Americans Are Paying Highest Income Taxes Ever, Thank You Biden
As inflation continues to increase, it's no secret that American’s wallets are getting smaller.
According to a recent Congressional Budget Office report, there will be an expected 28 percent rise of individual income tax this year, resulting in a total of $2.6 trillion in taxes in 2022.
This is an increase of $2 trillion from the year prior, making it the highest it has ever been, plus the biggest share of gross domestic product since income taxes began.
"At 10.6% of GDP, that total is expected to be the highest amount of individual income tax receipts recorded since 1913, when ratification of the Sixteenth Amendment authorized the federal government to begin collecting income taxes."
The CBO said it is expecting the overall federal revenue to reach $4.8 trillion in 2022, making it a 19 percent one-year increase.
The numbers are higher than what the agency was preparing for, and as the economy is still struggling to recover from the Wuhan Coronavirus pandemic, the agency is predicting the numbers will soar even more.
“The strong revenue growth in 2021 and 2022 results mostly from large increases in collections of individual income taxes. Total revenues in 2022 are projected to equal 19.6% of the nation’s gross domestic product — the largest annual revenues relative to the size of the economy since 2000.”
The agency also said if the Internal Revenues Service receives the budget hike proposed by Joe Biden, the collections will rise further.
CBO experts say a hike in income taxes will spike once more in 2025 after President Trump’s 2017 tax cuts provision expire.

Uneasy Bedfellows
It is a cliche that politics makes strange bedfellows. People of wildly divergent views often snuggle up together in pursuit of common political goals. These coalitions tend to be inherently unstable, as they are usually tactical and short term in nature and not based on a common ideological/philosophical foundation. But sometimes these convenient hookups can begin to feel like more -- sometimes the bedfellows come to believe they are in a committed relationship. They are almost always wrong.
The Democratic Party's goal of cementing a permanent majority through demographic change and immigration policy is a case study of what happens when assumptions about the seriousness of the relationship are taken too far. A breakup is coming, but not all the bedfellows see it for what it is. I am talking in this case about the Democratic Party in particular, and the key bedfellows are:
- The Democratic Political Class: strategists, consultants and professional politicians who seek to cynically leverage immigration policy for electoral gain
- The Insane Ideological Left, who despise our Western and Judeo/Christian heritage and everything it stands for
- The Favored Identity Groups of the Democrats, particularly blacks and Hispanics, which the other bedfellows look to as key foot soldiers in advancing their agendas
The Democratic Political Class
Starting in the 1990s, clever Democrat strategists and consultants began to observe a demographic shift in America: the traditional white majority was beginning to lose ground, while minorities were gaining in population share. Furthermore, this trend would persist over time. They crunched the numbers and concluded that all they had to do was encourage the continued expansion of non-white demographic groups and they would cement an Emerging Democratic Majority for all time! If they had to toss their traditional white working-class supporters aside to get there, so be it.
So they went to work to open the flow of immigrants and refugees from every third-world country to tip the balance and cement permanent rule. Democrats have not hidden this. Bill Clinton positively crowed in the 1990s about the fact that white Americans would become a minority within a few short generations. John Judis wrote the book linked above about this very thing.
One of the weakest links in the progressive worldview is a childlike belief that the world works in linear and static ways, that what is, will continue to be. When human nature produces results that differ from their expectations it always seems to catch them by surprise. This is one of the fundamental causes of what is a pattern of Democrat "overreach", in which progressive policies come crashing down when they encounter a vibrant and dynamic reality. This is what appears to be happening to the Democratic Political Class on Immigration and demographics. They have hitched themselves to the demographic shift theory, and they cannot seem to imagine that their current assumptions will prove untrue.
Insane Woke Ideologues
On the other side of the bed lie woke progressives. It is clear that the left actually wants to destroy America as it has existed for 250 years. We are the enemy. We are the problem to be solved. They love open borders as a key mechanism to erode white dominance and return our land to what they see as its rightful owners.
Much of the energy fueling this drive is provided by intersectionality and critical theory. Whites and white men in particular are the most evil of oppressors in this view, and any and all policies that reduce their numbers and influence are eagerly pursued. This isn't a conspiracy theory. They say it all the time. Ask Robin D'Angelo. Because this supports the political goals of the Democratic Political Class, there is harmony in the bed on the subject of immigration and demographic change.
But outside of immigration there is trouble. Insane Ideologues are not good at staying on message, and the same intersectionality and CRT that have energized their views on immigration have spun up a madness that has spilled out of the academy, impacting the lives of average Americans and potentially threatening the emerging coalition. The Democratic Political Class is starting to see the dangers of letting out-of-control maniacs run the party's agenda.
The Favored Identity Groups
Blacks and Hispanics have for decades been the most reliable demographic groups in the Democratic coalition. So much so that the Democratic Political Class don't really pay much attention to them. They take them for granted, at most hurling accusations of Racism! and Xenophobia! at Republicans every election cycle to keep them in the bed.
There is no logical reason why this party loyalty should persist. Despite what the party establishments seem to think, neither Blacks nor Hispanics are fans of open borders. They worry as much -- perhaps more -- than their fellow citizens of paler hue about jobs being lost and culture being wrecked. They see the patent unfairness in a system that prioritizes illegal aliens over citizens.
By itself that would not have been enough to make them get up and leave the bed. Two factors have changed this. First, they really don't like the Insane Woke Ideologues. It turns out many of them have no interest in gay or trans issues, and on social issues they tend to the more traditional side. They look at the lunatics with whom they are sharing a bed and are getting a little scared. Second, we must account for the impact of Donald Trump. His over-the-top style, bluntness, and unnuanced emphasis on what matters and why have attracted the attention and approval of Blacks and Hispanics at unprecedented rates. Trump forced open the door, and the Insane Woke Ideologues are chasing minorities through from the other side.
So there sit our uneasy bedfellows. If the Emerging Democratic Majority is to be real, they all must remain in the bed. What to do?
This coalition cannot sustain without significant effort, and the tool of choice to herd the Preferred Groups back into the fold is to scare them into staying put. Today we see that strategy playing out in real times. Democratic politicians and consultants are busy crafting visions of bogeymen waiting under the bed to devour anyone who dares to set a foot on the floor. "Replacement Theory" is the name of the latest monster they have created. It may as well be "Racism," "White Supremacy," "Voter Suppression," "Xenophobia," or a dozen other scurrilous epithets. Anyone who deviates from the preferred vision of immigration and demographic change is by their definition a racist. What minority citizen would want to sign up for that?
I don't think this strategy will work. Emergent reality is not lining up with the vision of the Emerging Democratic Majority. People are changing their opinions and their loyalties in ways not anticipated. We can and should facilitate this process by letting all of our fellow citizens know that there is an alternative political home for those who value secure borders and immigration fairness, who respect traditional sexual mores, who seek to work hard, support their families and make their lives just a bit better a day at a time.

Exclusive–Chip Roy: Biden Purposefully Spiking Illegal Immigration for ‘Cynical Political Policy … to Buy Votes’
Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) says President Joe Biden is “purposefully” increasing illegal immigration at the United States-Mexico border “for a cynical political policy” to “buy votes.”
During an exclusive interview with SiriusXM Patriot’s Breitbart News Daily, Roy accused the Biden administration of not being interested in securing the southern border — for political reasons.
In recent days, Rep. Kat Cammack (R-FL) has documented that while there are severe shortages of baby formula in grocery stores across the U.S., baby formula is piled high at processing centers along the border for border crossers and illegal aliens bringing their babies.
Roy said Biden has created the issue, ensuring that Americans are hit with scarcity while millions are invited to the southern border with lax enforcement policies.

“Not one of us would say that if there’s a baby in the southern part of Texas because of our very broken system that we don’t want to find a way to ensure that baby can get formula, because all of us believe in caring for human beings,” Roy said.
“But when this administration creates the very environment that endangers those babies and endangers their parents, empowers cartels, has migrants dying by the hundreds … in south Texas on ranches dying, in the Rio Grande, our guardsmen dying in the Rio Grande trying to save those migrants…” he continued.
“All of this is happening because Alejandro Mayorkas on behalf of a president who doesn’t care about securing the border is using asylum as an excuse … they’re purposefully using it, they’re using these babies, these people as shields for a cynical political policy of not securing the border so they can probably buy votes … but it is wrong. These are people, they’re not pawns,” Roy said.
Breitbart News editor in chief Alex Marlow noted that the issue is “system-wide.”
“It’s not that we begrudge formula to a single baby on the planet, it’s that we’re encouraging … it’s another magnet to send a signal to the cartels that we’re going to subsidize you,” Marlow said. “We’re subsidizing their illegal business by giving all these incentives for people to come here into our country illegally.”
Roy said the massive waves of illegal immigration and drug trafficking are “impeachable” offenses for Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.
“What they are doing is causing harm to human beings, Americans dying from fentanyl, Americans’ property getting destroyed, Americans who are being denied our ability to care for our own people because our resources are being directed to others,” Roy said.
“The blood is on their hands,” Roy said of Biden, Mayorkas, and elected Democrats.
In April, Border Patrol agents apprehended more than 201,000 border crossers and illegal aliens, the highest rate of illegal immigration for the month of April in American history. From February 2021 to March 2022, the Biden administration released more than 836,000 border crossers and illegal aliens into American communities.

Democrats Vote for Joe Biden’s Easy Asylum Plan
Nearly all Democratic Senators voted on Thursday to protect an extraordinary new immigration pipeline now being created by regulatory officials at President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security.
The one exception was Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV), who voted with all GOP Senators in the chamber for a resolution to kill the so-called asylum rule.
The rule is being created by Alejandro Mayorkas, the pro-migration zealot in charge of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). It would allow lower-level officials — some of whom may be political activists — to give the huge gift of amnesty and citizenship to an unlimited number of migrants as they appear at the border.
The rule would bypass the law set by Congress which says asylum seekers must offer evidence to persuade a judge in immigration court. The limits on asylum are designed to protect Americans from a flood of cheap labor that would wreck their ability to bargain for decent wages in a free market for labor.
The Thursday vote shows that nearly all Democrats are eager to attract and welcome illegal migrants, regardless of their TV claims that they oppose illegal migration, said one Hill source.

“They dangle asylum and citizenship” to lure more poor migrants to the U.S. border, despite lethal hazards and the legal bar against giving asylum status to economic migrants, the source said.
For example, the fast-track asylum rules were backed by several Democratic Senators who have recently declared their opposition to ending Title 42, the source noted. These zig-zag Democrats include Senators Mark Kelly and Kyrsten Sinema from Arizona, as well as Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto from Nevada.
The final vote was 48 nos, 46 yays. But one of the no votes was cast by GOP leader Sen, Mitch McConnell (R-TN) because the no vote allows him to bring the issue up for a revote.
Two Democratic Senators also missed the vote: Sen. Jeff Merkley (D-OR) and Chris Van Hollen (D-MD).
The four GOP Senators also missed the main vote of the day, for or against the Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act of 2021. The bill was blocked in a split vote, 47 to 47.

The GOP Senators may win the fight in a future vote because Manchin’s support would give them 51 votes.
But Biden has promised to veto the legislative effort.
GOP officials in multiple states have filed two lawsuits against the asylum rule. The lawsuits ask judges to block the rule because it violates Congress laws.
Since 2011, agency officials have allowed the asylum process to get jammed by applications from more than 1.7 million migrants. The clog ensures that the migrants can stay to work in the U.S. for many years while their claims are slowly processed and appealed.
Democrats defend the new asylum giveaway as a good management policy to improve the efficiency of the asylum process. RollCall.com reported:
Sen. Mark Kelly, D-Ariz., who recently co-sponsored legislation that would require the administration to keep Title 42 in place longer, said he voted against the resolution because he supports efforts to send more officers to the border and speed up processing.
“The idea is that if you want to expedite, you know, removal of asylum-seekers, you have folks there at the border to do that,” Kelly said. “That’s consistent with the ‘no’ vote.”
But the rule would do little to remove the backlog because it allows any migrant who is rejected at the border to get a job after filing an appeal in the clogged asylum courts.
On May 26, DHS described the plan to favored reporters, including CBSNews.com, which reported:
The program will start on a small scale on Tuesday [May 31], with U.S. asylum officers expected to receive a few hundred cases per month during the first implementation phase, Justice Department and Homeland Security officials said during a call with reporters, requesting anonymity to discuss the plan.
Initially, only asylum-seekers who tell U.S. border officials they plan to live near Boston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Newark or San Francisco will be enrolled in the new program, which aims to condense the asylum adjudication period from the current years-long timeframe to several months.
“DHS officials said they are working to provide migrants access to pro-bono attorneys before the initial screenings,” CBS reported.
The plan “could represent the leading edge of what some experts see as the most sweeping change to the asylum process in a quarter-century,” said the New York Times. It is “President Biden’s first significant policy aimed at improving the asylum system, which he pledged to restore after its four years of decline during the Trump administration,” the report said.
But economic migrants have huge incentives to ask for asylum even if they have no valid reason to fear political persecution in their home country. The incentives include the eagerness of Mayorkas’ deputies to provide the migrants with work permits and transport to the cities where the migrants have friends who can help them find jobs.
If the migrants decline to ask Mayorkas’ agents for asylum, they have to take the dangerous, and expensive trips through the scrub and desert along the border, and then pay high prices to coyote taxis to take them north.
Since he took office in early 2021, Mayorkas has been working to create many pipelines for foreign migrants to move into U.S. society. These pipelines are intended to help worldwide migrants safely and cheaply bypass the cartels’ violent and profitable labor-trafficking networks through Mexico.
The pipelines are hidden behind the federal government’s pretense of guarding the border, such as the Title 42 barrier charade.
The pipelines include fast-track work permits for asylum applicants, so-called Unaccompanied Alien Children, easy parole for many Central Americans, Afghans, and Ukrainians. The pipelines are smoothed by a series of government-funded aid stations then help migrants along the trail, from Panama to Mexico to Texas, and then to Florida and California, Maine, and Oregon.
Mayorkas is also helping migrants within the United States get work permits and legal green cards. For example, he is expanding the U Visa program, which awards work permits and green cards to migrants who say they are a witness to a crime.
Extraction Migration
Since at least 1990, the D.C. establishment has extracted tens of millions of migrants and visa workers from poor countries to serve as legal or illegal workers, temporary workers, consumers, and renters for various U.S. investors and CEOs.
This economic strategy of Extraction Migration has no stopping point. It is brutal to ordinary Americans because it cuts their career opportunities, shrinks their salaries and wages, raises their housing costs, and has shoved at least ten million American men out of the labor force.
Extraction migration also distorts the economy, damages professionals’ clout, and curbs Americans’ productivity, partly because it allows employers to use stoop labor instead of machines.
Migration also reduces voters’ political clout, undermines employees’ workplace rights, and widens the regional wealth gaps between the Democrats’ big coastal states and the Republicans’ heartland and southern states.
An economy built on extraction migration also alienates young people and radicalizes Americans’ democratic, compromise-promoting civic culture because it allows wealthy elites to ignore despairing Americans at the bottom of society.
The economic policy is hidden behind a variety of high-minded narratives. These include the claim that the U.S. is a “Nation of Immigrants,” that Americans have a duty to accept foreign refugees, or that the government needs a different population. But the progressives’ colonialism-like economic strategy reduces overseas investment, kills many migrants, exploits poor people, and splits foreign families as it extracts human-resources wealth from the poor home countries.
The economic policy is backed by progressives who wish to transform the U.S. from a society governed by European-origin civic culture into a progressive-directed empire of feuding identity groups. “We’re trying to become the first multiracial, multi-ethnic superpower in the world,” Rep. Rohit Khanna (D-CA) told the New York Times on March 21. “It will be an extraordinary achievement … we will ultimately triumph,” he boasted.
Not surprisingly, the wealth-shifting extraction migration policy is very unpopular, according to a wide variety of polls. The polls show deep and broad public opposition to labor migration and the inflow of foreign contract workers into jobs sought by young U.S. graduates.
The opposition is growing, anti-establishment, multiracial, cross-sex, non-racist, class-based, bipartisan, rational, persistent, and recognizes the solidarity that Americans owe to one another.

Heather Mac Donald of the Manhattan Institute has testified before a Congressional committee that in 2004, 95% of all outstanding warrants for murder in Los Angeles were for illegal aliens; in 2000, 23% of all Los Angeles County jail inmates were illegal aliens and that in 1995, 60% of Los Angeles’s largest street gang, the 18th Street gang, were illegal aliens.

L.A. Times Columnist Surprised Texas Shooter Was Latino, Not White Supremacist
Los Angeles Times columnist Gustavo Arellano has published a column professing his shock that the mass shooter at a school in Uvalde, Texas, was Latino instead of a white supremacist, as he had presumed.
An 18-year-old with a Latino background murdered 19 children and two teachers at an elementary school in Uvalde on Tuesday.
Arellano, who regularly writes about politics within the Latino community — notably, warning that Latino voters were turning against Democrats last year — wrote of Uvalde:
When I heard that a gunman had killed multiple schoolchildren in a predominantly Latino town in Texas, I immediately thought: white supremacist.
…
When I found out that the person who killed 19 fourth-graders and two teachers in Uvalde, Texas, on Tuesday was named Salvador Rolando Ramos, my stomach dropped.
…
We can’t pretend that the sickness of mass shootings is a whites-only phenomenon fueled mostly by racial hatred. Minorities are supposed to be “better” than that, we tell ourselves. We’re supposed to protect our own from horrors like Uvalde — and yet we can’t.
If there was any silver lining to the horror in Uvalde, Arellano wrote, it was that it showed that Latinos were not “unassimilable” and had fully integrated into the United States, including into its unfortunate phenomenon of mass shootings.
