Liberal California Emigrants are Toxic
By R. Quinn Kennedy
When Arizona, a state that has historically leaned conservative, was won by Joe Biden and now-senator Mark Kelly this week, very few were taken by surprise. Extensive polling indicated Arizona was ripe for swinging liberal and in this instance, at least, the polling was correct.

The state of California is home to more illegal aliens than any other state in the country. Approximately one in five illegal aliens lives in California, Pew reported.
Immigration Studies (CIS) finds that about 72 percent of households headed by noncitizens and immigrants use one or more forms of taxpayer-funded welfare programs in California — the number one immigrant-receiving state in the U.S.

Josh Hawley: Biden ‘More Focused’ on Amnesty than Working Class Job Losses
Sen. Josh Hawley says President Joe Biden is “more focused” on providing amnesty to millions of illegal aliens than grappling with potential economic doom for America’s working class.
Last week, Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ) introduced Biden’s amnesty legislation into the Senate. The plan seeks to legalize, and eventually provide American citizenship to, about 11 to 22 million illegal aliens living in the United States today.
Also, the plan is likely to double legal immigration levels — where already more than 1.2 million green cards are awarded to legal immigrants annually — even as more than 17 million Americans are jobless but wanting full-time employment.
Specifically, a McKinsey Global Institute analysis detailed by the Washington Post reveals that the overwhelming longterm economic burden, as a result of the Chinese coronavirus crisis, will be put on working and lower-middle class Americans.
The Post reports:
In a report coming out later this week that was previewed to The Washington Post, the McKinsey Global Institute says that 20 percent of business travel won’t come back and about 20 percent of workers could end up working from home indefinitely. These shifts mean fewer jobs at hotels, restaurants and downtown shops, in addition to ongoing automation of office support roles and some factory jobs. [Emphasis added]
…
“We think that there is a very real scenario in which a lot of the large employment, low-wage jobs in retail and in food service just go away in the coming years,” said Susan Lund, head of the McKinsey Global Institute. “It means that we’re going to need a lot more short-term training and credentialing programs.” [Emphasis added]
…
Indeed, the number of workers in need of retraining could be in the millions, according to McKinsey and David Autor, an economist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology who co-wrote a report warning that automation is accelerating in the pandemic. He predicts far fewer jobs in retail, rest, car dealerships and meatpacking facilities. [Emphasis added]
Hawley, in a statement online, called Biden out for pursuing an amnesty and increased foreign competition against Americans while millions remain jobless and millions more are underemployed and potentially looking at future unemployment.
“Can’t figure out why Joe Biden is more focused on supporting illegal immigration than working Americans,” Hawley wrote on Twitter.
Can’t figure out why Joe Biden is more focused on supporting illegal immigration than working Americans
— Josh Hawley (@HawleyMO) February 22, 2021
In Hawley’s home state of Missouri, unemployment is especially hitting the working and middle class. For example, Americans in construction, extraction, building and grounds cleaning, food service, production, and transportation have the highest rates of unemployment as of last month.
In contrast, those in fields like engineering, architecture, and criminal justice — all of which are vastly less likely to have to compete for jobs against foreign workers — have some of the lowest unemployment rates.
Biden’s amnesty plan is being cheered by big business, tech conglomerates, and corporate special interests who boost their profit-margins by cutting labor costs, which often begins with hiring cheaper foreign workers over Americans.
“We look forward working w/ the administration & Congress to advance these proposed solutions,” Amazon executives wrote in a statement about the amnesty.
A flooded U.S. labor market has been well documented for its wage-crushing side effects, so much so that economist George Borjas has called mass immigration to the country the “largest anti-poverty program” at the expense of America’s working and lower-middle class.
Recent peer-reviewed research by economist Christoph Albert acknowledges that “as immigrants accept lower wages, they are preferably chosen by firms and therefore have higher job finding rates than natives, consistent with evidence found in US data.”
Albert’s research also finds that immigration “raises competition” for native-born Americans in the labor market. Similarly, research from June 2020 on U.S. wages and the labor market shows that a continuous flow of mass immigration exerts “stronger labor market competition” on newly arrived immigrants than even native-born Americans, thus contributing to the wage gap.
The Congressional Budget Office (CBO), likewise, has repeatedly noted that mass immigration cuts Americans’ wages. In 2013, CBO analysis stated that the “Gang of Eight” amnesty plan would “slightly” push down wages for the American workers. A 2020 CBO analysis stated that “immigration has exerted downward pressure on the wages of relatively low-skilled workers who are already in the country, regardless of their birthplace.”
Every year, about 1.2 million legal immigrants are given green cards to permanently resettle in the U.S. In addition, 1.4 million foreign nationals are annually awarded temporary visas to full U.S. jobs that would otherwise go to Americans.

Exclusive: ICE to Release Migrants Further into U.S. — Away from Texas Border Cities
Federal law enforcement sources report that Border Patrol agents will now rely on Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers to conduct migrant releases when detention space is not available in the Texas Rio Grande Valley. Migrant releases coordinated specifically by Border Patrol directly into border communities will be a last-resort option. Border Patrol officials are instructed to conduct the local releases only when ICE cannot cope with the level of arrests made by the Border Patrol.
The new policy may bring some relief to local shelters in South Texas border communities located in the Rio Grande Valley depending on where ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations officials choose to release the migrants. The change in procedure is likely driven by increased media attention to the issue. It will likely result in migrants being released away from border communities in the Rio Grande Valley.
According to sources familiar with the new policy, ICE will transport many of the released migrants away from the immediate border region to family residential detention centers to await release. If this occurs, it will require significant funding for transportation costs associated with the movement of migrants to other cities.
Family residential detention centers operated by ICE are in smaller Texas communities surrounding San Antonio with insufficient public transportation resources to move the migrants. Sources tell Breitbart News this increases the likelihood that migrant releases will increase in San Antonio. The move is largely designed to change the current optics of where migrants are released. It is unlikely to impact the increased flow of arriving migrants.
As reported by Breitbart News, the ill-timed migrant releases before the winter storm were an ominous sign for border communities. Many lacked sufficient resources to deal with hundreds of released migrants. According to law enforcement sources, COVID-19 testing of released migrants is still not happening in many border communities.
During the cold snap in Texas, humanitarian shelters along the border quickly filled as transportation companies shut down operations. In some cases, migrants turned to local businesses for warmth as power failed at non-government humanitarian shelters. Residents in one Texas border community reported seeing migrants wandering through large department stores where, fortunately, power and heat were still available during the crisis.
Mayor Bruno Lozano of Del Rio, Texas, posted a YouTube video strongly urging President Biden to halt migrant releases within his city and surrounding communities. In the video, Mayor Lozano highlights the devastating conditions caused by recent freezing weather and the lack of available resources to cope with the released migrants. He raises COVID-19 concerns within the community and pleads for sufficient resources to address the influx of migrants.
Although little has changed regarding the situation in West Texas, law enforcement sources indicate the message may have resonated elsewhere as the new practices regarding how migrants are released in the Rio Grande Valley suddenly changed.
The volume of arrests within the Rio Grande Valley will determine how long the new plan remains in effect. According to CBP, Border Patrol agents in the Rio Grande Valley arrested more than 69,000 migrants since the start of this fiscal year, which began in October 2020, through January. Compared to the same time frame last fiscal year, the increase in arrests is a staggering 136 percent.
Breitbart News reached out to ICE officials for additional information about the policy change. A response was not available by press time.

Press focuses on Ted Cruz, ignores the building crisis at the borderThe media are intent on reporting on Ted Cruz's one-day trip to Cancun, because they want to divert attention from Joe Biden's intentional destruction of America. It is the same reason they lied that Biden was a "moderate" during the election and why they buried the stories of all the Biden family corruption while they were effectively campaigning and de facto contributing to Biden. The truth would have destroyed Biden. The media manipulated and colluded in the election more than Russia or even China has ever done. Biden is violating his oath of office to uphold immigration laws while flooding Texas and other states with illegals, including many violent criminals, yet Cruz should resign because he left the U.S. for a day? The drug-runners, human-smugglers, sex-traffickers, and gang members are ecstatic that we have opened our borders. Here's another unasked question from the press: why do people of so many races fight to get into the U.S. since it has supposedly been systemically racist for four hundred years? The media also didn't care how many people died from drug overdoses and terrorism when the borders were open and President Obama dictatorially ordered the "independent" Justice Department to stop a multi-year investigation into a billion-dollar-a-year drug-running operation by terrorists to appease the tyrants in Iran. Now Biden's opening the border, with predictable results.
But the press is totally focused on Ted Cruz, and whether he drank a margarita abroad, instead of true scandals like this. Image: Pixy.org, CC0 public domain. Latest Biden hire an extremist who will push hard against border control Earlier this month, it was reported that a top appointment at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is controversial immigration judge Ashley Tabaddor. Not only has Tabaddor frequently attacked the Trump administration in the media, something not traditionally done by judges, but the Iranian-born, Los Angeles-based judge has signaled a serious preference for anti-borders policy and ethnic identity politics. Her new role in the Biden administration as Chief Counsel of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, will place her near the very top at DHS’s most important immigration policy-making agency. Although immigration judges (IJs) aren’t actually judges in the Article III-sense, but rather administrative employees subordinate to executive branch policy, Tabaddor has repeatedly attacked Trump White House decisions in the press in her role as an IJ union leader. This included sensible policies such as curbing IJs overuse of so-called administrative closures: a tool not authorized by regulation that allows more anti-borders members of the immigration bar to “temporarily” remove deportation cases from their docket (for years sometimes) in a way that sets up de facto amnesty. And when IJs were forced to adopt a case-resolution quota—something which is sorely needed due to the fact that there are literally over a million unresolved removal cases currently on the books—Tabaddor attacked the decision for, among other reasons, being procedurally unfair to illegal aliens. Among her own rulings, Tabaddor raised eyebrows in 2009 when she ordered U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents to release an illegal alien partly because they “failed” to read him his Miranda rights. Illegal aliens, however, do not have such rights under any immigration statute or the Constitution in the civil immigration context. During the height of the Unaccompanied Alien Minor-crisis in 2014, IJ’s dockets were inundated with minors smuggled into the country by human traffickers paid for by illegal alien-parents already residing in the country. In one sweeping order, Tabaddor allowed nearly 40 such minors who absconded from their removal hearings in Los Angeles to be heard in courts closer to where they escaped to following their release from ICE agents. Generally, in such cases, IJs would order the absconding alien to be removed in absentia. Perhaps more disturbing, however, is Tabaddor’s open embrace of ethnicity-based identity politics. She’s a self-described “leader” in the Iranian-American community and in a 2010 book review—since removed online—she appears to adopt the extremist Critical Race Theory-narrative that “whites do not exist” or are a “social construct.” Expressing hostility with the Census Bureau’s categorization of Iranians as white, she supported a “call to action” within the Iranian community to “shed” the white identity that has been “imposed” on them and to “redefine” themselves in their “true form.” Her identity politics beliefs are apparently so strident, the Obama DOJ sought her recusal from cases involving Iranians. The Justice Department eventually settled when she sued. While all Americans enjoy the freedom of speech and association by right, we also have responsibilities when serving in important public roles, such as making sure even the appearance of bias isn’t created. Also disturbing was Tabaddor’s lashing out against a critic of hers in 2019 by making baseless allegations of “anti-Semitism.” In one of the more blatant examples of spreading fake news, wrote Front Page Mag’s Daniel Greenfield, Buzzfeed, the Washington Post and several other outlets uncritically reported her claims that a blogger’s description of her immigration rulings as a form of “Kritarchy,” which is simply a Greek word meaning rule by judges, was anti-Jewish because judge-ruled communities were apparently present in ancient Israel. How such a comment could be construed as anti-Semitic was never explained by Tabaddor or Buzzfeed et al, nor did either mention that Kritarchies have existed elsewhere in history or that Tabaddor isn’t even Jewish—she’s a Muslim. The bizarre comment raised eyebrows among prominent Jewish commentators including David Frum. With Biden’s immigration plans looking to be very busy over the next four years, top immigration players like Ashley Tabaddor will get prime leadership roles in sculpting and implementing U.S. immigration policy. Given the constant shifts in the world of political appointees, it’s highly possible Tabaddor gets promoted somewhere down the line to DHS’s top-spot. Congressional Republicans, America First advocates, and the public in general should be aware.

William Gheen: Pressuring Republicans Is How We Stop Amnesty4:04 Grassroots pressure on Republicans is necessary to block the Democrat push for amnesty, said William Gheen, president of Americans for Legal Immigration (ALIPAC) , on SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Sunday with special guest host Matt Boyle. The U.S. Citizenship Act, introduced last week by Rep. Linda Sanchez (D-CA) and Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ) in the House and Senate, would extend amnesty and citizenship to millions of illegal aliens if enacted into law. Boyle asked, “What are some of the things that the average person out there, the listener to this program … what can they do to make a difference on this?” Gheen said his organization’s email list coordinates pressure campaigns against “RINO Republican” politicians, among others. “We need people on our email alerts at ALIPAC.us,” Gheen stated, “because we sometimes tell people ahead of time what we’re going to do, and other times we don’t, because the opposition — the pro-amnesty crowd — monitors ALIPAC emails very closely, because they know — Dick Durbin knows — who shut down his Dream Act in 2010.” Gheen continued, “This week, we’re going to ask people to support the recall against Gavin Newsom and the efforts against [Andrew] Cuomo, because those governors being in trouble can help our fight, and we’re going to release some names.” LISTEN: Gheen estimated that “six or seven” Republican senators are planning on supporting the Democrats’ amnesty push. “We think right now they probably got six or seven Republicans in the Senate they can count on to vote to bypass the filibuster or get to 60 votes that they need,” Gheen assessed. “They’ve got about six or seven out of ten. They’re almost there. They could be there, and we just don’t know it yet, in the in the smoky back rooms.” Gheen said ALIPAC will organize grassroots citizens’ communications opposing amnesty. “We’re going to put out some call programs and email social media programs that are very easy for anybody to use, where they can start confronting these senators who are most likely to waver on the the cloture,” Gheen remarked. Gheen went on, “Over on the congressional side, we’ve got to start lining up GOP primary challengers … because there’s about a good 30 to 40 RINO Republican sell-outs over in the House that are looking forward to helping Nancy Pelosi pass an amnesty bill for illegal immigrants, and they need to look out, I guess, over the barbed wire at the troops outside their buildings and stuff and and see out here across the country not in DC, but a new type of movement.” Gheen highlighted political exploitation of sympathy for children in order to advance amnesty. “They’re gonna lead the way with the kids,” Gheen noted. “Dick Durbin and Lindsey Graham have filed the Dream Act again, and they’re going to try to use younger illegal aliens to push through the tip of the spear to get to America’s heart, and they’re gonna play on everybody’s sympathies.” Democrats’ amnesty pursuit is an attempt to shift demographics towards establishment of a one-party state, Gheen noted. Gheen determined, “If amnesty passes … and the amnesty bill for 20 million illegal aliens is heading to Joe Biden’s desk to be signed, at that moment, the political war to save America [is] over. It’s finished. The Democrats get 20 million more people to pull voters from.” “There will never be another Republican president or Republican control of Congress,” Gheen concluded. “They take it all, and they take it all permanently. The people who have been voting Republican — or to the the right of Joe Biden — we don’t matter anymore, ever again, so it’s that important, and it will result in more Americans dying from illegal immigration [and] more people losing their jobs.” Breitbart News Sunday broadcasts live on SiriusXM Patriot 125 from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Eastern. |
