America Faces No Greater Threat Than Joe Biden and the Democrat Party. Their Assault to Our Borders Is As Great As Their Assault to Free Speech and Free Elections

RICK SCOTT PARTNERS WITH PELOSI AND BIDEN IN THE BASEMENT FOR MASSIVE AMNESTY EVEN AS 20 MILLION LEGALS ARE JOBLESS!
A new video from the Center for Immigration Studies explains the amnesty and path to citizenship for an estimated 400,000 foreign nationals with Temporary Protective Status (TPS) incorporated into the Dream and Promise Act. TPS grants a short term amnesty, which includes a work permit, to illegal immigrants already in the United States when temporary conditions occur in their country that make it difficult to return safely. But recipients have benefitted from continual renewals by the executive branch, making the program anything but temporary. Mark Krikorian, the Center’s executive director, describes the compromises available to Congress which could help ensure an amnesty would not be requested in the future for the next group of TPS recipients, which would perhaps include the Burmese nationals and 320,000 Venezuelans who have been granted TPS by the Biden administration.
TheDream and Promise Actwill amnesty and put on the path to citizenship an estimated 400,000 illegal immigrants who were granted Temporary Protective Status (TPS).
Likely American voters without college degrees, those with only a high school diploma, and swing voters are the most opposed to two amnesty bills being voted on this week in the House, a new survey reveals.
As Breitbart News reported, the House will vote on two amnesty bills on March 18. Between the two bills, an estimated five million illegal aliens living in the United States could benefit from the amnesties while increasing legal immigration levels.
Most significantly, one of the amnesties would allow 1.5 to 2.1 million illegal aliens working on farms to eventually apply for green cards to permanently resettle in the U.S.
In addition, the farm amnesty would allow thousands of foreign H-2A visa workers to compete directly with working class Americans for agriculture jobs and floods the U.S. labor market with an additional 40,000 green cards for foreign workers.
A survey by Rasmussen Reports asked 1,000 likely U.S. voters if they supported the amnesty bills for five million illegal aliens. Those most opposed to the amnesties were working class Americans most likely to compete in the labor market against cheaper foreign, often illegal, workers.
About 56 percent of college dropouts said they opposed the amnesties along with 54 percent of voters with only a high school diploma. Roughly 42 percent of college dropouts and those with only a high school diploma said they support the amnesties.
For voters making less than $30,000 a year, about 51 percent oppose the amnesties while 39 percent support them. Swing voters, similarly, said by a 55 percent majority that they do not support the amnesties while 39 percent said otherwise.
Republican voters and self-described conservatives are deeply opposed to the amnesty bills, the survey finds. Among Republicans, for instance, about 72 percent said they oppose the amnesties and only 24 percent said they support them.
Conservatives, likewise, said by a 77 percent majority that they oppose the amnesties. Only 23 percent of conservatives support the amnesties.
Self-described liberals are the only demographic group surveyed that said they “strongly support” the amnesties by a majority, 56 percent.
Despite Republican voters’ opposition to the amnesties, the farm amnesty is being supported by orchard owner Rep. Dan Newhouse (R-WA), as well as Reps. Elisa Stefanik (R-NY), Mark Amodei (R-NV), Mario Diaz-Balart (R-FL), Doug LaMalfa (R-CA), Cathy McMorris Rogers (R-WA), Mike Simpson (R-ID), Fred Upton (R-MI), David Valadao (R-CA), and Jeff Van Drew (R-NJ).

Rick Scott Circulates DACA Amnesty Plan Amid Illegal Immigration Surge
National Republican Senatorial Committee Chairman Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL) is circulating a plan that would provide amnesty to potentially millions of illegal aliens enrolled and eligible for former President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.
Two sources confirmed to Breitbart News the details of Scott’s plan, originally posted online, which would allow DACA illegal aliens to permanently resettle in the United States by providing them a “conditional permanent” residency for 10 years before they can apply for green cards and eventually gain American citizenship.
Scott, the sources said, has been circulating the amnesty to Senate Republicans asking them to co-sponsor the legislation. Scott’s office did not respond to a request for comment when asked by Breitbart News if they could verify the legislation. It is unclear if any other Senate Republicans have signed on to support the amnesty.

Specifically, Scott’s plan pairs an amnesty for eligible illegal aliens with a series of enforcement priorities such as banning the practice of Catch and Release, where border crossers are apprehended and released into the U.S. interior, and ending President Joe Biden’s “sanctuary country” orders that have prevented most interior immigration enforcement.
The amnesty provisions allow illegal aliens who came to the U.S. before they were 16-years-old, and have lived in the country since June 2012, to apply for “conditional permanent resident” status.
Illegal aliens would also undergo a background check, including demonstrating they have “good moral character” and do not have any felony convictions. The legislation would allow illegal aliens with misdemeanor convictions to apply for amnesty, so long as they were not convicted of domestic violence, sexual abuse, burglary, unlawful gun possession, drug trafficking, drunk driving, or any other misdemeanor that resulted in 90-day or more prison sentence.
This first “conditional permanent resident” status would last for five years before eligible illegal aliens could apply for a five-year extension, meeting requirements like serving in the military, enrolled in or graduated from college, or have held a job for at least two years.
After the second five-year period, eligible illegal aliens would be allowed to apply for American citizenship but would be barred from sponsoring foreign relatives for green cards — the process known as “chain migration” — once they become naturalized citizens.
Ultimately, the amnesty could provide American citizenship to millions of illegal aliens by the year 2037 if it were enacted this year and applications started next year.
Scott’s plan comes as the U.S. grapples with a surge of illegal immigration at the southern border due to President Joe Biden’s ending the Remain in Mexico program, canceling cooperative asylum agreements with Central America, and gutting interior immigration enforcement with sanctuary country orders.
At the border, for example, almost 100,000 border crossers were apprehended by federal immigration officials — an increase of 170 percent compared to the same time last year. The total number of illegal aliens who successfully crossed the border, undetected, since October 2020 has surpassed 118,000, Breitbart News exclusively reported.
Meanwhile, Biden’s sanctuary country orders — currently preventing about 9-in-10 deportations — have resulted in the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) holding the fewest number of illegal aliens in detention in the agency’s history.
In addition, America’s working and middle class are facing an unemployment crisis due to the economic lockdowns imposed last year from the Chinese coronavirus pandemic. Today, there continue to be nearly 17 million Americans, mostly those on the lower end of the wage scale, who are jobless but want full-time work. Their job opportunities and wages are significantly diminished when they are forced to compete against a growing flood of cheaper, often illegal, foreign workers.
