JOSH HAWLEY SPEAKS OUT ABOUT THE DEMOCRAT PARTY OF TAX-FUNDED ABORTIONIST

BUT WHAT DOES THE TROIKA OF CORRUPTION, FEINSTEIN, PELOSI AND KAMALA HARRIS SAY???

KAMALA HARRIS’ ASSAULT ON FREEDOM OF FAITH  -  WHAT WOULD SHE DO TO BELIEVERS AS PRESIDENT?

https://kamala-harris-sociopath.blogspot.com/2020/10/why-does-lawyer-kamala-harris-hate.html

Harris’s most important contribution to the Supreme Court debate thus far has been her controversial attempt to smear Justice Brett Kavanaugh during his confirmation hearing in 2018.

She insinuated that Kavanaugh was linked to Russian collusion — a claim so absurd that she was mocked by both of the major newspapers in her home state, the San Francisco Chronicle and the Los Angeles Times. Harris also drew criticism for a deceptively-edited video in which she falsely suggested Kavanaugh opposed birth control.

KAMALA HARRIS, THE GODLESS.

https://kamala-harris-sociopath.blogspot.com/2020/10/kamala-harris-godless-just-follow-money.html

Harris is no friend of religious liberty. Her recent decision to exclaim in the year of our Lord, which has been conveniently picked up by her staff, is a ploy designed to appeal to unassuming Christian voters impressed by "God talk." As the old adage says, actions speak louder than words, and on this score, Harris fails to convince.

It is the handmaidens working for Planned Parenthood who have joked about selling aborted baby body parts.  And it was Kamala Harris, when she was A.G. of California, who viciously prosecuted the young man who exposed that scandal, after she had received a hefty donation from Planned Parenthood.

THE SAN FRANCISCO CATHOLIC ARCHDIOCESE WAS VERY GENEROUS AFTER KAMAL HARRIS LET THEM AVOID PRISON…. JUST FOLLOW THE MONEY!

As most people know, prior to her being a Senator, she served as the chief prosecutor for the city of San Francisco.  Now, complaints are coming forward that she flat out refused to pursue criminal cases against Catholic priests who allegedly sexually battered children.

People who say they were victims of childhood sexual abuse call out Harris for not doing all that she could to prosecute their cases.

Sen. Hawley: At 15 Weeks, an Unborn Baby ‘Is Absolutely Human and Absolutely Entitled to the Right to Life’

(CNS News) -- Asked if an unborn child at 15 weeks is a human being, Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO.) said, “She is absolutely human and absolutely entitled to the right to life.”

At the United States Capitol on Wednesday, CNS News asked Hawley: “The Supreme Court this fall will review a Mississippi law that bans most abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy. Is an unborn baby at 15 weeks a human being?”

“Yes, absolutely,” Hawley replied. “Just because the baby is in the womb doesn’t mean that she is not human. She is absolutely human and absolutely entitled to the right to life.”

“It’s science. This isn’t difficult, this is science. We should embrace science,” the senator said, responding to his colleagues who have refused to answer the question.

Everyone is entitled to the same protections, regardless of appearance or stage of development, Sen. Hawley said:

“And this is a distinct life with distinct DNA and a distinct future that’s all her own. It’s a matter of science but it’s also a moral imperative. Just because someone looks differently than we do or is in a different stage of development doesn’t mean that she’s entitled to fewer protections and so I think that’s a really foundational American principle. I would hope that everybody would be able to recognize that.”

The Supreme Court will hear arguments in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization this fall. The case, which addresses the constitutionality of pre-viability abortion bans, challenges the precedent set in Roe v. Wade, which prohibited abortion after 24 weeks of pregnancy.

At issue is a Mississippi law passed in 2018 prohibiting abortion after 15 weeks, except in certain outstanding circumstances.

(CNS News) -- In relation to the upcoming Supreme Court case of Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization, CNSNews.com asked Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) whether a 15-week-old unborn baby is a human being.

"Oh, I'm not going to get into that at all," said Feinstein, who serves on the Senate Judiciary Committee. "Thank you, though."

Here is the full exchange CNSNews.com had with Feinstein at the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday:

CNSNews.com: “In the fall, the Supreme Court is going to review a Mississippi law that bans most abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy. So, my question is, do you believe that a baby, an unborn baby, at 15 weeks is a human being?”

Feinstein: “Do I what?”

CNSNews.com: “Do you believe that an unborn baby at 15 weeks is a human being?”

Feinstein: “Well, I’m not going--”

Staff Assistant: “We can take that back, senator.”

Feinstein: “Yeah, let me--”

CNSNews.com: “Okay, thank you so much for your time, I really appreciate it.”

Feinstein: “What’s the question? That an unborn baby at what?”

CNSNews.com: “At 15 weeks is a human being?”

Feinstein: “Oh, I’m not going to get into that at all. Thank you, though.”

The Supreme Court will hear arguments in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization this fall. Specifically, the court will seek to decide "whether all pre-viability prohibitions on elective abortions are unconstitutional."

In 2018, Mississippi passed a law that prohibits abortion after 15 weeks of pregnancy, except in cases of a medical emergency or severe fetal abnormality. Under Roe v. Wade, abortions in most states are restricted past 24 weeks of pregnancy, the time at which an unborn baby is considered viable.

The SCOTUS blog reports that Dobbs v. Jackson is a case that could “upend the Supreme Court’s landmark decisions in Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey, in which the court ruled that the Constitution protects the right to have an abortion before a fetus becomes viable.”

(CNSNews.com) - House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D.-Calif.) did not directly respond to a question from CNSNews.com—predicated on the upcoming Supreme Court case of Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization—on whether a 15-week-old unborn baby is a human being.

“Let me just say that I’m a big supporter of Roe vs. Wade,” Pelosi said.

Here is the full exchange between CNSNews.com and Pelosi:

Pelosi: “Yes, ma’am.”

CNSNews.com: “Thank you Madam Speaker. I am with CNSNews. The Supreme Court this fall will review a Mississippi law that bans most abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy. Is an unborn baby at 15 weeks a human being?”

Pelosi: “Let me just say that I’m a big supporter of Roe vs. Wade. I am a mother of five children in six years. I think I have some standing on this issue as to respecting a woman’s right to choose.”

CNSnews.com: “Is it a human being?”

Without answering that question, Pelosi turned and pointed to another reporter, who she recognized by saying: “Yes. Yes, ma’am.”

This fall, the Supreme Court will hear arguments in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization.

In its petition asking the Supreme Court not to take up this case, Jackson Women’s Health Organization described the question at issue as follows:

“Whether the Fifth Circuit correctly concluded that a Mississippi statute banning abortion after 15 weeks—months before viability—is unconstitutional under nearly fifty years of precedent holding that it is unconstitutional to ban abortion before viability, including Planned Parenthood of Southeastern Penn-sylvania v. Casey, 505 U.S. 833 (1992), and Whole Woman’s Health v. Hellerstedt, 136 S. Ct. 2292 (2016).”
