WHO WILL PROTECT AMERICA FROM AMERICAN BLACKS AND THEIR CULTURE OF MURDER, VIOLENCE, HOME INVASION, RACISM, HOMOPHOBIA, ANTI-SEMITICISM?

BLACK APES:

BLACK LIVES MATTER IS NOTHING BUT MURDER, MAYHEM, LOOTING AND THEN BLAME WHITEY!

Rapper Lil Marlo was shot and killed in Atlanta, Georgia on Saturday night in a targeted attack.
“At this time, investigators believe the victim was the intended target of the gunfire and they are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the shooting,” said a police officer, according to a report by TMZ, which added that the rapper was shot while driving.
Police responded to a call on Saturday night about a car accident on Interstate 285 in downtown Atlanta, but when they arrived they instead found that Lil Marlo — whose real name was Rudolph Johnson — had been shot. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Medical Examiner confirmed that they have Johnson’s body. Rapper Lil Yachty reportedly broke the news on Sunday morning via Instagram, with a caption that read, “We just did a song a 4 this morning smh rip brother.” At the end of his caption, Lil Yachty tagged Lil Marlo’s Instagram account, making it clear who he was referring to.

Lil Marlo had been signed to the Quality Control label. Some of his best hits reportedly included the songs “1st N 3rd,” “Fuckem,” and “9 + Z6ne = 1’5.”
“Rest In Peace Marlo……damn,” tweeted JT of the hip hop duo City Girls.
“Damn bro not marlo it wasn’t yo time to go brudda damn plz say it ain’t true,” added producer London Tyler Holmes.
“RIP LIL MARLO,” tweeted Atlanta rapper K Camp.
“RIP LIL MARLO THAT SHIT IS WACK,” added SICKBOY DOLLA.
Lil Marlo was 30 years old.

Officers with the High Point, North Carolina, Police Department were swarmed by a “hostile crowd” of 50 people after searching a home during a drug bust, police said.
Police responded to a search of an address on the 1100 block of Campbell Street on Thursday when a “hostile crowd” of about 50 people showed up in front of the residence, WJZY reported.
As officers were trying to leave the property after making some arrests, police say several large disturbances kept them from being able to move.
Police say the mob began blocking the driveway and swarming a squad car to prevent it from leaving.
Officers ultimately used pepper spray to disperse the mob.
During the search, police seized 15.2 grams of marijuana and 85.5 grams of heroin.
Police arrested Terria Nicole Barnes, 31, and Joshua Lee Spears, 26, of High Point. Authorities charged them both with felony trafficking of heroin and misdemeanor possession of marijuana, WHNT reported.
Barnes received a $150,000 secured bond, and Spears received a $200,000 secured bond.

Homeowner Opens Fire, Kills Two of Three Home Invasion Suspects

A Wesley Chapel, Florida, homeowner shot and killed two out of three home invasion suspects Friday morning.
Fox 35 reports that the homeowner was playing video games when he heard glass breaking just before 1:00 a.m. He retrieved a gun and shot one suspect in a hallway, then fired again when a second suspect allegedly appeared in the hallway with a gun.
Sheriff Chris Nocco says the suspect fired his gun, then it jammed. The homeowner shot him. Then a third suspect appeared in the hallway. The homeowner shot the third suspect as well.
The homeowner’s gun then jammed and he went to grab another gun. When he returned he saw that the third suspect had gotten up and fled the scene.
The Tampa Bay Times reports that the first gun the homeowner retrieved was a Glock 19 and the second was a  Kriss Vector 10mm semi-automatic rifle.
Two of the three suspects died at the scene. The third was hospitalized.

VIDEO: NYPD Cop Placed in Headlock While Trying to Disperse Crowd

HAMPTON BAYS, NY - FEBRUARY 20: An NYPD officer arrives for the funeral service of fallen NYPD Detective Brian Simonsen at the Church of St. Rosalie, February 20, 2019 in Hampton Bays, New York. Thousands of area police officers and law enforcement personnel attended the funeral. Simonsen was killed by …

A pair of New York City Police Department officers were trying to disperse a crowd at a Bronx street corner when a thug allegedly placed one of the cops into a headlock, according to a disturbing video.
But despite the fact that there are two trained officers at the scene, neither officer can use a headlock maneuver when arresting someone, according to the latest city council bill. If caught doing so, even in self-defense, would be a misdemeanor offense in New York.

The video from the Sergeants’ Benevolents Association (SBA) showed two officers surrounded by an angry, taunting crowd when a man they were trying to arrest placed one of the officers in a headlock.
“Fuck him up! Fuck him up!” shouted an unidentified man who filmed the fight as the suspect squeezed his right arm around an officers’ neck.
The suspect’s grip lasted for four seconds before the cop hit the ground. The suspect then released the headlock and dashed off.
“They smoked you, pussy!” the man filming is then heard taunting. “You just got smoked, pussy!”
The New York Post reported that the cop who had been placed in a headlock that night on July 1, when the video was taken, suffered a gash to his head that required staples to fix.
The suspect is a known gang member who turned himself in a week after the incident to the 46th Precinct, where the brawl took place, according to the Post.
He appeared at the precinct with his lawyer and a copy of the video, which showed the cop lunging at the suspect before the headlock began.
But the video did not show what caused the officer to lunge, which was the suspect allegedly kicking an officer’s body camera down the street after it fell off one of the cops’ uniforms.
The suspect wound up being released without charges pending further investigation by the Bronx District Attorney’s office.
“The NYPD was disappointed that the individual was not charged initially,” an NYPD spokesperson said. “The violence against the police officer speaks for itself. We are now in discussions with the District Attorney regarding the case.”

BLM Agitator's Advice Could Turn Road Blockers into Road Kill or Lifers

A (Caucasian, by the way) woman in a Black Lives Matter hat posted a video in which she describes a simple method for breaking a car window, cutting the driver's seat belt, and "removing" the driver "if necessary."  It looks as though her idea will work in terms of (1) getting the driver beaten like Reginald Denny or (2) death or serious injury for the perpetrator along with potential felony burglary or murder charges.  While nothing in this article constitutes legal advice, we will see how this individual has advised Black Lives Matter rioters (not "protesters") on how to commit acts that could turn them into roadkill or get them sent to prison for life.  In addition, possession of the tool in question for forcible entry into (rather than escape from) a vehicle could be construed as possession of burglary tools, which can be charged as a felony in some jurisdictions and a misdemeanor in others.
It is a basic principle of armed self-defense that you can use deadly force only to protect yourself or others from an immediate violent threat, such as being dragged from a car and beaten, that would put the law's hypothetical person in reasonable fear for his life.  You cannot use any kind of violence on somebody who is not a physical threat to you.  Some states also require you to retreat from the threat (e.g., by turning your car around and going the other way) if you can do so in complete safety.  Even if the state has a "stand your ground" law, you should try to avoid the confrontation.  George Zimmerman's decision to stand his ground earned him a thorough beating along with devastating legal costs.
In addition, if you fire a handgun inside your car, you are likely to suffer serious hearing damage if you do not have hearing protection, which is illegal to wear in many jurisdictions.  You should therefore, as depicted by Kenny Rogers in "Coward of the Country," walk (or drive) away from trouble if you can.  Only if the aggressors leave you no other option do you need to proceed to the end of that song: "Sometimes you gotta fight when you're a man."  Then it's you or them, and whatever happens is both legally and morally on them.
Many states have a "castle doctrine on wheels," which treats an occupied vehicle like an occupied dwelling.  Arizona, for example, imposes no duty to retreat from an aggressor who "was attempting to remove another person against the other person's will from the residential structure or occupied vehicle."
How a Car Window Turns Misdemeanor Assault into a First-Degree Felony
A man was shot after he punched a driver through the window of his car.  The Democrat-run city of Seattle arrested the driver, but if I were on the jury, I would not even want to hear the driver's side of the story before I voted to acquit.  Why waste my time, the defense lawyer's time that he is billing to his client, the judge's time, and the rest of the jury's time after the prosecution stipulates, as it will have to do, that the other man admitted to reaching through the car window to grab the steering wheel and then punch the driver in his face?  This, along with the fact that Seattle is allowing looters and rioters to run rampant, is a strong argument for every working person and every employer to move out of the city and let it rot, and elect a Republican governor and Legislature to ensure that state money is not used to carry Seattle.
A Google search on this issue led me to Florida, where a car window turns what would ordinarily be misdemeanor battery into a first-degree felony punishable by life in prison.  Fla. Statute 810.02 defines burglary as unlawful entry into a conveyance (like a vehicle) as well as a dwelling "with the intent to commit an offense therein."  This escalates to a first-degree felony if, during the course of the burglary, the offender "makes an assault or battery upon any person."
PIC
It is a general rule in most states that a violent felony puts the victim in reasonable fear for his life, which is the prerequisite for immediate deployment of deadly force.
Felony Murder
Suppose that X acts on the BLM woman's advice, breaks a car's window, and reaches inside to cut the driver's seat belt to remove him from the car.  The driver is in reasonable fear for his life, so he floors his accelerator to get away from the threat and, as X is next to the car rather than in its path, X remains unharmed.  The car, however, strikes and kills peaceful demonstrator Y, which puts felony murder charges on the table — not for the driver, but for X.
Remember that X has just committed what most if not all states define as a felony.  Georgia defines felony murder as follows: "in the commission of a felony, he causes the death of another human being irrespective of malice," and also, "[a] person convicted of the offense of murder shall be punished by death, by imprisonment for life without parole, or by imprisonment for life."  Another example might involve X shooting at a police officer who returns fire only to have a stray round hit and kill Y.  As long as the officer's use of his weapon was reasonable and not reckless, the death would probably be on assailant X and not on the cop.  Florida defines as second-degree murder "[w]hen a human being is killed during the perpetration of, or during the attempt to perpetrate, any ... burglary ... carjacking" and does not seem to require that the perpetrator do the killing.
This does not by any means entitle the driver to use indiscriminate force to escape the threat, but, as long as the driver's actions are reasonable, the aggressor's decision to create a "him or me" situation puts any resulting fatalities on the aggressor as far as I am concerned, and that would be my decision as a juror.
As a final note, I cannot give legal advice, so:
  1. Please review the deadly force laws that prevail in your state, including any duty to retreat and, regardless of whether you can legally stand your ground, retreat if you can do so in complete safety.  That is a sure guarantee that you won't get beaten up or killed, and that you won't have to pay a lawyer because you had to kill somebody else.
  2. Know and obey your state's concealed carry laws.  Some states permit open carry without a permit, but your "open carry" becomes concealed carry, and a crime if you don't have a permit, the instant you get into a vehicle.
  3. Take a concealed carry course from a qualified law enforcement professional and learn exactly when you can and cannot use deadly force.
  4. If silencers or suppressors are legal in your state, consider paying the federal license fee to get one so you do not destroy your hearing if you have to fire a handgun inside your vehicle.
  5. Exercise your discretion as a juror should a prosecutor charge the driver instead of the rioter in any incidents of this nature.

“Black Christians should protest the Democrat party's anti-Christian agenda which has led to the moral decay of the black community; fatherless households, gangs, crime, generational poverty, incarceration, and record-high black on black homicides.” LLOYD MARCUS

Blacks are only 13% of the population.  White America gifted its first black president two terms. And yet, far too many blacks absurdly believe Democrats' and fake news media’s lie that white America did not want a black man in the White House. If America is such a hellhole of racism, how did Oprah Winfrey, a dark-complexioned stout black woman, become one of the wealthiest and most influential persons on the planet? The myth of America's racism is evil, destructive, and must end. LLOYD MARCUS

Barack Obama’s race hustling criminal coddling set the more recent tone where state and local law-enforcement officers were routinely attacked, accused of serial hate-inspired killings of suspects; where civilized norms were declared the illicit fruit of white privilege; where the epidemic of black-on-black homicides was either ignored or blamed on unresolved racial grievances.  GEOFFREY P. HUNT

She never said it was the police, by the way (she casually refused, in an article about police killings, to place the blame anywhere), and we know it wasn't, because the police killed about 19 unarmed black males in 2017, and black people killed about 2,627 — a difference of over a hundred times.  In fact, in 2018, black people killed about 2,600 black people, and whites in general — all of us, despite being 60% of the populace — killed only 234, more than ten times fewer.  The greatest danger to black people in America today is always other black people.  Black lives matter to Black Lives Matter only when it gives them an excuse to attack white people. accidents, like car accidents and drownings. The No. 1

reason for death, preventable or otherwise for young black

men, is homicide, almost always at the hands of another

young black man. In 2018, there were approximately 7,400

black homicide victims, more than half of the nation's total

number of homicides, out of a black population of 13%. Of

that number, the police killed a little over 200 blacks, and

nearly all of them had a weapon or violently resisted arrest.

The Manhattan Institute's Heather MacDonald writes: "Regarding threats to blacks from the police: A police officer is 18.5 times more likely to be killed by a black male than an unarmed black male is to be killed by a police officer."

Why Don’t These #BlackLivesMatter?

Black Lives Matter is a political advocacy group, “[f]ounded in 2013 in response to the acquittal of Trayvon Martin’s murderer,” according to the group’s website. Never mind that the George Zimmerman trial was a complete fraud, as Joel Gilbert brilliantly explained in his recent book and movie, “The Trayvon Hoax: Unmasking the Witness Fraud that Divided America.”
BLM is a self-described global network, which explains why protests and riots sprang up seemingly spontaneously all over the world after George Floyd’s death. Starting in Minneapolis, protests quickly spread to far off locales including New ZealandSouth Korea, and the United Kingdom.
On their website, BLM states that they, “practice empathy.” Yet in 2017 this happened.
A white teenager cowers in a corner, his hands bound with orange cords and his mouth covered with tape. Four African Americans kick and hit him and slash at his scalp. As a cellphone camera captures their blurry images and broadcasts the ordeal on Facebook, the attackers hurl racial insults and denounce President-elect Donald J. Trump.
As reported by the New York Times: “A hashtag linking the assault to the Black Lives Matter movement exploded on social media.”  Were the four attackers card-carrying members of BLM? Does it matter? After all, every police officer is a white supremacist and racist based on the actions of four cops in Minneapolis. Generalizing can work both ways.
BLM claims these noble goals: “We embody and practice justice, liberation, and peace in our engagements with one another.” They are, “huided by the fact that all Black lives matter.” Do they walk the walk, or just talk the talk?
Do the lives of Gregory Lewis, Teyonna Lofton, or Angelo Bronson matter? These are not and never will be household names like George Floyd. The Obama Foundation website won’t feature their faces. Michelle Obama won’t show pictures of any of them on her Instagram page. The justice brothers, Jesse and Al, won’t be hustling their deaths. Benjamin Crump won’t be representing any of their families. Dr. Michael Baden won’t be reviewing their autopsies. Members of Congress won’t take a knee for any of them. And there certainly won’t be widespread protests and riots over their deaths.
Why not? All three are black. Don’t their lives matter, too?
YouTube screen grab
These poor souls were victims of another weekend in the killing fields of Chicago. As the Chicago Sun Times reported: “18 murders in 24 hours: Inside the most violent day in 60 years in Chicago.” This was last weekend while millions were proclaiming around the world that black lives matter.
“We’ve never seen anything like it, at all,” said Max Kapustin, the senior research director at the University of Chicago Crime Lab.
Yet I don’t hear Democrats, the DNC media, woke celebrities and athletes, or any race hustlers showing the least bit of concern. Where are the Obamas? This carnage occurred in their home city. Will any cable news networks be live streaming the funerals? Will Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot ban funeral gatherings of more than ten for these individuals while encouraging gatherings of thousands of looters on Michigan Avenue?
Why don’t these black lives matter? These aren’t simply statistics but real people leaving lives, dreams and families behind.
A hardworking father killed just before 1 a.m.
A West Side high school student murdered two hours later.
A man killed amid South Side looting at a cellphone store at 12:30 p.m.
A college freshman who hoped to become a correctional officer, gunned down at 4:25 p.m. after getting into an argument in Englewood.
Chicago was home to 653 murders in 2016, more than the total in New York City and Los Angeles combined. Who was president in 2016? Who had eight years to “fundamentally transform America” when he wasn’t busy lowering the sea levels?
Interestingly CNN reported, “Chicago's homicide rate decreases for the third straight year.” Who has been president the past 3 years? Obviously, CNN won’t notice that association because Orange Man Bad. In their reporting, President Trump is a racist and white supremacist. The declining murder rate must be due to Obama, despite it being much higher when he was in office. CNN made the same claims crediting Trump’s economy to Obama.
It’s not just Chicago where black lives don’t seem to matter. Look at the last hundred homicides in Baltimore. One only has to go back to mid-February of this year to hit the 100 mark. The race of most victims was listed as “unknown” yet 29 of the 100 were blacks.
Antwan Phillips, Jared Hill, and Tyrone Henderson were among the victims, but no one will be wearing a T-shirt showing their names or faces. Jesse and Al won’t be at their funerals. Nancy Pelosi won’t take a knee on their behalf. Why don’t their lives matter?
Last January, 14 were killed by a roadside bomb in Burkina Faso, including seven children.  A week earlier, 35 people, mostly women were killed in a terrorist attack. Did any of these black lives matter? Where were the protests? Or kneeling? Where was Michelle Obama’s #BringBackOurGirls hashtag she used as first lady, long before Donald Trump was a presidential candidate?
YouTube screen grab
The woke kneeling liberals sing the praises of Planned Parenthood, founded by eugenicist Margaret Sanger whose goal was “to exterminate the Negro population.” Their abortion clinics are disproportionately “located in ZIP codes with higher percentages of blacks and/or Hispanics than the state’s overall percentage.”
In New York City, home to some of the worst rioting, while blacks make up 25 percent of the NYC population, 46 percent of abortions were black babies. Shockingly more black babies were killed by abortion in NYC than were born alive. By contrast, Whites make up 44 percent of the NYC population but only account for 12 percent of abortions. Why don’t the lives of aborted black babies matter?
Will these protests cause a surge in Chinese coronavirus cases? Where are the protests occurring and who will be most affected? According to CNN,
Black Americans represent 13.4% of the American population, according to the US Census Bureau, but counties with higher black populations account for more than half of all Covid-19 cases and almost 60% of deaths, the study found.
Social justice warriors are happy to congregate in urban areas, ignoring the social distancing and mask mandates that the rest of us have been clubbed with for the past three months, potentially spreading the Wuhan virus to blacks, many of whom live in the protest zones. It is almost as bad as protesting in a nursing home. Don’t those black lives matter?
Liberal do-gooders are hijacking George Floyd’s death for their personal quest for power, money, and furthering their Marxist agenda. From defunding police departments to saying, “Some white people may have to die”, as a University of Georgia graduate student recommended.
If black lives truly mattered, there would be calls for more school choice and fewer abortions, more emphasis on intact nuclear families and less on reparations for events hundreds of years ago. But those are not part of the BLM political platform, contradicting their supposed message.
From a true advocate for social justice, Martin Luther King, Jr, “We must learn to live together as brothers or perish together as fools.” If black lives truly mattered, that would be the emphasis of BLM and their liberal sycophants. Otherwise America will become a balkanized country, populated by fools who let our once shining city on a hill crumble into the ash heap of ruin.

EYE ON THE NEWS

Racism Is An Empty Thesis

An African-American professor says that blacks hold their fate in their own hands.
June 11, 2020
The Social Order
Loury: Blacks make up an average of around 40
percent of inmates in prisons and jails, but they
make up no more than 15 percent of the
population. If you look at the statistics, there is no
evidence to support the hypothesis that this
overrepresentation can be explained by racist
prejudices of the police or the courts. Rather, the
numbers show that this is due to an
overrepresentation of blacks who violate the law.

Turmoil in the United States over police violence is the result of a distorted representation of the problem, says Brown University economist Glenn C. Loury. According to Loury, an African-American, the “empty thesis of racism” distracts us from the real problems of black Americans. Below is an edited and translated conversation that Loury had with Peter Winkler, U.S. correspondent for the Swiss daily newspaper Neue Zuercher Zeitung (NZZ).
Peter Winkler: Professor Loury, hundreds of thousands of people in American cities have been protesting that police treat black people more harshly than other populations. The reason, they say, is systemic racism. What do you think?
Glenn Loury: This is a representation that has developed a life of its own. The claim is: the police are hunting black people, black people are at risk, there is an epidemic of violence against black people—unarmed, innocent black people.
There is a problem, but I think its scale is exaggerated. There are approximately 330 million people in the United States, and there are many tens of thousands of encounters between citizens and the police every day. We take half a dozen, maybe a dozen, admittedly outrageous, disturbing incidents of police violence, and we form this into a general account of how people are treated. I think that’s dangerous.
Winkler: But wasn’t the incident in Minneapolis extraordinary in its nonchalant brutality?
Loury: I don’t want to understate it: the case is terrible. It is difficult to look at the images. There was nothing good about it; it’s certainly not good policing. But you still don’t know what exactly happened. This requires an in-depth investigation. Even so, people have started to call it a lynching, and to say that it characterizes the nature of racial relationships in America today. This is a kind of collective hysteria.
I am aware that millions of people are horrified by what they see as systemic racism in this case. But I repeat: I am waiting for the investigation to be completed. This applies to all such incidents. That they happen is nothing to dismiss, but I deny that these incidents are representative of the everyday experience of African-Americans.
I am a contrarian, and I have refused to follow the mob opinion that led to the recent turmoil. And I’m also convinced that this is about more than what happened to George Floyd. That event was a catalyst, and I hope we can finally talk about the broader framework and the circumstances in which racial charges are made in the United States.
Winkler: Even a superficial look at the statistics confirms that there are more confrontations, including violent ones, between blacks and the police. Isn’t that evidence of racist prejudice?
Loury: Not necessarily. Every year, more whites than blacks are shot by the police in the U.S. But it is true that the number of blacks killed by police, relative to population, is higher. However, the problem of police violence affects all ethnic groups.
Moreover, the likelihood that an individual will come into conflict with the police depends on the frequency with which that individual behaves in a manner that attracts police attention. Criminal behavior is not equally distributed across all population groups. African-Americans are overrepresented in prison because they commit more acts that can be punished with prison.
Winkler: Can you elaborate?
Loury: Blacks make up an average of around 40
percent of inmates in prisons and jails, but they
make up no more than 15 percent of the
population. If you look at the statistics, there is no
evidence to support the hypothesis that this
overrepresentation can be explained by racist
prejudices of the police or the courts. Rather, the
numbers show that this is due to an
overrepresentation of blacks who violate the law.
It’s legitimate to ask why black men commit more crimes than whites. But it is a fact that they commit massively more homicides; almost 50 percent of homicides, while representing maybe 6 percent or 7 percent of the U.S. population. Or consider robbery: many more whites are victimized by blacks than vice versa, speaking in absolute numbers, not per capita.
Part of the reason why the police have had so many difficult encounters with black people is because the crime rate in black areas is much higher. For example: If the police want to arrest a driver in a black neighborhood, they must be prepared for the possibility that the driver might have a gun on him. Statistically speaking, this is generally not the case—but experience has shown the likelihood that such a dangerous situation will arise is higher in black areas.
Winkler: But you yourself admit that what happened in Minneapolis was bad police work. Is anger at the police understandable?
Loury: The main threat to the quality of life of people living in black areas is the criminal behavior of their fellow citizens, most of whom happen to be black. Black people in American cities are victims of rape, robbery, and murder to a very significant degree, and the perpetrators are almost always black. The protection of life and property is the most important task of the state, and many African-Americans cannot feel safe in their homes. The police are part of the solution to this problem. Black people need the police more than other people do.
Of course, the police must treat all citizens with respect. Racist officers must be disciplined and fired. I don’t want to apologize for anything here: bad policing is bad policing, and you have to do something about it. But depriving the police of resources, making them an enemy, vilifying them, violently assaulting them, or hindering them when they are trying to arrest someone who committed a crime is destructive to black communities. Blacks would suffer the most if police pulled out of their neighborhoods.
Winkler: So you would say that African-Americans just have to take responsibility, get their act together—and then things will get better?
Loury: I wouldn’t say it in these words, though I think that’s true in a way. But if we just tell black people: “Get it together and everything will be fine!”, that would be a crude and ineffective way to start a conversation.
I don’t know the situation in Switzerland, but I assume that there is no racism there; and that Germany and France are flawless, too. I’m being sarcastic, of course. What I want to say is this: racism is a fact of human culture. Racism is also a fact in the United States. But the nature of formal legislation and informal social custom on racial matters has changed radically in America over the past 50 years. I’m 72 years old, and I know what things were like in the 1950s and 1960s. The United States has become a completely different country.
Whites can lose their jobs today if they talk to blacks in the wrong tone. Institutions at all levels of government work full-time against racism. Every university and major corporation has a powerful executive position that monitors and strives for diversity and inclusion. Affirmative-action measures have even penetrated Silicon Valley.
Yes, racism is real, but as a crucial factor that enables or prevents social advancement, it has lost a lot of force in the past half century. I am sure that there are deep-seated inequality problems in America that affect everyone, and black people in particular. Some are institutional, but many have to do with the culture and behavior of black people themselves. I’m talking about lack of educational achievement, and about the higher crime rate; I’m talking about the collapse of the black family. Seven out of ten black children are born outside of marriage. It is a plausible surmise that households where a mother is present, but no father, are more likely to produce adolescent males with behavioral problems.
People are frustrated that conventional political solutions, such as expanding anti-discrimination and welfare programs, have not worked. That’s why they take refuge in the empty thesis of racism. They speak of 1619, when the first blacks landed in America, and they speak of slavery, which was abolished more than 150 years ago. They talk of “centuries of oppression.” But, they don’t talk about how the social condition of blacks in America well may have been healthier in 1950 than it is today—the integrity of family structure, the level of the crime rate, the relationship to work of the poorly educated, and the values with which many children are raised. Summarized in one sentence: racism exists, of course, but it does not sufficiently explain what is going on here.
Winkler: Then what does explain it?
Loury: We need to focus much more on the means through which people acquire the techniques, skills, and behaviors that make them productive members of society. I call that development. It can be about education but also about behavioral, emotional, psychological, and social development. You learn restraint, patience, postponing reward, and things like that. When I look at statistics and find high rates of school failure, the low percentage of blacks in the professions—lawyer, doctor, engineer, or scientist—when I see the high rate of criminality and violence that is endemic in black communities, I see a failure in development, in people reaching their full human potential.
Please understand, that’s not just a question of mistakes or poor choices by these individuals or their families. It’s also about schools that are far less good in areas where many black people live. It is undoubtedly partly related to discrimination and the legacy of that discrimination. Blacks, for example, started with significantly less wealth.
Still, it’s a common mistake to think that we are still in the middle of the twentieth century and that the decisive obstacle to the successful inclusion of blacks in society is racial prejudice. Many people insist that we debate racism, face the injustices of history, and so on. Instead, they should be looking at our children and asking: Can they do math? Can they read a text and understand it? Can they cooperatively get involved in social groups? And when I see that this is sadly not the case with many black children, I believe I am seeing not simply “racism,” but something that is more specific and that is remediable—the obviously insufficient development of their human potential.
We find that immigrants, wherever they come from, have much better success rates than certain African-Americans. One of the main reasons for this is that these groups arrive here with a different culture; they have different, value-oriented expectations of the behavior of their fellows.
Winkler: Are you talking about the fact that violence is sometimes glorified in African-American culture—for example, in certain music styles?
Loury: No, that’s not what I mean. What I mean is: How much am I willing to sacrifice so that my children get the support they need to develop the skills that will help them succeed? It’s also about which values are respected in the social environment and which are not. And violence—that’s culture, too, the willingness to kill, which is astronomical in certain African-American communities. I’m not referring to the entirety of black Americans, but to some black enclaves in big cities.
How many black people start their own businesses? Is it utopian for me to imagine that the income and wealth gap between blacks and other groups would be more quickly closed by more blacks starting their own businesses than by demanding reparations for slavery?
Winkler: Some banks have announced that they will make larger amounts available as loans for business start-ups, especially from African-Americans. Would that be the better approach?
Loury: If the people to whom this is directed are able to benefit from such offers, I think so.
Winkler: Would you admit, however, that there is a correlation between cultural incentives and the very painful history of African-Americans?
Loury: It would be foolish to suggest that the history of slavery and the long years of oppression that followed are unrelated to the current traits of African-American society. We are all, to some extent, products of our history.
I also don’t want to give the impression that I’m castigating those affected by these cultural issues. I’m not saying, “This is all your fault!” On the contrary, I insist that society as a whole is at some level responsible even for the unfavorable behavior patterns in some black communities. These communities are the product of historical dynamics of American society. But again: I don’t think that fact of historical influence is very relevant to the challenges black people face today.
If anyone wants to blame the history of racism as the culprit for the failures of modern black society in the United States, go ahead. I won’t argue the point. But I insist that, despite everything, we African-Americans are free actors who can shape our lives according to our ideas and convictions. We are not determined by the weight of historical disadvantage. That disadvantage was real and to some extent remains an obstacle, but it is not our fate. Our fate is not fixed by the fact that our ancestors were enslaved, or that racism still exists. Our fate is in our hands. One can believe this—indeed, if we are ever to enjoy equal dignity in this society, black people must believe this, I would hold—even while also recognizing that what we see today is in part a product of our past.
Winkler: Your ideas go against arguments that are currently very popular. In fact, the apparent consensus about racial guilt makes me slightly suspicious. What do you think?
Loury: I think we do not live in a really free space where we can discuss these questions. Pressure to conform is intense because nobody wants to give the impression that they stand on the wrong side of the great moral questions of our time. Ironically, this reticence undermines the possibility of genuine and effective moral reasoning. Instead, everyone follows the other, spouting platitudes, as in a herd. Everyone wants to underline their virtue by showing the world: I stand for “justice” and against “racism.” Part of it is simply a tacit agreement about what a truly virtuous person simply does and does not say—which we can also call political correctness.
To make matters worse, real racists still exist in America—people convinced of the superiority of whites and the inferiority of blacks. They believe that the problems we are discussing are proof of supposed black inferiority. Though this is a small minority, these voices do exist, and when you make arguments such as I am doing here, you want to avoid being connected to them or strengthening them in any way.
Because you want as much space as possible between yourself and real racists, you are tempted to avoid hot-button debates about black crime or related topics. Because racists say that black crime is terrible, you are afraid even to address the issue and admit that it may be part of the problem. For example, you are afraid to say that in certain cities police officers fear young black men because those men are too often armed and known to be willing to use their weapons. These are facts—but you are afraid to acknowledge them because these are exactly the things that white racists also say. So you’d rather be silent. And that gets us nowhere—or rather, it gets us to where we are today.

The George Floyd Riots: Where’s Black Lives Matter When You Need Them?
A reflection on black lives lost - and dead silence.
June 11, 2020
Larry Elder
Black lives matter. Black businesses, not so much.
Four Minneapolis cops were summarily fired, with one of the four arrested and charged with the murder of a black suspect named George Floyd, who died in police custody.
In cellphone video apparently taken by one of the many witnesses, a cop later identified as Derek Chauvin placed his knee on Floyd's neck for almost nine minutes as Floyd laid face-down and handcuffed on a city street. The cops ignored Floyd's repeated plea, "I can't breathe." By the time paramedics arrived, Floyd was unresponsive and apparently lifeless. After about an hour of attempted resuscitation by EMTs and emergency room staff, he was pronounced dead.
As of this writing, there have been eight consecutive days of protests in the streets of Minneapolis, with many businesses attacked, looted and set on fire. The local district attorney is continuing the investigation and may file additional charges against the officers. But this has not stopped the protests, many violent, that broke out in other cities across the country, including Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., and Atlanta.
Ostensibly, the protests are about the alleged "epidemic" of "widespread" and "race-based" police brutality against blacks and the lack of confidence, in the case of Floyd, that justice will be done. The problem with these assertions is that they are false, not supported by the data.
There is no "epidemic" of racist cops killing black suspects. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, police killings of blacks declined almost 80% from the late '60s through the 2010s, while police killings of whites have flatlined. Meanwhile, in 2017, according to the CDC's National Vital Statistics Reports, non-Hispanic blacks were eight times more likely to be a victim of a homicide (homicide death rate: 23.2 per 100,000) than non-Hispanic whites (homicide death rate: 2.9 per 100,000).
The No. 1 cause of preventable death for young white men is accidents, like car accidents and drownings. The No. 1 reason for death, preventable or otherwise for young black men, is homicide, almost always at the hands of another young black man. In 2018, there were approximately 7,400 black homicide victims, more than half of the nation's total number of homicides, out of a black population of 13%. Of that number, the police killed a little over 200 blacks, and nearly all of them had a weapon or violently resisted arrest.
In recent years, the police have averaged killing about 1,000 Americans per year. Of that number, half are white and one-quarter are black, with the race of remaining suspects of another race or unknown. Of the approximately 1,000 killed by cops, less than 4% involve a white officer and an unarmed black man.
Recent studies not only find no "systemic" abuse of black suspects by the cops, but if anything, cops are more hesitant, more reluctant, to use deadly force against a black suspect than against a white suspect. The Manhattan Institute's Heather MacDonald writes: "Regarding threats to blacks from the police: A police officer is 18.5 times more likely to be killed by a black male than an unarmed black male is to be killed by a police officer." Last year, according to the Washington Post, the police killed nine unarmed blacks. They killed 19 unarmed whites. In recent years, about 50 cops have been shot and killed annually in the line of duty. So, more cops are killed each year than are unarmed black suspects.
Minneapolis in 2020 is not Birmingham, Alabama, in the '50s. The top cop is not a racist segregationist like Birmingham's infamous Bull Connor, who sicced dogs and turned water hoses on civil rights protesters. The police chief of Minneapolis is Mexican-American and black. The mayor is a young Democratic liberal. The district's U.S. House representative is black. The vice president of the city council is black, as is the state attorney general.
In Baltimore, where in 2015, a black man named Freddie Gray died in police custody, how could one, with a straight face, argue that resident blacks suffer from "institutional" racism? The mayor was a black female; the top two officials in the police department were black; the city council was majority black; the state attorney who brought the charges against six officers was black; three of the six charged officers were black; the judge before whom two officers tried their cases was black; the U.S. attorney general was black, as was the president of the United States. Institutional racism?
Finally, why didn't President Barack Obama's administration deal with this alleged "systemic" or "structural" or "institutional" police brutality against blacks in his eight years in office? Meanwhile, over Memorial Day weekend in Obama's adopted hometown of Chicago, 10 people were killed, and 49 were shot. In a city where roughly one-third of the population is black, 70% of the city's homicide victims, according to the Chicago Police Department, are black.
When and where do the protests begin?

She never said it was the police, by the way (she

casually refused, in an article about police killings, to place the blame anywhere), and we know it wasn't, because the police killed about 19 unarmed black males in 2017, and black people killed about 2,627 — a difference of over a hundred times.

What Do They Really Want?

Imani Bashir, writing for the New York Times, says, "Living abroad is my way of prolonging my black son's life."  It's actually the title of the article.  She says she's been living abroad for years now, in places like Cairo and Poland and Malaysia and Wuhan (yes, that Wuhan), and that the bills are piling up and they're eating at her soul.  Still, she won't move back to America.  She sees her son's face in every black person the police kill.  She's stuck in Florida for the moment, waiting for the borders to ease up so she can go anywhere else.
Her husband, from Buffalo, New York, is traveling with her, coaching American football where he can.  She says before he turned 25, 30 of his friends had been killed.  They never talked about white picket fences when they got married.  They said if they were going to make it, if their son was going to make it, they had to go anywhere but here.
But notice they didn't go anywhere.  They went to Poland, noted for its strict (and some say "bigoted") stances on immigration and gay rights; Cairo, a place that just blew up a few years ago, is looking to blow up again, and is known for its horrible treatment of women; and China, a communist country known for locking up Christians and Muslims and honest reporters, for not having habeas corpus, for selling the organs of political prisoners, and for grinding its workers into the dust.  It's a firm supporter of the most oppressive, volatile states in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.  It has a domestic surveillance system seen only in our most harrowing classics of science fiction.  Nineteen eighty-four came almost to life, and Imani Bashir moved there instead of Schenectady.
I mention these things because of where she didn't go.  For instance, if she can scratch out a living on the fly, why not anywhere in black Africa?  Why not the sub-Saharan region, where, as Howard French reports in China's Second Continent, 10 of the 20 fastest growing economies exist?  Why not somewhere where the cost of living is cheaper and where, since she says racism exists everywhere, there could be little to no racism against her son?
These questions deserve a solid answer — especially if it's anything other than "I don't want to live around black people."  It should also be asked of all the other famous black people who don't want to live around black people.  Beyond this, I think it's questionable that 30 of her husband's friends died at the hands of the police.
My theory is that she doesn't go to black Africa because she doesn't feel safe around black people, and she doesn't want to be confused for them.  He doesn't, either.  It's what they call a hidden bias.  People with the sort of mindset I suspect here know that a fraction of their 13% of Americans is responsible for 50% of the crime, and they're profiling.  The fact is, they can't say it.  Once they admit it, the whole anti-racism scam is up.  It means white parents, whose children, according to the FBI, are killed twice as often by black people than the other way around, have more of an excuse to move their kids to Poland.  It means they have a reason to stop busing black kids to white schools, and going soft on crime, and beating their chests, and being hard on police.  But Bashir says she's scared of us — and because she's afraid, people are rioting.  I remind you that racism means being afraid of people for things they don't do.
The question is, what does she want?  The New York Times reports that Minneapolis, like all the other places on fire, is one of the most liberal cities in the nation.  Surpassing even Seattle, Minneapolis has black people on the City Council.  Two of these black council members are transgender.  None of them is a Republican.  Juneteenth gets a yearly parade, and the police chief, until this week, was a black man.  They're so devoted to fighting racism that you can't zone for single-family housing anymore — ostensibly to make the housing cheaper for blacks and to keep richer whites from having better neighborhoods to move to.
This means that Minneapolis and all the other left-wing cities on fire already do everything they can to police the police — and if they go any farther, they'll have to get rid of them altogether.  The main job of the police officer, after all, is not to stop crimes in progress (since there are too few of them to see everything), but to show up after the fact and then sniff out a suspect.  This means everyone who fits a criminal's description in the area will be tracked down, picked up, tied up, and locked up — and if he refuses, probably beaten up.  If he refuses too manfully, possibly killed.  In a country of 330 million people, there are going to be a few dozen murders by cop.  But you get rid of this right to track, and you've gotten rid of the police.  You get rid of profiling, and you get rid of the concept of policing.  You get rid of the police, and you get rid of society.  And Minneapolis, where the violent crime rate was already horrible — this year, before the riots, twice the national average, and last year three — is already too dangerous.  Thanks to Black Lives Matter blowing up the police stations, it is about to get worse.
I ask you again — what does Imani Bashir want?   What they all want and can't say: to live somewhere her son can't theoretically be mistaken for or hurt by a black criminal.  It's a legitimate want.  We want it for all good black people, too.  But Black Lives Matter isn't finding ways to stop the criminals.  It's instead finding ways, mostly, to punish the innocent.  Bashir profiles and runs and barricades herself, and she's a victim of racism.  I just wish that she, and the Black Lives Matter movement, and The New York Times, would respect us when we do it, too.  They won't.

The American left does not recognize

America's government

Thanks to the useful death of St. George Floyd of the Church of Black Lives Matter, the execrable Ben Crump has found the best way ever to leverage his profile and his bank account.  Crump attaches himself like a leech to high-profile black deaths and will use any means necessary to push a narrative.  His latest push is to use Floyd's family as a means to attack American sovereignty by appealing to the U.N. to police America's police.
Crump's made a career out of representing the families of black men who died during interactions with the police or who otherwise had politically useful deaths.  Considering how few unarmed blacks die at police hands (especially since Trump became president), Crump probably has to leverage cases to make a profit.  (There's profit to be had with the Floyd family, who are now the beneficiaries of a $13.8-million GoFundMe campaign.)  That lust for fame and money may explain why Crump held his tongue when the prosecution against George Zimmerman for Trayvon Martin's death used a fake witness to push the narrative that Martin was a good kid, not a wannabe thug.
With Floyd's death, Crump is going beyond America and speaking to the world.  He has written an open letter to the U.N. to demand that it step in to govern America's police departments:
The group sent a letter on June 3 to one of the international body's working groups asking for support for the end of the provision of military equipment and military-type training for police, the teaching of deescalation techniques, independent prosecutions and autopsies for "extrajudicial" police killings, and more.
"When a group of people of any nation have been systemically deprived of their universal human right to life by its government for decades, it must appeal to the international community for its support and to the United Nations for its intervention," Floyd's family attorney Ben Crump said in a press release.
A few things need to be said: first, this is an attack on American sovereignty, something that bothers Americans but not Democrats.  (I'm not even pretending anymore that Democrats consider themselves Americans.  They see themselves as world citizens fighting the evil that is America.)
Second, this is the same U.N. that has nothing to say about police abuses in China, among the Palestinians, in Venezuela, or anywhere else in the world that's not America.
Third, this is the same U.N. that allowed its "peacekeepers" (i.e., its police) to commit sexual abuse against thousands of black children in Africa and Haiti.
Fourth, this is the same U.N. that allows Palestinian terrorists to use its ambulances in the terrorists' perpetual wars against Israeli citizens.
Fifth, the U.N.'s high commissioner for human rights, Michelle Bachelet, insisted that Floyd's death was the "latest in a long line of killings of unarmed African Americans by U.S. police officers and members of the public" and urged "serious action."  The U.N. is champing at the bit to demean America.
Crump knows that the U.N. cannot affect policing in America.  This is theater, but it's disgusting theater to see a race-hustler appeal to an anti-American organization that has no trouble with totalitarian organizations around the world abusing people under their control, and that turned a blind eye for decades to its own organization's abuse of blacks.  Thinking about Crump's conduct, perhaps it's time to drag out the Logan Act...

The Truth about Interracial Violent Crime

Debunking the Left's pernicious lies.
Thu Jun 4, 2020

John Perazzo is the author of Betrayal: The Democratic Party's Destruction of America's Cities.
Prior to the May 25th death of George Floyd in Minneapolis, a major focus of the media during the preceding two weeks had been a video showing an incident where a young black man named Ahmaud Arbery was fatally shot by two white men in Glynn County, Georgia. The killers say that they pursued Arbery, whom they suspected of having been involved in some recent local burglaries, when they spotted him running through their neighborhood – though some accounts claim that he was merely out for a jog. Eventually a fight broke out, and Arbery was shot and killed. After a video of the deadly altercation went public in early May, there were massive protests in Arbery's behalf. On May 8 – which would have been Arbery's 26th birthday – activist Al Sharpton used the Internet to lead a “virtual rally” in the young man's memory, drawing some 105,000 participants.
In an interview four days later, Sharpton, exhorting members of the black community to “sustain” their “indignation” vis-a-vis the Arbery case for as long as possible, portrayed the Georgia killing as an extension of racist American violence dating back to the epoch of slavery: “It was expected that if you saw a black, that you would suspect that he was a runaway slave, and you had the runaway slave laws that … they would use that to hunt down blacks for vigilante groups, the KKK and others, all the way up until the modern era.”

Television personality Oprah Winfrey likewise
characterized Arbery's death as a consequence of intransigent white racism: “He went out for a jog while being Black. I wonder what was he thinking in those last seconds of his life? Unimaginable to go for a run in 2020 and end up dead because of the color of your skin.”

Notably, there is no record of either Sharpton or Winfrey uttering even a single public word in memory of 34-year-old Zackary Randalls, 37-year-old Mark Gassett, or 58-year-old David Jackson. You've never heard of these individuals, of course, because they were merely three white men who were
murdered three years ago in Fresno, California by Kori Ali Muhammad, a black racist who candidly sought “to kill as many white males as possible” – killings for which the perpetrator was convicted just six weeks ago. Regarding the Zackary Randalls murder, Mr. Muhammad has since explained: “When I walked up to the truck, I saw a Mexican driver and a white guy. I didn’t want to target the driver because he was Mexican, so I shot the white dude.” The media, for some mysterious reason, didn't find the story compelling enough to cover.

Neither is there any record of Sharpton or Winfrey
lamenting the deaths of 86-year-old Paul Marino and his 85-year-old wife, Lidia, both of whom were murdered in cold blood by a black gunman on May 8 – the very day of Sharpton's “virtual rally” in honor of Ahmaud Arbery – while they visited the gravesite of their late son, Anthony, in a Delaware cemetery. To borrow Oprah's pithy maxim, we might say that Mr. and Mrs. Marino were just “visiting their son's grave while being white.”

Other victims whose recent murders were ignored by media outlets and camera hogs like Sharpton and Winfrey include:
·         Joyce Whaley, Patricia Nibbe, and Nettie Spencer – three middle-aged white women who were brutally stabbed to death by a black killer at a Tennessee truck stop in early April;
·         Heather Perry, a 21-year-old white woman who was shot to death in a Denver alleyway on May 9 by Cornelius Haney, a convicted armed robber who had just been released from prison in order to protect him from contracting the coronavirus;
·         Logan Allen Stacks, a 17-year-old white boy who was gunned down by two black teens on March 27 in Lancaster County, South Carolina;
·         Dr. Beth Potter, a 52-year-old white physician who dedicated her career to helping “underserved communities,” and her husband, educational consultant Robin Carre, who were shot execution-style by a pair of black teens on March 30 in Madison, Wisconsin; and
·         Kristopher Dacus, a 33-year-old white man who on February 26 was shot multiple times and killed by four black teens in the North Little Rock, Arkansas cemetery where he worked.
Let us assume for a moment that Ahmaud Arbery – who quite obviously was a volatile and menacing character with a criminal history – was in fact the innocent victim of a horrific, wholly unjustifiable murder. Even if that were the case, why should his death garner more attention from American media outlets and civil rights activists, than, say, the deaths of the 13 aforementioned whites whose lives were mercilessly snuffed out by black killers in 6 different states? Perhaps a case could be made in favor of such a double standard if white-on-black killings were commonplace in American society – on the theory that the condemnation of such occurrences might help raise people's collective consciousness about the deadly ramifications of white racism. But in fact, white-on-black homicides in the U.S. have been exceedingly rare for many decades.

Conventional “wisdom” maintains that violent crime tends largely to be an intra-racial affair, where whites target mostly whites, and blacks target mostly blacks. This is certainly true for homicide, but much less true for other crimes of violence such as assault, rape, and robbery.

Let us look first at homicides that involved whites and blacks during
2012 and 2013. During those years, white killers nationwide chose to target white victims approximately 93 percent of the time, and black victims 7 percent of the time. Meanwhile, black killers targeted black victims 84.7 percent of the time, and white victims 15.3 percent of the time.

But violence in America crosses racial lines much more frequently when the crimes in question are rape, robbery, and assault. In 2012 and 2013, for instance, blacks in the U.S. committed an annual average of 560,600 violent crimes (excluding homicide) against whites, while whites committed a yearly average of 99,403 violent crimes against blacks. In other words, blacks were the attackers in about 85 percent of all violent crimes involving blacks and whites, while whites were the attackers in 15 percent.[1]

Those broad figures, however, do not even begin to tell the full story about interracial crime. To get a complete picture, we must also look at crime statistics from the perspective of the offender. That is, when a given violent offender chooses a victim to target for a crime, does he tend to target a victim who is a fellow member of his own racial group, or does he tend to go after a victim from another racial group? Here are the facts:
·         When white offenders committed crimes of violence (excluding homicide) against either whites or blacks in 2012-13, they targeted white victims 95.8 percent of the time, and they went after black victims a mere 4.1 percent of the time.
·         By contrast, when black offenders committed crimes of violence against either whites or blacks in 2012-13, they targeted white victims a whopping 48.5 percent of the time, and they went after black victims 51.4 percent of the time.[2]
If we factor into the equation the relative sizes of America's white and black populations, we find that, statistically, any given black person in 2012-13 was about 27 times more likely to attack a white, than vice versa.

In more recent years, the disproportionate prevalence of black-on-white crime has only gotten worse. According to the Bureau of Justice Statistics, in
2018 there were 593,598 interracial violent victimizations (excluding homicide) between blacks and whites in the United States. Blacks committed 537,204 of those interracial felonies, or 90.4 percent, while whites committed 56,394 of them, or about 9.5 percent. Moreover:
·         When white offenders committed crimes of violence against either whites or blacks in 2018, they targeted white victims 97.3 percent of the time, and they went after black victims 2.6 percent of the time.
·         By contrast, when black offenders committed crimes of violence against either whites or blacks during that same year, they targeted white victims 58 percent of the time, and they went after black victims 42 percent of the time.[3]
City Journal also reports that according to Justice Department data, blacks in 2018 were overrepresented among the perpetrators of offenses classified as “hate crimes” by a whopping 50 percent—while whites were underrepresented by 24 percent.
These numbers are staggering. If America were teeming with white racism, those guilty of interracial crime would be disproportionately white. But instead, the exact opposite is the case. Thus, the enormous amount of attention given to white-on-black attacks – which are statistically rare in the United States – is an obscene and senseless absurdity. The notion of ubiquitous white racism manifesting itself in unacceptably high levels of white violence against blacks, is one of the most destructive and monstrously evil lies of our time, creating levels of racial mistrust and animosity that are wholly unwarranted.

This Black American Deems Floyd Protests Unnecessary

As a black American, Democrats and fake news media demand that I agree with the George Floyd protests. I say the protests are unnecessary and are totally politically motivated. The American people of all races including President Trump have expressed their outrage over the wrongful death of Mr. Floyd. The officer who killed Mr. Floyd has been charged with murder. The three officers who watched the abuse have been fired and investigated. So, where's the beef?  Why are opportunists looting stores, burning businesses, and beating up whites in the name of demanding justice? Who is opposing justice for Mr. Floyd? The answer is no one.
Therefore, what is the real purpose of the riots, hate, violence, and chaos in our streets? The answer is politics. Democrats and fake news media believe by generating racial hate, they can ensure that blacks will vote against Trump in November.
Like a magician uses misdirection, Democrats and fake news media hope to focus blacks' attention away from the fact that blacks have experienced unprecedented prosperity and record low unemployment since Trump has been in the Oval Office.
Leftist political hacks say the killing of George Floyd reflects America's systemic racism, a country dominated by white supremacists. They say America was founded by racist white men for racist white men. Folks, such bogus and divisive rhetoric is nothing more than leftist intellectual-sounding gobbledygook. There are not enough white supremacists in America to elect anyone to any public office.
In the real-world America, blacks are not suffering persecution. I realize saying that will get me in trouble, but it is true. America is the greatest land of opportunity on the planet for all who choose to pursue their dreams. The perverted thinking of leftists has to make everyone a victim of someone or something. Democrats and fake news media brand blacks who do not harbor resentment for whites and America traitors to their race.
Racism along with every other sin will exist until Jesus returns. However, there is not enough racism in America to stop anyone. This is why it is so offensive hearing wealthy black celebs filling young black minds with the lie that white America has stacked-the-deck against them. I wish blacks would ignore such crap and simply pursue their dreams.
Despite countless glaring examples of blacks thriving in America, Democrats and fake news media relentlessly sell the lie that blacks can't catch a break in this horrible country. This is why they persecute successful blacks who love their country and do not view themselves as victims.
Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden said, “If you don't vote for me, you ain't black.” Biden has also absurdly said, “Republicans want to put y'all back in chains.” Biden insultingly views blacks as brain-dead idiots eager to stay on Democrats' government dependency plantation.
In 2020 America, the tired old battered, tattered, and torn race card has been begging to retire for several years. Democrats refuse to retire it because they believe playing it wins them emotional, mindless black votes, trumping logic, facts, and commonsense.
All of the people who are protesting because cops routinely murder blacks and because America is racist are responding to lies. Cops do not murder blacks so much as blacks murder blacks. America is not racist. Why do you think people risk everything to get here? Trump is building a wall to keep illegals out, not to keep people in. We are extremely blessed to be Americans living in America.
Americans should be angry and protest about failing schools controlled by Democrats. Students graduate who cannot read their diploma. People should be angry and protest Planned Parenthood's black genocide. Why are 36% of America's aborted babies black?
Black Christians should protest the Democrat party's anti-Christian agenda which has led to the moral decay of the black community; fatherless households, gangs, crime, generational poverty, incarceration, and record-high black on black homicides.
I refuse to pander to Democrats' and fake news medias' lie that protests against cops, white supremacy, and America are necessary. America is the greatest land of opportunity on the planet for all who choose to pursue their dreams. This truth should be repeatedly shouted from the rooftops.
God instructed Pharaoh, “Let my people go.”
God instructs us, “Let my people know.” Spread truth.

Pin the Tail on Champions of Lawlessness and Anarchy

American cities aflame after the death of George Floyd at the hands of the Minneapolis police should come as no surprise.
Those small businesses and lives of everyday Americans that weren’t already crushed by the Democrat governors’ prolonged Covid-19 lockdowns were debilitated by the Dem mayors across the nation enabling and ennobling rioters, roving thugs, and bomb-throwers.
Democrats own the consequences of their devastating policies, starting with Lyndon Johnson’s Great Society welfare state.
Where Marxist mayors demonizing and disarming their own police, nullified enforcement of criminal codes by issuing stand-down orders; embraced militant advocacy of open borders, enacted sanctuary city statutes to harbor illegal aliens; refused to prosecute and/or deport illegal aliens with long violent records including rape, kidnapping, sex trafficking, and murder.
Willis L. Krumholz has it correct in a City Journal piece “Standing Down”:
“For what it’s worth, every public official responsible for the mayhem is a Democrat—the governor, the mayors of Minneapolis and St. Paul, and even Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman, who finally had Chauvin arrested on Friday. And it was current Democrat Senator Amy Klobuchar, the former county attorney, who failed to prosecute Chauvin for misdeeds in the past. Democrats collectively run a state that has one of the widest racial disparities in the country in terms of education and income.”
As Roger Kimball notes here:
“In a magnificent monologue on his television show, Tucker Carlson peeled back the headlines to expose the festering reality that has brought us to this pass.
“The ideologues will tell you,” he noted, “that the problem is race relations, or capitalism, or police brutality, or global warming. But only on the surface. The real cause is deeper than that and it’s far darker. What you’re watching is the ancient battle between those who have a stake in society, and would like to preserve it, and those who don’t, and seek to destroy it.” That’s exactly right.
“Writing in the dark days of 1939, Evelyn Waugh noted that “barbarism is never finally defeated; given propitious circumstances, men and women who seem quite orderly will commit every conceivable atrocity.”
“Many if not most of the violent hooligans defacing our cities today are young beneficiaries of the richest and most generous society the world has ever seen. At school, they were taught to despise their country as racist, sexist, colonialist, and exploitative, attitudes that were reinforced in college and from the megaphones of the media, Hollywood, and our elite universities. How thin is the line between civilization and violent anarchy!”
It was the Dems who created multi-generational wards of the state, yet never delivered a better life to any of its captives, filling a reservoir of resentment, and pent-up fury.
Instead of safe neighborhoods, good schools, and a climate for businesses to thrive and add jobs, the Dems ushered in wretched schools where union spoils are a higher good than children’s futures, where small business entrepreneurs have to compete with drug dealers on street corners, and no one is shielded from gunfire.
Where vermin infested apartments are better than living on the streets, barely.
Where police officers and firefighters don a bulletproof vest before responding to a call. Where corrupt mayors and city councils loot their constituents’ meager take-home remains, to pay for second homes and obscene wardrobes.
And now the good citizens who endured such prolonged humility and depravation, especially small business owners who just wanted a chance -- a puncher’s chance against all odds -- have seen their sweat equity, a tiny bit of tangible reward, up in flames as Dem mayors and governors talk of the sanctity of protest voices even as some use violence as their medium, while watching their cities burn to the ground.
Yes, the Dems are directly responsible, and the rest of us would be complicit in denial, or in soft-pedaling the obvious.
Rudy Giuliani nailed it on Hannity:
"Progressive Democrats are incapable of keeping their people safe," he said, "because they have criminal-friendly policies that are pathetic, that are dangerous, and now we are seeing the results not only there [in Minneapolis], but watch the cities that start burning.
"They are all going to be run by so-called progressives, idiot Democrats who let criminals out of jail, who set bail for murderers and encourage exactly this kind of thing."
As John Wohstetter points out from The American Spectator “ When you reward bad behavior, expect more of it”
Wohlstetter chronicles the inept and incoherent responses to riots in the late 1960s to the 1990s from which we have learned nothing.
“Detroit 1967-- five days of violence, with more than 40 fatalities and more than one thousand injured. …It was the worst rioting in America since the 1863 New York City draft riots, not to be exceeded in scale until the 1992 Rodney King riots (LA 1992)…
“Detroit and Newark (also 1967—four days of violence 26 deaths, over 700 injured) never recovered from the destruction of 1967. Washington, D.C. never fully recovered from the riots after the 1968 assassination of Martin Luther King…
“And in 1991 NYC Mayor David Dinkins took a “let off steam” approach, as black rioters marched through the streets of Crown Heights shouting “Heil Hitler!” as they assaulted Jews, after a rabbi’s car accidentally struck two children, killing one. A rabbinical student — a student guest from Australia, a more civilized place than was New York City in 1991 — was stabbed to death. “
The false narratives endorsed and disseminated by Democrat politicians and the press about the Baltimore police and Freddie Gray, George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin, the Ferguson police and Michael Brown endure against truth tellers consigned to the shadows.
Dems stood aside while dozens of their neighborhoods were firebombed, businesses destroyed, cities ravaged --- activated by Democrat mayors and their states attorneys, county and city DAs whose selective readings of criminal statutes  emboldened and offered safe harbor to unrepentant violent criminals and revolutionary anarchists -- all  supported by Obama’s radical communist community organizer sympathies, who vilified Tea Party patriots while beatifying Occupy Wall Street deconstructionists.
The Democrats have successfully disintegrated decency and civility, re-shaping society.  Lawlessness, anarchy, random violence, and destruction of private property frames their new normal.  Imposing nihilist tyranny of the majority as a substitute for a constitutional process in resolving competing political visions, punishing victims while cheering criminals, are all standard- issue Dem behaviors, unconditionally underwritten by the MSM and purveyors of social media.
And so, we have the likes of David Gergen, establishmentarian, onetime advisor to four presidents, now a political analyst for CNN, lamenting that AG Barr’s plea for returning to “law and order” was a dog whistle, harkening to the civil rights days in the South, having no place in the present discourse.
Clueless Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey issued this pee-on-the-ashes nonsense while his city was ablaze:
“The City encourages everyone to exercise caution to stay safe while participating in demonstrations, including wearing masks and physical distancing as much as possible to prevent the spread of COVID-19,”
All of America’s most important cities from NYC to LA, to Chicago, to Seattle, to Boston, to Chicago, to Minneapolis, to St Louis, to Houston to San Francisco, to Washington DC, Baltimore, and Philadelphia are run now, and for the most part have been for last half-century, by Democrats, are to some degree in ruin, ungovernable.
Covid-19 is a sideshow compared to the takeover of American urban life by the malignant Democrats, as they champion the house arrest of everyday innocent and healthy Americans, while reopening America to the erstwhile underworld, now mainstream practitioners of despoiling all that is good.

The Illusion of 'Peaceful Protestors'
The rioting is all about politics, not justice.
June 2, 2020
Bruce Thornton

Bruce Thornton is a Shillman Journalism Fellow at the David Horowitz Freedom Center.
Last week we watched the sorry spectacle of aimless destruction supposedly in response to the death of a black man at the hands of the police. The predictable script from Ferguson and Baltimore was reprised, the same bumper-sticker empty slogans brandished, and the same pointless destruction and looting occurred that were worse than useless for solving the injustice the protestors supposedly want remedied.
Just as predictable was the media coverage, which mixed ratings-bait lurid footage of the violence with clichés like “peaceful protestors,” youthful passionate idealists moved by righteous anger over racial injustice, but compromised by “outside agitators” exploiting the tragedy for their own nefarious extremist ends, most likely alt-right and white supremacist ones. And, of course, the blue-state mayors and governors whose appeasing riot-control protocols worsened the riots while frantically trying to avoid blame and exploit them for their own political aims.
What is missing, as usual, is the truth about these protests and their alleged causes––They’re all about politics, not justice.
One thing that is obvious from watching the footage is that these riots have become a rite of passage for the college-age demographic, a sort of “woke” spring break memorialized by cell-phone cameras, selfies, tweets, Instagram, and Facebook postings. The other cohort comprises the shock-troops of left-over leftism like Antifa, the same bougie thrill-seekers and political illiterates who filled the ranks of Occupy Wall Street and the other international outfits that regularly protest at meetings of the IMF and G7. Young people, particularly young males, are naturally drawn to vandalism and posturing, and these “protests” give them ample opportunities to preen before the international press. And who doesn’t like some free stuff looted from stores? Isn’t all property “theft” anyway?
More recently, the cause du jour has been the alleged racist killings of young black men by the police, which spawned Black Lives Matter. This canard has been exploded repeatedly by scholars analyzing FBI and DOJ homicide data. But facts are irrelevant when it comes to the “truth,” as Joe Biden made clear last year when he said “we choose truth over facts.” The lie’s purpose is really to keep alive the idea of the indelible racism manifested now in “systemic racism” and “implicit bias.” These vague ideas are in fact confessions that real racism––obvious in Jim Crow laws, legal segregation, daily violence and humiliation, lynchings, and riots––is negligible today. Thus any pretext, no matter how specious or even false, must be promoted and exploited to keep “racism” and victimization alive. It is the mechanism victim-based identity politics relies on to gain political leverage, and keep the racialist grievance-industry factories humming.
So every time a black man is killed by the police, even if, unlike the current tragedy, it is justified, as it was in Ferguson, the race industry hacks and hustlers congregate like vultures to feast on the dead. After all, such relatively rare shootings are one of those “crises” the left never let go to waste. That’s why the “peaceful protestors” cliché is dubious. First, despite the rote adjective “peaceful,” most of them are willing to act as buffers between the police and the thugs who hurl rocks and bottles, burn cars, and loot businesses. The “peaceful protestors” and Antifa are two brigades in the same army, and there’s no more ideological difference between the two than there is between Hamas’s terrorist and political wings.
Next, their youthful  “passion” and “idealism” don’t cut any ice. Nazis and Bolsheviks were passionate idealists too. What counts is what you are passionate about. Passionate protest predicated on a lie, whether it’s Jewish treachery or racist cops murdering innocent blacks, in the end serves evil rather than good.
Finally, the idea that these “peaceful protestors” should be given the benefit of the doubt because they are trying to effect “change” and promote “justice” is equally bogus. First, even if they are sincere, as no doubt some are, they are protesting against a crime that is relatively rare. It is juvenile utopianism to expect that out of nearly a million police officers in the U.S., there won’t be a few bullies or psychos. Thus given the 50-60 millions of encounters between police and civilians every year, it is equally childish to expect none will not result in abuse of authority. Of course, police departments should be held accountable for their hiring, training, and accountability protocols, but they can’t keep out every potential abuser.
Second, as we’ve already noted, the crime they are protesting is rare. If black lives really “matter,” all this “passionate anger” should instead be directed towards the shameful toll of dead black men every year, 6200 in 2019, the overwhelming majority at the hands of other blacks. This is the real crisis, one that the black establishment elites in government, popular culture, and media shamefully ignore. The reason is obvious: black-on-black crime doesn’t advance the politically and fiscally profitable narrative of white “racism.”
Nor will the “legacy of racism” determinist argument work. It ignores the significant improvement in most black lives since World War II, and the role in weakening black families and communities in the Sixties played by progressive Great Society redistributionist entitlements, changes in sexual mores,  the decline of faith, and the whole “if it feels good, do it” ethos––all of which were promoted and celebrated by the left. Better stick to manufactured crises and fantasies like “implicit bias.”
Finally, as Ross Douthat pointed out last Sunday (amidst his usual irrelevant NeverTrump clichés), disorganized violent protests have been shown to be counterproductive, achieving the opposite of the protestors’ alleged aims. Summarizing the research of Princeton political scientist Omar Wasow, Douthat writes:
Looking at data from the civil rights era, Wasow argues that “proximity to black-led nonviolent protests increased white Democratic vote-share whereas proximity to black-led violent protests caused substantively important declines” — enough to tip the 1968 election from Hubert Humphrey to Nixon. More broadly, in news coverage and public opinion from those years, nonviolent protests (especially in the face of segregationist violence) increased support for civil rights, while violent protests tipped public opinion away from the protesters, and toward a stronger desire for what Nixon called law and order, and Wasow calls “social control.”
Scenes of vandalism and violence such as those broadcast last week, and the destruction of businesses and neighborhoods, some of them black, will likely have a similar effect, contributing nothing to the protestors’ alleged purposes, and more likely turning more and more ordinary voters against them. After all, Derek Chauvin, the cop who leaned on George Floyd’s neck for 9 minutes while Floyd pleaded for help, has been charged with 3rd degree murder, as well as being fired along with three other officers. It’s not clear what more the protestors want done.
Of course, Chauvin could be acquitted, which would indeed be a miscarriage of justice. And if that should happen, we will no doubt see the same violence from last week replayed. But if––a big “if”–– there are sincere “peaceful protestors” who want to demonstrate against that verdict, they’ll avoid last week’s carnival of vandalism and looting. They will look to the protests of the Civil Rights movement, and organize a march in which clergy, politicians, and other civic leaders and adults participate with solemn dignity and decorum, and with specific proposals for avoiding such an outcome. But gathering a crowd of slovenly, entitled overgrown teenagers––mixed in with thuggish punks who somehow can afford to travel around vandalizing and looting–– will harden most citizens’ antipathy to such spoiled ingrates and their specious pretexts.
Of course, that’s all improbable speculation. The point of these violent protests is not to effect change. It is to generate disorder and leverage more power for the left, and more immediately to damage Donald Trump, who of course is already being blamed for Floyd’s death and the subsequent riots. That death is being demeaned by the progressives who are adding it to their long, dishonest indictment of Trump.
That’s what happens when a political party has nothing to offer any voters not already enlisted as its client––photogenic “crises” are created as a diversion from a bankrupt platform and a senile candidate. The “peaceful protestors” are either willing participants in this political theater, or useful dupes.

The Black and White of 'Systemic Racism'

If you’re going to champion a cause, have the good grace or basic intelligence to push one that is not so easily undermined by reality... like “systemic racism.” At last check, we’re more than 50 years removed from “colored-only” anything; television commercials would have us believe that inter-racial couples are the rule today; and, diversity/inclusion is a lucrative industry and that’s on top of affirmative action. In short, there has never been a better time to be black in America. Until a few months ago, there was never a better time to be black and employed in America.
Then came the death of George Floyd, which was universally condemned. That point cannot be repeated often enough. No one supported the officer whose name won’t be mentioned here. In the ensuing outcry over Floyd’s death, however, many more black men were killed, by the people doing the  protesting. These further black deaths have largely gone ignored because they cannot be squared with claim of systemic racism -- they cannot be rationalized at all. Forget the concept of “all lives matter;” it’s apparent that not even all black lives matter. Unless a cop is involved and facts don’t matter then, either.
Not only is ‘systemic racism’ grossly inaccurate, so is the claim that law enforcement officers seek out and target black citizens. No one told Tony Timpa that being white carried special privileges when he encountered cops. Or Daniel Shaver. In fact, the Shaver case was so egregious even the Atlantic couldn’t ignore it and to publication’s credit, it also noticed the elephant in the living room:
“The case hasn’t attracted the higher degree of attention from the press, the public, or policing-reform activists, partly because…. the cop and the dead man were both white, rendering the killing less controversial than one possibly animated by racism.”
Less controversial... A cute euphemism for “not politically expedient.’ As for the underlying claim of disparate treatment of minorities by law enforcement, a study from Michigan State published last year reports that the mythology of racist cops does not match the reality. It doesn’t even come close. If anything, black citizens are more likely to be shot by cops who are black, and if there is a causal link, it’s the volume of violent crime that occurs in any jurisdiction. Simply put, more crime usually equals more shootings. And yet, the talking point of ‘systemic racism’ has taken hold like a prairie fire that refuses to be doused by any volume of contrary facts or evidence.
At the same time, a combination of self-flagellation and self-congratulations is emanating from white leftists eager to atone, or give the appearance of atoning, for their lack of melanin while also getting their woke on, as if there is a contest to see who can preen the loudest. It’s what a friend of mine terms “pathological altruism,” the paternalistic conceit of the left that is built on the belief that black people can only advance and succeed when guided by the benevolent hand of progressive America.
This mindset not only ignores the blacks who do just fine without these would-be masters, it parades the helped group as mascots to be forever reminded that their lives are only possible due to the tireless effort of their white benefactors. It is an overlay of weapons-grade condescension atop the stench of rank bigotry. Because what else can it be but bigotry when the pathological altruist essentially says “you’re nothing without me” to the minority individual while claiming “they’re as good as anyone else” to the rest of us.
For an ever-so-brief moment, there was something on which we all agreed:  the cops in Minneapolis were in the wrong. Unity, of course, is offensive to many in the political and pundit class, so the cohesion had to be ripped asunder and few things create division as effectively as race. Was that even a factor here? Maybe, but given the number of complaints against this officer, it is plausible that color doesn’t even register with him, that he is a sociopath with a badge and gun, and woe unto the person who falls within his crosshairs. Which speaks to an actual problem, that of far too many law enforcement agencies protecting officers who do not deserve it.
For several years now, the Washington Post has kept a running database of fatal force incidents involving lawmen and civilians. The numbers are available in literal black and white for any interested party to peruse. About half of the people shot and killed are white, but the proportion of blacks relative to total population is higher.
There are two other factors that are often sidestepped:  the incidents that generate publicity tend to occur in blue cities where unfettered Democrat rule has been the norm for decades. Secondly, when the elected class passes one law after another, someone has to enforce the rules. In 2016, after five of his officers were killed as Black Lives Matter was announcing its presence, the Dallas police chief noted that societal failures from bad schools to single-parent homes to inadequate mental health are dumped in the laps of cops. When the number of interactions between cops and citizens increases, and in tense situations, the odds of an interaction ending badly also rises. Yet, the same people behind the laws, the policies, and the increased contact keep being re-elected.
The reality is that there are genuine issues to address:  too many laws, one-party rule that kills any incentive for change among the political class, and the blue wall that instantly surrounds any cop found in a tight spot. We all understand the presumption of innocence, but that depends on the evidence at hand and too often, it appears rogue cops go unpunished. Each of these factors is color-blind, which may be the ultimate problem. It hints at a unity of purpose among different people, and there are too many whose power rests in perpetuating division.

///

She never said it was the police, by the way (she

casually refused, in an article about police killings, to place the blame anywhere), and we know it wasn't, because the police killed about 19 unarmed black males in 2017, and black people killed about 2,627 — a difference of over a hundred times.

They won't.

Is life more difficult for a black man? Well, yes, it is. Much of this is cultural, however, and not racial. It follows from the fact that 40% of violent crimes are committed by 6% of the population, i.e., black males.

Every Drop of Blood

America’s sin debt for slavery was paid for long ago.
“Fondly do we hope -- fervently do we pray -- that this mighty scourge of war may speedily pass away. Yet, if God wills that it continue until all the wealth piled by the bondsman's two hundred and fifty years of unrequited toil shall be sunk and until every drop of blood drawn with the lash shall be paid by another drawn with the sword, as was said three thousand years ago so still it must be said 'the judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether.’”
Abraham Lincoln, Second Inaugural, March 4, 1865
Delivered a scant forty-one days before Lincoln gave, as he himself put it in his address at Gettysburg, the “last full measure of devotion,” our sixteenth president’s language sings, it soars; it is high poetry. Somebody called Lincoln “that sad poet of a president,” words which capture pretty completely what in essence this great man was. The only other American public figure who has even arguably come close to wielding the English language so profoundly and effectively is Martin Luther King. And it is no coincidence that both men were animated by the same cause, in different iterations.
It was in his Second Inaugural that Lincoln spoke, not just as a skilled political actor, or a poet, but, in a sense, as a prophet. He seemed to have had a unique insight into the heart of the tragedy that was the American Civil War.
I’d been thinking about his ‘wealth piled by the bondsman’s two hundred and fifty years of unrequited toil’ observation, and wondering how close to the truth Lincoln had struck. It turns out, in fact, that he had struck very close to the truth.
The common accepted death toll for the American Civil war is 618,000. That figure was recently reliably revised upward to 750,000 . At any rate, I decided to compare that number with the total number of Africans imported as slaves to the continental US throughout her colonial and national history. I was wondering, frankly, whether the life of at least one American taken during the Civil War, of which its proximate cause was the existence and spread of slavery, was balanced out for every African brought here.
American historian Henry Louis Gates says the following:
“Between 1525 and 1866, in the entire history of the slave trade to the New World, according to the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade Database, 12.5 million Africans were shipped to the New World. 10.7 million survived the dreaded Middle Passage, disembarking in North America, the Caribbean and South America. And how many of these 10.7l milion Africans were shipped directly to North America? Only about 388,000. That’s right: a tiny percentage.”
So, given the death rate of 14.4% of those who did not survive the Middle Passage, that raises the number of slaves destined for American ports to 443,000.
Now I have a rather grim question for you -- is the death of 750,000 Americans, and the maiming of thousands more, as a direct consequence to the presence of slavery in this country, an approximately fair price to pay for the forced importation of 443,000 Africans to America, for two hundred fifty years of unrequited toil, plus another ninety or so years of Jim Crow laws?
Well, this is an issue only God can fairly adjudicate. But it puts things in an entirely new and interesting perspective- for me, at least.
You may be surprised, given recent events, that the condition of black Americans has actually been improving over the last decades. Here’s Kyle Smith writing recently in the New York Post:
"The Economic Policy Institute found that the difference in high school graduation rates between whites and blacks fell from 27 percent in 1962 to 5 percent in 2004. Last fall, the rate of black and Hispanic unemployment hit an all-time low. Since 1980, the percentage of black adults with college degrees has tripled. Life expectancy of white Americans exceeded that of black Americans by more than seven years as of 1970; that gap has been cut in half, to three and a half years. The percentage of black Americans earning more than $75,000 more than doubled (adjusting for inflation) between 1970 and 2014, according to Harvard professor William Julius Wilson, who studies upward mobility among black Americans."
So what’s the problem, one might ask? With all this wonderful progress, why all this recent brouhaha? The answer can be distilled to a couple major factors: 1) the creation of a permanent black underclass thanks to the unintended consequences of civil rights legislation passed in the 1960s which have given economic incentives for fatherless households in the black community, and 2) the steadily advancing agenda of cultural Marxism, which has led to the tsunami of political correctness and the instant shaming and expulsion of liberals and conservatives of principle from positions of power and influence. Throw in the convulsive collective deliverance from three months of, as it turned out, mostly unnecessary lockdown, and you have a perfect blueprint for bad behavior.
Not all of this is bad, of course. Police tactics can always stand scrutiny, since they’re the only ones in a civilization entrusted with the threat of and the use of force to apply local laws effectively. Individuals who have an irrational distaste for people having a different paint job than they do need to do some serious self-reflection.
Is life more difficult for a black man? Well, yes, it is. Much of this is cultural, however, and not racial. It follows from the fact that 40% of violent crimes are committed by 6% of the population, i.e., black males. If that’s “institutional racism” in the view of a lot of rather shallow thinkers, then march until your shoes wear out; it won’t change until crime stats change. And crime stats won’t change until a revolution takes place in the black underclass.
The first rumblings of that revolution are happening even as we speak; there is very slow tectonic shift taking place in the African-American community as black Americans, by ones and twos, by dozens and hundreds, are slowly waking up to the fact that they’ve been had by the Democrats. That they’ve always been had by the Democrats, who were the fiercest opponents to emancipation, the staunchest supporters of Jim Crow, and the steely backbone of the KKK.
Democrats are scared stiff that they’ll lose their African-American constituents. They should be. If they don’t take their party back from the extreme Left and get their act together vis a vis their historic mistreatment of their most loyal demographic, they’ll be shunted off to the sidelines as a semi-permanent minority party. And that’s bad for the republic. One-party rule always is.

This evidence is pretty compelling in suggesting that the BLM movement presents itself as a Marxist philosophy pushing organization with characteristics of a terrorist entity.

What the Black Lives Matter movement really is

Based on the research I've conducted, the Black Lives Matter (BLM) organization/movement is likely not what most people think it is.  Here are a few verified ideas to consider.
One may think of the BLM movement as a "grassroots" movement.  According to the BLM website, BLM is a "global organization active in US, UK, and Canada."  The website, Influence Watch, points out that George Soros, a Hungarian-born liberal with a net worth of $25.2 billion, is a major contributor to BLM, having donated "at least $33 million."  The same website states that since 2013, groups associated with the BLM movement have taken in $133 million.
On another point, it appears that BLM is rooted in Marxist philosophy.  From the New York Post (06/25/20), Black Lives Matter co-founder Patrisse Cullors describes herself and her co-organizer of BLM as "a trained Marxist."  The article goes on to say Cullors was a protégé of Eric Mann and that she "spent years" with him "absorbing the Marxist-Leninist ideology that shaped her worldview."
Consider what this might mean for the USA if BLM pushes its agenda and platform.  According to Investopedia, Marxism argues for a worker revolution to overturn capitalism in favor of communism.  Furthermore, Marxism is against the nuclear family in that it teaches a hierarchical system and keeps money within groups (families), opposed to distributed wealth.  The website ReviseSociology explains, "Marxists argue that the nuclear family performs ideological functions for Capitalism — the family acts as a unit of consumption and teaches passive acceptance of hierarchy.  It is also the institution through which the wealthy pass down their private property to their children, thus reproducing class inequality."  Furthermore, the website Brainscape points out, "[Marxists] dispute the idea that the way families are organized benefits everyone.  The website goes on to say, "[R]ather [Marxism] argue[s] that the family like many other institutions in capitalist societies, serves to maintain the power of those with wealth and preserve the existing economic system."
BLM is anti–nuclear family.   The following quote was taken directly from the BLM website: "We disrupt the Western-prescribed nuclear family structure requirement by supporting each other as extended families and 'villages' that collectively care for one another[.]"  More Marxist philosophy from the BLM Platform itself: BLM argues for a reformed tax code "at the local, state, and federal level to ensure a radical and substantial redistribution of wealth."
The U.S. Code of Federal Regulations defines terrorism as "the unlawful use of force and violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives" (28 C.F.R. Section 0.85).  The New York Post (06/25/20) reported that Hawk Newsome, president of Greater New York Black Lives Matter (BLM website denies this title), stated, "If this country doesn't give us what we want, then we will burn down this system and replace it.  All right?  And I could be speaking figuratively.  I could be speaking literally.  It's a matter of interpretation."  Also stated by Newsome, "I just want black liberation, and black sovereignty.  By any means necessary."
This evidence is pretty compelling in suggesting that the BLM movement presents itself as a Marxist philosophy pushing organization with characteristics of a terrorist entity.  This seems like such a strange way to strengthen race relations and advocate for the human and legal rights of U.S. citizens.
