NANCY PELOSI HEADS TO THE NARCOMEX BORDER TO HAND OUT VOTER REGISTRATION CARDS AND WELFARE SIGN UP SHEETS - BIDEN AND KAMALA ARE TO FREAKING SCARED TO GO NEAR THE NARCOMEX BORDER

Currently, there is an estimated record high of 44.5 million foreign-born residents living in the U.S. This is nearly quadruple the immigrant population in 2000. The vast majority of those arriving in the country every year — more than 1.5 million annually — are low-skilled foreign nationals who go on to compete for jobs against working class Americans.

Another complication is that federal law forbids non-citizens from voting in federal elections, a crime punishable with a fine, up to one year in prison, deportation, and ineligibility for visas and admission to the U.S.  But illegals, who have voted in favor of the Democrats over Republicans in U.S. elections, have done so unchecked in states that allow non-citizens to obtain driving licenses.  At the time of license renewal, their names are added to the voter rolls without any attempt to verify their citizenship.

Exclusive — Perdue: Stacey Abrams Wants to Give Illegal Aliens the ‘Right to Vote’; Democrats Would Control Georgia ‘Forever’

Former Sen. David Perdue (R-GA) believes Democrats would have perpetual control over Georgia should Stacey Abrams be elected governor, he said during an interview on SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Saturday.

Perdue, who announced this week he is running for governor, warned frontrunning Democrat candidate Abrams’ push to loosen voting restrictions would translate into Georgia law if she were to win the race, and that her new laws would open the state to never-ending Democrat election victories.

“We need to understand, we will not get Georgia back if she wins this governor’s race. She has talked about opening our borders. She’s talking about opening our elections to have no voter ID. She wants illegal immigrants to have the right to vote — anybody can vote. This would put them in power forever,” Perdue said.

Listen:

Abrams has been hyper-focused on voting laws since 2018, when she lost to Gov. Brian Kemp (R) in her first run for governor by less than two percent. She claimed her loss was a result of “voter suppression,” and she has notoriously never conceded the race.

Abrams also became an outspoken voting rights activist that year, launching the group Fair Fight, which has raked in more than $100 million in fundraising since its launch, per federal election records.

In the midst of her ongoing activism, the Georgia Democrat has conveyed somewhat muddled positions on voter ID laws specifically, appearing to compromise on the issue at one point this year as Congress sought to pass an election overhaul bill that would, in part, federalize aspects of the voting process but maintain voter ID requirements, per an analysis published by the Washington Post in June.

The Post report settles on Abrams’ position being that she does not oppose voter ID requirements but that she opposes “restrictive” voter ID requirements.

Perdue recalled of Abrams’ behavior in the 2018 election aftermath, “She’s immediately claimed that she had been cheated and there’s voter suppression, and now she’s gone around and made a lot of money, millions of dollars, over the last three years telling the country that she’s really the governor of Georgia and that she was she was cheated out of it by voter suppression.”

Perdue, a wealthy businessman and cousin to former Georgia Gov. Sonny Perdue (R), won his election for U.S. Senate in 2014. In his bid for reelection in 2020, he beat now-Sen. Jon Ossoff (D-GA) but did not meet the 50 percent threshold required by Georgia election law to clinch the victory. The race moved to a runoff, where he and former Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) — who was competing in her own runoff — both narrowly lost in blockbuster races that resulted in Democrat control over the U.S. Senate.

The defeats followed President Joe Biden being certified the winner of the presidential election in Georgia by around 12,000 votes out of five million cast — the first Democrat presidential candidate to take the state in nearly 25 years.

Abrams has been largely credited with the Democrat victories because of her aggressive activism with ballot measures and get out the vote efforts during the last election cycle. However, former President Donald Trump has also been the leading voice in blaming Kemp for the Republican losses, and Perdue — who was quickly endorsed by Trump when Perdue launched his campaign — has echoed similar concerns about Kemp.

Perdue said Saturday he decided to run for governor “against an incumbent Republican governor who I think gave away the election process to Stacey Abrams in 2020 and has lost confidence of our party, and I just don’t see any way that he can beat Stacey Abrams.”

One point of criticism against Kemp was over a consent decree his secretary of state, Brad Raffensperger (R), signed off on in March 2020. The consent decree was a settlement between the Georgia Democrat Party and Raffensperger that elaborated on the state’s process of signature verification on absentee ballots. The settlement was published on the website of Mark Elias’s then-law firm, Perkins Coie, a firm heavily involved nationally in fighting to loosen election laws in 2020. The settlement required a total of three election officials to sign off on absentee ballots that could not be signature verified. The settlement also specified the timeframe within which a voter must be notified of their rejected absentee ballot so that the voter had a reasonable opportunity to “cure” the signature issue.

Perdue acknowledged Kemp did not sign the settlement but argued the governor was complacent in the pre-election signature fight.

“By the way, the governor actually didn’t sign the consent decree. My argument with the governor is he didn’t stop it. They didn’t. They didn’t bring it public. They didn’t make this open,” Perdue said.

Another point of criticism against Kemp made by Trump and others was that Kemp did not call a special session after the November election but before the January 5 runoffs so that the state legislature could choose its own separate set of electoral college electors. Kemp argued at the time that the move would have been unconstitutional and “immediately enjoined by the courts.”

Perdue said he too asked Kemp for a special session in November and that he has also asked courts multiple times about the legalities of the special session.

“I asked for a special session in November. I was denied that by our governor. I went to court on three different occasions, was told I didn’t have legal standing. I have filed another suit just yesterday to see if I had legal standing because I want to get at the truth, and we have not done that yet here in Georgia,” Perdue said on Saturday.

The former senator also acknowledged that in “some areas” — such as coronavirus — “I think [Kemp’s] done an okay job,” less Kemp reopening the state after shutdowns a week earlier than Perdue believes the governor should have.

Perdue added, “This is not personal. … I like Brian. It’s just that he can’t win. He has not brought our party together, and if he were going to do that, he would have done it already.”

New York City Undermines the Vote

Elections in the U.S. are plagued by problems of integrity.  At the very basic level, the country has failed to maintain accurate and current voter rolls.  With those on the Left opposed to voter IDs, theres no way of verifying genuine eligibility.  Big Tech sways contests with enhanced social media coverage or censorship, and, more recently, there has been reason to suspect foreign interference.  Then there are structural defects which allow manipulation -- the vulnerability of mail-in ballots to vote harvesting, the extension of voting periods weeks before and following official election dates, and the questionable last-minute changes of election law.  The list could go on and on.

But now a new threat, perhaps more foreboding than the ones listed, looms over American elections – a new bill that gives non-citizens the right to vote in municipal elections in New York City.  The bill has been passed into law, making NYC the 15th among towns and cities with local laws permitting non-citizen voting.  Non-citizen suffrage is permitted in 11 municipalities in Maryland and two in Vermont, while San Francisco permits non-citizens to vote in school board elections.

Non-citizens often vote by subterfuge, under the cover of provisions that make it illegal to require an ID for voting.  If the New York law allowing aliens to vote goes unchallenged, non-citizens can shed even that fig leaf of deceit.  Those who merely hold green cards or temporary work visas will be able to vote openly.  Even those who have been lawful permanent residents of the city for 30 days and those with work authorizations will be able to select city officials such as the mayor, city council members, the comptroller, borough presidents and more.  Incoming NYC Mayor Eric Adams supports the bill, but according to Republican City Councilman Joseph Borelli, a legal challenge is likely.

The current population of NYC is about 8.5 million.  In 2018, it counted 4.6 million registered voters.  The 800,000 non-citizens who will be added to the rolls in 2023 will mean a 17% increase in potential voters.  With migrant voters favoring the Democrats, this could spur similar measures in Democrat strongholds.  The implications for national sovereignty are grave indeed: NYC could well be the critical test case to push for allowing non-citizen residents to eventually vote in state and presidential elections.

That push could begin with the extension of non-citizen voting in many cities across the country, especially in Democrat districts that support the inflow of migrants.  The Biden administration has left the border uncontrolled and endorsed weak enforcement of laws against illegal aliens.  The stated purpose of such legislations is to enfranchise” those who pay taxes and are part of local communities.”  But since when does a 30-day stint in a foreign country without the privilege of voting qualify as being disenfranchised?”  In effect, non-citizen suffrage blurs the distinction between citizens and non-citizens; and voting rights, however limited, could be flaunted as a legal claim to citizenship or for hastening the process of obtaining citizenship.

Thankfully, there are a few stumbling blocks to the implementation of the NYC law.  The New York State Constitution designates that every citizen shall be entitled to vote at every election…”  So it still remains to be established that non-citizens can summarily be treated as citizens through local laws.  Besides, New York states Municipal Home Rule Law and the citys own charter provide for mandatory referendums if certain changes are made to election regulations.  There is hope, then, that voters will speak for sovereignty.

Even so, there are many legal complexities, ones the Dems are intent on exploiting to the hilt.  NYC has a formal policy of being a sanctuary” city -- a jurisdiction that does not comply with detainer requests from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for deportation even when prior arrests and criminal charges have been filed.  The new legislation takes the City That Never Sleeps further and faster down the road to lawlessness.  Why, under the circumstances, would a non-citizen, despite his illegal status, bother at all to become a legitimate citizen of the U.S.?

Another complication is that federal law forbids non-citizens from voting in federal elections, a crime punishable with a fine, up to one year in prison, deportation, and ineligibility for visas and admission to the U.S.  But illegals, who have voted in favor of the Democrats over Republicans in U.S. elections, have done so unchecked in states that allow non-citizens to obtain driving licenses.  At the time of license renewal, their names are added to the voter rolls without any attempt to verify their citizenship.

Federal law has also complicated matters by making no pronouncement on state and local elections.  This was done in the well-meaning spirit of federalism; however, by not explicitly forbidding non-citizens from voting in any election in the U.S., the field has been left open to attacks of the sort the Democrats, unless countered, are bound to pursue.  So far, all 50 states have barred non-citizens from participating in state elections.  But local elections are a different game.  Cities in 11 states allow illegals to vote at the local level.

This actually encourages illegals.  As Rep Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) says, Extending voting rights to those who are not lawfully present in the United States acts like another incentive for foreign nationals to come to the United States illegally and stay.”  The Democrats, particularly those on the Left, with their loose sense of boundaries -- in matters of gender, sexual orientation, or even citizenship -- continue to play this dangerous game of eroding deep-rooted ideas of nationhood.

In 2018, House Republicans passed a non-binding resolution opposing voting by non-citizens in U.S. elections, including in cities where this has been allowed.  In a 279-72, vote, there were 49 Democrats who joined Republicans to declare that allowing illegal immigrants the right to vote devalues the franchise and diminishes the voting power of United States citizens.”  This vote took place after San Francisco opened voter registration for school board elections to illegal aliens.

And earlier this year, the Senate defeated S.1, nicknamed The Corrupt Politicians Act,” which Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) describes as monstrous” and one that provides that illegal immigrants who are registered to vote, even though its against the law for them to vote, will face no legal liability because they will be automatically registered to vote.”  A typically devious Democrat move, in violation of the Constitution.  The bill contained provisions prohibiting the correction of voter rolls to remove illegals or the deceased.  It also allowed felons to vote, eliminated election integrity laws and voter ID, and mandated ballot harvesting.

Despite such fightbacks, the Left will not cease to hack away at the foundations of American democracy.  As Reince Priebus, former chief of staff to President Donald Trump and chairman of the Republican National Committee, tweeted, The far-left continues to make a mockery of our nations democratic process.  Voting in U.S. elections should remain a right reserved for American citizens over the age of 18.”

The New York bill perverts the meaning of President Abraham Lincolns Gettysburg Address, in which he described our republic as a government of the people, by the people, and for the people.”  Bestowing voting privileges reserved for our countrymen to non-citizens will sabotage our sovereignty and hasten the descent of the great American experiment into the garbage pit of history.

Taxpayers $10.5 Billion by Boosting Illegal Alien Eligibility for Benefits

By Craig Bannister

It’ll be easier for illegal aliens to obtain billions of dollars of taxpayer-funded benefits, if Democrats’ Build Back Better bill (H.R. 5376) is enacted.

Currently, applicants must provide a valid Social Security number in order to receive benefits – but, that requirement is eliminated if Build Back Better becomes law, The Daily Wire reports:

EXCLUSIVE: Cuban Migrants Breach New Texas Border Barrier

EAGLE PASS, Texas — A group of 20 Cuban migrants crossed the Rio Grande in the heart of downtown Eagle Pass, Texas, intent on crossing through the recently installed shipping container border barrier. A Breitbart Texas video shows the group crossing the river and entering the United States illegally on Saturday.

Breitbart Texas spoke with members of the group of mostly migrant families. All of the migrants said they were all from Cuba. Several members of the group crawled through concertina wire. They were then escorted by Texas National Guard soldiers around the barrier and turned over to the Border Patrol. The remainder of the group was instructed to move along the bank of the Rio Grande to circumvent the containers and concertina wire and enter the U.S.

Once the remainder of the migrants reached the edge of the makeshift border barrier, Border Patrol agents took them into custody. After obtaining biographical information, the migrants were transported to a local Border Patrol station for processing. The group will likely be released once processing is complete due to the increased surge in migrants along the southwest border and the associated overcrowding of Border Patrol facilities.

The shipping container wall and mobilization of Texas Army National Guard soldiers to the area began earlier this year. The area has since been augmented with additional soldiers and containers to fortify against the arrival of large migrant caravans that have formed in Mexico.

The State of Texas has increased its presence in the area in recent weeks to include more Army National Guard soldiers and Texas Department of Public Safety Highway Patrol troopers as part of Texas Governor Greg Abbott’s Operation Lone Star. As reported by Breitbart Texas, the troops performed aerial deployment exercises in preparation for the caravan’s arrival.

Eagle Pass is part of the Border Patrol’s Del Rio Sector. The area has been hard hit recently with a surge in migrants crossing through the region. Currently, the Del Rio Sector ranks second in the nation in migrant apprehensions, only behind the Rio Grande Valley Sector, according to CBP reports.

Nearly 2K Migrants Apprehended in Two Days in Single Texas Border Sector

Del Rio Sector Border Patrol agents apprehended nearly 2,000 migrants in two days. The surge of migrants comes as the Biden administration continues to release thousands into the U.S. interior and warehouse them in overcrowded detention facilities that exceed COVID-19 restrictions.

Del Rio Sector Chief Patrol Agent Jason D. Owens tweeted a series of photos showing large groups of migrants continuing to cross into the U.S. from Mexico.

The human smugglers continue to cross the migrants in large groups in order to tie up Border Patrol resources. Many of the migrants come from a wide range of countries. On December 7, agents found four migrants from Tajikistan embedded with a group of migrants.

The surge of migrants in December forced Border Patrol officials in eight of the nine southwest border sectors to warehouse them in conditions that exceed COVID-19 capacity guidelines, Breitbart Texas’ Randy Clark reported.

Callous human smugglers continue to put lives in danger, not only in the U.S., but in Mexico. A tractor-trailer loaded with more than 100 mostly Central American migrants overturned on December 8, killing at least 53 migrants.

By failures of border security, a lack of the enforcement of our immigration laws from within  the interior of the United States and huge numbers of visas for high tech workers, the lives and livelihoods of Americans and their children, are being stolen by America’s corrupt political elite who are doing the bidding of those who provide them with huge “Campaign Contributions” (Orwellian euphemism for bribes) pursue legislation that is diametrically opposed to the best interests of America and Americans.

Ron DeSantis Announces 6 Proposals to Crack Down on Corporations, Left-Wing NGOs Aiding Illegal Immigration

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) announced six legislative proposals, with hopes to pass them into law through the legislature, that would drastically crackdown on corporations and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) who facilitate illegal immigration to the state.

During a press conference on Friday morning, DeSantis announced a series of legislative actions to reduce illegal immigration across the state. The six proposals would:

1. Ban state and local agencies from doing business with or providing benefits to any private-sector business or NGO that helps facilitate illegal immigration to Florida.

2. Ban state agencies from renewing state contracts with transportation companies, such as airlines and bus services, that facilitate illegal immigration to Florida.

3. Require private-sector businesses and NGOs, who facilitate illegal immigration to Florida, to provide compensation to the state of Florida to cover all costs that fall on taxpayers.

4. Mandate county and local jails, as well as courts, to collect immigration status data at the time of a suspect’s arrest and conviction. The information would be reported to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

5. Ban Florida officials from providing any discretionary benefits to illegal aliens while state agencies and hospitals will be required to annually report taxpayer-funded expenses for illegal aliens.

6. Add the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity as an enforcer of E-Verify.

In addition to the six proposals, as Breitbart News exclusively reported, DeSantis announced an emergency order that bans the issuance or renewal of all state licenses to provide services to Unaccompanied Alien Children (UACs) who are resettled across Florida. The order is effective immediately.

The measures are significant as they are the first in the nation seeking to effectively outlaw many of the business practices carried out by corporate-funded NGOs who are contracted by the federal government to resettle hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens across the United States every year.

Border crossers first arrive at the southern border, which is entirely controlled by the Mexican drug cartels, and often times turn themselves into U.S. Border Patrol agents. Others successfully sneak across, undetected by agents.

For many border crossers who are apprehended, they can be placed into federal detention before getting released into the U.S. interior. Corporate-funded NGOs aid with that release process, organizing bus services and paying for domestic commercial flights that take border crossers to various states while they await their hearings in immigration court.

A number of border crossers never show up for their hearings and, instead, live as illegal aliens in the U.S.

DeSantis made the move after his administration discovered that President Joe Biden’s federal agencies have flown at least 70 privately funded flights full of border crossers and UACs into the state of Florida — often in the middle of the night.

As Breitbart News has reported, Biden’s agencies expect that more than two million border crossers will have arrived at the U.S.-Mexico border by the end of the year. Meanwhile, as of late October, Biden has released more than 530,000 border crossers and illegal aliens into the U.S. interior. Thousands have ended up in Florida.

Only 41 Percent of Voters Trust Republicans on Immigration Policy

US Representative John Katko (R-NY) addresses the press during the congressional border delegation visit to El Paso, Texas on March 15, 2021. - President Joe Biden faced mounting pressure Monday from Republicans over his handling of a surge in migrants -- including thousands of unaccompanied children -- arriving at the …

Only 41 percent of registered voters believe Republicans are best able to handle the nation’s worsening migration problem, according to a poll by the Wall Street Journal.

The low rating shows the failure of the GOP’s leadership — and especially Rep. John Katko (R-NY) — to offer a coherent agenda that offers clear pocketbook benefits to GOP and swing voters. Katko is the chairman of the American Security Task Force which was created to craft a winning immigration message for the 2022 election.

“The issues that Americans are concerned about are pocketbook issues — whether they can pay their bills, whether they can pay their mortgage, whether they can find housing, whether their kids are in good schools and in safe schools,” said Rosemary Jenks, the government relations director at NumbersUSA.

“All of that relates to our immigration policy, and Republicans aren’t talking about those issues,” she said.

That political failure comes amid a deliberate decision by Democrats to allow at least one million illegal and partly-legal southern migrants to rush into U.S. jobs, neighborhoods, and schools, in full view of the evening news shows.

The November 16-22 poll of 1,500 registered voters showed that public concern over immigration outranks the economy or the rising inflation rate, despite the GOP’s broad effort to showcase the rising prices in President Joe Biden’s economy.

Thirteen percent of voters rated migration as the top issue, ahead of the economy at 11 percent, and inflation at 10 percent.

The poll asked, “Between the Democrats in Congress and the Republicans in Congress, who in your opinion is BEST ABLE to handle each of the following issues? If you think they are both equally able to handle an issue, or neither is, just say so.”

When they were asked who can “fix the immigration system,” 27 percent of the voters picked Democrats and 41 percent picked Republicans.

But nine percent picked “both equally” and 20 percent responded “don’t know.”

The 41 percent response showed that only a minority of voters trust the GOP in Congress.

The poll also showed 29 percent of voters — including many critical swing voters — do not see a believable difference on immigration between the pro-amnesty Democrats in Congress and the donor-dependent GOP.

The GOP did better on the narrow issue of who best can “secure the border.” Only 16 percent of voters picked Democrats, and 52 percent — a bare majority —  picked Republicans.

But that score still left 28 percent of voters not ready to favor the GOP. The 28 percent included 9 percent who picked “both equally” and 19 percent who said “neither.”

Katko is an establishment Republican who has supported amnesty for law-wage farmworkers and who needs the support of business donors and Democrats to keep his threatened upstate New York seat.

His message for the 2022 election spotlights opposition to Biden’s border chaos, migrant arrivals, and push for amnesty, and ignores pocketbook issues related to wages, jobs, rents and schools. For example, Breitbart reported on Katko’s proposed 2022 promise — the passage of the Border Security for America Act of 2021:

“From finishing the border wall system to modernizing technology and bolstering border staffing, this legislation tackles key shortcomings and weaknesses,” Katko said in a statement.

“That’s all there is to it?” responded Mark Krikorian, director of the Center for Immigration Studies, who noted the bill does not include any language to close up legal loopholes in the border, such as catch-and-release rules:

“It is pretty weak. I’m not against it, but it will not address the border crisis. The border crisis is primarily driven by loopholes in the law that everybody is aware of, not by a lack of equipment or personnel. I don’t dispute there almost certainly are personnel and equipment needs, but that’s not the main problem here.”

Katko’s recent tweets highlight his appearances on Fox News. The network frequently publicizes the border chaos while ignoring the costs donor-backed migration imposes on voters’ pocketbooks:

“It is clear that there is a lack of leadership in the Republican Party on the immigration issue, because if the leadership were talking about these [pocketbook] issues and encouraging members to talk about these issues, they would be,” said Jenks.

Katko’s office did not respond to questions from Breitbart News.

Katko’s silence about wages and jobs plays into the Democrats’ plans for the 2022 election.

For example, a billionaire-funded progressive coalition is citing a November push poll to reassure Democrats worried about voter opposition to the Democrats’ parole amnesty, which would provide roughly 6.5 million illegals with work permits.

The polling memo predicts that establishment Republicans will criticize the amnesty merely as a welfare giveaway, not as a painful pocketbook loss of jobs and wages that would otherwise go to young Americans:

By saying it will address labor shortages — as unfilled jobs and inflation remain top concerns for many voters nationwide — we [Democrats] may effectively beat back Republican economic attacks on the [amnesty] proposal. When voters are presented with a statement on both sides of the issue, a statement from supporters of the proposal referencing labor shortages beats a statement from opponents of the proposal referencing taxpayer-funded benefits by a 58% to 38% margin.

A December 6, Democratic poll argues that voters are more concerned about jobs and wages than the GOP’s focus on inflation. The poll carefully ignores the hot-button issue of immigration as it claims, “When voters are asked which is more important to them, 54 percent of voters say job and wage growth is more important to them, while only 39 percent of voters say slowing rising prices is more important.”

Unsurprisingly, a wide variety of pollsters have shown deep and broad opposition to labor migration and the inflow of temporary contract workers into jobs sought by young U.S. graduates. This opposition is multiracialcross-sexnon-racistclass-basedbipartisanrationalpersistent, and recognizes the solidarity Americans owe to each other.

Eric Levitz, a pro-migration editor at New York Magazinewrote November 24:

Trump’s party is obviously concerned about immigration. But it hasn’t mustered any signature plan for remaking the immigration system. This is in part because the GOP remains internally divided on legal immigration. With a labor shortage plaguing many industries — agriculture has been especially hard hit — many GOP-aligned business interests are more hostile to cutting legal inflows than they were when Senate Republicans voted down Trump’s plan for doing so. Thus the GOP’s actual substantive ambitions on Trump’s signature issue appear to be quite modest: The party wants to hire more Border agents, build more walls, and make life a little harder for asylum seekers while leaving the bulk of the status quo immigration system in place.

Katko’s refusal to emphasize pocketbook immigration reforms is fueling a push to replace him as chairman of the critical homeland security committee. The Hill reported November 16:

In a closed-door meeting in the Capitol, Rep. Dan Bishop (R-N.C.) launched an effort to oust Katko as the top Republican on the House Homeland Security Committee, sources in the room said. Bishop, a member of the Trump-aligned House Freedom Caucus, serves under Katko on the Homeland panel.

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (D-Calif), who has urged rank-and-file members to stay unified and keep their focus on taking back the majority next year, referred Bishop’s motion to the influential Republican Steering Committee. That committee can either vote and recommend that the full GOP conference remove Katko or simply not act on it.

But Katko has been backed by other establishment Republicans including Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL).

Amid silence from Katko, other GOP legislators have drafted reforms that deliver pocketbook gains to ordinary Americans. For example, Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN) and 10 other GOP members introduced legislation on December 9 that will drastically shrink the Fortune 500’s use of foreign visa workers for white-collar jobs sought by well-trained U.S. graduates.

The bill is backed by Reps. Mary E. Miller (R-IL), Madison Cawthorn (R-NC), Eric Crawford (R-AR), Steven M. Palazzo (R-MS), Kevin Hern (R-OK), Austin Scott (R-GA), Michael Burgess (R-TX), Joe Wilson (R-SC), Dan Meuser (R-PA), Beth Van Duyne (R-TX), Doug LaMalfa (R-CA).

Banks’ pocketbook proposal is tailored for suburban college grads, but other pocketbook promises will also help bring in more Latino voters. Veteran Democrat strategist Ruy Teixeira wrote December 9:

In the [2020] post-election wave of the Democracy Fund Voter Study Group (VSG) panel survey, well over 70 percent of Hispanic voters rated jobs, the economy, health care and the coronavirus as issues that were “very important” to them. No other issues even came close to this level. Crime as an issue rated higher with these voters than immigration or racial equality, two issues that Democrats assumed would clear the path to big gains among Hispanic voters.

“They are instead a patriotic, upwardly mobile, working class group with quite practical and down to earth concerns,” Teixeira wrote.

The U.S. government’s post-1986, bipartisan economic policy of extraction migration is deeply unpopular among a broad swath of voters because it damages ordinary Americans’ career opportunities, cuts their wages, and raises their housing costs.

The invited migration also curbs Americans’ productivity, shrinks their political clout, widens regional wealth gapsradicalizes their democratic, compromise-promoting civic culture, and allows the elites to ignore despairing Americans at the bottom of society.

EAGLE PASS, Texas — Breitbart Texas captured footage of Border Patrol agents releasing nearly 150 single adult migrants within an hour at a makeshift non-government run shelter Thursday. A source within CBP says the agency will attempt to alleviate overcrowding at local Border Patrol stations by now releasing hundreds of single adult migrants.

Mission Border Hope stood up the makeshift shelter in a vacant, non-climate-controlled warehouse due to capacity issues at their primary location. The non-profit temporarily houses migrants as they wait transportation across the country. The shelter is not subject to any inspection standards and funding exhausted by the NGO to assist the migrants is reimbursed by DHS Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

The migrants were bused from the local Border Patrol processing center. Three buses arrived within an hour of each other and unloaded nearly 150 male single adult migrants.

According to the source, most migrant releases traditionally consist of family unit members with tender-age children. The releases of single adult migrants is a sign of the increasing severity of the border crisis.

The source, speaking on the condition of anonymity, says the releases are in response to severe overcrowding at area facilities and is are preparation for an increase in illegal crossings through the sector.

The motivation for surging the border, according to some sources within CBP, is the re-implementation by court order of the “Remain in Mexico” program. The Trump era program began on Monday, however only in limited locations. Few migrants will be subjected to program, according to the source.

The spontaneous release of migrants was not carried out in accordance with ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations’ (ERO) Alternatives to Detention Program (ATD), in that no electronic monitoring devices were provided to the migrants released on Thursday.

Arizona Mayor Declares Emergency amid Migrant Border Surge

Yuma

Yuma Mayor Douglas Nicholls issued an emergency proclamation on Thursday in response to an unprecedented number of migrants entering the city. Nicholls asserts the influx is overwhelming federal authorities and creating a humanitarian crisis.

In a Thursday press release, the mayor says federal personnel are struggling to manage the flow of migrants into the community and at official facilities. According to Nichols, there have been reports of more than 6,000 migrants attempting to travel through the Yuma area.

The emergency proclamation makes the city eligible to receive state and federal funding for aid, relief, and assistance to mitigate the crisis, according to Nicholls. Mayor Nicholls addressed the impact to the community:

Migrants are traveling through Yuma during a time of great uncertainty about the COVID-19 virus, and without provisions for adequate food, water, shelter, transportation, and medical care. This surge of migrants has and will continue to strain the ability of medical staff and local hospital resources to provide essential and necessary medical care.

The Yuma area experienced a sharp increase in migrant crossings in recent months. Arrests in October 2021 were more than 2,600 percent greater when compared to the previous October.

The recent surge in migrant crossings is having a devastating impact on the surrounding Border Patrol stations and the soft sided processing center near Yuma. They are cumulatively more than 800 percent over the recommended COVID-19 detention capacity.

Most of the migrant groups are breaching a border wall gap near the Morelos Dam, west of Yuma.

‘Build Back Better’ Bill Could Cost Taxpayers $10.5 Billion by Boosting Illegal Alien Eligibility for Benefits

“The Build Back Better Act, the massive $1.75 trillion social spending package working its way through the House of Representatives, contains a provision that would remove the Social Security number requirement for the Child Tax Credit.

“The provision, which can be found on page 1,647 of the 2,135-page bill, would amend the federal tax code by removing the provision which requires that a child have a valid Social Security number in order to be eligible for any and all tax credits.”

U.S. taxpayers would be on the hook for a total of up to $10.5 trillion in payments to illegal alien children and illegal alien parents with U.S.-born children, Fox News reports:

“Steven Camarota, a Center for Immigration Studies researcher, estimated that eliminating the requirement could result in up to $2.3 billion in additional child tax credit payouts to illegal immigrants.”

….

“Camarota also estimates an $8.2 billion payout from the expanded child tax credits to illegal immigrants with U.S.-born children.”

Reconciliation would make it even easier for illegal aliens to receive payments next year by eliminating the work requirement, Camarota warned Fox News.

"In addition to dropping the Social Security number requirement, receipt of payments for illegal immigrants is made all the easier because reconciliation also eliminates the work requirement for next year," Camarota said.

An Afghanistan Grows In Wisconsin

Biden didn’t withdraw from Afghanistan. He brought Afghanistan to America.

Wed Oct 6, 2021

Daniel Greenfield

Daniel Greenfield, a Shillman Journalism Fellow at the Freedom Center, is an investigative journalist and writer focusing on the radical Left and Islamic terrorism.

The skies over Sparta have never been as busy as when the Biden administration decided to dispatch 13,000 Afghans, including at least one pedophile, to Wisconsin.

Sparta, a small town of less than ten thousand souls, whose claim to fame is being the “Bicycling Capital of America”, could only watch as a population of Afghans outnumbering its own population created a new Afghanistan on the premises of Fort McCoy.

None of the Afghans at Fort McCoy have a Special Immigrant Visa. Biden left the SIV visa holders behind in Afghanistan. The Afghans who have overrun the Wisconsin base are the ones whom the Taliban, for their own reasons, decided to allow through their checkpoints.

And they’re living up to the high cultural standards of the Taliban.

The problems began with the toilets. Then there were issues with the rice, the sexual abuse of young boys, and Afghans simply leaving on their own despite promises of taxpayer cash.

“Afghans were confused and upset by hygiene practices,” a Wall Street Journal article described. “Every toilet on base was Western style, with a seat and toilet paper. But a number of Afghans are accustomed to restrooms that allow them to squat so they don’t have to physically touch the toilet. It led to some cases of Afghans relieving themselves outside.”

This shouldn’t have surprised anyone after two decades in Afghanistan. But political correctness has mostly suppressed accounts of even the most basic facts about the beneficiaries of our great nation building project leaving Americans confused by the behavior of the new arrivals.

A Czech journal article from the Department of Military Hygiene noted that Afghan "people in rural areas were found to defecate almost everywhere according to convenience. It is important to observe that particularly the rural population does not know or does not use toilet paper."

More accurately, Islamic law is held by some authorities to ban the use of toilet paper.

“You should consider very carefully shaking hands during the contact with the local population,” the journal article warned. Unfortunately their local population is now our local population.

An account of the toilet practices of the defunct Afghan National Army described how our soldiers were forced to “share their toilet with the ANA, as they had been ordered to do by their commanding officers” to win their “hearts and minds”. Unfortunately “it was the custom of the ANA to wipe themselves with their hands, smear their excrement on the walls of the toilet, and rinse their hands in the sink, which left the sinks reeking.”

While great care is taken by Muslims to keep their clothes clean so that they are not “impure” during prayers, bathrooms can be left in a horrifying state because they’re already unclean.

Muslim tradition teaches that toilets are possessed by demons and as a result followers of the religion may be reluctant to make contact with them because they have been taught that “Satan plays with the backsides of the sons of Adam”. Islamic teachings encourage squat toilets and forbid men to urinate standing up because Mohammed “only ever used to urinate sitting down.”

At Kandahar Air Base, the toilets were segregated because, as an officer noted, “When they use our port-a-potties, they stand on the seats and it causes quite a mess. I think it's just a cultural thing." There are a lot of these cultural things. Many of them far worse than the toilets.

Although when dealing with a group where “90% of the population are infected by a parasitic disease” and which routinely goes around with fecal matters on its hands, it is an issue.

Democrats insist that 2-year-olds should wear masks, yet invite in a population that doesn’t understand the concepts of toilets, toilet paper, or disease transmission.

But the toilets were the least of the problems at Fort McCoy.

The Afghans, who had supposedly just been saved from death, didn’t like American food.

American rice was “swapped for basmati rice. New spices, hummus and dates were added to the chow hall’s menu” which was entirely Halal. Basmati rice is one of the most expensive varieties of rice available, but nothing was too good for the endlessly complaining arrivals.

While the Afghans were complaining to reporters about "hard rice", personnel at Fort McCoy were complaining about “multiple cases of minor females who presented as ‘married’ to adult Afghan men, as well as polygamous families." This wasn’t too surprising since the child marriage in Afghanistan stands at 57%. Like the toilets, it’s a “cultural thing”.

While no action was taken on those cases, Bahrullah Noori, an Afghan refugee, was arrested for trying to undress a 14-year-old boy and behaving inappropriately with a 12-year-old boy.

Mohammad Haroon Imaad was also arrested after his wife accused him of choking her. He had also allegedly threatened to “send her back to Afghanistan where the Taliban could deal with her” and also told her “that nine women have been killed since getting to Fort McCoy and that she would be the tenth.” An estimated 87% of Afghani women face domestic violence.

Like the toilets and the child rape, choking women is just another Afghan cultural thing.

General Glen VanHerck however visited Fort McCoy and assured reporters that the enlightened Afghans were much more law-abiding than the racist Americans.

I've done some research and how that compares to populations across the United States," VanHerck declared. "For example, in six weeks in Operation Allies Welcome, in a population of 53,000, there have been eight reported cases of robbery and theft.”

VanHerck neglected to Google the statistics for assaulting children and women. Or to note that this isn’t a measure of Afghans having lower crime rates than Americans, but a much lower willingness to report crimes to infidels who don’t resolve problems with the use of Islamic law.

"And how long are the Afghans going to be on U.S. military bases?" the FOX News correspondent asked.

"We're prepared to be here as long as we need to conduct this mission," VanHerck replied. "We'll be ready if we need to support through the winter months and into the spring."

If only there had been the same sort of commitment to getting Americans out of Afghanistan.

Forget the ‘Forever War’ and get ready for the ‘Forever Refugees’.

VanHerck claimed that the Afghans at Fort McCoy "are appreciative of our support and eager to begin their lives in America.”

They're so eager that they're just leaving.

Some 700 Afghans have left bases like McCoy despite promises of free taxpayer cash if they just stay and wait to be resettled. The deserting Afghans are upsetting the Biden administration, not because it’s concerned about potential terror threats from the refugees, but because it makes it harder for its refugee resettlement allies to cash in on every single Afghan. And it interferes with their plot to alter demographics in red states by resettling Afghans in the South.

Meanwhile Fort McCoy is near capacity. American soldiers are back to patrolling Afghan streets and trying to win their hearts and minds by asking them to use toilets and not to abuse their women and children. But the scenes of American soldiers trying to keep the peace among Afghans and communicate American values to them are no longer taking place in Kandahar, but in Wisconsin, and in other states with the misfortune of housing Afghans.

It’s almost as if we never actually withdrew from Afghanistan.

Americans are funding three Halal meals a day for tens of thousands of Afghans, our bases are full of mosques, our soldiers are trying to keep Afghans from killing and abusing each other, and we are on the hook for every dollar in welfare spending lavished on the Afghans while Americans struggle. As the Afghans leave Fort McCoy, the occupation of America will begin.

Biden didn’t withdraw from Afghanistan. He brought Afghanistan to America.

Study: Over Half of Migrants Are on American Taxpayer-Funded Welfare

JOHN BINDER

More than half of the nation’s non-citizen population — including legal immigrants, foreign visa workers, and illegal aliens — use American taxpayer-funded welfare after arriving in the United States, a new analysis reveals.

Research by Center for Immigration Studies Director of Research Steven Camarota finds that about 55 percent of non-citizen households in the U.S. use at least one form of welfare compared to just 32 percent of households headed by native-born Americans.

Camarota’s research analyzes the U.S. Census Bureau’s Survey of Income and Program Participation data from 2018, showing that 49 percent of households headed by foreign-born residents, including naturalized American citizens, use at least one welfare program.

In 2017, economist George Borjas called the U.S. immigration system “the largest anti-poverty program in the world” at the expense of America’s working and middle class.

Specifically, foreign-born residents used vastly more Medicaid compared to native-born Americans and food stamps. For example, while 33 percent of foreign-born residents use Medicaid, just 20 percent of native-born Americans do so.

Likewise, while 31 percent of foreign-born residents are on food stamps, only 19 percent of native-born Americans use the program.

Camarota’s research reveals that even after years and years of residing in the U.S., foreign-born resident households continue to use high levels of welfare.

About 44 percent of foreign-born residents who resided in the U.S. for 10 years or less use at least one form of welfare. Roughly 50 percent of those who resided in the U.S. for more than 10 years are on welfare.

When naturalized Americans are excluded from that count, the level of welfare use rises significantly for those who have resided in the U.S. for a while. For example, among non-citizen households who resided in the U.S. for 10 years or less, 40 percent use welfare. For those in the U.S. for more than 10 years, about 62 percent are on welfare.

The latest data comes after similar numbers were released in March 2019 that showed that, in 2014, non-citizen households used nearly twice as much welfare as native-born Americans.

At current legal immigration levels, the Census Bureau projects that about 1-in-6 U.S. residents will be foreign-born by 2060 with the foreign-born population hitting a record 69 million.

55 Dead After Truck Smuggling Migrants Headed To US Border Crashes

Illegal border crossings at all-time high

A tractor-trailer smuggling more than 200 migrants headed to the United States crashed into a pedestrian bridge in southern Mexico on Thursday, injuring at least 50 and killing 55, according to the Associated Press.

Most of the migrants were Guatemalan or Honduran. Authorities said migrants from Ecuador, the Dominican Republic, and Mexico were on board as well. Some who survived fled to avoid arrest. Others who remained said they were headed to the United States and boarded the truck just over the Guatemalan border, paying between $2,500 and $3,500 for safe passage to Puebla. From there, it was assumed they would pay another smuggler for a ride to the U.S. border.

Illegal border crossings into the United States hit an all-time high in 2021, with more than 1.7 million migrant arrests on the southern border. From 2013 to 2019, border arrests averaged about 540,000 annually.

The migrants who have flooded the southern border during President Joe Biden's first year in office have expressed confidence the United States would accept them. During his presidential campaign, Biden called for a 100-day moratorium on deportations and the end of the Trump administration's "Remain in Mexico" policy, which requires illegal immigrants to wait for their U.S. court hearing in Mexico after being apprehended.

According to the New York Times, one migrant in March who was apprehended and returned to Mexico was overheard telling a relative over the phone: "Biden promised us!"

So many migrants were packed inside the cargo truck that it took rescuers considerable time to separate the living from the dead. Mexican authorities said the heavy load may have contributed to the crash. The accident occurred outside of Tuxtla Gutiérrez in Chiapas, Mexico, which borders Guatemala.

Vice President Kamala Harris visited Guatemala in June in an attempt to warn migrants against coming to the United States.

"Do not come," Harris said during a joint press conference with Guatemalan president Alejandro Giammattei. "Do not come. The United States will continue to enforce our laws and secure our borders."

Deportations of illegal immigrants have plummeted on Biden's watch. In the first six months of the Biden administration, deportations dropped by 90 percent when compared with the same time period in 2019.
