 million wire transfer to a company owned by an associate of the Biden family. Over $1 million of those funds were reportedly disbursed to Biden family members, including Hallie.
Hallie Biden, the widow of President Biden's oldest son Beau, was in a romantic relationship with Hunter Biden at the time of the transaction. The two started an affair while Hunter was married to his first wife, Kathleen, and continued until 2019. Hunter has been accused of using his proximity and influence with his father to land lucrative positions on the board of Ukrainian oil company Burisma, a Chinese energy company, and a Chinese private equity firm.
Comer told Fox News’s Laura Ingraham on Wednesday that he believes there are "probably six or seven Biden family members that were involved in various business schemes around the world."
Other Biden family members, including the president’s brother James, have also been accused of leveraging Biden’s positions to pull in business.

Days prior, that same sum amount had been transferred to Walker’s personal checking accounts from the business account.

The $59,900 payment is also the same amount sent in 2017 to European Energy and Infrastructure Group (EEIG) in Abu Dhabi, a company associated with James Gilliar, a second associate of the Biden family business. In 2010, Gilliar founded EEIG, claiming to offer “strategic influences at the highest level within Washington, D.C.,” according to the firm’s website. Notably, Gilliar was a part of the CEFC Energy Co. deal in which Joe Biden (“Big Guy”) would receive a ten percent equity stake in the joint venture with Hunter’s former business partner Tony Bobulinski.
Gilliar was also instrumental in drumming up many business propositions for CEFC to acquire. In a 55-page business proposal dated February 22, 2016, it appears Gilliar proposed CEFC buy the American Westinghouse Electric Company for $5 billion. In an email dated May 14, 2017, Gilliar emailed Bobulinski, Hunter, James Biden, and Walker about a second proposed business deal whereby CEFC would acquire an energy company in Oman. The 41-page proposal suggested future acquisition targets in Columbia and Romania.
Hunter had some experience in Romania. Hunter began working for Romanian Gabriel Popoviciu in the spring of 2015. According to Hunter’s calendar, he met with Joe Biden three times from July 2015 to March 2016 about helping Popoviciu with a “conviction stemming from his purchase of a 550-acre parcel of government-owned land for a steep discount,” the New York Post reported.
The meetings, in addition to whistleblowers, contradict Joe Biden’s claims that he has no knowledge of the family’s business deals. “I’ve never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings. Here’s what I know — I know Trump deserves to be investigated,” Joe Biden claimed in 2019.
“My son has not made money from China. The only guy who has made money from China was this guy,” Joe Biden claimed in a 2020 debate with former President Donald Trump.
It was not the first time Joe Biden conducted family business meetings in the White House as vice president. Joe Biden met with Hunter Biden’s business partner, Eric Schwerin, at the White House 19 times as vice president, according to a new report. Schwerin is expected to soon provide banking documents to the Oversight Committee.

Moreover, Joe Biden reportedly met at the White House with two Chinese energy executives who worked with a Chinese Communist Party-linked company, Wanxiang, on July 25, 2014, between 11 a.m. and 12.15 p.m., emails from Hunter’s laptop reveal. Two years earlier, Seneca Global Advisors, Hunter and Walker’s lobbying business, had a client named GreatPoint Energy that partnered with Wanxiang on a $1.25 billion natural gas plant in communist China. Chinese Vice President Xi Jinping was at the signing deal between the two entities. The deal between GreatPoint Energy and Wanxiang is notable because Hunter’s business, Rosemont Seneca Partners, also invested in the Fisker car company that was bought by Wanxiang after Fisker went bankrupt in 2013.
In 2018 and 2020, Breitbart Senior Contributor and Government Accountability Institute President Peter Schweizer published Secret Empires and Profiles in Corruption. Each book hit #1 on the New York Times bestseller list and exposed how Hunter Biden and Joe Biden flew aboard Air Force Two in 2013 to China before Hunter’s firm inked a $1.5 billion deal with a subsidiary of the Chinese government’s Bank of China less than two weeks after the trip. Schweizer’s work also uncovered the Biden family’s other vast and lucrative foreign deals and cronyism.
Breitbart Political Editor Emma-Jo Morris’s investigative work at the New York Post on the Hunter Biden “laptop from hell” also captured international headlines when she, along with Miranda Devine, revealed that Joe Biden was intimately involved in Hunter’s businesses, appearing to even have a ten percent stake in a company the scion formed with officials at the highest levels of the Chinese Communist Party.
The House Oversight Committee is digging into the Biden family business. Its latest revelations raise some interesting questions.
The Oversight Committee stated that, “Bank records we’ve obtained reveal Rob Walker, a Biden family associate, used his company to transfer money from a Chinese energy company to Hunter Biden, James Biden, Hallie Biden, and an unknown Biden.”
“Specifically, on March 1, 2017 – less than two months after VP Joe Biden left public office – Robinson Walker, LLC received a $3 million wire from State Energy HK Limited, a Chinese company.
Robinson Walker, LLC then wired $1,065,000 to a company associated with James Gilliar. James Gilliar was a business partner of Hunter Biden & was involved in foreign transactions with the Biden family.”
Afterwards, Biden family members & their companies began receiving incremental payments over a period of approximately three months.
The total money transferred adds up to $1,065,692.
The Biden family members who received money from this account included:
1. James Biden
2. Hunter Biden
3. Hallie Biden, a new person of interest in the Biden Business Scheme
A fourth bank account identified as an unknown “Biden” also received money. We are continuing to investigate the identity of this account holder.
From the bank records, it appears that the Biden family received approximately one-third of the money obtained from the China wire.
Officially, State Energy HK Limited exports clothes made for Hugo Boss, DKNY, Polo and other fashion brands, but it describes its actions as being part of China’s Belt initiative.
Why would a clothing exporter though need to pay out that kind of money to the Bidens?
And then there’s Hailie Biden, Beau Biden’s widow who took up with Hunter. While Hunter and James Biden were in business, wiring money to Hailie suggests an attempt to disguise money going to Hunter or an attempt to bypass him, or a larger business relationship involving the Biden family. Hence the missing 4th Biden.

Hunter Biden Admits to Biden Family’s China Deals for $Millions After Years of Denial
News Thursday of payments from a Chinese Communist Party-linked company to members of President Joe Biden’s family amounts to a potential case for bribery, an impeachable offense under the Constitution.
The House Oversight Committee revealed that in 2017, China’s State Energy HK Limited sent $3 million to a company controlled by family associate Robert Walker, who in turn distributed funds to members of Biden’s family: his surviving son, Hunter; his brother, James; his daughter-in-law, Hallie; and an unknown “Biden.”
State Energy HK Limited was linked to CEFC China Energy, whose chairman, Ye Jianming, did business with Hunter Biden. CEFC was also involved in an abandoned joint venture with the Biden family in which someone referred to as the “big guy,” and presumed to be then-former Vice President Biden, was to have a 10% stake.
It is not clear what goods or services, if any, were provided in exchange for these payments.
Hunter Biden’s legal team issued a statement, claiming that he had engaged in a “legitimate” private business venture with a Chinese company: “As part of that joint venture, Hunter received his portion of good faith seed funds which he shared with his uncle, James Biden, and Hallie Biden, with whom he was involved with at the time, and sharing expenses.”
It was not clear what, exactly, that “joint venture” was, or how it was arranged.
Hunter Biden’s overseas business ventures had been recognized as early as 2015 as a potential conflict of interest for his father. Diplomats and journalists questioned Hunter Biden’s appointment to the board of Ukrainian energy company Burisma, where he earned $83,333 per month, despite lacking relevant expertise, while his father was in office.
Those concerns were brushed aside, however, by the vice president’s office, and the issue was never resolved. Hunter Biden also connected other foreign business associates with his father, including Chinese associates.
The criminal statute of bribery describes giving “anything of value” to an official to “influence” him or her in performing any “official act.” The fact that the “thing of value” might have flowed to Biden’s friends and family, rather than to Biden himself, would not absolve him — and there is evidence that the senior Biden benefited from his family’s gains.
China’s desire to “influence” is clear; it is less clear what “act” Biden did, or did not do.
However, as Democrats reminded us again and again, throughout both Trump impeachment investigations and trials, it is not necessary that a criminal statute be violated for the president to be impeached and removed.
Many scholars say that a president can be impeached only for acts committed after taking office. But Democrats undermined that standard — not only by arguing that Trump could be impeached for “emoluments” as soon as he took office, but also by holding a second Senate trial for Trump even after he had left office in 2021.
And in this case, it could well be argued that Biden’s foreign policy is an ongoing act affected by past financial benefit.
Bribery is one of two acts — the other is treason — mentioned explicitly by the Constitution as impeachable offenses.
Prior to Thursday, the evidence existed on Hunter Biden’s laptop. Now, however, evidence has emerged from the U.S. Treasury.
The House Oversight Committee should turn its investigation into a full impeachment inquiry, with a congressional vote and all attending subpoena powers. No one is above the law.
