Police Union: Houston Man Suspected of Robbing ATM Rapped About Robbing ATMs

In a press release, the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department announced that Ladesion Riley, 30, Darius Dugas, 27, Sashondre Dugas, 32, and Christopher Alton, 27, were arrested on June 6 for allegedly carrying “out a plot to rob an ATM technician as he serviced a Bank of America machine” in Nashville. …

A Houston rapper who reportedly raps about stealing from ATMs in one of his songs was one of four people arrested for allegedly robbing an ATM technician.

The Houston Police Officers’ Union said in a tweet that Riley is a rapper who rapped about robbing ATMs.

The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department (MNPD) said at about 10:40 a.m., two members of the group came up behind the technician in the 600 block of Thompson Lane and directed “him to not do anything stupid and hand over the money.”

The crew fled the scene, and police determined that a Hyundai Elantra used as a getaway car in the heist was a rental from Hertz, according to the release.

“Using information provided from Hertz, detectives, with the assistance of aviation units, discovered the Hyundai and a maroon Jeep that accompanied it parked at the Motel 6 in Dickson,” the MNPD noted. “Detectives watched as what appeared to be cash was loaded into the Jeep.”

Riley and both Dugases allegedly entered the Jeep while Alton hopped in the Hyundai, and as the cars started pulling away from the motel, the Dickson Police Department pounced with the aid of the MNPD and federal Bureau of Investigation. The four were apprehended “without incident” after they pulled over and authorities recovered the money.

The four are facing federal charges, and the FBI has launched an investigation into whether the four committed similar robberies in other locales, the MNPD said.

In a social media post, the Houston Police Officers Union noted that Riley is a rapper who goes by “213 Jugg God” and has a song called “Make it Home,” which the Union said is about robbing out-of-state ATM machines.

“IRONY: When you make a rap song called ‘Make It Home’, about bank jugging and hitting atm’s out of state, and then don’t make it home…” the union stated in a tweet, accompanied by three laughing emojis.

“Ladesion ‘Jugg god’ Riley jinxed the whole gang,” the tweet continued, adding that “We’re going to miss these four so much.”

“Out of state, dodging jakes, running with the Florida plates. I done hit the road and got that money in about 40 states,” the song begins.

The union further stated that Riley was out on bond at the time of the incident “for a pending Evading Arrest in a Motor Vehicle charge.” A picture showing a lengthy rap sheet accompanied the tweet.

They also noted that Darius Dugas was free on bond on a charge of a felon in possession of a firearm.

On Thursday, the Austin Police Department in Texas sent out a press release explaining that “jugging” refers to when a suspect follows a victim from a bank or ATM to a secondary location and demands the victim’s money.

When he talks about racism in the U.S. justice system, Sen. Raphael Warnock (D., Ga.) often cites the case of his older brother—a "first-time," "nonviolent" drug offender who was sentenced to life in prison due to a "pandemic of racism," according to the senator.

Warnock has compared his half-brother, whose full name is Keith Coleman, to black victims of police shootings, attributed his imprisonment to the "stigma of color and criminality," and praised his early release in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic as a day of "hope" for the justice system.

But hundreds of pages of court records reviewed by the Washington Free Beacon tell a more complicated story: Coleman was a cop with the Savannah Police Department when he was convicted of facilitating a cross-country cocaine trafficking operation in 1996 and 1997—and once warned that he could send a drug dealer’s "black ass" to prison if the dealer didn’t pay Coleman more money.

The details conflict with Warnock’s accounts, which omit that Coleman was a police officer and portray him as a victim of law enforcement corruption rather than a participant in it.

"[My brother] was a first-time offender, convicted of a nonviolent drug-related offense, in which no one got hurt, no one died, no one even got high because the federal government basically created the sting operation," said Warnock in a June 2020 speech to the American Jewish Archives.

After the death of Rayshard Brooks, a 27-year-old black man who was fatally shot by an Atlanta police officer while resisting arrest in 2020, Warnock said, "It has become too common to counsel families grieving from unjust loss, like that of Rayshard Brooks, or to grieve from separation."

"I have known this pain personally, and my family has experienced it over the last 22 years of my brother’s incarceration," Warnock said.

The records also highlight the tension between the senator’s public statements railing against police misconduct and his personal efforts to support a family member convicted of police misconduct.

Warnock has denounced "lawless vigilantes pretending to be police," and opined during a sermon that "you can sometimes wear the colors of the state and behave like a thug." Yet he has also lobbied for years to free his brother and privately sought a presidential pardon from former president Barack Obama.

In November 1995, the FBI launched an undercover sting campaign called "Operation Broken Oath" to investigate whistleblower tips about dirty cops within the Savannah Police Department, according to a pretrial investigative report by the bureau. The probe ensnared nearly a dozen police officers who agreed to provide paid security for undercover FBI agents and informants posing as cocaine traffickers.

One of these officers was Coleman, who quickly became a ringleader in the illegal scheme, using his police-issued handgun and car to escort the purported drug dealers as they drove kilos of cocaine to airports, hotels, and warehouses, according to prosecutors.

Coleman reportedly recruited four fellow cops to provide security, boasting to them the operation was bringing in cocaine by the "goddamn truckloads."

"I know my guys," Coleman told one undercover agent, referring to the officers he recruited. "They loyal to me and they gonna do whatever I tell them."

Coleman negotiated and distributed the illegal payoffs for the security services, often pocketing portions of the money that was intended to go to the other cops, according to prosecutors.

Coleman "continued to push for more work and more money." He demanded higher payments after an undercover agent posing as a drug dealer offered him $1,500 for one cocaine-trafficking job.

"If I knowed I was fucking with a motherfucker off the corner who can't afford [to pay me] no more than $1,500, his black ass would be in prison," said Coleman, according to an audio recording cited in the court records.

Coleman later demanded that the purported drug traffickers place the payments in envelopes instead of handing him stacks of cash, arguing that this was a better way to avoid detection.

"No counting by the car," he told them. "[Some witness] might want to mail some shit to 60 Minutes. … ‘I saw police taking some money by a car. Why would he be doing that?’"

Prosecutors allege Coleman received $46,000 in dirty payments and helped traffic a total of 28.2 kilograms of cocaine between November 1996 and March 1997.

On Nov. 21, 1997, Coleman was convicted by a jury of conspiring and attempting to aid and abet the distribution of cocaine, and with carrying a firearm during a drug trafficking offense. He was sentenced to life in prison, and two of his co-conspirators were sentenced to 17 years and 19 years, respectively.

Court records cited Coleman’s possession of a weapon, his abuse of power as a police officer, and his recruitment of other cops as justification for a longer sentence.

Coleman fought and appealed the conviction on numerous grounds over the years. He claimed in court filings that he was "incarcerated for an offense/act that the law does not make criminal," arguing that "conspiracy to attempt" is not a recognized crime. He said the FBI selectively targeted him because of his race while ignoring corruption among white police officers. He criticized his lawyer as providing ineffective counsel. And he argued that the federal government had no jurisdiction in the case "because he was not arrested in any fort, magazine, arsenal, needful building,' or other federal enclave," according to one motion to dismiss. None of the appeals were successful.

Outside, Warnock also intervened to help his brother. He wrote to then-president Obama, asking him to pardon Coleman. In that letter, which was included in the case file, Warnock noted that Coleman was a police officer, a detail he has not mentioned in public forums.

"As his brother and as pastor of Ebenezer Baptist Church, I stand ready to directly provide and coordinate, through my network of contacts, the resources and support he will need to turn a second chance into real success," wrote Warnock in the letter to Obama, which was included in Coleman’s court filings. While that appeal was unsuccessful, Coleman was released in June 2020, after serving 22 years, due to concerns about the spread of COVID-19 in prisons.

The Warnock campaign did not respond to a request for comment.

Twenty-seven people were shot, five of them fatally, over the weekend in Mayor Lori Lightfoot’s (D) Chicago.

Breitbart News reported that 16 people were shot in Chicago Friday into Saturday night alone; three of the victims succumbed to their wounds.

On Monday morning ABC 7 / Chicago Sun-Times noted the overall number of shooting victims for the weekend rose to 27, including two additional shooting fatalities, bringing the number of fatal weekend shootings to five.

One of the additional shooting fatalities was an individual who had been wounded in a Saturday afternoon drive-by.

The drive-by shooting left four injured, one critically, FOX News reported. The shooting victims, ages 24 to 42, were in an alley when someone opened fire on them.

ABC 7 / Chicago Sun-Times indicated one of the wounded individuals died.

The fifth shooting death of the weekend was discovered just before 4:00 a.m. Sunday, when officers found a 23-year-old man on the ground with a gunshot wound “in the 4200-block of South State Street.” He was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The Sun-Times observed that 267 people were killed in Chicago January 1, 2022, through June 12, 2022.

Republicans: To Win the Midterms, Hit Black Lives Matter

Most of us already know how we are going to vote in November.  "Use Your Head and Vote Red" is a good answer to the other side's "Vote Blue, No Matter Who."  We know in advance how the elections are going to turn out in hardcore Republican and Democratic states and enclaves.  We do not expect California or New York to elect Republicans, nor are Wyoming and Idaho likely to elect Democrats.  All the other races will, however, be decided by the swing voters who hold the balance of power, and it is to them we must appeal.

Sun Tzu noted in his Art of War that one should attack what the enemy cannot defend and defend what the enemy cannot attack.  This is why we must direct our complete attention to BLM and its ties with the Democrat party.

BLM's Fall from Grace

The murder of George Floyd propelled Black Lives Matter into the forefront of American politics, where people perceived it as a champion of civil rights and police reform.  Its subsequent behavior demonstrated instead that it is little if at all better than the evils against which it claimed to fight.  All of these should become Republican talking points this summer and, more importantly, in September and October prior to the midterm elections.

  1. BLM has provoked and incited the very kinds of incidents that have resulted in the justifiable homicides of Black people along with two of Kyle Rittenhouse's Caucasian assailants.
    • When BLM libelously accuses a police officer of "murdering," for example, Hakim Littleton, who is on bodycam video pointing a gun at the head of another officer, it is telling people it is OK to point guns at police officers.  Then they wonder why Black people and "allies" who act on this guidance get shot.
    • When BLM protests the shooting of Ricardo Munoz, who is on bodycam video advancing on a police officer while brandishing a knife, it is telling its listeners that it is OK to menace police with knives.  The same goes for calling it murder when a cop shot Ma'Khia Bryant, who was on bodycam video with an upraised knife over another Black person.
    • When BLM libelously accuses Kyle Rittenhouse of "murdering" two of his assailants, they are telling people it is OK to commit strong-arm robbery involving a firearm, as Rittenhouse's first assailant did, and to run after somebody while yelling violent threats and brandishing weapons.
    • When a (Caucasian) BLM activist records a video that shows how to break into occupied cars, cut seat belts, and "remove" drivers, she is telling them how to get shot legally, run over legally, and/or sent to prison for up to a life sentence in places like Florida that seem (not legal advice) to call this "burglary-battery."
    • Black Lives Matter has also endorsed looting, a property-only crime that does not justify deployment of deadly force.  If, however, the looting involves a physical confrontation with, for example, a store owner, it can easily escalate to robbery (forcible taking), which does justify deadly force.  It can also leave the looter with the kind of felony record that BLM complains ruins Black lives.  Teen Vogue reports that one looter is facing three to seven years in prison for stealing some dish soap even though the dish soap was doubtlessly worth far less than the $500 cap for misdemeanor petty theft.  The individual in question was, however, charged with burglary and looting, which escalates the action to a felony.  The article adds that 160 people are facing felony charges for similar behavior, and BLM as represented by one of its leaders said it was OK to do this.
  2. Black Lives Matter, as represented by Patrisse Cullors, has denied the right of Israel to exist.  Cullors said to "step up boldly and courageously to end the imperialist project that's called Israel."  Neither the Anti-Defamation League nor the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance define mere disagreement with the policies of Israel as anti-Semitic, but both classify denial of Israel's right to exist as such.
    • The Democrat party, as of June 11, 2022, still links to BLM Organizing Resources as well as Al Sharpton's National Action Network, the arguably racist and anti-Semitic hate group that chanted racist slogans like "white interloper" outside Freddy's Fashion Mart in 1995.  A deranged individual later acted on this hate speech by setting the store on fire and killing seven people, including a Black security guard, whom the NAN depicted as a "cracker-lover."
    • The Democrat party page links to BLM petitions, and this is but one click away from a page that says, among other things, "Support Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) Movement" and links in turn to the BDS movement itself.  I am sure that, if the RNC website linked, even via two clicks, to a white supremacist website, the Democrats would be all over it, and rightly so, but the Democrats have no problem linking to the Hamas-American Bund.
  3. Black Lives Matter was exposed as long ago as 2020 for using 501(c)(3) tax-exempt resources to campaign against Donald Trump.  The organization no longer claims to be able to accept tax-deductible contributions, nor does the contribution link to ActBlue Charities appear on its website.  If the IRS acted against BLM's 501(c)(3) status, it has certainly not confided in me, nor should it do so, but there is plenty of precedent.  First, political activity is a top priority for investigation by the IRS's Exempt Organization Division, as shown by the fast-track Political Activity Compliance Initiative (PACI).  Second, the IRS has revoked numerous tax exemptions, generally from churches that have tried to influence elections.  The Church at Pierce Creek, for example, lost its tax exemption for publishing an ad that said Christians should not vote for Bill Clinton.  The material BLM published on its website was equally explicit against Donald Trump.
    • Allegations of election fraud in 2020 carry less and less weight with swing voters, who hold the balance of power to decide the 2022 elections.  Evidence of BLM's efforts, while accepting tax-deductible contributions, to influence the 2020 presidential election, including, among other things, an explicit interview in which Patrisse Cullors said the goal was to get Trump out of office, plus a website that equated Trump with a Nazi with a neck tattoo, is, on the other hand incontrovertible.  The swing voters can see for themselves how BLM abused their trust and the trust of the American people in general.

All of these are strong arguments to "use your head and vote red" this November.

BLACKS ARE THE MOST VIOLENT SUBCULTURE IN THE WORLD!

On May 25, 2020, a Black man who’d ingested huge quantities of illegal drugs died while a White cop restrained him as an angry crowd threatened. Democrats seized this incident as an opportunity to reclaim the White House and dominate government by racially dividing the nation.

https://mexicanoccupation.blogspot.com/2022/06/mexifornia-reparations-for-blacks-when.html

Let me be blunt.  Throwing more money at Blacks will make virtue-signaling White leftists feel a little more virtuous.  It will not help those Blacks who are sinking into a morass of poverty, crime, abuse, and despair.  The only thing that will change is when they stop looking for reparations (even arguably deserved ones) and start repairing their broken communities. ANDREA WIDBURG

Brooks terrorized the 89% White population in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Still, he wasn’t charged with a hate crime or domestic terrorism, the media downplayed the racial aspects of his crime, and this horrific tragedy had a news life that rivaled reports that Brooks complained of racism in prison, or the April 12 shooting of ten people on a New York City subway by Black nationalist/supremacist Frank James, and the suggestion that murdering innocent White parade goers was justified because they were White supremacists, like all the people of Whiteland.

FUK WOKE SHIT! MOST OF THE STAGGERING CRIME ACROSS AMERICA IS PERPETRATED BY BLACKS!

WaPo: Black Americans May Need to ‘Flee’ U.S. Due to ‘Crazy White People’

Black Americans may need to “flee the country” in the face of an apparently growing population of “crazy White people” who are “not to be trifled with,” according to a recent Washington Post piece.

In an essay published in the Post on Tuesday titled, “Why Black people are afraid of ‘crazy’ White people,” columnist and associate editor Jonathan Capehart begins by letting readers in on a “little secret” — “black people” don’t fear typical white people, but rather “crazy” ones.

“Things felt so dicey during the Trump years, I half-joked that my husband and I might have to reenact that scene from ‘The Sound of Music’ and flee the country,” he said.

“Now, an alarming new report from the Southern Poverty Law Center [SPLC] shows that my ‘Operation von Trapp’ might need to go live,” he added. “The ranks of ‘crazy’ White people appear to be growing — and the rest of us don’t know what to do about it.”

Capehart defines “crazy” as one who “believes any aspect of the racist ‘great replacement’ conspiracy.”

“This is the noxious idea that liberals are deliberately replacing White people with non-Whites and immigrants,” he said, claiming it “allegedly drove an 18-year-old man to target Black people in Buffalo, killing 10 and wounding three.”

He called the fact that the “twisted belief” is so widely held, “terrifying,” as he cited a recent Washington Post/Ipsos poll allegedly revealing the “present-day Black fear of White violence.”

He also argued that the “right to self-protection, let alone the right to bear arms, doesn’t exactly apply to Black people.”

“Imagine I get a gun for self-protection (not that I ever would, but stay with me). A situation arises in which I use it to protect myself. But then the cops arrive, see a gun, ‘fear for their lives,’ and, well, the rest writes itself,” he said.

“Remember Philando Castile?” he asked in reference to a black man who was fatally shot in 2016 by a Minnesota police officer in an incident that was live-streamed in a widely shared Facebook video. “We can’t win.”

Though Capehart “won’t be getting a gun. Ever,” he considers the decision to “leave the country for my own protection.”

“It’s a question many people of color have been pondering the past several years,” he wrote, highlighting Daily Beast reporter Wajahat Ali’s latest column, “Is It Time for Me to Leave America?

However, according to Capehart, the decision to leave is not due solely to “race,” but also to issues surrounding gender, LGBTQ, and abortion.

“The SPLC report notes a correlation between the obsession with ethnic ‘replacement’ and a fixation on gender identity,” he wrote. “And look: More than 300 anti-LGBTQ bills have been filed this year alone, many of them targeting trans children and their families.”

“This is not to mention the threat to abortion access or to other rights (such as my marriage) that could fall like dominoes,” he added.

Though citizens can and must “vote and organize, and change hearts and minds and all that,” Capehart demands that “marginalized people” not be blamed for “being scared.”

“The warnings of a potential loss of freedom, liberty and life are omnipresent and unrelenting, like being in the middle of Times Square with every sign flashing ‘You in danger!’” he wrote.

Capehart attributes all the aforementioned “threats” to a supposed rise in “crazy” white Americans.

“And it’s all because the number of ‘crazy’ White people in America fearing ‘replacement’ appears to be growing — and they seem ready to do whatever it takes to stay at the pinnacle of American life,” he wrote.

“I’m not sure they will succeed in getting me to leave my country,” he added. “But ‘Operation von Trapp’ is ready. ‘Crazy’ White people are not to be trifled with.”

The Post essay comes as many on the left continue to depict America as a systemically racist country.

Last month, a Washington Post essay called on Black Americans “tired” of American hostility to consider relocating to Ghana to be “free from White America’s psychic violence.”

Also in May, CNN senior political reporter Malika Henderson said that “white Americans have to come to terms with” their racism while reacting to President Joe Biden’s speech in Buffalo, NY, after the mass shooting in Tops supermarket.

In April, 1619 Project creator and professor Nikole Hannah-Jones said she did not know how anyone could argue that the U.S. was not “founded as a racist country.”

In March, a Washington Post piece accused many Americans of denying and downplaying rampant racism throughout the country, claiming the killers of Ahmaud Arbery “stand in for millions of Americans” nationwide who believe that skin color deems one “less worthy.”

Pastor: Biden Blaming ‘White Supremacy’ for Violence Against Blacks, When His Soft-On-Crime Policies Are Responsible

 By Craig Bannister | June 10, 2022 | 11:11am EDT

Pastor Mark Little
(Screenshot)

“It’s not a coincidence – in fact, it’s a harbinger,” Pastor Marc Little said Friday, commenting on news that 21 Black staffers have left their jobs in the Biden Administration.

“These 21 staffers, of them, some said, ‘We didn’t feel valued; we didn’t feel mentorship or opportunity.’ And that is a harbinger of what is to come in this exodus,” Pastor Little said in an interview on Fox & Friends First, in which he discussed his commentary on FoxNews.com.

It wasn’t just the administration’s treatment that caused the Black staffers to leave – it was also the harm they saw Biden’s policies doing to Black Americans that prompted their exodus, Pastor Little said.

The “invasion on the southern border,” the baby formula shortage, and crime – all disproportionally harming Black Americans – are direct results of Biden’s policies, Pastor Little said.

When they saw the harm being done by Biden’s policies, particularly those fueling crime, the Black staffers should’ve quit even sooner than they did, the pastor said:

“We see crime, all over our nation, rising like you wouldn’t believe. And, that is a direct response to soft-on-crime policies from this administration.

“This is a poison pill – not just for the Black community, but for the nation.

“And, these staffers saw that, and they should have left sooner – and I bet you more will follow.”

In his Fox News commentary, “Why Black Americans are leaving Biden in droves,” Pastor Little criticizes the Biden Administration for ignoring, politicizing and blaming the “bogeyman” of White supremacy for, the “ongoing epidemic of violent crime” in the U.S.

Biden’s soft-on-crime policies, not White Supremacy, are responsible for the “vast majority” of violence perpetrated against Black Americans, Pastor Little writes:

“And then, of course, there’s the ongoing epidemic of violent crime that is devastating America’s cities. For a year and a half, the Biden administration has ignored the problem. Sure, they’re happy to politicize a tragedy such as a school shooting in order to push their gun-control agenda, but where are they when Blacks are being routinely gunned down in the inner cities? Over Memorial Day weekend, there were at least 14 mass shootings across the country, and more than 50 people were shot in Chicago alone.

“Biden loves to talk about ‘White supremacy’ as a bogeyman, but the vast majority of the violence being inflicted on Black Americans has nothing to do with White supremacy, and everything to do with his own party’s failed soft-on-crime policies.”

ONLY 8% OF THE POPULATION OF SAN FRANCISCO IS BLACK, YET THEY PERPETRATE 40% OF THE CRIMES. THESE ARE PRE-COVID NUMBERS BEFORE CAR JACKING AND STORE LOOTING BECAME COMMONPLACE IN S.F., ALL PERPERTRATED BY BLACKS. THE STORE  LOOTING BY BLACKS IS SO BAD WALGREENS HAD TO CLOSE DOWN SEVERAL STORES.

Last year, Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf announced a special program to provide a $500-per-month grant to 600 poor “BIPOC” (black, indigenous and people of color) families, discriminating against white families in violation of the U.S. Constitution and the state constitution.

In April, a black nationalist terrorist named Frank James opened fire on the downtown N subway train in Manhattan. While the racist gunman had a large stockpile of weapons, he happened to use a Glock pistol that he had bought over ten years ago. Now Glock is being sued.

The City of Oakland, California, declared racism to be a “public health crisis” in a unanimous vote of the city council on Tuesday, allocating $350,000 to hire a consultant and data analyst in the Department of Race and Equity.

The San Francisco Chronicle reported:

The ordinance was introduced by the city attorney, Barbara Parker, City Administrator Ed Reiskin, and Darlene Flynn, the director of the department of race and equity. It was also cosponsored by Council Members Sheng ThaoLoren Taylor and Treva Reid — all of whom are running for mayor.

“The link between racism and disparate health outcomes is well-established and indisputable, and the City of Oakland wishes to join the growing number of jurisdictions across the country that have formally declared racism a public health crisis,” Parker, Flynn and Reiskin wrote in a staff report.

Parker said the two new staff members will help identify inequities in the city, and Flynn will then “develop the means, steps and procedures to advance equity.”

The Department of Racial Equity exists to “to create a city where our diversity is maintained, racial disparities have been eliminated and racial equity has been achieved.”

Last year, Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf announced a special program to provide a $500-per-month grant to 600 poor “BIPOC” (black, indigenous and people of color) families, discriminating against white families in violation of the U.S. Constitution and the state constitution.

Newsweek, fact-checking the claim that Oakland was discriminating against white households, found the claim to be “true,” adding: “The targeted nature of the grants also has a historical relevance. A form of basic income is a legacy of the Black Panther Party, which was founded in Oakland in 1966.”

The city was later forced to clarify that all residents of the city were eligible to “apply” for the grant, though “BIPOC” residents remain the focus.

In 2020, the mayor said that “nooses” found hanging from a tree were a possible hate crime, until the person who put them there, a local black resident, spoke out to say that they were exercise aids that he had placed in the tree for recreational use.

Mass Shooting by Racist Criminal Leads to Lawsuit Against Gunmaker

Glocks don’t shoot people. Racist criminals do.

Daniel Greenfield, a Shillman Journalism Fellow at the Freedom Center, is an investigative journalist and writer focusing on the radical Left and Islamic terrorism.

In April, a black nationalist terrorist named Frank James opened fire on the downtown N subway train in Manhattan. While the racist gunman had a large stockpile of weapons, he happened to use a Glock pistol that he had bought over ten years ago. Now Glock is being sued.

James bought the gun in Columbus, Ohio in 2011. So he quite clearly didn’t purchase it, intending to shoot up a New York City subway train. Nevertheless the lawsuit blames the gunmaker for having "contributed to creating and maintaining a public nuisance in the State of New York" even though the gun wasn't even sold in New York.

A month later, Andrew Abdullah, a career criminal, shot and killed Daniel Enriquez, a Goldman Sachs employee, on the Q train using a Luger. It’s not the brand of gun that’s the problem.

Lugers and Glocks don’t shoot people. Racist criminals do.

And yet the lawsuit against Glock, unintentionally, lays out a much more legitimate case. The lawsuit correctly notes that James is a "black nationalist" and that "crime in the subway has increased 68% from 2022 compared to the same time in 2021".

Glock didn’t do that. Pro-crime policies by Democrats and support for black nationalism did.

The Black Lives Matter movement helped lead to the decriminalization of crime and ushered in a massive wave of violence. Criminals were freed from prison, others were no longer tried.

But the problem predates 2020.

Take James, who had a long criminal record and had done everything but take out an ad in the paper warning that he would carry out a mass shooting. In the 90s, James got a job at Curtiss-Wright, a defense contractor, where he repeatedly botched his work, refused to fix it, and blamed racism. After his racial discrimination lawsuit failed, he made violent threats against the company, but got off with a harassment charge and only one year of probation.

The court sent him to counseling: a typical "diversion" program favored by pro-crime advocates of defunding the police and abolishing the criminal justice system. The counseling program gave him a job and then fired him after "making threatening comments toward staff members."

One of his YouTube videos included "a thumbnail photo" of Anthony Ferrill. Ferrill, also a black man of around James' age, opened fire at a Coors plant, killing five white employees, after allegedly blaming racism. Instead of condemning Ferril's murderous racism, the media tried to justify it by investigating reports of a noose at the brewery.

Or, as the Washington Post put it, “Milwaukee Molson Coors Shooting Came Years After Noose" and blamed a "long-held culture of racism" by the white people whom Ferrill shot.

It’s easy to see why James might have thought his subway shooting would be similarly justified.

Beyond the racist workplace issues, James had a packed criminal record, investigated for arson, arrested four times for posession of burglary tools, and for an unstated "sex offense".

The issue isn’t whether James should have been able to buy a gun, but whether he should have been running around on the loose. This was not a case where no one saw it coming.

Everyone saw it coming.

James had spent forty years engaging in violent, threatening, and illegal behavior. It’s not Glock’s fault that New York and New Jersey failed to do anything about him. Or the legion of other violent thugs roaming major cities and occasionally opening fire with varied guns.

It’s not Glock’s fault that Democrat cities have empty prisons and streets full of criminal thugs.

After the shooting authorities found rifle magazines and ammunition. Had James not used the Glock, then instead of 10 people being wounded, they might have been killed instead.

James also had a file labeled, “By-Any-Means-Necessary-Malcolm-X” referring to the black nationalist's call for violence. The racist black Muslim leader had threatened to "strike also at whatever and whoever gets in the way."

A bunch of people on the N train got in James' way.

James took Malcolm X's advice to heart, "Too many of you don’t know what they did to you, and this is what makes you so quick to want to forget and forgive. No, brothers, when you see what has happened to you, you will never forget and you’ll never forgive. And, as I say, all of them might not be guilty. But most of them are. Most of them are."

Ilene Steur, who is suing Glock, is, like most of James' victims, white. James' bullet is still lodged in her body and because of the damage, she has trouble standing or sitting, and has been forced to use a colostomy bag. Her pain is real, but the gun that a racist bought in a pawn shop during the first term of the Obama administration didn’t cause it.

Federal, state, and city governments created a dangerous environment in which criminals like James faced few consequences and in which black nationalist hate, like the kind embraced by the racist subway gunman, was taught in schools and promoted by government agencies.

Around the time that James was getting into trouble in the 90s, the Post Office put out a Malcolm X stamp to honor the former KKK ally. And that’s without delving into the political support for more contemporary black supremacist movements like Black Lives Matter.

Glock didn’t create “a public nuisance in the State of New York" No more than Luger did. Ms. Steur would be in just as much pain if the racist shooter had used any other brand of firearm. And Daniel Enriquez would be just as dead. As her lawsuit admits, there has been a massive increase in subway crime. And urban crime in general. That’s not the doing of Luger and Glock.

If Ms. Steur wants to sue someone over her condition; she can start with the government officials who let James slide over the years and with the Democrats who wrecked the criminal justice system and embraced the black supremacist ideology that was behind James’ attack.

The Glock lawsuit is flawed in almost painfully obvious ways. It relies on a 2021 law aimed at gun manufacturers in a case where the gun in question had been purchased a decade earlier. Even if Glock had complied with the law, it would have had no impact on James’ gun. But, more importantly, it blames the gun manufacturer for a domestic terrorist attack by a violent racist criminal whose criminal past, racism, and violent nature the lawsuit carefully documents.

Racists don’t pick up guns and starting shooting people because of Gaston Glock, Samuel Colt, Eliphalet Remington, or any designer, company, or brand of firearms. Inanimate objects don’t kill people, racist ideas and a lawless society that doesn’t lock up criminals leads to mass death.

There were 105 shootings in New York City the month of the black supremacist subway attack. A multitude of different firearms were no doubt used in those attacks. There were also numerous stabbings, including on the subway, without regard to the brand of knife. And over 1,800 assaults in general, along with 1,300 robberies, 255 rapes, and 42 murders.

This is not a gun problem. This is a crime problem. It won’t stop until the criminals and their political enablers are held accountable for unleashing a wave of violence and hate.

Violence and Drug-Related Gang Killings in Philadelphia

How long before the entire city becomes a "bad neighborhood"?

Philadelphia’s South Street used to be the place where all the "hippies met." It was largely a conglomerate of French-themed restaurants, New Age bookstores, art theaters, cafes and boutique leather and craft shops. That has changed over time.

The street’s bohemian accents slowly died out, replaced by a crass commercialism—the news media now calls South Street “an entertainment zone”-- that began to attract wilder groups of people. "Real" Philadelphians learned to avoid the area, leaving it to “Let’s Party Like it’s 1776” T-shirt wearing tourists, and to rough crowds who saw it as the place “to be” on the weekends.

But South Street was not the place to be on Saturday, June 5th at around 11:30 PM. That’s when a trio of young hooligans got into a fight not far from a Rita’s Water ice stand. According to (the liberal publication) Billy Penn, a person sitting at a nearby outdoor restaurant screamed, “They about to shoot!”

Shoot they did. Three people were shot to death -- two men and a woman -- and nearly 14 injured, some of them bleeding in the streets. At this writing, police have yet to identify the victims but they believe that one of the shooters may be among the dead. The city declared the South Street shooting to be the deadliest in 2022 and the largest recorded in the city for nearly a decade.

When I first heard about the shooting, I was sure it was not like those creepy loner, mentally ill mass murders in other parts of the country, but that it fit right in with Philadelphia’s street crime drug culture and drug turf wars and everything that goes along with that.

Mayor Jim Kenney, who has been conspicuously silent on the issue of gun violence in the city for quite some time, called the South Street incident “beyond devastating” and “yet another horrendous, brazen and despicable act of gun violence” that “has shaken many people in our community.”

D.A. Larry Krasner, the culprit responsible for letting huge numbers of violent criminals out of prison on early parole, tweeted:

The terrible crimes last night on South Street tell our Pennsylvania legislators it’s time for real action. Boycott NRA lobbyists, boycott NRA donations, and bring real common sense gun regulation to Pennsylvania. Now

Krasner’s tweet was met with a counter proposal: “May I also recommend that your office start prosecuting unlicensed firearm possession and felons in possession as serious crimes."

A few days before the June 5th incident, the big talk in Philadelphia was about the violence that happened over the Memorial Day weekend.

Krasner stated that the violence that the city experienced over Memorial Day typified what the city has seen since the start of the pandemic in March 2020 – about one-and-a-half homicides a day.

“So sadly it is about average for that terrible period of time in this gun violence crisis,” Krasner said, while arguing that making arrests for gun possession without a permit “will not dramatically lower gun violence.”

"The notion that the way you're going to solve shootings is arresting people for guns is missing the point,” he went on. “The way you solve shootings is arrest people for shootings. The way you solve homicides by gun is by solving homicides by gun.”

If our George Soros-knighted D.A. really believes what he is saying, then why is he talking about the National Rifle Association? “The way you solve shootings is arrest people for shootings,” not stopping donations to the NRA, et ceteraet cetera.

The City of Philadelphia experienced record-breaking gun violence deaths in 2021. During that year alone 562 people were killed and 2,000 injured. The fatalities were not due to assault weapons or to invasions of schools by mentally ill adolescents but by crazed criminals with (mostly) illegal handguns seeking revenge for drug deals gone wrong, drug thefts or drug turf war issues that tend to occur and reoccur in the same Philadelphia neighborhoods.

When the average tourist visits Philadelphia he or she is advised to keep out of certain neighborhoods. Online sites like Trip Advisor will tout the loveliness of Old City, Society Hill and the Rittenhouse Square area, where most of the city’s historic sites are located, while warning against areas like Tioga-Nicetown, North Central, Strawberry Mansion, Harrowgate and Frankford.

South Street was never included in the mix of neighborhoods to stay away from, although mention has been made over the years of the boisterous weekend crowds there who aren’t there for the crystals in the New Age bookstores. Even on a good night, there’s something about these South Street crowds that teeters on the edge of violence.

Then there’s the neighborhood of Kensington, known throughout the world as the largest drug market in the United States. Kensington attracts drug addicts from every part of the country. They come alone or in small groups, camp out in the streets under canvas or cardboard tents, or sleep alone alongside dumpsters or in store entrances along Kensington Avenue.

They come for the cheap fentanyl, which sells for $3-5 a dose. Or they come for the new meth, P2P, which turns users into sociopaths prone to hallucinations and irrational, violent behavior.

Memorial Day weekend in Philadelphia saw 12 fatalities, including a 4-year-old child and a nine-year-old. A 30-year-old man was shot multiple times in West Philadelphia while another fatality occurred in Germantown. Some of these deaths and injuries were the result of crossfire; all of them--with the exception of the 4-year-old’s death (the boy shot himself with his father’s handgun while the latter visited a barbershop)—are drug- and/or gang-related.

Not only are these "gripe killings" becoming more common, they are counting among their victims more innocent bystanders, as the heretofore boundaries between safe and unsafe neighborhoods slowly become blurred.

Some Philadelphians wonder how long will it be before the entire city falls under the "bad neighborhood" category?

While Krasner has banned so-called "ghost guns" (the weapon of choice for criminals because they lack serial numbers and can be purchased without a background check), his reasoning for not arresting people who have handguns without permits seems to contradict President Biden’s tendency to blame The Gun rather than the criminal who commits an act of violence.

“Once in office, progressives don’t seem to know how to run anything more serious than a street protest,” an opinion piece in The Wall Street Journal declared recently.

This is certainly true in Philadelphia, where blaming criminals doesn’t seem to carry as much weight as blaming The Gun.

The problem in Philadelphia and elsewhere goes much deeper than guns. Chicago’s lefty mayor, Lori Lightfoot, blames inner-city violence and shootings in her city on “racism.”

“Racism is a public health crisis that continues to rob residents of the opportunity to live and lead full, healthy and happy lives,” Lightfoot has stated, while neglecting the very sensitive (and potentially “racist”) subject of fatherlessness and the dissolution of the family structure that continues to “rob residents of the opportunity to live and lead full, healthy and happy lives.”

In 2020, Philadelphia saw 449 homicides, up 40% from 1990 when there were 500 homicides, according to the Philadelphia Police Department database. Children accounted for 195 of the shooting victims in 2020, with women numbering 229. 2020, of course, was a year plagued with lockdowns and fears related to COVID.

The COVID scare was merely the beginning of a citywide downward spiral that saw the freezing of programs created to help thwart gun violence. It also became an excuse to close courts and release many criminals

Conservative pundit Ann Coulter got it right when she wrote that while America “has more privately owned guns than most other countries, we also make it a lot more difficult than any other country to involuntarily commit crazy people."

“The result of our laissez-faire approach to dangerous psychotics,” she added, “is visible in the swarms of homeless people on our streets, crazy people in our prison populations and the prevalence of mass shootings.”

For the longest time Philadelphia fit Coulter’s first two categories, but after June 5th it can claim all three.

Report: Soros Prosecutors Run Half of America’s Largest Jurisdictions

Democratic megadonor funneled more than $40 million to elect 75 prosecutors in the last decade

George Soros spent more than $40 million in the past decade to elect scores of liberal prosecutors in half of America's largest jurisdictions, many of which are now roiled by crime.

The Democratic megadonor has backed 75 so-called justice reform prosecutors through direct contributions, PACs, and other third-party entities, the Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund revealed in a June report. Though many had little prosecutorial experience when elected, they represent 72 million Americans in some of the nation's most populous municipalities. Ten Soros prosecutors, including Philadelphia district attorney Larry Krasner (D.) and Los Angeles district attorney George Gascon (D.), received $13 million in just the last four years, going on to win races where they had vastly outraised their competition—sometimes by as much as 90 percent. In each race, Soros was the single greatest donor to the campaign.

"Our study shows for the first time, Soros's funding and installation of these district attorneys is fundamentally dismantling the criminal justice system as we know it," Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund president Jason Johnson told the Washington Free Beacon.

The report discloses the power progressive criminal prosecutors wield in the American justice system—and the potential effects of that influence on crime. The FBI in 2020 reported its highest single-year increase in homicides—a 30 percent jump from the previous year. A year later, 12 cities, including Krasner's Philadelphia and Soros-backed district attorney José Garza's Austin, Texas, broke their all-time homicide records. According to the report, more than 40 percent of homicides and a third of all violent and property crimes in 2021 occurred in jurisdictions run by Soros prosecutors.

From cities like Seattle and Los Angeles, to wealthy suburbs near Washington, D.C., to provincial counties in Mississippi and Wisconsin, the prosecutors have radically overhauled bail laws and pursued lightened sentencing in an effort to reduce incarceration. Soros began his quiet effort to remake America's criminal justice system in 2014, donating $50 million to the ACLU for justice reform activism. He followed up in 2016 by funneling more than $3 million into seven local campaigns, including to Cook County district attorney Kim Foxx (D.), the controversial Chicago prosecutor known for dropping charges against Jussie Smollett, who committed a hate crime hoax.

Johnson told the Free Beacon career prosecutors are becoming a thing of the past as former tax attorneys and ACLU lawyers have ascended to top prosecutorial positions on Soros's dime.

Soros's network of justice reform groups includes more than 500 PACs, dark money groups, and nonprofits, the Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund report notes. Some, such as the Drug Policy Alliance, where Soros serves as chairman, are open about their affiliation. Others, like the Tides Center, are "donor pass-through organization[s]," which launder donations from Soros's philanthropic juggernauts, including the Open Society Foundations, to subentities and political PACs.

Through a cluster of statewide public safety PACs, Soros donated more than a million dollars each to Krasner, Gascon, Foxx, and Manhattan district attorney Alvin Bragg (D.). He also donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to Virginia prosecutors Buta Biberaj (D.) and Steve Descano (D.), both of whom have received scrutiny in office for failing to prosecute violent criminals and allowing repeat offenders to victimize others. In a New York Times op-ed last week, Descano also pledged not to prosecute illegal abortions if the Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade this month.

Virginia attorney general Jason Miyares (R.) told the Free Beacon the ascent of Soros prosecutors has changed criminal law in many jurisdictions overnight and made communities less safe.

"Instead of trying to change the law through elected officials, these groups are electing prosecutors who simply ignore it," Miyares said. "They've replaced DAs that follow the law with radical extremists with an agenda that makes our communities less safe and emboldens criminals."

The Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund cited Free Beacon report in March that revealed Descano's office had dropped felony charges against a man who attempted to abduct and rape a hotel maid in 2020. One year later, the same man was charged for killing two homeless men and wounding three others during a nine-day shooting spree in New York City and Washington, D.C.

The looming threat to public safety has inspired recall efforts against Descano, Biberaj, and Soros-funded Arlington County commonwealth's attorney Parisa Dehghani-Tafti (D.) in Virginia.

"Soros prosecutors now preside over 20 percent of Americans with the same disastrous results we have seen in Virginia—violent criminals and sexual predators roam the streets victimizing innocents," Sean Kennedy, the president of Virginians for Safe Communities, which fielded a recall effort against the prosecutors, told the Free Beacon. "As San Francisco’s Chesa Boudin faces his fate in a recall today, VSC knows that Northern Virginia’s Soros prosecutors will face the same public reckoning soon as the American people want safety first."

Other prosecutors have participated in junkets, symposiums, and even lavish retreats put on by Soros-funded entities. More than 20 Soros prosecutors, including Gascon, Baltimore state's attorney Marilyn Mosby (D.), and St. Louis circuit attorney Kim Gardner (D.), traveled with Fair and Just Prosecution, a Tides Center subentity, in 2019 to Germany and Portugal, where they learned about "drug decriminalization and harm reduction approaches." The Vera Institute of Justice, a think tank that receives some government grants, treated Mosby and Foxx the same year to an all-expenses-paid spa retreat during work days.

The Vera Institute and other think tanks funded by Soros also promote these progressive prosecutors' tactics while shielding them from bad press. New York University's Brennan Center for Justice has the PR firm BerlinRosen on retainer for district attorneys it works with, according to the report.

The Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund anticipates Soros will spend millions more to reelect Gascon and to install other candidates in Raleigh, N.C., and Alameda County and Orange County, Calif., this year.

Voters in San Francisco issued the first check against Soros prosecutors during a recall election Tuesday, with 60 percent ousting San Francisco district attorney Chesa Boudin (D.) after a little more than two years in office.

San Francisco jeweler closes shop after multiple burglaries

In San Francisco, voters give Chesa Boudin, a Soros DA, the boot

In 2019, Chesa Boudin openly campaigned on a hard-left, soft-on-crime platform — and got elected as San Francisco's chief prosecutor.  On Tuesday, San Francisco voters gave him the boot, having discovered that the reality of hard-left governance is much less appealing than the theory and promises.

Boudin comes by his leftism honestly, being descended from a long line of leftist academics and activists.  His parents, Kathy Boudin and David Gilbert, were members of the Weather Underground, a Marxist terrorist group during the 1960s, and were the getaway drivers of the cars used in the 1981 Brink's robbery in New York that left three men dead (a Brinks guard and two police officers).  When Boudin was a toddler, his parents were arrested and convicted, with his mother getting 20 years to life and his father getting 75 years to life.

His parents handed Chesa over to Obama's mentors, Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn, both of whom had also been members of the Weather Underground, and they became his surrogate parents.  Boudin attended Yale for both his undergraduate and law degrees.  So, again, he was marinated in leftism.

Once he passed the bar, Boudin worked as a public defender.  He then realized that he could reform the criminal justice system better from the inside than the outside, and in 2019, with $620,000 from various George Soros entities, he ran for the San Francisco district attorney's office.

While Mr. Boudin did not receive money directly from one of Mr. Soros' multiple state PACs, a network of left-wing donors connected to the Hungarian-born billionaire helped Mr. Boudin raise more than $620,000.

Boudin was open about his reforming zeal.  He promised to eliminate cash bail, establish a special unit to re-evaluate wrongful convictions, oppose any requests for assistance from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and work on decarceration (that is, getting criminals out of prison, not into it).  In other words, these are the typical pie-in-in-the sky promises that, if the government is nice to criminals, they will stop committing crimes.  A slim majority of 50.8% of the city's voters got him into office.

Image: Chesa Boudin. YouTube screen grab.

The moment he entered office, Boudin began to make good on his promises.  He started by firing seven senior prosecutors, instantly handicapping his office's ability to prosecute anybody and angering both the fired attorneys and the ones who remained behind.  From there, he embarked on what can only be called a campaign of lawlessness as San Francisco's top lawman.

In his first month, Boudin's office immediately refused to prosecute Jamaica Hampton, a man who attacked a police officer with a liquor bottle, alienating the police.

In his second month, Boudin announced that his office would no longer prosecute contraband claims (i.e., drugs and weapons) if his office determined that a police traffic stop finding that contraband was "pretextual."  He also said he would no longer seek enhanced jail sentences for people with criminal histories because doing so was racist.  Oh, and he eliminated cash bail.

In his third month in office, Boudin used the pretext of COVID to reduce San Francisco's jail population by 25%.  By his fourth month, he increased to 40% the total number of people released from jail.

Beginning in his sixth month in office, which coincided with George Floyd's drug death and the resulting riots, Boudin was all over the anti-policing movement.  He made it almost impossible for people who resisted arrest to be prosecuted and put into place a whole raft of policies that emboldened criminals and disheartened police.  He also consistently released repeat offenders.

Thanks to all these new policies, crime in San Francisco soared.  In addition, homeless encampments and open-air drug use began to smother city streets.  Boudin also turned out to be a poor manager — so much so that, 22 months into the job, a San Francisco Superior Court judge criticized his management for being chaotic and marred by high employee turnover.

Even the leftist San Franciscans who put Chesa Boudin into office couldn't tolerate the crime ravaging the city.  Two recall campaigns were born, with one making it onto the ballot.  The campaign, surprisingly, came from the left.  (Well, it couldn't come from the right because there aren't enough conservatives left in San Francisco to put together a soccer team.)

And yesterday, Tuesday, June 7, Chesa finally had to face the music for the damage he's done to the quality of life in San Francisco: 61% of San Francisco voters said "yes" to the recall measure.

Sadly, it's doubtful that any San Franciscans, having literally been mugged by leftist reality, will change their political views.  Rather than seeing the problem as leftism, they'll almost certainly chalk it up solely to Chesa's mismanagement — and place someone very similar in an office that, before Chesa came along, was held by both Kamala Harris and L.A.'s George Gascon.

How the Left Learned To Stop Worrying and Love Domestic Terrorism

Biden DOJ asks judge to go easy on Ivy League firebombers

Colinford Mattis and Urooj Rahman / Reuters
 • June 7, 2022 5:00 am

e cusp of nonstop, around-the-clock (primetime!) coverage of the Jan. 6 committee hearings, a couple of domestic terrorists are actually getting their day in court, and it is informative to see how Merrick Garland's Justice Department is handling their prosecution.

Recall Garland's breathless declaration, during his confirmation hearings, that "150 years after the Department's founding, battling extremist attacks on our democratic institutions also remains central to its mission."

Colinford Mattis and Urooj Rahman were arrested in the "mostly peaceful" protests following George Floyd's murder. The two lawyers handed out Molotov cocktails to the crowd, and Rahman tossed one into a police car before fleeing the scene in Mattis's van. They reached a plea deal with federal prosecutors in October 2020 that wiped out six of the seven charges against them. Those prosecutors, nonetheless, sought a maximum 10-year sentence and argued that the incident qualified for a so-called terrorism enhancement that would turbocharge sentencing—a determination with which the U.S. Probation Office concurred.

Ginning herself up to distribute explosives to the crowd, Rahman gave a video interview in which she declared, "This shit won't ever stop until we fuckin' take it all down," adding that "the only way [the police] hear us is through violence."

Then, Garland and the U.S. attorney for New York's Eastern District, Breon Peace, who's handling the prosecution, took office, and you won't believe what happened next!

In mid-May, the same career DOJ prosecutors who argued for that 10-year sentence were back in court withdrawing their plea deal and entering a new one that allowed the defendants to cop to the lesser charge of conspiracy. It tosses out the terrorism enhancement entirely.

The new charge carries a five-year maximum sentence, but the prosecutors are urging the judge to go below that, asking for just 18 to 24 months on account of the "history and personal characteristics of the defendants" and the "aberrational nature of the defendants' conduct." Because, you know, Mattis graduated from Princeton and New York University Law School and was an attorney at the white-shoe law firm Pryor Cashman, and Rahman was a public-interest lawyer whose "best friend," Obama administration intelligence official Salmah Rizvi, guaranteed the $250,000 required to release her on bail.

Law360, which reported on the events, calls the new deal an "unusual step." James Trusty, a former prosecutor in the Department of Justice's criminal division, broke it down for us this way: "Swapping in a softer plea agreement after having gone through the plea hearing is an exceedingly rare event in federal court." It can happen, he said, if there is "truly some new development or understanding about the defendants that merits a fresh look."

In this case, the new development is the political persuasion of the folks running the Justice Department, and for them, Mattis and Rahman are the right kind of domestic terrorists—the ones whose cases and conduct will never be the subject of a congressional hearing or plastered from wall to wall on cable television.

Remember their names, and the special treatment they received at the hands of the Biden Justice Department, when the broadcasts begin on Thursday and when Garland next has the gall to feign concern about political violence directed at our democratic institutions.

Three Black Males Arrested For Beating, Stomping Death Of White 17-Year-Old Ethan Liming

Masters, of course, is right that it’s black people behind the crime wave. FBI crime data shows that blacks were responsible for 56.5% of all murders in 2020 where a suspect was identified. The true number is probably higher when accounting for unsolved murders. The media branded Masters a racist for simply stating this obvious truth.

THE VICTIM AND THE APES WHO PERPETRATED THE VIOLENT MURDER:

I recall walking onto campus at the black-majority high school I attended 50+ years ago seeing three or four black males stomping the head of a white boy into the sidewalk. Such violence against white students was common. That was over 50 years ago. Things don't change.

The 17-year-old didn't live to see adulthood. He was fatally beaten; allegedly by three black males near an outdoor basketball court in Ohio, who have now been arrested.

Police found Ethan Liming in the parking lot of the I Promise School in Akron. The school was reportedly founded by pro-basketball star, LeBron James.

I recall walking onto campus at the black-majority high school I attended 50+ years ago seeing three or four black males stomping the head of a white boy into the sidewalk. Such violence against white students was common. That was over 50 years ago. Things don't change.

"Liming was lying on the ground in the parking lot when police arrived, officials have said. They were unable to save him, and he was pronounced dead at the scene," according to the New York Post: Three arrested in connection to fatal beating of Ohio teen Ethan Liming By Sam Raskin, June 12, 2022.

The Great Replacement Now Drives American Political Discourse

Washington Watcher II

Earlier: The Great Replacement: Cat Out Of Bag, Democrats Frantic

House Democrats condemned the Great Replacement this week. No, not the immigration policies that are leading to the dispossession of the Historic American Nation. Instead, they just denounced those who have Noticed what’s going on. Every Republican voted against resolution, but only two Democrats (Maine Rep. Jared Golden and Michigan Rep. Elissa Slotkin). It claimed the Great Replacement “has been used to falsely justify racially motivated, violent acts of terrorism domestically and internationally” and committed Congress to “combating White supremacy, hatred, and racial injustice.” “The Great Replacement myth is a racist, antisemitic, Islamophobic, xenophobic, nativist and hateful lie,” said New York Rep. Jamaal Bowman, right, the resolution’s sponsor [House Democrats Pass Resolution Condemning ‘Great Replacement Theory’, by Mychael Schnell, The Hill, June 8, 2022]. But the condemnation can’t suppress the truth. It’s just more evidence that the Great Replacement now drives the political discourse in America–and Democrats can only look on in shock.

Rep. Bowman is one of those in shock. He admits Great Replacement, which he calls “Nazi thinking,” is now mainstream. “These are no longer fringe elements of our society,” the black congressman said. “'Great Replacement Theory has gone mainstream thanks to rightwing Republicans like Tucker Carlson who have mentioned this theory more than 400 times on the most-watched news network in the country.” [Democratic Rep Jamaal Bowman calls Great Replacement Theory 'Nazi thinking veiled as political banter', by Morgan Phillips, Daily Mail, June 8, 2022].

He’s right, of course. VDARE.com Editor Peter Brimelow charted the Great Replacement (“The Pincers” —see our featured image) in his book Alien Nation back in 1995, but Tucker Carlson is certainly responsible for waking up millions of Americans to this civilizational problem.

And concern over the Great Replacement is now shared by a majority of Republicans.

Three new polls show the widespread belief in this obvious fact. YouGov asked respondents last week: “Do you personally believe that in the U.S., Democrats are trying to replace white Americans with immigrants and people of color who share Democrats’ views?” Seventy-three percent of Trump voters, 61 percent of Republicans overall, and 33 percent of independents said yes. Seventy-six percent of Trump voters, 67 percent of Republicans, and 38 percent of independents say immigration is a very serious problem. Fifty-five percent of Trump voters, 52 percent of Republicans, and 31 percent of independents say immigrants have a negative effect on America.

A YouGov survey from last month also shows similar results. In that poll, 61 percent of Trump voters, 58 percent of Republicans, and 36 percent of independents believe whites are being replaced by non-whites. Sixty-three percent of Trump voters, 59 percent of Republicans, and 30 percent of independents believe racial diversity will weaken American customs and values. (Interestingly, only 43 percent of Democrats believe it will strengthen American customs and values.) Fifty-five percent of Trump voters, 54 percent of Republicans, and 34 percent of independents believe racial diversity will lead to more racial conflicts. Roughly 40 percent of Trump voters and Republicans believe it’s a bad thing that America will no longer be a majority-white country. Just nine percent of Trump voters and 12 percent of Republicans think it will be a good thing.

Most Democrats are the opposite of Republicans but, again, their enthusiasm for the Great Replacement isn’t that great. Fifty-seven percent say immigrants have a positive impact on America, 43 percent say immigrants will strengthen American customs and values, and 44 percent say America no longer being majority-white is a good thing. It’s hardly an overwhelming majority.

Other polls are finding similar results. The Southern Poverty Law Center conducted a poll in April that also showed most Republicans believe in the Great Replacement. In the communist group’s survey, 47 percent of Republicans believe it’s negative that America will no longer majority-white (just 28 percent see it as a positive); 53 percent believe changing demographics pose a threat to whites, their culture, and values; and 68 percent believe the recent demographic changes in our country are driven by progressives wanting to replace white conservative voters [SPLC Poll Finds Substantial Support for ‘Great Replacement’ Theory and Other Hard-Right Ideas, by Cassie Miller, Southern Poverty Law Center, June 1, 2022].

It’s clear the Republican base is gravely concerned about being replaced. They know it threatens their way of life and their values. They know it will lead to more conflict among the races and weaken America. This is no longer a “fringe” idea.

As I highlighted last month, more and more Republican leaders are also Noticing the Great Replacement. From Elise Stefanik to Blake Masters, serious GOP lawmakers or candidates are speaking out about how Democrats want to replace Americans with foreigners. And some of these candidates are starting to notice other racial problems.

Masters, the Trump endorsed Arizona Senate candidate, recently acknowledged the color of crime. “We do have a gun violence problem in this country, and it’s gang violence,” he said during an April podcast appearance. “It’s people in Chicago, St. Louis shooting each other. Very often, you know, black people, frankly. And the Democrats don’t want to do anything about that.” [Blake Masters Blames Gun Violence on ‘Black People, Frankly’, by Roger Sollenberger, Daily Beast, June 5, 2022]

Thankfully, he chose to ignore the controversy and did not issue any mealy-mouthed apology.

Democrats are very worried that the American people are becoming aware of their dispossession. But instead of doing anything to address the causes of dispossession, they’re utilizing state power to crack down on those who dare mention it.

The Associated Press reported last week that federal officials are directing more resources to monitoring social media for alleged “white nationalist” threats. The AP claims “white supremacists are riling up thousands on social media.” Free speech is not a crime—yet—but the Regime Media and left-wing bureaucrats behave as if it is:

White nationalists and supremacists, on accounts often run by young men, are building thriving, macho communities across social media platforms like Instagram, Telegram and TikTok, evading detection with coded hashtags and innuendo.

Their snarky memes and trendy videos are riling up thousands of followers on divisive issues including abortion, guns, immigration and LGBTQ rights. The Department of Homeland Security warned Tuesday that such skewed framing of the subjects could drive extremists to violently attack public places across the U.S. in the coming months.

They signal their beliefs in other ways: a Christian cross emoji in their profile or words like “anglo” or “pilled,” a term embraced by far-right chatrooms, in usernames. Most recently, some of these accounts have borrowed the pop song “White Boy Summer” to cheer on the leaked Supreme Court draft opinion on Roe v. Wade, according to an analysis by Zignal Labs, a social media intelligence firm. [White Supremacists Are Riling Up Thousands on Social Media, by Amanda Seitz, Associated Press, June 10, 2022]

This extremely mild behavior apparently requires the primary attention of Homeland Security and the FBI. The collapse of the southern border is just not as important as alleged racists talking about “White Boy Summer” on Telegram.

There’s also DHS’s infamous Disinformation Governance Board. This project, which has since gotten a new leader in former Bush official Michael Chertoff, is dedicated entirely to monitoring right-wing speech on the internet. Leaked documents reveal that the board was particularly concerned with “falsehoods surrounding U.S. government immigration policy.” Translation: any information that discredits Open Borders or points out the reality of the Great Replacement.

The documents said that DHS looked to work with Twitter and other social media platforms to target “disinformation” [GOP Senators Release Documents Showing Biden Admin Lied About Disinfo Board, by Michael Ginsberg, Daily Caller, June 9, 2022]

But it’s unlikely these efforts will succeed. The federal government can’t take Tucker Carlson off the air, nor can they blind ordinary people to the dramatic changes they see all around them.

Regular Americans know the Great Replacement isn’t a conspiracy theory–it’s a fact of life. And they want it stopped.

Milwaukee Black Murder Suspect Released To “Incarceration Alternative” Non-Profit Goes On To Kill Again

Black career criminal Darrell Brooks walked out of a Milwaukee jail last year, after providing a paltry $1,000 bail for running over the mother of his child with his car [Darrell Brooks freed on bail before parade, no record of hearing, by Bryan Polcyn, FOX6 Milwaukee, November 30, 2021]. Days later, Brook murdered six whites (including an 8-year old boy and some grandmothers) and injured 62 by ramming his vehicle into a white crowd at a Christmas parade in nearby Waukesha.

This spurred a (brief) debate about Milwaukee’s “racial equity” criminal justice reforms, but (as usual) no substantial policy change. So now it’s happened again

Milwaukee is on track to break its all-time homicide record [Milwaukee on pace to break homicide rate record again this year,  by Christine Hatfield, Wisconsin Public Radio, May 17, 2022]. But its “Race, Equity and Procedural Justice Committee” remains ideologically rigid.

Its failures should be in the news again because a 17-year-old black teenager, Rashaun Seaberry, released after allegedly murdering  a 26-year-old black woman  named Jasmine Renee Brown in April 2021, killed (allegedly)  again.

Seaberry was released on house arrest without bail last month after being held in pretrial detention for a year.

According to court records, Milwaukee Circuit Court Judge J.D. Watts released Seaberry when a motion for a speedy trial was filed by the suspect’s attorney. The prosecutors in the First Degree Reckless Homicide were unable to find the witnesses they had previously prepared, leading to two delays in the trial. (WHY?)

Procedural documents from May 23rd reveal that Judge Watts and prosecutor Paul Leonard Tiffin agreed to release Seaberry without his having to pay bail until his trial, scheduled for July 13th, 2022. (Both judge and prosecutor were white.)

Under the terms agreed upon, the court ordered Seaberry to be held on 24-hour house arrest supposedly monitored via GPS by a black-run non-profit called Running Rebels  [Email them] contracted by Milwaukee County to provide alternatives to incarceration [Milwaukee County Seeks Alternatives to Lincoln Hills,  RunningRebels.org, December 1st, 2017].

Running Rebels is funded by the Zilber Family Foundation, which also funds pseudoscience promoting “public health and health equity from the molecular to the societal levels” in criminal justice and other fields at the Zilber School in the University of Wisconsin); and also by the Milwaukee Bucks NBA team, and the NBA Foundation

Judge Watts tasked Running Rebels with watching Seaberry via GPS monitoring and furnishing reports on his status.

But Seaberry was able to evade surveillance and travel to multiple house parties last week, including the one where he shot and killed another  young black woman named  Camiona Funches [Milwaukee homicides: Teen charged in 2nd shooting while out on bond, by Bill Miston, FOX6 Milwaukee, June 8, 2022].

Either Running Rebels was negligent in its duty to watch Seaberry, or it granted him informal permission to violate the terms of his bond.

Either way, Running Rebel’s potential negligence in allowing Seaberry to obtain a gun and kill someone with it on their watch has been ignored by Milwaukee local media.

Seaberry is currently facing a plethora of bail jumping and homicide felonies for his most recent attack.

Yet even after his offending twice, Judge Watts has granted him the possibility to go free again by setting a mere $100,000 bond, of which he must raise just 10 per cent.
