America Faces No Greater Threat Than Joe Biden and the Democrat Party. Their Assault to Our Borders Is As Great As Their Assault to Free Speech and Free Elections

Eleven million families in the US at risk of losing their homes as CDC eviction moratorium set to expire - Biden says amnesty for 50 million illegals will fix that
Eleven million families in the US at risk of losing their homes as CDC eviction moratorium set to expire
An historic and devastating wave of evictions and foreclosures looms, with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) federal eviction moratorium set to expire at the end of this week, on July 31.
With just days to go, there is no indication the Biden administration is going to extend it. White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki boasted in a press conference on Friday about vague efforts by the Biden administration to “help people with government-backed mortgages stay in their homes through monthly payment reductions and potential loan modifications.” Noticeably absent was any reference to the end of the moratorium or relief for renters.
At his CNN town hall event on Wednesday, President Biden did not even speak about the housing crisis. Nor did he say anything about it on Friday when he spoke at a campaign rally in Arlington in support of Democrat Terry McAuliffe’s run for governor of Virginia.
Last year exceeded the $10 trillion mark in housing debt for the first time in history, according to the New York Fed’s Household Debt and Credit Report, reaching levels higher than those seen in the third quarter of 2008, which reached just under $10 trillion. This creates the obvious preconditions, paired with job losses, attacks on workers' wages and a new surge in the pandemic, for an immense foreclosure crisis.
Despite the CDC’s moratorium, which was issued on September 4, 2020 as state-level moratoriums expired, over 444,000 evictions have been ordered during the pandemic, with over 6,600 in the week preceding July 17, according to Princeton University’s Eviction Lab. According to the Eviction Lab, neighborhoods with the highest eviction filing rates have the lowest COVID-19 vaccination rates.
The housing crisis presents an immediate danger to public health, especially given the spread of COVID-19 among the homeless population, which many of those being evicted or foreclosed on will join.
A UCLA-led study published in the American Journal of Epidemiology released Monday found that COVID-19 death rates increased significantly following the lifting of eviction moratoriums, resulting in 433,700 excess infections and an estimated 10,700 excess deaths in the summer of 2020. The study’s senior author, Frederick Zimmerman, professor of health policy and management at UCLA Fielding School of Public Health, concluded, “Evictions may have accelerated COVID-19 transmission by decreasing individuals’ ability to socially distance.”
Much of the $47 billion in federal aid for renters provided under pandemic stimulus programs is being held up by state governments, with the end of the moratorium expected to create a surge in evictions the money was ostensibly intended to prevent.
According to figures released in March by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, 11 million families are at risk of losing housing, with 2.1 million being at least three months behind on mortgage payments, while 8.8 million are behind on rent.
At the time, homeowners were estimated to owe almost $90 billion, with the news release noting that “the last time this many families were behind on their mortgages was during the Great Recession.” Once the federal assistance programs and moratorium are ended, renters and homeowners will be left with a mass of overdue bills, payments on mortgages, and late rents.
According to the US Census Bureau’s June 23-July 5 Household Pulse Survey, 7.4 million households are not caught up on rent payments, constituting almost 15 percent of the total 50.9 million renter-occupied housing units in the US. Of these, households with four or more people constituted 3.6 million, or almost 50 percent of households not caught up on rent payments, with almost 4 million, or around 53 percent, being households with children.
The overwhelming share of households that are behind on rent are poor and working class, with 73 percent of those behind on rent making less than $50,000 a year, and over half (57 percent) making under $35,000 a year.
Speaking to the economic crisis facing broad swathes of the working class and middle class in the US, among all renters 13.7 million have seen the respondent or a household member experience a loss of employment income, with almost half of those not caught up on rent payments reporting a loss of employment income. Even worse, among respondents, 20 million were not currently employed, constituting nearly two in five households.
Even as millions struggle to make their payments and keep a roof over their families’ heads, rents are skyrocketing, with the median national rent reaching $1,527 per month, a 5.5 percent increase from the previous year, according to Realtor.com. Of the 50 largest metropolitan areas, 43 saw their median rent increase in that same period.
A recent report by the National Low Income Housing Coalition found that in 45 states and Washington D.C., median gross rents grew faster than median renter household income between 2001 and 2018. There is no state, city or county in the US where a worker earning the minimum wage at 40 hours a week can afford to rent a two-bedroom house.
Median existing home prices have risen, with the Wall Street Journal documenting a median price rise to $363,300, a record increase of 23.4 percent from the year earlier, according to the National Association of Realtors.
Compounding the pressure on households that have lost employment and income, putting them on the verge of eviction, is raging inflation. The Consumer Price Index (CPI) increase in June was the highest seen since 2008, at 5.4 percent.
While virtually nothing is being provided for the overwhelming majority of the population, unlimited money is being provided to enrich the oligarchy and prepare for world war.
The Federal Reserve is spending $120 billion on bonds and securities every month to pump money into the financial markets. US banks have posted record profits for the second quarter, exceeding analysts’ expectations, with just six banks making a combined $42 billion in profits in only three months. One of the largest asset managers, BlackRock, which posted a profit of $1.38 billion, manages $9.49 trillion, up from $7.32 trillion last year.
As this catastrophe plays out, Biden’s budget calls for a record annual military budget of $753 billion, in preparation for war against China, Russia and other countries.
Biden has presented a watered-down bipartisan infrastructure plan, which, in its present state, constitutes $579 billion in new funding over eight years. Neither this nor Biden’s “American Jobs Plan” or “American Families Plan” has actually been drawn up in the form of legislation.
Under conditions where there has already been a sharp increase in poverty globally, and in the US as well, there has been an rise in the wealth of billionaires. Globally, billionaire wealth surged 60 percent in the first year of the pandemic, from $8 trillion to $13.1 trillion.
The housing and eviction crisis, which has been exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic, shows in no uncertain terms the absolute bankruptcy of capitalism, which is unable to provide for the needs of society. It makes clear the objective need for the overthrow of capitalism and its replacement by socialism, where the working class will make the necessary arrangements for housing for all of society on the basis of human need, rather than the drive of the capitalist oligarchs to make profits.
Democrat Texas Border County Judge Calls Out Biden DHS for Releasing COVID-‘Infected Migrants’
A Democrat border county judge who opposed a state disaster declaration over the current migrant surge is criticizing the Biden Administration after news broke about the regular releases of migrants with COVID-19 into his jurisdiction.
This week, Hidalgo County Judge Richard Cortez issued a statement calling on President Joe Biden’s immigration officials to stop releasing migrants who test positive for Coronavirus.
“Ill-conceived policies by both the federal and state governments are beginning to have serious consequences on Hidalgo County,” Cortez said in his statement. “I call on federal immigration officials to stop releasing infected migrants into our community.”
Cortez also asked for Texas Governor Greg Abbott to allow for a new mask mandate. The move came after La Joya Police Department announced a hotel in the county was being used to house migrants who were released by U.S. Border Patrol after testing positive for the virus.
In response to the information from La Joya Police, Cortez issued his federal and state demands.
“We now face a potential crisis because of the federal policy of releasing infected migrants into our community, coupled with the state policy that prohibits us from implementing essential safety measures,” Cortez said. “This is unacceptable.”
Cortez is one of the county judges who refused to support a state disaster declaration over the current border surge that has led to record numbers of apprehensions and overwhelmed the detention capabilities of DHS.
“I acknowledge that we are seeing a greater number of immigrants crossing into Texas to either seek asylum, to work, or for other purposes,” Cortez said at the time. “Apparently, Governor Abbott has information that we don’t have. In speaking to local law enforcement, they have not reported levels of criminal activity that would require a disaster proclamation.”

COVID-infected illegals released without notice into Texas communities
Is the Joe Biden administration serious about COVID? Doesn't look like it.
Fox News, citing a local incident in La Joya, Texas, found that the Border Patrol is releasing COVID-infected illegals into Texas communities to spread the disease. That's a curious thing given that Biden drew headlines for supposedly keeping Title 42 in place, which would require the Border Patrol to instantly expel migrants based on COVID concerns. Based on this kind of news, the order is de facto rescinded whether Biden says so or not.
In this Texas case, illegal migrants had been let in and then handed over to the NGO Catholic Charities in La Joya, Texas, which housed them unguarded in local hotels. After that, they walked around unencumbered and in one incident, wore no masks and coughed all over locals in a fast-food establishment. According to a La Joya Police Department tweet:
Here is the live press conference last night with more details.
From that, we learn from the police briefer that the migrants had papers saying they could no longer be detained, despite having and spreading COVID. They also had food in their hotel but preferred to go to restaurants. Locals, from the tweet above, said they were appalled at their "disregard for other people's health" and the restaurant wanted them out. Officials were never notified about the public health issue, and they were free to move about the country. Catholic Charities told the cops "there's not a lot we can do."
After that, public pressure must have been high, because Fox News, citing BorderReport.com, reported that they claim to have hired a security guard:
It was pressure like this, according to Border Report:
That prompted the Hidalgo County judge to ask Department of Homeland Security officials to stop releasing migrants, and a local congressman reached out to DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas to ask him to put a pause on family releases.
Here's the Fox tweet:
UPDATE: The exec. director of the charity confirmed to @BorderReportcom today they are getting local hotels to take in migrants infected w/ COVID, that the incident in La Joya has been “corrected”, and a security guard will now keep migrants inside hotel.https://t.co/euK0VKZxAbpic.twitter.com/hmvoHx6JAh
Which would be a good one to follow up on, given that so much lying is going on.
Did the already-COVID-plagued community have any right to know that COVID cases from illegal border crossers were being imported in? Seems they didn't, it took a stink at a restaurant for anyone to get anything done. According to this report last April in the New York Times, it's happening all over the place. It seems there is a transparency issue, given the sneaky means that have been employed, as well as the tissue of lies. And it shows how little the federal government cares for the welfare of the locals, AS its priority is illegals and the vast open-borders-industrial-complex that advocates for them in Washington.
Based on the comments section, these seedings of COVID patients into the communities is happening all over, with the city of Laredo named as one. The McAllen, Texas, airport, is reportedly busy with COVID-infected migrants taking flights, and the bus stations are flooded.
That's about as naked as it gets, that the administration seeks to spread COVID through the community. That such people who have no right to be here in the first place curiously have the "right" to spread COVID is appalling. And it's as strong an argument as such things get for Biden getting serious about Title 42 and sending back all comers on COVID concerns. That Biden prefers to keep it ambivalent, even as Biden administration health officials demand that everyone else wear masks and get vaxxed, outlines the complete hypocrisy of it.
If Title 42 is supposedly still in place, why are these people still here? If the illegals in the restaurant could care less about the health of others, what is being done to keep them out permanently? And what is being done to police the NGOs, which are serving as disease vectors to spread the disease through the city? And why is all of this news being concealed from the public?
It shows the insincerity of the Biden administration. Given that the border surge is worse than ever, with 20,000 illegals crossing into the Rio Grande Valley just last week, it ought to be getting more attention.
Biden Wants Americans to Wear Masks. Dumps Infected Illegal Aliens in Texas City
The Biden regime is cutting off travel to Canada while bringing as many illegal aliens as possible into the United States. We're being told we have to wear face masks all the time even as Biden dumps illegal aliens across American towns and cities.
On July 26, 2021, a La Joya Police Department Officer was waved down by a concern citizen at the Whataburger located at 450 E. US-83, La Joya, TX 78560.
The citizen explained to the Officer that she had observed a family group who were not being observant of proper health guidelines. She stated that the family was coughing and sneezing without covering their mouths and were not wearing face masks.
The Officer was also told by Whataburger management that they wanted the people to leave the establishment due to their disregard to other people's health.
The Officer approached the family and was told by them that they had been apprehended by Border Patrol days prior and were released because they were sick with Covid-19.
It was also learned that the family was housed at the Texas Inn Hotel located at 612 E. Expressway 83 La Joya Tx. 78560, by a charity group. Officers made contact with Hotel management who explained that Catholic Charities of The Rio Grande Valley had booked all the rooms in the hotel to house undocumented immigrants that were detained By Border Patrol.
There wasn't much charity here for the people of La Joya.
We also want to add Catholic Charities of the Rio Grande Valley did not inform the La Joya Police Department that people that had symptoms or were sick with Covid-19 were going to be placed in the Texas Inn Hotel.
Of course they didn't. We're all in this together. Right?
Only 13% of Biden's Illegals Freed Ever Showed Up After Being Released
Releasing illegal aliens in the United States and then asking them to show up works about as well as the similar Democrat policy of releasing criminals without bail and then asking them to show up in court.
But those aren't policy bugs, they're policy features.
Here's the initial scale of the open borders catastrophe that Biden and his radical faction are inflicting on Americans.
About 50,000 migrants who crossed the southern border illegally have now been released in the United States without a court date. Although they are told to report to an Immigration and Customs Enforcement office instead, just 13% have shown up so far, Axios has learned.
Why it matters: The sizable numbers are a sign of just how overwhelmed some sectors of the U.S.-Mexico border continue to be: A single stretch covering the Rio Grande Valley had 20,000 apprehensions in a week.
When we're talking about 50,000, those are the 50,000 that were apprehended and then released with a request to show up. Not all of the illegals invading America under Biden's open borders policy.
It's unprecedented for agents to release migrants without an official notice to appear in court. Where it has occurred recently, migrants have instead been given a list of addresses and contacts for ICE offices across the country and told to report to one of them.
The hope has been for migrants to show up at these offices after reaching their final destination, to get work permits.
Hope and change. Works about as well.
By the numbers: Just 6,700 migrants who crossed between mid-March and mid-July showed up at ICE offices as of Monday, one source briefed on Department of Homeland Security data told Axios.
Biden Official Orders Immigration Judges to Stop Using ‘Illegal Alien’ Term
President Joe Biden’s administration has ordered federal immigration judges to stop using the terms “alien” and “illegal alien” to describe illegal aliens living in the United States.
On July 23, Acting Director of the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) Jean King, appointed by the Biden administration in January, issued a memo titled “Terminology” that orders immigration judges and adjudicators to stop using the terms “alien” and “illegal alien.”
Instead, King writes that judges and adjudicators to use the terms “noncitizen,” “migrant,” “undocumented noncitizen,” or “undocumented individual.”
Likewise, judges and adjudicators are ordered to use the terms “unaccompanied noncitizen child” and “UC” when referring to Unaccompanied Alien Children (UACs).
“This Policy Memorandum clarifies proper terminology at the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), and directs EOIR staff, including adjudicators, to use language that is ‘[consistent] with our character as a Nation of opportunity and of welcome,'” King writes.
Center for Immigration Studies’ Andrew Arthur, a former immigration judge, said the move is “just one small step removed from telling [immigration judges] how to rule” in that ordering an illegal alien deported “denies that alien ‘opportunities in the United States and is not ‘welcoming’ in the least.”
Already, the Biden administration has barred the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency from using the terms “illegal alien” and “assimilation.” Rather, ICE agents have been ordered to use “noncitizen” and “integration.”
Similarly, staff at the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) were ordered in February to stop using the terms “illegal alien,” “alien,” and “assimilation.”
The term “alien” is regularly used as a legal definition to describe a foreign national in the United States. The Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) codified the term into law and defines it as “any person not a citizen or national of the United States.”
Despite objections from the Biden administration over the terms “illegal alien” and “assimilation,” the terminology was readily used by civil rights icon Rep. Barbara Jordan (D-TX) who advocated for legal immigration reductions to boost the quality of life, wages, and job opportunities for America’s working and middle class.
In a 1995 op-ed for the New York Times, for instance, Jordan blasted “policies that permit the continued entry of hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens and blur distinctions between what is legal and beneficial and what is illegal and harmful.”
Jordan similarly referenced the need for a national assimilation policy, which she called “Americanization.”
“Immigration imposes mutual obligations,” Jordan wrote. “Those who choose to come here must embrace the common core of American civic culture. We must assist them in learning our common language: American English.”
