Biden’s Radical Immigration Plan

Washington, D.C. (January 25, 2021) – President Biden has pledged to allow all current and future illegal aliens to remain here forever, so long as they avoid a felony conviction (except one related to drunk driving, which he would ignore). The massive bill he proposes would actually repeal many long-standing measures to ensure compliance with immigration rules. The legislation also sets in motion a push to renege on the original grand bargain of 1986 and make it legal again to hire illegal aliens.   The radicalism of Biden’s approach is that it rejects both enforcement first and enforcement second in favor of enforcement never. To those who want assurances that the president will at least enforce immigration laws after an amnesty, the new administration’s answer is that of Judge Smails in Caddyshack: “You’ll get nothing, and like it.”   But the only way such an amnesty can work as policy — and be accepted as legitimate by the public — is if it addresses the reasons that such a large illegal population developed in the first place. The Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, which legalized about 3 million of the 5 million illegal aliens believed to be here at the time, was a grand bargain of amnesty in exchange for promises of future enforcement, specifically of the new ban on the hiring of illegal aliens. Those promises were not kept, and within a few years the continued non-enforcement of immigration law meant that all the amnestied illegal aliens were replaced by new ones.   The immigration bills pushed by Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama also adopted this grand-bargain approach — amnesty for those already here in exchange for promises to enforce the law in the future.   This is why opposition to amnesty bills in Congress has centered on the demand for “enforcement first” instead of amnesty first. Bottom of Form Such prerequisites would include mandatory use of the online E-Verify system to check the legal status of all new hires; a functioning entry-exit tracking system for foreign visitors, to ensure that they leave when they’re supposed to (most new illegal immigrants enter legally as visitors and then don’t leave); and full cooperation between federal immigration authorities and local law enforcement — i.e., an end to sanctuary cities.   The passage of the Biden immigration bill — even in a slimmed-down form — would merely guarantee continued illegal immigration in the future.

The Attempt to Install a One-Party Oligarchy is Predestined to Fail....or will it???

Scattered throughout the length and breadth of the United States are those who have experienced first-hand the tyranny of despotic rulers and repressive one-party oligarchies.  Today, many of us that came here as refugees are watching with bemusement and a mild sense of trepidation as the oblivious, self-absorbed, puerile wannabe autocrats in the Ruling Class are hell-bent on imposing their dysfunctional version of one-party dictatorial rule on a nation they apparently neither know nor understand. 

The vast bulk of this cadre of self-styled intellectuals and societal elites are little different from those in various European nations.  They are not only beset with a severe case of narcissism but are among the most gullible and easily manipulated due to their overweening need to feel superior to those they perceive to be lesser fellow citizens.  This sense of superiority eventually manifests itself in an immutable belief that they are preordained to rule the unwashed masses.  Thus, they easily fall sway to a charismatic leader or are willing to accept any inane philosophical theory or deviancy that helps embed their status among the nation’s elites.

George Orwell in a letter written in 1944 (5 years prior to the publication of his seminal work 1984) wrote the following:

There is this fact that the intellectuals are more totalitarian in outlook than the common people.  On the whole the English intelligentsia have opposed Hitler, but at the price of accepting Stalin.  Most of them are perfectly ready for dictatorial methods, secret police, systemic falsification of history etc. as long as they feel it is on ‘our’ side.

The current iteration of the American Ruling Class has not only embraced dictatorial methods as a means to their ends but are astonishingly ill-educated thanks to decades of indoctrination rather than education at America’s universities.  This ill-education encompasses not only an inability by the vast majority to reason and generate an original thought but also a breathtaking ignorance of the history of mankind, and a profound inability to comprehend the American experience and citizenry.

The history of the 20th Century is replete with examples of nations that have succumbed to one-party tyrannical rule.  In all cases these countries share at least one of two common threads.  First, due to global or regional wars, they suffered overwhelming destruction to their societies and economies, opening the door for those espousing Marxism/socialism as a cure for the nation’s ills.  Second, none of these nations had a centuries long history of freedom and self-determination. 

The most notable examples of totalitarian one-party rule were Germany and Italy, and currently Russia and China.   The devastating physical and financial destruction of World War I precipitated chaos throughout these European nations.  World War II opened the door in China for Mao Zedong to solidify his party’s supremacy as he had been unable to do so in previous internal conflicts.  These hostilities were the catalyst for the rise to power of one-party rule in all these nations under either the banner of Fascism, Nazism or Communism.  Further, none of these nations (and others with dysfunctional impoverished societies that succumbed to one-party rule, such as Cuba) had any meaningful history of a being a successful multi-cultural society steeped in freedom and unfettered capitalism.  

The United States is not reeling from the aftermath of a devastating war on its soil.  Its citizenry is not suffering the effects of a massive depression.  This nation for 245 years has promoted and reveled in individual freedom and free enterprise.  As a result, its economy, particularly over the past century is the most successful and dominant in world history.  America is the only country in the annals of mankind that has sanctioned the unrestricted right of the populace to own and bear arms as a bulwark against an oppressive central government.  This is not now, nor has it ever been, a nation ripe for the ascension of one-party totalitarian rule. 

Thus, the current infatuation with themselves by this nation’s elites is about to run headfirst into a brick wall.  Their attempt to transform the United States into their hybrid version of a one-party oligarchy under the banner of a new hybrid of socialism is doomed to failure. 

Their psychotic obsession to rid themselves of the threat that Donald Trump posed to their hegemonic plans has prompted unforced and fatal errors.  The blatant hijacking of the 2020 election using the Chinese Coronavirus as cover.  Unabashedly, and with malice, defaming half of the voting citizenry as irredeemable domestic terrorists that must be vanquished.   Accusing nearly 70% of the population of being racists solely because of their skin color.   Unable to control themselves and within hours of having assumed control of Congress and the White House, plunging headfirst into uncharted political overreach through an avalanche of Executive Orders.

These actions reveal a mindless faction in the process of emulating the final scenes in The Wizard of Oz drawing back the green curtain exposing their true colors, character and incompetence.

The vast majority of the denizens of the Ruling Class are not the best and brightest.  They are mere hangers-on who have an insatiable need to be considered part of the in-crowd.  While many have framed elite university diplomas hanging on their walls, they are nearly devoid of what used to be generically known as common sense.  Their most prominent personal characteristics are self-aggrandizement and cupidity.  Their espousal of Marxism/socialism is self-serving as this philosophy empowers an omnipotent ruling class or oligarchy.  Yet, they could not survive a week in those repressive societies they glorify and wish to foist on the rest of the country.  When confronted with their failures they invariably blame others and are, for the most part, moral and physical cowards.  They will not stand up to an organized and determined citizenry.

Therefore, Americans must now mobilize to not just win skirmishes but to permanently dispatch these fatuous megalomaniacs who have declared their determination to transform America and create a one-party oligarchy.   The time has come for unfettered and peaceful civil disobedience as espoused by Gandhi and Martin Luther King.  Marches and demonstrations must become commonplace.  Additionally, the vast majority of Americans need to stop watching and reading the mainstream and social media and instead search out and support alternative news sources.

The citizens of each state must mobilize and demand that unlawful or illegal edicts and Executive Orders emanating from Washington must be ignored by the individual state governors and not just challenged in the courts.  The citizenry needs to forcefully and immediately concentrate on changing and codifying election laws in all the state legislatures.   Further, the focus in future elections should not be on Congress but rather governorships and state legislatures throughout the country.  

It is imperative that the people vote in the congressional primaries as if they were the general election in order to dispatch to the ash heap elected officials that aided and abetted the election fraud of 2020, the second impeachment of Donald Trump and any legislation advancing the tyrannical agenda of the Ruling Class.

Lastly, various elements of the populace need to stop falling prey to the not-so-subtle message put forth by various elements of the mainstream and social media monopoly that all is lost, and the left has won the war to transform the nation.  They have not and will not.  Pessimism and defeatism are what the ruling elites are counting on.   Confidence and a willingness to fight for this country is a trait all of us who were rescued by the American people from either the cauldron of unconditional war or the tyranny of oppression experienced first-hand and continue to see in many of our fellow citizens to this day.

The above actions are rooted in the freedoms Americans have enjoyed since 1776 and thus cannot be eliminated by any faction or party without precipitating a violent civil war they will lose.   That is why the current attempt to foist a one-party oligarchy on the United States will never succeed.

28 Vulnerable House Democrats Silent on Biden’s Amnesty for Illegal Aliens

More than two dozen House Democrats, many representing swing counties and districts won by former President Trump, have remained silent about their support or opposition to President Joe Biden’s amnesty plan that would eventually provide American citizenship to millions of illegal aliens.

The Biden amnesty, known as the U.S. Citizenship Act of 2021, seeks to immediately provide green cards to millions of illegal aliens considered farmworkers, enrolled in the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, and Temporary Protected Status (TPS) beneficiaries.

In addition, the amnesty would provide all other illegal aliens with a fast-track to green cards and citizenship, providing a flooded labor market with reduced U.S. wages for corporations and potentially a permanent Democrat electoral majority.

Likewise, the amnesty would drive up legal immigration by providing more visas to programs like the Diversity Visa Lottery and exempting family members of certain visa holders from current caps.

Silent on the amnesty are 28 House Democrats who won their seats in the 2020 election cycle by less than 25,000 votes. In seven cases, these Democrats won their seats by margins of less than 10,000 votes against Republican challengers.

Breitbart News reached out to each of the Democrats named above, specifically asking about their support or opposition for Biden’s amnesty. None of the Democrats or members of their communications teams responded.

The Biden amnesty comes as 18 million Americans are jobless and another 6.2 million are underemployed.

Multiple states where vulnerable House Democrats hold seats currently have unemployment rates that are at or above the national rate, 6.7 percent. For instance, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Texas, Virginia, California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, New Jersey, Illinois, and Iowa all have unemployment rates at or above the national unemployment rate.

The amnesty would ensure that anywhere between 11 to 22 million illegal aliens were legally allowed to start competing against Americans, mostly working and middle class, for U.S. jobs during a period of mass unemployment spurred by the Chinese coronavirus crisis.

Every year more than 1.2 million legal immigrants are awarded green cards and another 1.4 million foreign nationals are given visas. In addition, hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens are added to the U.S. population annually. Corporate special interests, the big business lobby, and Big Tech have lobbied for years for an amnesty and increase in legal immigration levels to spike their profit margins by cutting labor costs through job outsourcing.

Over the last few days a few news outlets have covered the story of a man who shot his former girlfriend, Karen Ruiz, multiple times pointblank in front of their three-year old child in Los Angeles. The accused killer fled to Texas, where he fatally shot himself while being chased by police.

These news stories left out some very important information: Herbert Nixon Flores was an illegal criminal alien and a member of the notoriously violent MS-13 gang. He has an extensive 30-year criminal record – burglary, illegal entry, concealed weapon, domestic violence, vandalism, transportation of a controlled substance, driving under the influence, resisting arrest, etc. He has been ordered removed and physically deported 10 times.

This case is just one of the many examples of illegal re-entry of deported criminals that illustrates the importance of border security and interior enforcement.

But Los Angeles County is a sanctuary jurisdiction with policies that prohibit cooperation with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), including a policy to ignore ICE detainers. ICE issues a detainer and warrant when it has probable cause to arrest an inmate who is already in the custody of a local jail; this notifies the jail that ICE intends to take custody of the alien and authorizes the jail to hold the individual for a brief period for ICE.

As recently as September 2020, a detainer was issued for Flores to be turned over to ICE, when he was in custody of the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) following his arrest on a charge of domestic violence with injury. Nevertheless, the LAPD released Flores, giving him the opportunity to continue to commit crimes in his community and surrounding communities – and he did.

There currently are 11 sanctuary states and hundreds of local sanctuary jurisdictions, as shown on the Center’s sanctuary map. These policies create the need for community enforcement operations, such as the one in October 2020 when 170 fugitive aliens were arrested in sanctuary jurisdictions. These efforts are expensive and potentially dangerous for law enforcement and the public. Even more concerning are the tragic and preventable crimes that are inflicted on innocent individuals, like Karen Ruiz, which are the inevitable result of sanctuary policies.

Biden Freezes ICE; Suspends 85% of Criminal Alien Deportations

One of President Biden's first acts on immigration is to suspend investigations, arrests, and deportations of most criminal aliens for the next 100 days. In a memo titled "Review of and Interim Revision to Civil Immigration Enforcement and Removal Policies and Procedures", sent on Wednesday to all immigration agency heads, Acting DHS Secretary David Pekoske announced the deportation freeze and new enforcement priorities that go into effect now. The memo imposes restrictions on immigration enforcement actions that are even tighter than those adopted (with disastrous results) by the Obama administration, and make the country a sanctuary not only for criminal aliens, but all who are here in defiance of our laws.

According to the memo, virtually all removals will stop for 100 days.  In addition, only the following categories of illegal aliens will be subject to removal as of February 1, 2020:

• National security threats — those who have been involved in or are suspected of involvement in terrorism, or who are otherwise deemed a threat;
• Recent illegal border crossers — those who have arrived illegally after November 1, 2020; and
• Aggravated felons — those who are currently incarcerated for an aggravated felony conviction and who are determined to be a threat to public safety.

Pekoske says this is necessary because:

The United States faces significant operational challenges at the southwest border as it is confronting the most serious global public health crisis in a century. In light of those unique circumstances, the Department must surge resources to the border in order to ensure safe, legal and orderly processing, to rebuild fair and effective asylum procedures that respect human rights and due process, to adopt appropriate public health guidelines and protocols, and to prioritize responding to threats to national security, public safety, and border security.

This gives the impression that ICE and other enforcement officers will be sent to help out at the southwest border as part of a "surge" of resources, but instead they are being told to sit on their hands and not do their jobs.

These priorities apply to all enforcement actions by all three agencies:

These priorities shall apply not only to the decision to issue, serve, file, or cancel a Notice to Appear, but also to a broad range of other discretionary enforcement decisions, including deciding: whom to stop, question, and arrest; whom to detain or release; whether to settle, dismiss, appeal, or join in a motion on a case; and whether to grant deferred action or parole.

In practice, this means that ICE must release criminal aliens and others in custody who are not covered in these definitions. This will include aliens convicted of domestic violence, sex offenses, drunk driving, theft causing loss of less than $10,000, vehicular homicide, an infinite number of misdemeanor crimes, and much more. It means that when USCIS refuses green cards or other benefits because the applications were fraudulent, that unqualified applicant will be able to stay anyway. It means that in the next 100 days, if a local police officer arrests a previously deported gang member, even one with a serious criminal history, for a new crime that is not an aggravated felony, ICE will not be able to take action to remove that gang member again.

This is a drastic and unprecedented order. According to ICE deportation records that I obtained through FOIA, only about 15 percent of the criminal aliens removed from the interior in 2018 (the latest year available) were classified as aggravated felons. Nevertheless, even non-aggravated felons caused serious problems here; the tens of thousands of non-aggravated felons removed that year had convictions for seemingly every other crime on the books, including assault, burglary, child molestation, drug offenses, weapons offenses, fraud, and much, much more.

Out of all interior deportations, the number of cases classified as "not aggravated felons" in 2018 was 83,804. This was 88 percent of all interior deportations.

In addition, Biden apparently has abolished use of the word "alien", which does not appear in the memo, in favor of the term "non-citizen." I did not notice the word "criminal" anywhere in the document either.

The memo includes an order for the development of protocols for the ICE director to sign off on every ICE action that takes place outside of a jail or prison. This forecasts an even deeper reduction in enforcement actions in sanctuary jurisdictions, which typically do not allow ICE to arrest criminal aliens — even aggravated felons — while they are in jail. That means in places like California, Chicago, New York City, and many other cities, ICE officers may find they can't make arrests inside the jails or out in the community, or anywhere.

President Biden has said that he doesn't support "abolishing ICE", but apparently he does support abolishing nearly all immigration enforcement.

Late on Thursday, Texas Governor Greg Abbott announced that the state has sent a letter to the Biden administration urging it not to implement this order, and said he will file a lawsuit to demand that immigration laws be enforced as written.
