Democrat incumbent Mark Kelly has “sacrificed the people of Arizona to Biden’s open borders cruelty,” an advertisement from Firebrand PAC and Heritage Action asserts.
“Arizona, we have a problem,” the advertisement from the two organizations contends. “Our state is falling apart … and former astronaut Mark Kelly is still living in outer space,” it continues.
“D.C. Democrat Mark Kelly has sacrificed the people of Arizona to Biden’s open borders cruelty,” the advertisement asserts.
The advertisement from Firebrand and Heritage Action goes on to list the consequences of Kelly and Biden’s open borders policies. “Endless illegal immigration. Record drug overdoses. Gruesome gang violence. Human trafficking pipelines,” it lists.
The advertisement goes on to assert, “While Arizona suffers, Mark Kelly has stars in his eyes. He’s raised millions of dollars from Hollywood celebrities who support open borders. In fact, he acts like California’s third Senator.”
“Open borders hurt innocent people, but Joe Biden and Mark Kelly haven’t cared,” the advertisement contends.
“It doesn’t have to be like this. End the cruelty. End the violence,” the advertisement says. It also encourages viewers to call Kelly and “tell him exactly how Arizona feels about open borders.”
Kelly has consistently voted against border security despite representing a border state that is disproportionately affected by illegal immigration.
Kelly voted against border security at least three times in 2021 alone. In February of 2021, Kelly voted against an amendment that would have kept the Biden administration from being able to cancel existing border wall contracts.
In May of the same year, Kelly voted against border security again, this time voting against an amendment that would have prohibited the Biden administration from cancelling border wall contracts for which funds had already been appropriated. Kelly similarly voted against border security again in August.
Kelly has also voted to end Title 42, which allows the government to suspend entry of immigrants into the United States for reasons of public safety. Kelly was previously critical of the Biden administration’s plan to end Title 42, saying that “it’s going to be a crisis.”
Additionally, the Democrat Senator from Arizona voted against a measure that would have prohibited the Internal Revenue Service from hiring any new agents until the U.S. Border Patrol doubled its forces. Meanwhile, the deadly fentanyl crisis has gotten worse in Arizona .
But despite his record of supporting open borders policies, Kelly lied to voters during his opening statement in his debate against Republican opponent Blake Masters, dishonestly claiming, “When Democrats are wrong, like on the border, I call them out on it. Kelly has voted for Joe Biden’s preferred policies 94 percent of the time.”
Blake Masters, who has called the crisis on the border an “invasion ,” has been endorsed by the National Border Patrol Council and President Trump.
Masters’ plan for border security includes finishing the wall, opposing amnesty, mandating E-verify nationally, and tripling the size of the border patrol. Masters has remarked that “we’re not going to have a country” if we refuse to secure the border.

Feds Seize 5,000 Pounds of Meth Setting Record for California Border County 4 U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of California

Federal and local law enforcement officials seized a record-setting load of cartel-connected methamphetamine in San Diego County, California. The drugs, loaded 20-foot box truck, weighed in excess of 5,000 pounds and are reported to be the largest seizure in San Diego County.
During the afternoon of July 7, federal officials observed a box truck enter the U.S. through the Otay Mesa Commercial Port of Entry, according to a statement from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of California. Law enforcement agencies surveilled the truck to its destination in National City, California. The agents watched as the alleged drug smugglers unloaded the truck into a Dodge van.
At that point, law enforcement officers moved in and arrested Rafael Alzua, 37; Mario Contreras, 41; Ethgar Velazquez, 44; and Galdrino Contreras, 41, prosecutors stated. Officials listed all four suspects as residents of Tijuana, Mexico.
An inspection of the boxes revealed more than 5,000 pounds of drugs that later tested positive for methamphetamine.
“This is a significant accomplishment by our law enforcement partners,” U.S. Attorney Randy Grossman said in a written statement. “Due to stellar work by law enforcement agents, the government stopped more than 5,000 pounds of methamphetamine from being distributed on our streets.”
The case is being investigated by the Drug Enforcement Administration, San Diego County Sheriff’s Department, Border Crime Suppression Team, Homeland Security Investigations, and the United States Border Patrol.
DEA Special Agent in Charge Shelly S. Howe stated, “This monumental seizure represents another win against drug cartels that fuel addiction in the United States. Because of our great partnerships with other law enforcement agencies, we will continue to disrupt the cartels’ flow of drugs into our cities.”
San Diego County Sheriff Anthony C. Ray added, “I am grateful for the hard work, vigilance, and steadfast dedication of our Sheriff’s Detectives, as well as our local, state, and federal partners. Our partnership and collaboration allow us to share information that is absolutely critical in keeping drugs from entering our streets and holding drug traffickers accountable.”
The four men from Mexico now face charges of Conspiracy to Distribute Methamphetamine. If convicted, each could face a prison term of ten years to life and a fine of up to $10 million.

Irony: Biden Admin. Calls Arizona’s DIY Border Wall ‘Trespass Against the United States’ (Screenshot)
While illegal immigrants continue to flood into the U.S., the Biden Administration says Arizona’s effort to shore up the border using shipping containers - not the illegal immigration - constitutes the actual “trespass against the U.S.”
“Arizona has had enough. We can’t wait any longer. The Biden Administration’s lack of urgency on border security is a dereliction of duty,” Republican Arizona Governor Doug Ducey said back in August, when he issued an executive orde r for the state to fill in gaps in the border wall using shipping containers.
“Arizonans can’t wait any longer for the federal government to deliver on their delayed promises,” Gov. Ducey said, authorizing the construction of border walls consisting of double-stacked shipping containers reinforced with concertina wire at the top, linked together and welded shut.
“The unauthorized placement of those containers constitutes a violation of federal law and is a trespass against the United States (43 C.F.R. Part 423; 43 C.F.R. Part 429),” the Department of Interior’s Bureau responded in a letter calling on Arizona to remove the impediments to illegal immigration.
“That trespass is harming federal lands and resources and impeding Reclamation’s ability to perform its mission,” the letter continues.
The letter even claims that the shipping-container border barriers are preventing the Biden Administration from, itself, actually filling in the border gaps:
“It is our understanding that the Department of Homeland Security’s Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has awarded a contract for closure of two gaps in the border barrier located on Reclamation lands near Morelos Dam and anticipates awarding an additional contract for the closure of two additional gaps in this area. To avoid interference with this federal agency contract, Reclamation requests DEMA cease further placement of shipping containers on federal or Indian trust lands.”
However, as local station 12 News in Phoenix notes, the federal government has not released any details about when it might eventually get around to filling in the gaps in the border wall.
In the meantime, Gov. Ducey has announced plans to continue installing shipping containers and has filed a lawsuit in federal court in order to keep the containers already in place and discouraging illegal immigration.

Sheriff’s office detectives in Florida arrested two people for allegedly smuggling migrants into the U.S. and forcing them to work in sex clubs to pay off their debt. The investigation led to the arrests of the two and the rescue of eight women.
“These horrific acts of sex trafficking are among the most depraved crimes we have seen in a long time and highlight how criminals are taking advantage of Biden’s open border to advance their illicit trade,” Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody said on Tuesday. “I applaud the swift, courageous actions of Sheriff Chronister’s deputies and ensure my Statewide Prosecutors will hold the traffickers accountable in court for what they did to these eight women.”

Prosecutors say that Amet Maqueira De La Cal, 34, and Rosalia Leonard Garcia, 29, smuggled eight women into the United States and trafficked them to Hillsborough County, Florida, where they allegedly forced them to work in adult entertainment clubs to pay off their debts. The victims told investigators they owed as much as $60,000 each for being illegally brought to the United States.
Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister said his department received a tip that a woman smuggled from Cuba into the United States was forced to perform commercial sex acts to pay off her debt to the smugglers, the Tampa Bay Times reported . Investigators found the woman and seven others being forced to work in “adult entertainment clubs” in Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties.

Detectives followed seven of the women as they were being escorted to the International Plaza mall by one of the suspects, the sheriff stated. The investigators rescued the seven women and obtained a search warrant for two properties where the eighth woman was being held captive.
Investigators say the alleged sex traffickers held five women in one room and three in another room. Neither room had working lights and the women all shared a bathroom.
The two suspects face 47 counts of human trafficking, human smuggling, false imprisonment, and RICO violations. Maqueira De La Cal also faces a charge of grand theft with a firearm.
Jail records reveal both suspects are being held in jail facilities with Hillsborough County without bond.
“This is one of the worst trafficking cases that I have seen,” Florida Attorney General Moody told reporters. “In this case, I am extraordinarily proud of the brave, courageous women who lived through hell for months, not knowing if they would be able to get out of that situation.”

Before the 21st anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attacks, New York City issued an official “Halal Guide” to its landmarks and tourist attractions.
The guide, featuring Muslim women in hijabs in front of skyscrapers, informs us that Muslims are “making an indelible mark on the City” and boasts of the “over 275 mosques spread across all five boroughs—more than any other metro area in the US”. That’s almost one mosque for every 9 people murdered in and around the World Trade Center by Islamic terrorists.
The guide, to its credit, begins its Manhattan section with the 9/11 Memorial in its “Must See & Do” section, but that’s probably in alphabetical order. Beyond halal eateries, it seems clueless about what Muslims might want to do in New York City, recommending a visit to an “avant-garde theater” in a warehouse featuring a production of 4:48 Psychosis, a play by a suicidal British playwright who then killed herself. The play was described as a “75-minute suicide note”.
That might also be a good description of New York City’s decision to issue a Halal Guide.
The Halal Guide also advises Muslims to visit The Lit. Bar, a bookstore/wine bar with a sizable LGBTQ section. That’s not so much a suggestion as a hate crime.
But the Halal Guide also makes a point of appending the location of a nearby mosque, one of those 275, to each American landmark. And the Guide’s choices have quite a history.
The Halal Guide recommends the Islamic Society of Bay Ridge. The ISBR was a target of NYPD surveillance before the De Blasio administration dismantled the city’s potent counterterrorism machine.
Shahawar Matin Siraj, a Pakistani who worked at the Islamic Society of Bay Ridge’s bookstore, was sentenced to 30 years in prison for a plot to bomb a midtown Manhattan subway station.
After the attack, Zein Rimawi, a founder and board member of ISBR, ranted, “You see Afghanistan, and it’s a war against the Muslims. Iraq, it’s a war against the Muslims. Palestine, it’s a war against the Muslims. Chechnya, a war against the Muslims.”
The ISBR’s alleged support for Hamas came up when another Muslim terrorist opened fire on a van full of Jewish boys after attending services at the mosque. A newspaper account stated how the Islamic terrorist, “heard the imam at Bay Ridge sermonize about the importance of jihad and about how the Jews harbor eternal hatred for Muslims”.
A secret NYPD document had stated that the police believed that “individuals believed to be supporters/members of Hamas may have links to the Bronx Muslim Center and the Islamic Society of Bay Ridge.”
Is the Bronx Muslim Center in the Halal Guide? Obviously. The Bronx Muslim Center is promoted as the prayer destination of choice for devout tourists visiting the Bronx Zoo.
But things get much worse when the Halal Guide goes back to Brooklyn.
Want to go to the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, nearby Prospect Park (the borough’s answer to Central Park) or visit the Brooklyn Museum? The Halal Guide recommends Masjid At-Taqwa.
The Al-Taqwa Mosque , mentioned six times in the guide, is headed by Imam Siraj Wahhaj who was an unindicted co-conspirator in the bombing of the World Trade Center.
Wahhaj is famous for saying things such as “you don’t need nuclear weapons or even guns! If you have faith in Allah and a knife!” and “I will never ever tell people, ‘don’t be violent, that is not the Islamic way.’ The violence has to be selected”.
Also he’s spoken in favor of stoning people to death and cutting off their hands. “If Allah says 100 strikes, 100 strikes it is. If Allah says cut off their hand, you cut off their hand. If Allah says stone them to death, through the Prophet Muhammad, then you stone them to death.”
New York City is guiding tourists to his mosque and hoping they won’t have any body parts chopped off.
Three years ago, the FBI raided a compound owned by his son and found the remains of a 3-year-old boy. Members of the Wahhaj family were indicte d for “providing material support to terrorists” and “conspiracy to murder an officer or employee of the United States”.
The NYPD conducted surveillance of the Al-Taqwa Mosque. The city noted in a legal filing that Wahhaj had “testified as a character witness for Clement Hampton El, a Masjid At Taqwa attendee who was convicted as one of the Blind Sheikh’s coconspirators in the Landmarks Plot.”
That was a plot to bomb tunnels and bridges, and other locations on July 4th.
The filing also noted that “members of the mosque’s security team have instructed individuals on how to disarm police officers” and terrorists who attended various mosque combat classes.
In Queens, the Halal Guide recommends the Masjid Al-Falah or the Al-Falah Mosque. The mosque was associated with the Tablighi Jamaat movement and was described by Stratfor as its North American headquarters. Tablighi Jamaat has been linked to multiple Islamic terror attacks and movements. “We have a significant presence of Tablighi Jamaat in the United States,” the FBI’s deputy chief of international terrorism section had warned, “and we have found that Al-Qaeda used them for recruiting now and in the past.”
The Halal Guide touts the Al-Falah Mosque for anyone visiting Corona Park or the Queens Museum. And if you don’t like Al-Falah, there’s the Al-Iman Mosque which was at the center of the false claim that it had been attacked by an Islamophobe who peed on their prayer rugs.
The actual story was that Omar Riviera, a Latino man on a bender, urinated on the street near the entrance to the mosque. After the media was saturated with false claims that he had shouted “anti-Muslim slurs” and “terrorists” and was accused of a hate crime, the case collapsed. Meanwhile the mosque appeared to host antisemitic conspiracy theories .
And if those options don’t seem good, try the Hazrati Abu Bakr Siddique mosque.
The Afghan mosque was also the choice of Najibullah Zazi, an Afghan terrorist trained by Al Qaeda who wanted to bomb subway trains during rush hour in time for Ramadan.
The mosque was at the center of a legal battle between the imam and its founders who accused each other of supporting the Taliban . Also, allegedly a member of the mosque, was Saifur Rahman Halimi, a representative of Afghan terror warlord Gulbuddin Hekmatyar who had been allied with Bin Laden, and whose forces were responsible for the murder of American soldiers.
All of this is considered fit for a Halal Guide issued by New York City.
Stroll through Central Park, the guide advises, pay your respects at the 9/11 museum and memorial, then go on to Brooklyn and Queens, stop by a few terror mosques.
The Halal Guide closes with a shot of downtown Manhattan past the Brooklyn Bridge. On top of the tower is an American flag. One of the two made famous when people, fleeing the carnage of the Islamic terrorist attack on September 11, walked across it, some covered in ash. The picture’s angle conveniently evades the two towers that are missing. And will always be missing.
The Halal Guide, unintentionally, tells the story of what they took from us and what replaced it.

What was once known as the Southern border of the United States is essentially nonexistent in this time of Old Joe Biden’s misrule, and so it was no surprise Saturday when it came to light that so far in 2022, the Border Patrol has caught at least 98 people at the border who are on terror watchlists. Terrorists can see what’s happening at the border as much as anyone else can; why shouldn’t they take advantage of the mess Old Joe has made? And those 98, of course, were just the ones who got caught.
Fox News reported Saturday that “the number of migrant encounters at the U.S. southern border climbed to a record more than 227,000 during the month of September and more than 2.3 million for fiscal year 2022, according to data from U.S. Customs and Border Protection.” That data also shows that “there were 20 known or suspected terrorists arrested at the southern border in September, bringing the total terror watchlist arrests at the border for the fiscal year 2022 to 98. The number of terror watchlist arrests at the border for the last five years combined was 26.”
What has Old Joe and his minions said about this? Nothing, of course, because they haven’t been challenged by the sycophantic Leftist propagandists we call “journalists.” And the administration has every reason to stonewall any inquiry, as nothing demonstrates the catastrophe that is Biden’s handling of the border crisis more vividly than the entry of known terrorists into the United States.
The terror risk involved in the open border has long been known. U.S. Customs and Border Protection reported as far back as Feb. 3, 2021 that “Yuma Sector Border Patrol agents arrested a group of 11 Iranian citizens who illegally crossed the border into the United States….Yuma Sector agents apprehended eight Iranian nationals in FY2020, compared to just 14 from all other border patrol sectors combined. So far in FY2021, Yuma Sector agents have apprehend [sic] 14 nationals from Iran.”
Rep. John Katko (R-N.Y.) asserted in March 2021 that “individuals that they have on the watchlist for terrorism are now starting to exploit the southern border. We need to wake up.”
Then in August 2021 , former Border Patrol chief Rodney Scott warned that the Southern border was “a national security crisis,” with “TSDBs at a level we have never seen before. That’s a real threat.” In October, he said on Fox News that “we have terrorist threats we can’t get into in this type of a forum but they are real.”
Yes, they are, and they’re entirely Biden’s handlers’ fault. Former Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Mark Morgan said Monday that border agents are “demoralized” with the border “wide open.” He added that “every aspect of our public health, safety, national security is being jeopardized.” Over 7,000 migrants cross the border every day as it is, and once Title 42, a Trump administration attempt to control the wave of migrants, is ended as Biden’s handlers plan to do next month, that number is expected to jump to 18,000 per day.
Morgan observed that one group that is taking advantage of this is the drug cartels. “They know, because of this administration, our borders are wide open,” Morgan said. “We literally handed over operational control to the cartels. It’s way beyond the millions that have been smuggled in this country.” Not just terrorists, but drug cartels as well. The nightmare never ends.
Make no mistake: this has all been done on purpose. The Biden administration, Morgan added, “opened our borders and intentionally created and facilitated a catastrophic crisis on the southwest border that we’ve never seen in our lifetime.” Why would they do such a thing? You know the answer. Morgan explained: “Their priorities [are] to get as many illegal aliens in this country because – it’s disgusting – but because they see a perceived political benefit.”
It’s insane. The Left seems intent on destroying the country in pursuit of unchallenged political power within it. What kind of a country they’ll be ruling over once it is overrun with migrants and its economic power entirely outsourced or outpaced doesn’t seem to be a question that ever crosses their minds. How they’ll be able to pay for all their new welfare recipients once the American middle class is entirely taxed out of existence is also not a priority consideration for them. The only thing that matters is gaining and securing political power indefinitely. But this might easily become a pyrrhic victory.
Meanwhile, there will be other consequences of Biden’s handlers’ border irresponsibility. Twenty people on the terror list were caught in September alone; how many slipped through? What are they doing now? The answer to those questions could be explosive.

Arizona Governor Doug Ducey (R) defied an order from the Biden Administration to remove temporary border barriers situated in the Yuma Sector over the summer. Ducey responded by filing a lawsuit on Friday.
“Our border communities are overwhelmed by illegal activity as a result of the Biden administration’s failure to secure the southern border,” Governor Ducey said in a written statement. “Arizona is taking action to protest on behalf of our citizens. With this lawsuit, we’re pushing back against efforts by federal bureaucrats to reverse the progress we’ve made.”
Earlier this month, the Biden administration ordered Arizona to remove the shipping containers placed under Ducey’s orders to fill the gaps in border barriers in the Yuma Sector. The Biden Administration told Arizona to remove the temporary barriers they put in place so they can replace them with — temporary barriers.
“Why replace temporary barriers with more temporary barriers?” Gov. Ducey asked. “Just another example of the federal government bureaucracy and out-of-control spending. The Border Barrier works and we’re not going to delay the safety of our citizens any longer.”
In July, the Biden Administration authorized the federal government to close gaps in the Arizona border wall citing “safety concerns,” Breitbart Texas reported . The safety concerns expressed by the government were for migrants, not Arizona farmers and citizens.
In a statement in July, DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas said, “Due to the proximity to the Morelos Dam and the swift-moving Colorado River, this area presents safety and life hazard risks for migrants attempting to cross into the United States where there is a risk of drownings and injuries from falls.”
When the federal government failed to act on this order, Governor Ducey ordered his own barriers to be put in place.
In mid-August, state contractors began placing more than 3,000 double-stacked shipping containers to fill gaps in the Arizona border with Mexico left by Biden’s inauguration day order to stop the building of barriers, Breitbart Texas reported .
“The safety and security of Arizona and its citizens must not be ignored. Arizona is going to do the job that Joe Biden refuses to do — secure the border in any way we can. We’re not backing down,” Ducey added.
Residents and farmers in Yuma County have been greatly impacted by the changes in Biden Administration policies that stopped the building of border walls and encouraged mass irregular migration.
“Now is not the time to hold or spend precious resources on replacing a barrier that already works,” Yuma County Supervisor Jonathan Lines said in a written statement. “Governor Ducey has taken action in the interest of public safety and basic humanity. During Fiscal Year 22, when ended on September 30, Yuma Sector Border Patrol agents apprehended more than 310,000 migrants who illegally crossed the border between ports of entry, Breitbart Texas reported . The sector experienced the largest percentage increase in migrant apprehensions — up nearly 171 percent from the prior year.
Arizona State Senator Sine Kerr added to Governor Ducey’s comments, stating, “Yuma has experienced a humanitarian and national security crisis for far too long. The Biden Administration created this problem, they need to end it and stop this bureaucracy game. Arizona will not be deterred in our mission to protect our citizens.”
State representatives serving the area also expressed their support for the Arizona Border Mission put in place by Gov. Ducey.
Yuma Mayor Doug Nicholis told KTAR during an August interview the border barrier is “definitely helpful” to stop the flow of migrants and drugs through his community.

Democratic Senate candidates across the country have fought against border security measures amid an unprecedented border crisis.
Senator Raphael Warnock Senator Warnock of Georgia is just one Democrat who has fought against border security measures amid our border crisis. The incumbent Senator has voted against Title 42 , a policy that allows authorities to expel migrants on the basis of public health.
Warnock has also voted to fund deadly sanctuary cities, prompting National Republican Senate Committee Spokesman Priscilla Ivasco to remark ”In the face of a growing migrant crisis at our Southern border, Senate Democrats once again chose to side with radical, liberal activists instead of with the vast majority of Americans.”
She also said that their policies will lead to a “permanent cycle of illegal immigration.”
National Republican Senate Committee Spokesman Jonathan Turcotte said in a statement that Warnock and other Democrat Senators “failed their most basic duty to secure the border and keep Americans safe” after they voted against legislation that would’ve ensured that the border wall continued to receive funding.
Warnock’s opponent, Herschel Walker, is endorsed by the U.S. Border Patrol Union, as well as various other law enforcement organizations.
Warnock has benefited from mass immigration, with the Democrat incumbent receiving massive swaths of the vote from Georgia’s foreign-born population in his 2020 race.
The New York Times contends that the Senator’s victory in 2020 was “fueled by the state’s changing demographics,” which could “mean that Georgia has finally achieved battleground status.”
The Washington Post also asserted that Warnock has been given a competitive advantage due to “demographic changes that are transforming the state” as a result of mass immigration. Leftist activists have boasted that they are mobilizing immigrant populations for the upcoming election.
Senator Mark Kelly Meanwhile, Democrat incumbent Mark Kelly from Arizona has a history of voting against border security. Although he comes from a border state that is disproportionately affected by the crisis on our southern border, Kelly voted to end Title 42 , just like Warnock.
In addition, the Democrat incumbent voted against an amendment that would have prohibited the Biden administration from canceling border wall contracts for which funds had already been appropriated.
Kelly even lied about this record during his opening statement in his debate against Republican Blake Masters, falsely claiming that he has stood up against the Democratic Party in favor of border security.
Additionally, t he Democrat Senator from Arizona voted against a measure that would have prohibited the Internal Revenue Service from hiring any new agents until the U.S. Border Patrol doubled its forces. Kelly’s opponent, Republican Blake Masters, has been endorsed by the National Border Patrol Council.
Representative Tim Ryan Democrat Senate candidate Tim Ryan of Ohio waffled on the issue of illegal immigration before becoming a stalwart opponent of border security. In 2018, Ryan voted for a resolution that signaled opposition to allowing illegal immigrants to vote.
But just six months later, Ryan voted against a motion to recommit to the resolution against allowing illegal immigrants to vote. Since then, Ryan has repeatedly voted against border security measures that would make America safer.
While in Congress, Democrat Tim Ryan voted to defund the border wall . Ryan also voted to increase the number of immigrant visas and to fund the transportation of migrants deeper into America, thereby making it more difficult for them to be deported.
John Fetterman Democrat John Fetterman, who is running for Senate in Pennsylvania against Mehmet Oz, falsely claimed that sanctuary city policies that prevent the deportation of illegal immigrants make “everybody safer.” The Democrat candidate noted, “sanctuary cities is another policy that I very much support.”
Senator Maggie Hassan Citizens for Sanity blasted Democrat Senator Maggie Hassan of New Hampshire in a newspaper advertisement that read “Thank you Senator Hassan for keeping the border open” and “Sex traffickers could never succeed without friends like you.”
The Senator has called for increased personnel on the border, though she has ignored Biden’s policy of catch and release, which has fueled illegal immigration.
Senator Catherine Cortez Masto Incumbent Democrat Senator Catherine Cortez Masto of Nevada has been accused of feigning concern over the border by her Republican opponent Adam Laxalt. Cortez Masto has supported amnesty and opposed the construction of the border wall.
But the Democrat incumbent spoke out against the Biden Administration’s decision to end Title 42, telling Politico that ending the measure “is the wrong way to do this and it will leave the administration unprepared for a surge at the border.”
Laxalt told Breitbart News that Cortez Masto is “desperately trying to fool Nevadans into thinking she cares about protecting our border,” because she is “trailing in the polls.”
Laxalt also asserted, “The truth is that she’s spent her time in the Senate opposing common sense border security efforts, supporting lawless sanctuary cities, and undermining efforts to stop criminal illegal immigrants.”
Immigration and border security have taken center stage in races across the country as America grapples with a truly unprecedented crisis on our southern border. Roughly 5 million illegal immigrants have crossed our border according to a report from the Federation for American Immigration Reform.
According to one poll , 47 percent of Independent voters say that they trust the Republican Party to handle issues surrounding illegal immigration more than they trust the Democrats. Only 40 percent say they trust the Democrats to handle the issue.
Republicans also hold a two-point advantage when voters are asked who they trust more to handle illegal immigration.
A poll from earlier this summer found that an increasing share of Americans want a decrease in immigration. Forty-one percent of respondents said that they wanted immigration to decrease. A whopping 67 percent of Republican voters want immigration decreased, the poll found.
Recent polling from NBC News found that immigration was one of the top issues for likely voters in the midterms while a poll from Morning Consult also found that it is a top issue.
Encouraging both legal and illegal mass immigration continues to be a primary aim for both politicians and organizations on the left. Breitbart News previously revealed that the wealthy Ford Foundation poured an astonishing $114 million into organizations that push for mass immigration and amnesty.

The governor of a Mexican state plagued with cartel violence for years is the nephew of a cartel boss and a cousin to another. Both face drug charges in a U.S court. Breitbart Texas obtained birth certificates confirming the familial relationships between the governor and the crime bosses. The politician has denied such familial connections in the past.
This week, Adalberto Fructoso “Fruto” Comparan Rodriguez, the former mayor of Aguililla, Michoacan, and son Adalberto Fructoso Comparan Bedolla, along with four other cartel members, went before a federal judge in Florida this week. They were notified of the drug charges against them and were ordered to be held without bond. Breitbart Texas obtained Mexican birth certificates showing the relationships between current Michoacan Governor Alfredo Ramirez Bedolla and the accused through marriage. La Silla Rota had published information about Ramirez’s relatives during his gubernatorial race in 2021, but only now do documents publicly confirm the connections.
The wife of Comparan Rodriguez is Anabel Bedolla Marin from Aguililla, Michoacan — a region under the control of Carteles Unidos.
Anabel Bedolla is the sister of Maria de Jesus Bedolla Marin, who is the mother of the politician.
Ramirez Bedolla, born in Morelia, Michoacan, had previously tried to minimize his relationship by claiming his aunt and uncle were separated for more than 10 years and had no contact with them.
Comparan Rodriguez is accused of being one of the leaders of Carteles Unidos in Michoacan and responsible for large-scale shipments of meth into the U.S. According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office , Comparan Rodriguez would hide the drugs inside concrete tiles and dilute meth in paint. Authorities in Guatemala arrested Comparan Rodriguez in March 2021 and helped get him extradited to the U.S. in January 2022. Authorities arrested his son, Comparan Bedolla, in March 2021 in Miami while they reportedly tried to remove liquid meth from paint.
Michoacan is one of the most violent states in Mexico due to a violent turf war between Carteles Unidos (a collection of smaller organizations and “self-defense” groups) against Cartel Jalisco New Generation for control of vast drug production areas and smuggling corridors. Mexico’s federal government has been unable to reduce violence in the region.

Biden's Deathly Presidency

For four years under President Trump, America enjoyed peace, security, and unparalleled prosperity. Trump's presidency was a historic era of good times in which we began to regain faith in the American Dream. Now we have the nightmare, and the death and destruction that go with it.
Yes, the Trump Era was prosperous, with historically low unemployment rates, low inflation, energy independence, and rising wages. But aside from that, the most important thing about Trump's presidency was the fact that Americans were secure, as they had not been under Obama and certainly are not under Biden. Under Trump, America was in so many senses vibrant and "alive" with pride in our country and hope for its future.
Now we have regular mass shootings in which citizens disarmed by the State have no way to defend themselves. Overseas, we have a war in Ukraine, the threat of a Chinese invasion of Taiwan, and Iran developing nuclear weapons with the encouragement of the Biden administration. The common thread is death and the fear that goes with it. And this does not even include Biden's aggressive defense of abortion on demand.
Under President Trump, I lived without fear. I knew that Trump supported my right to defend my home and that he supported the police who defended me as well. Just having the president and his administration on my side made me breathe easier. America was moving in the right direction, as was confirmed by every opinion poll during Trump's time in office before COVID was unleashed.
Long-term death rates are more a matter of demographics than policy, and they have been rising ever since Obama took office in 2008. But murder rates, deaths in war and civil unrest, drug overdose deaths, and accidental deaths are attributable to policy, and they have been rising under Biden, even during his short time in office. Under Biden, the U.S. murder rate, which had been declining under President Trump, is the highest in 25 years. According to former N.Y. police commissioner Howard Safir, the spike in violence is partly attributable to lack of support for police and soft-on-crime prosecutors. And it is Biden, with his anti-police rhetoric and refusal to prosecute (as in the case of those picketing Justice Kavanaugh's home), who is responsible for this climate of anarchy.
Now I plan my trips carefully, avoid eye contact with strangers, and carry only a driver's license and credit card. I drive inconspicuously as well, given the explosion of road rage incidents.
The most galling thing is that Biden never says a word about the victims of crime unless he can twist the incident into an anti-gun lecture, and he takes no action to protect anyone, especially law-abiding citizens in middle-class neighborhoods like my own. In this and so many other ways, he seems on the side of those who wish to destroy us. It's no accident that murder rates are spiraling at home and war is breaking out overseas. Both are a response to Biden's weakness, and death is the consequence.
I fear there will be more death ahead. I expect an invasion in Taiwan, Moldova, or Finland, and new outbreaks of violence in the Middle East involving either Iran or its surrogates. The incomprehensible Iran deal, which Biden is pushing, would "make Biden 'the biggest funder of terrorism in the world,'" according to Rep. Jim Banks. "Terrorism" is not just a derogatory word; it is the act of murdering innocent human beings, including women and children. Hasn't that fact entered into Biden's Iran deal calculations?
Biden's weakness has emboldened our enemies, and their actions pose a threat to our security. This is the way major wars begin. They can be prevented only by the projection of force of the kind we saw under President Trump, and Biden projects about as much force as a lady's fan. His weakness will get us into another war, and our young men and women will die in that war. There is death hanging over us, and Biden seems oblivious, fumbling with his note cards to find some kind of answer.
There is a new national mood in America unlike anything I've seen since the 1960s: a sense of foreboding and caution based on the very real threat of violence and collapse. There are more threats to our country, including the wealth destruction of inflation, to which Biden simply rolls his eyes, chuckles, and whispers some idiotic riposte. There are more criminal gangs, and Biden just welcomes more in. There is more road rage, more random shooting, more felons out on no bond/low bond. And there is a callous and brutal disregard for the lives of the unborn.
In response to the mounting violence, Biden seems remote, fuddling with his microphone like a man slipping into dementia, and those around him seem inept, if not callous, including his new press secretary, Karine Jean-Pierre, who is said to have "frequently stumbled" during her first weeks. A president who is weak and advisers who are incompetent and anti-American to boot — that is a recipe for disaster, and disaster will end, as it always does, in poverty, destruction, and death.
There are bullies in the world who watched as Biden stumbled out of Afghanistan, and bullies don't have much respect for doddering fools who just want to survive a four-year term and leave a mess for someone else to clean up.
As a citizen, it is difficult to watch my country besieged by violence. Biden's presidency has been deadly in every respect: turning off economic growth and imposing environmental restrictions, proposing inflation-adjusted cuts in national defense while paying off student loans, and putting citizens at risk with his anti-police rhetoric.
There is little chance of a second Biden term, but just another two and a half years is painful to imagine. How many thousands will lose their lives because of one incompetent and wrong-headed leader? How far will America go into danger and destruction? And how much more difficult will it be for our next president, Trump or a Trump lookalike, to repair the damage and Make America Safe Again?

U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers assigned to the Nogales Port of Entry over the weekend seized more than 577,000 fentanyl pills in five incidents. The officers also seized cocaine and methamphetamine in two of the incidents.
Office of Field Operations Nogales Port Director Michael W. Humphries tweeted photos of hundreds of thousands of fentanyl pills and other drugs seized as smugglers attempted to move them from Mexico into the United States.
On Saturday, CBP officers at the port interdicted three smuggling incidents involving fentanyl pills. In the largest event of the weekend, officers found 297,000 fentanyl pills in frame rails and a false compartment of a car, Humphries stated.
Officers also found 10,400 pills in a woman’s purse and 114,800 pills hidden in the dash of a car. The officers also seized 10.3 pounds of cocaine in the dash.
The next day, officers interdicted two additional smuggling attempts leading to the seizure of 134,200 fentanyl pills in the rocker panels of a car. The second incident involved the seizure of 21,000 fentanyl pills and 60.3 pounds of methamphetamine in the doors and seats of a vehicle.
These are not isolated incidents. About a week earlier, Nogales Port of Entry officers found another 400,000 fentanyl pills in five loads over the weekend. Humphries reported that approximately 30,000 of these pills were the “rainbow” colored pills. The officers also seized 152 pounds of methamphetamine.
CBO officers seized more than five million fentanyl pills at the Nogales Port Of Entry in the last ninety days, NewsNationNow reported .

While illegal immigrants continue to flood into the U.S., the Biden Administration says Arizona’s effort to shore up the border using shipping containers - not the illegal immigration - constitutes the actual “trespass against the U.S.”
“Arizona has had enough. We can’t wait any longer. The Biden Administration’s lack of urgency on border security is a dereliction of duty,” Republican Arizona Governor Doug Ducey said back in August, when he issued an executive orde r for the state to fill in gaps in the border wall using shipping containers.
“Arizonans can’t wait any longer for the federal government to deliver on their delayed promises,” Gov. Ducey said, authorizing the construction of border walls consisting of double-stacked shipping containers reinforced with concertina wire at the top, linked together and welded shut.
“The unauthorized placement of those containers constitutes a violation of federal law and is a trespass against the United States (43 C.F.R. Part 423; 43 C.F.R. Part 429),” the Department of Interior’s Bureau responded in a letter calling on Arizona to remove the impediments to illegal immigration.
“That trespass is harming federal lands and resources and impeding Reclamation’s ability to perform its mission,” the letter continues.
The letter even claims that the shipping-container border barriers are preventing the Biden Administration from, itself, actually filling in the border gaps:
“It is our understanding that the Department of Homeland Security’s Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has awarded a contract for closure of two gaps in the border barrier located on Reclamation lands near Morelos Dam and anticipates awarding an additional contract for the closure of two additional gaps in this area. To avoid interference with this federal agency contract, Reclamation requests DEMA cease further placement of shipping containers on federal or Indian trust lands.”
However, as local station 12 News in Phoenix notes, the federal government has not released any details about when it might eventually get around to filling in the gaps in the border wall.
In the meantime, Gov. Ducey has announced plans to continue installing shipping containers and has filed a lawsuit in federal court in order to keep the containers already in place and discouraging illegal immigration.

Sheriff’s office detectives in Florida arrested two people for allegedly smuggling migrants into the U.S. and forcing them to work in sex clubs to pay off their debt. The investigation led to the arrests of the two and the rescue of eight women.
“These horrific acts of sex trafficking are among the most depraved crimes we have seen in a long time and highlight how criminals are taking advantage of Biden’s open border to advance their illicit trade,” Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody said on Tuesday. “I applaud the swift, courageous actions of Sheriff Chronister’s deputies and ensure my Statewide Prosecutors will hold the traffickers accountable in court for what they did to these eight women.”

Prosecutors say that Amet Maqueira De La Cal, 34, and Rosalia Leonard Garcia, 29, smuggled eight women into the United States and trafficked them to Hillsborough County, Florida, where they allegedly forced them to work in adult entertainment clubs to pay off their debts. The victims told investigators they owed as much as $60,000 each for being illegally brought to the United States.
Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister said his department received a tip that a woman smuggled from Cuba into the United States was forced to perform commercial sex acts to pay off her debt to the smugglers, the Tampa Bay Times reported . Investigators found the woman and seven others being forced to work in “adult entertainment clubs” in Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties.

Detectives followed seven of the women as they were being escorted to the International Plaza mall by one of the suspects, the sheriff stated. The investigators rescued the seven women and obtained a search warrant for two properties where the eighth woman was being held captive.
Investigators say the alleged sex traffickers held five women in one room and three in another room. Neither room had working lights and the women all shared a bathroom.
The two suspects face 47 counts of human trafficking, human smuggling, false imprisonment, and RICO violations. Maqueira De La Cal also faces a charge of grand theft with a firearm.
Jail records reveal both suspects are being held in jail facilities with Hillsborough County without bond.
“This is one of the worst trafficking cases that I have seen,” Florida Attorney General Moody told reporters. “In this case, I am extraordinarily proud of the brave, courageous women who lived through hell for months, not knowing if they would be able to get out of that situation.”

Before the 21st anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attacks, New York City issued an official “Halal Guide” to its landmarks and tourist attractions.
The guide, featuring Muslim women in hijabs in front of skyscrapers, informs us that Muslims are “making an indelible mark on the City” and boasts of the “over 275 mosques spread across all five boroughs—more than any other metro area in the US”. That’s almost one mosque for every 9 people murdered in and around the World Trade Center by Islamic terrorists.
The guide, to its credit, begins its Manhattan section with the 9/11 Memorial in its “Must See & Do” section, but that’s probably in alphabetical order. Beyond halal eateries, it seems clueless about what Muslims might want to do in New York City, recommending a visit to an “avant-garde theater” in a warehouse featuring a production of 4:48 Psychosis, a play by a suicidal British playwright who then killed herself. The play was described as a “75-minute suicide note”.
That might also be a good description of New York City’s decision to issue a Halal Guide.
The Halal Guide also advises Muslims to visit The Lit. Bar, a bookstore/wine bar with a sizable LGBTQ section. That’s not so much a suggestion as a hate crime.
But the Halal Guide also makes a point of appending the location of a nearby mosque, one of those 275, to each American landmark. And the Guide’s choices have quite a history.
The Halal Guide recommends the Islamic Society of Bay Ridge. The ISBR was a target of NYPD surveillance before the De Blasio administration dismantled the city’s potent counterterrorism machine.
Shahawar Matin Siraj, a Pakistani who worked at the Islamic Society of Bay Ridge’s bookstore, was sentenced to 30 years in prison for a plot to bomb a midtown Manhattan subway station.
After the attack, Zein Rimawi, a founder and board member of ISBR, ranted, “You see Afghanistan, and it’s a war against the Muslims. Iraq, it’s a war against the Muslims. Palestine, it’s a war against the Muslims. Chechnya, a war against the Muslims.”
The ISBR’s alleged support for Hamas came up when another Muslim terrorist opened fire on a van full of Jewish boys after attending services at the mosque. A newspaper account stated how the Islamic terrorist, “heard the imam at Bay Ridge sermonize about the importance of jihad and about how the Jews harbor eternal hatred for Muslims”.
A secret NYPD document had stated that the police believed that “individuals believed to be supporters/members of Hamas may have links to the Bronx Muslim Center and the Islamic Society of Bay Ridge.”
Is the Bronx Muslim Center in the Halal Guide? Obviously. The Bronx Muslim Center is promoted as the prayer destination of choice for devout tourists visiting the Bronx Zoo.
But things get much worse when the Halal Guide goes back to Brooklyn.
Want to go to the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, nearby Prospect Park (the borough’s answer to Central Park) or visit the Brooklyn Museum? The Halal Guide recommends Masjid At-Taqwa.
The Al-Taqwa Mosque , mentioned six times in the guide, is headed by Imam Siraj Wahhaj who was an unindicted co-conspirator in the bombing of the World Trade Center.
Wahhaj is famous for saying things such as “you don’t need nuclear weapons or even guns! If you have faith in Allah and a knife!” and “I will never ever tell people, ‘don’t be violent, that is not the Islamic way.’ The violence has to be selected”.
Also he’s spoken in favor of stoning people to death and cutting off their hands. “If Allah says 100 strikes, 100 strikes it is. If Allah says cut off their hand, you cut off their hand. If Allah says stone them to death, through the Prophet Muhammad, then you stone them to death.”
New York City is guiding tourists to his mosque and hoping they won’t have any body parts chopped off.
Three years ago, the FBI raided a compound owned by his son and found the remains of a 3-year-old boy. Members of the Wahhaj family were indicte d for “providing material support to terrorists” and “conspiracy to murder an officer or employee of the United States”.
The NYPD conducted surveillance of the Al-Taqwa Mosque. The city noted in a legal filing that Wahhaj had “testified as a character witness for Clement Hampton El, a Masjid At Taqwa attendee who was convicted as one of the Blind Sheikh’s coconspirators in the Landmarks Plot.”
That was a plot to bomb tunnels and bridges, and other locations on July 4th.
The filing also noted that “members of the mosque’s security team have instructed individuals on how to disarm police officers” and terrorists who attended various mosque combat classes.
In Queens, the Halal Guide recommends the Masjid Al-Falah or the Al-Falah Mosque. The mosque was associated with the Tablighi Jamaat movement and was described by Stratfor as its North American headquarters. Tablighi Jamaat has been linked to multiple Islamic terror attacks and movements. “We have a significant presence of Tablighi Jamaat in the United States,” the FBI’s deputy chief of international terrorism section had warned, “and we have found that Al-Qaeda used them for recruiting now and in the past.”
The Halal Guide touts the Al-Falah Mosque for anyone visiting Corona Park or the Queens Museum. And if you don’t like Al-Falah, there’s the Al-Iman Mosque which was at the center of the false claim that it had been attacked by an Islamophobe who peed on their prayer rugs.
The actual story was that Omar Riviera, a Latino man on a bender, urinated on the street near the entrance to the mosque. After the media was saturated with false claims that he had shouted “anti-Muslim slurs” and “terrorists” and was accused of a hate crime, the case collapsed. Meanwhile the mosque appeared to host antisemitic conspiracy theories .
And if those options don’t seem good, try the Hazrati Abu Bakr Siddique mosque.
The Afghan mosque was also the choice of Najibullah Zazi, an Afghan terrorist trained by Al Qaeda who wanted to bomb subway trains during rush hour in time for Ramadan.
The mosque was at the center of a legal battle between the imam and its founders who accused each other of supporting the Taliban . Also, allegedly a member of the mosque, was Saifur Rahman Halimi, a representative of Afghan terror warlord Gulbuddin Hekmatyar who had been allied with Bin Laden, and whose forces were responsible for the murder of American soldiers.
All of this is considered fit for a Halal Guide issued by New York City.
Stroll through Central Park, the guide advises, pay your respects at the 9/11 museum and memorial, then go on to Brooklyn and Queens, stop by a few terror mosques.
The Halal Guide closes with a shot of downtown Manhattan past the Brooklyn Bridge. On top of the tower is an American flag. One of the two made famous when people, fleeing the carnage of the Islamic terrorist attack on September 11, walked across it, some covered in ash. The picture’s angle conveniently evades the two towers that are missing. And will always be missing.
The Halal Guide, unintentionally, tells the story of what they took from us and what replaced it.

What was once known as the Southern border of the United States is essentially nonexistent in this time of Old Joe Biden’s misrule, and so it was no surprise Saturday when it came to light that so far in 2022, the Border Patrol has caught at least 98 people at the border who are on terror watchlists. Terrorists can see what’s happening at the border as much as anyone else can; why shouldn’t they take advantage of the mess Old Joe has made? And those 98, of course, were just the ones who got caught.
Fox News reported Saturday that “the number of migrant encounters at the U.S. southern border climbed to a record more than 227,000 during the month of September and more than 2.3 million for fiscal year 2022, according to data from U.S. Customs and Border Protection.” That data also shows that “there were 20 known or suspected terrorists arrested at the southern border in September, bringing the total terror watchlist arrests at the border for the fiscal year 2022 to 98. The number of terror watchlist arrests at the border for the last five years combined was 26.”
What has Old Joe and his minions said about this? Nothing, of course, because they haven’t been challenged by the sycophantic Leftist propagandists we call “journalists.” And the administration has every reason to stonewall any inquiry, as nothing demonstrates the catastrophe that is Biden’s handling of the border crisis more vividly than the entry of known terrorists into the United States.
The terror risk involved in the open border has long been known. U.S. Customs and Border Protection reported as far back as Feb. 3, 2021 that “Yuma Sector Border Patrol agents arrested a group of 11 Iranian citizens who illegally crossed the border into the United States….Yuma Sector agents apprehended eight Iranian nationals in FY2020, compared to just 14 from all other border patrol sectors combined. So far in FY2021, Yuma Sector agents have apprehend [sic] 14 nationals from Iran.”
Rep. John Katko (R-N.Y.) asserted in March 2021 that “individuals that they have on the watchlist for terrorism are now starting to exploit the southern border. We need to wake up.”
Then in August 2021 , former Border Patrol chief Rodney Scott warned that the Southern border was “a national security crisis,” with “TSDBs at a level we have never seen before. That’s a real threat.” In October, he said on Fox News that “we have terrorist threats we can’t get into in this type of a forum but they are real.”
Yes, they are, and they’re entirely Biden’s handlers’ fault. Former Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Mark Morgan said Monday that border agents are “demoralized” with the border “wide open.” He added that “every aspect of our public health, safety, national security is being jeopardized.” Over 7,000 migrants cross the border every day as it is, and once Title 42, a Trump administration attempt to control the wave of migrants, is ended as Biden’s handlers plan to do next month, that number is expected to jump to 18,000 per day.
Morgan observed that one group that is taking advantage of this is the drug cartels. “They know, because of this administration, our borders are wide open,” Morgan said. “We literally handed over operational control to the cartels. It’s way beyond the millions that have been smuggled in this country.” Not just terrorists, but drug cartels as well. The nightmare never ends.
Make no mistake: this has all been done on purpose. The Biden administration, Morgan added, “opened our borders and intentionally created and facilitated a catastrophic crisis on the southwest border that we’ve never seen in our lifetime.” Why would they do such a thing? You know the answer. Morgan explained: “Their priorities [are] to get as many illegal aliens in this country because – it’s disgusting – but because they see a perceived political benefit.”
It’s insane. The Left seems intent on destroying the country in pursuit of unchallenged political power within it. What kind of a country they’ll be ruling over once it is overrun with migrants and its economic power entirely outsourced or outpaced doesn’t seem to be a question that ever crosses their minds. How they’ll be able to pay for all their new welfare recipients once the American middle class is entirely taxed out of existence is also not a priority consideration for them. The only thing that matters is gaining and securing political power indefinitely. But this might easily become a pyrrhic victory.
Meanwhile, there will be other consequences of Biden’s handlers’ border irresponsibility. Twenty people on the terror list were caught in September alone; how many slipped through? What are they doing now? The answer to those questions could be explosive.

Arizona Governor Doug Ducey (R) defied an order from the Biden Administration to remove temporary border barriers situated in the Yuma Sector over the summer. Ducey responded by filing a lawsuit on Friday.
“Our border communities are overwhelmed by illegal activity as a result of the Biden administration’s failure to secure the southern border,” Governor Ducey said in a written statement. “Arizona is taking action to protest on behalf of our citizens. With this lawsuit, we’re pushing back against efforts by federal bureaucrats to reverse the progress we’ve made.”
Earlier this month, the Biden administration ordered Arizona to remove the shipping containers placed under Ducey’s orders to fill the gaps in border barriers in the Yuma Sector. The Biden Administration told Arizona to remove the temporary barriers they put in place so they can replace them with — temporary barriers.
“Why replace temporary barriers with more temporary barriers?” Gov. Ducey asked. “Just another example of the federal government bureaucracy and out-of-control spending. The Border Barrier works and we’re not going to delay the safety of our citizens any longer.”
In July, the Biden Administration authorized the federal government to close gaps in the Arizona border wall citing “safety concerns,” Breitbart Texas reported . The safety concerns expressed by the government were for migrants, not Arizona farmers and citizens.
In a statement in July, DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas said, “Due to the proximity to the Morelos Dam and the swift-moving Colorado River, this area presents safety and life hazard risks for migrants attempting to cross into the United States where there is a risk of drownings and injuries from falls.”
When the federal government failed to act on this order, Governor Ducey ordered his own barriers to be put in place.
In mid-August, state contractors began placing more than 3,000 double-stacked shipping containers to fill gaps in the Arizona border with Mexico left by Biden’s inauguration day order to stop the building of barriers, Breitbart Texas reported .
“The safety and security of Arizona and its citizens must not be ignored. Arizona is going to do the job that Joe Biden refuses to do — secure the border in any way we can. We’re not backing down,” Ducey added.
Residents and farmers in Yuma County have been greatly impacted by the changes in Biden Administration policies that stopped the building of border walls and encouraged mass irregular migration.
“Now is not the time to hold or spend precious resources on replacing a barrier that already works,” Yuma County Supervisor Jonathan Lines said in a written statement. “Governor Ducey has taken action in the interest of public safety and basic humanity. The federal government has not acted whatsoever and is so entrenched in bureaucracy, it’s putting its own citizens at risk. Yuma County is grateful for the leadership and determination of Governor Ducey.”
During Fiscal Year 22, when ended on September 30, Yuma Sector Border Patrol agents apprehended more than 310,000 migrants who illegally crossed the border between ports of entry, Breitbart Texas reported . The sector experienced the largest percentage increase in migrant apprehensions — up nearly 171 percent from the prior year.
Arizona State Senator Sine Kerr added to Governor Ducey’s comments, stating, “Yuma has experienced a humanitarian and national security crisis for far too long. The Biden Administration created this problem, they need to end it and stop this bureaucracy game. Arizona will not be deterred in our mission to protect our citizens.”
State representatives serving the area also expressed their support for the Arizona Border Mission put in place by Gov. Ducey.
Yuma Mayor Doug Nicholis told KTAR during an August interview the border barrier is “definitely helpful” to stop the flow of migrants and drugs through his community.

Democratic Senate candidates across the country have fought against border security measures amid an unprecedented border crisis.
Senator Raphael Warnock Senator Warnock of Georgia is just one Democrat who has fought against border security measures amid our border crisis. The incumbent Senator has voted against Title 42 , a policy that allows authorities to expel migrants on the basis of public health.
Warnock has also voted to fund deadly sanctuary cities, prompting National Republican Senate Committee Spokesman Priscilla Ivasco to remark ”In the face of a growing migrant crisis at our Southern border, Senate Democrats once again chose to side with radical, liberal activists instead of with the vast majority of Americans.”
She also said that their policies will lead to a “permanent cycle of illegal immigration.”
National Republican Senate Committee Spokesman Jonathan Turcotte said in a statement that Warnock and other Democrat Senators “failed their most basic duty to secure the border and keep Americans safe” after they voted against legislation that would’ve ensured that the border wall continued to receive funding.
Warnock’s opponent, Herschel Walker, is endorsed by the U.S. Border Patrol Union, as well as various other law enforcement organizations.
Warnock has benefited from mass immigration, with the Democrat incumbent receiving massive swaths of the vote from Georgia’s foreign-born population in his 2020 race.
The New York Times contends that the Senator’s victory in 2020 was “fueled by the state’s changing demographics,” which could “mean that Georgia has finally achieved battleground status.”
The Washington Post also asserted that Warnock has been given a competitive advantage due to “demographic changes that are transforming the state” as a result of mass immigration. Leftist activists have boasted that they are mobilizing immigrant populations for the upcoming election.
Senator Mark Kelly Meanwhile, Democrat incumbent Mark Kelly from Arizona has a history of voting against border security. Although he comes from a border state that is disproportionately affected by the crisis on our southern border, Kelly voted to end Title 42 , just like Warnock.
In addition, the Democrat incumbent voted against an amendment that would have prohibited the Biden administration from canceling border wall contracts for which funds had already been appropriated.
Kelly even lied about this record during his opening statement in his debate against Republican Blake Masters, falsely claiming that he has stood up against the Democratic Party in favor of border security.
Additionally, t he Democrat Senator from Arizona voted against a measure that would have prohibited the Internal Revenue Service from hiring any new agents until the U.S. Border Patrol doubled its forces. Kelly’s opponent, Republican Blake Masters, has been endorsed by the National Border Patrol Council.
Representative Tim Ryan Democrat Senate candidate Tim Ryan of Ohio waffled on the issue of illegal immigration before becoming a stalwart opponent of border security. In 2018, Ryan voted for a resolution that signaled opposition to allowing illegal immigrants to vote.
But just six months later, Ryan voted against a motion to recommit to the resolution against allowing illegal immigrants to vote. Since then, Ryan has repeatedly voted against border security measures that would make America safer.
While in Congress, Democrat Tim Ryan voted to defund the border wall . Ryan also voted to increase the number of immigrant visas and to fund the transportation of migrants deeper into America, thereby making it more difficult for them to be deported.
John Fetterman Democrat John Fetterman, who is running for Senate in Pennsylvania against Mehmet Oz, falsely claimed that sanctuary city policies that prevent the deportation of illegal immigrants make “everybody safer.” The Democrat candidate noted, “sanctuary cities is another policy that I very much support.”
Senator Maggie Hassan Citizens for Sanity blasted Democrat Senator Maggie Hassan of New Hampshire in a newspaper advertisement that read “Thank you Senator Hassan for keeping the border open” and “Sex traffickers could never succeed without friends like you.”
The Senator has called for increased personnel on the border, though she has ignored Biden’s policy of catch and release, which has fueled illegal immigration.
Senator Catherine Cortez Masto Incumbent Democrat Senator Catherine Cortez Masto of Nevada has been accused of feigning concern over the border by her Republican opponent Adam Laxalt. Cortez Masto has supported amnesty and opposed the construction of the border wall.
But the Democrat incumbent spoke out against the Biden Administration’s decision to end Title 42, telling Politico that ending the measure “is the wrong way to do this and it will leave the administration unprepared for a surge at the border.”
Laxalt told Breitbart News that Cortez Masto is “desperately trying to fool Nevadans into thinking she cares about protecting our border,” because she is “trailing in the polls.”
Laxalt also asserted, “The truth is that she’s spent her time in the Senate opposing common sense border security efforts, supporting lawless sanctuary cities, and undermining efforts to stop criminal illegal immigrants.”
Immigration and border security have taken center stage in races across the country as America grapples with a truly unprecedented crisis on our southern border. Roughly 5 million illegal immigrants have crossed our border according to a report from the Federation for American Immigration Reform.
According to one poll , 47 percent of Independent voters say that they trust the Republican Party to handle issues surrounding illegal immigration more than they trust the Democrats. Only 40 percent say they trust the Democrats to handle the issue.
Republicans also hold a two-point advantage when voters are asked who they trust more to handle illegal immigration.
A poll from earlier this summer found that an increasing share of Americans want a decrease in immigration. Forty-one percent of respondents said that they wanted immigration to decrease. A whopping 67 percent of Republican voters want immigration decreased, the poll found.
Recent polling from NBC News found that immigration was one of the top issues for likely voters in the midterms while a poll from Morning Consult also found that it is a top issue.
Encouraging both legal and illegal mass immigration continues to be a primary aim for both politicians and organizations on the left. Breitbart News previously revealed that the wealthy Ford Foundation poured an astonishing $114 million into organizations that push for mass immigration and amnesty.
Breitbart News also revealed that George Soros’s Open Society Foundation dumped millions of dollars into organizations that encourage illegal immigration and amnesty.
