A South Korean civic group called the “Righteous People” tore up a Chinese Communist flag at a rally near the Chinese Embassy in Seoul on Friday.

The event was a protest against what some South Koreans see as unfair referee calls at the Beijing Winter Olympics and the cultural appropriation of traditional Korean dress and food at Olympic ceremonies.

South Korea’s Yonhap news agency quoted a few of the demonstrators:

Lee Eun-taek, head of the civic group, said he got very angry to see China undermining the spirit of the Olympics after culturally appropriating “hanbok” (traditional Korean clothes) and kimchi from Korea.

A woman, who introduced herself as a 20-something who once dreamed of becoming an athlete, said unfair refereeing can break the dreams of young people and condemned the South Korean government for not saying a single word of protest to the Chinese government.

In the men’s 1,000m semifinals on Monday, South Korea’s Hwang Dae-heon and Lee June-seo each got disqualified from their respective heats for an illegal pass and lane change, respectively. Those decisions each allowed Chinese skaters to advance to the final, and the host country ended up collecting gold and silver medals.

A woman performing at the opening ceremony for the Beijing Winter Games last Friday wore a white and purple hanbok dress, sparking anger about cultural appropriation on South Korean social media and criticism from some South Korean politicians.

South Korea’s ire was not soothed by pushback from Chinese nationalists on social media or the official response from the Chinese embassy that essentially claimed Chinese people have as much right to wear a traditional Korean dress as Koreans do because many ethnic Koreans live in China, so “claims of cultural appropriation are totally untenable.”

The kimchi controversy dates back to November 2020, when China secured certification from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) for pao cai, a pickled vegetable dish from Sichuan province that is very similar to South Korea’s signature dish, kimchi.

South Korean anger was stoked by Chinese state media declaring that because of the ISO certification, China was now the leader of the “kimchi industry.” A metaphorical food fight ensued as Chinese “netizens” boasted that most of South Korea’s kimchi is manufactured in China these days.

“I read a media story that China now says Kimchi is theirs, and that they are making international standards for it. It’s absurd. I’m worried that they might steal Hanbok and other cultural contents, not just Kimchi,” one resident of Seoul complained – prophetically, as it turned out.

The Olympic judging controversy brought a formal protest from South Korea’s Sport and Olympic Committee (KSOC). Team South Korea held a press conference in Beijing to insist its disqualified athletes Hwang Dae-heon and Lee June-seo “played fairly” and were the true “winners” of the event.

Allegations of Chinese cheating spread like wildfire through South Korean broadcast and social media – and among Olympic athletes from South Korea and other countries, who said biased judges were giving Chinese competitors a pass for technical violations that were invoked to disqualify Olympians from other countries.

“Looking at the way China won the gold medal, I felt bad that my younger teammates had to watch something like that. I thought to myself, ‘Is this really what winning a gold medal is all about?’ Things all just felt very hollow,” sighed South Korean speed skater Kwak Yoon-gy.

The Chinese Embassy in Seoul expressed “grave concern” on Wednesday about the growing allegations of cheating against China, firmly insisting that no such nefarious behavior had taken place at the Beijing Olympics.

“Some South Korean media and politicians have criticized the Chinese government and Beijing Olympics as a whole, even instigating anti-Chinese sentiment, worsening the public sentiment of the two countries and drawing a backlash from Chinese online users,” the embassy pontificated.

China Claims Uyghur Concentration Camp Region Is ‘Disney-Like Resort’

Chinese state media on Thursday howled in outrage at the latest Western media expose of human rights violations in East Turkistan, claiming the regime of concentration camps and forced labor for the Uyghur Muslims is actually a “Disney-like resort.”

The “Disney-like resort” comparison is a bit awkward because the actual Disney corporation controversially thanked Communist officials in Xinjiang for their cooperation in filming the live-action remake of Mulan in 2020. This unlovely bout of boot-licking did little to help the film in China, where it bombed among audiences who found its version of the Mulan legend facile, unconvincing, and unfaithful.

The target of the Chinese Communist Party’s umbrage was a Wednesday article by Agence France-Presse (AFP) entitled “Beijing Sells Troubled Xinjiang As a Winter Sports Paradise.” The Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Province (XUAR) is the official government name for East Turkistan.

The article blew a whistle on China’s effort to develop the winter sports industry in Xinjiang into a “$157 billion powerhouse,” a scheme that necessarily involves preventing visitors from noticing the brutal re-education camps and truckloads of Uyghurs getting dumped at Chinese farms and factories to work as slave labor.

China’s plan to create a winter wonderland in Xinjiang evidently involves pouring money into huge ski resorts for domestic audiences, pumping out propaganda that says none of the happy skiers and snowboarders can see any oppressed Uyghurs anywhere, and then using the sanitized image of the province to attract foreign customers.

As AFP dourly noted, China’s propagandists are even spreading lies about Xinjiang as the birthplace of skiing, a claim easily debunked by archeologists.

AFP noted the much-ballyhooed ski resorts are located in “ethnically diverse regions bordering Russia, Kazakhstan, and Mongolia,” well away from the barbed wire fences and surveillance cameras that contain the oppressed Uyghurs.

Human rights advocates blasted China for using a few carefully selected minority athletes to “whitewash abuses in the region” and “portray Xinjiang as an attractive tourism destination.”

“The Chinese government has promoted tourism to Xinjiang, turning the region into a sort of Disneyland where inhabitants are stripped of their identity and opinion. Tourists come away with a curated experience staged by the state,” Maya Wang of Human Rights Watch told AFP.

The AFP piece concluded by quoting industry experts who doubted China would succeed at turning Xinjiang into a global winter sports destination, noting that aside from the human rights atrocities, the region is inaccessible, inhospitable, and saddled with poor infrastructure when compared to European resorts.

The Global Times lost its collective mind after digesting the relatively mild critique offered by AFP:

The comments that AFP made are very absurd. In terms of economic development, Xinjiang’s boost of its ice and snow economy is a standard green economic development pattern to preserve local inherent ethnic cultural characteristics, and to promote green tourism without environmental pollution. By doing so, Xinjiang can improve the well-being of local people, achieve environmental protection and economic prosperity. What’s wrong with that?

Such remarks raise questions: What kind of life do these Western journalists and the so-called rights advocates want people in Xinjiang to live? Do they hope the local residents stay in a broken economy and an impoverished condition? Or do they simply want Xinjiang to become “independent” and cede from China?

AFP’s rhetoric only demonstrates that some Western media outlets do not hope to see any good and positive change in Xinjiang. What they really care is not Xinjiang nor people of various ethnic backgrounds who live in Xinjiang. Instead, what they actually focus on is how to stir up troubles in China in general and Xinjiang in particular. And now they regard hyping Xinjiang’s so-called human rights issues as a “card” to impair China.

The Chinese Communist paper dragged out the usual “Chinese experts” to confidently declare that the world is hallucinating all those ethnic cleansing prisons and torture chairs in Xinjiang. They accused critics of callously interfering in noble China’s compassionate efforts to enrich the lives of Xinjiang residents by beefing up their tourism industry.

“Why on earth are Western media outlets so angry toward China on the Xinjiang-related affairs? The reason is simple: The rapid and enviable development of Xinjiang has made them feel deeply ashamed of their biased judgment and evil motivation,” shrieked Fudan University professor Shen Yi, slapping down the hypocrisy card China loves to play when criticized for its atrocities.

Beijing's Olympics are Downright Dangerous: Here's Why

The 2022 Winter Olympics have just begun in Beijing.

It's China's second opportunity to export its ideology since the 2008 Summer Olympics. It's happening despite China’s harsh repression of its ethnic minorities, including the Uyghurs in Xinjiang, which has been condemned by many countries as genocide. Nevertheless, all but 14 countries (plus North Korea) appear to be responsive to the IOC's "Sports without political interference" initiative in sending delegations and athletes to Beijing. Little do they know, the Chinese government uses its hosting of the Olympics as a propaganda tool precisely to silence this criticism of its human rights record.

The 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics is like the 1936 Berlin Olympics. Each event is being used to showcase the host country's glamour and fearful power. Although the connection between applauding Nazi Germany’s Olympic glory by the whole world and the subsequent Nazi aggression that followed remains subject to debate, it seems there's little doubt that attending the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics will ultimately harm the attendees, and probably endanger the world.

For the attendees, one known risk is the fact that China is a police state. It will violate personal privacy and freedom of speech even on foreign outsiders. Citizen Lab, the University of Toronto’s research and strategic policy unit, has just issued a warning that an application program, which is authorized by the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee and must be used by all Winter Olympics participants, contains many security traps. Personal data such as passport numbers can be accessed by third parties; contents of communications can be monitored and censored, and those are just some features. China passed an expanded national security law a year ago, and anyone deemed to have violated the law, regardless of nationality or place of residence, could be punished under the law. The danger of this law is that its vague definition of illegality makes it possible for almost anyone to be punished for certain actions, regardless of nationality or physical location.

Another known risk is the restrictions on freedom of movement under China's current COVID-19 control measures, known as the “Zero Covid Policy.” People living outside of China would think China has impressively controlled the pandemic if one looks at only the daily pandemic case figures released by China. But this is most likely an illusion. On the one hand, China's testing methodology has been fatally flawed with extremely low precision and accuracy, and internal personnel of testing institutions has disclosed that samples collected are often discarded without being analyzed. Another form of dishonesty that makes these data suspect comes as localities routinely set an arbitrary upper limit for positive cases.

Conversely, China's "Zero Covid Policy" means that once "sporadic" positive cases of infection are identified, the entire community, even those with little connection to the infected will be placed under a savage mandatory quarantine, which has not been seen elsewhere in the world. Recently, diplomats from the U.S. have requested to leave their posts in China over concerns that such strict measures could jeopardize the freedom and safety of themselves and their families.

In addition to these risks already well recognized, participating in the Beijing Winter Olympics also carries various unpredictable but highly probable dangers to outsiders.

One is that foreign participants might be subjecting themselves to China’s retaliation act. China has reportedly been using COVID tests as tools for political purposes. One of China's largest nationwide COVID testing institutions, KingMed Diagnostics, for instance, has been accused of having operations suspected of speeding up the spread of the COVID-19 virus in its testing process, as income from COVID testing has been KingMed's main revenue since the pandemic outbreak. Other individuals and institutions have been accused of making individuals "test positive" as a coercive tool to benefit their own interests. Furthermore, relations between China and numerous countries are deteriorating rapidly, and the Chinese government has long been known for its practice of using foreign citizens as hostages when addressing international issues (the most recent example being China taking three Canadian hostages in retaliation for Canada, which was involved in the extradition proceedings of the notorious executive of Huawei, Meng Wanzhou). China's retaliation against attendees from countries deemed as hostile by China on the grounds of "COVID infection" is a high probability. As of Jan. 29, among the 246 Canadians who arrived at China’s doorstep for the Winter Olympics, five were handed a positive COVID test. This positive rate is twice as high as the overall positive rate of all foreign attendees who have arrived in China, and hundreds of times higher than that for the ordinary Chinese population.

Is Canada again being punished?

The second unpredictable, but highly probable, risk is closely related to the first one. That is, any participating country could become the scapegoat for the resurgence of the COVID infection in China after the Olympics are over.

Since the first day of the outbreak, China has been pointing finger at a series of "culprits" for the pandemic around the world. These “guilty” ones include countries such as Italy and the U.S., creatures such as bats and seafood, and objects such as cold chain supply containers and overseas parcels. At present, while the latest variant of the coronavirus, omicron, is spreading rapidly around the world, China's astonishingly low infection numbers are most likely the result of artificially lowered numbers. The attendees from abroad will just give the Chinese government a perfect opportunity to revise its highly suspicious pandemic numbers. Once the Winter Olympics is over, China might release a new set of cases showing a striking surge in COVID infections, and blame those countries that happen to be on a pre-drawn list of retaliation for the surge. And, it is not surreal to imagine China even making legal claims for pandemic damage to those targeted countries on this ground.

There is a yet more dire scenario as these Olympics progress: A second round of the pandemic. Two years ago, when the COVID-19 was largely a mere local outbreak in China and completely unknown to the rest of the world, China released thousands of Chinese citizens abroad while tightly locking down the internal flow of people around the country, leading to the onset of the current global pandemic. China, if it wishes, could use the Winter Olympics to initiate the second round of the "world pandemic," the foreign Olympics attendees being used as “voluntary” carriers this time around. This is very speculative, and perhaps far-fetched, but China has shown that it is capable of anything.

So far the exact number of foreign attendees to the Beijing Winter Olympics is still unavailable. Based on the number of participants in the 2018 Winter Games and the 2022 Summer Olympics, the number of foreign participants in the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics could be around 30,000. Days after the conclusion of the 2022 Beijing Olympics, while the world is so optimistic with the vision that the milder mutated virus omicron will bring an end to the current pandemic, these 30,000 individuals will land in their respective home countries, with a great danger of carrying, God forbid, outbreak elements they theoretically could have been contaminated with. What awaits the world if this scenario does materialize?

As the Beijing Winter Olympics is unveiled, the world continues facing a choice similar to that in 1936: participate or boycott. The success of the 1936 Berlin Olympics convinced the Nazi regime that no one in the world could resist the rich and powerful charm it displayed, and no one would dare to confront its upcoming (but yet to be known to the rest of the world) plans for the world, including the Holocaust of the Jews. China today is one step further along than Nazi Germany in 1936 in that it has already shown the world its complete disregard of its One-China-Two-System promise regarding Hong Kong’s autonomy status which is a binding accord registered at the United Nations, as well as its ambitious claims to the South China Sea, its continued military threat to Taiwan, and its relentless repression of its Uyghur minority peoples. The world does not need to wait to see the threat materialize as with Nazi Germany, the threats are already here, in front of the world.

What the world should do, then? At the government level, extra precaution must be taken when greeting attendees back home from the Beijing Olympics, with an extended quarantine period if deemed necessary, for example. As ordinary people, several simple actions can be taken to make your voice be heard: join the “Boycott-Beijing-Olympics” rallies, and refuse to buy Made-in-China products with likely links to forced labor practices.

It is honorable to adhere to the Olympics’ core spirit of "sports without political interference." However, when this noble belief is used by evil forces as a shield to evade justice and punishment, nothing else is more justifiable than protecting the world from imminent evil, which can only be deterred with resolve and actions.

The Biden family is a criminal enterprise as defined in the RICO Act

Although the 1970 Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) was initially targeted at gangsters, it equally applies to corrupt government practices involving low-level crooks led by the top players, linked together with a common purpose.  No organized crime or criminal enterprise, in  or out of government,  can exist for long without corrupt law enforcement.

Because of its corrosive impact on government, organized crime must be destroyed by prosecuting influence-peddling related crimes and those who aid or abet by concealing these crimes under the RICO Act. The founding principle of our criminal justice system is equal justice for all and no one is above the law.

When organized crime occurs at the national level, billions of dollars are sucked away from the public treasury for fraudulent pay-to-play schemes, special legislative favors, and other influence-peddling.  As a result, policy decisions are made contrary to the country's best interest.  Through co-optation/blackmail, our national strategic and security interests are compromised when foreign agents target politicians to influence foreign policy. This is also espionage (China/the CCP and Russia/Putin).  The Biden family and the Clinton family are complicit in overt acts with foreign agents.

The Biden crime family is just a continuation of the DC swamp’s business as usual of interconnected organized crime activity.  The current chapter of the family’s long, shady history began when Hunter dropped off three laptops at a computer repair shop during one of his cocaine and sex binges.  Hunter never returned to pick them up.  After seeing some concerning information on these computers, the shop owner later called the FBI.  At first, the FBI wasn't interested.  The FBI eventually picked up the hard drives but then they were deep-sixed.  Finally, the FBI opened an investigation.  The US Attorney impaneled a grand jury.  That issued a few subpoenas in May of 2020 but has gone silent.  Perhaps the change in administrations?

The shop owner wisely made copies, and the information made its way to the New York Post’s investigative reporter Miranda Devine.  The NY Post first broke the story on 10-14-20 (video and docs and more) just before the election.  The intelligence community played a Fauci to discredit this information.  More than 50 "former senior intelligence officials have signed . . . the letter [claiming this information] has all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.”  Twitter and Facebook memory-holed the NY Post’s story.  The NYT called the story unsubstantiated but later quietly retracted (and more).  Social media outlets censored or removed any related posts.

For some sicko reason, Hunter videoed his drunken and cocaine-smoking sex orgies, which he stored on his laptops.  But more consequentially under the terms of RICO, there is evidence of many overt acts that fall under the terms of the law. Hunter kept very damning and incriminating notes, emails, voice files, photos, and financial records on his laptops.  A smoking gun email from Burisma to Hunter seeking his intervention during the period of Joe Biden's widely reported forcing the firing of the Ukrainian prosecutor investigating Burisma (NY Post 10-14-20) is particularly incriminating.

The NY Post article of 10-15-20 has copies of emails and a video showing detailed breakdowns of these illegal money transactions.

The Daily Mail’s broadside of 10-31-20 detailed the information on the drives that posed a genuine national security threat and with classic blackmail material [File photos here].

The NY Post article of 05-26-21 documents with quotes from emails Hunter’s pay from Burisma cut in half two months after Joe Biden leaves office.  Also, Joe Biden met with Burisma exec and later in the year strong-arming the Ukrainian prosecutor under the threat of withholding $1 billion in US aid.

The NY Post article of 07-04-21 about Hunter paying Joe Biden's personal bills is documented with quotes from Hunter's emails.

The NY Post article of 11-28-21 Hunter received a 3-caret diamond and an offer of a $30 million deal from a Chinese titan with more emails.

This hard drive story was memory-holed by most media as Russian disinformation except for a few investigative reporters. That is until just recently, with the drop of explosive books by Miranda DevinePeter Schweizer, and the just-released devastating four-part series by FOX Nation, “Pirro explores ‘Who is Hunter Biden?’. . .”

Judge Jeanine Pirro narrates a riveting expose on the Biden family with interviews with Devine and Schweizer.  Included are Senators Ron Johnson and Chuck Grassley who did a lengthy investigation into Hunter Biden, Burisma and Corruption . . . (87 pages).  The media largely discredited the Johnson/Grassley report as Russian disinformation.  Schweitzer used this the report’s public source documents to corroborate and correlate with Hunter’s hard drive the documents.

These interviews and the documents are woven together with Hunter’s voice from his memoir (Audible book).  The evidence is damning and presented compellingly to the viewer that the Biden family illegally received millions of dollars from profiting from the influence of Joe Biden - as Senator, Vice President, and as President.

The FOX Nation piece is a must-watch (Behind paywall – free temp use).  Also, the 01-24-22 edition of Mark Levin's interview with Peter Schweizer (Rumble excerpt of 3.5 mins) and this FOX Business News interview with Schweizer where he implies Nancy Pelosi is co-opted too by Chinese intelligence.  According to the interview with Devine on the Clay Travis & Buck Sexton Show, Hunter Biden was making deals worth millions of dollars with the inner sanctums of Putin and President Xi of China.  The Biden family was doing exactly what the Trump family was accused of doing.

Devine meticulously constructs a timeline from the emails and documents - then corroborates with other sources in her new book, the Laptop from Hell.

Peter Schweizer writes in the NY Post 01-27-22 about his book which includes a FOX News video interview with Sen. Ron Johnson on the Secret Service stalling on FOIA requests for Secret Service travel records.

Were the Biden Administration's well-known policy failures the result of the utter stupidity, or were they intentional because of Joe Biden being compromised?

We must clean our house first before anything else by legitimate and thorough criminal investigations of the Clinton and Biden families using the tools of RICO.  The corrupt elements of our government will be flushed out.

There must be accountability for these crimes.

Lastly, the real power brokers will emerge like a Russian nesting doll, but that's for another time.  The FBI has the resources and tools to take down these criminal enterprises.  Still, it needs a DOJ unbiased and willing to prosecute and a judiciary that will rule on the law and not succumb to political pressure.  Unfortunately, the FBI is politically corrupt - a dog that will not hunt impartially.

The Biden crime family is more blatant about its old school influence-peddling than Hillary Clinton.  Poor Uncle Joe's princeling Hunter Biden, the family bag man, can't control his vices.  The CCP has infiltrated our government and business at many levels with honey pots and other tradecraft Hunter BidenEric Swalwell.  The CCP targeted and groomed Hunter Biden because of his twisted personal life, alcohol and cocaine addiction of many years to get access to its prize, Joe Biden.

From Schweizer’s NY Post article:

For those wondering why Joe Biden is soft on China, consider this never-before-reported  revelation: The Biden family has done five deals in China totaling some $31 million arranged by individuals with direct ties to Chinese intelligence — some reaching the very top of China’s spy agency.

Yes, why is Uncle Joe going soft on China and Russia?

Based on my review of this reporting and evidence, in my opinion there is overwhelming probable cause, if not reasonable cause to begin a criminal investigation of the Biden family using the tools of RICO.  This is a target-rich environment.

Schweizer: Joe Biden Was a ‘Beneficiary’ of Hunter’s Deals with China

1:51

Breitbart News senior contributor Peter Schweizer said Tuesday on FNC’s “America’s Newsroom” that President Joe Biden was a “beneficiary” of his son Hunter’s business deals with China.

Schweizer, the author of Red-Handed: How American Elites Get Rich Helping China Win, said, “What was initially a story of cronyism and corruption we now have to recognize is an intelligence story, and it’s not just a question of the Bidens getting rich. We have to start having the conversation and investigating whether the Biden family may be compromised.”

He continued, “We knew that there was a commercial tie in the past, that Hunter Biden put it together. I broke story in 2018. What we now know are two separate strands that are critically important. Using the Hunter Biden laptop and using emails from a Gmail account of one of Hunter’s business partners, he gave us access to the email account. We now know that every deal that the Bidens got in China came through individuals with links to the highest level of Chinese intelligence.”

Schweizer added, “We also now know that Hunter Biden did these deals, but the larger family benefited. We know that James Biden, Joe Biden’s brother, got at least $2 million of that money from China. We also now know that Hunter Biden was subsidizing his father’s lifestyle. He was paying for his bills. He was paying for renovations on his home up in Delaware while Joe Biden was Vice President of the United States. It’s not only illegal according to ethics laws. It also shows that Joe Biden is now a beneficiary of the foreign dealings that Hunter Biden has had. It’s no longer good enough for him to say, well, I didn’t have anything involved. He was a beneficiary.”
