Police said Cheatham was found unconscious in a Days Inn and wasn't breathing. Her death was ruled a homicide.

Killeen police said homicide detectives got a tip that Grafton was at the scene when Cheatham was killed.

And one of Grafton's co-workers provided a statement saying Grafton confessed to killing Cheatham, according to CBS Waco, Texas affiliate KWTX-TV, citing authorities.

Killeen police said the Texas Rangers helped them get DNA from the murder scene. When it proved a match to DNA found on Cheatham's body, Grafton was taken into custody.

A fight broke out in Black Lives Matter Plaza near the White House in Washington, D.C. late Tuesday night.

Video captured a fight breaking out when a man wearing all black began fighting with another white man. The video shows multiple people joining in and assaulting the man before he manages to escape.

One person struck the make with some type of bat, the video shows.

“Where you going?” someone asked the man just as the fight breaks out. Another man tried to separate the two men until the first blow was struck.

The fight quickly broke up before any serious injury occurred. “Let him go,” someone yelled as he ran away.

Townhall reporter Julio Rosas tweeted video of tense moments amid an arrest. Nearby, protesters taunted other police officers.

Another protester accosted what he believed to be a Black police officer, calling him an “Uncle Tom,” among other slurs.

Black Lives Matter = Marxism Matters

It’s called “Black Lives Matter” because Marxism Matters would get less $upport.

I suppose some people need this to be spelled out explicitly, about what really matters to “Black Lives Matter". It's not about blacks, it's not about caring about black lives, it's not about anything that the leftist media, socialist media, and leftist-run corporations who $ponsor this black supremacist terrorist group tell us it's about. It's about cold-blooded Anti-American Marxism, just as its black communist founders explicitly stated. And because they then scrubbed that fact from their official website, after they realized it hurt their "cause", my cartoon is an explicit reminder.

Harris Tells Blacks to Vote for Biden Despite Her and His Record of Incarcerating Minorities

Democrat vice presidential candidate Kamala Harris spoke in Georgia on Friday in an effort to court the black vote despite her record as a prosecutor in California and presidential candidate Joe Biden’s role in the a 1994 crime bill, both backgrounds that have led to the incarceration of minorities.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported on questions Harris is facing about her record:

The query came from music mogul Jermaine Dupri, who asked what she tells those worried about her background as a prosecutor who “put a lot of Black brothers away in your past.” Making her first visit to Atlanta since joining the Democratic ticket, Harris answered with an extended monologue aimed squarely at President Donald Trump’s attempts to woo black men.

Trump, she said, pushed “the theme that the first black man to be president of the United States was illegitimately there.” And, she continued, he “has referred to black women by words I will not repeat here — and I’m not talking about myself.”

“Yes, I was a prosecutor,” Harris said to Dupri during a roundtable discussion. “I decided to go in a system that I knew was flawed to reform it. Yes, I decided to go up the rough side of the mountain, as we say in church. And I didn’t fix the entire system.”

Harris in her remarks also repeated the false narrative Trump has not denounced white supremacy.

“Donald Trump, who in the last debate, stood on the debate stage and refused to condemn white supremacists,” Harris said.

As Breitbart News has reported, Trump has repeatedly denounced white supremacists and his administration has, in fact, prosecuted extremists during his tenure as president.

Newsweek reported on the record prosecutions of white supremacists under Trump:

Sixty-four white supremacists have been sentenced to a combined total of 820 years’ imprisonment in what is believed to be the largest collective prosecution of white supremacists in the United States, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Texas.

“Not only do white supremacist gangs endorse repugnant ideologies, they also facilitate a violent drug and gun trade, putting our citizens in grave danger,” U.S. Attorney Erin Nealy Cox said in a press release. “We were alarmed – but not necessarily surprised – at the quantities of drugs and firearms recovered during this investigation. The U.S. Attorney’s Office is committed to working with our law enforcement partners to dismantle these organizations, disrupt their criminal activities, and put their members behind bars.”

Harris said Trump doesn’t care about blacks based on his response to the coronavirus pandemic.

“The people of Georgia deserve to have a president who sees them, who cares about them,” Harris said. “Georgia has been so hard hit by the pandemic.”

(Megan Varner/Getty Images)

“Democrats hope Harris, the first woman of color on a major party’s presidential ticket, will energize black voters who form the backbone of the state’s Democratic Party,” AJC reported.

The Los Angeles Times reported on Harris’ time as a prosecutor:

Starting in the late 1960s, one lurid murder after another fed public perceptions that crime in California was spiraling out of control. Gang shootings turned neighborhoods into combat zones. The crack epidemic ravaged communities.

Fear and outrage spawned a raft of harsh sentencing laws. California enacted one of its most punitive, “three strikes and you’re out,” after one parolee killed 18-year-old Kimber Reynolds of Fresno in 1992 and another kidnapped and killed 12-year-old Polly Klaas of Sonoma County a year later.

The laws strengthening criminal penalties drove a surge in the state’s prison population over 30 years, beginning in the 1970s. Under both Republicans and Democrats — including Kamala Harris, who became a prosecutor in 1990 — a tough-on-crime political culture flourished in California, and African Americans were hit hardest: Their incarceration rate remains more than five times their share of California’s population.

KAMALA HARRIS AND JOE BIDEN   -  TWO MORE CONJOBS WHO HAVE ONLY SERVED THE RICH AND GOT RICH DOING SO!

Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) praised the “brilliance” of the Black Lives Matter movement and its founders in a conversation with the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) on Friday.

Biden-Harris overtures to radical left only help President Trump

By Ted Harvey

With Election Day only weeks away, the Biden-Harris ticket is ramping up the identity politics.  The way they see it, President Trump is the hate-inciting racist, and the Democrats are swooping in to save the day.

This was on full display in last night's debate.  Not only did Joe Biden call President Trump a "racist," which is unprecedented for presidential politics, but he also railed on and on about "systemic injustice" without providing examples.  At the same time, Biden remained reluctant to denounce the left-wing violence lighting America's cities on fire, struggling to even say the words "law and order."

Biden's running mate, Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.), is even more blunt.  She recently accused President Trump of "sowing hate and division in our country" (again, without providing examples) while vowing to "speak about systemic racism."  She also promised to incorporate "Black Lives Matter" (BLM) messaging into the Biden campaign.

To her credit, Harris is at least walking the race-baiter's walk: she has supported the bailouts of Minnesota rioters and looters, essentially emboldening violent criminals to continue wreaking havoc on their communities.  The California senator endorsed the Minnesota Freedom Fund (MFF), which prides itself on bailing out those violent criminals in the name of social justice.  In recent months, MFF financially supported Darnika Floyd, who was charged with second-degree murder after allegedly stabbing a friend to death, and Christopher Boswell, who is facing charges of sexual assault and kidnapping.  The group put up $100,000 on Floyd's behalf and $350,000 for Boswell, funded in part by Biden staffers.

Digging an even deeper hole for herself, Harris met with Jacob Blake's family in Wisconsin, claiming to be "proud" of Blake.  Remember: this is the same Jacob Blake who had a warrant out for his arrest for violating a restraining order due to an alleged sexual assault.  (Apparently, "Black Lives Matter" propaganda trumps the #MeToo movement in 2020.)  It is also the same Jacob Blake who resisted arrest and reached for a knife in his car before being shot by police.

Nevertheless, race-baiters like Harris won't let facts get in the way of identity politics.  When two Los Angeles police officers were ambushed and shot in her home state, she was nowhere to be found.

On the other side, President Trump has denounced race-related violence since day one, urging Americans to protest peacefully.  The Trump administration does not waffle when the radical left is clearly the villain, and law-abiding citizens are the clear victims.  President Trump recently designated Antifa a terrorist organization, along with the Ku Klux Klan.  In last night's debate, when asked to condemn white supremacy, President Trump responded unequivocally: "Sure, I'm willing to do that.  I'm willing to do anything.  I want to see peace."

The American people understand that — which bodes well for Republicans in 2020.  According to a recent poll, most likely voters described the recent violence in America's largest cities as riots, not protests.  At the same time, BLM's approval rating continues to dip, as their intentions and tactics become clearer and clearer.

Americans aren't stupid: when they see a small business being looted or a neighborhood going up in flames, they don't consider it a "peaceful protest."

Biden and Harris may play the race card, but most Americans can call a spade a spade.  And so can President Trump, whose re-election chances improve each and every time his opponents enable the radical left.

Kamala Harris Praises ‘Brilliance’ of Black Lives Matter and Its Marxist Founders

Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) praised the “brilliance” of the Black Lives Matter movement and its founders in a conversation with the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) on Friday.

Harris, who is Joe Biden’s running mate on the Democratic Party presidential ticket, was asked specifically to respond to claims that Black Lives Matter is a “terrorist” organization, which the interviewer attributed to President Donald Trump.

(Trump has referred to “terrorists” in specific demonstrations, but has not called the movement itself a terrorist organization. His new black empowement policy, released on Friday, names the Ku Klux Klan and Antifa as terrorist organizations.)

She was also asked about the founders of the movement, who were recently featured by Time magazine among the 100 most influential people of 2020.

Harris spoke about the “brilliance and the impact of Black Lives Matter,” and the “brilliance” of its founders “in conceiving it,” and explained:

I actually believe as a former prosecutor, that Black Lives Matter has been the most significant agent for change within the criminal justice system. Because it has been a counter force to the force within the system that is so grounded in status quo and in its own traditions, many of which have been harmful, and have been discriminatory in the way they’ve been enforced.

Harris spoke about her own experience attending a Black Lives Matter protest in May in Washington, DC. Harris joined demonstrators outside the White House on May 30, where activists had attacked police officers and journalists hours before. She explained that she grew up attending anti-apartheid protests with her parents, who met in the civil rights movement.

She added:

Nothing that we have achieved in our country that has been about progress, in particular around civil rights, has come without a fight. And so I always am going to interpret these protests as an essential component of evolution in our country, as an essential component, or mark, of a real democracy, and as necessary, as necessary. The people’s voices must be heard. And it is often the people who must speak to get their government to do what it is supposed to do, but may not do naturally, unless the people speak loudly — and obviously peacefully — but speak loudly.

The founders of Black Lives Matter — Alicia Garza, Patrisse Cullors, and Opal Tometi — are far left-wing radicals. Cullors has identified herself and Garza as “trained Marxists,” and Opal Tometi is a supporter of Venezuelan socialist dictator Nicolas Maduro.

Proof positive Kamala Harris is a lying phony

By Thomas Lifson

Even in a profession known for phoniness, Kamala Harris stands out as remarkably fake.  We expect politicians to lie — "what a beautiful baby!" — but we also expect them to be reasonably skilled at it.  Being unable to convincingly name a favorite thing takes a lot of experience in counterfeiting feelings.

Yet, yesterday, in the softest of softball interviews on CNN, where she was asked about her various "favorites" — roast chicken is her "go-to" dish to cook (as if she spends a lot of time in time kitchen wearing an apron that says "kiss the cook") — she stumbled and revealed that she only pretends to listen to rap music.

Of course, liking rap music is believed to be essential to forge an identity as somehow African-American when none of her ancestors ever lived in the United States.  The closest her lineage comes to the experience of slavery is as slave-owners, according to her Jamaican father.  Joe Biden's handlers chose her as his running mate only because her darkish skin tone was supposed to fool blacks into thinking she is one of them and feels the pain of slavery that lies a century and a half in the past.

Watch below as very friendly CNN interviewer Angela Rye asks her to name "the best rapper alive."

She answers, "Tupac" and gives that slightly hysterical laugh she uses all the time.

Rye screws up her face and seems genuinely taken aback, saying emphatically, "He's not alive!"

After a couple of seconds, anticipating a dodge, she adds, "You say he lives on..."

And then, perhaps realizing that she may have just revealed the awful truth about the bogus blackness, hastens to add, "Listen, West Coast girls think Tupac lives on."

Tupac Shakur was killed almost a quarter-century ago.  Even stuffy old white guys like me know that he is dead, dead, dead.

I think the Trump campaign needs to paint Harris as both the real presidential candidate and as a transparent phony.  Video ads showing her completely phony masquerade here can help turn young black males in particular against her.

BLACKS MAKE UP ONLY 8% OF THE POPULATION OF CORRUPT LAWYER KAMALA HARRIS' CITY OF SAN FRANCISCO WHERE SHE WAS DISTRICT ATTORNEY. BLACK IN S.F. PERPETRATE 40% OF THE CRIME TIDAL WAVE.

He was waiting in line for a hamburger in McDonald’s just a few blocks from the White House when a large group of fellas and lovely ladies started taunting him about Black Lives Matter. Outside, a few minutes later, they beat him within an inch of his life -- all on high tech video.

One way or another, sooner or later, Judge Barrett’s family will learn the real threat to their safety in their new hometown of Washington, D.C. is not white racism but black violence: How black crime is so wildly out of proportion and how so many reporters and public officials -- and federal judges -- are in denial, deceit, and delusion about it.

Coming soon, food desert: BLM shakes down Seattle Trader Joe's for a 15% cut

By Monica Showalter

Grocery retailer Trader Joe's, which refused to cave in to political correctness in its product names, is experiencing new problems with Black Lives Matter protestors in Seattle, according to Breitbart News:

Black Lives Matter protesters pushed their way into a Seattle Trader Joe’s demanding the company give “15 percent at least.” The group has repeated the tactic of harassing the store’s staff and customers over the past few months.

A video tweeted Thursday night shows a large group of BLM activists entering a Seattle Trader Joe’s store. They chanted and beat drums as they marched through the grocery chain location.

Seattle has five Trader Joe's locations and Breitbart reports that three of them have been hit in this way. It shows that Trader Joe's, which resisted the demands, remains a target, based on Seattle's failure to send police to protect them.

This is exactly how mafia works. Either you pay us something - il “pizzo” it’s called in Italian - or we burn down the place at least. This can happen when the State is absent, that’s why defunding the police in crucial in every mafia system.

— Dadah Umpah (@UmpahDadah) October 23, 2020

No business of any kind can run a business with this kind of shakedown activity going on. The company is being held hostage to pirates, while the city stands by and does nothing.

As anyone familiar with hostage-takers knows, if Trader Joe's caves on the 15% ransom demand, the next move will be a bigger ransom demand, all in the name of keeping the peace, and BLM, which is obviously descending into a money-making mafia racket, can move on to the next target, taking them down one by one. The big corporate shakedowns of the past month, which have yielded millions of dollars in revenue, it seems, have not been enough. They want more. Trader Joe's is one of the few that resist, which makes it the holy grail for shakedown fanatics.

In Seattle, Trader Joe's has in fact resisted on related matters, and not just in the package labeling. According to the Seattle Spectator, the company has been hit by march-in protests in early October over its refusal to permit employees to wear BLM gear on the job, plus boycotts to boot. The Trader Joe's near the CHOP zone this past summer did shut its doors indefinitely, not just because of the chaos and disorder of CHOP, but also because of the wokesterism of many employees. Who'd want to do business with those kinds of employees in permanent opposition? They relented when 22,000 customers signed a petition asking them to stay.

But don't bet on them staying so long as the shakedowns are now a thing from BLM now that the riot thing has grown old, and some leftists have noted that it's hurting Joe Biden's bid to oust President Trump.Shakedowns are a horrid reality in places like Sicily, Latin America, Russia, and any place where people flee.

We see this way of doing business all over Latin America, for one.

To take one example, just because I am familiar with it, FARC's Marxist narcoterrorists, who once terrorized Colombia and now Venezuela, also conduct business by shaking down business with no police protection as the police are occupied with arresting political prisoners.

The local shop owners and farmers in small towns were forced to pay what was known as "a vaccination" to the terrorists to ensure that their businesses didn't go up in flames, prompting vast numbers of them to just shut their doors. The example is not that farfetched for what's going on in Seattle, either.

BLM of course, is led by "trained Marxists" who just happened to have learned their tactics at Hugo Chavez's knee. Here's a piece I did on their pilgrimages to Caracas, where these kinds of shakedowns are what goes on in that hellhole. And don't think the Chavista agenda they embrace isn't to harm the entire U.S. Here's one I wrote from 2019. And Venezuelans have noticed the similarities.

Now their successors in the U.S. turning Seattle into a hellhole, too, complete with Venezuela-style shakedowns.

Seattle is getting pretty comparable to Caracas without police to enforce rule of law, but Trader Joe's is no battered Venezuelan storefront shop. They're a huge national private corporation whose structure protects them from activist shareholders stirring up the pot and calling for woke acts, and they have always put the interests of their customers first. Instead of pay the danegeld, they're in a position to walk out.

They've shown backbone in standing up to rioters, and who knows how many shakedowns they have fended off. But if it gets bad -- and Breitbart notes that three stores in Seattle have been targeted, they may well decide that the cost of doing business outweighs the benefits and pull out of the city.

By then, the city may become a food desert. Self-inflicted, of course, based on the majority's voting choices.

Amy Coney Barrett has some ‘splainin’ to do on white racism

By Colin Flaherty

Amy Coney Barrett has some ‘splainin’ to do.

Last week, Judge Barrett said the death of George Floyd from “racist” police was “very personal” to her.

She worried that someday her adopted black children -- and grandchildren -- might suffer the same kind of “brutality.”

She even told the national audience turned in to her Supreme Court confirmation hearing that her family cried about all the violence white racism could wreak upon them.

What then?

How is Judge Barrett going to let her children know about all the Metros they cannot ride, all the schools they cannot attend, all the parts of town -- black neighborhoods -- they must not visit because white people are just not safe there?

So many examples. So few tears shed for the victims of black crime.

How about the white kids visiting D.C. on a college inspection tour?

From the moment they stepped on the campus of Howard University -- America’s most notorious black college -- they were threatened, assaulted, and robbed. Then run out of the cafeteria and off the college grounds because they were white, and one was wearing a Trump hat.

The school paper opined about how proud they were of the Howard students for protecting their school. Soon after the school president tweeted in agreement.

Judge Barrett should know the students and staff of Howard are equally hostile to white neighbors who want to stroll through their campus on a Sunday afternoon.

They mutter something about black sacred ground and how they cannot let white people desecrate it. All that was A-Okay with the Washington Post.

Who is going to tell the judge and her family to beware?

How about the Marine so heroic that a statue of him rescuing a comrade under fire in Iraq greets every new recruit in Parris Island and Camp Pendleton?

He was waiting in line for a hamburger in McDonald’s just a few blocks from the White House when a large group of fellas and lovely ladies started taunting him about Black Lives Matter. Outside, a few minutes later, they beat him within an inch of his life -- all on high tech video.

When the Washington Post got around to reporting the story weeks later, dozens and dozens of Post readers said the Marine must have said something racist to them. After all, black people  do not just go around attacking white people for no reason whatsoever.

But that is exactly what happened there -- and it is hardly an isolated event.

Two years ago, during the confirmation of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court, Senator Sheldon Whitehouse reminded us that not all racial bias and violence is accompanied by signs and slogans. Prosecutors and judges use patterns to establish bias all the time in American courts, he said.

Judge Barrett better learn to recognize that pattern real quick. Pro tip: 85 percent to 95 percent of inter-racial crime and violence in America is black on white. Seventy-five percent of mass shooters are black. Black on white rape outnumbers white on black by a factor of 10,000 to one.

Violent crime in D.C. is a black thing.

How about all the black violence against commuters on the D.C. Metro? My favorite example is when a group of black people almost killed the husband of an NPR executive while his wife waited to greet him at the station.

That story never made it to NPR. But every hour of every day NPR reminds of us relentless black victimization, relentless white racism, all the time, everywhere that explains everything.

They call that Critical Race Theory.

And how many Capitol Hill staffers and media member have decided their adopted town is safe, only to find out the hard way -- often too late -- about their fatal misjudgment?

Maybe Judge Barrett lives in a legal bubble where solutions to violent crime are straightforward: Go to jail.

That’s not how they roll in D.C., where black crime is excused as a reaction to white racism. And if the perpetrator is really a victim of white racism, then they really don’t have any business in jail, do they?

A now-famous law professor at Georgetown University said just that in an opinion piece he wrote for the Post. He said if black jurors felt the black defendant was a victim of racism, they should not convict him.

And oh yeah, all black people are victims of white racism. That is why crime is the new black entitlement.

The city named an entire park to enshrine this fairy tale of black victimization and white racism: Black Lives Matter Plaza, right in front of the White House.

Judge Barrett might want to look up the Washington Post story about how the city council decided it was not really fair to keep violent black teenagers behind bars. So they let them out, creating a crime wave with more than 100 murders.

When do we tell the children that their mom’s predecessor, Notorious RBG, was also a victim of black violence in Georgetown? As was John Kerry’s wife.

This is a very long list of black crime, violence, murder  and denial in Washington D.C. on hiking and biking trails, restaurants, parks, homes, stores, restaurants, schools… you name it.

All wildly out of proportion. All ignored by Judge Barrett as she focuses on the minuscule percentage of white cop on black violence and ignores the tsunami of victims of black violence.

We call that the Greatest Lie of our Generation. And it is troubling to see how eagerly Judge Barrett has swallowed it hook, line and dangerously delusional sinker.

WATCH: Looter in Philadelphia Gets Looted by Other Looters

WorldStar Hip Hop posted a video of a man looting in Philadelphia this week — who was then promptly looted by other looters.

In the video, the masked man boasts of his haul — including abortion pills — and then flashes forward to the aftermath, when he is shaken up after evidently being robbed. He holds his hand up to the camera, displaying a wound from the confrontation.

Philadelphia has experienced three nights of rioting, following the shooting of an armed black man, Walter Wallace, Jr., by police on Monday. Wallace was charging police with a knife at the time of his death.

Protests and riots on Monday evening were followed by large looting events on Tuesday — many far from the site of the original confrontation.

Several Orthodox Jewish men who came to the protest to show solidarity with the Black Lives Matter movement was assaulted and taunted with antisemitic slurs. A Vietnamese Baptist church was also destroyed.

On Wednesday night, Philadelphia was calmer, as police enforced a 9 p.m. curfew across the city.

Looting and rioting were widespread in many American cities earlier this year, during the unrest that followed the death in police custody of George Floyd in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Many retail stores in the inner city, already devastated by the economic impact of the coronavirus, were forced to board up to ward off rioters.
