Herschel Walker: ‘The Biggest Threat to the Democracy Is Joe Biden Being in the White House’

FOR REAL, JOE???

‘3035’???

Joe Biden Boasts Only All-Electric Cars Will Be Manufactured in America by ‘3035’

President Joe Biden mistakenly boasted on Friday that American auto companies would be ready to make all of their vehicles electric by the year “3035.”

The president spoke about auto companies during a speech in San Diego about subsidizing American semiconductor chip manufacturing.

During his speech, Biden recalled a meeting he had at the White House with American auto company CEOs, including General Motors CEO Mary Barra, whom he has met several times since taking office.

He mistakenly stumbled over the name, sounding as though he said “Amy Barrett” before correcting himself and saying “Chairman Barra.”

The president recalled that Barra called him up after the meeting and told him that General Motors would go “all-electric.”

He said that Barra “called me up and said they’re going to go all-electric by 3035. Every other company signed up to do the same thing.”

Biden was trying to refer to the pledge by General Motors to go all-electric by the year 2035, but was off by 1,000 years.

He boasted that he wanted to install 500,000 charging stations around the country to encourage more people to buy electric cars.

“Not a joke — 500,000,” he said. “Because people are going to say, ‘I’m not buying a vehicle that can only take me X number of miles.'”

Biden spoke at length about clean energy subsidies and shutting down coal-powered plants.

“We’re gonna be shutting these plants down all across America, and having wind and solar,” he bragged.

Herschel Walker: ‘The Biggest Threat to the Democracy Is Joe Biden Being in the White House’

1:32

Thursday, during an appearance on FNC’s “Jesse Watters Primetime,” Georgia Republican U.S. Senate nominee Herschel Walker responded to President Joe Biden’s speech a night earlier proclaiming the “extreme MAGA element of the Republican Party” was a threat to democracy.

Walker countered, saying Biden threatened democracy given his administration and Democrats’ handling of crime in America.

“That speech didn’t go down that well at all because the biggest threat to the democracy is Joe Biden being in the White House,” he said. “The biggest threat in democracy is with Senator Warnock and Joe Biden with this high inflation. And that’s a threat to democracy right there. The biggest threat to democracy is the crime that they’ve let come on the streets. And all this has happened in less than two years that they’ve been in, at the White House. And I think that is sad. I think it’s a shame. That’s one reason I decided to run because it’s time for a change, doesn’t seem that they care about this country.”

They care about this state, they care about the people at all, and they’re making excuses trying to scare everybody. Well, it’s not going to happen on my watch. I’m going to fight; I’m going to let the people know the truth. And the truth is, we can get lower taxes, we can secure this border, we can get back to being energy independent, but what we got to do is quit listening to people like Joe Biden and Senator Warnock.

Analysis conducted last year reveal that 71 percent of tech workers in

Silicon Valley are foreign-born, while the tech industry in the San

Francisco, Oakland, and Hayward area is made up of 50 percent

foreign-born tech workers.

Despite his Wall Street, big business, Big Tech, and billionaire donations, Biden has attempted to portray himself as a small-town fighter from Scranton, Pennsylvania

By failures of border security, a lack of the enforcement of our immigration laws from within  the interior of the United States and huge numbers of visas for high tech workers, the lives and livelihoods of Americans and their children, are being stolen by America’s corrupt political elite who are doing the bidding of those who provide them with huge “Campaign Contributions” (Orwellian euphemism for bribes) pursue legislation that is diametrically opposed to the best interests of America and Americans.

                                                       MICHAEL CUTLER

Who has really been running our country?

On the day that Joe Biden was sworn into office, he signed dozens of extensively radical executive orders.  Then the Biden administration began populating the federal government and the federal Judiciary — including the new Supreme Court vacancy — with hundreds (probably thousands) of the most extreme anti-American people imaginable.

The administration has re-crafted an enormous number of laws and regulations — often illegally — to push the hard-left, woke, LGBT agendas throughout business, government, education, and society in general.  U.S. foreign policy, including the hideous abandonment in Afghanistan and unhinged Ukrainian response, has clearly been coordinated to weaken America and strengthen our enemies.  Our military is being emasculated — and proselytized to consider patriotic Americans as the enemy.

The Biden administration ignores our immigration laws and welcomes millions of illegal aliens to swarm across our southern border, and then methodically ships them to cities across the country (and even gives them cell phones to use).

The administration's aggressive "green new deal" is paralyzing our transportation system and causing crippling inflation never seen in this country before.  Federal agencies, spearheaded by the Justice Department and FBI, have viciously become weaponized against conservatives, at the same time allowing "Antifa" and other left-wing hoodlum groups to terrorize citizens at will.

As many have observed, it's a controlled demolition of America.

All of this destruction is being attributed by our political establishment to a man with obvious dementia who can barely read through a single sentence on a teleprompter, can't remember names, and cannot discuss anything of substance.

Republicans and conservatives love to beat up on Joe Biden.  It makes great campaign fundraising rhetoric.  But nobody can possibly believe that Biden in his perpetual mental fog actually planned any of this, wrote any of it, ordered it, or even knows any details about it.

And let's not forget that Biden became president not by actually campaigning, but through a massively coordinated effort involving billions of dollars and the most powerful corporations and political organizers in America to subvert the U.S. election process.

No prominent Republican politician is willing to publicly ask — and demand answers to — the obvious question: who is really doing all of this, using Biden as a mindless front man?

And why should they?  Biden is a great political punching bag.  Bringing up the hard question could have uncomfortable consequences — especially in this political climate.

This is not conjecture.  A friend of mine who is involved in D.C. political circles had the opportunity this past year to ask that question — who is really running the country? — to a Republican congressman and a U.S. senator, both prominent conservatives.  Both of them nervously dodged the question and insisted that "taking on Joe Biden" is what the GOP needs to do.

So who is the power behind the curtain?  A lot of people say it's Barack Obama, or maybe Susan Rice.  But the truth is that neither of them is capable of orchestrating something on this scale.  Obama never really got anywhere on his own, and Susan Rice is a middleweight at best.

This has all the fingerprints of the Soros organization.  The people there are extremely intelligent and proficient, they passionately hate America, they've been leading up to this for several decades, and they have access to untold wealth and influence.  Everything mentioned above is something they are more than capable of organizing and carrying out.

But most of this couldn't have been accomplished during Biden's first two years without the cooperation of the 50 Democrat U.S. senators and the Democrat majority in the House.  And then there are the cowardly Republicans in both houses, including the leadership, who consistently put up a "gentlemanly" fight that is destined to lose.

Right now, job number one is openly exposing the "shadow government" that is really running America, and doing everything possible to drive them completely out.  Seeing what is happening now (and learning from the past), it is not an exaggeration to say that we are all on a freight train headed to hell.  If we don't derail it soon, there will eventually be no turning back.

Big Tech’s Paid Advocates Redirect Antitrust Efforts Against Smaller Companies

The Biden Administration’s FTC and DOJ have signaled an aggressive antitrust strategy against Big Tech, but there are growing concerns that the efforts are being redirected, not against monopolies but against smaller companies trying to compete with them.

During the Obama Administration, Google exerted enormous power over antitrust policy at the Federal Trade Commission and Justice Department due to their close ties and donations to the Obama administration, as well as a revolving door of administration officials with the tech monopoly.

Under Biden, FTC Chair Lina Khan and Justice Department antitrust chief Jonathan Kanter are largely against Big Tech from a competition standpoint — but are actively hostile to online free speech, with no plans to address widespread public complaints about out-of-control censorship.

Big Tech has been attempting to turn the nascent antitrust efforts to its advantage, by redirecting the progressive left’s efforts to target companies and causes that do them no damage or help them, particularly on issues like “net neutrality” and intellectual property.

An illustrative example is a recent  letter by a Google-funded professor and think tank to Assistant AG Kanter demanding antitrust enforcement against relatively small companies. The letter is described as being signed by “28 former government enforcement officials, professors, and public interest advocates.” It appears on the SSRN page for Alex Moss of the Public Interest Patent Law Institute and Professor Michael Carrier of Rutgers Law School, who was also an advisor to Joe Biden’s 2020 campaign. The metadata of the PDF shows Prof. Carrier is the author.

The Public Interest Patent Law Institute is an obscure organization with Moss as just one of two listed staff members. However, Moss also serves as a special advisor to the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which also signed on to the letter. EFF has received millions of dollars from Google over the years to defend the tech giant on intellectual property, Section 230 reform, net neutrality, and censorship practices.

imilarly Michael Carrier has acknowledged $40,000 dollars in direct support of funding from Google specifically to study “copyright secondary liability and innovation.” Carrier has subsequently filed numerous briefs supporting Google’s positions on intellectual property issues.

Public Knowledge, who also signed the letter, publicly acknowledges it receives at least $50,000 a year from Google as well as Microsoft and Netflix. Other Big Tech-funded signers include Former FTC Chairman and George Mason Law professor Tim Murris.

He once co-wrote a law review article defending Amazon against antitrust claims, but later admitted the article was entirely funded by Amazon. Former FTC lawyer David Balto who has disclosed he “published research and authored scholarship for Google on technology policy topics” also signed the letter.

It may seem odd that pro-Big Tech authors are encouraging the Justice Department to strengthen antitrust enforcement. However, rather than address the trillion-dollar Big Tech monopolies, they are concerned about a small patent licensing platform called Avanci SEP which licenses certain wireless technology for automobiles. Avanci fought off an antitrust complaint from the German auto parts company Continental earlier this year.

The Google funded-scholar’s letter about this lawsuit complains that Avanci may increase its “license rates from $15 to $20 per car.” Whatever the merits of this argument, a five dollar increase in cars which sell for tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars doesn’t seem to warrant much attention.

However, Big Tech is afraid that stronger IP protections will keep them from being able to infringe. In fact, Apple filed an amicus brief in this case. Google’s own lawyers have  acknowledged, “Google’s leadership doesn’t care terribly much about precedent or law” when it infringes on others’ IP.

As Trump’s top internet advisor Adam Candeub has noted in other contexts, when Google funds academics to weaken intellectual property laws, it is not about  helping “small tech companies compete but letting Big Tech companies ignore the law to continue their dominance.”

This is just the latest example of Silicon Valley using liberal academics to push its agenda to ignore the law while claiming to promote competition.

Biden Admin to Investigate Guy They Disapprove Of Buying Twitter

"A growing number of Biden allies have in recent days clamored for CFIUS to investigate"

2

Is this the post-contempt phase of corrupt totalitarian politics that sets in, in banana republics when there are zero expectations of anything except corrupt criminality by the powers at the top?

Why yes, I think it is.

U.S. exploring whether it has authority to review Musk’s Twitter deal – Washington Post

U.S.? Is that what we’re calling a partisan faction abusing its authority for political gain?

Does anyone seriously believe that the Biden administration would be investigating Elon Musk’s Twitter buy if t were say, Washington Post owner Jeff Bezos or if Musk were a reliable vote and committed to suppressing opposition speech?

That revelation comes as Treasury Department officials begin looking into whether they have the legal authority to start an investigation into the purchase because of Musk’s ties to foreign governments and investors, people familiar with those discussions said…

White House officials also previously discussed the possibility of a national security review of the acquisition, according to another person. Additionally, officials at the FBI looked into the potential counterintelligence risks posed by the deal this past spring, according to two people familiar with the inquiry — though it is not clear whether the matter has been studied by senior officials at the bureau or if those discussions are still active. All the people spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss matters they were not authorized to disclose publicly.

So the White House, the FBI and Treasury? Also known as the Biden administration looking for any angle to secure control over a key social media outlet again. Perhaps these folks might want to look into TikTok, which I hear is run by our enemies. Instead, Biden is being promoted by the Democrats on TikTok. But let’s skip forward to saying the quiet part out loud.

The U.S. government’s preliminary attempts to scrutinize the Twitter deal comes as the billionaire introduces new changes to the structure of one the world’s most powerful communication platforms…

A growing number of Biden allies have in recent days clamored for CFIUS to investigate how these nations could influence Musk.

So it’s about the politics.

Launching investigations of companies for partisan political gain would seem to be illegal and an impeachable offense.

FNC’s Carlson: Democrats ‘Need’ Censorship to Hold onto Power

28:00

Monday, FNC host Tucker Carlson suggested Democrats and the media were using the attack on Paul Pelosi to call for censorship as Elon Musk is now the owner of Twitter, and Democrats gripe about other media outlets that run counter to their narrative.

According to Carlson, without censorship, Democrats struggle to maintain their grip on power.

Transcript as follows:

CARLSON: We’ve been watching this story all weekend with growing bewilderment. Last Friday morning, as you know, around 2:00 AM, police arrived at the home of the Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi. It’s in the Pacific Heights neighborhood of San Francisco. Inside the home, they found Pelosi’s 82- year-old husband, Paul, and another man, 40 years younger, called David DePape. Nancy Pelosi was out of town at the time.

In full view of the police, DePape hit Paul Pelosi in the head two times with a hammer. Both Pelosi and DePape were then taken immediately to a local hospital — Pelosi for his head injuries and DePape for reasons that are still not clear. DePape was later charged in Federal Court with assault and attempted kidnapping.

At this point, that’s what we can say for certain. David DePape assaulted Paul Pelosi with a hammer. Apparently, DePape has admitted that in police custody, but beyond those facts, there was much in the story that remains muddy.

How, for example, did DePape get inside the Pelosi home? That’s the first question. Last year, ABC News reported what you already guessed, which is that Pelosi has round-the-clock protection at her houses. “She has her own security. She has the Capitol Police. They fly all the way out here from Washington, DC with her.”

And yet in this case, San Francisco DA Brooke Jenkins says that there was no security present at the Pelosi home on Friday night. And that’s pretty strange because according to multiple accounts, even when Pelosi isn’t at home, her houses are well-guarded. Again, as you would expect.

Our friend Harmeet Dhillon told us that when her firm recently tried to serve a lawsuit against Paul Pelosi at various properties he owns, all of them were guarded by “multiple law enforcement officers on the perimeter.”

So how did DePape, get past security that apparently wasn’t there? And why wasn’t it there if, in fact, it wasn’t? We know he got inside and once he was inside, what exactly happened next? Well, accounts of that are changing.

At the first press conference on Friday, San Francisco Police suggested there was a third person in the home when police arrived and POLITICO dutifully reported that, “Officers arrived at the house, knocked on the front door and were led inside by an unknown person.” In other words, by a person who was not David DePape or Paul Pelosi.

Now, POLITICO never formally corrected this claim. Instead, just two days later, POLITICO, the same publication, attacked anyone who repeated its own reporting as a crazed conspiracy monger: “Pro-Trump commentators weighed in online to raise questions about the investigation based on unfounded and false claims. Among those baseless claims that a third person answered the door when police arrived at the Pelosi home.”

Okay. Three separate adjectives, knocking down that idea, but the question remains, was there a third person at the home? We don’t know, but it’s not crazy to assume there was.

Here is how today’s charging documents described the scene inside the house: “When the door was opened, Pelosi and DePape were both holding a hammer with one hand and DePape had his other hand holding on to Pelosi’s forearm. Pelosi greeted the officers. The officers asked them what was going on. DePape responded, Everything was good.”

So, it is an awful scene in some ways, but here’s the critical clause: “When the door was opened.” Well, opened by whom? Common sense suggests it probably couldn’t have been Pelosi or DePape who opened it. They were locked in a life-or-death drama, a struggle, over a hammer.

The documents filed today assert that Paul Pelosi had never seen David DePape before, yet in Pelosi’s 9-1-1 call he knew DePape’s first name and apparently referred to him as a friend. Here’s the audio. This is from a dispatcher relaying Paul Pelosi’s call.

(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

DISPATCH AUDIO: RP (reporting person) stated that there was a male in the home and that he is going to wait for his wife. RP stated that he doesn’t know who the male is, but he advised that his name is David and that he is a friend.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

CARLSON: So, what does that mean exactly? Well, again, we don’t know, and we can’t know. We do know that anyone who has ever met Paul Pelosi can tell you he is an awfully nice man. He is warm and he is friendly, and he certainly didn’t deserve to be hit in the head with a hammer. It’s horrifying that he was.

But as long as this is a news story with public policy implications, and unfortunately, that’s what it has become, it is fair to ask the obvious questions, as you would, about any other violent crime that occurs in America, and especially this one, since so many facts, basic facts seem to be in dispute.

Local KTVU investigative reporter Evan Sernoffsky, for example, initially reported that DePape was “found in underwear” when police arrived. Today, Sernoffsky made a specific point of retracting that claim. “I’m now told by other sources that DePape was not dressed only in his underwear.”

Well, okay, fair enough. We’d be satisfied with either explanation, not really our business. But you can’t blame (and this is the point), you can’t blame people watching all of this at home for thinking that maybe there’s something weird going on here. Parts of the official account don’t seem to make any sense.

So, the solution, obviously, is to release the police bodycam footage from last Friday. That’s often done immediately in cases like this, cases that attract heavy public scrutiny. Transparency restores the public’s faith in the system. It is the only thing that does. In fact, that’s the whole point of bodycams, to reassure people that they can really know what happened. Transparency is the antidote to “misinformation.”

On the other hand, if you want people to fall headfirst into crazed conspiracy theories, then you would keep lying and hiding things, and yet for some reason, the San Francisco Police Department is refusing to release Friday’s bodycam video. We learned that today when we filed a records request. “No chance,” they said.

So, until we see that tape, there is a lot that we cannot know, but the main question tonight, (one that’s going to affect your life going forward because this story will affect your life), the question is, who exactly is David DePape?

Many in the media seem studiously uninterested. They don’t really want to know. At a police press conference last week, a reporter was caught on a hot mic being instructed by someone not to discuss DePape in any great detail. So, it was left in the end to a journalist who doesn’t work for a big media outlet, independent reporter, Michael Shellenberger, to fill in some of the blanks.

Shellenberger first did the obvious. He went to where DePape was living, across the Bay in Berkeley. You’re seeing an image of it on your screen right now.

Apparently, DePape was camping full-time in a dilapidated Ken Kesey-style school bus, complete with a gay pride flag out front and a sign that reads “Berkeley Stands Against Hate.” Behind the bus hangs a BLM banner. So, politically, this picture could not be clearer. You know where this guy stands.

But Shellenberger and others kept digging. They found that DePape was, in fact, well known in the area, in the entire Bay Area, as a hallucinogenic drug enthusiast and a semiprofessional nudist. He often appeared at nudist themed events.

Does David DePape have a prior criminal history? That’s an obvious question and perhaps a relevant one. But we can’t answer it because, once again, authorities in San Francisco have refused to tell us or anyone else.

We do know that the people around David DePape believe that he was completely deranged. The ones who knew him best thought that. “The San Francisco Chronicle” interviewed his ex-girlfriend, who reported that DePape is mentally ill and struggles with drugs.

For example, he once thought he was “Jesus for a year. He’s never been able to hold a job,” said the former girlfriend. “He has been homeless. This person really does suffer from mental illness and that is probably why he was there at 2:00 AM.” She described him as a “broken child in an adult body with serious mental problems.”

DePape’s neighbors, who would know, said more or less the same thing.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

REPORTER: Anything strange about him or anything that stood out?

TRISH, DAVID DEPAPE’S NEIGHBOR: There is something strange about the whole household. The entire household is very, very strange.

REPORTER: How about him?

TRISH: He is birds of a feather with — akin to them. So, they are just, you know, nudist drug abusers and that’s who gravitates toward them.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

CARLSON: So, just another homeless, mentally ill drug addict with a fondness for BLM. That’s not quite so unusual in San Francisco.

Oh, and there’s one other highly unsurprising thing about David DePape. He’s also an illegal alien.

Today, Fox’s Bill Melugin learned that DePape, who is originally from Canada, has long overstayed his visa, so he is currently in this country illegally.

So, to restate, the perpetrator in this violent crime against Paul Pelosi is a mentally ill, drug addicted illegal alien nudist who takes hallucinogens and lives in a hippie school bus in Berkeley with a BLM banner and a pride flag out front.

So, take those uncontested facts and let them rattle around your brain for a moment until a recognizable pattern emerges. What does this sound like to you?

If you guessed, this is obviously a textbook case of homegrown right-wing extremism, well, then, obviously, you’ve been watching a lot of cable news today. Here’s a selection:

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BRIANNA KEILAR, CNN ANCHOR: Is this political violence, in your opinion?

JOHN MILLER, CNN CHIEF LAW ENFORCEMENT AND INTELLIGENCE ANALYST: It seems to be clear that the content of his social media and the statements he allegedly made about “Where is Nancy? We’re going to wait for Nancy,” certainly points in that direction.

TIFFANY CROSS, MSNBC HOST: It seems like there’s this effort to normalize this kind of behavior and to make Trumpers feel at home and prioritize their feelings.

JEFF ZELENY, CNN CHIEF NATIONAL AFFAIRS CORRESPONDENT: This is about election denialism. What has happened over the last two years has seeped into the minds and the thoughts of some unstable people.

MIKA BRZEZINSKI, MSNBC HOST: Deranged right-wing fanatics, Trump Media allies and some of the most powerful people in the world were feverishly trying to stir up conspiracy theories that distracted from the central political headline of this story that years of Republican propaganda and Trump fueled fascism led 42-year-old David DePape to break into Nancy Pelosi’s San Francisco home.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

CARLSON: Well, to be fair, the fact that Mika Brzezinski has a high-paying job does give rise to conspiracy theories. I mean, in a fair society, how could that happen? But it has.

The bottom line is, ladies and gentlemen, the mentally ill, homeless, illegal alien, drug addict who lives in a painted school bus in Berkeley with a BLM flag is actually, despite all appearances, another member of Donald Trump’s QAnon army.

As CNN commentator David Axelrod put it, “Far-right conspiracy theories are to blame here.” And of course, Jen Rubin at “The Washington Post” accused right-wing Republicans of “inciting violence” against the Pelosi family using this illegal alien, homeless guy on drugs. “The far-right demonized Pelosi and that led to the attack,” read a banner on MSNBC.

So, on what grounds, other than political desperation, are they saying things like this? Well, according to some reports, the homeless, mentally ill, drug addicted, illegal alien David DePape somehow maintained websites with right-wing content on them.

One of these sites was apparently called frenlyfrens.com and the strange thing about that website is that the web address for it was registered back in September, but there is content on the site that is backdated to August and internet archiving services didn’t register any content from that blog, apparently David DePape’s blog, until October 28th. That was the day of DePape’s attack on Paul Pelosi.

On October 28, frenlyfrens.com suddenly included a bunch of incoherent posts about UFOs and Peter Navarro. I’m not making that up. Those are the facts. What do they mean? Well, it’s a right-wing conspiracy, obviously. Better indict Marjorie Taylor Greene for the crime.

So, keep in mind, as you shake your head at bewilderment at all of this, that the Midterm Elections are next Tuesday and Democrats are in trouble, and they believe the attack on Paul Pelosi might help them.

As Margaret Brennan explained over on CBS, because a mentally ill illegal alien attacked Nancy Pelosi’s husband, it is now immoral to criticize the leader of the Democrats a week before an election. Savor this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

MARGARET BRENNAN, CBS NEWS HOST: Republican candidates have more than $116 million on ads that mentioned Speaker Pelosi by name in this cycle.

If this is about the issues, why shouldn’t make it about the issues? We are eight days out. Don’t you think this needs to change? Why not pull some of these ads.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

CARLSON: “Why do you make it about the issues?” Said the lady who spent four years screaming about Donald Trump, the man. It’s hilarious and brazen and shameless and the second the Midterms are over, they’ll stop.

But the point is, as always, all the journalists — journalists — got the same memo and they’re all running with the same memo, of course using exactly the same words.

Ashley Parker at “The Washington Post” wrote this, “In 2022, the GOP spent $40 million vilifying Pelosi in ads and on Friday, her husband was attacked by a hammer.” Do you see the direct correlation?

If you criticize Nancy Pelosi, obviously you’re endangering her family. Of course, she does run the political party that’s facing reelection right now, that controls the United States Congress. She’s third in line for the presidency. But you can’t criticize her because if you do, you’re just like your acolyte — (Paul) DePape.

So, the Republican Party clearly needs to stop running advertisements that hurt Democrats ahead of the midterms. Please. That’s the problem here, not the mentally ill, BLM nudist in Berkeley.

So what they are really arguing is in the wake of this attack, which is awful against someone who did not deserve it and we want to be clear about that, Paul Pelosi really is a nice guy. Hard to believe, but he is.

But in the wake of that, they are telling you, unfortunately, you can no longer have free speech. We can’t. They’re telling you this is an example of “stochastic terrorism,” which is a completely meaningless phrase that emerged like a virus out of the university to infect our public discourse or more precisely, to suppress our public discourse.

Reuters has reported that — and we are quoting — “Terrorism and extremism experts believe it could be an example of the growing threat of so-called stochastic terrorism in which sometimes unstable individuals are inspired to violence by hate speech.”

Okay. What is hate speech, by the way? All of a sudden, everyone in the media has sort of, without explaining why, agreed that there’s this thing called hate speech that’s real and probably actionable. They can find a billion-dollar judgment against you if you commit hate speech, but just to remind everyone watching, there’s no such thing as hate speech.

Hate speech is speech people hate, usually the people in power. The truth is all speech, except speech that encourages people to imminent illegal action, like “go shoot that guy”, short of that, there’s no hate speech. All of it is allowed under the United States’ Constitution, which is our final hope.

But what they’re telling you is that dissenting in any way from the editorial positions of, say, “The Washington Post” or “The Daily Beast” or The Atlantic Magazine, disagreeing with those publications and the consensus they represent isn’t simply immoral. No, it’s worse than that. It’s violence. It gets people killed. That’s the stochastic terrorism.

When you question, say, COVID protocols or “Drag Queen Story Hour” or the war against Russia, you are effectively smashing an 82-year-old man in the head with a hammer. They’re making that argument. And of course, they have no choice but to make that argument.

Democrats are very worried about the coming elections, but they’re absolutely terrified that Elon Musk may allow people to criticize them on Twitter and they know or what Republicans don’t seem to know, which is without censorship, the Democratic Party cannot continue to hold power.

Democrats understand that. They have nothing to offer. They have to stop you from asking questions, so they have to crush Elon Musk, not because he is a right-winger, but because he will allow their opponents to speak. And of course, they are using the attack on poor Paul Pelosi to do just that.

“The New York Times” has just come out with a piece that says — and we are quoting — “Elon Musk in a Tweet, shares a link from a site known to publish fake news.” Really? What did Elon Musk do? Well, he linked to an article about how Paul Pelosi called the guy in his home a friend. Well, that’s what the 9-1-1 tape says. You can draw your own conclusions or not, or maybe you don’t care, which is also fine.

How is that fake? It seems to be real. NBC News’ Ben Collins explaining that Musk’s tweets are “how you lose a democracy in the age of the internet.” Oh, by asking questions.

Jimmy Kimmel attacked Musk personally, he used to be a comic, sad to watch that decline. “It’s been interesting,” Kimmel wrote to Musk, “To watch you blossom from the electric car guy into a fully formed piece of .” (human excrement.)

Then CNN told its viewers today that in the wake of the attack on Paul Pelosi, Elon Musk no longer let people speak freely on Twitter. That was his plan, but no more. In the wake of the attack on Pelosi, Musk must retain “what the far-right calls censorship” Who are the far-right?

We don’t need to be far-right to identify the censorship, because censorship is exactly what it is and to restate, Democrats could no longer exist or hold power without it. They need censorship, and they’re going to try to use this horrifying crime to hold on to it.

But something else is going on here too, something beneath even all of that. Obviously, by immediately politicizing the attacks, Democrats get a lot potentially. But the main thing they do is effectively obscure the deepest truth of all, which is that what happened to Paul Pelosi is not so unusual anymore.

Crime in this country is out of control by every measure. Attacks by the mentally ill, homeless, even non-nudists who don’t live in buses, but the mentally ill homeless are now their own category. They’re a feature of life in our cities, in fact, of every part of this country controlled by the Democratic Party.

If you live in one of those places, no matter who you vote for, you know that that’s true. You’re pushed in front of a Subway train by one of them. That’s entirely real. Here’s one recent and especially awful example from California.

A 54-year-old man and his 22-year-old daughter were just stabbed to death in the parking lot of a Kohl’s in Palmdale by a mentally ill homeless man. Not an unusual story, but a particularly awful one. Here’s a local news account:

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KTTV REPORTER: Residents say there are multiple homeless encampments in the area and that people are known to live out of their cars in the back of this particular parking lot. Everyone said they’re shocked by the violence.

CASEY COLLIER, PALMDALE RESIDENT: For me, I was like dumbfounded. Just think, like, wait, somebody just got stabbed in broad daylight? I mean, like again, it doesn’t matter if it’s daylight or nighttime, but the fact that people have the audacity, which means, hey, people don’t care, you know, especially when you’re dealing with the type of mentality that these homeless people have, they don’t care.

So, to find out, like, wait a minute, somewhere where I go shopping, to get gas, my bank is right here, but then some dead person is right there. That’s infuriating and sad.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

CARLSON: To restate with heartfelt sincerity, we couldn’t feel worse about what happened to Paul Pelosi. He didn’t deserve it.

On the other hand, if you’re going to be injured in a violent crime in 2022, not so surprising that that crime was committed by a mentally ill homeless man because so many crimes are committed by mentally ill homeless people. A fact that everyone who lives in the city understands perfectly well and the people who are making it possible, the leaders of the Democratic Party, assiduously ignore.

This summer, a nonprofit director in San Francisco, for example, a man called James Spingola asked two homeless men to move away from the steps of a community center. In response, the homeless man violently beat him with a wooden plank and sent him to the hospital. This happened at 11:00 AM in broad daylight. This happens all the time.

And here’s the point: The psycho drug addled zombies who do it are usually released the same day to do it again. Everyone knows that. It’s not an accident. It’s the result of policy, policies that Nancy Pelosi supports in her own city.

But in this case, the guy did not walk because it happened at Nancy Pelosi’s House. So, the guy is still in jail. He’s not benefiting from cashless bail. The police got there in two minutes in San Francisco. That’s four times faster than the average response time in San Francisco. Four times.

So, the lesson here couldn’t be more obvious and their screaming is designed to keep you from reaching this conclusion, but here it is: Nancy Pelosi and her party, the Democratic Party — it’s not an overstatement to say this — have deliberately created a breakdown in law and order and safety and quality of life in your neighborhood. Yet, they are given special treatment themselves when it happens to them.

So, you can grieve the attack on Paul Pelosi and see it as horrifying because it is and still understand that the response to it would not be extended to you. It’s a double standard. It’s a two-tiered system of justice. That’s completely unacceptable and it’s not justice. In fact, it’s the opposite.

So, the media ought to be saying something about this. This is happening. This crime specifically happened, but so many others have happened because of policies designed to allow them to happen and someone in the press should point that out. “Hey, Paul Pelosi is not the only guy who got attacked by a nut case homeless guy this month,” but they’re not saying that and because they’re not saying that, Democratic politicians get to skate and not just skate, but to grandstand on Republican violence in ways that any person with a sense of shame would be totally incapable of doing because you’d hate yourself for doing it.

But they don’t hate themselves. They’ll say whatever it takes.

On the very same day that Barack Obama blamed Republicans for assaulting Paul Pelosi, Obama was campaigning in Wisconsin for Tony Evers. Does that name sound familiar? That’s the Governor who let homicidal mobs take over the City of Kenosha two years ago for political reasons. Watch this.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

BARACK OBAMA, FORMER PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES: We’ve got politicians who work to stir up division, to try to make us angry and afraid of one another for their own advantage and all of it gets amped up, hyped up 24/7 by social media, because a lot of times they are for-profit platforms and they find it more profitable to feed you controversy and conflict instead of facts and truth, and sometimes it can turn dangerous.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

CARLSON: Oh, your speech turns dangerous. Other people are stirring up resentment. Really? No President in American history ever caused, intentionally caused, more racial division, more race hate than Barack Obama did. Of course, it was the key to his second term, obviously.

But the solution to something that he did is prohibiting you from saying what you think. Shutting down your constitutionally protected right, your God-given right to say what you think is true is always the solution because they conflate words with violence when it suits them.

In Georgia last week, Barack Obama said Democrats, the party that defunded the police, the Democratic Party, somehow, he said, bears no responsibility for the rise in violent crime all over the country. In fact, Obama pretended Democrats had not voted to defund the police at all. “Who actually voted against more resources for the police departments?” He asked.

It’s like if he will say anything, maybe it works.

Yes. Who oversees Baltimore and Gary, Indiana; Minneapolis; New York; Seattle and Portland, Oregon? How are those cities doing?

Speaking of shamelessness, Kathy Hochul just went to on Al Sharpton’s show to claim that the crime wave, the one that you’re watching, the one that may have hurt you or killed one of your neighbors, it’s all fake, in the statement that is crazier than anything Alex Jones has ever thought.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

GOV. KATHY HOCHUL (D-NY): They have a conspiracy going all across America to try and convince people that in Democratic States, they are not is safe.

Well, guess what? They’re also not only election deniers, they’re data deniers. The data shows that shootings and murders are down in our State by 15 percent, even in New York City, down 20 percent on Long Island where Lee Zeldin comes from.

(END VIDEO CLIP)

CARLSON: So, that’s just a lie. Actually, New York is so dangerous that people are leaving. Rents haven’t gone down because foreign investors are buying up a lot of the buildings, but people are leaving New York in droves. Of course.

But according to Kathy Hochul in a claim that is truly crazier than anything Alex Jones has ever even thought, in the shower to himself, Kathy Hochul is telling you that the data are fake.

So here you have a city in which, New York City, Subway ridership has dropped by 40 percent over the last two years.

Now, according to Kathy Hochul it’s not because Subway riders are being pushed in front of trains. People are being attacked by the mentally homeless. No, it’s because apparently millions of New Yorkers are watching FOX News. They’ve been fooled by right-wing propaganda into thinking the Subway is dangerous. That’s what she’s suggesting.

This is too stupid. This is a lie. Voters know it’s a lie and when Democrats get crushed in next week’s midterms, it’ll be in part because people who live in cities and states run by liberals understand that what happened to Paul Pelosi could very well happen to them, and no one would care. “Morning Joe” would pretend it never happened.

Analysis conducted last year reveal that 71 percent of tech workers in Silicon Valley are foreign-born, while the tech industry in the San Francisco, Oakland, and Hayward area is made up of 50 percent foreign-born tech workers.

Tucker Carlson explains why the Democrats must rely on censorship to maintain political viability.

Anti-liberty leftists and their national media apparatus are in their final desperate days before their well-deserved midterm (rhetorical) mangling, with the latter dropping any remaining microscopic vestiges of ‘objectivity.’  They know that everything hinges on what happens over the next few days and if they can conjure up some reason for their side to maintain their death grip on power, they will do it. This is why they are trying to carefully exploit the horrific assault on Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband.  It should go without saying that such acts of violence are to be condemned.

However, as Tucker Carlson detailed in his Fox News show Monday night, this disturbing incident brought forth some rather unsavory reactions from those who like to falsely portray themselves as ‘liberal.’  These are the times that bring out the best and the worst in people, the stressful situations when their true nature shines through.

Tucker Carlson: Without censorship, the Democratic Party can't continue to hold power

How did the left react to this recent crisis?

Do they try to consider all aspects of an issue and solve the problem with intelligent solutions?

Or do they simply react and call for another suppression of our liberty?

Consider how Politico framed the current crisis in their piece

The brutal assault on Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband Paul inside their San Francisco home early Friday morning reverberated across the campaign trail Saturday, with some Democratic campaigns acknowledging increased threats of violence and some Republican campaigns exercising extra caution in their rhetoric.

With the ‘conservative’ Max Boot ( pause for laughter) of the Washington Post ignoring the 2017 Inauguration Riot and the 2020 George Floyd Riots that were far more violent and caused far more destruction than Jan. 6, 2021.

Followed by another alleged ‘conservative’ (sure, whatever Jen) from the same media source sounding the alarm over the people ruling in our Constitutional Republic:

First, and perhaps most troubling, the nearly 300 GOP election deniers/liars on the ballot are likely to whip up anger about a “rigged” system or “stolen election,” priming aggrieved supporters for violence. Many high-profile Republicans have refused to pledge to respect the results. Given Republicans’ embrace of the “big lie” in 2020, we should prepare for a plethora of baseless accusations, some of which could incite unstable individuals.

She of course goes on to carefully tie the nudist hemp jewelry maker from Berkeley to a totally unrelated event that took place almost 22 months ago all the way across the country.  But we’re guessing that since they're floundering in the face of utter defeat, they’ll grasp at anything they can think of.

What is the common thread in all the coverage from the far-left media?

The almost subliminal message that runs just beneath the surface of all of their screeds.  It’s that our freedom of speech must be suppressed, lest it cause any other nudist hemp jewelry maker’s from Berkeley to lose the plot and attack someone of the leftist ruling class.  Just as it’s their knee-jerk reaction to call for gun confiscation whenever a leftist start shooting at people.

We could cite several other examples, but that should give you the picture.  We call them the anti-liberty left to make the point that restricting your freedom and common-sense civil rights is their go-to action to solve any problem.

What’s even worse about this is that these actions never work as advertised, they just empower the left, as intended.  They must know this, but they don’t care, they only care about their control over society.  Because none of those measures ever solves the problem, they only empower the left.

The term anti-liberty left also acts as a reminder that those people are only exploiting the term ‘liberal’ as just another form of gaslighting on their part, and a reason for everyone to stop complimenting the far-left with that term that they do not deserve.

Report: Twitter and Facebook Had Regular Meetings with DHS on Censoring Americans

Executives from Facebook and Twitter, including the recently-fired head of trust & safety Vijaya Gadde, held regular meetings with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to discuss censorship on a wide range of topics, including the withdrawal from Afghanistan, coronavirus, and “racial justice,” according to leaked documents.

The information came to light via leaks to the Intercept, as well as documents and minutes revealed through Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt’s lawsuit filed against the Biden Administration that alleges government collusion with Big Tech to suppress Americans’ First Amendment rights.

Mark Zuckerberg Smiles during testimony (Pool/Getty)

According to the material, DHS plans to target alleged misinformation around “the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic and the efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines, racial justice, U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan, and the nature of U.S. support to Ukraine.”

The report also reveals an official process for the government to flag “misinformation” to Facebook.

Via the Intercept:

There is also a formalized process for government officials to directly flag content on Facebook or Instagram and request that it be throttled or suppressed through a special Facebook portal that requires a government or law enforcement email to use. At the time of writing, the “content request system” at facebook.com/xtakedowns/login is still live. DHS and Meta, the parent company of Facebook, did not respond to a request for comment. The FBI declined to comment.

Some of the meetings between social media representatives and the government included Kate Starbird, the leftist professor who leads the “Election Integrity Partnership.”

Via the Intercept:

In June, the same DHS advisory committee of CISA — which includes Twitter head of legal policy, trust, and safety Vijaya Gadde and University of Washington professor Kate Starbird — drafted a report to the CISA director calling for an expansive role for the agency in shaping the “information ecosystem.” The report called on the agency to closely monitor “social media platforms of all sizes, mainstream media, cable news, hyper partisan media, talk radio and other online resources.” They argued that the agency needed to take steps to halt the “spread of false and misleading information,” with a focus on information that undermines “key democratic institutions, such as the courts, or by other sectors such as the financial system, or public health measures.”

As Breitbart News previously reported, the EIP provided tools to the federal government and to organs of the Democrat party to censor “misinformation” in the runup to the 2020 election, and targeted various conservative media, including Breitbart News, for censorship.

Via Breitbart News:

In the runup to the 2020 election, the consortium created a system whereby state actors including the Department of Homeland Security and the State Department could file “tickets” alongside news stories, flagging them so that Big Tech platforms could subsequently suppress or attach warning labels to them.

Beyond this blatant case of a private-public censorship coalition, the EIP also engaged in partisan politics, allowing the Democratic National Committee to file tickets through the system, as well as the Democrat-aligned groups Common Cause and the NAACP.

News outlets targeted by the EIP included Breitbart News, Fox News, the New York Post, and the Epoch Times, as well as the social media accounts of prominent conservatives Charlie Kirk, Tom Fitton, Jack Posobiec, Mark Levin, James O’Keefe, and Sean Hannity, amongst others

In a statement to the Intercept, a Twitter spokesperson said “we do not coordinate with other entities when making content moderation decisions, and we independently evaluate content in line with the Twitter Rules.”

Zuckerberg’s FWD.us Claims No Amnesty Ensures Midterm Defeat for Democrats

NEIL MUNRO

The Facebook-funded FWD.us investor advocacy group is touting the claim that Democrat turnout will drop in 2022 if the party cannot pass an amnesty through Congress.

But that claim is toothless, in large part because recent polls show that many Americans of Latino ancestry are increasingly voting for the GOP, precisely because GOP leaders oppose the amnesty-amplified wave of cheap labor into their communities.

The claim is being made by pro-migration groups, including the leaders of the National Day Laborer Organizing Network (NDLON) which denounced the Senate’s parliamentarian’s decision to exclude the parole amnesty for 6.5 million illegals from the draft Build Back Better spending plan.

NDLON declared Thursday night:

Democrats’ excuses for their failure, for their incompetence, and for their insincerity will be the ammunition used by xenophobes in the Republican Party to retake control of the federal government in upcoming elections. Inaction on immigration legalization risks further propelling Trumpism in every possible way … No more excuses. Where there is a will, there is a way.

The NDLON group represents illegal migrants, most of whom work for very low wages, and none of whom can vote in U.S. elections.

Rep. Lou Correa (D-Calif.) is making the same claim, according to Bloomberg, which reported that he “warned that Democrats would face wrath from voters in the 2022 elections if they don’t secure a citizenship path”

But the NDLON claim is being echoed by the politically powerful investor class, who use imported workers, consumers, and renters to spike the value of their Wall Street investments.

Todd Schulte is the president of the FWD.us advocacy group for investors, which gets about $30 million a year from the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative to push for more migration. On Thursday night, he tweeted:

Schulte’s deputy also pushed a hard line:

Unsurprisingly, FWD.us has a hidden agenda in the amnesty debate.

The establishment media extensively cover the proposed parole amnesty for 6.5 million illegal migrants. But the media largely ignores  two other proposed changes to immigration laws that would deliver huge benefits to West Coast investors who created the FWD.us advocacy group in 2013.

For example, the BBB legislation would allow the White House to provide green cards to millions of favored migrants, including perhaps three million “chain migrants” selected by recent immigrants. This open-doors policy would provide investors with millions of new profit-generating consumers, renters, and workers.

The BBB legislation would also allow President Joe Biden’s pro-migration deputies to sell green cards to at least one million migrants who have taken many of the Fortune 500 jobs sought by skilled U.S. college graduates. This change would allow Fortune 500 companies to hire many more foreign graduates with dangled offers of fast-track green cards. These workers are usually imported via the visa worker programs, such as the H-1B and Optional Practical Training program.

But those two benefits for the Fortune 500 investors may be dropped if the Democrat senators cannot also get their amnesty for illegal migrants.

On Friday, an advocacy group for corporate-funded immigration lawyers urged Congress to keep pushing the green card giveaway, even after the amnesty was nixed:

“The corporate guys are riding on perceived sympathy for the illegal alien population in order to get their immigration giveaways,” said Robert Law, the director of regulatory affairs and policy at the Center for Immigration Studies. He continued:

The Hispanic population knows immigration is a pocketbook issue for them as well, and mass illegal immigration — plus legal immigration — hurts the economic opportunities of Hispanic Americans or the black community, or any people who typically are competing at the lower end of the economic spectrum.

The Senate’s debate referee has not issued any judgments on the two green card proposals.

Zuckerberg’s FWD.us network of coastal investors stands to gain from more cheap labor, government-aided consumers, and urban renters. The network has funded many astroturf campaigns, urged Democrats to not talk about the economic impact of migration, and manipulated coverage by the TV networks and the print media.

FWD.us’also spotlights many family dramas amid the inflow of border migrants. This focus helps keep reporters from recognizing the huge pocketbook impact of the establishment’s economic policy of mass migration. The resulting family-drama coverage also keeps many young progressives from noticing that the extraction migration policy drives up their rents and cuts their salaries.

The breadth of investors who founded and funded FWD.us was hidden from casual visitors to the group’s website sometime in the last few months. But copies exist at other sites.

Bidens Chief of Staff Worked on Behalf of Big Tech for Endless H-1B Visas

JOHN BINDER

Democrat Joe Biden has chosen Ronald Klain to be his chief of staff should he enter the White House in January. Klain worked on behalf of Silicon Valley executives and their interests, which include providing tech corporations with an endless supply of H-1B foreign visa workers and more free trade.

Klain, who was made Biden’s incoming chief of staff this week, served on the executive council of TechNet — a firm that promotes the interests of Silicon Valley’s tech corporations in Washington, D.C. Klain served on the council alongside executives from the Oracle Corporation, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, Google, Visa, Apple, and Microsoft.

TechNet, most recently, joined a lawsuit against President Trump’s reforms to the H-1B visa program that sought to prioritize unemployed Americans for jobs rather than allowing businesses to continue importing foreign workers.

TechNet is one of the groups that has filed an amicus brief to oppose the new regulations on H-1B visas. https://t.co/ofY4GJ2sVR

— U.S. Tech Workers (@USTechWorkers) November 12, 2020

Trump’s seeking to force businesses to hire Americans over importing foreign visa workers is an affront to Silicon Valley’s tech corporations, those represented by TechNet, who advocate for an endless flow of H-1B foreign visa workers.

There are about 650,000 H-1B visa workers in the U.S. at any given moment. Americans are often laid off and forced to train their foreign replacements, as highlighted by Breitbart News. More than 85,000 Americans annually potentially lose their jobs to foreign labor through the H-1B visa program.

Analysis conducted in 2018 discovered that 71 percent of tech workers in Silicon Valley, California, are foreign-born, while the tech industry in the San Francisco, Oakland, and Hayward area is made up of 50 percent foreign-born tech workers. Up to 99 percent of H-1B visa workers imported by the top eight outsourcing firms are from India.

TechNet’s listed immigration goals include allowing corporations to dictate the annual level of legal immigration to the United States and the elimination of per-country caps that would effectively let India and China monopolize the U.S. green card system.

The group’s goals on trade are in direct opposition to President Trump’s economic nationalist agenda that has imposed tariffs on foreign imports from China, Canada, Europe, and other parts of the globe.

TechNet’s trade goals include reducing “tariff and non-tariff barriers to information, communications, and advanced energy technology products, services, and investments” as well as “protections for the free flow of data across borders…”

While Biden has vowed to flood the U.S. labor market with more foreign workers to compete against Americans for jobs, he has shied away from questions on whether he will eliminate tariffs on foreign imports that were imposed by Trump. Such elimination of tariffs would be a boon to multinational corporations that offshore their production and jobs overseas only to import their products back into the U.S. market, often with no penalties for doing so.

Media Research Center Report: Google Manipulated Searches in Senate Races

A report from the Media Research Center, strongly denied by Google, suggests the tech giant is manipulating search terms related to races for the U.S. Senate to favor Democrats.

Google is under intense scrutiny this election cycle after a study from North Carolina State University found that Gmail sent roughly 59 percent more Republican campaign emails to users’ spam folders than Democrats during the 2020 election. The Republican National Committee alleges that this imbalance is ongoing, and intentional on Google’s part.

Now, a Media Research Center (MRC) study claims Google is favoring Democrats in search results related to Senate races, but not House races.

Via the MRC:

In the Senate study MRC Free Speech America conducted, Google buried 10 of 12 Senate Republican Party candidates’ campaign websites while highlighting their opponents campaign sites in organic search results. But when doing the same search, Bing and DuckDuckGo showed both the Senate Democratic Party candidates’ campaign websites and the Senate Republican Party candidates’ campaign websites in the top five organic search results on page one.

Meanwhile, MRC Free Speech America found that Google placed Republican campaign websites higher in search results than Democrat campaign websites by a 21-11 margin in House races, while giving four races equal treatment.

MRC Free Speech America applied the exact same methodology from its Senate study to analyze 36 top House races, where polling shows the House does not hang in the balance.

Google strongly disputed the findings of the study, telling Fox News Digital that “This report is designed to mislead, testing uncommon search terms that people rarely use. Anyone who searches for these candidate names on Google can clearly see that their campaign websites rank at the top of results – in fact, all of these candidates currently rank in the top three and often in the first spot in Google Search results.”

MRC: Google Manipulating GOP Campaign Sites Search Results, 'Interfering in Democratic Process'

(CNSNews.com) – The Media Research Center’s FreeSpeech America division conducted a study that caught Google burying 83% of Senate Republican Party candidates’ campaign websites in comparison to their Democratic competitors, who appeared as the top searches in organic search results.

“Google must be investigated for its un-American efforts to sway the election,” L. Brent Bozell, founder and president of the Media Research Center, told Free Speech America.

“First, researchers caught Google red-handed by proving Republican campaign emails were sent to spam," said Bozell. "Now we’ve uncovered Google manipulating search results to hide Republican campaign websites while promoting Democratic ones. This is all an effort by Google to help Democrats and interfere in the democratic process.”

The study was sparked by a March 2022 report by  North Carolina State University, which caught Google marking 59.3% more emails as spam from “right”-leaning candidates when compared to “left”-leaning candidates during the 2020 U.S. elections.

FreeSpeech America looked at Google, Bing, and DuckDuckGo search results this fall for the 12 Senate races identified as the most important to track, based on tracking by RealClearPolitics.

While researchers found that Google buried 10 of 12 of the Senate GOP candidates’ campaign websites, both Bing and DuckDuckGo presented both Republican and Democrat websites in a fairer manner. Except for two candidates, both parties’ campaign websites were in the top five organic search results on page one.

To perform the study as accurately as possible, FreeSpeech America used a “clean” computer with zero history or embedded cookies. The researchers did a keyword search on Oct. 7 of each candidates’ name followed by “Senate Race 2022.”

“The Google results for North Carolina’s Senate candidates are an example of Google’s most egregious election interference," FreeSpeech America reported. "Republican Rep. Ted Budd’s campaign website did not appear anywhere on the first page of Google’s search results, while Democrat Cheri Beasley’s campaign website was the very first result."

“The hotly contested Ohio and Pennsylvania races tell a similar story," said the report.  "Ohio Democrat Rep. Tim Ryan’s campaign website appeared as the second Google search result, and Pennsylvania’s Democrat John Fetterman’s website appeared third.

"The kicker? The campaign websites of their respective Republican opponents, J.D. Vance of Ohio and Dr. Mehmet Oz of Pennsylvania were eliminated from the first page of Google search results.”

Websites of Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) and 2022 senatorial candidates Adam Laxalt (R-Nev.), Don Bolduc (R-N.H.) and Herschel Walker (R-Ga.) were also absent from the first page of Google results.

“Seven of 12 Senate Republican Party candidates’ campaign websites did not appear on page one using Google’s organic search. Meanwhile, eight of 12 Senate Democratic Party candidate campaign websites were highlighted in the top six items in organic search results,” FreeSpeech America found.

However, this is not the first time Google has been found showing favor to the Democratic Party.

Google was involved with Hillary Clinton’s Latino vote win in the 2016 election, while former Google CEO Eric Schmidt funded the largest vendor of her campaign. Another example of the company’s left-leaning bias can be traced to its close relationship with the Obama administration.

FreeSpeech America recommended that Google should provide transparency with its users and for Congress to take action by investigating the Google search result bias and any other hidden efforts to sway the outcome of the midterm elections.

Google's Parent’s Profits Plummet as Search Engine Ad Sales Miss Mark Amid Report Revealing Bias in Campaign Results

Google’s parent company, Alphabet, suffered a 27% drop in third-quarter net profit, as search engine ad sales failed to meet projections.

Alphabet also recorded a double-digit percent decline in net income, through the first nine months of the year, The Epoch Times reported Wednesday:

“Although third-quarter total revenues went up, from $65.1 to $69.1 billion, net income went down almost 27 percent, from $18.9 billion to $13.9 billion. Net income, year to date ended Sept. 30, declined by more than 16 percent. Analysts on average expected revenue to be $70.58 billion, based on Refinitiv data.”

“Google Services income, which includes ads, play store, and YouTube, registered a decline of more than 17 percent,” Epoch Times reported.

“Alphabet missed Wall Street's target for revenue growth in the third quarter as ad sales remained weak,” The New York Times reported Tuesday, noting that the company’s weak search ad sales for the quarter of $39.5 billion failed to hit the $41 billion level analysts expected.

As a result, at least 21 analysts cut their stock price expectations for Alphabet, according to Reuters.

Weak advertising sales aren’t the only thing hurting Alphabet’s bottom line, as Channel News reports:

“Google is also facing billions in fines from various corners of the globe, charged with everything from unfair market dominance in the app store world, to major privacy issues regarding its Incognito Search mode.”

What’s more, a new analysis by Media Research Center Free Speech America reveals that Google appears to be skewing its search engine results in favor of Democrats in order to affect the midterm elections in November.

“Anti-Democracy Google is manipulating search results to bury Senate Republican candidates’ campaign websites before the 2022 midterm elections,” the study, “Google CAUGHT Manipulating Search, Buries GOP Campaign Sites in 83% of Top Senate Races,” concludes.

Findings from the analysis, released this week, include:

  • Google buried Senate Republican Party candidates’ campaign websites. Ten of 12 Senate Republican Party candidates’ campaign websites (83%) appeared far lower (or did not appear at all) on page one of Google’s organic search results compared to their Senate Democratic Party opponents’ campaign websites.
  • Google completely hid seven of 12 Senate Republican Party candidates’ campaign websites in page one organic search results. Seven of 12 Senate Republican Party candidates’ campaign websites did not appear on page one using Google’s organic search. Meanwhile, eight of 12 Senate Democratic Party candidate campaign websites were highlighted in the top six items in organic search results.
  • Google’s search result bias is undeniable when compared to Bing and DuckDuckGo. With the exception of two candidates, both Bing and DuckDuckGo showed both the Senate Democratic Party candidates’ campaign websites and the Senate Republican Party candidates’ campaign websites in the top five organic search results on page one.

“Google must be investigated for its un-American efforts to sway the election,” Media Research Center President L. Brent Bozell said in a statement reacting to the findings:

“First, researchers caught Google red-handed by proving Republican campaign emails were sent to spam. Now we’ve uncovered Google manipulating search results to hide Republican campaign websites while promoting Democratic ones. This is all an effort by Google to help Democrats and interfere in the democratic process.”

Democrats are Aboard the Big Data Titanic

Seven state voter integrity teams called us after reading an article about Democrats employing a massive tech weapon for the upcoming elections. They were terrified their efforts to clean up voter rolls were for naught.

We were on a road trip crunching Nevada voter data and watching amazing results, real time, in the car.

Sleep well.  Nobody ever changed the game in any industry, or election, by applying demonstrably obsolete technology,.

The future of computing, and election computing, is not size and scale, it is blinding speed, across trillions of records, from hundreds to thousands of databases, using daily or hourly snapshot analysis, delivered to your cell phone or tablet -- to determine if a person changed their mind -- this morning.

There is no need for long-term, predictive data models in a world where opinions on crucial issues change hourly.

The Democrats’ Big Data Titanic technology is recognized as obsolete:

“By 2025, traditional computing technologies will hit a digital wall… As conventional silicon processors approach performance, economic and sustainability limits, they will limit digital initiatives and innovation, thereby limiting the growth of the business. New computing technologies … will begin to take their place. As these new technologies mature, they will become increasingly available and more affordable for businesses to begin experimentation.”

-- Gartner Group Strategic Predictions for 2021 And Beyond

Mike Lindell and Sheriff David Clarke asked us to run the Wisconsin voter rolls with our disruptive Fractal technology.

Voter integrity teams were ferociously analyzing state voter rolls with SQL, relational, Mongo, Excel type systems -- the equivalent of emptying a swimming pool with a spoon.  We loaded Wisconsin and within hours had it in their hands -- no charge -- finding registered voters living in laundromats and UPS boxes.

Word spread and we now run about 15 or 20 mostly swing states.  We fund 90% of this ourselves.

Let’s compare what our Democrat team friends are doing with Fractal outcomes. Both teams have voter registration and history records. There are about 170 million eligible voters in the U.S.

We don’t run one copy of the state voter registration roll.  We run 7, or 15, or 55 or in one state, 66. Running multiple copies of rolls allows our users to see subtle, critical changes in the data not visible to current technology.

That inactive voter, probably dead, moved to active, voted, then went back into that comfortable grave -- as inactive.  Current technology sees the person as inactive -- before they vote and afterward.

Fractal identifies the data movement, flags it, that vote is challenged before it impacts an election.

This compute problem takes 15 million voters from one state, with 20 copies of the voter rolls, (20 x 15 million) compares every field, finding the differences as slight as a missing comma, categorizes results into easy-to-grasp columns, returning the results to the user in less than 10 seconds, on their phone.  For free.

We do this now for multiple states. We house almost 1.6 billion voter records -- because stuff changes and Fractal catches it.  The Big Data Titanic types, using conventional tech, would take months to do this, need a data center requiring the power of a small town, costing millions of dollars.

We deliver it on $4,000 computers, using less power than an electric drill.  Our engineers demonstrate running the entire state on an iPhone, but that was just showing off.

Fractals are the opposite of scale. In the Fractal world, everything is tiny, just lots of it -- in parallel.  On the Big Data Titanic, everything is big, costly, clumsy, slow -- blind to the iceberg.

One team in Wisconsin challenged almost 400,000 alleged phantoms.  A Georgia team, in one county, 37,000.

They deserve the glory, the kudos for their fine work.  Fractal gave them computing power beyond what any state or government agency can bring to bear.

It gets better.

Voter rolls are incredibly “dirty.”  That means lots of bad name and address data.  To solve that issue, Fractal ingests the county property tax records and compares them with the voter roll. Want to know how many voters live in a house with one bathroom?  How about how many live in a convenience store?

Fractal is in the process of ingesting all 3,200 county tax rolls, with “snapshots” compared with voter rolls.  This is computationally almost impossible, costing tens of millions of dollars with conventional Titanic tech.

Here’s a social media problem.

A woman is 29, unmarried and in a relation with an alcholic.  She has a developmentally disadvantaged son, nine years old.  She is desperately lonely.

She can go to a dating site to find a mate.  She can go to an alcohol site to get help with the loser guy.  She can go to a site for child development and maybe get advice. Or, with Fractal, she can go to one of our websites, not yet public, enter her story, in text.

There is a “Just Like Me” button, enabling her to profile herself, against scores of variables, in text, using different naming conventions (alcoholic, drunk, bum boyfriend), across millions of strangers instantly, on a phone. She can connect with someone just like her, weighing the variables in levels of importance.

This is called active data profiling and it can disrupt the ground game in the political world.

Malcolm is 48, lives in Michigan, married, four children, voted in the last four federal elections.  Malcolm gives money to animal rescue, donated to Bernie Sanders and the local Democrat mayor.  Malcolm is a union guy.  He attended a Trump rally in 2016. Malcolm has a cable TV bill and a cell phone.  Malcolm doesn’t do social media.

If you are the Republican or Democrat get-out-the-vote person, do you call Malcolm?

Here is where the Big Data Titanic and the Fractal PT boat diverge. The Democrat Big Data Titanic, all the big data guys, think history matters.  It did, but it doesn’t matter much now.

What is Malcolm feeling this morning?

Sure, you can poll him, you can survey him, but remember in Big Data Land there are maybe 40 million Malcolms -- each slightly different. You can poll Malcolm Monday but his opinion may change Wednesday morning. You need the “Just Like Malcolm” button to profile Malcolm, Wednesday, the morning after the gubernatorial debate. Then go find every Malcolm profile in the precinct, district, or state.

The Big Data Titanic will tell you all about Malcolms, millions of them -- in a month or two.  They will sell you Malcolm’s profile from last month. Fractal picks up the slightest change, across 50, 100, 500 attributes, instantly, telling you if you want to call Malcolm or let him sleep in -- this morning.

The difference is speed, agility, cross searching hundreds of databases with literally tens of trillions of records, on computers you can hold in your lap, for that one little clue telling you what Malcolm may feel right now!

Don’t panic that your Democrat pals are buying the cell-phone data telling them who stayed home for COVID.  Who cares?  Anyone can do that.

Fractals tell you what Malcolms are thinking this morning, the day after they saw Tudor Dixon for the first time.

Scale is dead.  The future is not Big Data.

The future is gargantuan data, constantly feeding thousands of parallel Fractals, running at silicon speed, on tiny, cheap computers, giving you the current heartbeat of the voter, the precinct, the district, or the state.

Computing disruption shifted the power from historical data to tiny, current clues that may tell the whole story.

The Titanic crew knew about the icebergs, their crew just didn’t have real time visibility until it was too late to change course. And that, my friends, is what the Democrats are investing in.  Sleep well.

Barack Obama Rips Herschel Walker as Ignorant ‘Celebrity’ Who Wants to Be Senator

Former President Barack Obama on Friday criticized Republican Senate candidate Herschel Walker for being a “celebrity” during a campaign rally in Georgia for Democrats.

“It seems to me he’s a celebrity who wants to be a politician. And we’ve seen how that goes!” he said, referring to the presidency of former President Donald Trump.

Obama spoke at a rally for Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA) and Democrat candidate for governor, Stacey Abrams.

“Some of you may not remember, but Herschel Walker was a heck of a football player,” Obama continued, calling him “one of the best running backs of all time.”

“But here’s a question, does that make him the best person to represent you in the US Senate?” he asked. “Does that make him equipped to weigh in on the critical decisions about our economy and our foreign policy and our future?”

Obama cast doubt on whether Walker was intelligent or experienced enough to serve as a senator.

“There is very little evidence that he has taken any interest, bothered to learn anything about, or displayed any kind of inclination toward public service or volunteer work or helping people in any way,” he said. “At least we don’t really know about it and that does make you suspect.”

Obama’s appearance in Georgia comes as Democrats are increasingly worried about their chances in Georgia since recent polls show that Walker is pulling even or slightly ahead of Warnock.

The former president argued that Republicans did not fight for issues that Georgia voters cared about.

“Too many Republicans are interested in two things: Owning the libs and getting Donald Trump’s approval,” he said. “They’re not interested in solving problems they’re interested in making you angry and finding somebody to blame.”

He also criticized Republicans for always trying to cut more taxes.

“If there was an asteroid headed toward Earth, they would all get in a room and say, ‘You know what we need? Tax cuts for the wealthy,” he said.

Obama acknowledged that crime was up around the country but said that Democrats were better on the issue than Republicans.

“Who will fight to keep you and your family safe?” He asked. “The Republican politicians who want to flood our streets with more guns?”

Obama also spent a moment acknowledging the attack on Paul Pelosi early Friday morning, criticizing political violence.

“Some in office, or aspire to office, work to stir up a division to make folks as angry and afraid of each other for their own advantage,” he said. “And all of this has been amped up, hyped up 24/7 on social media.”

MSNBC’s Reid: GOP Using Herschel Walker as a Prop – ‘They Don’t Want a Thinking Black Senator’

0 seconds of 9 minutes, 0 secondsVolume 90%

MSNBC anchor Joy Reid said Thursday on her show “The ReidOut” that the Republican Party was using Georgia Republican Senate nominee Herschel Walker as a prop.

Wednesday on FNC’s “Hannity,” Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) said, “They’re beating all of our guys up, but what is it about this guy? He changes the entire narrative of the left. We’re a party of racists, Sean. Me and you are racists. The Republican Party is racist. Well, what happens when the Republican Party elects and nominates Herschel Walker, an African American, black Heisman Trophy winner, right? Olympian. It destroys the whole narrative.”

Reid said, “For me, it’s the pointing at the silent man next to him as if he was an object. It’s Lindsey Graham’s completely sort of anodyne comments about, you see him? You see him, he’s black, you see how black he is? That proves we’re not racist. There’s a black man standing there. Look at him. You see how black he is. It’s the disrespect they have for black people, and their belief that black people are essentially a prop, that when you place one in front of America, they will associate Republicans with anti-racism. Just because look at him, he plays football. He’s athletic. Ain’t that black? He got a lot of kids he didn’t claim. Ain’t that black? He’s everything black is supposed to be and he’s going to do what we say. I found it incredibly offensive.”

She added, “This is what double bothers me about the people who have been trotted out to endorse Herschel Walker. You have Tom Cotton, who said slavery was not so bad, it was a necessary evil. He doesn’t give a damn about black people. You have Rick Scott, who has already threatened that he’s going to attack corporations that wouldn’t donate to Republicans. And now, Lindsey Graham, who when he had the opportunity to elevate an actual black United States senator and allow him to make a contribution, he undercut his fellow South Carolina senator and destroyed the bill that he was building. If he respects black men, then why didn’t he let  Tim Scott have that victory and have a legacy of his own? He undercut it. It’s showing you they don’t want a thinking black senator. He’s too much for them. They were like, ‘You can be here and wave quietly and silently wave, Tim Scott, but the minute you try to legislate, Lindsey Graham – your fellow South Carolina senator – is going to cut the legs out from under you.’ What they want is Herschel, who’s gonna sit there quietly and nod, and nod, and nod while he’s being pointed to as if he is a prop.”

Pests, Filth, and Killer Elevators: Inside Raphael Warnock’s Secret Low-Income Apartment Building

 and  •

ATLANTA—A low-income apartment building owned by Raphael Warnock’s church is plagued by pests, maintenance problems, and filth, according to residents—and at least two people have sued the building this year after the elevator allegedly collapsed on them.

Residents of the Columbia Tower at MLK Village complained about living conditions in the building, telling the Washington Free Beacon that garbage is left to pile up in the storage rooms for days, creating an "overwhelming trash smell," common areas aren’t maintained, and the air vents produce a "sickening" amount of dust.

Tenants also said the elevators often break down, and handicapped residents have had to call the fire department to carry them to their rooms.

The allegations follow a Free Beacon report that found Columbia Tower had attempted to evict at least eight low-income residents over unpaid rent since the start of the pandemic—including one tenant who owed just $28. Warnock serves as senior pastor of the Ebenezer Baptist Church, which, through a charity it controls called the Ebenezer Building Foundation, owns 99 percent of Columbia Tower, according to records obtained by the Free Beacon. It’s not clear what Warnock’s role was in overseeing Columbia Tower. A repair grant Ebenezer Building Foundation filed in June, however, said Warnock "works closely" with Ebenezer’s executive pastor "in managing the overall vision, ministries, and operations" of the church.

The news raises questions for Warnock, who has campaigned as an ally of low-income Georgians and people with disabilities. It could also draw new scrutiny to Warnock’s compensation from the church, which paid him a $7,417-per-month, tax-free housing allowance last year—an arrangement that allowed him to circumvent federal limits on outside income for U.S. senators.

Court filings reviewed by the Free Beacon appear to back up claims from Columbia Tower residents that there are problems with the living conditions at the building.

Two men filed separate lawsuits against the building in February and May of this year claiming they were injured after the elevator ceiling collapsed on them in May 2020.

One of the alleged victims said he "was in an elevator at Columbia at MLK Village Towers as the elevator ceiling abruptly fell down," knocking him unconscious and resulting in injuries that cost him over $50,000 in medical bills.

"The collapsed elevator ceiling struck the Plaintiff about the head, neck, and back area," said the lawsuit. "The impact of the collapsed elevator ceiling caused the Plaintiff to immediately lose consciousness."

The judge granted the man default judgment in the case, after lawyers for Columbia Tower neglected to respond by the required deadline. The building’s attorneys are currently attempting to get the judgment overturned. The second case is still ongoing. An attorney for the alleged victim said he was unable to comment because that case is "still being litigated."

Residents told a Free Beacon reporter who visited the building in October the only two elevators in the building frequently break down. One resident said she has witnessed firemen physically carry wheelchair-bound tenants up to their rooms during instances when both of the elevators were broken at the same time.

"The firemen will come and help them up and down the stairs," one resident said. "For hours they’re stuck waiting on the bottom floor, or stuck on their floor for hours and hours."

Another resident described an incident in which a police officer and a firefighter had to "tote" a wheelchair-bound African-American man up the stairs because the elevators were broken down.

The Atlanta Fire Rescue Department has not returned numerous requests for comment asking if firefighters have been called to Columbia Tower to carry people up to their rooms. The fire department has also not returned an open records request seeking copies of all incident reports at Columbia Tower since the start of 2020.

Residents said they had no idea their building was owned by Ebenezer Baptist Church, or that it had just received a $5 million grant from Georgia in August to fund building repairs. The grant was bankrolled by funds provided to the state from the American Rescue Plan, legislation that Warnock voted in support of in March 2021.

"It’s not being seen here. They’ll cut the grass and the bushes, and fix the elevator sometimes," a resident said. "But the vents haven’t been blown out for years. The dust, it’s sickening, actually."

"They change the furniture. The furniture is new or different from when I moved in here, but that’s the most I’ve seen. I haven’t seen any upgrades or anything like that," the resident added.

Ebenezer ended 2021 with over $1.2 million in cash and "cash equivalents," according to audited financial statements obtained by the Free Beacon. Throughout 2021, the church received "general undesignated offerings" of $4.3 million and rental income of $202,000, the financial statements show.

Also in 2021, Ebenezer paid Warnock $120,964 in salary and housing benefits while he served in the Senate. That same year, Ebenezer incurred just over $69,000 in "repairs and maintenance" expenses across all its program areas, including pastoral services, local ministries, and support services, the financial statements show.

Warnock’s office did not return a request for comment.

Columbia Tower residents expressed concerns about the building’s living conditions.

"We have a smell here," one resident said. "The trash room has this overwhelming trash smell. As soon as you come in the building it inundates you. It’s just in your face. And it’s embarrassing."

The 12-story building has a garbage chute on every floor that connects to the trash room on the bottom floor. But residents said nobody clears out the trash over the weekend. With 96 rooms in the building, residents said the trash room quickly overflows with waste on Saturdays and Sundays.

"They’ll leave on a Friday, and the trash chute will fill up to the 12th floor. And they don’t come back until Monday to clean it out," the resident said.

"The aroma of the trash was so horrific and ridiculous," said another resident, who lives on the first floor of the building near the waste room.

Photo of the trash room at Columbia Tower at MLK Village provided by building resident

One resident described horrific conditions living next door to her former neighbor, who she said suffered from schizophrenia.

"We complained. He had odors coming out of the apartment. He never cleaned. The maintenance didn’t want to go in. Never mind the pests. I was totally infested living near him," the resident said. "After people were complaining so much they did get someone to come in and clean up."

"There's a lot of turnaround when it comes to office management and, of course, with the upkeep of the building. They can't keep anybody, and they can't keep the building up," the resident said.

In lieu of regular maintenance staff, the mostly elderly residents of the building say they have to pool their own resources and labor to keep common areas clean.

Columbia Residential boasts on its website that the apartment has a community garden, but one resident said the garden is frequently littered with trash. The garden was nothing more than a plot of dirt and weeds when a Free Beacon reporter visited the property this month.

Columbia Tower’s "community garden"

Ebenezer itself acknowledged that the building’s lack of maintenance is a major cause of concern when it applied for $5 million from Georgia to fund building repairs.

"The cost of increasing annual capital repairs at the property is impacting the lives of the residents, making it increasingly difficult to fund the needed resident services and maintain housing stability for this vulnerable, formerly homeless population," Ebenezer wrote in the grant application. "The purpose of this grant request is to make the needed repairs to the building and preserve the ability to house and serve this specific population."

The Ebenezer Building Foundation also disclosed problems with Columbia Tower’s elevators in the grant application, writing that the "failures are becoming more frequent."

"When the elevator needs repair, it takes several days," said the group, calling the problems "detrimental" to residents.

In a court filing responding to one of the elevator injury lawsuits, however, a lawyer for Columbia Tower suggested the machinery was damaged by an individual. The "issue with the elevator may have been the result of persons who rode the elevator immediately before the plaintiff," said the attorney for Columbia Tower.

Columbia Residential told the Free Beacon that Ebenezer "contracted with Columbia Residential property management to manage the day-to-day operations of the property on their behalf." The property management company said Warnock has no involvement in the daily operations at Columbia Tower.

"Due to the age of the property, the need for capital repairs, and the desire to keep rents affordable to extremely low-income tenants, the owners applied for the Georgia Investments in Housing Grant, which was specifically targeted to support housing for individuals experiencing homelessness," Columbia Residential told the Free Beacon.

The grant, which Georgia Republican governor Brian Kemp awarded to Ebenezer in late August, will be used to fund building repairs, as well as to replace all faucets and toilets with low-flow systems, install LED lighting in the building, and upgrade major appliances in the building to energy star standards.

Ebenezer did not return requests for comment.

  • Warnock voted with Biden for at least a trillion in new spending.
  • Warnock voted with Biden to allow abortion up until the moment of birth.
  • Warnock voted with Biden against restarting the Keystone XL pipeline.
  • Warnock voted with Biden to send stimulus checks to illegal immigrants and dangerous criminals such as the Boston Marathon bomber.
  • Warnock voted with Biden to block funding for our southern border security
  • Warnock voted with Biden to protect China and Iran.
