AMERICA INCHES TOWARDS REVOLUTION

The Democrat war against the white middle class

On March 16, 2021, a 21-year-old white male named Robert Aaron Long went on a shooting rampage at three separate massage parlors, leaving eight women dead.  The Marxist rabble-rousers — a term synonymous with the Democrat party — quickly retreated into their Marxist libraries and thumbed through Saul Alinsky's Rules for Radicals to find out how to "stir up dissatisfaction and discontent."

We know that Robert Aaron Long went to rehab twice for sex addiction.  Anyone with a rational brain — which exempts all Democrats — understands that Long was a sick and depraved individual whose motivation was not race-based, but induced by his self-loathing and contempt for those women to whom he turned.  The killer admitted that there was no racial motivation for the killings.  Long killed the women not because they were Asian — two were white — but because they worked at massage parlors, the types of places Long frequented to feed his loathsome addiction.

But the Marxists in the media and in the Democrat party — one and the same — intentionally told a different narrative.  A Washington Post headline declared, "Eight killed, including 6 Asian women."  Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms told CNN's Wolf Blitzer that Asians "are being targeted unfairly."  Georgia state rep. Bee Nguyen told CNN's Erin Burnett, "in this particular case, where the victims were Asian women, we see the intersections of racism, xenophobia and gender-based violence."  Interestingly, neither Mayor Bottoms nor Rep. Nguyen, nor the Washington Post headline, mentioned the two white women murdered.  Why?  Because Saul Alinsky instructs them to "create the issues or problems."

You see, the Democrat party and the Democrat media are Marxists whose goal is to bring about revolution.  Their organization is "born out of the issues and the issues are born out of the organization," according to Alinsky.  They intentionally ignored the two whites because such an acknowledgment would undermine their effort to "agitate, create disenchantment, and discontent."  White lives don't matter, but white votes still do.

The left in this country is engaged in an all-out assault on white, middle-class America.  Don't take my word for it.  Saul Alinsky, the official Marxist Democrat party tactician, wrote in Rules for Radicals that "organization for action will now and in the decade ahead center upon America's white middle class.  That is where the power is.  When more than three-fourths of our people from both the point of view of economics and self-identification are middle class, it is obvious that their action or inaction will determine the direction of change.  Large parts of the middle class, the 'silent majority,' must be activated."

The Marxist Democrats are professional agitators and community organizers.  They are arsonists, setting fire to the world.  Their lies are intentional and strategic.  Alinsky writes, "The organizer's job is to inseminate an invitation for himself, to agitate, introduce ideas, get people pregnant with hope and a desire for change and to identify you as the person most qualified for this purpose."

This is why the media largely ignored a slew of other recent violent crimes.  Contrast the Democrat narrative and reporting on the Atlanta shootings with the most recent murder of a Pakistani Uber driver in Washington, D.C.  CNN reports, "Two teenage girls have been charged in the carjacking death of an Uber Eats driver this week in Washington, DC, police say."  There is no mention of the "black" ethnicity of the teenagers in the article, nor any suggestion of it being an anti-immigrant  hate crime.

Or how about the reporting following the recent murder of ten white people by a Syrian, Muslim immigrant in Boulder, Colorado?  In fact, CNN went out of the way to report that "high school bullies made fun of Alissa's name and for being Muslim."  The subtext is that the killer was a victim.  There is no suggestion that this was an anti-white hate crime, even thought all ten victims were white.

Americans are pawns in the Democrats' scheme to wrest power from "we the people" and secure it in perpetuity for themselves.  White middle-class Americans remain the greatest impediment to the left's totalitarian ambitions.  Alinksy wrote in 1971, "We are belatedly beginning to understand this, to know that even if all the low-income parts of our population were organized — all the blacks, Mexican-Americans, Puerto Ricans, Appalachian poor white — if through some genius of organization they were all united in a coalition, it would not be powerful enough to get significant, basic, needed change."

The Atlanta spa shootings were attractive to the community organizers on the left.  They salivated over their keyboards because they saw it as a rare opportunity to set multiple fires.  This too is textbook Marxism.  Alinksy instructs, "[A] single issue drastically limits your appeal, where multiple issues would draw in the many potential members essential to the building of a broad, mass-based organization[.] ... [M]any issues means many members."

This is why Rep. Nguyen attached the murders to multiple issues — "racism, xenophobia, and gender based violence."  The Democrats are diabolical.  Revolution is their goal.  They are communists.

For too long, Americans have watched with frustration, anger, and helplessness as the Marxists have moved the ball down the field.  But we have their playbook.  If we hope to avert a dark totalitarian future, we must study their plays and  expose them.

Mostly Peaceful Mayhem

Turning a blind eye to violence in Miami Beach, the New York Times previews its post-Floyd-trial coverage.March 31, 2021
Public safety
The Social Order

As the trial of officer Derek Chauvin for the death of George Floyd begins, downtown Minneapolis has already boarded itself up, though the verdict is months away. Unlike the fencing that arose around Washington following the January 6 Capitol riot, the Minneapolis precautions are fully justified. Indeed, the bollards and barricades will grow denser as the verdict nears but will still prove inadequate if Chauvin is not convicted of murder. A firestorm would engulf the city and the nation that will dwarf the riotous destruction of 2020. No trial of a police officer to date has been preceded by the anti-police sentiment and admonitory violence seen over the last year. It is improbable, therefore, that the Chauvin jury will vote to acquit, whatever evidence the defense presents.

In the unlikely event that Chauvin is acquitted, however, the New York Times recently provided a preview of how it and the rest of the mainstream media will cover the ensuing riots. Earlier this month, Miami Beach endured anarchic behavior from an influx of spring break tourists. Shootings and street brawls triggered stampedes. People hit one another with bar glasses and chairs. More than 100 guns have been confiscated. Officers trying to disperse large, illegally gathering crowds were assaulted with rocks and bottles. Commercial property was destroyed. Restaurant customers walked away from their meals without paying. At least one hotel shut down its food service, unable to protect its employees and patrons. Police made over 350 felony arrests and twice as many misdemeanor arrests. And in the most serious crime, two spring breakers from North Carolina drugged a 24-year-old woman from Pennsylvania and raped her while she was passed out, according to the confession of one. The two assailants left her semi-nude and unconscious in her hotel room, stealing her phone and wallet for good measure. Apparently confident in their immunity from the law, they used her credit cards throughout Miami Beach for subsequent purchases. A few hours after the two rapists walked out of her hotel room, hotel staff found her dead there.

It is a virtually inviolate rule that if police crack down on disorder involving black people, the New York Times will accuse the police of racism. This rule held regarding the Miami Beach festivities. The Times covered the chaos only to criticize city officials’ anti-black bias. Faced with rising mob mayhem, Miami Beach’s mayor declared an 8:00 p.m. curfew for Saturday, March 19. It was universally ignored. The streets were impassable; thousands of people stuck around. The city declared a state of emergency. Police officers in riot gear tried to disperse the crowd with pepper balls, to minimal effect.

To the Times and its sources, the only possible reason for the city’s response to the “by and large, nonviolent” partying was that the participants were black. (“By and large, nonviolent” recalls the media’s response to the arson and looting of 2020—“mostly peaceful,” a phrase that may be reliably translated to “violent.”) The chair of the Miami-Dade Black Affairs Advisory Board, Stephen Hunter Johnson, told the Times: “I think people see these large crowds of young Black people, and there is anger and the sense that something must be done.” In fact, the city had allowed the chaos to grow for days. The “sense that something must be done” was the result of the crowds turning the city into what one tourist from Baltimore called a “war zone.”

Johnson also complained that “similar partying by white tourists” on South Padre Island in Texas had not brought a similar police crackdown. But the South Padre Island spring break festivities involved no gunplay, rampages, theft, or assault. As a local outlet reported: “People were drinking, dancing, playing volleyball, and just having a good time on the beach.”

The president of the Miami-Dade NAACP, Daniella Pierre, told the Times that Miami Beach needed to project a “more welcoming attitude toward Black visitors. . . . it felt like you looked at the group and treated them like they were here to do you harm.” But it was the actual harm being done that brought out the quasi-military response, not vice versa. To the mainstream media, police crackdowns on riots are always the cause of riots, even if the temporal sequence belies that logic.

Miami Beach’s Democratic mayor, Dan Gelber, rejected the claim of racial bias: “We did not target race; we targeted conduct,” he told the Times. “What we have experienced the last month has been frightening.”

The most striking aspect of the Times’s coverage, however, was its treatment of the drug-induced hotel rape and subsequent death. This is the same paper that put nearly every allegation of unwanted sexual innuendo on the part of New York governor Andrew Cuomo on the front page; that pioneered the media #MeToo beat; that staffs a gender desk to cover misogyny, sexism, and violence against females; and that treats the drunken college hook-ups that women later regret as rape. Yet when confronted by an actual rape of someone too mentally incapacitated to consent, and who actually dies afterward, the Times buries the incident as a minor detail in what it characterizes as a largely peaceful gathering.

In the fourth paragraph of the story, the Times acknowledges that “there has been some violence; in perhaps the most serious case, two male visitors are accused of drugging and raping a woman who later died.” But we hear no more about the incident until much later in the story: “In the case of the woman who died, the police have arrested two North Carolina men on charges of drugging and raping her and stealing her credit cards. The woman, a 24-year-old from Pennsylvania, was later found dead in her Miami Beach hotel room.”

And that is all. No outrage. No calls for protests and legislation against male violence. If the perpetrators had been white, this incident would be a front-page story about the lethal misogyny of spring break partyers. If the perpetrators had been white and the victim black, the incident would be a front-page story about lethal white supremacist misogyny, followed by widespread protests. But since the alleged perpetrators are black and the victim was white, the incident can by definition contain no racial element and is barely worth mentioning.

These double standards now predominate. Elite

“antiracists” absolve blacks from responsibility

for their actions. All crime is the result of

racism, if it is even acknowledged. This

patronizing attitude is today’s real racism, and it

guarantees that the bourgeois behavior gap—the

cause of lingering socioeconomic disparities—

will continue. No one in a position of elite

authority is sending the message that society

expects blacks to live by the same standards as

other groups. Instead, we are unwinding every

objective standard of conduct and achievement—

whether it’s the criminal code or academic

proficiency requirements for school and

employment—if enforcing that standard has a

disparate impact on blacks.

The barricades erected now in Minneapolis (and later nationwide as the trial concludes) telegraph the expectation that riots are the inevitable and understandable response to a verdict that the mob does not like. Manhattan Institute fellow Fred Siegel has called this implicit threat and its accommodation the “riot ideology.” It guarantees the continuation of urban violence and of squandered lives.

The American Civil War Is Over Judeo-Christian Values

When they're abandoned, evil eventually ensues.

Conservatives often speak of Judeo-Christian values and how the current civil war in the United States and the rest of the West is essentially a battle between those values and the left, which rejects Judeo-Christian values.

They are right.

But they rarely explain what Judeo-Christian values are. Yet, without an explanation, mentioning Judeo-Christian values is useless.

So, let me do that now.

First, a word about the term. Some Jews and Christians find the term confusing, if not objectionable, since Judaism and Christianity have different theologies. But no one speaks of Judeo-Christian heology, only of Judeo-Christian values.

Judeo-Christian values are essentially another term for biblical values. Judaism and Christianity are both based on the Old Testament — its God, its Ten Commandments, its admonition to love one’s neighbor as oneself, to love God, to lead a holy life, etc. Christians also believe in the New Testament, but only an opponent of Christianity would argue that the New Testament negates the values of the Old.

Here they are:

1. Objective moral standards come from God. As I have written and spoken about in a PragerU video and elsewhere, if there is no God who declares murder wrong, murder can be subjectively wrong but not objectively wrong. So, while there can certainly be nonbelievers who hold murder, stealing and other actions wrong, without God, those are opinions, not moral facts. Without the God of the Bible, there are no moral facts.

2. God judges our behavior, and we are therefore accountable to God for our behavior. Outside of a religious worldview, there is no higher being to whom we are morally accountable.

3. Just as morality derives from God, so do rights. All men “are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights,” declares the Declaration of Independence.

4. The human being is uniquely precious. While the Bible repeatedly forbids cruel behavior to animals (cutting or tearing off the limb of a living animal to eat it as a means of preserving the rest of the animal, not allowing an animal a day of rest, not allowing an animal to eat while working in the field), only human beings are created in God’s image.

5. The world is based on a divine order, meaning divinely ordained distinctions. Among these divine distinctions are: God and man, man and woman, human and animal, good and evil, and nature and God.

6. Human beings are not basically good. Therefore, the most important moral endeavor is making good people. Religious Jews and Christians understand that the greatest battle in life is with one’s nature. For the opponents of Judeo-Christian values, the greatest moral battle is not with one’s nature; it is with society (specifically, American society).

7. Precisely because we are not basically good, we must not trust our hearts to lead us to proper behavior. The road to hell is paved with good hearts. Feelings make us human, but they cannot direct our lives. This alone divides the Bible-based from those on the left.

8. All human beings are created in God’s image. Therefore, race is of no significance. We all emanate from Adam and Eve, whose race is never mentioned. That many religious people held racist views only testifies to the almost infinite ability of people to distort what is good.

9. Fear God, not man. Fear of God is a foundation of morality. In the Book of Exodus, Egyptian midwives were ordered by the Pharaoh to kill all newborn Hebrew boys. They disobeyed the divine king of Egypt. Why? Because “the midwives feared God.” In America today, more people fear the print, electronic and social media than fear God.

10. Human beings have free will. In the secular world, there is no free will because all human behavior is attributed to genes and environment. Only a religious worldview, which posits the existence of a divine soul — something independent of genes and environment — allows for free will.

11. Liberty. America was founded on the belief that God wants us to be free. On the Liberty Bell is inscribed just one thing (aside from the name of the company that manufactured the bell). It is a verse from the Bible: “Proclaim Liberty Throughout All the Land Unto All the Inhabitants thereof.” The current assaults on personal liberty — unprecedented in American history — emanate from those who reject the Bible as their moral guide (including more than a few Jews and Christians who have joined the assault, having been indoctrinated with anti-religious views in high school and college).

When Judeo-Christian principles are abandoned, evil eventually ensues. One doesn’t have to be a believer to acknowledge this. Many secular conservatives recognize that the end of religion in the West leads to moral chaos — which is exactly what we are witnessing today and exactly what we witnessed in Europe last century. When Christianity died in Europe, we got communism, fascism and Nazism. What will we get in America if Christianity and Judeo-Christian values die?
