CA has run out of money! Illegal Aliens have all the jobs don't report their payroll earnings nor do their employers match payroll tax dollars to irs. This rouge "Cheap Tomatos" hiring practice have sucked CA accounts dry. Prestntly, CA has 1.5 Million illegal aliens residing in CA., costing the state 10.5 Billion dollars a year!
American tax payers are unemployed don't have jobs to keep local, county, and state public programs going.
The only choice is to cut all illegal alien welfare benifts!!!
