Lawsuit: At Least 21K Dead People on Pennsylvania Voter Rolls
There are at least 21,000 dead people on the state of Pennsylvania’s voter rolls, according to an amended lawsuit filed on Thursday.
A lawsuit filed by the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) alleges that there are at least 21,000 dead people on Pennsylvania’s voter rolls. The lawsuit claims that Pennsylvania failed to “reasonably maintain” their voter registration records under federal and state law in time for the 2020 presidential election.
“As of October 7, 2020, at least 9,212 registrants have been dead for at least five years, at least 1,990 registrants have been dead for at least ten years, and at least 197 registrants have been dead for at least twenty years,” the lawsuit states.
“Pennsylvania still left the names of more than 21,000 dead individuals on the voter rolls less than a month before one of the most consequential general elections for federal officeholders in many years,” the lawsuit continues.
According to the lawsuit, about 92 percent of the 21,000 dead people on Pennsylvania’s voter rolls died sometime before October 2019. About 216 dead people show voting credits after federally listed dates of death in 2016 and 2018, the lawsuit alleges.
“This case is about ensuring that those deceased registrants are not receiving ballots,” PILF President J. Christian Adams said in a statement. “This case isn’t complicated.” He continued:
For nearly a year, we’ve been offering specific data on deceased registrants to Pennsylvania officials for proper handling ahead of what was expected to be a tight outcome on Election Day. When you push mail voting, your voter list maintenance mistakes made years ago will come back to haunt in the form of unnecessary recipients and nagging questions about unreturned or outstanding ballots.
In May, Pennsylvania election officials admitted that duplicate ballots were mailed out to registered voters. Likewise, Judicial Watch sued Pennsylvania for allegedly having 800,000 inactive voters on their state voter rolls.
The case was filed in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. The case number is No. 1:20-cv-01905.

Nevada GOP Sends Criminal Referral to Justice Department About ‘Instances of Voter Fraud’
The Nevada Republican Party announced Thursday evening that its legal team has sent a criminal referral to the Justice Department regarding alleged voter fraud in the Silver State’s 2020 presidential election and predicted the number of instances of fraud will grow in the coming days.
“Our lawyers just sent a criminal referral to AG Barr regarding at least 3,062 instances of voter fraud,” the Nevada GOP’s official account wrote on Twitter. “We expect that number to grow substantially. Thousands of individuals have been identified who appear to have violated the law by casting ballots after they moved from NV.”

— Nevada GOP (@NVGOP) November 6, 2020
The announcement comes hours after the Trump campaign filing a federal lawsuit in Las Vegas in an effort to halt the counting of what it described was “illegal votes” in Nevada. The campaign alleges deceased individuals and nonresidents cast ballots in the state’s election.
Fox News reports: “The Trump campaign alleges there are “tens of thousands” of people who voted in Nevada who are no longer state residents. The campaign said it is not seeking to stop the vote but rather ensure that every “legal“ vote is counted and that no “illegal” votes are counted.”
“We are confident that when all legal votes are tallied — and only legal votes are tallied — President Trump will win the state of Nevada,” Former Director of National Intelligence Ric Grenell said in a statement to Fox News.
Grenell and other Trump campaign surrogates such as former Nevada Attorney General Adam Laxalt and chairman of the American Conservative Union Matt Schlapp, said in a press conference that “transparency is not political.”
“Ballots are not automatically legal votes until they are checked,” stated Grenell. “We are not being allowed to check.”
“If you haven’t been in the state for 30 days, it is illegal to vote,” the former Trump administration official continued. “The fact is, we are filing this federal lawsuit to protect legal voters.”
“It is unacceptable in this country to have illegal votes counted, and that’s what’s happening in the state of Nevada,” he added.
The vast scope of election fraud in America
November 5 is Guy Fawkes Day in England, which commemorates a failed plot to subvert the government by blowing up Parliament in 1605. In America, the fifth of November yielded its share of plots, too. This post summarizes some of the many examples of alleged voter fraud in Democrat-run swing states or districts.
Arizona
A voter filed a lawsuit claiming that a poll worker gave her a Sharpie to complete her ballot. When the ballot box failed to register her vote, the poll worker refused to give her a new ballot.
Georgia
Secretary of state Brad Raffensperger announced on Thursday that there were fewer than 25,000 uncounted absentee ballots in the state. Just a few hours later, he revised that to around 55,000–60,000 ballots. He said the 30,000–35,000 ballot fluctuation was normal. Uh-huh.
Michigan
Despite a guarantee under Michigan law, the Trump campaign was denied access to voting locations across the state.
A postal worker whistleblower revealed to Project Veritas that the supervisor at the branch in which he worked instructed carriers to collect all ballots received on November 4, after the election deadline, and put them in a special "express" bin. Once there, they were hand-stamped "November 3" and then forwarded to the distribution center. Keep in mind that postal carriers have skin in the game because the 300,000 strong National Association of Letter Carriers (both retired and current) endorsed Biden, saying his winning was a matter of "survival."
William Bradley, who was born in 1902 and died in 1984, voted by absentee ballot in Wayne County.
Nevada
Nevada was one of the states that used the Wuhan virus to mail election ballots to all registered voters. Project Veritas has a video of a Las Vegas mailman passing a handful of unclaimed ballots to an undercover journalist.
The secretary of state announced on Wednesday that Nevada would stop releasing election information until Thursday, a signal lack of transparency.
The Nevada Republican Party released a video of a woman whose dead grandmother voted in the 2020 election.
The Trump campaign filed suit in Nevada, alleging that it has proof that dead people and nonresidents voted in the election.
A woman alleged that she could not vote because someone had stolen her mail-in ballot and voted in her place. Thieves also stole her roommate's ballot.
A poll worker was barred from access when he tried to monitor the vote.
Pennsylvania
In Erie, a postal worker whistleblower revealed to Project Veritas that supervisors told postal workers to give any ballots that came in after November 3 (the election deadline) directly to the supervisors. The supervisors then gave the ballots a "November 3" postmark and delivered them.
In Luzerne County, someone found nine military ballots in the trash. Seven of the nine were votes for President Trump. No one knows how many other ballots may also have been discarded.
In Allegheny County, with 35,413 ballots still outstanding, the election staff took the day off from counting on Thursday so they could do "administrative work."
Republicans election-observers went to court to get an order enforcing a six-feet viewing distance instead of the 100 feet distance that campaign officials were allowing. The court granted the order, but two hours later, while the campaign officials had moved the barriers 94 feet farther into the room, they'd moved the ballot machines farther away, once again beyond the observers' line of vision.
Kathy Boockvar, the secretary of the commonwealth, tried hard to explain away as a clerical error the fact that counties were returning more mailed in ballots than anyone had requested.
A Democrat named the "PhillyGodfather ® Sports Bettor" apparently tweeted out a shocking video of bad things happening. His post has since vanished from Twitter. However, if you go to his Twitter feed, he claims that there's shocking stuff, including individuals voting as many as six times.
Democrat officials are giving the Biden camp private information about the margin of victory they anticipate for him — almost as if they've got a hand in creating it.
Virginia
Democrat Rep. Abigail Spanberger, who had been down by about 1,350 votes, suddenly surged into the lead when officials "discovered" thousands of "overlooked" ballots just hanging around on a flash drive.
Wisconsin
Police in Greenville, Wisconsin found three trays of mail in a ditch. The trays included absentee ballots.
Help is on the way
With the dead having risen from their graves in so many states, a different kind of help is on the way: Matt Braynard made a successful GoFundMe pitch for a study that will allow him to compare to the Social Security Death Index all requested absentee ballots or early votes in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
Invitations to Voter Fraud in 2020
California is Exhibit A - while key battleground states are
also at risk.
Fri Sep 4, 2020
When the U.S. Supreme Court upheld Indiana’s voter identification
law, the Court observed that “flagrant examples” of voter fraud “have been
documented throughout this Nation’s history by respected historians and
journalists.” As the National Commission on Federal Election Reform stated in
its 2005 bipartisan report, the problem “is not the
magnitude of voter fraud. In close or disputed elections, and there are many, a
small amount of fraud could make the margin of difference.” The report noted
that “[I]nvalid voter files, which contain ineligible, duplicate, fictional, or
deceased voters, are an invitation to fraud.”
BLOG EDITOR: THERE IS A REASON WHY BIDEN – PELOSI HAVE
PROMISED AMNESTY FOR 40 MILLION MEX FLAG WAVERS. THEY ARE BUYING THE ILLEGALS’
VOTES!
California, the nation’s leading sanctuary state for illegal
aliens, has opened the door to unprecedented opportunities for such voter fraud
– and that’s even before California’s use of universal mail-in voting that the
state is putting into place this year for the general election. While California is
virtually certain not to be a close contest between President Trump and Joe
Biden, California’s broken voting system illustrates what can go wrong across
the country where the margins of votes between the candidates may be very slim
indeed.
A Facebook post in November 2018
stated that 449,000 Californians turned down jury duty claiming they were not
citizens. The post went on to say that these non-citizens were on the voter
registration list, reasoning that prospective jurors are often culled from
voter registration lists.
Left leaning commentators have questioned the accuracy of this
post, claiming that Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) records are the primary
source for the state to identify prospective jurors. Registrars of voter data
are used as a secondary source, they argue. Such criticisms miss the forest for
the trees when it comes to California and other states where DMV and voter
registration databases are electronically linked. Voter registration data are
transferred from DMVs to state voter registration systems. Even if DMV records
are the primary source for these states to identify prospective jurors, it
doesn't matter because there is a significant overlap with the voter
registration data systems. The DMV driver licensing process is used to generate
automatic registration data that feed the voter registration data systems.
California’s Department of Motor Vehicles automatically
registers people to vote. California allows illegal immigrants to obtain driver
licenses. Add them to California's population of legal immigrants who can
obtain driver licenses – none of whom are eligible to vote in federal elections
- and there is a large pool of non-U.S. citizens who may be registered to vote
anyway. This is an invitation to fraud. California officials
have admitted, for example, that they had to investigate whether ineligible
individuals who were erroneously registered to vote by the Department of Motor
Vehicles cast ballots in the June 2018 primary.
California is not an isolated case of a state linking DMV with
voter registration. At least 36 states “currently or will soon have fully or
substantially electronic voter registration at DMVs,” according to a 2019
report by the Brennan Center for Justice. These include the battle ground
states of Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Mexico,
North Carolina, and Pennsylvania.
Colorado, like California, permits illegal immigrants to obtain
driver licenses. Minnesota and Michigan are considering such legislation.
States that do not allow illegal immigrants to obtain driver
licenses but have electronic links between DMV and voter registration systems
still have a problem with legal immigrants who can obtain driver licenses. These
non-U.S. citizens may become automatically registered to vote even though
they are not eligible to vote in federal elections. This
has happened in Pennsylvania, for example. The door is then open for these
non-U.S. citizens who are legally in this country to vote illegally.
The problem with ineligible voters is much larger than just
automatic voter registration at the DMV. Some states have failed to comply with
federal law mandating them to maintain accurate voter rolls and remove inactive
voter registrations from their records.
On January 3, 2019, California and Los Angeles County settled a case brought
by the conservative watchdog Judicial Watch, requiring them to purge
as many as 1.5 million inactive voter registrations across the state in
compliance with federal law. L.A. County alone allegedly had a voter
registration rate of 112 percent of its adult citizen population.
California was not the only state settling with Judicial Watch
over the issue of voter registration records. Ohio, a key battle ground state,
also settled.
Judicial Watch has also brought a lawsuit this year against
Pennsylvania for failing to make reasonable efforts to remove ineligible voters
from their rolls as required by federal law. Judicial Watch alleged that
Pennsylvania has over 800,000 “inactive” registrations on its voter
rolls.
Pennsylvania, like Ohio, is a key battleground state. President
Trump won Pennsylvania in 2016 by 0.7 percentage points (44,292 votes).
Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton wondered whether Pennsylvania state and
local officials, many of whom are Democrats, “want to be able to steal
elections.”
Judicial Watch also filed a lawsuit against North Carolina and two
of its counties for failing to clean their voter rolls. North Carolina is
also a battleground state.
“In June 2019, the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) released
data,” Judicial Watch said in its press release announcing the lawsuit,
“showing that voter registration rates in a significant proportion of North
Carolina’s 100 counties are close to, at or above 100% of their age-eligible
citizenry – statistics considered by the courts to be a strong indication that
a jurisdiction is not taking the steps required by law to remove ineligible
registrants." Judicial Watch President Fitton said that “Dirty voting
rolls can mean dirty elections, and Judicial Watch must insist that North
Carolina follows federal law to clean up its voting rolls.”
On top of out-of-date and inaccurate voter registration rolls
within a single state, there is no comprehensive coordination among all the
states to eliminate duplicate voter registrations in more than one state. Such
multistate voter registration duplications, according to the National
Commission on Election Reform, “are a source of potential fraud.”
Imagine the potential for fraud in this year’s general election,
particularly in the states where ballots are being mailed directly to all
voters. At least nine states fall into that category.
In addition to California sending out ballots automatically to all
voters for the first time, Nevada – a battleground state – is also doing so for
the first time in a rushed fashion. In 34 additional states, absentee voting is
allowed for all voters – no excuse required.
Absentee ballot applications are being sent to all voters for the
first time in at least 8 states. Three of them - Iowa, New Mexico and Wisconsin
- are battleground states.
According to a New York Times analysis, “At least
three-quarters of all American voters will be eligible to receive a ballot in
the mail for the 2020 election — the most in U.S. history.” Who knows how many
of those receiving ballots in the mail are ineligible to vote but will send in
their ballots anyway to be counted?
Back in 2005, the National Commission on Federal Election Reform
warned that voting by mail is “likely to increase the risks of fraud and of
contested elections.” That was at a time when voting by mail was still in its
early stages across the country.
The 2020 general election will encounter unprecedented risks
of fraud and of contested elections. It’s inevitable considering the widespread
reliance on universal mail-in voting and the festering problem of inaccurate,
out of date voter registration rolls. Hold on tight. We’re likely to be in for
a rough ride.
Feds: 19 Non-Citizens
Charged with Voting in 2016 Election in Swing State
3 Sep 2020514

A
total of 19 non-citizens in the swing state of North Carolina have been charged
with voter fraud after allegedly voting in the 2016 presidential election.
This week, the U.S.
District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina prosecutors announced voter fraud charges
against 19 non-citizens, from a variety of countries, whom they allege cast
votes in the 2016 election after a years-long federal investigation.
Seven of the 19 non-citizens were charged with falsely
claiming American citizenship or making false statements on voter registration
applications. The seven were also charged with a misdemeanor for unlawfully
casting ballots in the 2016 presidential election.
The seven include:
- Francisco
Antonio-Aguirre, 64-years-old, of Guatemala
- Roob Kaur Atar-Singh,
57-years-old, of Malaysia
- Rosalva
Negrete-Toledo, 65-years-old, of Mexico
- Dave Delano Virgil,
57-years-old, of Tobago
- Eloy Alberto
Zayas-Berrier, 70-years-old, of Cuba
- Emmanuel Olakunle
Atoyebi, 31-years-old, of Nigeria
- Mokhtar Qaid Ahmed
Gulaimid, 48-years-old, of Yemen
Another 12 non-citizens were hit with misdemeanor charges for
unlawfully casting ballots in the 2016 presidential election. Those 12 include:
- Ismay Prudence
Kathleen James, 54-years-old, of Bermuda
- Donald Christian
Martyn, 44-years-old, of Sierra Leone
- Chaim Pinto,
68-years-old, of Israel
- John Andrew Rapsky,
54-years-old, of Canada
- Baijoo Pottakulath
Thomas, 58-years-old, of India
- Shuqin Yin,
54-years-old, of China
- Chirong Yin Billings,
56-years-old, of China
- Henry Alberto
Araya-Vega, 52-years-old, of Costa Rica
- Rufina
Concho-Locklear, 82-years-old, of Mexico
- Alberto Damaize-Job,
73-years-old, of Nicaragua
- Armando Nava-Juarez,
51-years-old, of Mexico
- Manuel Efrain
Valladares, 48-years-old, of El Salvador
If convicted, the 19 non-citizens face anywhere from one year to
six years in federal prison and fines of $100,000 to $350,000. It is unclear if
convictions will make the non-citizens eligible for deportation.
President Trump won North
Carolina against Democrat Hillary Clinton in 2016 by a
margin of
fewer than 174,000 votes. In Mecklenburg County, home to the state’s largest
city of Charlotte, Clinton won by a huge margin with more than 62 percent of
the vote.
In this year’s presidential
election, Democrats are fighting to implement universal mail-in voting that
would deliver every registered voter a ballot to fill out,
unsolicited. Government Accountability Insititute (GAI) research director
Eric Eggers has told Breitbart News that such a plan could see about 24 million ineligible or
inaccurate voter registrants receiving mail-in ballots.

Democrat Mail Fraud Will Take Us to the Brink
By J.B. Shurk
Now
that a top Democrat data analytics firm has finally confirmed that
Democrats plan to claim victory weeks after the
presidential election once enough of their “votes” show up in the mail to be
counted, I don’t think any rational observer could view this as anything but a
promise to destroy the legitimacy of the 2020 election. The
Democrats’ mission to fracture America permanently should be codenamed
“Operation Chaos,” because it is chaos that they are preparing to
unleash.
It
was not a few thousand dollars worth of Russian Facebook posts and online internet trolls that nearly
destroyed the Union after the 2016 election. It was the way the
Obama White House and an intelligence-law enforcement cabal run by the
Democratic Party maliciously and intentionally magnified Russia’s limited
hijinks into the greatest political hoax in American history. The
Democrats preferred to drag the United States through four years of nonsensical
conspiracy theories, needless investigations, and cries of high treason rather
than to acknowledge that President Trump had legitimately defeated Hillary
Clinton. The Democrats chose an unprecedented campaign of sabotage
against an American president, and in doing so, they accomplished what
Putin’s Russia could never have dreamed: they succeeded in convincing half of
America that the 2016 election was stolen from them. The Democrats
and the Deep State that has aided and abetted their cause have sold bitter
acrimony for four years and birthed our precarious pre-civil war tinderbox
today.
With
American peace now hanging in the balance, will Democrats choose country over
socialism and temper passions already overinflamed? Of course
not. If four years of the Russia hoax has brought our nation to the
brink of civil strife, the Democrats’ Operation Chaos will make it nearly
impossible for wisdom and reason to succeed in the months
ahead. This fact alone should disqualify Democrats from office in
2020. A party that is driving the country to civil war cannot be
trusted to have the country’s best interests at heart.
Most
Republicans (except the “useful idiots” who will look past corruption and fraud
for the chance to remove President Trump) understand how the Democrats plan to
use “cheat-by-mail” chaos to elevate a man who can’t remember his opponent’s name (or even his running mate’s) to commander in
chief. They have a three-tailed con in play: (1) attempt to win
swing states fast and declare victory before fraudulent ballots can be
scrutinized; (2) harvest loose ballots after election day until Trump vote
leads disappear; (3) throw the whole mess into state and federal courts until a
Democrat-leaning judge gives them a Democrat lead. At any time that
one of these tails secures a Democrat victory, the “useful idiot”
#NeverTrumpers and hacks in the press will aid the Democrats in quickly declaring
the election over and calling for President Trump’s
concession. (When executing a good con, it’s always best to have
“disinterested” third parties move the con along.) By that point,
offending ballots will be “disappeared” before they can ever be
scrutinized again. And at any stage of this dangerous game, if
President Trump and his supporters fight the outcome, our efforts -- not
Democrat vote fraud -- will be framed as “threats to democracy.”
All
the chaos lying ahead was preventable, of course. In the most modern
and technically advanced nation in the history of the planet, the idea that the
United States cannot vouchsafe the results of a democratic election is
absurd. All over the world successful elections take place without
high-tech voting booths or sophisticated methods for tallying votes, but in
America we are plagued with so much uncertainty as to whether our elections are
the outcomes of massive fraud that election integrity is
impossible. You can’t have fair and equitable elections when every
single American believes the vote is already rigged.
Obviously,
if our constitutional republic is to utilize democratic elections to decide
whether we choose Donald Trump’s “America First” policies or Bernie Sanders’s
Green New Deal, then safeguarding the American vote is paramount over any other
responsibility of our federal and state governments. Instead,
because the political establishment in America routinely
ignores the
wishes of American voters, it has turned a blind eye to the corruption and
inaccuracy of American elections.
Democrats
(and “Republican” enablers like Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan) argue that election fraud is a myth when it
is, in fact, well documented. They argue
that non-citizen
voting occurs
in such low numbers as to be
meaningless when meaningful elections every year are decided by a few hundred votes. They argue
that election judges can be trusted when many have been prosecuted for altering votes and stuffing
ballots. They
argue that sensible voter identification laws are unnecessary (and racist) when
votes routinely show up from dead voters, non-voters, and voters who long ago left the jurisdictions
in which they’re now cast. They argue that ballot
harvesting is
nothing to worry about when the outcomes of elections are overturned days and weeks
after election day. They argue that the same U.S. Postal Service
that just endorsed the Democratic
Party can be trusted to impartially handle Republican votes.
By
never letting a crisis go to waste, Democrats have so effectively guaranteed “cheat-by-mail” in
swing states this year that stacks of
ballots can
go out with coupon mailers and come back without proper signatures or any other voter
authentications and go right into the ballot box. A recent
election in New Jersey was just thrown out after it was determined that mail-in vote
fraud had
tainted 22% of the total vote, while twenty-eight
million mail-in
ballots have gone missing in the last four elections. And a
top Democrat
operative revealed
last week how he and others have been committing voter fraud on a “grand scale”
for decades.
Gone
are the days when the United States recognized the solemnity of the vote by
securing for each citizen a private and uncoerced secret ballot. Now
Democrat election operatives can simply go from hospital bed to hospital bed
in nursing homes around the country
“collecting” votes or swallow up entire mail drops at apartment
buildings before
residents even hold them in their hands. Operation Chaos will test the
limits of our country’s bonds.
How
does a free country governed by the people destroy itself? When elected
representatives make it impossible for the people to believe they are still
governing.
If
we had a functioning free press in this country that hadn’t thrown out
objectivity and professionalism for partisan entanglements and personal
vendettas, the two biggest stories of the last four years would both center on
the efforts of the Democratic Party to undermine American elections so
completely that the breakup of the Union is not only a real possibility but the
Democrats’ likely
objective. They
sabotaged the peaceful transition of power in 2016 with the Russia
hoax. In 2020, whether they can eke out victory or not, they have
implemented a “cheat-by-mail” voting catastrophe that will render the 2020
election outcome unavoidably illegitimate to the losing side. It is
a strategy intended to damage the country. It is an operation meant
to unleash chaos.

Research Director Eric Eggers, author of Fraud:
How the Left Plans to Steal the Next Election, says it is “fair to assume” that many illegal aliens will
receive mail-in ballots in California for the 2020 election thanks to a plan by
Gov. Gavin Newsom (D).
In an exclusive interview with SiriusXM Patriot’s Breitbart News Tonight, Eggers
said California’s automatic voter registration coupled with providing driver’s
licenses to illegal aliens opens its elections to a host of fraud.
That fraud, Eggers expects, will be exacerbated by Newsom’s
statewide mail-in voting plan for
the 2020 election.
LISTEN:
“This is really where the left shows a level of hypocrisy, which
they’re not regularly held to account,” Eggers said. “What if the ballots go to
illegal immigrants that willingly or unwillingly ended up on the voter rolls
and maybe they just don’t even know they’re not supposed to be casting ballots?
Because remember, elsewhere in California and elsewhere nationally, it is legal
for noncitizens to vote in certain local elections.”
“Basically, what you’ve got is this hodgepodge of a lack of
oversight, lacks regulation, and confusion by the general public,” Eggers said.
“And oh, by the way, there’s a global pandemic, so many people are focused on
other things at the moment. And so … here come all the ballots, and yes, many
of the people that will get the ballots will be legal voters, but many of those
ballots will end up somewhere other than in the hands of legal [voters], and
that’s exactly where the recipe for fraud can occur.”
“The only person standing in between a noncitizen or an illegal
alien just getting their driver’s license and the voter rolls is a DMV
employee,” Eggers said. “You’ve got these people … often times are confused or
coerced by political operatives and told to register to vote. … The DMV
officials are prohibited by law from giving real guidance on should you check
the box and register to vote or not.”
“You’ve got this system where you know you’ve got over a million
illegal immigrants in California that have driver’s licenses,” Eggers
continued. “I think it’s fair to assume that a good number of those
inadvertently or intentionally ended up on the voter rolls, and those people
are about to be receiving a mail-in ballot.”
Eggers noted that Los Angeles County, California, was found to
have about 1.5 million more registered voters on its voter rolls than eligible
voting-age citizens. About 348 counties in the U.S. have more registered voters
on their voter rolls than even possible.
Likewise, California has previously had a voter registration
rate of over 100 percent, indicating more registered voters on voter rolls than
those eligible to vote in the state.
Statistics cited by the U.S. Supreme Court, Eggers said, reveal
that about 1-in-8 voter registrations, or 24 million, are significantly flawed.
Under a mail-in voting system, every one of those flawed voter registrations
would receive ballots.
As Newsom suspends in-person voting for the 2020 election,
Eggers said the state will still allow ballot harvesting — the process
where political operatives can collect voters’ ballots and deliver them to
polling stations.
Eggers said California’s ballot harvesting helped flip seven
congressional seats in 2018 from Republican to Democrat in and around the Los
Angeles area.
“We haven’t suspended [ballot harvesting] in the name of
safety,” Eggers said.
“We’re being told to stay home. … We can’t go out and do many of
the most basic functions of American life but we can sure send these
asymptomatic carriers to the elderly and anybody else’s house they want to
collect a ballot and drop it off,” Eggers said.
Eggers said Republican lawmakers must be on the side of security
and election integrity if they are going to take on mail-in voting and the
widespread potential for voter fraud.
“Republicans absolutely do not want to be on the side of ‘you
have to risk your health to vote.’ … They shouldn’t be anti-access. They should
be pro-security and pro-election integrity,” Eggers said. “The Democrats don’t
appear to be overly worried about it.”
In the last four election cycles, 28.4 million mail-in
ballots have gone missing. In the 2016 and 2018 elections, about 16.4 million mail-in
ballots went missing.
Recent data has not shown a compelling public health
justification for vote-by-mail. Wisconsin is one of the only U.S.
states that held its
primary election with in-person voting after the nation’s coronavirus lockdowns
began. Only a few dozen people at maximum were confirmed to have contracted the
virus after participating either as voters or poll workers, and none of those
cases were fatal. Out of the 413,000 participants, that equals an infection
rate below two-hundredths of one percent. Just days later, South Korea held national
elections, which did not result in any new coronavirus cases.

California: Gavin
Newsom Orders Vote-by-Mail for November ElectionAugustin Paullier/AFP

California
Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) on Friday signed an executive order permitting all
registered voters in the Golden State to vote by mail in the upcoming
presidential election, citing concerns stemming from the Chinese coronavirus
pandemic.
“I signed an executive order that will allow every registered
voter in California to receive a mail-in ballot,” Newsom said. “That
mail-in ballot is important but it’s not an exclusive substitute to physical

Newsom’s
order comes as Democrats across the country are pushing efforts to allow voters
to vote-by-mail in the 2020 election, despite concerns of potential voter
fraud. On Wednesday, Reps. Joe Kennedy III (D-MA) and Mark Pocan (D-WI)
went as far as to call for vote-by-mail to be permitted beyond
the election.
“If we don’t
act fast, we will jeopardize participation in what may be the most important
election of our lifetime. People will stay home. Disproportionately, those
people will be of color, who live in neighborhoods most likely to lose polling
locations,” the Democrat lawmakers wrote in an op-ed for The Hill. “They’ll be
students, single parents, and low-wage workers, who can’t put their lives on
hold to go vote. They’ll be seniors and medically-vulnerable patients, who
would be literally risking their lives just to cast their ballots. So a
privileged few will get to decide our country’s trajectory while the people
most impacted by this crisis are forced to forfeit their voice.”
Recent data
has not shown a compelling public health justification for vote-by-mail. Wisconsin is one
of the only U.S. states that held its primary election with in-person voting
after the coronavirus lockdown began. Only a few dozen people at maximum were
confirmed to have contracted the virus after participating either as voters or
poll workers, and none of those cases were fatal. Out of the 413,000
participants, that equals an infection rate below two-hundredths of one
percent. Just days later, South Korea held national
elections which did not result in any new coronavirus cases.
California
Wants to Secede? Let's Help Them!
California
is a part of America. But it’s no longer American. It is a foreign state. It is
a fugitive state. The U.S. Constitution and the rule of law no longer apply in
California. Call it, “The People’s Socialist Republic of California.” It’s a
state without a country. But it’s certainly no longer American in any
way.
Liberals
in California want to secede. They are trying to put it on the ballot. They
call it “Calexit.” I say, “Glory Hallelujah." Let’s help make it
happen. I propose 63 million Trump voters join the team. Let's work 24/7 to
turn their dream into a reality!
Millions
of illegal aliens live in California; drive in California with official
state-issued drivers’ licenses; and of course, use those licenses to vote in
California. Millions. That’s precisely how Hillary won
California by over 4 million votes.
California
supports illegal aliens over legal, law-abiding American citizens. They support
illegals getting free college tuition, while children of native-born Americans
pay full fare. They support illegals over police and ICE. Many liberals in
California want to abolish ICE. They want no borders and no immigration
law.
The
Attorney General of California has warned any business owner who cooperates
with ICE will face prosecution by the state of California. You
heard correctly. California will put the business owner in prison, for
cooperating with federal law, to protect the criminal breaking the law.
The Mayor
of Oakland famously played Paul Revere to warn illegal felons “ICE is coming.
ICE is coming.” The Feds report over 800 felons evaded arrest because of that
stunt. How many legal, law-abiding, native-born Americans will be robbed,
raped, or murdered in the coming weeks because of that act of sedition?
A
California judge just sided with the ACLU and barred LA County from enforcing
gang restrictions that dramatically lowered crime. California has once again
sided with hoodlums and gang-bangers over the law-abiding taxpayers.
In
Oakland, a coffee shop prohibits employees from serving police, in order to
create a “safe space” for their customers. Californians hate and distrust
police more than illegal felons and thugs who speak no English and wear gang tattoos. Really.
All of
this is sheer madness. But California has taken it to a whole new level.
Just this
week the California Senate appointed the first-ever illegal alien to an
official statewide post. Lizbeth Mateo, a 33-year old illegal alien-turned-attorney,
will serve on the official state committee that doles out money to illegals
attending college. In California, illegals now decide how taxpayer money is
spent.
President
Trump loves to brand (see "Crooked Hillary"). Let’s brand California.
It’s not a “Sanctuary State.” It’s a “Fugitive State.” It’s a place that
chooses to let felons and fugitives run free. It’s a place where the rights of
criminals are far more important than protecting legal, law-abiding American
citizens who pay taxes. We are the second class citizens in California.
Here’s
the way to fix the problem. Liberal Californians want to secede. I'm joining
the movement. How about you?
Conservatives
should beg California to secede. We should make it easy for them. We should
help pay for it. Pass the hat. Every conservative should chip in $20. I’ll
throw $1000 to get the ball rolling.
Just
think of elections. Without California, Trump and all future Republican
presidential candidates would win, without breaking a sweat. Without
California, we’d easily win the popular vote. And we'd win the electoral vote
by a landslide.
Next
think of Congress. California has 53 House seats. Democrats lead 39-14, for a
net gain of 25 seats. Send California packing and the GOP gains a 25 House seat
lead. We would dominate the House for decades to come.
And of
course, the GOP would gain an automatic two seats in the Senate through the
subtraction of California. As it stands now, those two U.S. Senate seats are
deep blue Democrat forever. But if California secedes a 51-49 GOP lead
instantly moves to 51-47.
If 63
million Trump voters just gave an average of $20 each to the "Calexit
movement" that’s over $1.2 billion dollars. That’s enough money to help
California secede, with enough left over as a down payment on building a wall…
with California.

California
admits it has no idea whether non-citizens voted in last primary
After
a hard-fought battle to obtain records by the Sacramento Bee, we now
learn that California's electoral officials are admitting that they have
no idea how many illegals and other non-citizens voted in the last primary,
based on the state's motor-voter registration, which has been shown to have
registered thousands of non-citizen voters. The
Bee reports:
California officials still can’t say whether non-citizens voted in
the June 2018 primary because a confusing government questionnaire about
eligibility was created in a way that prevents a direct answer on citizenship.
Apparently,
tens of thousands of foreign nationals and other ineligible voters, maybe 16
year olds, got registered
to vote at the DMV when they applied for
their drivers licenses whether they asked for it or not.
Investigators can see that people marked themselves as ineligible
to vote or declined to answer eligibility questions, but they can’t tell
why.
“We can’t assume why they declined to answer eligibility questions
or why they said they were not eligible,” the Secretary of State’s Office wrote
in an internal memo on Oct. 8, 2018.
That email and other documents The Sacramento Bee obtained through
the Public Records Act shed light on why the Secretary of State has been unable
to say clearly whether non-citizens voted last year. The
Bee filed a legal complaint for
the records when the Secretary of State initially withheld most of them.
The email shows that, for months, California officials have been
examining whether non-citizens voted last year. On Thursday, Secretary of State
Alex Padilla confirmed for the first time that his office has an active
internal investigation into the matter.
“The Secretary of State’s office does not comment on the details
of ongoing investigations,” the office said in a statement. “Determining
whether ineligible individuals who were erroneously registered to vote by the
DMV cast ballots requires a complete review. The Secretary of State’s office is
doing its due diligence by conducting a thorough investigation.”
Spokesmen for the office declined to say how the department could
otherwise determine citizenship of those registered.
This
doesn't even include the undoubtedly significant numbers of voters who answered
that they were eligible to vote when they were not. Could that have happened
when the ballot-harvestors were out patrolling illegal immigrant neighborhoods
in search of votes? At a minimum, it most certainly was possible,
especially, since claims to voter-eligibility on drivers license forms
are never checked in California (it's the honor system), according to
voter-integrity activists. It also doesn't help that California sneakily
had residents sign to certify on their yellow mail-in ballots that
they were California residents(rather
than voting-eligible citizens) so as to prevent for illegals any potential
perjury charges in addition to vote-fraud charges.
If
California has no idea who's a citizen, and has resisted every effort out there
to get that information (it has defied cooperation with President Trump's
electoral integrity commission), well, then what we can conclude is that they don't
want to know if a non-citizen is voting and now the word is out that they
don't. Apparently, Democratic interests in 'counting all the ballots' as they
say, means counting illegal ones, too.
They don't
know, they don't want to know, and they aren't about to clean this
up. Keep after them, Sacramento Bee. In this case, the Bee is a newspaper
that's doing its actual job.

Ballot-harvesting
gets just a little harder in California, thanks to Judicial Watch
Judicial
Watch has forced the state of California and Los Angeles county to end its
practice of keeping 'inactive' voters on the voter rolls as is required by federal
law. Here's the news
from the legal watchdog:
(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that it
signed a settlement
agreement with the State of
California and County of Los Angeles under which they will begin the process of
removing from their voter registration rolls as many as 1.5 million inactive
registered names that may be invalid. These removals are required by the
National Voter Registration Act (NVRA).
The NVRA is a federal law requiring the removal of inactive
registrations from the voter rolls after two general federal elections
(encompassing from 2 to 4 years). Inactive voter registrations belong, for the
most part, to voters who have moved to another county or state or have passed
away.
Los Angeles County has over 10 million residents, more than the
populations of 41 of the 50 United States. California is America’s largest
state, with almost 40 million residents.
The state
of California, run completely by Democrats, of course, resisted this (at
least until the midterm was over). They decided that cleaning up inactive
voters from the rolls wasn't in their interest and federal laws were for other
states, little states. And as a result, nearly a quarter of California's
counties had more voters registered than actual eligible voters. And surprise,
surprise, the state has suddenly turned solid blue.
L.A.
county's approximately 1.5 million inactive voters on those rolls (112% of
age-eligible citizens alone) had been perfect fodder for
ballot-harvestors, not this last time at midterms (all of the Democratic
ballots harvested in the last midterm have made their voters active
voters), but for upcoming elections. That rich bank of potential
Democratic votes from ballot-harvesting is now gone with this Judicial Watch
agreement.
Ballot-harvesting
is a disturbing phenomenon so prone to abuse it's illegal in most states. In
California, where it's not, Democratic operatives selectively pay visits
to the homes of indifferent voters who don't want to go to the polls or mail in
their ballots, engage those voters, and then "help" them fill
out their ballots in the way Democrats want. That's why conservative areas such
as Orange County were suddenly flipped blue and popular candidates such as
Young Kim, who had been winning by large margins on election night - suddenly
saw their results flipped. Democrats learned that by extending the election
count for weeks, turning in harvested ballot after harvested ballot, they could
win any election.
But the
harvest had been incomplete, and with many inactive voters, Democrats
would need that bank of more potential votes, which likely explains why
California's Democrats resisted any cleanup of voter rolls. California may
have mailed these people ballots whether they liked it or not or asked for it
or not, as they did with all of us, and well, Democratic ballot-harvestors could
have easily gotten hold of those unasked for ballots in the mailboxes of
dead, moved-away, or incapacitated voters and saw to it that they
somehow got cast.
(Judicial
Watch is investigating that one, too.)
The state's
chief vote counter, Secretary of State Alex Padilla, insists that not a single
voter will be disenfranchised, given all his 'safeguards.' His official plan is to mail in a confirmation form to inactive
voters and strike their names if they don't respond, but somehow, I suspect the
ballot-harvestors will be paying visits to these inactive residents,
who may be indifferent and incapacitated voters, and somehow will get
them to mail those forms in, too, thereby subverting the process.
That said,
Judicial Watch's victory is a great one and frees them up to focus on other
areas of abuse that are rife in California, such as non-citizen
registrations (the state still
says it has no idea how many there are),
illegal immigrant votes already cast, ballot harvestors using coercion,
foreign ballot-harvestors, gerrymandering, straight out fraud, and the whole cavalcade of
Democrat tricks that have disenfranchised conservative voters in the
state.
It's a
welcome glimmer of light from a one-party state.
Bienvenidos a Mexico: California's ballot-harvesting, sure enough, is borrowed from Mexico
In
an extraordinary investigative piece on how ballot-harvesting works by Steve
Miller, published on Real Clear Investigations, we learn an amazing amount of
information about how ballot-harvesting works and why it's so closely connected
to election fraud, skewing elections in directions they normally wouldn't go.
Themust-read
piece is focused on how
Texas is dealing with the seedy issue, enforcing the law, prosecuting more
than twice as many cases of
electoral fraud as California, even hampered as Texas is by weak penalties for
violators. But a little detail stands out much deeper into the piece:
Ballot-harvesting, which is at the root of considerable fraud of all kinds, is
a practice specifically borrowed from Latin America, with a very
impressive Latino analyst, K.B. Forbes,
who has electoral experience in both countries, citing Mexico. Here's the
passage:
The practice has its roots in Latin America, said K.B. Forbes, a
political consultant and Hispanic activist who has served as an elections
observer in Sonora, Mexico. “In the Latin culture, they have colonias, which is
‘little colony,’ literally,” he said. “In these, they sometimes have the
equivalent of a precinct boss, and that’s how people move up. The
[politiqueras] deliver the vote and when the candidate moves in, the theory is
that they get a good post inside the government.”
That
brings up California, where ballot-harvesting is perfectly legal, and normal
voters have to wonder how the heck that happened. Ballot-harvesting has been a
disaster for Republicans in California, with all conservatives now shut out
from any representation in once-red Orange County. Most congressional elections
there showed Republican candidates in the lead on election night in the last
midterm, but all of them flipped to Democrats as the Democrat-led
ballot-harvesting brought in votes and votes and votes from supposed precincts,
harvested by their political operatives, until the result went the other way.
(This by the way, didn't happen in districts where Democrats held a small lead,
nothing flipped in their cases and ballots did not keep rolling in).
If
ballot harvesting is a practice imported from Mexican politics, what does that
say about California politics, whose legislators would embrace Mexican
electoral practices over the U.S. standard? As I mentioned earlier, Mexico has
been called "a
perfect dicatorship" by none other
than Nobel Prize-winning literary lion Mario Vargas Llosa, owing to the
continuous power of the Mexican Partido
Revolucionario Institucional (or
P.R.I.), which up under a decade or two ago, had a hammerlock monopoly on
Mexican politics, winning every single election in what was then a one-party
state. That's a system so bad people emigrated illegally from that country to
get away from it. Now, the cultural practice is right there waiting for them in
California, albeit, virtually nowhere else.
And
like the P.R.I.'s Mexican electoral practice of ballot-harvesting, it's
noteworthy that the ruling Democrats of California also are famous for doling out
the goodies to the loyal voters. They've promised amazing things to
California's illegal immigrant population, with the latest thing free heath
care. California's insurance commissioner, the respected non-partisan Steve
Poizner, was, conveniently, ballot-harvested out of office after an
election-night lead several days after midterm by utterly leftist Democrat
Ricardo Lara who openly declared his support and big plans for free health care
for illegals. He's tried it before in the legislator and now he's going to do
it this time through the executive. California's incoming governor, of course,
is all in for the goody-slinging. In Mexico, they used to pass out bags of
beans for votes. In California, the prizes are considerably higher, and they go
well beyond free health care. I've already noted the weird similarities
to how California is run, and P.R.I-style politics here.
Any
wonder California is going way out of its way to welcome illegal immigrants?
"You're all welcome here," as Gov. Jerry Brown famously said.
California already hosts a quarter of the nation's illegals, and with middle
class families now moving out due to high living costs and punitive taxation,
the California P.R.I. likes new bodies coming in who have a lot of needs, which
keeps the congressional seats numerous and the federal funds flowing.
It
all makes a normal person wonder about the weird closeness of California officials
and their Mexican counterparts, too. Newsom has already paid a visit to Mexico
to discuss the caravan with the Mexican government in Mexico City (not Tijuana,
where he would have gotten a earful from the generally conservative and more
dissident-oriented Tijuana locals), and he has declared he plans to withdraw
National Guard troops from the U.S. border. With his party now embracing the
P.R.I's style of governance and having some unnaturally close ties to Mexican
officials (I've seen it myself at Los Angeles functions as a guest of the
Mexican government), it looks like a growing merger of Mexican and California
politics.
Mexico
knows how bad the system is, and its citizens did rebel against it with a
Trump-like leftist president, Andres Manuel Lopez-Obrador, who won on a vow to
end corruption. One can safely take that as a sign that Mexicans are trying to
move away from that kind of politics, which of course would include ballot
harvesting. California, on the other hand, is moving toward it, embracing what
Mexico is trying to reject. That speaks pretty poorly for the sorry state of
affairs in California. It's only great for the rulers and those they patronize,
until the money runs out.
Until
then, clarification about California's Mexico borrowings need to stand as an
incentive to other states about what not to do.

Government Accountability Institute
Wisconsin is one of the only U.S.
states that held its

week the California Senate appointed the first-ever illegal alien to an
official statewide post.

Bienvenidos a Mexico: California's
ballot-harvesting, sure enough, is borrowed from Mexico
In
an extraordinary investigative piece on how ballot-harvesting works by Steve
