(CNSNews.com) - The U.S. Border Patrol over the past four days has intercepted two large groups--numbering a total of 224 people--illegally crossing the U.S. border from Mexico into California, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection .
Only two of the individuals caught by the Border Patrol were Mexican nationals.
The other 222 migrants were from 12 other countries.
These included: 183 from Brazil; 8 from Romania; 8 from Colombia; 4 from Nepal; 4 from Peru; 4 from Sierra Leon; 3 from Cuba; 2 from Nigeria; 2 from Haiti; 2 from Nicaragua; 1 from India; and 1 from Gambia.
On Saturday, July 23, the Border Patrol stopped 123 migrants illegally crossing the border at 6:40 p.m. Three days later, on Tuesday, July 26, they stopped another 101 illegally crossing the border at 1:45 a.m.
The first group, the Border Patrol said in a press release, were caught at “illegally crossed into the U.S. near Imperial Beach.” That is where the U.S.-Mexico border hits the Pacific Ocean.
The second group, the Border Patrol said, “illegally entered the U.S. through a drainage tube at the international boundary near Imperial Beach. Smugglers cut the drainage tube bars utilizing a blow torch, which opened a pathway for the migrants to cross into the U.S.”

"IMPERIAL BEACH, Calif. — San Diego Sector (SDC) Border Patrol agents from the Imperial Beach Station arrested two separate groups of over 100 migrants totaling 224 people.
"The first incident occurred July 23, at approximately 6:40 p.m., when agents encountered a group of 123 migrants who illegally crossed into the U.S. near Imperial Beach. This is the second largest group encountered by agents in San Diego this fiscal year. The largest group was in November, which also took place in Imperial Beach and consisted of 144 people.
"The second incident occurred on July 26, at approximately 1:45 a.m., when agents encountered a group of 101 migrants who illegally entered the U.S. through a drainage tube at the international boundary near Imperial Beach. Smugglers cut the drainage tube bars utilizing a blow torch, which opened a pathway for the migrants to cross into the U.S.
"'I am proud of the effort our agents do daily in continuing to secure the Border, especially considering encounters at the border have been increasing for the past two years,' said San Diego Sector Chief Patrol Agent Aaron Heitke.
"All individuals were transported to a nearby station where they were medically evaluated and cleared by medical personnel. It was determined that the groups comprised of 167 single adults and 57 family unit members.
"The two groups totaling 224 individuals were determined to be citizens of the following 13 countries:
• Brazil (183) • Sierra Leon (4) • Peru (4) • Nepal (4) • Nicaragua (2) • Nigeria (2) • Haiti (2) • Gambia (1) • India (1) • Cuba (3) • Romanians (8) • Colombians (8) • Mexicans (2)
"With 13 different countries consisting of mostly non-Spanish speaking migrants, San Diego Sector must resource out for translation support, which can strain the case-work process."

Democrat-Appointed Judges Empty Jails, Freeing Convicted Illegal Alien Killer PAUL RATJE/AFP via Getty Images 2:47
Democrat-appointed judges have helped empty Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention facilities, releasing a convicted illegal alien killer and another convicted for burglary.
Amidst the Chinese coronavirus pandemic, left-wing open borders organizations filed lawsuits to empty ICE detention facilities claiming that illegal alien detainees were at grave risk of contracting the virus.
In 2020, Judge Terry Hatter ordered that ICE’s Adelanto, California, facility vastly reduce its detainee population, citing the coronavirus. Hatter was first appointed by former President Jimmy Carter.
Likewise, Judge Jesus Bernal ordered the release of illegal alien detainees at ICE facilities, ensuring that any detainee claiming to be “medically vulnerable” from the coronavirus could apply for release. Bernal was first appointed by former President Barack Obama.
The result has been a dramatic drop in ICE’s detainee populations at its Adelanto and Mesa Verde facilities. As of this month, the Adelanto facility holds just 47 illegal alien detainees on average after previously holding nearly 2,000 detainees. At the Mesa Verde facility, only 52 detainees remain on average after previously holding nearly 400 detainees.
Two illegal aliens who took advantage of the judicial-ordered releases were illegal aliens Arody Ramos Tome, convicted of first-degree murder in 1984, and Marvin Cua, convicted of burglary in 2018.
In Tome’s case, “at the age of seventeen, [he] pleaded guilty to one count of attempted murder with an enhancement for weapon use, one count of first-degree murder with an enhancement for weapon use, and one count of kidnapping for purposes of robbery,” court records state.
Meanwhile, Cua was recently shot and killed by officers with the Los Angeles Police Department. Police said Cua was armed and had been involved in a confrontation with officers. The shooting happened when officers responded to reports of an assault with a deadly weapon.
Widespread prison release is part of a fierce jailbreak agenda by left-wing non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and the open borders lobby.
The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), which helps with releases from ICE facilities, held a “community training” seminar in March where activists detailed their “free them all” goals including defunding ICE and lobbying President Joe Biden’s administration to close ICE facilities.

NYTimes: Cartels Get $13 Billion a Year from Joe Biden’s Welcome for Migrants John Moore/Greg Nash-Pool/Getty Images 10:34
The cartels and coyotes are earning $13 billion a year by delivering economic migrants to U.S. workplaces via President Joe Biden’s welcoming border agencies, the New York Times reported Monday.
T he current revenue is 26 times larger than the $500 million the cartels earned under President Donald Trump’s low-migration policies, according to the July 25 report .
The key news was buried in the fourteenth paragraph, long after the lede’s focus on a 2014 smuggling crime:
For years, independent coyotes paid cartels a tax to move migrants through territory they controlled along the border, and the criminal syndicates stuck to their traditional line of business, drug smuggling, which was far more profitable. That began to change around 2019, Patrick Lechleitner, the acting deputy director at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, told Congress last year. The sheer number of people seeking to cross made migrant smuggling an irresistible moneymaker for some cartels, he said.
The enterprises have teams specializing in logistics, transportation, surveillance, stash houses and accounting — all supporting an industry whose revenues have soared to an estimated $13 billion today from $500 million in 2018 , according to Homeland Security Investigations, the federal agency that investigates such cases.
The article suggests the $13 billion excludes drug revenue.
The article tried to blame former President Donald Trump for the 2021 cartel revenue, saying: “Title 42, the public health order introduced by the Trump administration [in 2020] … has led to a substantial escalation in the number of migrant encounters on the border — 1.7 million in fiscal 2021 — and brisk business for smugglers.”
The cartels and coyotes earn the money via smuggling contracts, high-interest loans , and border extortion, and by trafficking indebted migrants into indentured-servitude, cartel-controlled jobs throughout the United States.
The article was written by experienced reporter Miriam Jordan.
But the newspaper’s pro-migration editors may have buried the $13 billion news to muffle public criticism of Biden’s easy-migration policies from criticism.
The newspaper’s top editors include Jia Lynn Yang. She is the author of a 2020 pro-migration book, titled “One Mighty and Irresistible Tide,” where she wrote:
The image of the Statue of Liberty, the Emma Lazarus poem at the statue’s base, the notion of America as an eternal “nation of immigrants,” — these make up an intoxicating part of this country’s mythology. Set against all the sins of America’s past — from slavery to the removal and genocide of American Indians — the arrival of open-hearted immigrants, grateful for a chance at a new life on our shores serves as a constant renewal of hope in the American project. If there is salvation for this country, it very well may lie in the underlying gratitude of a refugee whose life has been saved by the granting of a visa.
Since January 2021, Biden’s lax policies have allowed roughly 1.7 million migrants to cross the border under various legal pretexts, such as asylum, parole, reunification, unaccompanied child, or refugee status, for example.
His deputies, chiefly his pro-migration border chief , Alehandro Mayorkas, have also allowed roughly 900,000 additional job-seeking “gateway” migrants to sneak past the overstretched border.
A record number of migrants have been killed trying to reach Biden’s welcome. The Democrats’ death toll also includes many children . Many migrants are also raped amid the progressives’ welcome.
The cartel-delivered southern inflow of 2.6 million adds to the huge rush of government-delivered migrants. At least 2 million legal immigrants, shorter-term seasonal workers, and long-term, white-collar visa workers, have been delivered by Biden’s agencies.
Overall, Biden is on track to allow roughly three migrants to enter the country for every four Americans born in 2021 and 2022.
This massive wave of foreign workers, consumers, and renters is tilting the free market in favor of CEOs and investors.
This tilt allows the investors to cut Americans’ wages, raise families’ housing prices , and minimize competitive investment in the labor-saving machines that allow Americans to earn more money each day.
The flood of cheap labor is also re-creating a national workforce of child laborers, which had been nearly eliminated in the low-migration 1930s.
“Reuters learned of underage workers at the Hyundai-owned supplier following the brief disappearance in February of a Guatemalan migrant child from her family’s home in Alabama,” said a July 22 report headlined “Hyundai Subsidiary Has Used Child Labor at Alabama Factory.” The July 22 Reuters report continued :
The girl, who turns 14 this month, and her two brothers, aged 12 and 15, all worked at the [the SMART Alabama LLC] plant earlier this year and weren’t going to school, according to people familiar with their employment. Their father, Pedro Tzi, confirmed these people’s account in an interview with Reuters.
The article also included statements from other workers about additional children who were holding jobs at the Alabama-based parts supplier in Luverne that would otherwise have been held by Americans:
One former worker at SMART, an adult migrant who left for another auto industry job last year, said there were around 50 underage workers between the different plant shifts, adding that he knew some of them personally. Another former adult worker at SMART, a U.S. citizen who also left the plant last year, said she worked alongside about a dozen minors on her shift. GOP leaders are learning to criticize Biden for the border chaos and for causing the death of many migrants .
However, so far, they have avoided any criticism of the economic strategy that fuels the federal government’s pro-migration policies.
Extraction Migration
Since at least 1990, the D.C. establishment has extracted tens of millions of legal and illegal migrants — plus temporary visa workers — from poor countries to serve as workers, managers , consumers, and renters for various U.S. investors and CEOs .
This federal economic policy of Extraction Migration has skewed the free market in the United States by inflating the labor supply for the benefit of employers.
The inflationary policy makes it difficult for ordinary Americans to get married , advance in their careers, raise families, or buy homes.
Extraction migration has also slowed innovation and shrunk Americans’ productivity , partly because it allows employers to boost stock prices by using cheap stoop labor instead of productivity-boosting technology .
Migration undermines employees’ workplace rights, and it widens the regional wealth gaps between the Democrats’ big coastal states and the Republicans’ heartland and southern states. The flood of cheap labor tilts the economy towards low-productivity jobs and has shoved at least ten million American men out of the labor force.
An economy built on extraction migration also drains Americans’ political clout over elites, alienates young people, and radicalizes Americans’ democratic civic culture because it allows wealthy elites to ignore despairing Americans at the bottom of society.
The economic policy is backed by progressives who wish to transform the U.S. from a society governed by European-origin civic culture into a progressive-directed empire of competitive, resentful identity groups. “We’re trying to become the first multiracial, multi-ethnic superpower in the world,” Rep. Rohit Khanna (D-CA) told the New York Times in March 2022. “It will be an extraordinary achievement … we will ultimately triumph,” he boasted.
The progressives’ colonialism-like economic strategy kills many migrants . It exploits poor foreigners and splits foreign families as it extracts human resources from poor home countries to serve wealthy U.S. investors. This migration policy also minimizes shareholder pressure on U.S. companies to build up beneficial and complementary trade with people in poor countries. VIDEO
Business-backed migration advocates hide this extraction migration economic policy behind a wide variety of noble-sounding explanations and theatrical border security programs. For example, progressives claim that the U.S. is a “Nation of Immigrants ,” that migration is good for migrants , and that the state must renew itself by replacing populations.
The polls show the public wants to welcome some immigration — but they also show deep and broad public opposition to labor migration and the inflow of temporary contract workers into careers sought by young skilled U.S. graduates.
The opposition is growing , anti-establishment , multiracial , cross-sex , non-racist , class-based , bipartisan , rational , persistent , and recognizes the solidarity that American citizens owe to one another.

Rep. Kat Cammack on Drug Smugglers Released on Cashless Bail: California Knows How to Party, But 'They Don’t Know How to Prosecute’

(CNSNews.com) - Rep. Kat Cammack (R-Fla.) expressed outrage Friday that two drug traffickers who were arrested for trafficking 150,000 fentanyl pills in California last month were let out on cashless bail. “This is crazy, Maria. In the words of Tupac, California knows how to party, but clearly they don't know how to prosecute, okay. I mean, this is absolutely insane. You have the governor of California running ads in my home state of Florida, telling Floridians to ‘come to California. We'll protect your rights,’” Cammack told Fox Business’s “Mornings with Maria Bartiromo.”
“Well, clearly they’re going to protect your right to traffic drugs, because that right there, 150 fentanyl pills, that is potentially 150 overdoses. In my state of Florida we go after those drug dealers, hold them accountable,” the congresswoman said. “If that person overdoses, that dealer is responsible for that death, and 150,000 potential overdoses, that's a mass murderer, and yet they're out on cash bail. Give me a break. This is George Soros and the liberal DA’s going rampant across the country, saying that this isn't a problem, trying to distract people with shiny objects,” she said. “It’s a joke. Homeless encampments, crack pipe distributions, and now cashless bail for massive major drug traffickers. California is a disaster, and before they run ads in Florida they need to keep up their own mess in their backyard,” Cammack said. Meanwhile, New York City Mayor Eric Adams slammed Texas Gov. Greg Abbott and Arizona Gov. Doug Doug Ducey for sending migrants on buses to New York City and Washington, D.C. Cammack said that Adams could be upset because once the illegal immigrants arrive in his state, they’ll be able to take advantage of entitlement programs like food stamps, housing assistance, and health care programs. “Well, maybe he's upset about the midnight flights of aircraft dropping illegals at the behest of the federal government in New York or maybe he's upset over the fact that once these buses of illegals arrive in Washington, D.C., that they are free to go wherever they want because that is what the Biden administration has done,” Cammack said. “But let us also not forget that New York City advertises openly that you do not have to be a U.S. citizen to take advantage of programs like their food stamp program, cash programs, housing programs and also health care programs,” the congresswoman said. “They openly advertise that if you are an illegal citizen, you are eligible. So he has a magnet and now he's shocked and appalled when people are showing up in New York City expecting a handout? Seems kind of crazy to me, but as I said before, you play stupid games, you win stupid prizes,” she said. Host Maria Bartiromo said that Adams is upset, but he’s hesitant to blame Democrats. “Of course not, because that would fly in the face of the political agenda which is as we know, and discussed before, rooted in this concept of dependency and control,” Cammack said. “But he is starting to see the outrage from people within his city, wondering why aren't we taking care of our homeless population, why aren't we taking care of our veterans first, why are we spending taxpayer dollars on these programs that are supposed to go to U.S. citizens,” the congresswoman said. “He's got a lot of explaining to do, and voters are going to remember the fact that he didn't take responsibility when he had the chance, and he's just playing politics with people's lives,” she said. Cammack was asked about the Supreme Court’s decision not to block a lower court ruling that prevents the Biden administration from imposing restrictions on U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) that would have dramatically limited how many illegal immigrants ICE can deport and arrest. “You know, it's interesting that this administration was handed a win by some of the more liberal justices, and I think it's because, quite frankly, it seems like the court was trying to save the administration from itself, recognizing that this is a deeply unpopular, un-American policy where you can just come into the country and no background checks, no process,” she said. “And there's no denying that we are a nation of immigrants, but people come here legally. They do it the right way, and what we have at the southwest border is a total free-for-all. It's an invasion, and it goes against everything that we stand for. The fact that the court stood up against the administration speaks volumes of what's to come in the next few months,” the congresswoman said. “I think even the court is wanting to see some balance restored here in Washington, D.C. So interesting times we're living in,” Cammack said.
According to the United Nations and Amnesty International , roughly 15 percent of Central American migrants who seek asylum in the United States are children traveling without a parent or legal guardian.
The U.S. government classifies these children as Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC), who are to receive special protections pursuant to the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act (TVPRA) and other legislation. In 2021, American shelters received a record 122,000 UACs, and unaccompanied children continue to stream toward our borders.
At first glance, extending a warm welcome to children who are allegedly fleeing persecution would seem to be a noble goal. However, given our combined 60 years’ experience in immigration enforcement, we can tell you that rosy images of the United States offering refuge to suffering kids are the stuff of Hollywood fantasy, not border zone reality.
The TVPRA, rather than protecting kids, has actually become a conduit for trafficking children. Alien smugglers know that, with the exception of Mexican nationals, Customs and Border Protection processes all UACs within 48 hours, whenever possible. They are then turned over to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), which places the children in the custody of a family member who is already in the U.S., a non-family temporary guardian or in an HHS facility.
The net result is a government-operated fast-lane into the interior of the United States. Their immigration hearings can last several years. Even though the vast majority will never get relief from U.S courts and get ordered removed, only 3 percent will actually leave as ordered according to the Homeland Security Lifecycle Report.

The problems only get worse from there. Smugglers and other immigration law breakers know full well that the children can easily escape from HHS facilities and foster homes and remain in the U.S. with little fear of being discovered. In fact, it is so easy for these kids to disappear that the U.S. government has lost approximately 20,000 of them.
Where do these kids end up? The UK’s Independent noted in 2021 that HHS has a very poor record of properly vetting temporary guardians, and an alarming number of UACs have been forced into involuntary servitude. According to a Congressional report , in 2014 HHS placed alien minors with “sponsors” who were actually human traffickers.
The traffickers forced those children to work as slave labor on egg farms in Ohio. Such complete malfeasance upon the part of HHS necessarily raises the question, how many kids have been released to sex traffickers who forced them into prostitution?
There is also significant evidence that many of the UACs are – far from being innocent victims – actually hardened members of criminal gangs. In November 2017, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) conducted Operation Raging Bull, which resulted in the arrest of 214 MS-13 gang members. One-third of those arrested entered the United States as unaccompanied minors. Soon after, another operation conducted by ICE was Operation Matador that resulted in the arrest of nearly 500 gang members. Approximately 40 percent of those gang members entered the U.S. as a UAC or part of a family unit youth.

However, we have seen internal DHS documents indicating that the percentage of UACs with gang affiliations may be significantly higher. In fact, the UAC program makes it so easy for criminals to enter the U.S. that over 600 individuals apprehended by CBP were later determined to be adults posing as children .
And here’s the real kicker: this kid-migration pipeline – which does far more to endanger vulnerable children than it does to protect them – is costing American taxpayers hundreds of millions of dollars.
As of April 2021, the Biden administration was spending $60 million a week to shelter UACs. That’s a massive expenditure, especially when HHS doesn’t seem to have any reasonable idea of what children are in its custody, where they are being housed, or who is caring for them. But instead of auditing the program, Team Biden just awarded its progressive cronies at the Vera Institute a $171.1 million contract to help UACs avoid removal from the United States.

Based on all of the above, it seems safe to say that the federal government isn’t ensuring the safe and orderly migration of desperate children in need of protection. Rather, it is aiding and abetting transnational criminal organizations by running the world’s most sophisticated and expensive child trafficking ring. Every American who cares about children – whether those kids are born in the United States or not – should be demanding their elected representatives to stop this madness as quickly as possible.
This is easy to fix. Congress needs to change the TVPRA and make clear that children from non-contiguous countries are treated the same as children from Mexico. If it is ascertained that the UAC is not a victim of trafficking, that UAC should be immediately removed back to their country, the same as UACs from Mexico.

Human Smuggling Stash Houses Busted at Opposite Ends of Texas-Mexico Border U.S. Border Patrol/El Paso Sector 3:12
Border Patrol agents in the Rio Grande Valley and El Paso Sectors disrupted multiple human smuggling stash houses this week. The raids led to the apprehension of dozens of migrants and the arrest of human smugglers.
Rio Grande Valley Sector agents received information on July 19 regarding a possible human smuggling stash house operation in a residence in Alton, Texas. The agents teamed up with Alton police officers and Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office deputies to investigate, according to information obtained from Border Patrol officials.
The law enforcement team made entry into the residence and found 13 migrants being held in captivity. While now caretaker for the property was identified, the agents identified the migrants as citizens of El Salvador and Mexico. All were illegally present in the United States.
Several hours later, agents received information about another stash house operation in McAllen, Texas. A law enforcement team made entry to this residence and found 35 migrants inside. Agents identified the migrants as citizens of El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Mexico. Again, no caretaker was present at the time of the inspection.
At the opposite end of the state, El Paso Sector agents teamed up with Texas Department of Homeland Security troopers and ICE Homeland Security Investigations special agents to apprehend 59 migrants and three human smugglers, according to a tweet by El Paso Sector Chief Patrol Agent Gloria I. Chavez.
The video tweeted by Chief Chavez shows the inhumane conditions human smugglers force the migrants to endure. Those packed into the crowded conditions included multiple minors.

Mexican President AMLO Lectures Americans: Reject ‘Conservatism,’ Accept ‘Transformation’ INTO BEING A MEXICAN SATELLITE WELFARE STATE https://mexicanoccupation.blogspot.com/2022/07/narcomex-prez-andres-obrador-says.html
"Many Americans forget is that our country is located against a socialist failed state that is promising to descend even further into chaos – not California, the other one. And the Mexicans, having reached the bottom of the hole they have dug for themselves, just chose to keep digging by electing a new leftist presidente who wants to surrender to the cartels and who thinks that Mexicans have some sort of “human right” to sneak into the U.S. and demographically reconquer it." KURT SCHLICHTER
Enough fentanyl to kill 140 million people was seized on the Southern border in the month of June alone, a report from the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) highlights.
The report from FAIR, which is based on data released by the Biden administration, found that over 680 pounds of fentanyl were seized by Border Patrol in the month of June alone.
In addition, 9,371 pounds of cocaine, 104 pounds of heroin, and 13,167 pounds of methamphetamine were also seized by authorities on our Southern border. Meanwhile, the report notes that 107,622 Americans died of drug overdoses in 2021, according to the Center for Disease Control.
Drug peddling was only one type of crime that occurred on the border in June. Border Patrol agents arrested nine gang members, two convicted sex offenders, and a child rapist last month. Human traffickers associated with Mexican drug cartels also left 50 men, women, and children dead in the back of a trailer.
The report from FAIR also noted that June 2022 was the single worst June on record, with Border Patrol having 207,416 migrant encounters last month, a 527.6 percent increase from the 33,049 encounters in June 2020. Notably, two-thirds of the migrants who were encountered last month were single adults.
Recently, Breitbart reported that a left-wing organization with ties to globalist billionaire George Soros had won a $172 million contract with the federal government and will assist illegal immigrants in dodging deportation.
Meanwhile, the Biden Administration is on track to bring in a whopping 2.1 million illegal immigrants into the United States in 2022 alone. Border Patrol agents have already encountered more migrants in nine months of fiscal year 2022 than in all of fiscal year 2021.
As more illegal immigrants pour across our border than ever before, Democrats in Congress are preparing a bill that would offer amnesty .

“I know that your adversaries — the conservatives — are going to be screaming all over the place, even to heaven,” AMLO said. “They’re going to be yelling at heaven.”
“In the face of this crisis, the way out is not through conservatism,” he continued. “The way out is through transformation. We have to be bold in our actions. Transform not maintain the status quo.”
Instead of defending Americans, Biden seemingly agreed with AMLO.
“We have liberals, moderates, conservatives, and extreme conservatives,” Biden said. “I’m waiting for the Republican Party to come back to traditional conservative positions. We have to start to talk with them, to one another, in this country, with respect.”
AMLO also suggested that “it is indispensable” for Biden and Congress to pass amnesty for illegal aliens living in the U.S.
“It is indispensable for us to regularize and give certainty to migrants that have for years lived and worked in a very honest manner, and who are also contributing to the development of this great nation,” AMLO said.
In May, more than 222,000 border crossers and illegal aliens were apprehended at the U.S.-Mexico border — the largest level of monthly illegal immigration since the Clinton administration. Since Biden took office, his administration has released over a million border crossers and illegal aliens into American communities.

“Mexican drug cartels are the “other” terrorist threat to America. Militant Islamists have the goal of destroying the United States. Mexican drug cartels are now accomplishing that mission – from within, every day, in virtually every community across this country.” JUDICIAL WATCH
“Joe Biden is great on immigration. I guess depends on your perspective. If you’re a human trafficker, or drug dealer, you’d give him an A-plus, but theAmerican people would give him an F. The crisis at our border was not only entirely predictable, it was predicted. I predicted that if you campaign all year long on open borders, amnesty, and health care for illegals, you’re going to get more migrants at the border. That’s what’s happened since the election.”

Feds Seize 5,000 Pounds of Meth Setting Record for California Border County U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of California 3:07
Federal and local law enforcement officials seized a record-setting load of cartel-connected methamphetamine in San Diego County, California. The drugs, loaded 20-foot box truck, weighed in excess of 5,000 pounds and are reported to be the largest seizure in San Diego County.
During the afternoon of July 7, federal officials observed a box truck enter the U.S. through the Otay Mesa Commercial Port of Entry, according to a statement from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of California. Law enforcement agencies surveilled the truck to its destination in National City, California. The agents watched as the alleged drug smugglers unloaded the truck into a Dodge van.
At that point, law enforcement officers moved in and arrested Rafael Alzua, 37; Mario Contreras, 41; Ethgar Velazquez, 44; and Galdrino Contreras, 41, prosecutors stated. Officials listed all four suspects as residents of Tijuana, Mexico.
An inspection of the boxes revealed more than 5,000 pounds of drugs that later tested positive for methamphetamine.
“This is a significant accomplishment by our law enforcement partners,” U.S. Attorney Randy Grossman said in a written statement. “Due to stellar work by law enforcement agents, the government stopped more than 5,000 pounds of methamphetamine from being distributed on our streets.”
The case is being investigated by the Drug Enforcement Administration, San Diego County Sheriff’s Department, Border Crime Suppression Team, Homeland Security Investigations, and the United States Border Patrol.
DEA Special Agent in Charge Shelly S. Howe stated, “This monumental seizure represents another win against drug cartels that fuel addiction in the United States. Because of our great partnerships with other law enforcement agencies, we will continue to disrupt the cartels’ flow of drugs into our cities.”
San Diego County Sheriff Anthony C. Ray added, “I am grateful for the hard work, vigilance, and steadfast dedication of our Sheriff’s Detectives, as well as our local, state, and federal partners. Our partnership and collaboration allow us to share information that is absolutely critical in keeping drugs from entering our streets and holding drug traffickers accountable.”
The four men from Mexico now face charges of Conspiracy to Distribute Methamphetamine. If convicted, each could face a prison term of ten years to life and a fine of up to $10 million.
Court records were not yet available in the document tracking system.

EXCLUSIVE DOCUMENTS: Mexican Governor is the Nephew of a Cartel Boss in U.S. Custody Facebook Alfredo Ramirez Bedolla
ILDEFONSO ORTIZ and BRANDON DARBY
15 Jun 2022 0

The governor of a Mexican state plagued with cartel violence for years is the nephew of a cartel boss and a cousin to another. Both face drug charges in a U.S court. Breitbart Texas obtained birth certificates confirming the familial relationships between the governor and the crime bosses. The politician has denied such familial connections in the past.
This week, Adalberto Fructoso “Fruto” Comparan Rodriguez, the former mayor of Aguililla, Michoacan, and son Adalberto Fructoso Comparan Bedolla, along with four other cartel members, went before a federal judge in Florida this week. They were notified of the drug charges against them and were ordered to be held without bond. Breitbart Texas obtained Mexican birth certificates showing the relationships between current Michoacan Governor Alfredo Ramirez Bedolla and the accused through marriage. La Silla Rota had published information about Ramirez’s relatives during his gubernatorial race in 2021, but only now do documents publicly confirm the connections.
The wife of Comparan Rodriguez is Anabel Bedolla Marin from Aguililla, Michoacan — a region under the control of Carteles Unidos.
Anabel Bedolla is the sister of Maria de Jesus Bedolla Marin, who is the mother of the politician.
Ramirez Bedolla, born in Morelia, Michoacan, had previously tried to minimize his relationship by claiming his aunt and uncle were separated for more than 10 years and had no contact with them.
Comparan Rodriguez is accused of being one of the leaders of Carteles Unidos in Michoacan and responsible for large-scale shipments of meth into the U.S. According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office , Comparan Rodriguez would hide the drugs inside concrete tiles and dilute meth in paint. Authorities in Guatemala arrested Comparan Rodriguez in March 2021 and helped get him extradited to the U.S. in January 2022. Authorities arrested his son, Comparan Bedolla, in March 2021 in Miami while they reportedly tried to remove liquid meth from paint.
Michoacan is one of the most violent states in Mexico due to a violent turf war between Carteles Unidos (a collection of smaller organizations and “self-defense” groups) against Cartel Jalisco New Generation for control of vast drug production areas and smuggling corridors. Mexico’s federal government has been unable to reduce violence in the region.

Border Chief Alejandro Mayorkas Says He Is ‘Aligned’ with Pro-Migrant Advocates Drew Angerer/PEDRO PARDO/AFP via Getty Images 10:09
The nation’s pro-migration border chief says his policies match the pro-migrant goals of immigrants, not the goals set by Congress or the goals preferred by citizens.
“I am, to a great extent, aligned with the expectations” of the immigrant community, the Cuban-born border chief Alejandro Mayorkas told an audience at the Aspen Institute on July 19.
Those expectations “match my ambitions for what we want to do” at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), said Mayorkas, who described himself as a refugee from Cuba.
“They reflect, I think, the president’s ambitions for what our country needs and who we are,” Mayorkas said, echoing his prior claims that Americans must ensure their homeland is a “Nation of Immigrants,” not a nation for citizens.
“It seems like he does not actually want to be the Secretary of Homeland Security, but that he views himself as the champion of illegal aliens getting immigration benefits in the United States,” said Robert Law, the director of the Center for Homeland Security and Immigration, at the America First Policy Institute.
“He’s got the wrong job if that’s what his perspective is,” Law told Breitbart News.
Mayorkas was gently interviewed by MSNBC host Trymaine Lee. Despite the economic damage that Mayorkas inflicts on Americans, including black Americans , Lee did not ask him about the economic pain caused by the flood of foreign labor and renters. MSNBC is owned by Comcast, which uses Mayorkas’ agency to import visa workers that displace Americans.
Since February 2021, Mayorkas has dramatically expanded the policy of Extraction Migration which pulls workers, consumers, and renters into the U.S. economy.
This post-1990 bipartisan policy has forced down Americans’ wages, pushed up their rents, expanded civic chaos, and spiked political tensions, while shifting vast wealth to the stock market, older investors, and coastal towns. During that period, roughly 30 million legal and illegal migrants have arrived — including at least 3 million legal, illegals, visa workers, overstays, refugees, and others — since Biden’s inauguration.
That flood has tilted the economy away from ordinary Americans, in favor of investors, migrants, and coastal property owners. This month, 75 percent of Americans who earn between $30,000 and $100,000 say their income is dropping amid inflation, says a survey by Primerica. That is a jump from 67 percent in March, says the survey, which also notes that people are cutting back on restaurants and groceries .
Mayorkas insisted the border is “secure,” even though he also admitted that the migrants are not “safe” from death or rape. But his policy is to admit the vast wave of illegal migrants, so his vision of an orderly and efficient border is compatible with a vast wave of job-seeking economic migrants.
“To the extent that anyone thinks anything is ‘secure’ at the border, what they really mean is the processing centers where they are just waving people through,” responded Law.
“Mayorkas has decided the interests of activist groups are more important than the interests of the American people who put laws on the books through their elected representatives for a reason,” said Jon Feere, at the Center for Immigration Studies. He told Breitbart News:
Those reasons are plentiful — from concerns about the impact on the labor market, to public safety concerns, to national security concerns … There’s a real impact from his non-enforcement agenda that is having a negative impact on families across the country in many different ways, and it leaves the public wondering what recourses are left to get the outcomes we thought we were going to get through the legislative process.
Mayorkas, however, suggested that the public’s growing opposition to his agenda is illegitimate:
The divisiveness in this country creates risk, and in that divide, come foreign adversaries who exploit it, who spread disinformation to drive people’s behavior, who exacerbate the divide, and who have an interest in our weakness and our downfall.
“There would be less division in our country if the American people felt that the laws on the books were being enforced,” responded Feere, adding:
His non-enforcement agenda is having a negative impact on families across the country in many different ways, and it leaves the public wondering what recourses are left to get the outcomes we thought we were going to get through the legislative process?
What happens when a political appointee decides to ignore sections of federal law? What recourse do the American people have?
His failure to enforce the law is immediately creating public safety threats. But, long term, it’s doing damage to our democratic institutions.
Mayorkas is a pro-migration zealot who has repeatedly declared his emotional support for migrants over Americans’ interests.
He has repeatedly described himself as a political refugee from Cuba in 1960, and he repeatedly declines to use his extensive executive authority to protect the economic, civic, and political interests of Americans.
VIDEO
For example, he has decided that illegals can remain in the United States to compete for jobs and housing, as long as they do not commit violent crimes. “Unlawful presence in the United States, alone, will not be a basis for immigration enforcement action … it is a matter of justice and equity as well,” he told the U.S. Conference of Mayors in Washington in January 2022.
The “core founding principle” of the United States is “equity,” and he is building an immigration system built on “equity,” Mayorkas declared at an April 2022 meeting hosted by Al Sharpton’s National Action Network.
“Justice is our priority,” Mayorkas declared at a November 2021 Senate hearing, adding , “That includes securing our border and providing relief to those [migrants] who qualify for it under our laws.”
But polls show that voters are ready to punish the Democrats in November for enabling Mayorkas’ extremist, migration-first agenda.
A political rebuke in November would give the GOP leaders an opportunity to build a broad national consensus on migration in 2023 — but only if they decide to bypass their pro-migration donors.
Yet Mayorkas’s pro-migration policies are still backed by fellow radicals in Biden’s administration.
“Some governors are using migrants as a political tool, as a political play,” White House spokeswoman Karine Jen-Pierre said on July 20.
“We should be making sure that we’re doing everything that we can to help folks who are coming into this process in a legal way and making sure that we do this in a safe way and a respectful way. And I think it’s shameful that [the governors’ ressistance] is happening,” said Jean-Pierre, a Haitian immigrant.
Extraction Migration
Since at least 1990, the D.C. establishment has extracted tens of millions of legal and illegal migrants —plus temporary visa workers — from poor countries to serve as workers, managers , consumers, and renters for various U.S. investors and CEOs.
This federal economic policy of Extraction Migration has skewed the free market in the United States by inflating the labor supply for the benefit of employers.
The inflationary policy makes it difficult for ordinary Americans to get married , advance in their careers , raise families , or buy homes .
The progressives’ colonialism-like economic strategy kills many migrants.
The polls show the public wants to welcome some immigration — but they also show deep and broad public opposition to labor migration and the inflow of temporary contract workers into jobs sought by young U.S. graduates.
The opposition is growing , anti-establishment , multiracial , cross-sex , non-racist , class-based , bipartisan , rational , persistent , and recognizes the solidarity that American citizens owe to one another.

Federal Judge Orders Release Of Dataset Showing Drug Industry's Role In Opioid Crisis For the first time, a federal court in Ohio is releasing a trove of data that offers far more detail about the size and scope of the nation's opioid epidemic — and about the role played by drug companies and pharmacies like CVS, Walgreens and Johnson & Johnson that profited from the rapid growth of prescription opioid sales.
"I don't think America truly understands the scope and depth, the level of penetration these pills had in their communities," says Paul Farrell with the firm Greene, Ketchum, Farrell, Bailey & Tweel. "It's going to be an awakening."
Farrell is one of three co-lead attorneys suing the pharmaceutical industry as part of the largest consolidated civil lawsuit related to drug industry's role in the opioid epidemic in the U.S., scheduled to go to trial in October.
Some drug companies fought in court to keep the information secret, arguing that it contains proprietary details about their business practices. The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration also resisted releasing the data, arguing that it included sensitive information used by law enforcement.
But a large portion of the searchable database, known as ARCOS, is set to be releasedin an order signed by Judge Dan Polster on Monday. Once available to the public later this week, it will offer a transaction-by-transaction account of how opioid pain pills were made, distributed and sold by pharmacy chains from 2006 through 2012 when the addiction epidemic was growing fast.
The data also shows exactly which communities around the U.S. were hardest hit, as pharmacies began dispensing more and more highly addictive medications.
Polster is overseeing the consolidated lawsuit in Ohio involving more than 1,200 local governments suing 23 of the biggest firms in the drug industry, ranging from drug manufacturers like Purdue Pharma to wholesale distributors including McKesson and Cardinal Health.
Also named in the suit are retail pharmacy chains such as CVS and Walgreens.
While much of the media scrutiny and recent high profile lawsuits have highlighted how drug manufacturers allegedly fueled the epidemic, the ARCOS data is expected to clarify the role played by distributors and pharmacies.
"You'll be able to see the flow, the steady flow of pills — it's not a trickle, it's a tsunami," Farrell says.
"In my hometown of Huntington, W.Va., there are 24 CVS pharmacies within 40 miles of my house. From those 24 pharmacies, you'll be able to see that 80 million [opioid] pills were distributed [over a six year period]."
The population in that region of the Ohio River valley is roughly 100,000 people.
The data-sets began to be reported by the drug industry — manufacturers, distributors and pharmacies — beginning in 2006. They were compiled by the DEA.
Judge Polster declined to immediately release data to the public collected after 2012 because of concerns raised by the DEA that it could interfere with on-going criminal investigations.
In court documents last year, Polster described the data as "extremely informative," adding that the transaction records reveal "the precise number of opioid pills delivered to each city and county in America, partitioned by manufacturer and distributor and pharmacy."
Mike DeAngelis, a spokesman for CVS, one of the nation's biggest pharmacy chains, declined NPR's request for an interview, citing ongoing litigation.
But the company issued a statement saying that the pharmacy chain is "committed to the highest standards of ethics and business practices" and "dedicated to helping reduce prescription drug abuse and diversion."
NPR reached out to an attorney representing other pharmacies targeted in the consolidated lawsuit, but has yet to receive comment.
More than 1,200 local governments have sued players in the pharmaceutical industry, claiming the industry worsened the opioid epidemic by aggressively marketing and dispensing prescription pain pills while lying about the risks.
Defendants in the case include the nation's largest drugmakers, distributors and pharmacy chains. Despite opioid-related settlements this year totaling nearly $2 billion, most firms have denied any wrong-doing.
"The plaintiffs' allegations about CVS in this matter have no merit and we are aggressively defending against them," CVS' DeAngelis said in his statement to NPR.
More than 200,000 Americans have died from prescription opioid-related overdoses since the epidemic began in the 1990s, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Attorneys suing drug companies say the data now being released paints a troubling new picture of how each sector of the pharmaceutical industry contributed to the crisis.

Greg Abbott's 'publicity stunt' busing illegals from Texas to Washington, D.C. ... is working By Monica Showalter
With the border surge hitting historic highs, and Texas taking the brunt of Joe Biden's open borders, the Lone Star state's governor, Greg Abbott, announced a plan to bus illegal border crossers on a voluntary basis to Washington, D.C. He said it was to get Washington's attention. Washington's swamp denizens in the press and halls of power, calling it a publicity stunt.
What we are seeing now is that the much-derided "stunt" is working.
Take a gander at the weird outrage from Washington, D.C.'s sanctuary-city-supporting mayor, Muriel Bowser, on the effects of that Abbott policy, according to Fox News :
Washington D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser appeared on CBS’ "Face the Nation" on Sunday to discuss the persistent homelessness problem plaguing her city.
Host Margaret Brennen brought up a Washington Post report that suggested homeless shelters are now being filled with illegal immigrants being bused in from Texas and Arizona.
Bowser admitted that it’s a "significant issue" and called on the federal government to get more involved as she fears illegal immigrants are being "tricked" into traveling to her city.
"Well, this is a very significant issue. We have for sure called on the federal government to work across state lines to prevent people from really being tricked into getting on buses. We think they’re largely asylum seekers who are going to final destinations that are not Washington, D.C. I worked with the White House to make sure that FEMA provided a grant to a local organization that is providing services to folks. I fear that they’re being tricked into nationwide bus trips when their final destinations are places all over the United States of America," Bowser said.
Seems the illegal migrants are filling the Washington shelters now and she "fears" they are being tricked? Notice she didn't offer any specifics about such trickery, which is a fancy way of saying there hasn't been any trickery. Illegal border crossers are being offered free bus rides from Texas to Washington and a lot of them are taking the governor up on it, heading for the free stuff there after paying $7,000 to cartel human smugglers for the crossing. Cartels make money, cities and states lose money, and migrants get to stay in America for free.
Bottom line here is that her city's shelters are being flooded with illegals, the cost is has got to be enormous, the shelters can't keep up, and now she's whining. Yet this is precisely what happened in Texas in its border towns, and now that Gov. Abbott is "sharing the wealth" with Washington, D.C., she's out complaining about migrants "being tricked" since she dare not complain at all about the actual problem of an open border that incentivizes illegal crossing.
Where was she when Joe Biden was (and still is) shipping illegal migrants all throughout the country, to places like Ohio, or Florida, or Maine, or Hawaii, using the real trickery of doing it in the dead of night to avoid complaints from the public? Seems that kind of busing is O.K. for others, just not Washington, D.C. That exposes her as a hypocrite right there.
Here's another instance of her hypocrisy -- this item from 2016 can still be found on her own mayoral website:
(Washington, DC) Today, Mayor Bowser issued the following statement reaffirming the District’s status as a sanctuary city:
"The values, laws, and policies of Washington, DC did not change on Election Day. We celebrate our diversity and respect all DC residents no matter their immigration status. We are a sanctuary city because we know that our neighborhoods are safer and stronger when no one is afraid to call on our government for help, and when our police can focus on protecting and serving."
When no one is afraid to call on our government for help, Muriel? Step right up to the plate then.
But instead, she's busy complaining, and it's pretty obvious she doesn't like having to eat the cost.
What she's effectively saying in her complaint is that she wants Texas to pay all the costs of illegal migration, instead of her own city. And being part of the Democrat establishment, she's been all in for everything the Biden administration has done, from flying illegals to other people's cities, to denying the state of Texas federal relief funding to deal with the effects of the Biden-incentivized border surge.
It's all fine when it happens to someone else. But being a member of the swamp elites, she just doesn't want it in her backyard.
What's clear to the rest of us that Abbott's much derided "stunt" is working. These complaints from Bowser should filter through soon into the the Democrat elites' circles in the halls of power and at some point, there will be hell to pay.

Illegal Alien Indicted On Fentanyl Charges In Arizona: 'The Drugs...Are Enough To Kill Thousands Of People'
Timothy Meads
As the opioid epidemic continues to ravage families across America, authorities in Mesa, Arizona have arrested two individuals, including one illegal immigrant, on charges "of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute fentanyl and possession with intent to distribute fentanyl."
The Toledo Blade reports that the U.S. District Court in Toledo indicted Felipe Penuelas-Rodriguez, 50, and Reyna Trejo, 30, in late June after the pair were arrested after authorities discovered the two were attempting to distribute enough fentanyl to kill at least 500,000 individuals.
Penuelas-Rodriguez and Trejo were both arrested in June "with approximately one kilogram of fentanyl, as well as approximately 2,100 pills that tested positive for fentanyl."
While running background checks, authorities discovered that Penuelas-Rodrguez is an illegal alien.
“The drugs seized are enough to kill thousands of people,” U.S. Attorney Justin Herdman said in a statement. “The fentanyl pills stamped to look like prescription painkillers are another reminder that there are no safe drugs available on the street.”
While it is unclear where these laced pills originated, the narcotics confiscation follows a similar pattern across America. In February 2019, the United States Drug Enforcement Agency issued a press release after a similar, albeit much larger, drug bust occurred in New York City.
“These arrests highlight a growing trend in illicit street drugs which increases the risk of drug overdose,” DEA Special Agent in Charge Ray Donovan said the time. “Traffickers are mass producing pseudo-pharmaceutical pills made of heroin, fentanyl and other illicit drugs in makeshift laboratories throughout New York City. These pills attract users because they are more convenient and less conspicuous; but users should beware because they are unregulated and lethal. DEA and our law enforcement partners are committed to removing such threats and arresting drug dealers, traffickers and manufacturers.”
“If you take ‘prescription’ pills that did not come directly from a pharmacy, you are risking your life,” Special Narcotics Prosecutor Bridget G Brennan added.
Both men in the Arizona case have pleaded not guilty. The case will be heard by Judge James Carr.
Democrats to Unveil Amnesty for Illegal Aliens as Inflation Slashes Americans’ Wages Jacob Garcia/Anadolu Agency via Getty Images 3:17
Two House Democrats are planning to unveil a massive amnesty plan for illegal aliens even as Americans’ wages have been slashed by record-setting inflation.
Rep. Zoe Lofgren (D-CA), a congressional ally to Silicon Valley’s tech corporations, and Norma Torres (D-CA) are set to unveil the amnesty plan that would enable millions of illegal aliens to secure green cards as long as they can prove they arrived in the United States before a particular date.
Bloomberg reports :
Democrats may unveil this week a bill to provide legal status to millions of immigrants who are longtime US residents. Reps. Zoe Lofgren (D-Calif.) and Norma Torres (D-Calif.) said they’ll introduce a proposal to update the Immigration and Nationality Act’s registry provision, allowing immigrants to adjust their legal status if they have been in the US since a certain date . [Emphasis added]
Senate Democrats tried to include such an amnesty provision in a reconciliation package last year. That amnesty would have provided green cards to at least seven million illegal aliens living in the United States.
The amnesty was ultimately rejected by the Senate parliamentarian. Later, President Joe Biden snuck the same amnesty provisions into his “Build Back Better” budget, but the effort never passed Congress.
uch an amnesty would legalize millions of foreign workers who would immediately begin competing for United States jobs against unemployed Americans, even as inflation has slashed wages for America’s working and middle class.
A survey by Sophisticated Investor, released this week, found that nearly 55 percent of Americans in the workforce have not seen their wages keep up with inflation. Only 14 percent of Americans surveyed said their wages have kept up with inflation.
A flooded labor market from mass immigration to the U.S. has had a devastating impact on America’s working and middle class while redistributing wealth to the highest earners and big businesses.
While creating an economy that tilts in favor of employers, the economic model helped keep wages stagnant for decades. Between 1979 to 2013, wage growth for the bottom 90 percent of Americans was just 15 percent. Meanwhile, wage growth for the top one percent of Americans was nearly 140 percent higher.
Researchers have found that a flooded labor market can easily diminish job opportunities and wages for Americans.
One study by the Center for Immigration Studies revealed that for every one percent increase in the immigrant portion of an American workers’ occupation, their weekly wages are cut by perhaps 0.5 percent. This means the average native-born American worker has his weekly wages reduced by potentially 8.75 percent as more than 17 percent of the workforce is foreign-born.
Today, there are anywhere from 11 to 22 million illegal aliens living in the U.S.

With Biden in office, America’s southern border has vanished entirely.

Mexico’s government has been issuing travel visas to most migrants, including members of caravans, that enter through the southern border, those visas give the migrant a specified time to travel freely through Mexico, Breitbart Texas reported . Most used those documents to reach the U.S. border.
“Heroin is not produced in the United States. Every gram of heroin present in the United States provides unequivocal evidence of a failure of border security because every gram of heroin was smuggled into the United States. Indeed, this is precisely a point that Attorney General Jeff Sessions made during his appearance before the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on October 18, 2017 when he again raised the need to secure the U.S./Mexican border to protect American lives.” Michael Cutler …..
