MARXIST PATRISSE CULLORS SAYS COPS MUST BE DEFUNDED - WHO WILL PROTECT US FROM BLACK MURDER AND MAYHEM?

Black Lives Matter Founder: DNC Platform Must Call for Defunding Police, Abolishing ICE

Self-proclaimed Marxist and Black Lives Matter (BLM) co-founder Patrisse Cullors called on Democrats to make “sea changes” to their party platform and adopt radical legislation that calls to defund the police force, eliminate both the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and close all federal prisons and immigration detention centers, alongside various other radical demands — otherwise, “any claims of allyship and solidarity with our work to fight for black liberation are for naught.”
Cullors stated there is “an opportunity right now to right the course of history” and warned that if not careful, the Democratic Party “will miss its greatest opportunity” to lead our country to the “true American revolution.”
The radical BLM co-founder was addressing the Democratic National Convention’s (DNC) virtual party platform meeting on Monday, only weeks before the start of the summer convention. Cullors told the panel “without making the necessary recommitments and revisions, can any of you here truly stand up and say, ‘my party is the party of principles?’”
Cullors also expressed a non-compromising attitude toward adopting some of the most radical policies:
Until and unless our leaders become signatory to the BREATHE Act — to legislation that eliminates the federal government’s ability to give multi-million dollar grants to militarize police forces; dismantles punitive like ICE, Border Patrol, and the DEA; ends the use of surveillance systems being used to target protesters; and bans the use of police agencies to suppress political dissent — the Democratic Party of today will be remembered as the party of complicity. The party that refuses to sacrifice its own creature comforts and material securities to ensure it walked the walk. So before you leave today, I want you to answer this question for yourselves: Which side of history is my party actually on?
In a call following her remarks, Cullors told Axios that she and other activists are “playing the long game” and that “even if we get Trump out in November we will still be having this same conversation about police violence with Biden in office.”
Cullors also added that earlier this month, the Movement for Black Lives (M4BL) policy team met with members of Biden’s campaign to discuss the BREATHE Act.
The BREATHE Act:
Formulated by the radical Movement for Black Lives (M4BL) — a coalition of more than 150 organizations and championed by Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) and Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) — the bill, posted on breatheact.org, is broken into four sections that focus on reforming federal institutions and policies.
The first section calls for moves such as divesting from police agencies like the DEA and ICE, dramatically reducing the Department of Defense budget, ending life sentences and mandatory minimum sentences, closing all federal prisons and immigration detention centers, and decriminalizing and retroactively expunging both state and federal drug offenses.
The second section calls for federal grants to incentivize local jurisdictions to decarcerate jails and/or defund police forces, close detention facilities, abolish state gang databases, remove police from schools, repeal all juvenile offenses, eliminate all court fees and forgive past debts.
The section also calls for a new program that would send trained civilian specialists, rather than police, to respond to 911 calls in order to reduce unnecessary contact between law enforcement and community members.
The next section calls for allocating new money for social equality in communities that provide equitable funding for all schools; developing school curricula that examines the impacts of colonialism, genocide against indigenous peoples and slavery; closing youth detention centers; and providing a lifetime of free access to education for undocumented immigrants, including those who are currently or were formerly incarcerated.
The final section calls for reparations for those incarcerated, including enfranchisement to vote; creating a public financing program for campaigns powered by small-dollar contributions; incentivizing states to increase voter turnout; and allowing undocumented immigrants to vote in local and state elections.
Biden-Sanders unity task force on criminal justice reform:
Unsurprisingly, many of the BREATHE Act’s demands resemble recommendations made by the Biden-Sanders criminal justice task force.
The task force recommendations include ending the use of private prisons and detention centers — including for immigration offenses; ending cash bail; abolishing the death penalty at the federal level; making all sentencing reforms retroactive to allow for individualized resentencing; incentivizing jail and prison closures as populations decline; restoring the right to vote for all formerly incarcerated individuals; reinstating government-subsidized grants (Pell Grant eligibility) for previously incarcerated individuals; conditioning the receipt of federal funds on the automatic expungement and sealing of juvenile records; and federal funding to create a civilian corps of unarmed first responders such as social workers, EMTs, and trained mental health professionals to handle non-violent emergencies.
Breitbart News previously reported that the task force on criminal justice reform, charged with shaping Biden’s public policy agenda and intended to guide the party’s 2020 platform, was composed of extremist members with radical views directly tied to organizations that believe America is inherently racist and must be fought through radical transformation.
Biden, long seen as a moderate, has earned plaudits from progressives in recent weeks for the aggressive recommendations made by the Biden-Sanders unity task force.
“The compromise they came up with, if implemented, will make Biden the most progressive president since FDR,” Sanders told MSNBC after the task force released its recommendations.
Sanders added that there was a “real honest effort” to find a compromise between left-wing supporters of Sanders and establishment Biden backers.
Patrisse Cullors radical revolution:
Breitbart News previously reported on the M4BL and its extreme vision for what a “true American revolution” would look like, with Patrice Cullors warning the DNC platform committee that if the Democratic Party is not careful, they risk losing the great opportunity to lead our country.
As reported, the nationwide push led by Black Lives Matter to defund the police is part of a larger radical agenda expressed in the group’s own manifesto which openly seeks a revolution to topple the U.S. capitalist system and its replacement with a socialist-style government replete with universal income, collective ownership, and the redistribution of wealth.
Additionally, Breitbart News documented Cullors — whom the DNC platform committee embraced — as the protégé of a communist-supporting domestic terrorist for over a decade, spending years training in political organizing and absorbing the radical Marxist-Leninist ideology which shaped her worldview.
Biden embracing the revolution:
On Tuesday, Biden reiterated that he would be “one of the most progressive presidents in U.S. history” during a rare question-and-answer session with the press after a speech on racial equality in Wilmington, Delaware, as Breitbart News reported.
Biden’s promises of a fundamental transformation have been made on several occasions, including:
  • May 4: Biden calls coronavirus an “incredible opportunity … to fundamentally transform the country.”
  • May 11: Biden says America needs “revolutionary institutional changes.”
  • June 2: Biden calls for America to fight “systemic racism.”
  • July 4: Biden promises to “transform” America and “rip the roots of systemic racism out of this country.”
  • July 9: Biden vows he will put an “end to the era of shareholder capitalism.”
  • July 13: Biden promises “systemic” and “institutional” changes.
On Friday, former congressman Phil Gramm noted in The Wall Street Journal that Biden had taken a hard left turn since securing his party’s nomination, adopting the socialist agenda of former rivals Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren. As a result, Gramm said the election was no longer a referendum on Trump, but a referendum on the survival of America.

Remembering the Victims of Black Violence - Black and White

Fearless journalist Colin Flaherty holds a peaceful "Victims Matter" rally.
July 27, 2020
Jack Kerwick
While cultural elites who comprise the Racism-Industrial-Complex (RIC) and the countless others who they’ve succeeded in either brainwashing or intimidating peddle the Big Lie that blacks are perpetual victims of “systemic racism,” some especially brave people refuse to be cowed.
They insist upon telling the truth, however ugly that truth may be.
Colin Flaherty is one such person. A career investigative journalist who has won (literally) dozens of awards for his work, there is scarcely a prominent publication throughout the world for which Flaherty hasn’t written at some point.  The Boston Globe, New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Boston Globe, Miami Herald, Washington Post, Bloomberg Business Week, San Diego Union-Tribune, and Time are among the 1,000 outfits that have featured his work.
Years ago it was Flaherty’s determination and investigative prowess that resulted in the release from jail of a black man who had been wrongly arrested and incarcerated for having allegedly beaten the white woman who he had been seeing. The latter, as it turned out, attempted to frame her ex. NPR is among the left-leaning organizations that lavished praise upon Flaherty.
Within the last decade or so, Flaherty, the last of the true investigative journalists that he is, decided to turn his attention to the sorely underreported subject of black criminality, black violence, and, specifically, black racial animus. His first book on the topic, White Girl Bleed A lot, elicited universal praise from such conservative luminaries as Thomas Sowell (through whose review I first learned of Flaherty), Jesse Lee Peterson, Allen West, and many others whose names readers of this column will know well.
Since this time, Flaherty authored a second book on this theme (which I reviewed here) and countless articles. He also is the host of a wildly successful podcast: every day, and sometimes multiple times a day, he refers his audience to local news accounts of black criminality from towns and cities around the country. Without “racism, rancor, or apology,” Flaherty’s mission is to “expose” two things: (1) “the Greatest Lie of our generation,” the lie of “black victimization and relentless white racism”; and (2) the “denial, deceit, and delusion” of our political and media elites when it comes to (1).
Last month, as Black Lives Matter-related violence erupted in cities throughout the country, Flaherty decided to use his platform to organize, but coyly, a rally of his own. He played things close to the vest.
And on June 22, a Monday afternoon, as if to send a message to the left that they aren’t the only ones that can employ these kinds of tactics, he and about 30 carloads of people from various states succeeded in shutting down one side of an interstate highway in Wilmington, Delaware.
They shut down a segment of the highway that is located within feet of the exit for Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard.
For approximately 45 minutes to an hour, passing motorists on the opposite side of the interstate were treated to Flaherty’s “Victims Matter” (VM) rally.
That’s right. Flaherty and his fellow demonstrators—all of whom were peaceful—defied the meaningless “Black Lives Matter” vs. “All Lives Matter” dichotomy by invoking the lives of the victims that have been lost to black criminals, and reminding people that, for as much as Big Media would like to forget about them, they matter.
The VM protesters carried signs with pictures and names of the victims, black and white:
David Dorn was a 77 year-old retired police captain and family man who was working part-time as a security officer guarding a pawn shop in St. Louis when, during the midst of the George Floyd riots, he was gunned down in cold blood by black looters (who ran a live, 13 minute Facebook stream of the incident).  At least one person, thus far, has been arrested and charged with the shooting.
David DornSay his name.
Paul and Lidia Marino, a couple in their mid-80s who were closing in on their 62nd wedding anniversary, visited their son’s gravesite at the Delaware Veterans’ Cemetery on an almost daily basis.  Paul himself was a World War II veteran.  In May, on a day that seemed unlike any other as they visited with their deceased son, a young black male walked up on them and put two bullets in their heads.  The murderer was shortly after found dead himself.
Their son Ray commented: “My parents were in their 80s but they were very healthy and active. I thought they would die from natural causes someday—not be executed by a stranger in a cemetery.”
Paul and Lidia MarinoSay their names.
Wendy Martinez, a 35 year-old woman who, but six days after celebrating with her family and friend her wedding engagement, was stabbed to death by a black male while she proceeded to go for a run in a Washington D.C. park.  In court, while her family members tearfully attested to just how beloved Wendy was to those who knew her, her killer—Anthony Crawford rocked in his chair and even smiled.
Wendy MartinezSay her name.
There are still so many other victims to black violence, innocents, the vulnerable, whose lives were disposed of in the most barbaric of ways. Regrettably, given space constraints, we can here do little else than, well, say their names.
Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom: In their early 20s, they were carjacked, tortured, raped, and murdered.
Say their names.
Jourdan Bobbish and Jacob Kudla: Teenagers who were tortured and murdered.
Say their names.
Karina Vetrano: Attacked, sexually assaulted, and strangled to death while jogging.
Say her name.
Paul Monchnik: A 91 year-old World War II veteran who was beaten to death in his own home and then set on a fire.
Say his name.
Phil Trenary: Treasury of Chamber of Commerce in Memphis who was trying to rejuvenate the city’s economic life and who was murdered, shot, execution-style, in the back of his head as he walked home one night.
Say his name.
There are still others:
Scott BrooksSebastian DvorakSerge FournierTessa MajorsDorothy DowLorne AhrensBrent ThompsonMichael KrolPatrick Zamarripa.
Say their names.
The names that the VM protesters called out constitute but the tiniest fraction of the names of people, of all races, whose lives have been extinguished or otherwise made to suffer courtesy of black violent offenders (and, by implication, their enablers throughout our political and cultural institutions).
Edmund Burke memorably remarked that the only thing necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing. This being said, one thing is for certain:
Colin Flaherty, for spearheading a demonstration to affirm forgotten victims of violent criminals, is one hell of a good man who is doing his part to stop evil.

The Nazi tactics of the BLM and Antifa mob

In the 1930s, the Nazis had no problem identifying those they deemed culturally and racially degenerate or political enemies of the state.  After the Nuremburg Laws of 1935 went into effect, German Jews were considered public enemy number one, and in the ensuing years, street mobs, organized by the Brown Shirt secret police, vandalized Jewish businesses and homes.
“Jews not welcome” was common street front graffiti.  Jews were forced to register where they lived and worked, their ID cards were stamped with a “J,” and eventually they were forced to sew yellow stars on their lapels or wear arm bands to make them easier targets for public ridicule and ultimately to make them easily identifiable to be rounded up for the Final Solution.
Today, the BLM and Antifa mobs use similar identification measures to target their public enemies, but in something of a reverse tactic.  In the immediate aftermath of the death of George Floyd, many shops and homes displayed signs that supported BLM and the protestors.  Now that several weeks have passed, however, and destructive riots continue to rage across American cities, and the acronym BLM has become a widespread visible phenomenon seen posted in the windows of almost every street front business and home in American cities.  But do these signs really convey genuine support, or is there an alternative motive?
What began as passionate graffiti and banners in solidarity against an unjust killing are now just impassionate loose-leaf sheets of paper with the letters BLM printed or magic-markered across its page.  These signs not longer carry the sincerity of we want justice, as it has become an identifying mark that signals to the anarchic mob please don’t vandalize me.  The signs have become something of a corrupt, sacrilegious Passover Blood on homes and commercial business.  If the letters BLM are visibly posted somewhere on your street front window, the angry mob just might consider leaving you alone as they parade down through your neighborhood breaking windows and vandalizing along the way.
And the vandalism does not stop at the physical storefront.  Businesses large and small, and people both public and private, are all under pressure to adjust their websites and social media content to display such signs and symbols -- empty black pages, hashtags of BLM, anything that features a person of color -- in the hope that their online presence will not face public ridicule.
In a normal society these identifying symbols would not be necessary. Smashing windows, vandalizing, and looting are all inherently against the law.  In a normal society the law-enforcement body would be allowed to enforce these laws and prohibit such widespread destruction.  But in a society where this law-enforcement body had been told to stand down, hanging signs in the street fronts windows of shops, restaurants, and private homes asking the mob please don’t vandalize me might be the new normal.
So what does it mean if you do not hang a BLM sign in your window?  The mob automatically reads the absence of any signage or graffiti as we are not on your side.  You are immediately identified as a hate-filled racist, bigot, and conservative, and most assuredly the mob will not pass you over.  The BLM and Antifa mobs today have advanced since their Nazi predecessors in 1934.  They do not need to issue identifying marks to target their public enemies; they have instead issued their proclamation that ‘Silence is Violence’ therefore damning as their enemy any quiet, mind-your-own-business, good-natured, hard-working shop owner or home owner who not posted a sheet of paper in their window, or quite simply just doesn’t want to.
But where silence is just not enough for this bloodthirsty mob, they have resorted to creating their own unique identifying signs and symbols.  No, the golden Star of David has not made a come back, yet.  (Although it is scary to think it might.)  And far-left liberal governors and mayors, the same who have told their police departments to stand down and allowed the mob to pillage their cities, have not yet mandated conservatives to register their homes and business as such, or identify themselves with patches of red elephants on their lapels (although that might not be too far-fetched either.)  No, the mob has created their own signs and symbols to easily identify their victims such as the number “45” representing the 45th president Donald Trump.  This has been spray-painted and graffitied next to cars, homes, and on streets to identify for the free-roaming mob the location of a conservative, a Trump supporter, or even just someone they personally don’t like.  This “45” indicates the next victim of pillage and destruction, and not too far-fetched to think that it could soon indicate the next victim of murder.
Come November, however, even this “45” sign will be necessary for the mob.
Hopefully during the November election, we will all head out to the polls and vote for our next president.  And just as the Brown Shirts taunted the last polls of the Weimar Republic in the 1930s, you can count on BLM and Antifa following in their predecessor’s footsteps, taunting the American polls in 2020.  BLM and Antifa want action on the street, they are craving to meet their public enemy on the street -- just look at the past few weeks of non-stop vandalism and violence across American cities.
The mob wants people to get out on the street and go to their polling center.  There will be no need to spray paint “45” or require people to wear political identifying signs and patches because BLM and Antifa will know who their public enemy number one as they wait, club and chains in hand, outside the local polling centers ready to ask who: “Who are you voting for?”  This, too, is not far-fetched. Now that Democratic mayors and governors have given the violent mobs a taste of control they will be back in November, and in greater force, craving even more control.  And the question every peace-loving, democracy-loving, and good-natured American must be asking now is, will we allow this to happen.
