HIGHLY GRAPHIC IMAGES OF AMERICA UNDER LA RAZA MEX OCCUPATION
This is what America will look like with continued open borders with Narcomex. That is the agenda of the Globalist Democrat party for endless hordes of ‘cheap’ labor.

WHO BENEFITS FROM JOE BIDEN AND THE GLOBALIST DEMOCRATS’ AGENDA OF OPEN BORDERS?
Start with the Mexican drug cartels which now operate in all major American cities. Their drug proceeds are laundered by some of the biggest banksters on Wall Street, all cronies of Joe Biden!

Even though it has gone virtually unreported by corporate media, Breitbart News has extensively documented the Clintons’ longstanding support for “open borders.” Interestingly, s the Los Angeles Times observed in 2007, the Clinton’s praise for globalization and open borders frequently comes when they are speaking before a wealthy foreign audiences and donors.
TX Sheriff: Biden Admin Essentially Defunded ICE by Memo, People Are Being Released without COVID Tests
On Monday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” Jackson County, TX Sheriff A.J. Louderback stated that a recent memo by acting DHS Secretary David Pekoske is “essentially a defund ICE by memo,” and that people who have been detained because they are in the country illegally are being released without coronavirus tests.
Host Tucker Carlson asked, “Is it true, in the state of Texas, that people who have been detained because they’re not here legally, they’re foreign nationals are being released without coronavirus tests?”
Louderback responded, “It’s absolutely true, absolutely true. It’s even — if I could continue, Tucker, the memo that I received this last week, it’s essentially a defund ICE by memo, by memorandum that was sent out by David Pekoske on January 20 of ’21. So, this is a particularly devastating document for Texans and Americans here in the United States. The message really has been sent, when I read it first and looked at it, it’s a message to the world, you can come here illegally, you can commit crimes here against Americans, and remain here illegally.”

EXCLUSIVE: Cartel Gunmen Use IEDs, Ambush Trenches in Mexico near Texas Border
Cartel gunmen are using ambush trenches and IEDs as part of their tactics to counter the use of rival armored vehicles in a war for control of lucrative drug smuggling routes leading to Texas. Cartels often paint vehicles to look like military assets carrying shooters in cloned uniforms.
The latest incident occurred over the past weekend on a ranch southeast of the border city of Miguel Aleman, near Guardados de Abajo, when Mexican soldiers spotted a cloned military vehicle that was torched. Authorities also found the burned remains of a man they believe was the driver. Inside, authorities found a damaged AK-47, magazines, and spent .50 caliber casings.
Breitbart Texas received exclusive access to a Mexican military report, which noted the armored vehicle apparently ran over an improvised explosive device, commonly known as IEDs. After spotting the torched vehicle, military forces combed the area for hiding gunmen laying a trap.
While the soldiers did not find anyone else, they did spot trenches dug near the road for ambushes on passing vehicles. The trenches were not visible from the road in question.
The discovery suggests improving tactical sophistication in the escalating turf war between the Gulf Cartel and the Cartel Del Noreste faction of Los Zetas. The Gulf Cartel controls the areas surrounding Miguel Aleman and is trying to hold off an eastward push by the CDN-Los Zetas.
The region is only a few miles west from Camargo. Last month, authorities there discovered 19 bodies in torched vehicles. The case led to the arrest of 12 Tamaulipas police officers who are facing murder charges. The victims were identified as mostly Guatemalan migrants and two Mexican human smugglers.
Editor’s Note: Breitbart Texas traveled to the Mexican States of Tamaulipas, Coahuila, and Nuevo León to recruit citizen journalists willing to risk their lives and expose the cartels silencing their communities. The writers would face certain death at the hands of the various cartels that operate in those areas including the Gulf Cartel and Los Zetas if a pseudonym were not used. Breitbart Texas’ Cartel Chronicles are published in both English and in their original Spanish. This article was written by “Francisco Morales” from Tamaulipas.
For context, ICE arrests tens of thousands of illegal aliens every year who are convicted of have pending charges for crimes like drunk driving, assault, drug possession, and fraud. In 2019, for example, illegal aliens arrested by ICE had more than 74,500 convictions or charges involving drunk driving, more than 68,000 charges or convictions of traffic offenses, nearly 46,000 charges or convictions for assault, and more than 12,000 charges or convictions for fraud.
Joe Biden Expected to Roll Back Deportations for Illegal Alien Drunk Drivers, Assailants

President Joe Biden’s administration is expected to roll back deportations starting this week for illegal aliens who have been convicted of drunk driving, simple assault, and a number of drug crimes.
Internal communications reviewed by the Washington Post, and nearly confirmed by White House press secretary Jen Psaki, details how the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency under Biden’s direction will not prioritize deportations for illegal aliens convicted of a number of crimes, all of which have American victims.
The Post reports:
Agents will no longer seek to deport immigrants for crimes such as driving under the influence and assault, and will focus instead on national security threats, recent border crossers and people completing prison and jail terms for aggravated felony convictions. [Emphasis added]
“Generally, these convictions would not include drug based crimes (less serious offenses), simple assault, DUI, money laundering, property crimes, fraud, tax crimes, solicitation, or charges without convictions,” acting director Tae Johnson told senior officials in a Thursday email advising them on how to operate while new guidelines are finalized. [Emphasis added]
…
The draft guidelines are awaiting approval by Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, who was confirmed by the Senate on Tuesday. [Emphasis added]
The internal emails sent to ICE agents suggests illegal aliens are only considered threats to the public if they are convicted of aggravated felonies, can be proven to be gang members, or have a history of violence.
In cases where an illegal alien’s aggravated felony is 10 years old, though, ICE agents will not prioritize their arrest or deportation. Similarly, an illegal alien’s gang tattoos will no longer be enough to classify their affiliation with a gang and thus, they will not be a priority.
“Is the Biden administration really saying that drunk driving isn’t a public safety threat?” former acting ICE Director Thomas Homan asked, speaking to Breitbart News. “Tell that to the Angel Moms whose children were killed by illegal alien drunk drivers.”
Also part of the new guidelines expected this week is a provision forcing agents to get approval from acting ICE Director Tae Johnson to make arrests of any illegal aliens who are not in prisons or jails. As part of that approval process, agents would have to justify to Johnson why the illegal alien should get priority for arrest and deportation.
“It’s designed to slow the process,” Homan said of the guideline.
Under Biden’s new guidelines, most of these illegal aliens would not be prioritized for arrest or deportation and thus allowed to remain in the United States. Even if any of these illegal aliens would fit the criteria for arrest and deportation, their arrest would have to be approved by the Acting ICE Director if they are no longer in prison or jail.
“I knew they would move left but I didn’t think they would move to such an incompetent position,” Homan said. “These people are here in violation of federal law. You’re telling ICE to ignore that.”

U.S.-Mexico Top 10 Cartel ‘Most Wanted’ List Gets Update
Authorities on both sides of the border updated a regional list of the top 10 wanted cartel figures responsible for most of the violence and smuggling activities in recent months. The list includes Gulf Cartel and Cartel Del Noreste-Los Zetas members.
The list is a joint effort by authorities on both sides of the border that has helped lead to the captures of several cartel operators.
Known as the Se Busca campaign, the list is a joint effort between the U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the Tamaulipas State Police.
The updated list features the current regional leader for the Cartel Del Noreste faction of Los Zetas, Juan Gerardo “El Huevo” Trevino, who authorities say is responsible for multiple shootouts and atrocities as part of his turf war.
The list features other figures, including the leader of the Reynosa faction of the Gulf Cartel Cesar “El Primito” Morfin. Under El Primito’s leadership, the Gulf Cartel continues to control all the drug and human smuggling activities from Reynosa to Miguel Aleman and most of the Rio Grande Valley. In recent months, the drug boss has, however, seen his power and influence start to fade due to constant fighting with the Matamoros faction of the Gulf Cartel and the CDN-Los Zetas.
The list features two commanders for the Gulf Cartel in Reynosa that were reported on exclusively by Breitbart Texas in 2019 for leading human smuggling operations. Known as “La Mimi” and “La Mierda,” Hector Sanchez Rivera and brother Ernesto are responsible for most of the violence in Reynosa.
Missing from the list is the leader of the Matamoros faction of the Gulf Cartel, Evaristo “El Vaquero” Cruz, responsible for numerous shootouts and disappearances. He also made recent headlines for being able to deliver toys, gifts, food, and supplies to needy families during holidays. It remains unclear why El Vaquero was removed from Se Busca. The Tamaulipas government still offers a cash reward for his capture.
The complete list includes:
1) Juan Gerardo Treviño-Chavez aka “El Huevo”
2) Humberto Alejandro URIBE-Mendoza aka “Soruyo”
3) Ernesto SANCHEZ-Rivera aka “M22” or “Cuate”
4) Pablo Misael RAMOS-Lara aka “El Pantera” or “El Mezqui”
5) Hector SANCHEZ-Rivera aka “La Mimi, El Cuate, M1”
6) Cesar MORFIN-Morfin aka “El Primito”
7) Alvaro Noe Morfin Morfin aka “R-8”
8) Jose Martin Cardenas-Garcia aka “Chiwilly”
9) Agustin Ordorica-Lopez
10) Carlos Roel COLLAZO-Rodriguez aka “Chuy 7” or “Chuy Sierra” or “Collazo”

FoFormer Acting ICE Director: New Biden Policies Will Allow Violent Criminals to Go Free

On January 20, 2021, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) issued an internal memo changing "enforcement and removal policies and priorities."
"This memorandum directs Department of Homeland Security components to conduct a review of policies and practices concerning immigration enforcement. It also sets interim policies during the course of that review, including a 100-day pause on certain removals to enable focusing the Department’s resources where they are most needed. The United States faces significant operational challenges at the southwest border as it is confronting the most serious global public health crisis in a century," the memo states. "In light of those unique circumstances, the Department must surge resources to the border in order to ensure safe, legal and orderly processing, to rebuild fair and effective asylum procedures that respect human rights and due process, to adopt appropriate public health guidelines and protocols, and to prioritize responding to threats to national security, public safety, and border security."
"Due to limited resources, DHS cannot respond to all immigration violations or remove all persons unlawfully in the United States. Rather, DHS must implement civil immigration enforcement based on sensible priorities and changing circumstances," it continues.
The White House is also detailing the reprioritization and noting those charged with DUIs or assault will not be deported.
Doocy ??: There's some new reporting that ICE is going to get some new guidance to no longer focus on deporting illegal immigrants who have been convicted of DUI, simple assault, solicitation, drug-based crimes among other things...[H]ow that is in the interest of public safety? pic.twitter.com/kybf9wE3rt

Former Acting ICE Director Ron Vitiello is sounding the alarm and warning the new policies will allow violent criminal aliens to go free and avoid deportation.
"This administration is sending a signal that will travel the globe that we are going to go soft on border security and soft on immigration enforcement," Vitiello said. "They made exceptions for people who are convicted of aggravated felonies and if they just crossed the border, so that leaves millions of people in the United States who are criminally involved. They're in gangs, they could be accused of crimes like murder and pedophilia, rape, arson, robbery, human trafficking, those people would still, not convicted of those crimes even though they committed them, they wouldn't be subject to deportation under the guidelines being put out so we're definitely going soft on interior immigration enforcement."
"Last year ICE arrested, in the administrative sense, 103,000 plus people. Ninety percent of them had criminal arrests or convictions and so they've already prioritized how to use their resources to protect us," he continued.
