KAMALA HARRIS AND SEXUAL HARASSMENT - WHAT'S UP WITH THIS SOCIOPATH LAWYER?

Kamala Harris Enabled Sexual Harassment Throughout Her Career

Now she can do it for Joe Biden.

Daniel Greenfield, a Shillman Journalism Fellow at the Freedom Center, is an investigative journalist and writer focusing on the radical Left and Islamic terrorism.

“The Democratic Party has become an enabler to sexual predators," Tara Reade, Biden's former Senate staffer, who accused him of sexual assault, recently told an interviewer.

In May, Reade revealed that she tried to get Kamala Harris to listen.

"Kamala Harris is my representative, so I tried to reach out to her in particular for help, like I wanted to get a safe place to tell what happened. And I didn't get a response. So I kept, again, trying to get it out there," she said.

A senior adviser to the Kamala Harris campaign claimed that never happened.

Last year, Kamala Harris had expressed support for Democrat female activists who had complained about Biden touching them inappropriately. Many of the complaints were not new and Biden had not yet entered the campaign.

"I believe them and I respect them being able to tell their story and having the courage to do it," Harris said, and implied that Biden might want to consider the consequences of running.

By next year, she had dropped out and was hoping Biden would pick her as the nominee.

Kamala Harris told a San Francisco Chronicle podcast that she would be "honored" to be chosen and defended Biden against Reade's accusations by praising him as a feminist.

Within the space of a year, Kamala Harris had gone from believing Biden accusers to disbelieving them.

In 2019, she believed Biden's accusers, but by 2020, she was insisting that the "Joe Biden I know is somebody who really has fought for women and empowerment of women."

Like Hillary Clinton, Kamala Harris built her career around powerful men. The most important of these was Willie Brown, the San Francisco political boss whom Kamala had an affair with, who gifted her with a BMW and, more valuably, an introduction to his political network.

Back then, the 60-year-old political boss would "go to a party with his wife on one arm and his girlfriend on the other.”

One of the women on his arm was Kamala, then in her twenties.

"I may have influenced her career by appointing her to two state commissions when I was Assembly speaker," Brown coyly said. "And I certainly helped with her first race for district attorney in San Francisco."

But there were women who didn’t fit on Brown’s arm and had a different experience.

In the 90s, two aides filed a lawsuit alleging that Willie Brown had fired them for reporting sexual harassment by one of his allies. They were able to settle their cases for $100,000.

"Under my leadership as speaker, the Assembly adopted a zero-tolerance policy against sexual harassment," Brown claimed.

He neglected to mention that it was zero tolerance for women complaining about sexual harassment. The allegations against Connolly were investigated by a Brown ally and the future mayor took part in strategy sessions to smear the women to get them “to back off or go away”.

“As soon as we complained, the top man in the state Legislature was out to get us so he could protect his friend Tom Connolly," one of the women claimed.

Connolly was sentenced to two years in prison shortly thereafter for taking a 14-year-old runaway to a motel and engaging in sex with her.

When Willie Brown protected Connolly, the Democrat had quite the past with allegations of cocaine use. The San Diego vice squad even caught Connolly with a pregnant hooker in his car.

Brown's cover-up was backed up by future Rep. Jackie Speier who falsely claimed "at no time . . . did Brown become active or intervene". Rep. Speier is a Kamala Harris ally who recently wrote a letter accusing Facebook of sexism for not removing criticism of the California senator.

A year later, a top Brown ally, John Barry Wyatt, was sued by an assistant who accused him of harassing and even assaulting her. The accuser was paid $59,500 to go away.

Wyatt was appointed Brown's director of field operations.

His accuser claims that she was demoted to the typing pool, investigated, and forced to quit her job. The typing pool was where women who complained about harassment were dumped.

Wyatt's accuser claimed that Brown had rejected the settlement and blamed him for what happened to her.

The Brown operative, who had also worked on Ted Kennedy’s campaign, had previously been arrested after being accused of raping a teenage hitchhiker at knifepoint.

This bottomless pit of sleaze was the way things were in the Brown camp. And Brown is the hub around which California’s Democrat politics, from its governor, to its two senators, and San Fran’s current mayor, has been built. They all owe a good deal to Willie Brown.

Did Kamala Harris not know what was going on at the time?

Her connection to these abuses may have been tentative, but that wasn’t the case with another powerful man.

In 2012, Kamala Harris endorsed Bob Filner for mayor. The Democrat politician was running to head San Diego, and he had a compulsive habit of groping and choking women.

A year later, 'Filthy Filner' had racked up seventeen accusers including a great-grandmother, a military veteran, a future congresswoman, and a rape victim.

Attorney General Kamala Harris negotiated a plea deal in which Filner served no jail time and wouldn’t even be listed in the state’s sex offender database.

Kamala had given ‘Filthy Filner’ the Jeffrey Epstein special.

But there was another powerful man even closer to Kamala Harris.

Larry Wallace had spent fourteen years working with Kamala Harris. He had been "a longtime aide and one of her closest professional confidantes" who followed her from job to job.

He ran her security, appeared in her campaign book, and acted as her senior adviser.

Wallace was accused of sexually harassing his assistant. Xavier Becerra, Kamala's successor, settled for $400,000 with a non-disclosure agreement. That allowed Wallace to follow Kamala to D.C. as her senior adviser, until the story came out, and Wallace had to resign.

Wallace then got a job working as a corruption investigator for Contra Costa DA Diana Becton. Becton, who is backed by George Soros, was endorsed by Kamala. Becton has made headlines for profoundly mishandling the criminal justice system and illegally charging a couple who painted over a Black Lives Matter sign with a hate crime.

Becton was so close to Kamala Harris that she had even plagiarized one of her letters.

The Wallace case wasn't unusual. Public records show that Kamala's office looked a whole lot like Willie Brown's office.

Under Kamala, the California DOJ had paid out over $1 million in sexual harassment and retaliation claims covering everything from groping to verbal harassment.

Kamala claimed that she was unaware of the Wallace lawsuit, but Nathan Barankin, her Deputy AG, who would normally have reviewed these matters, went on to become her Senate chief of staff, and then joined her Fearless for the People PAC.

All this made it very clear that nothing was going to change.

In the spring of this year, Senator Kamala Harris had already gotten into the business of covering up Joe Biden’s sexual assault problem.

Unlike the presidency, it’s a job that the new senator is wholly qualified for. Kamala Harris has little national experience and could potentially go from Attorney General of California to President of the United States in four years. But when it comes to stepping out on the arms of powerful men, and playing defense for their peccadillos, Kamala is overqualified.

Between Biden’s long history of inappropriate touching and the assault allegations, Kamala is likely to have her hands full.

Joe Biden’s habit of sniffing, stroking, kissing, and otherwise inappropriately touching women is not likely to improve as his mental condition declines. And it will be his running mate’s job to step out, smile, and repeat the familiar talking point that the, “Joe Biden I know is somebody who really has fought for women" while trying to keep his hands away.

This is the job that Kamala has been auditioning for since she was 29 and on Willie’s arm.

Even as the Democrats roll out false accusations of sexism against Republican critics, the real sexism had always been coming from inside their own house. Kamala has spent a quarter of a century looking away from or covering up sexual harassment by Democrat bosses. Her reward is repeating that the “Joe Biden I know is somebody who really has fought for women"  until the fall of the year or until the day he dies.

"Democracy is the theory that the common people know what they want, and deserve to get it good and hard," H.L. Mencken once observed.

Kamala Harris always knew what she wanted. Now she has it.

HAVEN’T WE YET LEARNED ABOUT LAWYERS? THAT THEY ARE AMORAL SOCIOPATHS? LOOK AT HILLARY BILLARY CLINTON AND THE OBOMBS!

Kamala Harris Failed to Prosecute Priest Sex Abuse Cases Despite Victims’ Pleas

Joe Biden announced Tuesday he has chosen Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) as his running mate, a person the presumptive Democrat nominee described as a “fearless fighter for the little guy, and one of the country’s finest public servants.”

During Harris’s tenure as San Francisco’s chief prosecutor, however, she showed no signs of fighting for “the little guy” when she failed to prosecute any of the sexual abuse claims brought against Catholic priests in the city, despite outcries from victim groups.

In fact, as Breitbart News senior contributor Peter Schweizer, president of the Government Accountability Institute, observed in his book titled Profiles in Corruption: Abuse of Power by America’s Progressive Eliteduring her 13-year tenure as district attorney and then attorney general, Harris failed to prosecute even one case of priest sexual abuse, though during that same period at least 50 major cities had brought charges against priests.

At the same time Harris failed to pursue prosecution of cases of priest sexual abuse, her office “would strangely hide vital records on abuses that had occurred,” Schweizer revealed.

The bombshell details show that while Harris’s predecessor, former San Francisco District Attorney Terence Hallinan, had launched an aggressive investigation into priests of the Archdiocese of San Francisco accused of sexual abuse, Harris’s campaign to unseat Hallinan showed an unusual influx of unparalleled donations from high-level officials of the Catholic Church.

Schweizer wrote:

Harris had no particular ties to the Catholic Church or Catholic organizations, but the money still came in large, unprecedented sums. Lawyer Joseph Russoniello represented the church on a wide variety of issues, including the handling of the church abuse scandal. He served on the Catholic Church’s National Review Board (NRB) of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops. The purpose of the NRB was to review Catholic Church abuse cases. Russoniello was also a partner in the San Francisco law firm Cooley Godward. Russoniello donated the maximum amount by law to her campaign, $1,250, and his law firm added another $2,250. He also sat on Harris’s advisory council when she was San Francisco district attorney. Another law firm, Bingham McCutcheon, which handled legal matters for the archdiocese concerning Catholic Charities, donated $2,825, the maximum allowed. Curiously, Bingham McCutcheon had only donated to two other candidates running for office in San Francisco before, for a total of $650. As with Russoniello, their support was unusual.

In addition to campaign donations from multiple law firms defending San Francisco priests against abuse claims, Schweizer observed that “board members of San Francisco Catholic archdiocese-related organizations and their family members donated another $50,950 to Harris’s campaign.”

As Schweizer noted, Harris’s ties to those working to block exposure of the archdiocese’s secret documents containing information about priests accused of sexual abuse were extensive.

The author explained that attorney Paul Renne of Cooley Godward was the husband of former San Francisco city attorney Louise Renne, a mentor to Harris. Paul Renne worked with lawyer Joseph Russoniello, who, as Schweizer wrote, “negotiated the agreement to bury the abuse records from public view.”

Though Harris has touted her early career as a sexual crimes prosecutor, after she won her run-off campaign against Hallinan, her office actually worked to cover up the records of claims of sexual abuse by priests of the San Francisco archdiocese.

According to Schweizer:

Hallinan’s office had used the archdiocese files to guide its investigations and talked publicly about releasing the documents after removing victims’ names and identifiers. Harris, on the other hand, abruptly decided to bury the records. For some reason, she did not want the documents released in any form. Harris’s office claimed that the cover-up was about protecting the victims of abuse. “District Attorney Harris focuses her efforts on putting child molesters in prison,” her office claimed. “We’re not interested in selling out our victims to look good in the paper.”

Victims’ groups, however, were quite eager for the documents to be released.

“They were outraged by her actions,” Schweizer noted. “Far from protecting victims, they argued, the cover-up was actually protecting the abusers by keeping their alleged crimes secret.”

“They’re full of shit,” Joey Piscitelli, the northwest regional director of Survivors Network of Those Abused by Priests (SNAP), said, reported Schweizer. “You can quote me on that. They’re not protecting the victims.”

Similarly, attorney Rick Simons, who represented victims of clergy sexual abuse, said Harris’s action of covering up the documents “shows a pattern and practice and policy of ignoring the rights of children by one of the largest institutions of the city and county of San Francisco, and in the Bay Area.”

When Harris attempted to shift the blame for hiding the records to Hallinan, her predecessor responded that she engaged in “the kinds of deals that have allowed the church sex scandal to go on as long as it has.”

As a result of Harris’s efforts to cover up the documents, Schweizer wrote that psychologist James Jenkins, who founded the archdiocese’s Independent Review Board – which oversaw the methods to handle abuse claims – “abruptly resigned from the board”:

He accused the church of “deception, manipulation and control” for blocking the release of the board’s findings. Jenkins argued that Harris’s deal with the archdiocese not only denied the rights of known victims, it also prevented other possible cases from coming forward.

In April 2010, Schweizer reported Harris’s office denied a request from a San Francisco Weekly journalist who sought the archdiocese’s abuse records. Similarly, Schweizer wrote he requested the same documents in 2019, through an attorney in California.

“The San Francisco district attorney’s office responded they no longer had them in their possession,” he noted.

“Were they destroyed? Were they moved somewhere else?” Schweizer asked. “It remains a disturbing mystery.”

We shall see.  If he chooses  Heels-up Kamala Harris as his running mate and Trump airs the clip of her accusing Biden of being a racist, theirs will be an ever-imploding exercise in futility.  That would be a self-inflicted wound but fascinating – and grim in all its ramifications.

Joe Biden, the very definition of an empty suit

By Patricia McCarthy

Joe Biden has always been an empty suit, for all of his 39 years in Congress, then eight as vice president.

He demeaned himself at the Clarence Thomas hearings in 1991 where he revealed his inner cruel nature.  How he was ever elected again after that does not speak well for his constituents.   He is a lifelong prevaricator, plagiarist and groper of female children.  He has apparently sexually assaulted an adult woman as well.  And we’ve all heard the stories of how he liked to swim nude in the presence of female secret security agents when he was VP.  In short, the guy is a jerk, a poseur.  He is also, and has always been a racist of the worst kind, the type who believes it is justified.

Throughout his years in Congress, he has seen to it that both his primary and extended family members have become rich by less than above-board means.  His son Hunter is a case in point.  The list of events showing Hunter’s unethical path to wealth is legion.  If a son of Trump’s had been as corrupt as Hunter, we would never hear the end of it. And as Robert Gates has commented, “Joe Biden has been wrong on every foreign policy issue for forty years.”

And yet, with all this baggage, this is the man the Democratic Party has chosen as their presidential candidate to defeat President Trump!  They’ve chosen very poorly as time will most certainly reveal.

This campaign season, for all the hysterical vitriol displayed by the left, is nothing if not amusing as well.  Reading and watching the panicked leftists who fear a Biden-Trump debate so much they are advising they be cancelled is entertaining for they seem to think we don’t see through their oh-so-disingenuous arguments.  They know as well as those on the right do that Biden is failing fast.  That his rapacious wife has not called a halt to his campaign is proof that she does not love the man;  she sees him as the avenue to her own exalted place in the power structure of D.C. She is a sort of comic book Lady Macbeth.

As the days pass and we see the short glimpses of Biden in his lovely patioed basement, we see a man lost in the fog of dementia, who loses his train of thought in the middle of sentences.  He often has no idea where he is or to whom he is speaking.  He is quick to anger if asked a question he does not like or cannot answer.  He has so far acquitted himself as a man perhaps the least qualified, tempermentally and intellectually, to be president.   He has embraced Bernie Sanders’ socialist platform as his own, balked at condemning the BLM and Antifa violence that has razed numerous democrat-run cities throughout the nation.  He is wobbly on defunding the police which means he is afraid to speak out against the demands of the rioters.  He is a coward.

He has even announced he will not attend the Democrat convention in Milwaukee.  Any bets on whether or not he will debate the president?  Chances are he will bow out of that commitment as well.  His handlers are surely acutely aware of his obvious limitations by now.  Even a high-tech ear piece would not help Joe.  Directions and corrections in his ear would only confuse him further.

What is the Democrat party to do?  Well, everything they are doing.  They have an orchestrated strategy that is being implemented daily.  Every leftist appearing on television and writing at the NYT, WaPo, and throughout the online media are doing everything in their power to convince  the American people that the U.S. is irredeemably racist, a despicable lie.

They drone on and on about how Trump has handled the covid pandemic poorly, another an outright lie.  He has been on top of it from the outset.  (Would Biden have banned flights from China?  Not a chance; he’s owned by China.)

They are spreading the fear that Trump will refuse to leave the White House if he loses, a ridiculous notion even from them.  They are working hard to convince every American that the coming election will not be legitimate.

Mail-in-voting is one way to ensure that.  They plan on votes not being counted by Jan. 20 so that Morticia Pelosi can be named temporary president.  Can any of us imagine that nightmare?  That two months would give them time to cheat/fix the results to their satisfaction or even to replace Biden, if he were to be declared the winner, based on the 25th Amendment.

The Democrats are up to no  good, of that we can all be certain.  They have never accepted Trump’s 2016 victory and, as a result, have behaved poorly ever since, wholly without class or grace.  All the divisiveness has come from their refusal to acknowledge their candidate lost.  The pathetic Carl Bernstein, forever trying to relive his role in Watergate, is demanding the Republicans remove Trump from office now!  What does that tell us?  That even Carl knows Biden cannot win.  The question is, will Biden remain the candidate until November 3rd?  We shall see.  If he chooses  Heels-up Kamala Harris as his running mate and Trump airs the clip of her accusing Biden of being a racist, theirs will be an ever-imploding exercise in futility.  That would be a self-inflicted wound but fascinating – and grim in all its ramifications.

The Democrat party has devolved into a gang of thugs, as the hearing with Attorney General Bill Barr proved beyond a reasonable doubt.  There is not one with the courage to speak up and admit that the party is broken into bits of dross, illegitimate due to their embrace of socialism.  Everything they support is in opposition to the Constitution: illegal immigration, open borders, anti-law enforcement, anti-military, pro-violence in our streets, hatred of both the First and Second Amendments.  They are prepared to lie, cheat and steal to gain power and implement their plan to destroy the middle class and turn the U.S. into Venezuela.

And they believe that Joe Biden is going to take them where they want to go!  It is not only Joe Biden who is an empty suit.  The Democratic Party has relinquished any and all legitimacy it once had.  Why and for what?  Because their criminally corrupt candidate lost in 2016, a D.C. outsider won, and they have been in the throes of an enraged tantrum ever since. How else would they have ended up with empty-suit Biden as their candidate?  Karma?

“Life's but a walking shadow, a poor player,
That struts and frets his hour upon the stage,
And then is heard no more. It is a tale
Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury,
Signifying nothing.”
― William Shakespeare,
Macbeth

The left’s two big albatrosses – Biden and Pelosi

By Patricia McCarthy

One has to wonder, do those on the left, including the media, actually think that Joe Biden is a viable candidate for president?  Do they not realize that Nancy Pelosi is as senile as Joe? Like Joe, she often slurs her words, suffers brain freezes mid-sentence and spews gibberish.  Biden is life-long corruptocrat, a known plagiarist, a pathological liar and a truly mean and evil man.  You can catch a glimpse of  just how mean in the film about Clarence Thomas; it was Biden who grilled him mercilessly during the hearings over Anita Hill’s phony allegations. Biden is a racist as well.  Pelosi is a life-long power-mad lunatic.  She has allowed her own district to dissolve into a homeless camp with all the attendant problems – discarded needles, feces on the streets and sidewalks, and an ever-escalating crime wave.  Smash and grab car burglaries occur by the minute in San Feancisco and there are no consequences for the perpetrators if caught.   Like Sen. Dianne Feinstein,  Pelosi and her husband are millionaires several times over; they’ve become rich because both have been in Congress for so many years.  They all get rich on insider information.  Joe Biden goes further; we all know he used a billion dollars in U.S. aid as leverage to get a Ukrainian prosecutor fired because he was investigating his son.  John Kerry was in on that bit of bribery.  He is as low a form of life as Biden.

And yet, at the moment, Biden is their candidate and Pelosi is their Speaker who embarrasses herself every time she opens her mouth, as does Biden.  Both of them belong in a long-term care facility for the aged.  That the Democrats consider either of these pols a credit to their party is proof of their willful blindness.  Why do they not see what everyone outside of their party can see?  That these two people are way past their sell-by date.  How is Joe going to debate President Trump? He is unable to utter a coherent sentence or answer a simple question.  Pelosi submitted a $3 trillion spending bill that is simply a joke.  Biden has vowed to pick a “woman of color” as his running mate.  Woe be unto him if he doesn’t.

As for the left’s “believe all women” mantra, that went out the window the moment Tara Reade accused Biden of sexual assault.  Reade’s allegations are infinitely more credible than Christine Blasey-Ford’s fabricated accusations against a high school-aged Brett Kavanaugh, but Democrats are so self-unaware, they don’t recognize their own gross hypocrisy.  This time Reade is “making it up.” See Ami Horowitz’ recent video.   Blasey-Ford most likely never met Justice Kavanaugh.  Reade did work in Biden’s office, did report his behavior and tell others at the time.  But the Dems believed Blasey-Ford and don’t believe Reade.  Go figure. Denial is a dangerous and mystifying psychological defense mechanism and the Democrat party is in denial about the mental capacity of its two most prominent “leaders.”

Donald Trump has warned our federal government about the dangers China represents to the US since the 1980s.  He was right and since he took office he has tried to rectify the horrific trade imbalance.  No one can refute the fact that China purposely unleashed the covid virus upon the world but Nancy Pelosi calls Trump’s focus on China “a diversion.”  Is she really that clueless?  Probably not, but destroying Trump is far more important to her than protecting America.  Her comments about Trump’s use of hydroxychloroquine as a prophylactic are outrageous.  It is the most effective drug at the moment, used all over the world.  And Trump is not “morbidly obese” She however is morbidly botoxed and has undergone so much plastic surgery she resembles a character from the film Death Becomes Her.  She is a ghoul in every sense of the word but the left seems not to realize it.  They celebrate how she wields her power.  That is what they admire; it’s the only thing they admire in anyone.  They just cannot abide it in a republican, especially when they were so certain Hillary was going to win the 2016 election and they would all be in fat city.  They would have been all-powerful.  They would have had control of all the levers of power in this country.  And being the spoiled children they are, to this day they cannot accept that defeat, especially to an outsider like Trump.  They love to mock him, to call him stupid but he has them all by the short hairs and runs rings around their collective body of never-Trumpers.

To be sure, Biden and Pelosi have their devoted fans who are so blinded by their hatred of Trump and their thoroughly unwarranted hero worship of Biden and Pelosi that they mistakenly think they are normal and healthy but both are seriously in need of an intervention.  Why Jill Biden allows Joe’s candidacy to continue is a cruelty, a form of elder abuse.  As for Pelosi, where are her five kids telling her it is time to retire?  Of course the lady of iron will would refuse but how much longer can her infirmities be on public display?   Only time will tell but it seems pretty likely Trump has the election in the bag.   Biden is the weakest candidate the democrat party has run since George McGovern and McGovern was a decent man; Biden is not.  As for Pelosi, her district is so damaged, so depressed, they will likely re-elect her and keep her in office until she is 100% wax-ready for Madame Tussaud’s.
